A federal appeals court has now dismissed the $454 million civil court judgment that President Donald Trump had previously been liable for, in a huge victory for the President and a huge thumb in the eye to New York Attorney General Letitia James.
00:01:06.420Well, in a graphic example that what goes around comes around,
00:01:11.780a federal appeals court has now dismissed the $454 million civil court judgment
00:01:18.740that President Donald Trump had previously been liable for
00:01:22.620in a huge victory for the president and a huge thumb in the eye to New York Attorney General Letitia James.
00:01:30.980Letitia James, you will call, charged President Trump under a state law for which no one had under ever been prosecuted,
00:01:39.420claiming that he had overvalued his assets in order to secure commercial real estate loans,
00:01:46.840which he paid back on time and in full, at the same time paying $40 million in interest to his lenders.
00:01:56.260This ridiculous number came from the notoriously biased Judge Arthur Engeron,
00:02:02.260who essentially declared Trump guilty before the trial even began and said from the outset that the only question was not one of the innocence or guilt of the Trump organization
00:02:16.260and Donald Trump and his adult children about how much they would be required to pay.
00:02:22.640Not long ago, Letitia James thought it would go quite differently.
00:02:49.220But I will come back before you soon with a check for $250 million.
00:02:53.980And to let you know that he is no longer allowed to do business in the state of New York.
00:03:07.760Yeah, we got a we've got a special charge to show up and stand up for one another.
00:03:13.860Yeah, this is kind of ironic in view of the fact that the New York Attorney General, Letitia James,
00:03:19.540campaigned for the Office of Attorney General, promising voters that she would get Donald Trump even prior to fabricating this charge against him.
00:03:29.860President Donald Trump declared victory in this matter on True Social today,
00:03:34.400saying the amount, including interest in penalties, was over $550 million.
00:03:40.320It was a political witch hunt in a business sense, the likes of which no one has ever seen before.
00:03:45.460Actually, this was a case of election interference, the president wrote by the city and the state,
00:03:50.500trying to show illegally that I did things that were wrong,
00:03:54.000when in fact, everything I did was absolutely correct and perfect.
00:03:58.660So the lawfare industrial complex of the Democrats is falling apart before our very eyes.
00:04:05.180Now the state has them under investigation for their fraud and deceit.
00:04:09.520What a stunning turn of events this is.
00:04:12.920Democrats are realizing that karma is real and now they are forced to publicly atone for their treasonous and illegal behavior.
00:04:21.800Nobody who colluded against Trump should consider themselves safe.
00:09:59.120It was an agreement on a property in Ann Arbor, Michigan, stating that that was her principal residence.
00:10:05.980Then two weeks later, she signed yet another mortgage agreement on a Georgia property right outside of Atlanta,
00:10:13.400also claiming that that property was her primary residence.
00:10:17.560The Federal Housing and Finance Administration Director, Bill Pulte,
00:10:21.420issued a letter to the Department of Justice that caught Attorney Martin's attention on Cook's purported fraud.
00:10:27.800She ought to have some dignity and resign, and so should Federal Reserve Board Chairman Jerome Powell,
00:10:35.280who suppresses interest rates through a central backing institution that candidly has outlived its usefulness.
00:10:44.240It is amazing to me that the Federal Reserve, which is very specifically supposed to use two measures to determine whether interest rates are cut,
00:10:54.760unemployment, and inflation ignores the fact that today, under Donald Trump's second term,
00:11:03.300those measures are either at the same point or substantially lower than they were the last four times the Federal Reserve cut interest rates on the American people.
00:11:14.440So it's very hard to understand on what basis they continue to refuse to cut rates.
00:11:22.120This would greatly affect the economy for those seeking to pay off their credit cards or those seeking to buy a home or a car
00:11:30.460and would boost the already strong economy into the stratosphere.
00:11:34.920It's Jerome Powell, the Federal Reserve Board Chairman, who's playing politics, not President Donald Trump.
00:11:42.160My opinion here, it is up to Lisa Cook to do the right thing and resign.
00:11:47.440There's a Wall Street Journal editorial today criticizing the head of the Federal Home Finance Agency, Bill Pulte,
00:11:55.340saying that he's the one playing politics.
00:12:00.760Nowhere is it written that the federal mortgage laws are only applicable to people who aren't Democrats.
