The StoneZONE with Roger Stone - The Stone Zone ｜ 04-09-26

00:00:00.000 this is the stone zone with roger stone people love him and respect him roger stone

00:00:16.420 now get him his own it's the stone zone here's roger stone

00:00:22.460 Well, you are jumping into the deep end of the stone zone.

00:00:29.780 If you love politics and you love America, you're in the room where it happens.

00:00:38.080 The smears against First Lady Melania Trump are one of the most outrageous things I've ever seen.

00:00:44.120 I have known Melania Knauss Trump since 1999.

00:00:50.300 I was working for Donald Trump in New York City when they first started dating.

00:00:56.940 She is, without any question, one of the kindest, gentlest, most cultured first ladies in American history,

00:01:04.960 an incredibly great mother, very protective of their young son.

00:01:10.380 Until he was old enough to make his own decisions, he was allowed to avoid the glare of the public spotlight.

00:01:18.680 just one of the finest and most elegant First Ladies in American history.

00:01:24.700 But let's get to the real point here, and that is,

00:01:27.100 no, she did not meet Donald Trump through Jeffrey Epstein.

00:01:30.980 She has nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein.

00:01:33.460 She was never at his home, never on his plane, never at his island.

00:01:38.720 This is just a vicious, outrageous smear.

00:01:42.880 But let's listen to the First Lady herself talk about it.

00:01:48.680 Donald and I were invited to the same parties as Epstein from time to time, since overlapping

00:01:58.680 in social circles is common in New York City and Palm Beach.

00:02:06.600 To be clear, I never had a relationship with Epstein or his accomplice, Maxwell.

00:02:15.440 My email reply to Maxwell cannot be categorized as anything more than casual correspondence.

00:02:27.400 My polite reply to her email doesn't amount to anything more than a tribal note.

00:02:36.600 I am not Epstein's victim.

00:02:40.740 Epstein did not introduce me to Donald Trump.

00:02:45.440 I met my husband by chance at the New York City party in 1998.

00:02:52.640 This initial encounter with my husband is documented in detail in my book, Melania.

00:03:00.960 The first time I crossed paths with Epstein was in the year 2000 at an event Donald and I attended together.

00:03:10.640 At the time, I had never met Epstein and had no knowledge of his criminal undertakings.

00:03:23.120 Numerous fake images and statements about Epstein and me have been calculating on social media for years now.

00:03:36.220 Be cautious about what you believe.

00:03:40.640 These images and stories are completely false.

00:03:47.300 This is absolutely true.

00:03:48.760 If you go on the internet, there are all kinds of AI-created images of the First Lady nude.

00:03:54.220 They are completely and totally false.

00:03:56.240 She was a high-fashion model.

00:03:58.120 There are some, I would say, sexy, risque, but not in any way lewd or pornographic photos of her, like lingerie.

00:04:06.680 But that's how she made a living, because she's an extraordinarily beautiful person, both inside and out.

00:04:13.740 But I was there when they were dating.

00:04:16.360 I was at numerous social functions with both of them.

00:04:21.260 This idea that this is somehow connected to Jeffrey Epstein is just a complete and total fraud.

00:04:26.680 Just to be absolutely clear, Donald Trump cut Jeffrey Epstein off in 2004 after Epstein made an indecent advance to an underage woman, Virginia Roberts, later Virginia Roberts Giffray, who was working in the spa at Mar-a-Lago.

00:04:45.320 Donald Trump also was the only one to cooperate with Robert, later Giffray's lawyer, in their lawsuit against Epstein.

00:04:55.140 We now know for a fact that Donald Trump called the Palm Beach City chief of police to complain about Epstein.

00:05:05.600 And the irony here, of course, is that it's Bill and Hillary Clinton who socialized with Epstein.

00:05:11.580 It's Bill and Hillary Clinton.

00:05:13.680 Bill certainly visited his island multiple times.

00:05:17.120 We know that from the sworn testimony of a number of the Epstein victims, including Virginia Roberts Dufresne.

00:05:25.140 who they would like us to believe committed suicide less than a year ago.

00:05:29.320 I interviewed her very extensively for my book, The Clintons' War on Women,

00:05:35.020 which, by the way, if you want to find the definitive account of Jeffrey Epstein and the Clintons, it's all there.

