00:00:56.640 Now, get in the zone.
00:00:58.320 It's the Stone Zone.
00:01:00.560 Here's Roger Stone.
00:01:02.860 You are now entering the Stone Zone.
00:01:06.420 Well, in a graphic example that what goes around comes around,
00:01:11.780 a federal appeals court has now dismissed the $454 million civil court judgment
00:01:18.740 that President Donald Trump had previously been liable for
00:01:22.620 in a huge victory for the president and a huge thumb in the eye to New York Attorney General Letitia James.
00:01:30.980 Letitia James, you will call, charged President Trump under a state law for which no one had under ever been prosecuted,
00:01:39.420 claiming that he had overvalued his assets in order to secure commercial real estate loans,
00:01:46.840 which he paid back on time and in full, at the same time paying $40 million in interest to his lenders.
00:01:56.260 This ridiculous number came from the notoriously biased Judge Arthur Engeron,
00:02:02.260 who essentially declared Trump guilty before the trial even began and said from the outset that the only question was not one of the innocence or guilt of the Trump organization
00:02:16.260 and Donald Trump and his adult children about how much they would be required to pay.
00:02:22.640 Not long ago, Letitia James thought it would go quite differently.
00:02:26.000 Let's listen to the Attorney General.
00:02:28.080 And that is why I will be honored when I walk into that courtroom on October 2nd.
00:02:33.260 Well, my role is civil.
00:02:49.220 But I will come back before you soon with a check for $250 million.
00:02:53.980 And to let you know that he is no longer allowed to do business in the state of New York.
00:03:07.760 Yeah, we got a we've got a special charge to show up and stand up for one another.
00:03:13.860 Yeah, this is kind of ironic in view of the fact that the New York Attorney General, Letitia James,
00:03:19.540 campaigned for the Office of Attorney General, promising voters that she would get Donald Trump even prior to fabricating this charge against him.
00:03:29.860 President Donald Trump declared victory in this matter on True Social today,
00:03:34.400 saying the amount, including interest in penalties, was over $550 million.
00:03:40.320 It was a political witch hunt in a business sense, the likes of which no one has ever seen before.
00:03:45.460 Actually, this was a case of election interference, the president wrote by the city and the state,
00:03:50.500 trying to show illegally that I did things that were wrong,
00:03:54.000 when in fact, everything I did was absolutely correct and perfect.
00:03:58.660 So the lawfare industrial complex of the Democrats is falling apart before our very eyes.
00:04:05.180 Now the state has them under investigation for their fraud and deceit.
00:04:09.520 What a stunning turn of events this is.
00:04:12.920 Democrats are realizing that karma is real and now they are forced to publicly atone for their treasonous and illegal behavior.
00:04:21.800 Nobody who colluded against Trump should consider themselves safe.
00:04:25.320 He has the receipts.
00:04:27.280 He knows exactly who screwed him.
00:04:29.120 And well, now it is indeed payback time.
00:04:32.420 But this isn't about retribution or revenge.
00:04:34.780 It's about rebalancing the scales of justice.
00:04:37.940 And therefore, there are bad days ahead for Letitia James.
00:04:42.480 Not only is she the subject of a civil suit by Trump, who is claiming that the charges against him were rigged,
00:04:50.580 that is a serious proceeding in itself,
00:04:53.800 but her entire career has been gifted to her in an act of pure privilege,
00:04:58.580 largely as a result of the DEI mandates.
00:05:02.080 But that house of cards is falling apart around her.
00:05:04.980 James' scheme against Trump all failed.
00:05:08.100 And now she herself is under investigation for the corrupt acts that she arrogantly perpetrated
00:05:13.460 when she falsely believed that she was above the law.
00:05:17.900 She's no longer shielded for her crimes after efforts to destroy Trump
00:05:21.840 and keep him out of office for a second term were unsuccessful.
00:05:25.400 So the Department of Justice announced a federal grand jury investigation earlier this month
00:05:30.640 based on the aforementioned civil fraud case that James filed against President Trump and his companies in 2023.
00:05:39.180 It is believed that James violated the rights of Trump and his adult children in rigging the verdict.
