00:00:00.000 Every week, the Payne family cuts straight to the real financial story.

00:00:04.460 The one question, Bob, everyone's asking is, are we in an artificial intelligence bubble?

00:00:10.060 You've been through boom and busts. What do you think?

00:00:12.860 No hype, no myths, just what actually matters to your money.

00:00:17.440 Does feel very similar to what we experienced in the 90s. Where are we,

00:00:21.460 though? Are we in 1995, 1997, 1999?

00:00:25.300 Listen to the Payne Points of Wealth on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:30.000 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:37.080 You are now entering the Stone Zone, and I'm Roger Stone,

00:00:42.560 a grizzled veteran of 50 years in the political battles of the United States.

00:00:47.800 I've spent all that time in the corroded rectum of the two-party system, and I've seen it all.

00:00:53.640 Now, New York State is one of the few states in the country that has more than two

00:00:59.360 established parties. New York State has the Republican Party, of course, the Democrat Party,

00:01:05.700 the Working Families Party, and the Conservative Party.

00:01:09.660 In order to win permanent status in New York State, a party has to get at least 50,000 votes

00:01:17.060 in any given race for governor.

00:01:20.240 The Conservative Party has a rich history. Of course, it was born back in the early 1960s

00:01:26.960 when New York's Republican Party was dominated by liberal Republicans like Nelson Rockefeller,

00:01:33.840 Senator Jacob Javits, and then-Republican Congressman, later Mayor, John Lindsay.

00:01:39.700 The party is, of course, stoutly pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, meaning pro-firearms rights,

00:01:47.120 and supports tax cuts, and of course, strongly supports President Donald Trump.

00:01:53.040 This is going to become an issue in New York State because Bruce Blakeman, the Nassau County

00:02:01.040 executive who has emerged as the Republican frontrunner for governor after the surprise withdrawal

00:02:08.360 of upstate Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, is not pro-life. In fact, he's pro-choice.

00:02:16.520 While that would make him probably a stronger general election candidate, it's going to be

00:02:21.520 very hard to convince the state executive committee of the Conservative Party to support a candidate

00:02:29.300 who is not pro-life.

00:02:32.200 This is also playing out in the 21st district, way up by the Canadian border. That's the district

00:02:40.260 where Elise Stefanik has announced that she will not be a candidate for re-election, and then

00:02:47.640 surprised the political world by also announcing that she would not be a candidate for governor.

00:02:53.380 Now, the businessman, Sticker Mule CEO Anthony Constantino has announced his candidacy for

00:03:02.720 that seat. Constantino shocked the political world yesterday by dumping $5 million of his

00:03:11.040 own money into his campaign for Congress. Constantino says that he will not fundraise, that he sees

00:03:19.420 his self-funding of his campaign as leaving him free from the influence of special interests. In other

00:03:26.860 words, Constantino will take no money from Big Pharma, from Wall Street, from the big banks, oil

00:03:34.480 companies, and others who are major players on the political scene. But in the meantime, former

00:03:41.760 Congressman Mark Molinaro is openly exploring a run for that very same seat. Now, this is strange

00:03:49.160 because Molinaro is a former Dutchess County executive and former congressman from New York's 19th

00:03:56.100 Congressional District, which is in the Mid-Hudson Valley, very far from this northern New York

00:04:02.660 district. The state party conservative chairman, Gerald Kassar, announced that Molinaro had reached

00:04:09.080 out to him about the possibility of entering the race for New York's 21st Congressional District

00:04:13.860 and whether the conservative party could theoretically cross-endorse him. Molinaro currently serves in

00:04:21.380 President Trump's administration as the federal transit administration boss. He's had no comment

00:04:26.660 on these reports that he's thinking of running for Congress. Assemblyman Robert Smullen, who

00:04:32.520 unfortunately has been convicted of tax fraud, was also endorsed recently by the Franklin County

00:04:38.520 Republican Party. Up in that district, the 21st, he is yet another contender, along with Anthony

00:04:45.120 Constantino. Constantino, who's the owner and founder of Sticker Mule, a printing and packaging

00:04:52.400 supply company, has already announced his candidacy. Molinaro's potential entry in the race has already

00:04:58.640 raised serious political, ideological, and residency questions among some local Republicans, according to

