The StoneZONE with Roger Stone - The Stone Zone ｜ 05-27-25

00:00:00.000 this is the stone zone with roger stone people love him and respect him roger stone now get

00:00:17.520 him a zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone you are now entering the stone zone

00:00:26.460 it is with great sadness that i tell you about the passing of one of my good friends a rock legend

00:00:33.700 rick derringer who passed away at age 77 last night rick derringer was a grammy award-winning

00:00:42.540 american guitarist singer songwriter and producer whose career spanned more than five decades he of

00:00:49.860 course first rose to fame in the 1960s with the mccoys whose single hang on sloopy hit number one

00:00:57.260 on the billboard hot 100 1965 as a solo artist he's best known of course for his rock anthem rock and

00:01:06.020 roll hoochie coo which became a top 40 hit in 1974 and remains a classic rock staple to honor this

00:01:14.420 great entertainer singer songwriter musician producer we're going to play a little bit of rocky uh rock

00:01:22.400 rock and roll hoochie coo

00:01:23.960 rock and roll

00:01:41.720 it is uh with great sadness that i learned early this morning of the passing of my good friend rick

00:02:08.680 derringer uh he collaborated extensively with johnny and edgar winter two of the greatest uh blues guitar

00:02:16.860 artists of all time uh and of course uh people don't recognize he was also a precision musician his

00:02:25.540 iconic guitar work and many of his great songs uh live beyond him so we honor my good friend rick

00:02:34.880 derringer on memorial day president trump announced the full and unconditional pardon of former

00:02:43.200 culpepper county virginia sheriff scott jenkins uh like general michael flynn like myself like president

00:02:50.620 to help himself uh sheriff jenkins was subjected to a politically motivated witch hunt and a prosecution

00:02:58.680 which threatened to destroy him and his family he was scheduled to uh turn himself in at a federal

00:03:06.680 prison in virginia uh this morning at 10 a.m where he would have been put in general population with

00:03:14.320 drug dealers and murderers and frankly i think his life would have been in great danger the political

00:03:21.860 prosecution of sheriff jenkins was among the most egregious attacks on law enforcement by the

00:03:27.320 biden administration jenkins was prosecuted for allegedly taking bribes to deputize several men

00:03:33.760 after an elaborate fbi sting campaign and he was sentenced to 10 years in prison after being

00:03:41.020 convicted here's what donald trump said uh online sheriff scott jenkins his wife patricia and their

00:03:47.740 family have been dragged through hell by a corrupt and weaponized biden doj uh in fact during his trial 0.52

00:03:55.140 when sheriff jenkins tried to offer exculpatory evidence to defend himself the biden appointed

00:04:00.800 judge robert baloo refused to allow it shut him down and then went on a tirade the kangaroo court

00:04:07.960 proceeding against sheriff jenkins was arranged by judge baloo and former u.s attorney christopher

00:04:14.100 kavanaugh and biden's fbi and they were on the hunt to make an example out of a prominent

00:04:19.960 mega figure judge baloo was appointed to the bench by former president biden and received a

00:04:26.680 glowing letter of endorsement from virginia's two democrat senators u.s senator mark warner author

00:04:33.180 of the phony u.s senate intelligence committee report that was a cut and paste job uh that still claimed

00:04:40.860 that there was russian collusion with the trump campaign a complete falsehood uh and the other

00:04:47.300 senator tim kane who well he was hillary clinton's running mate for vice president uh u.s attorney

00:04:54.820 kavanaugh was also put in position by biden uh but both men thanked uh the president profusely in their

00:05:02.420 resignation letters now sheriff jenkins was among the most outspoken officials in support of president

00:05:08.140 trump's agenda and he never hesitated to use his authority to protect the rights of the people

00:05:14.560 of culpeper county he appeared with president trump at the white house in a show of solidarity with

00:05:20.600 other sheriffs and law enforcement officials from across the country in 2018 this is what caused

00:05:26.140 sheriff jenkins to gain national notoriety uh but also why they painted a giant target on his back

