00:01:14.740 You are now entering the Stone Zone.
00:01:18.400 I'm your host, Roger Stone.
00:01:20.120 For all eyes continue to be trained on Minnesota, where the evidence from this past weekend
00:01:26.460 and the extraordinary revelations by both James O'Keefe with O'Keefe Media,
00:01:32.420 formerly with Project Veritas, probably the best known undercover journalist in the country,
00:01:39.640 as well as the incredible reporting of an individual journalist, citizen journalist named Cam Higby,
00:01:45.040 it's abundantly clear that what we see going on in Minnesota are not spontaneous indigenous peaceful protests
00:01:52.680 against ICE detaining dangerous illegal criminals,
00:01:57.820 but more precisely a well-oiled, well-financed, well-coordinated insurrection
00:02:06.100 in which, first of all, Tim Walsh and the mayor of Minneapolis forbid local police
00:02:13.640 to assist ICE agents in the discharge of their duties.
00:02:17.620 When Tim Walsh, as governor, called in the Minnesota National Guard,
00:02:22.440 they essentially protected the violent demonstrators and protesters,
00:02:28.020 giving them hot coffee and donuts, as well as clearing their no-go zone in downtown Minneapolis.
00:02:36.960 Then the situation escalated further by this incident in which Alex Preti,
00:02:43.480 who was heavily armed, but not considering the conditions of his legal Minnesota concealed carry permit,
00:02:55.280 had no ID on him, and that situation escalated.
00:03:00.540 It's kind of like Rashomon, that famous Japanese noir film
00:03:04.740 where multiple people look at the same event and see different things.
00:03:08.960 But President Trump has moved to defuse the situation,
00:03:13.000 opening a dialogue with Governor Tim Walsh.
00:03:15.900 Now, Tim Walsh is desperate to distract from his role
00:03:19.620 in the multi-million dollar fleecing of the American people
00:03:25.020 through all of these Somali-based fake non-profits and NGOs, 0.63
00:03:32.560 taking advantage of child care programs, COVID-19 programs,
00:03:38.260 transportation programs for the elderly.
00:03:43.660 And he would love to distract from the fact that he has been subpoenaed
00:03:49.920 in an investigation into that multi-million dollar theft.
00:03:55.620 So, but those who say that the president has thrown in the towel
00:03:59.980 or that he's backed up must not have actually seen what the president said.
00:04:05.200 The White House is actually drawing a firm line in the sand on the issue of law and order.
00:04:10.100 And the president directly confronted the governor of the state
00:04:14.380 over the state's refusal to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement.
00:04:18.820 So, let's listen to Caroline Leavitt,
00:04:21.280 because she lays out the situation almost perfectly.
00:04:25.040 It is President Trump's hope and wish and demand
00:04:28.600 for the resistance and chaos to end today.
00:04:31.960 That's why President Trump spoke with Governor Walz directly this morning,
00:04:35.420 and he has outlined a clear and simple path to restoring law and order in Minnesota.
00:04:41.960 Number one, Governor Walz, Mayor Frye, and all Democrat leaders
00:04:45.520 should turn over all criminal illegal aliens currently incarcerated 0.98
00:04:49.480 in their prisons and jails to federal authorities,
00:04:52.920 along with any illegal aliens with active warrants
00:04:55.680 or known criminal histories for immediate deportation.
00:04:59.240 Number two, state and local law enforcement must agree to turn over all illegal aliens 0.99
00:05:05.480 who are arrested by local police.
00:05:08.820 And then thirdly, local police must assist federal law enforcement
00:05:12.600 in apprehending and detaining illegal aliens who are wanted for crimes,
00:05:17.800 especially violent crimes.
00:05:19.720 If Governor Walz and Mayor Frye implement these common-sense cooperative measures
00:05:24.460 that I will add have already been implemented in nearly every single other state
00:05:29.160 across the country, Customs and Border Patrol will not be needed
00:05:33.220 to support ICE on the ground in Minnesota.