00:05:04.820 the New York Post. Molinaro has no strong ties to the district and an expensive area that runs

00:05:11.180 through 15 counties and borders both Vermont and Canada. This would be called carpetbagging in my

00:05:18.700 business. Molinaro's career has been focused in Dutchess County, where he served as the mayor of

00:05:23.880 Tivoli, a member of the Dutchess County Legislature, later Dutchess County Executive, and later as a one-term

00:05:31.100 congressman representing the mid-Hudson Valley in a few parts of upstate. He was also briefly the

00:05:37.900 Republican candidate for governor in 2018, where he was also defeated. Molinaro lost his first House

00:05:45.460 re-election bid to Democrat Congressman Josh Riley in 2024, as well as a rematch beyond his residency.

00:05:55.220 Republican sources claim that Molinaro's record is too liberal, according to the New York Post, for

00:05:59.840 some Republican primary voters in the conservative-leaning district. Molinaro, during the 2024

00:06:06.640 campaign, softened his opposition to abortion. He is quoted in the New York Post as saying,

00:06:13.440 I believe health decisions should be between a woman and her doctor, not Washington. He actually

00:06:18.560 made a TV ad that said that. He also said he did not vote for Donald Trump in 2016, but did so

00:06:24.720 afterwards. And he currently serves in a relatively low-level position in the Trump administration.

00:06:31.840 One Republican source characterized Molinaro to the New York Post as a liberal and a failed

00:06:37.820 politician who didn't even vote for Trump in 2016 and is now part of the D.C. elite, trying to parachute

00:06:44.340 into an upstate district that he has no connection to. Mark is asking, reportedly, for the president's

00:06:51.860 support. There's another issue here that is problematic, and that is the fact that Molinaro

00:06:58.200 is among those who took a knee supporting the Black Lives Matter movement after the death of George Floyd.

00:07:07.480 That's not going to sit very well with Republican primary voters. So we're going to cover this race

00:07:13.740 and watch it all play out. But there's the latest. Five million dollars put into his campaign by

00:07:20.280 Anthony Constantino makes him the third best funded Republican House candidate in the country, meaning

00:07:28.000 he has five million dollars cash on hand in a rural district where Constantino was born and grew up

00:07:37.340 and where I believe he may be the single largest employer. He's going to be very hard to beat.

00:07:44.080 Meanwhile, a woman was fatally shot by an ICE enforcement agent on Wednesday after she attempted to run over

00:07:52.580 an agent in Minneapolis. This occurred when ICE agents were conducting lawful targeted operations and

00:07:59.320 unfortunately, a deranged rioter attempted to run over officers. An act that the Department of Homeland Security

00:08:06.340 correctly describes as domestic terrorism. An ICE agent fearing for his life fired at the woman in

00:08:13.020 self-defense, killing her. Yet instead of condemning violence against law enforcement, Minneapolis Mayor

00:08:19.580 Jacob Fry launched into a profanity-laced tirade demanding that ICE get the F out of Minneapolis

00:08:27.880 and dismissing self-defense as BS, also blaming federal officials for a death caused because of

00:08:35.820 criminal behavior motivated by Trump derangement syndrome. Mayor Fry's rhetoric poured gasoline on

00:08:43.080 a fire, signaling to agitators that those who attack federal agents will be coddled by the system

00:08:49.280 in Democrat-run cities. Even more disturbing was the response from Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, who flatly

00:08:57.100 accused the Department of Homeland Security of lying, despite posting video evidence herself showing that the

00:09:03.660 suspect reversing and then driving forward towards an agent standing directly in front of her vehicle.

00:09:10.620 Omar deliberately released disinformation, putting more ICE officers at risk. This incident comes amid the

00:09:17.400 largest Department of Homeland Security enforcement operation ever launched in Minnesota under President

00:09:23.420 Donald Trump and the Department of Homeland Security Secretary, Kristi Noem, aimed at dismantling fraud and

00:09:30.660 removing violent criminals. This level of enforcement is necessary because, well, Democrat leaders have

00:09:36.480 frankly gone insane. They're actually excusing violence, lying about evidence, and inciting chaos.

