00:00:45.300 People love him and respect him.

00:00:46.740 Roger Stone.

00:00:48.040 Now, get in the zone.

00:00:49.940 It's the Stone Zone.

00:00:51.980 Here's Roger Stone.

00:00:53.520 You are now entering the Stone Zone.

00:00:59.500 It's only the hottest political show on radio today.

00:01:03.840 Only yesterday, President Donald Trump lashed out at three of his critics,

00:01:08.060 at least two of which are former supporters.

00:01:11.940 Alex Jones, the famous podcaster, Tucker Carlson, formerly of Fox News,

00:01:18.140 and, of course, Megyn Kelly. 0.97

00:01:19.620 Now, Megyn Kelly, of course, did try to stick a shiv in Trump's back in the presidential debates when he ran for his first term.

00:01:28.460 But in more recent years, she had become a podcaster and become more pro-Trump. 0.99

00:01:34.660 I think she thought she was losing her audience.

00:01:37.840 Then Alex Jones challenged me to come on his show today, midday, and defend the president.

00:01:45.120 and I checked in with the president, asked him what he thought, and he said, take him on,

00:01:49.660 and I did. It was a mudder. It was a brawl. The champ here remains undefeated. 0.60

00:01:57.960 What upset me about Alex Jones is that he called for the replacement of President Donald Trump

00:02:04.200 under the 25th Amendment when he was certain that the president was careening towards World War III

00:02:11.640 in Iran. Little did he know that Donald Trump put so much pressure on the Iranians that they blinked 0.57

00:02:18.980 and they submitted a 10-point peace plan reopening the talks. Donald Trump will always prefer talks

00:02:26.060 to war. And this weekend, J.D. Vance heads a negotiating team along with presidential son-in-law

00:02:34.800 Jared Kushner and Steve Whitcoff to try yet again to reach a peace agreement with the Iranians.

00:02:42.880 The case that I made was very simple. Let's review President Trump's record, if we may.

00:02:48.520 First and foremost, the president has completely restructured the U.S. military,

00:02:55.280 done away with the DEI nonsense, gotten rid of the globalist generals, put America back on a

00:03:02.080 war footing with a lethal national defense. That means that the military cannot be weaponized

00:03:11.060 against the American people in the case of a future constitutional crisis. The president

00:03:16.580 also ended the war on cryptocurrency and Bitcoin. Joe Biden hated this alternative monetary system

00:03:25.440 because the government can't control it. In fact, they prosecuted a number of people

00:03:30.080 claiming that Bitcoin was a security and those selling it needed a security license.

00:03:36.160 Nonsense. Trump also outlawed men playing in women's sports. Now you see the president and

00:03:43.880 the vice president cracking down on the millions of dollars of fraud in federal programs and ending

00:03:50.160 the use of USAID to finance color revolutions and other political dirty tricks. In his first term,

00:03:57.760 the president gave us the largest tax cut in American history, and now that tax cut has been

00:04:03.920 renewed, plus 88 percent of those current receiving Social Security benefits will pay

00:04:10.880 no taxes at all. He also ended the moratorium on exploration of gas and oil, which had begun

00:04:17.920 under Joe Biden. At the same time, he was ending the tax on tips. He appointed three Supreme Court

00:04:24.820 justices, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and Barrett, who have created a sometimes durable conservative

00:04:31.080 majority, but he appointed 200 young conservative federal judges to the bench. His appointments

00:04:38.820 eventually allowed for the overturning of Roe v. Wade, which does not outlaw abortion,

00:04:44.300 but returns that decision where it belongs to the states. He passed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act

00:04:50.560 of 2017. Those are major reductions for both individuals and corporations. Reduced regulations

00:04:56.460 across all industries, energy, finance, and business. Pre-COVID, we had low unemployment,

00:05:03.600 rising wages, strong stock market, and trade and industrial policy. He renegotiated NAFTA

00:05:09.440 and the U.S.-Mexican-Canada agreement, making it more affordable to U.S. manufacturing. He imposed

00:05:16.460 tariffs on China, reshaping global trade dynamics. He pushed the buy American, high American energy

00:05:23.220 independence policy, expanded domestic oil and gas production. For the first time ever, the United

00:05:29.200 States became a net energy exporter. He rolled back Obama-era environmental regulations, and when

00:05:36.520 it came to the border and immigration, he closed our open border. He re-implemented the remain in

00:05:42.820 Mexico policy, and he has now reduced illegal crossings in certain sectors to almost zero. 0.50

00:05:49.520 He defeated the ISIS territorial caliphate and, of course, brought into place the Abraham Accords,

