Summary

A story about friction between President Donald Trump and his Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, is bogus. There is no rift between them, and only the President can make decisions regarding actions between the Israelis and Iran. In the meantime, we are learning more and more about the Biden Justice Department and the extraordinary corruption that existed there. Internal FBI emails have just been revealed that rogue agents and prosecutors in the Biden DOJ were looking for additional ways to pile on new criminal charges against Donald Trump over the protests of January 6, 2021.

00:00:00.460 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:00:07.580 Welcome. You are now entering the Stone Zone.
00:00:11.980 You know, NBC really is fake news.
00:00:16.180 They have an extended story about friction between President Donald Trump
00:00:21.220 and his director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard.
00:00:25.920 I have spoken to people, shall we say, at the highest possible levels of the administration.
00:00:34.440 And I can tell you that this story is bogus.
00:00:38.120 There is no friction between the president and Tulsi Gabbard,
00:00:42.520 the former four-term congresswoman from Hawaii,
00:00:46.820 who is a decorated combat veteran in both Iraq and Kuwait,
00:00:51.840 continues to be a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve,
00:00:58.440 veteran member of the House International Affairs Committee,
00:01:03.440 and I think above, among President Trump's very best appointees.
00:01:09.940 I believe that there are those with their own agenda within this administration
00:01:14.860 seeking to undermine her.
00:01:17.240 Her job is to just give President Trump the very best intelligence
00:01:22.640 from 17 different intelligence agencies.
00:01:27.040 There is no rift between them.
00:01:29.440 And the president, and only the president,
00:01:32.120 will make decisions regarding actions between the Israelis and Iran.
00:01:39.760 In the meantime, we are learning more and more about the Biden Justice Department
00:01:45.560 and the extraordinary corruption that existed there.
00:01:49.520 Internal FBI emails have just been revealed that rogue agents and prosecutors
00:01:55.800 in the Biden Department of Justice were looking for additional ways
00:02:00.020 to pile on new criminal charges against Donald Trump
00:02:03.780 over the protests of January 6, 2021.
00:02:08.240 The 2023 emails, now obtained by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley,
00:02:16.220 demonstrated the nitpicking malice of anti-Trump lawfare
00:02:20.720 that tainted the special counsel Jack Smith's investigation
00:02:24.260 during Joe Biden's presidency.
00:02:27.240 Can we do some work to nail down Trump's role in this,
00:02:30.700 writes Prosecutor J.P. Cooney to the Department of Justice
00:02:34.700 and his colleagues on March 8, 2023,
00:02:38.240 in an email with the subject line,
00:02:40.720 January 6, Prisoner Choir, DJT.
00:02:45.340 And the email attached a Forbes.com article entitled,
00:02:49.840 Trump collaborates on song with January 6, Defendants.
00:02:53.440 Now, I'm very familiar with J.P. Cooney.
00:02:56.000 He was the final federal prosecutor in my case.
00:03:01.280 I also know from a previous Washington Post story
00:03:04.500 that he wanted to subpoena my emails, my text messages,
00:03:09.140 my phone calls after January 6,
00:03:11.700 even though I was not at the Capitol on January 6.
00:03:15.980 And any claim that I knew in advance about any illegal action on January 6,
00:03:22.260 any claim that I participated in, condoned,
00:03:26.340 or knew in advance about such actions is categorically false.
00:03:30.440 See, in this country, we have something called probable cause.
00:03:33.780 They can investigate an individual for crime
00:03:35.900 if they have some peripheral evidence
00:03:38.560 that they were involved in a crime or have knowledge of a crime.
00:03:42.380 But as early as April of 2020,
00:03:46.180 Reuters correctly reported
00:03:47.800 that there was no evidence whatsoever
00:03:50.740 that I was aware of or involved in any way
00:03:53.880 in any illegal activity at the Capitol.
00:03:57.880 Also, J.P. Cooney still has prosecutorial misconduct claims
00:04:02.400 pending against him
00:04:04.220 from the Steve Bannon case
00:04:07.020 filed by criminal defense lawyer David Schoen.
00:04:10.540 So, this is not surprising to me
00:04:13.840 that they were still trying to connect Donald Trump
00:04:16.860 where there is no connection.
00:04:18.880 Cooney was a deputy special counsel
00:04:20.840 who worked on the Mueller investigation,
00:04:23.640 also worked on Jack Smith's
00:04:26.340 Get Trump Special Counsel Investigations,
00:04:29.080 and Cooney's email targeted Trump
00:04:31.260 over his involvement in this recording,
00:04:34.100 which you may have heard,
00:04:35.500 in which the president recites the Pledge of Allegiance
00:04:39.540 with the January 6th Prisoner Choir
00:04:43.300 providing a soundtrack.
00:04:45.860 It is one of the most moving things you have ever heard.
00:04:50.280 According to this article in Forbes,
00:04:52.140 Trump recorded the Pledge of Allegiance at Mar-a-Lago
00:04:54.540 and Kash Patel,
00:04:56.620 who now just happens to be the FBI director,
00:04:59.960 and Ed Henry, formerly of Fox News,
00:05:03.000 were also involved,
00:05:04.740 Cooney wrote in his email chain.
00:05:06.480 The profits are routed to an LLC run by Henry,
00:05:11.020 and proceedings are intended for families
00:05:13.300 of incarcerated January 6th defendants.
00:05:16.900 But it is apparently a vetting process
00:05:19.460 that excludes families defendants
00:05:22.320 who assaulted police officers.
00:05:25.200 I asked Ahmed,
00:05:26.660 evidently this is a reference to prosecutor Ahmed Bassett,
00:05:30.520 who was fired earlier this month,
00:05:32.580 to preserve these last night.
00:05:36.380 Cooney also instructed colleagues
00:05:37.980 to start looking at some of the process
00:05:40.200 of Ed Henry's LLC,
00:05:42.980 presumably a legal process,
00:05:45.040 with such a subpoena, a search warrant,
00:05:47.520 or other court-authorized actions
00:05:49.620 to gather evidence.
00:05:50.580 Folks, this is what we call a witch hunt.
00:05:53.740 His email was forwarded to eight agents
00:05:56.220 and the Department of Justice staffs,
00:05:58.340 including notoriously anti-Trump FBI special agent
00:06:02.600 Warren Giardino,
00:06:04.880 who responded two years later
00:06:06.740 to say that he was investigating the claims
00:06:09.100 in the Forbes article
00:06:10.060 after Trump and the January 6th choir.
00:06:16.280 Esther and I are working on this today,
00:06:18.280 said Agent Giardino.
00:06:19.660 We're going to put something together.
00:06:21.160 Our findings will be at 2 p.m.
00:06:22.980 and we'll get something back to you.
00:06:24.260 Now, this fellow Giardino was Agent Zero
00:06:27.800 in a lot of the overzealous FBI actions
00:06:30.940 involving President Trump
00:06:32.620 and his allies, such as me.
00:06:34.680 Those include the investigation
00:06:36.120 of Trump-White House advisor
00:06:38.060 David Peter Navarro
00:06:39.960 on contempt of Congress charges
00:06:41.900 for refusing to appear
00:06:43.760 before the House committee
00:06:45.220 investigating the January 6th riot.
