00:00:35.900 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative.

00:00:39.340 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:52.940 This is The Stone Zone with Roger Stone.

00:00:56.680 People love him and respect him. Roger Stone.

00:00:59.400 Now, get in the zone. It's the Stone Zone. Here's Roger Stone.

00:01:05.900 And I'm Jake Novak in for Roger Stone on this Tuesday night, May 12th.

00:01:11.300 And I guess the biggest story internationally, also here in the U.S., is that President Trump has gone off to China to begin that big summit.

00:01:20.380 I mean, it's always a big summit, especially these are the two biggest powers in the world.

00:01:23.980 I don't think anyone denies that anymore.

00:01:25.760 uh and uh the summit actually doesn't start until thursday but that'll still be like wednesday our

00:01:31.480 time because of the time difference nevertheless the president won't be going directly into

00:01:35.920 talks with president xi jinping going right in there i want to talk a little bit for a moment

00:01:41.740 about the way that the news media has decided to cover uh the story so far and of course the story

00:01:47.900 the only story right now the only documented thing that we can talk about is that president

00:01:51.920 trump's gotten on air force one on his way over there and that's usually big enough as i just

00:01:56.240 said this is a summit between the two biggest nations in the world the leaders of the two

00:01:59.700 biggest nations in the world in the case of china it's a um it's a dictatorship i don't like to say

00:02:06.840 the chinese government it implies that there's a democracy so i like to say the beijing regime and 0.81

00:02:12.040 for that i'm sure the ccp doesn't like me i've also done entire podcasts where i kind of pretended 0.97

00:02:18.680 to be war from Star Trek and talked about how the Chinese government has no honor, the Chinese

00:02:23.140 regime, because they don't. They don't have any honor. They have a culture of victimhood there.

00:02:26.740 By the way, if you think America's African Americans or America's Jewish people or any 0.99

00:02:31.360 other minority has a sense of victimhood, we got nothing on the Chinese. The Chinese really play 0.99

00:02:36.680 the victim card big time. We're not aware of that in this country because most of us are not educated 1.00

00:02:41.180 properly, but the Chinese did take a good deal of victimization from the Japanese, from the British,

00:02:47.000 not really so much from us they the victimization China has taken at our hands which was somewhat 0.73

00:02:52.820 during the Korean War was entirely China's fault no one asked them to cross the Yalu River and get 0.82

00:02:57.860 involved in the Korean War which was a big L for everyone by the way involved but they really 0.91

00:03:03.480 believe that the rest of the world has wronged them and because of that they believe they have

00:03:06.640 no moral morality that they have to uphold because everyone has got it coming but so this

00:03:13.500 is a big story it's a big story as it is but the mainstream news media has decided to really put

00:03:18.540 in what i consider to be some ridiculous editorializing in their headlines to the point

00:03:24.120 that it's almost ridiculous so all and by the way they all march to the same drummer i mean i don't

00:03:29.320 know if they all get a memo they probably do there's probably some think tanks in dc left

00:03:33.780 wing or supposedly moderate ones the brookings institution is a big left wing think tank that

00:03:39.920 still comes off or at least tries to pretend that it's a moderate think tank it is not

00:03:44.200 but okay uh i'm convinced that some of these think tanks send talking points to all the

00:03:51.160 mainstream media outlets and a lot of them use the same ones i think that's where the

00:03:54.080 sources of this are and places like the brookings institute of course institution would be

00:03:57.920 a logical source of them because it's been shown that they get a massive amount of funding from

00:04:02.240 our foreign enemies so i'm sure some of the other think tanks do too but anyway the headline i'm

00:04:06.840 seeing a lot is stung by the iran war president trump goes to china summit how is president

00:04:13.680 trump stung by this war i'd like to know well jake his approval ratings are down well he's not

00:04:19.780 running for re-election uh and he also has more approval from the republicans in this country

00:04:26.720 than he's ever had before so i don't really know if that's the case uh the people who believe that

00:04:32.700 these midterm elections are going to be decided by what's going on in iran i think are completely

00:04:36.820 completely diluted. That's not really going to be a factor one way or the other. Even if we

00:04:41.300 have a major, major victory in the next couple of weeks and gas prices start coming down,

00:04:45.740 I still don't think that that's going to be a major factor in the midterm elections.

