00:02:17.080and then move on to a presidential bid someday.
00:02:20.760He had the talent, he had the skill, his life was ended much too soon.
00:02:25.920Our prayers today are with his beloved wife Erica and their two children
00:02:29.980who lost their father because of a senseless, politically motivated assassination
00:02:34.940that took the lives of one of America's greatest minds.
00:02:39.140The left may have taken Charlie's voice, but they'll never take his spirit,
00:02:42.660and they'll never take away the Christian, conservative, and moral lessons he imparted to us
00:02:47.800before he was so cruelly taken from us.
00:02:50.760May you rest in peace, my friend, Charlie Kirk.
00:02:53.720In honor of Charlie, let's get today's news.
00:02:56.880President Donald Trump broke precedent last night, hosting the first ever Republican midterm convention in Dallas, Texas.
00:03:04.240The convention continued for its second and final day today during his electric speech, which I thought was excellent, by the way.
00:03:13.580The president outlined several key policy issues heading into the crucial 2026 midterms.
00:03:20.020See, this is the beauty of Trump's brilliant idea to host a midterm conjecture.
00:03:25.020For the first time, Trump has ensured that the opposition, that being the Democrats, in 2026, are not able to control the scope of topics considered by voters as they head to the ballot box.
00:03:36.960Through his midterm convention, Trump has created a platform for himself to challenge the lunacy of the Democratic socialists across America, who normally, in a midterm election following a contested print election, would have sole control over the narrative.
00:03:53.440Those in the mainstream media were quick to try to attack Trump's event, publishing false events about empty seats or a missing vibe, but I have been in touch with many friends who are there.
00:05:19.300and I stood on my chair lustily booing Nelson Rockefeller
00:05:23.400and cheering my then hero, Barry Goldwater.
00:05:27.020Since then, I have attended every Republican national convention, 1968.
00:05:30.960The convention in Miami Beach, where I was a gopher for John Mitchell, later Attorney General, then Richard Nixon's campaign manager.
00:05:40.060The 1972 convention, which was originally supposed to be in San Diego, but then because they figured out at the last minute San Diego really didn't have enough hotel rooms, they switched back to Miami Beach yet again.
00:05:52.320Of course, 1976, the first contested convention in my memory, a very close-fought contest in which I was on the staff of Governor Ronald Reagan, challenging Gerald Ford for the nomination.
00:06:07.800It was a very tight-fought and very close contest. Ford used the incumbency, of course, to get re-nominated.
00:06:15.960But it was interesting. At the end of that convention, you may remember, Gerald Ford coaxed Governor Reagan and Nancy Reagan down from their seats to come to the stage, a sign of party unity.
00:06:30.520Reagan initially declined, but ultimately went to the stage and gave an impassioned plea.
00:06:36.400You could see a light bulb go over the collective heads of the delegates where they realized they had nominated the wrong man.
00:06:43.340I actually believe Governor Ronald Reagan would have beat Jimmy Carter.
00:06:48.820The party was still reeling from Watergate.
00:06:51.540In the end, it's interesting, Gerald Ford came extraordinarily close to winning that election.
00:06:57.420If his liberal Republican advisers had put the late resources they had into Texas and Missouri instead of trying to win New York and Pennsylvania, I think Ford actually may have won.
00:07:09.440He was only narrowly defeated, and that was based on a strategic error.
00:07:15.000Of course, the 1980 convention, when Reagan triumphed, many people thought after 1976, Reagan was done.
00:07:22.340I went to work for Ronald Reagan early, 1979, handling New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
00:07:29.940Some of the best work I have ever done.
00:07:31.920The Bush forces, the established Republican forces, really thought that the delegates in those states belonged to them.
00:07:39.220But they were wrong. We not only won the delegates in all the delegates in New York and all the delegates in New Jersey, but Connecticut, where George H.W. Bush's father, Prescott Bush, had been the U.S. senator, was fought to a veritable standstill.
00:07:56.060We split the 35 delegates down the middle. I think they got one more delegate than we did.
00:08:00.940We carried three congressional districts, including the Fairfield County District, where Greenwich, the hometown of the Bushes, was.
00:15:22.120this is the stone zone with roger stone roger stone who's a very very one of the smartest
00:15:39.580political minds roger stone was persecuted people forget he's actually a brilliant brilliant
00:15:44.360political analyst now get him his own it's the stone zone here's roger stone
00:15:51.020Thanks for joining me again in the Stone Zone.
00:15:55.620While traveling to Dallas to deliver his speech to the unprecedented midterm convention last night,
00:16:01.520President Donald Trump spoke to reporters on the airport runway discussing the current situation with the war in Iran.
