00:00:00.000 Looking for financial insights you can trust?
00:00:02.780 How do you protect yourself as an investor? What's the strategy?
00:00:05.560 I think it's really simple. I think you just want to be diversified in your portfolio.
00:00:09.380 The Payne family brings real-world experience to every conversation.
00:00:13.600 Well, I think that's the problem right now is a lot of people that are close to retirement,
00:00:16.760 they're taking so much risks. And if we do get a big sell-off, it could derail their retirement.
00:00:22.100 Listen to The Payne Points of Wealth on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:00:26.080 The Stone Zone. Entertaining and informative.
00:00:30.720 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:00:33.860 You are now entering the Stone Zone.
00:00:37.740 Well, I'm going to tell you the truth. Today, I'm in a kind of a jaunty mood and I'm wearing a bow tie.
00:00:45.880 Inflation is down. Gas prices are down. Mortgage rates are the lowest they have been in decades.
00:00:54.260 America has taken in billions of dollars through the president's tariff negotiations.
00:01:01.400 And we've passed the largest tax cut in American history or extended it, actually.
00:01:06.860 We have passed extraordinary regulatory cuts.
00:01:11.920 I'm also confident once Jerome Too Late Powell is no longer the head of the Federal Reserve,
00:01:21.200 we'll get a non-political Federal Reserve and we'll get a deeper cut in interest rates.
00:01:27.380 Jerome Powell, yet again, according to the Wall Street Journal, ignoring intense pressure from the Trump administration,
00:01:34.840 refuses yet again a deeper cut in interest rates that would really spur the housing market.
00:01:40.700 But the truth is that it's Powell is the one who's acting politically.
00:01:44.880 In other words, the Federal Reserve Board is supposed to take into consideration the inflation rate
00:01:51.700 and the unemployment rate in the country as the markers as to whether they should cut rates.
00:01:57.720 And inflation and unemployment today are lower than they were when Jerome Powell issued a deep interest rate cut
00:02:07.660 to try to re-elect Joe Biden.
00:02:09.760 Of course, it didn't work.
00:02:10.800 Biden subsequently ran out of the race.
00:02:13.400 But I saw I'm optimistic that we'll get a rate cut and that there'll be a booming economy by the time 2026 rolls around.
00:02:22.580 The economy is already improving dramatically, but it will only get better, which is a great backdrop.
00:02:29.080 But so on days like this, I wear a bow tie.
00:02:32.520 Now, there's a number of rules about wearing a bow tie.
00:02:35.060 It's interesting that studies that were done by Reader's Digest back in the 50s showed an analysis of television viewers.
00:02:43.220 People have less tendency to believe a person wearing a bow tie.
00:02:48.760 So it has kind of a Kearney Barker quality to it.
00:02:52.660 But New York's New York Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, one of the great intellectuals, a man who served in the Nixon administration,
00:03:01.060 was really the architect of of Nixon's urban policy to rebuild the cities.
00:03:07.720 He also famously wrote that the civil rights movement would benefit from a period of benign neglect.
00:03:15.860 And he was part of the team that helped under Nixon, along with Attorney General John Mitchell and then Secretary, I believe, of Commerce, George Shultz,
00:03:27.440 later would become Secretary of State under Ronald Reagan, that America's public schools were desegregated.
00:03:34.800 Moynihan then returned to New York.
00:03:38.860 He was imported, actually, ambassador to India.
00:03:42.400 And he was known for his personal style.
00:03:44.540 Earlier in his career, he had run for the New York City Council presidency and been defeated.
00:03:49.140 Then he hooked up with Nixon.
00:03:50.740 But he returned to Harvard and he returned to New York and won a U.S. Senate seat.
00:03:56.560 He moved more sharply to the left later and didn't want to talk too much about his experience in the Nixon administration.
00:04:02.560 But he was a he was a big thinker.
00:04:05.880 The the Grand Central Station, the old post office becoming the new train station for New York, the Daniel Patrick Moynihan Station is, of course, one of his better ideas.
00:04:20.000 He was a big thinker, but he did a great video.
00:04:23.340 You can probably still find on YouTube of how to tie a bow tie, because it's amazing how many gentlemen don't know how to actually tie a bow tie.
00:04:31.700 And there's two things you don't want to do.
00:04:34.140 You never under any circumstances do you want to wear a clip on bow tie.
00:04:38.280 And then and then secondarily, of course, if you there are the type of that have a kind of a strap and a snap, those are acceptable, but not laudable.
00:04:51.200 But you really want to tie your own bow tie.
00:04:53.380 And it's exactly the same as tying your shoe.
00:04:56.280 So and there's one other good thing about it, and that is you literally never can get soup on your bow tie.
00:05:04.460 So I wear them from time to time when I'm in a good mood.
00:05:08.800 And one thing that improved my mood is the fact that the FBI carried out a raid, a stunning raid and a search of the Fulton County, Georgia election warehouse,
00:05:19.440 seizing an extraordinary number of 2020 election materials, a move that shows that the Trump administration is quite serious on combating election fraud.
00:05:29.940 Now, I've seen voices on the left say that there was no probable cause.
00:05:34.680 And this has all been investigated before.
00:05:36.980 And it's a canard.
00:05:38.800 All of that is false.
00:05:41.020 It's interesting that Fulton County election authorities only weeks ago in a sworn statement before a hearing of the Georgia State Election Board,
00:05:54.360 a Fulton County attorney by the name of Ann Brunbaugh acknowledged on behalf of the county that they did not dispute the fact that more than 130 tabulator tapes,
00:06:05.800 as approximately 350 early in-person voters lacked the required signatures from poll managers and witnesses.
00:06:13.420 This is a violation of state law relating to certification tapes printed from ballot scanners,
00:06:19.680 which must be signed in order to be verified and therefore counted.
00:06:23.800 They've tried to downplay this as a clerical or an administrative order, but it certainly leads to substantial evidence that there are problems both with the paper ballots,
00:06:41.620 but I think there's also potentially problems in Georgia with the electronic voting machines.
