00:02:02.420Well, my sartorial instincts are a little off.
00:02:06.020President Donald Trump, speaking at a rally, held open his suit coat to reveal a label from Joseph A. Banks.
00:02:14.360Joseph A. Banks is a downscale purveyor of men's clothes, famous for giving away two suits when you get free, when you buy one.
00:02:24.260Not exactly where I would expect the president of the United States to get his clothing.
00:02:29.220Also, not sure where the Joseph A. Banks line is made.
00:02:34.240I always knew President Trump to be a Brioni man.
00:02:37.760Brioni, being the high-end Italian tailor, used to have a space in the Trump Tower complex.
00:02:45.200I think it may have been part of their lease deal, but they made custom suits for President Donald Trump for many years.
00:02:53.300Now, they were not producing their signature Italian silhouette as kind of a more tapered waist, a higher armhole, better for thinner, taller men.
00:03:06.740Trump's certainly taller, but obviously, like Reagan, extremely barrel-chested.
00:03:12.360And ultimately, Trump began having his suits made by Martin Greenfield.
00:03:18.260Martin Greenfield is a tailor based in Brooklyn.
00:03:22.120And folks don't know this, but if you go to the Ralph Lauren Polo store or the Tom Ford store
00:03:28.260or any of the Brooks Brothers or any of the upscale men's clothiers,
00:03:34.560Those suits are actually being made by Martin Greenfield.
00:03:38.440Martin Greenfield himself wrote a great book, Made to Measure.
00:04:47.460The U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers found and seized more than 260 pounds of cocaine on the San Isro port of entry in Southern California.
00:04:59.200officers found the illicit drugs during a secondary inspection of a commercial passenger bus as the
00:05:05.060driver attempted to enter the United States from Mexico. On September 22nd, the border patrol
00:05:12.260officers assigned to that port of entry observed a 2004 MCI Dina commercial bus approaching for
00:05:20.420inspection and entry into the U.S. According to a statement obtained exclusively by my friends over
00:05:25.820at Breitbart, officers referred the bus to a secondary inspection station where a non-intrusive
00:05:32.520inspection detected anomalies in the fuel tank. Subsequently, a Border Patrol canine, that's a dog,
00:05:40.160alerted to the fuel tank during a walk-around sniff examination of the bus. Officers utilized
00:05:45.400other physical tools to examine the fuel tank and found signs of tampering, including the placement
00:05:51.000of a non-factory compartment. Officers then opened the compartment and found 110 packages
00:05:57.320concealed by drug cartel smugglers in the fuel tank. Officers reported that the packages weighed
00:06:03.160more than 262 pounds and had an estimated street value of approximately five million dollars. The
00:06:10.960officers arrested the driver, a Mexican national, and of course they canceled his visa making future
00:06:16.020re-entry into the United States illegal. He'll be processed and turned over to California law
00:06:21.780enforcement officers for prosecution on state charges related to the importation of narcotics
00:06:28.340into California. This seizure demonstrates the exceptional work being done by our border patrol
00:06:33.640officers at this particular port of entry on the Southern California border and the director of
00:06:39.860that port marisa marin she is to be commended she said and i quote our officers understand the
00:06:46.740importance of every inspection and the responsibility comes in protecting our nation's
00:06:51.560borders through their experience the effective use of non-intrusive technology and the support
00:06:57.240of our canine teams more than 262 pounds of cocaine were intercepted marin continued this
00:07:04.120is the level of vigilance and teamwork that makes a difference in keeping dangerous narcotics off
00:07:09.560of our streets. The Border Patrol officials added, under the leadership of President Donald Trump
00:07:14.340and the Department of Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen, the dedicated men and women of
00:07:19.380U.S. Customs and Borders Protection, alongside our law enforcement partners, have arrested and removed
00:07:25.020thousands of criminal aliens from the country, including gang members, rapists, kidnappers,
00:07:31.720and drug traffickers to make our communities safer. This is yet another example to me of the1.00
00:07:38.300work President Donald Trump's border policies are doing to protect the American people. Had Joe Biden
00:07:43.300been president when the shipment of narcotics was headed over the border, I can almost assure you
00:07:47.580it would have made it into our communities, our children, our neighborhood, and continue to poison
00:07:52.720the soul of our country. Over 10.8 million illegal immigrants surged over the southern border during0.99
00:07:58.940Joe Biden's presidency, many of them criminals, rapists, drug traffickers, some from insane asylums,
00:08:04.760as the president often likes to say, as well as the highest security prisons in Latin America.
