Trump has called the bluff of Democrats who continue to falsely claim that he is staging some kind of cover-up when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. The facts are indisputable. Trump cut Epstein off in 2005 after Epstein made an indecent advance on an underage girl working in the spa at Trump s palatial Mar-A-Lago club. This contrasts with Bill and Hillary Clinton, who actually took a $25,000 contribution from Epstein after he was indicted in Florida but before he bled guilty to the slap on the wrists that seems to have been arranged by the Central Intelligence Agency even though it was a state charge.
00:00:00.000The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:00:05.660You are now at Stone's Zone, broadcasting this week from Washington, D.C., where I had meetings with President Donald Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and the Secretary of the Treasury, Scott Besant, not to mention the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard.
00:00:30.000It's been a whirlwind week, and I've learned much to report to you right here in The Stone Zone.
00:00:37.000Well, President Donald Trump has called the bluff of Democrats who continue to falsely claim that he is staging some kind of cover-up when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein.
00:00:51.980Trump cut Epstein off in 2005 after Epstein, especially from New York, made an indecent advance on an underage girl working in the spa at Trump's palatial Mar-a-Lago Club.
00:01:08.160This contrasts with Bill and Hillary Clinton, who actually took a $25,000 contribution from Epstein after he was indicted in Florida, but before he had bled guilty to the slap on the wrists that seems to have been arranged by the Central Intelligence Agency, even though it was a state charge.
00:01:32.340Epstein would, of course, would go on to be one of the principal funders of the Clinton Foundation, also later known as the Clinton Global Initiative.
00:01:42.240And Bill Clinton indisputably was on Jeffrey Epstein's plane on 26 occasions.
00:01:48.360The New York Times yesterday failed to report in their analysis that, according to the sworn testimony of Virginia Roberts Dufresne, she witnessed Bill Clinton at a party at the famous Orgy Island, where Epstein had flown in two 17-year-old girls for the former president's enjoyment.
00:02:11.400Donald Trump was never on Epstein's island, never unlike Steve Bannon in his home in New York, or visited him again like Bannon in his apartment in Paris.
00:02:25.120So now the Democrats play this double game where they pretend in Congress that they want full disclosure regarding Epstein, but only last week when the Trump Justice Department moved in federal court in Florida to unseal all of the grand jury testimony regarding Epstein's charges in Florida.
00:02:48.100It was an Obama judge, it was an Obama judge, Robin Lee Rosenberg, who rejected that effort to let the American people know what has really happened.
00:02:59.260And now, well, one in 3.73 trillion, that's the statistical chance that hack Obama judge Paul Engelmeyer would randomly be signed all seven Epstein-related cases in the Southern District of New York.
00:03:16.520And somehow, Engelmeyer was assigned to every single one of those cases.
00:03:23.100And now if he decides that Ghislaine Maxwell's grand jury testimony should stay sealed, it will be yet another action by a Democrat judge to cover up the facts regarding Jeffrey Epstein.
00:03:37.420Engelmeyer was appointed to the bench by, big surprise, Barack Obama.
00:03:42.000And he blocked Trump's Treasury record subpoenas when the Trump Justice Department tried to get at the records regarding transfers of money by Jeffrey Epstein.
00:03:54.720And now he's blocking the unsealing of Ghislaine Maxwell.
00:03:58.600Well, she was Epstein's pimp trying to block her testimony, giving Attorney General Pam Bondi until July 29th to appeal where he will reject it yet again.
00:04:13.720Engelmeyer is one of the top Democrat enforcers on the bench.
00:04:17.740The other corrupt and biased judge tied to the Epstein disclosures is Clinton judge Richard Berman.
00:04:24.020Berman is the man who shut down the Epstein criminal case instantly after Epstein's mysterious death and publicly attacked President Trump and Mayor Rudy Giuliani in public interviews.
00:04:39.080If that isn't a demonstration of bias, if that isn't a demonstration of bias, I don't know what is.
00:04:44.220Judge Berman would like us to believe that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself.
