00:00:00.000 Sam Antar is a very interesting individual.
00:00:03.880 Once the centerpiece of one of the largest SEC frauds in American history,
00:00:10.840 Sam paid his debt to society and reemerged as one of the country's leading fraud investigators
00:00:18.060 using his keen forensic and accounting skills to pinpoint fraud in both public and private institutions
00:00:26.320 with a special eye on politicians, who we all know to be among the most corrupt members of our society.
00:00:34.320 It was Sam Antar who first uncovered the serial mortgage fraud by New York's Attorney General, Letitia James.
00:00:46.320 She tried to brush that away by telling the New York Times that these were simply typographical errors,
00:00:53.420 which of course is nonsensical. Sam Antar is a man who keeps receipts.
00:00:59.900 What I really like about his website, which you can see by going to whitecollarfraud.com,
00:01:06.760 whitecollarfraud.com, is that Sam links the actual documents to all of his reporting.
00:01:15.160 So you can see yourself that he's not making representations.
00:01:19.280 He shows you the actual fraudulent documents that he refers to.
00:01:26.460 And it is therefore particularly interesting that he joins us today because we woke up to news
00:01:34.220 that Bill Pulte, who took action in the Letitia James case by sending a letter of criminal referral
00:01:44.260 to the U.S. Justice Department, which resulted in the appointment of a special counsel to investigate
00:01:51.940 mortgage fraud. That would be Ed Martin, Deputy Attorney General, now investigating mortgage fraud
00:01:59.260 by both Letitia James and Senator Adam Schiff.
00:02:03.580 Now, Lisa Cook is not a name that is known widely to the American public, but she is on the
00:02:22.100 board of governors of the Federal Reserve. Now, in America, you're innocent until proven guilty,
00:02:29.540 but I think Sam Antar will tell you this. The fraud investigators at the Federal Home Finance
00:02:36.520 Administration are very serious about their jobs. They don't make criminal referrals for political
00:02:42.040 reasons. They make criminal referrals based on the facts. So, Sam, welcome back into the Stone
00:02:48.660 Zone. Your reaction to the news that Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook may have committed a criminal
00:02:55.540 offense by falsifying, in this case, allegedly, according to Bloomberg this morning, falsifying
00:03:02.520 bank documents and property records in order to acquire more favorable loan terms.
00:03:09.060 I looked at the documents, and she is, in my opinion, she's as guilty as stated. First, you have
00:03:17.020 Ann Arbor, Michigan property, okay? That property, she said that she was going to occupy it within
00:03:25.000 60 days. That's right in the mortgage, okay? And she said that it was going to be her primary
00:03:31.020 residence, okay? Then, about two weeks later, she enters into another mortgage on a condominium
00:03:39.060 that she says it's going to be her primary residence, too. Now, you can't have two primary
00:03:44.800 residences. You have one primary residence, and that's it. There's nothing to dispute here.
00:03:50.820 But the way this information looks to me, she committed mortgage fraud, period.
00:03:55.840 What is it with these politicians that think they can get away with this? I suspect we're
00:04:00.800 going to hear about a lot more of them. To me, if I did this, or if you did this, I think
00:04:07.840 we both know what the result would be. Yeah, they seem to think that they're an elite class
00:04:12.920 of protected individuals who can do whatever they want. If you would, just walk us through
00:04:19.280 very quickly what you discovered about Letitia James, because it's very, very similar.
00:04:26.160 Well, it's similar in that it's mortgage fraud. Letitia James, she had a building in Brooklyn
00:04:32.080 that she owned and occupied. She claimed it had four units when it actually had five according
00:04:39.540 to the certificate of occupancy. That allowed Tish James to obtain favorable terms on 10 mortgages
00:04:46.900 over 20 or so years, period. On another property in Virginia, she claimed that, this is right
00:04:55.260 before the Trump trial, she claimed that she was going to use it as her primary residence.
00:05:03.280 She didn't, okay? That was a false statement to the bank. Earlier, two weeks earlier, she claimed
00:05:09.460 she wasn't going to use it as her primary residence, and she claims the later statement
00:05:13.940 was a mistake. Mistake, it was witnessed by two people in her own office. One of the people
00:05:21.300 was very, very involved in the Trump lawsuit. So she, another cut and dry case. All of these
00:05:31.620 cases are cut and dry. Lisa Cook, Letitia James is cut and dry. There's nothing to dispute.
00:05:38.020 The documents speak for themselves. The documents are public documents. Anybody can see the progression
00:05:44.520 of the documents. This is not, this is not rocket science.
00:05:49.280 It is, I don't think, an understatement to say, without the groundbreaking research published
00:05:55.440 by Sam Antar at his website, whitecollarfraud.com, and the fact that that elementary research got
00:06:04.080 picked up by reporters like Joel Gilbert at the Gateway Pundit, we probably would not have the
00:06:10.800 appointment of a special counsel, Ed Martin, to now look into these issues. This, I think, is a direct
00:06:18.320 example of how one citizen determined to get to the truth can really make a major difference in the
00:06:26.080 world today. Sam has also been a very articulate critic of the candidacy of the Ayatollah Zoran Mamdami.
