The StoneZONE with Roger Stone - Fani Willis Gets A Pass As GA Corruption Swept Under The Rug—Lawyer Tyler Nixon Enters The StoneZONE

00:00:00.000 The Stone Zone, with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit Roger Stone.

00:00:11.760 Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.

00:00:16.100 He is a New York Times bestselling author and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.

00:00:21.720 As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues,

00:00:27.120 and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.

00:00:32.720 Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.

00:00:38.060 And now, here's your host, Roger Stone.

00:00:45.140 Welcome, I'm Roger Stone, and yes, you are back in the Stone Zone.

00:00:50.320 Not such surprising news, at least not to me.

00:00:55.240 Judge McAfee of Georgia ruled today that Fannie Wills, despite her epic corruption and her repeated perjury about the operations of her office 0.98

00:01:08.400 and the events surrounding her historic indictment of President Donald Trump and a number of his associates,

00:01:16.260 including Mayor Rudy Giuliani, will not be removed from the case for corruption.

00:01:23.340 Joining me to co-host the show is my usual co-host, Troy Smith of Slingshot News.

00:01:31.360 Pardon me, Slingshot.News.

00:01:33.960 Welcome, Troy, on this dark, dark Friday.

00:01:38.880 Absolutely, Roger.

00:01:39.920 Thank you for having me here, as always.

00:01:42.200 And just an unbelievable situation there in Georgia.

00:01:45.500 I can't wait to get into that.

00:01:47.520 All right.

00:01:47.900 Also joining us in the Stone Zone is my longtime friend, sometime personal attorney, political activist,

00:01:56.840 and all-around good guy, Tyler Nixon, attorney at law, but also a shrewd observer of the political scene.

00:02:06.840 Tyler Nixon joins us now.

00:02:09.660 Good to be with you, Roger.

00:02:11.460 And Troy, I want to say congratulations to Troy in joining the Stone Zone as co-host.

00:02:16.540 I had worked with Roger at the very beginning when it was the Stone Zone podcast.

00:02:20.520 We did those first, this was back in 2013, I believe, or 14, maybe.

00:02:25.820 But it's, you're a solid guy.

00:02:28.900 I've had a chance to hear you, and Roger, you've made a great choice.

00:02:33.380 Excellent.

00:02:33.580 Thank you.

00:02:33.980 I urge people to go check out slingshot.news, because Troy is turning out some terrific content,

00:02:42.500 things that you won't see anyplace else.

00:02:45.460 All right.

00:02:46.360 Tyler, you're an attorney.

00:02:48.380 You've had a chance to read this ruling.

00:02:51.160 I must say, I am not surprised.

00:02:53.860 Georgia is an epically corrupt place, and this is an epically corrupt system. 0.75

00:02:59.480 But what happened today, and how do you analyze it?

00:03:03.880 Well, it's a shame, because I think Judge McAfee really gave everybody a head fake when

00:03:08.840 he essentially made it appear as though he was allowing a wide berth for all this evidence

00:03:15.040 of corruption to be introduced, and brazen corruption to where the entire members of the

00:03:21.280 staff were basically lying about the case.

00:03:24.280 You had, I mean, in my view, outright perjury going on, and here we have a decision which

00:03:31.280 essentially leaves the central culprit, Fannie Willis.

00:03:36.160 She's not Fannie, okay, like this, as President Trump is fond of saying in his rallies.

00:03:40.920 It's Fannie. 0.92

00:03:42.720 She absolutely has skated, and it's a choice between she can either get rid of Wade or she

00:03:49.400 has to leave.

00:03:50.080 I mean, that's not really, I mean, it's just like basically throwing Wade over the side,

00:03:56.420 and the good ship Fannie keeps on trucking along with her corruption. 0.97

00:04:00.980 And she is such a psychopath, I don't think that, I don't think anything's going to stop 0.98

00:04:05.240 her. 0.98

00:04:05.400 In fact, she'll be more defiant now.

00:04:07.060 I mean, that entire, the entire hearings, like the course of the hearings, it was such

00:04:12.480 a disgrace and such a mockery. 0.95

00:04:14.820 I mean, it just really made a mockery of justice and showed you just how incompetent, corrupt, 0.87

00:04:20.680 and really just self-dealing these people are, and the lengths they will go to absolve

00:04:27.600 themselves of what are obvious corruption and conflicts of interest, and yet, meanwhile,

00:04:34.040 persecute Donald Trump and these others on totally phonied up charges.

00:04:39.080 But I think the judge, it's very unfortunate because in his ruling, I mean, it's only 23

00:04:45.400 pages, but clearly, I mean, he lays out the factual basis for disqualification, yet then

00:04:52.660 says, I'm not going to disqualify her.

00:04:54.540 And I don't see how you go on with the amount of corruption and perfidy and, frankly, just

00:05:00.920 all sorts of craziness that's going on in that office.

00:05:04.300 How anybody can have public confidence, and the whole point of a disqualification, the

00:05:08.200 whole point of the system is the appearance, even the appearance of impropriety is enough

00:05:14.280 to disqualify usually or to take action because of that exact reason that it shakes faith in

00:05:20.220 the system.

00:05:20.680 And prosecutors have a much higher responsibility.

00:05:23.040 They don't have just typical attorney professional responsibilities.

00:05:26.760 They also have additional responsibilities because they're supposed to be vicars of justice,

00:05:30.700 not merely just, you know, sling, excuse me, gun slinging lawyers or attorneys for whatever,

00:05:37.640 you know, anything goes.

00:05:38.940 So, you know, I'm kind of surprised.

00:05:41.820 I really thought this judge was going to go go the full distance and just knock this whole 0.99

00:05:45.340 piece of garbage out. 0.96

00:05:46.920 But I think it's going to then I'll come down to the Georgia Senate, potentially, you know, 0.99

00:05:50.480 Governor Kemp, who's obviously the problem is, is all the never Trump or rhinos,

00:05:54.880 Raffensperger, who lied to Trump on that phone call when he said that there was no issue

00:05:59.900 with any of the ballots when clearly they're absolutely issues.

00:06:03.580 Thousands of them were cast by people who didn't live at the addresses they claimed or

00:06:07.900 had moved away.

