00:01:12.740This is the Stone Zone with Roger Stone.
00:01:28.140People love him and respect him. Roger Stone.
00:01:30.880Now, get in the zone. It's the Stone Zone. Here's Roger Stone.
00:01:36.380you are now entering the stone zone well former special counsel jack smith who only a week ago
00:01:47.860testified before the u.s senate that he was a non-partisan non-political career prosecutor
00:01:55.140wore an anti-trump t-shirt at a music festival saturday in maryland photos of him are clad in
00:02:02.740are all over the internet. The shirt said Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band of Hope and
00:02:10.200Dreams tour No Kings. And Just the News reported Sunday that Springsteen, who has long voiced
00:02:16.720opposition to President Donald Trump and his supporters, was one of the acts at the event
00:02:20.980called Power to the People Fest. Bruce Springsteen will never be Bob Dylan. Foo Fighters lead singer
00:02:28.660Dave Grohl dedicated his band's song to my hero, my new friend, Jack Smith. One photo showed Smith
00:02:35.860with another man wearing a Scottish kilt and a t-shirt that appeared to show a quote from the0.95
00:02:41.440movie character Indiana Jones, who said, Nazis, I hate these guys. If that doesn't show that Jack
00:02:49.060Smith's investigation all along was the appointed takedown of the Democrats' chief political
00:02:55.020opposition, President Donald Trump, then I don't know what does. Today we learned that former
00:03:01.280Attorney General Merrick Garland, who insisted that he and he alone made the decision to launch
00:03:08.240the questionable and I think illegal raid on Mar-a-Lago in search of documents that would
00:03:15.240have proved that the whole entire Russian collusion thing was a hoax cooked up by Barack
00:03:21.040Obama and his cabal in fact did so under remorseless prodding by the Biden White House. So in other
00:03:28.720words Merrick Garland lied under oath to the U.S. Senate. Hmm that's exactly what they charged me
00:03:35.800with. The difference was that no misstatement that I made under oath was material. In other words
00:03:41.560unlike Merrick Garland I wasn't hiding any underlying crime. There was no Russian collusion
00:03:48.100or WikiLeaks collaboration for me to lie about. Jack Smith was never the unbiased prosecutor
00:03:55.300conducting prosecutorial work on a legitimate basis. He was a Democrat hatchet man appointed
00:04:01.500for one purpose and one purpose only, to destroy the 2024 presidential campaign of President Donald
00:04:08.660Trump. All along, Smith insisted he had no biases, that he was only investigating the truth. We now
00:04:14.560know that Smith's statements about supposed objectivity have no real basis in reality.
00:04:20.120The truth is he was thumbing his nose at the Justice Department days after testifying in
00:04:24.680Congress, our current Justice Department, showing how untouchable Smith may really be. The Department
00:04:30.340of Justice should open a complete and total investigation into the prosecutorial misconduct
00:04:35.440of Jack Smith and for leading a politicized and baseless investigation to President Trump,
00:04:41.000yielding false charges based on faulty and manufactured evidence. Smith is the one who
00:04:46.360should be charged. No one, as the liberals used to say during Watergate, is above the law. That
00:04:51.500includes Jack Smith. Journalist Catherine Herridge, perhaps the single greatest investigative journalist
00:04:57.160of our time, reported that information belonging to thousands of Americans who donated to the
00:05:03.220Republican Party was actually collected in Smith's investigations. Herridge said that she believes
00:05:08.980the big takeaway is that the investigations by Jack Smith, whether it was a special counsel
00:05:13.880investigation or any of the other precursor investigations, were much broader and more
00:05:18.800sweeping than most Americans realize. She was referring to a recent headline stating that about
00:05:23.9005,000 Americans who exercised their absolute political right to make political donations to
00:05:29.580the Republican Party or Donald Trump, most of these by the way were small donations, $5, $10,
00:05:34.560even one dollar, their financial information was collected from the front of their check. So
00:05:40.040addresses, names, phone numbers, bank account numbers, and routing numbers, all collected
00:05:45.760by the special counsel. I think it was Senator Mike Lee of Utah who said this is a direct
00:05:50.920violation of the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. So in his view, it was an unlawful
00:05:56.700search and seizure of average Americans' donor information and an infringement of their right
00:06:02.800to donate to the political party of their choice. Not only was the basis of Smith's investigation
00:06:07.760faulty, we now know that the FBI told Smith repeatedly that he had insufficient probable
00:06:13.640cause to stage the raid at Mar-a-Lago, but he went ahead anyway. And the Attorney General Merrick
00:06:21.640Garland lied under oath about it to the Senate because it was approved by the Biden White House.
