The StoneZONE with Roger Stone - The Stone Zone ｜ 07-28-25

00:00:00.000 The Stone Zone, on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:16.080 This is The Stone Zone, with Roger Stone.

00:00:19.980 People love him and respect him, Roger Stone.

00:00:22.700 Now, get in the zone, it's The Stone Zone.

00:00:26.660 Here's Roger Stone.

00:00:28.220 You are now entering The Stone Zone, here with breaking news.

00:00:35.180 In a bombshell announcement, Treasury Secretary Scott Besson disclosed that the U.S. has achieved its first June budget surplus since 2015,

00:00:47.740 amassing a massive tariff income of $27 billion last month.

00:00:54.340 Let's listen to Secretary Besson.

00:00:56.060 I think he's created a lot of leverage because he's created an A-B situation.

00:01:03.760 He is able to go to the trading partners and say, look, I am happy to take in this tariff income if you don't want to negotiate.

00:01:11.680 This is a high rate, but the U.S. is taking in massive amounts of tariff income.

00:01:16.700 We had the first June budget surplus since 2015 last month.

00:01:26.360 We reported it this month.

00:01:28.600 And so we are taking in substantial income.

00:01:31.520 So President Trump is creating this leverage by saying, if you don't want to negotiate with me,

00:01:36.580 I've sent you a letter with a high rate, have it at the high rate, or come and negotiate in better fashion.

00:01:44.780 Because I'll tell you, what was fascinating for me, and this was President Trump at his best,

00:01:50.140 at his best, was the Indonesians came with what I thought was a very good offer out of the blocks.

00:01:58.960 There you have it, folks.

00:02:17.180 What did they tell us, that Donald Trump's pursuing this tariff war to try to get a better trading deal out of our partners

00:02:23.760 would result in rampant inflation and economic disaster, when in fact inflation remains low,

00:02:32.620 the dollar remains strong, and unemployment remains incredibly low.

00:02:38.800 The Trump economic plan of cutting taxes, cutting regulation, and negotiating better trading agreements with our trade partners

00:02:47.180 is bringing America unprecedented prosperity, exactly as he told us it would.

00:02:54.460 Meanwhile, Letitia James has a new problem. 1.00

00:02:57.520 She, of course, is the New York Attorney General.

00:03:00.040 There are at least $9.6 billion of illegal payments made by the Standard Chartered Bank of New York

00:03:08.560 to Iranian and Hezbollah entities who are sanctioned by the United States,

00:03:14.780 all on the watch of New York Attorney General Letitia James.

00:03:19.320 Her negligence or complicity should be considered and put her into the crosshairs of prosecution by federal officials.

00:03:28.320 James' office was alerted that this money was being illegally funneled to terrorists as early as 2024.

00:03:37.120 But instead of cracking down, James' office was intensely focused on inventing lawfare cases against President Donald Trump.

00:03:45.540 The Federal Reserve was also too focused on extravagant $2.5 billion renovations

00:03:51.840 to their palatial Washington headquarters to stop these massive billion-dollar transfers as well as Attorney General James.

00:04:02.200 What we need now are criminal charges against Letitia James and her underlings in the New York Attorney General's office.

00:04:09.640 James cannot be allowed to use ignorance or incompetence as an excuse.

00:04:14.280 She's culpable.

00:04:15.300 She allowed the illegal bank transfers to terrorists to happen on her watch.

00:04:20.820 She deserves to be treated as an accomplice and forced to endure a grueling case in the court of public opinion 1.00

00:04:26.580 as well as in a federal courtroom for her misdeeds. 0.73

00:04:30.940 We already have documented her 22-year crime spree of mortgage fraud,

00:04:36.840 mortgage fraud that you or I would go to prison for,

00:04:41.260 but Federal Housing and Finance Administrator Bill Pulte has sent a letter of referral to the U.S. Justice Department

00:04:50.640 documenting her multiple-decade mortgage fraud.

00:04:56.520 Remains to be seen whether we have a two-tiered justice system or whether,

00:05:00.660 as Tish James was frequently quoted as saying, no one is above the law.

00:05:06.820 Meanwhile, President Trump has reached a deal with the European Union to avoid the trade war that his critics predicted.

00:05:16.360 He made the announcement at the Trump Turnberry Resort in western Scotland

00:05:20.420 alongside European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

00:05:26.240 As part of the deal, the United States is going to set a baseline tariff of 15% on European goods, including automobiles.

00:05:34.220 Steel and aluminum tariffs are going to remain at 50% with the EU buying $750 billion worth of energy products

00:05:43.600 from the United States, with an additional $600 billion being invested into the U.S. by the EU as well.

00:05:50.640 The bottom line is that the European Union flinched.

00:05:55.500 They did not have the courage to stare Trump down on trade.

00:05:58.800 Trump was willing to use the competitive advantage of the United States in a way that will help the American people.

00:06:04.920 The free trade libertarians have egg on their faces.

00:06:08.080 Trump's use of the tariff to improve America's economy is unparalleled.

00:06:12.960 Until 1913, the United States government was completely and totally funded by tariff income.

00:06:20.660 It wasn't until then that we had a federal income tax.

00:06:23.520 President Trump has mused about the possibility of repealing the Federal Income Tax Act

00:06:28.760 and returning to a government completely funded by tariff income.

00:06:34.000 I, for one, would love to see that.

00:06:37.080 Meanwhile, President Trump has called for former Vice President Kamala Harris

00:06:40.620 to be prosecuted over alleged money laundering that happened throughout her campaign.

00:06:45.340 In a true social post, President Trump cited the $11 million reportedly given to Beyonce

00:06:51.380 and another $3 million reportedly given to Oprah as part of the most wasteful

00:06:56.920 and mismanaged presidential campaign in American history.

00:07:02.040 Celebrities like Beyonce, Bono, and Megan Thee Stallion were used to pack arenas

00:07:07.500 during Kamala Harris' rallies in order to create the false impression 0.78

00:07:11.300 that she had a grassroots groundswell of support.

00:07:14.160 This gaslighting attempt was not very effective, and when celebrities did not perform,

00:07:19.120 the crowd turned on the events, and they backfired badly.

00:07:23.460 The Republican-led House, Senate, and Trump's Justice Department need to look into this matter.

00:07:28.700 Every avenue should be exhausted to prosecute Democrats if they, in fact, broke the law.

