00:00:00.000 The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:06.140 Welcome. You are entering the Stone Zone.

00:00:09.580 Incredibly, the Department of Justice and the FBI have announced that the deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein

00:00:18.660 never engaged in child sex trafficking, had no client list of associates who he was blackmailing

00:00:27.820 or providing services for, and that no evidence exists that Epstein killed himself.

00:00:34.740 I find this shocking in view of the fact that on July 8th, 2019, in the Southern District of New York,

00:00:41.980 Epstein was charged with sex trafficking conspiracy, specifically accused of conspiring to commit sex trafficking of minors.

00:00:50.120 The government said the conspiracy allegedly began in at least 2002 and continued through at least 2005,

00:00:58.780 and he was accused of working with others, including employees, to recruit, groom, and traffic underage girls for sex acts.

00:01:09.320 He was also charged with sex trafficking of minors.

00:01:13.220 In this case, he was charged with sex trafficking of minors for allegedly coercing underage to engage in sex acts.

00:01:21.980 The indictment details that dozens of minor victims, some as young as 14 years old,

00:01:28.400 were abused at Epstein's home in Manhattan and Palm Beach.

00:01:33.340 He allegedly paid the girls for sex and often encouraged them to bring other underage girls, creating a cycle of recruitment.

00:01:42.980 Key details from his New York indictment, the charges carried a maximum sentence of 45 years if convicted on both counts.

00:01:53.900 So, if he was accused of sex trafficking, trafficking to whom?

00:02:00.760 Now, the feds also released hours of alleged footage outside of Epstein's jail cell

00:02:06.540 that supposedly shows that nobody suspicious was near the cell before Epstein killed himself.

00:02:13.620 Previously, this camera footage was widely reported to have been damaged and inaccessible.

00:02:19.800 I watched the video four times.

00:02:22.340 It didn't really show me anything at all.

00:02:24.500 We do know that the respected pathologist Michael Baden, the longtime New York medical examiner, examined Epstein's body

00:02:34.480 and said that the injuries he sustained were not consistent with him hanging himself,

00:02:40.920 that there were four broken bones in his neck that were inconsistent with hanging.

00:02:46.780 Baden pointed out that he himself had performed autopsies in over 1,000 hanging cases.

00:02:53.280 And, of course, the criminal defense attorney, David Schoen, was right here in the Stone Zone only weeks ago

00:03:00.520 saying that he agreed to represent Epstein in his upcoming trial on the Thursday before the Saturday that Epstein died

00:03:11.560 and that they had agreed on a very substantial retainer.

00:03:16.520 So, it is very hard now to square what we have been told with what we already know.

00:03:22.640 Now, the announcements from the FBI and the DOJ seem to directly contradict a statement made by Attorney General Pam Bondi.

00:03:30.500 Bondi told Fox News earlier this year that the Epstein client list had been sitting on her desk waiting for review

00:03:37.260 as part of a directive of President Trump.

00:03:40.800 Now, that list supposedly does not exist.

00:03:44.400 How very odd, to put it mildly.

00:03:46.780 Interestingly enough, the website Gateway Pundit made a motion in court to unseal the Epstein client list

00:03:57.380 and that legal action suggests that the list does exist.

00:04:03.060 In July of 2022, the Gateway Pundit's attorneys filed a motion to intervene in the lawsuit of Giuffre v. Maxwell.

00:04:14.840 Virginia Giuffre, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, was suing Ghislaine Maxwell, who was essentially Epstein's pimp,

00:04:23.880 demanding that the court unseal all records to identify Epstein's elite pedophile network.

00:04:30.900 Then, one month after that legal action was filed, a mysterious John Doe appeared to file an objection to the release of the list.

00:04:42.200 The court sided with this anonymous plaintiff, and the Epstein list remained sealed and suppressed as a result.

00:04:51.140 Now, almost three years later, we're being told the list never existed.

00:04:54.940 Well, if the list never existed, why did a judge rule that it should not be unsealed?

00:05:00.740 I was one of the first people in the country to report on the Epstein case.

00:05:04.700 In my book, The Clinton's War on Women, which I published in 2015, the longest chapter in the book is about Jeffrey Epstein,

00:05:14.280 and it details not only the many of the elites who visited his island.

00:05:20.140 I'm sorry, but the Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell was not visiting Epstein's island for the weather,

00:05:28.040 nor was former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, nor was former President Bill Clinton.

00:05:37.020 In February, a group of pro-Trump social media influencers received binders that said Epstein files phase one

00:05:45.540 and posed for photos outside the White House.

00:05:48.080 Ultimately, those binders contained little, if any, information that had already not been made public.

00:05:55.300 In fact, everything in those binders was reported in my book in 2015.

00:06:01.460 It's extremely difficult to believe that there is no more pertinent information about the Epstein case

00:06:07.160 that needs to be released to the public.

00:06:09.300 This reeks of the same kind of deep state cover-up that President Trump was elected to thwart.

00:06:17.460 I have a very high regard for FBI Director Cash Patel and FBI Director, Deputy Director Dan Bongino,

00:06:23.940 but I believe that Patel is telling the truth when he says that they have no evidence.

00:06:30.340 That's because I believe that the DVDs and the hard drives that we can physically see with our own eyes

00:06:40.000 being removed from Jeffrey Epstein's Manhattan residence, the single most expensive single family residence in Manhattan, by the way,

00:06:50.680 his ranch in New Mexico, his exclusive island in the Caribbean, and from his Paris apartment, have disappeared.

00:07:03.460 They disappeared because they were destroyed.