00:06:09.280 And, you know, he said, oh, no, there's no problems at all. 0.82

00:06:11.520 So Raffensperger really was the liar.

00:06:13.920 And it's, you know, he unwittingly, when he probably illegally recorded that phone call, 0.84

00:06:18.220 captured his own lies.

00:06:19.660 And it's just it's a disgrace.

00:06:22.560 And you see Peter Navarro having, you know, denied, denied his appeal, has to go to report

00:06:29.100 to prison, I guess.

00:06:30.660 I guess it is today or in a couple of days, whatever it is.

00:06:34.180 So so we're kind of making progress on some fronts.

00:06:37.240 But this was, you know, where this goes from here, who knows?

00:06:41.440 But I mean, I think it's a shambles no matter what, even in the public eye.

00:06:44.560 So I don't know what, you know, how far, how far I don't think it'll go.

00:06:48.560 It will not be tried before the election.

00:06:51.360 So, you know, we'll see where it goes after that, I guess.

00:06:54.840 Well, of course, I'm obviously always looking for the silver lining.

00:06:58.980 And if there is any, I think this is once again going to inure to President Trump's political

00:07:06.900 benefit.

00:07:07.660 It may not inure to his legal or financial benefit.

00:07:10.800 But people across the country who watch those hearings, they have to be outraged.

00:07:17.480 People who've seen the fact pattern here have to be outraged.

00:07:22.640 It just makes it more obvious to voters that this is a setup, that this is a corrupted, politically

00:07:31.640 motivated act of election interference.

00:07:35.640 Also, in all honesty, I think Fannie Willis is incompetent. 1.00

00:07:41.400 And we know that Nathan Wade, who previously was a personal injury attorney, certainly unprepared

00:07:49.780 to try a complicated RICO case, was not fit for the job.

00:07:56.260 But neither is she.

00:07:57.780 I never, under any circumstances, thought that the case itself was going to be kicked.

00:08:02.840 Let's be very clear.

00:08:04.400 Governor Kemp wants to be a U.S. senator.

00:08:06.880 Secretary of State Raffensperger wants to be governor.

00:08:10.540 And they're not going to topple the corrupted system that helped both of them get to where

00:08:16.980 they already are.

00:08:19.280 So even if she had been disqualified today, that meant that you'd probably get a more competent 1.00

00:08:28.120 prosecutor out of the state attorney general's office in her place.

00:08:33.380 Sadly, I think there's more than enough evidence to dismiss this case.

00:08:38.500 But clearly, that is not going to happen.

00:08:41.500 Troy, your thoughts?

00:08:43.160 Well, you know, Roger, looking at this this morning, one of the things I was very interested

00:08:46.760 to see is that the case actually, as it pertained to the call that Trump placed to Raffensperger,

00:08:52.640 that charge was actually thrown out.

00:08:54.860 And I'm interested to hear Tyler's thoughts on that, because how important is that charge

00:08:59.720 to this entire case?

00:09:01.260 Because it would seem to me that that the whole thing almost hinges on that.

00:09:04.520 Am I wrong there?

00:09:06.440 Well, no, there's other there's other acts.

00:09:08.680 There's things like Mark Meadows calling down to talk to elections officials briefly.

00:09:13.480 I mean, it's really disgusting how they've cobbled this together, and they basically turn

00:09:18.440 typical political activity and government investigative activity, however you want to

00:09:23.580 phrase it, even even if it was just a political activity and investigating and challenging the

00:09:28.020 election.

00:09:28.320 It's totally legal, totally constitutional.

00:09:31.160 In fact, it's that it's Americans, right?

00:09:33.680 And they've turned it into this Rico conspiracy.

00:09:37.040 I mean, it is so far fetched.

00:09:38.480 You know, but the problem is, as as Roger has experienced firsthand, all you need is

00:09:45.660 some jury full of Trump hating Fulton County mouth breathers.

00:09:50.100 And, you know, basically to put on a big show to make it sound like, again, challenging

00:09:55.300 election, making a phone call and asking questions is a big conspiracy to overturn the election.

00:10:01.480 You know, the Democrats, I mean, you know what they do is and as we all know, they just snow

00:10:06.320 everybody over with the media coverage, with the, you know, the constant repetition of

00:10:11.820 their their narrative, their catchphrases, whatever.

00:10:14.760 You know, you get someone like Schiff up there who just is unvarying whatsoever in his lies.

00:10:19.380 I mean, he just no matter what, even even in the face of the Mueller report dismissing

00:10:24.140 it, you know, as Roger found out election night saying there was no evidence whatsoever

00:10:29.320 of any Russian collusion.

00:10:30.500 Yet this man still goes on to this day claiming that and with with impunity.

00:10:35.800 I mean, he's about to be potentially senator from California.

00:10:39.880 So, you know, I just and George is really a dismal situation in terms of I mean, my God,

00:10:45.840 Newt Gingrich came from Georgia.

00:10:47.160 But I mean, you know, I don't know.

00:10:49.480 I can't think of the past.

00:10:50.540 I mean, I guess it's never they've never really had any never had been wrapped in glory in

00:10:54.060 that state with who we've had.

00:10:55.940 I mean, Sam Nunn, I mean, I guess, you know, he was just a partisan, you know, with with

00:11:00.900 a pointy head and the nice glasses, whatever.

00:11:03.960 I'm sure Roger can speak to that, you know, what the history is of Georgia politics.

00:11:07.800 But I mean, it's it's an unreformed, essentially Democrat backwater that has rhinos posing as 0.77

00:11:13.840 Republicans.

00:11:15.080 And, you know, Kemp would be smart, though, I think, from his own perspective, from the

00:11:19.340 perspective of maintaining the integrity of the state and not having to just be a complete

00:11:23.040 mockery that they would proceed with getting rid of her.

00:11:25.660 But I agree with you, Roger, keeping her on.

00:11:27.880 I mean, she's just a big eyesore to that entire case into the whole state and all the 0.99

00:11:32.540 better if they're not going to if they're not going to knock out the case with her and

00:11:35.700 it has to be proceed, then let her let her be the one has to prosecute it without her 1.00

00:11:39.840 her her main squeeze, her her whatever you want to call it, her booty call, Mr.

