00:02:01.560Well, I have very mixed emotions by a posting by President Donald Trump on social media where he announced that he's told his people not to go after Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, or Joe Biden because the presidency is sacred.
00:02:20.200He's quoted as saying, I could have done very bad things to Hillary Clinton. I could have done very, very bad things to Joe Biden. I could have done very bad things to Barack Hussein Obama, but I thought it was inappropriate to do so.
00:02:33.520With all due respect, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Joe Biden sought to undermine our Constitution to deprive Donald Trump of his rights.
00:02:46.860They invented a conspiracy in which they planned to keep him off the ballot.
00:02:52.880They invented the Russian collusion hoax as an excuse to remove him from the presidency.
00:02:59.340They sought to destroy him financially and they sought to throw him in jail.
00:03:05.080My own particular case, they raided my home at six o'clock in the morning, 29 heavily armed FBI agents brandishing fully automatic assault weapons on the basis of completely contrived process crimes in an effort to pressure me to testify falsely against Donald Trump.
00:03:25.460Later, when a federal judge ordered the release of special counsel Robert Mueller's final report, it demonstrated that even he had concluded that I was guilty of no Russian collusion, no WikiLeaks collaboration or any other crime for that matter.
00:03:46.280So this is not about revenge and retaliation. This is about whether we have one legal system or we have a two tiered justice system, one for left wing Democrats and others for Republicans or those who support Donald Trump.
00:04:03.900So I have to disagree with the president's conclusions. And I still believe that those who were involved in the seditious conspiracy, which began in July of 2016, that encompassed the Russian collusion hoax, the two completely fraudulent impeachments, the questionable 2020 election, which is mired with anomalies and other abnormalities, as well as other evidences of fraud.
00:04:30.960The raid on Donald Trump's home at Mar-a-Lago, the January 6th hoax, which I think was a setup by the federal government, specifically the FBI, not to mention the Arctic Frost operation in which the special counsel, Jack Smith, was spying on members of Congress.
00:04:54.500No, I believe in justice, and I believe that Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Joe Biden should all be brought to justice based on legitimate charges.
00:05:05.640Now, I believe they should get a fair trial, but if convicted, they should pay a price.
00:05:10.040I don't believe, based on the majesty of the presidency, they should be just excused for their horrific crimes against the country.
00:05:19.360Meanwhile, New York City Mayor Zoran Mamdami marked the third anniversary of October 7th and that attacked by saying that suffering did not begin or end that day and has continued through the Israeli government's devastating ongoing genocide in Gaza.0.50
00:05:35.640He said that New Yorkers know our tax dollars fund these war crimes and that the city must refuse occupation and apartheid as well as federal complicity with every arms shipment.
00:05:46.240Mamdami also said the city grieves with neighbors who carry the laws.
00:05:50.720The statement drew condemnations from members of both parties.
00:05:54.440Congressman Dan Goldman, a Democrat, called it egregious and insulting,
00:05:59.220said the mayor blamed Israelis for the attack they suffered.
00:06:03.040Jonathan Greenblatt of the Anti-Defamation League said Mamdami was using a day meant for mourning,
00:06:09.520the worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust, to recycle anti-Semitic talking points.
00:06:14.540Israeli's ambassador to the United Nations, Danny Denon, said it was an attempt to hijack the anniversary.
00:06:22.200Rabbi Emil Hirsch called it morally perverse.
00:06:26.420Ma'am Dami's post had more than 11 million views by Wednesday evening.
00:06:31.740More than 1,200 people were killed on that day and 251 were taken into custody.
00:06:37.860a mayor who accuses the victims of the massacre of genocide and apartheid honestly adversely,
00:06:44.560clearly holds deep-seated animus towards the Jewish people.0.72
00:06:53.040Meanwhile, the Trump administration suspended Microsoft from the program that lets a company apply for green cards0.79
00:07:00.660for workers on the H-1B visas, alleging fraud in the advertising rule
00:07:07.060that is supposed to show that no American is available.
00:07:11.100Vice President J.D. Vance, who I learned to admire more with every dealing with him,
00:07:16.960said that the White House had no company that has abused the system more than Microsoft.
00:07:23.620Vance said that Microsoft last year laid off 6,000 American workers
00:07:28.080and obtained 6,300 H-1B visas, as well as almost 3,000 green cards,
00:07:35.340what he called one and a half foreign indentured servants for every layoff. Microsoft claimed that
00:07:42.640most of its U.S. employees are Americans, that about 80 percent of the 6,000 H-1B filings last
00:07:49.420fiscal year were extensions for people already on their payroll and that new hires allegedly were
00:07:55.560equal to one percent of the U.S. workforce. These tech firms always have a million novel excuses
00:08:02.080ready to go as why they abuse the H-1B system and it's clear to me they cannot be taking at their
00:08:08.440word any longer. Any company that cuts 6,000 Americans and still adds thousands of foreign
00:08:15.220workers is abusing the law. Trump administration should make a swift example of Microsoft.
