00:01:11.840Ask your doctor if filling a wish prescription for a wish kid is right for you.
00:01:16.020Side effects may include sudden appearance of your favorite celebrity, a royalty a day at the water park, a helicopter ride, unicorn sightings, meeting your heroes, becoming a ship captain or pilot, fewer trips to the ER, improved health outcomes, the strength to fight.
00:01:25.540Eight out of ten wish kids said their wish gave them the strength to fight their critical illness.
00:01:51.560This is The Stone Zone with Roger Stone.
00:01:55.260People love him and respect him. Roger Stone.
00:01:58.100Now, get in the zone. It's the Stone Zone. Here's Roger Stone.
00:02:06.540You are entering the Stone Zone. I'm your host, Roger Stone.
00:02:11.620Yesterday was quite a day. Now, I'm not exactly a high-tech individual. I can barely operate my cell phone.
00:02:17.380I was shocked to learn that my longtime website, Stone Zone, where I have been posting political commentary, videos, headpieces for over 20 years, was the successful target of a very sophisticated hack.
00:02:34.340And my entire body of work, 20 years of work, was deleted.
00:02:39.720Now, fortunately, the IT people who work for me, who are much smarter about these things, keep a backup of everything.
00:02:45.800So within a couple hours, we were back up.
00:02:52.260And it's interesting because as soon as I published my think piece on why we should withdraw our support of Ukraine and President Zelensky was when this hack took place.
00:03:05.740It's also interesting, I have a little menswear site, men's style site called Swank. They actually hacked and deleted that too. But that will also be completely back up and functional here shortly.
00:03:20.460So for those who try to tell you that the deep state doesn't exist, here's proof that it is.
00:03:26.480I'm reminded of what I said in that movie, Get Me Roger Stone.
00:03:30.220I'm in their hatred, because if I was not effective, they would not hate me.
00:03:34.820And I think that's why they took down it.
00:03:39.580The Justice Department, or Donald Trump, has moved a third time to hold the disgraced former FBI Director James Comey accountable.
00:03:47.500this time filing a criminal case in which he's accused yet again of improperly transmitting classified national defense information to a New York Times reporter in October of 2016.
00:04:00.880Comey testified before the Senate that he had never given any third party classified information with directions to leak it to the media,
00:04:09.760Yet an email was turned up that showed that he had done exactly that with a lawyer, a friend of his named Dan Richman.
00:04:19.840He avoided prosecution on these very charges in the Eastern District of Virginia.
00:04:28.000The U.S. attorney there, one Eric Siebert, never disclosed when he was conducting the investigation into Comey on these charges
00:04:35.220that his wife's father, in other words, his father was the godfather to James Comey's children,
00:04:44.280and additionally, that he had represented Comey as a private attorney.
00:04:49.880Under any normal circumstance, that would have required Eric Siebert, the U.S. Attorney, to recuse himself.
00:04:57.660But he didn't recuse himself. He was preparing a grand jury report clearing Comey.
00:05:02.900President Trump, you'll remember, learned about this. He essentially fired Siebert, appointed Lindsay Halligan, who's a brilliant lawyer, viciously attacked by the media because she's also very beautiful.
00:05:15.380I guess they think if you're attractive, that means you're dumb. She's one of the smartest lawyers I know, actually.0.99
00:05:20.360And she took that case to a grand jury. She secured an indictment. And then three incredibly outrageous activist liberal judges violated both the canon of ethics and the rules to throw the case out and to claim in the end that Lindsey Halligan's appointment as U.S. attorney had been improper.
00:05:44.740That is being appealed, and it will lose on appeal.
00:05:49.660In other words, the appointment of Halligan will be reaffirmed.
00:05:53.400But they use that to dispose of the case.
00:05:56.040So, in other words, there was never any adjudication of the actual fact case.
00:06:02.240They got rid of the case by challenging the appointment of the prosecutor.
00:06:07.280Now, the Justice Department under Todd Blanche is going back a third time.
00:06:12.520Prosecutors submitted the sealed documents early this month to keep the matter alive, as I say, because there was a 10-year statute of limits and it had run out.
00:06:20.880What I always thought was interesting when that happened was the fact that the FBI Director James Comey and I were charged with the exact crime.
00:06:30.580Yet in the case of Comey, they announced that they were charging him.
