The StoneZONE with Roger Stone - The Stone Zone ｜ 03-17-25

00:00:00.000 this is the stone zone with roger stone people love him and respect him roger stone

00:00:16.040 now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone you are entering the stone zone this

00:00:26.620 is the place for politics where we try to bring you the inside skinny on what's really happening

00:00:33.740 in our nation's capital and across the country president donald trump declared last night

00:00:40.240 because joe biden never actually signed several pardons that those pardons are void and vacant

00:00:47.380 you see the pardons in question were signed with an auto pen the pardons that sleepy joe biden gave

00:00:54.220 to the unselect committee of political thugs and many others are hereby declared void vacant and of

00:01:01.800 no force or effect the president said because they had been done by auto pen in other words

00:01:07.860 trump said joe biden did not only not sign them but more importantly he didn't even know anything

00:01:13.900 about them the necessary pardoning documents were never explained to or approved by biden himself

00:01:20.540 he knew nothing about them at all and the people that did while they may have committed a crime

00:01:26.120 this would explain by the way perhaps why biden pardoned hardened criminals murderers on death row

00:01:33.320 who had never expressed any regret or remorse and whose families knew nothing about their upcoming

00:01:40.300 pardons also why he suddenly pardoned a chinese national who was arrested with a major stash of

00:01:48.180 chinese a party child pornography uh therefore all of those on the unselect jenry six committee 0.90

00:01:56.140 who destroyed and deleted all the evidence obtained in their two-year witch hunt of the president and me

00:02:02.840 among others should fully understand that they will now be subjected to investigation at the highest

00:02:09.400 level the fact is they were probably responsible for the documents that were signed on their behalf

00:02:14.860 without the knowledge or consent of the worst president in the history of our country that

00:02:20.520 would be crooked joe biden last week the missouri attorney general andrew bailey stated that all

00:02:27.640 actions signed by auto pen instead of joe biden himself are legally void attorney general bailey demanded

00:02:36.060 a justice department investigation after a bombshell report by the conservative heritage foundation's

00:02:42.180 oversight project showed that biden wasn't always aware of what he was approving and that the staff

00:02:48.780 were forging biden's signature using an auto pen that's a mechanical device that replicates the

00:02:54.620 president's signature it's used on nearly every executive order on official documents during biden's

00:03:01.080 tenure other presidents have disproportionately signed their real name with a pen uh in fact on the date that

00:03:10.180 many of these preemptive pardons were signed joe biden was on vacation in saint croix but then again he was

00:03:18.040 on vacation for most of his time as president uh it is uh amazing to me because i was subjected to the

00:03:25.980 january 6 witch hunt there was a witness cassidy hutchinson she was an assistant to white house chief of staff 0.81

00:03:33.840 mark meadows she testified under oath that the president told meadows to call me and general

00:03:43.700 michael flynn on january 5th to find out what was going to happen on january 6th the problem with that

00:03:52.160 claim under oath is that it's not true i've never spoken to mark meadows in my life in any format not by text

00:03:59.980 not by phone call i may have met him once in a green room at fox this was long before donald trump

00:04:07.040 was president and he was a congressman uh hutchinson goes on to say that meadows was supposed to go to

00:04:16.240 a meeting in a war room at the willard hotel where i guess they were game planning uh attempting to

00:04:24.100 seek a delay in the certification of the electoral college but that she dissuaded her boss meadows

00:04:31.500 from attending but that meadows called stone and general flynn afterwards to get a rundown on the

00:04:39.000 meeting that was the second act of perjury that phone call never took place there's no phone record

00:04:45.860 i checked with mike flynn he's never talked to mike uh to mark meadows either perfect example of

00:04:53.360 liz cheney going around the backs of the attorneys to witnesses like hutchinson and coaching them on

00:05:01.080 false testimony that's called perjury trump has now decided to ignore a federal court order to

00:05:10.880 halt deportation flights of venezuelan gang members and his vow to take it all the way to

00:05:16.760 the supreme court you see there was a time in america that we thought that the judicial branch was

00:05:23.260 non-political boy did i learn the hard way that that's not true uh in my own personal case where

00:05:30.380 they essentially tried to frame me for russian collusion that doesn't exist uh but after seizing over