00:12:06.360And in this case, whether it is Adam Schiff, the senator and former congressman, who did the same thing,
00:12:12.920claiming principal residents in both California and Maryland, getting a tax break from both states and a lower mortgage rate and a lower insurance rate,
00:12:22.220or whether it is Letitia James, who lied about her principal residence, claiming that she would own or inhabit a residence in Virginia in order to qualify for a mortgage in that state.
00:12:37.960A little bit later, Joel Gilbert, writing for the Gateway Pundits, is going to join us to talk about that case.
00:12:44.400So it is clearly that clear that we have two standards of justice here.
00:12:49.000And now the Democrats are screaming bloody murder, along with their fake news media allies, when there is one standard.
00:12:58.040It is very clear that this administration will not tolerate mortgage fraud or any other crime by those elites who think they're above the law.
00:13:08.540Meanwhile, Tulsi Gabbard announced a 50 percent cut in the office of the director of national intelligence that is getting rid of bureaucratic waste and redundancy while axing officials who are not sufficiently loyal to this administration.
00:13:23.700Director Gabbard said of the decision over the last 20 years, the office of the director of national intelligence has become bloated and inefficient,
00:13:31.880as well as being rife with abuses of power, unauthorized, classified intelligence, and politicized weaponization of intelligence, adding that the bureaucracy will be stored to its core mission to find the truth and provide objective, unbiased, timely intelligence to the president and policymakers.
00:13:52.460Director Gabbard, who I think is one of the most impressive people I've seen in American politics, called her plans, the office of the director of national intelligence 2.0.
00:14:04.380She's already on her way to eliminating over 500 staff positions and reducing the office's size by 30 percent since being appointed to the office by President Trump.
00:14:14.960She's hoping to get that number up to 50 percent, which would be a savings of over 700 million dollars annually for the U.S. taxpayers.
00:14:25.120Her cuts will neuter the Foreign Malign Influence Center, an entity set up to analyze data to protect democracy,
00:14:33.100which, according to the office, was used by the previous administration to justify the suppression of free speech and their censorship of political opposition.

00:15:12.640The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative.
00:15:40.480The Texas House of Representatives have passed a new congressional redistricting map that will give Republicans five more safe House districts in next year's midterm elections.
00:15:50.660The new maps were passed by an 88 to 52 vote.
00:15:53.880We'll now go to the Texas State Senate, where they're expected to be immediately approved.
00:15:58.700President Trump called this a big win for the state of Texas.
00:16:01.560And the reason he says that is the new redistricting map are based on the census, only counting actual U.S. citizens.
00:16:09.720You see, in many states, like New York and Illinois and California, they have counted non-U.S. citizens in the census for the purposes of congressional redistricting.
00:16:32.120And this follows a massive showdown between Texas Republicans and Democrats.
00:16:37.220Democrats in the legislature fled the state for weeks in an attempt to impede the proceedings and prevent Republicans from implementing their redistricting plan based on a lack of a quorum.
00:16:48.320Prior to Trump, the Republicans would have thrown in the towel.
00:16:51.880But in America's first MAGA Republican Party, well, the Republicans stood strong and they're making moves to remove the Democrat lawmakers from their seats if they did not return and do their jobs.
00:17:04.560This causes Democrats to blink and quickly return home, steadying the stage for the redistricting rules to be passed by the lower house.
00:17:12.780It's actually refreshing to see Republicans finally go on offense and refuse to capitulate to the whining, crying tactics of the Democrats.
00:17:22.120This is the change that Donald Trump has brought an aggressive new Republican Party, a party of the middle class, the party of working people, the party of the non-elites.
00:17:35.780I think we should have congressional districting based on a census across the country that is based only on counting the heads of people who are actually U.S. citizens.
00:17:47.640I can name you state after state where Republicans have at least 40 percent of registered voters, but congressional redistricting has been rigged against them, which is why you have the current breakdown of the U.S. House.
00:17:59.200The next congressional district in the upcoming election will be far more competitive, and you heard it here first.
00:18:07.180I actually expect the Republicans to gain, to actually expand their thin margin in the House.
00:18:13.280That would be antithetical to the historic trend, but then everything about Donald Trump is different than it has been in the past.
00:18:20.640The only thing predictable about Donald Trump is he's completely and totally unpredictable.
00:18:25.960You're tuned in to The Stone Zone right here on the Red Apple Audio Network.
00:18:30.240Joining me next, Joel Gilbert, documentary filmmaker and investigative journalist, is going to give us the latest on Letitia James and her deepening problems.
00:20:41.780You can go to Wikipedia and correct the various things they say about you that are incorrect.
