00:00:00.000 The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:05.720 You are now entering the Stone Zone.

00:00:09.440 Well, the controversy and furor over the sexual predator and accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein continued for its second day.

00:00:22.080 Yesterday, the Department of Justice and the FBI announced that Epstein never had a client list, never engaged in child sex trafficking.

00:00:32.700 There was no evidence that he was blackmailing anyone, and they insisted that he killed himself.

00:00:38.760 I think the point that people are missing here is that there are sealed indictments and also the sealed search warrants sealed by the U.S. attorney in the Southern District of New York in the federal court in that district because Jeffrey Epstein was indicted on July 8th, 2019 on two counts.

00:01:03.520 One was a count of trafficking of sex minors.

00:01:06.940 That's a violation of 18 U.S. Code 1591.

00:01:12.320 They said that Epstein knowingly engaged in sex trafficking by recruiting, enticing, harboring, transporting, and maintaining minors, some as young as 14 years old, to engage in commercial sexual acts.

00:01:26.440 They said the location were both of these crimes for both his Manhattan townhouse and his Palm Beach estate, and they said that these crimes took place between 2002 and 2005.

00:01:41.420 He was also indicted on a second count, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors.

00:01:47.860 That's a violation of 18 U.S. Code 371.

00:01:51.860 The allegation was that Epstein conspired with others, I think that was key, to commit sex trafficking by setting up a network that facilitated the sexual exploitation of underage girls.

00:02:05.060 The takeaways, I think, are pretty clear that he operated a vast network.

00:02:09.920 That was the government's word, that he was enticing and utilizing minors.

00:02:16.580 And we know, because we have eyes, that when he was arrested, the FBI removed not only hard drives, but also DVDs from his home in Manhattan, which, by the way, is the single most expensive single-family residential property in Manhattan.

00:02:38.000 His island, his island, orgy island in the Virgin Islands, as my friend Sean Hannity calls it, his ranch in New Mexico, and his apartment in Paris.

00:02:50.900 So, clearly, he was indicted on the basis of information that is now sealed, which means the FBI and the DOJ do have evidence that he engaged in all of those activities.

00:03:03.120 The announcement yesterday, of course, contradicts directly a statement made by Attorney General Pam Bondi, who told Fox News earlier this year that the Epstein client list had been sitting on her desk waiting for review as part of a directive from President Trump.

00:03:19.660 Now, suddenly, that list suddenly does not exist.

00:03:23.480 The whole thing is very strange, to put it mildly.

00:03:26.540 Whether or not there was a list is pretty easily debunked when they say no, because the Gateway Pundit tried to intervene in the lawsuit of Virginia Giuffre versus Ghislaine Maxwell, demanding that the court unseal the records as to Epstein's elite pedo network,

00:03:47.880 until a mysterious John Doe appeared and filed an objection in that case, and the federal courts in the Southern District of New York elected to leave the list sealed.

00:04:01.860 If there was no list, how could they have made such a ruling?

00:04:05.920 Then you come to the question of whether Epstein killed himself.

00:04:10.460 New York medical examiner Michael Baden, probably, Dr. Baden, probably one of the most respected pathologists in the country,

00:04:18.880 at the request of Epstein's family examined his body and said that the injuries he sustained were not consistent with his being hung.

00:04:28.900 Now, what's going on here?

00:04:31.440 I think it is pretty easily explained.

00:04:33.300 Back when Epstein was first charged in Florida with a sex crime, the police chief of Palm Beach did a six-month undercover investigation,

00:04:46.440 and he turned over to the state's attorney a case in which Epstein had sex trafficked 33 underage girls.

00:04:54.640 He also was charged with statutory rape, or could have been.

00:04:57.880 There was sufficient evidence to bring a case for both of those violations.

00:05:03.300 The police chief was shocked when the state's attorney turned around and charged Epstein with one count of solicitation.

00:05:15.700 That's like walking into a bar and trying to pick up a hooker. 1.00

00:05:18.720 He was extremely suspicious that the state's attorney for Palm Beach County had either been intimidated or paid off.

00:05:28.900 Interestingly enough, after Epstein pled to that one minor count, which was like a slap on the wrist,

00:05:35.320 the state's attorney left that office, opened a private law firm, hung his shingle,

00:05:41.500 and immediately began representing a number of Epstein's associates in their defense.

00:05:48.040 But the police chief, Michael Reiter, went to the U.S. attorney for Southern Florida, that would be Alexander Acosta,

00:05:58.240 and said that there was something wrong here, that he had turned over an airtight case for sex trafficking and statutory rape,

00:06:05.300 and that the state prosecutor had reduced the charges to slap on the wrist.