00:07:06.500 They were destroyed by the previous regime of the FBI.

00:07:10.480 That would be Christopher Wray.

00:07:11.900 They were destroyed because Epstein was catering to an elite of extremely powerful people.

00:07:20.680 And now what we have is a cover-up.

00:07:24.640 I'm calling on the Attorney General, Pam Bondi, to square her comments that the material was on her desk

00:07:32.020 with what the FBI and the government have announced today.

00:07:38.980 Meanwhile, the Democrats are revealing their mid-team strategy after the passage of the Big Beautiful Bill.

00:07:45.740 The Democrats are very clear their strategy centers around scaremongering about Medicaid and the loss of health care.

00:07:55.700 Because of the more conservative provisions in the Big Beautiful Bill resulted in a tightening of work restrictions,

00:08:01.920 i.e., deadbeats, will no longer be subsidized by the taxpayers.

00:08:06.460 And due to the explicit banning of payments to illegal immigrants who have been illegally and improperly receiving Medicaid,

00:08:15.880 the Democrats are creating a narrative that evil Republicans are gutting health care for the poor to give tax cuts to the rich.

00:08:25.520 It's baloney.

00:08:26.680 A story published in The Hill this morning titled Medicaid Cuts Could Define Midterms gives away part of the Democrats' plot.

00:08:35.520 Democrats are creating this false narrative that Republicans are playing political games with American lives.

00:08:42.380 These, of course, are the same people who said that the Big Beautiful Bill did not eliminate the taxes on Social Security,

00:08:49.540 when, in fact, it does eliminate the taxes on Social Security for 88% of those currently receiving Social Security benefits.

00:09:00.320 This is the same tactic Democrats use every two or four years.

00:09:06.060 The other part of the Democrat strategy is also clear.

00:09:09.820 It would be the rise of a new third party, the so-called America Party, which, frankly, would serve only to divide the more conservative voters

00:09:22.840 and could be the only path that allows the Marxist Democrats to return to power.

00:09:28.640 Now, I have a high regard and a great deal of respect for Elon Musk because what he has done for free speech

00:09:36.460 and for having the courage after he bought Twitter and turned it into X to release all the documentation

00:09:45.060 that proves that Twitter executives were working hand in glove with government officials in the intelligence agencies

00:09:54.660 to censor free speech and that anyone who talked about the legitimacy or the integrity of the 2020 election,

00:10:04.180 anyone who talked about the efficiency, effectiveness and safety of the COVID-19 vaccination,

00:10:11.580 or anyone who questioned whether Hunter Biden's laptop contents, which detailed massive corruption,

00:10:19.900 was real, would be censored, would be shut down, would be deplatformed.

00:10:27.980 I know I was one of the earliest people deplatformed by this regime.

00:10:33.200 I also respect what Elon Musk has done in terms of uncovering, not millions, not billions,

00:10:40.500 but trillions of dollars of waste, fraud and abuse in federal spending.

00:10:47.060 But I've seen this movie before.

00:10:51.700 It is the Reform Party of Ross Perot, another billionaire who cost Republicans the White House

00:10:58.040 and allowed Bill Clinton, a minority president, to be elected.

00:11:03.500 In fact, Bill Clinton never got a majority of the vote in either of the two elections he ran in

00:11:08.500 because of the activities and candidacy of Ross Perot as the Reform Party candidate.

00:11:16.160 Frankly, I would prefer to see Elon Musk go into the Republican primaries

00:11:23.880 and support conservative challengers to the RINOs,

00:11:29.640 far too many of whom are currently in the Republican caucuses,

00:11:35.000 and to a great extent, I think, tying President Donald Trump's hands in terms of greater reform.

00:11:41.800 The only thing a new party can do is split the votes of sane people and hand power back to the Democrats.

00:11:52.260 We're talking about people like AOC, people like Zoran Mamdami, the new face of their party,

00:11:59.440 people like Bernie Sanders, that old blowhard.

00:12:02.780 He's still around. 0.94

00:12:04.240 Bernie used to criticize millionaires and billionaires.

00:12:07.740 Now he just criticizes millionaires.

00:12:10.460 That's because Bernie and his wife skimmed millions of dollars in media placement fees 1.00

00:12:17.000 from Bernie's two presidential campaigns.

00:12:19.560 Now, while that is not illegal, it is also not ever disclosed to Bernie's donors.

00:12:26.540 See, Bernie likes socialism for thee, but not for Comrade Bernie.

00:12:31.240 That's why he's driving a top-of-the-line Mercedes and now has three vacation homes.

00:12:37.300 He is a socialist who believes in capitalism and free enterprise for himself and his wife.

00:12:45.840 This Medicaid fugazi that they're going to try is obviously a clear part of the strategy. 0.99

00:12:54.080 Washington State Democrat Congresswoman Suzanne DelBene, who chairs the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee,

00:13:02.120 said, let's be clear, vulnerable Republicans have admitted time and time again

00:13:06.320 that they know their bill would obliterate access to health care, raise costs, cut jobs, threaten rural hospitals,

00:13:14.280 and lead to families going hungry, but they voted to pass it anyway.

00:13:18.240 Let's see, that's one, two, three, four, five lies in one sentence.

00:13:24.200 Pretty good.

00:13:25.320 This is a familiar narrative, but one that can be effective.

00:13:28.580 Republicans are not vigilant.

00:13:30.560 A strong majority of Americans support work requirements for Medicaid recipients,

00:13:35.880 and an overwhelming majority of Americans support removing access to Medicaid payments for illegal immigrants.