00:07:34.880 It's interesting to me, I know Lee Greenwood, the country and western superstar,

00:07:39.080 who performed at a number of Trump rallies and functions.

00:07:42.360 He was never paid a dime because he never asked for a dime.

00:07:46.920 Yes, the expenses for this great American troubadour were paid, as would any entertainer,

00:07:53.940 but those who stepped forward for Donald Trump did not require multi-million dollar fees.

00:08:00.540 Meanwhile, we have learned in a horrifying example of our Orwellian reality

00:08:06.420 that it was recently made absolutely clear that dozens of organ donors had their organs stolen from them

00:08:14.480 before they were dead through the overly bureaucratic and centrally controlled hospital system.

00:08:20.840 Health and Human Services, under Robert F. Kennedy Jr.,

00:08:24.120 has announced that they are reforming the nation's organ transplant system

00:08:27.820 after finding that up to 73 people had their organs robbed from them,

00:08:32.140 even though they showed neurological signs incompatible with donation.

00:08:37.880 HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said,

00:08:40.540 our findings show that hospitals allowed the organ procurement process to begin

00:08:45.780 when patients showed signs of life, and this is horrifying.

00:08:50.560 The organ procurement organizations that coordinate access to transplants will be held accountable.

00:08:55.600 The entire system must be fixed to ensure that every potential organ donor's life is treated

00:09:01.340 with the sanctity it deserves.

00:09:04.360 I heard from my daughter, who is an emergency room nurse,

00:09:09.300 that this is one of the greatest scams of all time.

00:09:13.580 Be careful you know all the facts before you check that organ donor box

00:09:18.560 when you get your driver's license.

00:09:21.680 Otherwise, they may try to take your organs while you're still alive.

00:09:24.940 Meanwhile, President Donald Trump has announced that he is supporting Florida Senator Joe Gruters,

00:09:31.760 who helmed Trump's campaigns here in Florida to be the new head of the Republican National Committee.

00:09:39.520 That's because the current national chairman, Michael Watley, who has served with distinction,

00:09:43.980 will be leaving to seek the U.S. Senate seat in North Carolina.

00:09:48.740 That's the U.S. Senate seat that President Donald Trump drove Tom Tillis, the rhino who tanked

00:09:55.560 the nomination of U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Eagle Ed Martin by refusing to allow that nomination

00:10:04.560 to get out of committee.

00:10:06.880 Rather than face the wrath of the North Carolina voters, Tillis has announced his retirement,

00:10:14.440 and not a second too soon.

00:10:17.040 I think Joe Gruters is an excellent choice for this position.

00:10:21.260 He will be a strong successor to continue to build the momentum that the Republican Party has built under President Donald Trump.

00:10:29.520 Under Trump, the Republican Party is no longer the party of big business,

00:10:33.200 no longer the party of Wall Street,

00:10:35.140 no longer the party of the millionaires and the billionaires.

00:10:38.300 It has become the party of working class Americans.

00:10:42.300 And I know Joe Gruters to be a good man who did a great job both in the Florida State Senate

00:10:47.500 and the Florida Republican Party chairmanship that he filled.

00:10:52.660 Gruters won my respect for his unwillingness to bow to the corruption of Ron DeSantis.

00:10:58.460 Ron DeSantis has done a Trump impression in his attempt to build his own public stature.

00:11:04.940 But the recent scandal in which DeSantis and his wife were caught red-handed

00:11:10.880 basically appropriating $10 million in Medicare funds,

00:11:15.460 those are funds that were earmarked for the poor, the elderly, and the disabled,

00:11:20.460 but they diverted them from Medicare and put them into a dark money political account

00:11:25.860 where they used the money to fight for their political causes.

00:11:30.360 It shows how incredibly corrupt DeSantis is.

00:11:33.260 DeSantis has been critical of President Trump's choice of Joe Gruters

00:11:38.800 to head the Republican National Committee.

00:11:41.600 I think this is just vindictiveness by the Florida governor,

00:11:46.460 but I don't think he will have any say in the matter.

00:11:50.040 By tradition, the sitting Republican president

00:11:52.800 gets to name the head of the Republican national chairmanship,

00:11:58.460 and Joe Gruters is an excellent, excellent choice.

00:12:02.200 Meanwhile, the FBI and DOJ shut down a massive child's born network on the dark web.

00:12:08.860 They had found that 1,220,000 people were using a dark website.

00:12:16.820 This came as part of Operation Greyskull

00:12:19.600 and has already resulted in 18 convictions.

00:12:23.680 The FBI director, Cash Patel, is doing an extraordinary job

00:12:27.400 going after the child sex traffickers

00:12:30.420 and those who are engaging in child pornography online,

00:12:33.700 and they've been ably assisted by Attorney General Pam Bondi in this regard.

00:12:38.580 Acting Assistant Attorney General Matthew Gagliotti said

00:12:42.940 these offenders thought they could act without consequences, but they were wrong.

00:12:47.220 Thanks to the relentless determination of our prosecutors and law enforcement partners,

00:12:52.740 we've exposed these perpetrators, we've eliminated their websites,

00:12:56.400 and we are bringing to justice on behalf of countless victims.

00:13:01.760 The Trump administration is putting child predators on notice.

00:13:04.480 The resources of the FBI and the Department of Justice

00:13:07.180 are no longer being used to frame Trump as a Russian agent.

00:13:11.420 Those resources are now being used to protect the innocent.

00:13:15.020 Promises made, promises kept.

00:13:17.300 It is incredible that in less than 200 days,

00:13:21.900 Donald Trump is driving our country to that golden age,

00:13:25.620 an age of unprecedented peace, prosperity, security, and justice,

00:13:30.720 as well as law and order.

00:14:13.480 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:14:16.880 Welcome back in The Zone.

00:14:18.900 Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard,

00:14:21.200 has released even more declassified documents,

00:14:24.360 proving definitively that in the final days of the Obama administration,

00:14:28.740 top officials, including Obama himself,

00:14:30.920 plotted to hamper the incoming Trump administration

00:14:34.140 with yet another Russian collusion narrative.

00:14:38.280 These new disclosures explain in detail

00:14:40.420 how Obama was the ringleader of Russiagate

00:14:43.700 in the attempted coup

00:14:45.580 after Donald Trump's earth-shaking 2016 victory.