00:06:12.140 Acosta conducted his own independent investigation, whereupon he simply rubber-stamped the state charges,

00:06:19.900 and he put a federal seal on the entire case.

00:06:22.920 It is only because the Palm Beach Post engaged in a multi-year legal battle to get this information unsealed

00:06:31.000 that we know that Epstein was ultimately sentenced to 18 months, of which he only spent 15 months,

00:06:38.900 but unlike every other sex criminal in the state of Florida,

00:06:42.940 he was allowed to serve his sentence in the air-conditioned Palm Beach County Jail,

00:06:48.700 rather than in a state penitentiary.

00:06:51.820 Years later, when Acosta was appointed Secretary of Labor in the first Trump administration,

00:07:01.220 he was asked, in preparation for his confirmation hearings,

00:07:06.520 what he would say and why he essentially gave Jeffrey Epstein a slap on the wrist.

00:07:14.540 My source tells me that he said I will simply tell the truth,

00:07:17.480 that I was contacted by the CIA, who said that he was one of ours,

00:07:22.080 and I was to rubber-stamp the state charge and seal the case.

00:07:26.660 So my belief here is that Jeffrey Epstein was working for the Central Intelligence Agency,

00:07:32.440 but I also believe that he was a blackmailer for hire,

00:07:36.900 that he was most likely working for a number of other nations,

00:07:40.360 such as Israel, the Saudis, who knows.

00:07:45.140 But we do know that there was enormous pressure on our government from the British royal family,

00:07:51.200 and therefore the British government, to seal this entire matter.

00:07:55.920 When they say who were his clients, we do know who his clients are.

00:07:59.220 I name a number of them in my 2015 book, The Clintons' War on Women.

00:08:04.060 They include former U.S. Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell of Maine.

00:08:09.360 They include former Governor Bill Richardson of New Mexico.

00:08:13.760 They include former President Bill Clinton.

00:08:16.840 They include the scientist Stephen Hawking.

00:08:20.000 They include the former Israeli Prime Minister Elhud Barak.

00:08:26.520 It's all in my book.

00:08:27.940 I don't think they were going to the island for the weather.

00:08:30.860 So I'm perplexed because I know Kash Patel personally,

00:08:36.800 and I know him to be a man of great integrity.

00:08:39.020 When he says he doesn't have the evidence, I believe he is telling us the truth.

00:08:43.140 That's because I believe that those DVDs and those hard drives

00:08:49.240 were destroyed by the Biden administration,

00:08:52.840 by the Justice Department and the FBI under Joe Biden,

00:08:57.040 which explains perfectly why he has no evidence.

00:09:00.440 By the way, the FBI does not have the authority to unseal the sealed material in New York.

00:09:07.780 Only the Justice Department can do that,

00:09:10.620 but they can only do it with the approval of the court.

00:09:14.200 So what I would suggest is that Attorney General Bondi direct the U.S.

00:09:19.000 attorney in the Southern District of New York to move immediately to unseal the search warrants

00:09:24.640 and all of the grand jury material that was presented when Jeffrey Epstein was charged.

00:09:31.740 That would demonstrate that there is, in fact, evidence of substantial crimes by Epstein.

00:09:38.320 Don't know what to make of this videotape that they posted.

00:09:42.060 I watched it several times.

00:09:43.340 It didn't show me much, but now, strangely, it is claimed that there's a minute missing from it.

00:09:51.500 I actually think it may have made the entire situation muddier rather than clearer.

00:09:57.860 That's my immediate take on the Epstein situation.

00:10:01.340 I don't expect this to move out of the news very quickly,

00:10:06.040 only because of the inconsistencies between what the Attorney General, Pam Bondi, said several months ago

00:10:13.160 and the stunning claim now that they have no evidence.

00:10:17.380 I did see she tried to explain that today by saying she had the entire matter on her desk,

00:10:23.760 but she also said there were hundreds of hours of videotapes that were, in essence, child pornography.

00:10:33.420 Well, no one suggests that they should be released because, of course,

00:10:38.000 they would reveal the identity of the victims.

00:10:42.980 But anyone watching them, anyone in law enforcement watching them,

00:10:47.180 can identify who the predators were, who it was that were abusing those children.

00:10:53.000 I think the American people have a right to know.

00:10:56.480 We're going to continue to follow this story right here on The Stone Zone.

00:11:01.180 I was the first major author in the United States to break the story in my book,

00:11:09.420 The Clintons War on Women.

