The StoneZONE with Roger Stone - The Stone Zone ｜ 04-01-25

00:00:00.000 this is the stone zone with roger stone people love him and respect him roger stone

00:00:16.080 now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone breaking news

00:00:23.840 and good evening roger stone has a well-deserved night off he's taking the night off i'm dominic

00:00:32.060 carter filling in for the legendary one the great roger stone it is believe it or not folks

00:00:39.640 it's election night in america what do i mean by that tonight right now is the first major elections

00:00:49.340 of president trump's second term tonight the first major elections of trump's second term

00:00:59.440 from the big race in wisconsin that could determine ultimately which way the house goes whether it

00:01:07.740 stays republican or flips democratic ultimately and the two special house races in florida so for the

00:01:15.900 republicans some good news first of all polls just closed six minutes ago and florida one and

00:01:24.380 florida congressional district one that's the race to replace matt gates in congress but in florida six

00:01:33.240 the republican randy fine has emerged victorious that's not surprising this is a plus 30 republican

00:01:42.140 district and democrats they're looking for anything anything they're in major trouble wait till i tell you

00:01:50.680 their popularity numbers uh coming up their approval numbers in just a minute but uh this is a district

00:01:57.880 florida six that republicans won easily president trump won easily by plus 30 percent and the democratic

00:02:07.640 candidate in that race in florida six uh josh wheel has lost by apparently it appears right now nine

00:02:16.720 percent so democrats will claim victory even though folks we all know a win is a win no matter what we're

00:02:26.080 taking your calls on this election night the roger stone show dominant carter filling in 800-848-9222

00:02:35.640 800-848-9222 so a big night a big election night and of course perhaps the biggest prize of all in which it's neck and neck

00:02:51.420 and it's the best evidence yet of whether president trump and his allies maintain strong support or whether

00:03:01.500 they face a growing backlash led by a re re-energized democratic party and i just don't see that i don't see it

00:03:09.020 but in wisconsin in wisconsin a nearly 100 million dollar race for control of the state supreme court

00:03:18.500 has morphed if you will into an important clash over the state's direction and a referendum on president trump

00:03:27.980 and elon musk so a high stakes battle tonight high stakes battle tonight and why do i tell you that

00:03:37.000 democrats are in deep trouble why do i say that and we'll focus on wisconsin and which polls are open

00:03:44.200 now for another 50 minutes in the badger state why do i say democrats are in deep trouble this is what

00:03:50.960 they're calling a victory this is what they're calling a victory their new approval rating is at an all-time

00:03:57.460 low of 21 percent 21 percent and what are democrats doing tonight the victory that they're having

00:04:06.460 tonight it's cory booker the senator from new jersey delivering the longest speech in senate history

00:04:14.720 over 24 hours doing what what is cory booker doing he is denouncing the trump agenda this is the only

00:04:24.200 victory if this is what we call it because it's nothing but a gimmick cory booker speaking on the

00:04:31.820 senate floor to call to the conscience of this nation to say i will not stand for another american to lose

00:04:38.680 their health care for a billionaire i will not stand for another veteran who's dedicated to stopping the

00:04:43.980 suicide of other veterans to lose their job i won't stand for the air quality in my community to

00:04:49.740 make worse because they're letting polluters pollute more i won't stand for the collective assaults on

00:04:55.060 the constitution by a man who even the highest judge in our land a republican appointed judge

00:05:03.020 said stop threatening and bullying other branches of government when is it going to be enough my voice

00:05:10.820 is inadequate my efforts today are inadequate to stop what they're trying to do but we the people

00:05:19.140 are powerful we are strong we have changed history we have bent the arc of the moral universe

00:05:25.300 and now is that moral moment again it's the moral moment again god bless america we need you now

00:05:33.220 god bless america if you love her if you love your neighbor if you love this country show your love

00:05:40.200 stop them from doing what they're trying to do for almost 20 hours we have laid out what they're

00:05:46.560 trying to do 20 hours i could i want to stand more and i will but i'm begging people don't let this be

00:05:53.980 another normal day in america please god please god don't let them take medicaid away from 10 20 30

00:06:01.860 or 40 million americans who desperately need it don't let them do it excuse me cory booker that's not