00:05:34.060 when former virginia governor ralph northam announced draconian gun control measures uh in that state

00:05:42.140 sheriff jenkins was out in front to oppose those limitations on our second amendment rights

00:05:47.940 sheriff jenkins announced publicly that northam's gun control would not be enforced in his county

00:05:53.560 because he said it violated the u.s constitution and the rightful constitutional authority uh to

00:06:00.460 nullify intolerable acts if the legislature decides to restrict certain weapons i feel harms our

00:06:06.680 community i will swear in thousands of auxiliary deputies and culpeper there is no limit to the

00:06:12.760 number of people i can swear in jenkins said at the time america has more guns than citizens and

00:06:19.680 murder has long been illegal at best the proposed gun restrictions would disarm or handicap our law-abiding

00:06:26.560 citizens and possibly cause a criminal to choose another tool for evil so sheriff jenkins has defined

00:06:34.180 governor northam all as well on the covid 19 edicts vowing not to comply with health edicts forcing

00:06:41.140 businesses to close during the height of the pandemic hoax my request to the citizens is that we

00:06:48.020 not trample the constitutional freedoms of our citizens to enforce an edict of the governor

00:06:53.220 i speak for any of these other jurisdictions uh as well the sheriff said so sheriff jenkins was the

00:07:00.380 victim of lawfare from the american civil liberties union for his strict enforcement of federal

00:07:05.680 immigration policy after sheriff jenkins turned over illegal alien francisco guardo rios to the

00:07:13.280 department of homeland security the aclu sued sheriff jenkins claiming he violated rios's fourth and

00:07:20.780 fourteenth amendment the lawsuit was dismissed by senior federal judge glenn conrad for its lack of

00:07:28.220 merit the defense statement in his trial noted that sheriff jenkins was well known for border security

00:07:35.100 advocate also working closely with border sheriffs and taking a strong public stance against the biden

00:07:41.340 administration's open border policies but what i really think got sheriff jenkins targeted was the

00:07:48.300 fact that he and two other sheriffs got together to investigate hunter biden's laptop now you will recall

00:07:57.900 that 51 former and current u.s intelligence officials co-signed a letter claiming falsely that hunter

00:08:07.740 biden's laptop was russian disinformation it wasn't i believe this is why they drew a target on the sheriff's

00:08:19.180 back the use of nullification and the deputization of law-abiding gun owners are major tools that sheriffs can use

00:08:27.740 to make gun control and other democrat overreach untenable because sheriff jenkins knew how to push back

00:08:34.220 against this tyranny at the local level he became a target of the biden regime desperate to scare away 0.90

00:08:40.700 other sheriffs from deputizing citizens to defend the constitution so they put sheriff jenkins through this

00:08:48.540 cruel and vicious process in which he was bled dry and suffered tremendous indignities from the federal

00:08:54.780 government he now stands vindicated because president trump's pardon sheriff jenkins will return to

00:09:00.780 virginia a hero and sheriffs throughout the country were emboldened and empowered to fight democrat tyranny

00:09:08.220 in this example uh sheriff jenkins himself is going to join us here in the stone zone in just a bit but

00:09:15.820 let me say a bit more about him he became a deputy sheriff at age 18 attended community college and worked

00:09:21.580 through the ranks for 22 years and in 2012 he became sheriff for three terms in his home county of

00:09:28.380 culpepper after a 34 years of service he received numerous awards for life-saving valor creating the

00:09:36.220 country's first counties first swat team and obtained national accreditation status for his office in 2019

00:09:44.540 only the fourth sheriff in virginia history to do so he was known as a strong sheriff a strong

00:09:50.220 minister and a working sheriff often even out on the streets backing up deputies as necessary

00:09:57.580 one example of this is uh the december 2021 police pursuit of an active shooter traveling three

00:10:03.580 counties firing an ak-47 at police and citizens and it was stopped when sheriff jenkins exchanged

00:10:10.620 fire with 14 pardon me 19 rounds killing the suspect before he could reach the target of killing his own

00:10:18.860 family i stress to you again president donald trump acted in a extraordinary act of both

