00:01:20.620 simple sonnet this is the stone zone with roger stone people love him and respect him roger stone
00:01:37.800 now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone
00:01:43.600 Thanks for joining us today in the Stone Zone.
00:01:48.940 Today, the White House released classified documents that showed that Eric Swalwell, formerly a congressman from California,
00:01:58.580 who was driven from both the House and the race for governor of California based on revelations that he had sexually assaulted multiple women,
00:02:06.660 was during his time in the House as a member of the House Intelligence Committee,
00:02:12.500 having sexual relations with a Chinese communist spy who also infiltrated his office,
00:02:19.460 as well as lining up illegal campaign contributions for him.
00:02:25.080 They actually produced emails where the Chinese spy named Fang Fang
00:02:29.500 offered to reimburse donors, which is a felony under the federal election law.
00:02:35.340 Now, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi knew of this report, knew that Swalwell was penetrating a communist Chinese spy who, in turn, had penetrated and placed staffers in his office, yet he was allowed to remain on the House Intelligence Committee, where he had full access to classified documents.
00:02:57.500 It's just another stunning example of the two-tiered justice system.
00:03:01.280 Why did me and my family, why did we go through hell on unfounded claims that I was a Russian asset, particularly when that particular charge came from Eric Swalwell himself and his running buddy Adam Schiff?
00:03:15.960 We already know from an inspector general's report from the Justice Department of the Biden administration that Swalwell and Schiff were both leaking classified information in order to embarrass President Trump.
00:03:30.700 So the question remains, where is their prosecution?
00:03:35.460 I don't I'm not seeing it and I'm not seeing any sense of fairness whatsoever.
00:03:41.160 Also newly classified were national security emails raising disturbing questions about whether politics infected America's intelligence agencies and whether communist China benefited from that.
00:03:52.780 According to documents released by the White House Government Transparency Task Force, the National Security Agency analysts spent months trying to publish intelligence about Chinese efforts to target U.S. elections only to see officials delay or block that distribution.
00:04:08.840 One analyst wrote that the information had been held up for 16 months, while another account said that the National Security Agency's deputy director feared releasing it during the Trump administration would damage the agency's credibility and make it appear part of the so-called deep state, which, of course, it was.
00:04:27.140 The emails indicate the concern was not that the intelligence was false.
00:04:30.540 Instead, officials worried about the political environment surrounding President Trump and his battles with the Intelligence Committee.
00:04:37.380 Personally, I think this should alarm every American citizen today.
00:04:41.220 Intelligence agencies actually exist to give presidents and lawmakers the unvarnished truth about foreign threats,
00:04:47.360 not to filter intelligence based on Washington politics, reputational concerns, or fear of how our elected officials might react.
00:04:55.260 We've seen it over and over again by the Central Intelligence Agency and the FBI's power was abused in Operation Crossfire Hurricane, Arctic Frost.
00:05:06.760 most recently at Round River. I believe that they had a role in the murder of John F. Kennedy,
00:05:14.100 as I wrote in my book, The Man Who Killed Kennedy, The Case Against LBJ. I believe they were involved
00:05:19.420 in the soft coup that removed Richard Nixon. I believe that they attempted to assassinate
00:05:24.960 President Ronald Reagan. And I believe they attempted to assassinate President Donald Trump,
00:05:30.940 not once, not twice, but three times. So this is an abuse that I'm one of the few Americans who
00:05:37.900 will talk about it. Again, this is not based on politics. The chief beneficiary in this case,
00:05:45.580 where the intelligence agency, specifically the CIA, knew of the fact that 220 million
00:05:51.940 voter records had been accessed by the Chinese, the chief beneficiary was Beijing. 0.68
00:05:57.740 The malignant behavior of the CIA was shielded from the president 0.91
00:06:01.840 Because the National Security Agency cared more about protecting their own prestige
00:06:07.000 Than in doing the right thing for America
00:06:09.220 China acquired American voter data
00:06:11.960 While U.S. officials failed to brief the president of the United States
00:06:15.000 The Congress or the policymakers
00:06:17.040 This is a scandal regardless of whether Chinese interference
00:06:20.480 Changed the outcome of the 2020 election
00:06:22.680 Critical intelligence about hostile foreign powers
00:06:26.400 were suppressed inside the agencies that America are supposed to trust to protect the national
00:06:31.500 security. So the lesson here is unmistakable. When intelligence becomes politicized, national
00:06:37.600 security suffers and America's enemies win. This is just another reason why the intelligence
00:06:42.280 community needs to be dismantled, specifically the FBI, and the bureaucracy replaced with an
00:06:47.320 alternative that is leaner, more efficient, more effective, and not held hostage to internal
00:06:52.120 pressure. We need politics out of our intelligence agencies. Meanwhile, presidential wannabe U.S.