00:16:08.460President Trump warned Americans that Iran is attempting to stall negotiations to end the war in order to assist Democrats in getting elected in 2026,
00:16:17.680effectively weakening the negotiating position of the president of the United States.
00:16:22.820You see, Iran knows that Democrats will launch pointless and fruitless investigations
00:16:27.340into Trump and his cabinet, creating another Russian collusion, hoax or worse,0.81
00:16:32.820and allowing Iran to deal with the likes of President Obama,0.55
00:16:36.440who handed them $130 billion in cash and signed the original weak Iran arms deal
00:16:43.620under Secretary of State John Kerry.0.94
00:16:46.120So when it comes to presidents warning about Democrats working in concert with Iran, he's deadly accurate.1.00
00:16:52.240A recent report released by the Gateway Pundit found that the Iranians breached election systems in the United States during the 2020 election and even stole the identities of over 100,000 Americans during that breach.1.00
00:17:06.020They then posted about the breach online.0.81
00:17:09.120It was October 22nd. The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, that's CISA and the FBI, published a joint cybersecurity advisor warning that the Iranian advanced persistent threat, APT, were likely intent on influence and interfering with the U.S. elections to show discord among voters and undermine public confidence in the U.S. electoral process.
00:17:35.860So, in other words, it was Iranian collusion, not Russian collusion.
00:17:41.300Those same advanced persistent threat actors were creating fictitious media sites and spoofing legitimate media sites to spread anti-American propaganda and disinformation, as well as voter suppression.
00:17:56.060Why are you hearing about it now for the first time here in the Stoner Zone?
00:17:59.860It's typical of the kind of information that no one else brings you but us.
00:18:51.020The first Republican convention I've missed since 1964.
00:18:54.620Democrat U.S. Senator John Fetterman from Pennsylvania made a shocking appearance at the Republican Midterm Convention, addressing it by video to introduce his colleague, Republican Senator Dave McCormick.
00:19:08.900Fetterman called himself a common sense Democrat, said he would stand with America and reject socialism and praise McCormick as a friend and a partner when it comes to the issue of Pennsylvania steel.
00:19:22.640Fetterman also said he was willing to work with President Trump on projecting our U.S. steel industry.
00:19:27.640The appearance lasted just over a minute, but immediately intensified speculation, of course, about Fetterman's relationship with his own party.
00:19:36.340He has repeatedly said that he has no intention of becoming a Republican, citing some of his positions on labor issues and abortion as reasons he remains a Democrat.
00:19:46.600But he refused to play ball with the radical left or the socialist wing of his party.
00:19:52.120Fetterman has gained scorn and condemnation from many of his former supporters.
00:19:56.400I saw last week that a number of his former staffers set up a website where they're talking at a school of their former boss, which to me is beyond the pale.
00:20:07.080Cross-party convention appearances like this are actually not unprecedented.
00:20:11.640Democrat Senator Zell Miller of Georgia spoke at the Republican National Convention in 2004,
00:20:17.260Or while Joe Lieberman, who was an old friend of mine from Connecticut, endorsed John McCain and appeared at the Republican convention in 2008.
00:20:26.300Fetterman's appearance is different in that he didn't endorse a Republican congressional slate or announce a party switch.
00:20:32.380But he did use the platform to praise one colleague and to reject ideological extremes.
00:20:38.800Even so, this will only fuel the fire of Democrats who are critical of Fetterman.
00:20:44.680In their eyes, he's a traitor to their hyper-partisan cause for being willing to do what's best for America.
00:20:50.940Fetterman could, in my opinion, just bite the bullet and become a Republican like Tulsi Gabbard had the courage to do.
00:20:58.140And as a result, they accomplished more than they ever could have as a Democrat.
00:21:01.900Really, it's time for John Fetterman, who, frankly, has not made my international best dress list that I publish every New Year's Day for the last 16 years.
00:21:12.580He hasn't made my list, but I have no respect for him.
00:24:31.860You know, during a recent appearance on MSNBC, I guess they now call it MSNOW, trying to get away from their former selves,
00:24:40.340Maryland Democrat Congressman Jamie Raskin launched base attacks on President Donald Trump, falsely claiming that Trump has committed impeachable offenses.
00:24:48.900I'm kind of used to this kind of stuff from Jamie Raskin.
00:24:51.320Before the January 6th committee hearings, he essentially insisted that the hearings would prove that I had something to do with illegal activities on January 6th.
00:25:00.760Raskin should have known better. The FBI, it was reported by Reuters in April of 2017, reported that the FBI found that I had no involvement in the illegal activities at the Capitol.
00:25:13.780In fact, any claim that I knew in advance about, participated in or condoned any illegal activity on January 6th is not only categorically false, but there is no email, no video, no eyewitness, no text message, no evidence to the contrary.
