00:00:00.260 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:00:06.800 You are now entering the Stone Zone.
00:00:10.120 Well, now that the contents from the annex of Special Counsel John Durham's investigation
00:00:16.460 into the origins of Russiagate are fully known, it paints a much clearer picture of how the
00:00:23.300 conspiracy to frame Donald Trump as a Russian asset took place in exact terms.
00:00:29.280 Durham, you recall, was appointed by Attorney General Bill Barr to, quote unquote, get to
00:00:35.600 the bottom of the origins of the Russian collusion hoax.
00:00:39.420 But Durham took five long years to conduct his investigation, long enough to make sure
00:00:45.740 that the statute of limitations had run out and that nobody would be charged with a crime.
00:00:52.000 In the end, he charged a lawyer named Sussman at the very, very bottom of the totem pole
00:00:58.060 in the Russian collusion hoax, kind of like charging the guy who drove the getaway car
00:01:04.300 for double parking while you let the bank robbers get away.
00:01:08.540 And even Sussman was acquitted in front of a Democrat judge with an all-Democrat jury in
00:01:15.480 Washington, D.C.
00:01:16.520 He also charged an FBI lawyer named Clinesmith for altering an FBI 302.
00:01:24.440 That's the document where FBI agents take notes regarding the questioning of an individual.
00:01:32.600 Clinesmith got a slap on the wrist.
00:01:35.360 He was disbarred for 15 minutes, only to be readmitted to the bar.
00:01:39.960 Well, we now know that the Democrat National Committee chairperson, Representative Debbie
00:01:45.840 Wasserman Schultz, who I think reminds virtually every man who's been married twice of his first
00:01:51.420 wife, worked with Leonardo Bernardo of George Soros' Open Society Foundation to create the
00:01:59.420 phony Steele dossier.
00:02:01.460 That is the fabricated report, paid for by Hillary Clinton, and eventually laundered through the
00:02:08.680 FBI, the Clinton campaign, and Fusion GPS, and then given to the fake news media, specifically
00:02:15.700 Mike Isikoff, an FBI shill who poses as a reporter for Yahoo.com, to create a scandal that was
00:02:25.700 his eyes for the sole purpose of undermining President Donald Trump and the will of the
00:02:31.720 American people.
00:02:33.180 These came from the files that were found in a burn bag by FBI Director Cash Patel in a
00:02:39.880 hidden room at FBI headquarters that was sealed off during the days of co-conspirator James
00:02:45.780 Comey's being the head of the FBI.
00:02:49.760 Now, in the case of Wasserman Schultz, he already has a checkered history.
00:02:53.200 The WikiLeaks disclosures proved that she had worked with Hillary Clinton to change the
00:03:00.260 rules to screw Bernie Sanders out of the Democrat nomination.
00:03:05.120 By the way, we're still waiting for the vote count from the California Democrat primary in
00:03:09.860 2016 because those results were never required to be released by the Democrat National Committee.
00:03:16.520 That's because it's quite likely that Bernie Sanders won.
00:03:19.480 And then there was Debbie Wasserman Schultz's involvement with the Awan brothers. 0.77
00:03:24.100 Those were two IT consultants that she hired to work for her and recommended to other House
00:03:30.600 members.
00:03:31.460 When the Capitol Hill police informed Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz that the Awan brothers were
00:03:38.000 under investigation for the potential theft of both data and money from House members,
00:03:44.480 rather than cut them off, Wasserman Schultz changed their status from consultants to being members of
00:03:51.540 her staff so they would have continued access to the U.S. House of Representatives website back 0.97
00:03:58.300 end.
00:03:58.700 That makes her a co-conspirator in the theft of money and data for which the Awan brothers were 0.93
00:04:05.220 later charged.
00:04:06.360 So when she denies these new claims, I believe she should take a lie detector test to determine
00:04:13.720 whether she is telling the truth.
00:04:16.380 I rather doubt it.
00:04:19.060 Every day we learn more.
00:04:21.660 The Democrats are in full denial.
00:04:24.180 They, of course, point to the Senate House Intelligence Committee report claiming it was bipartisan,
00:04:31.200 which is technically true.
00:04:32.360 There were three never-Trumpers, Trump-hating Republicans, on that committee.
00:04:37.600 I'm very familiar with this report.