00:08:10.020These lawbreakers brought with them crime, abuses of our welfare system, overcrowding that generated
00:08:15.540such controversies as the homeless list and disabled veterans being forced out of their0.99
00:08:20.280hotel rooms in New York City in order to house income migrants. It's outrageous that any veteran1.00
00:08:26.900who served his country be forced out of their housing to make way for an illegal. The Roosevelt0.97
00:08:32.220Hotel, a national landmark over by Grand Central Station in New York City, a place I used to stay
00:08:39.020when I visited New York. Now, a homeless shelter where the city government is paying the state
00:08:46.380government millions of dollars to house illegals. Joe Biden and Barack Obama's government then work
00:08:52.120to hand these illegals access to taxpayer-funded health care, taxpayer-funded debt cards, clothes,
00:08:58.620jewelry, cell phone, and food. That gravy train is over. While the Obama-Biden government raised0.90
00:09:06.360taxes, increased regulation, took more from those contributing to our society, it also worked to
00:09:12.320hand the proceeds to all of that, taking people who had no right to be in the country at all.
00:09:17.560Department of Homeland Security reported 2,307, 565 Southwest Border Patrol apprehensions for
00:09:26.660fiscal year 2025, the lowest fiscal year total since 1970, and about 87% below the average of
00:09:34.680the Biden years. That was about 1.86 million. That means illegal immigrants under Trump's watch have
00:09:40.940stopped flooding our southern border. In fact, under President Trump's leadership, more than a
00:09:46.260thousand new 287G agreements with local police departments have been signed after late 225,
00:09:53.200expanding local cooperation with ICE, meaning that criminals are rooted out of our communities
00:09:58.540at a local level. Deportations are also up sharply under Trump, who has campaigned on
00:10:04.340cracking down on illegal immigration since he announced his first running presidential campaign
00:10:09.100way back in 2015. President Trump brilliantly identified from the beginning how important an
00:10:15.680issue illegal immigration is to the American people. It's ironic because the polls were not
00:10:21.020yet showing that in 2015 the president intuitively made this part of his announcement speech the
00:10:29.360media immediately said when he criticized the fact that illegals were coming over our mexican border
00:10:34.660including rapists and violent criminals they predicted that donald trump's presidential
00:10:40.920candidacy would would crash and burn based on his comments when in fact his candidacy took off
00:10:48.500He figured out this issue before the pollsters.
00:10:51.520He understands how difficult it can be to juggle the rules and regulations of our government and business,
00:10:56.240having been a tremendously successful world-class real estate developer
00:11:00.180in the top world markets around the country and the world for decades prior to his running for president.
00:11:06.900See, that's why Donald Trump uniquely understands how unfair and wrong it is
00:11:11.080for our government to give a taxpayer-funded helping hand to people who broke laws
00:11:16.020to enter the country in the first place.
00:11:17.880Even now, with the border more secure than ever in our nation's history, 67% of Republicans still rate large-scale migration as a critical threat.
00:11:28.600That was revealed in a recent Chicago Council poll.
00:11:32.520A more recent Rasmussen poll showed that 81% of voters will consider immigration when casting their congressional vote in 2026,
00:11:40.600showing how important this issue still remains to voters of all kind.
00:14:26.460She responded, we haven't talked about it.
00:14:29.200We haven't had that kind of conversation.
00:14:31.120But I, you know, in my conversation recently, I want to emphasize how important certain issues were in my district and that they were defining parts of my race.
00:14:40.740And that includes, of course, the war, Valdez responded, includes the genocide.
00:14:46.220There is no genocide. Medicare for all. A trans bill of rights.
00:14:51.200Like those are a lot of things that I ran on that I want to deliver on for my district.