00:06:27.960It's outrageous that the illegal spying on average citizens as well as members of Congress, which seemed to be a big deal back during Watergate, doesn't seem to matter to your average garden variety liberal at this point.
00:06:42.840Meanwhile, President Donald Trump opened the final midterm sprint this weekend with rallies for John Husted and the gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.
00:06:53.240That was in Ohio, which Donald Trump carried comfortably in both 2024 and in 2016, is now reportedly competitive in both the Senate and the governor's race.
00:07:02.920President is taking no chances in keeping this crucial battleground state red.
00:07:07.340President Trump showed up to steadfastly defend his record.
00:07:10.360He said Republicans can beat the polling once his voters show up.
00:07:15.720Trump has always exceeded it, turning out marginal voters or those voters who are less interested in turning out when Trump himself is not on the ballot.
00:07:26.080The president also defended AI data centers, which has become a controversial hot button issue in this campaign, on the grounds that either America builds them or China will.
00:07:36.840China will not wait and neither should wait.
00:07:39.160But it's largely based on disinformation.
00:07:42.580You see, I think many voters don't understand that these data centers can be constructed so they do not utilize local water for their cooling systems.
00:07:51.920There are multiple technologies that don't require the use of local water, nor do the AI centers need to be plugged into the local grid for electricity.
00:08:02.020There are multiple closed-loop electricity-generating programs that can do that, or I should say technologies.
00:08:09.860So this idea that a data center is going to rob a local community of their water or increase your utility rates is simply not true.0.52
00:08:20.160The Communist Chinese are pouring millions of dollars into the NGO fake campaign to spread myths and distrust in the data center issue.
00:08:30.040but folks you heard it here in the stone zone don't buy it presidential coalition does not0.83
00:08:35.480transfer by osmosis when the president's name is not on the ballot it transfers when the nominee
00:08:40.380stands on their record you said who was appointed to the senate by the governor of ohio when jd
00:08:47.220vance abandoned that seat to become vice president united states and vivekara maswamir being asked to
00:08:53.240hold a state that's only became red due to the influence of president donald trump ohio was a
00:08:58.640swing state, became a solidly Republican state under Trump. Now Trump is doing everything he can
00:09:04.060to make sure the voters know that you, Sted, and Ramaswamy are his candidates, not some run-of-the-mill
00:09:10.060rhinos who slither into those positions. Hopefully the Trump bump will come through once again in0.71
00:09:16.720Ohio during the midterms. I see that happening. Meanwhile, the jockeying has already begun for
00:09:21.840the 2028 presidential nomination of the Republican Party with Ted Cruz, also known as Fat Dracula,
00:09:29.700a guy who sounds amazingly to me like Mr. Haney of Green Acres, a guy with a very short fuse and
00:09:36.600an even shorter possibility of being a Republican nominee, openly attacking Vice President J.D. Vance,
00:09:43.800a clear signal that Ted Cruz thinks that he will do better than he did in 2016 when he teamed up
00:09:50.280with Jeb Bush and Ohio Governor John Kasich in a pincer move to try to stop Donald Trump
00:09:56.340from the nomination. Ted Cruz has never been particularly a fan of mine right back to the
00:10:01.660time that I exposed the fact that his father, Rafael Angel Cruz, a pastor, was in fact part
00:10:09.760of Lee Harvey Oswald's crew on the ground in New Orleans in 1963. I base this not on conjecture
00:10:18.120but on the testimony of Judith Barry Baker who was indisputably Lee Harvey Oswald's mistress
00:10:24.800but also photos of Cruz's father that can be found in the Warren Commission report. Now I want to be
00:10:32.640absolutely clear that doesn't mean that Ted Cruz's father was actively involved in the assassination
00:10:38.460of John F. Kennedy because you see I believe Lee Harvey Oswald was exactly what he said he was0.62
00:10:44.160A patsy. And therefore, the entire operation on the ground in New Orleans, where Cruz and a group of others were handing out pro-Fidel Castro literature on a street causing a scuffle, was staged by the Central Intelligence Agency or the FBI in an effort to establish Lee Harvey Oswald's left-wing credentials.