00:04:40.020 It is basically a cut and paste of every unproven allegation regarding Donald Trump and his supporters.
00:04:47.280 I think there's five references to me in the report.
00:04:50.140 Every one of them is categorically, materially false.
00:04:54.460 Joining us later in the show, Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence, is going to join us
00:04:59.880 to talk about what she has disclosed as far and hopefully give us some insights into what she is going to disclose.
00:05:07.200 So stay with us for that landmark interview coming up here on The Stone Zone.
00:05:12.380 In the meantime, who you're talking to online may not be a real person,
00:05:17.160 but may in fact be an AI bot sent by a malignant actor to manipulate you.
00:05:22.740 A new study published in Fortune Magazine shows that internet bots now account for half of the traffic on the internet,
00:05:31.320 with their behavior being specifically dominant on social media.
00:05:35.380 The problem is particularly bad on X, formerly known as Twitter,
00:05:39.660 where the bot activity accounts for a stunning 76% of its traffic.
00:05:44.400 I noted this because people attacking me over being a Russian agent,
00:05:50.840 which of course I was never charged with and there is no evidence of,
00:05:55.340 all posts identically worded posts on X.
00:05:59.560 Now I think Elon Musk has worked very hard to try to eliminate the bots,
00:06:05.560 but it is clearly inexact and many bots still exist.
00:06:10.540 The problem is, as I say, X allows free speech, unlike any platform,
00:06:17.580 and network-running bots have taken advantage of this added freedom to flood that network.
00:06:23.980 This is something you must understand if you are to avoid being scammed, harassed,
00:06:28.880 or manipulated while using these platforms.
00:06:32.580 So in the age of deep fake technology and AI-manipulated videos,
00:06:37.980 it is becoming increasingly difficult to determine what is real from what is fake.
00:06:43.720 Internet companies are also reportedly using AI to boost up their traffic numbers and user numbers
00:06:49.760 in an attempt to artificially inflate the actual impact of their websites and their networks.
00:06:55.580 This could be the underpinnings of an AI bubble,
00:06:59.280 similar to the tech bubble that devastated the economy in the early 90s and late 2000s.
00:07:05.360 It's in this digital age where computers and technology rule the day.
00:07:10.600 It's imperative to be as careful as possible, actually,
00:07:13.700 when interacting, investing, or otherwise interfacing in the economy or society in general.
00:07:19.380 Your future may actually depend on it.
00:07:22.840 There are many, many Roger Stones on Facebook.
00:07:25.460 The problem is, none of them are me.
00:07:27.880 I was in a restaurant recently, and a guy came up to me and said,
00:07:30.540 Hey, Stone, where's that crypto I bought from you?
00:07:33.760 Folks, I'm not on Facebook.
00:07:35.260 In fact, I'm still banned for life.
00:07:38.000 I've had other people complain about some of my posts on Instagram.
00:07:41.380 There's only one minor problem.
00:07:43.200 I'm not on Instagram, but there are many Roger Stones who are.
00:07:46.860 It's just that none of them are me.
00:07:49.200 In fact, even on X, where I think there's a great deal more freedom of speech,
00:07:55.320 and for which I'm most grateful to Elon Musk for getting my voice back,
00:07:59.880 there are many, many Roger Stones there who aren't me.
00:08:03.940 I complain about them.
00:08:05.540 They ultimately get taken down, only to pop up later with a slightly different spelling of my name.
00:08:12.200 It's an ongoing problem.
00:08:13.920 I guess it's part of the price I pay for being famous,
00:08:17.480 but I'm only famous because Robert Mueller targeted me in the largest single dirty trick in American political history,
00:08:26.100 the Russian collusion hoax.
00:08:28.660 Far times, many, many times more serious than Watergate.
00:08:32.280 Watergate involved a small but misguided group of private citizens
00:08:36.980 who attempted to break into the Watergate Hotel complex of the Democrat National Committee.
00:08:44.120 Now, why they did so remains an enormous mystery because Richard Nixon was leading his opponent
00:08:49.640 by landslide margins in every state poll
00:08:53.060 and ultimately would win the largest landslide in American political history, carrying 49 states.
00:08:59.420 So what the Watergate burglars were really looking for remains a mystery to this day.
00:09:04.780 I've written two books on President Richard Nixon,
00:09:07.560 Tricky Dick, The Rise and Fall and Rise of Richard M. Nixon,
00:09:10.860 and Nixon's Secrets, the Inside Story of Watergate and the Impeachment.