00:10:25.900 mercy and justice by pardoning the sheriff uh it is uh extraordinary that the president will take a

00:10:35.420 beating for this as uh the fake news media continues to claim that the sheriff's prosecution was legitimate

00:10:45.100 sheriff jenkins in fact did nothing wrong he was the setup and an elaborate sting by the fbi

00:10:51.500 sheriff jenkins was a leader among sheriffs on issues like border security the second amendment

00:10:57.260 standing up to the drug cartel he also had a target on his back as i say because he was a staunch and

00:11:04.220 loyal supporter of president trump uh it is uh amazing to me uh what they have put this man through

00:11:11.660 uh and uh he will join us shortly to talk about the enormous relief uh that he felt when the president

00:11:20.060 called him on memorial day eve to tell him that he would get a full and unconditional pardon uh in the

00:11:29.260 meantime uh social security has now removed 12.3 million individuals who were listed as 120 years old or

00:11:38.460 older according to the u.s department of government efficiency uh also known as doge uh that's elon musk's uh

00:11:46.620 charge the discrepancies in the social security figures and the alarming ages of

00:11:51.660 some of the individuals listed have garnered national attention over the last several weeks as a result

00:11:57.660 in march doge began to update american people on the massive cleanup begun by social security

00:12:04.060 in a march 18th update doge that's the department of government efficiency said social security had

00:12:10.940 marked 3.2 million social security number holders who were aged 120 years or older as deceased

00:12:19.980 warning that there was still far more work to be done over one month later on april 24th doge provided

00:12:28.540 another update revealing that a stunning 11 million individuals listed as age 120 were now additionally

00:12:36.380 marked as deceased this is evidence that president donald trump working with elon musk is making good

00:12:43.500 on their promise to uncover waste fraud and corruption in our federal government now we know that some

00:12:53.420 complex cases still remain such as individuals with two different birth dates that are on file but

00:12:59.180 those have yet to be investigated now this update coincides with other red flags issued by elon musk and

00:13:07.340 doge as he made waves back in march claiming that 2.1 million non-citizens that is people who were

00:13:14.700 ineligible to receive social security were regularly getting checks i don't know what others think but i'm a fan

00:13:22.540 of elon musk not only because he's helped ferret out these outrageous waste and fraud against the

00:13:28.860 american taxpayers but also because by buying twitter and turning it into x at the same time he gave me

00:13:36.940 my voice back you can follow me on x at roger j stone jr roger j stone jr i always keep you up to date on

00:13:45.420 what we're doing here on the red apple audio networks and we'll be back with a little more

00:13:52.540 politics and then sheriff jenkins himself joins us got jenkins pardoned uh in an act that saved his life

00:14:01.260 only yesterday we'll be right back this is the stone zone with roger stone

00:14:54.700 this is the stone zone with roger stone they went after a guy named roger stone who's sitting in the

00:15:01.500 office and i'll say this in front of roger he's no baby and right now he's cleaner than anybody in

00:15:06.540 this place now as i treated him very unfairly now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone

00:15:18.060 we're back in the stone zone president donald trump vowed saturday to refocus our military on protecting

00:15:25.020 u.s borders during his graduation speech at the united states military academy how refreshing to have a

00:15:31.980 president who appreciates the sacrifices of our great military the president said you are winners every

00:15:39.580 single one of you uh the commander in chief told 1002 members of the graduating class of cadets you're

00:15:46.860 becoming second lieutenants in the army you are the first west point graduates of the new golden age of

00:15:53.500 america president was wearing his signature red make america great cap uh when he addressed the failed

00:16:00.540 foreign policy of prior administrations for at least two decades political leaders from both parties have

00:16:07.180 dragged our military into missions they were never meant to be in missions they were never expected

00:16:13.500 to win people would say why are we doing this why are we wasting our time money and souls in some

00:16:20.380 cases they sent our warriors on nation building crusades to nations that wanted nothing to do with

00:16:26.700 us led by leaders who didn't have a clue in distant lands while abusing our soldiers with absurd