00:04:48.320But that's not what the respected former New York medical examiner and pathologist, Dr. Michael Badden, said.
00:04:56.360Badden investigated, or I should say, conducted a thorough examination of Epstein's body.
00:05:03.660And he said that the injuries he sustained, the three broken bones in his neck, were completely inconsistent with his being hung.
00:05:13.820Was the bedsheet that he supposedly hung himself with tested for DNA evidence?
00:05:24.340We want the truth, and it is Democrats who are keeping the truth from being told to the American people.
00:05:31.600President Trump's now made it clear he favors full disclosure and unredaction of all federal records pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein.
00:05:42.380Meanwhile, the deep state spooks who helped orchestrate the Russiagate scandal and lied to the American people under oath about it are beginning to realize that their time is running out.
00:05:56.000The director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, laid out three separate tranches of evidence this week, proving beyond a shadow of doubt that there was a treasonous and perhaps even insurrectionist conspiracy
00:06:15.980that was hatched in the Oval Office at the direction of President Barack Obama that included his vice president, hapless Joe Biden, his corrupt FBI director, James Comey,
00:06:28.840the incredibly epically villain, former CIA director, John Brennan, and the director of national intelligence, Dr. James Clapper.
00:06:41.280Clapper has now openly expressed his fear about being arrested.
00:06:50.640It's very disconcerting, and I take seriously, when the president of the United States excuses me of being a participant in a treasonous conspiracy.
00:07:14.760Even though he lies through his teeth like he has previously on so many other times before Congress,
00:07:20.720I think that the general knows his goose is cooked.
00:07:24.060Just to remind you, it was General Clapper who testified under oath that we had no metadata collection system going on against the American people
00:07:35.820until the documents released by whistleblower Edward Snowden proved that he was lying.
00:07:47.140In fact, after leaving his position as the national security advisor, he went to Vermont College, where he was teaching ethics.
00:07:57.440He also got a good-paying gig at CNN, but then I don't get my news from CNN.
00:08:03.620For some reason, I don't drink out of the toilet.
00:08:07.740He did the crime, and now he must pay the penalty.
00:08:10.840Outside of former CIA director and Islamic convert John Brennan, no intelligence officer is perhaps more culpable in the Russiagate scandal than General James Clapper.
00:08:24.960He must do a perp walk sooner rather than later.
00:08:28.940In the case of all of these criminals, whether it is John Brennan, James Comey, or James Clapper,
00:08:36.000I live for the 6 a.m. morning when 29 heavily armed FBI agents in full SWAT gear and wearing night goggles
00:08:45.780surround and storm their homes to arrest them at 6 o'clock in the morning.
00:08:53.380And that day, in my opinion, is most definitely coming.
00:08:58.800In the meantime, in furtherance of this same story, the Department of Justice has announced a strike force to address the allegations of government weaponization
00:09:09.480that have been laid bare by the director of national intelligence, Tosi Gabbard, this week.
00:09:16.460The Justice Department today announced a strike force to address allegations of government weaponization that have come as a result of the disclosures by Gabbard.
00:09:30.740The Department of Justice is proud to work with my good friend, Director Gabbard,
00:09:34.660and we are grateful for her partnership in delivering accountability for the American people.
00:09:40.300We will investigate these troubling disclosures fully learned to deliver justice.
00:09:45.380Now, the DOJ is not specific on which allegations they will be looking at.
00:09:50.900Some argue that the Supreme Court's decision regarding presidential immunity may place former President Barack Hussein Obama beyond the reach of the law.
00:10:02.120But Joe Biden, who was in the room and suggested that they charge my good friend, General Michael Flynn, with violation of the Logan Act,
00:10:11.080he can be charged not only in the Russian collusion hoax, but for the hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars that he and his criminal family took when he was vice president.
00:10:25.640The Supreme Court's ruling regarding the immunity of the executive branch does not regard vice presidents.