00:06:34.800He was then given him 10 days in which he was able to turn himself in with his lawyers in private.
00:06:40.700That's that with me where they never announced my indictment, but 29 heavily armed FBI agents showed up at my home at six o'clock in the morning, brandishing fully automatic assault weapons, arriving in 17 armored vehicles with the FBI helicopter overhead and two amphibious units pulling up to the dock behind my house.
00:07:04.880My friend Sean Hannity likes to talk about the frogmen who were also carrying assault weapons, who jumped out on the dock.
00:07:13.160The difference here is really quite extraordinary.
00:07:16.080And yesterday they arrested or they announced the charges against two FBI agents who lied in the Hunter Biden matter.
00:07:25.940But they were, quote unquote, taken into custody.
00:07:28.660In other words, no raid designed for national television.
00:07:33.060People will remember that they raided my home and that I was arrested. They per-walked my wife, who's hearing impaired, for the cameras. But people will remember that CNN had a camera crew 25 feet from the front door. So my arrest was actually broadcast live to the American people.
00:07:58.740Now, CNN would win an award from the White House Correspondents Association for their incisive investigative reporting that led them to just coincidentally be outside my home the morning of my arrest.
00:08:13.720Actually, when they arrived, CNN showed up 15 minutes before the FBI and set up their camera tripod.
00:08:22.420So was this based on investigative reporting?
00:08:27.160I was arrested at 6.06 in the morning. At 6.11, a producer at CNN sent my lawyer by text a copy of my sealed, that's an indictment that would not be unsealed until 10.30 in the morning by a D.C. magistrate.
00:08:47.180When you look at the metadata tags, well, first of all, when you look at the document, it has no timestamps or court markings on it. So CNN's claim that they got it online is a lie. The Wayback Machine proves it online at that time.
00:09:00.560But if you look at the metadata markings of the document, you find the initials of the man who wrote it, Andrew Weissman, perhaps the most sadistic, evil and corrupt prosecutor in U.S. history, proving, I think, that it was Weissman who leaked it to CNN.
00:09:21.460Now, the leak of a search warrant, an arrest warrant, before it has been executed is specifically a felony, but of course the judge in my case didn't care about that.
00:09:33.420Now we go back to Mr. Comey. His case is being handled quite differently. The case centers, again, on a New York Times story about a secret foreign intelligence surveillance court order, that's a FISA court order, requiring Yahoo to scan emails for messages potentially leaked to a foreign terrorist organization.
00:09:54.100Yahoo was basically the number one of the Russian collusion hoax.
00:10:00.440They were the first ones to push that completely false narrative.
00:10:05.080Prosecutors alleged that Comey directed his staff to correct what he missed information from a prior Reuters report, thereby being classified documents.
00:10:15.640Comey was the engineer of a system of leaks that were designed to undermine the Trump administration and falsely portray him as an agent.
00:10:24.100Now, there are many criminal and treasonous individuals to choose, but James Comey has to be in the top three when it comes to the Russian scam, right along with John Brennan.
00:10:36.700The feds have an embarrassment of riches in that regard, but they have to pick the issues that are most likely a secure conviction.
00:10:42.680You have to remember that, unfortunately, because the theft, in my view, of the 2020 election, the time here has passed and many of the crimes committed by Barack Obama and his cabal in the Russian collusion hoax have been time barred, in other words, sexual limitations beyond which you can no longer be prosecuted.
00:11:05.840In this case, the feds, I think, have picked a case that they can win and secure a conviction.
00:11:12.000Now, of course, it depends on bringing this to trial in a place where the jury is actually unbiased, which, by the way, the district is a complete and total impossibility.
00:11:26.120Meanwhile, left-wing rocker Neil Young has filed a billion-dollar copyright infringement lawsuit against President Donald Trump for playing 91 hit Rockin' in the Free World at one of his political rallies.
00:11:40.420Now, I've always been a big fan of Neil Young.
00:11:43.040Well, not a fan of his, a fan of his music.
00:11:46.820Actually, that song, Rockin' in the Free World, was written as a protest song.
00:11:52.640It attacks George Bush. At one point, there's a lyric in which he says he's for a kinder, gentler machine gun hand.
00:12:01.540Anyway, Young has sparred with the president before over the use of this song, going all the way back to 2015, threatening him with legal advice.