00:05:40.580 The Clintons took millions of dollars from Epstein after he had been convicted of sex crimes in Florida.

00:05:48.260 The Clintons continued to socialize with him.

00:05:50.340 Jeffrey Epstein provided the seed capital for the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative.

00:05:57.980 There is a foundation, a nonprofit called Terra Mar, because Lane Maxwell was the head of that.

00:06:05.800 That was completely and totally funded by the Clinton Foundation.

00:06:11.240 And although it was supposed to be an environmental nonprofit with a training program for interns, 0.68

00:06:18.900 What it really was was a grooming pool for Jeffrey Epstein, the epic pervert.

00:06:25.740 So this is an irony because we know from the FAA flight records, we know from the little black book of Epstein's associates that his butler sold to a British tabloid prior to his death, that Bill Clinton, Bill and Hillary Clinton had an intimate relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.

00:06:51.940 Hillary Clinton is quoted as saying that her husband was on his plane a couple of times for his charity.

00:06:59.900 Now, I don't know who this charity woman is, but it seems to me that 27 times is more than a couple of times.

00:07:09.220 If you want to look at public figures or those in American politics who are on Epstein's Island, they're all Democrats.

00:07:15.880 Former Governor Bill Richardson, former Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell of Maine

00:07:24.440 Larry Summers, the former Treasury Secretary under Bill Clinton

00:07:30.440 Donald Trump was never on his island, was never in his New York home

00:07:35.260 Went to a charitable function at his Palm Beach home on one occasion

00:07:41.800 was uncomfortable with the ratio of young men to women left within 15 minutes, all documented in my book.

00:07:51.880 But the media wants to keep this hoax alive, this idea that Donald Trump is somehow associated with Epstein or covering up the actions of Epstein.

00:08:03.420 It was back in 2018 when I first recognized that immediately after he was ignominiously fired by Donald Trump, Steve Bannon, according to the New York Post, was seen entering Epstein's palatial home in Manhattan.

00:08:23.060 By the way, I think it is still the the single most valuable piece of one family housing real estate in Manhattan.

00:08:34.260 I knew right then that something was up.

00:08:36.980 And of course, the subsequent Department of Justice email releases show that Steve Bannon, who would be going on his podcast, The War Room, by day, pretending to be for Donald Trump, was in fact denigrating Donald Trump in his intimate relationship with Epstein.

00:08:59.040 He told Epstein that Trump should be removed from the presidency under the 25th Amendment. 1.00

00:09:03.840 He called Trump stupid. When Epstein's non-prosecution agreement in Florida was upheld by the courts, Bannon was jubilant in the emails. 0.98

00:09:18.080 These are all matters of public record.

00:09:21.780 It is also interesting that after he was coaching Epstein about his public image,

00:09:30.340 he was seeking to coach him on what I think was an upcoming 60 Minutes interview,

00:09:36.980 which was later canceled after Epstein was arrested in 2019.

00:09:41.500 But it's very clear that they have a cozy relationship.

00:09:44.820 I would call Bannon an Epstein enabler. I would call him an accomplice. It is all there in black and white.

00:09:53.180 And then, of course, after Epstein was out of the picture, Bannon gravitated to the Chinese National Miles Guo.

00:09:59.760 Now, they repositioned themselves as anti-communist party.

00:10:05.440 Guo and Bannon pulled off a $1 billion fraud, a crypto fraud, a gold fraud, a stock fraud.

00:10:16.700 There's at least $56 million, according to court records, flowed to Steve Bannon.

00:10:22.900 That money came from the CCP.

00:10:24.800 At his trial, when the Chinese national Miles Guo was asked under oath whether his money came from CCP, the Chinese Communist Party, or what his interrelationship was with a man named William Gee, he was basically Guo's handler, publicly identified by our intelligence services as an official in the Chinese Communist Party, Miles Guo pled the fifth 55 times.

00:10:50.140 So I think it is abundantly clear that Steve Bannon was two-faced at a minimum, a major scamster.

00:10:59.380 It is not incidental that Bannon pled guilty in New York State to embezzling $15 million from the Build the Wall Foundation, but then very strangely, he did no jail time.