00:06:08.980 what president trump is trying to do you're trying to demonize him and it's not going to work folks

00:06:14.900 this is why there's a new poll out that shows democrats popularity is at an all-time low of 21

00:06:24.340 percent we're going to focus on that dominic carter and for the great and legendary roger stone

00:06:31.060 this evening i want you to listen elon musk elon musk was in green bay wisconsin the other night and

00:06:38.280 we're taking your live calls right now 800-848-9222 elon musk was in green bay the other day

00:06:46.520 and he lays out here he is with judge janine pierro on the fox news channel laying out in full detail

00:06:56.440 what's on the line tonight tonight this hour as in wisconsin the polls close now in about 45 minutes elon

00:07:08.200 musk on fox news channel with judge janine pierro why is this race in wisconsin so important and what

00:07:15.880 is your response to democrats who've tried to make tonight's elections a referendum on you

00:07:24.440 well the reason tonight's elections are so important is that the judge at race will decide

00:07:29.320 whether the wisconsin district districts get redrawn um they're kind of trying to gerrymander wisconsin to

00:07:35.800 remove two republican seats um and as you know the uh the house is currently republican by a razor-thin

00:07:43.480 margin which means that losing this judge race uh has a good chance of causing republicans to lose

00:07:50.280 control of the house if you lose control of the house there will be non-stop impeachment hearings

00:07:55.320 there will be non-stop uh hearings and and and and and subpoenas and it's it's gonna be they're

00:08:01.720 gonna do everything possible to stop the agenda that the american people voted for uh when they

00:08:08.040 voted for president trump with the popular vote uh with and the house and the senate uh in in november

00:08:14.120 they're going to do everything possible to stop the president's agenda and so it's in it's incredibly

00:08:19.800 important that people in wisconsin go out and vote right now contact their friends and family uh contact

00:08:25.480 their neighbors and and take them to the polling stations which close at 8 pm uh tonight uh you can actually

00:08:31.720 register register to vote and and vote today um it's an extremely tight race uh this is a race that

00:08:38.360 will be decided by maybe half a percent or a percent it's it's it's really neck and neck um and so you

00:08:46.440 this could be decided by a single voter potentially that's how close it is and uh so uh if you if you know

00:08:53.960 people in wisconsin call them right now and ask them to go and vote and again ask them to bring their

00:08:59.480 friends the family their neighbors uh this is a crucial election there is also uh a uh a ballot

00:09:06.920 initiative uh to enshrine voter id in the wisconsin constitution which is essential for election

00:09:13.480 integrity okay you know the interesting part of that is for for years people have never really understood

00:09:19.560 elon you know the significance of this wisconsin state supreme court race but you make it very clear in

00:09:26.840 terms of gerrymandering and the attempt then obviously to change the number of people uh congressional

00:09:34.040 seats in wisconsin so thank you for that so and judge janine perro with uh elon musk on wisconsin

00:09:43.400 and so the special elections in florida florida six florida one uh florida six randy fine has won by about

00:09:52.440 uh nine uh nine percentage points uh but democrats are going to try and take hay out of that because

00:09:58.440 it's a plus uh 30 republican district i want to get to some of your telephone calls but first it's

00:10:04.120 very important that we do this i'm about to go to uh chris and beth page annie in new jersey but i

00:10:09.880 want you to hear amongst the calls that are coming in listen to this report on cnn democrats approval

00:10:15.960 rating has hit an all-time low all-time low of 21 percent holy toledo voters views of the democrats

00:10:24.840 in congress among all voters disapprove 68 and look at the approved number just 21 even lower than the

00:10:33.320 democratic party at large this is the lowest on record for democrats according to quinnipiac university

00:10:38.920 polling you think these numbers are bad let's go to this side of the screen we'll look how democratic

00:10:43.320 voters feel get this the plurality of democratic voters disapprove of democrats in congress at 49

00:10:50.120 and just 40 percent approve horrible horrible horrible oh my goodness gracious you just can't

00:10:57.400 get worse than these numbers and that's from cnn to the phones we go on the roger stone show dominic

00:11:04.600 carter filling in on this big election night it may not seem like it but it's very very important chris

00:11:11.160 and beth page line one what's on your mind chris hey dominic hey dominic maybe you can um walk me