00:05:38.480 one million emails from me and telling two federal judges that they had probable cause to charge me

00:05:45.380 for treason conspiracy against the united states counterfeiting money laundering unauthorized access

00:05:53.960 to a government computer uh aiding and abetting a conspiracy before and after the fact wire fraud and

00:06:02.600 mail fraud after going through all my emails all my text messages all my phone calls

00:06:07.880 they found no evidence of any of those crimes that was after they raided both my home and my office

00:06:14.620 tearing through both places for 13 hours straight finding nothing whatsoever that they could use in

00:06:21.760 court against me so they cook up these charges against you now in my case uh the judge ruled that i could

00:06:30.340 not introduce or my defense attorneys could not introduce any evidence of corruption by the

00:06:37.720 fbi the department of justice the special counsel's office or any member of congress i don't want to

00:06:45.780 mention any names adam schiff so uh it is uh amazing uh that these federal judges who are supposed to be

00:06:55.300 non-political issue a completely political order like this judge james bozberg he replaced the epically

00:07:03.780 corrupt beryl powell beryl powell beryl powell beryl powell was a judge who ordered that donald trump's own 1.00

00:07:09.280 lawyers had to testify against him in the so-called documents case a clear violation of the sixth amendment

00:07:17.420 of the united states this case now with judge bozberg uh the head of the dc district judges uh ruling uh that the

00:07:27.320 uh venezuelan gangs cannot be shipped back from to where they came from was uh unconstitutional but

00:07:35.140 he ordered a 14-day restraining order to prevent the administration from invoking the 1789 alien

00:07:42.420 enemies act as a justification for deporting illegal immigrants convicted of crimes without hearings

00:07:49.020 any plane containing these folks is going to take off or is in the air needs to be returned to united states

00:07:56.160 however that is accomplished judge bozberg right despite that order a day later the first flight

00:08:03.080 carrying more than 250 venezuelan gang members left the u.s bound for el salvador where they were

00:08:10.080 escorted off the plane by heavily armed commandos and brought to the notorious terrorism confinement

00:08:16.380 center the flights included 238 members of the venezuela prison gang called tran de aragua as well as

00:08:25.620 23 members of ms 13 the particularly violent gang salvator salvadorian president naib bukele

00:08:34.980 announced all of this last sunday morning as bukele who is a friend of mine recently sent me some of the

00:08:43.980 great coffee from his privately owned plantation coffee plantation said these are monsters sent into

00:08:51.440 our country by crooked joe biden and the radical left democrats how dare they uh thank you for returning

00:08:58.700 them uh president bukele has set up a situation in which he went from having one of the most dangerous

00:09:05.360 uh unstable uh countries uh in this hemisphere to having very close to a model society with low crime and

00:09:13.660 economic opportunity proving that you can clean up a country that is racked by crime uh he has said to

00:09:22.480 the president thank you mr president uh this should never have been allowed to happen that would only

00:09:28.920 happen because of the incompetent democrat leadership we will never forget last night on air force one

00:09:36.100 trump trump was being asked about this and why he invoked the 1789 alien enemies act that has only been

00:09:43.640 used in times of war and he said this is a time of war because biden allowed millions of people many of them

00:09:51.520 criminals into our country and that is an invasion new york u.s senator and senate uh minority leader chuck

00:10:00.360 chuck schumer is added again he had to be corrected by elon musk it was interesting to me that in the

00:10:06.720 space of 72 hours both chuck schumer and his erstwhile primary opponent for the u.s senate in new york

00:10:15.540 congresswoman aoc both repeated and recycled the lie again that donald trump intends to eliminate 0.60

00:10:24.480 social security and medicare you know i'm a 50 year veteran of the political wars i've been through

00:10:31.660 many elections why is it that every two years the democrats pull out this same old saw it's a canard

00:10:40.740 a falsehood it's a lie uh but once again uh chuck schumer's out there uh claiming that that is the

00:10:48.940 republican's secret plan meanwhile chuck schumer is facing a significant challenge to his own

00:10:55.020 leadership role inside the democrat party democrats are furious that schumer caved to the republicans

00:11:01.200 and voted to invoke cloture that means bring to a vote the continuing resolution to fund the government