00:06:49.540 Now, of course, critics point to President Donald Trump's famous conversation with Secretary of State Raffensperger.
00:06:56.500 There are at least seven other state and Trump lawyers on the line.
00:07:00.900 And if you read the entire transcript rather than just the line, Trump makes the case,
00:07:07.660 since he has theoretically lost the state by 11,000 votes,
00:07:11.620 that they have already inadvertently or advertently counted 300,000 illegal votes.
00:07:18.740 And if you deduct those, Trump wins.
00:07:21.280 So he doesn't tell them to go manufacture votes.
00:07:24.060 He tells them what the margin is.
00:07:26.260 That has been widely, of course, distorted in the reporting.
00:07:31.680 But what's more important to understand is the Fulton County received a subpoena from the Department of Justice two times.
00:07:42.840 They were first asked in October of 2020.
00:07:47.240 Then again, two weeks ago, the FBI delivered a third letter demanding this material.
00:07:52.700 And the Fulton County Board of Elections just ignored those federal requests.
00:07:57.280 State Board of Elections have been trying four years to get the records, including issuing subpoenas for the ballots and other records.
00:08:05.020 All of those efforts have failed until today.
00:08:09.460 Julie Adams, who's one of the Republicans on the Fulton County Board, says she applauds Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Cash Patel.
00:08:17.660 But this is encouraging because also on the ground was Tulsi Gabbard, who is the Director of National Intelligence.
00:08:25.640 Now, President Trump has charged Tulsi Gabbard with examining all aspects of election integrity, including the reliability and the manipulability and the security of electronic voting machines, which is the other part of this.
00:08:46.100 Now, as I reported here in the Stone Zone, Gabbard has been somewhat retarded in her efforts by some in the government, principally, I think, at the Central Intelligence Agency, who don't really want to examine the technology, which I believe has ultimately been used to manipulate foreign elections. 0.96
00:09:08.860 It's very notable that the Director of National Intelligence was on the ground.
00:09:14.060 It's important to recognize how close this election in Georgia was.
00:09:18.660 Georgia was decided by fewer than 12,000 ballots, and Fulton County has allowed, has certified that more than 300,000 votes were illegal.
00:09:27.860 She was spotted at the scene along with the FBI agents.
00:09:30.660 Now, Gabbard has made, rooting out election fraud and bringing justice to the fraudsters a cornerstone of her operation at DNI.
00:09:38.060 Democratic officials in Fulton County immediately expressed alarm, claiming they did not know why the ballots would be taken, even though they had been asked for them twice by subpoena and feigning ignorance.
00:09:48.780 But I don't think this will shield them from the justice they so richly deserve.
00:09:52.580 This search follows a Justice Department lawsuit seeking Fulton County election records from local officials who they have repeatedly once again refused to comply from with subpoenas from Georgia's state election board.
00:10:05.540 So for years, Americans have told to stop asking questions, move along, nothing to see here.
00:10:10.100 Those days, I think, have come to an end.
00:10:12.780 I believe that there is also very substantial evidence of manipulability by both the Chinese and the Venezuelans. 0.66
00:10:27.600 It is reported that in a series of emails between the company Smartmatic, based in Venezuela, to Sequoia voting system employees based in the U.S.,
00:10:38.380 it provided instructions for the installation of the remote access server that allows the manipulation of the totals.
00:10:47.200 That is very serious evidence put forward by Patrick Byrne, formerly the chief executive officer of of a number of very important Wall Street companies.
00:11:01.940 And then you have the other question, which is more concerning to me, and that is pertains to a voting system known as Connick, which is a Michigan based company.
00:11:11.620 But but but had a contract for the Los Angeles County Connick's software called Police Chief was used to scheduling and manning poll workers and others.
00:11:20.880 In 2022, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office accused Connick's CEO, a Chinese by the name of Eugene Yu, of violating the county contract by storing sensitive poll worker data and other voter data on servers in China and allowing Chinese contractors to access it.
00:11:40.100 Rather than arrest Mr. Yu immediately, the my friends over to the vote were briefly jailed over this question.
00:11:52.360 Connick's software did not directly handle voter tabulation, according to a search I did and the prosecutor stated that had no impact on the election.
00:12:02.700 But I think this requires much closer scrutiny.
00:12:06.260 The charges were later dropped against the whistleblowers and Connick paid a five million dollar fine.
00:12:14.880 So I do think you have serious evidence of both Venezuelan and Chinese interference in election.
00:12:20.300 But Donald Trump himself has said it loud and clear.
00:12:23.880 We've got them.
00:12:24.780 He has said we have the evidence both on paper ballots and it comes to the machines.
00:12:29.520 And now we will see, despite the efforts by the Central Intelligence Agency, what I think is to do, try to suppress the electronic voting machine.
00:12:38.620 Part of this, we will now see the deep flaws in Georgia's election.
00:12:44.040 And to me, that is very good news.
00:12:46.360 Indeed, proving Tulsi Gabbard proving that there's more than one way to skin a cat.
00:12:54.040 I'm Roger Stone.
00:12:55.280 You're listening to The Stone Zone and we'll be right back.
00:12:59.520 Every week, the Payne family cuts straight to the real financial story.
00:13:04.400 The one question, Bob, everyone's asking is, are we in an artificial intelligence bubble?
00:13:10.060 You've been through boom and busts.
00:13:12.020 What do you think?
00:13:12.840 No hype, no myths.
00:13:15.020 Just what actually matters to your money.
00:13:17.460 Does feel very similar to what we experienced in the 90s.
00:13:20.900 Where are we, though?
00:13:21.580 Are we in 1995, 1997, 1999?
00:13:24.940 Listen to The Payne Points of Wealth on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:13:29.520 This National Foster Care Month, Marine Toys for Tots is providing hope to children who need it most.
00:13:34.900 Staff Sergeant James Caldwell, who grew up in foster care himself, shares that while handing out gifts at a Toys for Tots distribution event,
00:13:42.080 a little girl looked up at him, reached into her bag, pulled out a stuffed animal, and said,
00:13:45.900 someone needs to make sure you get a toy, too.