00:05:36.000 ICE and local law enforcement can peacefully work together,
00:05:39.280 as they are effectively doing in so many other states and jurisdictions.
00:05:43.640 Additionally, President Trump is calling on the United States Congress
00:05:47.100 to immediately pass legislation ending sanctuary cities once and for all.
00:05:52.220 American cities should be safe sanctuaries for law-abiding citizens only, 0.83
00:05:57.380 not for dangerous illegal alien criminals who broke our nation's laws 0.60
00:06:01.320 and do not belong here.
00:06:02.880 We hope Governor Walz will do the right thing
00:06:06.040 and continue to work with President Trump
00:06:08.200 to keep the American people safe following their call this morning.
00:06:12.520 Americans overwhelmingly want exactly what President Trump is delivering,
00:06:16.980 strong borders and strict immigration enforcement
00:06:19.580 against the worst illegal aliens. 0.90
00:06:21.740 Of which there are still hundreds of thousands to deport
00:06:25.200 from the interior of our country.
00:06:27.460 The most peaceful way to carry out this vital public safety mission
00:06:30.920 is for Republicans and Democrats to do it together
00:06:33.980 and for state and local law enforcement to work together
00:06:37.840 with federal law enforcement.
00:06:39.860 We want to let cops be cops. 0.95
00:06:42.120 You wouldn't know this continues to be a very popular policy position
00:06:45.680 from the biased media coverage over the course of the last few days.
00:06:48.800 But polling shows huge support for this exact thing President Trump is calling for.
00:06:54.260 More than 80% of Americans favor deporting illegal aliens convicted of violent crimes.
00:07:00.480 A country unable to deport criminals who enter it illegally is no country at all.
00:07:05.860 The open borders agenda of Kamala Harris, Tim Walls and the Democrats.
00:07:09.660 So according to Leavitt, the statement released by Caroline Leavitt,
00:07:14.880 the President spoke with Tampon Tim and he laid out very clear common sense plan to restore public safety.
00:07:21.660 The President, however, is demanding that Minnesota turn over all criminal legal aliens
00:07:27.140 currently held in state or local jails,
00:07:29.880 along with those who have outstanding warrants or no criminal histories for immediate deportation.
00:07:34.980 He's also calling on local law enforcement to turn over any illegal arrested in a new crime,
00:07:41.720 but not yet moved to trial.
00:07:44.600 He's also called on local law enforcement to completely cooperate with ICE
00:07:49.180 by transferring all illegal aliens who get arrested 0.79
00:07:52.880 and also assisting federal agents in apprehending these fugitives.
00:07:58.020 So tell me where Trump has thrown in the towel.
00:08:01.080 This is how immigration enforcement already works in responsible states across the country.
00:08:06.500 You don't hear about incidents like we've seen in Minnesota, in Texas or in Florida,
00:08:14.420 but you see that they are rampant in Minnesota.
00:08:18.880 Why?
00:08:19.380 That's because in Texas and Florida, local and state law enforcement cooperate with ICE
00:08:25.000 as opposed to fighting them.
00:08:27.540 Now, the President also clearly making some revisions.
00:08:30.660 He's sending Tom Homan, a man he trusts, to negotiate directly and talk directly with Timpon Tim
00:08:37.320 and Keith Ellison and the other state officials.
00:08:41.940 Homan has a relationship with these people from his service in the first Trump administration,
00:08:47.140 at least with some of them.
00:08:49.040 And then additionally, of course, the President has made it very clear
00:08:52.140 that if the situation spins out of control,
00:08:54.860 he will consider implementing the Insurrection Act of 1807.
00:09:00.800 But the President's decision to fire the head of the Border Patrol, Bovino,
00:09:07.220 tells me that there is a dichotomy between those experienced ICE agents
00:09:13.100 and those working for the Border Patrol,
00:09:15.860 many of whom are under-trained in these online temporary courses.
00:09:21.860 And therefore, they have no experience in crowd control.
00:09:25.340 They have no experience in law enforcement.