00:06:47.700 It was also Giardino's FBI team
00:06:50.500 that arrested Navarro
00:06:51.640 as he was about to board a plane
00:06:53.980 at Reagan National Airport in 2022,
00:06:56.660 putting him in leg irons
00:06:57.800 and throwing him in jail
00:06:59.220 instead of simply issuing a summons
00:07:02.100 for him to come to court
00:07:03.280 as federal judges overseeing his case
00:07:05.820 actually said
00:07:06.880 while criticizing the heavy-handedness
00:07:09.360 of the FBI.
00:07:10.920 Very similar to my situation.
00:07:13.160 I was charged with the first-time
00:07:14.580 nonviolent crime of lying to Congress,
00:07:17.920 even though no misstatement
00:07:19.660 I made to Congress hid any underlying crime.
00:07:23.500 No motive, no crime.
00:07:26.160 We would only learn this, of course,
00:07:27.840 after BuzzFeed sued the Department of Justice
00:07:32.280 and forced them to release
00:07:34.300 the entire unredacted copy
00:07:37.600 of Robert Mueller's final report.
00:07:41.080 In fact, my lawyers were in touch
00:07:43.440 with Special Counsel Mueller's office
00:07:45.460 the day before 29 FBI agents
00:07:48.980 showed up at my house
00:07:50.540 at 6 a.m. in the morning
00:07:52.260 in full SWAT gear,
00:07:55.220 wearing night goggles
00:07:56.440 and brandishing fully automatic
00:07:59.180 M4 assault weapons
00:08:01.160 when all they really had to do
00:08:03.460 was inform my criminal defense attorney
00:08:05.620 that I was going to be charged,
00:08:07.400 in which case
00:08:08.140 I would have simply turned myself in.
00:08:11.680 There is a silver lining.
00:08:13.280 I raised almost $3 million
00:08:15.340 in the 72 hours
00:08:17.260 after CNN
00:08:18.900 just happened to coincidentally
00:08:21.380 be at my home
00:08:23.060 when my wife and I
00:08:24.600 were perp-walked out
00:08:26.060 into the street
00:08:26.920 at 6 o'clock in the morning.
00:08:30.040 Of course, I was arrested
00:08:31.500 at 6.06 a.m.
00:08:33.840 and then at 6.11 a.m.
00:08:36.600 a producer from CNN
00:08:38.400 contacted my lawyer by text
00:08:41.040 and said,
00:08:41.680 your client has been arrested.
00:08:44.060 He didn't even know.
00:08:45.560 And then he said,
00:08:46.720 arrested for what?
00:08:48.260 She responded
00:08:49.260 by sending him a copy
00:08:51.440 in text
00:08:53.440 of my sealed indictment.
00:08:56.240 An indictment
00:08:57.540 that included
00:08:58.180 no time stamps,
00:08:59.600 no court markings,
00:09:01.700 clearly
00:09:02.100 a document
00:09:04.320 that was sealed
00:09:05.160 until 10.30
00:09:06.420 that morning.
00:09:08.400 So how could CNN
00:09:09.540 have possibly gotten
00:09:11.380 a copy of my
00:09:12.700 sealed indictment?
00:09:13.840 Well,
00:09:14.580 that story is told
00:09:15.960 by looking at the
00:09:17.040 metadata tags
00:09:18.320 in my criminal indictment
00:09:20.380 and finding the initials
00:09:21.920 of Andrew Weissman,
00:09:24.080 perhaps the single
00:09:25.020 most corrupt prosecutor
00:09:26.400 in U.S. history
00:09:27.780 and obviously,
00:09:29.060 therefore,
00:09:29.440 the man who leaked
00:09:30.680 the document
00:09:31.500 to CNN
00:09:32.580 who later got
00:09:34.320 an award
00:09:34.960 for being there
00:09:36.520 when I was arrested
00:09:37.640 claiming that
00:09:39.000 their presence
00:09:39.600 was based on
00:09:40.500 a journalistic
00:09:41.800 hunch.
00:09:43.420 Hunch,
00:09:44.320 well,
00:09:45.640 I can't say it
00:09:46.340 because it's
00:09:46.680 a family program.
00:09:48.120 This is an absurdity.
00:09:50.140 So,
00:09:50.640 those who were
00:09:51.460 deeply involved
00:09:52.220 in Operation Crossfire Hurricane,
00:09:54.540 the debunked
00:09:55.340 Russian collusion
00:09:56.040 investigation,
00:09:57.360 those who were
00:09:58.000 involved in the
00:09:58.720 investigations
00:09:59.320 of Trump allies
00:10:00.800 like Dan Scavino
00:10:02.000 and myself
00:10:02.780 as well as
00:10:04.060 the Hillary Clinton's
00:10:05.000 emails erased,
00:10:06.460 these folks
00:10:07.220 now come under
00:10:09.000 the investigation
00:10:10.100 of the Senate committee
00:10:11.740 headed by
00:10:12.900 Chuck Grassley.
00:10:14.980 Whistleblowers
00:10:15.700 have told Grassley
00:10:16.980 that FBI agents
00:10:18.320 like Giardina
00:10:19.240 openly stated
00:10:20.640 their desire
00:10:21.280 to investigate Trump
00:10:22.420 even if it meant
00:10:23.580 a false predication.
00:10:25.580 Again,
00:10:25.920 as I spoke earlier,
00:10:27.440 you have to have
00:10:28.280 a probable cause
00:10:29.720 before you can
00:10:30.720 open an investigation.
00:10:33.060 Making a recording
00:10:34.180 of citing
00:10:36.140 the Pledge of Allegiance
00:10:37.620 while January 6th
00:10:39.320 prisoners
00:10:39.740 record a soundtrack
00:10:41.680 of the national anthem
00:10:44.120 in the background
00:10:45.440 is hardly the predicate
00:10:47.360 one needs
00:10:48.100 to open a criminal
00:10:49.580 investigation.
00:10:51.080 In the meantime,
00:10:51.980 President Donald Trump
00:10:53.300 has called
00:10:54.340 for the appointment
00:10:56.020 of a special counsel
00:10:58.000 to look into
00:10:59.300 the 2020 elections.
00:11:02.580 I think this is
00:11:03.640 one of the best ideas
00:11:05.080 I've heard
00:11:05.760 in some time.
00:11:07.220 It will allow us
00:11:08.220 once and for all
00:11:09.700 to establish
00:11:10.680 what actually happened
00:11:12.160 in 2020.
00:11:13.680 Without making
00:11:14.520 any claims here,
00:11:16.200 I do point out
00:11:17.140 that only last week
00:11:18.940 FBI Director
00:11:20.380 Kash Patel
00:11:21.320 announced that he
00:11:22.420 had turned over
00:11:23.340 to the Senate Judiciary
00:11:26.760 Committee
00:11:27.380 records regarding
00:11:29.460 20,000
00:11:31.380 fake
00:11:32.760 driver's licenses
00:11:34.300 that came into
00:11:35.620 Chicago
00:11:36.260 from China
00:11:38.160 just before
00:11:39.640 the 2020
00:11:40.760 election.
00:11:42.480 That would mean,
00:11:43.840 of course,
00:11:44.260 that Christopher Wray,
00:11:45.780 the FBI Director,
00:11:47.940 lied under oath
00:11:49.360 to Congress
00:11:50.060 when he said
00:11:51.160 that he was
00:11:51.680 completely unaware
00:11:52.800 of any plot
00:11:54.900 by any foreign nation
00:11:56.820 to interfere
00:11:57.720 with the 2020 elections.