00:09:43.760 Minneapolis isn't suffering from ICE, it's suffering from leaders who care more about

00:09:47.800 Marxist subversion than improving public safety. The Trump White House, in the meantime, has launched a

00:09:55.040 new web page aimed at setting the record straight regarding January 6th, 2021, challenging years of media spin and

00:10:03.180 partisan revisionism pushed by Democrats and their allies. Titled January 6th, a date which will live in infamy,

00:10:11.340 the White House posted page notes that the chaos at the Capitol was not the result of an insurrection,

00:10:18.520 but of catastrophic security failures overseen by then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

00:10:23.980 According to the administration, newly highlighted evidence, including previously unaired HBO footage

00:10:30.000 filmed by Pelosi's own daughter, show Pelosi admitting, quote, we have totally failed, and taking, quote,

00:10:38.200 full responsibility, unquote, for failing to deploy the National Guard, despite intelligence warning

00:10:43.820 and offers by President Donald Trump to provide National Guardsmen. The mayor of D.C. and Speaker Pelosi

00:10:51.800 have continued to deny that such an offer was made, but the now FBI director, Kash Patel, has posted online the

00:11:01.660 specific letter sent to the mayor of D.C. and copied to Pelosi offering to supply National Guardsmen to

00:11:10.960 secure the peace and security on January 6th. In December of 2024, interim House report further exposes

00:11:19.480 the Pelosi-led January 6th Select Committee for their blatant partisanship, including the deletion of

00:11:25.560 over a terabyte of data and the coaching of witnesses who claims were later contradicted by

00:11:32.260 Secret Service testimony. The webpage also underscores that President Trump explicitly called on supporters

00:11:38.160 to act peacefully and patriotically, a fact long ignored by Democrats, but it was made much easier by the fact

00:11:46.420 that President Trump's specific online social media post in which he says that was banned on all major

00:11:55.500 social media. As the new website posted by the White House notes, no evidence ever emerged of an armed

00:12:01.880 rebellion or a coordinated plan to overthrow the government. Instead, the administration argues,

00:12:07.700 Democrats weaponized January 6th to distract from election irregularities, crush dissent,

00:12:13.460 and expand federal power. In a decisive act of justice, President Trump pardoned or commuted the

00:12:19.580 sentences of nearly 1,600 Americans on January 20th, 2025, many of whom were overcharged, denied due

00:12:28.000 process, and held in the worst possible conditions as political prisoners. In fact, many of them were held

00:12:35.720 in conditions which violate the Geneva Conventions. That's a national treaty to which the United States

00:12:41.940 has agreed. The page closes by honoring nine individuals who lost their lives in connection

00:12:48.000 with January 6th, including the iconic martyr, Ashley Babbitt. Ashley Babbitt was a decorated Air Force

00:12:55.200 veteran who was shot and killed in cold blood by Capitol Police Officer Michael Byrd. What's interesting

00:13:02.320 here is that Babbitt was not armed. Babbitt was menacing no one, was a threat to no one,

00:13:10.620 and she was shot and killed without warning. So I say thank God to President Trump for finally

00:13:17.580 setting the record straight about what happened on January 6th. I was among those they tried to

00:13:23.140 victimize. I want to make it clear one more time. Any claim that I knew in advance about, participated in,

00:13:30.860 or condoned any illegal action on January 6th, or any other date for that matter, is categorically false.

00:13:37.860 The January 6th select committee, which did not have any Trump supporters on it. The two Republicans

00:13:45.460 appointed to the committee were anti-Trumpers, Liz Cheney and Adam Kissinger, both of whom did not run

00:13:54.880 again. In the case of Liz Cheney, defeated in the Republican primary Wyoming by a record margin,

00:14:00.600 and in the case of Kissinger, he actually wisely retired. I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to the

00:14:57.480 And we're back in the Stone Zone, and I'm your host, Roger Stone. Federal immigration 0.75

00:15:03.760 authorities have launched what the Department of Homeland Security is calling its largest

00:15:08.240 enforcement operation ever, focusing on the scourge of Somalis in Minnesota. The sweeping 1.00

00:15:14.780 operation follows a massive welfare fraud investigation that has seen the Somalis 1.00

00:15:20.020 community siphoned billions of dollars of tax money illicitly through various health care,

00:15:26.680 child care, and charity scams. Backed by President Donald Trump and the Department of Homeland Security

00:15:32.160 Secretary, Kristi Noem, federal law enforcement has been mobilized to eradicate fraud and restore public

00:15:39.680 safety. According to DHS Assistant Secretary, Tricia McLaughlin, more than 1,000 dangerous criminals,

00:15:46.700 including murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and gang members, have already been arrested in Minnesota.