00:09:27.520 The President's moving very quickly, I think, to fix that.
00:09:31.220 And I think that is a very, very key factor here.
00:09:35.880 But again, you look at the statement put out by Caroline Leavitt.
00:09:42.480 First of all, Governor Walz, Mayor Fry, and all Democrat leaders are required
00:09:47.440 to turn over all criminally illegal aliens currently incarcerated, as I said.
00:09:51.800 State and local enforcement must agree to turn over all the illegal aliens 0.99
00:09:55.900 arrested by local police.
00:09:57.200 This is not Donald Trump folding.
00:09:59.540 This is Donald Trump holding the line.
00:10:03.480 The President understands the optics of enacting the Insurrection Act of 1807.
00:10:11.600 He also is very clear that Chuck Schumer and the Democrats intend to try to hold the President
00:10:17.400 and the American people at ransom.
00:10:19.560 But again, 70% of those who are being arrested have criminal records either in their country
00:10:25.820 of origin or here, or they're awaiting prosecution and trial on crimes here,
00:10:33.480 other than the crime of just being in the country illegally.
00:10:37.460 The other point that people keep missing is that 80% of the American people continue to support
00:10:44.260 the efforts by Donald Trump to collar, arrest, and deport the most dangerous criminals.
00:10:52.500 You wouldn't know any of this from the biased news media coverage, but those are the facts.
00:10:57.460 The most peaceful way to carry out this vital public safety mission is for Republicans and Democrats
00:11:02.700 to work together, and for local and state law enforcement to work with the feds, not against them,
00:11:09.240 as we've seen in places like Chicago, where J.B. Pritzker, the orotund, that's a new word.
00:11:16.100 I have one of those online programs where they suggest a new word to you every day
00:11:20.820 to expand your vocabulary.
00:11:23.240 Today's word was orotund.
00:11:25.060 That basically means corpulent or fat.
00:11:28.280 And the governor, Brandon Johnson, who has a 6% approval rating and whose IQ is one point lower,
00:11:36.960 you'd have to water him like a plant.
00:11:39.080 They have made sure that the Chicago police and the state police in the state of Illinois
00:11:44.120 will not come to the aid of any ICE agents whose life may be in danger because they are menaced
00:11:50.860 by these thugs. 0.56
00:11:52.960 And the state is being flooded with paid operatives.
00:11:56.580 Who is paying for the flatbed trucks? 0.69
00:11:59.000 Who is paying for the pallets of bricks?
00:12:01.520 Who is inside these signal chats?
00:12:06.100 I find it really disturbing that the lieutenant governor, the number two to Tim Walsh,
00:12:11.220 and Walsh's chief political operative, the campaign manager of all of his campaigns,
00:12:16.920 probably the most influential operative in the Minnesota Democrat Party, is also embedded
00:12:21.580 in these same signal chats where they use spotters and spies, and they take down, for
00:12:29.140 example, license plate numbers.
00:12:31.340 They let their network of radical extremists and violent thugs know where ICE is and what
00:12:37.800 ICE is doing so they can interfere with their mission.
00:12:42.260 And that reeks of insurrection to me.
00:12:45.680 So Tim Walsh is walking a very, very dangerous line here, in my opinion.
00:12:53.520 Not long ago, I got a call from the National Enquirer.
00:12:57.260 They're doing a story on President Donald Trump's health.
00:13:01.320 This is another canard of the left.
00:13:04.500 They want to continue to insist that our president is not hale and hardy, which is absolutely absurd
00:13:12.120 based on the fact that he has taken all of his medical tests, including cognitive tests,
00:13:17.580 which he's not required to either take or release the American people and has done so.
00:13:23.800 How ironic that the people who hid the fact that Joe Biden was essentially a vegetable in diapers
00:13:32.780 through much of his presidency, heavily drugged.