00:12:01.120 So I think
00:12:01.700 we need
00:12:02.580 this special prosecutor.
00:12:05.140 I would recommend
00:12:06.260 either Eagle Ed Martin
00:12:08.140 or I think
00:12:08.680 it is Phil Klein
00:12:10.480 who I think
00:12:11.200 is the Attorney General
00:12:13.180 of Kansas,
00:12:14.280 I believe,
00:12:15.160 both of whom
00:12:15.860 have done extraordinary
00:12:16.720 work to uncover
00:12:17.960 whether we had
00:12:20.020 an honest election
00:12:20.980 in 2020
00:12:22.040 or not.
00:12:24.080 It's clearly
00:12:25.200 time for the American
00:12:26.360 people to know
00:12:27.440 the truth.
00:12:28.660 Ultimately,
00:12:29.180 of course,
00:12:29.700 these efforts
00:12:30.280 to set up
00:12:30.920 Donald Trump
00:12:31.500 regarding January 6th
00:12:35.260 failed
00:12:35.700 because he
00:12:36.640 comprehensively
00:12:37.580 won the 2024 election.
00:12:39.820 Smith was forced
00:12:40.900 to drop the January 6th
00:12:42.340 and the Mar-a-Lago
00:12:43.700 cases against him
00:12:45.240 and Trump
00:12:46.500 subsequently
00:12:49.200 fired both Smith
00:12:51.080 and their law firms
00:12:52.660 and I think
00:12:53.900 correctly
00:12:54.500 pardoned
00:12:55.200 every January 6th
00:12:57.740 defendant.
00:12:58.940 Donald Trump
00:12:59.720 is a man
00:13:00.320 who says
00:13:01.060 what he means
00:13:01.860 and means
00:13:03.300 what he says.
00:13:05.420 Meanwhile,
00:13:06.720 I point out
00:13:07.980 yet again
00:13:08.600 that Chelsea
00:13:09.600 Gabbard's
00:13:10.360 comments
00:13:10.980 before the Senate
00:13:11.840 regarding Iran
00:13:13.700 and their process
00:13:15.260 of making
00:13:15.780 the nuclear bomb
00:13:16.780 have been taken
00:13:17.360 out of context
00:13:18.340 so be on the lookout
00:13:19.680 for fake news
00:13:21.000 regarding
00:13:21.640 Tulsi Gabbard.
00:13:23.460 If you're just
00:13:23.940 tuning in,
00:13:24.760 I'm Roger Stone
00:13:25.720 and this is
00:13:26.600 The Stone Zone.
00:13:27.600 We'll be back
00:13:28.380 with more hot
00:13:29.120 political news
00:13:29.960 so whatever you do,
00:13:31.100 please,
00:13:31.800 please,
00:13:32.240 don't touch that dial.

00:13:40.020 This shrimp
00:13:40.760 and coconut sauce
00:13:41.540 is divine.
00:13:42.580 What's your secret?
00:13:43.220 Goya coconut milk.
00:13:44.680 How does it
00:13:45.280 taste so good?
00:13:46.060 It's all in that
00:13:46.700 real coconut flavor
00:13:47.880 and that rich,
00:13:48.960 creamy texture.
00:13:50.140 What about
00:13:50.620 thickeners
00:13:51.180 and added sugars?
00:13:52.380 None.
00:13:53.020 Just smooth,
00:13:54.140 coconut-y goodness.
00:13:55.440 What can I make
00:13:56.140 with it?
00:13:56.560 From curries
00:13:57.260 to sweet treats
00:13:58.080 like coconut flan,
00:13:59.520 the possibilities
00:14:00.400 are endless.
00:14:01.920 Goya coconut milk.
00:14:03.140 Take your cooking
00:14:03.740 to the next level.
00:14:04.760 No question about it.
00:14:05.840 Find it in the Goya
00:14:06.440 section of your
00:14:07.040 local grocery store.
00:14:08.180 If it's Goya,
00:14:08.940 it has to be good.
00:14:11.300 The Stone Zone.

00:14:17.640 And you're back
00:14:18.580 in the Stone Zone.
00:14:19.860 This is the hottest
00:14:20.980 political commentary
00:14:22.220 show on AM radio
00:14:24.480 today,
00:14:25.220 and we're glad
00:14:26.180 to have you
00:14:26.760 in the zone.
00:14:28.280 As I say,
00:14:29.140 Director of National
00:14:29.900 Intelligence,
00:14:30.540 Tulsi Gabbard,
00:14:31.300 is now fired back
00:14:32.580 at CNN
00:14:33.260 and others,
00:14:34.940 saying she and
00:14:35.660 President Trump
00:14:36.260 are on the exact
00:14:37.780 same page
00:14:38.640 when it comes
00:14:39.160 to the question
00:14:39.780 of Iran's
00:14:40.920 nuclear capabilities
00:14:42.160 and their timeline.
00:14:44.500 Gabbard called
00:14:45.420 out the media
00:14:46.140 for taking some
00:14:47.060 of her comments
00:14:47.880 out of context,
00:14:49.300 leaving out her
00:14:50.360 full testimony
00:14:51.380 before Congress.
00:14:53.280 CNN's Caitlin Collins
00:14:54.740 asked Trump
00:14:55.340 aboard Air Force One
00:14:56.500 to respond to remarks
00:14:57.620 made by Gabbard
00:15:00.540 under oath
00:15:01.160 before the House
00:15:02.840 when Gabbard
00:15:04.320 testified in March
00:15:05.260 that the intelligence
00:15:06.000 movement said
00:15:06.560 Iran wasn't
00:15:07.560 building nuclear
00:15:08.460 weapons,
00:15:09.460 Collins claimed.
00:15:10.760 In response,
00:15:11.840 Gabbard fired back
00:15:13.300 on Twitter,
00:15:13.860 saying she and
00:15:14.400 the president
00:15:14.820 were completely
00:15:15.540 aligned in their
00:15:17.140 assessment in March.
00:15:18.840 If you go back
00:15:19.720 and look,
00:15:20.120 you will see that
00:15:20.780 President Trump
00:15:21.460 was saying the
00:15:22.440 exact same thing
00:15:23.360 that Gabbard said
00:15:25.020 in her annual
00:15:26.180 threat assessment
00:15:27.080 back in March.
00:15:28.380 Unfortunately,
00:15:28.980 too many people
00:15:29.680 in the media
00:15:30.140 don't care to read
00:15:31.800 all of what
00:15:32.800 I actually said.
00:15:35.000 Gabbard's statement
00:15:36.120 was certified
00:15:37.060 by the Daily Caller,
00:15:39.280 an independent
00:15:39.820 news outlet
00:15:40.540 that followed up
00:15:41.380 with the office
00:15:42.100 of the Director
00:15:43.280 of National Intelligence.
00:15:45.240 In her March
00:15:46.020 testimony before Congress,
00:15:48.020 Gabbard provided
00:15:48.760 a detailed insight
00:15:50.100 into the intelligence
00:15:51.440 community's assessment
00:15:52.540 of Iranian
00:15:53.920 nuclear threat.
00:15:55.960 In the last year,
00:15:57.260 we've seen an erosion
00:15:58.360 of the Decker's law
00:15:59.900 taboo in Iran
00:16:01.320 of discussing
00:16:02.360 nuclear weapons
00:16:03.240 in public,
00:16:04.200 likely emboldening
00:16:05.580 nuclear weapons
00:16:06.560 advocates within
00:16:07.420 Iran's decision-making
00:16:09.000 apparatus.