00:13:48.260 That simple gesture embodies the heart of Marine Toys for Tots,
00:13:51.960 ensuring every child, including those in foster care, experiences the kindness that can transform their future.

00:14:04.980 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:14:07.920 I can't tell you how much I appreciate those warm words from Vice President J.D. Vance.
00:14:12.980 I saw the Vice President yesterday in Naples, Florida.
00:14:16.000 Had a brief conversation with him.
00:14:18.280 He gave a terrific talk to about 22 donors in a private event.
00:14:25.140 And he's very realistic about 2026.
00:14:27.460 The Republican Party has recognized that there are Republican voters and then there are Trump voters,
00:14:32.380 those voters who turn out in presidential years.
00:14:35.380 And they are very much still for Donald Trump, but they don't turn out in off-year elections.
00:14:41.380 That is one of the great challenges that faces Republicans in 2026.
00:14:46.300 And, of course, those are the very voters who want to see accountability and justice in the Russian collusion hoax,
00:14:52.840 the greatest single dirty trick in American politics,
00:14:55.700 the abuse of power in which Barack Obama and Joe Biden,
00:14:59.940 and particularly John Brennan, the CIA director,
00:15:03.320 James Comey, the FBI director,
00:15:05.720 Susan Rice, the National Security Advisor,
00:15:07.500 Robbie Mook, I love that name,
00:15:10.580 Hillary Clinton,
00:15:11.740 John Podesta,
00:15:13.440 Andrew Weissman,
00:15:15.840 Andrew Bacabe,
00:15:18.520 and, of course, Robert Mueller himself,
00:15:21.440 all perpetrated one of the greatest hoaxes in American history on the American people.
00:15:27.600 They want to see justice and accountability there.
00:15:29.360 No, not revenge and retaliation.
00:15:31.280 The people broke laws and the Constitution in their manic effort to destroy Donald Trump.
00:15:37.500 And his second bid for the presidency,
00:15:39.020 then they ought to be held accountable.
00:15:41.200 And, of course, Arctic Frost is the frosting on the cake, if you will.
00:15:44.920 And an extra constitutional effort by Jack Smith to invent crimes against Donald Trump.
00:15:51.320 Oh, you formed an alternative elector slate in a disputed election.
00:15:55.180 Again, not illegal.
00:15:56.860 Or that the president was responsible for violence on January 6th,
00:16:01.440 after they, of course, deleted the public comments,
00:16:04.480 where he called for his supporters to march peacefully and patriotically to the Capitol.
00:16:10.500 So those are two of the cornerstones of mobilizing those Trump voters.
00:16:16.600 If we do not keep faith with those voters,
00:16:19.900 I think it is less likely that they turn out.
00:16:24.020 And then, secondarily, a very shrewd understanding by the vice president,
00:16:28.320 the fact that elections are largely settled by domestic issues.
00:16:32.540 The cost of groceries, the cost of gasoline,
00:16:35.480 the cost and availability of housing,
00:16:37.900 which is coming on strong as a growing issue for the American people,
00:16:43.620 the availability of jobs, unemployment remains low,
00:16:47.360 the inflation rate, which remains low.
00:16:49.660 So the fundamentals are all there.
00:16:51.340 And the vice president very much understands what has to be done
00:16:54.280 between now and the midterm elections.
00:16:58.720 He was very, very impressive in his clear understanding.
00:17:04.020 Now, under the kind of the old rules,
00:17:07.140 the party in power always loses seats in both houses in an off-year election.
00:17:11.120 But I would argue we never had a businessman as president before.
00:17:15.320 Nobody has ever, only one person has been elected president,
00:17:18.600 lost re-election in a disputed re-election,
00:17:20.980 and come back to win the House, a White House.
00:17:23.000 That was Grover Cleveland.
00:17:24.060 Other than that, Donald Trump was the only other individual.
00:17:26.580 So the point is that the old rules don't necessarily hold,
00:17:30.360 and they certainly don't hold when it comes to Donald Trump.
00:17:32.460 Trump's endorsement in the Republican Party is lethal.
00:17:36.860 I mean, it's extraordinarily effective.
00:17:39.220 Reagan was very popular, but even his endorsement did not carry this kind of punch.
00:17:44.220 And all of the polls, even those that purport that the president's overall approval
00:17:49.380 or job approval rating has dipped a bit,
00:17:52.120 they fail to look at the fact that when you look at the Trump base,
00:17:55.340 both the Republican base, but more precisely the Trump base,
00:17:57.980 they approve at high levels with his efforts to remove dangerous illegal criminals from the country.
00:18:04.380 They're happy with his trade and tax policies.
00:18:07.760 They're happy with his limited use of power in Venezuela and in Iran
00:18:12.700 without committing us to boots on the ground in a long, endless foreign war.
00:18:16.640 So I think Trump is on track,
00:18:19.780 and that the golden age that he promised us,
00:18:22.600 an age of peace, prosperity, security, and justice.
00:18:25.500 Investing is all about the future.
00:18:30.000 So what do you think is going to happen?
00:18:32.000 Bitcoin is sort of inevitable at this point.
00:18:34.520 I think it would come down to precious metals.
00:18:37.100 I hope we don't go cashless.
00:18:39.200 I would say land is a safe investment.
00:18:41.760 Technology, companies.
00:18:42.920 Solar energy.
00:18:43.920 Robotic pollinators might be a thing. 1.00
00:18:46.540 A wrestler to face a robot?
00:18:48.240 That will have to happen.

00:19:27.940 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:19:29.980 All eyes remain focused, of course, on Minnesota.
00:19:34.520 But those who say that Donald Trump is somehow folded
00:19:37.920 or that he is capitulated or that he blinked
00:19:41.380 must not have read the list of demands he gave Tim Walsh.
00:19:45.840 That he and the governor have a dialogue is a good thing.