00:13:36.020 And this explains the autopilot and a number of other bizarre actions, including this extraordinary
00:13:41.320 string of pardons for violent criminals, child pornographers, child sex traffickers,
00:13:47.840 drug dealers, as well as the the I would call the prophylactic pardons for criminals like Adam Schiff
00:13:56.180 and Dr. Anthony Fauci and Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger and Eric Swalwell and many others.

00:14:22.360 The one question, Bob, everyone's asking is, are we in an artificial intelligence bubble?

00:14:35.600 Does feel very similar to what we experienced in the 90s.
00:14:39.060 Where are we, though?

00:15:23.620 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:15:26.560 You know, it just outrages me that the people who never questioned Joe Biden's health
00:15:31.140 point to bruises on Donald Trump's hands or some noticeable swelling in his ankles
00:15:36.920 to try to imply that he's in ill health.
00:15:39.840 I knew both of Donald Trump's parents, Fred and Mary Trump.
00:15:42.900 They were both very productive into their 90s.
00:15:45.900 Donald Trump's ancestry is, of course, Scottish and German.
00:15:49.000 These are very tough people.
00:15:50.640 Donald Trump has always had extraordinary energy and health.
00:15:54.360 He has never once smoked a cigarette.
00:15:56.360 He just simply has never tasted alcohol.
00:15:59.320 Even Robert F. Kennedy Jr., recognizing the president's steady diet of Kentucky fried chicken,
00:16:05.100 which he loves as well as McDonald, which he really loves, says it's incredible that Donald Trump is even alive.
00:16:11.780 But the president has released all of his medical tests, including, of course, his cognitive skills, which are off the charts for a man his age.
00:16:22.740 Joe Biden would never take such a test because he could not pass it.
00:16:26.200 He's always had an extraordinary level of stamina and an incredible work ethic.
00:16:31.160 When I worked for him back in 2000, he would fly to Palm Beach from New York virtually every weekend on his big 727.
00:16:39.620 Sometimes it would be full.
00:16:41.640 Sometimes it would just be the president, then Donald Trump businessman and his family.
00:16:47.140 Sometimes I would bum a ride because I had a small apartment with my wife in South Beach, Florida.
00:16:53.740 So we would, in the wintertime, we would leave Manhattan late, or actually Teterboro, the private airport in New Jersey outside of New York City, Friday afternoon.
00:17:04.680 But we would always fly back Sunday night, which I thought was a little odd.
00:17:09.900 I asked him why he didn't just fly back very early Monday morning.
00:17:14.140 And this was long after the time that he was already a billionaire.
00:17:18.320 And he would say, well, because I have to be behind my desk at 7 a.m. on Monday.
00:17:24.720 Donald Trump has always excelled as a high-performance athlete in high school in the New York Military Academy, playing baseball, football, and soccer.
00:17:32.040 He's also, by the way, a scratch golfer with an incredibly powerful swing.
00:17:37.120 He's always had this extraordinary vigor.
00:17:39.640 He sleeps little.
00:17:40.860 He does watch Fox.
00:17:42.100 He's made all his legitimate medical tests public, and they're all exceptional, as I say, for a man his age.
00:17:51.800 That they would question his health and his stamina.
00:17:56.080 This is a man who, even after he retires, is working the phones, working the Internet, calling and dictating late into the night.
00:18:05.480 It's not unusual to get a phone call from Donald Trump at, you know, 1.30 in the morning, where he's still working.
00:18:13.260 So he is working every day for the American people.
00:18:16.100 When we come back, an incredible story about a couple in Pennsylvania, Shannon and Jason Grady.
00:18:23.660 They stood up to the local school board, and now they have been targeted by the far left and the state and county officials in Pennsylvania in a campaign of harassment surrounding their homestead in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania.
00:18:41.880 They have a 24-acre spread where they raise goats, ducks, turkeys, chickens, and rabbits with their five children.
00:18:49.840 They have a home they purchased in 2019.
00:18:52.960 They live in a 200-year-old farmhouse, and they have been the target of the most outrageous overreach by local government, and it's all politically motivated.