00:12:10.260Though Trump avoided the song during the 2024 campaign, the song once again appeared at the president's rally in Youngstown, Ohio.
00:12:31.100This time, Young went beyond threatening legal action and filed an actual $10 million lawsuit for copyright infringement.
00:12:39.020That's because Neil Young left a specific database in protest against Donald Trump and his revenues dropped dramatically.
00:12:52.260So in a five-page complaint filed in Virginia, Young's lawyers claim that Trump's use of the song contrasts with its lyrics and its message.
00:13:00.880Rockin' is a blistering anthem that contrasts the hollow promise of American political rhetoric with the harsh realities faced by the poor and the forgotten. How charming.
00:13:12.780Let's paint vivid street-level portraits, a mother discarding her baby, addicts losing and lost in despair, garbage piling up in the shadows of prosperity, while the repeated chorus delivers a savage irony, celebrating freedom that clearly isn't shared by all.
00:13:30.500So in short, the lawsuit says, the song is the exact opposite of everything Donald J. Trump stands for.
00:13:36.580Just prior to Trump taking the stage to speak at that Youngstown rally, the committee caused Rockin' the Free World to be played. It was an accident. They had stopped using that music based on the previous complaint by Neil Young.
00:13:49.320What I think Neil Young wants here is not Tim's. I think he wants relevance because nobody has said his name any time recently. We actually play it on our Sunday show. Of course, we have to pay for the rights to it. We play a little snippet of it because I just like it as a song.
00:14:06.580But on information and belief, the committee has caused the song to be played numerous times at other rallies designed to encourage Republican voters in the upcoming midterm elections, according to Neil Young's complaint.
00:14:18.600I don't think that's accurate. I think they have avoided it after the earlier lawsuit.
00:14:23.660The complaint went to a claim that Trump would know not to play the song in his rallies after the 2020 lawsuit, which was filed against the Donald Trump President Committee, Inc.
00:14:34.820In 2020, Young sued another corporation formed by Trump, Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. for copyright infringement of Rockin' in the Free World, along with another song written by Young.
00:14:46.980The document continues, Donald J. Trump for President asserted no defense and immediately settled shortly after it was served, promising it would never again use Rockin' in the Free World without a license and permission from Young.
00:14:59.160Clearly the song was played by mistake
00:15:02.700But it gave Neil Young the opportunity to file this egregious lawsuit
00:15:07.720The White House had a response to the suit
00:15:10.080It's funny that Neil Young, who was struggling to remain relevant
00:15:13.200Had the audacity to attack President Trump
00:15:16.100When he himself made some of the most vicious and hateful remarks0.96
00:19:44.680It's meant as a deterrent, just like Donald Trump's claim that he will pay $1 million to anyone who turns in evidence of voter fraud that ends up in a conviction.
00:21:08.900Turns out that he was who was fraternizing with the enemy because he was having a sexual affair with a woman who was a Chinese Communist Party spy.
00:21:21.700She died in a tragic plane accident shortly after this all became public.
00:21:28.360But Swalwell was never punished for that.
00:21:31.140Nancy Pelosi allowed Eric Swalwell to remain as a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee,
00:21:39.400where he had full access to all of the classified documents,
00:21:43.140demonstrating an extraordinary amount of political discipline and lack of patriotism by Nancy Pelosi.
00:21:51.700The scandal that finally brought him down and caused him to drop his bid for governor in April detailed allegations of serial sexual misconduct and assault, including against one former staffer who said he had raped her.
00:22:10.440The Manhattan County District Attorney's Office and the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department opened criminal investigations into Eric Swalwell in the wake of the reporting.
00:22:21.940In August, federal agents seized electronic devices from Swalwell at the San Francisco airport, and then raided his home in Washington, D.C. the very next day as part of an ongoing probe connected to sexual assault allegations, sources familiar with the investigation told CNN at the time.
00:22:45.560Swalwell was kind of the Sancho Panza, the sidekick to Adam Schiff, also known as Watermelon Head or Pencil Neck, a former congressman, now sadly a U.S. senator.
00:22:59.860The inspector general for the Biden Justice Department investigation reported that both Swalwell and Schiff had habitually leaked classified documents to the media in an effort to embarrass President Donald Trump.