00:19:49.460 And I note that the Minnesota State Police today, for the first time,
00:19:52.500 are out there protecting ICE and Border Patrol agents
00:19:55.560 who are doing their jobs.
00:19:57.260 On the other hand, I do think that there is a recalibration.
00:19:59.520 The ICE agents are more experienced, have more training.
00:20:04.920 They have greater depth in law enforcement,
00:20:07.460 where some of the Border Patrol agents have lesser training.
00:20:12.820 And I think that that has created some very bad optics.
00:20:16.800 On the other hand, in Minnesota,
00:20:20.640 those who have been detained for deportation,
00:20:23.660 80% of them, 78%, 78 in a fraction, are criminals.
00:20:28.520 They have a criminal record either in their country of origin
00:20:32.760 or here in the United States.
00:20:34.260 Some of them are facing criminal charges here.
00:20:38.080 So this idea that Donald Trump's Gestapo
00:20:41.420 is just snatching U.S. citizens and kidnapping children 0.96
00:20:45.360 is a false narrative.
00:20:47.280 But at the same time, the resistance is not some indigenous
00:20:50.700 spontaneous groundswell.
00:20:54.240 Now, the signal chats that have been uncovered
00:20:57.480 showing the precision operation to impede federal law enforcement officers
00:21:02.560 in the performance of their duties
00:21:03.920 is, to me, a conspiracy to insurrection.
00:21:07.320 The fact that you have tracking of federal agents
00:21:12.220 reporting their license plate number,
00:21:14.480 reporting that information to cadres of thugs
00:21:17.520 who then show up for the arrest.
00:21:19.940 On the other hand, sources tell me that in the case of Alex Priddy,
00:21:23.860 it was supposed to be the policy that in any arrest,
00:21:27.520 there'd be three ICE agents and three Border Patrol agents.
00:21:30.800 But based on my research,
00:21:32.560 the crew that got into the scrape
00:21:38.400 in which the far-left activist Alex Priddy
00:21:41.100 was ultimately shot and killed in a hostile confrontation,
00:21:44.680 I think most of those agents were Border Patrol agents.
00:21:47.960 I think this is why the president fired this official Bovino.
00:21:53.340 It's why he also sent Tom Homan,
00:21:56.200 who has a relationship with both the governor and the mayor,
00:22:00.280 not a good one.
00:22:01.580 I think there's greater flexibility, I'm told, by the governor.
00:22:04.480 The mayor is more hard-line.
00:22:06.080 He has two-word answers for any attempt to have dialogue
00:22:09.620 with the Trump administration.
00:22:11.120 But as far as the event with Alex Priddy,
00:22:15.920 I'm reminded of the Japanese movie Rashomon.
00:22:20.000 I mean, speaking yesterday to Mark Caputo of Axios,
00:22:24.740 who's a very precise and, I think, balanced reporter,
00:22:27.020 one of the few that comes to the craft of journalism without a bias.
00:22:31.700 There aren't many of them.
00:22:32.840 They're a handful.
00:22:34.320 He has looked at the video over and over again
00:22:36.520 and says that Priddy, who was armed when he tried to interfere
00:22:40.620 with an ongoing arrest, did not unholster his gun.
00:22:44.480 On the other hand, I've seen the video that Alex Jones
00:22:47.540 and many others put up,
00:22:48.680 and I clearly see him reaching for his gun.
00:22:52.140 But that narrative got disturbed enormously
00:22:55.920 when newly released videos showed
00:22:57.800 that Priddy was in a hostile confrontation
00:23:00.120 with federal agents 11 days before
00:23:02.520 he was fatally shot by the Border Patrol in Minneapolis.
00:23:05.520 That footage, which was independently obtained
00:23:09.100 and confirmed as authentic by family members,
00:23:12.800 showed Priddy yelling at immigration officers,
00:23:14.960 spitting, flipping the middle finger,
00:23:17.920 kicking the rear of a federal agent's SUV,
00:23:20.440 even breaking a taillight
00:23:21.780 before officers tackled him to the ground.
00:23:24.240 So this flies in the face of the fake news narrative
00:23:27.080 that Alex Priddy was just a peaceful protester
00:23:29.520 who meant no harm to anyone,
00:23:31.260 anyone who brings a loaded gun
00:23:33.340 and two additional rounds of ammunition
00:23:36.760 to the site of the arrest of an illegal
00:23:43.300 is sadly looking for trouble.
00:23:46.020 Priddy did have a concealed carry permit
00:23:48.020 in the state of Minnesota,
00:23:48.820 but under state law,
00:23:51.060 he was supposed to be requiring ID,
00:23:53.560 and he had no ID on him,
00:23:55.560 which shows a certain premeditation, I'm afraid.
00:23:57.760 He was killed by federal agents on January 24th
00:24:00.700 during that immigration enforcement operation
00:24:02.860 in downtown Minneapolis
00:24:03.820 while resisting and carrying a firearm.
00:24:06.480 Now, the left seeks to make him the next George Floyd.
00:24:09.200 They're trying to make him an angel,
00:24:11.060 but this new video doesn't really fit that narrative.
00:24:14.940 This comes amidst the backdrop
00:24:16.120 of continued leftist resistance
00:24:18.340 against Operation Metro Surge,
00:24:20.500 which is the Trump-backed effort
00:24:21.800 to enforce federal immigration laws
00:24:24.240 in cities where local authorities
00:24:25.580 have resisted cooperation.
00:24:26.880 So, in other words, put it another way,
00:24:29.380 why do we see no reports of problems
00:24:31.600 like we see in Minnesota and Texas
00:24:33.260 or in Florida or in other red states
00:24:36.780 where state and local law enforcement
00:24:39.840 cooperate with ICE and the Border Patrol
00:24:42.560 as they carry out their duties?
00:24:44.680 Overall, nationally,
00:24:45.840 70% of those who have been detained
00:24:48.120 have criminal histories.
00:24:51.500 So, the narrative that we are describing
00:24:54.880 anybody who is dark-complected
00:24:56.680 and trying to arrest them, of course,
00:24:58.300 is entirely and completely false.
