00:06:43.560We could probably do well simply to admit Dean's testimony about this, he says, in the memo.
00:06:48.320Frampton wrote that California attorney Herbert Comback, who was the chief fundraiser of the so-called hush money that was delivered to the Watergate burglars and their attorneys, Dean has always maintained that Mitchell authorized the enlistment of Comback, but the Watergate special prosecutors concluded that Mitchell's logs and schedule suggests that Dean exercised somewhat more discretion himself to forge ahead.
00:07:16.540And it was Dean who recruited combat to go get hush money for the Watergate burglars, not John Mitchell.
00:07:25.180So John Mitchell has been wronged. Ted Cruz obviously has no idea what really happened at Watergate.
00:07:31.120But Vice President J.D. Vance nailed it when he was speaking at the Nixon Library only weeks ago.
00:07:37.600And he said that Richard Nixon was taken down by the same deep state forces that tried to take down President Donald Trump.
00:07:47.500Again, there was never any evidence that Richard Nixon himself approved the Watergate break-in.
00:07:53.740And to this day, we can only speculate about what the purposes of the Watergate break-in were,
00:07:59.920given Nixon's strong political positioning going into the 1972 elections.
00:08:05.780But let's take a look at Ted Cruz for a moment.
00:08:08.560Cruz told voters that he and his wife liquidated their savings to fund his 2012 Senate race in Texas,
00:08:16.200when in reality more than $1 million came from a Goldman Sachs margin loan.
00:08:21.920His wife, Heidi, worked at Goldman Sachs in a Citibank line of credit.
00:08:26.640He reported these monies to the Federal Election Commission as personal funds
00:08:31.020and did not disclose that they were loans or the banks that they came from, as required by law.
00:08:38.560The Federal Election Commission later found the reporting inaccurate,
00:08:41.980and in 2019, his campaign paid a $35,000 fine and signed a conciliation agreement.
00:08:49.500Cruz called it an inadvertent filing error.
00:08:53.560The loans themselves were listed on his separate Senate personal financial disclosures,
00:08:57.680not just correctly on his FEC campaign forms. Now, iHeart Media produces and syndicates
00:09:05.520Cruz's podcast. Between 20 and 23, iHeart paid him $630,000 or between $630,000 and $961,000
00:09:17.080in digital revenue, which flowed to Cruz's Truth and Courage PAC, a super PAC whose purpose is
00:09:25.440getting Cruz re-elected. I guess his U.S. Senate salary is not enough. Watchdogs argue that this
00:09:33.240was an illegal corporate contribution or an undisclosed gift under the federal election
00:09:39.140law. Cruz has also received luxurious gifts from donors, getting a $76,000 private jet round trip
00:09:47.060to Turks and Caicos from Sharmin Mosavar Rahmani, a Goldman Sachs executive. Cruz has also received
00:09:54.900charter flights, astro tickets, concert tickets, and Longhorn tickets from Texas oil and real estate
00:10:02.280donors. So here's my simple question. Why do people take an almost instantaneous dislike to
00:10:08.580Ted Cruz when they meet him? It's simple. They're merely saving time. Thanks for joining us. You're

00:11:15.820trial today. While speaking to reporters at the Capitol yesterday, New Jersey Senator
00:11:22.000Cory Booker, his eyes bulging. You ever notice how these were these really crazy liberals,0.96
00:11:28.140the way their eyes bowls? I'm thinking Adam Schiff, AOC, Cory Booker, and a shaking tone0.87
00:11:36.360in his voice spewed rabid, false and dangerous conspiracy theories about the 2026 midterm
00:11:43.580elections. As I will point out later in the show, polling currently shows Democrats and Republicans
00:11:49.300are increasingly locked into what only can be described as a dead heat heading into November.
00:11:55.080Republicans are actually gaining, contrary to what some in the mainstream media may be telling you.