00:05:58.160 a peace agreement between Israel and our other Arab state allies. He took a much harder stance

00:06:04.420 on Iran by withdrawing from the nuclear weapons deal in which Barack Obama was actually paying

00:06:12.400 the Iranian politicians with cash, pallets of cash on the side that weren't even in the agreement,

00:06:19.420 cut funding and got us out of the World Health Organization entirely. It looks to me like we're

00:06:25.580 headed for the exits on NATO as well. Promoted religious liberty protections. In the second term, 0.97

00:06:33.520 you have even greater accomplishments. He issued a record number of executive orders early in the

00:06:39.000 term, revoking and reversing over 100 of Joe Biden's brainless policies. He pardoned all of

00:06:46.880 those victimized on January 6th. He also, as I say, introduced the no tax on tips and no tax on

00:06:54.580 overtime tax deductions, as well as new tax deductions for senior citizens. And of course,

00:07:00.100 his tariff deals have brought billions and billions of dollars to the bottom line. We have

00:07:07.520 Multiple trade deals and industrial investments announced already.

00:07:10.720 He's now focusing on supply chain independence and national industry, border security and immigration.

00:07:17.540 Major enforcement expansion, of course, masked a portion of illegal immigrants, increasing ICE operations, reported sharp declines and illegal crossings, almost down to zero on our southern border.

00:07:29.960 Policies are now aimed at asylum loopholes being closed and reinstating America's first doctrine globally.

00:07:38.560 Once again, he withdrew us from the Paris Climate Agreement. 0.74

00:07:41.620 Not sure if you know that, but the world's greatest polluter is China.

00:07:46.000 Under the Paris Climate Accords, the Americans would have paid $325 million a year.

00:07:52.360 China would have paid zero.

00:07:54.700 Donald Trump said, we're out of there.

00:07:56.560 He's increased our military involvement and more aggressive posture in the Middle East to protect our interests there.

00:08:02.900 He's also playing catch up when it comes to rare earth minerals with deals in Ukraine, Vietnam and across the globe.

00:08:10.740 New deal just announced in Congo, a deal in Nigeria expected to be announced shortly.

00:08:16.260 He's gone back to expanding fossil fuel exploration and production, rolled back environmental restrictions against both.

00:08:25.280 They put out an executive order aimed at ending federal censorship.

00:08:30.960 Of course, the moves against the DEI programs and the whole federal work policies and other various actions,

00:08:37.340 including those service members who were required against their will to take the COVID-19 vaccination,

00:08:45.140 are now eligible for back pay and for their medical expenses.

00:08:49.940 At the same time, he's attempting to reshape the education and federal workforce,

00:08:54.120 Cracking down on the drug cartels and fentanyl trafficking, expanding enforcement operations on both domestically, increased coordination with foreign governments on crime.

00:09:05.000 So whether it's courts, tax reform, deregulation, trade reset, border framework, Middle East diplomacy, second term, the expansion and enforcement of all of the above, aggressive action, harder immigration enforcement, expanded tariffs and industrial policy, more aggressive foreign policy for the first time puts America first.

00:09:28.280 Of course, his moves in Iran and Venezuela very cleverly cut off China's access to cheap oil. 0.56

00:09:36.620 This is the brilliance of the art of the deal.

00:09:39.440 So I really hit Alex Jones pretty hard.

00:09:43.160 To my surprise, rather than hitting back, he reaffirmed his support for President Trump.

00:09:48.060 He pointed out that he's disagreed with him from time to time,

00:09:50.920 but thinks he's a heck of a lot better than Kamala Harris would have been.

00:09:55.740 To me, it was an overall win.

00:09:57.780 And we did have to visit the role of investigative journalist Laura Loomer. 1.00

00:10:03.800 This woman's a menace. 0.99

00:10:04.920 First of all, when people are paying you to write and say things, you're not an investigative journalist. 0.99

00:10:10.980 You're a paid propagandist.

00:10:12.840 Laura Loomer should make public a list of everyone who's paying her because, well, nobody's all that interested in the future of Chevron's oil leases in Venezuela.

00:10:24.020 She brings it up three times a week.

00:10:26.220 And, of course, I busted her this week, as was reported in Axios early this morning.

00:10:31.620 You see, you know how when you were younger and you heard that your boyfriend or your girlfriend was going to break up with you,

00:10:37.200 so you preemptively would break up with them so that they couldn't say they broke up with you?

00:10:42.140 What Laura Loomer here did was very clever.