00:15:53.160 Reports indicate roughly 2,000 Homeland Security personnel are being deployed, underscoring the

00:15:58.660 seriousness of this new operation. The enforcement surge comes amid a sprawling welfare fraud scandal

00:16:04.880 that has embarrassed Minnesota's political leadership, particularly outgoing Governor Tim Walsh,

00:16:10.360 who announced only days ago that he will not stand for re-election. It has also drawn international

00:16:16.660 score, and the Trump administration has been adamant that non-citizens found to be involved in the

00:16:21.780 Minnesota fraud will face revoked citizenship and removal. In a video shared Tuesday, Secretary Noem

00:16:28.960 highlighted the arrests of illegal immigrants in Minneapolis with active murder and sexual assault

00:16:34.540 warrants in Ecuador, calling it another predator taken off the streets, thanks to U.S. immigration and

00:16:41.180 customs enforcement. Additionally, there are Medicaid fraud allegations now surfacing in places like Ohio

00:16:48.880 and Washington State as well, with migrant communities at the core of those burgeoning scandals.

00:16:54.880 We need to keep exposing this, but we also need to recognize the impact it is very likely to have

00:17:00.020 on the 2026 elections. Those Republicans who are throwing in the towel on the midterm elections

00:17:06.840 don't seem to understand that in American politics, a week can be a lifetime. This is going to be the

00:17:14.400 biggest financial fraud scandal in U.S. history. My experience in politics indicates to me that

00:17:21.740 nothing aggravates the hardworking, middle-class, tax-paying families more than the abuse of our tax

00:17:29.640 dollars. Those who misunderstand the importance of this scandal and the fact that it could in fact

00:17:35.960 dominate the 2026 elections, well, they really don't understand American politics. President Donald

00:17:43.740 Trump recently warned the House of Republicans that losing the midterms would hand Democrats the power

00:17:48.640 to impeach him yet again, putting the emphasis on Republicans to do a better job messaging about the

00:17:54.460 many wins of the current administration. With the tragic death of Doug LaMalfa and the sudden

00:18:01.460 departure of Marjorie Taylor Greene and a razor-thin majority, Republican unity is more necessary than

00:18:07.680 ever if Republicans actually intend to keep the House. If Republicans cannot unify to pass important

00:18:13.960 legislation, the Democrats will capitalize because they are more unified. Trump explained,

00:18:19.800 we've got to win the midterms because if we don't win the midterms, it's going to me, well,

00:18:24.680 they'll find a reason to impeach me. I'll get impeached again. We don't impeach them. You know

00:18:28.840 why? Because they're meaner than we are. We should have impeached Joe Biden for a hundred different

00:18:33.200 things. They're mean and they're smart. And unfortunately for the country, they have horrible

00:18:37.720 policies. We have great, solid, common sense policy. They have horrendous policy. What they do is stick

00:18:44.160 together. They never have a single no vote. I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to The Stone Zone.

00:18:50.080 We've got more American politics on the other side. So please don't go away.

00:18:55.240 The Stone Zone. Entertaining and informative. On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:19:02.420 And we're back in The Stone Zone. President Donald Trump calling for unity among Republicans. But

00:19:08.260 well, there may be too many rhinos to actually achieve unity. Now, not everybody knows what a

00:19:13.900 rhino is. Rhino, R-I-N-O. That stands for Republicans in name only. My own granddaughter asked me why I was

00:19:22.060 talking about rhinoceroses on my radio show. No, rhino means Republican in name only. And unfortunately,

00:19:28.440 the Republican House caucus has far too many of them. They are the real problem. The gutless,

00:19:35.480 feckless, weak-kneed, lily-livered, country club belonging, white wine swilling,

00:19:42.620 brie cheese-eating country club Republicans who just don't want to fight for America.