00:14:48.880 President Obama directed his deep state apparatchiks

00:14:52.240 to prepare a new report on Russian interference.

00:14:55.400 While legitimate intelligence

00:14:57.500 has showed that it was Putin's aim

00:14:59.420 to use the election to foment chaos,

00:15:01.280 This new biased assessment, ordered by Obama,

00:15:05.680 would state that Putin interfered in the US elections

00:15:07.900 to help Trump win.

00:15:10.260 The Obama administration leaked this fake news

00:15:13.100 on December of 2016,

00:15:15.520 and Russiagate was born.

00:15:18.460 We have now definitively learned

00:15:20.100 there was no real evidence whatsoever

00:15:22.300 showing that Putin wanted to aid the Trump campaign.

00:15:26.200 Any actions by the Russians were insignificant 0.96

00:15:28.640 in President Trump's victory.

00:15:31.200 Their bot farm, their online campaign,

00:15:34.740 was minuscule, and its messaging was incoherent.

00:15:38.620 But you can add the name of another deep state official

00:15:43.100 who should be tried for treason,

00:15:45.020 the mustachioed neocon himself,

00:15:47.400 former National Security Advisor John Bolton.

00:15:51.180 Reporter Paul Sperry has broken the news

00:15:53.480 that during Trump's first administration,

00:15:55.780 Bolton received a classified memo

00:15:58.120 summarizing the explosive report

00:16:00.280 that demonstrated how former CIA Director John Brennan

00:16:04.180 faked the Trump-Russia conspiracy

00:16:07.080 from the very beginning.

00:16:08.440 But instead of informing the president,

00:16:10.660 Bolton sat on the memo,

00:16:12.340 then locked it in a safe

00:16:13.680 in the National Security Council.

00:16:15.780 This key intelligence,

00:16:17.460 as Paul Sperry reports

00:16:19.160 for real clear investigations,

00:16:21.840 was excluded from the FISA applications,

00:16:25.180 from the Intelligence Community Assessment,

00:16:30.160 from Senator Warner's Senate Intelligence Committee report,

00:16:37.400 and from all of Brennan and Comey's testimony.

00:16:41.060 That's because they were all in on it, folks.

00:16:43.900 It's time for heads to roll.

00:16:46.000 Remember when Amjad Anton Fazi, 0.96

00:16:49.660 a senior CIA intelligence officer

00:16:51.960 who has 10 years of service at the CIA

00:16:53.940 and a top-sensitive information clearance,

00:16:56.940 was caught on hidden camera by O'Keefe Media

00:17:00.000 bragging about how CIA leaders

00:17:04.340 deliberately withheld intelligence from Trump

00:17:06.500 in order to undermine his agenda

00:17:09.500 and keep him under control.

00:17:11.940 I'm Roger Stone.

00:17:13.220 You're listening to The Stone Zone

00:17:14.520 on the Red Apple Audio Networks.

00:17:16.800 When we come back,

00:17:17.760 we're going to talk about the age-old tactic

00:17:20.020 by the Democrats to constantly claim falsely

00:17:23.360 that Republicans plan to cut Social Security

00:17:26.760 and Medicare.

00:17:28.680 It is a lie.

00:17:29.960 It continues to be a lie.

00:17:31.680 But we're going to talk about

00:17:32.580 how you can protect your Social Security payments,

00:17:36.120 as was done in the big, beautiful bill.

00:17:38.940 88% of those who get Social Security payments

00:17:42.140 in America today

00:17:43.180 no longer have to pay taxes on those payments,

00:17:46.200 thanks to President Donald J. Trump.

00:17:49.300 You're in The Stone Zone.

00:17:50.480 I'm Roger Stone.

00:17:51.580 Don't go away,

00:17:52.320 because we'll be right back.

00:17:54.420 The Stone Zone

00:18:01.660 The Stone Zone.

00:18:03.400 Entertaining and informative

00:18:10.100 Welcome back.

00:18:11.360 You are in The Stone Zone.

00:18:12.980 Investigative journalist Laura Loomer

00:18:14.700 has revealed that Mar Bittar,

00:18:17.360 a pro-Palestinian, pro-jihadi operative

00:18:20.700 who was deeply involved

00:18:22.540 in the Russian collusion hoax,

00:18:24.560 has retained his security clearance

00:18:26.520 in the Trump administration

00:18:27.640 despite his long history

00:18:29.300 of subversive behavior.

00:18:31.980 Documents declassified last week

00:18:34.320 by Director of National Intelligence,

00:18:36.160 Tulsi Gabbard,

00:18:36.840 show that Bittar participated

00:18:38.740 in the National Security Council meeting

00:18:40.500 where Russiagate's hoax

00:18:42.460 was actually devised.

00:18:44.140 Bittar left the Obama administration

00:18:45.980 to go work for Shifty Adam Schiff,

00:18:48.600 the greatest huckster, 0.98

00:18:50.000 conman, and fraudster 0.99

00:18:51.920 to ever grace the U.S. Congress,

00:18:54.640 now providing legal counsel also

00:18:57.080 for the House Permanent Select Committee

00:18:58.960 on Intelligence

00:18:59.740 where he helped foment efforts

00:19:01.460 to impeach Donald Trump.

00:19:03.320 It's incredible that Bittar continues

00:19:05.200 to retain his security clearance

00:19:06.800 even as President Trump

00:19:08.260 has come back into power.

00:19:09.780 Now Bittar is working for Senator Adam Schiff

00:19:12.300 as his chief counsel

00:19:13.800 and national security advisor.

00:19:15.380 So he's Schiff's man on the inside.

00:19:18.580 This is not acceptable.

00:19:21.420 This radical should have

00:19:22.660 no access whatsoever.

00:19:24.800 It is time to drain the swamp

00:19:26.540 by removing Bittar's security clearance

00:19:28.980 and then perhaps looking seriously

00:19:31.100 into deporting him.

00:19:33.300 All right.

00:19:33.820 Joining me now is an old friend,

00:19:36.500 Sal Anousis,

00:19:37.520 who is the president of 60 Plus,

00:19:41.680 which is the premier

00:19:43.200 American Association of Senior Citizens,

00:19:46.820 founded by the great Jim Martin.