00:10:44.980 She tried either directly or through intermediaries to convince President Trump that Tulsi Gabbard,

00:10:51.640 the director of national intelligence, was going to resign in protest of his actions in Iran,

00:10:57.860 and therefore he needed to move quickly to fire her. Fortunately, the president called me and I

00:11:02.620 told him that that was categorically false, having talked to Tulsi Gabbard that very morning.

00:11:08.900 And I also explained that Tulsi Gabbard had done nothing to merit being terminated.

00:11:14.540 She testified before the Congress where Laura Loomer said she backstabbed the president. No,

00:11:19.720 I don't think so. What she said was, as the head of ODNI, she was responsible for getting the very

00:11:26.240 best intelligence and giving it to the president. That's what she did. The president then decided 0.50

00:11:31.720 to move on Iran, and she supported that move. But because it is reported that she has reservations

00:11:38.440 about the war against Iran, as reportedly as does Vice President J.D. Vance, she's not popular with

00:11:45.840 the Israel first lobby. So I called out Laura Loomer. I said she was lying. She thought it

00:11:52.100 would become a self-fulfilling prophecy. And she's been calling me names ever since. And we found out

00:11:58.860 quite sadly that, well, Laura has been mentally institutionalized at least twice before over

00:12:05.800 regarding her mental stability. I'm actually worried about whether she's a danger to herself

00:12:11.340 or others. But this idea that she's a journalist, we have to dispose of that quickly. Journalists

00:12:17.900 aren't paid to take any particular point of view. Laura and I were friends for many, many years,

00:12:25.960 but it seems to me like she's joined the Bushes and the Cheneys and the Clintons and the Obamas

00:12:33.780 and the Bidens as a war hawk. She might be more comfortable now dining with Lindsey Graham

00:12:40.580 than she is dining with me. 1.00

00:12:43.680 This is an epic Twitter war.

00:12:45.520 If you haven't checked it out, we're going back and forth.

00:12:49.960 And, you know, she's dealing with the OG here,

00:12:52.380 so she shouldn't expect to win this fight.

00:12:54.820 But she keeps insisting she's an independent journalist,

00:12:57.820 and I keep laughing in her face. 0.99

00:13:01.260 Still like to know how she ran for Congress in two races. 0.62

00:13:04.080 Now, the first one, in all honesty, I give her credit. 0.99

00:13:07.160 She took on a very tough race in a Democrat district.

00:13:09.500 that was a district Mar-a-Lago's in, ran against Democrat Lois Franco, ran a pretty good race, 0.98

00:13:15.220 all things considered. But her second race for Congress, in all honesty, well, my dog,

00:13:20.520 Pee Wee 2.0, could have won that race. She was against a weak incumbent who was too ill to

00:13:25.700 campaign, had less than $325,000 in the bank. She raised almost three quarters, a little more than

00:13:32.200 three quarters of a million dollars, but none of that money got spent on radio commercials or 0.83

00:13:37.200 cable commercials or television commercials or mailings or blast emails or blast text messages.

00:13:47.660 In fact, I couldn't find any evidence of voter contact at all. So my question is a simple one.

00:13:53.020 Laura, what happened to the money? I'll wait. Thanks for tuning in today in the Stone Zone.

00:13:59.120 We'll be right back on the other side with more hot politics, including a roundup of what's

00:14:04.520 happening in the Iran war.

00:14:06.400 This is the stone zone with Roger Stone.

00:14:10.280 He likes politics and he's a professional at the highest level.

00:14:15.040 Roger Stone.

00:14:16.220 Who is Roger?

00:14:34.520 This is the Stone Zone with Roger Stone.

00:14:38.600 Roger Stone, who's a very, very, one of the smartest political minds.

00:14:42.680 Roger Stone was persecuted.

00:14:43.900 People forget he's actually a brilliant, brilliant political analyst.

00:14:46.980 Now, get in the zone.

00:14:48.800 It's the Stone Zone.

00:14:50.840 Here's Roger Stone.

00:14:53.040 Welcome back to the Stone Zone.

00:14:54.940 Anyone who knows me knows I love great pizza.

00:14:58.060 And there is a trend in the country I really approve of.

00:15:00.940 New Haven style pizza.

00:15:02.400 The pizza I grew up with is back.

00:15:05.140 I was born in Norwalk, Connecticut.

00:15:06.860 There was a restaurant there called Phil Baker's, named for a prize fighter who owned the place.

00:15:12.780 It is the pizza of my childhood.

00:15:14.480 I still can smell it.

00:15:15.480 I can still taste it, but I've never found it duplicated any place.