00:25:31.520And when you went to the actual January 6th hearing, all you got was the perjured testimony of a woman named Cassidy Hutchinson,
00:25:38.120who claimed falsely that the White House chief of staff, Mark Meadows, had called both me and General Michael Flynn on January 6th or January 5th to find out what was going to happen on January 6th.
00:25:52.700Those are phone calls that never took place.
00:25:55.780and in fact Hutchinson very quickly moved to alter her testimony. Now Raskin, a top Democrat,
00:26:04.300is telegraphing exactly what Democrats will do if elected in 2026. They're not going to legislate,
00:26:09.980they're going to investigate. In fact, let's listen to what one of the most odious members
00:26:13.800of Congress, whose father, by the way, was an avowed communist, had to say about President Trump.
00:26:19.860Do you believe that President Trump has committed impeachable offenses at this point?
00:26:24.020undoubtedly we don't have time to remotely scratch the surface but going to war without a declaration
00:26:29.780of war for example can continually define congress in terms of our appropriation of money stealing0.74
00:26:36.980our spending power from us i mean i would say even just bulldozing the east wing of the white
00:26:42.420house if you can bulldoze the east wing he can bulldoze the west wing he believes that he is a
00:26:47.060King. There it is. First, let's talk about where Jamie Raskin comes from. Jamie Raskin's father,
00:26:54.420Marcus Raskin, was a co-founder of the Marxist organization, the Institute for Policy Studies.
00:26:59.300That organization worked closely with the Soviet Union, even hosting Soviet officials in the United
00:27:04.020States during the 1980s. That organization, the Institute for Policy, hosted Alger Hiss and later
00:27:11.020who ran the Alger Hiss lectures after a bequest from the state.
00:27:14.840Alger Hiss, of course, was convicted of perjury for lying about being a member of the Communist Party.
00:27:21.440Several credible sources have accused Marcus Raskin of being an outright asset of the KGB.
00:27:28.260In my belief, Jamie Raskin is also a communist, raised by communists and practicing communism.
00:27:33.200If you need more proof of this, here's Raskin's comment asked during the same interview
00:27:37.700If he would stand with the neo-Marxist radical Hassan Piker, even after Piker said that America deserved the attack on 9-11, Raskin said that he would vote with the terrorists every time.
00:27:53.300So Raskin obfuscates, refers to answer the question.
00:27:56.620But once a communist, always a communist.
00:28:00.740He's cheating them out of his dues.0.99
00:28:02.300By the way, he's also incredibly corrupt.
00:28:04.980In 2022, reporting showed that Jamie Raskin violated the Stock Act's disclosure rules involving his wife, Sarah Bloom Raskin, later made a federal judge by Joe Biden, but at that time a Treasury official and a Biden Federal Reserve nominee.
00:28:24.260She was also actively involved in unmasking illegally a number of Trump administration officials in the Russian collusion hoax.
00:28:34.820He did not report their reserve trust stock of annual disclosures from 2017-2019 when she was on the company's board.
00:28:43.820So his wife sold about 196,000 shares in December of 2020 for roughly $1.5 million.
00:28:51.300Jamie Raskin, as a member of Congress, was required to disclose that in a timely fashion on his House forms, did not do so.
00:28:59.280He disclosed that sale about eight months later.
00:29:01.760Later that year, he later again, on a related net zero stock exchange, made other great gains.
00:29:08.060Not only was Jamie Raskin raised by economists, he's also used his position in the House to make millions of dollars in corrupt stock dealings,
00:29:15.460failing to disclose lawful information to the House in doing so.
00:29:19.180By the way, I support the legislation by Anna Polina Luna of Florida to ban all stops by members of Congress, Republicans and Democrats.
00:29:32.040As far as attacks on Donald Trump this time around, why did Raskin have nothing to say when Obama bombed nations incessantly?
00:29:39.160He didn't raise the issue when he was elected to Congress in 2016, the same year that Barack Obama bombed thousands during his actually what was his deadliest year in office.
00:29:49.980In 2016 alone, under Obama, the United States dropped an estimated 26,171 bombs in seven countries, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Libya, Yemen, Somalia, and Pakistan.
00:30:19.660And to his second point, Trump's administration, through Elon Musk's Doge operation,
00:30:24.660have discovered hundreds of billions of dollars in waste, fraud, and abuse
00:30:29.660through appropriations approved by the House of Representatives.
00:30:32.480The latest figures puts that total saved by Musk and doged somewhere around $250 billion.
00:30:39.080Republicans have moved to rectify that waste, fraud, and abuse by stopping payments to organizations found to be engaged in fraud,
00:30:46.420and also by ending USAID, which became a piggy bank for the radical left.