00:08:22.420Every other firm must know that they will face the same consequences unless they hire American0.94
00:08:28.400workers first. Vance has talked about the H-1B program getting chronically abused in the past.0.78
00:08:35.120They're shutting down that pipeline now. Microsoft, as a good faith measure, should rehire the people0.55
00:08:41.280who were cut and then send the foreigners back home. If not, Microsoft should continue to face1.00
00:08:47.760penalties until they prove that they will put American workers first. Meanwhile, President Trump
00:08:54.200said Thursday that Washington and Tehran are in productive talks and that the United States
00:09:00.320will not launch another attack on Iran before the November 3rd election. Iran and the United
00:09:06.700States have traded proposals on nuclear limits, sanctions, and reopening of the Straits of Hormuz.
00:09:13.760President Trump rejected Tehran's last offer. Iranian officials say they will not give up
00:09:18.840uranium enrichment or the stockpile. Vice President J.D. Vance has already said talks
00:09:24.800require a substantial cut in that enrichment. In the meantime, the economic isolation measures
00:09:30.780imposed on Iran will continue to bring them to heel. The Iranians may think that America will0.74
00:09:37.700blink. They're wrong. Under a previous administration, that may have been the case,
00:09:42.120but President Trump's ironclad resolve here, in my opinion, knowing him for 50 years, will not
00:09:48.540waver. President Trump is right not to escalate the war before the crucial midterms. We can keep
00:09:53.880our eyes on Iran, making sure that they don't get out of line, that there will be an appropriate1.00
00:09:58.360response if they do. But we don't need any escalation in a war taking eyes off the prize.0.86
00:10:04.580Clearly, the Iranians are extending the war in hopes that they can have their allies in the0.80
00:10:10.820Democrat Party win one or both houses of Congress. That would lead them to a better deal and less0.98
00:10:17.840scrutiny on their efforts to develop nuclear weapons. We're on the cusp of a midterm that
00:10:23.620will determine the trajectory of this country for generations to come. The entire MAGA agenda
00:10:30.000is riding on this election. The low-hanging fruit that is the Iranian regime will ultimately fall0.64
00:10:36.580in due time. The damage caused to them through the war effort cannot be undone. Now let's move1.00
00:10:42.500mountains to make sure that President Trump's legacy is not jeopardized in this upcoming
00:10:47.660election. Meanwhile, Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke in Athens, Greece, the hill where
00:10:55.460the ancient assembly met below the Acropolis. He argued that national loyalty and Western
00:11:02.240alliances can reinforce each other. He criticized open borders, the outsourcing of industry,
00:11:09.380and what he called a loss of confidence in Western civilization. He described the next
00:11:14.020generation as being decisive for where power sits. The address placed the administration's
00:11:21.320nation-first policy inside civic duty, military readiness, production, and a shared history.
00:11:29.380This historic address follows Vice President J.D. Vance's 2025 Munich speech and the 2025 National Security Strategy outlined therein.
00:11:39.660Rubio visited Iceland, Greece, and Portugal with defense, energy, and trade on his agenda.
00:11:46.900He's giving a master class, in my view, in American first statecraft.
00:11:51.740A Secretary of State who stands where Athens voted and says the alliance is a civilization, not a subsidy board, is putting the world on notice.
00:12:01.120NATO renewal is readiness and production, not a lecture on borders the allies will not keep.
00:12:07.780The globalists at NATO have shown time and time again that they are not living up to their end of the bargain.
00:12:14.180They pout and they weep now that their free ride is over, but America will not be taken advantage of any longer.
00:12:21.740It is only under Donald Trump that our NATO partners have started to pay their fair share for their own defense.
00:12:30.240In Donald Trump's first term, he collected $658 million from our NATO partners who they were in arrears when it came to their payments to the alliance.
00:12:42.660And Rubio is showing that he, too, will never waver.
00:12:46.000The Athens speech is the doctrine he's offered them.
00:12:48.820It will be remembered for generations to come.
00:12:50.980If we are going to stay in NATO, and I question whether that's a good idea.
00:12:56.120NATO made sense after World War II, when most of Europe was devastated, but America was still relatively economically strong.
