The StoneZONE with Roger Stone - The Stone Zone ｜ 07-24-25

00:00:00.360 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:07.740 Breaking news.

00:00:10.140 And this is Rita Cosby in for my buddy Roger Stone tonight.

00:00:14.700 And boy, another busy news night.

00:00:18.160 And what is Ghislaine Maxwell, who is the accomplice to Jeffrey Epstein,

00:00:23.600 what is she telling the Trump Department of Justice?

00:00:27.180 That's the big question tonight, because literally just about a minute ago,

00:00:31.880 this statement came out from Todd Blanche.

00:00:35.280 And he is the deputy attorney general who is right underneath Pam Bondi.

00:00:39.980 And he went down to meet with Ghislaine Maxwell, who is the person who said to be the Rosetta Stone,

00:00:46.540 the person who is said to know all the details about Jeffrey Epstein.

00:00:51.040 And he just put out this statement about a minute ago.

00:00:54.420 And it says, quote, Today I met with Ghislaine Maxwell, and I will continue my interview of her tomorrow.

00:01:02.960 The Department of Justice will share additional information about what we learned at the appropriate time.

00:01:10.400 So that's very interesting.

00:01:11.880 First, they're going to share information at the appropriate time.

00:01:15.460 So what did they learn?

00:01:16.680 This is somebody who knows all the details surrounding Jeffrey Epstein.

00:01:21.340 Not only was she sort of his travel agent, figuring out when he flies, where he goes,

00:01:26.540 she also apparently kept track of the records of who he met with and was also one of the procurers,

00:01:34.040 according to a lot of the women. 1.00

00:01:36.040 Now, Ghislaine Maxwell says she's innocent, but a lot of the women have specifically named Ghislaine Maxwell

00:01:41.340 and said, she's the one who came to my school, or she's the one who groomed me to do certain things to Jeffrey Epstein.

00:01:49.820 She's the one who groomed me to bring in other girls. 0.98

00:01:52.700 So this is not by at least the witnesses account, not a good person whatsoever.

00:01:58.800 But she could hold the keys to the kingdom.

00:02:02.120 And I think it's important that the Trump DOJ is meeting with her for a lot of reasons.

00:02:09.000 And the fact that they are just putting out the statement that after meeting with her for several hours today,

00:02:15.640 they met with her at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Florida,

00:02:19.760 that apparently she is going to be meeting with them again tomorrow.

00:02:24.620 So that's a very, very big deal.

00:02:27.540 Also, her attorney just put out a statement saying she answered every question

00:02:32.640 and that she never invoked a privilege.

00:02:36.460 So it sounds like she is cooperating.

00:02:38.960 So is the dam about to burst open in the Jeffrey Epstein case?

00:02:45.020 Because she can say, yeah, I want to reduce sentence.

00:02:47.880 I want a deal.

00:02:49.000 I want something like that.

00:02:50.700 But they're not just going to take a deal with somebody who has nothing to offer.

00:02:53.960 So I think this is a very pivotal moment and a deeply important moment.

00:03:00.320 Because guess what?

00:03:01.300 If she can come out and clear the air about President Trump,

00:03:05.120 I think it's a good thing for the Trump administration.

00:03:07.540 Get it out there.

00:03:08.740 Yeah, he knew her.

00:03:10.380 Yes, he knew Jeffrey Epstein.

00:03:12.160 There's no question.

00:03:13.120 They were friends.

00:03:14.240 They knew each other.

00:03:14.980 But he also kicked him out of Mar-a-Lago because he crossed the line with all these young girls. 0.98

00:03:20.100 So I actually feel like there's nothing going to be there about President Trump at the end of the day.

00:03:26.740 And let's see what she's got.

00:03:29.520 Because boy, oh boy, if he can throw all the information out there and say,

00:03:35.800 here's what Ghislaine Maxwell said.

00:03:37.520 Here it is.

00:03:38.600 I mean, if she's going to say, oh, I didn't do anything wrong or I didn't do that,

00:03:42.060 then you've got to believe that all these other people are lying.

00:03:44.700 So we've got to see what information they have on her, what they can use as leverage,

00:03:50.540 and certainly what she has to offer to be able to expose maybe some of these others

00:03:56.840 who have indeed done some very nefarious activities.

00:04:01.120 There is a lot of stuff.

00:04:03.400 By the way, and also remember the Wall Street Journal report about that birthday card from President Trump?

00:04:09.820 Well, now the Wall Street Journal is apparently reporting that that birthday album also included a letter from President Clinton.

00:04:18.460 So if that's the case, you know what?

00:04:21.080 President Clinton wrote happy birthday, something funny to Jeffrey Epstein.

