It's amazing to see Democrats and liberals continuing to complain about the FBI raid on former National Security Advisor John Bolton's home and office last Friday. These are the same people who tried to prosecute Donald Trump for holding on to classified documents which, under the Presidential Documents Act, he had full authorization and legal entitlement to.
00:01:04.720It's amazing to see Democrats and liberals continuing to whine about the FBI raid on former National Security Advisor John Bolton's home and office last Friday.
00:01:17.480It is very clear that the FBI under Kash Patel had probable cause to believe that John Bolton was in possession of certain classified documents that he had no right to obtain or possess.
00:01:33.360These are the same people who tried to prosecute Donald Trump for holding on to classified documents, which under the Presidential Documents Act, he had full authorization and legal entitlement to.
00:01:51.740It's just deserts, as far as I'm concerned, for one of the most heinous warmongers and most insidious subversives inside the first Trump administration.
00:02:00.040John Bolton served as National Security Advisor in 2018, played a key role in convincing President Trump to reverse his September 17, 2018 order to declassify documents related to the FBI's crossfire hurricane investigation, including materials involving FBI informant Steph Halper.
00:02:23.040Now, I actually know Steph Halper back from the Reagan-Bush days, was in a floating poker game with him.
00:02:30.420He was a good poker player, but he was an even more dangerous FBI and CIA informant.
00:02:37.900He was paid a half million dollars to set up Donald Trump in the entire phony Russian collusion hoax.
00:02:45.120Four days after President Trump first ordered the declassification of the crossfire hurricane documents on September 21st, 2018, Trump was pushed into backing off full declassification after input from the Department of Justice, the FBI and certain foreign allies raised concerns about potential damage to our national security.
00:03:08.960exposure of our intelligence sources and methods,
00:03:12.360and our ongoing relationships with some of our international allies and partners.
00:03:18.140Bolton advised President Trump of these risks and coordinated the cover-up.
00:03:23.160Then after the Mar-a-Lago raid, where it is widely believed that President Trump
00:03:28.620had within his legal rights obtained copies and held on to copies of the evidence
00:03:34.980that would prove that the Russian collusion claims were a fraud.
00:03:39.860Bolton repeatedly talked about the sensitive sources
00:03:42.780that were in the documents that President Trump had.
00:03:46.400The documents, now released to the public,
00:03:48.700thanks to Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence,
00:03:53.480were the Crossfire Hurricane documents.
00:03:55.940The sensitive source they were coming up for was Stefan Halper,
00:03:59.600the CIA and FBI operator who ran by the codename Mitch.
00:04:03.860Halper was actually the architect of the Hillary plan, the Crossfire Hurricane's Omri informant,
00:04:10.760who falsely claims to have witnessed the whole Trump-Russia collusion.1.00
00:04:17.000We know from a document declassified by Tulsi Gabbard that Hillary, rotten Clinton herself,
00:04:24.080approved the plan specifically to distract attention from her use of an illegal email server
00:04:30.800and also to sow seeds of doubt about the legitimacy of Trump's presidency.
00:04:37.240So, in other words, Bolton was covering up for Obama, Clinton, Brennan, Comey, and the entire cabal,
00:04:44.620because if those documents had been released, they would have showed that the entire Trump-Russian collusion narrative
00:04:50.000was all based on paid-for, dirty operative Steph Halper's testimonies,
00:04:55.680and their entitled House of Cards would have collapsed.
00:04:58.560When former Congressman Devin Nunes, who was chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, uncovered the operation and determined that CIA and FBI operative Steph Halper was the architect of the Russian coalition hoax, he was actually threatened with criminal prosecution if he tried to investigate further.
00:05:17.500President Trump tried to declassify and release the records,
00:05:21.920but he got pushback from Rod Rosenstein, the acting attorney general,
00:05:26.000Gina Haspel, the CIA director, Christopher Wray, the FBI director,
00:05:31.220John Bolton, then his national security advisor, and the British government.