00:06:58.640 Senator John Ossoff of Georgia is desperately scraping the bottom of the barrel. At a campaign
00:07:05.200 rally, the Democrat invoked the name of Natalie Harp, President Trump's hardworking executive
00:07:10.340 assistant, in a clear, sleazy attempt to smear her with unfounded innuendo. He claimed that
00:07:17.680 President Trump would rather travel with Natalie on a flying palace than do his job,
00:07:23.680 winking at disgusting rumors that progressives immediately celebrated online.
00:07:28.360 When pressed by MSNOW, MSNOW, they had to change their name, they were so discredited.
00:07:33.940 It's actually MSNBC, Jen Psaki, on why he specifically named HAARP. 0.87
00:07:40.000 Ossoff dodged the issue like a true coward.
00:07:43.160 He mumbled something about West Wing aides and security blankets, 0.50
00:07:46.620 refusing to own the personal attack and his clear insinuation that Harp, who I know personally to be
00:07:52.640 an honest, hardworking, and devoted public servant who is entirely loyal to the president,
00:07:58.480 were having some kind of improper relationship. This is pure classiness at the hands of Ossoff.
00:08:04.960 Harp is a cancer survivor who earned her position through loyalty and competence. Dragging a
00:08:09.980 professional woman into the political mud shows that Democrats have zero respect for women in the 1.00
00:08:16.280 workplace unless those women serve their agenda. Unable to debate policy, Ossoff stoops to
00:08:22.020 schoolyard gossip and character assassination. Ossoff receives huge donations from special
00:08:28.380 interests, so he hopes that the juvenile attacks against Trump can differentiate him from the pack
00:08:32.820 and win over radicalized leftists who want blood. The White House rightly called him a
00:08:37.580 feminine theater kid whose extreme voting record is the real danger, but Donald Trump himself
00:08:42.920 shot back and called him a Pee Wee Herman look-alike, a comparison that he's not likely
00:08:48.620 to shake off anytime soon. Ossoff's stunt reveals the modern Democrat Party. When they're losing
00:08:54.080 the argument, they attack private staffers, especially women, without evidence or shame.
00:08:58.640 Georgia voters deserve better than this desperate low-red spectacle. They should boot him out of
00:09:03.580 the U.S. Senate, and frankly, I hope they replace him with Mike Collins this November.
00:09:08.880 What concerns you the most about the online environment children and youth are perceiving and navigating today?
00:09:18.940 Youth today are operating in an information environment that is highly selected, highly personalized.
00:09:30.700 So my information world online looks completely different from yours.

00:10:33.200 If you want real luxury without getting ripped off, you got to go see my guy, Michael, at Genesis of Brooklyn.
00:10:38.660 Say the Genesis of Brooklyn we do it the old school way.

00:10:54.320 Just the way Brooklyn likes it.
00:10:56.420 Come see us today at Genesis of Brooklyn, where value meets class.
00:10:59.440 Meanwhile, a newly surfaced report is raising serious concerns about Michigan's U.S. Senate race, specifically regarding Democrat candidate Abdul El-Sayed's family ties to the Islamic American Relief Agency, or the IARA.
00:11:17.420 According to reports, El-Sayed's actual birth mother, Fatin El-Knomah, worked for IARA from 1999 through at least 2004.
00:11:27.080 Now, this is significant because in 2004, the U.S. Treasury Department designated the Islamic American Relief Agency's worldwide network as a terrorist organization, saying they supported terrorism, saying international offices provided direct financial support for Osama bin Laden, aided Taliban fighters, and served as a conduit for funds linked to Hamas.
00:11:50.120 Federal court records also list al-Sayed's mother, al-Khomi, in government exhibits connected to the IARA USA, including a December 2000 transfer request for more than $24,000 to the organization's Iraq office.
00:12:07.220 The IARA later pleaded guilty to illegally transferring nearly $1.4 million to Iraq in violation of U.S. sanctions.
00:12:15.480 Now, El-Sayed's mother previously denied that the IARA had terrorist connections, saying that her work focused on helping orphans and children.
00:12:25.340 I say it's a likely story.
00:12:27.420 Islamic Jihad often operates behind the veneer of charity to funnel illicit money and weapons into the hands of terrorists. 0.87
00:12:34.300 At a time when Democrats and much of the media routinely demand exhaustive scrutiny of Republican associations, El-Sayed should face the same standard. 0.80
00:12:43.800 He should not get a free pass just because he checks the right victim boxes.