00:06:38.220 You know, they tell us that Mamdami's come from behind shocking win in the Democrat primaries,
00:06:45.220 people power, that this was grassroots generated, and that it was Sam Dami standing up to the dark money
00:06:54.960 into the special interests. But then, in Mandami's initial campaign finance filing with the New York
00:07:02.860 City Board of Elections, the filing showed just the opposite. In fact, I looked at Sam Antar's work,
00:07:11.000 and it appears to me that despite the fact that he got, at this point, probably millions of hits on
00:07:18.460 Instagram, on Facebook, on X, on Snapchat, and so on, virtually no one pushed the donate button on his
00:07:28.460 website. All of his money came from bundlers, particularly one particular bundler. Once that
00:07:36.260 news broke through Sam's terrific website, whitecollarfraud.com, and was publicized here in the
00:07:45.520 Stone Zone. Well, then, Mamdami's campaign went out and completely restated their campaign finance
00:07:51.900 reports to completely contradict the first report. Personally, I think the first report was the truth.
00:08:00.580 Then, this is almost laughable, they threatened to sue Sam Antar, to which I say, good luck with that.
00:08:09.360 Sam Antar is the most meticulous researcher I've come across in the 50 years I've been
00:08:15.860 in American politics. He never says anything that he can't absolutely positively prove with the actual
00:08:24.820 records. But now, perhaps the biggest story yet pertaining to the New York City mayor's race
00:08:33.520 is the fact that the Mandami phenomena that they keep touting as grassroots is actually funded by an
00:08:43.780 interlocking series of political organizations and non-profits that are legally prohibited by law
00:08:52.400 and by their tax status from engaging in political activity. Sam has a shocking new report, got picked up by
00:09:01.620 Zero Hedge, among others, that shows that there's a syndicate that was behind Mamdami's election.
00:09:09.860 Sam, lay this out for us.
00:09:12.160 Okay. First of all, you have to understand the tax law. There's 501c3s, those are charities. You give the
00:09:18.780 money to the charity, you get a tax deduction. And then there are 501c4, those are political
00:09:25.720 organizations. You can't give money to them directly and get a tax deduction. So how do they
00:09:31.580 do it? They wash it. You give money to a 501c3, you transfer it to a 501c3, transfers it to a 501c4,
00:09:42.460 and therefore you get the tax deduction. I've called on the IRS and they have filed the complaint to do
00:09:48.480 a significant investigation of this entire thing. They need a task force to investigate all of these
00:09:58.280 non-profits. As I laid out my blog in detail, this is a syndicate that of interlocking management
00:10:05.960 and interlocking personnel and money going back and forth. If you want, I'll give you an example.
00:10:13.640 Okay. Soros donates money to the Open Society Institute. That's one of his charities. It's a 501c3.
00:10:21.480 He gets a tax deduction. Step two, Open Society Institute, which is a 501c3 charity,
00:10:29.760 sends $6.9 million to the Tides Foundation, which is also a Section 501c3 charity. Step three,
00:10:39.660 Tides, which is the 501c3 charity, sends $4.6 million to the Working Families Organization.
00:10:47.920 That's a 501c4 political group. Now you've got money from charities to politics that's been fully
00:10:58.620 tax deductible. Okay. The Working Families Organization takes that money and sends it to PACs
00:11:05.960 and super PACs and et cetera, supporting their candidates. When you look at Mondani, when you look
00:11:12.280 at Letitia James, because they're both members of the Working Families Party, they are the products
00:11:17.520 of a machine. They are the end result. They were manufactured by this machine for public consumption.
00:11:24.960 You wonder why people got to where they are? This is why. They're manufactured by a machine
00:11:31.040 funded by billionaires, primarily Soros, but we also have other money coming in from billionaires
00:11:38.440 in Silicon Valley in California. I guess you filed a formal complaint with the Internal Revenue
00:11:46.480 Service. The question is, of course, will the IRS take action quickly enough to prevent these same
00:11:54.000 kind of abuses from taking place in the general election? Today, I see the mayor's race continuing to
00:12:02.120 be in flux with some slight movement, which we'll talk about here in a moment. But Sam,
00:12:08.860 do you think there is a chance that the IRS will move expeditiously to stop these illegal activities?
00:12:16.500 It depends upon the commission of the IRS. Whether the commission of the IRS can direct resources,
00:12:23.360 can overrule section heads, et cetera. You know, the government is an entrenched bureaucracy.