00:05:36.360They all claimed that sources' lives and allied operations would be endangered.
00:05:41.440It was bunk. In fact, the only ones endangered were the deep state.
00:05:45.760When Trump tried to release these documents once again in 2021, his home in Palm Beach, Mar-a-Lago, was raided.
00:05:56.960It is now absolutely clear, based on the declassification of documents by Tulsi Gabbard,
00:06:02.620that there was a seditious conspiracy to engage in treason and to undo the legitimate results of the 2016 election.
00:06:12.000But because this seditious conspiracy, which began in 2016, continued into 2017, continued into the 2020 election, where Tulsi Gabbard has said she is examining evidence regarding the integrity of the computerized voting machines, this is a case that is ripe for prosecution.
00:06:37.000But it means that trials of those ultimately charged would not necessarily happen in the District of Columbia, where, frankly, no Trump supporter, Republican, conservative, or free thinker can get a free trial, and where no Democrat or veteran of the Biden or Obama administrations will ever be convicted.
00:07:00.300Stay tuned as we will follow this story as it develops.
00:07:04.320Meanwhile, the New York City mayoral frontrunner, Zoran the Ayatollah Mamdani, is proposing to end all misdemeanor crimes in the city of New York, a move that could empower criminals on a scale never before seen in any Democrat-running, decaying hellscape.
00:07:22.240Mamdani is a leading organizer of the Democratic Socialists of America, and the language in their platform makes it clear that one of their main goals is to uproot the rule of law.
00:07:33.820Their Democrat Socialist of America platform states for all of the working class to achieve collective liberation,
00:07:40.920we must constrain, diminish and abolish the carceral forces of the state from prisons and the police themselves to their manifestations in all forms throughout society.
00:07:52.560In other words, they want to defend and shut down the New York City Police Department.
00:07:57.160Mandami himself says that, quote, violence is a social construct, close quote.
00:08:02.460No, what he means is violence is a crime, but he doesn't see it that way.
00:08:08.980Misdemeanor offenses that Mamdami wants to repeal for the books would include
00:08:12.520third-degree assault, forcible touching, driving while intoxicated,
00:08:17.700third-degree drug possession, menacing, sexual misconduct,
00:08:22.140third-degree identity theft, second-degree sexual abuse, and petite larceny.
00:08:27.700Mamdami's playing down these radical beliefs on the campaign trail,0.76
00:08:33.320Mamdami knows he has to say whatever it takes to get into office,
00:08:36.900where he will then have carte blanche to turn New York City's political structure upside down,
00:08:41.900which has been his life's goal as an avowed Marxist.
00:08:45.640May God have mercy on the people of New York City,
00:08:48.360and may the city serve as an example to the rest of the country of what is to come
00:08:53.200if the Democrat Party is not crushed in the midterms and beyond.
00:09:01.240President Trump, in the meantime, has signed an executive order that will bring an end to the insane policies of cashless bail for criminals in Washington, D.C.
00:09:11.040It will also start the process of ending cashless bail nationwide, including in New York City and the city of Chicago, where crime, despite the fact that they cooked the statistics, is actually skyrocketing.
00:09:23.160Under the guise of criminal justice reform, states and localities have been ending mandatory cash bail for violent criminals.
00:09:32.800As a result, criminals have been let out of jail but are free to skip their trial dates before going on to commit more crimes against innocent, unsuspecting Americans.0.85
00:09:42.620Cashless bail has been pushed under the guise of social justice and is another one of the Black Lives Matter schemes that effectively defunds the police.
00:09:55.680cashless bail policies allow dangerous individuals to immediately return to the streets
00:10:00.740and further endanger law-abiding, hardworking Americans because they know our laws will not be enforced.
00:10:08.100This executive order fulfills President Trump's campaign to crack down on the left-wing jurisdictions
00:10:13.560that refuse to prosecute dangerous criminals and to set violent felonies loose on cashless bail.