00:19:03.420 When we come back, Shannon Grady, a Pennsylvania citizen, but also active with Moms for Liberty, joins us in the Stone Zone.
00:19:11.760 We'll be right back.
00:19:16.920 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:19:24.020 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.
00:19:26.620 Shannon Grady and her husband, Jason, own a 24-acre homestead, as I say, in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania, where they raise goats, ducks, turkeys, chickens, and rabbits with their five children.
00:19:39.180 The family purchased the property in 2019 and gradually converted a former horse pasture into a functional family space, including a small pond with a natural spring used for recreation and also for watering the animals.
00:19:53.320 But unfortunately, Shannon Grady and her husband have been targeted by state and local officials over completely what I believe are fabricated environmental infractions in an effort to target them.
00:20:10.300 What began as an emergency storm repair during Hurricane Ida in 2021 has since escalated into a year-long legal struggle with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection,
00:20:22.140 in which the Grady family believes, correctly, that they're targeted out of vengeance by state and local authorities due to Shannon Grady's advocacy against some of the COVID restrictions and her criticism of the local school board.
00:20:39.840 Shannon Grady joins us in the Stone Zone now.
00:20:44.560 Hey, thanks for having me.
00:20:46.800 Shannon, this is an extraordinary story that I think the people need to know.
00:20:51.760 about how this attack on you and your family and your property has spiraled out of control.
00:21:01.500 First, let's talk about your activism regarding COVID restrictions and the local school board.
00:21:09.260 Yeah, I generally kept to myself prior to the school shutdown.
00:21:14.060 And, you know, when the masking mandate was put in place, I kind of just kept to myself, kept quiet, and I just kept my kids home.
00:21:25.320 I didn't send them to school.
00:21:26.700 I kept them online, and I didn't really cause a stir.
00:21:31.000 I never complied with any masking mandates, you know, anywhere I went.
00:21:34.900 I just, you know, lived freely.
00:21:38.720 But when the COVID restrictions continued, it was supposed to be two weeks, and then it was two years, and our school district, my son was about to enter high school.
00:21:50.920 And his high school is one of the schools in the district that you have to apply to.
00:21:57.720 It's a STEM academy, so they had no in-person option.
00:22:00.720 So prior to the start of that school year, I was researching, because we had no avail with our school board to listen to facts, listen to us talking at the school board meetings, et cetera.
00:22:16.420 So I was researching the school codes, and I found a section in the school code that allows you to file a petition to remove your school board.
00:22:24.980 So I, knowing nothing about anything, I was just a really upset parent.
00:22:33.060 I filed a petition to remove the school board based on the masking mandates, and that sort of the school board was removed.
00:22:41.200 They were later placed back on, but that kind of started a whole stir.
00:22:45.880 I got more involved with the school.
00:22:48.900 I later became the chair of Moms for Liberty.
00:22:51.000 Um, and so that was sort of my, my first, you know, I guess, experience with standing up to government mandates.
00:23:02.760 And it really opened my eyes to understanding.
00:23:06.600 I was following the Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court did rule that that administrative order issued for the masking mandate by the Department of Health was void ab initio.
00:23:16.840 And I started to understand what these things meant, being an administrative order, government infringing upon, upon your rights, and starting to really be able to recognize when government is, is over, overextending their reserved powers, if you will.
00:23:38.420 Okay, so after Hurricane Ida destroyed your family's private driveway, crossing over a small drainage ditch, cutting off access to your home, the Grady's say the crossing became impassable, creating an urgent safety concern.
00:23:51.860 Within a day, the family installed a 10-foot-long metal culvert and placed stone fill to restore access, an arrangement common in rural properties in this area of Pennsylvania.
00:24:02.740 But then, days later, following, of course, an anonymous complaint alleging earth disturbance, representatives from the Chester County Conservation District and the State Department of Eventual Property and Text entered the property without a warrant, without advance notice, describing the visit and several that followed as raids, because that's how Shannon told me they went down, saying officials entered despite being posted no trespassing signs and explicit objections from the Grady's.