00:12:48.040 If El-Sayed's mother worked for a terrorist-supporting organization
00:12:51.620 and his sister is an admitted communist, American-hating academic,
00:12:56.080 it suggests that El-Sayed's views may not be all that different.
00:12:59.800 He needs to continue to be exposed, and Republicans must go for the jugular
00:13:03.120 to make sure this man does not make it to the U.S. Senate. 0.64
00:13:06.120 El-Sayed makes Barack Hussein Obama look like a turtle dove in comparison.
00:13:13.180 You know, if you ever thought that the two parties were different and didn't believe in the unit party, this next story kind of establishes that you were wrong.
00:13:21.040 Even though I'm a proud member of the party of Lincoln, the party of Eisenhower, the party of Nixon, Reagan and Trump, I do understand that both major national parties have become captive of an elitist class.
00:13:34.160 And here we have a perfect example.
00:13:35.520 Texas Republicans are getting a reminder of why President Donald Trump broke with the Republican establishment and endorsed State Attorney General Ken Paxton for the U.S. Senate, rejecting the rhino incumbent John Cornyn. 0.87
00:13:48.000 Now, Fox News reports that Jacob Smith, a longtime aide to Senator Cornyn, a Republican in name at least, has crossed party lines to join the campaign of Democrat James Tallarico.
00:14:00.520 Smith spent five years as Cornyn's deputy legislative director and policy advisor
00:14:04.640 before signing on with the Democrat now battling Paxton, the Republican attorney general, for the seat.
00:14:10.840 This move highlights the divide President Trump identified during the Republican primaries,
00:14:15.940 establishing Republicans on one side and the MAGA America First wing of the party on the other side.
00:14:21.900 Cornyn has said he will support the Republican ticket,
00:14:24.240 but one of his aides now working to elect the radical leftist Democrat
00:14:28.340 is a sign that his network is now working to sabotage Republican victory in the Lone Star State.
00:14:34.280 The pathetic defection strengthens the argument behind President Trump's endorsement of Paxton.
00:14:39.300 Trump wanted a nominee firmly committed within his movement, 0.88
00:14:42.880 not one committed to the Washington political elite class.
00:14:46.680 Paxton also faced years of political and legal controversy
00:14:49.420 as Texas' deep state has hoped to destroy his political career.
00:14:53.320 But he's emerged stronger with his scandals being proof that he's a fighter
00:14:56.360 with the courage to never back down,
00:14:58.520 just like President Donald Trump himself
00:15:00.060 with Senate control,
00:15:01.660 potentially hanging in the balance.
00:15:03.060 Party unity here is paramount.
00:15:04.940 If there are any Republicans
00:15:05.760 who stab Magda in the back,
00:15:07.640 it's because they're aggrieved.
00:15:09.260 Cornyn lost fair and square.
00:15:11.000 They should endorse the guy who beat him,
00:15:13.220 but he has not done that.
00:15:14.740 I believe he should be blacklisted from the party.
00:15:16.620 That kind of treachery and double dealing
00:15:18.800 is wholly and completely unforgivable.
00:15:21.860 If you're a political junkie like me,
00:15:23.540 all eyes are focused on Florida,
00:15:25.420 who has its Republican and Democrat primaries for governor today.
00:15:30.280 Congressman Byron Donalds is a clear front runner, endorsed by President Donald Trump.
00:15:34.960 He faces Lieutenant Governor Jay Collins, who surprisingly has not gotten the endorsement
00:15:40.840 of the governor who appointed him to that vacancy, Governor Ron DeSantis.
00:15:45.040 You see, DeSantis originally was planning to run his wife, Casey DeSantis, for this open seat.
00:15:50.860 DeSantis is barred by the state constitution
00:15:55.260 from seeking another term
00:15:56.480 but unfortunately they got embroiled in a scandal
00:15:59.480 in which Governor Ron DeSantis
00:16:00.960 and his wife Casey DeSantis
00:16:02.360 siphoned $10 million from the state Medicare program
00:16:07.400 federal funds
00:16:08.520 and funneled it to a dark money political account
00:16:12.540 where they used it to fight
00:16:14.220 two state constitutional amendments they opposed
00:16:16.360 they ultimately had to return that money
00:16:18.420 but when they refunded the money to the feds
00:16:20.620 to avoid federal indictment, the refund didn't come from Ron and Casey DeSantis, who used that
00:16:26.560 money for politics. The refund came from the taxpayers of Florida. That short-circuited
00:16:32.360 Casey DeSantis' gubernatorial aspirations, which is why we have a primary today. Third candidate
00:16:40.080 in that race, two other candidates, James Fishback, kind of an idiosynocratic candidate,
00:16:45.720 came out of nowhere seems to be more of a internet phenomena and former house speaker paul renner
00:16:51.760 will be staying up late to watch this it is one of the key races in the country uh you're listening
00:16:57.820 to the stone zone we'll talk a little bit more about florida when we come back on the other side
00:17:01.940 this is the stone zone with roger stone and he's a great great person roger stone
00:17:08.680 the stone zone
00:17:11.120 This is the Stone Zone.