00:09:17.120 And I cover these topics pretty extensively.
00:09:21.400 But Richard Nixon was not using governmental agencies and governmental authority
00:09:26.520 against his political opponents.
00:09:28.560 In fact, there is no evidence whatsoever that Nixon knew about
00:09:33.180 or approved the Watergate break-in in advance.
00:09:35.920 In fact, the man who planned, pushed, funded, and then covered up the Watergate break-in
00:09:42.300 is none other than John Wesley Dean, who would later reposition himself as a whistleblower.
00:09:49.060 All one has to do is look at the discrepancies between his sworn testimony
00:09:54.320 to the Senate Watergate Committee and his testimony to the Watergate special prosecutors 0.59
00:09:59.820 and becomes abundantly clear that he was the Watergate rat.
00:10:06.120 Meanwhile, the Trump administration is, I think, on the verge of demonstrating
00:10:11.620 that there was massive fraud and irregularities in the 2020 election.
00:10:17.880 The Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, has ordered the intelligence community
00:10:21.960 to investigate election interference and tampering,
00:10:25.300 and her office has found that the federal government looked the other way
00:10:28.560 when the 2020 election fraud was taking place.
00:10:32.860 Gabbard was quoted as saying,
00:10:35.260 We have evidence of how these electronic voting systems have been vulnerable to hackers for a long time
00:10:40.720 and vulnerable to exploitation to manipulate the results of the votes being cast,
00:10:45.700 which further drives forward your mandate to bring about paper ballots across the country
00:10:51.660 so that voters can have faith in the integrity of our elections.
00:10:56.420 Tulsi Gabbard joins us shortly here in the Stone Zone.
00:10:59.100 This is one of the many questions I hope we have time to ask her.
00:11:03.860 But Gabbard revealed that a whistleblower from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency
00:11:09.860 has provided evidence to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence
00:11:14.380 that the government ignored large-scale vulnerabilities in electronic voting machines
00:11:19.440 in the lead-up to the 2020 presidential election.
00:11:23.200 Between the electronic voting machines and the massive fraud involved in mail-in ballots
00:11:28.780 being processed without any safeguards,
00:11:31.300 that opened up the potential for massive fraud,
00:11:34.480 which I believe occurred in 2020.
00:11:36.960 The fact that this was ignored and covered up has a travesty,
00:11:41.100 but those in the mainstream media continued and to this day insist that there's no evidence whatsoever
00:11:48.040 of anomalies, irregularities, or outright fraud in the 2020 election.
00:11:54.300 I have a feeling that Tulsi Gabbard is about to prove them wrong.
00:11:59.280 The Democrat Party is slipping even as we speak.
00:12:02.300 A new 2025 National Public Reference Survey has found that 52% of men aged between 18 and 29
00:12:09.620 say they are Republicans or lean Republican,
00:12:12.500 while only 34% of men aged between 18 and 29 say they are Democrats or lean Democrat.
00:12:19.580 To contrast that, in 2023, American Trends panel found that 62% of men between 18 and 29
00:12:26.400 then said they were Democrats or lean Democrats,
00:12:29.180 while only 36% of men between the ages of 28 and 29 say they were Republicans or lean Republicans.
00:12:37.520 This is a massive swing that's come as a result of the woke policies of the modern Democrat Party.
00:12:45.040 The Democrats can no longer hide their anti-male bias.
00:12:49.580 President Trump's 2024 presidential campaign saw him reach out to independent-minded podcasters
00:12:55.320 and get on to TikTok.
00:12:57.040 This allowed to be seen by more younger voters that were impressed with Trump's authenticity,
00:13:02.300 his candor, and his sense of humor.
00:13:04.640 Under President Donald Trump, the Republican Party is no longer the party of Wall Street,
00:13:09.780 no longer the party of the country club, no longer the party of the elites.
00:13:13.600 It is now the party of the working people.
00:13:15.980 And he has made huge inroads among younger voters, among African American voters,
00:13:21.600 among Hispanic voters, and among Asian voters,
00:13:24.160 all of whom heretofore were thought to be solid Democrat Party constituencies.
00:13:29.100 If you're just tuning in, this is Roger Stone.

00:14:14.340 The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:14:19.240 Welcome back to The Stone Zone.