00:04:49.260 All politics are local, except for when the DNC tries to nationalize everything from

00:04:53.320 dog catcher up to governor, which they try to do. So, you know, every year, every other year

00:04:59.500 during the midterm elections, you hear about, for example, a district that's really red or really

00:05:03.660 had an opportunity to go republican or really had an opportunity to be democrat and they run

00:05:07.660 some coup candidate i mean maine is a good example you know the republicans were on the ropes in maine 0.88

00:05:14.820 with the susan collins who doesn't have maga support because she doesn't deserve it she's

00:05:18.280 not a supporter of the president and everyone has a right not to support the president if they want 0.99

00:05:22.600 to but she's chosen some stupid battles to fight against trump and she chose a stupid battle in the 0.99

00:05:29.240 years before trump on obamacare thinking that this was going to help her state and it didn't 1.00

00:05:33.820 but now the democrats have accommodated uh this whole situation for susan collins by 0.95

00:05:40.260 they're going to back this this nazi who has not just a nazi tattoo on his chest but he has an ss

00:05:45.520 tattoo of the specific ss division that ran and operated the death camps that's not like a tattoo

00:05:52.060 that you get by accident it's much worse than a swastika by the way i mean talk about coups 0.65

00:05:59.240 kooks changing a whole tide of possibilities for the democrats in in maine and the republicans

00:06:04.480 have run some kooks of their time too where they snatched victory from uh sorry defeat from the

00:06:09.940 jaws of victory when they could have easily won something so i i'd like to know exactly where

00:06:14.780 president trump is stung by the iran war the iran milit the iranian military is badly defeated

00:06:19.360 yes they can restock and maybe they still have a lot of missiles but most of their missiles have

00:06:24.720 totally missed the mark their military is tremendously depleted their nuclear program

00:06:29.500 is definitely set back right now the only discussion is will they hand over the nuclear

00:06:33.940 dust or the uranium that they still have enriched uranium or not

00:06:37.700 they're the only reason why they sort of control the country right now is that they had to import 1.00

00:06:43.880 a bunch of hezbollah and houthi thugs into the streets of tehran the best they're doing right 0.98

00:06:50.240 now is just licking their wounds and sitting away president trump isn't stung by the iran

00:06:54.580 war and i i really don't want to jinx it folks but have you noticed that we haven't really had

00:07:03.880 that many casualties at all on either side where are the big civilian casualty numbers

00:07:10.060 among the iranian people oh but jake there was that school on the first day well first of all

00:07:14.420 we don't really know who was responsible for that school bombing and as tragic as that was

00:07:18.200 that seems to be the only event in this you know how many bombing sorties have gone over iran since

00:07:23.660 day one where are the big civilian deaths where are u.s we're still stuck at 13 on u.s deaths

00:07:31.300 that that's one too many i get it but come on a major military engagement for this much time

00:07:37.540 and that's what we're talking about in terms of casualties uh folks oh gas prices are up yes

00:07:45.240 they're up and it's not and it's not great and inflation is up but it's still not as high as it

00:07:50.160 was under joe biden and gas prices by the way don't go up every single day we've had four straight

00:07:55.600 days of them going down slightly i know it's still really way high i'm not making an excuse for it i'm

00:08:00.040 not hiding it i do a business report every single morning and every single morning for the last 18

00:08:05.380 years i've told everyone what the national average gas price is i don't need a war to tell me to do

00:08:09.460 that it's very important to me and to the economy so don't remember who you're talking to if that's

00:08:14.140 what you think you're going to push back on me but folks president trump's not stung by this

00:08:20.920 you know who's stung by the iran war china it's china that's having problems with their supply

00:08:28.640 chain much more than we are because of the war it's china that's had their own tankers either

00:08:32.780 accidentally or not attacked by iranian ships in the last couple of weeks china's the one that's

00:08:39.200 stung by the iran war much more than we are i mean it's it's just not honest if you want to

00:08:47.100 say that president trump is stung by the war and it's not great that gas prices are going up

00:08:50.300 okay but that's like saying well you know uh the champ knocked out the opponent in 30 seconds and

00:08:57.740 he chipped a nail chipped a nail the champion takes and who cares it's missing the forest for

00:09:03.520 the trees this has been an incredibly successful military campaign the politics of it are harder

00:09:09.680 the economics of it are harder but this lie that the mainstream media is trying to push through

00:09:16.140 that this war is a failure and that we're dying in droves and that everything's wrong uh is is

00:09:22.340 really scary these people i these people must be terrible in a crisis i would not want to be in

00:09:27.460 the middle of a hurricane or a fire or a blackout with these people it's like that character in the

00:09:35.560 movie aliens i don't know why hbo is showing every single aliens movie this week is there a new one

00:09:40.040 coming out does anyone know they're showing every single aliens movie all week on all the hbo channels

00:09:45.740 so i'm seeing aliens for the first time since it came out in 1986 and the bill paxton character

00:09:50.500 remember him the entire movie he just wise oh we're dead man we're dead why they didn't shoot

00:09:54.700 him in the first scene i don't know that's the american news media we're dead man we're left

00:09:59.160 i just did bill paxton's great actor by the way uh rest in peace right he passed away

00:10:05.720 um great actor by the way but that wasn't his best that his best role

00:10:09.760 no i mean he's really annoying in that movie and why they didn't like knock him off right away i

00:10:14.660 don't know um but that's the american news media the american news media is bill paxton in the

00:10:19.140 1986 movie aliens i think i think i finally got the guy i don't know why this didn't hit me before

00:10:24.420 It's been a long time since I'd seen the movie until recently, so that's why.

00:10:28.480 Listen, folks, this summit's going to be interesting.