00:10:33.280And as my good friend here at Ziegler over at MarcoPolo.org has proven members of the Biden family raked in millions of dollars profiteering and selling access to Vice President Joe Biden.
00:10:49.380So I think Hunter and Joe could still face charges going forward.
00:10:55.520It's very clear from the attorney general that she now understands that Barack Obama initiated a year-long coup against President Trump and the American people,
00:11:07.020and she cited the criminal implications for Obama directly.
00:11:13.400As I said last night on TV, this is the greatest single abuse of power in American political history.
00:11:21.740It is nothing less than the full use of the authority of the United States government and the incredible capabilities of our intelligence agencies,
00:11:32.780using completely falsified evidence to bring down a duly elected president.
00:11:38.920Way back in 2016, Hillary Clinton's campaign attacked me by name when I raised legitimate questions about her health.
00:11:46.980But now, documents that were declassified by Tulsi Gabbard this week show that the Russians knew that Clinton suffered from intensified psycho-emotional problems,
00:11:57.600as well as diabetes, heart disease, COPD, deep vein thrombosis, and chronic fatigue.
00:12:05.760To quote them exactly, they said, Donald Trump is simply parroting lies based on fabricated documents promoted by Roger Stone and his right-wing allies.
00:12:19.620That was communications director Jennifer Palmieri.
00:12:23.660As far as Ms. Palmieri, you're inviting to come into the Stone Zone and address this.
00:12:29.320We now know that Hillary Clinton was, in fact, extremely ill.
00:12:33.500This explains, of course, that weekend, August 6th and 7th, when she took off from the campaign trail.
00:12:43.860She spent less time on the campaign trail than she spent on.
00:13:47.620It's your podcast for market insights, money tips, and real talk on the economy.
00:13:52.080Download and subscribe at BeBullish.com.
00:13:55.180And we're back in the Stone Zone with more breaking political news.
00:14:06.420The House Oversight Committee has subpoenaed Epstein's accomplice and pimp, Ghislaine Maxwell,
00:14:13.240for a deposition that will take place on August 11th to see what information she can provide about the specifics of Epstein's pedophile network.
00:14:24.160Republicans are not sure if they can trust Maxwell, who's using a recent hoopla in the news surrounding the Epstein files to put herself back in the public eye.
00:14:33.240But that will not stop them from questioning the hurt.
00:14:37.160Now, former Epstein attorney Alan Dershowitz said, and I quote,
00:14:42.240she knows everything, not just about the perpetrators, but about the victims.
00:14:46.580And she knows about the victims who became perpetrators.
00:14:50.240Now, it is important to note that Epstein victim Virginia Roberts-Giffray, specifically in her sworn testimony,
00:15:00.220said that she was forced to have sex with Dershowitz himself on multiple occasions.
00:15:06.200Attorney Aragland Dershowitz has vehemently denied that and filed a lawsuit, a defamation lawsuit against Roberts.
00:15:14.040But Roberts, we are told, committed suicide only weeks ago.
00:15:20.500Dershowitz did say that while it was true that he had received massages from women on Epstein's island,
00:15:27.480he insisted he always kept his underwear on.
00:28:59.580When I saw President Trump on Monday, he correctly pointed out that not only was it not enshrined in law, but it is a Senate tradition and that Joe Biden himself violated it when he had control of the Senate.
00:29:17.520It is an effort here made by the federal judges to not only remove Abba, whose interim appointment had expired, and replaced her with a woman named Desiree Grace.
00:29:35.960Donald Trump has outmaneuvered them once again, firing Grace, an anti-Trumper career bureaucrat within the New York office of the, pardon me, the New Jersey office of the U.S. attorney,
00:29:52.280and appointing Alina Abba as the first assistant U.S. attorney, putting her back in control of the office.
00:30:00.860Alina Abba, tough as nails, stand up for the rule of law.
00:30:06.440The judges were really doing this, of course, because Abba correctly chose to prosecute the Democrat congresswoman who physically assaulted an ICE officer outside a facility in Newark.