00:16:33.020 ideological experiments all of that now under donald trump is emptied they've subjected the armed forces to

00:16:39.660 all manners of social projects and political causes while leaving our borders undefended and depleting our

00:16:45.660 arsenals to fight for other countries but under the trump administration i do believe those days are over

00:16:52.140 we're getting rid of the distractions and focusing our military on its core mission which should be

00:16:58.380 crushing america's adversaries killing america's enemies and defending our great american flag the job of the

00:17:06.300 u.s armed forces is not to host drag shows or to transform foreign cultures or to spread democracy

00:17:14.380 to everybody around the world at the point of a gun the military's job is to dominate any foe annihilate

00:17:22.140 any threat to america anywhere anytime any place but only when we are first engaged the days of endless

00:17:29.420 foreign war with our inherent national interests are not clear are over under donald trump the neocampus

00:17:36.140 the neocampus who've dominated both major parties for decades and their efforts to rush america headlong into war

00:17:43.980 are done under this president a big part of the job of course is for america to be respected again

00:17:51.820 and now we have a president who respects our military the president made it very clear that his preference is

00:17:58.940 always peace and seeking partnership even with countries with whom our differences can be very very

00:18:05.900 profound uh yes the president said i want you to fight but i'd rather just have them fold and

00:18:12.700 that's happening so the president is on a peace mission he was elected as a peace candidate when we

00:18:19.420 come back former culpeper virginia county sheriff scott jenkins newly pardoned from a witch hunt

00:18:26.540 laid on him by the biden justice department joins us in the stone zone

00:18:43.020 this is the stone zone with roger stone they went after a guy named roger stone who's sitting in the

00:18:49.740 office and i'll say this in front of roger he's no baby and right now he's cleaner than anybody in this

00:18:55.180 place now as i treated him very unfairly now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone

00:19:06.060 and we're back in the stone zone on memorial day president donald trump announced the full and

00:19:12.460 unconditional pardon of former culpeper county virginia sheriff scott jenkins in my opinion

00:19:18.540 the political prosecution of sheriff jenkins was among the most egregious attacks on law enforcement

00:19:24.220 by the biden administration jenkins was prosecuted for taking alleged bribes deputized several men

00:19:30.940 after an elaborate fbi sting campaign and he was sentenced to 10 years in prison after being

00:19:38.060 convicted in a soviet style show trial the sheriff was scheduled to turn himself in this morning in

00:19:47.420 uh to federal prison where he would have been in the general population with murderers and drug dealers

00:19:53.980 and worse and i think the president recognized that not only was scott jenkins an innocent man but his

00:20:01.100 life was truly in danger joining us now former culpeper county sheriff scott jenkins himself

00:20:08.780 hello sir thank you for having me uh i'm a very very happy for you and your family uh i've been

00:20:17.420 through this same exact experience as you know uh and i can't even begin to describe the wave of relief uh

00:20:26.700 the president uh said online sheriff scott jenkins and his wife patricia and their family been dragged

00:20:32.940 through hell by corrupt and weaponized biden doj in fact during his trial when sheriff jenkins tried

00:20:39.500 to offer exculpatory evidence to to defend himself the biden judge robert bellew refused to allow it

00:20:46.300 shut him down and then went on a tirade so sheriff jenkins um first of all congratulations and

00:20:52.220 god bless you and your family what evidence did the judge refuse to allow you to present in your own defense

00:21:00.060 well there were so many things that we weren't allowed to even speak of when if i testified

00:21:06.220 directly let alone to call certain witnesses for example if you are attacking me and charging me for

00:21:11.820 things related to an auxiliary deputy program which is a volunteer deputy program uh many sheriffs have

00:21:18.060 those across the country um then you would think i'd be able to call other many other maybe uh auxiliary

00:21:24.140 deputies to counter what's being alleged we couldn't call any of them um the fact that uh

00:21:31.580 these alleged bribes and things were nothing more than campaign contributions and when this informant

00:21:38.620 this setup that they made where this individual came to me and said well you know some of them give

00:21:43.420 you cash instead of a check because of it you know generally always checks and i said you know i don't

