00:00:30.000 This is the Stone Zone.
00:00:42.840 Now, get in the zone. 0.94
00:00:44.940 It's the Stone Zone.
00:00:47.140 Here's Roger Stone.
00:00:49.320 You are entering the Stone Zone.
00:00:52.400 And joining me now is General Michael Flynn.
00:00:55.660 He, of course, served as national security advisor to the 45th president, Donald Trump.
00:01:02.600 He is not only one of the country's leading geopolitical thinkers, he's also one of the finest Christian gentlemen and leaders has ever been my privilege to know.
00:01:15.440 General Flynn, welcome to the Stone Zone.
00:01:18.120 And I want to get your take on these stunning developments in Iran.
00:01:25.440 Yeah, Roger.
00:01:26.680 Thank you very much for having me.
00:01:28.800 And for just your life of incredible service to this country.
00:01:33.340 And I know that you're continuing to do that.
00:01:35.560 So, for your audience, you know, this is stunning developments, particularly what's happening right now.
00:01:43.720 The time zone, so everybody understands, you know, in the United States, the Eastern Standard Time, Iran is about eight hours ahead. 0.90
00:01:53.940 Israel is about seven, six hours ahead, give or take. 0.90
00:01:57.660 And so it's in the early, late evening or early morning hours right now.
00:02:04.100 And there, Israel, as I speak to you at this moment, Israel has had somewheres upwards of about 150 to 200 ballistic missiles fired at it in the last several hours, probably in the last six to eight hours, 150 to 200.
00:02:22.780 But some of them are being engaged by the Iron Dome system that protects Israel.
00:02:28.980 Some of them are being engaged by aircraft.
00:02:32.360 And I have to believe, because we, the United States, have positioned a very sophisticated missile frigate, counter-missile frigate in the Eastern Mediterranean, we might even be providing some intelligence or maybe even some, certainly, or some defensive capability.
00:02:49.800 So that's the current here and now, last six to eight hours.
00:02:54.940 In the last, or in the last 48 hours, you know, the initial attack by Israel against nuclear targets in Iran, because it was clear that Iran has, in fact, developed the capability. 0.62
00:03:13.800 And they were days away from matching, you know, matching up the capabilities for a nuclear device, a nuclear weapon, and weaponizing the uranium that they have been enriching for the better part of 10 years and trying to get away with it.
00:03:31.740 And lying the entire time, the Iranians have been lying the entire time they've been negotiating the Iranian, you know, JCPOA deal for the last 10 years, right? 0.85
00:03:42.440 They've been lying through their teeth.
00:03:45.100 So Israel made a very sophisticated decision, very conscious decision, and very strategic decision to basically eliminate Iran's nuclear capability. 0.82
00:03:56.840 In order to do that, Israel has to have endeavored to take on what I believe is a multi-layered campaign, a very offensive campaign, and a multi-day campaign. 0.60
00:04:13.700 This campaign is probably going to last a couple of weeks because of the destruction that is going to be required.
00:04:22.380 So the Iranian military can no longer, and political leadership can no longer have the command and control, the intelligence capability, the air defense capability, all of what we call battlefield operating systems that are necessary for a nation state to be able to have a functioning military.
00:04:43.640 And clearly to completely destroy the Iranian capability to have any type of nuclear weapons.
00:04:52.960 So that began almost 48 hours ago, and they have done at least two days of attacks against Iran.
00:05:01.920 This counterattack that's occurring now was clearly something that the Netanyahu government did plan for.
00:05:12.520 I 100 percent sit here talking to your audience today.
00:05:16.640 I guarantee that they plan for this counterattack at probably a scale like this.
00:05:21.980 Now, I also understand that the Houthi rebels down in Yemen have also fired some missiles, but what is up in the air right now, so just to give people a picture, particularly those that are listening on radio, in the Middle East region, you have Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Israel.
00:05:43.620 You've got Iraq, Iran, the UAE, you've got all these different countries, if you can think about it as a map, Turkey, all of those nations right now have put up in the air massive amounts of their own aircraft to be able to provide protection and security along their borders.
00:06:06.520 Because they knew and they were warned that the Iranians were going to launch a massive missile strike.