00:19:48.900 Jim Martin, a legend

00:19:50.520 in conservative and Republican circles,

00:19:53.860 one of the pioneers

00:19:54.820 of the early modes of communications

00:19:58.400 that built the conservative movement.

00:20:00.200 my boss at the Public Service Research Council,

00:20:03.660 from whom I mislearned much.

00:20:05.980 Jim Martin elected the first Republican U.S. senator

00:20:09.540 from Florida since Reconstruction

00:20:11.800 and the upset victory of Congressman Ed Gurney.

00:20:15.300 He is one of the greatest Americans,

00:20:17.280 Jim Martin, of course,

00:20:18.460 that I have ever known,

00:20:19.780 a man who I owe much.

00:20:21.620 And Sal Anousis and I go all the way back

00:20:24.180 to Jack Kemp's campaign for president.

00:20:25.940 And now Sal Anousis is involved

00:20:28.460 with 60plus.org,

00:20:31.000 the premier senior citizen organization

00:20:33.700 fighting to protect our Social Security benefits.

00:20:38.240 Sal, welcome to the Stone Zone.

00:20:41.000 Hi, great to be with you, Roger.

00:20:42.220 Thank you.

00:20:43.160 So in 1960,

00:20:45.080 in a landmark Supreme Court case,

00:20:49.500 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled

00:20:50.780 that Americans have no property rights 1.00

00:20:52.600 to their Social Security benefits

00:20:53.820 and Congress can change

00:20:55.520 or even abolish

00:20:56.720 Social Security benefits at any time.

00:21:00.000 So in other words,

00:21:00.860 seniors who have paid payroll taxes

00:21:02.560 throughout their entire lives

00:21:03.660 could be left holding the bag

00:21:06.120 when it comes their time for retirement.

00:21:08.880 This is not just some hypothetical possibility

00:21:11.420 because according to the Social Security trustees,

00:21:14.620 the program is not expected

00:21:15.860 to be able to pay full benefits

00:21:17.980 beginning in 2033.

00:21:20.420 So the organization that you are president of,

00:21:25.100 60plus,

00:21:26.780 which you can find folks at 60plus.org,

00:21:30.640 has a plan to fight this,

00:21:33.120 also to fight the false claim

00:21:36.340 that Democrats seem to abuse

00:21:38.260 every two or four years 0.92

00:21:39.980 that those evil Republicans

00:21:41.740 are planning to cut their Social Security

00:21:43.820 when President Trump

00:21:44.780 has made it abundantly clear

00:21:46.540 that he opposes any curtailment

00:21:48.700 in the Social Security program.

00:21:50.540 So tell us about what 60plus is doing

00:21:54.020 to fight this outrage.

00:21:56.640 Well, I think you're very important

00:21:58.660 to point out that President Trump

00:22:00.020 has come out very strongly

00:22:01.400 in favor of supporting Social Security,

00:22:03.960 not cutting Social Security

00:22:05.360 for eligible seniors,

00:22:06.820 meaning U.S. citizens,

00:22:08.200 not cutting Medicare and Medicaid

00:22:09.820 for eligible people,

00:22:12.220 which is, again, U.S. citizens.

00:22:13.620 And so the 60plus Association

00:22:15.880 has been working with members

00:22:17.840 of the House and the Senate

00:22:18.860 and the White House as well

00:22:20.200 to not only protect

00:22:21.800 but preserve and strengthen Social Security

00:22:23.920 by, one, introducing

00:22:26.140 the Social Security Guarantee Act,

00:22:28.480 which is basically designed

00:22:29.740 to guarantee that every person

00:22:31.300 who paid in the Social Security

00:22:32.740 would be guaranteed their payments

00:22:35.660 that they have already paid

00:22:36.820 into this fund

00:22:38.200 that, unfortunately,

00:22:39.540 the swamp has been using

00:22:40.720 as a slush fund

00:22:42.660 instead of a trust fund.

00:22:44.440 So, you know,

00:22:45.340 luckily we've got President Trump

00:22:46.840 who has made very strong statements,

00:22:49.160 has told both the Senate Majority Leader Thune

00:22:52.560 and Speaker Johnson

00:22:53.500 that he will not tolerate

00:22:55.620 any cuts to Social Security.

00:22:57.600 And so we're working together

00:22:58.820 to make sure

00:22:59.360 that we actually codify that into law

00:23:01.800 and pass the Social Security Guarantee Act,

00:23:04.520 which will guarantee

00:23:05.440 that every senior

00:23:06.380 who pays into Social Security

00:23:07.840 and all of us

00:23:08.580 who have already paid in Social Security

00:23:10.060 would not lose our benefits

00:23:11.900 if those in Washington,

00:23:13.880 particularly the big spending Democrats,

00:23:16.160 get away with, you know,

00:23:17.520 funding every social program,

00:23:19.280 every DEI program

00:23:20.480 they can come up with

00:23:21.420 that literally costs Americans,

00:23:23.840 children and grandchildren,

00:23:25.440 a liability

00:23:26.320 that they will not be able

00:23:27.600 to pay off for, you know,

00:23:28.940 decades to come.

00:23:30.240 Two important historical footnotes.

00:23:32.540 Until 1967,

00:23:33.700 the Social Security Trust Fund

00:23:36.060 was off limits,

00:23:37.220 could not be used

00:23:37.920 for any purpose

00:23:38.800 other than paying

00:23:39.960 Social Security benefits

00:23:41.220 to those who paid into it.

00:23:42.640 But then,

00:23:43.400 under Lyndon Baines Johnson,

00:23:45.800 it became legal

00:23:46.920 for the Congress

00:23:47.580 to raid the Social Security Trust Fund

00:23:49.400 and raid it they have.

00:23:51.400 Then, in 1971,

00:23:53.820 President Richard Nixon

00:23:54.860 signed a law

00:23:56.360 that adjusted

00:23:57.460 Social Security payments

00:23:58.760 based on the cost of living,

00:24:00.980 or COLAs.

00:24:01.720 Joe Biden tried

00:24:03.500 to take credit for that

00:24:04.500 during the last

00:24:05.120 presidential election,

00:24:06.240 but in fact,

00:24:07.240 the fact that

00:24:07.900 Social Security payments

00:24:08.940 are calibrated

00:24:10.060 to increase

00:24:10.780 with the cost of living,

00:24:12.180 that was done

00:24:12.660 by a Republican president,

00:24:14.540 Richard Milhouse Nixon.

