00:00:26.480 Go to a hospital? Come to St. Luke's.

00:00:30.540 The Stone Zone.

00:00:32.500 Entertaining and informative.

00:00:34.640 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:37.600 You are now entering the Stone Zone.

00:00:41.320 I'm your host, Roger Stone.

00:00:43.180 All eyes continue to be trained on Minnesota,

00:00:46.800 where the evidence from this past weekend

00:00:49.400 and the extraordinary revelations by both James O'Keefe with O'Keefe Media,

00:00:54.700 Formerly with Project Veritas

00:00:58.080 Probably the best known undercover journalist in the country

00:01:02.200 As well as the incredible reporting of an individual journalist

00:01:06.080 Citizen journalist named Cam Higby

00:01:08.000 It's abundantly clear that what we see going on in Minnesota

00:01:11.040 Are not spontaneous, indigenous, peaceful protests

00:01:15.640 Against ICE detaining, dangerous, illegal criminals

00:01:20.780 But more precisely, a well-oiled, well-financed, well-coordinated insurrection in which, first of all, Tim Walsh and the mayor of Minneapolis forbid local police to assist ICE agents in the discharge of their duties.

00:01:40.080 When Tim Walsh, as governor, called in the Minnesota National Guard, they essentially protected the violent demonstrators and protesters, giving them hot coffee and donuts, as well as clearing their no-go zone in downtown Minneapolis.

00:01:59.200 Then the situation escalated further by this incident in which Alex Preti, who was heavily armed, but not considering the conditions of his legal Minnesota concealed carry permit, had no ID on him, and that situation escalated.

00:02:23.320 It's kind of like Rashomon, that famous Japanese noir film where multiple people look at the same event and see different things.

00:02:31.920 But President Trump has moved to defuse the situation, opening a dialogue with Governor Tim Walsh. 0.98

00:02:38.780 Now, Tim Walsh is desperate to distract from his role in the multimillion dollar fleecing of the American people through all of these Somali based fake nonprofits and NGOs, 0.97

00:02:55.020 taking advantage of child care programs, COVID-19 programs, transportation programs for the elderly. 0.92

00:03:07.680 And he would love to distract from the fact that he has been subpoenaed in an investigation into that multi-million dollar theft.

00:03:18.580 But those who said that the president has thrown in the towel or that he's backed up

00:03:25.000 must not have actually seen what the president said.

00:03:28.160 The White House is actually drawing a firm line in the sand on the issue of law and order.

00:03:33.060 And the president directly confronted the governor of the state over the state's refusal

00:03:39.060 to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement.

00:03:41.760 So let's listen to Caroline Levitt because she lays out the situation almost perfectly.

00:03:47.860 It is President Trump's hope and wish and demand for the resistance in chaos to end today.

00:03:54.620 That's why President Trump spoke with Governor Walz directly this morning, and he has outlined a clear and simple path to restoring law and order in Minnesota.

00:04:04.900 Number one, Governor Walz, Mayor Fry and all Democrat leaders should turn over all criminal illegal aliens currently incarcerated in their prisons and jails to federal authorities,

00:04:15.380 along with any illegal aliens with active warrants or known criminal histories for immediate deportation.

00:04:23.060 Number two, state and local law enforcement must agree to turn over all illegal aliens who are arrested by local police.

00:04:31.780 And then thirdly, local police must assist federal law enforcement in apprehending and detaining illegal aliens who are wanted for crimes, especially violent crimes.

00:04:42.460 If Governor Walsh and Mayor Fry implement these common sense cooperative measures that I will add have already been implemented in nearly every single other state across the country, Customs and Border Patrol will not be needed to support ICE on the ground in Minnesota.

00:04:58.960 ICE and local law enforcement can peacefully work together as they are effectively doing in so many other states and jurisdictions.

00:05:06.600 Additionally, President Trump is calling on the United States Congress to immediately pass legislation ending sanctuary cities once and for all.

00:05:15.420 American cities should be safe sanctuaries for law-abiding citizens only, not for dangerous, illegal alien criminals who broke our nation's laws and do not belong here.

00:05:25.940 We hope Governor Walz will do the right thing and continue to work with President Trump to keep the American people safe following their call this morning.

00:05:35.520 Americans overwhelmingly want exactly what President Trump is delivering,

00:05:39.940 strong borders and strict immigration enforcement against the worst illegal aliens,

00:05:44.940 of which there are still hundreds of thousands to deport from the interior of our country.