00:11:12.520 He also, when Miles Guo, his post-Epstein financial patron, was charged in a $1 billion fraud, Epstein, pardon me, Bannon was an unindicted co-conspirator in that case.

00:11:29.020 Any good lawyer will tell you that that indicates that Bannon was an informant.

00:11:35.540 It is interesting that Bannon, as well as former Mayor Eric Adams, used the same fixer lawyer, Arthur Adalia, and I think that is why Bannon escaped justice, at least this far.

00:11:51.380 He and an associate, Boris Epstein, are now being sued in a crypto scam that they pulled off.

00:11:59.080 We're going to be covering that case very, very closely.

00:12:02.520 When we come back, we're going to talk about loopy Laura Loomer, because she used to be a friend of mine, but now I think she's completely and totally lost her mind. 0.99

00:12:12.500 And she tried to pull a dirty trick last week, but I busted her hard. 0.99

00:12:16.140 You see, you shouldn't mess with the OG. 1.00

00:12:19.100 She's way out of her league and I think increasingly dangerous to herself and others. 0.99

00:12:24.960 indisputable fact. She was institutionalized twice for mental instability under Florida's 0.95

00:12:32.480 Baker Act. You can check that online yourself. And, well, maybe the third time's the charm.

00:12:39.340 I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to The Stone Zone right here on the Red Apple Audio Network.

00:12:44.640 And we are naming names. We'll be right back.

00:12:48.460 This is The Stone Zone with Roger Stone.

00:12:51.880 He likes politics and he's a professional at the highest level.

00:12:56.900 Roger Stone.

00:12:58.000 Who is Roger?

00:13:16.600 This is the Stone Zone with Roger Stone.

00:13:20.380 Roger Stone, who's a very, very, one of the smartest political minds.

00:13:24.440 Roger Stone was persecuted.

00:13:25.680 People forget he's actually a brilliant, brilliant political analyst.

00:13:28.740 Now, get him a zone.

00:13:30.560 It's the Stone Zone.

00:13:32.580 Here's Roger Stone.

00:13:35.740 Welcome back into the Stone Zone. 0.89

00:13:37.880 Yes, I am in an epic Twitter war with Loopy Laura Loomer. 0.94

00:13:42.260 She calls herself an independent investigative journalist.

00:13:45.260 But you see, independent investigative journalists are not paid to say certain things.

00:13:50.160 And virtually every word she said is being paid for by some huge corporation, some private individual, and perhaps, who knows, perhaps some foreign government.

00:14:00.640 Unless you disclose that and file, that is, of course, illegal. 1.00

00:14:05.680 She's apoplectic because she tried to pull off a dirty trick last week. 1.00

00:14:09.020 This is the oldest trick in the book.

00:14:10.240 You know how when you were younger, you heard, you know, through the grapevine, your girlfriend was going to break up with you.

00:14:16.460 So you preemptively broke up with her first so that she couldn't say that she broke up with you.

00:14:23.140 That's what she tried to pull when she somehow got word to President Trump that Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence, was going to resign in protest over the president's decisions regarding Iran.

00:14:37.980 She went online and posted on X, Tulsi Gabbard will resign or be fired today.

00:14:45.160 Fortunately, the president reached out to me that very afternoon to ask me if I knew anything of it

00:14:53.260 I had spoken to Chelsea Gabbard that morning and I knew she had no intention whatsoever in resigning

00:15:00.300 And to the claim that she was weak in her Senate testimony

00:15:05.340 Unlike her deputy, Joe Kent, who said in his confirmation hearings

00:15:10.760 That he believed that Iran was close to a nuclear weapon and that had to be stopped

00:15:15.740 Joe Kent resigned, quote unquote, in conscience from the administration when President Trump took action to stop that threat.

00:15:24.660 That's not what Tulsi Gabbard did. Tulsi Gabbard testified for the Senate that her job was to give the president the best intelligence that she could gather.

00:15:33.260 And it was his job to make a decision. And he had decided that attacks on the regime were necessary.

00:15:42.760 She didn't throw him under the bus.

00:15:44.100 She didn't betray him.

00:15:45.020 She did her job.

00:15:46.620 Now, it's important to note that diversity of opinion in an administration is very important.