00:11:17.480 through someone's got to explain these numbers to me here's the deal coming into today i looked it up

00:11:23.880 republicans had 118 okay and the dems had 113 there were two people that died apparently from the dems

00:11:31.160 that have unbaked unfilled seats okay so if the republicans win the two seats tonight in florida

00:11:38.040 they're up to 120 now if in wisconsin they redistrict and gerrymand and take away two somehow

00:11:44.520 take away two republicans and flip them the democrats that's 118 and 117 where is people

00:11:51.000 coming up with that the republicans are going to lose that majority where does that come from you

00:11:55.560 got to explain it to me chris it's really simple if you're trump do you want to go into this battle with

00:12:01.800 a one seat majority this is that's the bottom line if you're trump which one do you prefer that means

00:12:07.800 if you lose one member your agenda is done and as elon musk just said if if the democrats uh get this seat

00:12:17.480 the uh the judgeship in in wisconsin you can start impeachment all over again in just a couple of years

00:12:24.680 so what i'm trying to say chris is i understand the math of what you're doing with the numbers but that's

00:12:30.520 irrelevant right now as we stand right now republicans only have a two seat majority and it's going to

00:12:37.080 go up with the uh florida six and florida one hopefully for republicans but still that's too

00:12:43.080 close for comfort you do understand that part right chris of course i do dominic i do but can you also

00:12:49.800 look into this please there's nothing there's nothing to look into i'm telling you that it is if you're

00:12:56.280 trump you don't want this type of situation because that means you can't afford i got to take a break

00:13:01.960 chris that means you can't afford to lose anybody this is chris i'm sorry i wish i had more time this

00:13:08.120 is the roger stone show dominic carter filling in for roger we are coming right back with more of your

00:13:13.960 calls we're gonna go to uh annie in new jersey tommy and huntington lisa and nutley we are coming right back

00:13:41.800 this is the stone zone with roger stone they went after a guy named roger stone who's sitting in the

00:13:58.520 office and i'll say this in front of roger he's no baby and right now he's cleaner than anybody in this

00:14:03.880 place now as they treated him very unfairly now get him his own it's the stone zone here's roger

00:14:12.440 stone breaking news and i'm dominic carter in for roger stone tonight roger has the uh night off so if

00:14:22.360 democrats were hoping to make hay tonight on believe it or not it is an election night in america right

00:14:29.800 now and a very important election night so polls are open in wisconsin for another 35 minutes they

00:14:38.680 close at 8 p.m wisconsin time which of course uh east coast time is 9 p.m and so it's being projected

00:14:47.080 it looks like republicans are going to hold both florida uh seats the special elections uh democrats were

00:14:57.080 hoping to make hay uh by trying to steal one of those seats it's not gonna happen in florida one uh 0.97

00:15:05.880 it appears the district one it appears that patronus has uh emerged victorious in his uh in his battle to

00:15:14.040 replace matt gates uh who who stepped down and in and in florida six randy fine has won democrats will

00:15:23.480 they will try and claim and claim something in that race because it's a plus 30 republican district

00:15:30.440 fine is won by only nine percent but again the big story the big story republicans have swept each as

00:15:38.920 they were projected to do uh have swept these special elections in florida so now all eyes turn to

00:15:47.160 wisconsin if it's it's neck and neck and folks it's extremely important what happens in in wisconsin

00:15:55.320 tonight and uh we are taking your telephone calls but if you want to know if you want to know well

00:16:01.320 you know what so i can have more time to talk with you dominant carter in for roger stone i'm gonna save

00:16:06.200 that to the bottom of the hour let's go back to your live telephone calls on the roger stone show

00:16:13.320 lisa nutley new jersey lisa what's on your mind hi honey i find it absolutely apropos 0.93

00:16:20.440 that on april fool's day cory book is making a fool out of himself

00:16:27.800 that's a lovely point there lisa go ahead the man is in a total meltdown because he knows alina 0.93

00:16:34.920 harba is coming to new jersey and he's on the top of the list and she and she all but said that

00:16:42.680 she all but said that as the acting u.s attorney for new jersey she mentioned booker and she

00:16:48.440 mentioned murphy your governor i have a smile on my face so you could take the next phone call

00:16:56.040 well we're glad you we're glad you have that uh that that smile lisa do before i let you go do you