00:11:11.020 But when I pointed out on X that the difference between Donald Trump,

00:11:17.180 who they tried falsely to claim had some inappropriate actions with Epstein and Steve Bannon,

00:11:24.860 was that Bannon visited Jeffrey Epstein in his New York home and in his Paris apartment,

00:11:32.760 both of those reported by the New York Post,

00:11:35.400 when Donald Trump never visited any of those locations.

00:11:38.700 To my surprise, I then saw that Elon Musk tweeted Steve Bannon is on the Epstein list.

00:11:48.700 Well, he said that about a week ago about Donald Trump.

00:11:51.820 Then he retracted it because it was false.

00:11:55.760 Technically, of course, we do know that not only did Bannon visit Epstein,

00:12:00.120 but he filmed 15 hours of a documentary with him and various news sources report that Steve Bannon

00:12:08.740 coached Jeffrey Epstein in preparation for a 60 Minutes interview,

00:12:14.340 coaching him how to look more likable.

00:12:16.600 I find that pretty objectionable.

00:12:20.280 So you won't read or hear any of this stuff anyplace, I guess,

00:12:24.280 other than right here in the Stone Zone,

00:12:27.040 where five days a week we bring you the hottest stories in news, politics, history,

00:12:35.000 and we throw in a little style and food while we're at it.

00:12:39.380 Coming up, shocking new news regarding John F. Kennedy's assassination.

00:12:45.040 After six decades, the CIA finally admits that they knew who Lee Harvey Oswald was

00:12:51.720 and they were manipulating him.

00:12:54.100 Doesn't mean he killed JFK, by the way, but we'll break that down when we come back.

00:12:59.120 You're listening to Roger Stone in the Stone Zone on the Red Apple Audio Networks.

00:13:04.900 And when we come back, not only will we dive into the Kennedy assassination,

00:13:10.560 but we'll also tell you about a new decision by the IRS

00:13:14.420 which removes the restriction of talking politics in church.

00:13:19.820 You're listening to the Stone Zone.

00:13:21.220 I'm Roger Stone.

00:13:58.140 And we're back in the zone.

00:14:01.480 Last week, CIA Director John Ratcliffe released a review

00:14:05.000 directly implicating Obama-era officials such as former CIA Director John Brennan

00:14:11.560 and former FBI Director James Comey

00:14:14.180 in promulgating the dubious Steele dossier

00:14:17.680 as a part of the malicious conspiracy to frame President Donald Trump as a Russian agent.

00:14:24.560 In fact, it was pointed out by Miranda Devine of the New York Post

00:14:28.840 that John Brennan has a serious perjury problem at his hands

00:14:32.060 because Brennan's sworn statements to federal investigators

00:14:35.440 seem to contradict his written orders regarding the genesis of Russiagate.

00:14:41.860 But wait, there's more.

00:14:43.940 See, we've argued here in the Stone Zone that Brennan is just the low-hanging fruit

00:14:48.680 who the Trump administration should consider going after immediately

00:14:53.240 in order to gain the momentum and effort to get all of the deep state criminals behind bars.

00:15:00.380 But while Ratcliffe's report on Russiagate certainly confirms the obvious,

00:15:05.060 the influential chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Representative Rick Crawford,

00:15:10.720 came out yesterday and said that Ratcliffe's report is little more than a whitewash

00:15:15.780 that protects the deep state from its true culpability in the crimes against Donald Trump.

00:15:22.260 Crawford appealed directly to President Trump in a letter asking him to declassify additional documents.

00:15:33.180 While I'm pleased to see the CIA take the first step of acknowledging the political abuse

00:15:39.140 and trade cap problems associated with the 2016 Intelligence Community Assessment,

00:15:45.280 I'm disappointed the agency was permitted to whitewash the full extent of their problems.

00:15:51.180 I write to report to you that this review fails to disclose critical information,

00:15:56.260 offers misleading judgments, and continues to protect the deep state.

00:16:01.480 Congressman Crawford takes offense with the finding of Ratcliffe's report

00:16:05.200 that the Russiagate conspiracy should not be interpreted as a broader systematic problem

00:16:10.820 with the analytic processes or standards, but more specifically, it was part of a willful conspiracy.

00:16:19.160 Congressman Crawford said it's abysmal that they would put out a memo with half-truths, inaccuracies,

00:16:24.400 and blatant omissions about the full extent of the Russian collusion hoax and the deep state's role.

00:16:29.960 In other words, they released this report while holding the Intelligence Committee's report

00:16:35.300 on the exact same issue hostage for seven years because it includes classified documents

00:16:42.040 that only the president can declassify.

00:16:45.080 So, in other words, CIA Director Ratcliffe's shocking review is more moving along,

00:16:52.060 nothing here to see spin from the deep state.