00:17:33.100 Now, get in the zone.
00:17:35.020 It's the Stone Zone.
00:17:36.560 A man who's gone through hell, but he's kept going and he's smart and he's strong and people love him.
00:17:44.120 Not everybody, but people love him and respect him.
00:17:46.560 Roger Stone. Where's Roger Stone?
00:17:48.840 Here's Roger Stone.
00:17:51.300 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.
00:17:53.360 If you were listening yesterday, we talked about the fascination of the American people with political polls
00:17:59.580 and whether the polls show your head or whether the polls show that you are behind.
00:18:04.680 a political polling outfit that claimed prominent left-wing candidates were surging has now suddenly
00:18:09.960 admitted that their numbers were completely and totally fake. Media and Strategies announced
00:18:14.920 Monday that it ended what had called a short-term social experiment designed to see how unverified
00:18:20.680 polling could spread through America's political information ecosystem. This is entirely
00:18:24.720 illegitimate. The group withdrew every poll it had ever published and said that none of them
00:18:29.240 should ever have been treated as genuine. Among the bogus surveys was one showing the Los Angeles
00:18:34.480 Mayor Karen Bass leading challenger Nishya Rahman by nearly 12 points. Bass had celebrated the
00:18:41.060 supposed momentum on social media before deleting the post after the poll was exposed as a total
00:18:46.360 fake. The media and polling company also published an IPOP in Wisconsin poll claiming that Democrat
00:18:52.040 socialist Francesca Hogg held a 23-point lead over David Crowley in the Democratic gubernatorial
00:18:58.920 primary. It turns out that was fake too. Reality delivered a very different verdict. Hong lost
00:19:04.280 the race by less than a percentage point. And again, it is a reminder that it is essential
00:19:12.700 that you look at the sample size, the methodology, the order of the questions, and the wording
00:19:21.860 of the questions. Any poll can be designed to show anything. Some polls are designed
00:19:27.020 to show you the truth. It's a snapshot in time, almost immediately outdated, but they're
00:19:34.020 An attempt is to realize and measure the reality of public attitudes.
00:19:39.280 Other polls are taken with a predetermined result, and that's what was going on here.
00:19:45.200 This episode is worth this warning to voters about blindly trusting political polling,
00:19:49.860 especially when sensational numbers perfectly fit a preferred campaign or media narrative.
00:19:55.980 Media strategy says no candidate, campaign, political party, PAC, or media organization
00:20:00.560 funded or directed their little project.
00:20:02.960 They basically showed how polls are curated on a monkey-see, monkey-do basis, rather than based on objectivity and following honest data.
00:20:10.980 We saw this very recently in New York's 21st District, where a poll popped up showing that Democrat Blake Genderbin was leading Republican Anthony Constantino.
00:20:23.360 Turns out that 10% of the people in that poll were not registered to vote, and two of the counties in the 12-county district were not included in the poll.
00:20:32.960 Yet they did include in the poll question the name of a write-in candidate whose name is not even on the ballot.
00:20:39.440 So take all of these polls you see with a grain of salt.
00:20:43.760 They're, as I say, they're obsolete almost as quickly as they're taken because of the rate Americans receive information in and the volatility of our electorate.
00:20:53.600 I'm an expert on this. I'm a veteran of 13 national presidential campaigns and over 700 campaigns for state and federal office.
00:21:01.500 And I can tell you, take all these polls with a grain of salt.
00:21:05.400 You're listening to Stone Zone.
00:21:06.600 I'm Roger Stone right here on the Red Apple Audio Networks.
00:21:10.080 And we'll be right back.
00:21:21.900 This is the Stone Zone.
00:21:24.340 Now, get in the zone.
00:21:26.260 It's the Stone Zone.
00:21:27.780 A man who's gone through hell, but he's kept going, and he's smart, and he's strong, and people love him.
00:21:35.340 Not everybody, but people love him and respect him.
00:21:37.780 Roger Stone. Where's Roger Stone?
00:21:40.060 Here's Roger Stone.
00:21:42.800 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.
00:21:45.140 I think it's time to get these license plate reading cameras, the flock, out of here.
00:21:50.540 It turns out that thousands of AI-powered flock cameras across the country are tracking drivers' locations and identity features of their vehicles every day.
00:22:00.000 But I was shocked to learn today that smartphones' data collection often goes much deeper.