00:11:46.480 Wade, who, who, my God, I mean, well, his his testimony, boy, these people, you just

00:11:52.500 wonder how, like, how the hell do they become attorneys?

00:11:54.920 How the hell are they still attorneys?

00:11:57.400 All right.

00:11:58.280 If you're just tuning in, this is the Stone Zone.

00:12:01.040 We're talking to lawyer Tyler Nixon.

00:12:03.600 And we'll be right back after this commercial break.

00:12:06.780 We've learned through the pandemic, we can never be caught unprepared again.

00:12:18.260 And so many Americans, when COVID hit, they had nothing in the house.

00:12:22.260 Stores were shut down and doctors' offices were shut down.

00:12:26.280 And even if doctors prescribed drugs, hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, pharmacists wouldn't fill the prescriptions.

00:12:32.040 That was a nightmare.

00:12:34.520 Now the situation is much worse.

00:12:36.980 We have these horrible supply chain problems.

00:12:40.260 In our emergency medical kit at the wellness company, we have eight prescription drugs that are all potentially life-saving.

00:12:50.340 Most people have died with COVID.

00:12:51.780 They died in the hospital because they didn't receive early treatment.

00:12:54.680 Every American family should have one of these.

00:13:05.740 I can tell you the wellness company kit is the answer.

00:13:09.780 Hi, neighbor.

00:13:15.200 Pat Boone here.

00:13:16.280 Today, I want to help you find some peace of mind concerning your money.

00:13:25.180 That's right.

00:13:25.940 We're watching our hard-earned dollars get crushed by inflation.

00:13:29.900 In fact, recently, inflation reached its highest level in 40 years.

00:13:34.420 And on top of that, cash, which has always represented freedom and privacy, is more and more being replaced by a cashless system.

00:13:43.440 That's right.

00:13:44.260 Powerful forces are definitely waging a war against cash.

00:17:00.040 well if i may

00:17:18.960 i love the dilly mean team and i have to admit that is my favorite video that they have produced

00:17:33.320 uh so gentlemen yesterday there was also um actions in the uh florida so-called document case

00:17:42.440 uh we've been subjected now to the very best attempts by the fake news media to rewrite the

00:17:51.040 narrative regarding special counsel robert herr's shocking devastating report uh into uh joe biden's

00:18:02.000 uh willful illegal retention of top secret and classified documents uh when he was uh vice president

00:18:10.760 or from the time he was vice president and a u.s senator uh people like uh jamie raskin who's really

00:18:20.060 competing to try to replace uh adam schiff is the most odious member of congress uh and others trying

00:18:27.820 to call this some kind of exoneration i personally thought it was devastating but it was interesting uh in

00:18:36.560 the uh florida case before judge cannon who by the way is a highly qualified judge uh i find it

00:18:44.360 interesting that they they attacked the fact that she was appointed by trump yet the judges who sat on

00:18:52.660 every one of the muller cases uh on russian collusion a russian collusion hoax that was hatched in the

00:19:00.540 oval office with barack obama present they were all appointed by barack obama but that's perfectly 0.96

00:19:08.120 all right the hypocrisy of the left is incredible watching this twisted little freak chris hayes on 0.92

00:19:17.260 msnbc going out of his mind calling it the maga supreme court how dare they stick up to our justice 0.96

00:19:24.460 department as if the justice department is not biased and what's their real objection trump is

00:19:31.040 actually getting due process from the courts oh my god we can't have a trial to lynch him before the

00:19:37.040 election this is outrageous the the these people are literally out of their minds out of their minds

00:19:44.560 but then i don't get my news from msnbc the same reason i don't eat out of the toilet uh anyway

00:19:52.380 notably roger the uh the you know the canon was drawn you know by by a happenstance in other words

00:20:01.260 it wasn't rigged so she i mean if they were going to rig it it obviously wouldn't be judge canon do

00:20:05.580 they bring in but in these other cases like your case especially is an egregious example of this of

00:20:10.980 how they basically lied their way into uh you know base bringing your case under the uh saying was the

00:20:17.480 same set of uh warrants that the that they had for these russian gru agents so therefore they were

00:20:22.600 able to get amy berman jackson one of the most mouth-breathing partisan hacks ever to disgrace 1.00

00:20:28.000 the bench frankly the fifth prosecutor in your case and this is what they've done with all of the judges

00:20:32.940 across the board look at the j6 defendants look at the case in dc that jack smith has brought with

00:20:38.280 the most you know uh i believe a biden appointee but she is uh you know she's been the harshest uh

00:20:43.680 uh sentencer for j6 defendants and she's presiding over trump's case you know it's it's it's laughable

00:20:50.340 to think that they could even dare bring canon into it in any way whatsoever uh no you make a very

00:20:57.300 good point specifically in my case they argued that my case was was a related case to the case of the

00:21:04.460 17 russians that they had charged with hacking the dnc uh and they promised the judge that they would

00:21:12.940 produce evidence against me that was gleaned from search warrants in that case but they never did

00:21:19.900 because they don't have any uh and that case never went to even went to discovery and will never be

00:21:26.340 prosecuted they didn't produce any evidence to support the indictments of the 17 gru either uh

00:21:32.040 agents supposed agents either so i mean forget it forgetting the evidence in your case because they

00:21:38.000 they don't have any actually uh the prosecutor in my case uh after the fbi said in the early

00:21:45.960 filings that they had never examined the computer servers of the dnc he actually filed a very rare

00:21:53.660 surreply in which he insisted the government had additional proof that the russians had hacked the dnc

00:22:00.000 really produce it there is no such evidence because as we know based on the forensic evidence

00:22:06.200 and expert testimony that we were not allowed to provide at trial uh there never was an online

00:22:13.540 hack of the dnc by the way a matter that special counsel john durham never addressed in his long

00:22:20.360 five-year report amazing uh anyway to return to the florida case uh the trump lawyers made two

00:22:29.540 interesting arguments uh one was that under the presidential records act trump was entitled to have

00:22:36.960 the documents that he it is uh charged that he had the judge did not seem impressed with that argument

00:22:44.000 but the argument that might might uh bear greater fruit for trump is the selective prosecution argument

00:22:52.460 if he is being prosecuted why then is joe biden not being prosecuted uh tyler what do you think of

