00:00:07.400 Welcome. You are entering the Stone Zone.
00:00:10.540 Well, as promised, the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, has released 10,185 pages of records
00:00:20.280 relating to the assassination of New York Senator Robert F. Kennedy
00:00:25.280 as part of Executive Order 14176, signed by President Donald Trump,
00:00:31.160 which he pledged to release all of the documents pertaining to the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy,
00:00:38.560 Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and Dr. Martin Luther King.
00:00:42.080 I have publicly called on the President to extend that order to include all documents
00:00:48.740 pertaining to the attempted assassination of President Ronald Reagan,
00:00:53.780 a topic on which I am writing a book.
00:00:56.520 But addressing today's releases, the release documents total over 229 PDF files,
00:01:04.800 including FBI investigative records, State Department cables, witness accounts,
00:01:09.760 and ballistic reports from the 1968 assassination in the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
00:01:17.000 You will recall that Senator Robert F. Kennedy was murdered on the night of his greatest political triumph.
00:01:25.020 He had just won the California Democrat primary over Senator Eugene McCarthy.
00:01:32.160 Now, those in Camelot say that had Robert Kennedy not been assassinated,
00:01:38.020 he would have gone on to Chicago to be nominated.
00:01:40.600 He would therefore then have defeated a Republican nominee, Richard Milhouse Nixon.
00:01:47.100 Unfortunately, that is incorrect, and here is why.
00:01:51.580 In 1960, John F. Kennedy beat Richard Nixon by a razor-thin margin
00:01:58.060 in an election in which John Kennedy carried every single Southern state,
00:02:04.020 still the solid Democratic South.
00:02:07.100 By 1968, eight years later, Robert Kennedy would not have carried a single Southern state against Richard Nixon,
00:02:14.240 had he even been nominated at all.
00:02:16.700 You see, the convention delegates chosen by primary were a minority,
00:02:23.140 and the Democrat National Convention in Chicago was under the firm control of President Lyndon Baines Johnson.
00:02:30.240 And the most important votes, controlled by Chicago Mayor Richard J. Daley,
00:02:36.240 would not have switched to Kennedy.
00:02:38.420 They would have stuck with Vice President Hubert Humphrey,
00:02:41.420 who ran in no primaries but went on to be nominated anyway.
00:02:45.980 As far as today's releases are concerned,
00:02:49.220 among the records are FBI interviews allegedly confirming Sirhan Sirhan's premeditation
00:02:56.320 with witnesses Henry Carrion and David Montalano reporting seeing Sirhan at a shooting range
00:03:03.900 days before the assassination, evidently practicing with a revolver.
00:03:08.980 Other FBI details show Sirhan's movements, including his presence at the hotel earlier that evening,
00:03:14.940 suggesting deliberate planning.
00:03:16.920 These records were drawn from the papers of Robert F. Kennedy as Attorney General,
00:03:22.340 U.S. Senator, and his presidential campaign files,
00:03:25.420 and also from biographer Gene Stein's papers.
00:03:28.660 There's several problems with this narrative,
00:03:31.360 just like the false narrative that is created by the release of the JFK documents,
00:03:37.460 which was woefully inadequate.
00:03:39.380 I believe 30% of the most important documents pertaining to John F. Kennedy's murderers
00:03:46.220 still reside with the FBI, the Secret Service, the Internal Revenue Service,
00:03:50.680 the State Department, and the Department of State.
00:03:54.760 Here's the problem.
00:03:55.940 There's no question that Sirhan Sirhan was present.
00:03:59.060 He was always in front of Senator Kennedy.
00:04:01.520 He got off eight shots, all eight of which are accounted for.
00:04:05.480 The problem is that none of those shots hit Robert Kennedy.
00:04:08.540 Thomas Noguchi, perhaps the most famous coroner in the country,
00:04:13.960 who was then the Los Angeles County coroner,
00:04:17.220 says in his autopsy that Senator Robert Kennedy was killed by a bullet shot wound
00:04:24.220 from his left rear of his skull, shot at point-blank range.
00:04:29.280 That means with the pistol right up against his head.
00:04:33.180 I believe that Sirhan Sirhan was shooting wildly as a diversion.
00:04:40.360 There's also, strangely enough, his actions while incarcerated,
00:04:44.840 where he wrote over and over again,
00:04:48.320 Kennedy must die, Kennedy must die, Kennedy must die.