00:14:55.960I think it's our responsibility to do exactly that.
00:14:59.440When asked by the co-host, one Katie Way, how Jeffreys took it,
00:15:03.920Valdez admitted it was a very cordial conversation.
00:15:07.820So you see what's going to happen here.
00:15:09.160The radical socialist wing of the Democrat Party, should they get control of the House,
00:15:14.640they're going to bargain with Hakeem Jeffreys, who's a moderate liberal, kind of more of a centrist Democrat,
00:15:20.980at least that's what he'd like to be known at, as a condition of voting for him to be Speaker.
00:15:25.720is blackmail. And I'm sorry, but I really doubt that the average voter in this woman's
00:15:31.620congressional district has trans rights at the top of their issue agenda. I'm Roger Stone.

00:16:17.880the stone zone well new york state will not increase its minimum wage in january of 2027
00:16:24.380making it the first time the state has frozen wages since a 2023 law tied future annual adjustments to the rate inflation and job losses.
00:16:34.920Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul, who's running for re-election in November, is seeking approval for the change from the Democrat-led legislature,
00:16:43.200according to a report in the Albany Times Union last week.
00:16:46.660New York officials say the state has lost thousands of private sector jobs this year, which triggered the law, forcing the minimum wage freeze.
00:16:55.140Consumer costs have also increased, while confidence has floundered.
00:16:58.920Hochul will blame the state's woes on the misguided policies of President Donald Trump, citing his tariff actions and the Iran war.
00:17:07.060Obviously, Governor Hochul is unaware of the fact that New Yorkers pay the highest taxes in the country.
00:17:12.880This change is good for workers and businesses, as it will ensure those who are hardest hit by Trump's affordability crisis keep pace with the cost of living, maintaining our purchasing power, contribute to the state economy, and support our small business community, the governor said in a statement.
00:17:29.760The governor seems oblivious to the out-of-control spending and taxation of New Yorkers.
00:17:35.140This news comes as another blue state are set to hike their minimum wages for $27,
00:17:40.420including neighboring New Jersey, California, Connecticut, Michigan, and Washington state
00:17:45.860will also be raising minimum wages beginning January 1st,
00:17:49.820according to a Fox News report that I read this morning.
00:17:52.260Washington will have the highest wage at $17.73 an hour,
00:17:57.140up 60 cents from the current $17.13. Connecticut's minimum wage will rise from $16.94 to $17.48
00:18:07.780per hour, while Californians will climb from $16.90 to $17.40. New Jersey will increase
00:18:15.200minimum wages by $0.56 to $16.48 an hour for most of its workers, while Michigan's rate will climb
00:18:24.860from $13.73 to a full $15 an hour. California was recently cited in a report by CNN about how
00:18:34.560high labor costs were causing businesses to close and hurting the local economy. CNN senior
00:18:40.300correspondent Kaylin La interviewed Los Angeles business owner Tom Sopit, whose restaurant
00:18:46.940survived the COVID lockdowns but is now closing down due to regulations, taxes, and high labor
00:18:53.260costs. Governor Kathy Hochul pay attention. The cost of goods, the cost of labor is much higher
00:18:59.040than anywhere else in the country, he noted. I think you can't just keep paying taxing people
00:19:04.920and businesses. How are we going to keep paying more taxes, but somehow the state just keeps going
00:19:09.520downhill? Doesn't really make sense, said the restaurant owner. Law was later interviewed by
00:19:14.400CNN's Dana Bach about her in her sit down with Soapit and said this type of government is going
00:19:20.140to chase governor newsom as he seeks higher office uh i often wonder about gavin newsom's
00:19:26.200potential candidacy for president i remember the slogan they used about michael dukakis the

00:20:30.180A senior CIA official pled guilty on Tuesday in Virginia to charge that he abused his position
00:20:36.920in government funds to enrich himself by acquiring Florida real estate,
00:20:42.060as well as hundreds of gold bars worth over more than $40 million.
00:20:47.220According to court records I read this morning, David Rush fabricated a highly classified government program to justify acquisition of luxury property in South Florida.