00:21:47.340 care it gets you know it goes through the treasury and deposit it so on well you know that cash donations

00:21:53.020 that they thought was so horrible that i had accepted and actually they handed to me which

00:21:56.940 was all a setup it it was there in a gun safe in my home with the other checks and things ready for

00:22:03.900 the next campaign finance report to be turned in with the treasurer and so forth when they approached

00:22:08.860 me on that day that they they i sat down for two hours with no lawyer answered all their questions

00:22:14.140 never lied they never charged me with a lie or anything but during that time they sat with a search

00:22:19.020 warrant in hand for my home and they would not go serve the search warrant because they knew when

00:22:23.420 i said well just go out there now all the money's there i haven't used any of it for myself it's

00:22:27.660 there waiting to be turned in as normal and uh of course there were a number of other things i can go

00:22:33.020 into but not being able to call you know things like that to to highlight that and say look you know

00:22:37.820 this money has remained there all this time all these many months until trial and it was there until

00:22:42.940 you know long after i was sentenced it it's remained in the same place hoping you know that we could use

00:22:47.900 that to defend ourselves my lawyers they tried unsuccessfully to get uh you know a number of

00:22:53.420 things into the court uh to use as our defense and you know any of those things would be shot down

00:22:59.500 the fact that i had so loyally supported sheriff uh president trump since you know before he was

00:23:04.940 first president and and in his first term so much working with border sheriffs and other issues

00:23:10.540 we couldn't mention that in the trial when i got on the stand to try to defend myself at the end

00:23:15.100 to just tell my side they would not let me even speak of my support of president trump and the

00:23:20.780 fact that i was a conservative you know constitutional sheriff and so on that i i actually blurted out a

00:23:26.540 few times uh mistakenly after being warned by the judge to to say well you know if this is false you're

00:23:32.940 telling the jury that a sheriff can't hire someone who has for example been a felon that's that's not

00:23:38.060 right jelly roll is a famous singer right now he's currently now an auxiliary deputy up in michigan or

00:23:43.180 somewhere there's celebrities all over who've been sworn into these honorary roles and so on

00:23:47.580 and as i started to name some of the ones i had done the same thing with you know they the judge you

00:23:52.780 know every time that we cross a line to give reasonable explanations of why certain things

00:23:59.820 are allowed and why we do things as sheriffs all across the country we couldn't say we can talk about

00:24:04.380 it so how on earth can you defend yourself and get a jury to understand the real truth of the

00:24:09.980 authority of a sheriff if you can't speak about those things and then that's the whole crux of

00:24:14.780 the point i'd like to just make it simple for people to understand a judge and a federal prosecutor

00:24:21.500 doj ladies all three of them should only speak true facts to the court never lies never false 1.00

00:24:27.820 information if they do it once what else would they do well when they sentence me i use this one

00:24:33.020 good example of a judge and i'm not angry at the judge you know i'm sure he's a fine man but the

00:24:39.420 man sat there and said three demonstrably false things about a sheriff myself in his sentencing of

00:24:47.660 me he's putting me in prison and in his speech he says that i hired unqualified unvetted people that

00:24:55.820 and did not train them as required as auxiliary deputies and all three of those things are absolutely

00:25:01.420 false and they're provable never was anyone in 12 years of me being sheriff and we can prove it as

00:25:06.940 a fact every person that took an oath and became a deputy or auxiliary deputy the fact is a virginia

00:25:14.060 sheriff is not required to have any training provided for them if they won't accept that responsibility

00:25:20.300 and liability they are not required to be anything other than a u.s citizen have a high school diploma

00:25:26.060 or equivalent 18 years old and you know they don't have to have this laundry list of qualifications

00:25:32.620 that maybe an fbi agent or a state trooper or other police officers do sheriffs have wide latitude in

00:25:38.540 virginia and across the country i mean it goes it's the oldest law enforcement that's how they swear in

00:25:43.580 posses that you know you don't go out suddenly as a sheriff when you're trying to quell a riot or go after