00:13:04.040But now they expect us to provide for their defense, yet they refuse to pay their fair share for it.
00:13:12.160Whether we should stay in NATO, to me, is an open question.
00:13:16.080Meanwhile, federal prosecutors in Manhattan have added a conspiracy to commit torture charges against the deposed Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro and his wife Celia Flores.
00:13:27.520The superseding indictment alleges that Venezuelan state security personnel tortured political opponents and American citizens to protect the couple's power and their illicit drug business, as well as their active involvement in the narco trade.
00:13:44.100This includes an alleged 213 instance in which a Venezuelan officer was shocked and suspended by his limbs and an alleged 2022 episode of brutal beatings and electric shocks of an American detainee.
00:13:59.220Both Maduro and Flores have pled not guilty to the earlier drug trafficking charges.
00:14:05.500American forces captured them, of course, in Caracas back on January 3rd and brought them to New York to stand trial.
00:14:12.480Their lawyers dispute that operation have raised immunity questions.
00:14:16.520A judge denied Flores' request for release on medical grounds, citing the fact that she would be a flight risk.
00:14:23.540Trial on the existing charges is now set for June 1st of 2027.
00:14:28.780The combined charges could carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 50 years if they are both convicted.
00:14:35.260This would mean that they would essentially spend the rest of their lives behind bars.
00:14:40.000Murdoch was going to stand just because he was the illegitimate head of state in Venezuela
00:14:44.100does not mean that he is above the law.
00:18:23.140That's the one that will be taken on Election Day. I see Republicans gaining incrementally across the board in various states, including Texas, Michigan, Ohio, and Florida. And I'm not ready to throw in the towel by any means.
00:18:40.740However, that said, there is greater enthusiasm among Democrat voters to turn out and vote.
00:18:47.980There is some depression among Republican and Republican-leaning voters.
00:18:53.040So if you feel strongly about the country and the future of the country, I strongly urge you get out there and vote.
00:18:59.420I don't know why they call you low-propensity voters or less-interested voters, but voting is crucial and this election is extraordinarily meaningful.
00:19:09.920I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to the Stone Zone. We talk politics here all day long. Don't worry, we'll be back with more. Stay tuned because, well, we'll be back with more politics on the other side.
00:19:22.320The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:19:28.040this is the stone zone with roger stone roger stone who's the very very one of the smartest
00:19:44.240political minds roger stone was persecuted people forget he's actually a brilliant brilliant
00:19:49.040political analyst now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone welcome back into
00:19:57.360the Stone Zone. I'm your host, Roger Stone. Canada will not expand its controversial medical
00:20:04.800assistance in dying euthanasia program to individuals whose sole condition is mental
00:20:11.920illness. That was announced by the Justice Minister Sean Frazier of Canada only yesterday.
00:20:19.340Canada has made a decision not to move forward with the expansion that is scheduled in the
00:20:24.360criminal code of medical assistance in dying circumstances where mental illness is the sole
00:20:30.360basis, Frazier told reporters on Parliament Hill. While there is not a perfect consensus on this
00:20:37.700issue, we believe this is the correct approach at this particular time. So expanding their euthanasia
00:20:45.060program to include mental illness as the sole eligibility factor for euthanasia in Canada has
00:20:52.520been a controversial point of contention for a number of years. The preceding liberal government
00:20:58.720approved a piece of legislation in 2021 revising the eligibility criteria for euthanasia but gave
00:21:07.760a two-year extension for mental illness eligibility criteria to allow for further discussions on the
00:21:14.980highly controversial matter, pushing the decision to 2023. The deadline was extended three more
00:21:22.660times. CTV News recounted that in 2024, then-Prime Minister Justin Trudeau delayed the legislation
00:21:31.340for a third time, therefore making it go into effect in March of 2027. That is, of course,
00:21:38.400next year. Minister Frazier reportedly affirmed that the current liberal Canadian government
00:21:43.480will maintain a delay on the indeterminate basis through a new legislation
00:21:48.660expected to be introduced by the Canadian government in the coming weeks.