00:10:31.200 China is the one that is really hurting from this war more than we are, I promise you.

00:10:37.040 And China has the ability to help dial it down.

00:10:41.620 And President Trump is just what the doctor ordered. 0.57

00:10:44.700 If you wanted a president, an American president, to bluntly tell the Chinese, 0.83

00:10:48.200 hey listen you want your oil prices going down you want some of your problems to go away then 0.93

00:10:55.440 stop supplying the iranians tell the iranian regime that maybe we'll find them a girlfriend

00:11:00.220 and a little villa to live in in turkmenistan if they just leave and that's and and let's all 0.58

00:11:05.660 let's all get along after that by the way that's kind of what george hw uh w bush should have said

00:11:11.900 to the saudis after 9-11 he should have sat down with the king at the time king fad and said listen

00:11:16.320 most of the people who did this were your people i know that they're not exactly great people in

00:11:21.960 your society either they don't like your kingdom either uh you're going to help us get rid of them

00:11:26.980 you're going to get rid of all your anti-semitic and anti-israel and anti-american stuff in your

00:11:31.180 textbooks and you're going to reform saudi arabia and we didn't do that instead we decided to focus

00:11:36.440 on iraq focus on afghanistan made a lot of sense to focus on and that kind of thing we could have

00:11:40.980 saved a lot of lives if we had done that if you think that that wouldn't have worked i give you

00:11:45.080 Mohammed bin Salman who was a teenager at the time one of the princes at the time there's no way that

00:11:50.020 he was the only one who thought the way that he does now which is exactly what I just said get 1.00

00:11:53.640 rid of the anti-Israel stuff in the textbooks get rid of the anti-semitism get rid of the stupid 0.99

00:11:59.120 anti-Americanism and we're going to move ahead as a country well so we can do that with the Chinese 0.98

00:12:06.140 that would be nice all right I want to hear what a lot of you have to say about this 800-848-9222

00:12:12.580 We're going to tell you about some other big stories going on right now when we come back.

00:12:16.060 But I also want to hear from you on the eve of this summit, if you want to talk about that, anything else you want to talk about.

00:12:21.400 I'm Jake Novak in for Roger Stone.

00:13:00.380 top leader among the most respected health care providers in the nation, including Houston

00:13:48.900 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:14:00.880 This is The Stone Zone with Roger Stone.

00:14:04.700 Roger Stone, who's a very, very, one of the smartest political minds.

00:14:08.620 Roger Stone was persecuted.

00:14:09.840 People forget he's actually a brilliant, brilliant political analyst.

00:14:12.900 Now, get him a zone.

00:14:14.740 It's the Stone Zone.

00:14:16.840 Here's Roger Stone.

00:14:18.720 And I'm Jake Novak filling in for Roger Stone this evening on the Stone Zone.

00:14:22.420 Thank you so much for the opportunity to get your time and your consideration.

00:14:26.520 A couple of other stories I quickly want to do before I go to calls.

00:14:28.920 First off, I was talking about China before, and we got an interesting story out yesterday

00:14:34.260 that I don't think enough people made enough of a big deal about.

00:14:36.840 You have the mayor of Arcadia, California, her name, Eileen Wang.

00:14:41.460 She abruptly resigned yesterday as she admitted that she's been a she pled guilty to being a paid agent of China and promoting the Chinese communist agenda in this country.

00:14:56.620 Now, of course, Eileen Wang is Chinese American, but honestly, I don't think that has almost anything to do with it.

00:15:02.340 If you think that the Chinese government is only concerned with people who are mayors of mid-level cities like Arcadia, California, I mean, come on.

00:15:12.000 I think that there are a significant number of our elected leaders at much higher levels in government, particularly in Congress.

00:15:19.460 And yes, I believe it's mostly Democrats, although there's definitely a couple of Republicans I can think of who are significantly under the influence of China.

00:15:27.460 And then there's a bunch of people who don't even know that they're under the influence of China because they've been getting donations from organizations like ActBlue, which we know has been basically a money launderer for foreign political donations, a lot of them coming from China. 0.99

00:15:38.500 so we have been infiltrated for many years in this country by the chinese which is why there's 0.98

00:15:46.800 been among the the lunatics online lately the tucker carlsons the candace owens and all those 0.99

00:15:54.060 other lunatics which is why there's been such a focus on another country influencing us because

00:15:58.280 they don't even make the top 20 of the big donors via american organizations to this country it's 0.85

00:16:05.460 You know, China's doing it.

00:16:06.960 It's mostly China. 0.92

00:16:07.880 It's Qatar.

00:16:08.460 Those two countries. 1.00

00:16:09.720 And they're not our friends.

00:16:12.160 And this Eileen Wong is just the first.

00:16:14.340 There's going to be many others, I think, who will eventually.

00:16:16.380 Hopefully she'll go states.

00:16:17.420 She's pled guilty.