00:05:50.400 The most peaceful way to carry out this vital public safety mission

00:05:53.880 is for Republicans and Democrats to do it together

00:05:56.940 and for state and local law enforcement to work together with federal law enforcement.

00:06:02.400 We want to let cops be cops.

00:06:05.500 You wouldn't know this continues to be a very popular policy position from the biased media coverage over the course of the last few days.

00:06:12.220 But polling shows huge support for this exact thing President Trump is calling for.

00:06:17.680 More than 80% of Americans favor deporting illegal aliens convicted of violent crimes.

00:06:23.420 A country unable to deport criminals who enter it illegally is no country at all.

00:06:28.340 The open borders agenda of Kamala Harris, Tim Walls and the Democrats.

00:06:32.860 So according to Leavitt, the statement released by Caroline Leavitt, the president spoke with Tampon Tim and he laid out very clear, common sense plan to restore public safety.

00:06:44.480 The president, however, is demanding that Minnesota turn over all criminal legal aliens currently held in state or local jails, along with those who have outstanding warrants or no criminal histories for immediate deportation.

00:06:57.960 He's also calling on local law enforcement to turn over any illegal arrested in a new crime but not yet moved to trial.

00:07:07.620 He's also called on local law enforcement to completely cooperate with ICE by transferring all illegal aliens who get arrested and also assisting federal agents in apprehending these fugitives.

00:07:20.980 So tell me where Trump has thrown in the towel.

00:07:24.040 This is how immigration enforcement already works in responsible states across the country.

00:07:29.440 You don't hear about incidents like we've seen in Minnesota, in Texas or in Florida. 0.85

00:07:37.740 But you see that they are rampant in Minnesota.

00:07:41.840 Why? That's because in Texas and Florida, local and state law enforcement cooperate with ICE as opposed to fighting them.

00:07:50.160 Now, the president also clearly making some revisions.

00:07:53.620 He's sending Tom Homan, a man he trusts, to negotiate directly and talk directly with Tampon Tim and Keith Ellison and the other state officials.

00:08:04.900 Homan has a relationship with these people from his service in the first Trump administration, at least with some of them.

00:08:11.560 And then additionally, of course, the president has made it very clear that if the situation spins out of control, he will consider implementing the Insurrection Act of 1807.

00:08:23.620 But the president's decision to fire the head of the Border Patrol, Bovino, tells me that there is a dichotomy between those experienced ICE agents and those working for the Border Patrol, many of whom are under-trained in these online temporary courses.

00:08:45.340 And therefore, they have no experience in crowd control.

00:08:48.300 They have no experience in law enforcement.

00:08:50.860 The president's moving very quickly, I think, to fix that.

00:08:53.620 And I think that is a very, very key factor here.

00:08:59.020 But again, you look at the statement put out by by by Caroline Leavitt.

00:09:06.080 First of all, Governor Walz, Mayor Fry and all Democrat leaders are required to turn over all criminal illegal aliens currently incarcerated.

00:09:14.120 As I said, state and local enforcement must agree to turn over all the illegal aliens arrested by local police.

00:09:20.060 This is not Donald Trump folding.

00:09:22.160 this is Donald Trump holding the line. The president understands the optics of enacting

00:09:32.000 the Insurrection Act of 1807. He also is very clear that Chuck Schumer and the Democrats intend

00:09:38.280 to try to hold the president and the American people at ransom. But again, 70% of those who

00:09:44.500 are being arrested have criminal records either in their country of origin or here, or they're

00:09:51.400 awaiting prosecution and trial on crimes here other than the crime of just being in the country

00:09:59.520 illegally. The other point that people keep missing is that 80 percent of the American people

00:10:04.820 continue to support the efforts by Donald Trump to to collar arrest and deport the most dangerous

00:10:14.120 criminals. You wouldn't know any of this from the biased news media coverage, but those are the

00:10:20.040 The most peaceful way to carry out this vital public safety mission is for Republicans and Democrats to work together and for local and state law enforcement to work with the feds, not against them, as we've seen in places like Chicago, where J.B. Pritzker, the orotund, that's a new word.

00:10:38.940 I have one of those online programs where they suggest a new word to you every day to expand your vocabulary.

00:10:46.200 Today's word was orotund.