00:20:57.840They intended to resell for personal profit, according to the court filing that I read.
00:21:03.660Rush separately concocted a bogus, sensitive government activity to obtain the gold bars, according to that same filing.
00:21:12.500Rush's fraudulent conduct cost the federal government $194 million in total losses, according to the U.S. Justice Department.
00:21:22.120The losses included over $1.8 million in privately chartered flights that Rush authorized for personal use at taxpayer expense.
00:21:31.020Under questioning from investigators, Rush admitted that he had provided a foreign government official with information about the identity of a secret source of the U.S. government.
00:21:40.960That was also in a new court filing. The filing doesn't specify which country the foreign official represented.
00:21:48.280Prosecutors are also accusing Rush of lying to colleagues and government contractors about his military and academic credentials and about the fake program that he invented, falsely claiming it was authorized by high-ranking U.S. officials.
00:22:03.600Rush used his legitimate government authority and his manufactured personal bona fides to create confidence in his direction, according to the court filing.
00:22:14.740Rush, who's 49 years old, a resident of Ashburn, Virginia, pled guilty to one count of wire fraud, which carries a maximum prison sentence of 20 years, according to the court records.
00:22:25.740District Judge Michael Nachmanoff is scheduled to sentence Rush on January 28th in Alexandria, Virginia.
00:22:34.080Seems to me allowing him to plead to one count of wire fraud is a slap on the wrist,
00:22:38.960considering that he cost American taxpayers more than $184 million.
00:22:44.200Several months ago, Rush tried to fraudulently authorize the release of $100 million from a government contract,
00:22:50.640according to Tuesday's filing. He directed somebody else to transfer approximately $145 million
00:22:56.020to a holding company formed in his direction, then used those funds to acquire four luxury
00:23:03.020properties in Palm Beach and Hobe Sound, Florida, according to the filing. In previous court filings,
00:23:09.740prosecutors said Rush stashed roughly $46 million worth of gold bars from the federal government in
00:23:15.860his Virginia home. They also accused him of fraudulently claiming tens of thousands of dollars
00:23:21.160in compensation for military leave after he was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy
00:23:26.700back in 2015. Federal employees are entrusted with serving the American people, not themselves,
00:23:33.640Attorney General Todd Blunt said in a statement. CIA Director John Radcliffe said the agency
00:23:38.880immediately referred the matter to the FBI after an internal investigation turned up evidence of
00:23:45.080Rush's crimes. David Rush abused his position, betrayed the public trust, and should be held
00:23:51.020fully accountable for his actions, according to the CIA Director John Radcliffe in a prepared
00:23:57.400statement. Rush was arrested after investigators searched his home and seized approximately 300
00:24:03.860gold bars, roughly $2 million in U.S. currency, and 35 luxury watches, according to the FBI
00:24:11.980agent's affidavit, which I read. A judge ordered Rush to be held without bond after his initial
00:24:17.900court appearance earlier this year. During a hearing in June, defense attorney Jessica Carmichael
00:24:24.120said Rush wasn't charged initially with any crimes related to the discovery of the gold bars,
00:24:28.920which referred to as basically a non-issue, and nothing more than a sensational tidbit,
00:24:35.640I'd say. She said her client properly retained the gold bars and kept them locked in a safe
00:24:40.400in his basement. Mr. Rush never claimed they were his, his lawyer Carmichael said. Carmichael,
00:24:47.440however, declined to comment on Rush's guilty plea after Tuesday's hearing. This is certainly
00:24:52.520an epic CIA scandal and will keep you updated on what happens next in this incredible case.