00:23:00.500 that well i want to say robert herr's report i don't care how buttoned down he seemed was a total

00:23:06.740 travesty what what the hell does donald trump have to do with investigating joe biden's uh criminal 0.56

00:23:13.740 violations of the uh concerning classified information why was he asked questions about donald trump's case

00:23:20.300 i mean when he is totally separate supposed to be completely removed not have anything to do with

00:23:24.740 it i mean that right on the face of it says this was completely partisan set up you know in order to

00:23:30.760 to try to justify somehow how they could prosecute trump as who was the president who all authority for

00:23:36.880 classification flowed from him and anything created under his presidency which i believe judge can and if

00:23:42.520 she ruled uh adversely that she should have ruled because that's a stone it means like executive uh 0.99

00:23:48.620 excuse me immunity i mean if they if they dispose of that or if they question that i mean you're going

00:23:53.020 to hobble the presidency as just as you would with uh if a president can't take his papers with him i

00:23:58.720 mean again he is the plenary authority for the entire executive branch from him as president as chief

00:24:04.880 executive officer flows the ability you can't have bureaucratic uh chair moisteners in the bowels of 0.92

00:24:11.360 whatever the state department or wherever the hell or the cia whoever you know basically putting the

00:24:17.500 president himself through a process of declassification and having to say that he is

00:24:22.540 subject to these uh you know these classifications for these documents and joe biden who was never

00:24:28.240 president until obviously had held these documents for decades is somehow i mean why because he cooperated

00:24:34.180 with him or because he lost his memory i mean the excuses are beyond absurd if donald trump had even

00:24:40.120 a tenth of the leeway that they're bending over backwards to give to joe biden all these cases would have

00:24:44.900 been dismissed willy they wouldn't even been brought because there would be such embarrassments

00:24:48.860 they are nonetheless and you know as long as we have these zealots posing as prosecutors they will

00:24:53.680 continue uh troy your thoughts well absolutely and and uh roger i just wanted to ask a question to

00:25:01.780 tyler here i think it's important because um you know tyler we see lawfare being waged across the country

00:25:06.940 uh in so many different areas whether it be florida georgia uh you you uh kind of hinted to me that

00:25:13.140 that this this all might be being set up to go to the high court um and i'd like you to just kind

00:25:18.700 of talk on that a little bit the supreme court um what what would their role be in all these cases

00:25:22.780 do you think that we're going to have like a a sweeping ruling here that kind of takes everything

00:25:26.240 out well it's for good reason that adam schiff is you know for a couple of for about probably five

00:25:31.880 or six years now but talking about a court packing plan and how you know this these justices

00:25:36.720 as they said now they're calling it a maga court uh i think john roberts knows that every one of

00:25:42.880 these cases is going to ultimately be appealed up to the u.s supreme court because they involve

00:25:46.660 federal officials constitutional questions and that puts the court in the position of having to

00:25:52.040 constantly rule on picayune points of law that were never in question before but because they've

00:25:58.180 been applied so distorted in their application to donald trump they end up in the court's hands and

00:26:03.120 the court is not going to have it because it is politicized as an attempt in other words the law

00:26:08.220 fair extends all the way up to the supreme court and only if the supreme court only if john roberts

00:26:12.560 wants this to become a political arm a political weapon of you know warring interests warring uh

00:26:18.900 adversaries in politics but in this case the democrat party using it as obviously their weapon of choice

00:26:24.400 then this will go on forever it will degrade the judicial system and the judiciary the respect for it

00:26:31.380 in ways that it it already is i mean it's already been damaged but i think roberts and the high court

00:26:36.700 at least the five that five person majority um and which surprised me when they ruled the way they did

00:26:42.060 in the colorado case which is that they ruled broadly i thought they would narrow it to just

00:26:46.000 something like that he's not he's uh you know not an officer of the government therefore it's out

00:26:50.000 no but they said this was not a state question period and ruled very broadly which obviously

00:26:54.800 garnered these sort of uh not dissents but concurring uh alternative opinions from coney barrett and

00:27:01.300 the three liberal justices but i think roberts is going to you i would hope i mean i don't see how

00:27:06.780 they otherwise do it with immunity with all these things all these questions that are being brought

00:27:10.600 up uh are going to be knocked out in in a way that just gets rid of these cases and says don't

00:27:15.620 bother bringing these cases because we're going to over we're not going to let you use the courts

00:27:19.160 this way that's my hope i mean and i would think and it's not because he likes donald trump

00:27:23.880 obviously there's no love lost there with the high court but because they want to protect the

00:27:28.200 integrity of the court as they should because frankly it's been totally defiled by democrat

00:27:32.400 liars and lawfare specialists all right if you're just tuning in folks we're here with tyler nixon

00:27:40.180 attorney at law and a shrewd political observer also my co-host troy smith of slingshot.news

00:27:49.280 we're going to go to a quick commercial break and then we'll be right back with some more political

00:27:55.160 analysis sounds rolling all three cameras we're good

00:28:05.020 is there any regrets that you have in life i i should sit here and say yeah i got a lot of

00:28:13.560 yeah i got a lot of regrets but when i look back on my life and i understand the lives that were lost

00:28:21.420 i mean i'm sitting here with them

00:28:24.700 and i can tell my story

00:28:28.160 former national security advisor lieutenant general michael flynn pleaded guilty today for

00:28:33.180 lying to the fbi he was one of the most respected generals in the military he was by definition

00:28:38.020 the most dangerous possible person for donald trump to hire

00:28:42.380 certainly brilliant military career serving thirty three why was he being so

00:28:46.860 mike clint pulled the truth and faced like a person

00:28:49.820 joining me at the news desk now is rebecca walzer of walzerwealth.com she has been a regular guest on my tv

00:29:09.740 show brandon house live for a long time she's not just an economics expert but she's an attorney

00:29:15.460 rebecca you have a large firm how many people work for your firm just about 30 yes 30 and tell me

00:29:22.180 how can people prepare for what's coming with the well the end of the dollar as we know it

00:29:26.660 the end of the fiat system as we know it globally we are moving to uh hard asset back currencies again

00:29:31.860 thank the lord because fiat is where we get into all the problems when you have debt-based currency