00:10:48.420 That basically means corpulent or fat.

00:10:51.260 And the governor, Brandon Johnson, who has a 6% approval rating and whose IQ is one point lower, you'd have to water him like a plant.

00:11:01.700 They have made sure that the Chicago police and the state police in the state of Illinois will not come to the aid of any ICE agents whose life may be in danger because they are menaced by these thugs.

00:11:15.920 And the state is being flooded with paid operatives.

00:11:19.560 Who is paying for the flatbed trucks?

00:11:21.940 Who is paying for the pallets of bricks?

00:11:24.460 Who is who is inside these these signal chats?

00:11:28.840 I find it really disturbing that the lieutenant governor, the number two to Tim Walsh and Walsh's chief political operative, the campaign manager of all of his campaigns, probably the most influential operative in the Minnesota Democrat Party, is also embedded in these same signal chats where they use spotters and spies and they take down, for example, license plate numbers.

00:11:53.760 They let their network of radical extremists and violent thugs know where ICE is and what ICE is doing so they can interfere with their mission.

00:12:05.220 And that that reeks of insurrection to me.

00:12:09.220 So Tim Walsh is walking a very, very dangerous line here, in my opinion.

00:12:16.480 Not long ago, I got a call from the National Enquirer.

00:12:19.960 They're doing a story on President Donald Trump's health.

00:12:23.760 This is another canard of the left. They want to continue to insist that our president is not hale and hardy, which is absolutely absurd based on the fact that he has taken all of his medical tests, including cognitive tests, which he's not required to either take or release the American people and has done so.

00:12:46.120 How ironic that the people who hid the fact that Joe Biden was essentially a vegetable in diapers through much of his presidency, heavily drugged.

00:12:58.980 And this explains the auto panic and a number of other bizarre actions, including this extraordinary string of pardons for violent criminals, child pornographers, child sex traffickers, drug dealers, as well as the the I would call the prophylactic pardons for criminals like Adam Schiff and Dr.

00:13:20.480 Anthony Fauci and Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger and Eric Swalwell and many others, all by

00:13:32.020 AutoPen.

00:13:33.100 You're listening to The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Audio Networks.

00:13:36.460 Whatever you do, don't go away because we'll be right back.

00:13:42.960 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:13:49.080 You know, it just outrages me that the people who never questioned Joe Biden's health point to bruises on Donald Trump's hands or some noticeable swelling in his ankles to try to imply that he's in ill health.

00:14:03.520 I knew both of Donald Trump's parents, Fred and Mary Trump.

00:14:06.820 They were both very productive into their 90s.

00:14:09.560 Donald Trump's ancestry is, of course, Scottish and German.

00:14:12.540 These are very tough people.

00:14:14.180 Donald Trump has always had extraordinary energy and health.

00:14:17.220 He has never once smoked a cigarette. He just simply has never tasted alcohol.

00:14:22.860 Even Robert F. Kennedy Jr., recognizing the president's steady diet of Kentucky fried chicken, which he loves, as well as McDonald, which he really loves, says it's incredible that Donald Trump is even alive.

00:14:35.680 But the president has released all of his medical tests, including, of course, his cognitive skills, which are off the charts for a man his age.

00:14:45.920 Joe Biden would never take such a test because he could not pass it.

00:14:50.200 He's always had an extraordinary level of stamina and an incredible work ethic.

00:14:54.860 When I worked for him back in 2000, he would fly to Palm Beach from New York virtually every weekend on his big 727.

00:15:03.140 Sometimes it would be full.

00:15:05.180 Sometimes it would just be the president, then Donald Trump businessman and his family.

00:15:10.700 Sometimes I would bum a ride because I had a small apartment with my wife in South Beach, Florida.

00:15:17.300 So we would, in the wintertime, we would leave Manhattan late, or actually Teterboro, the private airport in New Jersey outside New York City, Friday afternoon.

00:15:28.240 But we would always fly back Sunday night, which I thought was a little odd.

00:15:33.440 I asked him why he didn't just fly back very early Monday morning.