00:25:01.060 But that is, of course,
00:25:01.940 the narrative of the far left.
00:25:03.540 We've seen this script before.
00:25:04.820 The fake news sets the narrative
00:25:06.620 of a communist or a street thug
00:25:08.460 or a drug abuser
00:25:09.320 as an innocent victim.
00:25:11.440 They die or are killed
00:25:12.520 during an encounter with law enforcement,
00:25:14.400 and then the public is ginned up
00:25:15.760 into a frenzy
00:25:16.480 before all of the facts
00:25:17.600 can really be known.
00:25:18.480 The truth of the matter is
00:25:20.220 this fellow Alex Priddy
00:25:21.560 was a foot soldier
00:25:22.540 for the rise of modern-day Bolshevism.
00:25:25.660 He was in that signal chat
00:25:27.420 mobilizing people to interfere
00:25:29.820 with the legitimate duties
00:25:32.520 of federal officers.
00:25:34.260 These Marxist forces are operating,
00:25:36.680 as James O'Keefe has demonstrated to us,
00:25:38.900 with a military position.
00:25:41.000 James O'Keefe attested
00:25:42.580 from his embedding
00:25:43.680 they're well-funded,
00:25:44.840 they're well-trained,
00:25:45.920 they're backed by institutional power,
00:25:47.520 and they're extremely dangerous,
00:25:49.420 and they're very, very well-coordinated.
00:25:51.020 I find it troubling
00:25:52.200 that the lieutenant governor
00:25:53.420 of Minnesota
00:25:54.380 and Governor Tampon Tim Walsh's
00:25:58.260 chief political operative
00:25:59.600 and campaign manager
00:26:00.700 seem to be the administrator
00:26:02.560 of at least one,
00:26:03.900 if not two,
00:26:04.520 of these signal groups
00:26:06.220 which are now
00:26:06.880 under federal investigation,
00:26:08.780 according to FBI Director
00:26:09.900 Kash Patel.
00:26:12.380 So I think the president
00:26:13.860 is moving to calibrate,
00:26:15.320 but for those who say
00:26:16.280 that he has thrown in the towel,
00:26:18.920 well, they have not seen,
00:26:20.380 quite obviously,
00:26:21.080 the conditions
00:26:21.700 President Trump gave the governor.
00:26:23.600 He demanded immediate cooperation
00:26:25.480 from state and local police.
00:26:27.340 He demanded that all illegals 1.00
00:26:30.000 currently held in Minnesota
00:26:32.040 or local jails
00:26:34.580 be turned over immediately to ICE.
00:26:37.040 He demanded that any new illegal
00:26:39.980 arrested on a new charge
00:26:41.640 be remanded immediately to ICE.
00:26:44.520 And he demanded
00:26:45.980 that when the lives
00:26:48.280 of ICE agents
00:26:49.400 are imperiled
00:26:50.520 because of thuggery,
00:26:52.440 organized thuggery,
00:26:53.560 that local police
00:26:54.580 act in concert with ICE,
00:26:56.460 not stand by idly
00:26:57.980 and see people killed.
00:27:00.860 This whole movement
00:27:03.160 to kind of recast
00:27:05.440 what is happening
00:27:06.160 in Minnesota
00:27:07.260 is a very, very dangerous game.
00:27:10.720 the president
00:27:11.540 has laid out
00:27:12.720 his requirements,
00:27:16.100 but whether
00:27:16.700 Tim Walsh
00:27:17.680 or more precisely
00:27:18.480 the governor,
00:27:19.360 Jacob Frye,
00:27:20.480 will comply with them
00:27:21.200 I think is highly unlikely.
00:27:22.880 And the president,
00:27:23.460 of course,
00:27:24.460 continues to have
00:27:25.440 the nuclear option,
00:27:29.300 which, of course,
00:27:29.760 is the Insurrection Act
00:27:31.220 of 1807.
00:27:32.500 That means that
00:27:33.080 instead of dealing
00:27:33.840 with ICE agents
00:27:35.340 or the Border Patrol,
00:27:37.000 this insurrection
00:27:38.120 would now be faced
00:27:39.040 by our military,
00:27:40.140 the people who pulled off
00:27:41.200 the stunning arrest
00:27:42.200 in Minnesota.
00:27:43.060 They don't make errors.
00:27:44.560 That was a precision
00:27:45.900 military operation.
00:27:47.640 Meanwhile,
00:27:48.140 protesters gathered
00:27:49.200 Tuesday afternoon
00:27:50.080 outside Governor Walsh's office
00:27:51.800 at the state capitol,
00:27:53.160 chanting anti-law enforcement
00:27:55.120 slogans just hours
00:27:56.280 before Walsh met
00:27:58.440 with the Trump border czar,
00:27:59.960 Tom Homan,
00:28:00.980 and spoke directly
00:28:01.880 on the phone
00:28:02.360 with the president.
00:28:03.040 The crowd shouted phrases
00:28:04.080 like justice delayed,
00:28:05.420 justice denied,
00:28:06.700 held signs demanding
00:28:07.960 justice for Alex Priti.
00:28:09.440 You see,
00:28:09.640 they're trying to dress
00:28:11.500 this communist foot soldier
00:28:12.960 who was shot dead
00:28:14.020 while violently
00:28:14.780 and while armed,
00:28:16.760 resisting law enforcement
00:28:17.800 in the streets,
00:28:18.780 along with openly
00:28:19.640 displaying vulgar
00:28:20.880 and obscene anti-ICE messaging
00:28:23.700 outside the governor's office.
00:28:25.120 This is, of course,
00:28:25.700 a familiar site.
00:28:27.240 Democrats run cities
00:28:29.240 where radical activists
00:28:30.780 increasingly target
00:28:31.760 law enforcement
00:28:32.400 for simply doing their jobs
00:28:34.140 and create as much
00:28:35.600 political pressure
00:28:36.420 as possible
00:28:37.040 on elected officials
00:28:38.020 to keep them paralyzed
00:28:39.440 and in a constant state of fear.