00:25:49.180 a fugitive and others as sheriffs and the laws never change you don't have to go out and do background

00:25:53.980 checks and all the formalities of a police department 200 years ago no sheriffs were given

00:25:59.580 wide latitude and it never changed the code stayed the same so when these fbi agents sat down knocked

00:26:05.980 on my door and started questioning the very first day they were furious because i didn't laugh at them

00:26:11.500 i was very respectful i mean it was emotional to have you know read your rights and your whatever you

00:26:15.820 know you're being questioned and i'm saying guys you don't know what you're talking about you thought

00:26:20.060 you're thinking about fbi or state police or others the sheriff's not required to do any of

00:26:24.460 this stuff i'm not bound by any of those things well they they stuck to it from that day and when i

00:26:30.700 tried you know tried to have an expert say well no the law the constitution of virginia says this for

00:26:36.540 sheriffs this doesn't relate this is police chiefs and others it's completely separate law and requirements

00:26:42.220 they had it in their minds and they put it in the mind of the juries and ultimately even a judge they 0.73

00:26:47.980 convinced them and overruled everything we tried to fight it with to say you people are insane you

00:26:53.820 are you are lying to the court you are saying that a sheriff is required to do x y and z and we are not

00:26:59.900 they never introduced anything to back up their statements they had no they didn't even introduce

00:27:05.260 a code section let alone you know to have like the virginia sheriff's association lawyer or others come

00:27:10.860 in as experts and say no a virginia sheriff does not have to require this or that of a deputy so the whole

00:27:16.620 premise of their case just from that and they took that and just snowballed it into one thing after

00:27:21.980 another and they convinced a jury that i swear my god they were not my peers but you know i knew you

00:27:27.900 know we went through and it was insane the people that we had there judging me but even the judge

00:27:34.700 i mean i i said to someone yesterday i said you know what we need to do is let's just throw down the

00:27:40.060 gauntlet how about those three ladies from doj that prosecuted me and that judge let's all stand before 1.00

00:27:45.260 the court and i will gamble the 10 years going to prison and they'll do the same and let's let's

00:27:50.780 challenge what that sheriff that that judge said about me on my sentencing date if he said one factual

00:27:56.540 thing wrong to the world then shouldn't it all be in question and he said three things about a sheriff

00:28:02.060 and what i did that were absolutely false and no one even looks at it no one even thinks about it and

00:28:08.220 if and if that's allowed to stand what other things have they done and that's what they did in the whole

00:28:13.020 damn case that money they accused me of taking it was there it remained there all those many months 0.69

00:28:19.100 and was never like they said it was and i i'm sorry i'll stop and give you a moment though i just 0.96

00:28:24.140 i'm sorry i get on a roll and no no i i i appreciate it you finally get a chance to tell

00:28:29.180 your side of things i read the mainstream media stories and they're all slanderous they all

00:28:34.620 imply that you somehow took this money and put it in your pocket when these were

00:28:37.820 perfectly legal campaign contributions look you were convicted on a laundry list of trumped up

00:28:43.900 charges including one count of conspiracy counts of honest services fraud and seven counts of bribery

00:28:50.620 concerning programs that receive federal funds uh these fake charges remind me of the dozens of

00:28:57.180 phony felonies democrats charged president trump with the charges that they charged general flynn with

00:29:04.300 the charges they came after me with and i've experienced what you're talking about uh the

00:29:09.660 jury for a woman in my case said during jury selection that she had never heard of me didn't

00:29:15.660 know who i was was unfamiliar with my case turned out that she'd been attacking me by name for 19 months 1.00

00:29:22.860 prior uh to her being selected as a juror in my case she'd been attacking me by name regarding the

00:29:29.660 very case in which she was selected as a juror but she kept that uh on a private setting on both

00:29:36.140 twitter and facebook so it could not be detected uh and the judge ruled that that was not evidence of

00:29:43.020 bias and refused to vacate my conviction uh it's interesting that one of the jurors in my case said to

00:29:51.100 the washington post afterwards uh that the judge never came to the jury room why would the why would you