00:16:18.860 If I were the DOJ prosecutors, I'd be sitting down with her right now and saying,

00:16:23.500 tell us at least the methods and mode that they contacted you,

00:16:27.460 because we might be able to use that as evidence against others.

00:16:29.680 I hope that this becomes the first of many that there's a domino effect and we find out more.

00:16:35.460 speaking of mayors in New York City, we had a good example of how very much elected leaders 1.00

00:16:43.140 in this country think you're stupid. I mean, you have no idea how much the amount of stupidity 1.00

00:16:50.620 these people believe you are carrying is a big reason for how they act in office. 0.99

00:16:57.680 Mayor Zoran Mamdani takes office, discusses, immediately unveils that there's a $12 billion

00:17:03.380 dollar budget deficit and then he makes a social media video that i'm going to play a second of

00:17:09.000 here claiming that they've solved the problem listen to this new york it's executive budget

00:17:15.040 season i'm proud to announce that our city's budget is fully balanced this budget isn't just

00:17:20.060 about numbers on a page it determines if our libraries get funded if a street is safe to cross

00:17:24.400 if snow is actually shoveled after a storm and you deserve to know exactly how we got here we

00:17:29.380 inherited a 12 billion dollar budget deficit we are speaking about a fiscal crisis at the scale

00:17:34.520 greater than the great recession was the great recession great recession many said the only way

00:17:39.100 out of this was slashing services and passing an austerity budget we rejected that after months of

00:17:43.860 painstaking work that deficit is now zero yeah the deficit's zero zoran because the state of new york

00:17:50.360 is bailing you out with the taxpayers money you haven't cut spending you haven't done the hard

00:17:56.660 work and bruce blakeman if you're listening and bruce blakeman is the one running against

00:18:02.020 the existing governor kathy hochel the democrat and hochel's the one who caved into this and took

00:18:07.360 taxpayers money from all over the state not just new york city to pay for this

00:18:11.720 uh bruce i've met you many times i went to your your wife was in my high school a class above me

00:18:18.540 and we did a lot of projects together uh bruce you must campaign throughout the state as the man

00:18:24.100 who's going to stop Mayor Zora Mamdani from stealing from Buffalo, Rochester, Poughkeepsie,

00:18:29.540 Westchester, Nassau County, every other county that's going to pay for this maniac.

00:18:34.540 You are the one to stop him.

00:18:36.080 Now, before all this happened, with all this tax stuff and the bailout, all he could do

00:18:40.720 was talk about some of the, you know, a little bit of the anti-Semitism and the socialism

00:18:44.440 of Zora Mamdani, but you've now been given an issue where it's clear that Zora Mamdani

00:18:48.760 is a menace to the taxpayers throughout the state. 0.77

00:18:51.040 So go to Rochester. Go to Buffalo. And I know you've done this, Mr. Blakeman, but do it more. Go to Albany and tell the taxpayers, if you don't want New York City to bilk you dry, I'm your man. And that ought to make this race a close one. It really should.

00:19:08.520 But imagine how stupid Zoran Mamdani has to think the voters are to make a video like that. 0.99

00:19:13.460 We reduced, we reduced the, you didn't reduce anything you stole from the rest of the taxpayers of the state. 1.00

00:19:19.560 And now the whole state is on the hook for you.

00:19:23.080 All right, going to get to your calls when we come back.

00:19:25.280 800-848-9222.

00:20:18.640 The Stone Zone.

00:20:20.740 Entertaining and informative.

00:20:22.880 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:20:34.860 this is the stone zone now get in the zone it's the stone zone a man who's gone through hell but

00:20:44.660 he's kept going and he's smart and he's strong and people love him not everybody but people love

00:20:51.100 him and respect him roger stone where's roger stone here's roger stone and i'm jake novak

00:20:57.820 filling in for roger stone right now on the stone zone thank you so much for letting me take his

00:21:02.860 place this evening and talk with you hey if you have a friend who's watching tv tell them to put

00:21:07.640 down the tv remote tune in to all the different apps where you can get this program and listen

00:21:13.700 live uh i'm gonna go to our first caller 800-848-9222 gonna mix the calls and some other

00:21:20.580 big stories but i want to go with carmine first uh carmine is my my paisan from nassau county

00:21:28.120 and carmine did you know there's a yiddish word for paisan it's called lanceman so we're gonna

00:21:32.020 We're going to mix the cultures.

00:21:33.280 We're going to have a little matzo pizza situation going on.

00:21:35.700 But, Carmine, you want to talk about gasoline prices, and I think that's a good topic.

00:21:39.000 Go ahead.

00:21:41.060 Thanks, Jake.

00:21:41.840 First of all, I love the way you break things down.

00:21:44.020 I really appreciate it.

00:21:45.380 I do a lot of driving, and today I was in Garden City on Old Country Road, and the average price was $450.

00:21:53.340 And I broke down, and I finally filled up.