00:11:07.980 prior to this cloture vote which ended debate on the spending bill schumer said that he changed his

00:11:15.080 mind in order to prevent president donald trump from grabbing more power you see it's always trump's

00:11:21.000 fault doesn't matter what happens it's always trump's fault although some analysts believe that

00:11:26.180 that uh well schumer came to understand that his party would own a subsequent government shutdown

00:11:33.240 he wants full control over government spending said schumer he isn't the first president to want this

00:11:40.040 but he's the first president to cower his party into submission so this republican rejection leads us

00:11:46.400 to a decision said schumer and it's not a really uh tough decision it's hobson's choice either proceed

00:11:54.300 with the bill before us or risk donald trump throwing america into chaos and a shutdown that in schumer's

00:12:02.000 case it was no choice at all in reality republicans to a member voted to pass legislation

00:12:09.520 and keep the government open i think only thomas massey of kentucky voted against it much to the

00:12:16.500 ire of president trump while the cr bill is bad the potential for a shutdown has consequences for

00:12:24.200 america that are much much worse for sure the republican bill is a terrible option i too am sick of kicking

00:12:31.680 the can down the road but with elon musk uh and his colleagues at doge uncovering not millions not

00:12:41.000 billions but trillions of dollars of waste fraud and corruption uh and with the record revenues generated by

00:12:49.820 the last trump tax cut and therefore the predictable jump in revenues that will result when the trump

00:12:59.520 tax cuts are renewed we may actually be moving to a balanced budget something we haven't had since

00:13:07.140 dwight eisenhower was president since his vote schumer schumer has been hammered by his fellow democrats

00:13:14.300 some criticized him by name others like former speaker nancy pelosi just hinted at it donald trump and

00:13:21.960 elon musk must have offered the congress a false choice between a government shutdown and a blank check

00:13:27.980 that makes a devastating assault on the well-beating working families of america said nancy pelosi

00:13:35.160 now i heard last week that she had gotten a 14 million dollar grant to study grapes uh at her

00:13:43.680 northern california vineyard turns out that story was not true she made so much money on insider trading 1.00

00:13:52.100 she didn't need the money i'm roger stone this is uh the stone zone and we'll be right back

00:15:39.500 this is the stone zone now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone

00:16:02.260 and we're back in the stone zone the democrat party has hit new polling lows a new poll by nbc news of

00:16:13.840 all people shows the democrat party in the worst shape in its entire history at this point only 27

00:16:21.680 percent of voters say they have a positive view of the party which is the party's lowest point positive

00:16:27.500 rating in an nbc poll dating back to 1990 uh seven percent of those say that their views are very

00:16:36.640 positive this is pathetic uh as i said this weekend uh the old democrat party the party of john f kennedy 0.51

00:16:44.880 the party of harry truman the party that believed in free enterprise and capitalism uh a strong national 0.96

00:16:51.200 defense that party is dead having been hijacked by a marxist leftist freak fringe uh the democrat party

00:17:01.900 of working people the party that my parents once belonged to just no longer with us hunter biden has

00:17:09.340 fled to south africa on an ultra luxurious vacation and he has round the clock secret service protection

00:17:16.540 in order to avoid a grueling deposition in a case that he himself filed in the first place

00:17:22.400 two weeks ago hunter biden filed a court in court that he was too broke to continue the lawsuit that

00:17:29.080 he initiated against garrett ziggler a former trump white house aide and his organization marcopolo.org

00:17:37.520 you see they published all of an online database including all 128 000 emails found on hunter biden

00:17:46.520 infamous laptop last thursday california district judge herman vera granted hunter's motion dismiss the

00:17:54.800 case because of hunter's plea that he was too broke to continue the lawsuit but photographs show hunter

00:18:00.960 was already in cape town that night staying in a 500 a night beachfront villa described on its website as

00:18:09.260 ultra luxurious a designer home with spectacular 180 degrees unobstructed views

00:18:16.200 of the beautiful sea ziggler's lawyers told the court last week that hunter had fled to south africa

00:18:22.460 to avoid testifying in his deposition in this case a deposition that was set for this week

00:18:30.540 he was in south africa before the judge even decided the case that means he was assuming his daddy's

00:18:37.440 appointee was going to rubber stamp his motion before the court and so it was it was here on the stone