00:13:43.280 But if the public is deluged with gut-wrenching and fabricated stories from Democrats,

00:13:49.760 they might be swayed to vote against their own best interests.

00:13:53.420 Republicans must be ready, in my opinion, not only to counter that message,

00:13:58.340 but they must also go on the offense and hit Democrats where it hurts.

00:14:02.580 The Republicans should remember one of my rules.

00:14:04.880 You can find it in my book, Stone's Rules.

00:14:07.100 Attack, attack, attack.

00:14:09.420 Never defend.

00:14:10.420 Again, Republicans cannot be weak and let the Democrats put them on their heels.

00:14:15.500 If you're just tuning in, I'm Roger Stone.

00:14:59.140 The Stone Zone.

00:15:00.480 And we're back in the Stone Zone.

00:15:07.720 Thanks to the persistence and hard work of Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna of Florida,

00:15:14.300 the CIA has finally made the not-so-stunning admission

00:15:19.340 that one of their psychological warfare specialists

00:15:22.920 was manipulating Lee Harvey Oswald shortly before Oswald allegedly assassinated President John F. Kennedy.

00:15:33.080 Only through the hard work of Luna and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard,

00:15:39.860 the CIA was forced to release a memo dated January 17, 1963,

00:15:45.240 which shows that CIA officer George Joannides created an alias

00:15:52.480 and a phony driver's license under the name Howard Gebler.

00:15:56.940 This contradicts decades of CIA's claims that they had no previous knowledge of Oswald

00:16:03.600 and that Joannides was, in fact, Howard.

00:16:08.060 Under this alias, Joannides worked with anti-communist activists

00:16:12.960 called the Cuban Student Directorate.

00:16:16.540 The CIA has long denied that they set this front up,

00:16:20.040 which now has also proven to be a lie.

00:16:23.320 Joannides was actually served as the deputy chief of the CIA's Miami branch,

00:16:29.980 where he was a specialist in psychological warfare.

00:16:34.280 So Joannides' anti-communist front had significant contact with Oswald

00:16:38.560 and its activists set up the public scuffle

00:16:42.380 where Oswald was seen handing out pro-Castro literature on a street in New Orleans

00:16:49.620 prior to a debate on a local TV station.

00:16:54.240 By the way, along with Oswald handing out the pro-Castro literature

00:16:58.880 was Rafael Angel Cruz.

00:17:02.680 He's the father of Senator Ted Cruz.

00:17:06.140 When I raised this during the 2016 election, I was challenged.

00:17:10.460 But, folks, it's in the Warren Commission report.

00:17:14.540 And Judith Vary Baker, who was Oswald's mistress,

00:17:18.880 has confirmed that Rafael Cruz, Ted Cruz's father,

00:17:22.720 was in Lee Harvey Oswald's crew.

00:17:26.000 After JFK was killed, Joannides then was assigned

00:17:30.860 to mislead the House Select Committee on Assassinations

00:17:34.980 and prevented any real investigation into Kennedy's assassination

00:17:39.200 taking place in the late 70s.

00:17:42.100 We're breaking it all down.

00:17:43.800 You're in the Stone Zone with me, Roger Stone.

00:17:46.480 And don't go away because we've got more.

00:17:49.360 We'll be right back.

00:17:50.720 Welcome back.

00:18:06.340 You're entering the Stone Zone on the Red Apple Audio Networks.

00:18:10.920 Well, former President George W. Bush is up to his old tricks,

00:18:15.060 propping up from hibernation.

00:18:16.800 President Donald Trump and the MAGA movement,

00:18:20.120 along with Barack Hussein Obama,

00:18:22.540 in a new video to lionize disgraced federal bureaucrats.

00:18:27.280 Bush recently appeared in a video with Obama

00:18:30.100 and the pretentious U2 singer

00:18:32.880 whining about the cuts to USAID.

00:18:37.000 Apparently, the fact that the U.S. will be funding

00:18:39.960 drag queen shows in Ecuador or condoms for the Taliban 0.95

00:18:45.060 has George W. very upset.

00:18:48.960 Gutting USAID is a travesty and a tragedy, Obama said,

00:18:53.420 because it's some of the most important work

00:18:55.660 happening anywhere in the world.

00:18:58.780 Bush recorded a message sent to former USAID workers

00:19:02.420 who now find themselves on the unemployment line.

00:19:06.500 You've showed the great strength of America

00:19:08.360 through your work, and that is your good heart, Bush said.

00:19:11.960 It is in our national interest that 25 million people

00:19:14.920 who would have died now live.

00:19:17.180 I think so, and so do you. 0.74

00:19:19.580 Those numbers, of course, are complete hogwash.

00:19:22.720 But what numbers are not hogwash

00:19:24.680 are the millions who died in the war of Iraq,

00:19:28.200 accurately called by President Trump

00:19:29.940 as the greatest single mistake in U.S. history.

00:19:33.040 This campaign of war was waged by the Bush administration,

00:19:37.900 with key officials repeatedly lying to the public

00:19:40.400 to garner support for the war.

00:19:43.600 That the Iraqis had weapons of mass destruction.

00:19:47.680 Colin Powell said they had yellow cake uranium

00:19:50.880 with which to make nuclear bombs.

00:19:53.400 Dick Cheney, the vice president,

00:19:55.740 told us that they were deeply involved

00:19:57.620 in the attack on America on 9-11.

00:20:00.260 Those were all lies to move us to war.

00:20:04.900 Thousands of Americans and hundreds of thousands

00:20:08.300 of Iraqis gave their lives in that fake war.

00:20:13.060 There's blood on the hands of George W. Bush

00:20:15.160 and the neocons.