00:29:57.020 just volunteer that unless of course the judge did illegally come to the jury room when the jury got

00:30:03.100 stuck on one count so i've seen this soviet style witch hunt up front sheriff i guess my most important

00:30:11.180 question is which of your actions do you think uh got you targeted was it your uh your disagreements

00:30:19.180 with governor northam over uh gun control and the second amendment rights uh guaranteed by our

00:30:25.340 constitution was it your objection to some of the draconian measures pertaining to covet 19 uh or was it

00:30:34.460 your uh strong stance against illegal and dangerous immigrants uh in your county or lastly is it possible

00:30:43.260 the fact that you and two other sheriffs talked about investigating hunter biden's laptop why did they

00:30:50.780 single you out why in your opinion were you targeted i found that the first of those things you mentioned

00:30:58.060 from the gun stance down to me doubling down in a press conference with chip roy and border sheriffs

00:31:03.340 in fall of 22 talking about the same thing if congress did a gun ban i was going to do the same thing with

00:31:08.780 other sheriffs and nullify their law i think all of that was was important um and i didn't even know some of the

00:31:14.780 connections with governor northam when he threatened me publicly to come after me later i didn't know

00:31:19.740 there was a background there with richmond law firms and lawyers like james comey it's a whole other

00:31:24.540 story but you know i don't know any of those things i do know for certain though i had a conversation

00:31:30.220 the end of 22 uh when i was already in their eye they had a they had put a phone tap a legal wire tap

00:31:37.100 from a judge on my phone and unbeknownst to me i had a call with wayne ivy a sheriff in brevard florida along

00:31:42.940 with another maryland sheriff we had all been part of the original seven sheriffs that under

00:31:47.820 trump we you know we've supported him and when he was out of office we formed protect america now a

00:31:52.620 pack to continue to fight and um so that group of us we were close and wayne had made a call and had

00:31:59.260 several of us on the call um and in that call wayne said look you know i have a former u.s attorney

00:32:05.340 state attorney general and some others that want us to fly us into a secure place and we're going to

00:32:11.340 view the hunter biden laptop see the crimes that are on it and i'll return back to our home states

00:32:16.460 and obtain charges against hunter from there once he's locked down the rest of the things against

00:32:21.260 the rest of the family would be taken over by this these two attorneys and pursued further um and you

00:32:27.340 know wayne said look if i do this by myself i'm gonna die my breaks will be cut or something mysterious

00:32:32.300 but if if a half dozen of us can just join together we'll probably survive and make it happen and and uh so we

00:32:38.540 all said we're in and uh you know i think that's the key when the most powerful man in the world

00:32:44.700 his son you're coming after i'm a father i understand you'd probably do anything to save

00:32:49.260 your child even you know something like that and and you can't tell me that a conversation like that

00:32:54.220 the lowliest fbi agent in existence if he heard that on the wiretap he is obligated to run that up

00:33:00.300 the ladder and i know darn well that call had to come to the ear of the ag and in turn whoever else

00:33:07.580 of course now i and i'm not trying to be mean but we apparently had a zombie in the office and we

00:33:13.020 had other people unknowns to us i'm elected being the president for a while now and i wouldn't doubt

00:33:18.540 that hunter biden didn't even hear that call of me and may have been the one of the ones saying to

00:33:23.260 whoever over at doj hey help me come you know get rid of this guy who knows what was said we'll never

00:33:28.940 know but i know you know god willing god put president trump in there i know that you know he's had a hand

00:33:34.380 in our country from the founding and god bless president trump he's put people like pan bondi and

00:33:40.060 dan bongino and cash patel in and i think they're you know ed martin my god i and that is that talk

00:33:46.140 about irony to have a guy who's not approved for the the dc job and end up where he's at i mean that's

00:33:52.220 that's a blessing itself to have him handling pardons and other things i truly believe they're

00:33:56.700 going to clean up this mess and all right just tuning in we're talking to sheriff scott jenkins he

00:34:01.580 was pardoned yesterday by president donald trump you're in the stone zone and we'll be right back