00:11:07.640Remember that in his first term, President Donald Trump declassified a number of the JFK assassination documents, and among those documents was the 1099 from the FBI that they had paid Lee Harvey Oswald as an informant.
00:11:38.820Run, I'd be surprised if he can actually walk.
00:11:42.120He seems to think that we've all forgotten his antics, in which I believe it was Chris Christie who closed down the George Washington Bridge.
00:11:49.800an act of vengeance against a local mayor whose town at the bridge at the base of the George
00:11:56.940Washington Bridge, a Democrat, had refused to endorse Christie's re-election. He sacrificed
00:12:02.960his aides, who ultimately had their convictions overturned. But knowing what a control freak he
00:12:08.400is, I still believe that Chris Christie was well aware of the George Washington Bridge plot. And
00:12:16.620of course, he was a finisher, a finalist in the 2016 contest for vice president. Just think what
00:12:23.820would have happened if Donald Trump had selected Chris Christie. Not only would he have left no
00:12:28.620food for anybody else on the campaign plane, but the campaign would have exploded in midair
00:12:33.880with the George Washington Bridge scandal. It's interesting, Ron DeSantis clearly signaling that
00:12:42.260He, too, is going to try another presidential campaign.
00:12:46.300Back in 2018, when he trailed Republican Adam Putnam, the state agriculture commissioner in the Florida gubernatorial race,
00:12:53.040Ron DeSantis was a politically non-entity.
00:12:56.000He served as a Republican member of Congress, where he voted for numerous bills to advance agendas adjacent to the establishment political class.
00:13:04.660His candidacy was made by one Donald J. Trump.
00:13:08.040Trump was persuaded by my friend Matt Gaetz to endorse DeSantis, whose campaign then broke and in single digits took off like a rocket.
00:13:18.900That is exactly how DeSantis got to the governor's office.
00:13:23.640As Florida's representative in Congress for the 6th District prior to being governor, he actually voted for a bill which would make Puerto Rico another state, which of course would hand them two U.S. senators and probably several congressmen, all of them to the Democrat Party.
00:13:39.920But what was the tip-off here is pretty clear. When Vice President J.D. Vance joined Byron Donalds, the Republican candidate for governor, in Lakeland, Florida, late last week, Ron DeSantis was nowhere to be found.
00:13:54.740He was actually in Miami hanging out with the globalist Ken Griffin, who gave millions of dollars to DeSantis' last crash and burn presidential campaign, an act of treachery in which I believe Ron DeSantis knifed the man who made him governor in the back rather than waiting his term.
00:14:16.000Ron DeSantis' chances of being the Republican presidential nominee, I would say fat and slim.
00:14:23.660I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to The Stone Zone. Don't go away, because we'll be right back.
00:14:29.920The Stone Zone. Entertaining and informative.
00:15:05.860White House Treasury Secretary Scott Besson said this week that Iran will have no oil on the water
00:15:11.880and no oil revenues for the first time in history since they began pumping.