00:24:16.880 This is an important fight

00:24:19.040 with $37 trillion

00:24:21.720 in national debt.

00:24:23.620 The pressure to cut

00:24:24.480 Social Security

00:24:25.100 is constantly increasing.

00:24:27.200 So the Social Security

00:24:28.120 Guarantee Act,

00:24:29.120 which the folks

00:24:30.440 over at 60-plus

00:24:32.340 are working very hard

00:24:33.960 to codify into law,

00:24:35.820 would protect Social Security

00:24:37.580 from future cuts.

00:24:40.100 It's important to note

00:24:41.360 that the bill

00:24:42.340 that Saul was telling us about,

00:24:44.100 the Social Security Guarantee Act,

00:24:46.360 specifically excludes

00:24:48.140 illegal immigrants

00:24:49.120 from the guarantee.

00:24:51.440 So this law

00:24:52.740 would make sure

00:24:53.540 American seniors

00:24:54.320 get their Social Security

00:24:55.660 so they could eat,

00:24:57.160 buy medicine,

00:24:58.080 and enjoy their retirement.

00:25:00.320 The bill also gives

00:25:01.420 a legal guarantee

00:25:02.360 of Social Security benefits

00:25:03.280 in the face of

00:25:04.000 this mounting national debt

00:25:05.760 and program

00:25:06.960 facing bankruptcy.

00:25:09.000 Saul,

00:25:09.640 you and I both know

00:25:10.680 that due to the outrageous

00:25:12.700 federal spending

00:25:14.040 that we have experienced

00:25:16.240 under, sadly,

00:25:17.440 both Republicans

00:25:18.400 and Democrats,

00:25:20.280 that we're running

00:25:20.980 a multi-trillion dollar debt.

00:25:22.980 I'm curious to know

00:25:24.580 your opinion

00:25:25.240 of the efforts

00:25:26.600 of Elon Musk

00:25:27.900 and Doge

00:25:29.160 to identify

00:25:30.000 not millions,

00:25:31.360 not billions,

00:25:32.220 but literally

00:25:32.860 trillions of dollars

00:25:34.480 in waste,

00:25:35.640 fraud,

00:25:36.060 and corruption

00:25:36.700 in public spending.

00:25:38.260 Yeah,

00:25:38.940 and I think that

00:25:39.580 the really key point

00:25:40.800 you're making here

00:25:41.540 is that it's waste,

00:25:42.540 fraud,

00:25:42.940 and abuse

00:25:43.560 in federal spending.

00:25:45.000 We're not talking

00:25:45.840 about cutting programs.

00:25:47.160 We're not talking

00:25:47.840 about getting rid

00:25:49.180 of actual aid

00:25:51.100 that is out there

00:25:51.720 for those who need it.

00:25:53.060 I think the biggest difference

00:25:54.100 is Republicans

00:25:54.720 want to help those

00:25:55.680 who can't help themselves

00:25:56.920 rather than trying

00:25:58.360 to develop

00:25:58.880 a political constituency

00:26:00.220 that will vote for them.

00:26:02.200 And we're seeing that

00:26:02.960 over and over again

00:26:04.100 and unfortunately

00:26:04.960 in a bipartisan manner

00:26:06.680 many times

00:26:07.420 where liberal Republicans

00:26:09.580 are joining Democrats

00:26:10.720 in coming up

00:26:11.840 with programs

00:26:12.440 to basically,

00:26:13.200 you know,

00:26:14.200 buy Peter's vote

00:26:15.960 by paying him,

00:26:16.660 you know,

00:26:16.920 and it's a horrible

00:26:17.780 situation to wear it.

00:26:19.200 And so I think that,

00:26:20.140 you know,

00:26:20.660 what Doge is trying

00:26:21.480 to do right now,

00:26:22.580 for instance,

00:26:23.040 in Medicaid,

00:26:23.680 Medicare,

00:26:24.100 they have found

00:26:24.680 billions,

00:26:25.720 billions of dollars

00:26:26.620 of fraud

00:26:27.160 while the program

00:26:28.360 to pay eligible

00:26:29.480 Medicare recipients

00:26:30.600 has gone up

00:26:31.500 by 6%.

00:26:32.320 So when the Democrats

00:26:33.700 use these scare tactics

00:26:35.040 and say Republicans

00:26:36.020 are cutting Social Security,

00:26:37.500 cutting Medicare,

00:26:38.360 cutting Medicaid,

00:26:39.140 they're just lying

00:26:40.080 and they're willing

00:26:41.020 to lie to the American people

00:26:42.460 and that's what's scary

00:26:43.480 in this political process.

00:26:45.080 There are no longer limits

00:26:46.500 to what people

00:26:47.400 are willing to say

00:26:48.220 to get elected.

00:26:48.880 And I think,

00:26:50.020 you know,

00:26:50.280 for the good of America,

00:26:52.680 it shows like this,

00:26:53.760 it's people who are willing

00:26:54.660 to have the honest conversation,

00:26:56.900 look into the facts,

00:26:58.320 get the background,

00:26:59.440 understand the history

00:27:00.420 and realize

00:27:01.380 that it's been

00:27:02.140 conservative Republicans

00:27:03.260 for a long time

00:27:04.380 who've been fighting

00:27:04.980 this battle

00:27:05.580 to make sure

00:27:06.520 that seniors are protected,

00:27:08.180 that people who

00:27:08.980 built this great country,

00:27:10.800 the greatest generation

00:27:11.940 is protected.

00:27:13.260 It's,

00:27:13.660 you know,

00:27:13.940 and our children

00:27:14.700 and grandchildren

00:27:15.240 are going to have

00:27:16.000 a better America

00:27:16.900 live for it.

00:27:17.600 And in order to do that,

00:27:18.780 we're going to have

00:27:19.520 to make some cuts.

00:27:20.340 We're going to have

00:27:20.660 to stop paying

00:27:21.720 for everything

00:27:22.720 and anything under the sun.

00:27:24.460 And when you take a look

00:27:25.660 at potentially 20 to 25 million

00:27:28.380 illegal immigrants

00:27:29.420 who have been brought in

00:27:30.740 for political purposes

00:27:31.940 to increase congressional districts

00:27:34.400 and democratic states

00:27:35.680 to help liberal

00:27:36.720 democratic congressmen

00:27:37.920 get elected

00:27:38.480 in swing seat areas,

00:27:40.140 this is such a blatant

00:27:41.460 political move.