00:15:50.840 When Richard Nixon was president, Pat Moynihan, Daniel Patrick Moynihan, later a U.S. senator, distinguished U.S. senator from New York, worked in the Nixon White House.

00:16:01.560 And he would clash with Commerce Secretary George Mitchell, the Attorney General John Mitchell, pardon me, and the Commerce Secretary George Shultz over civil rights.

00:16:13.260 But when Nixon decided to desegregate the public schools, and by the way, it was Nixon, not Johnson, not Kennedy, who desegregated America's public schools, none of the three of them went out and held a press conference to say that they disagreed with their boss's decision. 0.57

00:16:28.840 So Laura Loomer, who desperately wanted a full-out war and is now, I term her with the Bushes and the Cheneys as a drooling neocon, was thwarted.

00:16:43.840 The president realized that Tulsi Gabbard was not about to resign and there was no reason whatsoever to terminate her. 0.73

00:16:54.140 So this evil plan by the increasingly psychotic Laura Loomer was thwarted.

00:17:01.360 I was the only one who campaigned for her in two campaigns for Congress.

00:17:05.220 The first one was valiant.

00:17:06.960 She took on Lois Frankel, a Democrat incumbent in a heavily Democrat district.

00:17:11.640 She ran a good race.

00:17:12.680 The second race, in all honesty, my dog could have won.

00:17:16.860 She raised $790,000, but none of that money was used to pay for radio commercials,

00:17:22.560 cable commercials, television commercials, mailings, phone calls. None of that money went

00:17:29.460 for voter contact. So I ask this question. I may ask it formally in a complaint to the Federal

00:17:35.020 Election Commission. Laura, where did all that money go? We'll be right back in the Stone Zone.

00:17:41.120 We'll be right back on the other side.

00:17:52.560 We'll be right back.

00:18:52.560 This is the Stone Zone. Now, get him a zone. It's the Stone Zone.

00:18:59.220 A man who's gone through hell, but he's kept going and he's smart and he's strong and people love him.

00:19:06.280 Not everybody, but people love him and respect him. Roger Stone. Where's Roger Stone?

00:19:11.020 Here's Roger Stone.

00:19:13.900 And you're back in the hottest political radio show in America today, the Stone Zone.

00:19:20.000 You know, I think it's kind of funny when President Trump put this nation on a war footing 0.96

00:19:23.820 and made it very clear that he would not tolerate the development of nuclear weapons by Iran.

00:19:29.540 His critics on the left said he was deranged, that he was a warmonger,

00:19:33.680 that he was mentally unstable, and they suggested he should be removed under the 25th Amendment of the Constitution.

00:19:41.740 Then when he basically projected American power and the Iranians blinked, 0.76

00:19:48.680 and agreed to come back to the table with a 10-point proposal.

00:19:53.060 Then they said, oh, Trump is weak, and he folded.

00:19:56.120 These people could never be satisfied.

00:19:58.000 If Donald Trump found a cure for cancer tomorrow,

00:20:01.820 the headline would be, Trump puts oncologists out of work.

00:20:06.040 The greatest single title that history can bestow is that of peacemaker.

00:20:13.760 Now, in a major breakthrough for stability in the Middle East,

00:20:16.680 President Trump actually secured a two-week ceasefire agreement with Iran, making a significant step forward under his longstanding peace through strength strategy.

00:20:27.540 You see, unlike the Bushes and the Cheneys and the Obamas and the Bidens, Donald Trump's foreign policy does not go around the world looking for endless foreign wars to get into where we have no national interest.

00:20:42.160 This is the strategy of peace through strength, a strategy based by Dwight Eisenhower and Ronald Reagan, not George Bush Sr. and Jr.

00:20:53.180 This deal comes after intense back-channel diplomacy involving Pakistan's leadership, which both sides agreeing to pause hostilities temporarily.

00:21:03.360 China also reportedly told Iran to get their act together and sign on to the ceasefire as well,

00:21:09.660 showing how President Trump's economic pressure against China,

00:21:12.720 he cut off their oil from Iran and Venezuela, got them to move forward with the peace process.

00:21:19.660 Iran has reportedly accepted the terms with its leadership signaling that safe passage through the Straits of Hormuz is possible during this two-week window.