00:06:14.040 Those missiles, some of them are, in fact, having some success getting through the Iranian or the Israeli Iron Dome system, which is this protective system over Israel, much to what Donald Trump is trying to develop here in our country called the Golden Dome, something akin to it.
00:06:33.320 They have had some success breaking through that umbrella of air defense capability.
00:06:40.720 So they've targeted essentially like the Israeli version of our Pentagon.
00:06:47.260 So that's been struck.
00:06:48.660 There are now reports of at least one, if not two, of the nuclear sites, the known nuclear sites of Israel have been hit.
00:06:59.080 But the level of devastation is much less than when you think about a ballistic missile coming in.
00:07:07.360 You know, it rains terror for sure.
00:07:09.700 But the level of devastation is not as bad as you would imagine.
00:07:17.560 So the Israelis are very, very prepared for this, their ability to hunker down in very hardened bunker systems.
00:07:28.580 And I'm talking about the entire population is, again, is a very sophisticated capability.
00:07:34.980 And the level of surprise wasn't there.
00:07:37.420 Bibi Netanyahu, two nights ago, put out a warning to all the citizens of Israel.
00:07:41.920 There have been some people that were, in fact, evacuated from Israel.
00:07:47.600 And so Israel has been preparing for this for a long time.
00:07:53.100 Their strategic patience to wait until this moment is incredible because they basically gave, along with President Trump,
00:08:04.400 they gave Israel as much or I'm sorry, they gave Iran as much a chance as they could possibly have to have a deal, 0.60
00:08:13.580 not to have any kind of nuclear weapons system and not to have this level of attack.
00:08:18.720 Right up until the, you know, Trump put out here recently, you know, they gave him Trump's warning was, look, we're going to work this for 60 days.
00:08:27.620 And if you guys can't come to some sort of agreement in 60 days, then, you know, what is it, what will come is something that I, that could easily get out of control.
00:08:38.980 And that's what I, that's my concern right now as I sit here talking to you, Roger, with your audience.
00:08:44.960 I am concerned because war is something that once it takes on a life of its own, it really can get out of control.
00:08:51.680 So this ballistic missile attack by the Iranians, I feel, and I believe that the Iranians do not have the capacity to continue this level of attack for too many days.
00:09:05.680 I, my thinking is that they probably have a couple of days where, you know, they, they can fire, you know, some number of missiles, but they're going to run out at a certain point in time.
00:09:16.720 And what the Israelis are continuing to do is they're continuing to pound, you know, the living, you know, what, out of multiple targets in, in Iran. 0.90
00:09:30.080 And they started with the most difficult, the most hardened first, which was smart.
00:09:35.520 They went after the surface to air.
00:09:37.580 They went after the headquarters.
00:09:38.840 They went after the intelligence.
00:09:40.180 They went after the command and control.
00:09:41.720 They went after the nuclear sites.
00:09:43.560 Now, Israel's plan will likely go after more tactical sites like these ballistic missile firing locations, more barracks locations where, where some of the Iranian guards, coups force, army elements will, will be stationed.
00:10:02.260 So there, Iran is, I'm sorry, Israel started with very strategic, high-end targets, and they are now going to tick down the list. 0.90
00:10:12.080 And they're going to go after less and less strategic targets and more and more tactical targets to completely destroy Iran's military industrial complex capability. 0.70
00:10:24.140 The response or the reaction that Iran is demonstrating right now is something that, you know, was no surprise, was something that Israelis have planned for. 0.88
00:10:42.080 Some of this stuff is going to get through because you just can't stop it all.
00:10:45.460 There's just so much and so much terror raining down.
00:10:48.920 I did get reports of some casualties in Israel.
00:10:54.360 The numbers aren't extreme.
00:10:58.400 You know, one Israeli, you know, killed is too many. 0.99
00:11:02.500 But whereas on the other side, on the Iranian side, the numbers are actually minimal.
00:11:09.740 I mean, they're very minimal because of the precision that the Israelis are using. 1.00
00:11:16.520 So one of the things that is very clear, and I've seen some video, the Israelis have, I call it exquisite intelligence, bulletproof intelligence assets on the ground in military resources and other intelligence, human intelligence collection capabilities that are providing precision targeting to basically take out the leadership, right?
00:11:42.260 I mean, they are killing the agenda, the general staff, like the chiefs of staff, the commander, you know, whereas like their command, their chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, as an example, they're on their second one already.
