00:01:12.720 federal court has now blocked president donald trump from imposing tariffs saying that he exceeded his

00:01:19.780 authority to impose tariffs on our trading partners under the international emergency economic powers

00:01:27.180 act of 1977 last week a federal judge t ken wethraw ruled that president trump did have the authority

00:01:37.040 to impose tariffs under this law a ruling from the 1970s but did not at that time issue an order

00:01:45.060 according to the judge the international emergency economic powers act of 1970 did give trump

00:01:51.580 the authority to set tariffs for reasons other than raising revenue judge weatherall wrote that

00:01:58.040 trump's jurisdiction pardon me his justification for the tariffs both stemming from the flow of illicit

00:02:04.700 drugs into our country and resolving a trade imbalance was sufficient to satisfy the terms set by congress

00:02:13.040 in the 1970s now however rather than issuing a warring that judge punted the case to a federal court in south florida

00:02:23.160 which in turn punted it to a court of international trade that is based in new york the international court of trade

00:02:33.660 three judge panel has now ruled that president trump has exceeded his authority to unilaterally impose tariffs

00:02:41.400 under the 1970s law a three judge panel at the u.s court of international trade a relatively low profile court in manhattan

00:02:51.100 ruled today that there would be a temporary hort to trump's global tariffs that he imposed citing the emergency economic powers

00:03:01.040 in his liberation day announcement back on april 2nd clearly folks they are trying to tie the hands of the president

00:03:10.400 president they're exceeding their authority trying to take the president's executive authority to impose his agenda

00:03:18.220 the agenda that the american people voted overwhelmingly for in the last election

00:03:24.240 this of course will end up as all these questions do before the u.s supreme court

00:03:31.700 also interesting today senator chuck grassley released a newly declassified document proving

00:03:39.180 that fusion gps contractor and wife of an fbi figure lied to congress about her involvement in russiagate

00:03:48.880 you remember that that's the largest single abuse of power in american history an abuse of power in which

00:03:55.900 the full authority of the united states government and the incredible capabilities of our intelligence agencies

00:04:02.280 were utilized utilizing two pieces of so-called evidence that they knew were fabricated

00:04:09.040 the steel dossier that was paid for by hillary clinton that claimed falsely that president donald trump as a private citizen

00:04:18.060 had dallied with prostitutes in moscow when they're on a business trip and the false claim

00:04:24.480 that the russians hacked the democrat national committee uh and that information the fruits of that hack

00:04:31.840 ended up with uh wikileaks the federal government including our intelligence agencies have never provided

00:04:38.720 any evidence uh that would prove either one of those so they tried to remove a duly elected president

00:04:46.960 uh based on a political agenda it was a coup it was a much much bigger scandal uh than watergate

00:04:54.580 but whether anyone is going to be held responsible is yet to be seen one of the problems that i have

00:05:02.940 uh talked about is the fact that any indictment brought in the district of columbia whether it would be

00:05:09.120 for example former cia director john brennan clearly the chief orchestrator of the russian collusion plot

00:05:16.620 uh or fbi director james comey who tried to trap the president uh or the former attorney general

00:05:25.280 acting attorney general rod rosenstein who admits that he was wearing a wire in a meeting with the

00:05:34.560 president in an effort to remove him under the 25th amendment remains to be seen whether any of these

00:05:40.180 people will be held responsible see if you go to trial in the district of columbia uh you're certain

00:05:47.160 to get a deeply biased and politicized judge i certainly had one in my case uh you're also going

00:05:53.320 to get a completely biased jury made up entirely of trump hating democrats uh if you look at the case that

00:06:02.820 john durham the special counsel brought against michael sussman he was one of the lawyers at the very

00:06:09.840 bottom of the totem pole in the russian collusion hoax uh indicting him by the way is kind of like

00:06:16.520 indicting the guy uh who drove the getaway car for double parking while you let the bank robbers escape