00:25:00.240Meanwhile, President Donald Trump on Wednesday announced that he had approved $17.9 million
00:25:04.900in tornado relief for Wisconsin and appeared to link that grant to Representative Tom Tiffany,
00:25:11.660Republican of Wisconsin, who's running for governor. I just spoke with Tom Tiffany,
00:25:16.400who has my complete and total endorsement to be the next governor of the great state of Wisconsin,
00:25:21.260Trump said on a Truth Social post. I told Tom that I'll be approving $17.9 million for the
00:25:28.440severe storms and tornadoes that Wisconsin has experienced. The people are tough and smart and
00:26:03.220the state did at least theoretically flip back to Democrats in 2020. Always shocked me though in
00:26:10.5402024 that Trump won Wisconsin fairly comfortably while the Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate
00:26:17.040lost narrowly. There are a lot of anomalies and abnormalities in that election. Meanwhile Israel
00:26:25.140marked three years since October 7th 2023 in that attack with a moment of national silence at 6 29
00:26:32.200a.m. this morning was a minute of reflection at noon and memorials at more than 400 sites including
00:26:39.300the nova festival where 44 lives were prematurely taken by the hamas butchers more than 1200 jews
00:26:48.240were killed that day official state memorials were held on monday at mount hertzel a special
00:26:54.660separate separate ceremony ran in tel aviv former prime minister naftali bennett said that terrorists
00:27:01.580murdered his sons and daughters on that ground, a disaster that should not have happened in the
00:27:07.840state of Israel. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the hours of the Simchar Torah attack remain
00:27:14.540seared in the minds of Israelis and that the response has been warranted considering the
00:27:19.880stakes facing the Jewish people. In the years since the attacks, much of the public has been
00:27:25.120turned against the state of Israel. Exaggerated atrocities committed by the Israelis have been
00:27:30.460highlighted through various social media posts, but the public's not getting the full story.
00:27:36.500The fake news regularly portrays Palestinians as innocent victims and Israel as the aggressors.
00:27:42.780I disagree with this narrative. On this three-year anniversary, let us not forget who started the
00:27:48.340hostilities. It was the cowardly attack by Hamas that initiated this war. Now, Israel intent is0.97
00:27:55.760upon finishing it. It's the same thing we did after World War II, after Pearl Harbor in World0.98
00:28:01.160War II, and after September 11th. We cannot and should not fault our Israeli friends for doing
00:28:06.740what they would have done. That's what we would have done. We must stand with them against the
00:28:11.160enemies of civilization during these trying times. Democrats are once again taking President Trump
00:28:17.740out of context, saying he invited Iran to attack Los Angeles and San Diego. The line they used came
00:28:24.100from a Nebraska rally where President Trump said they can take out a city, let them take out Los
00:28:30.180Angeles, let them take out San Diego. This is a very small price to pay. He was referring of course
00:28:35.940to the attacks on Iran and the fact that they have driven gas prices higher. Even CNN's Daniel Dale
00:28:44.120said that was not a direct quote in the sense that the critics meant and not a correct paraphrase.
00:28:49.140President Trump was argued that the cost of the war, including higher gas prices, are a small price to pay next to an unchecked and nuclear weaponized Iran.
00:29:00.420CNN's Aaron Blake read the small price as those costs were not actually encouraging nuclear strikes in the two cities.
00:29:08.200Sarah Matthews, a former Trump aide turned frequent critic, said she did not think the president was offering up blue cities for the Iranians to attack.
00:29:16.560Of course, the Atlantic's Michael Shearer said the point was that without the war, San Diego and Los Angeles would be at risk.0.85
00:29:25.080So once again, the gotcha designed to make President Trump look silly or irresponsible was based on a deception.
00:29:32.820It's kind of like Charlottesville and the some good people, that controversy.
00:29:37.400In this case, the deception was so obvious that the biased fake news refused to go along with it.
00:29:43.080Democrats don't want to defend the notion of a nuclear Iran.
00:29:46.680Polls have frequently shown the American people do not support the rogue terrorist state of Iran to be able to have a bomb.
00:29:53.880Instead of being intellectually honest with the American people,
00:29:56.320Democrats would rather paint President Trump as a crazed warmonger by deliberately misinterpreting his statements.
00:30:03.740It's because Democrats know national security is a losing issue for them.
00:30:07.700And in a fair debate, the public sides with the president every time.
00:30:12.580Meanwhile, President told Republicans over the weekend to vote early, vote by mail, or vote in person on November 3rd, and he repeated the instruction on Tuesday.
00:30:23.300The line is a change in campaign messaging for the president, not a withdrawal of his criticism of mail-in ballot rules.