00:04:25.340 Obviously, they're saying that President Trump wrote something.

00:04:28.520 So far, I think it's all a big nothing burger.

00:04:30.920 But I do think if something happened to these young women and Jeffrey Epstein clearly was one bad person

00:04:39.400 and they say Ghislaine Maxwell was the facilitator, I think we need to know the truth and it needs to get out there.

00:04:46.220 And especially because a lot of people in the media are not even covering anything at this point close to the Russia-Russia hoax.

00:04:56.300 You got yesterday Tulsi Gabbard coming out and saying, I want to blow the lid off everything.

00:05:02.180 Here's all the details.

00:05:03.240 Here's all the information.

00:05:04.840 And all the questions were, what about Jeffrey Epstein?

00:05:07.640 What about Jeffrey Epstein?

00:05:08.580 What about you?

00:05:09.320 Put it to bed.

00:05:11.080 President Trump is a master at PR.

00:05:14.440 This may be what he knows at the end of the day, one big nothing burger, as I say.

00:05:19.280 And maybe he just kind of wants to get it out there.

00:05:21.920 Let's get the media all riled up.

00:05:23.580 And then at the end of the day, they're going to have egg on their face. 0.56

00:05:26.640 This could be one big PR orchestration.

00:05:30.140 I do believe he's not going to be found to have anything nefarious tied to Jeffrey Epstein.

00:05:35.900 And the fact that he knew him, so what?

00:05:38.720 But I do think, if indeed Ghislaine Maxwell has information about those who committed crimes with Jeffrey Epstein,

00:05:47.980 against young women and others, guess what?

00:05:51.160 I say throw the book at them.

00:05:52.540 So maybe justice is coming soon, guys.

00:05:55.040 1-800-848-9222.

00:05:58.240 1-800-848-9222.

00:06:01.680 And you are listening to Rita Cosby filling in for my friend, Roger Stone.

00:06:07.280 Meanwhile, here is Alan Dershowitz.

00:06:09.580 Remember, he used to represent Jeffrey Epstein.

00:06:12.080 He knows Ghislaine Maxwell.

00:06:13.380 And here is what he had to say.

00:06:15.800 We talked with him earlier today on Cats and Cosby.

00:06:18.080 And I wanted to play this for you because he says here is sort of what needs to come about for Ghislaine Maxwell to cut a deal.

00:06:27.220 In the end, she will ask for time served.

00:06:31.300 She's already served five years, which is more than anybody has ever gotten for this kind of a crime.

00:06:37.540 And I think she can provide a lot of information.

00:06:40.800 Now, people will say, well, why would you believe her?

00:06:43.000 That's not what they're looking for.

00:06:44.640 They're looking for her to provide self-proving information, documents, travel records, photographs, which she might have in England or in various places that she's lived.

00:06:57.740 So she's not going to be valuable just for her own words.

00:07:03.780 It'll be valuable to help lead to other things.

00:07:05.900 But in the end, it's corroboration and her providing hard physical evidence in addition to her words.

00:07:14.640 And that really is the key, hard physical evidence.

00:07:20.100 What can she do to prove that she has information that is worthy of, quote, her cooperating with the Trump administration to bring the perpetrators to justice that would prove certain things or disprove certain things, whatever the case is.

00:07:37.520 But hard evidence as opposed to just her testimony, because people will say this is someone who has said she's been innocent all along.

00:07:45.480 A lot of people say they do not believe her.

00:07:47.660 But yet, it sounds like she's singing like a canary because the word just coming out that Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche is saying that he's going to be meeting with her for a second day.

00:07:59.960 You think about it, you can get a lot of information out of somebody in a few hours.

00:08:03.780 And apparently they spent many hours together today and it will continue tomorrow.

00:08:09.840 So here's a little more from Professor Alan Dershowitz of what he thinks may come about or may not come about.

00:08:17.000 So in my experience, I know her for a few years.

00:08:20.300 I don't know her well, but I know her.

00:08:21.780 I know her family.

00:08:23.200 I think she could provide useful information.

00:08:26.580 But, you know, it's going to be disappointing.

00:08:29.400 There are no smoking guns here.

00:08:31.620 There are no people, famous people who are in the files like Donald Trump, who did anything wrong.

00:08:38.120 You know, we know that they knew each other.

00:08:42.820 We know they were at events together in Palm Beach and in New York.

00:08:47.280 And we know hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of other people who were with Jeffrey Epstein.

00:08:51.380 I used to go to seminars at Harvard where Nobel Prize winners were the president of Harvard, the provost of Harvard, the deans of the schools would sit around with Jeffrey Epstein.