00:17:03.400 think the public understands because i'm a little fearful that the public is not getting it how important

00:17:09.800 tonight is uh i would like to say yes but i doubt it okay fair enough lisa always great to chat with

00:17:19.400 you let's go to annie in new jersey also in new jersey line two annie what's on your mind good evening

00:17:27.320 dominic i was so thrilled to have my call answered i turned on your station and i was mortified listening

00:17:36.920 to the desperation in cory booker's voice it was a good thing but he is the most whiny um politician

00:17:48.120 i ever heard and i i i'm glad it went off when it did because i couldn't listen another minute

00:17:55.400 not another minute annie thank you for the wonderful call yes he was whiny

00:18:00.520 and basically saying nothing the roger stone show continues

00:18:15.400 this is the stone zone now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone breaking news

00:18:29.160 and it's election night in america believe it or not it really is and the stakes couldn't be any

00:18:36.760 higher this is the first election and dominant carter in for roger stone roger has the night off

00:18:43.400 this is the first election the first major election i should say plural elections of president trump's

00:18:51.400 second term so we we said a lot folks we said a lot during the campaign that trump

00:18:57.480 won with a mandate you and i know that to be true democrats tried to argue that he won with

00:19:04.120 a mandate even though he won every single battleground state so that's why tonight is

00:19:11.160 equally as important because democrats are looking for anything to gain traction to say ah you see the

00:19:19.080 american people don't like trump they don't like elon musk around trump and look trump's popularity is

00:19:27.000 fading that's not what's happening as of right now as of right now tonight with the florida

00:19:33.640 special elections it's a clean republican sweep yes in one district in one district in florida six

00:19:44.360 republicans plus 30 district the candidate randy fine won by nine percentage points democrats will try and

00:19:52.600 make hay out of that i say good luck with that but tonight is important because if republicans

00:19:59.320 win this state supreme court judgeship seat then it's a clean a clean sweep for trump that means that the

00:20:11.720 media and democrats they're gonna have to find a new talking point because if republicans win tonight this 0.89

00:20:19.320 state supreme court's seat that means on this election night it was a clean sweep for trump that

00:20:27.160 means confirmation of his mandate this as a new poll out shows that the democrats their popularity you

00:20:35.960 know cory booker doing that stunt on the floor of the uh senate speaking for over 24 hours against trump's

00:20:44.200 agenda senator senator how's that going to help the people of your district it's not going to do anything

00:20:49.480 it's a stunt it's a stunt i'm going back to your telephone calls 800-848-9222 democratic popularity at an

00:20:59.080 all-time low of 21 percent you want to know why do you want to know why nobody likes democrats why the american 0.91

00:21:09.880 people are so turned off by the democratic party listen to this clown ellie mistow whatever his name 1.00

00:21:17.480 is on the view i want you to listen to what he has to say this is perhaps illustration number one

00:21:25.800 one of them at least of why the american people are not feeling democrats so my premises for the book is

00:21:33.640 that every law passed before the 1965 voting rights act should be presumptively unconstitutional right

00:21:40.440 but because before the 1965 voting rights act we were functionally an apartheid country not everybody

00:21:45.800 who lived here could vote here so why should i give a about some law that some old white man passed in

00:21:51.560 the 1920s like the immigration and nationality act and so those uh those uh republic the republican sweep i just

00:22:00.760 addressed and in uh in the first race that i mentioned and that is i'm trying to find my notes here that is

00:22:08.520 florida six uh fines lead has has uh increased from nine percentage points to 14 to 14 so democrats have

00:22:20.600 nothing to hang their hat on as of right now if republicans lose uh wisconsin tonight that's a game changer 0.77

00:22:28.600 but as of right now as of we are speaking live democrats are being embarrassed at the uh polling

00:22:36.280 booths in florida and and we'll see in wisconsin where polls are open for another 22 minutes this is

00:22:43.640 the roger stone show the legendary roger stone dominic carter filling in back to your telephone calls

00:22:50.680 let's go to max in new jersey line two max what's on your mind i just i just wanted to clear that i'm

00:22:57.400 really upset at cory booker for embarrassing me as in new jersey and i think he signifies what the