00:19:47.340 That's why I think we need America First warriors to run in Republican primaries. And

00:19:51.920 they are the strongest candidates to win in the general election. There's never been a better time

00:19:57.600 to step up. The ultimate lasting success of Donald Trump and his movement depends on whether

00:20:02.660 they can make gains in the midterms. Now, it won't be easy. They are fighting against historical

00:20:08.980 trends. We can only see that happen if there are strong candidates on the ballot. Again, we talked

00:20:16.180 earlier in the show about what could be an epic struggle for New York's 21st District, where former

00:20:23.400 Congressman Mark Molinaro, who served one term in Congress before being defeated, seems to be

00:20:29.560 reaching for the seat of Elise Stefanik, who recently announced that she would not seek re-election,

00:20:36.940 then shocked the political world by also announcing that she would not run for governor. The most

00:20:43.160 important things, as my good friend General Flynn always said, is the average citizen needs to get

00:20:49.520 involved. Take the plunge, pick the candidates that you support, regardless of your party, and get out

00:20:55.720 there and become part of the process. Meanwhile, Harmeet Dillon, the Assistant Attorney General of Civil Rights

00:21:02.600 of the U.S. Justice Department, has formally put New York City's new socialist leadership on notice.

00:21:08.360 Dillon warned that any policy from the new mayor, Zorian Mamdami, conscrimming against Americans on the

00:21:14.500 basis of race, especially policies against white homeowners, will simply not be tolerated, no matter how it is

00:21:21.600 dressed up in progressive rhetoric. Dillon said, just because you're white doesn't mean you have

00:21:26.940 fewer rights in this country. We all have equal rights in our country and will not stand for New

00:21:31.540 York City violating any federal law whatsoever, so they should be on notice. They are on high

00:21:37.960 scrutiny, and we will swoop right in and do what is necessary to protect all citizens and taxpayers

00:21:42.740 and all residents of New York. Dillon added, during Mandami's campaign, a policy proposal

00:21:48.680 about property taxes stated that his administration will, quote, shift the tax burden from overtaxed

00:21:55.200 homeowners in the outer boroughs to more expensive homes in richer and whiter neighborhoods. His words,

00:22:02.500 not mine. The warning comes amid growing concerns about policies advanced by New York City's new mayor,

00:22:09.020 who openly campaigned on shifting the tax burden from overtaxed homeowners. His policy memo specifically

00:22:15.660 targeted the most expensive Brooklyn brownstones for higher property taxes, language that raised

00:22:21.240 immediate red flags regarding racial discrimination. Concerns intensified after the new mayor appointed

00:22:28.000 Sia Weaver, a so-called tenant advocate, as his director of housing. Weaver has a documented history of

00:22:35.400 radical statements, including claims that homeownership is a tool of white supremacy, and calls for seizing

00:22:43.740 private property and replacing it with collective ownership, especially targeting middle-class white

00:22:49.480 families. In resurfaced clips, Weaver openly argued that families, and her words, especially white

00:22:56.040 families, must be forced into a fundamentally different relationship with their own property.

00:23:01.500 Trump administration must continue to keep their eye on Mandami and be willing to take him to court and

00:23:06.980 smack him down to reality, as he must understand that his sinister brand of race communism is against

00:23:13.260 federal civil rights law, and will not be tolerated under the U.S. Constitution.

00:23:19.460 Meanwhile, Tuesday's Ukraine summit in Paris exposed a dangerous reality. Europe and NATO are actively 0.84

00:23:26.320 prolonging the war between Russia and Ukraine, while sabotaging President Donald Trump's efforts to bring

00:23:32.540 that war to a successful end. Hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron, the so-called coalition of the

00:23:40.060 willing, was less about peace and more about forcing permanent security guarantees for Ukraine that

00:23:46.320 crossed Russia's clearly stated red lines. European leaders continue to push NATO protections for

00:23:52.880 Ukraine, despite knowing full well that this is precisely what Moscow views as an existential threat.

00:23:59.300 In fact, it's likely why Putin decided to launch his war in the very first place.