00:20:16.760 All of the flowery PR campaigns in the world

00:20:19.800 will not whitewash Bush's legacy,

00:20:22.900 which is now all but forgotten

00:20:24.600 in the modern Republican Party.

00:20:26.800 Trump has destroyed Bushism in the party,

00:20:30.040 and replaced it with the

00:20:31.380 Make America Great ethos.

00:20:34.320 And God bless him for doing that.

00:20:37.740 Meanwhile, pressure mounts for Fed Chairman

00:20:41.360 Jerome Powell to resign.

00:20:43.760 The Federal Reserve Chairman is under massive pressure

00:20:46.740 from the Trump administration

00:20:47.800 to resign as his tight Federal Reserve monetary policy

00:20:51.860 is holding back America's national economy.

00:20:56.000 Powell has made it clear

00:20:57.100 that he's holding back interest rates,

00:20:59.460 keeping them at an officially high rates

00:21:01.660 between 4 and a quarter percent

00:21:05.100 to 4 and a half percent for political reasons.

00:21:07.920 He wants to punish the American public

00:21:10.200 because of Donald Trump's

00:21:11.820 America First trade policy

00:21:13.320 of slapping tariffs on countries

00:21:15.320 and been taking advantage of

00:21:16.720 one-sided trade deals for years.

00:21:19.380 The point of fact is, of course,

00:21:21.420 that both the inflation rate today

00:21:23.560 and the unemployment rate today

00:21:25.920 are lower than when the Federal Reserve

00:21:29.160 last cut interest rates

00:21:31.300 in an effort to try to benefit

00:21:33.620 Joe Biden's re-election.

00:21:36.160 We were on hold when we saw the size of tariffs

00:21:39.240 and essentially all inflation forecasts

00:21:41.600 for the United States go up materially

00:21:44.240 as a consequence of the tariffs,

00:21:46.420 Powell said last week

00:21:47.340 during appearance at the European Central Bank Forum.

00:21:50.420 What Powell is doing here

00:21:52.400 is deliberately holding the economy hostage,

00:21:55.640 manipulating Fed policy

00:21:57.240 in a vain attempt to hold back

00:22:00.600 the coming Trump economic boom.

00:22:04.180 Trump is not fooled,

00:22:05.660 and he's publicly said that Powell must go.

00:22:08.920 Additionally, Federal Housing Finance Agency

00:22:11.800 Director Bill Pulte

00:22:13.400 has called on Powell to be investigated

00:22:15.340 for potentially lying during testimony

00:22:18.740 before the U.S. Senate

00:22:20.440 about his mismanagement of funds.

00:22:24.020 You see, Powell said

00:22:26.560 that a $2.5 billion renovation

00:22:30.600 to the palatial headquarters

00:22:33.480 of the Federal Reserve

00:22:34.760 does not include private dining rooms

00:22:38.020 for the Fed governors,

00:22:39.980 private elevators for the Fed governors,

00:22:42.620 new marble or a roof garden

00:22:47.340 with a masterful view

00:22:49.480 of the Washington skyline.

00:22:51.600 The problem is that the plan approved

00:22:53.840 by the Fed and the Congress

00:22:55.680 includes all of those things.

00:22:58.820 So the American people

00:23:00.280 can't get an interest rate cut,

00:23:02.780 but Jerome Powell is getting

00:23:04.080 a $2.5 billion upgrade

00:23:06.660 on his headquarters.

00:23:08.600 Does that sound right to you?

00:23:12.020 Powell is the latest

00:23:13.060 in a long line of political hacks

00:23:14.640 who've lorded it over the Fed.

00:23:16.380 The Fed has failed at its mandate

00:23:17.980 and only operated at the best

00:23:19.540 of the big banks.

00:23:21.200 It really would be best

00:23:22.420 if Powell were sacked

00:23:23.420 with the entire institution

00:23:25.000 of the Federal Reserve

00:23:26.580 being flushed along with them.

00:23:28.660 If Powell refuses to resign

00:23:30.560 and Republicans gain seats

00:23:32.680 in the 2026 election,

00:23:34.920 I think it is time

00:23:35.980 to completely and totally repeal

00:23:39.200 the Federal Reserve Act.

00:23:41.800 In the meantime,

00:23:43.280 shocking news,

00:23:44.260 the latest FBI data

00:23:45.600 compiled from 2023

00:23:47.240 shows that only 58%

00:23:49.620 of murder cases

00:23:50.620 that happen in the United States

00:23:52.240 are being solved.

00:23:53.600 That means that roughly

00:23:54.720 half the people

00:23:55.560 who commit murders

00:23:56.380 in this country

00:23:56.920 are actually able

00:23:58.360 to get away with the crime.

00:24:00.320 This lags far behind

00:24:02.300 other developed nations

00:24:03.480 who are able to solve

00:24:04.460 70, 80, or even 90%

00:24:06.840 of the murders

00:24:07.640 in their countries.

00:24:09.300 For additional crimes,

00:24:10.480 the statistics

00:24:10.960 are actually worse.

00:24:12.700 Take car thefts, for example.

00:24:14.320 Only 8% of those guilty

00:24:16.520 are being apprehended

00:24:17.980 for that property theft crime.

00:24:20.480 Criminologist Brian Frost

00:24:22.680 responded to the news

00:24:24.100 saying it's a vicious cycle.

00:24:26.100 When the bad guys see

00:24:27.540 that the police are not there

00:24:29.000 to deter crime

00:24:29.960 against criminals,

00:24:30.700 they remain on the streets

00:24:32.360 to do more bad stuff

00:24:33.600 and the rest of the community

00:24:35.040 is less deterred from crime.