00:12:02.620But despite with history being on their side, the presidents with a supermajority almost always
00:12:08.040face tense opposition in the following midterm elections, as Republicans did in 2018, the
00:12:14.660Democrats are actually slipping a bit. That's why they're now moving to claim in advance that the
00:12:20.4002026 midterm elections are, quote, going to be stolen from them. Projection, anyone? Does Cory
00:12:28.040Booker seriously think the American people have forgotten about what I believe was the stolen
00:12:32.920election of 2020, the fact that Pennsylvania and Michigan and Arizona all stopped counting
00:12:41.480ballots at three o'clock in the morning, and that miraculously 300,000 roughly paper ballots,
00:12:48.820which were supposedly mailed in, but many of them never folded, popped up out of nowhere
00:12:54.280to be counted. Yeah, I find that disturbing and questionable. Does Cory Booker really think the
00:13:01.300American people have forgotten the walled off Capitol building or the claim that a broken pipe required that the counting center in Detroit, Michigan, be shut down while the windows were papered over and Republican observers were removed by the Detroit police while Democrats continue to jam paper ballots through the tabulators?
00:13:22.200Does he really think that we've forgotten all about that?
00:13:26.460Or does he think we've forgotten the fact that no one showed up at Joe Biden's inauguration?
00:13:32.940The city was virtually empty, indicative of the fact that I still don't believe that 81 million people voted for a man who barely left his basement to campaign.
00:13:43.820Booker said to reporters yesterday, and I quote, I think a criminal who undermines one election is very likely to undermine another one.
00:13:52.200If Senator Booker has some evidence that Donald Trump undermined the last election, I say he should produce it.
00:13:58.960Other than that, this is dangerous, overheated rhetoric.
00:14:02.580But I do know the power of the people is greater and the people are in power.
00:14:06.460Don't fall for the cynicism that he wants you to have about this election.
00:14:10.100This is not a time to throw up your arms.
00:14:12.280It's a time to roll up our sleeves and fight his rising costs, fight his legal war, fight his taking away our health care,0.93
00:14:20.060fight his people recklessly running through our communities and shooting American citizens.0.52
00:14:24.980This election is not right or left. It's right or wrong. A lot of good rhetoric there, but maybe we0.99
00:14:31.660should talk about how many jobs President Trump has created. Maybe we should talk about the fact
00:14:37.120that America is energy independent again. We don't have to go on bended knee for oil and gas
00:14:43.160to the Middle East. Maybe we should talk about the fact that individual personal income has risen
00:14:49.120dramatically under President Donald Trump. Democrats quite literally spent months protesting
00:14:55.100refusing to pass the President's Save America Act in the Senate, a law that would have ensured
00:15:00.840secure election parameters in 2026 and going forward. All we're asking for is that people be
00:15:08.300required to be U.S. citizens and they show a photo ID. As for the other allegations Booker made,
00:15:16.160no mention of President Trump's illegal wars, where Barack Obama bombed and killed hundreds
00:15:22.440of civilians, far more than Donald Trump, during his presidency.
00:15:26.580Booker has lauded Obama as a hero, not a villain.
00:15:29.940Why were the bombings of civilians under Obama brushed under the rug, while the bombings
00:15:34.640of the Iranian regime, the brutal Iranian regime under President Trump, is considered
00:17:44.300New Jersey Senator Cory Booker launched quite an attack on Donald Trump yesterday,
00:17:50.000but what he didn't tell you is he himself has a criminal past.
00:17:53.940As the mayor of Newark, New Jersey, Cory Booker embezzled $600,000
00:17:58.480from the city's Watershed Water Authority, laundering the money through his law firm.
00:18:03.860When he got caught, Booker claimed he knew nothing about the transfer, but the authority minutes showed that as an ex-officio member of the authority board, he had voted to pay the firms these funds.
00:18:17.960The Newark Watershed Conservation and Development Corporation scandal involved widespread corruption at the nonprofit managing Newark's watershed during Cory Booker's reign as mayor from 2006 to 2013.
00:18:32.360The executive director, Linda Watkins Brasher, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 8.5 years in prison for approving the payment to Cory Booker's law firm and also for taking nearly one million dollars in bribes and kickbacks from contractors via other no bid deals and inflated payments.