00:16:10.080 Here are the key words.
00:16:11.800 Iran's enriched
00:16:13.020 uranium stockpile
00:16:14.560 is at its highest
00:16:16.020 level ever
00:16:16.860 and is unprecedented
00:16:18.360 for a state
00:16:19.240 without nuclear weapons.
00:16:22.360 Gabbard also spoke
00:16:23.520 from Capitol Hill
00:16:24.260 on Tuesday,
00:16:25.600 saying what President
00:16:26.760 Trump is saying
00:16:27.520 is the same thing
00:16:28.160 that I said
00:16:28.800 in my annual threat
00:16:30.600 assessment in March
00:16:31.780 to Congress.
00:16:33.320 Gabbard was in
00:16:34.480 the Situation Room
00:16:35.480 meeting with Trump
00:16:36.320 to discuss the ongoing
00:16:38.100 conflict in the Middle East
00:16:39.520 this past Tuesday.
00:16:41.400 With the Trump
00:16:42.140 administration
00:16:42.800 weighing its next move,
00:16:44.720 Gabbard was in
00:16:45.540 on every meeting
00:16:46.460 at the White House
00:16:47.120 to discuss
00:16:47.800 Middle Eastern options.
00:16:50.200 Media reports
00:16:51.360 to the contrary
00:16:52.220 are false.
00:16:53.140 The first Israeli
00:16:54.580 strikes came
00:16:55.240 just hours
00:16:55.920 after Iran
00:16:56.720 announced plans
00:16:57.660 to build
00:16:58.600 and activate
00:16:59.380 a third
00:17:00.380 nuclear enrichment
00:17:01.740 facility
00:17:02.400 this past Thursday.
00:17:04.360 So Iran's
00:17:04.960 announcements
00:17:05.580 heightened tensions
00:17:06.720 with the United States
00:17:07.620 nuclear watchdog,
00:17:08.820 which earlier
00:17:09.560 that day
00:17:10.100 formally declared
00:17:11.120 Iran in violation
00:17:12.780 of its
00:17:13.280 non-proliferation
00:17:14.440 obligations
00:17:15.380 aimed at preventing
00:17:16.780 the development
00:17:17.780 of nuclear weapons.
00:17:20.580 Again,
00:17:21.060 the stories
00:17:22.740 in the fake news
00:17:24.300 detailing a rift
00:17:26.460 between President
00:17:27.940 Donald Trump
00:17:28.840 and his Director
00:17:30.280 of National Intelligence,
00:17:31.940 Tulsi Gabbard,
00:17:32.840 are completely false.
00:17:34.440 Coming up next,
00:17:35.620 investigative
00:17:36.340 journalist
00:17:38.420 Sam Antar,
00:17:41.000 fraud investigator
00:17:42.360 par excellence,
00:17:44.080 has a shocking
00:17:44.960 news story
00:17:45.980 regarding
00:17:46.660 Attorney General
00:17:48.020 Letitia James.
00:17:49.440 You don't want
00:17:50.160 to miss this, folks.
00:17:51.240 So, please,
00:17:52.080 whatever you do,
00:17:53.180 stay in the zone

00:18:40.840 on the Red Apple
00:18:42.120 Podcast Network.
00:18:43.340 Welcome back.
00:18:46.540 I'm Roger Stone,
00:18:47.780 and we're back
00:18:48.540 in the Stone Zone.
00:18:50.100 Joining me now
00:18:51.180 is Sam E. Antar.
00:18:53.720 He's a former
00:18:54.720 certified public accountant
00:18:56.600 whose career trajectory
00:18:58.500 took a remarkable turn
00:19:00.420 from perpetrator
00:19:01.960 to investigator
00:19:03.060 of financial fraud.
00:19:04.640 You see,
00:19:05.220 Sam was the former
00:19:06.380 chief financial officer
00:19:07.980 of Crazy Eddie.
00:19:09.260 Remember them?
00:19:09.840 a major consumer
00:19:11.500 electronics chain
00:19:12.620 in the northeastern
00:19:13.440 United States
00:19:14.140 during the 1980s.
00:19:15.980 Sam was one
00:19:16.640 of the key figures
00:19:17.740 in one of the decade's
00:19:19.880 largest security
00:19:21.720 fraud schemes.
00:19:23.620 But Sam E. Antar
00:19:25.120 paid his debt
00:19:26.660 to society,
00:19:28.080 and following
00:19:28.640 his criminal conviction
00:19:30.020 after paying the price,
00:19:31.980 he redirected
00:19:32.840 his expertise
00:19:33.560 towards forensic accounting,
00:19:36.200 leveraging his
00:19:37.060 first-hand knowledge
00:19:38.200 of financial fraud
00:19:40.000 to help combat
00:19:41.700 white-collar fraud.
00:19:43.800 His unique perspective
00:19:44.960 and technical expertise
00:19:46.780 have made him
00:19:47.440 an expert advisor
00:19:48.500 to various clients,
00:19:50.700 including law firms,
00:19:52.620 government agencies,
00:19:54.240 law enforcement departments,
00:19:56.100 independent investment
00:19:57.500 research firms,
00:19:58.960 hedge funds,
00:19:59.840 and others.
00:20:00.980 His website,
00:20:02.640 whitecollarfraud.com,
00:20:05.400 is a must-see.
00:20:07.300 Joining me now
00:20:09.020 in the Stone Zone,
00:20:10.240 none other than
00:20:11.420 Sam E. Antar.
00:20:12.340 Sam, welcome
00:20:13.280 into the room.
00:20:13.740 How are you, Roger?
00:20:15.780 Thank you for having me on.
00:20:17.900 I'm delighted to have you
00:20:19.300 because, well,
00:20:20.160 you always break big news
00:20:22.620 and you have new big news.
00:20:25.340 A story you have just broken
00:20:26.820 on your website
00:20:28.440 essentially outlines
00:20:30.760 the fact
00:20:31.640 that Governor
00:20:33.760 Kathy Hochul's
00:20:35.160 husband's law firm
00:20:36.880 Davis Polk
00:20:38.500 had a $325,000
00:20:41.880 dormant contract
00:20:43.780 with the Attorney General's office.
00:20:46.420 It had been dormant
00:20:48.320 for 14 months.
00:20:50.740 Zero dollars paid.
00:20:52.540 Nothing moved.
00:20:53.820 Then suddenly,
00:20:55.320 in January,
00:20:56.980 after Hochul's husband
00:20:58.780 joined the firm,
00:21:00.480 even after the contract
00:21:03.520 had expired
00:21:04.600 or, should I say,
00:21:07.860 401 days after it began
00:21:09.780 and 37 days
00:21:11.640 after it was expired,
00:21:13.540 they suddenly got
00:21:14.740 a $231,000 payment.
00:21:18.600 Now, coincidentally,
00:21:20.640 this appears to have happened
00:21:22.940 contiguous
00:21:23.860 with the Guardian reporting
00:21:26.200 that a federal grand jury
00:21:27.820 is now investigating
00:21:29.680 Attorney General
00:21:30.820 Letitia James
00:21:32.380 for serial mortgage fraud.
00:21:35.580 So, the same day,
00:21:38.380 the Hochul budget passed
00:21:40.000 including a $10 million
00:21:42.900 taxpayer-funded legal shield
00:21:45.560 for state officials
00:21:47.000 under federal investigation.
