The StoneZONE with Roger Stone - Garrett Ziegler ｜ 07-17-25

00:00:00.000 And we're back in the Stone Zone. Joining me now, Garrett Ziegler. He is the founder and chairman of Marco Polo.

00:00:07.520 That is the nonprofit research organization that has published the entirety of Hunter Biden's laptop.

00:00:16.940 He served as an associate director in the White House of President Donald Trump in his first term in the Office of Trade and Manufacturing.

00:00:26.520 Garrett Ziegler has a degree in economics from St. Louis University, lives in Illinois with his wife and all American children.

00:00:33.680 He is a cousin of White House Press Secretary Ron Ziegler, who was most famous for walking back one of his Watergate statements, saying that his previous statement was now inoperative.

00:00:45.660 One of my all time favorites. Garrett Ziegler, welcome back into the Stone Zone.

00:00:50.400 Thank you for having me. Yes, I, you know, it's a foundation of Western law that you can't be held to account for the sins of your father.

00:01:00.220 Well, I wouldn't call that a sin by Ron, but definitely something that I wouldn't say.

00:01:03.980 But, hey, Ron was loyal above all, and that I really admire.

00:01:08.180 He was a very good man. And the deep state remove Richard Nixon, we now know this, based on declassified documents,

00:01:14.800 the Central Intelligence Agency, well aware of the plan to break into the Watergate, infiltrates the Watergate burglar team with multiple CIA operatives still on the CIA payroll, still answering to their handlers.

00:01:27.740 It's a setup. It's interesting because the Watergate prosecutors and the Senate Watergate Committee both knew of the CIA's active involvement,

00:01:36.840 yet they were barred from publishing a minority report.

00:01:40.140 They were barred from asking any questions. Anyway, we're here to talk about, we're here to talk about today,

00:01:47.380 your nonprofit organization, 501c3, Marco Polo, has now published yet again the entirety of Hunter Biden's laptop contents.

00:01:59.140 We now know definitively that this is not Russian disinformation.

00:02:02.180 You can imagine how shocked I was to get a threatening letter from Hunter Biden's lawyer, Abby Lowell,

00:02:11.400 considered by many to be the worst lawyer in America, the cleanup man for the deep left, 0.96

00:02:18.080 even though anything I know about Hunter Biden's laptop I read in the New York Post.

00:02:23.640 I never had the laptop contents, never discussed it with Mayor Giuliani, who evidently quite legally did.

00:02:30.060 It is an abusive process, but this is an amazing accomplishment.

00:02:35.440 Folks, you can go to bidenlaptopemails.com, that's bidenlaptopemails.com,

00:02:42.120 to order a copy of the 644-page dossier on the infamous abandoned device.

00:02:49.960 The great thing about this report is it's comprehensive, it's authoritative,

00:02:53.280 it describes 459 violations of state and federal laws and regulations that were all on his hard drive.

00:03:02.480 This is a massive project.

00:03:04.280 Garrett, tell us how you did this.

00:03:06.640 Well, it was a long time in the making.

00:03:09.960 It took me about 18 months.

00:03:11.420 I put on 30 pounds.

00:03:12.800 Thank God I've since lost that.

00:03:14.660 But I spent the entirety of 2022 in my home office here writing this book,

00:03:19.400 and I went through every single file, which is about 200 gigabytes.

00:03:23.380 And this relaunch of our email database where everybody listening to this,

00:03:27.460 everybody in America for free can go and look and read all 128,000 of these,

00:03:33.400 we did this as sort of a public service.

00:03:35.920 There are many groups on the right who have this laptop, but we're really democratizing.

00:03:43.820 I know it's a left-wing word, but we're really democratizing the data.

00:03:47.760 And that's what made Abby Lowell lose his mind on us too. 0.56

00:03:51.080 I agree with you.

00:03:51.760 He is one of the most atrocious lawyers in America. 0.98

00:03:54.400 He lies like you and I breathe. 0.98

00:03:56.520 And one of the reasons why they hated us so much is because we spread this data all over the fruited plains.