00:16:54.600 We're supposed to believe that only a few bad actors committed the Russiagate conspiracy

00:16:59.860 and that there was no major wholesale charges, changes, to the way the CIA, the FBI,

00:17:06.180 and other deep state alphabet soup organizations in Washington operated. 1.00

00:17:11.280 This is dangerously idiotic hogwash. 1.00

00:17:14.500 It's trying to get the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. 1.00

00:17:18.420 You're listening to Roger Stone.

00:17:19.860 You're in the Stone Zone on the Red Apple Audio Networks.

00:17:22.880 Whatever you do, folks, stay with us here in the Zone.

00:17:25.600 We've got a lot more coming up, including a shocking decision by the IRS

00:17:30.460 that allows people to talk politics in church.

00:17:34.260 The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:17:40.940 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative.

00:17:45.080 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:17:47.140 Welcome back into The Zone.

00:17:50.320 After an extraordinary tug of war between the House Oversight Committee,

00:17:55.040 specifically the subcommittee headed by Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna of Florida,

00:18:00.500 examining the material released from the National Archives regarding the assassination of President John F. Kennedy,

00:18:07.940 the CIA finally admitted that one of the agency's top psychological warfare experts had extensive contact with Lee Harvey Oswald

00:18:17.620 in the months leading up to Kennedy's assassination.

00:18:20.240 This is significant because the FBI and the CIA have long denied knowledge of Oswald prior to the assassination.

00:18:27.860 So now it seems to me would be a good time to revisit the 194-page dossier compiled by the CIA about Lee Harvey Oswald

00:18:36.140 before he allegedly killed JFK.

00:18:39.820 Researcher Jeff Morley put together a tremendous analysis on this report.

00:18:43.860 In fact, we're going to have him in the zone here later in the week.

00:18:47.500 The Oswald file had many interesting revelations,

00:18:50.540 but the most important one was that a secretive CIA front group known as the Special Investigations Group

00:18:57.760 received 17 reports about Oswald in the four years before Kennedy was assassinated,

00:19:04.600 including five FBI dispatches in the three months just before Kennedy was killed.

00:19:10.580 At least 35 CIA employees handled dozens of reports on Oswald between 1959 and 1963,

00:19:18.640 including a half dozen officers who reported personally to CIA counterintelligence chief James Jesus Angleton

00:19:27.260 or to CIA deputy director Richard Helms.

00:19:32.260 Additionally, CIA operations officer Ruben Efron was tasked with monitoring Oswald's private communications

00:19:39.160 during the first 18 months of Kennedy's presidency.

00:19:42.800 Efron reported directly to James Jesus Angleton, the CIA's counterintelligence chief,

00:19:51.320 about his monitoring of Oswald.

00:19:54.400 So Oswald clearly far more important to the CIA than they have ever previously admitted.

00:20:01.140 He was very much on their radar, despite the fact that they have denied that for six decades,

00:20:06.420 and he was being very carefully watched.

00:20:08.540 Now, CIA director at the time, John McComb, lied to the Warren Commission under oath,

00:20:14.700 claiming that the agency never contacted Oswald, never interviewed him,

00:20:19.420 and never received or solicited any reports or information from Oswald or about Oswald.

00:20:27.040 Deputy Director Richard Helms, who would later become the director of the FBI,

00:20:31.320 also lied, claiming that CIA had, quote, very little information, close quote, about Oswald

00:20:37.480 before the Kennedy assassination, when they knew every granular detail about Oswald,

00:20:42.800 such as his height, eye color, precise whereabouts, his alleged communist recruitment activity,

00:20:50.020 his alleged contact with the KGB, his wife meeting, his security clearance,

00:20:56.600 his trip to the American consulate in Mexico City, and so forth.

00:21:03.560 The CIA lies obviously tainted the Warren Commission's findings and prevented a real investigation

00:21:09.740 into the Kennedy assassination from taking place.

00:21:12.580 More information into the Kennedy assassination desperately needs to be released to the public.

00:21:17.260 For example, the House Select Committee on Assassinations that was formed in the late 70s

00:21:23.400 conducted a full investigation, but they reached the conclusion that organized crime

00:21:30.020 was behind John F. Kennedy's assassination.

00:21:34.120 Well, they're not wrong about organized crime being involved in it,

00:21:37.800 but none of the information released from the National Archives to date

00:21:43.260 in response to President Trump's order for full disclosure includes the involvement of the mob,

00:21:50.480 specifically the recordings of Carlos Marcello, the mobster who ran the mafia in both Texas and Louisiana,

00:22:00.520 recordings taken in his jail cell both before and after the Kennedy assassination,

00:22:05.960 in which it is alleged by the Assassinations Review Board

00:22:09.340 and the House Select Committee on Assassinations that he knew in advance and bragged later about Kennedy's assassination.