00:21:50.060 Like with all your reports,
00:21:52.200 Sam,
00:21:52.460 this isn't speculation.
00:21:54.080 It's all documented
00:21:55.440 right there
00:21:56.160 at whitecollarfraud.com.
00:21:59.120 So, lay the story
00:22:00.760 out for us, Sam.
00:22:02.220 Okay.
00:22:03.080 First of all,
00:22:04.380 it's really a story
00:22:06.480 about a financial triangle
00:22:08.420 between Hochul
00:22:09.760 and her husband
00:22:10.740 and Letitia James
00:22:12.520 and the law firm.
00:22:13.820 So, let's start out
00:22:14.880 from the very beginning.
00:22:16.140 Let's go back
00:22:17.060 to February 1st, 2023.
00:22:21.060 Davis Polk
00:22:22.080 signed the contract
00:22:23.400 for $325,000
00:22:27.680 with the New York
00:22:30.000 Attorney General's Office.
00:22:31.500 Now, they've been doing business
00:22:32.620 with other agencies
00:22:33.560 and, in fact,
00:22:34.940 from 2001 to 2024,
00:22:37.720 they received $7 million
00:22:39.100 from other New York City
00:22:41.140 government agencies.
00:22:42.580 But what makes this interesting
00:22:43.960 is that this contract
00:22:45.200 that they signed
00:22:46.260 just lay dormant.
00:22:48.840 And not only that,
00:22:50.880 it was filed
00:22:52.340 and approved
00:22:54.340 over 400 days
00:22:57.820 after the contract began.
00:22:59.940 So, it didn't exist
00:23:01.220 on paper,
00:23:02.620 at least on our paper.
00:23:04.060 In other words,
00:23:04.700 it wasn't visible.
00:23:06.580 So, February 1st,
00:23:08.380 the contract begins.
00:23:10.160 There are no payments
00:23:11.320 for 14 months.
00:23:13.440 Okay?
00:23:14.320 Exactly 11 months later,
00:23:16.900 William Hochul,
00:23:19.100 Kathy Hochul's husband,
00:23:20.840 joins Davis Polk.
00:23:22.940 He gets $950,000
00:23:25.920 in 2024
00:23:27.780 and his employment
00:23:28.900 starts on January 2nd,
00:23:31.160 2024.
00:23:33.400 Okay?
00:23:34.200 On January 31st,
00:23:36.740 2024,
00:23:38.560 the contract
00:23:39.620 with Davis Polk
00:23:40.740 expired.
00:23:41.480 No money,
00:23:42.680 no visible authority
00:23:43.980 for continued payments.
00:23:45.540 It just goes off
00:23:47.020 the radar.
00:23:49.340 Then on March 8th,
00:23:51.260 the expired contract
00:23:53.420 is filed
00:23:55.080 and approved
00:23:55.840 37 days
00:23:57.420 after
00:23:58.100 it expired,
00:24:00.960 which is about
00:24:01.480 400 days
00:24:02.620 after the contract
00:24:03.800 was initiated.
00:24:05.100 What the hell
00:24:05.520 is going on there?
00:24:07.300 Then,
00:24:08.100 on April 30th,
00:24:11.780 2024,
00:24:13.900 the contract
00:24:14.600 is,
00:24:15.720 I'm sorry,
00:24:17.440 between March
00:24:18.380 and April 2024,
00:24:20.200 the contract
00:24:20.940 is extended
00:24:21.840 because William Hochul
00:24:24.500 is now part
00:24:25.480 of the firm.
00:24:27.200 And on April 30th,
00:24:29.200 2004,
00:24:32.140 the,
00:24:33.460 William Hochul's firm
00:24:35.640 gets their first payment,
00:24:37.300 $231,644
00:24:40.160 payable
00:24:41.220 to Davis Polk,
00:24:42.660 his law firm.
00:24:43.880 Okay?
00:24:44.760 Then,
00:24:45.640 okay,
00:24:46.280 let's fast forward.
00:24:47.880 Now they're starting
00:24:49.440 to get payments
00:24:50.160 as soon as
00:24:50.920 William Hochul joins.
00:24:52.640 Now let's fast forward.
00:24:54.720 March,
00:24:55.660 March,
00:24:56.820 March 8th,
00:24:59.700 2025,
00:25:01.160 the Guardian reports
00:25:02.260 as a grand jury
00:25:03.440 and panels
00:25:04.880 in Virginia.
00:25:06.900 Other,
00:25:07.480 other outlets report
00:25:09.100 that there's
00:25:09.800 an FBI investigation
00:25:13.460 out of New York.
00:25:14.700 And on that same day,
00:25:16.120 Hochul goes and provides
00:25:17.660 her with a $10 million
00:25:18.840 defense fund.
00:25:20.340 Now,
00:25:22.000 $425,000,
00:25:24.840 $400,000,
00:25:26.300 $483,000
00:25:27.660 was paid
00:25:28.820 to Hochul's law firm
00:25:30.900 from the,
00:25:31.300 from the,
00:25:32.160 from the New York
00:25:33.080 Attorney General's office,
00:25:35.100 Tish James' office.
00:25:36.300 Before that happened,
00:25:38.080 okay?
00:25:38.420 And it only happened
00:25:39.940 after Hochul's husband
00:25:41.440 joined the firm.
00:25:43.100 So what you have here
00:25:44.460 is a financial
00:25:45.320 quid pro quo,
00:25:46.740 a protection network,
00:25:48.300 a triangle protection network
00:25:50.160 between Hochul,
00:25:54.480 Tish James,
00:25:55.160 and the husband's law firm.
00:25:56.640 So,
00:25:58.560 Sam,
00:25:58.800 let me ask what I think
00:26:00.140 that should be
00:26:00.720 an obvious question.
00:26:02.000 The allegations
00:26:02.760 against Attorney General
00:26:05.040 Letitia James,
00:26:06.680 which today are just
00:26:07.780 the allegations,
00:26:08.880 serious allegations,
00:26:10.120 documented allegations,
00:26:11.240 but the allegations
00:26:12.160 all involve
00:26:13.920 her private conduct
00:26:15.460 as a citizen.
00:26:16.420 They involve
00:26:17.020 her personal
00:26:18.280 mortgages
00:26:19.880 and what appears
00:26:20.760 to me to be
00:26:21.360 a 22-year record
00:26:23.300 of serial
00:26:24.600 mortgage fraud.
00:26:26.840 Why should
00:26:27.600 the New York
00:26:28.240 taxpayers
00:26:29.040 pick up the tab
00:26:30.340 for her legal defense?
00:26:32.060 These are not
00:26:33.040 investigations
00:26:34.400 into her
00:26:35.300 official actions
00:26:36.860 as Attorney General,
00:26:39.360 but investigations
00:26:40.460 into her
00:26:41.320 personal conduct.
00:26:43.520 Why should
00:26:43.960 taxpayers be
00:26:44.740 picking up the tab?
00:26:46.400 I agree with you.
00:26:47.620 That's exactly right.
00:26:48.860 I could understand
00:26:49.780 if she sued
00:26:50.940 as part of her job,
00:26:52.500 as part of her duties
00:26:53.640 as the Attorney General.
00:26:55.120 But this mortgage fraud
00:26:56.880 predates her duties
00:26:59.840 as an Attorney General
00:27:00.900 and still has nothing
00:27:02.220 to do with it
00:27:02.980 as it occurred
00:27:03.700 when she was
00:27:04.520 Attorney General.