00:05:45.740 However, it is James' behavior involving billions of dollars in illicit money
00:05:50.960 that was funneled to terrorists under her watch that could dwarf all of this.
00:05:56.720 You see, the Standard Charter Bank of New York allegedly hit over $9.6 billion of illicit payments
00:06:04.920 to sanctioned or terrorist-affiliated entities in Iran that were not previously disclosed,
00:06:11.080 nor were they part of a sanctions settle agreement that the bank had made previously with the United States.
00:06:17.660 Bloomberg reported that the FBI is now investigating this matter.
00:06:22.840 They knowingly and frequently violated the bank's obligations to self-report.
00:06:28.280 Whistleblowers produced over 40,000 emails that showed that the Standard Chartered Bank
00:06:35.300 currency trade records over several years, which the bank denied existed, confirmed these transactions.
00:06:43.020 These funds eventually were found in the hands of entities connected to Iran and Hezbollah,
00:06:48.820 allegedly used by China to buy illicit Iranian oil with U.S. dollars, another violation of U.S. sanctions.
00:06:56.000 But here's the key.
00:06:57.540 The staff of Attorney General Letitia James was made aware of the scandal in three separate meetings in 2024,
00:07:05.880 but they looked the other way.
00:07:09.080 Her neglect in this case is criminal in nature and must be ruthlessly exposed,
00:07:14.120 and I say prosecuted by the Trump administration.
00:07:17.700 A huge example must be made of Letitia James.
00:07:21.240 We will be all better off when this truly repellent woman is out of the public eye,
00:07:26.300 and when she stops saying that no one is above the law.
00:07:30.080 Well, no one is above the law, but unfortunately for her, that includes herself.
00:07:35.100 As we now know, Deputy Attorney General Ed Martin has been sworn in as a special counsel
00:07:41.740 to investigate the serial 22-year crime spree of mortgage fraud conducted by New York's Attorney General.
00:07:51.680 Later in the program, Joel Gilbert, writing for the Gateway Pundit, joins us.
00:07:57.060 Joel Gilbert has written extensively on Letitia James and the mortgage scandal,
00:08:02.640 which the folks at Bloomberg and some of the other mainstream media outlets would like to just go away.
00:08:09.060 In the meantime, the Department of Justice Attorney Ed Martin
00:08:13.440 has called on another public official accused of mortgage fraud to resign.
00:08:19.040 DOJ Deputy Attorney General Ed Martin, who's been designated as a special counsel
00:08:25.820 to look into mortgage fraud by New York Attorney General Letitia James,
00:08:31.380 as well as Senator Adam Schiff of California,
00:08:35.260 has now called for the Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook to resign
00:08:39.740 following credible allegations of mortgage fraud,
00:08:43.540 specifically a letter of referral sent by the head of the Federal Housing Finance Agency,
00:08:50.420 Bill Pulte, to the Department of Justice,
00:08:53.800 pointing out that Lisa Cook, the Federal Reserve Board Governor appointed by Barack Obama,
00:09:02.580 claimed in two different states to have a principal residence,
00:09:07.060 one outside of Atlanta and the other one outside of Baltimore.
00:09:13.840 You cannot have two principal places of of residence in order to get a state tax break,
00:09:22.260 as well as a lower mortgage rate in both cases.
00:09:25.780 So Martin has called for Lisa Cook to resign.
00:09:29.380 He implied that the Department of Justice is now investigating Cook over the alleged fraud as well.
00:09:35.240 Attorney, Deputy Attorney General Martin wrote the following in a letter that has been made public.
00:09:41.400 As we begin any investigation of conduct like that of Ms. Cook in the referral,
00:09:46.480 I will likely be required for confidentiality purposes to remain silent about her investigations.
00:09:51.880 However, I will answer any questions you have to help you make a timely decision to remove her.
00:09:57.240 Cook reportedly signed a mortgage.
00:09:59.120 It was an agreement on a property in Ann Arbor, Michigan, stating that that was her principal residence.
00:10:05.980 Then two weeks later, she signed yet another mortgage agreement on a Georgia property right outside of Atlanta,
00:10:13.400 also claiming that that property was her primary residence.
