00:00:59.360 established parties. New York State has the Republican Party, of course, the Democrat Party,

00:01:09.660 In order to win permanent status in New York State, a party has to get at least 50,000 votes

00:01:20.240 The Conservative Party has a rich history. Of course, it was born back in the early 1960s

00:01:26.960 when New York's Republican Party was dominated by liberal Republicans like Nelson Rockefeller,

00:01:33.840 Senator Jacob Javits, and then-Republican Congressman, later Mayor, John Lindsay.

00:01:39.700 The party is, of course, stoutly pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, meaning pro-firearms rights,

00:01:47.120 and supports tax cuts, and of course, strongly supports President Donald Trump.

00:01:53.040 This is going to become an issue in New York State because Bruce Blakeman, the Nassau County

00:02:01.040 executive who has emerged as the Republican frontrunner for governor after the surprise withdrawal

00:02:08.360 of upstate Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, is not pro-life. In fact, he's pro-choice.

00:02:16.520 While that would make him probably a stronger general election candidate, it's going to be

00:02:21.520 very hard to convince the state executive committee of the Conservative Party to support a candidate

00:02:32.200 This is also playing out in the 21st district, way up by the Canadian border. That's the district

00:02:40.260 where Elise Stefanik has announced that she will not be a candidate for re-election, and then

00:02:47.640 surprised the political world by also announcing that she would not be a candidate for governor.

00:02:53.380 Now, the businessman, Sticker Mule CEO Anthony Constantino has announced his candidacy for

00:03:02.720 that seat. Constantino shocked the political world yesterday by dumping $5 million of his

00:03:11.040 own money into his campaign for Congress. Constantino says that he will not fundraise, that he sees

00:03:19.420 his self-funding of his campaign as leaving him free from the influence of special interests. In other

00:03:26.860 words, Constantino will take no money from Big Pharma, from Wall Street, from the big banks, oil

00:03:34.480 companies, and others who are major players on the political scene. But in the meantime, former

00:03:41.760 Congressman Mark Molinaro is openly exploring a run for that very same seat. Now, this is strange

00:03:49.160 because Molinaro is a former Dutchess County executive and former congressman from New York's 19th

00:03:56.100 Congressional District, which is in the Mid-Hudson Valley, very far from this northern New York

00:04:02.660 district. The state party conservative chairman, Gerald Kassar, announced that Molinaro had reached

00:04:09.080 out to him about the possibility of entering the race for New York's 21st Congressional District

00:04:13.860 and whether the conservative party could theoretically cross-endorse him. Molinaro currently serves in

00:04:21.380 President Trump's administration as the federal transit administration boss. He's had no comment

00:04:26.660 on these reports that he's thinking of running for Congress. Assemblyman Robert Smullen, who

00:04:32.520 unfortunately has been convicted of tax fraud, was also endorsed recently by the Franklin County

00:04:38.520 Republican Party. Up in that district, the 21st, he is yet another contender, along with Anthony

00:04:45.120 Constantino. Constantino, who's the owner and founder of Sticker Mule, a printing and packaging

00:04:52.400 supply company, has already announced his candidacy. Molinaro's potential entry in the race has already

00:04:58.640 raised serious political, ideological, and residency questions among some local Republicans, according to

00:05:04.820 the New York Post. Molinaro has no strong ties to the district and an expensive area that runs

00:05:11.180 through 15 counties and borders both Vermont and Canada. This would be called carpetbagging in my

00:05:18.700 business. Molinaro's career has been focused in Dutchess County, where he served as the mayor of

00:05:23.880 Tivoli, a member of the Dutchess County Legislature, later Dutchess County Executive, and later as a one-term

00:05:31.100 congressman representing the mid-Hudson Valley in a few parts of upstate. He was also briefly the

00:05:37.900 Republican candidate for governor in 2018, where he was also defeated. Molinaro lost his first House

00:05:45.460 re-election bid to Democrat Congressman Josh Riley in 2024, as well as a rematch beyond his residency.

00:05:55.220 Republican sources claim that Molinaro's record is too liberal, according to the New York Post, for

00:05:59.840 some Republican primary voters in the conservative-leaning district. Molinaro, during the 2024

00:06:06.640 campaign, softened his opposition to abortion. He is quoted in the New York Post as saying,

00:06:13.440 I believe health decisions should be between a woman and her doctor, not Washington. He actually

00:06:18.560 made a TV ad that said that. He also said he did not vote for Donald Trump in 2016, but did so

00:06:24.720 afterwards. And he currently serves in a relatively low-level position in the Trump administration.

00:06:31.840 One Republican source characterized Molinaro to the New York Post as a liberal and a failed

00:06:37.820 politician who didn't even vote for Trump in 2016 and is now part of the D.C. elite, trying to parachute

00:06:44.340 into an upstate district that he has no connection to. Mark is asking, reportedly, for the president's

00:06:51.860 support. There's another issue here that is problematic, and that is the fact that Molinaro

00:06:58.200 is among those who took a knee supporting the Black Lives Matter movement after the death of George Floyd.

00:07:28.000 he has five million dollars cash on hand in a rural district where Constantino was born and grew up

00:07:37.340 and where I believe he may be the single largest employer. He's going to be very hard to beat.