00:04:51.860 Clear sign that he was under the effects of some psycho control,
00:04:58.020 probably MKUltra.
00:05:01.440 So these probes released today are meant once again to create a false narrative.
00:05:08.540 I actually believe the shooter was a gentleman named Thane Eugene Caesar.
00:05:15.640 He was a security guard in the Ambassador Hotel.
00:05:18.640 He was hired for that position one week before the murder of RFK,
00:05:22.920 and he resigned and returned to his native Philippines almost immediately afterwards.
00:05:30.840 The ballistics do not meet the murder.
00:05:35.540 The record includes descriptions of a number of shots fired in the bullet trajectories,
00:05:39.660 with some witnesses' statements noting the chaotic environment,
00:05:43.100 which fueled speculation about inconsistencies.
00:05:47.780 However, the National Archives' release does not confirm claims of the second gunman,
00:05:53.360 Eugene Thane Caesar,
00:05:56.040 does not document the weapon in the possession of Sirhan as the primary weapon.
00:06:05.000 Documents also reference an LAPD's special unit senator,
00:06:09.240 which coordinated the investigation,
00:06:11.900 detailing forensic analysis and chain of custody records for evidence like the gun and the bullets.
00:06:16.940 These technical details provide researchers with a lot of raw data for further study.
00:06:23.840 The release also highlights logistical aspects of the declassification process,
00:06:28.180 with some pages scanned in black and white for efficiency,
00:06:31.440 replacing the old color scans when eligibility has been an issue.
00:06:36.560 An additional 50,000 to 60,000 pages of RFK-related records still held by the FBI and the CIA
00:06:42.700 were not included in the release as ordered by President Donald Trump.
00:06:48.540 Now, if you've seen it, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., happens to be a friend of mine,
00:06:52.840 has given an extraordinary interview on the murder of his father with, of all people, Mike Tyson.
00:06:58.700 And he repeats many of the things that I have just told you,
00:07:02.260 that Sirhan Sirhan was always in front of Kennedy,
00:07:06.580 that he was shooting wildly, seemingly as a diversion.
00:07:10.020 But as confirmed by the coroner,
00:07:12.660 Senator Robert Kennedy Sr. was shot from behind at point-blank range.
00:07:17.740 Incredibly, YouTube took that interview with Mike Tyson down from the Internet.
00:07:23.700 It's very hard to find.
00:07:24.940 I think Robert F. Kennedy is right in this regard.
00:07:30.120 We will be continuing to report on this question.
00:07:33.500 In the meantime, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia is now investigating Aaron Zelensky.
00:07:40.580 I know this guy.
00:07:41.460 He was the prosecutor in my case when I was charged with lying to Congress,
00:07:47.680 when there was nothing to lie to Congress about.
00:07:49.680 A claim, by the way, that was contradicted by the official final report of Robert Mueller's investigation.
00:07:58.360 It's interesting that Zelensky testified to Congress under oath,
00:08:01.920 saying that he'd been pressured by higher-ups at the DOJ to go easy on me in sentencing.
00:08:07.980 A Department of Justice Inspector General report investigating that claim by Mr. Zelensky concluded it was absolutely false.
00:08:14.760 So, in other words, Aaron Zelensky, the prosecutor, until recently an assistant U.S. attorney in Baltimore,
00:08:22.460 lied under oath to Congress to further the narrative that the Attorney General and those under him
00:08:29.780 had pressured the prosecutors in my case for a lenient sentence.
00:08:34.360 Why hasn't he been prosecuted, by the way?
00:08:36.660 He also altered the FBI interviews, known as a 302, with George Papadopoulos, essentially framing him.
00:08:47.160 So, I would say that it is Mr. Zelensky's turn in the barrel.
00:08:51.780 Now, it is possible that the Statue of Limitations has run and Mr. Zelensky will not be prosecuted for his lies.
00:08:58.380 On the other hand, I would contend that this is an ongoing conspiracy.
00:09:02.880 And, at a minimum, I and my good friend, Mr. Pradopoulos, will be filing a complaint with the Maryland State Bar
00:09:10.280 to see if we can get Mr. Zelensky disbarred.
00:09:13.660 It is time for justice.
00:09:15.820 We have other perps, such as Andrew Weissman, who have their own problems.
00:09:20.380 These are leftovers, also, from the Mueller investigation.
00:09:24.240 We're going to fill you in on that.
00:09:25.420 When we come back, you're tuned in to the Stone Zone here on the Red Apple Audio Networks.