00:21:56.420 but i just came off of route 109 in west babylon and there was two gas issues that had prices 405

00:22:04.540 and 409 well you know if you get carmine you've just explained to our listeners that the north

00:22:12.960 shore of long island are a bunch of snobs and the south shore the salt of the earth of the

00:22:17.800 that's where you get your deals i'm only half kidding uh listen one of the nice things and

00:22:24.380 It's not great to see higher gas prices.

00:22:26.240 But one of the nice things is, first of all, you can shop around.

00:22:28.560 And there are a lot of gas apps, gasoline apps,

00:22:31.600 where you can kind of check on your phone and find out where the price is.

00:22:34.100 I mean, that's a big difference you just said.

00:22:35.660 That was the $0.35 difference, right, Carmine?

00:22:37.700 Was that, am I right there?

00:22:39.340 I would say it's more like $0.45.

00:22:42.080 Okay, so, you know, with the 20-gallon fill-up,

00:22:44.380 we're talking $8 here, $9.

00:22:45.760 I mean, that's not nothing.

00:22:48.540 So, first of all, use those things.

00:22:50.580 also if you don't have to make the trip maybe you don't maybe you can sell i mean we have some

00:22:57.840 freedom here at least because we are in a capitalist society and we have an opportunity to do

00:23:03.220 to have some other options um i i'm not trying to sugarcoat higher gasoline prices i i am concerned

00:23:10.100 about it i don't think it's great believe me i'm not trying to sugarcoat it what i'm trying to do

00:23:15.920 put it into perspective we were at well over five dollars a gallon national average under joe biden

00:23:22.140 okay so especially if you adjust for inflation we're well below that so let's think of that a and

00:23:28.280 b this market is very nimble this isn't like the old days where when oil would go down it would

00:23:34.900 take weeks and weeks and weeks for us to see that happen with gasoline prices this is the fourth day

00:23:38.980 in a row where the national average has gone down it might go up tomorrow but you know it has been

00:23:44.120 going down not by a lot but it's been more nimble than usual and that to me is is a comfort so

00:23:50.420 karma and i thank you for your call um folks we have a national scandal here of this incredible

00:23:58.900 new emergence of sickening sickening scary anti-semitism in this country the neighborhood

00:24:04.480 where i went to high school last night was terrorized by and i'm not going to call them

00:24:08.680 pro-palestinian because these people don't care about the palestinians and they certainly don't 0.89

00:24:11.800 care about being pro anyone they just hate they hate israel they hate the jews hate brings you

00:24:17.300 out into the streets to yell at people not love okay just remember that just remember that and

00:24:22.840 my the high school the neighborhood where i went to high school was terrorized last night

00:24:26.040 homes synagogues i'm sorry it makes no sense to protest at a synagogue that's

00:24:31.360 close that was closed at the moment about an international incident makes no sense 0.96

00:24:35.440 so of course you're not going to talk sense with these people

00:24:38.460 but i'll say something very very uh people will think this is incendiary right now and i don't

00:24:44.420 care if you think so the only way this is going to stop is if the members of these jewish communities

00:24:51.100 and the members of these synagogues make it incredibly clear that if you get within a few 0.99

00:24:55.520 feet of our synagogue and you harass and terrorize people and shove people to the ground like they 0.97

00:24:58.960 did last night we will kill you have a nice day because everyone knows if you did that 0.99

00:25:05.780 outside the Abyssinian church in Harlem 0.99

00:25:09.400 that had happened to you.

00:25:11.100 Everybody knows that if you went outside

00:25:12.380 some mosques in this country

00:25:13.540 and shouted them down, 0.99

00:25:15.120 you'd get yourself killed. 1.00

00:25:17.600 You think these people are choosing synagogues 1.00

00:25:19.100 because they're really interested in global economics

00:25:22.620 and global politics and comparative theology?

00:25:26.440 No.

00:25:27.660 They know that they're not going to get pushed back on.

00:25:32.060 Now, I don't know how much longer we have to wait.

00:25:33.640 People talk about things that are frustrating

00:25:35.720 about different minority communities in this country.

00:25:38.220 My frustration with my own community, 1.00

00:25:39.940 the Jewish community,

00:25:40.520 is that we do not make anyone feel

00:25:42.900 like they're going to pay a price for messing with us.

00:25:45.240 And so they're going to continue messing with us.

00:25:47.480 It's as simple as that.

00:25:49.340 It's as simple as that.

00:25:51.820 Now, in addition to that,

00:25:53.360 I don't understand why the New York Times

00:25:54.880 isn't being picketed 24-7 1.00

00:25:57.340 by members of the Jewish community right now 1.00

00:25:59.480 after this incredible piece of garbage editorial 0.99

00:26:03.460 that Nicholas Kristof published yesterday 0.98

00:26:05.440 where he took the anonymous testimony of several Hamas terrorists

00:26:09.660 who told him that Israel is training dogs to rape them in jail. 0.89

00:26:14.700 Do you think I made that up?

00:26:15.880 Please look it up if you don't believe me.