00:07:44.080 Meanwhile, a woman was fatally shot by an ICE enforcement agent on Wednesday after she attempted to run over

00:07:52.580 an agent in Minneapolis. This occurred when ICE agents were conducting lawful targeted operations and

00:07:59.320 unfortunately, a deranged rioter attempted to run over officers. An act that the Department of Homeland Security

00:08:06.340 correctly describes as domestic terrorism. An ICE agent fearing for his life fired at the woman in

00:08:13.020 self-defense, killing her. Yet instead of condemning violence against law enforcement, Minneapolis Mayor

00:08:19.580 Jacob Fry launched into a profanity-laced tirade demanding that ICE get the F out of Minneapolis

00:08:27.880 and dismissing self-defense as BS, also blaming federal officials for a death caused because of

00:08:35.820 criminal behavior motivated by Trump derangement syndrome. Mayor Fry's rhetoric poured gasoline on

00:08:43.080 a fire, signaling to agitators that those who attack federal agents will be coddled by the system

00:08:49.280 in Democrat-run cities. Even more disturbing was the response from Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, who flatly

00:08:57.100 accused the Department of Homeland Security of lying, despite posting video evidence herself showing that the

00:09:03.660 suspect reversing and then driving forward towards an agent standing directly in front of her vehicle.

00:09:30.660 removing violent criminals. This level of enforcement is necessary because, well, Democrat leaders have

00:12:35.720 in conditions which violate the Geneva Conventions. That's a national treaty to which the United States

00:12:48.000 with January 6th, including the iconic martyr, Ashley Babbitt. Ashley Babbitt was a decorated Air Force

00:13:02.320 here is that Babbitt was not armed. Babbitt was menacing no one, was a threat to no one,

00:20:55.720 there and become part of the process. Meanwhile, Harmeet Dillon, the Assistant Attorney General of Civil Rights

00:21:02.600 of the U.S. Justice Department, has formally put New York City's new socialist leadership on notice.

00:21:08.360 Dillon warned that any policy from the new mayor, Zorian Mamdami, conscrimming against Americans on the

00:21:14.500 basis of race, especially policies against white homeowners, will simply not be tolerated, no matter how it is

00:21:21.600 dressed up in progressive rhetoric. Dillon said, just because you're white doesn't mean you have

00:21:26.940 fewer rights in this country. We all have equal rights in our country and will not stand for New

00:21:31.540 York City violating any federal law whatsoever, so they should be on notice. They are on high

00:22:02.500 not mine. The warning comes amid growing concerns about policies advanced by New York City's new mayor,

00:22:09.020 who openly campaigned on shifting the tax burden from overtaxed homeowners. His policy memo specifically

00:22:15.660 targeted the most expensive Brooklyn brownstones for higher property taxes, language that raised

00:22:21.240 immediate red flags regarding racial discrimination. Concerns intensified after the new mayor appointed

00:22:28.000 Sia Weaver, a so-called tenant advocate, as his director of housing. Weaver has a documented history of

00:22:35.400 radical statements, including claims that homeownership is a tool of white supremacy, and calls for seizing

00:22:43.740 private property and replacing it with collective ownership, especially targeting middle-class white

00:22:49.480 families. In resurfaced clips, Weaver openly argued that families, and her words, especially white

00:22:56.040 families, must be forced into a fundamentally different relationship with their own property.

00:23:01.500 Trump administration must continue to keep their eye on Mandami and be willing to take him to court and

00:23:06.980 smack him down to reality, as he must understand that his sinister brand of race communism is against

00:23:19.460 Meanwhile, Tuesday's Ukraine summit in Paris exposed a dangerous reality. Europe and NATO are actively

00:23:26.320 prolonging the war between Russia and Ukraine, while sabotaging President Donald Trump's efforts to bring

00:23:32.540 that war to a successful end. Hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron, the so-called coalition of the

00:23:40.060 willing, was less about peace and more about forcing permanent security guarantees for Ukraine that

00:23:46.320 crossed Russia's clearly stated red lines. European leaders continue to push NATO protections for

00:23:52.880 Ukraine, despite knowing full well that this is precisely what Moscow views as an existential threat.

00:24:54.020 react well to that. Proposals for a ceasefire, monitoring, multinational reassurance forces,

00:25:01.620 and post-truce military hubs are nothing more than NATO expansion under a different label. Whether

00:25:07.980 officials admit it or not, this path risks pulling the United States into direct confrontation with a

00:25:14.000 nuclear armed power. President Trump has been unequivocal on this issue for years. There must be no

00:25:19.920 American troops in Ukraine and no reckless escalation towards World War III. Yet Europe appears determined

00:25:27.040 to undermine his peace talks by seizing control of negotiations and attempting to strong-arm the

00:25:32.840 Trump administration into following their leave. The presence of nose-candy enthusiast Bolar Demir

00:25:39.140 Zelensky, alongside dozens of European officials, signals a coordinated effort to box the White House

00:26:58.140 stunning late-night arrest of the Venezuelan strongman, Nicolas Maduro, was regime change or all about oil,

00:27:09.100 well, they're partially right. By getting control of Venezuela's enormous oil reserves, it denies that

00:27:17.500 oil to the communist Chinese. Now, the Russians have their own oil, but China relies heavily on Venezuela

00:27:30.620 of having his program up and running in under 18 months. Some pessimistic estimates have stated that