00:14:20.920 President Donald Trump has now fired a Biden-era official for manipulating the national job numbers.
00:14:29.240 President Trump announced in a true social post that he's fired Commissioner of Labor Statistics,
00:14:34.540 Dr. Erica McIntarfer,
00:14:37.600 blaming her for manipulating the job reports in the lead-up to the 2024 election
00:14:42.520 to help Kamala Harris's chances of achieving victory.
00:14:45.080 Trump said this is the same Bureau of Labor Statistics that overstated the job growth in March 2024
00:14:53.500 by approximately 818,000,
00:14:56.700 and then again, right before the 2024 presidential election in August and September,
00:15:01.700 by 112,000.
00:15:04.000 Now, if you're a long-time listener to The Stone Zone,
00:15:06.520 you've heard us with Barry Habib,
00:15:09.360 one of the country's leading experts on both mortgages and the housing market,
00:15:13.620 as well as a shrewd economic analyst,
00:15:16.220 and he called this a long time ago,
00:15:17.780 saying that the job numbers were not only inflated,
00:15:21.140 but predicting correctly that after they got massive headlines,
00:15:25.240 they would later quietly be restated and ratcheted down in the weeks afterwards.
00:15:31.520 He turned out to be exactly right.
00:15:34.060 President Trump has also accused the Federal Reserve Chair, Jerome Powell,
00:15:38.680 of playing these games as well,
00:15:40.260 manipulating interest rates in order to suppress the Trump-MAGA economic boom.
00:15:45.700 It is absolutely true that the two indicators for the Federal Reserve
00:15:50.420 in considering interest rate cuts,
00:15:52.660 unemployment and inflation,
00:15:54.600 are either lower than or at the same level
00:15:57.660 as the last four times the Federal Reserve cut interest rates on the American people.
00:16:03.540 Yet, even with all of these subversive agents within the government,
00:16:06.880 President Trump is still posting historically strong economic numbers
00:16:11.380 and has turned out to be right because his tariff and closed-border immigration policies
00:16:17.040 have bolstered the American economy.
00:16:20.420 The quicker the subversives are dispatched from this administration,
00:16:23.160 the more wealth and prosperity will return to the American people.
00:16:26.440 I'm glad to see this dismissal.
00:16:28.360 It was a great sign, and frankly, Powell should be next.
00:16:32.120 I don't believe the President has the legal authority to fire the Federal Reserve Board Chairman,
00:16:38.560 but frankly, it is time for Mr. Powell to resign.
00:16:42.980 The next step, in my opinion, of course, would be to repeal the Federal Reserve Act entirely.
00:16:48.800 Perhaps, as Congressman Ron Paul long argued,
00:16:52.280 we first need a public audit of the Fed.
00:16:55.800 And while we're at it, I remember very distinctly that Elon Musk was going to go inspect our gold
00:17:01.560 at Fort Knox, as well as gold that is held for the American people
00:17:06.520 at the New York Federal Reserve Board headquarters.
00:17:10.540 Then I never heard any more about that.
00:17:12.680 So my question is very simple.
00:17:14.200 Nobody has seen the gold, America's gold reserve, since 1974.
00:17:19.540 I think it is time to find the gold.
00:17:21.780 Anyway, you're tuning in here to the Stone Zone.
00:17:25.640 Coming up next, Tulsi Gabbard, the former four-term Democrat congresswoman from Hawaii, 0.99
00:17:31.340 turned Republican, and now distinguishing herself as the Director of National Intelligence.
00:17:39.600 And she's been very much in the news.
00:17:41.560 I have a lot of questions for her.
00:17:43.340 And let's face it, I'm a fanboy, so I'm going to gush a little bit.
00:17:46.960 I think she's an amazing public servant with a great, great future. 0.74
00:17:50.520 Hang on with us.
00:17:51.960 And when we come back, Tulsi Gabbard joins the Stone Zone.
00:17:55.380 The Stone Zone.
00:17:57.560 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:18:02.160 The Stone Zone.
00:18:04.020 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:18:07.020 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.
00:18:09.980 Joining us now is the Director of the Office of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard.
00:18:16.680 Now, if you are a listener to the Stone Zone, you know that I have been a fan of Tulsi Gabbard
00:18:22.500 since I saw her demolish Senator Kamala Harris, then Senator Kamala Harris, over the latter's 1.00
00:18:28.700 record on criminal justice.