00:09:01.820 He would conduct the seminars, talk about evolutionary psychology.

00:09:06.020 I remember meeting the guy who decoded the genome, who I'd never met.

00:09:10.180 I'd been at Harvard with him for 20 years.

00:09:11.720 We had never met.

00:09:12.760 Epstein brought us together.

00:09:13.800 So the fact that there's a name in the file doesn't mean anything.

00:09:18.260 I mean, there are his lawyers.

00:09:19.380 Their names are in the file.

00:09:20.660 There are his accountants.

00:09:22.440 There are his, you know, other friends who had nothing to do with this.

00:09:26.080 Now, if there were people who were on the island when improper sexual conduct was taking place on the island, you know, that might be relevant.

00:09:36.820 And the people who would know that might be the authorities in the Virgin Islands.

00:09:42.260 And Professor Dershowitz says he knows that island.

00:09:48.580 He, of course, says he was not involved in any nefarious activity, but he describes what he saw.

00:09:54.500 Remember, you couldn't fly directly to Epstein's island.

00:09:58.660 You had to fly to St.

00:10:00.400 whatever, one of the one of the cities there.

00:10:03.460 And then a boat would come for you and would take you to the island.

00:10:08.560 My wife, my daughter, who was then 10, and me and Professor Michael Porter of the Harvard Business School, his wife and his relatives,

00:10:17.220 we all went to the island for dinner before the island was built up when nobody was there.

00:10:22.240 The only people on the island at that time were a couple of men who were workers and one massage guy.

00:10:28.440 But there were no young people on the island.

00:10:31.500 But but later, the island became someplace where apparently there were improper activities.

00:10:38.740 And so if you can get the names of those people, and I suspect Elaine Maxwell knows who was on the island,

00:10:44.420 because I think she probably arranged for the transportation and that would be relevant.

00:10:49.880 But you're not going to get any smoking guns, I don't think.

00:10:53.540 So even if there's no smoking gun or anything pointing to anybody famous,

00:10:58.800 I still say if she can provide information about others, I don't care if they're famous or not.

00:11:05.180 If there's somebody who abused young women and she is aware of that information, throw it out there.

00:11:12.240 Make them famous, you know, make them famous when they get arrested and thrown in jail.

00:11:18.480 So the fame doesn't really affect me.

00:11:21.120 It's more justice because that's really what I care about.

00:11:24.600 And listen to this.

00:11:26.820 And I've said this to you guys, and I know Roger feels the same way, that there are so many questions about Jeffrey Epstein's death.

00:11:36.420 Who knows?

00:11:36.960 Maybe she has some interesting information in that arena, too.

00:11:40.120 I mean, there's a lot of things you never know.

00:11:42.420 You got to imagine there's a lot of security around her. 0.97

00:11:44.920 Who knows?

00:11:46.960 I'm just saying that I never have felt comfortable with the idea that Jeffrey Epstein suddenly killed himself and that the guards just happened to fall asleep and the video just happened to drop out at certain places and case closed.

00:12:02.020 There's just way too many questions with that.

00:12:05.120 And here is Ian Maxwell.

00:12:06.860 This is really interesting.

00:12:07.920 He is the brother of Ghislaine Maxwell, and he was on Pierce Morgan, and he said he also has some questions about whether or not Jeffrey Epstein was killed.

00:12:21.140 And again, this is the brother of Ghislaine Maxwell, who's actually very close to her.

00:12:26.140 So does he know something maybe that needs to come out or does she, that she relate to him?

00:12:31.500 You say yesterday that you're in lockstep with the administration on the Epstein files, but it doesn't seem that you're in lockstep with all of your House Republicans.

00:12:40.700 Thomas Massey, who's just saying in the past hours, is he going to come back and invite him?

00:12:45.380 And that's somebody there whispering in the background.

00:12:49.100 I bet there was a lot of whispering, by the way, when everything happened with Jeffrey Epstein.

00:12:54.540 Boy, oh, boy, oh, boy.

00:12:55.920 We'll get to that in a moment.

00:12:56.960 But what he essentially said, guys, was that he doesn't really believe that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself.

00:13:04.700 He also brought up Dr. Michael Bodden, who is the foremost forensic pathologist.

00:13:11.120 And what happened in that particular case, Dr. Bodden did the autopsy.

00:13:16.380 And he determined this was not for the state.

00:13:20.480 This was a private autopsy, but he made sure that he was there on behalf of the family.

00:13:24.320 And he's I know Dr. Bodden, he's done some of the biggest cases in American and world history.