00:06:22.500 but even in his case the prosecutor could not secure a conviction whether anyone will be held responsible

00:06:32.140 remains to be seen anyway we are taking your calls uh tonight at 800-848-9222 800-848-9222

00:06:42.400 also you can email us your questions uh they go to askstone at stonezone.com you are in the stone zone

00:06:52.100 and we're taking your questions let's move to our first question laura from cleveland ohio says uh i heard

00:06:59.500 that you had a sheriff on your show yesterday who was convicted of corruption uh why do you think

00:07:04.740 president trump was right to pardon him uh you're absolutely right we had uh we had uh the sheriff

00:07:10.300 uh on scott jenkins on our show last night the president pardoned him late a memorial day uh he was

00:07:18.800 actually supposed to report to a federal prison in virginia where he would have been in the general

00:07:23.700 population along with murderers and drug dealers i think his life would have been in danger

00:07:27.520 but if you look at this case it becomes absolutely clear that he is yet another victim of lawfare what

00:07:34.420 was the judge's crime they said that he uh sold auxiliary deputy badges and the money went to his

00:07:41.840 campaign that is by the way perfectly legal in virginia it's legal in most states legal in in florida

00:07:48.740 uh these auxiliary deputies had no authority uh they required no training and the money didn't go to the

00:07:55.580 sheriff's pocket the money went to his campaign fund uh but i think what really made the sheriff

00:08:01.480 a target uh was his uh standing up for the principle of deporting illegals in this country

00:08:08.940 uh who are a danger to the american people his standing up against governor northam of virginia

00:08:14.840 who wanted to impose draconian gun control laws but what really i think put the target on his back

00:08:21.940 uh was after they decided to target him the fbi put a wiretap on him in which he was heard talking to

00:08:30.580 several other sheriffs about hunter biden's laptop and the need to uh to investigate uh in any way in any

00:08:39.940 event i think the sheriff was not allowed to defend himself the judge in his case uh a radical leftist

00:08:46.460 judge refused to allow him to mount any defense at all uh and or to or for example have any other

00:08:53.900 sheriff from the state of virginia testify that having these auxiliary sheriff's badges and giving

00:09:00.360 them to donors to your campaign is not illegal not even a little bit so um yes i think the president in a

00:09:08.300 in an act of justice and mercy absolutely did the right thing and we had the sheriff on the

00:09:14.620 show in the stone zone only yesterday here's a question for from terry from fairfield connecticut

00:09:21.340 uh she asks how do you think robert f kennedy is doing in his efforts to make america healthy again

00:09:28.220 i think that he is doing amazingly well uh the big pharma is the biggest and most powerful lobby in

00:09:36.140 washington uh but now i note that the cdc uh is no longer requiring uh newborn infants uh or pregnant

00:09:45.500 mothers uh to get uh the covet 19 vaccination uh to me that is tremendous progress uh but i also admire

00:09:53.660 rfk for his efforts to make america's diets healthy again uh he has taken on the entire issue of chronic

00:10:02.780 childhood disease uh and uh he has correctly tied it to the processed foods uh that we are being fed

00:10:12.220 so he has moved very aggressively to remove uh red dye number 40 yellow dye number five yellow dye

00:10:19.340 number one blue dye number one green dye number three green dye number three uh from our food they're all to

00:10:25.340 be phased out by the way those all those uh all those additives are already illegal in every european

00:10:32.220 country he's also moving to take out other toxic chemicals like uh potassium vegetable oil uh potassium

00:10:40.460 bromate uh and many many others so i think rf2k is doing an amazing amazing job uh it is uh our uh great

00:10:53.260 opportunity tonight to take your questions again that number 800-848-9222 800-848-9222

00:11:03.100 uh and uh you can also email your questions to askstone at stonezone.com askstone at stonezone.com

00:11:15.340 in the meantime we have this breaking news regarding the tariffs uh this is part and parcel of the same

00:11:22.540 uh strategy uh bipartisan democrat judges to thwart the authority of the president you recall that the