00:12:28.640 One thing I learned is it's not so much the agency, it's who it is at the agency that gets things
00:12:34.700 done. I believe what we have is a massive tax fraud scheme. I believe that there's over a billion
00:12:46.380 dollars the IRS can collect. That's my belief. Okay? I believe that these people engaged in
00:12:53.600 illegal election interference. I believe in a lot of things. But you know something? The IRS has to
00:13:02.240 investigate. I provided documents. I filed three supplemental submissions to the IRS. I've filed
00:13:09.360 plenty of documents showing them the trail, and it's up to them. If they can't put it together,
00:13:14.780 then they're incompetent.
00:13:15.880 If you're just tuning in, folks, we're talking to professional fraud investigator Sam Antar.
00:13:24.080 He has examined the claims by the Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte,
00:13:31.660 a story which broke this morning that suggests that Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook has committed a
00:13:40.360 criminal offense by allegedly falsifying bank documents and property records to acquire more
00:13:47.480 favorable mortgage loan terms. So this is now more than just a claim by Mr. Pulte. It has now been
00:13:55.560 documented by our guest, Sam Antar, who I can tell you is extraordinarily meticulous in any assertion that
00:14:05.960 he makes. I have been very impressed by his research. By the way, go to his website,
00:14:12.300 whitecollarfraud.com. You'll see that he documents everything he says. And now he has come forward to
00:14:21.240 say that the allegations put forward by the director of the FHFA, who, by the way, oversees both Fannie Mae
00:14:31.860 and Freddie Mac, the nation's two largest governmental mortgage agencies, are, in Sam's opinion, you heard it
00:14:42.200 yourself, accurate, and that this is an open and shut case. This is a little different than the
00:14:49.140 allegations of various politicians cheating on their mortgages, because in the event that Cook is
00:14:58.500 forced to resign and the president does have the authority to fire her for cause, well, that would
00:15:05.940 shift the balance on the Federal Reserve, which would lead, I think, very quickly to an interest rate cut
00:15:12.600 for the American people, something that I think, based on the current rate of inflation and the current
00:15:20.160 rate of unemployment, is merited. It's extraordinary that the last four times that the federal
00:15:28.460 reserve cut interest rates, unemployment and inflation were either lower than or at the exact
00:15:37.100 same place they are today. Don't go away. We'll be back with Sam Antar right here in the Stone Zone
00:15:43.540 right after this brief break.

00:16:52.880 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:16:55.900 And you're back in the zone with Roger Stone. We're talking to Sam Antar, who is the editor and publisher
00:17:03.240 of whitecollarfraud.com. He is the man who first uncovered the serial mortgage fraud by New York
00:17:11.720 Attorney General Letitia James. Also today on the show, confirming that Federal Reserve Board Governor
00:17:23.760 Lisa Cook has engaged in mortgage fraud, signing agreements that stipulated that she would use
00:17:32.760 two different properties, one in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and one outside of Atlanta, Georgia, as her
00:17:39.440 principal legal residence, thus getting a state tax break in both states, but also qualifying for
00:17:47.460 lower mortgage rates. Only a year later, she listed the Georgia property for rent, meaning it could not
00:17:55.100 possibly be her principal residence. You heard it from Sam Antar, who is an expert on these matters.
00:18:04.100 Sam, here are the latest overnights from the tracking poll being done by Kaplan and Associates. This is
00:18:13.100 1,000 samples citywide. The way this works is every night you take a new hundred samples and you drop the
00:18:20.960 oldest hundred samples. So you have a rolling thousand sample overall to determine the direction and
00:18:31.860 changes in the race today. If the election were held today, the Ayatollah Zoran Makhdami has dropped from
00:18:40.860 37 to 36. Andrew Cuomo dropped from 22 to 21. Curtis Sliwa up by a couple points now at 19, up from
00:18:53.260 previously being at 16. And in last place, the current incumbent mayor, Eric Adams, bringing up the rear
00:19:05.200 position at 13. Slight increase in undecided, went from 8 to 11. Not unusual when you have this kind of
00:19:14.860 volatility in any given election. Your thoughts about the current state of the mayor's race, Sam?
00:19:24.400 In 1969, there was a race in Chile with Salvador Allende. Remember Allende? That was during the Nixon
00:19:34.940 administration, right? Okay. He won the presidency of Chile. He was a socialist. He won the presidency of
00:19:42.840 Chile with 36% of the vote. When does Mamdani have? 37, you just said? 36. What we are seeing in New York
00:19:52.080 is a repeat of what happened in 1969 in Chile when they elected a socialist and the ongoing chaos that
00:20:00.680 ensued afterwards. This is what's going on in New York today. What needs to be done is between the
00:20:07.600 three other candidates, two of them have to drop out. Now, you can have your preference as to who
00:20:13.220 should stay. We can get that. We get that. Okay? Politics is politics. But two of them have to drop
00:20:18.660 out. Otherwise, Mamdani wins the mayoral race. I'm afraid I think that is a shrewd and accurate
00:20:28.020 analysis. I'm afraid we have to leave it there. Sam, thanks for joining us today in the Stone Zone.