00:11:57.220 And more than likely, and more than likely, that individual is going to have to go into hiding and not be as effective.
00:12:03.540 Komen E, the current leader of Iran, the Ayatollah, right? 0.68
00:12:08.160 I mean, this guy has got to be at the top of the list because he is part of the problem. 0.89
00:12:15.760 He is a wartime leader, and he is a tyrant.
00:12:19.840 Sadly, the people of Iran do not, you know, they are feeling the heat of this, where the people of Israel are 100% behind the state of Israel.
00:12:33.240 The people of Iran are not behind their regime.
00:12:37.140 And in fact, I'll finish on this.
00:12:38.820 I'll finish this part on this.
00:12:40.100 What I learned today was that the Iranian regime is targeting their own citizens, arresting them, shooting them.
00:12:50.980 If they catch any of them taking any kind of video or doing, you know, even on phones, they are conducting, this is Iran now, 0.97
00:12:59.340 they are conducting cyber attacks against their own citizens to keep their citizens from being able to communicate on a global scale
00:13:08.200 because, you know, the Internet these days, the way that we can communicate, the way we can get communications out
00:13:15.020 so that the Iranian regime is actually targeting its own citizens, and yet even with that, brave Iranian people are getting the word out. 0.98
00:13:26.660 And it's become more and more difficult because the Iranian regime is targeting their own damn citizens. 0.96
00:13:32.680 That shows you the level of tyranny that these people are under. 0.97
00:13:38.280 So my prayer is that somebody in the Iranian population is ready to rise out of the ashes, so to speak. 1.00
00:13:49.460 And once this devastation, this devastating series of attacks continues, and it's going to continue by Israel, 0.99
00:13:56.660 once it takes its toll on the leadership, what I am hoping for is that the people of Iran rise up.
00:14:03.080 It's going to require sacrifice.
00:14:04.700 It's going to take a sacrifice, and it's going to mean sacrifice.
00:14:09.940 Freedom is not free.
00:14:11.620 It is not fair.
00:14:12.800 It is not, you know, it's something that must be sacrificed for.
00:14:16.560 So that's my hope.
00:14:18.300 That's my prayer in the coming days and weeks here.
00:14:22.260 And I want the people of Iran to know that the Israelis are not going to give up.
00:14:26.900 The United States of America is not – we are not directly involved right now,
00:14:32.280 but we will be the biggest champions for a free Iran if, in fact, that's what the people of Iran want to do.
00:14:39.600 Yeah, I met several days ago with leaders of the Iranian resistance.
00:14:46.580 They are more extensive than you would think.
00:14:49.260 They are brutally suppressed.
00:14:51.780 But there is unrest in Iran because the $190 billion that we froze and gave them under Joe Biden
00:15:01.680 was not used to bring down food prices.
00:15:05.120 It was used for armaments and to continue their nuclear weapons development project.
00:15:12.060 Those who think there is no alternative to the regime in Iran are incorrect.
00:15:17.900 If you're just tuning in, folks, we're listening to General Michael Flynn,
00:15:21.580 served as national security advisor to President Donald Trump, best-selling author,
00:15:26.860 and one of the great geopolitical thinkers of our time.
00:15:31.080 We're going to be right back with just a few more minutes with General Flynn.
00:15:35.120 We're going to get all of his insights on these stunning developments in which Israel,
00:15:42.300 going it alone, but clearly in coordination with the United States,
00:15:46.960 has kept to the idea that Iran cannot be allowed to have a nuclear weapon.
00:15:55.640 We'll be right back.

00:16:39.980 This is The Stone Zone.
00:16:53.200 Now, get in the zone. 0.94
00:16:55.280 It's The Stone Zone.
00:16:57.480 Here's Roger Stone.
00:16:59.140 And we're back in The Stone Zone.
00:17:02.700 I'm talking to General Michael Flynn,
00:17:05.560 who served this country for 33 years in the American military
00:17:10.360 and served, of course, as National Security Advisor to President Donald Trump,
00:17:16.460 a best-selling author and the most loyal friend that a man can have.
00:17:21.500 General Flynn, we're talking about the situation where Israel has decided to launch an attack on Iran.
00:17:30.940 Do you foresee this becoming more than a regional conflict?