00:11:30.060 courts uh earlier the lower courts ruled that the president did not have the authority to deport

00:11:36.540 dangerous illegal immigrants who were gang members ultimately the supreme court stepped in and and 1.00

00:11:42.700 restored the president's authority this is one of the key elements of the president's agenda i would note

00:11:50.380 that illegal boarding crossing border crossings in our southern border have dropped by 93 percent since

00:11:58.300 president trump simply began uh enforcing existing law you may remember that joe biden kept saying that

00:12:05.820 there's nothing he could do unless concrete congress enacted a new law that was false but then we don't

00:12:12.860 know who was writing that for joe biden uh i think we're pretty sure that he wasn't really running the

00:12:19.260 country and we have the question of the auto pen that was used to sign a number of these pardons as well

00:12:25.340 as a number of his appointments and other policies uh when we come back we're going to be taking your

00:12:30.060 questions 100 again uh that number 800-848-9222 don't go away we'll be right back in the stone zone

00:13:23.340 this is the stone zone with roger stone they went after a guy named roger stone who's sitting in the

00:13:30.060 office and i'll say this in front of roger he's no baby and right now he's cleaner than anybody in this

00:13:35.420 place now as they treated him very unfairly now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone

00:13:46.780 welcome back to the stone zone i'm roger stone a veteran of 13 national presidential campaigns i spent

00:13:54.380 40 years in the corroded rectum of the two-party system i've seen and heard it all and tonight i'm

00:14:00.300 taking your questions at 800-848-9222 that's 800-848-9222 or ask stone at stone zone.com

00:14:12.380 two ways to send us questions let's go to the call board now uh scott in lexington kentucky uh you have

00:14:18.540 a question yeah thank you mr stone for taking my call i would like your opinion on who is going to take

00:14:25.740 the leadership of these demon cats are you telling me aoc come on man well it's an excellent question

00:14:33.580 let me address it the problem of course is that the old democrat party the party of john f kennedy

00:14:38.860 and harry truman party that believed in capitalism and free enterprise strong national defense believed

00:14:45.100 in god uh that party literally no longer exists the the words moderate democrat sadly today is an oxymoron

00:14:54.140 and their party has become captive by a radical marxist clique in which people like aoc and jasmine

00:15:02.860 crockett uh rise to the top people believe that joe biden who through most of his career was considered

00:15:08.860 a moderate democrat would govern as a moderate democrat little did we know that well it doesn't

00:15:14.940 appear like he was governing at all appears that his wife and those who were controlling the auto pen

00:15:21.580 were governing america and he opened our borders to 20 million i think illegals not to mention 0.99

00:15:30.300 an enormous trafficking of drugs and weapons into this country it's very dangerous so their process

00:15:37.660 if they have a democrat process because remember kamala harris was selected as their nominee without

00:15:44.460 winning a single primary or caucus the the national committee just met and they designated her as

00:15:52.380 the candidate they dumped joe biden i think against his will uh will they even have a democratic process

00:15:59.740 small d they whined constantly about democracy but there is no democracy in the nomination of kamala

00:16:05.980 harris by the way if you took a poll today you would find that kamala harris is the number one choice

00:16:11.580 of democrats to be their nominee for 2028 when you include her on the ballot and then after that

00:16:18.300 it drops to aoc i don't think their party is able to nominate a centrist or a moderate and i don't

00:16:27.180 think you're going to beat uh any republican in 2028 with a radical left uh open borders uh candidate

00:16:35.420 uh so the old democrat party sadly a thing of the past great question scott thank you for calling

00:16:42.140 uh bob in uh orange county i assume that's orange county california could be orange county new york

00:16:48.140 uh you have a question yes first of all i want to share president trump's admiration for you mr stone

00:16:56.140 and secondarily it's the orange county new york excellent so so my concern is that i as as a gentleman who is