00:18:45.800 zone that we broke the news that a man was found with a gun inside the capitol uh both during the

00:18:53.300 inauguration when trump was sworn in in the rotunda and again the night of the state of the union address

00:18:59.840 uh and the former capitol hill police officer who helped us break that story tarik johnson

00:19:06.180 was joining us next so whatever you do folks stay in the zone and don't touch that dial

00:19:12.680 this is the stone zone with roger stone they went after a guy named roger stone who's sitting in the

00:19:34.740 office and i'll say this in front of roger he's no baby and right now he's cleaner than anybody in this

00:19:40.120 place now as i treated him very unfairly now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone

00:19:49.460 and we're back in the stone zone act blue which is the premier fundraising machine for the democrat

00:19:58.880 party faces an uncertain future amid investigations staff departures and political criticism act blue

00:20:06.480 has been accused by republicans of illegally collecting money for democrats uh in the 2024

00:20:12.980 election but we now learn that they were using these deceptive and presumably illegal practices far

00:20:20.740 earlier in essence a person was allowed to go online uh and donate to candidates uh either

00:20:28.740 through paypal google pay venmo or through a credit card but in the case where they used a credit card

00:20:35.720 that was never matched with their mailing address that function was turned off so in other words

00:20:42.500 they funneled millions of dollars to various democrats uh and then when investigators go out and find the

00:20:49.500 actual donor in many cases donors who gave multiple contributions over a long period of time

00:20:55.820 well they say they never gave any political donations uh among the very worst offenders is new york attorney general

00:21:04.940 latisha james we'll have a lot more on this story for you as it develops joining us now uh is taric tk

00:21:14.740 johnson uh taric johnson is a former lieutenant in the u.s capitol police known for his role during the january 6

00:21:22.300 2021 capitol riot a 23 year veteran of the force he was responsible for overseeing routine operations

00:21:31.420 at the capitol on that day on january 6 as that situation escalated johnson found himself amid the chaos

00:21:39.240 in an effort to manage the crowd and ensure the safety of officers law workers and the public

00:21:44.820 he donned a make america great hat believing it would help him navigate through the riders without

00:21:50.540 confrontation this action however ended up leading to his suspension and his eventual resignation from

00:21:58.060 the force now as i said earlier taric johnson was a key source uh in exposing the fact uh that a man

00:22:06.800 got into the capitol uh during the inauguration when donald trump was uh sworn in the rotunda

00:22:15.200 brandishing a gun uh and also another individual got into the capitol in the very same room uh where

00:22:24.260 president trump was prior to his state of the union address uh when we broke that story in conjunction

00:22:31.780 with slingshot.news right here in the stone zone it was only hours later that the chief of the

00:22:40.900 uh police the capitol hill police resigned so here to talk to us about that and uh the other issues

00:22:47.880 surrounding january 6 uh taric johnson joins the stone zone taric welcome roger um thank you for having

00:22:55.780 me i appreciate it very much very very you're a truth teller my friend and we are very very proud

00:23:01.080 to have you uh first uh let's go to this most recent incident uh you helped us find confirmed

00:23:09.260 sources that told us that that indeed there had been a breach of security uh particularly in view of the

00:23:18.500 attempts on the president's life in butler pennsylvania also uh in west palm beach uh this seems like an

00:23:25.560 egregious security screw-up no uh absolutely absolutely and um you know discussing exactly

00:23:34.000 what occurred on capitol hill um there were um there are two incidents um the first incident which

00:23:41.480 occurred on january the 20th now uh my sources got back to me and they were calling me and they were

00:23:48.660 giving me bits of information first i heard somebody got into the capitol unauthorized on january 20th which

00:23:55.100 you know uh it's a big deal in and of itself but then later on i found out that the individual may

00:24:02.400 have been in possession of a weapon now um i was told that the um there the problem with this is that

00:24:09.720 we were told i was told that a high-ranking capital official brought the person in and had that person go

00:24:18.180 around security and then that high-ranking capital official took that person to the capitol rotunda

00:24:26.020 where donald trump gave his um where he was being sworn in and then i heard after and so that's one

00:24:33.840 person that's one place where the person was at and then later on in the day they do a the presidential