00:17:36.520 In other words, do you think other countries will be drawn into this?
00:17:42.040 Well, first of all, other countries are already drawn in
00:17:45.160 because we have air forces from all of the regional nations,
00:17:49.580 from Turkey all the way down to Saudi Arabia, you know,
00:17:53.260 and all the Southwest Asian countries that are right now are,
00:17:57.220 they have their militaries on high alert.
00:18:00.500 The wider scope of this war is going to be irregular.
00:18:06.460 And I think that what we could experience here in America,
00:18:11.080 because, you know, Europe's got its own problems everywhere,
00:18:14.060 where they've got their own issues with Hamas and Hezbollah
00:18:16.720 and these surrogate Iranian groups.
00:18:19.300 But here in the United States of America,
00:18:20.960 we've had Hezbollah and Hamas operating for the better part of two decades.
00:18:25.680 And they're very strong.
00:18:27.460 And we see that on the various street protests that we've seen,
00:18:32.020 you know, recently as, you know, out in L.A.,
00:18:34.560 but over this past year with all these Palestinian protests, right?
00:18:38.680 These are real, these are surrogates of the Iranian regime. 0.85
00:18:42.600 That's who is behind them,
00:18:44.980 along with elements that we now know that were financed by organizations like USAID.
00:18:53.400 So we could see some irregular type of operations here in the United States of America,
00:18:59.740 things from derailing of trains, bombings, suicide bombings.
00:19:05.440 I mean, there's a lot of things, a lot of irregular attacks that could occur
00:19:10.560 that are just disruptive and they terrorize the population.
00:19:15.960 You know, Iran is going to have to make a decision.
00:19:18.100 The Iranian regime is going to have to make a very difficult decision,
00:19:22.440 you know, for the Ayatollah.
00:19:23.980 And I hope the Ayatollah listens to the Stone Zone, 0.99
00:19:26.800 because if the Ayatollah is listening to the Stone Zone,
00:19:29.520 his days are numbered.
00:19:31.020 And if he doesn't decide as a human being, you know,
00:19:35.480 never mind being the psychopath that they demonstrate themselves to be 0.76
00:19:40.560 when they talk about annihilating entire nation states off the planet 0.94
00:19:44.400 with nuclear capabilities like Israel or the United States of America,
00:19:49.980 which those are things that he has said.
00:19:52.980 These are people now that are, you know,
00:19:56.060 in a place where they're going to have to make some very serious decisions,
00:19:59.820 because otherwise their days are numbered.
00:20:03.120 So what I want the audience to understand is that
00:20:06.360 what's happening on the streets of America,
00:20:09.000 they are directly related to these subversive elements
00:20:13.840 from the Iranian regime.
00:20:16.780 And the Iranian regime is in an alliance with China,
00:20:20.760 with Venezuela,
00:20:22.420 this trend of the Agua,
00:20:23.720 which is out of Venezuela.
00:20:25.240 That's something that we've heard so much about.
00:20:27.860 This group gets training.
00:20:29.840 They get training folks by the Iranian special forces.
00:20:33.800 They have come into Caracas, Venezuela,
00:20:36.440 over the last 10 years and trained this organization.
00:20:39.560 So these are the types of things that we could see
00:20:42.480 that turn this from a regional conflict into a global conflict.
00:20:47.260 And this is where I'm grateful that President Trump is in the White House
00:20:54.280 because of all of the noise that will circle around him over the last few days
00:20:59.180 and over the coming days,
00:21:00.880 he will have a learned experience, steady hand on the tiller here, so to speak.
00:21:07.960 And I think we are all blessed to have him in that role.
00:21:13.380 Imagine, imagine if we were in a different place today in this country.
00:21:17.900 Oh, my God, I don't want to imagine.
00:21:20.100 And it's unthinkable.
00:21:21.440 So we're lucky to have a strong leader in the White House
00:21:26.200 who's making very smart decisions right now.
00:21:29.900 All right.
00:21:30.500 I want to thank our guest, General Michael Flynn.
00:21:32.800 His new book, by the way,
00:21:34.060 Pardon of Innocence,
00:21:35.020 can be pre-ordered right now on Amazon.
00:21:37.480 General Flynn, thanks for joining us in the Stone Zone.