00:09:30.660 We've got some more politics coming right up for you, including the inside story on Letitia James
00:09:35.820 and why her defense regarding serial mortgage fraud is a fugazi.
00:09:42.240 Don't go away.
00:09:43.100 We'll be right back.
00:09:44.440 The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:09:48.180 You're back in the Stone.
00:10:18.160 This past week, we saw corrupt New York Attorney General Letitia James get caught up in serial mortgage fraud.
00:10:25.900 I watched her on TV with veteran journalist Errol Lewis, where she told multiple lies.
00:10:31.040 She lied about almost all of it.
00:10:34.480 We're going to talk about that later with Sam Antar, the researcher who uncovered her serial mortgage fraud.
00:10:42.200 The iron here, of course, is that she engaged in precisely the actions and activities that she falsely charged President Trump with last year in the so-called valuation trial.
00:10:53.060 But it seems that there's now another DOJ bad actor, Andrew Weissman, perhaps the most corrupt federal prosecutor in U.S. history.
00:11:02.580 He cut his teeth, lying under oath to cover up mob murders in Brooklyn.
00:11:07.640 Then he destroyed the Enron Corporation and their accountant, Arthur Anderson.
00:11:12.480 He keeps pointing to that case like it's the gold standard, but he was actually reversed unanimously, nine to zero by the U.S. Supreme Court,
00:11:20.240 and a tongue-lashed for prosecutorial misconduct.
00:11:25.800 He is behind numerous criminal acts dating back decades where he imprisoned a man named Mike Cessa for life on crimes that there's a lot of evidence that Cessa didn't really commit.
00:11:37.780 Weissman, as I say, destroyed Arthur Anderson in the 2000s, a central player in the Mueller gang.
00:11:43.180 He's actually the man who wrote my indictment.
00:11:45.940 He's also the man who arranged for the FBI to storm my home at six o'clock in the morning.
00:11:52.340 I was arrested at 6-11, probably at 6-06.
00:11:57.160 At 6-11, a producer at CNN texted a copy of my sealed indictment to one of my lawyers.
00:12:06.860 And although it had no time stamps or court markings on it, if you looked at the metadata tags, it had the initials of the man who wrote it, Andrew Weissman.
00:12:18.220 By the way, the leaking of a search or an arrest warrant prior to its execution is a felony.
00:12:25.600 Now, according to Jason Goodman at Crowdsource, there's a reason to believe that Weissman has some mortgage issues himself.
00:12:33.220 The story begins with a man named Leonard Toberoff.
00:12:36.860 This character related Jeffrey Epstein in Toberoff is Stephen Hoffenberg.
00:12:41.660 I interviewed Hoffenberg for my own book on the Clintons.
00:12:45.860 In April 2023, Weissman bought two condominiums from Mr. Toberoff with a $1 million mortgage from First Republic Bank.
00:12:54.800 First Republic Bank then collapsed five days later.
00:12:58.360 Reissman wrote the DOJ policy on financial crimes, was prosecuting fraud for most of his legal career.
00:13:05.400 Looks to me that he learned a great deal from the criminals that he was allegedly prosecuting.
00:13:12.560 Coming up, we are going to talk about the devastating revelations regarding New York Attorney General Letitia James.
00:13:20.920 Big Tish seems to think she can lie her way out of the vast maze of sworn paperwork that proves that she has a decades-long history of lying to obtain mortgages.
00:13:35.700 Virginia real estate lawyers say that the paperwork issue for Ms. James had been misrepresented to the lender,
00:13:42.900 but on a separate loan application, according to Ms. James, she indicated that she did not intend to occupy the property in Virginia that was a condition of a mortgage.
00:13:58.980 She also said her mortgage agreement did not require her to do so.
00:14:02.340 Those are, unfortunately, both lies.
00:14:04.660 Whatever document she provided to the New York Times is not recorded anyplace, is not notarized.
00:14:13.040 In my opinion, it's not real.
00:14:15.120 I think it was never filed.
00:14:17.480 You know, the cover-up is always worse than the crime.
00:14:21.360 Letitia James is now being held to an interesting standard.
00:14:26.360 She's the one who said that no one is above the law.
00:14:30.500 Well, that includes you, Big Tish, and you're not going to be able to lie your way out of them.
00:14:35.480 Last week, the head of the Federal Home Finance Agency, Bill Pulte, referred a case to the Justice Department for prosecution of mortgage fraud.