00:21:53.400Fraser, in a social media post, detailed that serious concerns remain on whether
00:21:59.640their euthanasia program requests can be addressed safely and consistently
00:22:05.260when it comes to mental illness, stressing that for that reason,
00:22:10.080Canada does not intend to move forward with the scheduled expansion of their MAID program for
00:22:17.660mental illness. Then in a follow-up post, the minister announced that Canada intends for adults
00:22:23.880diagnosed with an illness such as early stage Alzheimer's to make an advanced move towards
00:22:30.480euthanasia so that their wishes could be respected after they lose the ability to decide for
00:22:37.240themselves. The announcement comes months after a joint House of Commons and Senate Committee report
00:22:43.600urged in June not to expand their euthanasia program for mental health. Supporters of the0.99
00:22:51.380controversial expansion argue that not doing so would allegedly stand in violation of their
00:22:57.960constitutional rights and access to medical care, according to the BBC. A still ongoing case
00:23:05.260presented before the Canadian courts by the advocacy group Dying with Dignity Canada challenged
00:23:11.620the Trudeau-led suspension. Per the Globe and Mail, the group described Wednesday's announcement
00:23:19.340as a profoundly disappointing day for medical assistance when it comes to dying. Critics of
00:23:26.880the euthanasia program expansion have accused the Canadian doctors of aggressively pushing
00:23:32.120patients into the euthanasia program. In June, doctors reportedly proposed a paper the possibility
00:23:39.540of harvesting organs from euthanasia subjects while they were still alive. To me, that's an
00:23:46.940outrageous proposal that further fuels criticism of the already controversial euthanasia program.
00:23:54.580In May, a Canadian doctor was placed under supervision after it was assessed that he
00:24:00.720engaged in serious breaches of the euthanasia program, including assessing a man for euthanasia
00:24:07.040outside a Tim Hortons restaurant. Last month, relatives of an 83-year-old Canadian woman
00:24:13.800blasted the Canadian government for putting the elderly woman to death through their euthanasia
00:24:19.700program, accusing the nation's health care system of subjecting her to a hideously botched procedure
00:24:26.260that left her covered in blood in her final moments.
00:25:27.960The Democrat National Committee complaint also claimed that Trump personally directed the ads
00:25:32.860and wants the court to declare them legal.
00:25:36.520This comes despite Trump saying on Monday that he would pay for future ads using his own super PAC,
00:25:42.380adding that they are a positive promotion for our great USA.
00:25:46.400The ads began airing in September are an estimated to cost about $12 million so far.
00:25:53.400Democrat National Committee Chairman Ken Martin said this is Trump's last-ditch attempt to save Republicans in November.
00:26:00.980He said Americans deserve better than to have their hard-earned tax dollars used for Trump's illegal schemes.
00:26:07.340These ads are a clear violation of the congressional ban of the use of appropriated funds for publicity or propaganda purposes, according to the DNC's legal counts.
00:26:17.900At least that's what he wrote in his lawsuit.
00:26:19.800I raise the question of whether the coverage by ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, and MSNBC should be declared as in-kind corporate contributions under our federal election law, equally illegal as what this DNC lawsuit alleges.
00:26:40.240President Trump personally directed this illegal activity, according to the Democrats' complaint.
00:26:47.280The White House office crafted these partisan messages, according to them.
00:26:51.200The Office of Management Budget shifted $20 million to pay for it.
00:26:55.380And U.S. Customs and Border Protection has carried it out.
00:26:59.820President Trump's political propaganda ads are an attempt to resuscitate his historically low approval ratings
00:27:05.320and avoid widespread Republican defeats in the 2026 midterm elections.
00:27:14.320This news comes as the president is fighting another lawsuit from three media outlets, CNN, Politico, and MSNOW, formerly known as MSNBC.
00:27:25.860She had to change their name because nobody believed them.
00:27:28.640I still don't get my news from CNN for the same reason I don't drink out of the toilet.
00:27:34.500They, of course, claim that by being banned from having office space within the White House or seats on Air Force One, that this is somehow an abridgment of their First Amendment or free speech rights.
00:27:49.380Nowhere in the Constitution are these three particular establishment media outlets guaranteed office space in the White House press pool or a seat on Air Force One.
00:28:02.520No one is abridging or limiting their right to report anything they want, which is why they continue to report lies on a regular basis.
00:28:11.920The outlets filed an emergency lawsuit in federal court leading U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly to issue a temporary restraining order restoring their credentials.
00:28:22.900Their credentials were never removed. All that was removed from them was their ability to be inside the White House press compound.
00:28:31.600The ruling was only for two weeks, however.
00:28:33.760It is set to expire this Thursday, unless, of course, Judge Kelly extends it.
00:28:39.060Trump initially announced the ban on Truth Social, I guess it was last month,
00:28:43.620and said the outlets were not reporting honestly.
00:28:46.420I'm proud to announce that, in effect, immediately I'm banning fake news CNN, MSNOW, and Politico
00:28:54.260from their ridiculous positioning in the White House.
00:29:00.180He also cited the fact that Politico, according to federal records, got an eight million dollar subsidy under USAID.