00:15:17.340Besant put the score through the Straits at about 1.1 billion barrels for the United States and zero for Iran.
00:15:25.700Kepler and Vortexa recorded no Iranian crude loadings last month.
00:15:30.940Loadings had already crashed to zero back in August for about 250,000 barrels a day.
00:15:37.160Other Persian Gulf producers moved 23.3 million barrels a day over the past week through the Straits.
00:15:43.840This is almost back at pre-war levels.0.85
00:15:46.420The blockade being driven by the Treasury Secretary and the Secretary of War at the direction of President Trump is effectively separating Tehran's export valve from everybody else's, a massive success in isolating them economically, which was the administration's explicit goal from the beginning.0.88
00:16:05.600A regime that cannot load a tanker has less to threaten the Straits of Hormuz with and more reason to reach a reasonable deal.0.71
00:16:14.760It's been a longer process than we would have imagined at the outset to be sure, but little by little, Iran is getting squeezed and put into a no-win position.0.72
00:16:23.120They're hanging on by the skin of their teeth.
00:16:25.540They're doing it because they're hoping for a better deal in the midterm elections.
00:16:29.900They know that a Democrat Congress would go much easier on them than President Donald Trump.
00:16:36.420President Trump's unrelated strength and his indomitable will will ultimately bring them to their knees.
00:16:41.780The other producers are already shipping.
00:16:43.760Iran is the only country that is at zero.
00:16:47.300This is the type of pressure they have never experienced before.
00:16:50.600They can end the pain, but only if they accept it on President Trump's terms rather than theirs.0.96
00:16:56.420Very good news, again, coming out of South America.
00:17:00.640Flavio Bolsonaro, son of Jair Bolsonaro, an ally of President Donald Trump,
00:17:06.180led Sunday's first round of presidential voting in Brazil.
00:17:09.860It appears just short of the 50% needed to win outright.
00:17:14.780This sets up an October 25th runoff against Marxist President Lula da Silva.
00:17:20.680Da Silva, of course, got caught in venal corruption, but they changed the Constitution to allow him to run for president again.
00:17:30.000Latin America's two rival projects, a nationalist right organized around Bolsonaro and a Marxist left is governed on increasingly state authoritarian power and diplomatic hostility to Washington, will now have a second runoff.
00:17:45.800The first round is a lead, but it is not a total victory.
00:17:49.680Runoffs in Brazil have a habit of tightening when the left consolidates and uses every tool at their disposal to rig the outcome.
00:17:56.260I believe they did exactly that in the last presidential election.
00:18:00.200If the corrupt leftist Lula stays in power, that will mean continued belligerence from Brazil through the remainder of President Trump's final term in office.
00:18:10.480American energy and security policy in the hemisphere will be jeopardized as a result.
00:18:15.100and Lula can throw a wrench into the broader Don Roe doctrine plans.
00:18:19.860But it's not coincidental that without USAID pouring millions of dollars
00:18:26.380into Lula's campaign coffers that he has suffered in the first round
00:18:31.520and that the nationalist pro-U.S., pro-Trump candidate Flavio Bolsonaro
00:18:37.740has an excellent chance to win it all on October 25th,
00:18:42.160absent voter theft and outright stealing within the election.
00:18:47.100That's what I think happened last time.
00:18:48.680We pray to God it does not happen again.
00:20:10.420President Trump, of course, using his amazing ability online
00:20:15.140to troll about Greenland becoming a state
00:20:18.820when that was never really the objective.
00:20:21.180It is interesting that every president since Dwight Eisenhower
00:20:25.480has recognized the strategic importance of Greenland.
00:20:29.320It stands between us and Russia in terms of access to those waters.
00:20:35.580Rubio will meet in Reykjavik to discuss economic and security collaboration with the U.S. State
00:20:42.040Department, releasing a statement to that effect earlier today. This lightning visit, as symbolic
00:20:48.900as it is political, comes after the U.S. signed a security pact with Denmark and Greenland in
00:20:54.640light September on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly meeting in New York. The agreement
00:21:01.000has apparently put an end to President Trump's threats to buy or even annex Greenland,
00:21:05.780which soured relations with the European Union.