00:10:17.560 The Federal Housing and Finance Administration Director, Bill Pulte,
00:10:21.420 issued a letter to the Department of Justice that caught Attorney Martin's attention on Cook's purported fraud.
00:10:27.800 She ought to have some dignity and resign, and so should Federal Reserve Board Chairman Jerome Powell,
00:10:35.280 who suppresses interest rates through a central backing institution that candidly has outlived its usefulness.
00:10:44.240 It is amazing to me that the Federal Reserve, which is very specifically supposed to use two measures to determine whether interest rates are cut,
00:10:54.760 unemployment, and inflation ignores the fact that today, under Donald Trump's second term,
00:11:03.300 those measures are either at the same point or substantially lower than they were the last four times the Federal Reserve cut interest rates on the American people.
00:11:14.440 So it's very hard to understand on what basis they continue to refuse to cut rates.
00:11:22.120 This would greatly affect the economy for those seeking to pay off their credit cards or those seeking to buy a home or a car
00:11:30.460 and would boost the already strong economy into the stratosphere.
00:11:34.920 It's Jerome Powell, the Federal Reserve Board Chairman, who's playing politics, not President Donald Trump.
00:11:42.160 My opinion here, it is up to Lisa Cook to do the right thing and resign.
00:11:47.440 There's a Wall Street Journal editorial today criticizing the head of the Federal Home Finance Agency, Bill Pulte,
00:11:55.340 saying that he's the one playing politics.
00:11:58.520 This makes no sense to me.
00:12:00.760 Nowhere is it written that the federal mortgage laws are only applicable to people who aren't Democrats.
00:12:06.360 And in this case, whether it is Adam Schiff, the senator and former congressman, who did the same thing,
00:12:12.920 claiming principal residents in both California and Maryland, getting a tax break from both states and a lower mortgage rate and a lower insurance rate,
00:12:22.220 or whether it is Letitia James, who lied about her principal residence, claiming that she would own or inhabit a residence in Virginia in order to qualify for a mortgage in that state.
00:12:37.960 A little bit later, Joel Gilbert, writing for the Gateway Pundits, is going to join us to talk about that case.
00:12:44.400 So it is clearly that clear that we have two standards of justice here.
00:12:49.000 And now the Democrats are screaming bloody murder, along with their fake news media allies, when there is one standard.
00:12:58.040 It is very clear that this administration will not tolerate mortgage fraud or any other crime by those elites who think they're above the law.
00:13:08.540 Meanwhile, Tulsi Gabbard announced a 50 percent cut in the office of the director of national intelligence that is getting rid of bureaucratic waste and redundancy while axing officials who are not sufficiently loyal to this administration.
00:13:23.700 Director Gabbard said of the decision over the last 20 years, the office of the director of national intelligence has become bloated and inefficient,
00:13:31.880 as well as being rife with abuses of power, unauthorized, classified intelligence, and politicized weaponization of intelligence, adding that the bureaucracy will be stored to its core mission to find the truth and provide objective, unbiased, timely intelligence to the president and policymakers.
00:13:52.460 Director Gabbard, who I think is one of the most impressive people I've seen in American politics, called her plans, the office of the director of national intelligence 2.0.
00:14:04.380 She's already on her way to eliminating over 500 staff positions and reducing the office's size by 30 percent since being appointed to the office by President Trump.
00:14:14.960 She's hoping to get that number up to 50 percent, which would be a savings of over 700 million dollars annually for the U.S. taxpayers.
00:14:25.120 Her cuts will neuter the Foreign Malign Influence Center, an entity set up to analyze data to protect democracy,
00:14:33.100 which, according to the office, was used by the previous administration to justify the suppression of free speech and their censorship of political opposition.

00:15:29.160 This is the Stone Zone.
00:15:31.760 Now, get in the zone.
00:15:33.680 It's the Stone Zone.
00:15:35.720 Here's Roger Stone.
00:15:37.280 Welcome back in the Stone Zone.
00:15:40.480 The Texas House of Representatives have passed a new congressional redistricting map that will give Republicans five more safe House districts in next year's midterm elections.
00:15:50.660 The new maps were passed by an 88 to 52 vote.