00:22:04.900 Thousands of these AI-powered flock cameras across the country track drivers' locations and identify features of their vehicles.
00:22:12.060 But where do consumers draw the line?
00:22:14.760 The smartphone data collection goes much, much deeper.
00:22:17.520 D-FLOC, which is a project that maps the ALPR installations and advocates against their use, has identified more than 8,000 of these FLOC cameras in Florida alone.
00:22:29.680 The ALPR photographed passing vehicles and extract information, including license plate numbers, time, and location.
00:22:38.300 Over 5,000 law enforcement agencies, 1,000 businesses, and 6,000 homeowners associations have employed their use.
00:22:45.100 according to flock safety the company that sells this technology but in florida some of the places
00:22:50.920 that first welcomed flock are having buyer's remorse not surprisingly for example sumter
00:22:56.100 county suspended the use of flock cameras after it came to light the detectives have abused the
00:23:01.220 databases elsewhere a city council member in lake city tried to push for a non-binding referendum
00:23:08.500 on the ballot took the voters way in on their use this resolution was shot down after the local
00:23:14.080 police chief told the council that the FLOC system had made a significant contribution
00:23:18.920 to reducing gun violence in that city. Still concerns about abuse and privacy have led to
00:23:25.320 FLOC safety announcing updates this month designed to improve privacy, accountability,
00:23:30.580 and security. But while the bottle over FLOC cameras is waged, there's a smaller, much more
00:23:36.620 prevalent source of location tracking and data farming that is not facing the same debate.
00:23:42.340 That's your smartphone.
00:23:43.960 Approximately 91% of Americans use every single day.
00:23:48.200 So while it's widely known that your cell phone tracks users' locations,
00:23:52.860 privacy advocates say that consumers are generally unaware of how your location data is shared with third parties
00:23:59.000 and could be subjected to increased surveillance when that data is shared with law enforcement
00:24:04.040 or others, according to the U.S. Government Accountability Office.
00:24:08.340 Flock cameras can collect information while a driver goes past them,
00:24:11.380 but the smartphone riding inside the vehicle, your cell phone,
00:24:15.860 can reveal the driver's location data through mobile signal tracking from towers,
00:24:20.740 cell site simulators, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth tracking,
00:24:24.520 and locate information leaks from apps and websites.
00:24:28.920 This is Big Brother gone amok.
00:24:31.320 One important distinction is how police obtain the information.
00:24:33.880 The U.S. Supreme Court has generally required warrants for law enforcement to obtain historical cell site location information from wireless carriers.
00:24:43.520 Police searches of existing ALPR databases, those are the flopped camera databases, have not carried the traditional warrant requirement.
00:24:52.260 So the most prevalent threat to our privacy is the slow, steady, relentless accumulation of relatively mundane data points on how we live our lives.
00:25:01.460 To me, this is a giant violation of our Fourth Amendment right.
00:25:07.380 That is why I say it's time to get these cameras, the flock, out of here.
00:25:12.640 Meanwhile, the Trump Justice Department is fighting to revive human smuggling charges against Kilmar Albrego Garcia,
00:25:20.920 who had become a cause celeb for Democrats and immigration activists after his 2025 deportation.
00:25:28.160 On Monday, prosecutors asked the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals to reverse a May ruling that dismissed the indictment.
00:25:36.640 U.S. District Judge Waverly Crenshaw Jr. had concluded the prosecution was a vindictive retaliation for Abrego Garcia's successful challenge to his removal to his native El Salvador.
00:25:48.760 The Justice Department says that ruling got the facts and the law wrong.
00:25:52.540 Prosecutors are now arguing that career attorneys pursued the case because they believed the evidence could prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Albrego Garcia committed human smuggling offenses.
00:26:03.500 The charges stem from a 2022 Tennessee traffic stop.
00:26:07.600 Albrego Garcia has pleaded not guilty and denies government allegations that he's associated with the MS-13 gang that is so very active on Long Island.
00:26:17.680 His case exploded nationally after the Trump administration deported him to El Salvador.
00:26:21.920 That was March of 2025. Liberals whined and have used lawfare to protect this alleged criminal from being deported as a way to stick it to the Trump administration.
00:26:32.360 But now the Department of Justice is warning that the lower court's decision dramatically expands judicial power by allowing judges to dismiss serious charges based on their assessment of the prosecutor's motives.
00:26:44.740 Courts should protect constitutional rights, of course,
00:26:47.100 but they should never prevent prosecutors from bringing legitimate cases supported by legitimate evidence.
00:26:52.920 There is no excuse for Albrego Garcia to be in this country any longer.