00:14:45.480 It's a very detailed letter.
00:14:46.940 By this point, it's out there on the Internet.
00:14:50.260 We're going to very shortly interview Sam Antar, the man who did the underlying research on Tish James.
00:14:58.120 By the way, Sam Antar is not a Republican.
00:15:00.960 He does not work for Donald Trump.
00:15:02.740 I don't think he even supports Donald Trump.
00:15:04.680 But he is committed to the truth.
00:15:07.620 So, Letitia James, I really hope you're listening because you can run, but you cannot hide.
00:15:13.300 And now you're going to be held to the standard that you tried to say others should be held to.
00:15:18.140 No one ever was prosecuted under the valuation law that you tried to send Donald Trump to jail for.
00:15:23.740 Yes, you want a conviction, and yes, the fine grows every day, but guess what?
00:15:28.900 You're going to be overturned on appeal, and you're going to be able to hear about the overturning of that appeal while you're sitting in a prison cell.
00:15:36.240 So, the investigative journalist Laura Loomer is claiming that she broke the Letitia James mortgage fraud story a long time ago, but that's not the way it went down.
00:15:47.560 See, I like Laura Loomer.
00:15:49.120 She's a friend of mine.
00:15:50.160 She's a hardworking investigative journalist.
00:15:52.640 Not quite sure why she has to take credit for everything.
00:15:55.060 I said to her, you know, if the sun comes up tomorrow morning, you take credit for it.
00:15:59.060 Now, what she did was to pull the New York state records from a state website and saw that what anyone could see,
00:16:05.560 that Letitia James had gotten multiple mortgages over the years claiming a four-unit building that was actually a five-unit building.
00:16:12.940 Well, that's just a small part of the story, but it was Sam Antar, who joins us today, and Joel Gilbert,
00:16:20.580 veteran investigative reporter and documentary filmmaker, who dug deeper.
00:16:25.120 They're the ones who found out that she had one government HAMP loan that was not even available for properties with more than four units,
00:16:34.440 and it required a hardship declaration at a time Letitia James was making $14,000 a month.
00:16:42.240 It was also Joel Gilbert who found out that Letitia claimed her father was her husband in an earlier loan application.
00:16:50.200 We're going to be laying all of that out for you today.
00:16:53.820 We're also starting to look at a shady foreclosure of purchase in 2008 in Martinsville, Virginia.
00:17:00.580 We haven't even reported on that yet.
00:17:02.520 Stand by because the man who uncovered half of these incredible campaign irregularities,
00:17:09.040 a pattern of mortgage fraud, undisclosed rental income, and much, much more,
00:17:14.040 Sam Antar joins us right here in the Stone Zone.
00:17:17.720 We give it to you truth.
00:17:19.120 We give you the stone cold truth, I should say, here in the Stone Zone.
00:17:23.120 Whatever you do, you're going to want to stand by for what's coming up.

00:18:05.180 Entertaining and informative.
00:18:07.340 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:18:10.260 And we're back in the Stone Zone.
00:18:13.020 As promised, we are focusing on the recent development in which William Pulte,
00:18:19.040 who is the head of the Federal Home Finance Agency,
00:18:23.820 has made a criminal referral to the U.S. Justice Department of New York Attorney General Letitia James.
00:18:32.480 Mr. Pulte's letter of referral seems largely to be based on the research of a gentleman named Sam E. Antar.
00:18:41.200 Sam E. Antar is a former certified public accountant who's had a very interesting career trajectory.
00:18:48.740 As a former chief financial officer of Crazy Eddie, you may remember them,
00:18:53.980 a major consumer electronics chain in the Northeast,
00:18:56.960 Mr. E. Antar was a key figure in one of the decade's largest security fraud schemes.
00:19:02.660 After his conviction that he paid his debt to society,
00:19:06.360 Mr. Antar redirected his expertise towards forensic accounting,
00:19:11.280 leveraging his first-hand knowledge of financial fraud to help combat it.
00:19:15.580 He has helped government agencies, law enforcement organizations,
00:19:19.540 law firms and accounting firms,
00:19:21.320 and independent investment research firms ferret out fraud.
00:19:25.900 He has a very lively website,
00:19:29.300 whitecollarfraud.com,
00:19:31.100 where he posts the actual documents that back up everything he has claimed.
00:19:36.640 Sam E. Antar, welcome to the Stone Zone.