00:13:30.500 And he came out and said there is no way that those bones would have been broken in the neck, the hyoid bones and other bones, if indeed he strangled himself, if he killed himself by strangulation.

00:13:44.960 He said it takes such incredible force that it would have had to have been somebody strangling him, not someone trying to kill themselves and other people who've been in that cell there.

00:13:58.460 We've talked to people or we've seen interviews, I should say, of people who have been in that cell.

00:14:03.080 And they say that there's nothing they can't even imagine it either.

00:14:08.460 They say that there's just no way, given a the way the cameras are, given a the way of what's in that cell physically to be able to do it.

00:14:19.100 They say it's inconceivable.

00:14:20.300 And again, here is now the brother of Ghislaine Maxwell, suggesting that there may be more to the story, too.

00:14:28.140 That's pretty interesting.

00:14:29.380 Maybe she has some information on that one.

00:14:32.300 Boy, oh, boy, oh, boy.

00:14:34.080 1-800-848-9222.

00:14:37.240 1-800-848-9222 is the number to call.

00:15:20.700 The Stone Zone.

00:15:22.680 Entertaining and informative.

00:15:24.840 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:15:27.680 And this is Rita Cosby filling in for Roger Stone.

00:15:31.940 This is interesting.

00:15:33.200 Wall Street Journal now reporting.

00:15:35.320 Remember that 2003 birthday album where they had the birthday card that Trump sent to Jeffrey Epstein.

00:15:42.900 Which sounded like, you know, kind of two guys, him making some funny comments.

00:15:48.680 I didn't think there was really anything to it.

00:15:51.640 Trump has already said that he knew Jeffrey Epstein.

00:15:54.220 There's no doubt about it.

00:15:55.320 Well, now the Wall Street Journal is saying that there were a lot of other letters in there, too.

00:15:58.940 Of course, letters, including from former President Bill Clinton, also Wall Street billionaire Leon Black, fashion designer Vera Wang and media executive Mort Zuckerman.

00:16:11.640 And that was all according to documents per the Wall Street Journal.

00:16:18.040 A spokesperson for Clinton referred the Wall Street Journal, by the way, when they called to ask about it to a previous statement that he made where he said he had cut off ties more than a decade before that.

00:16:29.140 Or before Epstein was arrested in 2000, 2019, and he said that he did not know about Epstein's alleged crime.

00:16:42.540 So he could have just been sending a letter or card, just like Trump was sending a letter or a card.

00:16:48.440 Also, apparently, Leon Black, Vera Wang, Mort Zuckerman declining to comment.

00:16:53.780 But it clearly shows that there were a lot of people that were writing in this birthday, this 50th birthday sort of album that Ghislaine Maxwell apparently compiled for Jeffrey Epstein on his 50th birthday in 2003.

00:17:11.560 So, I mean, it just goes to show that's nothing.

00:17:15.800 But let's see what Ghislaine Maxwell has, because, again, the new word tonight is that Attorney General Todd Blanche is going to be meeting with her for a second day.

00:17:25.740 That's a biggie.

00:17:27.420 When we come back, we're going to take your calls, everybody.

00:17:29.800 1-800-848-9222.

00:17:36.640 The Stone Zone.

00:17:38.580 Entertaining and informative.

00:17:40.700 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:17:42.620 And this is Rita Cosby in for my friend Roger Stone.

00:17:47.400 Well, I know so many of us are mourning the loss of the great entertainer, great wrestler, great showman.

00:17:55.860 And I loved Hulk Hogan.

00:17:57.900 He was such an incredible guy.

00:18:00.440 I had the honor of interviewing and meeting Hulk a whole bunch of times.

00:18:05.100 And he was always dynamic, always passionate, and he loved this country.

00:18:10.720 And when I think of Hulk Hogan, of course, I think about him going in, what was it, 1987, WrestleMania, body slamming, Ivan the Giant.

00:18:22.480 I also remember him just, you know, ripping off his shirts.

00:18:26.260 He did that at the Madison Square Garden rally for President Trump.

00:18:30.160 I was there at that rally.

00:18:31.860 That was one of those.

00:18:32.580 He, like, lit the whole room up.

00:18:34.660 When he came in, it was like, whoa, this is the show.

00:18:38.620 And then, of course, at the RNC, too, as well.

00:18:42.580 He really came out very passionately in support of his friend and my friend, President Donald Trump.

00:18:50.300 And he came out to say, this man is a warrior.

00:18:54.380 This man is a fighter.

00:18:55.620 Because who could forget?

00:18:57.100 RNC, of course.

00:18:58.180 And I was there at the RNC.

00:19:00.260 And, again, it was electric when he came out.