00:04:02.140 So he not only wrote the book, but there's a lot of fallout over the communication strategy with the Epstein stuff.

00:04:08.400 And one of the key things I keep hearing is just a lack of disclosure.

00:04:11.940 I think that people could understand if in some cases the statute of limitations is barring a prosecution.

00:04:20.560 But what the public hates is not being told the whole reasoning behind decisions.

00:04:26.600 And so that's the motive for putting this email database together.

00:04:29.820 And by relaunching, I simply mean we wrote it in a newer, better programming language, and it's quicker.

00:04:35.100 And it looks really, really good.

00:04:38.540 And so we have added – and we are going to add more features to this, meaning users will be able to bookmark particular emails like 10 held by H for the big guy, that infamous email.

00:04:52.060 All of Hunter's Chinese business deals wherein he got at least $7 million at the floor, not a ceiling, at least $7 million for no discernible worker experience.

00:05:02.260 All of those emails are on this, and it's the only place in the country where you can go view it.

00:05:07.780 So I'm grateful for you having me on to talk about this because we are basically completely shut out of the mainstream on cable TV, I mean.

00:05:19.040 It's very hard for our work to get any attention on the mainstream.

00:05:22.800 But there's this website out there that's completely free, completely secure.

00:05:25.800 And I want everybody not to have trepidation about going to this because we redacted genitalia, and we've redacted Social Security numbers and credit card numbers.

00:05:34.540 And if even that doesn't convince you, all your listeners should know that Hunter's ridiculous lawsuit against Marco Polo and me personally was dismissed with prejudice, meaning Hunter can never bring these ridiculous claims against us again.

00:05:47.500 So there's literally no legal risk anymore, which is, you know, a good thing to have off my back. 0.59

00:05:52.620 But that's where that attack dog, Abby Lowell, came in. 1.00

00:05:56.240 He just said things that were untrue, and the press parroted his ridiculous allegations. 0.88

00:06:03.020 So here's an important question for you, Garrett. 0.88

00:06:05.260 Who has worse hair, Abby Lowell or Congressman Jamie Raskin?

00:06:11.520 Jamie Raskin.

00:06:12.520 And can we talk about this for 90 seconds?

00:06:14.880 Just because Jamie Raskin, it really is a bird in my saddle.

00:06:18.440 He's one of the most despicable members of the lower chamber to ever be in the history of the United States of America. 0.58

00:06:26.420 First of all, son of a huge commie, foreign agent, degenerate novelist, Marcus Raskin. 0.96

00:06:35.040 And what I loathe about Jamie is not just his lying, but when he had cancer, which isn't his fault – I'm not making fun of him for having cancer – but when he did have cancer, it looked as if he took a black spray paint can and literally sprayed it on top of his head.

00:06:53.540 Meaning it's one thing to look like that Prison Mike character from The Office with a bandana on your head.

00:06:59.860 I think everybody can forgive that.

00:07:01.680 What they cannot forgive is a raccoon-looking figure on top of your head in which you spray paint black paint over it.

00:07:12.200 But the only person I loathe more than Jamie Raskin and Abby Lowell, who dyes his hair, is Dan Goldman.

00:07:20.420 Dan Goldman is, in my opinion, the most mendacious character, almost worse than Schiff.

00:07:27.680 He's the worst in the House.

00:07:29.240 Schiff, I think, is the worst in the Senate.

00:07:31.460 Clear mortgage fraud candidate.

00:07:34.360 I hope that the district of Maryland – if I were the U.S. attorney today in the district of Maryland and I saw the FHA complaint in President Trump's true social, I better be in paneling a grand jury.

00:07:46.060 That guy ripped off the taxpayer for tens of thousands of dollars.

00:07:50.240 He got a better mortgage rate.