00:22:17.780 None of that information has been released to the public in this most recent list of documents

00:22:26.340 or audios or videos that should have been released.

00:22:30.280 The first round of the JFK files released by the Trump administration were a great start, 0.99

00:22:35.380 but we need to see the entire tranche of related documents to understand the depths of the CIA's crimes

00:22:42.640 against the American people.

00:22:44.460 One of the great struggles has been over the George Joannides material.

00:22:50.540 Joannides was the CIA operative who we now know, due to this disclosure,

00:22:59.620 operated under an alias and had a false driver's license under the name Howard Gebbler.

00:23:07.000 This contradicts decades of denials from the CIA that Joannides was, in fact, Howard Gebbler.

00:23:13.460 It was under this alias that Joannides worked with anti-communist activists called the Cuban Student Directorate.

00:23:21.620 The CIA has long been denied that they set that front up, too, which now, according to this disclosure,

00:23:27.980 proves to be yet another lie.

00:23:31.060 Joannides served as the deputy chief of the CIA's Miami branch,

00:23:35.560 whereas he was a specialist in psychological warfare.

00:23:38.840 Joannides' anti-communist front had significant contact with Oswald,

00:23:42.780 with those activists getting into a public scuffle with Oswald and his crew.

00:23:50.940 His crew, by the way, did include Raphael Angel Cruz,

00:23:55.220 father of Texas U.S. Senator Ted Cruz.

00:23:59.220 You can see those photos in the Warren Commission report.

00:24:02.220 And Judith Vary Baker, longtime mistress to Lee Harvey Oswald,

00:24:07.260 has confirmed that Angel Cruz, as he was known at the time, was well known to them.

00:24:13.260 The purpose of that scuffle, of course, was to position Oswald for being set up later as a patsy

00:24:20.300 by making him appear to be a communist.

00:24:23.640 What's interesting, of course, is that the address that appeared on the pro-Castro leaflets

00:24:30.100 that Oswald was handing out on the streets of New Orleans

00:24:34.240 was the office address of an FBI operative and informant named Guy Bannister.

00:24:40.200 So there is substantial evidence that Oswald was being manipulated.

00:24:48.060 And interestingly enough, when he was arrested by the New Orleans police,

00:24:53.640 this was just prior to a television debate he was to appear on,

00:24:59.000 he was allowed one phone call.

00:25:01.340 Who did he call?

00:25:02.560 Did he call his wife?

00:25:03.720 Did he call his lawyer?

00:25:04.720 No, he called the head of the local office of the FBI,

00:25:10.780 and within an hour he was released.

00:25:13.780 There's so much more to know about this,

00:25:15.580 but huge credit goes to Congresswoman Anna Polina Luna of Florida,

00:25:21.260 also to the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard,

00:25:25.820 because they have stayed on this story and they got a 60-day extension.

00:25:32.200 Coming up, of course, will be the hearings on the brutal assassination

00:25:35.620 of New York Senator Robert F. Kennedy.

00:25:38.920 And once again there, the government's claim and the reality do not match.

00:25:44.880 Sirhan Sirhan, the man who was convicted of trying to kill Kennedy,

00:25:50.040 got off four shots initially.

00:25:53.740 All four of those shots are accounted for.

00:25:56.600 None of them hit Senator Kennedy.

00:25:58.560 Then after Rafer Johnson and Rosie Greer,

00:26:03.160 two prominent athletes, wrestled Sirhan to the ground

00:26:06.820 but could not get the gun out of his hand,

00:26:09.420 he got off another eight shots,

00:26:11.980 which fortunately did not hit anyone.

00:26:14.380 The problem, of course, here is that according to the Los Angeles County Coroner,

00:26:21.260 Thomas Noguchi,

00:26:22.680 one of the best known and most respected pathologists in the country,

00:26:26.800 Senator Robert Kennedy was killed by two point-blank shots

00:26:30.620 from the rear, at the rear base of his skull.

00:26:35.580 Therefore, it would be impossible for Sirhan Sirhan to be the shooter.

00:26:40.980 I believe that the actual assassin is Eugene Cesar Thane,

00:26:48.800 who was a Filipino,

00:26:51.520 who got his position as a security guard in the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles

00:26:56.680 a week before the Kennedy assassination

00:26:58.660 and resigned and returned to his home in the Philippines

00:27:03.480 immediately after the assassination.