00:21:29.120 That's progress.

00:21:30.760 I'm kind of reminded of the situation in America in 1962

00:21:34.560 when the Russians mounted thermonuclear wars in China

00:21:39.340 and the world held their collective breath

00:21:42.240 to see if we were headed to World War III.

00:21:45.920 We stepped back from the brink then.

00:21:48.500 We have stepped back from the brink here.

00:21:51.560 The president said we're going to have a very successful agreement.

00:21:54.180 It's going to be very good.

00:21:54.960 Everything's going to work out very good,

00:21:57.060 adding that Netanyahu is on board with the agreement.

00:21:59.900 But subsequently, I saw a statement from the embattled Israeli leader who very soon goes to trial on epic corruption charges.

00:22:09.840 Let me put it to you this way. 0.96

00:22:11.820 I mean, Bibi Netanyahu makes Hillary Clinton look like Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm when it comes to corruption.

00:22:18.700 And I think it was important to the American people to see that our foreign policy is not guided by anyone other than Donald Trump

00:22:27.400 And implemented by his Secretary of State, Marco Rubio

00:22:32.020 So it's not clear to me that Israel is on board, but the President makes the decision

00:22:38.700 Support from Israel is expected to come, but we shall see

00:22:42.980 The president emphasized that the U.S. military objective had already been met, allowing America to negotiate from a position of undeniable strength.

00:22:51.700 He also noted that a 10-point proposal from Iran is now serving as a foundation for what could become a lasting peace agreement.

00:22:59.740 Fake news outlets like Reuters, the Associated Press, the New York Times, these, by the way, are not journalistic enterprises anymore.

00:23:07.980 They may have used to have been, but today they're just propaganda fronts for the hate Trump crowd.

00:23:13.820 They put out a 10-point proposal that turned out to be a total fraud. 0.95

00:23:18.180 It was not what the Iranians put in front of President Trump. 0.98

00:23:21.780 The markets, of course, reacted immediately.

00:23:23.800 Oil prices dropped sharply while stocks surged.

00:23:28.000 Also, crypto and Bitcoin both went up significantly, reflecting renewed confidence in global stability.

00:23:35.380 talks between the United States and Iranian officials are set to begin Friday. But President

00:23:41.060 Donald Trump, to show that he's serious, he sent J.D. Vance, the vice president, to lead those

00:23:47.640 negotiations. J.D. Vance, there are some reports that he was a skeptic of the war, but that's

00:23:53.480 unconfirmed and would fall under executive privilege. As I said earlier, it's important

00:23:59.100 to have diversity of opinion within your administration. And we don't know what the

00:24:04.580 advice that J.D. Vance gave the president was or what Tulsi Gabbard gave to the president for that

00:24:10.040 matter. Talks between the U.S. and the Iranian officials will begin tomorrow with the goal of

00:24:15.900 finalizing a long-term deal. The panicans can now feel free to pipe down. No, this is not World War

00:24:23.640 III. Sorry, Laura Loomer. This is not Iraq or Vietnam. President Trump is taking care of business

00:24:30.220 and the conflict with Iran will be concluded shortly 0.77

00:24:33.280 with Iran's ability to make nuclear weapons completely crippled

00:24:36.500 and the message being sent that any rogue extremist actor will be neutralized.

00:24:43.840 I'm still astounded by the incredible technology used by our great military.

00:24:48.340 U.S. forces successfully located a downed Air Force crew member in southern Iran

00:24:54.020 using cutting-edge technology and coordinated rescue tactics.

00:24:57.780 Under the Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, America's military is back.

00:25:02.520 I don't see any senior male officers wearing dresses or skirts.

00:25:06.820 After an F-15 fighter jet was shot down, the surviving weapons systems officer,

00:25:11.740 identified only as Dude 44 Bravo,

00:25:15.300 activated Boeing's Combat Survivor Evader Locator, or C-S-E-L,

00:25:21.800 a secure device that transmits encrypted location signals without exposing them to the Iranians who were hunting for this downed airman.

00:25:32.340 That signal helped narrow the search area, but what happened next highlights the major leap in U.S. intelligence power.