00:24:37.020 They think,

00:24:37.620 why not?

00:24:38.200 I'm not going to get caught.

00:24:39.380 I might as well do it.

00:24:40.460 It's really just common sense.

00:24:42.420 When potential criminals

00:24:43.700 know the potentiality

00:24:45.020 for consequences

00:24:45.800 is greatly diminished,

00:24:47.980 they'll be more likely

00:24:48.800 to commit more crimes.

00:24:50.640 When police are hamstrung

00:24:52.100 and a lack of resources

00:24:53.360 are given to them

00:24:54.220 to properly investigate

00:24:55.740 and stuff out crimes,

00:24:57.520 lawlessness is what arises.

00:24:59.260 When the Black Lives Matter movement

00:25:01.540 ransacked entire cities

00:25:03.180 and was cheered on

00:25:04.540 by the political establishment,

00:25:06.280 it sent a message

00:25:07.100 to criminals nationwide

00:25:08.380 that the entire country

00:25:10.500 was fair game.

00:25:12.540 Thank God for brave individuals

00:25:14.400 like Mark and Patricia McCluskey.

00:25:17.020 Remember them?

00:25:17.940 They were the couple

00:25:19.100 that defended their home

00:25:20.780 against the mob.

00:25:21.960 Or Kyle Rittenhouse,

00:25:23.320 who bravely exercised

00:25:24.860 his Second Amendment rights

00:25:26.320 against the mob

00:25:27.100 to defend himself,

00:25:28.200 showing that the people

00:25:29.840 are never powerless

00:25:31.060 against rampant thuggery.

00:25:34.120 But nevertheless,

00:25:35.240 the country is careening

00:25:36.320 off the cleft

00:25:37.040 towards anarcho-tyranny.

00:25:40.400 Police are being squeezed

00:25:41.600 nationwide,

00:25:42.400 particularly in big cities

00:25:43.360 where liberal demagogues

00:25:45.220 have made them

00:25:45.920 the bad guys.

00:25:47.320 Zoran Mamdami,

00:25:48.700 the Democrat

00:25:49.320 nominated for mayor,

00:25:50.840 says that violence

00:25:52.500 is a construct.

00:25:55.340 He wants to defund

00:25:57.040 the police

00:25:57.560 and open the doors

00:25:58.740 at Rikers Island.

00:26:00.160 Think how that will

00:26:01.240 impact New York City.

00:26:03.400 Fewer individuals,

00:26:04.580 of course,

00:26:04.940 want to be police officers,

00:26:06.500 which only adds

00:26:07.280 to the strain

00:26:08.060 of the officers

00:26:09.140 who do remain

00:26:10.160 on the job.

00:26:11.440 This is being perpetrated

00:26:12.600 as part of a deliberate

00:26:13.700 globalist plan

00:26:14.840 to destabilize society,

00:26:17.300 weaken the rule of law,

00:26:18.580 and bring us closest

00:26:19.620 to totalitarian socialism.

00:26:22.240 There is no easy answer

00:26:24.200 to reverse

00:26:24.780 this cultural downslide,

00:26:26.500 but one thing is for sure.

00:26:28.320 We must back the blue

00:26:29.840 and stand with them

00:26:30.960 as they fight

00:26:32.080 in the front lines

00:26:33.020 to preserve

00:26:34.260 what's left

00:26:34.980 of our ailing civilization.

00:26:38.100 Meanwhile,

00:26:39.200 news that Republican

00:26:40.920 Congressman Mark Green

00:26:41.920 of Tennessee

00:26:42.520 has announced

00:26:44.080 that he will be

00:26:44.700 resigning for his position,

00:26:46.560 abruptly leaving

00:26:47.540 his position,

00:26:48.580 and shrinking 0.58

00:26:49.180 the Republican majority.

00:26:50.500 Now, this is significant

00:26:51.560 because today,

00:26:52.980 Republicans only have

00:26:54.220 a three-seat hold

00:26:56.660 on the House.

00:26:58.060 Green wrote

00:26:58.640 in an ex-post,

00:27:01.040 it is with a heavy heart

00:27:02.180 that I say farewell

00:27:03.060 to my constituents

00:27:04.120 across Tennessee's

00:27:05.700 7th District.

00:27:06.620 Thank you.

00:27:07.580 The trust you put

00:27:08.320 in me is humbling.

00:27:09.100 I will look back

00:27:09.760 fondly in my years

00:27:10.700 of serving as your voice

00:27:12.140 in Washington.

00:27:13.360 Green claims

00:27:14.180 he will be leaving

00:27:14.960 the position

00:27:15.460 to pursue a patriotic

00:27:17.160 business opportunity.

00:27:19.060 He said,

00:27:19.820 while I cannot give

00:27:20.700 details here,

00:27:21.640 I will be doing

00:27:22.140 something specifically

00:27:23.640 designed to help

00:27:24.600 America compete

00:27:25.600 against the Chinese 1.00

00:27:27.200 Communist Party,

00:27:28.560 but this time

00:27:29.320 in the private sector.

00:27:31.180 Now, Green has served

00:27:32.760 in Congress

00:27:33.400 since 2018,

00:27:35.120 and he will be

00:27:36.000 departing from office

00:27:37.000 almost immediately.