00:19:02.780 I mean, all these speakers were great and passionate.

00:19:05.260 But when he came out, it was like, whoa, the crowd went crazy.

00:19:09.180 He was such an icon and just brought so much joy, I think, to so many people.

00:19:15.040 But he also came out to talk about what a warrior President Trump was after that horrible assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania.

00:19:23.680 Because, remember, the RNC was literally right after that.

00:19:27.140 And here is Hulk Hogan, the late, great Hulk Hogan.

00:19:31.820 Last week, when they took a shot at my hero.

00:19:39.420 And they tried to kill the next President of the United States. 0.83

00:19:45.980 Enough was enough. 0.93

00:19:48.840 And I said, let Trump-a-mania run wild, brother.

00:19:53.840 Let Trump-a-mania rule again.

00:19:56.320 Let Trump-a-mania make America great again.

00:20:14.600 It was definitely Trump-a-mania, but it is always going to be Hulk-a-mania.

00:20:25.120 And what a great guy.

00:20:27.760 I remember interviewing Hulk Hogan when I was at NBC and at Fox.

00:20:32.760 And I remember talking to him right after he did his big reality show with his family.

00:20:38.700 Hogan knows best.

00:20:40.560 I had a great time talking to him and the rest of the family.

00:20:43.700 And I will definitely miss the iconic, great American, great showman.

00:20:50.060 Also, Hulk Hogan was somebody when there were events for veterans, charity events for veterans.

00:20:56.620 He's like, sign me up, Rita.

00:20:58.220 Whatever you need, sign me up.

00:21:00.160 He loved the military and he loved this country.

00:21:03.120 And boy, did he live large.

00:21:04.880 And he's going to live large in our hearts forever.

00:21:06.900 We will definitely miss the great Hulk Hogan.

00:21:10.800 I know many of you have great memories of him, too.

00:21:13.160 And I can't wait to hear your thoughts about him tonight as well.

00:21:16.680 We're also talking about everything that's happening with Ghislaine Maxwell.

00:21:21.080 Because as we're getting word now, there will be a second meeting now tomorrow that it went on for hours today.

00:21:28.980 And Ghislaine Maxwell is going to be meeting with Todd Blanche, the deputy attorney general, right under Pam Bondi, again tomorrow at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Florida.

00:21:38.380 And I mentioned earlier that Ghislaine Maxwell's brother has also been pretty suspicious in terms of, skeptical, I should say, in terms of what really happened to Jeffrey Epstein.

00:21:51.560 Did he die of suicide?

00:21:54.940 Nah, he's not so sure.

00:21:57.740 Listen to what Ian Maxwell, Ghislaine Maxwell's brother, has to say.

00:22:01.760 I believe Jeffrey Epstein killed himself.

00:22:03.660 I have to say that that was my original view.

00:22:10.560 I think it's entirely plausible that that could have happened.

00:22:13.340 However, I think the jury must be out on the manner of his death.

00:22:18.820 I think the investigation was shoddy.

00:22:21.140 I think it was cursory.

00:22:22.640 I think the guards involved were let off pretty lightly.

00:22:26.980 I think the footage we've seen of the film is not terribly conclusive.

00:22:31.980 There's a flex from a CPAP machine, which helps you breathe better.

00:22:37.900 Why couldn't that have been used as a ligature?

00:22:39.860 We don't know.

00:22:40.660 And the pathologist that was brought in by the Epstein family did not consider that the injuries to Epstein's neck were conclusive of suicide.

00:22:53.900 And he thought it was more likely that it was homicide.

00:22:58.820 And he's talking about Dr. Michael Bodden, who I know very well.

00:23:02.040 By the way, it's Dr. Michael Bodden's birthday today.

00:23:04.360 I just thought about that.

00:23:05.460 I've got to give him a call and tell him happy birthday after the show.

00:23:08.540 1-800-848-9222.

00:23:11.620 1-800-848-9222.

00:23:14.900 And you are listening to Rita Cosby filling in for Roger Stone.

00:23:18.860 Let's go to Sheila in Ohio. 0.59

00:23:22.100 Sheila, boy, oh, boy, your thoughts tonight.

00:23:24.520 Now that we're hearing that this meeting with Todd Blanche is going to carry over into tomorrow, it sounds like she's chirping like a bird.

00:23:32.580 Hi, Rita.

00:23:33.420 I'm afraid that if she is giving any information, I hope that she is protected.

00:23:43.420 I don't believe Epstein killed himself.

00:23:46.700 I believe it was murder, but we may never know.

00:23:49.920 And also about Hulk Hogan, I was so shocked to hear about his death.