00:27:42.340 And we the taxpayer,

00:27:44.120 we the American taxpayer

00:27:45.300 are paying for this

00:27:46.660 blatant political move

00:27:48.080 by the liberal Democrats.

00:27:49.360 And I think

00:27:50.220 as the American people

00:27:51.200 find out more

00:27:52.180 and more about this,

00:27:53.400 as President Trump

00:27:54.460 takes these people on

00:27:55.680 with like no apprehension,

00:27:57.340 going right at them

00:27:58.560 straight up

00:27:59.100 and talking about

00:27:59.780 the facts that matter,

00:28:01.220 I think that people

00:28:02.580 in the next election

00:28:03.560 are going to be voting

00:28:04.120 very differently

00:28:04.840 and we're not going to see

00:28:05.760 these close elections

00:28:06.740 like we've seen

00:28:07.720 these last time

00:28:08.460 if Americans get out 1.00

00:28:09.560 and vote. 0.61

00:28:09.900 What I really like

00:28:11.460 about the Social Security

00:28:12.620 Guarantee Act

00:28:13.620 which has been introduced

00:28:14.800 in previous congresses

00:28:16.200 is that it provides

00:28:17.300 seniors with an

00:28:18.200 ironclad right

00:28:19.420 to their full benefits.

00:28:21.200 The bill actually requires

00:28:22.320 the Secretary of the Treasury

00:28:23.260 to issue a benefit

00:28:24.480 guarantee certificate

00:28:26.000 to each person

00:28:27.380 who's entitled

00:28:28.540 to their benefits.

00:28:30.900 From 1988 to 2010,

00:28:33.440 the old age

00:28:34.020 and survivors

00:28:34.540 part of Social Security

00:28:35.480 ran big surpluses.

00:28:37.700 More money was collected

00:28:38.800 in payroll taxes

00:28:39.620 each year

00:28:40.220 than was being paid

00:28:41.280 out in benefits.

00:28:42.640 These surpluses

00:28:43.380 were then used

00:28:44.160 to fund general operations

00:28:45.440 of the federal government.

00:28:46.360 In effect,

00:28:47.280 the federal government

00:28:47.940 was living high off the hog

00:28:49.640 on the Social Security

00:28:51.300 retirement money

00:28:52.200 of people who had

00:28:53.020 paid into the fund.

00:28:55.540 In turn,

00:28:56.560 the U.S. Treasury

00:28:57.300 gave old agents

00:28:58.260 of average trust fund

00:28:59.260 special interest

00:29:00.320 non-negotiable bonds.

00:29:02.240 They are not

00:29:02.960 the same kind of bonds

00:29:04.020 held by banks

00:29:04.880 or foreign governments

00:29:06.120 or the public.

00:29:07.420 essentially they're

00:29:08.740 just IOUs

00:29:09.940 from the government

00:29:10.560 to itself

00:29:11.680 which are stored

00:29:12.440 in a filing cabinet

00:29:13.820 someplace in West Virginia.

00:29:15.160 They're not real assets.

00:29:16.740 They can be used

00:29:17.380 to pay benefits.

00:29:19.400 Solanusis

00:29:19.900 and the folks

00:29:20.480 at 60PLUS,

00:29:22.060 by the way,

00:29:22.580 you can find them

00:29:23.560 by going to 60PLUS,

00:29:25.100 that's 60PLUS,

00:29:27.320 not the symbol,

00:29:28.240 but the word

00:29:28.720 60PLUS.org.

00:29:30.580 I strongly urge you

00:29:32.260 to join the most

00:29:33.760 vibrant senior citizens

00:29:35.300 protection organization

00:29:36.840 in the United States.

00:29:38.540 The American Association

00:29:39.780 of Retired Persons

00:29:41.340 is essentially

00:29:42.160 a money-making scam.

00:29:44.540 They're not really fighting

00:29:45.560 for Social Security recipients

00:29:47.740 the way the folks

00:29:49.100 over at 60PLUS Association are.

00:29:52.100 I strongly urge you

00:29:53.560 to go to 60PLUS.org,

00:29:56.500 read about this vital piece

00:29:58.400 of legislation

00:29:59.080 and how you can join

00:30:00.900 the fight

00:30:01.580 to ensure

00:30:02.940 when it's time

00:30:04.000 for your retirement

00:30:05.520 that the money

00:30:06.400 will actually be there

00:30:07.860 and that you will get paid.

00:30:09.580 And if you're already

00:30:10.280 receiving benefits,

00:30:11.920 you should know

00:30:13.060 that despite

00:30:14.040 what the Democrats

00:30:14.860 tried to say

00:30:15.740 in the big,

00:30:16.740 beautiful bill,

00:30:17.760 which included

00:30:18.580 the biggest tax cut

00:30:20.360 in American history,

00:30:22.040 its continuation

00:30:23.440 this coming January,

00:30:25.360 under that bill,

00:30:26.580 88% of Americans

00:30:28.380 currently receiving

00:30:31.280 Social Security benefits

00:30:33.020 will pay no tax on it.

00:30:35.400 So the scare tactics

00:30:36.620 of the Democrats

00:30:37.660 who said repeatedly

00:30:38.640 that that bill

00:30:39.980 would cut Social Security,

00:30:41.600 that was a lie,

00:30:42.700 they also said

00:30:43.340 it would cut Medicare.

00:30:44.520 And they're right,

00:30:45.120 it does cut Medicare.

00:30:46.380 It cuts Medicare payments

00:30:47.640 to illegal immigrants

00:30:48.900 who are not legally

00:30:50.140 entitled to such payments.

00:30:52.320 There is no greater

00:30:53.780 organization out there

00:30:55.100 fighting to protect

00:30:56.360 your Social Security

00:30:57.240 than 60 plus.

00:30:59.560 So I'll have to ask you,

00:31:00.860 I really do,

00:31:02.060 what is it like to work

00:31:03.080 with the great Jim Martin?

00:31:04.260 Because in my younger days,

00:31:06.540 I learned more

00:31:07.620 about politics

00:31:09.340 and how to communicate

00:31:10.480 with conservatives

00:31:11.300 from Jim Martin

00:31:12.500 and perhaps anyone

00:31:13.600 other than

00:31:14.460 the great Richard Vigery.