00:15:53.880 We'll now go to the Texas State Senate, where they're expected to be immediately approved.
00:15:58.700 President Trump called this a big win for the state of Texas.
00:16:01.560 And the reason he says that is the new redistricting map are based on the census, only counting actual U.S. citizens.
00:16:09.720 You see, in many states, like New York and Illinois and California, they have counted non-U.S. citizens in the census for the purposes of congressional redistricting.
00:16:21.760 That's just called gerrymandering.
00:16:23.780 It was invented by the Democrats, was actually named for a congressman, Eldridge Jerry of Massachusetts.
00:16:30.780 He was a Democrat.
00:16:32.120 And this follows a massive showdown between Texas Republicans and Democrats.
00:16:37.220 Democrats in the legislature fled the state for weeks in an attempt to impede the proceedings and prevent Republicans from implementing their redistricting plan based on a lack of a quorum.
00:16:48.320 Prior to Trump, the Republicans would have thrown in the towel.
00:16:51.880 But in America's first MAGA Republican Party, well, the Republicans stood strong and they're making moves to remove the Democrat lawmakers from their seats if they did not return and do their jobs.
00:17:04.560 This causes Democrats to blink and quickly return home, steadying the stage for the redistricting rules to be passed by the lower house.
00:17:12.780 It's actually refreshing to see Republicans finally go on offense and refuse to capitulate to the whining, crying tactics of the Democrats.
00:17:22.120 This is the change that Donald Trump has brought an aggressive new Republican Party, a party of the middle class, the party of working people, the party of the non-elites.
00:17:33.860 It is refreshing.
00:17:35.780 I think we should have congressional districting based on a census across the country that is based only on counting the heads of people who are actually U.S. citizens.
00:17:47.640 I can name you state after state where Republicans have at least 40 percent of registered voters, but congressional redistricting has been rigged against them, which is why you have the current breakdown of the U.S. House.
00:17:59.200 The next congressional district in the upcoming election will be far more competitive, and you heard it here first.
00:18:07.180 I actually expect the Republicans to gain, to actually expand their thin margin in the House.
00:18:13.280 That would be antithetical to the historic trend, but then everything about Donald Trump is different than it has been in the past.
00:18:20.640 The only thing predictable about Donald Trump is he's completely and totally unpredictable.
00:18:25.960 You're tuned in to The Stone Zone right here on the Red Apple Audio Network.
00:18:30.240 Joining me next, Joel Gilbert, documentary filmmaker and investigative journalist, is going to give us the latest on Letitia James and her deepening problems.
00:18:40.040 Whatever you do, don't go away.
00:18:41.620 Don't touch that dial because we'll be right back in The Stone Zone.
00:18:48.020 The Stone Zone.
00:18:50.040 Entertaining and informative.
00:18:52.200 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:18:55.960 This is The Stone Zone.
00:19:06.980 Now, get in the zone.
00:19:08.940 It's The Stone Zone.
00:19:10.960 Here's Roger Stone.
00:19:13.740 And we're back in The Stone Zone.
00:19:16.400 Joining me now is the filmmaker, musician, and investigative journalist, Joel Gilbert.
00:19:22.780 Now, Joel, I tried to look up your bio on Wikipedia.
00:19:27.100 I had trouble stopping laughing to start this show because it is so ridiculously absurd.
00:19:33.060 It actually says,
00:19:33.920 This article is an autobiography that has been extensively edited by the subject or someone connected to the subject.
00:19:40.620 It may need editing to conform to Wikipedia's neutral point of view.
00:19:44.780 This is laughable nonsense.
00:19:46.480 Wikipedia, at least my biography, is full of distortions, lies, and absolute falsehoods.
00:19:52.820 It appears to be the case in your case as well.
00:19:55.380 But Joel Gilbert has produced several films.
00:19:59.020 He is also a noted musician and a great fan of Bob Dylan.
00:20:05.020 His tribute band, Highway 61 Revisited, actually very, very good.
00:20:10.700 It made me interested in his multidimensional career.
00:20:14.460 Probably his most famous film, Dreams of My Real Father, is a biographical film that those on the left have called a conspiracy theory.
00:20:23.240 Well, they're wrong, but Joel Gilbert is right.