00:19:39.860 Thank you, Roger, for having me on the air.
00:19:42.700 So, in this most recent development,
00:19:45.980 as you know, among those claims is that Letitia James,
00:19:50.380 only last year, August of 2023,
00:19:53.480 just weeks before putting President Donald Trump on trial
00:19:57.100 and the so-called valuation trial,
00:20:00.780 Letitia James signed a document with the mortgage company,
00:20:04.320 a sworn document,
00:20:05.680 in which she attested that she would move into a Virginia property
00:20:12.260 on which she was seeking a mortgage
00:20:13.860 within 60 days of the execution and closing of that mortgage.
00:20:20.020 There's two problems with that.
00:20:22.360 If she, indeed, did move to Virginia,
00:20:25.380 as she said she was going to,
00:20:27.860 well, under New York state law and the New York state constitution,
00:20:30.740 she would not be eligible to be New York state attorney general.
00:20:35.020 And actually, upon her leaving the state,
00:20:37.300 the office would be immediately vacated.
00:20:39.680 Or, if she signed claiming that she would move,
00:20:42.480 but didn't move,
00:20:43.520 and I think we understand that she didn't,
00:20:45.600 well, then she committed fraud by signing this document.
00:20:49.380 Now, she has defended herself claiming that in a separate document,
00:20:55.620 she said she wasn't going to live in the property,
00:20:59.220 and she further said that the mortgage did not require her to do so.
00:21:06.960 So, who's right and who's wrong here?
00:21:09.320 Are you right, Sam?
00:21:10.740 Do the documents deceive us, or is she lying?
00:21:15.460 She's lying, and I'll explain to you why.
00:21:17.400 First of all, the sworn declaration that she had written,
00:21:23.960 which was also, by the way, witnessed by Jennifer Levy,
00:21:27.380 who headed the investigation into Trump,
00:21:29.980 who was signed in her own office.
00:21:32.280 Okay?
00:21:32.580 That sworn declaration rules,
00:21:35.140 because that's the document that was filed with the mortgage.
00:21:39.120 If there's another piece of paper,
00:21:41.100 that only makes the case worse,
00:21:43.200 because assuming that piece of paper exists, okay,
00:21:46.460 and we haven't seen it, nobody's produced it,
00:21:48.980 the New York Times didn't even produce them,
00:21:50.820 they said they got it, okay,
00:21:52.600 assuming that piece of paper exists,
00:21:54.640 it adds to another level of inconsistent disclosures that she's made.
00:21:59.080 At the end of the day,
00:22:00.300 the mortgage was unruly based upon her and her co-borrowers,
00:22:04.860 both occupying the property.
00:22:06.780 Now, she didn't occupy the property,
00:22:09.640 and she claims her niece occupied the property.
00:22:11.980 Still not good.
00:22:13.600 Both parties had to occupy the property.
00:22:16.700 That is the way the loan was underwritten, period.
00:22:21.560 Listen to Leticia James herself,
00:22:23.660 because I want to make sure we get this completely right.
00:22:25.440 Listen to the attorney general.
00:22:26.600 Let me just say to all New Yorkers and to all Americans,
00:22:30.260 the allegations are baseless.
00:22:33.140 The allegations are nothing more than a revenge tour.
00:22:37.300 And as you mentioned,
00:22:38.560 my office was successful in securing a $454 million judgment
00:22:43.980 against Donald Trump and others
00:22:46.160 for exaggerating the value of his assets.
00:22:51.280 He engaged in a pattern and practice of fraud.
00:22:55.620 And the interest is accruing each and every day
00:22:58.240 while the case is on appeal in the first department.
00:23:01.880 It's important that individuals know
00:23:04.280 that this is nothing more than the continuation of the tour.
00:23:09.120 He went after law firms, universities, immigrants, women.
00:23:15.640 Thousands of federal employees right now are unemployed.
00:23:18.080 Our government is in chaos and in disarray.
00:23:22.260 Medicaid, Social Security, CFPB,
00:23:25.640 and the list goes on and on and on.
00:23:28.600 They always have to waive that Medicaid, Social Security flag,
00:23:32.900 which is a complete fraud.
00:23:33.940 Donald Trump has made no proposals to cut either one of them.
00:23:37.240 Sam, your reaction to that brazen line?
00:23:40.560 Well, first of all, I had written about him
00:23:42.440 months before you even contacted me,
00:23:44.720 or a couple of months at least, all right?