00:27:06.060 I'm hoping, since I know, having seen a terrific interview

00:27:11.420 that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. did on this topic,

00:27:16.620 that Secretary Kennedy will be called as a witness

00:27:21.040 before the House Committee

00:27:22.840 when they get to the phase of their investigation

00:27:26.240 in which they examine the murder of Senator Robert Kennedy.

00:27:31.560 The other great unanswered question revolves around someone known as the polka dot lady. 0.98

00:27:36.920 That is a woman wearing a polka dot dress 1.00

00:27:40.220 who was seen running from the hotel shouting,

00:27:45.660 we got him, we got him.

00:27:47.480 That woman has never been identified,

00:27:50.180 although there are reports that she lives openly in Tarzana, California.

00:27:54.960 I believe the House Committee is trying to track her down

00:27:57.640 and get her name so they can give her a subpoena 0.99

00:28:00.360 to find out what she was doing that day.

00:28:04.440 This is big news.

00:28:06.260 All right.

00:28:06.780 The U.S. Internal Revenue Service has announced

00:28:09.600 that they will no longer be enforcing a longstanding rule

00:28:13.180 that put restrictions on churches

00:28:15.280 that stop them from endorsing political candidates in their churches.

00:28:20.120 In other words, a pastor could not urge his flock

00:28:22.960 to support or not support a particular candidate.

00:28:27.360 Doing so would threaten their tax-free status.

00:28:31.500 The IRS stated in a court filing

00:28:33.320 that political activity by churches would no longer be restricted.

00:28:37.520 See, this rule came as the result of a lawsuit

00:28:40.420 filed on behalf of two Texas churches

00:28:42.300 and a group of Christian broadcasters

00:28:44.400 arguing that the Johnson rule,

00:28:47.400 that's the rule that limited churches,

00:28:49.540 is an infringement on their free speech rights.

00:28:52.200 So it was Senator Lyndon Baines Johnson

00:28:55.780 who, as a Senate majority leader,

00:28:58.080 put this law into place.

00:28:59.820 Why?

00:29:00.220 Well, because he didn't want pastors in Texas

00:29:03.280 preaching about his illegal shenanigans

00:29:07.800 with Billy Solestas and Bobby Baker

00:29:10.180 and numerous other incredible scandals

00:29:13.020 tied to the later vice president and president.

00:29:17.580 The Johnson Amendment bans nonprofits

00:29:20.560 from participating in political campaigning

00:29:23.040 because many churches are designated

00:29:25.280 as 501c3 nonprofits.

00:29:27.640 They have been converse under the so-called Johnson Amendment

00:29:30.740 to curtail their ability to talk about politics.

00:29:35.100 I agree.

00:29:35.700 This is an obvious infringement of their First Amendment rights,

00:29:39.140 and it helps, frankly,

00:29:41.660 those politicians who don't want their records talked about.

00:29:45.680 It's abundantly clear which party is more in line

00:29:48.660 with Christian values,

00:29:50.140 although the Republican Party is very far from perfect, 0.99

00:29:53.460 and it has its share of subverters and other scumbags. 0.98

00:29:57.500 It is the Democrats who represent the party of abortion, 1.00

00:30:02.200 transgender, gender mutilation, 0.97

00:30:04.720 letting violent drugs ransack cities,

00:30:09.000 cashless bail,

00:30:10.860 enabling human trafficking on our border,

00:30:12.960 corrupting the innocent,

00:30:13.940 and allowing evil to rend all levels of our society.

00:30:18.560 So the Democrat Party is probably quite upset about this ruling.

00:30:24.140 When I call them demons,

00:30:25.820 I get criticized,

00:30:27.500 but candidly,

00:30:28.800 that's exactly what they are.

00:30:31.700 When the church is now freed up

00:30:33.540 for political recruitment,

00:30:34.820 advocacy,

00:30:35.380 and organizing,

00:30:36.380 it will mean that Christians can be more affected

00:30:39.020 at pursuing their agenda

00:30:41.460 within the Republican Party

00:30:43.020 and within the nation.

00:30:44.540 This means that they will be held more steadfastly

00:30:47.360 to their principles

00:30:48.120 and their party platform.

00:30:49.660 I think the repeal of the Johnson Amendment

00:30:51.900 is great news for anyone who cares about free speech

00:30:54.780 and anyone who cares about keeping America

00:30:57.280 a just and decent nation

00:30:59.440 for future generations.

00:31:02.120 When we come back,

00:31:03.860 we're going to talk about

00:31:04.560 the Director of National Intelligence,

00:31:06.160 Tulsi Gabbard.