00:23:54.800 And I hope he rests in peace and is happy up in heaven.

00:23:58.880 What made Hulk Hogan such an iconic, lovable brand to you?

00:24:05.460 Like, is there, you know, just when he came out, I'll never forget, because I was there in the room both times when he came out and he, like, tore off the shirt and, you know, the fireworks are coming out and the flames and the music and, you know, the I Am American.

00:24:21.400 I mean, in fact, I think we have that song, too.

00:24:23.380 We can maybe play it.

00:24:24.260 But this is sort of that iconic music when he walks out all the time.

00:24:28.900 It was always this show.

00:24:31.440 And, Sheila, I talked about this earlier.

00:24:33.580 I went with the WWE when I was at NBC.

00:24:37.300 I spent a little over, I think, a week it was over there in Afghanistan with the WWE.

00:24:44.120 Hulk was not on that trip, but I spent a lot of time with many of his friends.

00:24:48.500 Ric Flair was on that trip and Triple H.

00:24:51.960 Big Show was on that one.

00:24:53.800 I mean, so many of the big, big John Cena was there, Vince McMahon.

00:24:58.260 But I've spent a bit of time around the wrestlers and just so many of these are such great Americans who love this country.

00:25:05.520 They were doing big shows for the military.

00:25:07.860 They love giving back and helping the military.

00:25:10.700 And that was something, you know, when I think of, you know, when I think of Hulk, I think of just his love of life.

00:25:18.280 And he said he could not take it anymore, which is why he came out so passionately for President Trump.

00:25:24.640 He said, I can't stand injustices.

00:25:27.860 And he always really deeply loved and appreciated President Trump.

00:25:31.380 But he really felt he needed to come out after what happened in Butler and how he felt the country was sort of falling apart before that.

00:25:38.360 And he always stepped up when it was like military events or events about honoring this country, honoring America.

00:25:45.100 I'm really shocked today.

00:25:46.880 When I saw the news, I was so shocked because the last time I saw him, he was vibrant, full of life and ever the showman.

00:25:56.180 I want to play a little bit of the music.

00:25:58.400 This is this is his famous song, you know, when he's walking out all the time.

00:26:02.080 Here it is.

00:26:03.080 And you can just see him coming out there with, you know, with the boots on, the bulked up, throwing Ivan the Terrible, throwing whoever it is around in the ring.

00:26:28.860 He was larger than life.

00:26:30.240 Right, Sheila?

00:26:30.780 I mean, there's just something.

00:26:32.160 There's nobody like him, really.

00:26:33.820 I mean, what a character.

00:26:35.940 He was bigger than life.

00:26:37.840 And my family, my whole family just loved him.

00:26:41.940 So I hope he rests in peace and we will never forget him.

00:26:46.280 I agree.

00:26:46.960 And by the way, back to your point also about Ghislaine Maxwell.

00:26:49.880 I do hope you're right that she stays safe.

00:26:52.560 I am not convinced that she is indeed, you know, I'm sure they're watching her.

00:27:00.060 I feel like it's such a visible situation.

00:27:02.980 But given that I have questions about Jeffrey Epstein and you just mentioned you do, too.

00:27:08.780 I hope that she is well protected and careful.

00:27:13.160 I think it's interesting that if she does have something important, why didn't she bring it up before?

00:27:19.500 Although she has said all along she's innocent.

00:27:21.880 So if indeed she is innocent, I mean, she's been accused by a number of these women.

00:27:28.140 In fact, in the last trial, I think there were four women that came forward and some of them said that she even participated, not only organized, but also participated.

00:27:37.720 I mean, some horrible details.

00:27:39.860 So they definitely pinpointed her.

00:27:42.680 Maybe she has something to show otherwise.

00:27:45.700 And also, what information could she have that would shed light on some who did it?

00:27:51.180 I mean, if she sits there and says, oh, you know, Jeffrey's misunderstood and I'm misunderstood.

00:27:56.640 And, you know, we're both the tooth fairy and the equivalent of Mother Teresa.

00:28:02.980 I don't know if anyone's going to buy that one.

00:28:05.620 She's got to have something concrete.

00:28:07.240 And we just heard also from Professor Dershowitz that it's got to be something of substance.

00:28:11.920 You can't you have to have something to trade.

00:28:13.680 You can't just say, here's what I believe.

00:28:15.380 She's going to have to have some physical proof evidence because she is so vilified, you know, from at least everything that was heard from these victims and also from the trial.

00:28:28.880 So if I'm always open that, you know, people deserve a fair trial and a fair chance.

00:28:33.940 But she's got to have something a extremely important that would turn things around for them to reduce her sentence or to do something like that, because especially because she is so vilified.