00:23:13.940something that to this day, neither one of them has been prosecuted for.
00:23:18.240In fact, just yesterday, I was reading the text of Adam Schiff's performance on one of the Sunday news shows
00:23:27.520in which he said that Trump should be impeached for his, about the corruption of Adam Schiff.
00:23:34.740I mean, he claimed both his residence in California and his residence in Maryland as his principal legal residence.
00:23:41.180The truth is, he rented an apartment in his district in California, in which he very clearly did not live, yet he had a family home in Maryland.
00:23:51.320Now, if you were I, we would be charged.
00:23:54.420But, of course, Eric Swalwell has, pardon me, Adam Schiff has paid no price for that, despite the fact that it was disclosed to the American people.
00:24:04.400We've done a lot of extensive reporting on Swalwell's criminal rise to power over the years here at the Stone Zone.
00:24:09.860Swalwell first entered politics through the Dublin City Council, a suitably modest launching pad for a career that would later become a monument to immodesty.
00:24:19.760In 2012, he challenged veteran Democrat Congressman Fortney Pete Stark, one of the more eccentric and abrasive old bulls of the House.
00:24:29.880Now, make no doubt about it, Pete Stark was a liberal, a California liberal, but he was not always grateful, but he was unmistakably real.
00:24:38.980He was kind of cantankerous, unvarnished, often undisciplined, and entirely himself.
00:24:43.980He also got re-elected again and again and again.
00:24:47.580Swalwell didn't merely run against Pete Stark, he destroyed Stark on residency grounds.
00:24:53.640So he made an issue of whether Stark truly lived in the district,
00:24:57.760whether he generally maintained a domicile there,
00:25:00.960and whether he authentically belonged among the people he wanted to represent.
00:25:05.860The idea, of course, is, years later, extensive coverage erupted over Swalwell's own domicile, put forward by Joel Gilbert, investigative reporter and documentary filmmaker.
00:25:19.320It turns out that Swalwell's own domicile, his own California residency, his only connection to California, and his own mortgage documents were all tied to Washington, D.C.
00:25:30.180He declared D.C. as his principal residence, and he owned a home there.
00:25:35.860So the very cudgel he once used to destroy Pete Stark came flying back towards his own forehead, kind of ironic.
00:25:43.400When Swalwell sought the governorship of California, two things happened.
00:25:47.860First of all, it appeared to me like he was taking style tips from Steve Bannon, because he appeared to stop bathing, to stop shaving.
00:25:56.140I guess in the Democrats, this wino degenerate look must be considered a plus.
00:26:02.020But beyond that, he could not really establish that he was eligible to run for governor.
00:26:10.480Under state law, one absolutely has to maintain a California domicile, which is required by the state constitution.
00:26:18.880I think he had a rental apartment and no one really believed that he lived there.
00:26:23.240Questions swirled around his life in Washington, his use of a District of Columbia residence and mortgage paperwork
00:26:29.120that reportedly described him repeatedly with his own signature as a D.C. resident.
00:26:34.980Then we go back to Christine Fang, also known as Fang Fang,0.99
00:26:38.740one of the most delicious reversals in recent American political life.
00:26:42.660I think it was Axios reported that a suspected Chinese intelligence operative
00:26:47.320cultivated relationships with local and national politicians in California beginning in 2011, 2015,
00:26:54.120and that Swalwell was among those in her orbit.
00:27:07.520Well, because he was a member of the House Intelligence Committee and also the House Foreign Affairs Committee where he would have access to documents.
00:27:15.540It turns out that the CCP operative Fang Fang, before she was tragically offed in an accident, networked, fundraised, attended events, and saw proximity to rising political figures.
00:27:29.860Swalwell was shocked when the FBI briefed him and that he had cut off contact, so he didn't know that the woman he was sleeping with was a Chinese communist.
00:27:38.540The events finally brought Eric Swalwell down was not the Fang Fang scandal, not their embarrassment, not his long record of sanctimony. It was the eruption of serious allegations of sexual misconduct and sexual assault during his gubernatorial campaign in 2026.0.50
00:27:55.240A court cited by the Associated Press and Reuters, a former staffer, accused Swalwell of sexually assaulting her on two occasions, including one alleged incident in a New Yorker in 2024 when she said she was too intoxicated to consent.