00:15:19.340 But the big three in New Haven were always Sally's, Frank Pepe's, and a place called The Modern.

00:15:26.860 Now, very recently, Frank Pepe's and Sally's both announced that they would be moving towards franchising.

00:15:34.240 And they, in the case of Frank Pepe's, opened several stores here in Florida.

00:15:40.720 The problem is that the style of New Haven pizza requires an 860 degree oven.

00:15:47.880 And they decided to open locations in Palm Beach and other places.

00:15:54.320 But one place they opened was Plantation, Florida.

00:15:58.000 Problem is that the liberals on the city council and plantation have a health ordinance that doesn't allow you to have a commercial oven that burns any hotter than 680 degrees.

00:16:09.640 Well, that requires the pizzaiola to cook the pizza longer, and that makes the bottom of the pizza drier and harder, kind of like a cracker.

00:16:20.860 So the pizza doesn't have that appropriate flop.

00:16:24.860 People in New York, they know what I'm talking about.

00:16:27.140 I'll show to the people in Connecticut.

00:16:29.280 So Frank Pepe's first location announced last week, quite sadly, that it would close.

00:16:36.820 In the meantime, there's a new contender called Ah Beets, because, of course, in New Haven,

00:16:41.700 they spell pizza A-P-I-Z-Z-A, Ah Beets, that is open locations in several locations here.

00:16:49.700 So this is the pizza of my youth. This is the pizza I dream about. This is the pizza that may

00:16:57.020 very soon be available near you. Now, pizza is like sex. When it's bad, well, it's still pretty 0.98

00:17:05.320 good. Nothing better than a slice at three o'clock in the morning after you, shall we say, had a few

00:17:11.220 cocktails. So keep an eye out for all these places. I have my preferences and I'm not going

00:17:18.140 tell you locations unless they want to pay for advertising here on the show, but keep an eye out

00:17:23.360 for New Haven style pizza. It's a generic style of pizza. I think you'll love it. No, by the way,

00:17:30.620 when we talk about pizza here in the Stone Zone, it's not some coded language pertaining to child

00:17:36.740 sex trafficking. Who do you think I am? John Podesta? I should also mention that Patsy's Pizza,

00:17:43.140 venerable New York tradition that started up in Harlem. They have just opened stores across the

00:17:49.600 country, including here in Florida. So I look, the more pizza, the better. I could eat it for

00:17:55.700 breakfast. In fact, this morning I had pizza with a sunny side up egg on it that my mother

00:18:01.800 used to do. My wife cooked for me this morning. The first time I had that was in the streets of

00:18:07.340 Nice, which is actually in France. You're listening to The Stone Zone. I'm Roger Stone,

00:18:12.300 And we'll be right back with a report on the war.

00:18:42.300 there to help you make the most of your getaway wherever that is because the only thing better

00:18:47.720 than a great playlist is a great trip life's the trip make the most of it at best western

00:18:58.420 this is the stone zone with roger stone roger stone who's a very very one of the smartest

00:19:15.040 political minds roger stone was persecuted people forget he's actually a brilliant brilliant

00:19:19.820 political analyst now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone and we're back

00:19:28.220 In the Stone Zone, it's only the hottest political radio show on the air today anywhere in the United States.

00:19:34.080 Well, a fragile calm is emerging in the Middle East, but tensions remain high as the United States pushes for a lasting ceasefire with Iran while standing firm against any ongoing threats.

00:19:45.440 President Donald Trump says he's optimistic it deals within reach, with Vice President J.D. Vance set to head high-stakes negotiations in Pakistan this weekend.

00:19:54.360 The move signaled serious U.S. commitment to restoring stability through strength and diplomacy.

00:19:59.680 At the same time, Israel, under Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu,

00:20:03.640 was pursuing possible sea fire talks with Lebanon,

00:20:06.540 even after launching major strikes against Hezbollah targets there.

00:20:10.040 Those operations came at a high cost, with reports of more than 250 killed and over 1,000 wounded,

00:20:16.700 drawing international criticism and making the fragile peace process, well, even more tenuous.

00:20:21.680 Israeli officials maintain their actions are necessary to defend the thousands of rockets fired by Hezbollah in recent weeks.

00:20:28.760 Meanwhile, Iran continues to test the limits of the ceasefire.

00:20:32.480 The regime still effectively controls the critical strait of Hormuz, restricting global shipping to a small number of approved vessels and raising concerns about potential fees and interference.

00:20:44.040 President Trump has warned Tehran in no uncertain terms, honor the agreement, which includes free passage through the Straits of Hormuz, or face renewed U.S. military action.

