00:02:35.060 I think the big enduring story of the day is President Trump calling for the unconditional surrender of the Iranian regime.

00:02:44.300 We've had so many wars in the past where we haven't exactly called for that.

00:02:48.620 Really, the last time I can remember a war that the United States was involved in where we absolutely demanded unconditional surrender was World War II.

00:02:55.220 We demanded unconditional surrender from Nazi Germany and from Imperial Japan. 0.70

00:03:00.040 In Nazi Germany, by the way, a guy named Admiral Donitz tried to do a modified surrender.

00:03:07.580 Basically said, I'll get rid of the Hitler folks and maybe you let me continue to rule this country. 0.99

00:03:17.500 Japan asked for unconditional surrender after the second atomic bomb fell on Nagasaki.

00:03:32.600 But that is a very big news that President Trump's calling for that.

00:03:35.800 And I don't think it's a coincidence that he called for it after Israel blew up the underground bunker that was used by the now late Ali Khamenei, the Ayatollah there, and all of his top leaders.

00:03:47.360 And we're hearing reports that maybe the rest of what was left of that top leadership in Iran was taken out in that attack.

00:03:54.900 So maybe President Trump made that demand for unconditional surrender because he kind of knew all the leaders who might have the ability to continue fighting a war and authorizing it were gone.

00:04:05.760 There are reports, by the way, again, this is the second time he's been reported dead in the last week.

00:04:09.640 So I don't want everybody to get completely convinced of this.

00:04:13.160 But yet another report that the son of Ali Khamenei, Mouyaba Khamenei, who was named the new supreme leader earlier in the day, may have been killed in that strike, in that bunker strike that the Israelis carried out.

00:09:37.660 was happening and they got angry at the news media for covering a public protest on public

00:09:42.800 property.

00:09:44.240 And a couple of the news media people came in just to film it.

00:09:46.680 And some professor got really angry that they were actually filming the protest.

00:09:51.760 And she was famously caught on air saying, can I get some muscle over here? 1.00

00:18:49.600 And I want to start with something that's going on right now, not only because it's happening now,

00:18:53.320 but because it's certainly a major development, Iran's Marabad Airport, that's their main airport in Tehran,

00:18:58.700 absolutely engulfed in flames right now.

00:19:00.560 I've seen many videos of this, all confirmed a massive attack on the airport.

00:19:05.380 I would assume it's mostly an Israeli attack, but maybe the U.S. is involved, certainly tactically involved.

00:19:10.260 And this is a major development because it isn't just about crippling civilian flights out of Iran,

00:19:15.720 which haven't been happening anyway since last weekend anyway.

00:19:18.080 But we know that the Iranian regime has been using that airport for its military facilities for a long time.

00:19:26.700 There's also apparently a prison there as well that perhaps the Israelis in the United States would like to see destroyed 0.99

00:24:21.960 And his poll came out today showing that the Republicans and the Democrats are tied in the generic midterm ballot poll, which surprises a lot of people who really thought that with the war coming and with the polls showing that the war isn't completely supported yet, although you can't trust war polls until a couple of weeks out, by the way.

00:24:45.760 Polls on wars are not reliable until two weeks into the war.