00:15:37.700 and this was long after the time that he was already a billionaire and he would say well

00:15:43.080 because i have to be behind my desk at 7 a.m on monday donald trump has always excelled as a

00:15:49.920 high performance athlete in high school in the new york military academy playing baseball football

00:15:54.880 and soccer he's also by the way a scratch golfer with an incredibly powerful swing he's always had

00:16:01.620 this extraordinary vigor. He sleeps little. He does watch Fox. He's made all his legitimate

00:16:08.820 medical tests public, and they're all exceptional, as I say, for a man his age. That they would

00:16:16.320 question his health and his stamina. This is a man who, even after he retires, is working the

00:16:23.620 phones, working the internet, calling and dictating late into the night. It's not unusual to get a

00:16:30.800 phone call from Donald Trump at, you know, 1.30 in the morning where he's still working. So he is

00:16:37.500 working every day for the American people. When we come back, an incredible story about a couple

00:16:42.980 in Pennsylvania, Shannon and Jason Grady, they stood up to the local school board and now they

00:16:52.060 have been targeted by the far left and the state and county officials in Pennsylvania in a campaign

00:17:00.500 of harassment surrounding their homestead in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania. They have a 24

00:17:06.620 acre spread where they raise goats, ducks, turkeys, chickens, and rabbits with their five

00:17:12.640 children. They have a home they purchased in 2019. They live in a 200 year old farmhouse and they

00:17:20.480 have been the target of the most outrageous overreach by local government and it's all

00:17:26.020 politically motivated. When we come back, Shannon Grady, Pennsylvania

00:17:29.880 citizen, but also active with Moms for Liberty, joins us

00:17:34.220 in the Stone Zone. We'll be right back.

00:17:40.360 The Stone Zone.

00:17:42.380 Entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:17:47.480 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.

00:17:51.020 Shannon Grady and her husband, Jason, own a

00:17:54.100 24-acre homestead, as I say, in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania, where they raise goats, ducks,

00:17:59.960 turkeys, chickens, and rabbits with their five children. The family purchased the property in

00:18:04.940 2019 and gradually converted a former horse pasture into a functional family space, including a small

00:18:11.840 pond with a natural spring used for recreation and also for watering the animals. But unfortunately,

00:18:18.580 Shannon Grady and her husband have been targeted by state and local officials over completely what I believe are fabricated environmental infractions in an effort to target them.

00:18:33.700 What began as an emergency storm repair during Hurricane Ida in 2021 has since escalated into a year-long legal struggle with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, in which the Grady family believes, correctly, that they're targeted out of vengeance by state and local authorities due to Shannon Grady's advocacy against some of the COVID restrictions and her criticism of the local school board.

00:19:02.940 Shannon Grady joins us in the Stone Zone now.

00:19:08.120 Hey, thanks for having me.

00:19:10.360 Shannon, this is an extraordinary story that I think the people need to know about how this attack on you and your family and your property has spiraled out of control.

00:19:25.060 First, let's talk about your activism regarding COVID restrictions and the local school board.

00:19:32.940 Yeah, I generally kept to myself prior to the school shutdown.

00:19:38.340 And, you know, when the masking mandate was put in place, I kind of just kept to myself, kept quiet, and I just kept my kids home.

00:19:48.860 I didn't send them to school.

00:19:50.280 I kept them online, and I didn't really cause a stir.

00:19:54.500 I never complied with any masking mandates, you know, anywhere I went.

00:19:58.460 I just, you know, lived freely.

00:20:02.280 But when the COVID restrictions continued, it was supposed to be two weeks and then it was two years in our school district.

00:20:12.540 My son was about to enter high school and his high school is one of the schools in the district that you have to apply to.

00:20:21.200 It's a STEM academy. So they had no in-person option.

00:20:24.320 um so prior to the start of that school year um i was researching because we had no avail

00:20:33.420 with the with our school board to listen to facts listen to us talking at the school board meetings

00:20:38.360 etc so i was researching the school codes and i found a a section in the school code

00:20:45.680 that allows you to file a petition to remove your school board so i knowing nothing about anything i

00:20:53.160 was just a really upset parent um i filed a petition to remove the school board based on

00:20:58.960 the masking mandates and that that sort of the school board was removed they were later placed

00:21:05.460 back on but that kind of started a whole stir um i got more involved with the with the school

00:21:11.980 i later became the chair of moms for liberty um and so that was sort of my my first you know

00:21:21.980 I guess experience with standing up to government mandates and it really opened my eyes to

00:21:28.680 understanding I was following the Pennsylvania the Pennsylvania Supreme Court did rule that

00:21:34.340 that administrative order issued for the masking mandate by the Department of Health was void

00:21:39.740 ab initio and I started to understand what these things meant being an administrative order

00:21:47.340 government infringing upon your rights

00:21:51.160 and starting to really be able to recognize

00:21:55.920 when government is overextending their reserved powers, if you will.