00:25:39.720 According to reports, the CIA deployed a highly classified reconnaissance tool known as Ghost Murmur

00:25:46.360 to pinpoint the exact location of the missing airman.

00:25:50.120 The system reportedly uses advanced quantum magnetometocracy, I'm trying to read this story, combined with artificial intelligence to detect faint biological signs, down to something as subtle as a human heartbeat across vast and remote terrain.

00:26:08.880 This was actually developed by Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works.

00:26:12.020 The technology represents a new frontier in surveillance and rescue operations.

00:26:17.520 Officials say it performed incredibly well in this sparse desert environment

00:26:21.140 where low interference allowed for clearer detection.

00:26:24.100 President Donald Trump praised the operation, calling it like finding a needle in a haystack,

00:26:29.660 and credited the CIA with spotting the service member from as far away as 40 miles.

00:26:35.000 While experts caution the system is not foolproof and works best in a low-cutter-type environment,

00:26:41.580 its successful use marks a significant milestone for our American military.

00:26:45.340 It shows how American military strength, technological innovation, and intelligence superiority can help protect our nation's heroes in an increasingly dangerous world.

00:26:55.680 As the president said to me the Monday before last, I rebuilt our military in my first term, and now we are using it effectively in my second term.

00:27:06.020 These are the types of technologies that our nation should be spending our military dollars to invest in, not feudal nation-building exercises and military-industrial bloat.

00:27:17.040 It was funny to watch the recent funeral of former Vice President Dick Cheney.

00:27:22.860 Suddenly the left is in love with Darth Vader. 0.97

00:27:26.540 Dick Cheney was a traitor to this nation.

00:27:29.500 He persuaded us to go to war with Iraq over the false claim that Iraq had been somehow involved in the 9-11 attack on America. 0.96

00:27:42.200 That's entirely false.

00:27:43.540 He also claimed that Iraq had nuclear material, specifically yellow cake uranium.

00:27:51.580 Now, Dick Cheney, when he was vice president, he's a very interesting fellow.

00:27:56.740 He was chosen by George W. Bush to head the search committee for a vice president.

00:28:03.200 And Dick Cheney, who was a former congressman from Wyoming, a former secretary of defense, a former White House chief of staff, he searched high and low.

00:28:15.660 And the guy he came up with for vice president was, well, Dick Cheney.

00:28:21.000 Now, Dick Cheney was the head of the Halliburton Corporation at the time, giant defense contractor.

00:28:26.100 So Dick Cheney put his interest in Halliburton into a blind trust.

00:28:31.660 Of course, if he knew that the stock was in a blind trust, how blind could the trust be?

00:28:37.820 The war in Iraq killed tens of thousands of Americans and hundreds of thousands of Iraqis,

00:28:45.400 but it was based entirely on a lie.

00:28:47.800 But it's very much like Lyndon Johnson in the war in Vietnam.

00:28:51.280 He and Lady Bird had a lot of Bell helicopter stock, Sikorsky stock, General Dynamics stock.

00:28:56.560 The Vietnam War was very, very, very profitable for old LBJ, and in this case, it's the exact same situation.

00:29:04.660 Dick Cheney made literally billions of dollars.

00:29:08.740 I should say Halliburton, the company that he headed, and by the way, he would return to after his vice presidency, made billions of dollars, and Dick Cheney made hundreds of millions of dollars.

00:29:21.100 That is the outrage of the entire situation

00:29:26.780 Now, of course, the Cheneys, the Bushes, the Laura Loomers

00:29:31.360 They are apoplectic about the fact that Donald Trump has just averted a world war

00:29:37.820 This afternoon, President Donald Trump, in a tweet, attacked Alex Jones

00:29:43.960 He attacked Tucker Carlson

00:29:46.860 He attacked Megyn Kelly

00:29:49.940 I would have ignored them if it were up to me

00:29:54.380 in all truth

00:29:56.000 I think I see each of them very differently

00:29:58.920 Alex Jones, whatever you think of him

00:30:01.540 he was for Donald Trump in 2016

00:30:03.980 with his massive online conservative audience

00:30:07.000 as a Texan there was huge pressure on him

00:30:09.660 to be for Ted Cruz

00:30:11.820 but once I introduced him to Donald Trump online

00:30:15.380 he became a believer

00:30:16.760 he also strongly supported Donald Trump in 2020

00:30:19.560 and he supported him again in 2024.