00:23:46.740 The only reason why I'm on this show
00:23:48.800 is because you stumbled on my work.
00:23:51.160 I have nothing to do with the Trump administration.
00:23:54.740 I don't work for them.
00:23:56.500 I don't get paid for them.
00:23:57.880 Nobody told me what to post or what to do.
00:24:01.020 I did it myself, and this is the work that I do.
00:24:04.040 This is the life I have chosen.
00:24:05.960 After Crazy A's, I have 25 years' experience
00:24:09.100 on the other side of the law, okay?
00:24:12.020 I know every trick in the book.
00:24:13.900 I know every trick that's not in the book,
00:24:16.080 and I also know every trick that she's thinking of doing.
00:24:20.180 So this is just classic misdirection.
00:24:24.780 By the way, I do want to say to the Attorney General,
00:24:27.860 you have an open invitation to appear here on the Stone Zone.
00:24:31.600 Any time to rebut anything that we report here,
00:24:34.300 we would welcome you, and we would treat you respectfully
00:24:37.020 and give you your chance to speak.
00:24:38.440 In fact, maybe you want to come on with Sam Antar,
00:24:40.360 and you guys could slug it out,
00:24:43.220 but I've read the actual documents.
00:24:45.680 The strength of your website, Sam,
00:24:48.320 whitecollarfraud.com,
00:24:49.940 is that you link to the actual document,
00:24:52.880 the certified document.
00:24:54.860 I'd also say to Jonah E. Bromwich of the New York Times,
00:24:59.720 according to your story,
00:25:02.160 the Attorney General's office sent you
00:25:04.420 a separate mortgage application
00:25:06.480 in which she did not say that she intended to move to the property
00:25:10.080 and she claims that the mortgage did not require her to do so.
00:25:15.800 I would ask you to send us or post those documents publicly
00:25:19.140 because they were never notarized,
00:25:21.840 they've never been filed in a place.
00:25:23.220 In fact, nobody's ever seen them but you.
00:25:26.380 I don't think they're legally...
00:25:27.480 They have no legal...
00:25:28.020 I'm sorry to have been interrupted.
00:25:29.400 They have no legal meaning even if they existed.
00:25:32.100 So, I mean, it is saying this is all just paperwork as your defense.
00:25:38.740 I don't think anybody's going to buy it.
00:25:41.420 By the way, I believe the reason she bought this property
00:25:43.580 is because Letitia James believed that she would be Attorney General
00:25:47.780 in the Kamala Harris administration.
00:25:51.480 That's the reason I think she purchased this property.
00:25:53.920 But, Sam, let's take a step back.
00:25:56.100 This is not her first exercise of mortgage fraud, is it?
00:26:00.460 No, when you do forensic accounting work,
00:26:03.820 as I have done for a quarter of a century,
00:26:06.280 you look for what's called a pattern of inconsistency.
00:26:10.180 And in this case, Letitia James' pattern of inconsistency, okay,
00:26:14.840 gazed back to 1983, which, who has appeared on your show,
00:26:19.500 Joel Gilbert, uncovered with the husband and wife on mortgage,
00:26:26.540 but father and daughter on the deed.
00:26:28.480 So, she's been doing this kind of – she's been putting out false documents
00:26:34.300 for over 40 years.
00:26:36.140 Now, even her most recent document, because I was on ACRIS doing research,
00:26:40.100 that's the New York City database of deeds and property records,
00:26:44.100 even her most recent mortgage says, stamped, one to two family, okay?
00:26:49.280 It's a four-family house, okay?
00:26:51.020 Every single mortgage document she has filed, okay, in New York City or New York State is false.
00:27:00.000 Every single one of them misrepresent the number of units.
00:27:03.740 Her building is one to four units, okay, on the mortgage documents,
00:27:09.500 but the certificate of occupancy says five.
00:27:12.540 And I think she told the New York Times, well, that was the other owner.
00:27:15.460 No, no, no, no, no, no.
00:27:16.440 You see, the certificate of occupancy is issued by the Department of Buildings.
00:27:20.800 It's not an optional document that another owner has.
00:27:25.500 And if she really believes that kind of bulls**t,
00:27:31.720 she shouldn't be the Attorney General of New York because she doesn't understand the law.
00:27:35.700 Well, the first mortgage, she was 24 years old.
00:27:40.320 It appears to me what she did was to secure the mortgage using her father's balance sheet,
00:27:46.320 her father's financials, claiming that he was her husband.