00:28:46.960 It has to be something of physical evidence or some information or even if she's turning everything on him.

00:28:56.000 Here's what I know.

00:28:57.160 Here are the people who perpetrated crimes.

00:28:59.820 And again, I say this to you guys, whether they're known or unknown. 0.60

00:29:03.160 I don't care if they're known or unknown, if they're monsters, they're monsters.

00:29:07.260 And if somebody did something inappropriate to, you know, especially underage individuals and participated in human trafficking, throw the book at them.

00:29:17.420 That is for sure.

00:29:19.060 Those are my philosophies, guys.

00:29:21.160 1-800-848-9222.

00:29:23.820 1-800-848-9222.

00:29:26.380 Let's go to Joe on line one on Mount Sinai.

00:29:30.240 Go ahead, Joe.

00:29:31.180 Your thoughts.

00:29:33.160 I believe Epstein was murdered.

00:29:36.980 And I don't know what you could do.

00:29:39.100 I mean, who has jurisdiction over this island as far as the crimes that go on?

00:29:43.200 And I know there's probably conspiracy crimes and everything else.

00:29:46.460 But I believe the CIA got rid of Epstein because Epstein was going to probably start squealing.

00:29:53.500 And all the leverage they had on people that they wanted leverage on would be gone.

00:30:00.820 Yeah.

00:30:01.380 And by the way, there may be something to that, Joe.

00:30:04.560 First of all, the island, like you said, I have to take a look and see whose jurisdiction.

00:30:09.840 But because it is conspiracy and because they were flown, you know, from New York there or other locations, Florida, too, as well.

00:30:20.020 Some of these flights were from all over the place, but mostly, obviously, from the United States.

00:30:24.880 U.S. certainly has jurisdiction because there's international combination and there's a lot of U.S. base to this.

00:30:31.840 And many of the women based here, they also say a lot of the acts happened at his apartment.

00:30:36.080 He has a big, big apartment he did in New York City, had a big one there, also in Florida, too, as well.

00:30:42.720 But your point, I also, I don't, I agree with you. 0.94

00:30:46.440 I think something suspicious definitely did happen to him.

00:30:49.060 I don't know if a three-letter agency, I wouldn't go as far as to saying they participated in doing something to him.

00:30:55.500 But I do find it awfully convenient that when he had the squeeze put on him that, you know, there was no way he was going to skate.

00:31:06.900 I mean, to me, there was no way he was going to skate.

00:31:09.540 Maybe he's delusional.

00:31:11.380 And I don't know Jeffrey Epstein.

00:31:13.180 I didn't know him.

00:31:14.340 But maybe there's, you know, maybe he was delusional in thought.

00:31:17.260 But I don't think so.

00:31:18.220 But I do wonder what information he had on certain people because there were so many bigwigs that were coming.

00:31:25.720 And some of the women were saying that he was recording things and doing other things.

00:31:29.780 So there may be a lot of people who didn't want to keep him around.

00:31:34.120 And I totally do not believe that he killed himself.

00:31:38.720 And that's why maybe, who knows, maybe Ghislaine has some information that lends herself to that.

00:31:44.400 But who knows, maybe she was waiting for the right moment to release all this information.

00:31:49.440 Some of the skeptics are saying, oh, why is she talking now?

00:31:52.440 But maybe she didn't feel like she had the bargaining chip or somebody who would listen to her.

00:31:56.660 Who knows?

00:31:58.020 Let's see what you got.

00:31:59.180 Evidence is evidence.

00:32:00.440 And if it is, you know, hard, concrete evidence, let's see what you got.

00:32:05.380 Joe, what do you make of the new news, too, tonight that's coming out that the Wall Street Journal is talking about?

00:32:10.160 What other people who wrote this, these birthday cards for Jeffrey Epstein?

00:32:15.040 I mean, you know, when they came out, when the Wall Street Journal came out, they like made it sound like it was some big bombshell, you know, that Trump has, you know, wrote this letter to Jeffrey Epstein.

00:32:25.540 First of all, it didn't sound very revealing to me, for one.

00:32:28.700 But now they're saying all these other people wrote, you know, birthday cards, too.

00:32:33.720 I mean, to me, it's ridiculous that they made it out to be like some big scoop.

00:32:39.180 And now it's a whole bunch of other people.

00:32:41.620 Vera Wang, Mort Zuckerman, who used to own the New York Daily News, a great business guy, former President Bill Clinton.

00:32:50.520 I mean, there's a number of names in there that wrote birthday cards, too.

00:32:55.380 I mean, I think that puts it in perspective, right?