00:26:57.520 He's not a Maryland man. 0.97
00:26:58.760 He is a resident and native of El Salvador, and he's in the country illegally. 0.99
00:27:04.660 I say get him and every illegal alien out of here immediately and the court stand in the way.
00:27:09.560 Well, it's time to start impeaching certain judges.
00:27:12.780 Meanwhile, President Trump's law and order agenda is being proven to be an overwhelming success beyond what anyone could have remotely predicted as violent crime in America fell sharply yet again in 2025.
00:27:25.080 The new FBI figures show the national violent crime rate dropped 9.7% last year, the largest annual decline since the Bureau began producing these national estimates back in 1936.
00:27:38.980 Property crime has also plunged 12.4%, with motor vehicle theft down 22.7%, burglary down 15.8%, and larceny theft down a stunning 9.8%.
00:27:52.140 This decline was broad, reaching big cities, small towns, suburbs, and rural communities alike.
00:27:58.440 The numbers reinforce, to me, a basic principle.
00:28:01.540 President Trump has emphasized this for years, as long as I've known him.
00:28:04.300 Public safety matters, criminals should face consequences, and the government's first responsibility is protecting law-abiding citizens.
00:28:12.860 The Trump administration has made aggressive enforcement support for police, border security, and restoring order central themes of his second term, as he said he would during the campaign, and encouraging this trend appears to be continuing.
00:28:25.740 Axios reports that violent crime kept falling across major cities during the first half of 2026.
00:28:31.680 Americans should welcome this result without reservation or apology.
00:28:35.020 After years of public anxiety over violence, car theft, and disorder,
00:28:39.560 the country is finally moving decisively when it comes to crime in the right direction.
00:28:44.320 Easing as the left has attempted to defund and eliminate law enforcement,
00:28:47.940 that has not stopped the administration from achieving unprecedented success.
00:28:51.960 This is nothing short of a titanic achievement for President Trump,
00:28:55.580 and frankly one that every voter must know about heading into this year's midterm elections.
00:29:01.460 Minnesota's fraud scandal has produced a new case involving a man the state once honored as an outstanding refugee, Salman Ahmed Elmi,
00:29:10.660 who received a Minnesota Department of Human Services Entrepreneurship Award in 2021, now faces eight criminal counts tied to an alleged Medicaid fraud scheme.
00:29:21.920 Prosecutors accuse Elmi and others of billing Medicaid for more than $1 million in totally fraudulent services.
00:29:28.400 Two people connected to the alleged scheme were reportedly tied to a sex trafficking operation involving brothels
00:29:34.860 The political optics for Minnesota's government could hardly be any worse
00:29:38.800 Officials were eager to hand out praise and taxpayer money
00:29:42.280 While basic oversight was nowhere to be seen
00:29:44.860 Any public official who even mentioned that the Somalis could be engaged in fraud
00:29:49.480 Would wear the scarlet letter and be castigated as a racist 1.00
00:29:52.740 So everyone kept their mouth shut and allowed these third world invaders to get away with fleecing the taxpayers. 1.00
00:29:59.560 Minnesota has already been rocked by fraud investigations across multiple public programs, with investigators examining literally billions of dollars in potentially improper payments. 0.99
00:30:09.040 The scandal became a major liability for the governor, Tim Holt, as it was, and has continued to be a substantial issue.
00:30:25.720 The Department of Homeland Security said the temporary conditions justify the designation and no longer prevent a safe return.
00:30:32.520 This is another huge victory for Donald Trump.
00:30:35.980 immigration enforcement. A federal judge cleared the way today for the administration to end
00:30:40.180 temporary protected status for Ethiopian nationals. U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy lifted an
00:30:46.320 administrative stay and denied a request to postpone the termination of Ethiopia's TPS
00:30:51.680 designation. The ruling follows a June Supreme Court decision holding that law limits judicial
00:30:58.320 review of non-constitutional challenges to this TPS termination decision. Ethiopia first received
00:31:05.880 the temporary designation under the Biden administration in 2022 amended armed conflict
00:31:11.580 and humanitarian concerns, but Homeland Security later determined the conditions had improved
00:31:16.680 enough that Ethiopia no longer met the statutory requirements for this program. The Department of
00:31:22.420 Homeland Security said the temporary conditions that justified the designation no longer prevent
00:31:27.100 safe return. Therefore, the Ethiopian illegals must be returned home. The Department has also 0.99
00:31:32.780 noted that hundreds of Ethiopian nationals had sought permission to travel back to Ethiopia.
00:31:37.940 That matters because the TPS program was never intended to be a permanent immigration status.
00:31:44.160 By law, it is a temporary protection tied to conditions in a foreign country, not an open-ended
00:31:49.660 promise of residency in America. In this case, a federal judge had previously blocked the
00:31:55.140 termination, finding likely procedural problems with the administration's decision. But after
00:32:00.420 the Supreme Court intervened in related cases, while the legal landscape kind of changed.