00:21:08.720All that time, I think Trump was trolling in order to get a better security deal has now done so.
00:21:15.940Only Donald Trump could get away with this.
00:21:18.140Before taking off, Rubio described Iceland as a good friend of the United States.
00:21:23.140So the Secretary of State said it's an opportunity to stop there and meet with them.
00:21:26.920It really is a result of a conversation I had with their leaders at the NATO summit, with leaders earlier this year, and with their foreign minister, so I'm really looking forward to it.
00:21:38.080Under this new pact, Washington plans to establish two new military bases on Greenland, drawing the autonomous Danish territory further into the U.S. orbit.
00:21:48.600The truth is, Denmark cannot afford to defend Greenland, nor can they afford to support them in the event of an attack.
00:22:25.140He was only joking, folks, but it drove the liberals crazy.
00:22:29.780In response, Reykjavik summons the U.S. ambassador to convey a clear message
00:22:33.660that the image was wholly inappropriate,
00:22:36.260Iceland's foreign ministry said in a statement at the time to the American public.0.99
00:22:42.080Seems like these Icelanders can't take a joke.
00:22:45.040Iceland had voted in late August 52.8% to 47.2% against assuming negotiations on joining the European Union, which had been frozen since 2013.
00:22:56.120The last U.S. Secretary of State to visit Iceland was Antony Blinken. That was in 2021.
00:23:03.220Since gaining independence in 1944, Iceland has never had a military.
00:23:07.660It has always relied on the NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization for its security, and on a bilateral defense pact that they signed with the United States in 1951.
00:23:22.480Washington does not have a permanent base in Iceland, but now it will have two.
00:23:26.540But we are looking to consolidate our control over the Arctic access routes that are coveted by both Russia and China.
00:23:34.220Trump once again signaled his obsession with Greenland, a smart one in my view, on Sunday, posting on his Truth social platform an AI-generated image of his face looming over what appears to be the Iceland landscape, accompanied by the words, Hello, Greenland.
00:23:53.240After Iceland, Rubio continues on to Athens, Greece to participate in a strategic dialogue with NATO member Greece on regional and energy security, according to the State Department.
00:24:06.420The wars in Iran and Ukraine have laid bare the fragility of energy supply chains, and Greece is wisely positioning itself to become a key hub in southeastern Europe for natural gas transport.
00:24:33.820I believe that these reports are a vicious, vicious smear.
00:24:38.800In a letter addressed to Rubio, Congressman Greg Meeks, a hyper-partisan from New York,
00:24:44.620sought clarification of a Wall Street Journal report
00:24:47.000alleging that she stated the United States could create political change in European countries.
00:24:53.400I'm not really sure what she did wrong. I suspect the answer is nothing.
00:24:56.780Rubio later wraps up his European tour with a brief stop in Lisbon.
00:25:01.360This is going to be a very important trip by our Secretary of State.
00:25:05.920Meanwhile, the United States has announced that legal immigration from Muslim-majority nations has fallen by more than 90% from 2024 levels.
00:25:16.880The number, if it holds, is the largest quiet change in admission policy since the travel restrictions of the first term.
00:25:25.180It does not touch the southern border.
00:25:27.260It touches visas, interviews, and the decision to stop treating every applicant from a high-risk country with kid gloves.
00:25:34.740The Trump administration has made certain that it is an honor and a privilege to be admitted to the United States.
00:25:43.320After all, America is the shining city on the hill, as President Ronald Reagan used to call it,0.99
00:25:48.820not a mass of resources or a free lunch to be exploited by foreigners.