00:26:18.880 And the New York Times decided, and granted it's an editorial column

00:26:21.740 and there is a little bit more latitude,

00:26:23.520 but as someone who wrote editorial columns,

00:26:25.420 I was the senior editorial columnist for CNBC for several years.

00:26:29.420 I wrote hundreds of columns.

00:26:30.880 I wrote one every day, actually, which I don't recommend.

00:26:33.640 that was a lot of pressure but i did it and even when i made a small math error we made a big deal

00:26:40.360 out of it sometimes i met for example i would talk about a policy in the 1960s and i would say

00:26:44.580 by accident it was 40 years ago when it was really 50 things like that so they they are supposed to

00:26:50.280 be fact-checked anonymous former hamas prisoners who are hamas terrorists telling someone that

00:26:57.740 they were raped by dogs that were trained 0.96

00:26:59.860 to rape them 0.97

00:27:00.820 you really want to put that in the 1.00

00:27:03.780 newspaper

00:27:04.240 I mean

00:27:07.300 did you get the testimony of the dog

00:27:09.340 I mean

00:27:11.780 this is what the New York Times is publishing

00:27:13.280 this is worse than anything that Der Sturmer

00:27:15.240 the Nazi newspaper

00:27:16.640 during the Nazi era in Germany ever published

00:27:19.320 about Jewish people ever 0.95

00:27:20.480 it would be funny if it weren't for the fact 1.00

00:27:25.240 that there are people who are going to walk around

00:27:27.000 and think that this is true.

00:27:29.940 By the way,

00:27:31.820 you know who should be really angry?

00:27:33.420 The animal rights people.

00:27:36.380 This is a libel on dogs.

00:27:39.000 I really don't think you can train dogs

00:27:40.820 to rape anyone. 0.88

00:27:42.300 You can train them to be attack dogs, 1.00

00:27:43.940 but, you know, really?

00:27:49.240 Only someone who really, really hates dogs, 0.98

00:27:51.440 and you know Muslims have a theological problem 1.00

00:27:54.100 with dogs, so I'm not surprised. 0.99

00:27:57.000 would ever even come up with that kind of nonsense.

00:28:00.600 But this is what you can read in the New York Times. 0.75

00:28:04.840 Now, is this going to make someone an anti-Semite?

00:28:08.200 No.

00:28:08.380 As you know, for those who listen to me

00:28:09.820 and have read some of the things I've written over the years,

00:28:12.340 anti-Semites aren't created by anything anyone does.

00:28:16.840 I think anti-Semitism is just another form of pure evil.

00:28:20.380 That's all it is.

00:28:21.960 And I don't really think that the Jews

00:28:23.520 have anything to do with anti-Semitism, actually. 0.98

00:28:25.660 They're just the targets of it. 0.88

00:28:26.600 In other words, nothing that Jews do or don't do has anything to do with it. 0.69

00:28:30.880 As I've been telling my fellow Jews for years, we should be good people because we're commanded to be good people, not because we're worried about the anti-Semites maybe not attacking us.

00:28:38.400 In fact, I think they want to attack us more when we do good, frankly.

00:28:43.140 Now, another inkling that I'm getting as far as the timing of this, it turns out that this ridiculous editorial comes out a day before we are getting actual journalism about what's going on in the region.

00:28:55.540 It turns out, and this is not easy to hear, I'll use the same terminology as Nicholas Kristof, this is not easy to hear, I'm going to tell you anyway.

00:29:03.020 It turns out that we now have evidence documented by people who are on the record about it, who actually were hostages.

00:29:10.000 It turns out that Hamas forced family members to have sex with one another during their captivity.

00:29:18.360 And if you think that this is something that you've never heard before, again, if anyone is listening from Long Island, perhaps you remember one of the most infamous crimes in the history of Long Island in the 1980s, a diner on the North Shore with mirrored windows was taken over by a bunch of robbers, and they made the related members of the hostages do the same thing. 0.53

00:29:41.760 This is one of the most depraved acts

00:29:44.120 There's also ancient

00:29:46.400 Accounts of the Romans doing this to some of their

00:29:50.140 Captives as well

00:29:50.980 Dogs being 0.96

00:29:54.220 Trained to rape someone

00:29:55.760 That's never been documented by anyone because it's probably 0.58

00:29:58.120 Not possible

00:29:58.760 But this really happened

00:30:01.580 And I have a feeling that that was the timing here 1.00

00:30:03.680 They found a useful idiot in Nicholas Kristof 1.00

00:30:06.180 Who is 1.00

00:30:06.620 An incredible ignoramus by the way 1.00

00:30:09.740 they get a useful idiot to publish this the day before this other true account comes out 0.98

00:30:16.020 that's probably what happened here and uh what can i tell uh what can i tell you randy in 0.96

00:30:25.140 manhattan uh there's protesters outside your hotel right now harassing people is that what's

00:30:29.720 going on randy no i've had a lot of protests at fbi level arrests for a jewish family

00:30:36.920 own business um i am also a writer i wrote about a book about gana recently between the altar and