00:24:03.820 Again, when the Russians agreed to the reunification of East and West Germany, the United States signed

00:24:12.200 what is known as the Budapest Memorandum. That was an agreement with Russia, took place under President

00:24:18.460 George H.W. Bush, signed by Secretary of State James A. Baker III, in which we very specifically agreed that we

00:24:27.320 would not push Ukraine into NATO. In other words, we would not mount U.S. taxpayer-funded missiles

00:24:35.080 on the ground in Ukraine pointed at Russia. I don't see how this is different than the situation in 1962 0.84

00:24:43.100 when the Russians mounted missiles on the Cuban Gulag 90 miles from our shore. And of course, America did not

00:24:54.020 react well to that. Proposals for a ceasefire, monitoring, multinational reassurance forces,

00:25:01.620 and post-truce military hubs are nothing more than NATO expansion under a different label. Whether

00:25:07.980 officials admit it or not, this path risks pulling the United States into direct confrontation with a 0.93

00:25:14.000 nuclear armed power. President Trump has been unequivocal on this issue for years. There must be no

00:25:19.920 American troops in Ukraine and no reckless escalation towards World War III. Yet Europe appears determined

00:25:27.040 to undermine his peace talks by seizing control of negotiations and attempting to strong-arm the

00:25:32.840 Trump administration into following their leave. The presence of nose-candy enthusiast Bolar Demir

00:25:39.140 Zelensky, alongside dozens of European officials, signals a coordinated effort to box the White House

00:25:46.240 into commitments President Trump has repeatedly rejected. The rhetoric from London was particularly reckless.

00:25:53.440 British Prime Minister Keir Starmer openly pledged troop deployments, military hubs, and long-term force

00:26:00.320 regeneration inside Ukraine. From Moscow's perspective, none of these mechanics really matter.

00:26:07.560 Vladimir Putin will see NATO soldiers, infrastructure, and weapons on Russia's border, exactly what his forces

00:26:13.260 are fighting to stop. Instead of backing President Trump's sensible push for de-escalation, the European 0.69

00:26:19.500 countries are doubling down on policies that extend the war, endanger global stability, and gamble with

00:26:26.620 American lives. Peace will only be achieved through strength and diplomacy, not grandstanding,

00:26:31.980 that inches this country closer and closer to World War III. It's time for President Trump to consider

00:26:37.580 cutting off the spigot of aid to Ukraine once and for all. Meanwhile, President Trump is floating a

00:26:43.900 proposal to revitalize Venezuela's oil industry by encouraging U.S. energy firms to invest in rebuilding

00:26:50.700 the nation's crippled oil infrastructure with the help of American aid. Now, for those who say that his

00:26:58.140 stunning late-night arrest of the Venezuelan strongman, Nicolas Maduro, was regime change or all about oil,

00:27:09.100 well, they're partially right. By getting control of Venezuela's enormous oil reserves, it denies that

00:27:17.500 oil to the communist Chinese. Now, the Russians have their own oil, but China relies heavily on Venezuela

00:27:25.420 and takes about 80 percent of their production. President Trump has offered an ambitious timeline

00:27:30.620 of having his program up and running in under 18 months. Some pessimistic estimates have stated that

00:27:37.260 rebuilding the Venezuelan oil industry could take a decade and cost over a hundred billion dollars,

00:27:43.020 but President Trump refuses to succumb to that negativity. Where there's a will, there's a way,

00:27:48.300 and as President Trump showed over the weekend, there is no shortage of will from his administration.

00:27:53.980 President Trump's efforts in Venezuela strengthen U.S. energy dominance while ensuring American 1.00

00:27:58.860 taxpayers are not left on the hook for foreign reconstruction. Leveraging Venezuela's vast reserves

00:28:07.100 to lower oil prices here at home and reduce foreign dependency makes strategic sense and can be done

00:28:12.860 without embracing the open-ended nation-building failures of the Bush and Obama regimes. President Trump's

00:28:20.380 willingness to explore creative approaches signals a strong revaluation of failed foreign policy orthodoxy,

00:28:27.580 one that prioritizes American strength, our economic leverage, and ambitious timelines that help the

00:28:33.900 people of the United States and Latin America as well. This is how we will dominate this hemisphere and

00:28:40.540 make Americans great again. Meanwhile, Senator Rand Paul has exposed a deeply troubling abuse of federal power

00:28:48.220 under the Biden administration, one that should alarm every American who values civil liberties and the

00:28:53.740 rule of law. According to Kentucky Senator, the FBI used unverified and false tips to place

00:29:00.540 innocent Americans on terror watch lists in the aftermath of January 6, actually weaponizing national