00:20:47.280And then wait a few days, you go back, and they have been returned to the sea of falsehoods that is Wikipedia.
00:20:55.260I want to focus on Letitia James because I guess this kind of proves that what goes around comes around.
00:21:03.300Letitia James led a tsunami of lawfare along with her cohort, Alvin Bragg,
00:21:09.820the district attorney in New York County, which is Manhattan.
00:21:14.140So far, there are a number of convictions of Donald Trump in those proceedings.
00:21:20.320But this victory today is a very large one.
00:21:24.600A federal appeals court basically throwing out a several hundred million dollar judgment against Donald Trump.
00:21:31.760And then you and Sam Antar over at whitecollarfraud.com have done an incredible job of exposing Letitia James' crime spree of 22 years of mortgage fraud.
00:21:47.520For those who aren't familiar with it, Sam Antar, who has a very interesting past himself,
00:21:54.580he was once convicted, one of the greatest security frauds in U.S. history, the whole Crazy Eddie saga.
00:23:33.680Lo and behold, as you go through time, the biggest fraud is her purchase of a four-story, five-unit apartment building in Lafayette Avenue in Brooklyn.
00:23:45.360And there it showed a series of mortgages and refinances where she consistently claimed that the building only had four apartment units,
00:23:53.740even though the official certificate of occupancy said it had five.
00:23:57.000And the biggest fraud that I focused on in my first article back in March was her – she had an adjustable-rate mortgage.
00:24:06.440It was 10 percent in 2011 with a private bank, and she decided to refinance it on the back of the American taxpayer through the HAMP program out of Washington.
00:24:16.800And to get that loan, which is only eligible if your building was four units or less, she lied and said she had only four units when it really had five.
00:24:26.320She also lied and said she had a financial hardship, which you were required to have, even though she was making about $14,000 a month.
00:24:33.560So I chronicled this in The Gateway Pundit, and I wasn't surprised a couple months later to see Bill Pulte from the Federal Housing Finance Agency,
00:24:44.120I believe, used a lot of my material to refer her to the Department of Justice for an investigation.
00:24:49.940Since then, Ed Martin has been appointed a special prosecutor.
00:24:52.900As you noted with today's news, the pendulum has completely swung against this fraud that was Letitia James, who ran for office on the disgusting proclamation that she would target an American citizen if elected and find a crime to charge him with,
00:25:10.400something that even in the Soviet bloc and third-world countries, they don't even say that out loud when they want to do that.
00:25:15.760So the pendulum has swung, and Trump has been completely exonerated in his appeal, and Ed Martin is, if you look at his Twitter every day, the special prosecutor, it looks like Letitia is going to be charged.
00:25:29.240He's already asked her attorney, Abby Lowell, to have Letitia resign.
00:25:47.180First of all, I saw you and Sam Antar.
00:25:49.200You guys are like the Batman and Robin of fighting mortgage fraud crime.
00:25:54.160I saw you visited the facility where she had five units but claimed she had four in order to qualify for a particular type of mortgage, an advantageous type of mortgage.
00:26:08.660And then I saw very recently that Ed Martin, the deputy assistant attorney general, now special counsel investigating mortgage fraud, showed up to inspect the same building.
00:26:24.180I'm not sure if he's more Inspector Clouseau or whether it's Colombo, but I have to admit I kind of liked the look.
00:26:31.260And I feel a lot better that this is now being looked at from the point of view of the law enforcement taking a hard look at crimes by people who previously thought somehow they were above the law.
00:26:46.000I made reference earlier to the standard charter banking case.
00:26:51.240This is an extraordinary case in which the bank already got caught violating the Iranian sanctions, paid a fine for it,
00:27:00.040and then went right back to the same code of conduct and did over $100 million in prohibited transactions and transfers to sanctioned institutions, including those in China as well as Iran.
00:27:17.660And there is hard evidence that Letitia James and the Biden Justice Department were fully aware of these violations but did nothing whatsoever about it.
00:27:31.740It ended up in the hands of Hezbollah.
00:27:33.760It also financed illegal purchases by China of Iranian oil, yet another violation of sanctions.
00:27:42.080Letitia James, I think, has some serious explaining to do.
00:27:45.760According to Bloomberg, Kash Patel's FBI is now investigating Standard Charter Bank and these series of crimes,
00:27:53.380which I think I would say even more serious than this mortgage fraud crime spree.
00:28:00.160It is amazing the way the pendulum has turned.