00:10:20.680The executive orders expect to be followed by legislation introduced by my friend, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik of New York, that would eliminate cashless bail nationwide.
00:10:31.480Meanwhile, we see the disastrous rebrand of Cracker Barrel.
00:10:36.920It has become viral news on social media as the masses express disdain towards corporate changes that have stripped the cluttered hokey charm from the highway adjacent restaurant chain and replaced it with a soulless postmodern Drek logo, throwing out 47 years of history, flushing it down the toilet in one fell swoop.
00:11:00.480Swoop. Cracker Barrel has embarked on a $700 million rebranding effort to create a lighter,
00:11:08.160brighter, and more evolved experience. They seek to be relevant in the cultural conversation of the
00:11:14.280day, taking the emphasis off of providing crispy fried chicken and savory country gravy and
00:11:20.120excellent meatloaf to their patriots, and instead putting that effort behind sponsoring LGBT pride
00:11:27.180parades and other organizations promoting a woke agenda. There may be more to it than all of this,
00:11:34.240the silly logos fun to pick at, but there's a darker side to it in my opinion. Here's a few
00:11:39.960key facts to think about. Cracker Barrel averages a 1.6% profit, which is substantially less than
00:11:47.180the industry standard for casual dining, which achieves a 3-5% profit margin. Cracker Barrel
00:11:54.520owns three acre plots of land on 468 interstate exits all over the country. Making obviously
00:12:02.580bad choices to alienate the customer base will drive down the stock price for Cracker Barrel
00:12:07.740and make it affordable for a corporation to buy back. 65% of the Cracker Barrel Corporation is
00:12:14.020currently owned by private equity firms. Is this the time that Blackstone or BlackRock steps in
00:18:22.760The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:18:38.800This is the Stone Zone with Roger Stone.
00:18:42.440They went after a guy named Roger Stone who's sitting in the office.
00:18:46.340And I'll say this in front of Roger, he's no baby.
00:18:48.740And right now he's cleaner than anybody in this place.
00:18:51.660now as they treated him very unfairly now get him his own it's the stone zone here's roger stone
00:19:00.540welcome back to the stone zone jeffrey epstein accomplice jeslene maxwell has given sworn
00:19:08.380testimony stating that she never saw president trump engage in any wrongdoing during her
00:19:13.540many years as epstein's co-conspirator confident and pimp this is not news to me i explored and
00:19:21.640and researched the Epstein case very extensively for my 2015 book, The Clinton's War on Women.
00:19:28.500The longest chapter in the book, Chapter 7, is entitled Orgy Island.
00:19:33.680What people don't know is that Epstein's butler, Alberto Rodriguez, who was then dying of cancer,
00:19:41.320sold Epstein's telephone book to a New York journalist.
00:19:45.420but that doesn't mean that everyone in his book is guilty of any illegal or inappropriate behavior
00:19:52.280but the butler did circle the names of those he claimed were involved in child sex trafficking or
00:20:00.420were material witnesses to child sex trafficking. Maxwell stated that she felt Trump and Epstein
00:20:07.780were friendly like people in social settings but she did not think they were close friends. She also
00:20:13.320did not ever recall Trump being at Epstein's house in New York. That is consistent with my
00:20:18.960research and my reporting. She also stated that she never saw the president in any time of
00:20:23.760massage setting, and she never witnessed the president in any inappropriate meeting in any
00:20:29.280way. Now, we know that Donald Trump never visited Epstein's island. We know that Donald Trump never
00:20:34.900visited Epstein's ranch in New Mexico. We know that Donald Trump never visited Epstein's Paris
00:20:42.560apartment. We know that he was at Epstein's home in Palm Beach on one occasion, according to the
00:20:50.120sworn testimony of Virginia Roberts Giuffre, one of Epstein's victims who refused a large cash
00:20:58.300settlement in order to continue her lawsuit against Epstein. We're told only months ago that
00:21:04.700she committed suicide, having interviewed her for six hours and two three-hour sessions and read
00:21:11.820all of her sworn testimony. Frankly, I doubt that. But according to her sworn testimony,
00:21:18.500the one and only time she saw Donald Trump at Epstein's home was for a fundraiser for a
00:21:24.640social nonprofit, a charitable nonprofit in Palm Beach, and that Trump acted as a perfect
00:21:32.240gentleman. Now, Maxwell also says in a separate statement that former President Bill Clinton
00:21:39.360never visited the island. Unfortunately, the FAA passenger manifest, which I use extensively in my
00:21:48.600book, The Clinton's War on Women, shows that Bill Clinton visited the island at least four times,
00:21:54.340but was on Epstein's airplane at least 26 times. We also know from the sworn testimony of Virginia
00:22:02.520Roberts-Guffray, that she identified Bill Clinton as being on the island, therefore
00:22:08.800quote-unquote parties, on at least three occasions.