00:32:57.680 Right.

00:32:58.700 Well, I worked for the New York Post, so I think that Mr. Rupert Murdoch is so jealous of of Donald Trump that he's that he actually urinates green because he he is jealous as could be.

00:33:15.980 He screwed up the election in 2020 by by calling or not calling the state.

00:33:21.440 So you wait, wait, wait, you think hang on.

00:33:23.320 You think there's like a like a competition.

00:33:26.020 See, I don't I don't think there is that.

00:33:29.100 But I think and there may be, by the way, you know, there may be like a competition, you know, big businessmen.

00:33:37.120 And I wouldn't be the first that you'd hear, you know, two big personalities and big business people and big leaders competing against each other.

00:33:45.960 On the other hand, I just want to get back to the Wall Street Journal reporting because they did make it sound like, oh, it's this big scoop.

00:33:53.420 Look, look, look.

00:33:54.120 And now we're finding out that there's other people, you know, that are other business folks that happen to have written letters.

00:34:01.440 It certainly puts it in a lot of context, which is what I thought the context was to begin with.

00:34:06.460 So I think I think, you know, I don't I don't you know, when you have information, I think it's important to also put it in the right context.

00:34:14.680 I mean, it sounds like, oh, this is the big scoop.

00:34:16.840 And now you're finding out.

00:34:18.000 Well, other people wrote, you know, if I wrote a birthday card to somebody, you know, 10, 15 years ago, 20, 30 years ago, you don't expect it to come out here.

00:34:26.120 And somebody else wrote some other birthday card and it was something funny or whatever.

00:34:30.560 I think that was blown totally out of proportion.

00:34:32.940 And I think this new news we're hearing tonight puts it all into perspective.

00:34:38.580 Joe, thank you, though, very much.

00:34:40.140 Interesting conversation.

00:34:41.940 1-800-848-9222.

00:34:44.580 1-800-848-9222.

00:34:48.420 And you're Rita Cosby and I am filling in for Roger Stone.

00:34:53.940 The Stone Zone.

00:34:56.320 Entertaining and informative.

00:34:58.480 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:35:00.540 Breaking news.

00:35:03.780 And this is Rita Cosby in for Roger Stone.

00:35:07.940 And this is interesting.

00:35:09.560 Remember, there's been a lot of problems with aviation of late.

00:35:13.040 And just coming out that United Airlines had to ground its entire U.S. fleet briefly after there was a fire at a headquarters.

00:35:24.060 Pretty scary stuff.

00:35:25.180 Apparently, they had to issue an urgent ground stop across its entire mainline fleet.

00:35:31.160 It happened tonight after a fire alarm sounded at its headquarters.

00:35:36.160 Just to give you a sense of how big, United operates the world's largest fleet with more than 1,000 planes.

00:35:43.320 And they were all temporarily put on hold.

00:35:45.620 Apparently, the flights were not diverted, just delayed.

00:35:50.040 United Express, those regional flights, were not affected.

00:35:53.920 But the other ones, and that's a lot of them.

00:35:56.400 Boy, oh, boy.

00:35:57.540 1-800-848-9222.

00:36:01.780 Let's go to Gerard in Long Island.

00:36:05.020 Gerard, your thoughts tonight about Epstein?

00:36:06.820 How are you, Rita?

00:36:09.740 Thank you so much for putting me on the call.

00:36:13.200 I just want to say, I remember listening to an episode of Roger Stone where you said that Epstein's injuries were not consistent with strangling.

00:36:21.700 That's one note I just wanted to make.

00:36:23.540 But in addition to that, when you, I concur with you, with regard to a relationship, a relationship can be, you know, a very superficial type of thing.

00:36:32.160 And it could have been that, yeah, Donald Trump may have had some interaction with him, but it wasn't anything, you know, consistent with a long-term relationship or any kind of a real relationship.

00:36:44.140 He might have interacted with him, and at some point he realized, wow, this guy's kind of bizarre, and then he removed himself from the equations.

00:36:52.760 But most importantly, I think the reason why, which everybody, most people will concur, that they're going after this and they didn't go after this, they're just trying to put some kind of a bad onus on the president.

00:37:04.520 And it's just, it's getting to be so monotonous and obnoxious now, and I don't know when it's going to stop.

00:37:10.860 Well, that's why I wonder, Gerard, that maybe this is all one big setup by the president, that he knows it's going to be nothing at the end of the day, and he's leading many in the left-stream media on the garden path.

00:37:25.000 We'll see, guys.

00:37:26.420 Everybody tune in.

00:37:27.500 I'll be back on the Rita Cosby Show, 10 p.m. tonight.