00:34:06.460 with more of the sheriff this is the stone zone with roger stone

00:34:15.580 this is the stone zone with roger stone they went after a guy named roger stone who's sitting in the

00:34:36.300 office and i'll say this in front of roger he's no baby and right now he's cleaner than anybody in this

00:34:41.740 place now as they treated him very unfairly now get him a zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone

00:34:52.540 welcome back in the stone zone we're talking to sheriff scott jenkins uh he was pardoned yesterday

00:34:59.820 memorial day by president donald trump of trumped up charges uh the sheriff has served valiantly

00:35:07.580 there's a famous story about him in december of 2021 when the police were in pursuit of an active

00:35:13.420 shooter who traveled across three counties firing an ak-47 at both the police and citizens and he was

00:35:20.300 stopped only when sheriff jenkins exchanged fire with 19 rounds killing that suspect before he could reach

00:35:27.500 his target of killing his own family gives you some idea what a courageous and valiant man is joining us

00:35:34.940 here today uh what they do you experience the sheriff jenkins is they try to destroy you financially

00:35:42.060 so you lose the resources to fight you sold your home and spent everything you had for your legal

00:35:48.620 defense you had nothing left to fight an appeal with uh you and your brothers have served honorably for

00:35:55.500 many years in law enforcement uh you're the proud parent of two teenagers uh and uh you care for your

00:36:03.100 elderly parents i think this was an extraordinary act of both mercy and justice by president

00:36:10.060 donald trump but i must tell you uh i was happy to join those including general flynn uh and ed martin

00:36:17.580 and urging the president to extend clemency in your case uh but the support you had from sheriffs across

00:36:25.580 the country the number of sheriffs who contacted me to bring my attention to your case uh and to tell

00:36:33.660 me that you had been wrong you were an honest decent man as well as a courageous law enforcement officer

00:36:41.180 uh and to urge me to get involved was really heartening your colleagues sheriff hold you in the highest

00:36:48.860 possible regard and you should know that well thank you sir i appreciate hearing that i i you kind of

00:36:56.060 go into a hole when you're going through this and don't know what uh people are communicating but i

00:37:00.860 appreciate that and uh and i'll never be able to thank all of you enough that you thank you for

00:37:05.900 mentioning general flynn um i met him some years ago and and well my god his storied life is amazing and

00:37:13.340 and you sir i i hope we get to meet i all of you who have put a kind word in and did the work you

00:37:19.420 did to communicate with the white house and others to help i'm forever indebted i i'm uh i just want

00:37:26.220 to be left alone now and rest and my family heal but uh i am 100 if there's something i can ever do for

00:37:33.660 my country or for the president and and what needs to be done uh for for his mission i'm there 100 i i'm

00:37:41.740 just thankful we got ed martin in there uh they have you know pardon czar as well i've never met

00:37:46.860 miss johnson but i said the other day to my wife i said well i don't know you know i'm done with law

00:37:51.980 enforcement i guess i'm out of it but i could even volunteer and go help if they need help screening or

00:37:56.620 looking at applicants or something to help people who've been wrongly you know treated through the

00:38:00.860 system but i'm just uh i'm just forever grateful well yeah another example of the power of prayer

00:38:07.100 because i can tell you there were literally thousands of people praying for you and your

00:38:13.580 family through this entire ordeal prayer sustained me and my family when they tried to frame me because

00:38:20.380 i refused to testify falsely against president donald trump that's the entire reason for uh their

00:38:27.100 charges against me uh after all you can't lie under oath about russian collusion that never actually

00:38:32.540 happened can you so i have been in your shoes my friend uh and uh the lord heard those prayers

00:38:39.260 which is why the president became well aware and acquainted with your case and the fact that you

00:38:45.500 had also just as they tried to do to him just they tried to do to general flynn just like they

00:38:51.020 successfully did to paul manafort uh just like they tried to do to me that you were framed for strictly

00:38:58.460 political reasons i want to thank you for joining us today in the stone zone god bless you and your

00:39:03.820 family please give them uh my best regards may your family heal god bless you my friend and thanks