00:28:03.980I ultimately believe that the other judgment against Donald Trump in Manhattan,
00:28:08.820the so-called hush money case where Donald Trump entered into a confidential settlement in a harassment lawsuit,
00:28:16.900but Alvin Bragg decided to charge Trump without ever identifying a crime.
00:28:23.740Of course, you had the Soviet-style show trial there in Manhattan, finding the president guilty on 39 counts.
00:28:32.620I'm confident that that, too, will ultimately be overturned and the president will be entirely vindicated.
00:28:39.340Let's shift, if we may, now to a great piece you have in the Gateway Pundit in which you question the outcome of the recent Democrat primary in New York City,
00:28:52.000which was won in an upset by Zoran Mamdani.
00:28:56.500Your piece, also relying on the excellent work done by Sam Antar at whitecollaredfraud.com, says,
00:29:06.840what if the grassroots of political movements reshaping America's cities aren't really grassroots at all,
00:29:11.900but rather illegal, tax-exempt, charity-funded operations disguised as community activism?
00:29:18.380As you point out, Sam Antar, in his July 2025 article,
00:29:23.740How Elite Money Flows Through the Working Families Party Network,
00:29:27.300forensic investigator Sam Antar, who was with us yesterday,
00:29:31.880exposes a hidden financial web that he calls grassroots laundering.
00:29:36.980It's a case study you wrote in the rise of Zoran Mamdani in New York City politics.
00:33:40.800The president has called for an investigation of Act Blue, which is the Democrat payment processing website.
00:33:47.460And I have already seen some of the initial research, which indicates that of those Letitia James donors who have been able to be contacted,
00:33:59.460almost 70 percent of them deny ever having made a contribution to her, deny having made multiple contributions.
00:34:07.160I think there is yet another case here.
00:34:10.660She is one of the number one recipients in the country of small, multi-dollar donations through Act Blue.
00:34:18.220This is, I think, going to be yet another legal case she's going to have to fight through.
00:35:44.440In an incredible turn of events, Donald Trump's $454 million civil court judgment was overturned by a federal appeals court, which many have predicted for some time.
00:35:58.460But now the hunters are now the hunted in an extraordinary turn of events.
00:36:05.980And then Joel Gilbert just outlined for us a succinct summary of the outstanding research done by Sam Antar over at whitecollarfraud.com, who outlined how a very complicated scheme that matches political organizations with allegedly nonpolitical charities were weaponized to move millions of dollars around to create the candidacy of the Ayatollah.
00:36:33.980Of the Ayatollah, Zoran Mamdani, an incredible turn of events.
00:36:39.440Here's a new overnight tracking poll by Kaplan and Associates.
00:36:45.480This is a thousand likely voters in New York City.
00:36:49.260As of this morning's latest returns, you have Mamdani, the Democrat nominee, at 35 percent.
00:36:58.560Andrew Cuomo running as an independent, former Democrat governor, at 21 percent.
00:37:04.360Curtis Sliwa now finally moving up from 19 to 20 percent.
00:37:09.080And the incumbent mayor beleaguered Adam, Eric Adams, running as an independent, dropping to 13 percent.
00:37:16.940That leaves 11 percent, I believe, undecided.
00:37:20.980This is this race continues to be extraordinarily tight.
00:37:26.540You'll notice that Mamdani, although he is the Democrat nominee, has not been able to even approach 50 percent of the vote,
00:37:33.640which is the juncture which a political professional would consider him safe.
00:37:39.560As of last night's tracking poll, Eric Adams had the highest unfavorable rating I have ever seen for a public figure.
00:37:48.900He had a 69 percent net unfavorable rating, which was 48 percent very unfavorable.
00:37:57.500Former Governor Andrew Cuomo was clocked in at a 57 percent net unfavorable.
00:38:18.700So the only candidate who has steadily gained through all of the Kaplan tracking polls has been Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa,
00:38:28.940still in an overwhelmingly Democrat city, a very long shot, but perhaps more viable than the other candidates in this race.
00:38:37.600In any event, I want to thank our guest, Joel Gilbert, for joining us today and laying out how exactly Zoran Mamdani,
00:38:47.900who I refer to as the Atola for because of his position on the Intifada and his calls for doing away with cash bail for defunding the police.
00:39:00.040And yes, he said it, not me, raising taxes on white people.
00:39:04.960Again, he said it, not me, has gone into a lead position here in the New York City mayor's race.
00:39:12.660I want to thank you, Joel, for joining us today in the Stone Zone and for our listeners out there.