00:28:41.640 As Minneapolis
00:28:42.160 has kind of descended
00:28:44.080 into this lawless wasteland,
00:28:46.800 Walsh has continued
00:28:47.620 to frame federal officers
00:28:49.060 as the problem.
00:28:49.940 After meeting with Holman,
00:28:51.160 Walsh's office released
00:28:51.960 a statement calling
00:28:52.640 for impartial investigations,
00:28:54.900 a reduction of the number
00:28:56.100 of federal agents,
00:28:57.060 and an end to what described
00:28:58.160 as a campaign
00:28:59.360 of retribution
00:29:00.160 against Minnesota.
00:29:01.240 In other words,
00:29:02.280 Walsh is asking Washington
00:29:03.760 to pull back enforcement
00:29:05.080 while activists continue
00:29:06.720 to openly harass
00:29:08.080 and threat ICE agents.
00:29:09.220 The only person
00:29:09.760 who need to be investigated
00:29:10.800 are the protesters themselves,
00:29:13.300 and particularly who is funding
00:29:15.100 the sophisticated training
00:29:16.540 that is allowing them
00:29:17.360 to dominate the streets
00:29:18.380 with such military precision.
00:29:21.020 As you know,
00:29:21.840 Stephen Miller,
00:29:22.620 who is a deputy chief of staff
00:29:24.020 of the president
00:29:24.640 and charged with the deportation
00:29:28.280 of these illegals,
00:29:29.280 and Vice President J.D. Vance,
00:29:32.160 as well as Secretary of the Treasury,
00:29:33.760 Scott Besson,
00:29:35.160 have all vowed
00:29:36.080 to examine the funding
00:29:37.820 that was flowing
00:29:39.320 to a number of these
00:29:40.320 non-profit organizations
00:29:42.600 and other left-wing organizations,
00:29:45.080 largely through USAID,
00:29:48.520 which became basically
00:29:50.080 a slush fund
00:29:51.320 for the radical left.
00:29:53.160 USAID,
00:29:54.500 formed by executive order
00:29:56.060 by John F. Kennedy,
00:29:57.300 originally set up
00:29:58.060 to fight communism
00:29:59.720 in this hemisphere
00:30:00.820 by supporting Caribbean,
00:30:03.000 Central,
00:30:03.720 and South American governments
00:30:05.040 fighting the communists,
00:30:06.380 morphed into a massive slush fund,
00:30:09.220 and our tax dollars
00:30:10.780 are being used
00:30:12.020 to fund
00:30:12.740 this so-called
00:30:15.280 orange revolution.
00:30:17.380 So now is the time
00:30:18.480 to stand strong,
00:30:19.840 to waver,
00:30:20.820 we'll show political pressure
00:30:21.820 and street protests
00:30:22.640 can intimidate law enforcement,
00:30:24.480 and we can border security.
00:30:26.180 Donald Trump has kept
00:30:27.180 his commitment
00:30:28.060 to close our southern border
00:30:29.580 with no new laws.
00:30:31.300 Remember,
00:30:31.620 Joe Biden constantly told us,
00:30:33.100 well,
00:30:33.220 he would love to do something
00:30:34.400 about this massive invasion
00:30:36.440 going on
00:30:36.980 on our southern border
00:30:37.840 where experts tell me
00:30:39.560 as many as 30 million illegals
00:30:42.600 may have entered the country.
00:30:44.160 We only know that 312 of them
00:30:45.880 are terrorists. 0.78
00:30:46.880 My guess is that number
00:30:47.860 is much, much larger.
00:30:48.800 The truth is,
00:30:49.500 we don't know who they are,
00:30:50.640 we don't know where they are,
00:30:52.460 and we don't know
00:30:53.880 how many weapons
00:30:54.680 they brought in with them,
00:30:56.200 not to mention drugs
00:30:57.840 and other illegal contraband.
00:31:02.960 So it is really important here
00:31:05.200 to recognize that
00:31:06.520 while the optics of this
00:31:08.200 are not good,
00:31:09.920 they are a necessity,
00:31:11.920 and they're one of the keys
00:31:12.960 to the 2026 election.
00:31:14.340 The rumors that the president
00:31:15.940 is pulling back
00:31:17.060 is fake news designed
00:31:18.660 to demoralize Trump supporters,
00:31:20.720 in my opinion.
00:31:21.140 As I mentioned before,
00:31:22.900 Tom Holman met with the governor
00:31:24.280 and the mayor,
00:31:25.560 but he went there
00:31:26.620 to lay down the law
00:31:27.680 and make it clear
00:31:28.260 that their actions
00:31:29.020 to embolden ICE processors
00:31:30.800 won't be tolerated.
00:31:32.120 I know Tom Holman.
00:31:33.180 He is a very tough guy.
00:31:35.440 Now, he describes his meetings
00:31:36.780 with Tim Pontim
00:31:38.260 and the radical leftist Mayor Fry.
00:31:42.300 Every other word out of his mouth
00:31:44.440 is the F-bomb, 0.95
00:31:46.340 and let us hope that is the case.
00:31:49.280 As I said,
00:31:49.780 I was encouraged by the fact
00:31:50.800 for the first time,
00:31:52.220 the Minnesota State Police
00:31:53.600 were backing up ICE,
00:31:56.220 which is a good sign,
00:31:57.220 but the president
00:31:58.060 has not given an inch.
00:32:00.680 His message is clear
00:32:01.700 that elected officials
00:32:03.040 in Minnesota
00:32:03.540 must support law enforcement,
00:32:05.700 they must help us
00:32:06.400 remove criminal offenders,
00:32:07.520 and they must help us
00:32:08.440 restore public safety.
00:32:09.980 Holman did say
00:32:10.880 in a statement
00:32:11.400 that the president
00:32:12.660 has been clear,
00:32:13.340 American citizens
00:32:14.020 must be safe
00:32:14.880 and secure
00:32:15.860 for law-abiding residents,
00:32:17.160 and there will be.