00:29:36.900 you have debt-based problems and the united states unfortunately since 2020 has not stopped spinning at

00:29:42.860 pandemic levels this is systemic and it is unsustainable and it is coming to an end especially

00:29:48.780 with the addition of saudi arabia and the uae to the brics nations this is what controls our petrodollar 1.00

00:29:53.740 this is the threat immediately in 2024 for more information walserwealth.com walserwealth.com she is

00:30:00.380 not your traditional financial planner find out why at walserwealth.com welcome back i'm roger stone and

00:30:08.540 you are in the stone zone you're not going to want to miss my wabc radio show this weekend joining me is

00:30:17.740 congresswoman marjorie taylor green uh to talk about uh last week's state of the union address and the

00:30:26.140 issue of illegal immigration which uh the folks at msnbc insist is a figment of our imagination there is

00:30:34.300 no illegal migrant crisis in america it's all made up by fox news folks it's not really happening

00:30:41.900 i swear to you that's what they are reporting uh also uh joining me barry habib one of the

00:30:48.460 country's leading mortgage and housing experts but also truly an economic guru who absolutely

00:30:56.380 eviscerates the idea put forward in joe biden's campaign commercials that america currently has the

00:31:03.100 strongest economy in our history and then lastly baby john delutro of baby john's pizza in little

00:31:11.580 italy joins us to talk about new york city's war on pizza first mayor eric adams and his woke bureaucrats

00:31:21.100 tried to outlaw entirely pizza ovens that were fueled by coal or wood now they're back with a new

00:31:29.580 regulation requiring a 75 percent reduction in emissions uh from all pizza ovens this is nothing

00:31:38.620 less than a war on pizza you can hear it all sunday between four and six by going to wabc radio dot com

00:31:50.140 that's w abc radio dot com all right uh we return to the stone zone uh in the house we have uh tyler

00:32:00.540 nixon attorney at law longtime political activist uh and uh a man who's represented me personally uh very

00:32:09.180 able uh friend uh and of course uh troy smith of slingshot dot news if you haven't gone to slingshot dot

00:32:18.140 news yet you really should uh troy is breaking stories that no one else will touch troy yesterday you gave

00:32:27.020 us a shocking rundown regarding former maryland governor uh larry hogan uh the most shocking piece

00:32:36.060 of it was that he actually harbored a pedophile uh in his home uh he seems to be surrounded uh by pedophiles

00:32:45.660 uh it's very very strange what's really strange is the things that you reported aren't on the front

00:32:52.780 page of the baltimore sun as you might uh expect but bring us up to date on that and then lead us

00:32:59.500 through some of the other breaking political news oh roger uh it's such an important thing for people

00:33:05.340 to realize because larry hogan harbored a pedophile in his home now that is a basic fact now in 1992 uh larry

00:33:14.060 hogan had a campaign aide that was living at his residence in upper marlboro named kevin lee hall

00:33:19.420 kevin lee hall was arrested for uh kidnapping and raping a 17 year old boy at gunpoint uh several

00:33:27.100 other hogan officials roger have also been charged with distribution of child pornography whether that be

00:33:32.700 matthew palmer a hogan's deputy legislative assistant or luis barunda who was hogan's deputy

00:33:40.860 state secretary who was also charged with distribution of child pornography um and and

00:33:46.300 barunda was actually busted in a fort mead sting operation where he attempted to meet a 13 year old

00:33:50.940 girl for sex within those communications he actually tells us that he's been doing this for many years 0.85

00:33:56.780 he's been meeting with 15 year olds um it's really sick and the worst part about this roger is that 0.95

00:34:03.100 larry hogan receives absolutely no accountability for this nobody has even asked him any questions about

00:34:10.300 this um and and i've seen you know i've had threats against me just in the last 24 hours people telling

00:34:16.300 me that i'm going to be dead and people telling me that i'm going to wind up dead and that i'm going

00:34:19.980 to be shot and that hogan's people are going to kill me for what i'm talking about here um and and you 0.92

00:34:24.780 know i say to those people if we are afraid to speak the truth if we are afraid to go out there and

00:34:30.220 to tell the truth about what's going on then there's no point in any of this in any of the political

00:34:35.660 gamesmanship in any of this because without truth the people of this country won't know what's going

00:34:40.780 on they won't know who's going to be their elected leaders and in the case of larry hogan roger here's

00:34:45.740 a guy who attacks donald trump all day every day uh telling him that he's a threat to democracy well

00:34:51.340 hogan won't tell you that he's a threat and and and the people around him have been a threat to

00:34:56.060 children they have been convicted of distributing and and producing child pornography including stuff with

00:35:02.220 toddlers i mean i i encourage everybody to go to slingshot.news and check out our uh exclusive

00:35:08.700 reports on this and just yesterday roger i interviewed a woman that is challenging larry 0.71

00:35:13.740 hogan for that nomination in maryland for u.s senate a woman named laurie friend who was kind 1.00

00:35:18.780 enough to come on the show i have a clip from the interview that i conducted with her yesterday

00:35:23.420 in which she uh she asserts that larry hogan must address she he must address this report that

00:35:29.740 we put out with slingshot.news and address his connection to so many different pedophiles we're

00:35:35.820 going to run that clip right now roger so you can see that a former governor larry hogan now you are

00:35:41.020 a candidate for u.s senate um i i i'm happy to report that you've seen our video that we did on larry hogan

00:35:48.380 and some of the things that he's been involved with in the past and i wanted to open up this beginning

00:35:53.260 part of the show for you to respond to those videos what are your thoughts and do you what kind

00:35:58.220 of action should be taken as a response to what you learned in those videos okay well i have to say

00:36:03.660 i'm probably like a lot of marylanders i was shocked um i think i had heard something when he was first

00:36:10.460 exiting office about it but not very much um after watching um what you had exposed um i you know

00:36:18.140 it's very very troubling and i i actually think larry hogan should come out and speak to this and you

00:36:25.260 know of these accusations because you know people marylanders we want to know the truth about what's

00:36:31.740 going on you know and if you if you larry hogan think that this is inaccurate then you need to speak

00:36:37.340 up because you know this is not this is not what i would want or who i would want representing me in

00:36:43.740 the united states senate but there you have it and that's laurie friend who's challenging larry hogan