00:32:05.220 The judge's latest order lifts the stay, although an equal protection claim remains alive. It's also
00:32:10.340 been a long and ugly battle, but the Trump administration is winning their battle to show
00:32:14.060 that temporary, well, it means temporary. The temporary status does not give third-world
00:32:19.340 immigrants carte blanche to come to America forever. The left has used this as a loophole
00:32:24.100 to flood our country for too long, and those days are rapidly coming to an end. President Trump was
00:32:29.240 elected to restore control over immigration policy, enforce the law, and end programs that
00:32:34.600 outlive their legal justification. This latest ruling on temporary status for illegals is a
00:32:40.200 major victory for the Trump administration. Meanwhile, President Trump's administration
00:32:44.260 is preparing an election integrity push ahead of November's midterms with roughly 1,000
00:32:49.380 Justice Department monitors expected to be deployed nationwide. Now, this makes sense to me.
00:32:54.600 Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dillon says the monitors are being trained using materials employed by previous administrations and will watch for compliance with federal voting laws, ballot security, and potential election fraud.
00:33:09.360 She says the goal is simple. Every eligible American should be able to vote and trust the result.
00:33:14.560 This is not an unprecedented federal takeover of our elections. The Justice Department has monitored elections for decades under both Republican and Democrat administrations.
00:33:24.600 In 2024, the Biden Justice Department sent personnel to 86 jurisdictions in 27 states.
00:33:30.980 The Trump administration is now expanding that scrutiny as the concerns over election administrations remain front and center.
00:33:39.520 This is the Trump administration providing exactly the transparency voters have demanded.
00:33:44.380 Secure elections require more assurances from politicians and bureaucrats.
00:33:48.520 They actually require oversight, clear rules, lawful ballots, and accountability when something goes wrong.
00:33:54.600 The administration is also pushing the Save America Act, of course, which simply requires voter identification to vote in federal elections and proof of citizenship when registered.
00:34:04.840 But the U.S. Senate has shamefully obstructed this simple motion, which makes securing election territory that much more difficult.
00:34:12.960 The far-left radicalized Democrats may attack this new monitoring effort, but election observation does not stop lawful voters from casting ballots.
00:34:21.660 This is not about voter suppression, and there's nothing racist about it.
00:34:26.100 Properly conducted, it will help protect voters from irregularities and discrimination.
00:34:31.080 President Trump has made election integrity a centerpiece of his second term,
00:34:34.920 deploying monitors to send a clear message ahead of November that every legal vote must count,
00:34:40.260 every election law must be enforced, and Americans will get the results that they can trust.
00:34:44.860 And the Democrat obstruction attempts will be crushed.
00:34:48.100 I strongly support this effort. I know it will be controversial.
00:34:51.660 But a thousand monitors at the right polling places can ensure that America's elections are fair, free and honest.
00:34:59.480 I'm Roger Stone. Listen to the Stone Zone. Don't go away because we'll be right back with more politics.
00:35:05.280 This is the Stone Zone with Roger Stone.
00:35:08.560 And he's a great, great person. Roger Stone.
00:35:12.500 The Stone Zone.
00:35:21.660 and
00:35:23.840 this is the stone zone now get in the zone it's the stone zone a man who's gone through hell
00:35:41.900 but he's kept going and he's smart and he's strong and people love him not everybody but
00:35:48.260 people love him and respect him. Roger Stone. Where's Roger Stone? Here's Roger Stone.
00:35:55.540 Welcome back into the Stone Zone. Thanks for joining us. The Trump administration is putting
00:36:00.900 faith-based charities back at the center of American humanitarian assistance, announcing
00:36:06.240 nearly $2 billion for religious and community organizations delivering health care and
00:36:12.600 emergency relief around the world. The State Department says the initiative is the largest
00:36:17.180 allocation of global health foreign assistance to faith-based organizations in more than 20 years.
00:36:23.320 Partners include Franklin Graham's Samaritan's Purse, Compassion International, World Vision,
00:36:29.860 and other local religious organizations operating some of the world's toughest environments. Of
00:36:35.560 that funding, roughly $1.4 billion will support hospitals, clinics, and community health programs
00:36:41.040 in more than 20 countries. The Trump administration says the goal is to save lives while moving
00:36:46.820 countries towards greater self-reliance instead of permanent dependence on Uncle Sam.
00:36:52.800 This represents a welcome change from the bloated foreign aid bureaucracy the Americans
00:36:57.680 watched grow for decades.