00:22:01.980 Okay, so after Hurricane Ida destroyed your family's private driveway,

00:22:06.420 crossing over a small drainage ditch, cutting off access to your home,

00:22:11.100 the Grady's say the crossing became impassable,

00:22:13.840 creating an urgent safety concern.

00:22:15.340 Within a day, the family installed a 10-foot-long metal culvert and placed stone filled to restore access, an arrangement common in rural properties in this area of Pennsylvania.

00:22:26.380 But then days later, following, of course, an anonymous complaint alleging earth disturbance, representatives from the Chester County Conservation District and the State Department of Environmental Protection entered the property without a warrant, without advance notice, describing the visit and several that followed as raids because that's how Shannon told me they went down, saying officials entered despite being posted no trespassing signs and explicit objections from the grays.

00:22:55.740 An inspection report by the Department of Environmental Protection aquatic biologist Carol Kanigliani documents a confrontation in which the property owners were present, were told that they had a legal right to enter and their refusal could result in enforcement action.

00:23:13.300 To me, that, of course, is a threat.

00:23:15.360 So it was during that initial inspection, the officials identified the pond on the property.

00:23:20.360 They gave them their next excuse to harass the Grady family.

00:23:25.180 Subsequent Department of Environmental Protection reports alleged multiple fabricated violations, including unpermitted earth disturbance exceeding one acre, discharge of sediment into a water of the Commonwealth, construction of an unpermitted culvert, failure to implement erosion and sediment controls, unlawful obstruction of encroachment upon wetlands.

00:23:48.320 The natural spring palms described as impermeable and potentially polluting.

00:23:53.780 These are all, of course, outrageous fabrications, and you and your husband dispute these findings.

00:24:00.260 Shannon, tell us about that.

00:24:02.120 Correct. Yeah, we dispute these findings.

00:24:05.040 You know, as you mentioned, starting in 2021 was when the initial inspection took place based on an anonymous complaint,

00:24:13.200 which we did file right to nose to get such anonymous complaints.

00:24:16.840 We still haven't yet seen those.

00:24:19.200 But since 2021, there's been at least nine, nine unreasonable searches of our property.

00:24:25.860 And the DEPs had had brought in not only the state, but they at one point had the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

00:24:35.380 They were claiming that we were under federal jurisdiction, according to WOTUS.

00:24:40.960 So they were trying to say that we needed to work with the federal government as well because we're in violation of multiple environmental crimes and whatnot.

00:24:50.920 But in all of these raids, if you will, they came with armed officers numerous times.

00:24:56.580 They conspired with the police department, the PA Fish and Game officers who are also armed numerous times, came onto our property.

00:25:04.920 We gave them, we have posted signage and we gave them verbal notice that they were not permitted to inspect our property and search our property, but yet they continued their searches.

00:25:19.360 We basically explained to them that they have to prove harm.

00:25:25.420 Their main claim is that we are a public nuisance causing environmental harm.

00:25:29.780 And the statutes in which they cite we're violating, they have the statutory duty to prove that we've contaminated the waters of the Commonwealth or waters of the United States.

00:25:42.180 Yet in all of their visits from 2021 through 2025, they failed to do one single soil sample test or water soil test, which they're required to do by the statute.

00:25:55.800 They're required to show contamination, which they failed to do.

00:25:59.780 So you and your husband maintain that the natural spring pond that they refer to is permeable, smaller than an acre, and actually environmentally beneficial, converting what was previously a muddy, runoff-prone pasture into a stabilized grass dairy that serves as a water source for your livestock.

00:26:19.700 The government has never shown any evidence of pollution or downstream harm, nor have any of your neighbors filed complaints alleging damage.

00:26:27.400 Additionally, state aerial imagery shows only minor soil displacement consistent with normal rainfall.

00:26:36.240 Grady notes that no soil in this article that I read.

00:26:39.640 This is, I think, you talking, Shannon, noted that no soil or water tests were ever made by state authorities to prove any of this viral damage.

00:26:47.460 As you just said, demonstrating that this whole thing is, in fact, political.

00:26:51.900 You know, I really must tell you, in a way, I can totally identify with you because I myself have been politically targeted.