00:20:26.060 Joel, welcome to The Stone Zone.
00:20:28.660 Great to be here, Roger.
00:20:29.980 And yes, Wikipedia is a left-wing hit job.
00:20:33.380 And no matter what you do, they will try to make you look bad.
00:20:36.520 But I think the people know better by now what's really going on.
00:20:40.440 Yeah, it really is an absurdity.
00:20:41.780 You can go to Wikipedia and correct the various things they say about you that are incorrect.
00:20:47.280 And then wait a few days, you go back, and they have been returned to the sea of falsehoods that is Wikipedia.
00:20:55.260 I want to focus on Letitia James because I guess this kind of proves that what goes around comes around.
00:21:03.300 Letitia James led a tsunami of lawfare along with her cohort, Alvin Bragg,
00:21:09.820 the district attorney in New York County, which is Manhattan.
00:21:14.140 So far, there are a number of convictions of Donald Trump in those proceedings.
00:21:20.320 But this victory today is a very large one.
00:21:24.600 A federal appeals court basically throwing out a several hundred million dollar judgment against Donald Trump.
00:21:31.760 And then you and Sam Antar over at whitecollarfraud.com have done an incredible job of exposing Letitia James' crime spree of 22 years of mortgage fraud.
00:21:47.520 For those who aren't familiar with it, Sam Antar, who has a very interesting past himself,
00:21:54.580 he was once convicted, one of the greatest security frauds in U.S. history, the whole Crazy Eddie saga.
00:22:02.760 Crazy Eddie was an electronics firm.
00:22:04.520 But Joel did his time, paid his debt, pardon me, Sam did his time, paid his debt to society,
00:22:11.340 came out and reinvented himself as a fraud investigator extraordinaire.
00:22:16.960 And then Joel Gilbert, who is a very experienced documentary filmmaker and an investigative reporter,
00:22:24.460 teamed up with Sam Antar in a series of blockbuster exposés on Letitia James.
00:22:31.400 So, Joel, before we get into the Ayatollah Zoran Mamdami and the way he has illegally weaponized nonprofit organizations
00:22:40.980 to cheat in the recent New York mayoral primary, you've written a great piece about this.
00:22:45.840 I want to focus for a little bit here on Letitia James.
00:22:49.340 When you examined her record when it came to mortgage fraud, what did you find?
00:22:56.440 Well, New York is a public record state, so I just went online.
00:22:59.720 Anybody could have done it at any time.
00:23:02.040 And I found that she had a 43-year history of fraudulent mortgages.
00:23:06.920 She did not do one mortgage purchase or refinance in New York that did not involve fraud.
00:23:13.120 It began when she was only 24 years old.
00:23:16.200 She pretended that she was married to her father in the document in three places.
00:23:21.680 She signed it so did her father.
00:23:23.020 They bought her property as husband and wife, no doubt, so that Letitia could get better mortgage terms from the bank.
00:23:29.780 She probably wouldn't even qualify.
00:23:32.060 She pretended to marry her father.
00:23:33.680 Lo and behold, as you go through time, the biggest fraud is her purchase of a four-story, five-unit apartment building in Lafayette Avenue in Brooklyn.
00:23:45.360 And there it showed a series of mortgages and refinances where she consistently claimed that the building only had four apartment units,
00:23:53.740 even though the official certificate of occupancy said it had five.
00:23:57.000 And the biggest fraud that I focused on in my first article back in March was her – she had an adjustable-rate mortgage.
00:24:06.440 It was 10 percent in 2011 with a private bank, and she decided to refinance it on the back of the American taxpayer through the HAMP program out of Washington.
00:24:16.800 And to get that loan, which is only eligible if your building was four units or less, she lied and said she had only four units when it really had five.
00:24:26.320 She also lied and said she had a financial hardship, which you were required to have, even though she was making about $14,000 a month.
00:24:33.560 So I chronicled this in The Gateway Pundit, and I wasn't surprised a couple months later to see Bill Pulte from the Federal Housing Finance Agency,
00:24:44.120 I believe, used a lot of my material to refer her to the Department of Justice for an investigation.