00:17:04.300 probably similar in age to you um i am concerned that america is now in a september 10th 2001 mindset

00:17:13.420 uh we see radical islamists um throughout the world we see islamists in our congress and i'm

00:17:20.540 concerned that america has become complacent and that we have forgotten uh what had happened on september 11th

00:17:26.540 2001 uh i'm afraid that you're right i think it's also abundantly clear that radical islamists have

00:17:34.380 have infiltrated every segment of our country we will be back to take more of your questions i'm

00:17:41.180 going to finish answering your question bob when we come back we'll be back in the stone zone so

00:17:45.580 whatever you do don't touch that dial do whatever you do this is the stone zone with roger stone the stone

00:18:06.380 this is the stone zone now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone

00:18:17.740 welcome back in the stone zone we're taking your questions and calls tonight that number 800-848-9222

00:18:31.180 800-848-9222 or alternatively go to askstone at stonezone.com on the net and we'll take your calls

00:18:41.580 that way i do want to express a little sadness over my good friend rick derringer rock legend

00:18:48.700 extraordinary singer songwriter guitarist entertainer a mega talent uh he first came to national promise

00:18:58.300 uh with the mccoys the hit song hang on sloopy uh later wrote the rock anthem rock and roll hoochie

00:19:05.900 uh he passed away yesterday at age 77 a good friend of mine who was on this show several times uh

00:19:16.860 our our prayers go to his family and his uh and his lovely wife uh anyway we are taking your calls

00:19:25.500 uh vincent from queens uh on from the internet says i saw where dan bongino and cash patel

00:19:33.660 from the fbi say they now believe that the convicted sex trafficker jeffrey epstein killed

00:19:39.580 himself i also saw that you disagreed with that statement so what's the story uh look i have a

00:19:45.340 very high regard for cash patel uh and i sleep better at night knowing that the fbi is now uh redirected

00:19:54.940 towards thwarting uh terrorist plots uh in the united states he's announced that several plots

00:20:02.780 to bomb buildings so on have been averted uh but on this one i think that he's wrong the new york

00:20:09.820 medical examiner michael badden one of the most respected pathologists in the country examined

00:20:17.660 jeffrey epstein's bodies body and said that the markings on his body were not consistent

00:20:25.020 with his having hung himself now you add that to the fact that the video surveillance cameras were just

00:20:31.260 conveniently not operating and the two people charged with monitoring epstein in his cell

00:20:38.860 or they fell asleep uh and that epstein was taken off of suicide watch if he was suicide if he was

00:20:46.700 suicidal why'd they take him off suicide watch and uh and his cellmate was removed from the cell so uh it

00:20:55.420 is uh it is uh it is i think uh add that to the fact that he hired a new criminal defense attorney david

00:21:03.420 shown uh paid shown a retainer uh was arranging for shown to move to new york to go to trial and that

00:21:10.380 they had an extensive discussion of trial strategy in america everybody even the most heinous criminals

00:21:17.100 are entitled to a lawyer and a legal defense uh i am sorry but i think that the evidence is kind of

00:21:24.460 overwhelming uh that epstein did not kill himself add to that by the way the fact that virginia geffrey

00:21:32.940 probably the best known of epstein's victims she turned down a multi-million dollar settlement

00:21:39.740 from epstein instead she insisted on going to trial i read every word of her sworn testimony i interviewed

00:21:47.980 her from my book the clinton's war on women chapter seven of that book the longest chapter in the book

00:21:54.380 is a total expose of jeffrey epstein and his relationship with bill and hillary clinton uh we're

00:22:02.060 told that only weeks ago that she killed herself uh and that was after leaving a message that said i am not

00:22:08.540 suicidal if anybody tells you that i harm myself or kill myself be deeply suspicious so i think those are

00:22:16.060 related events uh and that is why i reached that opinion uh mary ann and bart uh you have a question

00:22:24.780 mary ann and bart yeah we're big fans of your show thank you we have a question do you know if president