00:27:01.060 It was seven years ago this past Sunday, the 29 heavily armed FBI agents, similar to the armed thugs that were sent to your farm property, stormed my home at six o'clock in the morning.

00:27:13.940 And this entire attack on you and your husband and your family, where you live on the property with your five children, as I recall, a farmhouse is almost 200 years old.

00:27:29.300 They want to find you and try to destroy you, not because you're doing anything wrong on your property, but because you stood up to the local school board.

00:27:38.980 yeah and maybe that's where it originated but you know ever since they've they've interacted

00:27:45.000 with us everything they every time they come they said just comply you need to comply you need to

00:27:50.120 comply you need to comply but complying but complying would would cost your family five

00:27:58.420 hundred thousand dollars or more including permit fees hiring a certified wetland specialist

00:28:04.080 delineating wetlands, preparing restoration plans, and submitting a notice of intent for

00:28:09.500 individual permits. Are any of the other property holders around where you live experiencing these

00:28:16.020 same kinds of issues? Not that I'm aware of. And the ironic part here is that, you know,

00:28:23.260 the permits in which they wish us to obtain and comply with are regulated by the federal

00:28:30.260 government the epa regulates the mpdes permit which they want us to get um and and and lotus

00:28:37.740 has been basically eliminated by the trump administration the lotus doesn't they're

00:28:42.480 claiming that you know the water our natural springs which is what the pond is the natural

00:28:47.000 springs we have seven on our property is not a water of the united states not regulated by the

00:28:52.220 federal government but which is what they're trying to claim and they're also trying to claim

00:28:56.340 our drainage ditch is a navigable waterway it has about a half an inch of water so you know

00:29:02.920 that they're they're trying to you know pull us into not only administrative regulatory uh purview

00:29:09.620 but they're trying to also force us to comply with an administrative process which we have been saying

00:29:16.100 from the beginning is unconstitutional we are we are afforded proper due process you cannot just

00:29:22.100 Show up here with an administrative order demanding us to comply with your demands, purchase all these permits, do all of these things, which would cost us $500,000, plus allow you to inspect, quote-unquote, inspect our property for the next five years whenever you want, based on an administrative order issued by a manager who works at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.

00:29:47.140 That's not due process.

00:29:48.500 No, in fact, and this will come as a surprise to no one when this whole matter reached the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania on May 28th of 2025.

00:29:58.740 You represented yourself pro se, because let's face it, lawyers are very expensive,

00:30:03.640 focusing all of these questions that you've raised today about the state's authority to enter private property absent any consent to begin with.

00:30:11.720 And, of course, the local judge, Matthew S. Wolfe, granted the state's Department of Environmental Protection to enforce this outrageous administrative order.

00:30:21.940 The court retained jurisdiction, warned that failure to comply could result in sanctions, including contempt, fines, and perhaps even jail.

00:30:31.080 These people are out of control, but I do think you have put your finger on the potential solution to your problems.

00:30:38.860 I really doubt that Lee Zeldin, who is the director under Donald Trump of the Department of Environmental Protection, is aware of the situation.

00:30:48.180 There are federal issues involved.

00:30:50.080 They're claiming you violated federal laws incorrectly.

00:30:53.520 Do you have some hope that Lee Zeldin and the administration will examine all of these issues, as they have done in other instances,

00:31:01.280 defending in one case a Washington rancher who was falsely accused of environmental crime?

00:31:06.200 Are you hopeful that Lee Zeldin will step in?

00:31:09.920 I am hopeful that Lee Zeldin will step in.

00:31:12.840 And I actually did file a federal complaint against the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, along with an emergency temporary restraining order.

00:31:23.560 We are seeking proper due process.

00:31:25.820 If the DEP wants to prove their claim, their claim in their administrative order is that we are a public nuisance, which requires them to prove contamination to the waters of the Commonwealth or waters of the United States.

00:31:41.380 They need to prove their claim in court and give us proper due process, which requires a trial by jury, not a non-neutral, quasi-judicial administrative hearing.

00:31:52.280 That's all we've been afforded.

00:31:53.860 Well, we're going to try to make sure that your case becomes comes to the attention of the direct the the director of the Environmental Protection Agency.

00:32:04.400 There's a great story over at the the Populist Sentinel.

00:32:08.960 You can check this out.