00:28:11.760CNN has also reported additional allegations from other women, including claims involving unsolicited explicit messages or photos and other inappropriate conduct.
00:28:21.240conduct. Swalwell, of course, denied the most serious accusations. Reuters reported that he
00:28:26.620called them absolutely false, which means you know they're true. And he publicly acknowledged
00:28:31.060that he called mistakes in his judgment. So which is it? Did he do nothing or did he make mistakes
00:28:36.160in his judgment? But by then, the political change had already begun. Again, the Manhattan
00:28:42.820District Attorney's Office opened an investigation into the alleged ethics committee, also opened a
00:28:47.820probe as well. Over 50 former staffers reportedly called for his resignation. That's quite a
00:28:55.000condemnation right there. Same political class had once treated Swalwell as a youthful lying,
00:29:00.940as a rising star of the Democrat Party. By the way, Nancy Pelosi backed his efforts to destroy0.99
00:29:06.520Pete Stark, the veteran congressman from that district, in a power play to increase her power.
00:29:13.020So Eric Swalwell was a, shall we say, a protege of Nancy Pelosi.
00:29:19.420She was the mother of his political career.
00:29:23.380The same political asset once treated Swalwell as some kind of future star turned on him with a vengeance.
00:29:30.580On April 13, 2026, Swalwell announced that he would resign from Congress.
00:29:35.340However, he said it was to focus on his campaign for governor.
00:29:39.220And for a short period of time, he was within the three top contenders in his convoluted jungle primary system.
00:29:46.940This is a system where the parties do not have party primaries to nominate candidates for governor or for any office.
00:29:54.040All candidates run in one election, both Republican and Democrat.
00:29:57.880You could have three Democrats, two Republicans, and an independent, let's say, running in any statewide race.
00:30:04.700It's a very strange and convoluted system.
00:30:08.180But it became very clear that thanks to these allegations becoming public, he had dropped like a stone in those polls in the upcoming gubernatorial primary and he dropped out of the race.
00:30:24.720Unfortunately, he's still not yet been prosecuted.
00:30:27.960And that part of it is rather strange.
00:30:30.580Meanwhile, data from a newly released federal survey shows non-fatal violent victimization crime fell approximately 25% between 2024 and 2025, dropping from 9.9% to 7.4% per 1,000 Americans aged 12 and older.
00:30:50.320Aggravated assault victimization declined, for example, by 31%.
00:30:55.300Household property victimization dropped by 19%.
00:30:59.520Motor vehicle theft victimization fell by 30%.
00:31:03.300And burglary or trespassing declined by 25%.
00:32:08.540The one-year improvement follows several years of elevation of victimization crimes after 2020.0.87
00:32:13.880And immediately after the Black Lives Matter race riots tore our country apart.0.84
00:32:18.840The soft on crime policies of the Biden administration that followed through law.0.67
00:32:24.120The one thing the Trump administration has been able to do, among other great things, is a testimony of the political will of the commander in chief.
00:32:30.680I think strong leadership makes all the difference.
00:32:34.860The Republican Party hasn't had that leadership in a generation now.
00:32:37.640And there are reports that the Bush wing of the party is silently planning to retake control of the grand old party after Donald Trump rides off into the sunset.
00:32:48.500Let me be absolutely clear, that's not going to happen. Donald Trump has transformed the Republican Party from the party of the wealthy, the party of Wall Street, the party of the players, the party of Country Club, the party of Silicon Valley, to being the party of middle class taxpayers.
00:33:07.280the party of middle-class families struggling to stay alive.
00:33:12.920We are the party that has brought back manufacturing jobs to America, not the Democrat Party.
00:33:18.620So the idea that those from whom Donald Trump snatched control of the Republican Party in 2016
00:33:24.540will be able to control so we can nominate candidates who are a carbon copy of the Democrats,
00:33:30.180you can forget that right now. That's not going to happen.