00:29:07.100 security tools against political opponents. One of the most disturbing cases involved Christine Crowder, 0.72

00:29:13.180 a Catholic school teacher who was never even at the Capitol. Crowder attended a Trump rally earlier

00:29:18.540 that day, but was later falsely accused based on nothing more than a tip from someone who thought

00:29:24.380 they recognized her in news footage. Despite failing facial recognition and geolocation checks,

00:29:31.020 the FBI allegedly subjected Christine Crowder and her family to nearly two years of surveillance,

00:29:37.740 placed her on travel watch lists, obtained a warrant for her Facebook account, and even prepared a

00:29:44.540 prosecution case. This is the sort of political persecution you expect to see operated by commissars in Soviet 0.62

00:29:51.820 Russia or Nazi Germany, but not by law enforcement here in the land of the three. As Senator Rand Paul

00:29:59.180 correctly stated, a free society cannot tolerate government agencies treating suspicion as guilt or using

00:30:06.700 counter-terrorism authorities to intimidate law-abiding citizens. Yet this is exactly what occurred under

00:30:13.020 President Joe Biden's FBI, which abandoned basic standards of evidence and due process after stealing

00:30:19.420 the 2020 presidential election, then using January 6 as their Reichstag fire to use the war on terror

00:30:26.940 powers to go after American patriots. What happened to Christine Crowder, the Catholic, should not happen to 1.00

00:30:33.340 any American. Her fundamental rights were abridged, and the federal goons who ordered the investigation

00:30:38.220 ought to be put to justice themselves and stand trial for their violation of her constitutional rights. 1.00

00:30:44.860 Meanwhile, Senator Lindsey Graham delivered a stark message to the mullahs in Tehran as nationwide

00:30:51.740 protests entered their 11th day. If Iran's regime continues to murder its own people, President Donald Trump 0.64

00:30:59.260 will take decisive action, even against Supreme Leader Ayatollah ala Khomeini himself. Iran's

00:31:05.820 clerical leadership has responded to mounting domestic discontent with lethal force, prompting

00:31:12.700 demonstrators all throughout the large country to chant death to Khomeini, with many of them appealing 1.00

00:31:19.260 directly to the United States for protection. Now, Senator Graham, who supported many wars and

00:31:25.500 international interventions throughout his career in politics, is certainly not wrong in this case.

00:31:31.180 Americans under President Trump refuses to stand by as tyrants slaughter their own citizens. As shown

00:31:37.740 in Venezuela with Maduro, he can remove a leader without nation-building efforts in a flash,

00:31:43.820 without causing much collateral damage. You see, that's why it's not regime change. No boots on the ground,

00:31:50.140 no American fatalities, no long-term commitments. President Trump has shown that he knows how to

00:31:57.180 project American power in a limited way. It's what he did when he decided to launch the strikes that 0.68

00:32:04.700 disabled the Iranian nuclear weapons development program, and then once again in this law enforcement

00:32:12.940 action, which is really what the arrest of Maduro was, backed by the U.S. military. Iran's

00:32:19.580 ayatollahs have spent decades exporting terror and destabilizing the Middle East. President Trump

00:32:25.180 has strengthened America's moral authority by showing solidarity with oppressed peoples, risking

00:32:30.780 everything for freedom. The Iranian regime should turn away from extremism and authoritarian thuggery,

00:32:39.260 but it's all they really know. There's no other option for them at this point. This is why their rule

00:32:44.060 is growing illegitimate and inevitably will be ousted, not due to a foreign war effort, but because the people

00:32:50.300 demand it. Senator Bob Torricelli, former member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, joined me last

00:32:56.780 weekend right here on the Red Apple Audio Networks to discuss the ongoing crisis in Iran. But Torricelli was right 0.98

00:33:06.540 when he said there is no Republican, or pardon me, U.S.-based invasion required. The clock is ticking

00:33:13.660 on the ayatollah and the radical Islamists who are clinging to power in Iran. Frankly, I think the entire

00:33:19.900 system is about to collapse there without America having to do much. But the brave people of Iran,

00:33:26.460 under this particularly brutal regime where mass public executions have taken place, show enormous

00:33:33.580 courage to stand up to the radical clerics. I'm Roger Stone, you're listening to The Stone Zone,