00:30:22.680 He was bankrupted, literally bankrupted,

00:30:25.340 and they tried to cancel him entirely because of his support for Trump.

00:30:29.060 Now, that is not to say that Alex Jones was ever a Trump psychophant.

00:30:33.440 We've had him right here in the Stone Zone.

00:30:35.600 And he's had disagreements with the president,

00:30:38.180 specifically on the area of the COVID-19 vaccinations, safety, and effectiveness.

00:30:43.820 But last week, to my great disappointment,

00:30:46.460 Alex Jones was among those who called on retaining, pardon me, removing Trump under the 25th Amendment.

00:30:57.620 I don't think that was a good idea, nor do I think Donald Trump had done anything to merit removal.

00:31:03.740 Let me tell you how that works.

00:31:05.240 Under the 25th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, if the vice president and a majority of the cabinet vote to remove the president from office,

00:31:14.220 The president can either then leave office voluntarily, or he can appeal that decision to both houses of Congress, where, of course, it would never, under any circumstances, pass.

00:31:26.380 But the president lashed out at his critics today, and they're both feeling the heat.

00:31:32.240 Alex Jones has asked me to go on his show tomorrow at 1 p.m. Eastern.

00:31:36.100 I'm thinking about it. 0.99

00:31:37.500 I might have to go there and kick his butt because I am disappointed in him. 0.99

00:31:41.380 But the president, I think, very effectively brushing back the critics, all of whom said with great certainty that we were headed to World War III, which, of course, the president very, very skillfully avoided. 0.99

00:31:55.480 In the meantime, they have determined that DeCarlos Brown, the man who was charged with first-degree murder after stabbing the Ukrainian refugee Irina Zarutska, has been let off scot-free.

00:32:14.560 the suspect to Carlos Brown Jr., we all saw this shocking murder online, was charged with first

00:32:20.760 degree murder after allegedly stabbing Zorutska to death on a North Carolina train. I think

00:32:25.720 everybody in America has seen that video, but he's now been deemed incapable to proceed to trial

00:32:30.260 following a psychiatric evaluation. Court filings reveal that Brown remains in federal custody,

00:32:36.780 delaying competency hearings, and any path towards justice for the victim. If you saw this brutal

00:32:41.600 crime, you would understand why I'm so upset about it. Prosecutors have agreed to continue the case

00:32:46.540 while a separate federal psychiatric evaluation remains incomplete. This development has

00:32:54.280 reignited online and radio outrage over a system that's clearly slanted against victims, particularly

00:33:02.140 if their skin color happens to be white. Earlier this year, Brown, despite a lengthy criminal record

00:33:09.440 including armed robbery, felony narcissism, breaking and entering, was actually released

00:33:13.960 without bail. The problem in this country are not just violent criminals, but left-wing liberal

00:33:20.380 activist judges who seem determined to put them back out on our streets. I'm in favor of justice

00:33:27.660 for Zarutska, and I think that Carlos Brown Jr. should go to trial, get a fair trial, and at a

00:33:35.580 minimum, spend the rest of his life in prison. You're listening to The Stone Zone, the hottest

00:35:13.700 Zone. Here's Roger Stone. Welcome back into the Stone Zone. Well, Congressman Eric Swallowswell

00:35:23.860 from California is back in the news. You remember him. He was the member of the House Intelligence

00:35:29.660 Committee who, it turned out, was having an affair with a communist Chinese spy known as

00:35:36.080 Fang Fang. What we know definitively is that Swalwell penetrated Fang Fang, and Fang Fang

00:35:43.300 penetrated Swalwell's office, placing staffers on the congressional staff of this member of the

00:35:50.440 House Intelligence Committee, who was entitled to classified information. The Inspector General

00:35:57.640 of the Justice Department of the Biden administration later found that Swalwell and

00:36:03.480 Adam Schiff, also known as Pencil Neck, had both, in violation of the law, leaked classified

00:36:12.520 information in an effort to try to make Donald Trump look bad. Acting Attorney General Todd

00:36:18.380 Blanche, are you awake? Why haven't Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell been charged? Of course,