00:24:32.240 An inspection report by the Department of Protection Aquatic Biologist Carol Canigliani documents a confrontation in which the property owners were present, were told that they had a legal right to enter, and their refusal could result in enforcement action.
00:24:49.740 To me, that, of course, is a threat.
00:24:51.800 So it was during that initial inspection, the officials identified the pond on the property that gave them their next excuse to harass the Grady family.
00:25:02.200 Subsequent Department of Environmental Protection reports alleged multiple fabricated violations, including unpermitted earth disturbance exceeding one acre,
00:25:11.400 failure to implement erosion and sediment controls, unlawful obstruction of encroachment upon wetlands, the natural spring palms described as impermeable and potentially polluting.
00:25:30.320 These are all, of course, outrageous fabrications.
00:25:33.740 And you and your husband dispute these findings.
00:25:36.740 Shannon, tell us about that.
00:25:37.820 Correct.
00:25:38.820 Yeah, we dispute these findings.
00:25:40.420 You know, as you mentioned, starting in 2021 was when the initial inspection took place based on anonymous complaint, which we did file right to nose to get such anonymous complaints.
00:25:53.320 We still haven't yet seen those.
00:25:54.800 But since 2021, there's been at least nine, nine unreasonable searches of our property.
00:26:02.600 And the DEPs had brought in not only the state, but they at one point had the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
00:26:11.460 They were claiming that we were under federal jurisdiction, according to WOTUS.
00:26:17.420 So they were trying to say that we needed to work with the federal government as well because we're in violation of multiple environmental crimes and whatnot.
00:26:26.700 But in all of these raids, if you will, they came with armed officers numerous times.
00:26:33.280 They conspired with the police department, the PA Fish and Game officers who are also armed numerous times came onto our property.
00:26:41.660 We gave them that we have posted signage and we gave them verbal notice that they were not permitted to inspect our property and search our property.
00:26:50.400 But yet they continued their searches.
00:26:54.400 We basically explained to them that they have to prove harm.
00:27:01.840 Their main claim is that we are a public nuisance causing environmental harm.
00:27:06.720 And the statutes in which they cite we're violating, they have the statutory duty to prove that we've contaminated the waters of the Commonwealth or waters of the United States.
00:27:17.880 Yet in all of their visits from 2021 through 2025, they failed to do one single soil sample test or water soil test, which they're required to do by the statute.
00:27:32.520 They're required to show contamination, which they failed to do.
00:27:35.960 So you and your husband maintain that the natural spring pond that they refer to is permeable, smaller than an acre and actually environmentally beneficial, converting what was previously a muddy runoff prone pasture into a stabilized grass dairy that serves as a water source for your livestock.
00:27:55.040 The government has never shown any evidence of pollution or downstream harm, nor have any of your neighbors filed complaints alleging damage.
00:28:04.220 Additionally, state aerial imagery shows only minor soil displacement consistent with normal rainfall.
00:28:12.700 Grady notes that no soil in this article that I read.
00:28:16.100 This is, I think, you talking, Shannon, noted that no soil or water tests were ever made by state authorities to prove any of this viral damage.
00:28:23.920 As you just said, demonstrating that this whole thing is, in fact, political.
00:28:29.280 You know, I really must tell you, in a way, I can totally identify with you because I myself have been politically targeted.
00:28:37.520 It was seven years ago this past Sunday, the 29 heavily armed FBI agents, similar to the armed thugs that were sent to your farm property,
00:28:48.180 stormed my home at six o'clock in the morning.
00:28:50.380 And this entire attack on you and your husband and your family, where you live on the property with your five children, as I recall, in a farmhouse, it's almost 200 years old.
00:29:05.420 They want to fine you and try to destroy you, not because you're doing anything wrong on your property, but because you stood up to the local school board.
00:29:15.420 Yeah, and maybe that's where it originated, but, you know, ever since they've interacted with us, everything, every time they come, they said, just comply.
00:29:25.100 You need to comply. You need to comply. You need to comply.