00:24:49.940 Since then, Ed Martin has been appointed a special prosecutor.
00:24:52.900 As you noted with today's news, the pendulum has completely swung against this fraud that was Letitia James, who ran for office on the disgusting proclamation that she would target an American citizen if elected and find a crime to charge him with,
00:25:10.400 something that even in the Soviet bloc and third-world countries, they don't even say that out loud when they want to do that.
00:25:15.760 So the pendulum has swung, and Trump has been completely exonerated in his appeal, and Ed Martin is, if you look at his Twitter every day, the special prosecutor, it looks like Letitia is going to be charged.
00:25:29.240 He's already asked her attorney, Abby Lowell, to have Letitia resign.
00:25:34.200 That's how bad it is.
00:25:35.380 So it's been an amazing few months to watch the pendulum swing against the fraudulent Letitia James.
00:25:43.680 Yeah, it was very interesting.
00:25:45.840 I saw this great picture.
00:25:47.180 First of all, I saw you and Sam Antar.
00:25:49.200 You guys are like the Batman and Robin of fighting mortgage fraud crime.
00:25:54.160 I saw you visited the facility where she had five units but claimed she had four in order to qualify for a particular type of mortgage, an advantageous type of mortgage.
00:26:08.660 And then I saw very recently that Ed Martin, the deputy assistant attorney general, now special counsel investigating mortgage fraud, showed up to inspect the same building.
00:26:21.320 But he was wearing a trench coat.
00:26:24.180 I'm not sure if he's more Inspector Clouseau or whether it's Colombo, but I have to admit I kind of liked the look.
00:26:31.260 And I feel a lot better that this is now being looked at from the point of view of the law enforcement taking a hard look at crimes by people who previously thought somehow they were above the law.
00:26:46.000 I made reference earlier to the standard charter banking case.
00:26:51.240 This is an extraordinary case in which the bank already got caught violating the Iranian sanctions, paid a fine for it,
00:27:00.040 and then went right back to the same code of conduct and did over $100 million in prohibited transactions and transfers to sanctioned institutions, including those in China as well as Iran.
00:27:17.660 And there is hard evidence that Letitia James and the Biden Justice Department were fully aware of these violations but did nothing whatsoever about it.
00:27:29.300 So this money's been traced.
00:27:31.740 It ended up in the hands of Hezbollah.
00:27:33.760 It also financed illegal purchases by China of Iranian oil, yet another violation of sanctions.
00:27:42.080 Letitia James, I think, has some serious explaining to do.
00:27:45.760 According to Bloomberg, Kash Patel's FBI is now investigating Standard Charter Bank and these series of crimes,
00:27:53.380 which I think I would say even more serious than this mortgage fraud crime spree.
00:28:00.160 It is amazing the way the pendulum has turned.
00:28:03.980 I ultimately believe that the other judgment against Donald Trump in Manhattan,
00:28:08.820 the so-called hush money case where Donald Trump entered into a confidential settlement in a harassment lawsuit,
00:28:16.900 but Alvin Bragg decided to charge Trump without ever identifying a crime.
00:28:23.740 Of course, you had the Soviet-style show trial there in Manhattan, finding the president guilty on 39 counts.
00:28:32.620 I'm confident that that, too, will ultimately be overturned and the president will be entirely vindicated.
00:28:39.340 Let's shift, if we may, now to a great piece you have in the Gateway Pundit in which you question the outcome of the recent Democrat primary in New York City,
00:28:52.000 which was won in an upset by Zoran Mamdani.
00:28:56.500 Your piece, also relying on the excellent work done by Sam Antar at whitecollaredfraud.com, says,
00:29:06.840 what if the grassroots of political movements reshaping America's cities aren't really grassroots at all,
00:29:11.900 but rather illegal, tax-exempt, charity-funded operations disguised as community activism?
00:29:18.380 As you point out, Sam Antar, in his July 2025 article,
00:29:23.740 How Elite Money Flows Through the Working Families Party Network,
00:29:27.300 forensic investigator Sam Antar, who was with us yesterday,
00:29:31.880 exposes a hidden financial web that he calls grassroots laundering.
00:29:36.980 It's a case study you wrote in the rise of Zoran Mamdani in New York City politics.