00:30:30.540The administration has kept trying to tighten those procedures, and rightly so.
00:30:34.700I remember when former Attorney General Bill Barr, in an interview with Wolf Blitzer of CNN, admitted that mail-in ballots were an open invitation for voter fraud.
00:30:47.100Everybody seemed to have forgotten that as Bill Barr turned against the president.
00:30:51.060In September, the Supreme Court refused to let new Postal Service requirements take effect before the midterms.
00:30:57.720Justice Brett Kavanaugh agreed that imposing them this close to the election would be arbitrary
00:31:02.180because state and local officials had not had time to prepare
00:31:06.260and left over the possibility that similar rules could be lawful in the future.
00:31:11.840This was, in my opinion, an unfortunate decision,
00:31:15.160but the implications are that mail ballots will still be in play.
00:31:18.680And if Republicans do not chase those ballots,
00:31:22.180there will be a distinct disadvantage in the midterm elections.
00:31:25.340my home state of florida republicans have been particularly adept at chasing mail-in votes and
00:31:31.660we're doing that right now in preparation for what some think will be a closer than expected
00:31:36.740gubernatorial election but i'm actually to the point where i'm prepared to predict that byron
00:31:42.080donald's republican candidate will win more comfortably than the current polls show david
00:31:48.300jolly former republican congressman now a democrat working as a lobbyist by the way
00:31:54.180The Democrat nominee seems to be running one of the worst campaigns I've ever seen.
00:31:59.620So despite the fact that there is a national challenge to Republicans, I'm growingly confident that Byron Donalds will win.
00:32:07.080Operatives have warned for years that a Republican refusal to touch mail-in ballots becomes a turnout tax heaviest on rural voters who live far from a precinct and on older voters who already used absentee ballots.
00:32:19.940Democrats banked those ballots in October.
00:32:22.260A party that waits for a single Tuesday hands them the calendar.
00:32:26.900When Republicans use one day to vote and Democrats have the voting season, it gives them a distinct and undeniable advantage.
00:32:34.380Republicans must, however, use every legal method, then keep the fight over the rules that the courts blocked for this cycle.
00:32:42.200The ballot that is not cast will not get rescued by a lawsuit in December.
00:32:46.420So whether it is early or by mail or November 3rd, let's make sure that every single possible person of common sense votes.
00:32:56.620Meanwhile, President Donald Trump said Tuesday in the Oval Office that every eligible child in the country had been automatically enrolled in a Trump account.
00:33:05.960That's a tax-free investment account the Treasury will cede with $1,000.
00:33:10.660Since the program launched in July, nearly 8 million accounts have been opened in just three months.
00:33:18.280The New Step enrolls the rest of the children without a form.
00:33:22.040President Trump said every child deserves to have a piece of the American dream.
00:33:26.280When kids hit 18, many of them will be quite rich.
00:33:30.080The Trump accounts give the young people of America an incentive to be invested in America's success.
00:33:36.120Up to 70 million enrollments is a big deal.
00:33:39.580President Trump has gotten private investment on board with the idea,
00:33:43.240bringing on patriotic capitalists to help sustain the program.
00:33:46.940A parent who can see the account is a parent who can add to it, building the momentum.
00:33:52.440This is how intergenerational dependency on government can be limited.
00:33:56.500How do we reduce the entitlement state?
00:33:58.500I think Trump accounts are the answer.
00:34:01.400Trump accounts could be the most important policy initiative,
00:34:04.020spearheaded by the president to ensure MAGA persists for generations to come.
00:34:09.740Trump accounts could be for Trump what Social Security was for Franklin Delano Roosevelt,
00:34:15.460his single greatest economic and societal accomplishments.
00:34:20.600Of course, the media gives him very little credit for the success of the Trump accounts.
00:34:27.400Meanwhile, Republican national committees and outside groups have put up $1 billion
00:34:31.400on the table for the midterms, most of it from Trump-aligned MAGA Inc., but nearly $416 million
00:34:38.820in cash at the end of August and started spending in earnest here in September. In the past month,
00:34:45.160MAGA has put more than $22 million into Texas for Attorney General Ken Paxton's Senate race.