00:37:00.080 President Trump wisely dismantled USAID when he found that it had become a deep state fund
00:37:08.000 to use for all kinds of political purposes, financing revolutions and elections and other
00:37:13.380 political shenanigans around the rule.
00:37:15.080 and he dramatically reshaped our foreign assistance programs, cutting programs tied to far-left ideological priorities
00:37:21.700 while demanding tighter accountability for taxpayer dollars.
00:37:25.660 Administration has continued humanitarian assistance, but increasingly through organizations and programs,
00:37:32.000 it believes can prove tangible results.
00:37:34.780 And faith-based organizations have often something to actually don't have.
00:37:38.660 long-standing local relationships, volunteers motivated by service, and institutions already
00:37:45.140 embedded in vulnerable communities. The Trump administration is proving that helping the sick
00:37:50.560 and feeding the desperate does not require another massive federal bureaucracy. This approach
00:37:56.140 recognizes that America can remain compassionate without surrendering common sense and that
00:38:01.060 religious organizations should be welcomed as partners, not pushed aside simply because they
00:38:05.900 openly acknowledge the truth of the existence of God Almighty.
00:38:10.280 Meanwhile, a new CBS News poll is exposing just how far left the Democrat Party has moved
00:38:15.400 on the economy.
00:38:16.580 According to this new survey, 58% of Democrats now view socialism favorably, while only 30%
00:38:22.960 have a positive view of capitalism.
00:38:25.620 This is shocking.
00:38:26.780 Half of Democrats say they view capitalism negatively.
00:38:30.300 Among Democrats with college degrees, support for socialism, of course, rises even higher
00:38:34.880 to 71 percent. And 53 percent of Democrats say describing someone as a democratic socialist is
00:38:41.760 a positive thing. That should concern anyone who believes America's prosperity was built on
00:38:47.240 private property, entrepreneurship, competition, and individual freedom,
00:38:52.500 not government control of the economy. The contrast with Republicans is striking in the
00:38:57.240 poll, by the way. 72 percent of Republican voters view capitalism positively, compared with just 14
00:39:03.280 percent who viewed it negatively. Poll also shows both sides becoming increasingly concerned with
00:39:09.280 inflation and becoming more supportive of government action to combat inflation even if it
00:39:14.320 means going against the free market. A surprising 54 percent of Republican voters say they support
00:39:20.860 price controls. Last time we tried that under Richard Nixon it was a gigantic mistake. Overall
00:39:27.020 Americans still view socialism more negatively than positively but inside the Democrat party
00:39:32.620 Socialism is no longer a fringe idea.
00:39:34.640 It is increasingly mainstream, and the socialists are better organized and effectively running the show.
00:39:41.080 The choice facing America is becoming less about minor differences over tax rates and spending levels
00:39:46.660 and more about something far, far more fundamental.
00:39:50.080 Whether the country remains committed to free enterprise, limited government, and economic liberty,
00:39:55.160 or continues drifting towards a system that gives politicians and bureaucrats more control of our everyday lives.
00:40:01.580 The Democrat Party is becoming an open Marxist group, and that must be stopped before they transform America into socialist despotism.
00:40:09.560 I've said it before here in the Stone Zone, I'll say it again.
00:40:11.920 The old Democrat Party, the party of John F. Kennedy, the party of Harry Truman, the party of Mayor Ed Koch, the party of Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, that party's been taken over by a radical Marxist clique. 0.92
00:40:25.200 It's not just in New York City with the rise of Mamdami. 0.92
00:40:28.640 We've seen it in Colorado. We've seen it in Michigan. We're going to see it again, I think, in some of the primaries today in Florida. 0.99
00:40:36.880 And that sets up a classic clash between the Republican Party, which will stand by the U.S. Constitution and the precepts of free enterprise, capitalism, free speech and religious liberty, and those who advocate socialism as some kind of utopia.
00:40:54.260 But Republicans should be careful because just the socialist label does not repel voters as this new poll shows,
00:41:01.580 particularly among younger voters who think that they are voting for hope and change.
00:41:06.240 They don't understand that that hope and change includes a government that is deep-footed,
00:41:15.220 that is obstructionist, that they will be voting for scarcity.
00:41:19.940 They'll be voting for an oppressive government like you see in Cuba, like you see in Venezuela, like you see in Nicaragua today.
00:41:28.020 And that is what is at stake in this November's elections.
00:41:31.520 I'm Roger Stone. Thanks for joining us today in the Stone Zone.
00:41:34.600 As always, we get together five days a week to talk politics, news, history, food, style.
00:41:41.260 And today about the epic clash that's coming this November between socialism, really Marxism and democracy.
00:41:47.900 Until tomorrow, God bless you and Godspeed.
00:42:17.900 Thank you.