00:20:55.300 The president has continued to array our military assets in the region. He's not afraid to use them if he has to.

00:21:01.800 They're about to find out that Donald Trump is not somebody to trifle with.

00:21:05.100 Despite some violations and last-minute strikes, bombs have largely gone quiet across most of the region, a sign that deterrence may actually be working.

00:21:13.380 Energy markets remain on the edge, with oil prices rising amid uncertainty, while global leaders watch closely. 0.70

00:21:20.160 Much is still up in the air at the present time, but the Trump administration is dedicated to making sure that Iran doesn't become a nation-building exercise,

00:21:29.120 similar to this country's failures in Iraq or Afghanistan. 0.95

00:21:32.480 We've achieved regime change, sent a strong message, taking out their nuclear capacity, and now we're working very quickly towards getting out of there.

00:21:39.520 Meanwhile, First Lady Melania Trump very forcefully pushed back yesterday against false and malicious claims tying her to deceased pedophile and Clinton intimate Jeffrey Epstein.

00:21:50.460 In a statement yesterday made from the White House, Melania Trump made it clear that she was never friends with Epstein, never had any relationship with him, or his associate, his lead Maxwell, was never a victim or a collaborator of this ghoulish predatory pair.

00:22:04.880 part pair. Melania said the rumors circulating online are mean-spirit attempts to defame her

00:22:10.840 reputation. Mrs. Trump acknowledged that she and former President Donald Trump attended some social

00:22:16.240 events where Epstein was present, something she noted was not unusual giving overlapping social

00:22:21.080 circles in places like New York City and Palm Beach, but she emphasized she had no knowledge

00:22:26.320 of Epstein's criminal activities at the time and no personal connection to him. Now, I was around

00:22:31.160 in those days when Donald Trump was a bachelor between wives, when they were dating. And I found

00:22:37.400 Melania to be an extraordinary, gracious, kind, cultured individual who would end up being one of

00:22:42.520 our greatest first ladies in terms of her leadership and her courage. She had to stand by 0.57

00:22:49.160 while attempts were made to keep her husband off the ballot, to destroy them financially,

00:22:53.980 to put Donald Trump in jail. She warned that Americans should be cautious about misinformation,

00:22:58.820 calling many of the circulated images and stories online completely false.

00:23:03.260 I was shocked last night to see a number of nude images on her,

00:23:07.780 so I ran them through one of those AI detection programs.

00:23:11.800 Yep, they were completely fraudulent, manipulated, artificial intelligence.

00:23:16.280 The First Lady did not hold back in criticizing those spreading the allegations, 1.00

00:23:20.300 accusing politically motivated actors of trying to damage her reputation 0.90

00:23:23.860 for personal, political, or financial gain.

00:23:27.000 At the same time, she called for transparency and justice for actual victims, urging Congress to hold public hearings so that survivors can share their stories on the record.

00:23:36.520 This is just another phase of the Epstein hoax where President Trump, his families, and his associates are being smeared mercilessly, while the actual Epstein associates, like Bill and Hillary Clinton, Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, former U.S. Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell, former Governor Bill Richardson, no focus on them.

00:23:59.640 There were certainly politicians who went to Epstein's island and may have partaken in Epstein's depravity, but none of them were Republicans.

00:24:08.740 The Democrats won't let this go, continuing to smear the president mercilessly about false connections to Epstein, 0.61

00:24:17.160 while those elites who actually did partake in these disgusting child sex operations are glossed over. 0.99

00:24:23.020 At the same time, we found out that just as I predicted back in 2018, Steve Bannon, who on his show The War Room Every Day pretended to be a Trump supporter, was secretly denigrating Trump in a series of emails, calling for Trump's removal under the 25th Amendment, referring to the president as stupid, talking openly about undermining his China trade policy. 0.99

00:24:46.020 It's not surprising. Steve Bannon pled guilty in Manhattan to embezzling $15 million from the Build the Wall Foundation. 0.86

00:24:55.020 But very curiously, he received no jail time whatsoever.

00:24:59.440 He was actually, that trial was originally before one of the judges who sat in judgment of President Donald Trump in the lawfare against him.

00:25:07.720 Now we learn that Bannon was involved in a $1 billion fraud operation with the Chinese national names Miles Guo.

00:25:16.020 Now, when Miles Guo was prosecuted, he was asked repeatedly whether his money came from the Chinese Communist Party and about his connections to a mysterious William G.

00:25:27.200 You can go online.

00:25:28.100 William G. is a Chinese Communist Party operator.