00:31:15.340 Well, you know,

00:31:17.580 and Richard and Jim

00:31:18.560 were very good friends,

00:31:19.600 are still very good friends,

00:31:20.980 and truly, too,

00:31:21.900 one of the leaders

00:31:22.600 in the conservative movement.

00:31:24.400 Look, it's been

00:31:24.920 a great honor for me.

00:31:26.280 You know, as you know,

00:31:27.060 I was the Michigan

00:31:27.680 Party chairman,

00:31:29.000 spent my entire life

00:31:30.240 in the state of Michigan,

00:31:31.600 and you always heard

00:31:33.340 about Jim Martin.

00:31:34.580 You know, this is a guy

00:31:35.400 who literally came up

00:31:36.400 with the,

00:31:36.980 when he started fighting

00:31:37.780 the inheritance tax,

00:31:38.820 he started using the words

00:31:40.000 the death tax,

00:31:41.140 and it really resonated.

00:31:42.320 And the press and others

00:31:43.380 picked up the fact

00:31:44.180 that the inheritance tax

00:31:45.640 is a death tax

00:31:46.980 after you've already

00:31:47.620 been taxed before.

00:31:49.200 This is a guy

00:31:50.040 who's very creative,

00:31:51.180 who's very bright,

00:31:52.420 who's a tireless worker,

00:31:54.040 who just recently

00:31:55.160 turned 89 years old

00:31:56.980 and is still out there

00:31:58.960 every single day

00:31:59.920 making phone calls,

00:32:01.080 meeting with members

00:32:01.740 of Congress,

00:32:02.800 going to meetings

00:32:03.760 and fighting the fight.

00:32:05.280 And, you know,

00:32:06.020 it's an inspiration.

00:32:07.040 And I think,

00:32:07.560 as you mentioned,

00:32:08.900 you know,

00:32:09.100 the impact he had

00:32:09.880 on your life,

00:32:10.880 he's had a similar impact

00:32:12.000 on mine and many others.

00:32:14.160 You know,

00:32:14.840 they did a nice birthday

00:32:16.700 greeting for him

00:32:17.480 a couple years back,

00:32:18.460 and even George W. Bush

00:32:19.820 wrote it,

00:32:21.680 called in

00:32:22.240 and actually sent a video

00:32:23.280 where he mentioned

00:32:23.920 the fact that,

00:32:24.700 you know,

00:32:25.720 Jim Martin gave him

00:32:26.560 his first job

00:32:27.560 as a driver

00:32:28.220 for the Gurney campaign

00:32:29.420 that you discussed.

00:32:30.680 So Jim's had an impact

00:32:32.080 on presidential candidates

00:32:33.600 all the way

00:32:34.120 since Eisenhower.

00:32:35.000 He's met virtually

00:32:35.900 every congressman

00:32:37.300 and senator

00:32:37.860 for years

00:32:39.180 and has been pushing

00:32:39.900 for lower taxes,

00:32:41.160 less spending,

00:32:41.680 conservative principles

00:32:42.760 and using the 60-plus

00:32:44.640 association

00:32:45.360 to bring seniors together

00:32:47.100 so they do have

00:32:47.900 an alternative to AARP,

00:32:49.460 which has become

00:32:50.020 a liberal tool

00:32:50.980 for the Democrats

00:32:52.540 and liberal public policies

00:32:54.000 to say,

00:32:54.980 let's stand up

00:32:55.600 for values that matter

00:32:56.560 to us

00:32:57.060 that we can pass down

00:32:58.140 to our children

00:32:58.600 and grandchildren.

00:32:59.640 And this is going

00:33:00.100 to be Jim Martin's legacy.

00:33:01.640 He's built

00:33:02.140 a conservative movement

00:33:03.180 that has spanned decades

00:33:05.480 and will last

00:33:06.620 for decades to come.

00:33:07.840 All right,

00:33:08.400 we have to leave it there.

00:33:09.140 I want to thank

00:33:09.560 our guest,

00:33:10.280 Sal Anousis.

00:33:11.000 And one more time,

00:33:11.740 I urge you to go

00:33:12.420 to 60plus.org,

00:33:14.360 60plus.org,

00:33:16.200 and check it out.

00:33:17.360 This is a fight

00:33:18.200 you need to be in

00:33:19.300 to protect

00:33:20.180 our Social Security

00:33:21.880 benefits.

00:33:22.640 Sal, thanks for joining

00:33:23.500 us today

00:33:24.040 in the Stone Zone.

00:33:25.560 Great to be with you

00:33:26.280 and thanks for all

00:33:26.860 you do.

00:33:28.400 The Stone Zone

00:33:29.380 on the Red Apple

00:33:30.700 Podcast Network.

00:33:34.600 The Stone Zone,

00:33:36.200 entertaining

00:33:36.740 and informative

00:33:37.980 on the Red Apple

00:33:39.100 Podcast Network.

00:33:41.740 Welcome back

00:33:42.720 to the Stone Zone.

00:33:43.740 You know,

00:33:43.860 I really think

00:33:44.500 President Donald Trump

00:33:45.640 deserves the

00:33:46.860 Nobel Peace Prize.

00:33:48.880 He has already

00:33:50.120 brought peace

00:33:50.880 between the Congo

00:33:52.360 and Rwanda,

00:33:53.360 a bloody conflict

00:33:54.320 that has gone on

00:33:55.120 for decades.

00:33:56.280 He has forged

00:33:58.180 a peace

00:33:58.700 and a ceasefire

00:34:00.180 between Pakistan

00:34:01.020 and India,

00:34:02.340 another historic

00:34:03.640 bloody rivalry.

00:34:05.920 And now,

00:34:06.700 he's announced

00:34:07.220 a ceasefire

00:34:07.960 between Cambodia

00:34:08.940 and Thailand.

00:34:10.260 President Donald Trump

00:34:11.100 announced he's

00:34:11.740 negotiated this ceasefire,

00:34:13.180 effectively ending

00:34:13.880 a conflict

00:34:14.460 that started up

00:34:15.640 again last week.

