00:13:22.080 At first, they tell Donald Trump, the federal court in D.C., that he does not have the authority to deport dangerous illegal criminals,

00:15:40.740 If he had been, he would have known that when Eisenhower sent the National Guard to Little Rock, Arkansas, to enforce desegregation,
00:15:48.120 it certainly was not at the request of segregationist Governor Orville Faubus.
00:15:53.780 When President John F. Kennedy sent the National Guard to Alabama to enforce the desegregation of the schools there,
00:16:06.120 it was certainly not at the request of segregationist Governor George Wallace,

00:16:22.100 So this decision by the court is really not shocking.

00:19:17.960 Yeah, Roger, thank you very much for having me,
00:19:21.280 and for just your life of incredible service to this country.
00:19:25.840 And I know that you're continuing to do that.
00:19:28.900 So, for your audience, you know, this is stunning developments,
00:19:33.940 particularly what's happening right now.
00:19:36.080 Now, the time zone, so everybody understands, you know,
00:19:39.400 in the United States, the Eastern Standard Time, Iran is about eight hours ahead.
00:19:46.420 Israel is about seven, six hours ahead, give or take. 0.90
00:19:50.420 And so it's in the early, late evening, early morning hours right now.
00:19:56.360 And there, Israel, as I speak to you at this moment,
00:20:00.360 Israel has had some words upwards of about 150 to 200 ballistic missiles fired at it
00:20:07.740 in the last several hours, probably in the last six to eight hours, 150 to 200.
00:20:15.580 Some of them are being engaged by the Iron Dome system that protects Israel.
00:20:20.900 Some of them are being engaged by aircraft.
00:20:24.820 And I have to believe, because we, the United States,
00:20:27.720 have positioned a very sophisticated missile frigate,
00:20:33.140 counter-missile frigate in the Eastern Mediterranean.
00:20:35.840 We might even be providing some intelligence or maybe even some,
00:20:39.560 certainly, or some defensive capability.
00:20:42.480 So that's the current here and now, last six to eight hours.
00:20:46.720 In the last, or in the last 48 hours, you know,
00:20:51.580 the initial attack by Israel against nuclear targets in Iran,
00:20:59.580 because it was clear that Iran has, in fact, developed the capability,
00:21:06.540 and they were days away from matching up the capabilities
00:21:13.200 for a nuclear device, a nuclear weapon,
00:21:17.340 and weaponizing the uranium that they have been enriching
00:21:20.300 for the better part of 10 years and trying to get away with it.
00:21:24.200 And lying the entire time, the Iranians have been lying the entire time 1.00
00:21:27.880 they've been negotiating the Iranian, you know,
00:21:31.560 JCPOA deal for the last 10 years, right?
00:21:34.960 They've been lying throughout their, through their teeth.
00:21:37.060 So Israel made a very sophisticated decision, 0.83
00:21:41.340 very conscious decision, and very strategic decision
00:21:45.200 to basically eliminate Iran's nuclear capability.
00:21:49.580 In order to do that, Israel has to have endeavored to take on 0.98
00:21:56.120 what I believe is a multi-layered campaign,
00:22:01.160 a very offensive campaign, and a multi-day campaign.
00:22:06.180 This campaign is probably going to last a couple of weeks
00:22:09.980 because of the destruction that is going to be required.
00:22:15.080 So the Iranian military can no longer,
00:22:19.340 and political leadership can no longer have the command and control,
00:22:23.100 the intelligence capability, the air defense capability,
00:22:26.660 all of what we call battlefield operating systems
00:22:29.560 that are necessary for a nation state
00:22:33.260 to be able to have a functioning military.
00:22:36.180 And clearly to completely destroy the Iranian capability 0.97
00:22:42.840 to have any type of nuclear weapons.
00:22:45.460 So that began almost 48 hours ago,
00:22:48.860 and they have done at least two days of attacks against Iran.
00:22:54.780 This counterattack that's occurring now
00:22:57.580 was clearly something that the Netanyahu government did plan for.

00:23:09.100 I guarantee that they plan for this counterattack

00:23:15.000 Now, I also understand that the Houthi rebels down in Yemen
00:23:19.500 have also fired some missiles,
00:23:22.540 but what is up in the air right now,
00:23:25.620 so just to give people a picture,
00:23:28.240 particularly those that are listening on radio,
00:23:30.480 in the Middle East region,
00:23:32.060 you have Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Israel.
00:23:36.680 You've got Iraq, Iran, the UAE.
00:23:39.980 You've got all these different countries.
00:23:42.280 If you can think about it as a map,
00:23:44.700 Turkey, all of those nations right now
00:23:47.300 have put up in the air massive amounts of their own aircraft
00:23:53.200 to be able to provide protection and security along their borders
00:23:58.960 because they knew and they were warned
00:24:01.540 that the Iranians were going to launch a massive missile strike.
00:24:06.240 Those missiles, some of them are in fact having some success
00:24:10.940 getting through the Iranian or the Israeli Iron Dome system,
00:24:15.540 which is this protective system over Israel,
00:24:18.980 much to what Donald Trump is trying to develop here in our country
00:24:23.240 called the Golden Dome, something akin to it.
00:24:25.800 They have had some success breaking through that umbrella
00:24:30.200 of air defense capability.
00:24:33.200 So they've targeted essentially like the Israeli version of our Pentagon,
00:24:39.740 so that's been struck.
00:24:41.140 There are now reports of at least one, if not two,
00:24:45.880 of the nuclear sites, the known nuclear sites of Israel have been hit.
00:24:51.560 The level of devastation is much less than when you think about
00:24:57.980 a ballistic missile coming in.
00:24:59.840 You know, it rains terror for sure,
00:25:02.380 but the level of devastation is not as bad as you would imagine.
00:25:10.580 So the Israelis are very, very prepared for this,
00:25:15.360 their ability to hunker down in very hardened bunker systems.
00:25:20.900 And I'm talking about the entire population is, again,
00:25:24.640 is a very sophisticated capability.
00:25:27.540 And the level of surprise wasn't there.
00:25:29.900 Bibi Netanyahu, two nights ago,
00:25:31.980 put out a warning to all the citizens of Israel.
00:25:34.860 There have been some people that were, in fact, evacuated from Israel.
00:25:40.060 And so Israel has been preparing for this for a long time.
00:25:44.880 Their strategic patience to wait until this, to this moment is incredible,
00:25:52.620 because they basically gave, along with President Trump,
00:25:57.260 they gave Israel as much, or I'm sorry, 0.87
00:26:00.560 they gave Iran as much a chance as they could possibly have to have a deal,