00:25:54.660A republic of any kind may set a criteria for who enters.0.84
00:25:59.200Assimilation, terror records, and the behavior of prior cohorts are legitimate screens and questions.1.00
00:26:06.120It should come as no surprise that countries that are dominated by Muslims also receive the harshest screening.0.99
00:26:13.280This is not because of discrimination, but due to the terrible conditions of these nations living under the yoke of radical Islam.1.00
00:26:20.960President Trump is cutting off these potential threats before they get to our country.1.00
00:26:25.060The Trump administration is fighting the political battle to keep them out before they get disaffected or radicalized and commit a terrorist attack, as many we have foolishly let into our doors already have already done under the guise of humanitarianism.
00:26:41.160Former Congressman Denny Hassert died over the weekend at his home in Illinois, died of natural causes.
00:26:46.660He was 84. He was the longest-serving Republican Speaker, serving eight years from 1999, served for 20 years from the 14th District of Illinois, retiring in 2007 with the gavel and the title.
00:27:00.440Unfortunately, he pled guilty in 2015 to structuring bank withdrawals so he could hide $3.5 million paid to a former child rape victim for their silence.
00:27:12.580Judge Thomas Durkin called him a serial child molester and said his claim that the vixen had extorted him was unconscionable.
00:27:20.340He served only 13 months of a 15-month sentence, paid a $250,000 fine, and sat through sex offender treatment.
00:27:33.020Based on everything I know, he raped countless young boys, age 14 to 17, in the 1970s when he was coaching wrestling at Yorkville High School in Illinois.0.90
00:27:44.780While the Republican Party has lectured the nation about Christian values, a man who raped little boys was their Speaker of the House.0.76
00:27:52.280For those who think that the Stone Zone is a pardoned forum, I am criticizing the Republican Party.
00:27:58.900You can hear it right now. This is a stain on the GOP and part of what made President Trump's
00:28:04.780wholesale rejection of Republican orthodoxy and the Republican establishment seem so appealing
00:28:10.580when he came down that golden escalator back in 2015. There are countless morally repugnant
00:28:16.680cretins who have served in Congress in both parties and Hassert sadly is among the worst1.00
00:28:21.740of them. He's gone and he will not be missed. Hopefully Denny Hassert will not be forgotten0.96
00:28:27.220and is an example of the type of people that can rise up in the ranks of leadership
00:28:31.260even within our own party and our own networks if we are not vigilant.
00:28:37.100In the meantime, Paul Tinkle, Deputy Director of the 5th District Republican Task Force,
00:28:42.720was fired last Friday for flashing an OK sign in a Hamilton County door-knocking photo.
00:28:49.780Tinkle said the picture meant to him look fine,
00:28:52.280but left-wing propaganda outlets like the ADL and the Southern Poverty Law Center
00:28:58.180have spent years calling that gesture some kind of white power hand signal.
00:29:15.560It is not some secret hand signal that signals white supremacy.0.58
00:29:20.760This is an absurdity. Conservatives spent the weekend calling the liberals out. Turning Point Action offered Tinkle a job. Turning Point Action CEO Tyler Bowler called the reading a manufactured hoax and invited Tinkle to become an affiliate of Turning Point USA.
00:29:38.960I posted a picture myself of my giving this hand gesture, who anyone my age knows simply means okay.
00:29:47.520Also, for those who are deep sea divers, it is a signal, universal signal, that the diver has oxygen.
00:29:55.060You have to be pretty demented to believe that this has some secret political meaning when it has none.
00:30:01.700But earlier today, Indiana Republican Chairwoman Lana Kriesling reversed the firing.
00:30:07.320she said she had not had the full picture made the wrong call and apologized for a conclusion
00:30:13.200that the facts did not support Paul Tinkle accepted and therefore all is now well in the world
00:30:19.000he thanked people who pushed back and said the work should be centered around getting
00:30:22.680Max Englund elected as Secretary of State in Indiana the apology is an admission and a step
00:30:28.820in the right direction in my view Kiesling took responsibility but did not name who brought her
00:30:34.440the reading or which outside list supplied it. She should, in my opinion, name names and root
00:30:39.080them out. A chair who jumps to a left-wing definition of a meaningless hand symbol that1.00
00:30:44.580everyone uses is committing major malpractice. Rehiring this man, Paul Tinkle stops the bleeding.