00:36:49.820 for the nomination now she hasn't received the media coverage that larry hogan has because as you

00:36:54.540 stated roger the baltimore sun wjz 13 fox 45 they are all on team hogan and they do everything within

00:37:04.220 their power to conceal any negative information about the former governor and that includes protecting

00:37:10.540 the airwaves from his competitors now i will tell you roger i've reached out to every single one

00:37:16.300 of larry hogan's competitors in the senate race there in maryland i have extended interview invitations

00:37:22.220 to every single one of them and i will be interviewing every single challenger that he has

00:37:27.020 in this race because if the mainstream media won't do it and the local maryland media won't do it we

00:37:32.780 will do everything within our power to get these people's voices heard because the people of maryland

00:37:37.740 ultimately cannot have somebody who has appointed such dangerous individuals who has associations with such

00:37:44.780 unbelievable disgusting crimes to enter the u.s senate where he will oppose americans where he will

00:37:51.820 attack americans just as he has attacked president trump in the media every single day

00:38:00.300 go ahead darling i was gonna say first of all a couple things larry hogan is a rhino who would fit

00:38:05.340 both definitions of the word uh you know the giant beast as well as the uh republican name only

00:38:11.340 and uh you know he makes mac matthias look like william f buckley in terms of his uh you know i mean

00:38:16.460 we've certainly had our share of lefty uh republicans from maryland and and my god the people that

00:38:21.580 maryland elect barbara mikulski amongst others that i can think of i mean paris glendening looks like 0.99

00:38:27.100 moses compared to these people um and but anyway and and that being said you know i would also note

00:38:33.020 isn't there is is it me is there's a high intersection or coincidence uh between trump derangement

00:38:39.340 syndrome and pedophilia i mean have you noticed that am i wrong here absolutely time go ahead go

00:38:47.660 go ahead troy i was just gonna say yeah absolutely it's a huge problem and uh it's it's something that

00:38:52.860 is prevalent and this is something that people don't really know and it's just it's added we're

00:38:57.100 going to be doing a lot more exposés on hogan going forward but uh one of hogan's top political

00:39:01.740 allies a guy that helped him win the 2014 election his first election for governor was chris christie the

00:39:07.100 new jersey governor the former new jersey governor who ended up being uh i think the most unpopular

00:39:11.980 governor in the history of the united states of america um christie also had an aid that was busted

00:39:18.460 for child pornography and pedophilia and on launch liberty we've showed video of hogan and christie

00:39:24.780 at the maryland governor's mansion talking about having a slumber party watching chick flicks i've

00:39:29.740 shown roger that video before um it's it's it's something that is very consistent within those circles tyler

00:39:37.340 yeah two not two rhinos but two whales i guess get together and uh you know talk about yeah but i

00:39:42.460 know again trump derangement syndrome and pedophilia i think they're it's part of the same part of the 0.90

00:39:47.500 same big ball of disgusting that these people uh these people are uh yesterday on the stone zone uh 0.90

00:39:54.700 troy outlined four specific incidents surrounding uh pedophilia uh child pornography uh and so on uh 0.96

00:40:04.460 regarding larry hogan so no these aren't conspiracy theories folks these are hard facts so you can find

00:40:11.900 them at slingshot dot news all right troy uh what else have you got here in the political realm well uh

00:40:20.140 you know roger we talked a bit about uh the possibility of president trump debating joe biden and

00:40:26.300 you said on this show that uh that the biden team would do anything within their power to avoid those

00:40:32.460 debates because as you pointed out give me the popcorn for those i think that would be a spectacle

00:40:37.740 for the american people because as we know uh as we saw it as we see every day with joe biden he

00:40:43.020 struggles to speak um so we actually had a deputy campaign manager for biden in the media talking

00:40:49.020 about a potential debate we have a clip of that i want to run that and then tyler and roger get your

00:40:52.860 your thoughts on that the former president has said that he wants to debate the president anytime

00:40:59.580 anywhere under any conditions with any moderator will the president take him up on that i think

00:41:05.020 it's really funny that donald trump keeps saying things from truth social when he just stays in the

00:41:09.900 basement of mar-a-lago i don't think he's done any campaigning this week while the president's been out

00:41:14.300 there but look major the president is traveling the country talking to the voters who will decide this

00:41:19.820 election we haven't had the conversation about something that may happen in august but what i

00:41:24.620 can say is the debate plays out every time joe biden talks about what he is fighting for and what

00:41:30.460 donald trump is fighting for which is bad it's rejected it's toxic and it's not the american way

00:41:37.180 boy that's called dodging the question first of all did he miss trump's incredible rally in georgia

00:41:44.780 did he miss his rally in virginia maybe he missed his rally uh in uh in north carolina or perhaps he

00:41:51.580 missed the tumultuous welcome donald trump got last saturday night at the ufc fight uh in miami in

00:41:58.940 fact why doesn't joe biden show up at a ufc fight and see what kind of reaction he gets from the crowd

00:42:06.220 now that would be interesting to see look uh biden's handlers know uh that uh that uh he is not up

00:42:13.820 to a debate uh with donald trump he can't even pull off a press conference where he controls the

00:42:19.980 microphone uh this tremendous tendency to in the middle of a sentence when he's making a well anyway uh

00:42:30.220 yeah exactly what was my point oh yeah and then temper uh now tyler you're a long-time observer of the

00:42:42.700 biden's coming from delaware you knew uh beau you know hunter uh you certainly have seen joe uh up close

00:42:53.100 one of the things i remember when i was working for senator arlen specter uh was that uh specter uh

00:43:00.140 and biden then a senator would often take the amtrak train uh dropping obviously biden off in

00:43:07.900 wilmington and then senator specter would go on to philadelphia uh and we would always uh go first

00:43:14.140 class i was traveling with the senator i remember specifically joe biden never tipping the porters

00:43:20.620 never tipping the people in the cafe car which i think is consistent because i've heard that back in

00:43:27.340 delaware uh the del the biden's are famous for stiffing people uh uh hairdressers uh dentists uh

00:43:36.460 uh landscapers uh fencers uh paper boys well grocers paper boys i mean uh they're they're famous for