00:22:33.900 trump has any plans to do something to protect the power grids in this country because we had followed

00:22:40.460 um a scientist who's now dead but a um dr peter pry i think it was his name unfortunately he's passed

00:22:48.140 away but he said during trump a couple of years ago he talked about trump in his first administration

00:22:54.060 and he said he got an a plus for you know listening to them and trying to do something because apparently

00:23:00.300 china russia iran and north korea have the ability to disable our power grids so do you know if there's any

00:23:08.460 plans to um put something in place uh to protect the power grids uh actually we had a guest on the

00:23:14.860 show glenn rhodes uh several months ago who's also an expert in this area he points out that the power

00:23:20.380 grids across the country are incredibly vulnerable many of them are not guarded at all and some of them

00:23:27.100 are merely guarded by a chain link fence uh not even security cameras no barbed wire uh i think it is uh

00:23:35.020 you're right the president did act very aggressively in his first term joe biden canceled most of that

00:23:41.100 uh you have pointed out a high priority i don't know specific plans but it's an excellent question

00:23:46.700 and next time i talk to the president i'll ask him for you how's that uh thanks so thanks

00:23:53.580 we were hoping maybe you could you know mention it to him or something so well all right i very

00:23:58.540 mary and thank you very much for calling into the stone zone and for your great question uh here's

00:24:05.180 a question from anna in orlando florida uh anna says i tried to fly to visit my grandparents over

00:24:11.820 the memorial day weekend but when i got to the airport i was told that i needed something called

00:24:16.860 real id a new federally required uh photo id i had to wait in line for an hour and i missed my flight

00:24:25.740 because uh well they finally she says let me fly using my driver's license as an id what's going on

00:24:31.980 here uh real id was uh passed into federal law after 9-11 uh and uh they have not been able to

00:24:41.740 implement it because a number of states object in order to get a real id uh you have to submit certain

00:24:49.500 documents uh to the government uh birth certificate uh like a social security card uh driver's license

00:24:57.660 and so on now they tell us that this is a good idea because it would mean that people who are not

00:25:05.580 entitled to social security wouldn't be getting checks or that people who are not legally eligible

00:25:11.900 to vote would not be able to vote although i don't know of a single state uh that uh that uh that uh

00:25:20.540 uh requires real id uh to vote at least not yet my fear of course is that the government will begin

00:25:27.740 collecting biometric information on every american uh and they ultimately use it perhaps to spy on us

00:25:35.980 but ultimately to assign us social credit scores like they have in china uh for those who say oh

00:25:42.700 that's a that's a conspiracy theory look only at the patriot act which was put in place supposedly to

00:25:49.180 protect us from islamic terrorists but ended up being used to justify the spying uh by the fisa court

00:25:57.660 uh and the fbi uh on president donald trump's campaign perfect example of how these well-meaning

00:26:05.580 government programs end up being weaponized against the american people so i think real id is a bad

00:26:13.340 idea i've seen all the tv ads of the uh department of homeland security secretary christy noem talking

00:26:21.660 to us about how great they are i myself am skeptical i think the project is a bad bad idea uh sam from

00:26:31.260 oklahoma you have a question um hi roger um following your story for quite a while but what i want to ask

00:26:40.780 you about is what do you think of the african refugee program and it should be speeded up uh last time i saw

00:26:52.460 we had only actually received 56 uh uh ranchers uh farmers boers from south africa uh i think the

00:27:01.660 president is right their lives are in danger there the government will not protect their lives in fact

00:27:06.620 the governing party uh has rallies screaming for their blood uh and therefore i think the president is

00:27:13.820 right uh and that we should uh allow people from south africa to uh to receive asylum uh in this

00:27:21.580 country uh and i agree with you it should be speeded up thank you so much for your question uh here is

00:27:29.900 another one well online jim from seattle says david hogg he's the vice chairman of the democrat national

00:27:36.700 committee was caught on camera by project veritas admitting that joe biden's chief of staff anthony