00:24:40.400 luncheon in statuary hall after that which is you know adjacent to that room so then president

00:24:46.020 trump goes over to that room and from what i heard from my sources that um the capitol police

00:24:51.520 official then brings that person over to that room as well um and that person actually had lunch this

00:25:00.220 is what i'm told in statuary hall now you got members of congress can't get in that room um and and partake

00:25:06.840 in the presidential luncheon but this capitol official decided to bring a guest with a gun inside of that

00:25:14.500 room in both rooms now the problem with this is that if you have not been vetted by the capitol

00:25:20.920 secret service you can't come and you you're not working the event you can't come in that building

00:25:27.460 with a gun even on a day when the president is not there on this particular day the president of the

00:25:35.060 united states were was there so which makes it even more egregious so now um from my sources told me

00:25:41.400 that manger jay thomas manger tried to cover up the incident he did not suspend the command

00:25:49.380 official he just moved him over to a new section which typically if you have something to that nature

00:25:55.180 that person would have been suspended and manger didn't do that now going to the state of the union

00:26:00.420 incident so now the guy comes in uh one of the doors on the house side he has a gun i don't know if it

00:26:08.120 was in his bag or on his person but they found him with a gun so now he didn't actually make it in

00:26:13.720 the actual capital but he made it at the entrance so they stopped in there he was arrested now now

00:26:21.160 roger now this is huge this is what the man said when he was caught and um he like doing the processing

00:26:28.820 of the arrest he said that why are people making such a big deal about this i brought the gun in yesterday

00:26:34.780 so now that means he got in so that was the problem so then the cap police went back i'm i'm told that

00:26:41.240 they looked at the video and then they found that the that the staff did bring the gun in the day before

00:26:46.840 and then they suspended the officer but the problem with that roger is that they suspended the officer

00:26:51.760 immediately um for what he did on march the 3rd the president trump wasn't even there so the staff

00:27:00.180 were so there's a you know and and officials are held to a higher standard but they didn't do it in

00:27:06.680 this case so but the major incident and it the and what i'm being told is that the incident is still

00:27:12.440 being investigated we don't know for sure if the person that was in the rotunda was a man was a woman

00:27:17.800 we don't know yet because the capital police um who uh they do not have to adhere to the freedom of

00:27:24.360 information act for you so manger wouldn't tell anybody anything so all people wanted to know

00:27:29.720 was hey listen would you mind just talking about this incident and letting the public know what

00:27:34.120 happened was it even true manger will not say anything he was trying to cover it up uh he as

00:27:40.700 you know resigned or retired but that's really resignation within hours of our having this bombshell

00:27:48.300 report right here in the stone zone uh along with my colleague at slingshot.news troy smith uh it

00:27:57.000 is uh particularly disturbing to me in view of the events in butler pennsylvania uh and in west palm

00:28:03.320 beach normally if you said at this tumultuous time in american politics i fear that there would be an

00:28:09.720 attempt on the president's life you would you'd call me a conspiracy theorist or worse except for there

00:28:15.300 have been two attempts on the president's life uh and in both cases we still have more answer pardon me

00:28:21.280 more questions than we have answers uh you're an experienced law enforcement officer as you point

00:28:27.900 out the capitol hill police are not under the control of the executive branch they are under the control of

00:28:34.440 the congress specifically the speaker uh and the senate uh majority leader uh and uh it leads you to ask

00:28:43.380 many many questions uh but i don't like the idea of anybody being in proximity to the president with

00:28:51.020 a gun uh because based on what you're telling me is a senior officer took this person around the mag

00:28:58.100 machines that would have detected the gun is that is that correct yes and that is astronomically huge

00:29:06.000 and the person wasn't the main issue was that the person to my knowledge was not that and then if

00:29:13.840 the captain he can't go back and say oh yeah yeah yeah that person was better and that person did have

00:29:18.820 a right to be there because if that was the case then you would not have moved him out of now his job he

00:29:25.260 was the protective service bureau commander so that means he was in charge of like the um cid uh plain

00:29:31.520 closed um um officers they moved him over and put him over training and now the training was already

00:29:38.920 good they had a senior deputy chief there who handles everything so that deputy chief he's not

00:29:45.480 going to say it but he absolutely didn't need the guy that they brought over there so then you take him