00:27:38.640 I can't tell you

00:27:39.820 whether he's being honest

00:27:40.820 that he's leaving Congress

00:27:42.280 for a bigger

00:27:42.880 and better things,

00:27:44.120 or if he was

00:27:44.760 confronted by

00:27:46.040 minimizing information

00:27:48.360 to split

00:27:50.980 or be publicly humiliated,

00:27:52.700 and I shouldn't

00:27:53.580 speculate,

00:27:54.240 and I won't,

00:27:55.340 but it's not like

00:27:56.400 a scenario

00:27:57.080 that sordid

00:27:58.060 would never

00:27:58.980 take place

00:28:00.180 in Washington,

00:28:01.240 D.C.

00:28:02.040 The Republican majority

00:28:03.680 has been contracting

00:28:05.340 since Trump's election.

00:28:07.340 Congressman Mike

00:28:08.140 Walsh of Florida

00:28:08.860 was appointed

00:28:09.360 National Security

00:28:10.400 Advisor.

00:28:12.140 He left his seat.

00:28:13.280 Representative Don Bacon

00:28:15.880 of Nebraska,

00:28:17.320 a never-Trumper liberal,

00:28:19.420 will be stepping down

00:28:20.540 at the end of his term,

00:28:21.400 making that seat

00:28:22.140 more vulnerable

00:28:23.160 to be overtaken

00:28:24.100 by a Democrat.

00:28:25.740 As of today,

00:28:26.840 there are actually

00:28:27.680 219 elected Republicans

00:28:29.500 in comparison

00:28:30.700 to 212 elected Democrats

00:28:32.740 serving in Congress.

00:28:34.140 I guess the Republican majority

00:28:35.200 is slightly larger

00:28:36.460 than I had said,

00:28:37.660 but the Uniparty

00:28:38.480 wants the margin

00:28:39.220 to be as narrow

00:28:40.020 as possible.

00:28:40.920 You see,

00:28:41.240 that makes it easy

00:28:42.400 for their bought

00:28:43.180 and paid for hacks

00:28:44.640 in Congress

00:28:45.280 to play musical chairs

00:28:46.540 with their votes,

00:28:47.640 taking turns

00:28:48.260 voting against

00:28:49.060 the Trump agenda

00:28:50.240 in order to hold up

00:28:51.460 America's first 0.75

00:28:53.140 legislative priorities.

00:28:55.060 I think you can expect

00:28:56.500 more chicanery

00:28:57.460 in the months to come

00:28:58.480 to set up roadblocks

00:29:00.940 heading into the midterms

00:29:02.300 as many sleeper cells

00:29:05.840 still exist

00:29:06.660 within the Republican fold

00:29:08.060 working to undermine

00:29:09.880 the MAGA agenda.

00:29:12.260 Meanwhile,

00:29:13.580 no surprise here,

00:29:14.640 15 Democrats,

00:29:15.880 including former

00:29:17.100 county party chairman

00:29:18.440 and state house candidate

00:29:20.320 and several city council members

00:29:22.260 are being charged

00:29:23.560 for allegedly participating

00:29:25.180 in an illicit ballot

00:29:27.300 harvesting scheme

00:29:28.380 in the state of Texas.

00:29:30.720 Former Purcell mayor

00:29:32.460 Petra Davina Trevino,

00:29:35.420 former Dilley mayor

00:29:36.900 Mary Ann Obregon,

00:29:39.600 former House candidate

00:29:41.160 Cecilia Castellano,

00:29:43.500 and Precinct 3

00:29:44.740 Frio County Commissioner

00:29:46.020 Raul Canzeros III

00:29:48.600 are among those charged

00:29:50.240 on different counts

00:29:51.260 of ballot harvesting.

00:29:53.080 Ballot harvesting, 0.67

00:29:54.280 if you're not familiar with it,

00:29:55.380 is a term that refers

00:29:56.360 to the collecting

00:29:57.120 of completed absentee ballots

00:29:59.320 from voters

00:29:59.860 and delivering them

00:30:01.140 to polling places

00:30:01.960 or elected officials.

00:30:03.560 This has been a method

00:30:04.720 used by Democrats

00:30:05.740 who essentially

00:30:06.500 go to nursing homes, 0.98

00:30:08.140 old folks' homes,

00:30:09.460 and help people

00:30:11.400 fill out their ballots

00:30:12.480 so they can turn around

00:30:14.060 and essentially

00:30:14.620 stuff the ballot box

00:30:15.840 and win elections

00:30:17.000 by shady means.

00:30:18.760 Many, many states,

00:30:20.080 including Texas

00:30:20.900 and Florida,

00:30:22.320 have outlawed

00:30:23.780 such activities.

00:30:25.460 They realize

00:30:26.360 that the Democrats

00:30:27.100 go to these vulnerable areas

00:30:28.600 just like nursing homes

00:30:30.100 to up their numbers

00:30:31.340 to subterfuge.

00:30:33.260 In some states,

00:30:34.220 ballot harvesting

00:30:34.900 has been made legal

00:30:36.160 because of reforms

00:30:37.660 passed by the Democrats,

00:30:38.940 but in the state of Texas,

00:30:40.580 the practice is still illegal

00:30:42.220 because of the possibility

00:30:43.400 for fraud

00:30:44.060 that it opens up.

00:30:45.800 Democrats have messed around

00:30:47.080 and found out

00:30:47.860 that the state of Texas

00:30:48.920 does not take

00:30:50.340 these antics lightly.

00:30:52.680 The criminal probe

00:30:54.000 also showed

00:30:54.800 the gaslighting

00:30:55.660 and propaganda

00:30:56.280 from the fake news media

00:30:58.260 on this issue

00:30:59.100 and the issue

00:31:00.220 of election fraud

00:31:00.980 following the 2020 election.