00:29:27.880 But complying would cost your family $500,000 or more, including permit fees, hiring a certified wetland specialist, delineating wetlands, preparing restoration plans, and submitting a notice of intent for individual permits.
00:29:47.540 Are any of the other property holders around where you live experiencing these same kinds of issues?
00:29:53.400 Not that I'm aware of.
00:29:56.280 And the ironic part here is that, you know, the permits in which they wish us to obtain and comply with are regulated by the federal government.
00:30:07.340 The EPA regulates the MPDES permit, which they want us to get.
00:30:11.820 And WOTUS has been basically eliminated by the Trump administration.
00:30:17.760 WOTUS doesn't, they're claiming that, you know, the water, our natural springs, which is what the pond is, the natural springs, we have seven on our property, is not a water of the United States.
00:30:27.500 It's not regulated by the federal government, but which is what they're trying to claim, and they're also trying to claim our drainage ditch is a navigable waterway.
00:30:35.600 It has about a half an inch of water.
00:30:37.920 So, you know, they're trying to, you know, pull us into not only administrative regulatory purview, but they're trying to also force us to comply with an administrative process, which we have been saying from the beginning is unconstitutional.
00:30:54.680 We are, we are afforded proper due process.
00:30:57.960 You cannot just show up here with an administrative order demanding us to comply with your demands, purchase all these permits, do all of these things, which would cost us $500,000, plus allow you to inspect, quote unquote, inspect our property for the next five years, whenever you want, based on an administrative order issued by a manager who works at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
00:31:22.320 So, that's not due process.
00:31:25.380 No, in fact, and this will come as a surprise to no one, when this whole matter reached the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania on May 28th of 2025, you represented yourself pro se, because let's face it, lawyers are very expensive, focusing all of these questions that you've raised today about the state's authority to enter private property, absent any consent to begin with.
00:31:48.160 And, of course, the local judge, Matthew S. Wolfe, granted the state's Department of Environmental Protection to enforce this outrageous administrative order.
00:31:58.380 The court retained jurisdiction, warned that failure to comply could result in sanctions, including contempt, fines, and perhaps even jail.
00:32:07.520 These people are out of control, but I do think you have put your finger on the potential solution to your problems.
00:32:15.300 I really doubt that Lee Zeldin, who is the director under Donald Trump of the Department of Environmental Protection, is aware of the situation.
00:32:24.640 There are federal issues involved.
00:32:26.520 They're claiming you violated federal laws incorrectly.
00:32:30.000 Do you have some hope that Lee Zeldin and the administration will examine all of these issues, as they have done in other instances, defending, in one case, a Washington rancher who was falsely accused of environmental crimes?
00:32:42.660 Are you hopeful that Lee Zeldin will step in?
00:32:46.540 I am hopeful that Lee Zeldin will step in.
00:32:49.300 And I actually did file a federal complaint against the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, along with an emergency temporary restraining order.
00:33:00.000 We are seeking proper due process.
00:33:02.260 If the DEP wants to prove their claim, their claim in their administrative order is that we are a public nuisance, which requires them to prove contamination to the waters of the Commonwealth or waters of the United States.
00:33:17.560 They need to prove their claim in court and give us proper due process, which requires a trial by jury, not a non-neutral, quasi-judicial, administrative hearing.
00:33:29.000 That's all we've been afforded.
00:33:30.300 Well, we are going to try to make sure that your case comes to the attention of the director of the Environmental Protection Agency.
00:33:41.000 There's a great story over at the Populist Sentinel.
00:33:45.420 You can check this out.
00:33:46.740 If you go to populistsentinel.com, look up Shannon Grady.
00:33:51.080 A terrific story about this epic harassment of you and your family by the state officials and look at a lot of these federal agencies.
00:34:02.280 Locally, you still have Biden Democrats in control at the state level of some of these federal agencies.
00:34:09.060 So we don't know what the director of Environmental Protection knows about your case, but we're going to bring it to his attention.
00:34:18.440 All right.