00:18:52.980Others, including contractors and former Newark police officer, were also convicted in the scheme, which involved embezzlement and bogus contracts.
00:19:03.440Booker's former campaign treasurer and law partner, Elnardo Webster, helped recommend the board members.
00:19:09.000The board then retained Booker's law firm for over $1 million in legal fees.
00:19:14.800A New York State Comptroller's report criticized the reckless spending and the minimal oversight.
00:19:19.820But Booker, when confronted, couldn't keep his story straight.
00:19:23.960At first, he said the payment to his firm was deferred compensation.
00:19:28.540Then he said it was a partner's buyout.
00:19:30.960Then he said it was for legal work that he had done for the authority, which, of course, would have been a conflict of interest since he was a member of the authority board by law.
00:19:42.860He attended zero meetings, according to him, but the records of the one particular meeting in which the payment to his law firm was approved show him present in voting yes.
00:19:57.940Goes without saying, if Cory Booker were a Republican, he would have gone to jail with the staffers who were convicted for processing the permits to Cory Booker's firm.
00:20:37.260this is the stone zone now get in the zone it's the stone zone a man who's gone through hell
00:20:50.880but he's kept going and he's smart and he's strong and people love him not everybody but
00:20:57.200people love him and respect him roger stone where's roger stone here's roger stone
00:21:02.740Welcome back into the zone. If you're a junkie and you love politics, well, you're in the right
00:21:10.300place. The monthly Harvard-Harris poll of voters across the United States now shows Democrats and
00:21:17.660Republican support at near identical levels just a month from November's midterm election.
00:21:23.760The Harvard-Harris poll is certainly not a right-leaning operation. It is widely respected
00:21:30.180as a credible measure of public opinion. When all registered voters in the poll were asked,
00:21:36.380the parties are split 50-50 when asked if they were more likely to vote for a Democrat
00:21:40.940or a Republican candidate for Congress. Democrats take a slight 51-49% lead among likely voters,
00:21:50.480but that's within the poll's three-point margin of error. 50% of voters say their minds are already
00:21:56.780made up about who to vote for, and two-thirds say they expect to vote a straight party ticket.
00:22:02.620By the way, only having 50% of voters saying their minds are already made up, meaning that the
00:22:07.700balance of the voters have not made up their minds is extraordinarily low at this point. 59%
00:22:16.080of those supporting Democrats say they've definitely made up their minds, while 58%
00:22:21.080of Republicans say the exact same thing. Again, that's the same number. Just 33% of independent
00:22:27.900leaning voters say their minds are made up, with 26% saying they're not, they are leaning in one
00:22:33.540direction, and 24% saying they just simply have not decided. That is, I can tell you, after 50
00:22:41.720years experience in the political arena, that is an enormous flexibility and volatility in the
00:22:50.480electorate. Another question asked to voters how important voting in the midterm election is,
00:22:55.180and again showed similar levels, with 63% of Democrats saying it was extremely important
00:23:00.900and therefore more likely to vote, while 62% of Republicans said the same thing. Again,
00:23:06.820almost identical numbers. On issues, it's no surprise that economic concerns rank as the
00:23:13.260issue most voters care about. 45% say inflation affordability is the most important issue to
00:23:20.440them personally, followed by restoring basic American values of merit and competence. I'm not
00:23:26.980sure what that means. And crime. When broadened out to issues facing the country, economic concerns
00:23:34.160also reign, followed by health care and, of course, illegal immigration. So President Trump
00:23:40.980and Republicans have narrowly scored higher in this poll on who voters trust more to handle the
00:23:48.080economy. 51 percent of voters said they trusted the president more, including 15 percent of the