00:07:51.480 So – and by the way, all these characters that I'm alluding to, Raskin and Schiff, even though they're not directly communicating with Hunter, their names are in the laptop emails.

00:08:04.460 So what the goal is with this email database, which we first put up in May of 2022, it's for other reporters, and there have been over 25 articles from the New York Post who they've linked their stories to our database.

00:08:21.900 So they'll talk about an email and then put the hyperlink to our – to the exact email out of the 128,000 in the article, and that really makes my heart sing because I know this story, this 200 gigabytes, is bigger than just what I can go through.

00:08:37.000 So it's really a repository for other researchers and writers to use in their stories, Schiff's in the emails.

00:08:45.460 All these jokers are in the emails.

00:08:47.740 It's one of the first peering into the American swamp ever, really, meaning there's been no – very rarely is this much primary source material going to be available to the public without redactions in their communications.

00:09:05.600 Obviously, a guy on our team spent the better part of a month just covering up the genitalia of the 46 U.S. president's family. 0.58

00:09:12.560 So then by the way, I mentioned this on your program before, but one of Abby Lowell's ridiculous causes of action in his lawsuit against me is that I covered up his client's genitalia. 0.98

00:09:24.560 They called it data modification because I put black boxes over his client's genitalia. 0.97

00:09:30.900 So according to Abby Lowell and Hunter's other attorneys, according to their own logic, they would have preferred their client be naked in our publications.

00:09:38.860 And because we're Christians, we don't distribute pornography, but it is fascinating that Winston Straughan, who is now suing Hunter, allowed their firm name to be put on a lawsuit accusing me of data modification just because I was a gentleman to Hunter and covered up his own genitalia.

00:09:54.980 Yeah, it's really quite extraordinary, folks.

00:09:56.820 Once again, you can go to bidenlaptopemails.com, that's bidenlaptopemails, to get your own copy and to look at this extraordinary body of work.

00:10:08.000 The annotations are very helpful to help the average American understand who's who and which one of Hunter's co-conspirators was doing what.

00:10:17.180 As I recall, in one of these deals, Hunter got significant equity in a Chinese energy company.

00:10:24.420 What ended up happening to that stock?

00:10:27.820 Well, it's an interesting case because the U.S. lobbyist was arrested in November of 2017.

00:10:36.220 His name was Patrick Ho, and he was tried and convicted, spent some time in the clink.

00:10:41.380 And during his recorded prison interviews and phone calls, he was trying to get Xi Jinping's attention to help them out.

00:10:51.020 So basically, once this guy named Patrick Ho got arrested, that energy company called CEFC disintegrated, and Xi Jinping arrested the main honcho, Ye Jinming, in China.

00:11:05.340 So both the U.S. guy – well, he's from Hong Kong, but he spent a lot of time in the States, about two decades.

00:11:11.480 Both Patrick Ho and the CEFC chairman were both arrested, and Patrick Ho, at least, is alive.

00:11:18.400 The Chinese fellow, Ye Jinming, has not been heard of since 2018, and he's probably fish food at the bottom of the Yangtze.

00:11:27.060 But the arrest of Patrick Ho blew that operations cover.

00:11:32.080 That energy company was trying to spread the Belt and Road Initiative in the Western world from Latin America all the way up to the U.S., and the Bidens – the Bidens were going to be the U.S. representatives for this ChaiCom company.

00:11:46.560 They were trying to set up meetings with Andrew Cuomo, all these folks.

00:11:51.380 We actually have the dope chart that Jimmy Biden sent to Hunter of every single Politico that they were going to try to set up meetings with.

00:11:59.360 And, of course, they got $7 million for no discernible work.

00:12:02.600 They sent a couple of emails.