00:34:19.040 God bless you.
00:34:19.800 All right.

00:35:22.600 The Stone Zone.
00:35:24.580 Entertaining and informative.
00:35:26.600 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:35:29.780 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.
00:35:32.320 The new details surrounding that fatal shooting of far-left Antifa activist Alex Priddy point to a disturbing pattern of coordinated anti-law enforcement activities that helped create the conditions for this tragedy in which he was shot and killed.
00:35:48.260 According to a neighbor, Priddy was among those who was an active participant in the neighborhood Ice Watch chat on the encrypted messaging app Signal.
00:35:58.360 This is the coordinated group run by Governor Tim Walsh's lieutenant governor and his chief political operative.
00:36:06.760 These were used in a very systematic way to monitor and interfere with federal immigration operations.
00:36:13.940 Priddy was armed at the time of the encounter.
00:36:16.300 It was shot while violently resisting Border Patrol agents early Saturday morning.
00:36:20.360 Evidence continues from out showing that Priddy was not some passive bystander, but part of a well-oiled militant communist and Marxist network deliberately tracking and obstructing ICE.
00:36:33.900 These so-called ICE Watch groups have gone far, far beyond peaceful protest.
00:36:38.860 My hat's off to independent journalist Cam Higby, who exposed not one but two signal chats in which agitators assign roles to identify, follow, and impede federal agents of practice that dangerously escalates confrontations and puts both officers and civilians at risk.
00:36:56.320 Now, the Trump administration is stepping in to put an end to this obsursive nonsense.
00:37:01.500 FBI Director Cash Patel confirms his office has opened an active and aggressive investigation into the anti-ICE signal chat networks in Minnesota,
00:37:12.300 including reports that some participants may actually be state or local government officials feeding information illegally to the radicals.
00:37:21.280 FBI Director Cash Patel made clear that ideology does not excuse criminal conduct, either just partisanship.
00:37:29.060 He said, if you broke the law, you should be worried.
00:37:31.760 Enforcing the law, what a novel concept.
00:37:34.220 It should go without saying that federal authorities have a duty to protect lawful protests,
00:37:38.760 but that does not mean that we ought to tolerate coordinate efforts to undermine public safety, violate federal statutes, and endanger lives.
00:37:46.800 It's time to shut down these ICE watch networks before more lives are put in jeopardy.
00:37:52.740 Meanwhile, President Donald Trump won a massive victory in the federal appeals court, a huge win for law and order,
00:38:00.000 siding with the Trump administration and restoring the ability of ICE agents to do their jobs without politically motivated interference from left-wing lawfare groups or their activist judge allies.
00:38:13.160 I'm still outraged that the two ringleaders who led that invasion of a Christian church in Minneapolis during services, a BLM group, this is horrific. 0.99
00:38:27.940 To me, it crosses a line.
00:38:29.880 But again, a local Biden-appointed judge, while those people were charged by Pam Bondi's Department of Justice, and these are violent crimes, they were not remanded.
00:38:40.160 In other words, they were turned back out into the public where they can regain, rejoin the ICE watch operations and continue to plant mayhem.
00:38:50.720 To me, this is extraordinarily dangerous.
00:38:53.400 Donald Trump moved aggressively to defuse the situation.
00:38:56.340 But once again, those who say Trump threw in the towel, Trump blinked, go back and look at the list of demands that Donald Trump gave to Champon Tim and tell me who's in the driver's seat.
00:39:07.400 The president has the ultimate option, which, of course, is to enact the Insurrection Act of 1807.
00:39:16.680 That would mean that the same military that so precision-like and so smoothly extracted Nicolas Maduro from Venezuela after first knocking out their radar
00:39:28.200 and using some very high-tech weapons that the government says are classified to bring order.
00:39:37.000 However, that has a political cost if the president does it.
00:39:40.280 It has a political cost if he does not do it.
00:39:42.180 I don't think he wants to do it, but he will do it if he has to.
00:39:45.960 Until we meet again, God bless you and Godspeed.