00:18:30.500 Because as a prosecutor, Kamala Harris put thousands of people in prison for the nonviolent
00:18:38.440 first-time crime of possession of small amounts of drugs, which I think is wrong.
00:18:43.820 And the toughness that Tulsi Gabbard displayed in that presidential debate caught my attention.
00:18:50.380 And it is no secret that I am among those who urged her to support President Trump, that
00:18:54.900 I later among those who urged her to become a Republican, and that I have predicted, this
00:19:00.340 is not a secret, that I believe that she will someday be our first woman president.
00:19:04.520 Not necessarily in 2028, but very definitely someday.
00:19:08.140 So, now that I'm finished gushing like a fanboy, Tulsi Gabbard, welcome to the Stone Zone.
00:19:14.700 Aloha, Roger.
00:19:15.720 Thank you very much for having me on your show.
00:19:17.740 I'm very happy to have you.
00:19:19.260 You have an amazing career.
00:19:20.660 People may not know that you were the youngest person ever elected to the Hawaii State Legislature,
00:19:25.920 that you today hold the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, that you served
00:19:31.860 in a combat zone in Iraq with the Army National Guard.
00:19:35.120 You, of course, were a four-term Democrat congresswoman from Hawaii's 2nd District, but now I think
00:19:41.220 you are providing your greatest public service yet.
00:19:45.260 You have single-handedly exposed that the Russian collusion hoax was exactly that, nothing less
00:19:53.860 than a seditious conspiracy to overturn the election and remove a duly elected president.
00:20:01.500 And you have come with the receipts proving that President Barack Obama, Vice President
00:20:07.580 Joe Biden, FBI Director James Comey, National Security Advisor James Clapper, the, pardon me,
00:20:16.440 Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, National Security Advisor Susan Rice, and many
00:20:21.500 others, including Robert Mueller, engaged in a fabricated hoax to frame Donald Trump as an
00:20:28.800 asset of the Russians.
00:20:30.100 I guess my question is, since you have had the courage to make all of this information
00:20:36.780 public, and this is not supposition, this is not investigative journalism, these are not
00:20:42.400 theories, you have brought hard receipts to prove everything you have said, have there
00:20:47.720 been any credible threats against you for going after these high-level individuals such as
00:20:52.640 President Obama?
00:20:55.140 Roger, that's a good question.
00:20:58.320 I do have a security detail that is assigned to me, given the role and responsibilities that
00:21:04.720 I carry as Director of National Intelligence.
00:21:07.520 I also know that they don't tell me about every single threat that comes in.
00:21:12.600 What I am told is there is an almost constant stream, so they fill a very challenging, but
00:21:20.520 obviously an important role that I'm grateful for.
00:21:24.180 Now, I saw this morning that a whistleblower from the intelligence community came forward
00:21:29.240 to you to expose that they fought for six years to uncover the Russiagate hoax.
00:21:34.360 They went to every person they could, exhausted every avenue within the system, and they were
00:21:39.820 consistently stonewalled.
00:21:41.180 In fact, they were told if they wanted a promotion, they would keep their mouth shut and go along
00:21:45.740 with the false narrative.
00:21:47.800 Why do you believe that nobody in positions of power would listen to this voice of reason,
00:21:52.140 and does it show systematic problems within every level of the federal bureaucracy?
00:21:57.100 You know, Roger, the two drivers and motivations that I can think of when I ask these questions
00:22:02.620 of myself, why is it that after through so many years of this courageous whistleblower coming
00:22:09.100 forward, did nobody heed his call?
00:22:12.400 Did nobody say, thank you for bringing forward the truth?
00:22:15.260 We will now take action to expose the truth and bring accountability.
00:22:19.060 And two motivations come to mind, and one is connected to your first question about threats.
00:22:23.360 There is a level of fear that exists when you have people like Chuck Schumer, you will remember
00:22:29.800 in, I believe, either December of 2016 or January 2017, issued a warning on Rachel Maddow's
00:22:38.040 show, and I'm just pulling this up here, where he said that President Trump was being really
00:22:48.520 dumb by taking on the intelligence community, let me tell you, you take on the intelligence
00:22:54.600 community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you. 0.96
00:22:59.380 This was said in January of 2017.