00:30:46.100 the sanctuary exactly what you're talking about why we are where we are how we got here and how

00:30:53.900 the hell we're going to get out of it what um i mean the the loss of honor in the world is a big

00:31:01.020 deal i mean you know we could use a little cling on right now for you star trek fans

00:31:04.860 i mean honestly where is the where is the honor here people don't want to go on the record

00:31:11.760 people want to claim that they're victims and they don't have to follow the rules

00:31:16.060 people who are so angry at civilization are so resentful and i want everyone to understand the

00:31:23.520 difference between resentment and jealousy the politics of an aoc the politics of a zoran

00:31:30.800 mom donnie the politics of a china it's not jealousy we keep thinking and i've heard a lot

00:31:37.800 of people say oh anti-semitism is also about jealousy the jews are so successful no it's not

00:31:42.700 it's not about jealousy first of all jealousy ain't all bad jealousy and a lot of people can

00:31:48.880 be a positive motivator oh i really want those air jordans that my neighbor has i'm going to go

00:31:53.520 out and get a part-time job and get air jordans resentment is oh my neighbor has those air jordans 0.88

00:31:59.420 and i don't i'm going to steal them and and tear them up and rip them throw them in the garbage 0.90

00:32:03.980 aoc zora mamdani the china that's the politics of resentment and the politics of resentment 0.97

00:32:10.380 which is basically communism is destructive which is why when you tell people and you're

00:32:15.800 having a debate and you tell people hey by the way this communist policy is going to destroy

00:32:19.280 the whole economy that's why most of the people who are listening to that and debating you

00:32:22.660 that doesn't faze them turns them on oh yeah widespread destruction sign me up

00:32:29.920 these are the people who don't just flip over the chessboard when they lose

00:32:34.060 they flip it over and then they set it on fire and that has a lot to do with what we're dealing

00:32:39.100 with in this situation Lamar in Macon Georgia you want to talk about the war in Iran go ahead Lamar

00:32:45.960 oh sir it is a thing remarkable to behold we have troops in the field in a combat theater

00:32:53.420 and all people in this country are talking about his gasoline prices one of the signatories of our

00:32:59.220 sacred documents once said that in order for people to be free they must first be virtuous

00:33:04.540 and moral the american people are not immoral people there are depraved reprobate people

00:33:09.880 Donald John Trump, the greatest man alive in the world today, who is on his way now to China, God bless him, has an admirable goal to make America great again.

00:33:20.500 But a great man once said that no nation can be greater than the people who reside within her frontiers.

00:33:26.580 you know how would i like how would you like to tell our grandparents who rationed during world

00:33:32.960 war ii for not just gasoline but sugar and silk stockings and and all kinds of other things to

00:33:41.020 and it took them four long years of that kind of rationing because the rationing by the way lasted

00:33:47.180 well after the war ended truman was under a lot of pressure to end the rationing he's like listen

00:33:51.720 we don't have the supplies that there'll be hyperinflation and uh how would you like to tell

00:33:56.820 them yeah uh we've had five weeks of of gas prices that aren't even the highest that we've had in the

00:34:01.520 last three years and they'd be like what so iran and by the way it's important to remember that

00:34:08.660 these comparisons between iran and nazi germany are absolutely apt the nazis trained funded 0.86

00:34:18.080 and guided the muslim brotherhood which is the beginning of islamism in the in the world 0.98

00:34:22.760 the muslim brotherhood is the parents of hamas the parents of of isis the parents of al-qaeda

00:34:28.840 the parents of the iranian regime ayatollah khomeini who founded the iranian islamist

00:34:34.160 regime was a follower of the nazi-funded grand mufti of jerusalem who from berlin during world

00:34:40.380 war ii had a daily radio program that was broadcast throughout the world that's why they

00:34:45.200 act so much like nazis that's why they sound so much like nazis are you a harry potter fan 0.98

00:34:49.080 islamists are yeah well i'm talking to everyone islamists are the last horcrux of hitler

00:34:56.780 you know you're harry potter it's a piece of his soul and lamar i love your i love your your 0.99

00:35:04.540 emotion you know uh we we don't have to be blind followers of anything fdr did not have the blind

00:35:11.980 following of the american people when he was president during world war ii but they sure as

00:35:16.020 heck weren't giving him a hard time about six weeks worth of higher gasoline prices for crying

00:35:20.920 out loud and they sure is and the mainstream media wasn't making points about every little

00:35:25.980 weakness that he might have had i mean you know we had we had some failures in the beginning of

00:35:32.360 world war ii we have failures going all the way through 1943 the news media didn't hide them

00:35:40.740 but they didn't make it the headline every single time the overall story was the overall story which

00:35:45.840 wasn't as bad and there are a lot of people in journalism and i've been in this business for

00:35:51.660 over 32 years who think that the job of journalists is to just find problems that's part of our job