00:33:32.900When people ask me who's going to be the 20th Republican nominee for president,
00:33:36.940will be my friend J.D. Vance or my friend Marco Rubio, I always say the same thing. Well, much of
00:33:42.340that is up to Donald J. Trump, and that's the truth. This is Donald Trump's party, heart and
00:33:48.360soul. Even when I worked for Ronald Reagan, who was extremely well-liked within the Republican
00:33:53.480Party, did not have approval ratings or favorable ratings as high as those of Donald Trump. So
00:33:59.600make no mistake about it, we're not going back to be the country club party of the Bushes
00:34:03.740anytime soon. If you're interested in the epic corruption of the Bushes, which seems to be in
00:34:09.280the forefront right now because evidently George W. Bush's daughter gave the contributions to the
00:34:15.800campaign of James Talafrico, as they call him. This is typical, you see. These are the same Bushes who
00:34:21.560were praising Barack Obama and his wife. That's why I wrote The Bush Crime Family, still the definitive0.78
00:34:27.240body of work of the epic criminality of the Bushes, which includes their involvement in0.52
00:34:32.220in drug trafficking, pedophilia, assassination, SNL, financial fraud.
00:35:26.520People forget he's actually a brilliant, brilliant political analyst.
00:35:29.400Now, get in the zone. It's the Stone Zone. Here's Roger Stone.
00:35:35.540Welcome to the Stone Zone. Texas U.S. Senate candidate James Tallarico, who I referred to a few minutes ago with the moniker that President Trump has given him, Tallarico, who's a former state rep, claimed in a 2023 speech that if Jesus visited the Texas legislature, he would say,
00:35:52.460Blessed are the trans children who are bullied.
00:35:56.220The remark delivered at an interfaith service has resurfaced in clips
00:35:59.900circulated by the Lone Star Liberty Pack and White House advisor Stephen Miller.
00:36:06.000As a state legislator, Tallarico, who's now trying to reinvent himself as a mod,
00:36:10.340opposed bills restricting transgendered athletes from girls' sports
00:36:14.280and voted against bans on sex change surgeries for minors.
00:36:19.940There are a number of reasons why this U.S. Senate race in Texas is surprisingly close,
00:36:25.340despite the fact that Tallarico, I believe, is also a vegan.
00:36:28.760Think about that, a vegan running in Texas, the beef state.
00:36:35.260First, it has to do with the fact that there is very definitely a demographic change going on in Texas.
00:36:40.620Unlike Florida, which has gained 1.3 million Republicans since Donald Trump became president,
00:36:45.220And now Republicans have a substantial edge. The state of Texas is demographically moving against us with a higher number of minority voters. The good news is that Donald Trump has proved pretty adept at winning Hispanic voters if we make a concerted effort to do so.
00:37:02.960But the other problem, of course, is that the Bush wing of the party, establishment wing of Barack Obama, is undermining Ken Paxton.
00:37:11.080People won't remember this, but the last time Ken Paxton ran for the Attorney General's office, he was opposed by George P. Bush.
00:37:21.900That would be the great-grandson of George H.W. Bush, IQ roughly 70.
00:37:27.960He was elected the Texas Railroad Commissioner, where he screwed up the Alamo Foundation, and he managed to make a number of investments in pension pools that actually lost money.0.57
00:37:40.840So George P., who does speak Spanish, was trounced in that primary by Ken Paxson, and this is part of the revenge play of the Bush crime family.0.59
00:37:53.300They won't be returning to power anytime soon.
00:38:21.840I remember that great debate where Bush, in a pre-loaded line, probably meant to turn up and said, you can't insult your way into the presidency.
00:38:34.200Well, he turned out to be wrong about that.
00:38:36.660Bush, who was by any standard the frontrunner, spent over $300 million trying to destroy Donald Trump with paid advertising.
00:39:29.840claiming he does not support surgeries for children.
00:39:32.340In other words, the direct opposite of the way he voted in the state legislature.
00:39:36.620In this case, hidden camera footage obtained during the campaign
00:39:39.740shows him affirming yet again his underlying views
00:39:43.360have not changed from his legislative record.
00:39:45.400This is how he got the Tala Frico moniker given to him by President Trump, and it seems to have stopped.
00:39:51.280In Texas, Pitt's one of the most woke, far-left candidates ever to run Tala Frico against the ballot-tested front-line MAGA warrior Attorney General Ken Paxton, who, as I pointed out earlier, easily dispatched George P. Bush in his last re-election.
00:40:06.940Polls remain razor-thin, but expect enough Texans to come to their senses.
00:40:10.740I don't think the race is as close as some of these polls say.