00:30:21.700And really the question that everyone here in Washington is buzzing about is whether, in fact, the Attorney General, Pam Bondi, who I know quite well and like, is going to move aggressively ahead to indict those who are clearly guilty of seditious conspiracy in the Russian collusion hoax.
00:30:45.480The problem in all of these federal agencies is that the people at the very top, the appointees by President Donald Trump, are among the very best.
00:30:56.280But below them, we have these burrowed-in-career bureaucrats who are extraordinarily political, very partisan, and corrupt.
00:31:06.140The president's nominee to be the U.S. attorney in the Southern District of New York, Jay Clayton, former chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission,
00:31:16.160epically qualified for that position, but Chuck Schumer refuses to give him a blue slip.
00:32:12.740So, while we're watching this very, very closely, it is vitally important of two things.
00:32:21.760That the attorney general, Pam Bondi, moved through her strike force to impanel grand juries and take the hard evidence of seditious treason brought to the American people by the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard,
00:32:37.800in front of a grand jury that is impaneled for the purpose of indicting people for their crimes.
00:32:43.420Because, as Letitia James is about to find out, he's been referred to the Justice Department for a 22-year crime spree of mortgage fraud.
00:33:44.940The case implicates the New York attorney general, as well as the Federal Reserve,
00:33:50.180for ignoring billions of dollars in these illicit payments and ignoring Treasury Department sanctioned designations against the recipients.
00:33:59.240Maximum pressure is not being enforced because of the failures of the Fed in the New York attorney general's office.
00:34:09.220At least $9.6 billion of specifically identified illicit payments were made by the standard chartered bank from its New York branch to OFAC and known terrorist organizations.
00:34:24.220The $9.6 billion was found in internal trade reports turned over by bank whistleblowers and represents the first batch from the standard chartered bank to buy office that cleared all of these payments through their New York branch.
00:34:39.940They're estimated to be over $100 billion more of illegal payments that are more recent, and they came from the standard chartered bank in China,
00:34:50.620where it has 53 mainland branches that facilitate dollar trade payments for oil and other war-making materials.
00:34:58.840But all of these payments in violation of the sanctions put in place by the U.S. Treasury Department.
00:35:05.300Well, there is now overwhelming evidence that New York attorney general, Letitia James, knew all about it, and she did nothing.
00:35:14.540The payments were hidden by the standard chartered bank from required disclosure in its ongoing deferred prosecution agreement,
00:35:23.260which is under the jurisdiction of the D.C. U.S. attorney, Janine Pirro,
00:35:29.040as well as the Southern District of New York's new prosecutor, Jay Clayton.
00:35:34.160Both of them were briefed on this briefly after their appointments.
00:35:39.380Late last week, with a looming legal deadline, they filed for a 30-day extension in this case.
00:35:48.280This is perhaps a bigger scandal than Letitia James' 22-year spree of mortgage fraud,
00:35:57.720where she has repeatedly lied about the value of her assets, lied about her principal residence.
00:36:06.080And in every case, her material lies allowed her to qualify for mortgages at a rate that she was not qualified for,
00:36:18.380The director of the National Housing and Finance Administration has sent a letter of referral to the U.S. Justice Department laying out all of the documents
00:36:31.900in which Letitia James lied about her residence and qualified for mortgages that she was not qualified for.
00:36:40.780In one case, she has $586,000 in three mortgages on a property that has been appraised at $125,000.
00:36:51.680Wait a minute, isn't that exactly what she accused Donald Trump falsely of,
00:36:55.580of inflating the value of his assets to get commercial real estate loans?
00:37:00.640Seems like no person is above the law.
00:37:03.800Well, if Letitia James is hoping that this federal case would expire, she bet wrong.
00:37:10.940The Trump Justice Department moved aggressively last week to keep the case alive.
00:37:16.380And we're going to learn soon exactly what the Biden Justice Department,
00:37:21.500the New York Attorney General Letitia James, and of course, the Federal Reserve knew.
00:37:28.660Thanks for being with us here today in the Stone Zone until Monday.