00:35:58.060 but when I ran newsrooms

00:35:59.920 and I've ran many

00:36:00.680 and news shows

00:36:02.020 my policy always was

00:36:03.640 with my entire team

00:36:04.440 and that included the anchors

00:36:05.420 the big headed anchors

00:36:06.340 if you report on something negative

00:36:08.140 more than twice

00:36:08.940 the third time

00:36:10.040 you need to at least talk to someone

00:36:11.580 who has a solution

00:36:12.300 we're not in the job

00:36:13.500 of just telling everyone

00:36:14.200 how bad it is

00:36:14.860 without trying to do something about it

00:36:16.220 alright we're going to take more of your calls

00:36:17.800 and I'll wrap this up

00:36:18.700 here I'm Jake Novak

00:36:20.100 here for

00:36:20.720 in for Roger Stone

00:36:44.440 The Stone Zone.

00:36:46.600 Entertaining and informative.

00:36:48.760 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:36:56.920 This is The Stone Zone with Roger Stone.

00:37:04.420 Roger Stone, who's a very, very, one of the smartest political minds.

00:37:08.340 Roger Stone was persecuted.

00:37:09.560 People forget he's actually a brilliant, brilliant political analyst.

00:37:12.620 Now, get in the zone.

00:37:14.440 It's The Stone Zone.

00:37:16.480 Here's Roger Stone.

00:37:18.640 And I'm Jake Novak in for Roger Stone.

00:37:20.660 I don't know if I've been persecuted like Roger Stone was.

00:37:23.940 um i've been persecuted as a jets fan that's persecution i mean it's been a long time

00:37:29.860 uh you have no idea though my jets fandom isn't even in the big isn't even like in the

00:37:34.940 remote ballpark of my fan suffering over the years uh i'm a columbia university football fan

00:37:42.380 the university has become more and more distasteful to me every single year but i still love those

00:37:47.400 guys who play uh we went many many years without winning games we had a very long streak of never

00:37:53.200 having a winning season and then two years ago we tied for the ivy league championship i i guess i

00:37:58.720 can die in peace now i don't really know um but anyway uh persecution is a that's a that's a that's

00:38:05.300 an important word to make sure you're using properly i'd say that rogerston was persecuted

00:38:08.960 i'd say that's a fair word a lot of other people use that term though and they're being a little

00:38:12.720 being a little bit dramatic um stew in brooklyn you have some thoughts about uh the war in iran

00:38:21.040 on how this might end up yeah jake jake you're in what's the new word for a guru war is called

00:38:27.620 an asymmetric war where the first rule of warfare is there are no rules here's a scenario that

00:38:35.280 could actually happen the iranians decide to put a an old stud on a container ship and 400 miles off

00:38:45.200 the port in new york they launch it we'd have about four minutes to respond you can kiss 0.89

00:38:51.560 the lower harbor and lower wall street goodbye you mean you mean a scud scud s-c-u-d you mean

00:38:58.280 it's just yeah i thought you said stud okay yes god yeah okay um first of all uh i don't know

00:39:05.720 where the iron dome batteries are deployed here in the united states i do know that about three

00:39:10.720 years ago maybe four we did deploy at least two major iron dome facilities in this country it's

00:39:17.180 been kept a relative secret although it's considered we most likely believe that there's

00:39:21.460 one protecting dc and we believe there's another one protecting some of our nuclear

00:39:25.120 weapons uh in the pacific northwest i wouldn't be surprised if we have something like that in

00:39:30.540 new york but and and in your scenario i don't know if that would uh protect us from something

00:39:36.480 like that possibly but i don't know um there are always are there always are a lot of possibilities

00:39:43.140 um especially when you're dealing with a suicidal regime i thought you were going to use a scenario

00:39:49.200 of like a dirty bomb which is to me a much more serious situation somebody gets a primitive crude

00:39:55.700 nuclear device gets the different parts and ships them separately and then somebody in maybe a food

00:40:01.840 cart or a food truck detonates it in the middle of manhattan and we have tens of thousand mass

00:40:07.840 casualties and radiation poisoning for god knows how long i'm not trying to give anybody any ideas

00:40:13.060 unfortunately i'm not the only one who's talked about this in the past but look folks there's i

00:40:18.460 can think of a lot of doomsday scenarios what i ask everyone who thinks of doomsday scenarios to

00:40:22.740 do is think just as much of positive scenarios try to have some balance in your life we could

00:40:28.400 also be on the verge folks of an iranian people and an iranian regime that is no longer hostile

00:40:34.140 to us that has those natural resources open to the rest of the world where um the significant

00:40:41.560 others in our lives if we're men can buy beautiful gold jewelry which they have in iran suddenly at

00:40:46.260 a discount because it's been hoarded on the market there for a long time there's possibilities for

00:40:51.060 good outcomes here and i think that in my opinion they outweigh these negative scenarios but yes we

00:40:57.920 have to consider all of them. That's what a responsible nation does. I'm Jake Novak. I was

00:41:02.660 filling in for Roger Stone this evening. It's a Tuesday night. The weekend's almost halfway here.