00:32:18.060 that message
00:32:19.640 was predictably met
00:32:20.760 with resistance
00:32:21.360 from the Democrats.
00:32:22.100 Mayor Fry used the meeting
00:32:23.240 to demand an end
00:32:24.420 to Operation Metro Surge.
00:32:26.420 The federal enforcement
00:32:27.220 effort launched in December
00:32:29.660 and reiterated
00:32:30.320 that Minneapolis
00:32:30.800 will not enforce
00:32:32.240 federal immigration laws,
00:32:33.660 so he's doubled down
00:32:34.760 on the sanctuary city policies
00:32:37.300 that have drawn
00:32:37.940 sharp criticism.
00:32:38.820 Governor Walz accused
00:32:40.260 federal authorities
00:32:40.940 of starting the fire.
00:32:42.000 That's not true.
00:32:42.960 And of course,
00:32:43.420 both of them
00:32:44.280 are desperate
00:32:45.640 to distract
00:32:46.640 from the burgeoning
00:32:49.100 financial scandal
00:32:50.580 in Minnesota
00:32:51.280 in the Somali community,
00:32:53.140 where we now know
00:32:54.480 that hundreds of millions
00:32:56.020 of our tax dollars
00:32:57.100 were ripped off
00:32:57.860 through phony NGOs,
00:33:00.340 phony charities,
00:33:01.720 phony daycare centers,
00:33:03.560 phony COVID programs,
00:33:06.540 phony transportation programs,
00:33:08.900 that money not going
00:33:10.540 to help children
00:33:11.800 or daycare,
00:33:13.200 but going into the pockets
00:33:14.380 of local politicians
00:33:15.420 and some of that money
00:33:16.360 making its way back
00:33:17.760 to Al-Shabaab,
00:33:19.720 the radical leftist insurgency
00:33:23.400 in Somalia,
00:33:24.740 the ISIS alliance insurgency.
00:33:26.680 Those are our tax dollars.
00:33:29.000 So Governor Walz
00:33:30.160 is under federal investigation
00:33:31.440 in that matter.
00:33:32.980 The question is,
00:33:33.700 what did he know
00:33:34.320 and when did the governor
00:33:35.560 know it?
00:33:36.460 So it is why
00:33:37.700 he's not running re-election,
00:33:39.080 but at the end of the day,
00:33:40.640 I don't think
00:33:41.620 that he can give in
00:33:44.620 to the president's demands.
00:33:47.220 As I say,
00:33:48.240 the president has
00:33:49.240 the nuclear option here,
00:33:50.720 which nobody wants him
00:33:51.720 to see him do,
00:33:52.640 which is to move
00:33:54.100 the military.
00:33:55.620 There was no lack
00:33:58.220 of enforcement today
00:33:59.320 and crews were out
00:34:00.340 making arrests as before.
00:34:02.080 We will see
00:34:04.100 how Tim Walz
00:34:05.420 plays this out,
00:34:06.620 but at the end of the day,
00:34:08.100 those who think
00:34:08.980 that Trump has blinked
00:34:10.220 are not paying attention
00:34:11.420 to what's happening
00:34:13.000 on the ground.
00:34:13.680 I'm Roger Stone,
00:34:14.840 listening to The Stone Zone,
00:34:16.080 and we'll be right back
00:34:17.120 with more hot political news.
00:34:19.280 The Stone Zone,
00:34:24.920 entertaining and informative
00:34:26.720 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:34:30.140 Well, here we go again.
00:34:32.180 The U.S. Senate
00:34:32.820 has failed to advance
00:34:34.120 a funding package
00:34:35.240 that would prevent
00:34:36.540 a government shutdown
00:34:37.660 that is actually set
00:34:38.680 to begin tomorrow.
00:34:39.840 And of course,
00:34:40.280 Democrats are unsurprisingly
00:34:42.200 once again to blame.
00:34:43.580 In a 55-45 procedural vote,
00:34:46.400 Senate Democrats
00:34:47.100 blocked the advancement
00:34:48.740 of a six-bill funding package
00:34:50.480 because it included financing
00:34:52.200 for the Department
00:34:53.520 of Homeland Security,
00:34:54.680 the very agency tasked
00:34:55.980 with enforcing
00:34:57.140 America's border
00:34:58.040 immigration law.
00:34:58.960 The measure required
00:34:59.660 60 votes to proceed,
00:35:01.220 but fell well short
00:35:02.360 after Democrats
00:35:03.080 voted nearly
00:35:03.880 in lockstep against it.
00:35:05.760 Democrats made clear
00:35:06.900 their objection
00:35:07.560 was the D.A. State's funding,
00:35:09.500 so they wanted to do away
00:35:10.940 with all of the
00:35:11.860 immigration enforcement funding
00:35:13.680 at a time when
00:35:14.380 illegal border crossings,
00:35:16.060 cartel activity,
00:35:17.100 and migrant crime
00:35:17.920 continues to overwhelm
00:35:19.220 communities nationwide
00:35:20.680 as the Trump administration
00:35:22.140 makes great,
00:35:23.620 great progress.
00:35:25.060 The Democrats' refusal
00:35:26.400 to advance the bill
00:35:27.380 underscores their willingness
00:35:28.340 to hold the government hostage
00:35:29.560 to enact their far leftist
00:35:31.620 extremist agenda.
00:35:33.240 Additionally,
00:35:33.820 a handful of fiscally
00:35:34.820 conservative Republicans
00:35:35.780 voted no,
00:35:36.480 citing wasteful spending
00:35:37.980 and pork buried
00:35:38.920 in the bill.
00:35:39.940 Among those
00:35:40.780 were Senators Rand Paul,
00:35:42.980 Ron Johnson,
00:35:43.960 Mike Lee,
00:35:44.600 Rick Scott,
00:35:45.200 Tommy Tuberville,
00:35:46.540 and actually Moody.
00:35:48.600 Senate Majority Thune
00:35:49.640 voted against the bill
00:35:50.660 as well,
00:35:51.180 but that was a procedural
00:35:52.200 move that by voting
00:35:54.140 against the bill,
00:35:54.980 it allows him to bring
00:35:56.020 the bill back up.