00:23:03.400 democratic response is at a whole you know just doing these ridiculous stunts without any meaning

00:23:08.280 or any and they're not doing anything to help the situation are you in agreement of course i'm in

00:23:14.040 agreement it's nothing but a stunt and that's that's all that democrats have and nothing but it's

00:23:20.600 either a stunt or or they turn to jasmine crockett to to divide america even more they have nothing

00:23:28.040 zero the party is in shambles and the sooner they realize it the better off it'll be for them and of

00:23:36.280 course for america because right now i'm i don't even know i don't i have no idea max what they're doing

00:23:43.400 you have the final word go right ahead like there they seem to be intelligent people overall like

00:23:49.560 what what are they thinking what's going through their minds when they do these type of shenanigans

00:23:54.840 yeah i have no idea max i really don't thank you for the call tommy line three huntington

00:24:01.080 tommy what's on your mind yeah i wanted to uh talk about the judges and stuff that are right in the uh

00:24:08.200 uh the law you know stopping trump what what what would happen if trump just didn't listen to them

00:24:16.360 because they have no real jurisdiction over over this because you know pam bondy she she read the law 1.00

00:24:24.120 out you know she read it she says these guys have nothing to do with it that has to be proven in in a

00:24:29.880 court of law no matter what no matter what each side said says and each side is posturing that the

00:24:37.320 president cannot just ignore and that's why he's forced to uh respect the wishes of the court he's

00:24:44.440 going to win ultimately but he can't just do what you want tommy and first of all that would be that

00:24:49.640 would be political suicide with the american people that he's he's too popular a president to go down

00:24:56.680 that path he must do no matter how ridiculous it is from these federal judges he has no choice but to

00:25:04.520 honor quote unquote the law ultimately he's going to emerge victorious tommy from the supreme court it's

00:25:13.560 a game it's a process and unfortunately we the people the country we have to play this process

00:25:21.000 tommy your final word before i move on well you know i saw it like this you know if i'm a mechanic

00:25:27.240 and i'm working on a car and a plumber came into my shop and told me to stop doing what i was doing

00:25:33.000 i look at him like dude you you you don't have any jurisdiction over me you can't stop me right

00:25:40.040 it's not it's not that simple it's not that simple you know tommy it's not that simple it's not that

00:25:45.000 simple and that that's why the president that's why they have to go to court they have they have to play

00:25:50.280 the entire process out that's what we're looking at these days but let's focus on the here and now

00:25:56.360 on the roger stone show it is a great night for president trump because it's proving that he had

00:26:03.640 a mandate it's proving what he's doing is working is working the florida special elections and the polls

00:26:14.120 close in 19 minutes in wisconsin so if the republican candidate wins this state supreme court seat that

00:26:24.280 means tonight would have been a clean sweep for president trump and his agenda and of course

00:26:32.520 what comes along with that elon musk steve in new jersey and we're taking your calls 800-848-9222

00:26:42.600 here on the roger stone show dominic carter filling in steve what's on your mind hey dom dom just to

00:26:49.800 clear up a little confusion that that other caller how the special elections affect the house all

00:26:55.400 right so it looks like the republicans will take both the special election house no no no look they

00:27:01.720 they got them they got them they've won them it's 220 to 213 you got it man you got it so that in the

00:27:09.560 short term at least until the next cut to the until the midterm with two vacancies yeah excuse me

00:27:16.600 yeah with two vacancies that's correct so the good chance of getting the tax cuts through and the

00:27:22.600 rest of of trump's agenda if they stick together that's a big if how the how and how the wisconsin

00:27:29.000 supreme court decision factors in if the dems take that they'll gerrymander and that'll put the house

00:27:35.480 in jeopardy in the midterms do i have it right yes in the midterms and down the road down the road uh

00:27:43.640 and you don't want you don't want you don't want the democrat to win tonight because if the democrat

00:27:49.080 wins that means that it's starting it's walking down the path where democrats might ultimately take

00:27:56.600 control and if they get control of the house you can say impeachment 101 and they're going to play that

00:28:02.680 game all over again president trump's agenda will be dead on arrival and it's all starts with wisconsin

00:28:11.640 wisconsin so you're right you're correct steve uh republicans have built a little further cushion