00:34:51.360A Texas PAC aligned with the Senate Majority Leader John Thune spent another $83 million
00:35:55.580Welcome back into the Stone Zone. The Justice Department filed denaturalization actions against 40 naturalized citizens between August 21st and October 7th, constituting the single largest period filing of this administration.
00:36:12.060Federal law lets a court revoke naturalization when it was illegally procured or obtained by concealment of a material fact or a willful misrepresentation, and the government has to prove that in a court of law.
00:36:24.680The department says the allegations run from acting as an agent of a foreign government to manslaughter and other serious sexual offenses.
00:36:32.740One named defendant is a former Navy sailor, Jin Chao Wei, already convicted of espionage-related offenses.
00:36:39.840Prosecutors say conduct relevant to his ineligibility was concealed when he was naturalized, but that's how Democrats work and how their affiliates have designed the system to work.
00:36:50.340citizenship obtained by a lie about a crime or a foreign intelligence cannot be overlooked
00:36:55.840released to the question of when will ilhan omar who lied definitely marry your brother in order
00:37:01.860to get entrance into the united states be deported this just does not contribute to america's
00:37:07.320demographic collapse it's also a national security issue 46 cases in six weeks is a docket that shows
00:37:13.140how dedicated the trump administration is to this matter we's case is the cleanest example of abuse
00:37:19.480A sailor convicted of espionage charges who left the relevant conduct off his naturalization forms is a fact pattern the statute was exactly written for, but all the others must go as well.
00:37:31.820The message must be sent to foreigners that living in America is a privilege, and if they take it for granted, or they lie in order to get into the country, they will be deported.0.87
00:37:41.660Meanwhile, Matthew Ingalls, one of the seven men named in the dubious Cornell 7 sexual assault lawsuit filed by one Jane Doe, told the university's own investigation that he was too intoxicated to consent on the night of this debaucherous incident back in October of 2024.0.57
00:38:00.800he has not been charged on a recorded call he told Jane Doe she had been sober and had not been
00:38:08.580anywhere else she answered that she would never have said that her sworn statement given weeks
00:38:14.220after the party said she walked to the house rated herself five out of ten in terms of
00:38:19.140intoxication agreed initially to a threesome let a third in man because it was his room
00:38:24.300refused to force him and told the last two men she was tired at 554 after which the whole thing
00:38:30.280stopped. The complaint says she was incapacitated and the acts were forced, yet the Tompkins County
00:38:36.480District Attorney determined that her actions were consensual, that she was not compelled to
00:38:42.400take drugs, she did so voluntarily, and that there was no crime here. The complaint says she was
00:38:48.680incapacitated and the acts were forced. That does not appear to be true based on her own statement
00:38:53.780to the District Attorney at the time. Governor Kathy Hochul named Attorney General Letitia James
00:38:59.400to investigate as the circus continues to worsen amidst a flood of insipid brain rotting content1.00
00:39:05.620warping young female minds on tiktok but letitia james has a problem she already opined on her
00:39:12.140newsmax page that the seven men at cornell were guilty so how can she determine now in an
00:39:18.780investigation whether they're guilty or innocent having already opined given her opinion that they
00:39:24.540were guilty. Asked about whether the comments by the Attorney General were problematic,
00:39:32.320Governor Kathy Hochul said, I don't comment on Facebook posts. Pathetic. System that treats0.98
00:39:38.840this woman's intoxication as proof she could not consent and treats her intoxication claim as
00:39:43.940irrelevant flies in the face of the whole notion of gender equality. This case needs to be examined
00:39:51.520very closely. Reminds me very much of the Duke La Crosse case, where there was an enormous rush
00:39:57.860to judgment until we found out that the woman in that case lied and the men were innocent.
00:40:05.260Ultimately, the prosecutor in that case was forced to resign and he was disbarred. In this particular
00:40:11.360case, Letitia James is the last person in the world who should be given control over this1.00
00:40:17.220controversial things. I'm Roger Stone.
00:40:19.540Thanks for joining us today in the Stone Zone.