00:36:26.360 the second most famous thing Eric Swalwell is famous for is, well, breaking wind, I guess you

00:36:32.680 would say, while being interviewed on CNN. Now there are mounting allegations casting an even

00:36:39.400 darker cloud over Eric Swalwell as he attempts to run for governor of California. It's amazing to

00:36:46.580 me that he's even allowed to run because under California state law, one must be a legal resident

00:36:52.120 and have a home or at least a domicile in California. Eric Swalwell lives in Washington,

00:36:57.940 D.C., says in his mortgage application, which is a matter of public record, that he's a

00:37:03.600 D.C. resident.

00:37:05.580 Joel Gilbert, the crusading investigative journalist, challenged Swalwell's position

00:37:10.900 on the ballot, but just proving to you that Democrats have no interest in the law or the

00:37:16.820 rules or the Constitution, repeatedly ruled that the fact that Swalwell didn't live in

00:37:22.700 the state or didn't have a legal resident in the state would have no bearing, and he

00:37:26.940 remains on the ballot. He's got a bigger problem now, though. Multiple former female staffers and

00:37:32.640 interns reportedly are preparing to go public with claims of sexual misconduct by Eric Swalwell.

00:37:40.000 According to Democrat activist Cheyenne Hunt, a shocking number of women have come forward

00:37:46.200 describing what she characterizes as a pattern of predatory behavior and abuse of power from the

00:37:53.500 California gubernatorial candidate Eric Swalwell. Hunt says these allegations, ranging from

00:38:00.140 inappropriate messages to potentially criminal conduct, have long been an open secret in

00:38:06.800 Washington, D.C. Some accusers claim Swalwell pursued young women in subordinate positions 0.59

00:38:12.120 and required non-disclosure agreements to keep them silent. Others describe unwanted advances

00:38:18.240 dating back years, suggesting a deeply troubling pattern rather than some isolated incident.

00:38:24.480 Despite the seriousness of these claims, the media and the political establishment

00:38:27.960 have allegedly looked the other way, happy to tolerate Swalwell's anti-social behavior

00:38:34.380 because he was useful in their witch hunt against President Donald Trump.

00:38:39.380 Swalwell previously, as I say, weathered a major scandal involving his ties to the suspected

00:38:45.340 Chinese intelligence operate, the infamous Fang Fang. Let's just say it was Bang Bang with Fang 0.82

00:38:51.860 Fang, showing his lack of judgment and the potential to be compromised. Yet he remained

00:38:57.200 a prominent figure of Congress, and Nancy Pelosi refused to remove him from the House Intelligence

00:39:03.800 Committee. Now, as Swalwell campaigns for the governorship of California, an office once held

00:39:09.140 by the great Ronald Reagan, the aggrieved women are stepping out of the shadows and into the light. 0.56

00:39:13.720 Swalwell's campaign has denied all of the allegations, calling them false and politically

00:39:18.480 motivated. But the Democrats have pushed the believe all women thing for years as they

00:39:23.900 attempted to weaponize fake allegations to destroy Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and others. 0.94

00:39:30.440 So now Swalwell may be hoisted on his own petard. He certainly, certainly deserves it.

00:39:37.420 Trump administration is investigating Cassidy Hutchison. Cassidy Hutchison, you may famously was a major, major witness for the January 6th committee. Glad to see this this investigation because she specifically testified under oath that on January 5th, that the White House chief of staff, Mark Meadows, called Roger Stone and General Michael Flynn to find out what was going to happen on the 6th.

00:40:07.020 Let me be as clear as I possibly can.

00:40:09.140 I've never spoken to Mark Meadows.

00:40:11.240 I've never communicated with him in any way

00:40:13.420 other than once seeing him in the green room at Fox.

00:40:15.820 So Cassidy Hutchison perjured herself.

00:40:18.500 They went back and tried to change her sworn testimony

00:40:20.840 unsuccessfully.

00:40:22.860 And now she should be charged with lying to God.

00:40:26.480 Thank you for joining us today in the Stone Zone.

00:40:28.980 God bless you until tomorrow.

00:40:31.000 We'll be back.

00:40:31.760 Godspeed.

00:40:37.020 We'll be right back.