00:28:19.320 and that's a wonderful thing so now they're at 220 democrats are at 213 but it's still too close for

00:28:27.240 comfort you can only lose i believe four seats four you can lose four four members and there goes your

00:28:35.000 your your your agenda thank you uh so much for the uh wonderful call steve let's see here uh let's go

00:28:41.960 to ernest in rockland county new york ernest what's on your mind yes sir thank you i appreciate what

00:28:48.680 you're doing here um mr katsimatidis just said that she would back a constitutional lawsuit and i believe

00:28:56.440 that this is it with what cory booker said she violated u.s code 7311 loyalty and striking he cannot

00:29:06.760 use the words criminal or criminality with miss with president trump's name he can't do it but he did it

00:29:13.960 and he needs to be sued under that context for breach of oath and that man needs to be sued out of

00:29:21.400 existence because he has to show trump criminality he has to show proof of trump criminality and he has

00:29:29.080 to show evidence of proof of trump criminality there is no basis in law or fact of what that man said

00:29:36.520 by saying criminal next to trump but but if that's the case if that's the case ernest and every member

00:29:42.120 of the house and senate uh that that's against trump would be sued i just don't see it happening

00:29:47.240 you have to let them do these stunts it mean i don't even understand to be honest with the earners i

00:29:52.680 don't know why you're paying that much attention to it who cares what cory booker does he's in the

00:29:57.720 opposition party they have nothing they're they're reduced to these types of stunts why is that so

00:30:05.000 important to you because this is a country of law and our laws have been diluted and by cory booker

00:30:12.200 doing that it's not a stunt it's criminal okay what about every other democrat that gets on the

00:30:18.520 floor of the senate and does the same thing sir we have to bring the law forward the constant

00:30:26.120 i hear you i just think it's a complete waste of time i wouldn't even waste my energy focusing on

00:30:30.680 that ernest thank you for the call let's go to paul in england in england and then we'll go to lamar

00:30:37.960 in new york city paul what's on your mind hello what's on my mind i think donald trump or musk will

00:30:43.800 win it tonight i can imagine and they'll probably win the next uh election a few years two years time

00:30:49.000 i reckon you know i think i think so anyway so paul how is this playing out in england what what are

00:30:54.920 you folks hearing from the media well we're interested in the media the british media british media are so

00:31:00.760 we're totally interested in america's affairs and so i think that's the view really you know so i think

00:31:06.360 he's got every chance to to win over the next few years or so and if you sort of the wars in

00:31:11.800 and in uh gaza and the and uh any other wars that goes on in this world and that people peace that's

00:31:19.320 what you want to do that's what that's what we need stability and world peace that's what we want

00:31:23.960 well this is why i say paul don't ever bet against trump the man the man is a winner and the media is

00:31:32.120 going crazy with all of this tariff stuff and he's a master negotiator this is all posturing

00:31:41.160 for negotiations and he's doing quite well he's going to end the war between ukraine and russia

00:31:50.200 and you know if we're looking at short-term pain in terms of tariffs for long-term benefits i'll take

00:31:59.240 the short-term pain paul thank you for the call and from england lamar new york city here on the

00:32:05.240 roger stone show dominic carter filling in what's on your mind lamar good evening mr dominic because of

00:32:13.000 your impressive academic credentials and your illustrious membership in the fourth estate for

00:32:18.920 so many years we're loathe to disagree with anything you say but humbly and with all due respect the great

00:32:26.440 emancipator himself uh no one less than abraham lincoln suspended habeas corpus and incarcerated

00:32:34.440 members of the fourth estate who he declared were undermining the mission of his administration

00:32:40.760 abraham lincoln said i must suspend the constitution in part to save it in whole these judges that you

00:32:48.520 made reference to who you who you said uh donald trump must give honor to i would bear uh i didn't say give

00:32:56.120 honor to them i said the process must play out that's exactly what i said well what i'm saying

00:33:04.600 okay lamar you know what you know what just please hold on for for a minute or two because i i don't

00:33:09.400 want to rush you here i want to hear what you have to say but i'm up against a hard break so just please

00:33:14.440 hold on for a second this is the roger stone show dominic carter filling in on this busy election night

00:33:22.040 thus far wisconsin uh the polls close in another 11 minutes but thus far the florida special elections