00:33:38.700 and we'll be right back. The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:33:48.460 And we're back in The Stone Zone. I'm your host, Roger Stone. A federal appeals court has delivered a

00:33:55.980 decisive win against demonic evil, rejecting an attempt by the satanic temple to use the courts to try to

00:34:03.420 undermine Indiana's pro-life anti-abortion laws. The U.S. Court of Appeals and the Seventh Circuit upheld a

00:34:10.380 lower court ruling saying that the group lacked standing to sue the state of Indiana, effectively

00:34:16.060 shutting down a politically motivated legal stunt that could have had dire ramifications if it had

00:34:21.340 been entertained. Writing for the court, Judge Doris Pryor made it clear that the satanic temple failed to

00:34:28.220 meet even the most basic legal requirements to bring such a lawsuit. The group does not operate

00:34:33.580 an abortion clinic in Indiana, has no plans to open one, and does not provide telehealth abortions in

00:34:39.660 the state. Instead, it runs a telehealth abortion operation exclusively in New Mexico, but sought to

00:34:45.820 extend those services to Indiana in direct violation of state law.

00:34:50.300 Court rejected the satanic temple's attempt to claim assassination of standards based on

00:34:57.100 vaguely for fixing hypothetical injuries rather than identifying a single Indiana member actually

00:35:03.420 harmed by the law. It does relied on speculative probabilities and broad ideological claims.

00:35:10.380 As Judge Pryor noted, courts do not exist to resolve abstract grievances or

00:35:15.820 political disagreements dressed up as a constitutional crisis. This decision affirms that religious 0.89

00:35:21.660 freedom laws are not loopholes for abortion on demand, as the despicable satanic temple was claiming 0.97

00:35:28.140 that abortion was a sacrament of their church and was protected under religious liberty laws.

00:35:33.980 This ruling affirms that the states have the authority to protect life without being hijacked by

00:35:39.500 radical lawfare campaigns. Meanwhile, all eyes on Greenland following the successful ouster of

00:35:46.060 Maduro in Venezuela. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has reaffirmed what President Donald Trump has said

00:35:51.900 all along, that acquiring Greenland is not a joke, a stunt, or some real estate fantasy. It's a serious

00:35:59.260 national security matter. Rubio's comments to Congress underscore the administration's clear-eyed

00:36:05.260 assessment that the Arctic is fast becoming the next arena of global competition and America simply

00:36:11.660 cannot afford to be passive while Russia and China make gains. Greenland's strategic location makes it

00:36:18.060 indispensable to U.S. defense interests with key Arctic sea lanes and also hosting critical early

00:36:23.980 warning and missile defense infrastructure by the United States. The new shipping routes open in the

00:36:29.100 Arctic, whoever controls the area, will shape global trade and security for decades. Think about this

00:36:35.180 for a moment. A European colony here in our hemisphere? We have no colonies in the European

00:36:41.580 hemisphere. Unlike previous administrations that deferred to European sensitivities, did not want to hurt the

00:36:48.220 poor feelings of the people of Denmark, the Trump administration is prioritizing America interests first. The

00:36:54.060 White House has made it clear that all options remain on the table. The preferred path, of course,

00:36:58.860 is some kind of financial transaction, peaceful, lawful, and mutually beneficial. That approach

00:37:05.180 reflects President Trump's business-minded realism to secure vital territory without endless wars or

00:37:11.660 nation-building. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has rightly dismissed media mockery of the idea,

00:37:17.660 noting that U.S. interests in Greenland have been discussed for generations. Franklin Roosevelt,

00:37:23.500 of course, occupied Greenland during World War II. What has changed is the urgency. Foreign naval activity

00:37:30.220 near Greenland's waters is no longer theoretical and waiting for approval from weak-kneed allies. Well,

00:37:36.780 I think that's a recipe for disaster. Securing Greenland will strengthen America's Arctic dominance,

00:37:42.780 protect the homeland, and send a clear signal that under President Donald Trump, the United States will

00:37:48.220 never cede any ground to rival powers. Thank you for joining us today in the Stone Zone. And until we

00:38:03.900 meet again, God bless you and Godspeed. Thanks for listening to the Stone Zone with Roger Stone.