00:29:21.760Meanwhile, the FBI arrested a Somali American allegedly planning an ISIS attack in Minnesota.
00:29:27.360The FBI arrested a Somali man in Minnesota on Tuesday who allegedly planned to attack the Mall of America later this month.
00:29:36.760CBS News, citing a criminal complaint, reported that 18-year-old Sheikh Madun Abdulli Mohammed posted a video online pledging allegiance to the Islamic State terrorist group back in September.
00:29:52.880Mohammed allegedly wanted to attack the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota.
00:29:57.580That was planned for October 24th during a Hamong Arts celebration.
00:30:04.440The FBI arrested him at gunpoint after he purchased an AK-47 style rifle from an agency source, according to CBS.
00:30:13.220Minnesota's U.S. attorney Dan Rosen said that at a Wednesday press conference,
00:30:17.660The complaint against Mohammed with acquiring an AK-47 assault weapon and 200 rounds of ammunition in order to commit an act of terrorism, including attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization, was entailed in the criminal indictment.
00:30:37.900Federal law enforcement is standing up to their calling to protect us, he added, here because of our vigilance and diligence we are able to detect a threat and disrupt it before the defendant carried out his intention to kill, in his words, between 30 and 60 people.
00:30:56.220U.S. Attorney Rosen identified Mohammed as an American citizen but one of Somali descent, according to the Associated Press.
00:31:03.780CBS News reported in the complaint, authorities say a confidential human source exchanged hundreds of bi-directional messages through multiple social media and encrypted message applications with Mohammed from December 24th until this past Tuesday.
00:31:23.460In those exchanges, Mohammed allegedly expressed a desire to travel to Somalia to join Al-Shabaab and fight on or in its behalf and to commit a mass casualty attack in the state of Minnesota.
00:31:37.480But in July, he informed a source that did not have enough money to travel to Somalia, so he intended to perpetrate a mass casualty attack here in the United States for the sake of Allah only, he said.
00:31:50.860The complaint says Mohammed said he wanted to attack the Mall of America because he's owned by Jews.
00:31:57.580He also said he was inspired in part by last year's deadly anti-Semitic attack on Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, again, according to CBS News.
00:32:08.600Town Hall's Dustin Grange noted in a social media post that Tuesday's arrest comes after Somali gangs shootings in communities not very far from the Mall of America.
00:32:22.840KSTP Television in St. Paul reported there have been three shooting incidents in recent days in what is believed to be Somali gang related violence.
00:32:33.340Fortunately, there were no deaths from those shootings.
00:32:38.600I applaud the U.S. attorney for preventing what could have been another case of mass murder.
00:32:45.780Meanwhile, the implementation of New York City's Democrat Mayor Zoran Mamdami's new P.D.T.R. tax was ruled arbitrary and capricious,
00:32:56.300making this a major setback for the socialist official and his efforts to tax wealthier citizens.
00:33:03.840Mamdami proposed a tax for homes worth at least $5 million, as well as co-ops and condos worth at least $1 million, if they are unoccupied non-primary residences.
00:33:17.440Staten Island Supreme Court Justice Wayne Ozzie ruled that the city inappropriately mailed notices to over 1,000 New Yorkers who were actually not subject to the tax, according to a report that I read in the New York Post.
00:33:33.100The homeowners were then substantially harmed and penalized needlessly when they had to show city officials they were not liable or eligible to pay the tax.
00:33:43.920Ozzie concluded that of the 17,000 notices sent to New York City residents, they needed to be canceled and then must be resent individually, if appropriate.
00:33:54.740Matt Rauschenbach, a spokesman for Mandami, denounced the rulings in a statement saying today's decision is wrong and we will invoke a stay of the injunction, according to a report that I read in the Associated Press.
00:34:07.680Should the Mandami administration be accountable for mishandling tax notices with a stay, we will continue implementing the surcharge fairly efficiently and in full compliance with the law as we have from day one.
00:34:20.880Randy Mastro, who filed a lawsuit against the policy on behalf of residents,
00:39:04.400I don't think the party will ever go back to being anything other than the party of hardworking middle class Americans and taxpayers.
00:39:13.140Donald Trump's changes in our party are permanent.
00:39:15.460Those who are dreaming for a return to the days when the Bush family ran the Republican Party are in for a massive surprise.0.64
00:39:24.480Long after Donald Trump has ridden off into the sunset, the Republican Party will be the party of the middle class,
00:39:30.540while the Democrat Party will be the party of the billionaires, the party of high tech, the party of Wall Street and the party of the country clubs.
00:39:39.460I'm Roger Stone. Thanks for joining us today in the Stone Zone.