00:23:53.640Democrats. Independents said they preferred Democrats when it comes to the economy by
00:23:58.98054-46 percent margin, which is a marked improvement from last month's poll. Voters
00:24:06.960aligned with Republican policies on taxes and spending as well. When asked if voters preferred
00:24:12.160decreasing, increasing, or keeping taxes the same. 58% said decreasing taxes compared to 15%
00:24:21.360who said increasing taxes, and 27% said taxes should be kept where they are. You got to wonder
00:24:28.020who those 15% want to increase taxes are. Who are those people? On government spending, 64% favored
00:24:34.440decreasing government spending. No surprise there. 16% said they favored increasing government
00:24:41.100spending. Once again, I wonder who those people are. And 19% said that federal spending should
00:24:47.200be kept exactly where it is today. 56% of voters want to see interest rate cuts, with 18% favoring
00:24:55.640increasing rates. Again, you got to wonder who those people are. And 26% say keeping them at
00:25:01.720the same levels. I think this is a very key number. The Federal Reserve met only recently and did not
00:25:08.120issue a deep cut in federal interest rates, I think, based on the current unemployment rate
00:25:14.700and the relatively low inflation rate, that a deeper cut in interest rates is merited. But then
00:25:21.660I'm not an economist, and if you're really interested in those questions, I think you
00:25:25.820should probably ask Larry Kudlow. This news comes interesting in the poll. President Trump's planned
00:25:34.860issue $5,000 to every American adult if Republicans maintain both houses. 57% said they approved of
00:25:41.980that, while 69% of the voters say that the proposed measure is primarily intended to encourage voters
00:25:49.000to support Republicans. How about that, Sherlock? This news comes as panicans and Democrats continue
00:25:58.620to assure us that the midterms have already been decided. Well, I'm an adventurer of 50 years in
00:26:03.680the American political arena. I'm a veteran of 13 national presidential campaigns, starting with
00:26:09.200Richard Nixon all the way to Donald Trump. No, I emphatically deny that I was the head of Youth
00:26:15.540Lincoln. But I can tell you this election is far from over. The American electorate is extraordinarily
00:26:22.540volatile. And the president has, and his party, have superior campaign resources. They're going
00:26:31.400Ended up putting in about a billion dollars between President's Make America Great, Inc. PAC, and the Republican National Committee, the Republican National Sanitario Committee, and the Republican Congressional Committee.
00:26:44.600By contrast, the Democratic Party had about $16 million cash on hand, still has an $18 million debt from the disastrous candidacy of Kamala Harris.
00:26:55.580Now, that's not the great advantage that some people may think.
00:26:59.500I kind of argue that that kind of money substitutes for the fact that the Democrats have ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNOW.
00:27:11.300They had to change the name because as MSNBC, nobody believed them.
00:27:16.040And therefore, Republicans have to buy their electronic messaging,
00:27:21.040where it's provided for free as a corporate contribution from the major networks.
00:27:26.300Yet, I do think that the Republicans overall have more resources, and that is going to count in close races.
00:27:34.600President Trump and his slate of America First Republicans represent a completely different voter base than any other Republican ticket.
00:27:41.620In other words, Republicans have always done extremely well when Trump himself is on the ballot.
00:27:47.580They've struggled when he is not on the ballot.
00:27:50.900So this is, I think, the reason that President Trump is hitting the trail.
00:27:54.380He has vowed to hit 32 states. I believe he's in Oklahoma tonight. I know he's headed to Alabama. Very clever, by the way. By going to Oklahoma, by going to Durant, Oklahoma, his rally there spills off into the Dallas media market where Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is coming up quickly in a race against Tallarico, the radical leftist Democrat.
00:28:24.380and also smart in the sense that some say, well, why is Trump going to solidly red Alabama?