00:27:50.240 At least that's what it says on the mortgage and the mortgage application.
00:27:54.060 But then on the title, it correctly lists them as father and daughter.
00:27:58.980 That's the first act of fraud.
00:28:02.980 And then, as you point out, Joel Gilbert discovered that she received a HAMP loan,
00:28:09.580 another federal loan for which you had to have five units.
00:28:15.820 Four units or less.
00:28:17.380 Right, four units or less.
00:28:19.080 But explain to us how she's in violation there.
00:28:23.320 Okay.
00:28:24.480 HAMP was a program set up for people that had fallen behind of their mortgages
00:28:29.560 because of financial hardship.
00:28:31.340 And she fell behind, conveniently, she fell behind $30,000 on her payments,
00:28:38.160 even though she was making over $150,000 a year.
00:28:42.320 Okay.
00:28:43.060 She fell behind.
00:28:43.980 She filed the HAMP application.
00:28:46.440 Now, Joel looked at the HAMP application as it related to the HAMP guidelines.
00:28:54.720 And guess what?
00:28:56.040 The HAMP guidelines, four or less units.
00:28:58.360 Her building says five.
00:28:59.740 On top of that, building upon Joel's work, because he did very good research,
00:29:04.600 and I commend him for it, building upon his work,
00:29:08.220 I further noticed that there were handwritten notes on the HAMP documents,
00:29:14.340 trying to retroactively fix the unit problem by saying,
00:29:19.420 this building can potentially be four to six units and handwritten notes.
00:29:24.460 And these handwritten notes were belatedly written at about the time that the documents were filed.
00:29:29.800 In other words, after all the due diligence and everything else was done.
00:29:34.160 So, in this case, I believe, in this case, it's deliberate.
00:29:38.940 Now, people make mistakes.
00:29:40.680 You make mistakes.
00:29:41.600 I make mistakes.
00:29:42.540 We all make mistakes.
00:29:44.040 But you're talking about here, remember what I said, a pattern of irregularities.
00:29:49.060 40 years worth of false documents.
00:29:52.460 Yeah, and the 2023 Virginia mortgage is missing from her 2023 ethics filing.
00:30:01.880 She also filed no Virginia homestead exemption, which she would have filed if it was going to be her principal residence.
00:30:11.720 Right, nor did the co-owner of the property file an exemption.
00:30:15.280 In fact, there was a report out in the paper that that person that's occupying the property now only started to occupy it in the last year,
00:30:23.240 which is way past the requirement of the mortgage, that both parties have to occupy it within 60 days.
00:30:31.420 Also, New York state law requires disclosure of any large debt unless the property is your sole residence,
00:30:37.180 which James now says it is not.
00:30:39.540 Well, that's the other problem that she has.
00:30:41.100 On that Virginia property we're talking about, she did not disclose the debt or the property.
00:30:48.620 But on another Virginia property, which you and I discussed previously, she purchases a property for $130,000 or so,
00:30:55.960 takes a mortgage of $109,000 or so.
00:30:58.460 The property is disclosed as an investment property on a New York financial disclosure.
00:31:02.840 But in 2023, two mortgages in excess of the value of the property were disclosed on a New York state financial disclosures.
00:31:12.360 That led me to go back to the property records, and guess what I found?
00:31:16.800 The mortgage that she took when she purchased the property, the $109,000 mortgage, was never filed in a New York state financial disclosure.
00:31:27.020 The two mortgages that were in a New York state financial disclosures were never filed in the property records.
00:31:33.860 Were they unrecorded mortgages?
00:31:36.240 A million red flags ring out.
00:31:38.740 But the most important red flag is she valued her own property at $100,000 to $150,000.
00:31:43.980 And the total of the mortgages, whether they were filed or not, whether they were disclosed or not, is $510,000.
00:31:51.480 Who gets it two and a half times, 2.7 times loan-to-value ratio?
00:31:57.160 No one.
00:31:58.380 Once again, the Attorney General says she will not be silenced, and we respect that.
00:32:03.100 You have an open invitation, Madam Attorney General, to appear here on the Stone Zone with Sam Antar.
00:32:09.360 You can go toe-to-toe with him on these documents that you have indisputably signed.
00:32:15.500 And Jonah Bromwich with the New York Times, if you want to join us as well, that'd be great.