00:22:13.900So the testimony of Maxwell does corroborate victims' attorneys and other people close
00:22:19.800to the situation who, like me, have said throughout the years that there is no evidence whatsoever
00:22:24.600of inappropriate behavior by President Donald Trump.
00:22:28.120It also further proves that Donald Trump is innocent, had nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein's pedophile network.
00:22:34.760In fact, we know definitively that Trump cut Epstein off in 2005.
00:22:41.060That is prior to Epstein ever being exposed and charged as a sex criminal in the state of Florida.
00:22:50.060Now, in that instance, after various reports, Chief Michael Ryder of the Palm Beach Police Department conducted a six-month undercover investigation of Jeffrey Epstein and handed the state's attorney in Palm Beach a case involving 33 underage children, women, girls at that point,
00:23:13.580and an ancillary case of statutory rape involving at least 21 underage girls.
00:23:21.140The police chief was shocked when the state's attorney turned around after his own investigation
00:23:28.020and charged Jeffrey Epstein with one count of solicitation.
00:23:33.440Only after complaints from the police chief did they bump that up to one count of solicitation of a minor.
00:23:40.920Still a serious crime, but not nearly as serious as the crime of child sex trafficking.
00:23:48.420Asked after he had served 15 months of an 18-month sentence, which he was allowed to serve in the air-conditioned Palm Beach County Jail, as opposed to a Florida State Penitentiary like every other convicted sex criminal in the Sunshine State,
00:24:06.600Epstein said his crime was no different than, quote, stealing a bagel.
00:24:12.100The Democrats and the deep state are continuing to perpetuating the Epstein hoax on Trump,
00:24:17.620trying to get the focus also of real child sex predators, who I believe are still at large.
00:24:24.880It's time, once again, to release all the grand jury testimony and relevant information
00:24:29.920held by the government with information about Epstein's operation
00:24:33.240that are currently being withheld from the public.
00:24:36.100But unfortunately, judges in New York, in Florida, all Democrats, I might add,
00:24:42.260all appointees of either Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, or Joe Biden
00:24:46.580have refused to release any of that grand jury testimony,
00:24:50.040despite the fact that the target of the grand jury testimony, Jeffrey Epstein, is deceased.
00:24:57.320Lawyers tell me that one is deceased, they no longer have rights.
00:25:00.740There is no reason not to release this material would clear the air.
00:25:05.660I pointed out that it was the Trump administration in 2019 that charged Jeffrey Epstein with one count of child sex trafficking and an additional count of conspiracy to engage in child sex trafficking.
00:25:23.720I think that's what's necessary to make America great again and to make treason and child sex trafficking punishable again.
00:25:33.020Once again, I agree with those who are calling for full disclosure.
00:25:37.500It's comical to see people like Senator Richard Durbin, Dick Durbin of Illinois,
00:25:42.560jumping up and down, screaming about full disclosure when he sponsored legislation to block the information from the American public previous to the recent scandal.
00:25:53.720So I believe that Maxwell in this case is telling the truth about Donald Trump because it is consistent with my own research.
00:26:03.060Meanwhile, President Trump has mobilized the National Guard across 19 states.