00:32:09.960 If you go to PopulistSentinel.com, look up Shannon Grady. 0.60

00:32:14.760 Terrific story about this epic harassment of you and your family by the state officials.

00:32:22.880 And look at a lot of these federal agencies locally.

00:32:26.680 You still have Biden Democrats in control at the state level of some of these federal agencies.

00:32:33.160 So we don't know what the director of environmental protection knows about your case.

00:32:38.060 but we're going to bring it to his attention.

00:32:42.020 All right, God bless you.

00:32:43.380 All right, you've been listening to The Stone Zone.

00:32:45.100 I'm your host, Roger Stone, and we'll be right back.

00:32:51.640 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative

00:32:55.400 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:32:58.860 Welcome back into The Stone Zone.

00:33:02.080 New details surrounding that fatal shooting

00:33:04.600 of far-left Antifa activist Alex Pretty

00:33:07.500 point to a disturbing pattern of coordinated anti-law enforcement activities that helped create the conditions for this tragedy in which he was shot and killed.

00:33:17.320 According to a neighbor, Priddy was among those who was an active participant in the neighborhood Ice Watch chat on the encrypted messaging app Signal.

00:33:28.020 This is the coordinated group run by Governor Tim Walsh's lieutenant governor and his chief political operative.

00:33:35.400 These were used in a very systematic way to monitor and interfere with federal immigration operations.

00:33:43.080 Pretty was armed at the time of the encounter, shot while violently resisting Border Patrol agents early Saturday morning.

00:33:50.060 Evidence continues to mount, showing that Pretty was not some passive bystander,

00:33:54.940 but part of a well-oiled militant communist and Marxist network deliberately tracking and obstructing ICE.

00:34:02.720 These so-called ice watch groups have gone far, far beyond peaceful protest.

00:34:08.660 My hat's off to independent journalist Cam Higbee, who exposed not one but two signal chats in which agitators assign rules to identify, follow and impede federal agents of practice that dangerously escalates confrontations and puts both officers and civilians at risk.

00:34:25.460 Now, the Trump administration is stepping in to put an end to this obsursive nonsense.

00:34:30.440 FBI Director Cash Patel confirms his office has opened an active and aggressive investigation into the anti-ice signal chat networks in Minnesota, including reports that some participants may actually be state or local government officials feeding information illegally to the radicals.

00:34:50.780 FBI Director Cash Patel made clear that ideology does not excuse criminal conduct, either just partisanship.

00:34:57.760 He said, if you broke the law, you should be worried. Enforcing the law, what a novel concept. It should go without saying that federal authorities have a duty to protect lawful protests, but that does not mean that we ought to tolerate coordinate efforts to undermine public safety, violate federal statutes, and endanger lives. It's time to shut down these ice watch networks before more lives are put in jeopardy.

00:35:21.800 Meanwhile, President Donald Trump won a massive victory in the federal appeals court, a huge win for law and order, siding with the Trump administration and restoring the ability of ICE agents to do their jobs without politically motivated interference from left wing lawfare groups or their activist judge allies.

00:35:42.360 I'm still outraged that the two ringleaders who led that invasion of a Christian church in Minneapolis during services, a BLM group, this is horrific.

00:35:57.080 To me, it crosses a line.

00:35:59.020 But again, a local Biden-appointed judge, while those people were charged by Pam Bondi's Department of Justice, and these are violent crimes, they were not remanded.

00:36:09.840 In other words, they were turned back out into the public where they can regain, rejoin the ice watch operations and continue to plant mayhem.

00:36:19.880 To me, this is extraordinarily dangerous.

00:36:22.540 Donald Trump moved aggressively to defuse the situation.

00:36:25.480 But once again, those who say Trump threw in the towel, Trump blinked, go back and look at the list of demands that Donald Trump gave to tampon Tim and tell me who's in the driver's seat.

00:36:36.540 President has the ultimate option, which, of course, is to enact the Insurrection Act of 1807.

00:36:45.620 That would mean that the same military that so precision like and so smoothly extracted Nicolas Maduro from Venezuela after first knocking out their radar and using some some very high tech weapons that the government says are classified to bring order.

00:37:06.800 That has a political cost if the president does it.

00:37:09.440 It has a political cost if he does not do it.

00:37:11.320 I don't think he wants to do it, but he will do it if he has to.

00:37:15.240 Until we meet again, God bless you and Godspeed.