00:31:06.900 She's ordering her New Director's Initiative Group,

00:31:10.100 or DIG,

00:31:11.320 to revisit all of the Biden-era scandals

00:31:15.100 that were swept under the rug,

00:31:17.880 including both election fraud

00:31:19.900 and massive payments

00:31:22.040 that were documented

00:31:23.580 by the House Oversight Committee

00:31:25.620 from foreign governments and companies

00:31:28.560 when Joe Biden was both vice president

00:31:31.500 and president. 0.91

00:31:33.320 Tulsi Gabbard is a bulldog,

00:31:35.600 former four-term congresswoman from Hawaii.

00:31:39.340 She's still a lieutenant colonel

00:31:41.340 in the U.S. Army Reserve

00:31:42.780 and also a combat veteran

00:31:44.660 who served our country with honor

00:31:46.240 in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

00:31:50.020 And she is now on the case.

00:31:52.980 In the meantime,

00:31:53.800 you're tuned into the Stone Zone

00:31:56.060 here on the Red Apple Audio Network.

00:31:58.500 We'll be back with more political news

00:32:01.080 on the other side.

00:32:02.440 We appreciate you joining us every day.

00:32:05.180 We try to bring you

00:32:05.980 the hottest news stories

00:32:07.720 on the political scene

00:32:08.780 and my unique spin on them

00:32:11.000 based on five decades in the arena.

00:32:14.600 So wherever you do,

00:32:15.480 don't touch that dial.

00:32:16.740 We'll be right back

00:32:17.480 with more of the Stone Zone.

00:32:19.040 This is the Stone Zone

00:32:21.640 with Roger Stone.

00:32:31.280 The Stone Zone

00:32:33.000 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:32:37.780 The Stone Zone

00:32:39.540 entertaining and informative

00:32:41.600 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:32:43.920 And we're back in the zone.

00:32:49.220 So Director of National Intelligence

00:32:50.820 Tulsi Gabbard

00:32:51.700 will now be examining

00:32:52.660 vulnerabilities

00:32:53.800 in both the 2020

00:32:55.200 and 2022 elections.

00:32:57.720 Along with the Russian collusion hoax,

00:33:00.500 the Hunter Biden lap stop story,

00:33:02.980 the Biden regime's classification

00:33:04.400 of its political opponents

00:33:05.880 as domestic terrorists,

00:33:07.640 and a multitude of other issues.

00:33:10.160 A spokesperson for Gabbard's agency

00:33:13.040 said this is a broken system

00:33:15.620 that cannot be fixed

00:33:16.680 without transparency

00:33:17.720 into what we did wrong

00:33:20.120 in our past.

00:33:21.640 In view of the criticism

00:33:23.620 of the report released

00:33:25.760 by CIA Director John Ratcliffe

00:33:28.280 that we spoke about earlier

00:33:29.620 as being shallow

00:33:31.400 and hiding more than it reveals,

00:33:34.100 I welcome this review

00:33:35.460 by Tulsi Gabbard.

00:33:37.220 The 2020 presidential election,

00:33:39.540 in my view,

00:33:40.040 is a crime unlike any other

00:33:41.340 in our history

00:33:41.880 For those who may have forgotten,

00:33:43.920 President Donald Trump

00:33:44.800 was leading the election

00:33:46.260 into the deep hours

00:33:47.200 of election night

00:33:47.800 when the vote was suspiciously paused

00:33:50.860 in a coordinated fashion

00:33:52.380 throughout the country.

00:33:53.700 How did that happen?

00:33:55.380 Perhaps Tulsi Gabbard

00:33:57.060 will be able to tell us that.

00:33:59.340 When the counting resumed,

00:34:01.080 the van showed up

00:34:01.980 with bags and bags of ballots.

00:34:03.860 We've seen those videos.

00:34:06.220 Anomalies occurred

00:34:07.140 with the ballots

00:34:07.780 that were against

00:34:08.360 all reasonable statistical probability.

00:34:10.960 We've all seen the graphs

00:34:12.960 where the line goes straight up

00:34:14.440 and the ballot dumps come in.

00:34:16.380 So 99% of those late paper ballots

00:34:19.920 happen to be for Joe Biden.

00:34:22.420 Unlikely.

00:34:23.520 When election challengers noted

00:34:25.060 that the Biden ballot dumps

00:34:26.980 were not crinkled in the slightest

00:34:28.900 and the signature verification

00:34:30.260 did not match,

00:34:31.540 they were shouted down

00:34:32.600 by gangs of thugs.

00:34:34.280 I saw it in Detroit myself.

00:34:36.760 There were in several cases,

00:34:38.020 they were actually hauled off

00:34:39.200 the voting floor

00:34:39.880 and deprived of their rights

00:34:41.680 to observe.