00:27:42.540 burnell was the one running the biden white house how many democrats were complicit in the cover-up of

00:27:48.940 joe biden's uh mental decline i think the answer is all of them they all knew every reporter in

00:27:55.580 washington knew uh every member democrat member of congress who met with the president knew uh do you

00:28:01.340 remember the event in which joe biden watched a video tribute to a congresswoman who had just passed

00:28:07.820 away and then as soon as he got up to speak he asked the woman to stand up and take a bow uh joe 1.00

00:28:13.500 biden who kept reading the stage directions uh off the teleprompter uh couldn't figure out which way to

00:28:20.540 exit the stage couldn't finish a full sentence or a full thought would just kind of trail off uh which

00:28:27.740 neurologists tell me is a sure sign of the onset of senile dementia uh now you add to that it's constantly

00:28:35.500 falling down no i think the president was uh non-campus mentis i think that those around him

00:28:41.740 knew it now back when woodrow wilson was president he had a stroke in his uh the last three years of

00:28:48.700 his term uh and his wife edith galt wilson was the de facto president united states she would put the pen 1.00

00:28:57.020 in his hand and move it across the paper when he had to sign specific uh legal documents but because we

00:29:04.060 had no television no mass media in those days uh and no one saw the president for three years

00:29:10.620 because he was mentally and physically completely incapacitated and no one knew here everyone knew

00:29:16.380 it was an open secret you saw that debate with president donald trump where he literally melted down

00:29:24.060 on national television uh but immediately afterwards kamala harris told us he was and i quote

00:29:29.580 sharp as a tack uh his enablers continue insistent no in private meetings he's intense and he's focused

00:29:37.420 and he's a good old joe he's doing no all of that was bs and they all knew it was it was the greatest

00:29:44.700 cover-up in american political history uh and it is uh particularly a scandal now because we have to ask

00:29:51.420 about all of these pardons they want to talk about trump's pardons let's talk about biden's pardons

00:29:57.340 not just pardons for his political cronies like adam schiff and liz cheney and uh and others but also

00:30:07.420 the pardons he gave to hardened criminals murderers drug dealers sex traffickers people who didn't even

00:30:13.740 apply for pardons people who'd express no remorse for their crimes who authorized those pardons i think

00:30:20.780 they were all signed by an auto pen frankly i doubt that joe biden perhaps even jill biden i don't think

00:30:28.540 they knew so uh it is a gigantic scandal uh jennifer in ohio you have a question i have two quick

00:30:39.820 questions if you don't mind i find a united states military to be one of the precious things that we

00:30:47.260 have to offer they are willing to lay down their lives for us how do you feel about the united states

00:30:55.900 military i completely agree uh my father served my grandfather served all of my uncles served i'm

00:31:03.980 grateful that they all came back uh but uh just two days ago we honored those who didn't make it back

00:31:10.460 those who gave the supreme sacrifice uh watching president trump's remarks at west point i think

00:31:16.460 demonstrated that he too values our military this vile claim by john kelly the chief of staff that he

00:31:26.220 fired general john kelly who said that the president said that those who laid down their lives for the 0.96

00:31:33.180 country were suckers and losers there were 19 other people present when he allegedly said that and not a 0.94

00:31:39.820 single one of them recalls the president saying anything of the kind uh general kelly also said 0.98

00:31:46.540 that trump told him directly that he admired adolf hitler well how come general kelly only remembered

00:31:52.780 that in the 30 days before the election that's because donald trump never said anything of the kind

00:31:58.780 he reveres our military he loves our military he loves our men and women in law enforcement uh and it is

00:32:05.740 great to have a president again uh who reveres the military and respects the fact that they put their

00:32:13.180 lives on the line for us around the globe uh it was heartening to see him at west point jennifer thank you

00:33:22.140 this is the stone zone with roger stone they went after a guy named roger stone who's sitting in the