00:30:51.020Does not change the structural problems going on within the Republican Party at every level.0.99
00:30:56.500RINOs must be rooted out. We should not fall for this false narrative that the universally
00:31:01.400recognized okay signal means anything other than okay. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump renewed
00:31:08.700his demand for sunshine protection or the Sunshine Protection Act, in essence ending the entire
00:31:15.340concept of daylight saving time. The House passed this bill back in July. The Senate has still not
00:31:21.840passed it. Trump says that Senator Tom Cotton is the whole, the one senator who can stop it,
00:31:26.800and that Arkansas, a state he won three times, last time by 34 points, should tell Cotton to get in gear.
00:31:34.260Daylight savings times made sense when we were a largely agrarian society dominated by farmers.
00:31:40.820It was an attempt to get an extra hour of work in the fields.
00:31:44.960Today, it is an anachronism in modern America.
00:31:48.980I laughed pretty hard when President Trump even shouted out Cotton's cell phone number,
00:31:53.800told constituents in Arkansas to call the Arkansas senator. Cotton answered that Congress has tried
00:32:00.260permanent daylight saving time before and repealed it when winter sunrises arrived in the dark and
00:32:05.980that Arkansas parents do not want their children on the road before dawn. He said he'll put the
00:32:11.360state first even if it means spitting in the face of President Trump and his sound logical reasoning.
00:32:17.280One senator's convenience is not a veto the country voted for. There's a massive productivity drain
00:32:23.060that occurs because of an outdated custom of daylight saving times.
00:32:27.240Cotton wants to keep that in place for the silliest of reasons.
00:32:30.300Even worse than this, Senator Tom Cotton has been a frequent advocate for the powers of the deep state.
00:32:35.720He actually went to war with former National Security Advisor Tulsi Gabbard,
00:32:39.580tried to remove her ability to declassify documents.
00:32:43.000Senator Cotton argued that only the CIA should have the ability to declassify documents.
00:32:48.060Does anyone in their right mind think that if that were true, that the CIA would never declassify any document that might be mildly embarrassing to them, given their involvement in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, which has now been absolutely proved due to the declassification of documents by Tulsi Gabbard, as well as the findings of the Church Committee back in the 70s, the idea of leaving the authority to declassify the country's deepest secrets to the CIA and the CIA alone.
00:33:18.060as Senator Tom Cotton would do, is a terrible, terrible idea.
00:33:24.040As far as daylight savings time is concerned, I hope the president ultimately prevails.
00:33:30.240But remember, the Senate has this anachronism, the so-called history where you need, under the filibuster rule, 60 votes.
00:33:39.540So a majority cannot determine the results in the U.S. Senate.
00:33:44.060A willful minority can frustrate the will of the majority
00:33:48.900unless you can get 60 votes to move something to the floor.
00:34:20.880Just as they admit that if they win the House this fall, they will begin an inquisition that makes the Mueller and the Jack Smith investigations look like child's play.
00:34:30.040They're the ones interested in revenge and retaliation, endless investigations and manufactured hoaxes like the Russian collusion hoax and the two phony impeachments of Donald Trump.
00:34:42.160That's the best reason I can think of why folks should vote red.
00:34:45.900I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to The Stone Zone. Don't go away because we'll be right back.
00:34:51.620The Stone Zone. Entertaining and informative.