00:25:31.360 I now have and very soon will release a list of all the so-called influencers that Steve Bannon was paying.

00:25:38.060 The double game here is one that is shocking, but Bannon, who just a few months ago was talking about running for president himself, I think is now no longer a credible spokesman for the MAGA movement.

00:25:50.320 The number of people watching his war room, kind of ironic, that used to be the name of my old show on Infowars until Bannon ripped it off.

00:25:58.460 I think the number of people watching his show has dropped precipitously.

00:26:02.080 Now, it's hard to understand because this is a guy who literally doesn't bathe, doesn't wash his hair, doesn't shave, doesn't brush his teeth.

00:26:11.920 He's kind of got the toothless hobo thing going on.

00:26:15.200 I just don't understand why he thinks that that would be politically attractive to anyone.

00:26:18.660 Frankly, he's starting to look more and more like, well, Eric Swalwell.

00:26:22.860 Speaking of Eric Swalwell, more women coming forward today claiming that the congressman made inappropriate sexual advances against them, pressured them for sex.

00:26:33.740 There are evidently a number of text messages.

00:26:36.340 I predicted all of this last night online.

00:26:38.720 Therefore, tomorrow I'll be blamed for all of it.

00:26:41.240 Same thing happened with Al Franken.

00:26:42.660 I had a friend at Fox that told me that Franken would be exposed as a sexual predator.

00:26:48.740 I posted it online. 0.50

00:26:49.820 Next thing I know, all kinds of crazy lefties are claiming that I set Al Franken up and that I was somehow coaching the woman whose accusations would blow him out of the Senate.

00:27:02.080 No, sorry to disappoint you, but then I get blamed sometimes when it's raining. 0.62

00:27:06.740 Early polling shows that Kamala Harris is now thinking very seriously about another presidential run as she ramps up her public appearances and her sharp criticism of President Trump.

00:27:17.700 Harris, who lost the 2024 election, is re-emerged on the national stage, speaking out on foreign policy, particularly the conflict with Iran, attempting to portray herself as a peacemonger in a pathetic gambit that's really fooling nobody.

00:27:32.020 Her upcoming appearance at Reverend Al Sharpton's National Ashken Network Convention is seen as a pivotal moment, with many Democrats viewing it as an early test of her political strength.

00:27:43.300 Party insiders say Harris appears to be testing the waters, especially as Democrats struggle with a leadership vacuum ahead of their own midterms.

00:27:51.400 Now, I think she made a wise decision to sidestep the governor's race in California.

00:27:56.540 She could have been elected governor had she wanted to.

00:27:59.360 My old mentor, Richard Nixon, made that mistake after losing very narrowly to John F. Kennedy, an election that I believe and say in two books document was stolen.

00:28:09.680 He was Dwight Eisenhower and New York Governor Tom Dewey talked Nixon into running for governor of California to keep his political prospects nationally alive.

00:28:19.600 Nixon had no interest or passion in state issues like water or mental health and so on.

00:28:25.880 His expertise was in federal and foreign policy issues.

00:28:29.640 And then surprisingly, he lost that gubernatory election when the Cuban Missile Crisis broke out just days before the election.

00:28:36.420 And, of course, voters rallied around the president.

00:28:39.460 John F. Kennedy, and John F. Kennedy headed to California to campaign for incumbent Pat Brown.

00:28:45.000 Richard Nixon was considered washed up after that. In this case, Kamala Harris ran that very

00:28:51.060 same risk. She has no interest in being governor of California. Probably a good thing she didn't 1.00

00:28:56.920 run. Now, when Harris whines, it just comes off like sour grapes from a loser. However, 1.00

00:29:02.260 this egomaniacal narcissist will probably run again in 2028, but don't expect her to make it 1.00

00:29:07.640 passed the primaries. Remember last time, the people of no kings, the people whining about no

00:29:12.660 kings, they nominated a queen who no one had ever, ever voted for. No Democrat primary voter,

00:29:19.620 no Democrat caucus voter, no Democrat delegate. Hypocrisy in today's Democrat party? Wow,

00:29:26.220 that's a surprise. One guy who's not a hypocrite and a major break from his party, U.S. Senator

00:29:31.040 from Pennsylvania, John Fetterman, is backing President Trump's military strikes in Iran,

00:29:36.140 saying that they've made the world a safer place, Fetterman argued that Iran responds only to

00:29:41.540 strength and that recent U.S. and Israeli actions have dealt a serious blow to the regime's

00:29:49.460 nuclear ambitions. Fetterman pointed out the destruction of key facilities and the targeting

00:29:54.580 of nuclear scientists is evidence that Iran's capabilities have been significantly degraded.