00:35:57.720 So that was a good sign.
00:35:59.680 But even John Fetterman,
00:36:01.560 who is a Democrat
00:36:03.020 of Pennsylvania,
00:36:04.160 but a man that seems,
00:36:05.620 while not of great
00:36:06.300 sartorial taste
00:36:07.540 of good public judgment,
00:36:09.780 has publicly argued
00:36:10.660 for keeping the government
00:36:11.720 open and unexpectedly voted
00:36:13.280 against advancing
00:36:15.440 Schumer's move
00:36:16.780 to shut the government down.
00:36:18.600 Senator Mike Lee
00:36:19.360 highlighted the absurdity
00:36:20.820 of the spending priorities,
00:36:22.240 pointing out that
00:36:23.000 taxpayer dollars,
00:36:24.360 earmarked for projects
00:36:25.240 like elevator renovations
00:36:26.660 at New York's
00:36:27.780 Montapolitan Opera,
00:36:29.900 an institution with
00:36:30.880 $500 million in the bank,
00:36:33.060 while Democrats are refusing
00:36:34.780 to fund border enforcement,
00:36:36.180 is rather absurd.
00:36:38.060 Another shutdown
00:36:38.800 could be imminent
00:36:40.100 as dysfunctional government
00:36:41.440 in Washington, D.C.
00:36:42.740 proves itself to be
00:36:43.760 an impediment
00:36:44.300 for President Trump's
00:36:45.240 MAGA golden age.
00:36:47.000 I think this is one
00:36:47.680 of the principal reasons
00:36:48.500 the president elected
00:36:49.420 to open up a dialogue
00:36:52.140 with the governor
00:36:54.720 and the mayor.
00:36:56.380 But it is abundantly clear
00:36:58.800 that Chuck Schumer
00:37:00.160 is driven by the radical,
00:37:01.860 progressive left wing
00:37:03.220 of his party.
00:37:04.480 He is sweating
00:37:05.460 a potential primary
00:37:06.720 from a congresswoman
00:37:08.720 AOC of the Bronx,
00:37:11.260 who somehow went
00:37:12.080 from being a bartender
00:37:13.240 to being worth millions
00:37:14.560 and millions
00:37:15.220 and millions of dollars.
00:37:18.200 So it really remains
00:37:19.860 to be seen
00:37:20.420 whether the government
00:37:21.100 will shut down.
00:37:22.060 They're playing chicken
00:37:23.320 with a guy with ice water
00:37:24.680 in his veins.
00:37:25.540 Meanwhile,
00:37:25.920 President Donald Trump
00:37:26.860 has announced finally
00:37:28.460 the Department of Justice
00:37:29.560 is fully investigating
00:37:30.740 Representative Ilhan Omar
00:37:32.280 of Minnesota,
00:37:33.500 reigniting longstanding
00:37:34.820 questions about
00:37:35.560 the congressman's finances
00:37:36.960 or political conduct.
00:37:38.140 and how she got
00:37:39.520 into the United States.
00:37:41.520 It has been demonstrated
00:37:42.600 repeatedly that
00:37:43.640 Ilhan Omar
00:37:45.720 was deeply involved
00:37:47.780 in a fraud,
00:37:48.480 married her own brother
00:37:49.780 in a ruse
00:37:51.220 to get admitted
00:37:52.020 to the country.
00:37:52.900 That is a naturalization fraud.
00:37:54.920 I believe she could
00:37:56.200 quite legally be deported.
00:37:58.380 But also she is deeply involved
00:38:01.660 in this federal
00:38:03.340 massive welfare fraud.
00:38:05.180 Again, Omar
00:38:06.440 and her now husband,
00:38:08.900 who is not a Somalian,
00:38:11.760 go from being worth
00:38:13.520 $420 when she enters Congress
00:38:15.840 to being worth
00:38:16.460 close to $12 million today.
00:38:19.360 So how is that possible?
00:38:21.740 Trump said
00:38:22.180 the Department of Justice
00:38:23.100 and Congress
00:38:23.780 are examining the entire matter
00:38:25.420 and they promised
00:38:26.000 accountability.
00:38:27.340 An inquiry into
00:38:28.460 Omar's campaign findings
00:38:29.880 as interactions
00:38:30.760 with foreign nationals
00:38:31.860 had been opened
00:38:32.920 under Biden,
00:38:33.940 but it stalled
00:38:34.880 very quietly.
00:38:36.460 So greater focus
00:38:37.760 on Ilhan Omar.
00:38:38.800 Meanwhile,
00:38:39.160 she appears to have
00:38:39.940 staged some kind of
00:38:41.340 faux assassination event
00:38:42.960 in which a man
00:38:43.980 sprayed her 0.97
00:38:45.060 with some liquid.
00:38:46.080 But the whole thing
00:38:46.620 looks very staged
00:38:47.440 and phony to me.
00:38:49.060 And then I wonder
00:38:49.580 what that liquid could be.
00:38:50.980 I guess it could be,
00:38:51.960 I don't know,
00:38:52.680 ham juice.
00:38:53.800 Anyway,
00:38:54.320 I'm Roger Stone.

00:39:36.060 cuts straight
00:39:36.740 to the real financial story.
00:39:38.700 The one question, Bob,
00:39:39.860 everyone's asking is,
00:39:41.400 are we in an
00:39:42.480 artificial intelligence bubble?
00:39:44.380 You've been through
00:39:45.080 boom and bust.
00:39:46.300 What do you think?
00:39:47.160 No hype,
00:39:48.080 no myths.
00:39:48.840 Just what actually matters
00:39:50.640 to your money.
00:39:51.780 It does feel
00:39:52.420 very similar
00:39:53.300 to what we experienced
00:39:54.520 in the 90s.
00:39:55.200 Where are we though?
00:39:55.900 Are we in 1995,
00:39:57.300 1997,
00:39:58.500 1999?