00:35:00.040this is the stone zone with roger stone roger stone who's a very very one of the smartest
00:35:13.600political minds roger stone was persecuted people forget he's actually a brilliant brilliant
00:35:18.360political analyst now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone welcome back into
00:35:26.480the Stone Zone. I'm your host, Roger Stone. I have been a very vocal and early critic of the so-called
00:35:32.900flock cameras that are watching virtually every American citizen at this point. I think they are
00:35:39.660an outrageous violation of our Fourth Amendment rights. Well, it turns out a federal judge in
00:35:45.600Tulsa, Oklahoma held that a sheriff's deputy violated the Fourth Amendment by searching a
00:35:50.800woman's plate in the flock system database without a warrant. He called the system indiscriminate
00:35:57.140mass surveillance, not aimed at one person, collecting every vehicle that passes a networked
00:36:02.860camera and serving the file to law enforcement on demand. Tracking in public, he wrote, becomes
00:36:08.560constitutionally problematic when the government can just passively catalog whereabouts over time
00:36:13.940and pull them whenever convenient. In other words, there is no probable cause. Evidence after the
00:36:20.080search was suppressed as a fruit of the poisonous tree. Lawyers will understand that. This order
00:36:25.980binds the case. The description binds the product. A camera on a pole that records every plate
00:36:32.080stores the passage unless a deputy query it like a search engine is not a toll reader. It's a
00:36:39.000movement file. It's an infrastructure for big brother, one that can be turned on during a
00:36:44.860crisis. Imagine a COVID lockdown enforced with flock cameras, for example. Senator Josh Hawley's
00:36:51.680warning about a searchable public record was the legislative version of this judicial opinion.
00:36:56.980Flock cameras can be useful tools for public safety, but only if they're strict, binding
00:37:01.580Fourth Amendment projections, which violators being punished harshly for abusing the network.
00:37:07.040Until that happens, flock cameras are the literal manifestation of the Orwellian nightmare,
00:37:12.300Big Brother watching us all, staring us in the face at every single traffic stop.
00:37:18.780This is why I think flock cameras are unconstitutional and why you see across the country citizens objecting to them.
00:37:25.540I'm not suggesting anybody go out and damage a flock camera.
00:37:29.520And I make no such suggestion, but I see that some citizens have done that.
00:37:34.420I hope the courts will ultimately rule that these cameras are unconstitutional so they are used nowhere.
00:37:39.700The idea that they're keeping us safe is not outweighed by the fact that they're violating our privacy rights under the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
00:37:50.940Meanwhile, the Department of Education and the Department of Justice told states on Monday that parents' rights are non-negotiable.
00:37:58.440Secretary of Education Linda McMahon, a good friend of mine from Connecticut, said the Biden years treated parents as the enemy,
00:38:04.700labeled them as terrorists, and aimed a weaponized government at them, and that era is now finally
00:38:10.400over. Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dillon called parents the children's natural providers
00:38:16.000and protectors. The notice rests on two statutes that are already on the books, the Family Educational
00:38:21.920Rights and Privacy Act and the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment. It covers access to educational
00:38:27.860records, the right to direct a child's schooling, and prior written consent before a mental health
00:38:33.920screening. An opt-in is not consent. Attorney generals across the country were asked to help
00:38:39.600enforce these laws. Schools that built a second file on a child and kept it from the parents
00:38:45.840did so under the Biden administration's encouragement. The correction is the record
00:38:50.760and the signature. A screening for distress, identity, or anything else a counselor decides
00:38:57.160is clinical but does not proceed because of a form in the office as the parent may decline.
00:39:03.240There have been horror stories of children being transitioned without their parents' knowledge, and then the parents being treated as criminals for attempting to intervene to save their own children.
00:39:13.720The child is not a client of the school district or the state.
00:39:17.160A parent is not a suspect for asking what the district wrote down in their secret files.
00:39:22.800The Trump administration is making clear that once again, federal policy is just one of common sense.
00:39:29.000Parents should have governance over their children, not government.
00:39:33.480At no place should taxpayer dollars be used to transition children without the knowledge and consent of their parents.
00:39:41.280I'm Roger Stone. Thanks for joining us today in The Stone Zone.