00:30:52.180But Democrats like Raskin have kicked and screamed, exclaiming it is their right to fraud the American people.
00:30:57.820That doesn't seem like an impeachable offense on Donald Trump's part or any common sense on Jamie Raskin's part.
00:31:05.240Perhaps he should be dismissed from the House of Representatives for his commitment to handling taxpayer dollars over to fraudsters and criminals.
00:31:11.180But I guess that is up to the voters of his Democrat district back in Maryland.
00:31:16.500As for the White House renovations, the law is extremely clear on this.
00:31:20.040The president has jurisdiction of the national parks, of which one the White House is one of many.
00:31:24.820The White House is exempt from the National Historic Preservation Act, meaning the president, through the National Park Service, responsible for renovating and maintaining the property.
00:31:34.940There's no rule or law which states the president is not legally allowed to renovate the White House.
00:31:40.040So claiming that that was an impeachable offense was a reach, to say the least.
00:31:44.460Once again, Jamie Raskin never raised this issue during his campaign after President Barack Obama constructed a basketball court on the White House grounds.
00:31:54.220In the same interview on MSNBC, now calling it some MSNOW, Raskin appeared to show his hand, revealing just how far Democrats would go if brought back to power in the House and Senate in 2026.
00:32:07.140Raskin proclaimed that Democrats would move to pack the Supreme Court, destroying a pillar of government, allowing Democrats to nominate as many justices as they want.
00:32:16.440Most people don't know this, but the Constitution does not set the number of justices at nine.
00:32:43.840We talked earlier about the Texas Senate race earlier between Ken Paxton, the sitting attorney general, and James Tallarico, who the president has nicknamed James Tallarico.
00:32:55.600Once you get a Trump nickname, you never get away from it.
00:32:59.240Polls currently show that pair tied in a 50-50 dead heap.
00:33:02.920When asked about this particular race in my various interviews, I've always maintained that the more Tallarico sees, the more voters see of him, the less they will like him.
00:33:13.300See, James Tallarico is not your grandfather's Democrat.
00:33:17.220He's not a Democrat in the tradition of John F. Kennedy or Harry Truman or Daniel Patrick Moynihan or other Democrats that I admire.
00:33:26.660He's a radical, modern Marxist that celebrates and proliferates some of the most vile leftist ideologies,
00:33:33.340including critical race theory, gender theories, and other nonsense.
00:33:37.440Now, I understand now that he's a major party nominee, he's trying to backtrack and retract some of the more radical and crazy things he said.
00:33:46.300And if you're a Democratic strategist trying to elect James Tallarico in Texas, statements like his come off like fingernails on a chalkboard.
00:33:57.580For example, his latest, a refusal to walk back comments he made previously about the fact that God is non-binary.
00:35:37.140It is interesting that Tal Rico is is outraising Paxton.
00:35:41.700It's outrageous that the National Republican Senatorial Committee sunk six hundred thousand dollars into the campaign of incumbent Senator John Cornyn, your classic rhino who rarely voted with President Trump.
00:35:56.000And now they say that their coffers are empty.
00:36:01.260But Elon Musk has stepped up to the plate.
00:36:04.580He's dumped a substantial amount of money into Texas.
00:36:07.140He has a slashing new add-on that I think is going to make an interest.
00:36:12.480Adding insult to injury, by the way, Talrico is also, I think, a hardened racist with his fellow Democrat, Jasmine Crockett, refusing to campaign for him after he defeated her in the Democrat primary because of allegations of racism.
00:36:26.100Crockett has called him a straight-up racist on various television interviews very recently.
00:36:33.720Also interesting to me that in the 17th District in the mid-Hudson Valley in New York,
00:36:44.200That's Rockland, Putnam, parts of Westchester and Dutchess.
00:36:47.360She's running against my friend, Republican Mike Lawler in a toss-up House race0.99
00:36:51.320that could end up playing a major factor in who takes control of the House in 2026.
00:36:57.240During a recent interview, Conley revealed exactly what she would do if elected.0.97
00:37:01.240If you would guess that she would work to help citizens of her district to make the streets safer or make her district more prosperous, no, Connolly has promised to use her office if elected to impeach Trump officials.
00:37:13.920While speaking to CNN, Connolly specifically says she plans to impeach the Defense Secretary or the Secretary of War, as I guess he's now called, if elected against Lawler in 2026.
00:37:25.420This is going to be one of the closest and most important races in the country.
00:37:30.320Democrats don't want to legislate. They want to investigate. They have no positive program to create jobs, no positive program to bring down food prices, no positive program to bring down the availability and the cost of housing, no positive program to make our streets and communities safer.
00:37:49.560No, it's about revenge and retaliation in that crucial 17th district, which is going to be one of the most important districts and contests in the country.