00:34:17.580 President Trump

00:34:18.380 wrote on True Social,

00:34:19.880 I just spoke

00:34:20.460 to the acting

00:34:21.080 Prime Minister of Thailand

00:34:22.260 and Prime Minister

00:34:23.600 of Cambodia.

00:34:24.680 I'm pleased to announce

00:34:25.640 that after

00:34:26.240 the involvement

00:34:26.860 of the United States

00:34:27.700 government,

00:34:28.220 President Donald J.

00:34:29.080 Trump,

00:34:29.720 both countries

00:34:30.360 have reached

00:34:30.840 a ceasefire

00:34:31.540 in peace.

00:34:32.560 I have now

00:34:33.280 ended many wars

00:34:34.500 in just six months

00:34:35.440 and I'm proud

00:34:36.400 to be the

00:34:37.000 President of Peace.

00:34:37.980 President works

00:34:38.560 every day

00:34:39.200 to end the conflict

00:34:40.500 between Russia

00:34:41.360 and Ukraine,

00:34:42.620 to end the conflict

00:34:43.800 between Iran

00:34:44.840 and Israel.

00:34:46.020 Recently made

00:34:46.780 the very difficult

00:34:47.780 decision

00:34:48.380 to launch

00:34:49.520 a surgical

00:34:50.400 strike

00:34:51.040 to go into

00:34:52.260 Iran 0.99

00:34:52.780 and destroy 0.95

00:34:53.380 their nuclear

00:34:54.360 weapons development

00:34:55.640 program.

00:34:56.260 But unlike

00:34:56.700 his predecessors,

00:34:58.000 George H.W. Bush

00:34:59.240 and George W. Bush,

00:35:01.560 no endless foreign war,

00:35:03.060 no boots on the ground,

00:35:04.500 no long-term commitments,

00:35:06.240 not a single

00:35:07.000 American service member

00:35:08.920 lost their lives

00:35:10.020 in this surgical strike

00:35:12.080 by President Donald Trump.

00:35:13.600 Some people

00:35:14.120 second-guessed him

00:35:15.100 before he made

00:35:16.060 that tough decision,

00:35:17.040 but once he made it,

00:35:18.420 it was absolutely clear

00:35:19.540 this president

00:35:20.220 will use

00:35:21.240 American power,

00:35:22.160 will project

00:35:22.700 American power

00:35:23.460 when he has to,

00:35:24.720 when it is necessary,

00:35:25.940 but he is

00:35:26.820 the candidate

00:35:27.700 of peace.

00:35:29.300 He's now

00:35:30.080 going to go back

00:35:30.520 to working

00:35:30.900 on trade deals

00:35:31.800 that will make

00:35:32.680 the peace

00:35:33.180 sustainable.

00:35:34.400 Recently,

00:35:35.020 President Trump

00:35:35.600 was nominated

00:35:36.220 for the Nobel Peace Prize

00:35:37.620 by the chairman

00:35:39.740 of the Tunica Biloxi

00:35:41.240 Indian tribe

00:35:42.160 of Louisiana.

00:35:43.940 The chairman

00:35:44.680 of that tribe,

00:35:45.820 Marshall

00:35:46.180 Perit,

00:35:47.420 found out

00:35:48.520 that the rules

00:35:49.820 of the Nobel Peace Prize

00:35:51.260 Committee in Norway

00:35:52.280 actually hold

00:35:53.420 that any sovereign nation

00:35:55.500 may make a nomination.

00:35:57.220 Well,

00:35:57.360 under U.S. law,

00:35:58.660 a federally recognized

00:35:59.900 Native American

00:36:00.980 or Indian tribe

00:36:02.020 is viewed

00:36:03.080 as a sovereign nation,

00:36:05.200 and therefore,

00:36:05.900 the Tunica Biloxi

00:36:07.280 tribe of Louisiana

00:36:08.300 made a nomination,

00:36:11.400 sent a robust letter

00:36:13.340 to the Nobel Peace Prize

00:36:15.440 Committee

00:36:15.860 urging them

00:36:16.960 to designate

00:36:19.020 President Donald Trump.

00:36:21.180 Barack Obama

00:36:22.180 had no accomplishments

00:36:23.600 in the foreign policy realm

00:36:25.080 other than dropping

00:36:26.360 more bombs

00:36:27.220 than any president

00:36:28.080 in U.S. history,

00:36:29.420 yet they gave him

00:36:30.260 the Nobel Peace Prize.

00:36:31.940 I have no illusions

00:36:34.500 that this left-wing

00:36:36.200 elitist

00:36:36.980 Nobel Peace Prize

00:36:38.600 Committee

00:36:38.940 is going to

00:36:39.760 recognize

00:36:40.600 the obvious,

00:36:41.720 and that is that

00:36:42.240 Donald Trump

00:36:42.780 was elected

00:36:43.960 as a peacemaker.

00:36:44.980 It is the greatest title

00:36:46.980 that history can bestow,

00:36:48.860 and despite the fact

00:36:50.400 that he has not yet,

00:36:52.100 even though he's only

00:36:52.880 been in office

00:36:53.440 for less than 200 days,

00:36:54.800 he has not yet

00:36:55.840 resolved the conflicts

00:36:57.020 between Russia

00:36:58.820 and Ukraine.

00:36:59.840 I have every confidence

00:37:00.760 that he will do so.

00:37:02.300 He's already earned

00:37:03.460 the Peace Prize.

00:37:04.760 It's just that

00:37:05.440 these liberal elites

00:37:06.680 won't give it to him.

00:37:08.140 But the American people

00:37:09.120 know.

00:37:09.580 They most definitely know.

00:37:10.960 When you see

00:37:11.960 these stories

00:37:12.840 about polls

00:37:13.640 that show that

00:37:14.180 his approval rating

00:37:15.180 is tanking,

00:37:16.220 folks,

00:37:16.600 those are psyops.

00:37:17.960 That's a scam.

00:37:19.260 The same people

00:37:19.860 who told us

00:37:20.460 about Russian collusion.

00:37:22.360 The same people

00:37:22.860 who told us

00:37:23.360 that Hunter Biden's

00:37:24.860 laptop was

00:37:25.660 Russian disinformation.

00:37:28.240 Donald Trump

00:37:28.760 is on his way

00:37:29.660 to forging

00:37:30.800 that golden age

00:37:32.060 we've talked about

00:37:32.880 so much here

00:37:34.180 in the Stone Zone.