00:33:30.600 it has been a republican clean sweep democrats are in trouble we're taking your number your phone calls

00:33:38.680 at 800-848-9222

00:33:53.960 this is the stone zone with roger stone they went after a guy named roger stone who's sitting in the

00:34:00.760 office and i'll say this in front of roger he's no baby and right now he's cleaner than anybody in this

00:34:06.120 place now as they treated him very unfairly now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger

00:34:14.760 stone breaking news dominic carter here with you in for the legendary roger stone the polls close in

00:34:24.760 wisconsin in exactly six minutes so the numbers should be coming in relatively soon so far tonight it's been a

00:34:33.400 clean sweep for republicans with the two special elections in florida republicans were expected to

00:34:41.080 win democrats uh talked a good game that they would put up a big fight uh but at the end of the day at

00:34:47.800 the end of the day the republicans have swept the win is a win and the only thing left because now this

00:34:54.600 this is reconfirmation tonight that president trump has a mandate in america if republicans win this

00:35:04.040 third and most important race in wisconsin for a state supreme court seat i was just chatting with

00:35:11.640 lamar in new york city lamar continue what's on your mind well mr carter you are the most popular

00:35:19.080 broadcast on wabc so i'll attempt to make myself as brief as possible there are many people waiting

00:35:25.080 to speak with you sir it has become painfully to quote some of the words of our sacred document

00:35:31.640 something has become evident the democrat party because of its chronic wrongdoing has evidently

00:35:37.560 declared war on the american people they have flooded the nation with millions of invita of millions of 0.91

00:35:43.400 illegal invaders who from sea to shining sea have killed our women and children and now we have 0.99

00:35:49.800 activists democrat lawyers and black robes come demanding that the president donald john trump 0.90

00:35:56.920 return these this riffraff to our country sir we are i contend to you sir in closing we are in a war 1.00

00:36:04.760 a war that we've got to win the existential threat to the sovereignty of our nation and the liberty of

00:36:09.880 our people is not in moscow and it's not invasion it's right here in the democrat party what donald john

00:36:15.800 trump himself said was the enemy from within the trojan horse in our midst and i contend and i submit 0.82

00:36:22.760 to you sir that the american people have come of age and we will not do business as usual and we will not 1.00

00:36:29.080 allow these people to use our laws in order to make us into their whipping boys thank you so much

00:36:36.120 fair enough fair enough mr lamar thank you very much for the call let's go to dawn line one in

00:36:42.200 westchester dawn the polls are only open for another three and a half minutes in wisconsin so we will

00:36:48.440 know relatively soon what's going to happen there what's on your mind i will be quick mr carter these

00:36:54.600 ridiculous um lawsuits that are being brought against trump to these very liberal judges i don't know why the

00:37:02.040 republicans can't coordinate get some lawyers together go up against some republican judges 0.94

00:37:08.040 bring this to court and let the judges side on our side like like the let them rule on our side

00:37:14.520 the republican side if we can be proactive bring ridiculous lawsuits to these conservative judges

00:37:21.480 they'll rule in our favor and then we can move forward but dawn dawn i i know your heart is in the right

00:37:26.040 place you know how this process works if you're filing a lawsuit you go to a district you find

00:37:32.680 somebody in that district that is that is the most sympathetic to your argument that's how this happens

00:37:39.160 so the democrats find somebody in a massachusetts for say uh for argument's sake and they file there

00:37:46.280 knowing that these liberal judges are going to side with them but i just want you to remember and i'll give

00:37:50.840 you the final say dawn i want you to remember this is only step one of the process yes

00:37:55.800 they may hold the president up temporarily but he's going to win on each and every one of these

00:38:01.320 cases go ahead dawn he's absolutely going to win but it's wasting time we need to get republican lawyers

00:38:08.200 to go up to conservative judges with these ridiculous lawsuits only kind of playing against the democrats

00:38:15.400 so that we can win so that they will like rule in our favor let's be proactive let's get it before the

00:38:21.640 democrats do right i hear you dawn and your heart is in the right place there's no getting around that

00:38:27.160 process but thank you dawn folks a clean sweep thus far for republicans roger stone is back

00:38:33.880 dominic carter filling the end for him have a great evening everyone

00:38:39.400 you