00:23:02.300 If you read the New York Times op-ed written by John Brennan and James Clapper that was published
00:23:08.800 two days ago, one of the first lines that they have in the first paragraph is, we want to
00:23:15.020 set the record straight, and in doing so, sound a warning.
00:23:18.840 There's a lot of fear.
00:23:20.300 We have other whistleblowers who are coming forward.
00:23:23.400 One was debriefed just the other day, and this intelligence community professional with
00:23:29.740 decades of service under his belt was visibly shaking and emotional, filled with fear and
00:23:36.920 anxiety and nervousness about coming forward and telling the truth about these very same powerful
00:23:43.460 people that we exposed in our documents and their complicity in this conspiracy to delegitimize
00:23:51.360 President Trump in his election in 2016, therefore subvert the will of the American people, and
00:23:58.200 enact what can only be described as a years-long coup against the duly elected President of the
00:24:03.680 United States.
00:24:04.880 Well, I, of course, have lived this myself.
00:24:07.540 After I was pardoned, Robert Mueller, or more precisely Andrew Weissman, ghostwriting
00:24:12.540 for Robert Mueller, said in an op-ed in the Washington Post that I had been in regular
00:24:18.480 contact with multiple Russian intelligence assets, when in fact, there was no evidence
00:24:22.920 in my trial that I was in touch with any Russian assets.
00:24:26.340 To violate the False Statements Act, your statement must be willful.
00:24:30.140 It also must be material.
00:24:31.280 So while it's true that I made misstatements in my voluntary testimony for the House Intelligence
00:24:37.420 Committee, none of them hid any underlying crime.
00:24:40.560 Very specifically, none of them hid the crime of Russian collusion or any collaboration with
00:24:46.660 WikiLeaks.
00:24:48.220 Not until BuzzFeed sued the U.S. Justice Department were they forced to disgorge Robert Mueller's
00:24:55.920 final report, withheld from my defense attorneys at trial, and on page 178, even Mueller could
00:25:02.040 not sugarcoat the fact that he'd found no evidence of Russian collusion, WikiLeaks collaboration,
00:25:07.140 or any other crime on my part.
00:25:09.820 As I think it was Ray Donovan, who was the Secretary of Labor, falsely accused of a corruption
00:25:14.820 during the Reagan administration, who said, where do I go to get my good name back?
00:25:19.900 These people take no prisoners.
00:25:22.300 That is most definitely true.
00:25:24.440 I am curious about reports that a whistleblower from the Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security
00:25:34.440 Agency has come forward with information regarding the 2020 election and the disposition of electronic
00:25:42.640 voting machines.
00:25:44.880 Can you yet tell us the specifics of this whistleblower's revelations and what we might expect to hear
00:25:51.180 regarding election fraud, anomalies, and irregularities in the days and months to come?
00:25:58.080 Sure.
00:25:58.640 Well, this whistleblower came forward, and this is something that I shared with the President
00:26:03.100 during one of our first Cabinet meetings, I think it was back in March of this year, about
00:26:09.040 this whistleblower that had come forward very soon after I assumed the position of Director,
00:26:13.760 pointing out that in his previous employment at CISA, he was quite shocked at how in the lead
00:26:23.240 up, I think this was in 2019, in the lead up to the 2020 election, he saw documentation that
00:26:30.000 pointed out that there were some vulnerabilities to be concerned about within our election systems,
00:26:35.800 and that the paper, the final paper that the leadership at CISA decided to publish,
00:26:43.080 intentionally left out that vulnerability from their report.
00:26:48.800 And I think I'm right in saying that the statements around the government in 2020 were resoundingly,
00:26:56.640 this was the most secure election of our lifetimes.
00:27:00.360 Am I correct in that?
00:27:01.300 I believe that is correct.
00:27:03.480 So this whistleblower came forward basically saying that what he saw was essentially the
00:27:10.980 very intentional decision by those in leadership to leave out what he viewed as a critical piece
00:27:17.900 of information in the months leading up to that 2020 election.
00:27:22.620 I don't have evidence beyond that speaking to motive or anything else, but the fact that this
00:27:29.220 whistleblower came forward, having worked at CISA, pointing this out was obviously very concerning.
00:27:36.740 One of the things that is interesting, of course, has been great focus.