00:29:50.080 um the the actual person and i'm hearing that the person was his name was benedict and he was the

00:29:56.300 assistant chief that manger hired he was the one that they put over in training so now you move him

00:30:03.740 over via um and then you and then you leave um protective service bureau and you put over that

00:30:10.900 deputy chief when it's supposed to be an assistant chief and you put that person over benedict over

00:30:18.360 training that's the problem so the question is why did you just move him and not suspend him that's

00:30:24.260 number one and number two why did you suspend the officer on the who committed and he the officer

00:30:31.220 didn't make a mistake because he didn't catch the gun on the third but you suspend him immediately but

00:30:35.520 you don't do that to the command official who is of a higher rank who is held to a higher standard and

00:30:41.420 this is the thing and the the main issue is not even what the what i'm hearing with the assistant

00:30:46.960 chief who brought the person in that's bad but the fact that you have the capital police chief who's

00:30:53.240 trying to cover it up and and and roger and this is the big thing um there had been donald trump was

00:30:59.580 shot in july it hasn't even been a year yet since the man was shot so and people don't really appreciate

00:31:07.240 this and some people don't really can't comprehend this but if people wanted him dead before he was

00:31:13.240 president you think that you say people want him dead even less now so you have to give him you know

00:31:20.500 and you give you give any i mean i can't even believe i'm saying this but you got to give

00:31:24.380 um the president of the united states of america a high level of protection and jay thomas manger

00:31:30.820 wouldn't do it uh manger based on the research i did has no previous law enforcement experience

00:31:38.340 he was a lobbyist prior to being named as the capitol hill police chief uh where he got a 2.8

00:31:45.960 billion dollar contract for one of his big corporate clients uh this makes very little

00:31:53.540 sense to me uh but uh i was glad to see that in the face of all this evidence uh he resigned retired

00:32:02.020 but in essence uh he was canned uh what orders were capitol hill police officers given on or before

00:32:09.100 january 6th so just let me clarify one thing no no major was a long-time law enforcement

00:32:15.580 official he was the chief of montgomery county yes you're right i stand corrected yes and he was

00:32:22.220 chief of fairfax you know and um and i don't know if okay now this is the issue now if you followed

00:32:28.760 um the january 6th um the events and um and and what occurred after january 6th there was a lot going out

00:32:36.940 saying that um it was a cover-up it was set up i put a lot of that out i stand behind everything i

00:32:43.580 said january 6th was absolutely a setup and absolutely it was a cover-up the person who

00:32:49.160 uh from now there are different legs of what occurred on january 6th we all know that we know

00:32:55.080 that they were more than likely ages in the crowd provocateurs we know all that but the big thing is

00:33:01.300 this it was an intel failure of what occurred on january 6th and that intel failure was

00:33:06.540 primarily from a woman named yogananda pitman so she was the person that was the central figure

00:33:13.880 in the actual setup the central figure and the cover-up was jay thomas manger pitman left in 2023

00:33:20.980 and because of you roger and you deserve a kiss from me manger is gone now because had you not

00:33:27.240 contacted and worked with um slingshot news and the investigative reporter there the information that

00:33:34.640 you covered we never we didn't see it you guys found it if you wouldn't have done what you did

00:33:39.840 manger will be slithering around the capitol hill buildings today and thank you for what you did for

00:33:46.400 us for the country all right folks when we come back we're going to talk to tarik johnson more about

00:33:51.400 what actually happened on january 6th you're in the right place because we tell you the stone cold truth

00:33:56.940 right here in the stone zone whatever you do don't touch that dial

00:34:01.500 you

00:34:26.940 this is the stone zone with roger stone they went after a guy named roger stone who's sitting in the

00:34:35.900 office and i'll say this in front of roger he's no baby and right now he's cleaner than anybody in

00:34:41.020 this place now as they treated him very unfairly now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger

00:34:49.860 stone and we're back we're talking to former lieutenant of the u.s capital police tarik johnson a 23 year

00:35:00.260 veteran of the force uh he has said publicly in numerous interviews that he believes january 6th was

00:35:07.860 set up suggesting that both police officers and demonstrators were placed in a precarious and

00:35:13.700 dangerous situation we've got about five minutes here i want to try to get to as much of this we can