00:28:31.460But his rally in Alabama will be seen in the northern Florida panhandle, where Byron Donald
00:28:39.240is a Republican candidate for governor, slightly underperformed in the Republican primary,
00:28:44.360although he did win it, and could use a boost. So there is some wise strategy going on by the
00:28:51.880Republicans, for working class Americans when the choice is between safety, security, a record high0.94
00:28:58.000stock market, combating global communism, opposing the use of our tax dollars for transgender surgery0.53
00:29:06.600on children, open borders, high crime and corruption. I believe the American people will0.98
00:29:12.020make the right choice. Meanwhile, the United States military has withdrawn from Iraq after 12 years
00:29:20.080with President Donald Trump criticizing the very bad decision-making that got us involved in that
00:29:25.340quagmire in the first place. Most Americans will not remember that President George W. Bush,
00:29:32.060prodded on by Vice President Dick Cheney, fooled us into believing that Iraq had weapons of mass
00:29:39.540destruction. They didn't. They destroyed the career of National Security Advisor Colin Powell,
00:29:47.100forcing him to tell the United Nations that the Iraqis had yellow cake uranium with which to make
00:29:54.880nuclear bombs. They didn't. Tens of thousands of Americans died. Hundreds of thousands of Iraqis
00:30:03.020died needlessly. Now, finally, our withdrawal marks the formal closure of another chapter of
00:30:11.940U.S. occupation of a Middle Eastern country after troops previously left there in 2011 after the
00:30:18.560Iraq war before returning to fight ISIS in 2014. Press release from the U.S. Central Command,
00:30:26.940CENTCOM, announced that the orderly departure of U.S. forces and equipment from URBAL Air Force
00:30:33.260Base in northern Iraq was completed on Wednesday, marking the end of the Operation Inherent Resolve
00:30:39.720mission against the Islamic State. The move out of Iraq, which began last October, is part of a
00:30:46.360planned transition to a U.S.-Iraq bilateral defense relationship that follows an agreement
00:30:52.460reached between the two countries in 24 under sleepy Joe Biden. The Operation Inherent Resolve
00:30:59.140combined joint task force has been moved to Jordan and will remain operational as American
00:31:04.320forces continue to counter ISIS in Syria alongside our other coalition partners as well as the
00:31:12.200Syrian government. President Trump celebrated the withdrawal on troop social including praise for
00:31:18.000Iraq's new prime minister Ali al-Saidi and call out of the previous administrations that saw the
00:31:25.680continuation of the U.S. presence in Iraq. President said today I'm pleased to announce
00:31:32.360that the last American forces are leaving Iraq.
00:31:35.380It has been a long time with very bad decision-making
00:31:37.860that got us involved in this quagmire in the first place.
00:31:41.340But soon that will be a part of history.
00:32:01.760The president noted that the efforts of the United States launched in 2003 under the presidency of George W. Bush and continued under the administration of Barack Hussein Obama in 2014, as well as sleepy Joe Biden.
00:32:16.900And Operation Inherent Resolve ends in 26 under the leadership of President Donald Trump.
00:32:23.800What we don't know, of course, is how much Halliburton, the massive defense contractor that Dick Cheney left to become vice president and returned to after he was vice president.
00:32:35.540But don't worry, folks, he had his Halliburton stock in a blind trust.
00:32:40.860How blind could the trust be if he knew it was in there?
00:32:43.380It is estimated that Dick Cheney made tens of millions of dollars on the war in Iraq by lying to the American people.
00:32:55.560Unlike Afghanistan, where much military equipment and everything else was left behind, and 13 brave Americans lie dead, with many badly wounded,
00:33:04.780the orderly departure of coalition forces and equipment today from the herbal air force base0.76
00:33:12.180marks the end of a very expensive incursion into hell the president said i set a clear mission
00:33:19.440gave our commanders the tools to finish it and refused to let a temporary presence become a
00:33:24.620permanent presence i had a choice to stay or leave and i felt without question there was time for
00:33:30.100Americans to come home. Prime Minister Al Saidi is outstanding and will hopefully be able to
00:33:36.380handle things very well. We came to fight a caliphate. There is no longer a caliphate to
00:33:42.000fight. We are going home. Thank the Lord, says President Donald J. Trump. CENTCOM Commander
00:33:50.920Admiral Brad Cooper added in a statement, job well done to the tens of thousands of American
00:33:56.900service members, diplomats, and civilian personnel who answered the call in Iraq.
00:34:02.880Because of regret, sacrifice, and professionalism, ISIS no longer poses a systematic threat to
00:34:09.000Iraq's national security and Iraqi security forces, including the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional
00:34:16.820Security Forces, now have the capacity, leadership, and apparitional independence
00:34:22.160to unilaterally manage threats to their own homeland.