00:27:40.620 The director of the Central Intelligence Agency, John Radcliffe, released a report several weeks ago
00:27:45.460 that indicated that former CIA director John Brennan, who I believe is still talking to some in the CIA,
00:27:52.420 because many of his people were buried deeply into that bureaucracy, forced the so-called Steele dossier,
00:28:00.120 which I think he certainly knew.
00:28:03.620 Andrew Weissman, the de facto head of the Mueller investigation, knew back from his days as the FBI general counsel,
00:28:10.100 was a fraud, was a fabrication paid for by Hillary Clinton, didn't meet agency standards.
00:28:16.240 But now we have much deeper evidence of Brennan's duplicity.
00:28:24.200 Yet he goes on MSNBC and he says, well, the Steele dossier may yet be right.
00:28:30.040 There's no evidence of that.
00:28:32.040 He really is.
00:28:33.180 This guy is unbelievable.
00:28:34.280 He was outraged.
00:28:35.320 Pardon me.
00:28:35.580 I got that wrong.
00:28:36.100 He was appalled several weeks ago when you fired 100, I think it was 100, officials inside the office of the director of national intelligence
00:28:47.220 because they were disloyal for this administration because they leaked like a sieve.
00:28:51.940 Yeah, you know, it is interesting to see the feigned outrage coming from John Brennan and James Clapper and Susan Rice and others
00:29:01.240 in response to the release of intelligence assessments and documents and emails and personal accounts of the events that occurred
00:29:11.860 then at the end of 2016 and early 2017 that resulted in this manufactured intelligence assessment saying the opposite of what previous intelligence assessments had said.
00:29:24.220 The previous assessments basically said Russia did not have the intent nor the capability to help President Trump win this election.
00:29:31.360 The manufactured intelligence assessment that you're talking about, that John Brennan and James Clapper not only allowed the Steele dossier to be included as a source for this,
00:29:44.600 it was actually they demanded that the Steele dossier be used, and then they buried it by highly compartmentalizing it in a highly classified intelligence category
00:29:55.660 so that it would be very, very, very hard for anyone to know that they chose to use the Steele dossier,
00:30:02.380 which was already well known to be discredited across the intelligence community as a source in this document.
00:30:08.540 So the more outraged I see them as they make the circuits around cable news, the more I know that we are over the target, as we say, in the military.
00:30:21.220 If this was as nothing to see here, as CNN wants us to believe, then these guys would be out somewhere enjoying their summer rather than expressing their feigned outrage
00:30:34.280 and frankly lying again to the American people about their actions and their complicity in this massive conspiracy that occurred.
00:30:45.040 The discussion of the Steele dossier has been extraordinary over the last couple of weeks,
00:30:52.260 but John Durham never addressed the question of the claim that the Democrat National Committee was hacked by Russian intelligence.
00:31:00.160 Now, it was during my trial, the FBI admitted that they had never inspected the computer servers at the DNC,
00:31:06.400 relying on a company called CrowdStrike, a private left-leaning IT company.
00:31:11.180 The judge refused to let us have their report, in my defense.
00:31:15.940 But the head of CrowdStrikes, Sean Henry, who just happened to be a former deputy to FBI Director Robert Mueller,
00:31:22.880 testified for the House Intelligence Committee that he had no proof that the Democrat National Committee had been the target of an online hack.
00:31:30.300 And the judge would not allow Bill Binney, formerly a very high-level CIA counterintelligence IT guy,
00:31:38.540 to testify and provide forensic evidence that would prove that there was no online hack of the DNC.
00:31:45.860 Have you seen any evidence that would bolster that conclusion?
00:31:50.340 I have yet to see any evidence that proves either of these narratives come across my desk.
00:31:58.600 Either the narrative that the Democrats have pushed for a very long time,
00:32:03.840 that Russia hacked into the DNC's email servers and email systems.
00:32:10.100 If you recall, this claim was one of the reasons why President Obama in December of 2016 announced harsher sanctions against Russia in response to this alleged hack.
00:32:23.620 But nor have I seen the opposite, evidence of some other entity, nation-state or others, who may have hacked into the DNC system.
00:32:35.320 This is a question that still remains, and we will see what turns up.
00:32:42.800 And that is an area that I think should be examined in my trial, specifically.
00:32:47.420 Federal Prosecutor Jonathan Kravitz, when the FBI was forced to admit that they never inspected the server,
00:32:53.740 he filed a very rare sur-reply with the court saying that they had additional proof that the DNC had been hacked.