00:34:43.000 Detroit, I think, was the best.

00:34:44.380 They even put up a cardboard box

00:34:46.240 on the window

00:34:46.780 so they could avoid transparency

00:34:48.580 while the heist

00:34:49.440 was being perpetrated.

00:34:51.100 The Democrat Gestapo

00:34:52.680 was in full effect

00:34:53.860 exploiting the COVID-19 crisis

00:34:55.760 to stack the deck

00:34:57.240 with limitless,

00:34:58.560 unaccountable,

00:34:59.680 absentee,

00:35:00.480 and mail-in ballots.

00:35:01.780 Of course, if you said that,

00:35:03.540 you would immediately be called

00:35:04.680 a conspiracy theorist

00:35:06.740 or a kook.

00:35:08.460 No, there is no evidence

00:35:10.280 of irregularities

00:35:11.580 in the 2020 election.

00:35:12.900 That is what we were told,

00:35:14.180 but thanks to social media

00:35:15.760 and, frankly,

00:35:16.620 thanks to Elon Musk

00:35:17.760 and Twitter,

00:35:19.540 now known as X,

00:35:20.760 we have seen solid evidence

00:35:22.800 to the contrary.

00:35:24.580 I believe they got away

00:35:25.780 with the crime,

00:35:26.420 at least temporarily,

00:35:27.740 in the dark four-year period

00:35:29.380 following 2020,

00:35:30.420 some of the most brave

00:35:31.560 and outspoken patriots

00:35:33.140 in America

00:35:33.580 have faced massive consequences

00:35:35.740 from lawfare

00:35:36.660 to sanctions

00:35:37.700 to criminal prosecutions.

00:35:39.800 This narrative was created

00:35:41.080 so that Trump supporters

00:35:43.060 who somehow were objecting

00:35:47.520 would be prosecuted

00:35:49.200 and silenced.

00:35:50.720 It really was used

00:35:53.400 to warp the entire narrative here

00:35:57.620 in an Orwellian version

00:35:58.980 of reality.

00:35:59.620 Many fell for this deception

00:36:01.640 until it became obvious

00:36:02.760 that the country

00:36:03.700 was going off the rails

00:36:04.740 under the vacuous,

00:36:06.240 hapless figurehead,

00:36:07.760 Joe Biden.

00:36:08.960 But because of the political acumen

00:36:11.220 and never-say-die attitude,

00:36:14.840 the stamina,

00:36:16.000 the courage,

00:36:16.720 the persistence

00:36:17.340 of one Donald J. Trump,

00:36:19.780 we've emerged

00:36:20.620 from those dark times.

00:36:22.520 And in my opinion,

00:36:23.660 Tulsi Gabbard

00:36:24.340 is the perfect person

00:36:25.380 to revisit these issues

00:36:26.680 and to make sure

00:36:27.960 that the record

00:36:28.600 is corrected

00:36:29.300 and just as importantly,

00:36:31.200 make sure that it

00:36:31.880 never happens again.

00:36:33.800 After Gabbard's investigation

00:36:35.160 is completed,

00:36:35.960 the individuals

00:36:36.640 and the entities

00:36:37.420 responsible for the vote

00:36:39.260 Reagan 2020,

00:36:40.500 if it is proven,

00:36:41.640 must be criminally prosecuted

00:36:43.280 and made into swift examples

00:36:44.800 so that there is no future

00:36:46.820 criminal activist magnitude

00:36:48.260 regarding our elections.

00:36:50.640 This, to me,

00:36:52.640 there is no higher priority

00:36:54.640 except perhaps

00:36:56.060 it would be

00:36:56.980 the prosecution

00:36:57.720 of those

00:36:58.560 who perpetrated

00:37:00.600 the Russian collusion hoax.

00:37:03.020 I was happy to see that

00:37:04.180 on Gabbard's list

00:37:05.520 because having read

00:37:07.140 the CIA report

00:37:08.220 from John Radcliffe,

00:37:09.800 I agree with

00:37:10.580 Chairman Rick Crawford

00:37:11.840 of the House Intelligence Committee.

00:37:13.560 It seems sanitized.

00:37:15.740 I know based on my own research

00:37:17.340 from my own book,

00:37:18.420 The Myth of Russian Collusion,

00:37:21.420 that there are a number

00:37:22.580 of things that the CIA

00:37:23.800 seems to have missed.

00:37:25.600 Perhaps it is

00:37:26.520 the most shallow version

00:37:28.560 of the truth.

00:37:30.000 Anyway, that's it for today.