00:30:00.420 While acknowledging concerns about remaining in Iranium, still Fetterman maintained the overall impact has improved global security. 0.67

00:30:10.400 He also didn't hold back in condemning Iran, calling its actions war crimes and emphasizing the United States continues to stand as a force of good. 0.58

00:30:19.200 Importantly, Fetterman rejected calls from his fellow Democrats to rein the president in through a new war powers vote. 0.55

00:30:26.660 He warned that such efforts would undermine the mission and send the wrong message while U.S. forces are still engaged.

00:30:33.180 That stance put him at odds with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, a man already in deep trouble, both in the state of New York, where he fears a challenge from AOC,

00:30:43.700 and within his own Senate caucus, where whispers about his age and his weakness have compelled Mendy to believe that Elizabeth Warren will challenge him.

00:30:53.680 the senator from Massachusetts, also known as Focahontas, the fake Indian, will challenge him

00:31:00.140 for the leadership of the Democrat Party. Schumer has argued that the U.S. is worse off now and

00:31:06.920 claims without evidence that Iran's nuclear program remains intact. What would he know?

00:31:12.260 The divide highlights a growing split within the Democrat Party between those recognizing the

00:31:17.860 effectiveness of strong pro-Israel leadership and those continuing to oppose it in a cynical

00:31:23.460 partisan ploy for nothing other than political power.

00:31:28.040 Fetterman is one of the few Democrats who continues to make sense and who understands

00:31:31.680 that projecting American strength abroad deters threats and keeps America and the world safer.

00:31:37.360 Here's a message to John Fetterman.

00:31:39.920 The Democrats who are in Pennsylvania are extremely liberal, particularly under little

00:31:44.960 Governor Josh Shapiro, if they have a problem with John Fetterman, maybe he should run for

00:31:49.040 the Republican nomination for the Senate when his seat comes up.

00:31:52.600 I think he could win it.

00:31:53.640 He's a man of incredible common sense, if not any sartorial style.

00:31:58.580 But to his credit, he did wear a suit and tie to the State of the Union address.

00:32:03.100 So he's stepping up in the world.

00:32:05.660 CBS News is now trying to cover for Eric Swalwell, the candidate for Congress.

00:32:11.060 He's facing criticism after running a weak and politically motivated campaign.

00:32:16.060 The controversy stems from allegations reportedly being circulated by left-wing activist Cheyenne Hunt,

00:32:21.780 who claims multiple women will soon come forward with additional allegations of sexual misconduct

00:32:27.660 against Swalwell. So far, none of the accusers other than wanting to publicly step forward.

00:32:32.160 That is expected to happen today or tomorrow at the latest. We are holding our breath. Swalwell

00:32:38.120 has denied the accusations outright, also rejecting claims that his office required staff to sign

00:32:43.940 non-disclosure agreements. His campaign has blamed political opponents for spreading unverified

00:32:48.840 rumors, I guarantee you by the end of the day he'll be blaming me. Despite the lack of confirmed

00:32:54.760 allegations, CBS News published a report attempting to connect Hunt to one of Swalwell's political 0.87

00:32:59.700 rivals, former Congresswoman Katie Porter, who is also running for governor, in an attempt to cover

00:33:06.500 for Swalwell, or at least debunk the reports. The CBS report pointed to indirect links, such as

00:33:12.980 attending the same university or appearing in a photo together, but offered no concrete evidence

00:33:18.680 that the charges against Swalwell have been orchestrated by Porter's campaign and that they

00:33:25.040 were in cahoots. The irony here is the Democrats now find themselves caught in the same kind of

00:33:30.180 unverified allegation cycles that they often have promoted in the past, such things as the

00:33:35.160 Me Too movement and the Believe All Women witch hunts of the not too distant past. But CBS News

00:33:42.260 should be ashamed of themselves for covering up for someone as reprehensible as the pothead 0.93

00:33:47.740 weirdo eric swalwell you're listening to the stone zone i'm roger stone we'll be right back

00:33:53.920 this is the stone zone with roger stone he likes politics and he's a professional

00:33:59.920 at the highest level roger stone

00:34:17.740 this is the stone zone with roger stone roger stone who's a very very one of the smartest

00:34:28.680 political minds roger stone was persecuted people forget he's actually a brilliant brilliant

00:34:33.460 political analyst now get him his own it's the stone zone here's roger stone and we're back in

00:34:42.260 the stone zone the department of justice reportedly launched an antitrust investigation

00:34:46.540 into the National Football League,

00:34:48.600 raising new concerns about how America's most popular sport

00:34:51.560 is being delivered and how much fans are being forced to pay.