00:32:59.680 But, of course, they produced none whatsoever because it doesn't exist, in my opinion.
00:33:05.760 Durham, as I say, never addressed this.
00:33:07.840 I hope you have the opportunity to address it as you continue to look at classified documents.
00:33:14.600 When we come back, I want to ask you about this proposal by Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas,
00:33:20.280 who would transfer the authority to declassify documents from the office you had as the Director of National Intelligence
00:33:27.360 to the FBI, the CIA, and the NSA, all institutions who created the Russian collusion hack and then lied to the American people about it.
00:33:37.040 We'll be right back with Tulsi Gabbard right here in The Stone Zone.
00:33:40.160 Whatever you do, stay with us in The Zone.
00:33:42.540 We're back in The Stone Zone with the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard,
00:33:58.800 and we're very grateful to her for joining us today.
00:34:02.680 Senator Tom Cotton seems to be leading the charge to reduce President Trump's oversight over the intelligence community
00:34:08.820 through his legislation, the Intelligence Community Efficiency and Effectiveness Act of 2025.
00:34:14.040 Well, this legislation kind of masquerades as a cost-cutting operation.
00:34:20.220 In truth, based on my reading of it, it shifts the authority to declassify documents away from the office you had
00:34:28.380 and sends that power to the FBI, the NSA, and the Central Intelligence Agency, exactly the institutions which promulgated
00:34:39.740 and then covered up the Russian collusion hoax.
00:34:43.360 You already are moving aggressively to downsize your office as we speak, correct?
00:34:49.620 That's right.
00:34:50.540 And in some of these areas, there's certainly agreement between the work that we are doing
00:34:56.560 to streamline operations, to find and create efficiencies, save taxpayer dollars, to downsize the organization
00:35:05.580 so that it can actually move in an agile and an efficient manner to fulfill the mission that ODNI was created for in the wake of 9-11.
00:35:17.960 And you're exactly right, Roger.
00:35:20.240 Thank you, Roger.
00:35:50.240 We need our unbiased, objective, relevant, and timely intelligence assessments to best inform the president as he makes his decisions,
00:35:57.220 as well as other policymakers here in our nation's capital.
00:36:01.340 This is what ODNI was created to do.
00:36:04.000 This is what we're focused on, on that oversight and integration function.
00:36:07.800 I'm working very quickly towards making it, executing the plan that we have built very deliberately.
00:36:16.820 And I think taking away that oversight authority from ODNI would essentially put us back into a position where, for example,
00:36:26.320 you would expect the FBI or the CIA or the NSA to report its own wrongdoing or to report its own incidents of weaponization of intelligence that may be occurring under their rooftop.
00:36:39.620 We can look back in history and see that that is not the case and that will not be the case,
00:36:45.260 which is why you need an independent, objective body, in this case, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence,
00:36:51.420 to fulfill that necessary function for the president and for our country.
00:36:54.500 On a final point, I want to commend you and thank you for your assistance to Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna,
00:37:01.360 who I think has done a phenomenal job of fighting the federal bureaucracy to ensure that President Trump's orders,
00:37:07.620 that all federal records regarding the assassinations of President Kennedy, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and Dr. Martin Luther King are fulfilled.
00:37:15.720 It's very clear to me that certain elements of the deep state have continued to try to obfuscate and hide a number of key documents, transcripts, videos, and audios.
00:37:25.380 And I know you have worked very hard to help Congresswoman Luna and her committee fulfill that mission.
00:37:32.280 So I want to thank you for that.
00:37:33.940 And I want to thank Tulsi Gabbard for joining us today in the Stone Zone.
00:37:38.780 God bless you, my friend.
00:37:40.040 You're doing an amazing job for our country, and I could not be prouder of you.
00:37:44.240 Thank you so much.
00:37:45.620 I appreciate your bringing voice to so many of the concerns that exist across our country.
00:37:51.400 And it's actually been a real pleasure working with Representative Paulina Luna on this important work, once again,
00:38:00.120 finding the truth and sharing the truth with the American people.
00:38:03.700 All right.
00:38:03.960 That's it for us today.
00:38:05.080 I want to thank Tulsi Gabbard, our guest.
00:38:06.680 Until tomorrow, God bless you and Godspeed.