00:12:04.480 And, again, it's clear money laundering. 1.00

00:12:07.100 Hunter's prosecutions, especially the gun one, were stupid. 1.00

00:12:10.260 That's why Hunter is so ridiculous to hate me, and his wife spit on my face and called me all these names. 1.00

00:12:15.380 They don't realize that I was actually defending Hunter in his gun case because the charge was dumb. 0.99

00:12:22.580 I'm a Second Amendment absolutist. 0.76

00:12:24.240 I don't think that just because you use drugs, you don't get to defend your family. 0.93

00:12:27.520 So Hunter was actually convicted of a stupid charge that maybe overturned at SCOTUS someday, but they didn't charge him for the obvious money laundering that he was engaged in. 0.94

00:12:37.440 And I'm furious at David Weiss and that whole special counsel operation. 0.98

00:12:41.620 And the Congress has been ineffective, to no one's surprise, at getting to the bottom of that.

00:12:47.460 Listen, I put up with this every day.

00:12:49.200 Oh, Roger Stone and his wife evaded federal taxes.

00:12:51.860 No, false.

00:12:52.660 We reported every penny of income and every penny of our assets, bigger as they were.

00:12:57.440 After they target you in a witch hunt and they bankrupt you, they then sue you because you can't pay.

00:13:05.400 I now owe them a massive amount of money because I got interest and penalties, and I will probably die owing them taxes.

00:13:12.340 But I have paid everything to date.

00:13:15.340 All my taxes are up to date.

00:13:17.040 This is like apples and oranges.

00:13:19.460 Hunter Biden failed.

00:13:20.440 He failed to report $10 million worth of income.

00:13:25.040 That is classic.

00:13:26.860 It is astonishing.

00:13:28.000 And November 7th, when November 7th went by, I know the election was on the 5th, but by the 7th, I was already thinking of you, Roger, saying, hey, whatever entity, whether it's the Southern District of Florida, whatever, they better drop that BS on you.

00:13:42.800 Because remember, with Hunter's pardon, with his pardon, that too meant all of the fines and interest and penalties went away.

00:13:49.940 So it makes me furious when they're trying to fleece folks like you with interest and penalties, and then this decrepit crackhead Hunter Biden not only doesn't get to go to prison, but all of his civil liabilities get wiped out too.

00:14:05.400 It is astonishing.

00:14:08.760 So hopefully by the end of 29, this gets taken care of for you.

00:14:12.460 That would be nice.

00:14:13.740 It is a rigged system.

00:14:15.760 When we come back, I want to ask you, the House has just minutes ago passed a historic cryptocurrency legislation, sending it to the president's desk.

00:14:23.780 This is indeed a massive positive for America.

00:14:27.720 I want to talk about that when we get back.

00:14:29.580 They have passed a regulatory framework for stable coins.

00:14:33.340 This is the new economy.

00:14:34.980 Great credit to Secretary of the Treasury Scott Besson, who's an out-the-side-the-box libertarian thinker, staunch supporter of the president, and I think among his very best cabinet picks.

00:14:47.300 We'll be right back with Garrett Ziegler.

00:14:49.260 He is the founder and chairman of Marco Polo.

00:14:51.760 I think it's marcopolo.org, as I recall.

00:14:54.220 But go to bidenlaptopemails.com, bidenlaptopemails.com, and take a look.

00:15:01.280 Order your copy of this incredible 644-page dossier and get the truth from Marco Polo.

00:15:08.720 We'll be right back.

00:15:10.500 The Stone Zone.

00:15:12.300 Entertaining and informative.

00:15:14.460 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:15:16.500 And you're back in the Stone Zone.

00:15:19.740 We're still with Garrett Ziegler.

00:15:21.340 He's the founder and chairman of Marco Polo.

00:15:23.500 That's the nonprofit organization that has taken upon themselves a massive project to expose corruption surrounding Hunter Biden and the Biden crime family.

00:15:36.760 Garrett, let me ask you an important question.

00:15:39.040 Is there, putting aside the Supreme Court's decision about immunity and the president, in a normal circumstance,

00:15:45.720 has enough been uncovered so that Joe Biden, the former president, could have reasonably been prosecuted for these massive million-dollar payments that seem to have made their way to him?