00:27:05.720 Not only that,
00:27:07.120 but this mortgage fraud
00:27:08.500 predates
00:27:09.300 when Trump
00:27:10.100 became a Republican.
00:27:11.600 He was a Democrat
00:27:12.480 at the time.
00:27:13.420 So you can't argue that.
00:27:16.200 Trump didn't put
00:27:17.420 pencil to paper.
00:27:18.820 MAGA didn't put
00:27:19.700 pencil to paper.
00:27:20.460 You didn't put
00:27:21.480 pencil to paper.
00:27:22.420 Me, a Democrat,
00:27:23.240 I didn't put
00:27:23.740 pencil to paper.
00:27:24.860 All we did was
00:27:25.620 look at her documents
00:27:26.820 and it reveals
00:27:27.920 a fraud.
00:27:28.840 And on top of that,
00:27:29.800 you've got New York
00:27:30.440 state taxpayers
00:27:31.440 footing the bill
00:27:32.240 for something
00:27:32.680 that doesn't have
00:27:33.620 to do with her job.
00:27:34.800 And the coincidence
00:27:35.640 is that $10 million
00:27:37.280 comes after
00:27:39.160 Hoekhul's
00:27:40.480 husband's law firm
00:27:41.620 receives
00:27:42.300 $483,000.
00:27:44.160 You know,
00:27:46.620 I wasn't born
00:27:48.280 yesterday.
00:27:48.960 It smells.
00:27:49.760 Go ahead.
00:27:50.120 I'm sorry.
00:27:51.320 I didn't mean
00:27:52.080 to cut you off.
00:27:52.720 Sam,
00:27:53.080 the thing that's
00:27:53.880 interesting here,
00:27:54.620 of course,
00:27:55.060 is that
00:27:55.740 Letitia James'
00:27:57.320 defense
00:27:57.940 on all these matters
00:27:59.060 is that this is
00:28:00.120 retribution
00:28:00.820 or revenge
00:28:01.720 by Donald Trump.
00:28:04.320 As I recall,
00:28:05.960 you are not only
00:28:06.880 not a Republican,
00:28:07.940 you're not a Trump
00:28:08.580 supporter.
00:28:09.800 No,
00:28:10.160 I don't even like,
00:28:10.900 I don't even,
00:28:11.580 personally,
00:28:12.220 I don't even like him.
00:28:13.820 There you go.
00:28:15.160 So this idea
00:28:16.020 that you are
00:28:16.800 somehow an agent
00:28:18.320 for the revenge
00:28:20.120 of Donald Trump
00:28:20.840 is pretty laughable.
00:28:23.480 Interestingly enough,
00:28:24.560 the Federal Housing
00:28:25.480 Finance Administration,
00:28:27.660 which has
00:28:28.400 specific authority
00:28:29.660 to regulate
00:28:31.540 mortgages
00:28:32.220 and to
00:28:32.920 search
00:28:33.740 for mortgage
00:28:34.980 fraud,
00:28:36.080 reviewed
00:28:36.780 all of the
00:28:37.900 allegations
00:28:38.500 that you first
00:28:39.480 raised publicly
00:28:40.540 and after
00:28:42.300 their lawyers
00:28:43.240 reviewed them,
00:28:45.480 sent a formal
00:28:46.980 letter
00:28:49.000 over to
00:28:50.440 the Department
00:28:50.980 of Justice,
00:28:51.720 which is essentially
00:28:52.920 a referral
00:28:54.780 for criminal action.
00:28:57.380 Now,
00:28:57.840 some have argued
00:28:59.120 that although
00:29:00.920 it is undisputed
00:29:02.540 that
00:29:03.880 the Attorney General,
00:29:06.500 Letitia James,
00:29:07.420 lied on these
00:29:09.260 sworn forms,
00:29:11.400 signing 12
00:29:12.280 different places,
00:29:13.400 by the way,
00:29:14.400 so saying it was
00:29:15.040 a typo is not
00:29:16.000 going to fly,
00:29:17.300 saying when she
00:29:18.320 applied for a
00:29:19.120 mortgage in
00:29:20.280 Brooklyn,
00:29:21.520 that she,
00:29:22.580 pardon me,
00:29:22.900 in Virginia,
00:29:23.760 that she
00:29:24.340 and her
00:29:25.740 daughter
00:29:26.420 would inhabit
00:29:28.160 the home
00:29:30.340 in which they
00:29:31.060 were borrowing
00:29:31.900 to get a
00:29:32.900 mortgage,
00:29:33.920 when obviously
00:29:35.280 she cannot
00:29:36.280 be a resident
00:29:37.120 of Virginia
00:29:37.920 and still
00:29:39.160 legally serve
00:29:40.620 as the
00:29:41.480 Attorney General
00:29:42.340 of the
00:29:43.120 State of
00:29:44.140 New York.
00:29:44.740 But some
00:29:45.560 people have
00:29:46.120 said,
00:29:46.520 well,
00:29:47.160 she may
00:29:47.720 have lied,
00:29:49.160 but since
00:29:49.680 there was no
00:29:50.280 advantage to
00:29:51.240 her,
00:29:52.260 there is no
00:29:52.980 crime.
00:29:53.640 How would
00:29:54.020 you address
00:29:54.460 that?
00:29:55.720 U.S.
00:29:56.480 U.S.
00:29:57.220 Code,
00:29:57.600 I think it's
00:29:58.100 101.4.
00:29:59.220 I might
00:29:59.580 have gotten
00:30:00.080 the last
00:30:00.900 two numbers
00:30:01.440 wrong.
00:30:02.380 But under
00:30:03.540 the U.S.
00:30:05.020 Code and
00:30:05.760 also under
00:30:06.540 Supreme Court
00:30:07.360 cases,
00:30:07.840 you don't
00:30:08.240 even have
00:30:08.760 to prove
00:30:09.500 that the
00:30:10.080 lender relied
00:30:10.940 upon it
00:30:11.640 or used
00:30:12.580 it.
00:30:12.980 All you
00:30:13.480 have to
00:30:13.880 show that
00:30:14.520 there was
00:30:14.900 an intent
00:30:15.460 to influence
00:30:16.580 the lender,
00:30:17.520 which is
00:30:18.020 squarely
00:30:18.980 there.
00:30:20.560 Okay?
00:30:21.160 Another thing
00:30:22.000 is,
00:30:22.700 so therefore,
00:30:24.260 if the lender
00:30:24.780 does not even
00:30:25.640 use the
00:30:26.240 information or
00:30:27.040 rely on it,
00:30:28.140 a federal
00:30:28.780 crime was
00:30:29.520 committed when
00:30:30.220 she signed
00:30:30.920 that document
00:30:31.700 and turned
00:30:32.260 it over to
00:30:32.820 the mortgage
00:30:33.280 company.
00:30:34.040 And that
00:30:34.520 document,
00:30:35.440 which I don't
00:30:36.000 think she
00:30:36.360 counted on
00:30:37.220 being recorded,
00:30:38.520 was recorded
00:30:39.360 with the
00:30:40.520 mortgage.
00:30:41.140 It's a
00:30:41.600 public record.
00:30:44.100 So I don't
00:30:44.780 buy that
00:30:45.800 standard,
00:30:46.680 well,
00:30:47.200 no harm,
00:30:47.960 no foul,
00:30:48.900 that BS.