00:32:20.340 You can perhaps post the supposed mortgage application in which she claimed she would not be moving to the property,
00:32:28.520 in which she claimed that the mortgage would not require her to do so.
00:32:32.380 I won't be holding my breath.
00:32:34.540 Folks, you're tuned into the Stone Zone.
00:32:36.180 We're talking to Sam Antar, along with veteran journalist and documentary maker Joel Gilbert,
00:32:44.200 who uncovered all of the documentary evidence of serious mortgage fraud.
00:32:49.960 There's a lot more to the story.
00:32:51.540 We haven't gotten into sexual assault by the Chief of Staff of the Attorney General
00:32:56.700 or the serial campaign finance fraud that's still under investigation.
00:33:03.840 You're tuned into the Stone Zone.
00:33:05.440 Don't miss a second.
00:33:06.800 We'll be right back.
00:33:08.960 The Stone Zone.
00:33:10.320 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:33:15.260 The Stone Zone.
00:33:17.220 Entertaining and informative.
00:33:19.360 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:33:22.280 We're talking to Sam E. Antar.
00:33:24.440 He is the researcher and former certified public accountant who has ferreted out the serial mortgage fraud by New York Attorney General Letitia James.
00:33:36.720 She attempts to, seems to me, according to the New York Times, in an incredible interview she did with Errol Lewis.
00:33:42.720 If you're listening, Mr. Lewis, you should have Mr. Antar on to provide a counterpoint to the Attorney General, because I believe she told a number of lies during her interview with you.
00:33:56.840 I wondered if it was an interview.
00:33:58.100 That was an infomercial.
00:33:59.820 Go ahead.
00:34:00.280 I'm sorry.
00:34:00.600 It looked like she was calling in a favor, didn't it?
00:34:03.520 Last time I saw Errol Lewis, he was defending the integrity of former New York Governor Elliot Spitzer.
00:34:10.060 So we know how that went down.
00:34:12.060 So at your own expense, you've undercovered James' undisclosed mortgages, her principal residence declaration in Virginia, which is a fraud.
00:34:19.680 But you've also dug into her taxpayer-funded jet travel and her seeming abuse of taxpayer dollars for political purposes.
00:34:31.040 Tell us about that.
00:34:32.820 Okay.
00:34:33.080 Starting at around the end of 2020, all the way through to about early 2022, I might have the date slightly wrong, okay?
00:34:42.320 She took about seven jet trips, private jet trips, with taxpayer-funded dollars, of which about three or four overlapped campaign events.
00:34:55.380 Now, I've foiled that information.
00:34:57.400 I am waiting to see what it says.
00:34:59.440 But irregardless, they occurred.
00:35:02.780 There was an overlap between the campaign events and that jet travel.
00:35:07.280 Now, what's interesting is, is that nobody else, going back to 2014, used that private jet company in New York State.
00:35:16.940 In the entirety of New York State's trillion dollars spent during that period, nobody else used that private jet company.
00:35:26.440 And when New York State stopped paying for a private jet, her campaign started to pay the bill.
00:35:32.700 It seems to me you might have—there's multiple problems there.
00:35:35.520 I noticed on one occasion that she took a—and she paid for a chartered jet from an aviation company that hasn't worked for any other government agency.
00:35:48.800 They didn't file any flight plan.
00:35:50.700 They didn't file any contract.
00:35:53.120 But it happens to be on the same day that her campaign paid an Airbnb for a Martha's Vineyard beachfront condo.
00:36:02.600 That was correct.
00:36:03.180 It looks to me like she was junketeering on the taxpayer's dime.
00:36:08.940 I want to thank our guest, Sam Antar, for joining us today.
00:36:13.220 There's a lot more.
00:36:14.640 This story is not over yet.
00:36:16.400 We still have the question of Letitia James' cover-up of the serial sexual assaults by her chief of staff, a man named Ibrahim Khan.
00:36:26.120 The victim's claims have, in fact, been substantiated in the court system, although Attorney General James has at least temporarily gotten herself dismissed from the lawsuit by the victim.
00:36:38.700 I suspect you're going to see more in this realm.
00:36:42.080 Folks, thanks for joining us today in the Stone Zone.
00:36:45.200 Here we talk news, history, politics, style, and, of course, food.
00:36:50.260 I want to thank my guest, Sam Antar, for joining us today.
00:36:53.760 And last but not least, I want to wish you and your family the happiest and holiest of holidays.
00:36:58.880 God bless you and Godspeed.