00:15:58.040 Totally.

00:15:58.800 And even if, well, first of all, the Congress, one of the valuable things the Congress did do was they had the subpoena power.

00:16:07.660 Obviously, we don't.

00:16:09.280 And they uncovered the involvement of Joe Biden's power of attorney, an 84-year-old attorney in Delaware named Mel Monza.

00:16:16.180 He's been Joe Biden's power of attorney since 1987.

00:16:19.840 And everything that Joe and Jimmy do runs through Mel's firm.

00:16:24.620 And there was a check that came from Jimmy Biden to Joe for $40K.

00:16:30.040 And that money came in part from the Chinese and in part from a now-defunct health care company called AmeriCorps.

00:16:38.200 However, the reason why this is important is because those checks occurred at a time when Joe was out of the vice presidency.

00:16:44.480 Obviously, the US or Trump v. U.S. SCOTUS precedent only applies to the president, not the VP.

00:16:51.420 But even if we were to take an expansive view of the ruling and say that it does apply to the VP and thus all of the 951 violations or 219 violations that Joe engaged in when he was the vice president, that CHICOM money came at a time when Joe was out of office.

00:17:08.220 And the violations are very simple.

00:17:10.340 They were acting as unregistered agents for a foreign principle, and that foreign principle was, like you said, CEFC, that Chinese conglomerate that was attempting to create Belt and Road infrastructure projects.

00:17:24.260 And everybody can go look up US v. Patrick Ho that took place right in the middle of the WABC viewership.

00:17:33.360 I mean it was at Foley Square, that trial, and obviously he was convicted.

00:17:40.480 And those violations were within that period before he became president through the rigged election and after he was vice president.

00:17:51.020 So, yeah, any fair two-bit FBI special agent would see the paper trail, and they would see that the money ultimately was washed through multiple entities.

00:18:03.880 It wasn't always easy to track.

00:18:06.280 I will admit that.

00:18:07.620 The laptop is sort of like a – you know those peepholes in doors?

00:18:11.960 The laptop is like a peephole, meaning we can only see a portion of the interaction.

00:18:17.260 Sometimes Hunter would say, hey, text me on WhatsApp.

00:18:20.340 So we'd have a portion of the conversation on iMessage, but then the WhatsApp message wasn't – or the WhatsApp conversation wasn't captured.

00:18:29.920 But what the feds have is the benefit of collating all of that data, and it's why people are mad about the Epstein communications fallout.

00:18:37.320 It's because the feds are sitting on this trove.

00:18:40.660 They're sitting on the result of the search warrant of the Manhattan townhouse, and they have all this primary source evidence.

00:18:46.460 And, of course, nobody wants to see child sexual abuse material or any of the victims identified by face or whatever.

00:18:53.840 But they are sitting on a trove, and I just hope that they move to unseal.

00:18:59.460 So, like you said, I listened to your speech intently from Florida this past weekend.

00:19:04.460 That's such an easy win that the DOJ – and they, thank God, just got rid of Maureen Comey – they could do tomorrow.

00:19:12.140 They could apply to have an unsealing in the SDNY for a deceased individual.

00:19:17.140 I mean, it would be one thing if Epstein were still alive.

00:19:18.980 This guy's dead.

00:19:19.840 He has no rights to be violated.

00:19:21.300 I totally agree, and I think that is the easiest way.

00:19:24.420 Again, the president simply needs to direct his attorney general to direct the interim U.S. attorney for the Southern District of North to move in federal court to unseal the grand jury testimony.

00:19:34.600 And this is very important.

00:19:35.740 And also the search warrants issued by the federal prosecutors in that jurisdiction.

00:19:43.760 He was prosecuted for conspiracy to engage in child sex trafficking as well as child sex trafficking.

00:19:50.400 We have to wrap it up there.

00:19:51.980 Again, I want to thank my guest, Garrett Ziegler.

00:19:53.920 I urge you to go to BidenLaptopEmails.com.