00:35:14.900President Donald Trump's White House began sending $500 refund checks on Wednesday that will go to nearly 1 million Americans who the administration says were overcharged for Obamacare insurance by the Biden administration.
00:35:30.400The Treasury checks are being mailed to more than 950,000 Americans living in at least 30 states who used healthcare.gov, a federal marketplace where people signed up for Obamacare health insurance, an administration official told The Hill.
00:35:46.480For years, the Biden administration overcharged you to fund the operation of healthcare.gov, President wrote in a letter being sent with the checks and obtained by the outlet, the Hale outlet.
00:35:59.360That money belongs to hardworking Americans, not the government, and now I'm returning it to you.
00:36:04.860The White House says the Biden administration specifically overcharged user fees that ultimately resulted in higher premiums paid through the insurance website, as reported by the Daily Mail.
00:36:18.520The Trump administration says the fees were not used to benefit people who paid for the higher premiums and amounted to an excess of $500 million in user fees, according to the report.
00:36:31.400The fees have typically been used to cover services like technology support, call center operations, and outreach efforts to enroll more Americans in health insurance plans.
00:36:42.080However, the Trump administration has slashed funding for these outreach efforts, according to The Hill.
00:36:49.440The checks are being sent only a few weeks ahead of the midterm elections, where affordability and health care costs are emerging,
00:36:56.960according to that Harvard-Harris poll we spoke about earlier, as a major issue.
00:37:03.040You were paid into this flaw system, and now you're finally getting something back,
00:37:07.020President Trump wrote in a letter to accompany the checks.
00:37:11.360The $500 payments are different than the $5,000 checks that President Trump pitched as the Trumped dividend
00:37:18.700and a reward for people for putting up with Biden's poor economic policies.
00:37:24.800Individuals who are eligible for the $500 payment have already been identified by the government,
00:38:10.360You have a system where, on the one hand, brokers have paid money to feed patients into the system,
00:38:15.900while, on the other hand, the government isn't even checking on whether the people enrolled
00:38:20.000are actually eligible for the program. What do you have? Of course, rampant, rampant fraud,
00:38:27.780said the vice president. Then it said the Trump administration is taking multiple actions to
00:38:33.700combat Medicare fraud under the Obamacare plan, including ending enrollment for 75,
00:38:40.460pardon me, 750,000 people believed to have been fraudulently enrolled. The second thing we're
00:38:47.320going to do, according to the vice president, is we're going to do some additional verification.
00:38:51.960We expect that most of these people are fraudulently enrolled, but we're not going to do some
00:38:56.380additional verification on about 419,000 people we're not sure about. We're going to make sure
00:39:03.600that, first of all, they're legal residents of the United States, and second of all, we're going to
00:39:08.220make sure that they actually meet the income threshold requirements in order to receive these
00:39:15.100Obamacare benefits. Now to put this into context, the amount of money was stopped from going to
00:39:20.920fraudsters today, two point billion dollars. The average child receives about four thousand dollars
00:39:27.080in health care benefits every single year, according to the vice president. That means
00:39:31.920we're saving 550,000 American children's worth of health care that's going to fraudsters and
00:39:39.380con men that will now go to essential services, which is where it was meant to go in the beginning.
00:39:46.060Meanwhile, in a breaking story, my good friend Senator Bill Haggerty of Tennessee has filed a bar complaint against former special counsel Jack Smith,
00:39:55.300who brought two federal indictments against President Donald Trump, calling him a partisan actor and declaring that his prosecutorial misconduct damaged our constitutional order.
00:40:06.640I read earlier today that Senator Marsha Blackburn of Georgia, of Tennessee, pardon me, is also suing, of Georgia, is also suing Jack Smith.
00:40:22.640Jack Smith turns out to have run the greatest single abuse of power, the greatest single dirty trick since the Russian collusion hoax.
00:40:30.860There'll be a lot more about Jack Smith in the coming days.
00:40:34.440The question that occurs to me is a simple one.