00:26:07.400The Trump administration will be sending 1,700 National Guard troops across 19 states to stabilize the country, fight crime in decaying cities, and also assist with immigration enforcement.
00:26:23.720There will be, I think, a deployment in the city of Chicago relatively soon.
00:26:31.420These National Guard troops will be deployed from August until mid-December to clean up the streets.
00:26:37.200An official with the National Guard said the following to reporters.
00:26:41.680The in-and-out processing may include personal data collection, fingerprinting, DNN swabbing, and photographing of personnel in ICE custody.
00:26:53.100After President Trump's stunning success in cleaning up Washington, D.C., he will be implementing law and order in other cities.
00:27:01.480This is what he said he would do during the campaign, and now he's doing it.
00:27:05.140The president has said that Chicago, New York City would be the next logical targets after D.C.
00:34:20.720Former Governor Andrew Cuomo dropped from 22% to 20% of the vote.
00:34:26.100Republican Curtis Sliwa up from 16 to 19 percent of the vote, and Eric Adams dropped from 14
00:34:36.140previously to 11, no doubt in the wake of bad news regarding the indictment of his former
00:34:42.900chief of staff. This race is very tight. That's about an 11 percent undecided, but if you look
00:34:52.880into the internals, you will see the problem, which is that for the first time now, Eric Adams'
00:34:58.920net unfavorable rating among voters has broken 70%. It's now at 71%. This is why he has no option
00:35:08.680for further ballot growth. Andrew Cuomo's unfavorable remains consistent at 58%, net
00:35:17.860unfavorable. Mamdami's unfavorable rating remains at 41, exactly where it was in the last Kaplan
00:35:28.100overnight. And frankly, his competitors are going to have to drive that number much higher to have
00:35:34.220any chance of stopping him. While Curtis Sliwa, the Republican nominee, held steady with an
00:35:41.560unfavorable rating of 43, which I think comes from a 20 plus year on radio talking about
00:35:48.220controversial subjects. So those who say that one of these candidates should drop out, I think are
00:35:55.220dreaming. I think none of them will drop out. But it is conceivable at this current trajectory that
00:36:01.940even if all of them did drop out, it is important to recognize that not all of their votes would
00:36:09.720redistribute to an anti-Mamdami candidate. In fact, based on the Kaplan overnight poll,
00:36:16.760if former Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo withdrew from the race, almost one quarter of his votes
00:36:26.660go to the Democrat Mamdami. That's because many of his votes are coming from Democrats.
00:36:33.700So I think this race is essentially over, barring some new cataclysmic event.
00:36:42.820I don't see anyone dropping out of the race.
00:36:46.200And I think that being the Democrat nominee is an enormous leg up in an overwhelmingly Democrat city.
00:36:55.560I also see, as I said earlier, that Mamdami is soft peddling the impact of his agenda.
00:37:02.220He doesn't want to be seen as anti-police, but he's also not shy about the fact that he wants to do away with misdemeanor crime, which to me is shocking, just to be clear, if he was to actually implement those policies.0.60
00:37:23.120Third-degree assault, forcible touching, driving while intoxicated, third-degree drug possession, menacing, sexual misconduct, third-degree identity theft, second-degree sexual abuse, and petite larceny would no longer be chargeable crimes.
00:37:39.080His radical beliefs on the campaign are being soft-pedaled, but it's only a ruse.
00:37:44.080until the voters from New York wake up to the fact that these policies will set New York City
00:37:50.560on fire, that there will be a max exodus of taxpayers, businesses both large and small will
00:37:58.720flee the city, and crime will be rampant. The only good news is not for the people who live1.00
00:38:05.540in New York City, unfortunately, but for the people across the country who will be able to see
00:38:10.040firsthand what happens when you choose Marxist policies.
00:38:15.720That is a small, small concession for the people of New York City
00:38:21.400who will have to suffer under these horrific ideas.
00:38:25.300Thanks for joining us today in The Stone Zone.