00:31:03.220 And we know

00:31:04.060 that President Donald Trump

00:31:05.400 has said publicly

00:31:06.320 that he is seriously

00:31:07.880 considering the appointment

00:31:09.120 of a special prosecutor

00:31:11.120 to examine

00:31:12.240 the 2020 election.

00:31:14.780 We were told

00:31:15.860 by the fake news media

00:31:17.740 that everything

00:31:19.140 regarding the 2020 election

00:31:20.740 was on the up and up.

00:31:22.540 And if you question that, 0.99

00:31:24.760 you were either a lunatic, 0.99

00:31:26.520 a conspiracy theorist, 1.00

00:31:27.740 or a criminal.

00:31:29.480 Yet more and more evidence

00:31:31.280 of irregularities

00:31:32.940 and anomalies

00:31:34.840 and outright fraud

00:31:36.740 regarding the 2020 election

00:31:38.620 has surfaced.

00:31:39.960 So I support

00:31:41.600 the appointment

00:31:42.440 of a special prosecutor

00:31:44.680 to look into

00:31:45.520 the 2020 election.

00:31:48.440 And I have exactly

00:31:49.360 the right person

00:31:50.160 for the job.

00:31:51.720 Eagle Ed Martin,

00:31:53.260 who the Senate

00:31:55.460 would not confirm

00:31:56.800 as President Trump's

00:31:58.320 U.S. Attorney

00:31:59.000 for the District of Columbia,

00:32:01.000 now working

00:32:01.840 as an Assistant Attorney General

00:32:03.500 on weaponization,

00:32:05.200 would be perfect

00:32:06.220 to look into

00:32:07.140 the 2020 election,

00:32:09.080 give him subpoena power,

00:32:10.540 and let's examine

00:32:11.820 that election

00:32:13.040 once and for all.

00:32:14.540 If you're just tuning in,

00:32:16.220 I'm Roger Stone,

00:32:17.280 you're in the Stone Zone,

00:32:18.660 and you're going to want

00:32:19.460 to stay right here

00:32:20.660 in the Zone.

00:32:22.380 The Stone Zone

00:32:23.760 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:32:28.600 The Stone Zone

00:32:30.020 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:32:34.800 Welcome back

00:32:35.500 to the Stone Zone.

00:32:36.540 Late last week,

00:32:37.420 CIA Director

00:32:38.220 John Ratcliffe

00:32:39.380 released a special report

00:32:40.940 which proved

00:32:42.480 that Obama-era officials

00:32:44.400 were complicit

00:32:45.220 in a conspiracy

00:32:46.260 to frame

00:32:47.540 President Donald Trump

00:32:48.780 as a Russian agent.

00:32:50.640 This is widely known

00:32:51.500 as the Russian

00:32:52.660 collusion hoax.

00:32:54.860 Ratcliffe said

00:32:55.620 that what his new report

00:32:57.040 showed about Russia,

00:32:58.420 great,

00:32:58.720 was that Obama,

00:33:00.680 FBI Director

00:33:01.740 James Comey,

00:33:02.720 National Security Advisor

00:33:03.840 James Clapper,

00:33:06.080 and above all,

00:33:07.340 CIA Director

00:33:08.220 John Brennan,

00:33:09.000 decided,

00:33:10.100 to use his words,

00:33:12.040 we're going to 0.99

00:33:12.920 screw Trump. 1.00

00:33:15.400 We're going to 0.99

00:33:16.160 create this

00:33:16.760 and put the imprimatur

00:33:17.740 of an

00:33:18.540 intelligence community

00:33:19.840 assessment on it

00:33:20.800 in a way that

00:33:21.200 nobody can question it.

00:33:22.560 They stamped it

00:33:23.400 as Russia collusion,

00:33:24.440 and then they classified it

00:33:25.580 so no one

00:33:26.580 could examine it.

00:33:27.920 Ratcliffe

00:33:28.260 specifically blasted

00:33:29.560 the CIA

00:33:30.120 and the FBI's

00:33:31.140 high confidence

00:33:32.340 assessment

00:33:32.940 that Russian 1.00

00:33:34.140 President

00:33:34.980 Vladimir Putin

00:33:35.900 aspired for Trump

00:33:37.460 to achieve victory

00:33:38.340 of Hillary Clinton,

00:33:39.620 given the fact

00:33:40.220 that Hillary Clinton

00:33:41.080 had given the Russians 0.75

00:33:42.700 80% control

00:33:44.080 of America's

00:33:45.160 uranium production.

00:33:46.920 I don't think

00:33:47.760 that was true.

00:33:49.280 Ratcliffe determined

00:33:50.140 that the decision

00:33:50.880 by agency heads

00:33:52.060 to include

00:33:53.080 the so-called

00:33:53.880 Steele dossier

00:33:55.760 in the

00:33:57.200 Intelligence Committee

00:33:58.400 assessment

00:33:58.960 given to

00:34:00.160 President

00:34:00.800 Barack Obama

00:34:02.780 ran counter

00:34:04.040 to the fundamental

00:34:04.940 tradecraft principles

00:34:06.240 and undermined

00:34:07.700 the credibility

00:34:08.580 of key judgments.

00:34:10.860 Brennan knew

00:34:11.860 that the so-called

00:34:13.240 Steele dossier

00:34:14.540 was a fabrication.

00:34:16.840 He even knew

00:34:17.920 that it was paid

00:34:18.720 for by Hillary Clinton,

00:34:20.400 even though she

00:34:21.260 reported it

00:34:22.060 on her campaign

00:34:22.720 finance forms

00:34:23.660 as legal fees

00:34:25.360 for what she was

00:34:26.400 caught and later

00:34:27.220 heavily fined.