00:34:55.200 According to reports, federal officials are examining

00:34:57.540 whether the NFL's increasingly complex broadcasting deals

00:35:01.160 are driving up costs and limiting access for everyday viewers.

00:35:05.000 Games are now spread across multiple streaming platforms,

00:35:07.780 often requiring fans to juggle several paid subscriptions

00:35:11.140 just to follow their favorite teams.

00:35:13.260 One government official said the probe is focused on affordability and ensuring fair competition among media providers.

00:35:20.060 The issue has drawn bipartisan attention, but conservatives have been especially vocal about the burden placed on working families.

00:35:26.880 I myself have disgusted by NFL head Roger Goodell.

00:35:33.100 Several years ago, the NFL reached a legal agreement with its veterans players, all of them predominantly, overwhelmingly African-American, some Hall of Famers.

00:35:45.920 Remember, the equipment was not as sophisticated in those days, and many, many of them suffered injuries.

00:35:50.860 There's a $365 million settlement with those players, but almost all of that money went to monitors and lawyers with the individual players getting almost nothing.

00:36:01.860 This is racist and it's wrong.

00:36:04.520 So I'm calling on Roger Goodell, son of former New York U.S. Senator Charles Goodell, to do the right thing by his veteran players.

00:36:13.160 It's time for them to pony up and pay those veteran players who made this sport great again.

00:36:20.000 While we're at it, it's time for former New York Congressman Jack Kemp to be added to the football hall of flame.

00:36:28.100 Not only was Jack Kemp a congressman, one of the foremost proponents of supply side economics, that's pro-growth, pro-job creation, pro-tax cut economics, which revolutionized the Republican Party.

00:36:43.920 took the party from being the party of austerity and hard times to being the party of economic

00:36:48.840 growth and hope. It's a message that Ronald Reagan adopted from Kemp. It is the message

00:36:53.980 that Donald Trump adopted from Reagan. So yes, upstate New York Congressman Jack Kemp,

00:37:00.340 who played for the Buffalo Bills, as well as the San Diego Chargers, should be added to the

00:37:05.840 Football Hall of Fame. Frankly, I think President Donald Trump should consider giving him the Medal

00:37:11.520 of freedom, along with former Congressman Ron Paul. They'd be on my short list. In the meantime,

00:37:20.380 the country's Secretary of Treasury, Scott Besson, and the Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell

00:37:26.140 convened an urgent closed-door meeting with major bank CEOs to address cybersecurity threats tied to

00:37:32.420 a powerful new AI model developed by a company called Anthropic. The model, known as Mythos,

00:37:38.620 is reportedly capable of identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities across virtually every major

00:37:45.120 operating system and web browser. While Anthropic has limited its release, the company itself admits

00:37:50.580 the technology carries both offensive and defensive cyber capabilities, an acknowledgement

00:37:57.240 that underscores exactly how serious this risk is. Major banking leaders, including executives

00:38:03.480 from firms like Citigroup, Bank of America, and Goldman Sachs were briefed on the potential

00:38:08.420 for AI-driven cyber attacks that could threaten the stability of the United States' entire

00:38:14.220 financial system. So the message from federal officials was clear. Prepare now the development

00:38:20.380 highlights a broader concern conservatives have raised for years, whether government and industry

00:38:25.460 are exercising enough caution as powerful technologies rapidly evolve. Once again,

00:38:30.760 innovation appears to be outpacing regulation and preparedness. Anthropic says it is proactively

00:38:36.900 informing federal officials before unveiling mythos, but questions remain about oversight,

00:38:42.840 accountability, and the potential for misuse. At the same time, when Americans are already

00:38:48.120 becoming wary of digital vulnerabilities, AI is extraordinarily dangerous. Just this week,

00:38:54.420 The so-called journalist, Laura Loomer, posted a number of videos online that were not very favorable to me.

00:39:02.040 But all you got to do is run through a simple AI detection software program and you'll find that they are completely and totally false.

00:39:10.900 As George C. Scott said, playing George Patton in that movie, God, I love war.

00:39:18.740 I love it.

00:39:20.320 I love it more than life itself.

00:39:22.600 If you want to get down in the gutter with me, Laura, you're going to lose.

00:39:27.040 Check it out online. I think you'll like it.

00:39:29.060 It's a slugfest, the kind of politics that I love.

00:39:32.380 I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to Stone's Zone until tomorrow.

00:39:35.380 God bless you and Godspeed.