00:43:44.860 this at home are they not absolutely and i can tell you that lee murphy who was a congressional

00:43:50.940 candidate and a friend of ours uh there was a train conductor on amtrak for 30 years i believe it

00:43:56.300 it was uh from you know the entire time practically that biden rode the you know he was amtrak joe and

00:44:01.980 he said he was the least uh he was he he was would not you know other other congress people would ride

00:44:08.140 senator roth and they would be you know affable they would talk to lee but in the case of uh joe biden

00:44:14.060 he was just too good for everybody you know he couldn't be bothered and certainly never you know 0.92

00:44:17.900 bothered tipping anybody uh you know it was all paid for and yeah i mean the man's a scoundrel he's a 0.82

00:44:23.820 cheapskate he's a chiseler um and he's really just speaking of his mental state i don't think 0.95

00:44:29.900 there's enough drugs on the planet that they could pump him full of for him to be able to stand up to

00:44:35.500 donald trump and and be coherent i mean he was already tenuous as it was in the 2020 uh debates i

00:44:42.460 mean he really was just hanging on by a thread and they managed to get you know what they needed out of

00:44:47.260 them but i mean what delusional demented fantasy world these people live in to say that oh donald

00:44:53.180 trump's in his basement at mar-a-lago i mean like it's like i mean there comes a point where it's kind

00:44:59.420 of like with with uh the the black prosecutors that are putting all over trump thinking oh well that's

00:45:03.660 going to curry favor with the black community as if the black community isn't like hasn't been 0.98

00:45:08.140 persecuted enough and they and they're going to cheer on some some bs hurt one of their own color 0.99

00:45:14.540 or whatever you want to say who's making them look like total asses in in front of the bar of 0.99

00:45:19.580 justice by persecuting an innocent person and and this is why you know go fanny go freaking uh what's 0.98

00:45:26.460 the letitia james go uh uh uh cal alvin uh brag you know keep going because you're driving the entire

00:45:33.820 your entire community into the arms of donald trump and you know bully for that and joe biden there's

00:45:39.180 no chance of him getting that back all right tyler before hold that thought troy uh if you're just

00:45:45.420 tuning in this is uh the stone zone i'm here with tyler nixon and troy smith and we have to take a

00:45:51.180 quick commercial break but we will be right back what were you going to say

00:46:00.460 the markets are getting crazy and now is the time to protect yourself from economic turmoil

00:46:11.580 extremely attractive compared to gold a call to swiss america gets you the scoop on whether the silver

00:46:17.340 opportunity is for real what you'll discover will really blow your mind today silver faces a huge

00:46:23.740 shortage due to the rising demand by military solar electric cars and computers all of which depend on

00:46:30.460 silver but right now silver is priced to sell according to worldwide experts now to help you

00:46:36.300 get started swiss america is offering beautiful united states walking liberty half dollars issued by

00:46:42.300 the u.s mint from 1916 to 1947 and minted in 90 pure silver for a special introductory price limit of 250

00:46:58.140 is the time to rediscover silver my story started with alcohol and i had tried going to other treatments

00:47:05.420 and all i did was think about how i was not going to drink or how i was going to drink one more day

00:47:10.540 and then stop the next day and katie had found a treatment i thought it was kind of hokey i could

00:47:15.900 see a couple days into it it's like the light bulb went on with him it's an iv infusion of all natural

00:47:22.060 nad saved my life and my family we've been where you sit the hardest part of this is making that phone

00:47:28.780 call and just come in and talk to us welcome back folks i'm roger stone and this is the stone zone on

00:47:36.380 this friday we've talked about the decision in georgia to allow the epically corrupt uh fanny willis 1.00

00:47:46.380 to remain as the prosecutor in that case uh she of course has to deep six uh her paramour boyfriend who 0.92

00:47:55.660 she made the special counsel by the way how she got away with paying uh nathan wade 654 000 in funds

00:48:04.780 that were earmarked for covid uh without having to run them by the uh fulton county commissioners

00:48:11.420 that never got addressed uh but sadly none of this surprises me i think uh there's probably outrage

00:48:19.820 across the country as voters see through this egregious political persecution of our former

00:48:28.380 president tyler you of all people must have been uh very pleased with the fact that with the results of

00:48:37.100 the hawaii and washington state republican presidential primaries donald trump became only the second man in

00:48:45.980 u.s history to be nominated three times uh for president of the united states the only other

00:48:53.900 previous individual having achieved that incredible feat being one richard millhouse nixon that's right

00:49:02.380 yes yeah absolutely and nixon who won in 72 by the largest still i think the largest margin percentage

00:49:08.540 at least uh of votes a president has ever received in history and the democrats couldn't have that so they

00:49:14.140 had to destroy him uh and let's face it they're doing the trying to do the same they did the same

00:49:19.180 to donald trump um but uh you know nixon's comeback was a lot different donald trump was

00:49:24.060 not gonna he was not gonna go off into the sunset as an elder statesman we knew he was gonna come back

00:49:29.420 and uh i think absolutely he's galvanizing uh the movement that he represents because uh people you

00:49:36.140 know they want to call it a cult on the other side i mean this is from people who uh were you know

00:49:41.260 let's face it jim jones was a democrat he was a socialist all right so let's get that out on the

00:49:46.380 table um so as far as cults go i mean you know it's the the cult of narrative and the cult of

00:49:52.460 personality around the obamas the clintons and all this trump is exactly right when he said that he's

00:49:58.220 only standing in the way that they'll be coming after us next and it's represented by the fact that

00:50:02.620 they've charged even his attorneys in this georgia georgia outrage um but uh yeah he secured the

00:50:09.100 nomination i mean you know look bring it on because uh they're not gonna be able to stop

00:50:13.820 him and i i think it's they're building such momentum i don't know what they're gonna try to

00:50:18.380 do uh they really should just give it up at this point i mean honestly they're gonna they're risking

00:50:23.740 destroying the fabric of the country beyond repair and ways where you know if a civil war breaks out as

00:50:29.020 alex jones is fond of saying he's like brother you know what if it goes if it goes down like that he's

00:50:34.540 like just let me tell you it's not gonna be you who wins you know because it's true i mean you know

00:50:39.260 how many hundreds of millions of guns are in the hands of uh people who've said no my cold dead hands