00:30:50.080 First of all,
00:30:50.560 we don't know
00:30:51.120 if there was
00:30:51.520 any harm or
00:30:52.160 foul.
00:30:52.800 Second of all,
00:30:53.660 even if there
00:30:54.280 was no harm
00:30:55.080 or foul,
00:30:55.820 she committed
00:30:56.420 a federal
00:30:57.040 crime by
00:30:58.160 relying on
00:30:59.140 that document.
00:31:00.600 Now,
00:31:01.260 it's not just
00:31:02.040 that one
00:31:02.640 off thing,
00:31:03.640 okay?
00:31:04.100 You're talking
00:31:04.780 about a history
00:31:05.880 of false
00:31:07.040 financial disclosures.
00:31:09.080 It's not like,
00:31:09.820 oh,
00:31:10.020 I made one
00:31:10.560 mistake.
00:31:10.980 Okay,
00:31:11.400 I get it.
00:31:11.880 Sometimes people
00:31:12.580 make mistakes,
00:31:13.320 okay?
00:31:13.740 But this is not
00:31:14.680 a mistake,
00:31:15.540 okay?
00:31:15.960 This was witnessed
00:31:16.820 by two people
00:31:17.920 in her office.
00:31:18.940 This is the
00:31:19.420 Attorney General
00:31:20.500 of the State
00:31:21.280 of New York
00:31:21.840 signing a
00:31:22.620 sworn document,
00:31:23.580 and it says
00:31:24.620 in caps
00:31:25.320 that she
00:31:26.080 intended to
00:31:27.500 make it
00:31:27.900 her primary
00:31:28.560 residence.
00:31:30.260 And this was
00:31:30.860 done about
00:31:31.720 30 or 40
00:31:32.540 days before
00:31:33.260 the Trump
00:31:33.760 trial.
00:31:35.160 The ultimate
00:31:36.040 hypocrisy.
00:31:38.140 Well,
00:31:38.680 plus,
00:31:39.020 in many cases,
00:31:40.360 she borrows
00:31:41.780 substantially more
00:31:42.960 in mortgages
00:31:43.780 than the value
00:31:44.740 of the property.
00:31:45.680 So,
00:31:46.260 is she not
00:31:47.100 inflating the
00:31:48.420 value of her
00:31:50.040 assets?
00:31:50.400 It's exactly
00:31:50.920 what,
00:31:51.400 ironically,
00:31:52.480 she accused
00:31:53.440 Donald Trump
00:31:54.240 of doing
00:31:54.880 in a bogus
00:31:57.520 case in New
00:31:58.260 York under
00:31:58.940 a law in
00:31:59.440 which no one
00:32:00.320 has ever
00:32:00.980 been prosecuted?
00:32:02.600 Okay,
00:32:03.080 I'm sorry to
00:32:03.680 interrupt you.
00:32:03.960 It's entirely
00:32:04.580 possible.
00:32:05.240 Let me explain.
00:32:06.040 She has another
00:32:06.680 property in
00:32:07.440 Virginia on
00:32:08.180 Peroni Avenue,
00:32:09.220 okay?
00:32:10.120 She states
00:32:11.240 that the value
00:32:12.220 is between
00:32:13.040 $100,000 to
00:32:13.940 $150,000.
00:32:15.920 That's her.
00:32:17.080 Not me,
00:32:17.800 not you,
00:32:18.760 not anybody
00:32:19.360 else,
00:32:20.140 her.
00:32:20.400 Now,
00:32:21.720 she has
00:32:22.400 a $108,000
00:32:23.940 mortgage that
00:32:25.000 wasn't disclosed
00:32:26.240 in her financial
00:32:27.060 disclosures,
00:32:27.880 so now we
00:32:28.480 have $108,000.
00:32:30.340 Let's leave
00:32:30.880 out the
00:32:31.220 question of
00:32:31.720 why she
00:32:32.180 omitted it
00:32:32.720 from her
00:32:33.040 financial
00:32:33.500 disclosures.
00:32:34.660 Then there
00:32:35.220 are two
00:32:35.560 other mortgages
00:32:36.420 that are
00:32:36.960 in her
00:32:37.880 financial
00:32:38.420 disclosures
00:32:39.140 but are
00:32:39.760 not in
00:32:40.220 the property
00:32:40.740 record.
00:32:41.160 You want
00:32:41.380 to call
00:32:41.680 them
00:32:41.820 phantom
00:32:42.260 mortgages,
00:32:43.020 unrecorded
00:32:43.660 mortgages,
00:32:44.160 exception.
00:32:44.920 When you
00:32:45.340 add up
00:32:45.920 the two
00:32:46.380 phantom
00:32:46.880 mortgages
00:32:47.600 and the
00:32:48.680 mortgage that
00:32:49.280 she didn't
00:32:49.700 show in
00:32:50.140 the financial
00:32:50.760 disclosures,
00:32:51.740 it comes
00:32:52.220 out to
00:32:52.600 roughly $500,000
00:32:54.340 on the
00:32:55.000 property that
00:32:55.740 she claims
00:32:56.460 was worth
00:32:57.360 between $100,000
00:32:58.460 to $150,000.
00:33:00.540 That in of
00:33:01.480 itself is a
00:33:02.500 lie, mail
00:33:03.240 fraud,
00:33:04.140 with her
00:33:06.080 filings with
00:33:06.940 New York
00:33:07.340 State.
00:33:08.400 Secondary,
00:33:09.300 did she
00:33:09.700 file,
00:33:10.920 when she
00:33:11.280 applied for
00:33:11.840 the mortgage,
00:33:12.360 did she have
00:33:12.820 an appraisal
00:33:13.560 that differed
00:33:14.340 from the
00:33:14.700 amount that
00:33:15.700 she told
00:33:16.160 New York
00:33:16.640 State.
00:33:17.280 Then you
00:33:17.620 got another
00:33:18.200 possible crime
00:33:19.160 being committed.
00:33:20.220 So what's
00:33:20.960 going on is
00:33:21.620 that the
00:33:21.920 feds have
00:33:22.420 to gather
00:33:22.900 all of
00:33:23.300 this evidence,
00:33:24.360 piece it
00:33:24.780 together,
00:33:25.860 and present
00:33:26.880 the case.
00:33:27.540 Now, I
00:33:28.160 believe they
00:33:28.660 have a case
00:33:29.280 already.
00:33:30.060 I believe that
00:33:30.600 they should
00:33:31.040 have indicted
00:33:31.600 already, but I
00:33:32.380 understand that
00:33:33.500 white-collar
00:33:34.080 cases take
00:33:34.900 time.
00:33:35.640 But I'm
00:33:36.000 telling you
00:33:36.460 now, and I'm
00:33:37.000 telling the
00:33:37.520 feds if they're
00:33:38.120 listening, I'm
00:33:39.080 watching, and if
00:33:39.860 you F up this
00:33:40.720 case, you're
00:33:41.820 going to be held
00:33:42.340 accountable.
00:33:43.880 Well, there is
00:33:44.700 no question that
00:33:45.680 other people have
00:33:46.520 been prosecuted for
00:33:47.620 the exact same
00:33:48.600 thing, and I
00:33:49.340 think it was
00:33:50.060 Letitia James
00:33:51.840 who said, no
00:33:53.680 one is above
00:33:55.020 the law.