00:33:31.980 office and i'll say this in front of roger he's no baby and right now he's cleaner than anybody in this

00:33:37.340 place now as i treated him very unfairly now get him his own it's the stone zone here's roger stone

00:33:46.540 and we're back in the stone zone we're taking your calls and your questions let's go to john in

00:33:55.500 brooklyn john you have a question i hi roger i heard you say that lbj was behind the jfk assassination

00:34:04.620 i was wondering does did lady bird was she in on it do you think in on the plot or was she kept in the 0.67

00:34:09.660 dark uh well she has a broad grin on her face uh when linden is getting sworn in i wrote a book

00:34:15.340 uh new york times bestseller the man who killed kennedy the case against lbj and which i made a case

00:34:22.140 that linden johnson uh was at the helm of a plot that included the cia organized big texas oil and

00:34:31.100 certain financial interests uh to kill john kennedy his motive he was under investigation in the bobby

00:34:37.660 baker and the billy sal estes scandals corruption scandals he was on the verge of being indicted and

00:34:44.140 removed from the 1964 ticket uh i believe that the shooter at least one of the shooters i believe

00:34:51.340 there were as many as four uh but at least one of the shooters from the one from the sixth floor of

00:34:56.700 the texas schoolbook depository building was a man named malcolm mack wallace i say that because

00:35:03.340 wallace left his fingerprints on the cardboard boxes and the window sill on the sixth floor nathan darby

00:35:11.100 one of the foremost fingerprint experts in the country worked for the austin police actually uh

00:35:16.220 said that the prince belonged to wallace wallace uh was in a patronage job at the agriculture department

00:35:23.660 uh he had been convicted of first-degree murder in 1951 when he killed a man john douglas kinzer who

00:35:31.740 was trying to blackmail well lbj uh it was a johnson uh let me say this also that wallace was identified by

00:35:39.580 at least six eyewitnesses who saw a man who met wallace's physical description in the window of the

00:35:45.740 sixth floor wallace was a decorated marine sharpshooter uh and a man named uh mallory uh pardon me

00:35:53.580 loy factor uh who had been recruited as a backup shooter uh revealed uh his presence on the sixth floor

00:36:01.580 with wallace and accurately described the room uh this on the sixth floor from which at least one of the

00:36:09.820 fatal shots was shot so uh motive uh means opportunity it was lbj who insisted that kennedy go to texas

00:36:18.780 it was governor john connolly who had formerly been the chief of staff for uh senator majority leader

00:36:25.420 uh lyndon johnson later vice president uh who insisted that the motorcade which was going to

00:36:31.820 two locations outside the city of dallas from the dallas fort worth airport to the merchandise

00:36:38.460 mart uh it was it was john connolly who insisted that the motorcade go through dealey plaza which is

00:36:45.020 inside the city limits also a motorcade route that required the car to come to a full stop at a stop

00:36:52.620 sign total violation of the secret service manual rules uh so motive means and of course opportunity

00:37:02.620 i stand by my belief that lyndon johnson was at the helm of a plot i do think the cia had their own

00:37:09.980 motives uh they were angry at jfk over the failure of the bay of pigs invasion also they knew in real

00:37:18.220 time in the cuban missile crisis that even though we were told that the russians had removed the

00:37:24.140 missiles from cuba that actually a secret deal was made between the kennedys uh and nikita khrushchev

00:37:30.540 in which we removed our missiles from turkey and italy changing the balance of power uh in in europe

00:37:37.580 that was a classified secret for 40 years but we know it today so the cia's motives are clear and then

00:37:44.780 there was organized crime uh i think they were complicit as well the house uh select committee

00:37:51.100 on assassinations in the late 70s did a full investigation they ruled that organized crime

00:37:56.300 was involved in kennedy's murder so there you have it as they say who benefits cui bono uh in latin

00:38:04.540 i think lbj was the big enchilada when it comes to the murder of jfk thank you for joining us tonight