00:29:42.880 You go on to say,
00:29:44.040 what Antar uncovered is a political machine powered not by working-class donations,
00:29:49.160 but by a $2 billion network of tax-exempt nonprofits
00:29:53.580 that illegally converts taxpayer money and billionaire philanthropy into political power.
00:29:59.960 Tell us what happened here, Joel.
00:30:02.620 Okay, Sam Antar basically exposed something that's been going on for many years.
00:30:07.640 He says that the entire leftist campaign infrastructure is actually illegal under the tax code.
00:30:14.840 And he goes through all these ways that it's done.
00:30:18.220 And here's how he explains it.
00:30:19.800 He talks about how, first, you have tax-deductible funding.
00:30:24.880 And that's when billionaires and the U.S. government gives hundreds of millions of dollars
00:30:30.000 to these charities, these 501c3 charities that are not allowed to engage in political activities.
00:30:34.960 These charities then transfer their money to their affiliates that are 501c4s,
00:30:41.900 and they are allowed to engage in political indoctrination.
00:30:46.840 They often have very similar names, like Make the Road New York gave all this money to Make the Road Action,
00:30:53.240 which was a political entity.
00:30:55.840 So then the 501c4s funnel the money they got from the charities into these PACs and super PACs,
00:31:02.240 and they fund political campaigns like Zoran Mandami's.
00:31:05.840 Then someone like Mandami gets elected, and he expands the government funding to the very charities
00:31:11.980 that helped elect him in the first place.
00:31:14.040 Now, you may have seen that Lee Zeldin, the EPA administrator, just came out with a big expose yesterday
00:31:19.320 that the entire Inflation Reduction Act was just a way to fund all these climate
00:31:24.740 and other Democrat NGOs and charities to then launder it back into the political system.
00:31:32.040 So Sam Antar pretty much exposed the whole thing with a massive study
00:31:36.380 that really could be the groundwork for a tax IRS case against Mandami and all these NGOs,
00:31:45.440 because the entire operation is tax fraud.
00:31:48.920 It is a stunning article.
00:31:52.080 You can go to whitecollarfraud.com, whitecollarfraud.com, or go to the Gateway Pundit.
00:31:58.380 Look up Joel Gilbert.
00:31:59.780 Excellent coverage of what is an extraordinary scheme which blurs the line between charity and politics.
00:32:08.100 I think it undermines the very foundation of our campaign finance law.
00:32:11.640 And it's very clever, but it really cuts against the entire fake narrative that Mandami's campaign
00:32:20.500 is some kind of people-powered revolution, that this is a grassroots revolt against dark money
00:32:27.700 and special interests when, based on what I'm reading here in your article, Joel, the exact opposite is true.
00:32:34.140 Right. All they did is they moved government funding for charities to political arms without anybody noticing
00:32:43.780 and then used it to fund these far-left politicians.
00:32:46.980 And then Mandami runs around saying, this is a people's movement.
00:32:50.820 This is a grassroots revolution. Join us.
00:32:53.340 But in fact, most of the money comes from this scheme of laundering charity money,
00:32:59.540 especially through the U.S. taxpayer.
00:33:01.140 You and I have been paying for Mandami's campaign because the government funds these NGOs.
00:33:06.880 So I think Sam Antar just did a great job.
00:33:10.540 I've never seen it laid out so expertly.
00:33:13.660 And with the revelations from Lee Zeldin, I think the Trump administration and the IRS
00:33:19.620 are going to have to take a look at this whole leftist campaign infrastructure.
00:33:25.140 It goes back to Act Blue.
00:33:27.160 It's just been going on for years and years.
00:33:29.400 And I think this is the first time that anybody really laid it out and put it all together so succinctly.
00:33:35.720 So definitely go to whitecollarfraud.com.
00:33:38.060 You've got to read this piece by Sam Antar.
00:33:40.560 Yeah.
00:33:40.800 The president has called for an investigation of Act Blue, which is the Democrat payment processing website.
00:33:47.460 And I have already seen some of the initial research, which indicates that of those Letitia James donors who have been able to be contacted,
00:33:59.460 almost 70 percent of them deny ever having made a contribution to her, deny having made multiple contributions.