00:33:56.840 Another story
00:33:58.240 broke two
00:33:59.160 days ago at
00:34:00.020 Art Voice, an
00:34:00.800 upstate
00:34:01.240 newspaper, that
00:34:02.380 claims that a
00:34:03.020 woman named
00:34:03.580 Angel Du
00:34:04.520 Bois claims
00:34:05.880 that Letitia
00:34:06.980 James covered
00:34:08.500 up a sexual
00:34:09.760 harassment, and
00:34:12.140 in fact, a
00:34:12.720 sexual assault
00:34:13.800 against her by
00:34:15.660 James, chief of
00:34:17.320 that staff,
00:34:18.780 Ibrahim Kahn.
00:34:20.660 There's already
00:34:21.320 another lawsuit by
00:34:22.960 another woman who
00:34:24.220 worked in that
00:34:25.040 office claiming
00:34:26.260 the same thing.
00:34:28.180 So I think you
00:34:28.780 can hear a lot
00:34:29.540 more about both
00:34:31.080 of those stories.
00:34:33.420 If you're just
00:34:34.480 tuning in, this is
00:34:35.720 The Stone Zone.
00:34:36.660 I'm Roger Stone.
00:34:37.820 We're talking to
00:34:38.860 Sam Antar, and
00:34:40.620 we're breaking
00:34:41.320 news right here
00:34:42.580 in The Zone.
00:34:43.340 So whatever you
00:34:44.100 do, please don't
00:34:45.460 touch that dial.
00:34:47.300 The Stone Zone
00:34:48.720 on the Red Apple
00:34:50.000 Podcast Network.
00:34:54.140 The Stone Zone,
00:34:55.920 entertaining and
00:34:57.160 informative.
00:34:58.060 On the Red Apple
00:34:58.840 Podcast Network.
00:34:59.960 And we're back
00:35:01.440 with one of the
00:35:02.060 most interesting
00:35:02.760 guests I've ever
00:35:03.840 had.
00:35:04.420 Sam Antar was a
00:35:06.400 certified public
00:35:07.540 accountant who was
00:35:08.860 later convicted in
00:35:10.980 one of the largest
00:35:11.900 security fraud schemes
00:35:13.540 in American history,
00:35:15.320 the Crazy Eddie
00:35:16.720 scandal.
00:35:17.480 Remember them?
00:35:18.020 They were a major
00:35:19.340 consumer electronics
00:35:20.560 chain in the
00:35:21.320 northeastern United
00:35:22.100 States.
00:35:22.820 They were very hot
00:35:23.580 in the 1980s until
00:35:24.960 they crashed.
00:35:26.200 Sam Antar was
00:35:28.320 convicted but paid
00:35:30.240 his debt to
00:35:31.060 society and upon
00:35:32.960 finishing his
00:35:34.920 sentence, redirected
00:35:36.780 his expertise
00:35:37.540 towards forensic
00:35:38.600 accounting, leveraging
00:35:40.080 his first-hand
00:35:41.000 knowledge of
00:35:41.640 criminal fraud to
00:35:42.960 help combat white
00:35:44.380 collar fraud.
00:35:45.500 He's kind of made a
00:35:46.300 specialty at looking
00:35:47.280 at our political
00:35:48.300 leaders, and
00:35:49.680 there's plenty of
00:35:51.140 fraud to find.
00:35:52.700 He broke an
00:35:54.320 amazing story, as
00:35:55.600 we just outlined, in
00:35:57.460 which the law firm
00:35:58.560 that Governor
00:36:00.060 Hochul's husband
00:36:01.020 belongs to suddenly
00:36:02.920 got huge payments
00:36:04.500 concurrent with a
00:36:06.780 federal investigation
00:36:08.380 announced into
00:36:09.800 Attorney General
00:36:11.080 Letitia James and
00:36:13.800 a $10 million
00:36:15.520 taxpayer-funded
00:36:18.320 bailout, I should
00:36:20.640 say, to pay for
00:36:22.100 Letitia James'
00:36:23.760 legal defense, even
00:36:24.780 though the
00:36:25.560 investigation is
00:36:26.980 not into James'
00:36:28.140 official duties or
00:36:29.720 any act she took as
00:36:30.840 Attorney General, but
00:36:32.160 her personal
00:36:33.180 conduct.
00:36:34.240 Sam, here is my
00:36:35.220 question.
00:36:35.880 New York state law is
00:36:36.840 pretty tight when it
00:36:38.220 comes to disclosure.
00:36:40.500 We've got about two
00:36:41.160 and a half minutes
00:36:41.800 left here, a little
00:36:42.400 less.
00:36:43.320 Isn't Letitia James
00:36:44.520 required to disclose
00:36:46.540 all of these things to
00:36:47.820 the state of New York,
00:36:48.740 and how has she done
00:36:49.880 on that score?
00:36:50.740 Well, on her
00:36:53.100 property, she's
00:36:54.240 made numerous
00:36:55.720 significant omissions.
00:36:58.620 For example, on her
00:36:59.920 Brooklyn property, there
00:37:01.760 is a mortgage that she
00:37:02.920 lists on her
00:37:04.200 on the financial
00:37:06.300 statement.
00:37:06.900 It cannot be found in
00:37:08.060 the property records.
00:37:09.620 There are mortgages that
00:37:10.880 are in the property
00:37:12.700 records but cannot be
00:37:13.900 found in her
00:37:16.020 disclosures.
00:37:16.660 And this goes on and
00:37:18.060 on and on with the
00:37:19.340 other properties that
00:37:20.640 she's listed.
00:37:21.540 The Peroni Avenue
00:37:22.940 thing that we just
00:37:23.820 spoke about, $500,000
00:37:25.560 in loans, $100,000 to
00:37:27.240 $150,000 state of
00:37:28.600 value.
00:37:29.420 One mortgage there is
00:37:30.660 not listed that she
00:37:32.160 had on the property
00:37:33.460 and two other
00:37:34.000 mortgages can't be
00:37:35.520 found in the property
00:37:36.500 disclosures, those
00:37:37.480 phantom mortgages.
00:37:38.840 On the other
00:37:39.420 properties, Sterling
00:37:40.440 Street property is
00:37:41.380 completely absent from
00:37:42.720 our financial
00:37:43.300 disclosures to New
00:37:44.460 York State.
00:37:45.060 So what you have
00:37:46.260 here is not just
00:37:47.220 mortgage fraud, you
00:37:48.700 have here is a lady
00:37:50.020 that's just a serial
00:37:51.400 lawyer.
00:37:52.920 Whatever she puts
00:37:54.880 pen to paper, none
00:37:56.460 of the information
00:37:57.320 can be trusted.
00:37:59.120 Because significant
00:38:00.480 omissions, significant
00:38:02.080 gaps, that needs to
00:38:04.260 be looked at with
00:38:06.180 somebody with subpoena
00:38:07.180 power that I don't
00:38:08.280 have.
00:38:08.980 All right.
00:38:09.920 We have to leave it
00:38:10.800 there.
00:38:11.240 I want to reiterate our
00:38:12.300 invitation to Attorney
00:38:13.420 General Letitia James.
00:38:14.560 You're welcome to
00:38:15.260 come into the
00:38:16.300 Stone Zone at any
00:38:17.860 time to make your
00:38:20.480 case and defend
00:38:21.220 yourself against any
00:38:22.780 of these newsworthy
00:38:24.300 allegations.
00:38:25.460 Let me thank my

00:38:28.340 joining us today in the