00:35:18.980 because well tarik you are a truth teller and i i salute you for your bravery and your courage of

00:35:25.300 coming forward you've said that trump supporters were purposely let into the capital by police

00:35:30.900 officers you've also said that ranking members of the capital police knew in advance the capital was

00:35:36.580 going to be broken into so where did that intelligence originate from okay there were um there were intel

00:35:44.340 analysts that worked for the capital police and they put together a report that report was 21 td 159 and

00:35:51.060 they basically told what was going to happen that day so they sent it so they sent it to pitman um

00:35:57.620 pitman did not send that report to chief steven's son now she knew steven's son was trying to get

00:36:06.020 national guard support um days leading up to january 6th and he was told and he is in

00:36:14.420 son was told that the intel that he had didn't articulate the need for the national guard pitman had

00:36:21.780 it and she wouldn't give it to him so she would also give it to who the operations commander he needed it

00:36:29.540 she didn't give it to him either his name was chad thomas he's now gone um he was forced from what

00:36:35.140 i'm hearing to sign the nda upon his retirement he can't even speak to you to tell you what i'm to

00:36:42.020 confirm what i'm telling you because he's he was forced to sign the nda i'm being told but she had

00:36:47.380 the intel she didn't give it to him and this and then january 6th happened because of that and after that

00:36:53.380 she was um basically heralded as a hero and then she was awarded a position in california

00:36:59.300 over berkeley university as their police chief uh the most painful question we have about three

00:37:04.980 minutes uh lieutenant michael bird shot and kills in cold blood a veteran air force uh uh veteran

00:37:13.620 pardon me ashley babbitt who is unarmed uh menacing no one she shot and killed without warning

00:37:21.300 yet bird is actually given a medal and an accommodation uh over what i think was a

00:37:29.060 an unwarranted act of violence and a cold-blooded murder but i want to hear i want to hear your

00:37:34.260 opinion about it now like i was there that day and um roger have you heard the radio transmission

00:37:39.700 that day i have not okay if you want them because i got your phone number we can talk about it and i can

00:37:44.180 get them to you so uh it was pandemonium over the radio even uh somebody can say no it wasn't

00:37:50.020 january 6th wasn't a big deal if you just listen to the radio you have heard pandemonium you would

00:37:55.140 hear officers begging command officials for assistance because i even personally was begging

00:38:00.100 over the radio for help i was begging yoganana's pitman specifically and we were ghosted we thought

00:38:05.620 if you listen to the radio you think the world was coming to an end now i know everybody has their

00:38:10.020 opinion about um michael bird um and i can't i'm not going to say if he should have shot her if if he

00:38:17.460 shouldn't have because i i don't get into that i wasn't there i don't know what he heard i don't

00:38:21.780 know what he so i know what he i know he heard the radio but the issue is this he should have never

00:38:26.660 been put in that situation in the first place the information we should have been prepared for january

00:38:31.700 6th everybody on the ground that day was agreed and everybody needs to be made whole in my opinion

00:38:39.780 you know but like i said i'll say it again um he should have never been put in that situation in

00:38:44.900 the first place and i don't know if you know about this and i'll make it quick uh i i ordered

00:38:49.540 the evacuation of the senate chamber i don't know if you know this i did that at 228 i was begging

00:38:55.380 pitman if i could do it because i knew that we needed to get the people and when i say the people

00:38:59.540 the members of congress out of the building to de-escalate the situation she wouldn't give any 0.73

00:39:04.420 authorization so i just i took it upon myself and i did it if and then i started to i ordered the

00:39:11.140 evacuation of the house at 236 because pitman once again would not help me if we would have evacuated

00:39:19.380 both chambers at the same time ashley badden would have been would be alive today because by the time 1.00

00:39:25.700 she got to the chamber everybody would have been gone all right i'm afraid we have to wrap it there

00:39:32.180 our special thanks to taric johnson a 23-year veteran of the u.s capitol police former lieutenant

00:39:40.100 governor and a truth teller who has helped only last week to break news regarding further security

00:39:47.060 breaches around president donald trump i say the rosary for his safety every single night folks

00:39:53.060 i urge you to do the same thanks for joining us today in the stone zone god bless you and godspeed