00:50:44.140 and there aren't enough federal thugs in the uh you know and i don't care how many bullets they buy

00:50:49.100 you know these people have to live amongst us they don't get to you know go into secret bunkers like

00:50:53.740 the zuckerbergs of the world you know and their families and everybody i mean they have to be out with

00:50:58.140 us in in the you know the great unwashed and uh the great unwashed are not uh are not exactly happy

00:51:04.220 with our with our masterminds in dc and how far they've gone i mean it's it's like it's runaway

00:51:09.260 psychopathy on on a level that has been never been seen and donald trump has been the the accelerant

00:51:14.700 and the catalyst the exposer of it all well uh just to get it on the record because uh you know

00:51:21.420 we'll get criticized no we're not advocating or supporting civil war or a violence we'd like to

00:51:27.580 no no no absolutely problems uh democratically but we need a free fair honest transparent election

00:51:35.660 in order to do so uh the democrats do have a plan b they're already talking about it an incredible

00:51:43.420 piece by a fellow uh named russell burman at the atlantic who says well if trump wins uh the congress

00:51:51.260 should simply refuse to certify his election in the electoral college wait a minute isn't that

00:51:58.620 what they just accused trump of doing and saying that doing so was a crime so in other words if trump

00:52:06.060 wins we would simply refuse to certify the will of the voters the hypocrisy here uh is really it's knee

00:52:15.900 deep uh we have to invent a new word frankly the hypocrisy doesn't even cover it anymore

00:52:22.380 uh we've got about uh five minutes uh troy what else have you got on the docket well i just wanted

00:52:27.580 to say you know it's it's quite an amazing experience for me to sit here every day especially with you

00:52:31.420 roger and and tyler you've gone through it too where you you've been i'm surrounded by people who have

00:52:36.540 been through this ringer this ringer of lawfare and yet you know we you turn on msnbc you turn on mbc and

00:52:43.900 they're talking about trump as if trump is hitler they actually say that on msnbc trump is a dictator

00:52:51.420 and he's hitler they say that over and over and over again yet when you examine their tactics and

00:52:56.620 you examine what they've done they're the actual authoritarians they're the actual dictators they're

00:53:03.340 the ones that are abusing the the justice system to go after their political opponents and the whole

00:53:08.300 time they sit there with their hands up saying we're not doing it we're not doing it and and they

00:53:12.780 repeat that ad nauseam roger it's just it's something that comes and goes and and and there's

00:53:18.460 other people that have been affected by it and it's continuing to get worse and worse and as they

00:53:22.780 claim that they're that that trump is going to plunge us into some authoritarian regime i'm sorry but i'm

00:53:29.020 pretty sure that it was joe biden who called the military into dc for the first i don't know three or

00:53:33.740 four months that he was in office i'm pretty sure that it was joe biden who had the first inauguration to

00:53:39.100 my knowledge that was closed off from the public the public could not attend the inauguration it

00:53:44.380 he's the first person in in in my recollection to to come after uh with such severity his political

00:53:51.980 opposition with the department of justice in merrick garland it it's so un it's so it's so emboldened it's

00:54:00.460 so out in the open and yet it seems that the majority of people um have tuned it out because they think

00:54:07.260 well you know oh well this side's bad they're both bad no there's a definitive answer here folks you

00:54:13.180 have people who are trying to combat the corruption of the system that has bankrupted america taking

00:54:18.940 your jobs taking your industry taking your country and then there's people who are angry that they

00:54:24.540 are being called out for destroying the country and that's the situation we have all this infighting

00:54:30.460 within the republican party is a struggle by the people who are trying to do good to get access to the

00:54:36.780 levels levels of power so that they can begin to advocate and push forth policy that will help the

00:54:43.100 american people and we're not seeing that roger and i'd like to get your thoughts on that uh this is

00:54:49.740 right out of alinsky's rule book so knows they are always doing exactly what they accuse us of what do they

00:54:55.420 say trump uh will uh he will prosecute uh his uh political enemies really trump will not allow uh uh

00:55:05.020 protest he'll arrest protesters wow uh trump uh would uh would uh spy on uh his political opponents i mean

00:55:15.580 on topic by topic all of their attacks ring hollow because they are exactly the things that they are doing

00:55:23.180 i wanted to hit this before we run out of time you now have adam openly bragging about the fact that

00:55:29.500 he was surreptitiously financing the campaign of of steve harvey the republican who it appears even

00:55:37.580 though we still don't have a final vote count may have slightly led in the first round in order to make

00:55:43.900 sure that shift did not get into a runoff with another progressive either katie porter the democrat

00:55:51.100 congresswoman from orange county or barbara lee from the bay area so he wanted to make sure he

00:55:58.460 got into a runoff with a republican tyler would you call that a dirty trick isn't that called a dirty

00:56:04.540 trick of course that's you know that's how obama got elected i mean you know it's either it's either

00:56:09.100 fund your opposition your your faux opposition although steve garvey is he might he might give adam

00:56:15.020 schiff a run for his money i mean you know he he's he's a very popular uh los angeles dodger so i

00:56:20.540 mean we'll see where that goes but i will say this replace democracy with power when they see our

00:56:25.740 democracy protecting democracy replace that with power and everything then makes sense and what you

00:56:31.180 have is group psychopathy run amok and uh you know the the their version of democracy means electing

00:56:38.620 democrats 100 of the time i mean it doesn't mean what any of us think it does and people see through

00:56:43.820 this and frankly i don't know what bubble they live in but you know they're not they're not winning any

00:56:48.700 hearts and minds uh and as it rolls along it's it's like people are more and more disgusted we're

00:56:53.820 not going to see the the undulating waves of popular support up and down like we did back in the 80s 90s

00:57:00.220 uh it it is just all migrating to trump and against the establishment and biden is the epitome of the

00:57:06.300 corrupt uh you know autocrat and and uh effete lifer uh incumbent lifer and he represents uh again this

00:57:13.980 this group psychopathy and mental derangement where uh again our democracy is our power you 0.92

00:57:20.860 know we have to protect our power not our democracy let's just remember that power is what they're

00:57:25.740 talking about when they say democracy all right let me thank uh my co-host troy smith for joining us