00:34:29.480 Andrew Weissman, 0.91

00:34:30.940 the most corrupt

00:34:31.800 prosecutor in

00:34:32.660 U.S. history,

00:34:33.440 the de facto head

00:34:35.040 of the Mueller

00:34:35.720 investigation,

00:34:36.960 knew from his

00:34:37.700 time as general

00:34:38.620 counsel of the FBI

00:34:39.720 that the Steele 0.56

00:34:41.500 dossier,

00:34:42.660 a report that

00:34:43.620 alleged that

00:34:44.600 President Donald

00:34:45.560 Trump had

00:34:46.120 dallied with 0.99

00:34:47.160 prostitutes in 0.97

00:34:48.220 Russia and 0.97

00:34:49.120 visiting as a

00:34:50.040 private businessman,

00:34:51.380 was a complete

00:34:52.100 and total

00:34:52.700 fabrication

00:34:53.480 and is fraud. 0.60

00:34:55.600 But Ratcliffe

00:34:56.520 specifically

00:34:57.620 called out

00:34:58.700 Brennan,

00:34:59.580 saying that

00:35:00.460 Brennan

00:35:01.080 insisted that

00:35:02.580 the report

00:35:03.400 be included

00:35:04.500 in the

00:35:06.460 intelligence

00:35:08.300 community assessment

00:35:09.180 being presented

00:35:09.880 to Obama.

00:35:11.500 Now, this is not

00:35:12.320 the first time

00:35:12.980 this has been

00:35:13.520 reported.

00:35:14.640 Lee Smith,

00:35:15.620 who's joined us

00:35:16.380 many times here

00:35:17.240 in the Stone

00:35:17.680 Zone,

00:35:18.380 has reported

00:35:19.040 this in his

00:35:20.340 writing.

00:35:21.460 But it lays

00:35:22.680 out again

00:35:23.440 the fact that

00:35:24.360 the Russian

00:35:25.300 collusion hoax

00:35:26.200 is the greatest

00:35:26.840 single dirty

00:35:27.660 trick in

00:35:28.880 American political

00:35:29.640 history.

00:35:30.100 it is an

00:35:30.860 incredible

00:35:31.680 abuse of

00:35:32.580 power in

00:35:33.880 which the

00:35:34.520 full authority

00:35:35.240 of the U.S.

00:35:36.020 government was

00:35:37.420 used in an

00:35:38.460 illicit effort

00:35:39.480 to take down

00:35:40.620 a duly elected

00:35:41.920 president.

00:35:42.880 The report

00:35:43.920 released by

00:35:44.960 Ratcliffe

00:35:45.560 showed that

00:35:46.240 Brennan was

00:35:47.620 told by two

00:35:48.720 experienced CIA

00:35:49.960 analysts that

00:35:51.260 the Steele dossier

00:35:52.260 was flawed,

00:35:53.800 that it should

00:35:54.660 not be taken

00:35:55.400 seriously,

00:35:56.460 but he ignored

00:35:57.440 their objections

00:35:58.500 because he

00:35:59.220 wanted to

00:36:00.120 push the

00:36:00.500 Russian

00:36:00.740 collusion

00:36:01.220 narrative,

00:36:02.240 even at the

00:36:02.900 expense of

00:36:03.480 the intelligence

00:36:03.980 community's

00:36:04.800 reputation.

00:36:06.460 Now that

00:36:07.240 Ratcliffe's

00:36:07.900 report has

00:36:08.660 been released,

00:36:09.380 the time is

00:36:10.580 well past for

00:36:12.520 indictments and

00:36:14.300 trials for those

00:36:15.320 who engage in

00:36:16.660 what is nothing

00:36:17.480 less than

00:36:18.700 treason.

00:36:20.200 My good friend

00:36:21.160 General Michael

00:36:21.940 Flynn published a

00:36:22.940 list the other

00:36:23.580 day of all of

00:36:25.500 those who should

00:36:26.540 be criminally

00:36:27.480 charged.

00:36:28.720 I actually took

00:36:29.840 his list and

00:36:30.400 had to add a

00:36:31.880 few names.

00:36:33.960 Either we have

00:36:35.120 a one-tiered

00:36:37.700 criminal justice

00:36:39.260 system, which all

00:36:40.260 people are treated

00:36:40.940 equally, or there

00:36:42.500 are different

00:36:43.580 levels of crime,

00:36:45.100 or I should say

00:36:45.680 a two-tiered

00:36:46.980 system.

00:36:48.020 I was charged

00:36:49.260 with lying to

00:36:50.240 Congress, even

00:36:50.900 though no

00:36:51.400 misstatement I

00:36:52.160 made to Congress

00:36:52.940 was either relevant,

00:36:54.980 material, or hid

00:36:56.400 any underlying

00:36:57.340 crime.

00:36:58.100 But Comey,

00:36:59.120 Brennan, Hillary,

00:37:00.800 McCabe, Rosenstein,

00:37:02.760 they all lied to

00:37:03.780 Congress, and they

00:37:04.800 lied to cover up the

00:37:06.000 most massive dirty

00:37:07.280 trick, abuse of

00:37:08.640 power, and crime in

00:37:10.100 American political

00:37:11.160 history.

00:37:11.960 My question is a

00:37:13.080 simple one.

00:37:14.000 Attorney General

00:37:14.920 Pam Bondi, when

00:37:17.100 are these people

00:37:18.080 being prosecuted?