00:34:07.160 I think there is yet another case here.
00:34:10.660 She is one of the number one recipients in the country of small, multi-dollar donations through Act Blue.
00:34:18.220 This is, I think, going to be yet another legal case she's going to have to fight through.
00:34:23.760 She's not the only one, though.
00:34:25.300 There's a number of major Democrats.
00:34:27.200 Remember, you heard it here, folks.
00:34:29.500 Here first, folks, Act Blue is the next big Democrat scandal.
00:34:34.580 But we appreciate you joining us today, The Stone Zone.
00:34:37.380 We're talking to documentary filmmaker and investigative journalist Joel Gilbert.
00:34:42.520 Whatever you do, don't touch that dial.
00:34:44.240 We'll be right back.
00:34:45.420 We have a new tracking poll in the New York City mayor's race that I want to go through with you.
00:34:51.460 Don't touch that dial.
00:34:52.460 We have more hot politics for you right on the other side.
00:34:57.200 Welcome back to Into the Stone Zone.
00:35:26.840 We're talking to investigative journalist and documentary filmmaker Joel Gilbert.
00:35:32.340 We've been talking about a couple of items here.
00:35:34.840 First of all, the turn of events in which Letitia James is now facing at least three federal investigations.
00:35:41.580 I predict you soon to be four.
00:35:44.440 In an incredible turn of events, Donald Trump's $454 million civil court judgment was overturned by a federal appeals court, which many have predicted for some time.
00:35:58.460 But now the hunters are now the hunted in an extraordinary turn of events.
00:36:05.980 And then Joel Gilbert just outlined for us a succinct summary of the outstanding research done by Sam Antar over at whitecollarfraud.com, who outlined how a very complicated scheme that matches political organizations with allegedly nonpolitical charities were weaponized to move millions of dollars around to create the candidacy of the Ayatollah.
00:36:33.980 Of the Ayatollah, Zoran Mamdani, an incredible turn of events.
00:36:39.440 Here's a new overnight tracking poll by Kaplan and Associates.
00:36:45.480 This is a thousand likely voters in New York City.
00:36:49.260 As of this morning's latest returns, you have Mamdani, the Democrat nominee, at 35 percent.
00:36:58.560 Andrew Cuomo running as an independent, former Democrat governor, at 21 percent.
00:37:04.360 Curtis Sliwa now finally moving up from 19 to 20 percent.
00:37:09.080 And the incumbent mayor beleaguered Adam, Eric Adams, running as an independent, dropping to 13 percent.
00:37:16.940 That leaves 11 percent, I believe, undecided.
00:37:20.980 This is this race continues to be extraordinarily tight.
00:37:26.540 You'll notice that Mamdani, although he is the Democrat nominee, has not been able to even approach 50 percent of the vote,
00:37:33.640 which is the juncture which a political professional would consider him safe.
00:37:39.560 As of last night's tracking poll, Eric Adams had the highest unfavorable rating I have ever seen for a public figure.
00:37:48.900 He had a 69 percent net unfavorable rating, which was 48 percent very unfavorable.
00:37:57.500 Former Governor Andrew Cuomo was clocked in at a 57 percent net unfavorable.
00:38:05.680 That was 41 percent very unfavorable.
00:38:09.000 And Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa at a 43 percent unfavorable.
00:38:15.220 But Zoran Mamdani at 41 percent.
00:38:18.700 So the only candidate who has steadily gained through all of the Kaplan tracking polls has been Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa,
00:38:28.940 still in an overwhelmingly Democrat city, a very long shot, but perhaps more viable than the other candidates in this race.
00:38:37.600 In any event, I want to thank our guest, Joel Gilbert, for joining us today and laying out how exactly Zoran Mamdani,
00:38:47.900 who I refer to as the Atola for because of his position on the Intifada and his calls for doing away with cash bail for defunding the police.
00:39:00.040 And yes, he said it, not me, raising taxes on white people.
00:39:04.960 Again, he said it, not me, has gone into a lead position here in the New York City mayor's race.
00:39:12.660 I want to thank you, Joel, for joining us today in the Stone Zone and for our listeners out there.
