00:04:00.600 explicitly likening ICE and four of his officers to persecution under the Nazi regime.

00:04:35.220 So the idea that U.S. citizens are being grabbed and kidnapped off the streets

00:04:43.240 In recent weeks, ICE officers in Minneapolis have been harassed, beaten, and attacked.

00:06:34.940 The president said Homan would arrive Monday evening, that would be this evening,
00:06:39.240 emphasizing that while Homan was not previously involved in Minnesota operations,
00:06:43.060 he has longstanding relationships with state and federal officers there.

00:07:55.940 I've studied the videos of both the René Goode incident and now the Alex Priddy incident,
00:08:03.160 and in both cases it's very clear to me that Goode is clearly trying to run over an ICE agent,
00:08:10.100 and it's very clear from the video I saw that Alex Priddy was reaching for his gun.
00:08:16.060 Liberals continue to deny both.
00:08:18.480 So what are you going to believe, your own eyes or the left-wing media?
00:08:23.020 Democrats have responded by threatening a federal government shutdown
00:08:26.260 unless Republicans strip funding from the Department of Homeland Security,

00:08:39.980 arguing the Minnesota operation is critical to restoring order and protecting the taxpayers.

00:08:50.780 So perhaps, let's hope, Trump is above all a negotiator and a businessman first,

00:12:20.520 and coordinated pressure campaigns against individual journalists.

00:17:25.500 and it's most craven and cowardly.

00:17:31.900 Republican calls for investigations only embolden critics,

00:18:29.800 that there is no constitutional right to carry a firearm at political rallies or protests.

00:18:39.200 following a fatal shooting at a crowded protest in Minneapolis
00:18:43.140 as Democrats all of a sudden find renewed support for the Second Amendment,
00:18:47.640 as long as they're communist thug foot soldiers occupying the streets who have the guns.
00:18:54.380 In a January 26, 2024, filing supporting California's gun control laws,
00:19:00.480 Ellison and other attorney generals backed sweeping sensitive place restrictions,
00:19:06.060 explicitly including political rallies and protests as locations
00:19:09.780 where the right to bear arms could be limited in the name of public safety.
00:19:13.600 They wrote that without such bans, states would be unable to effectively prevent gun violence
00:19:19.640 in crowded places, that even the perceived risk of firearms could keep people away from public events.
00:19:26.980 Now fast forward to this weekend in Minneapolis, where a federal officer was shot and killed.
00:19:34.340 He was an armed man violently resisting during an anti-ice protest
00:19:38.820 in an event occurring in a crowded public space.
00:19:42.700 Although he did have a concealed carry permit,
00:19:46.500 in Minnesota you very specifically have to have ID on you while carrying.

00:19:53.900 That is in itself suspicious.
00:19:56.520 Federal authorities have described the shots in that case as defensive
00:19:59.980 and the circumstances have ignited debate once again
00:20:03.980 over Second Amendment rights and demonstrations.
00:20:06.640 But what stands out to me is the contradiction from Democrats.
00:20:12.160 Attorney General Ellison helped argue that politically charged political gatherings
00:20:16.060 should be disarmed zones, yet now he and others are forced to defend a position

00:20:24.660 How about we protect the Second Amendment rights of everyone,
00:20:28.000 but understand when you are violently resisting law enforcement
00:20:31.180 and most probably, as I saw in the video, reaching for your firearm,
