00:00:00.420 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:00:07.460 You are now entering the Stone Zone.
00:00:10.480 Well, I returned this morning from Las Vegas, Nevada, where I attended the America First Ground Zero Conference.
00:00:17.440 It was sponsored by the Gateway Pundit.
00:00:20.200 The Gateway Pundit, of course, is the net-based news outlet that was probably the only place you could go
00:00:28.060 during the time that I was subjected to a Soviet-style show trial in the Russian collusion hoax
00:00:34.960 when I was fighting charges that I had lied under oath in my voluntary testimony to the House Intelligence Committee.
00:00:42.600 The Gateway Pundit was one of the few places you could go for accurate and honest reporting
00:00:47.580 about that outrageous violation of my constitutional rights.
00:00:52.900 You see, I was not charged with a crime because I did anything wrong.
00:00:56.020 I was charged with a process crime in order to pressure me into testifying falsely against President Donald Trump.
00:01:04.160 You see, after Robert Mueller and the Justice Department spent tens of millions of dollars
00:01:09.740 and could find no evidence whatsoever of Russian collusion with Donald Trump's 26th campaign,
00:01:16.640 they decided to try to create it.
00:01:18.660 You see, they wanted me to bear false witness against the president, which, of course, I refused to do.
00:01:24.300 The Gateway Pundit was among the few places you could go for accurate coverage.
00:01:28.960 I'll always be very grateful to Jim and Joe Hoff, the twin brothers writing and covering news for the Gateway Pundit.
00:01:36.940 Anyway, they had a great conference in Las Vegas.
00:01:39.600 I was honored, along with General Michael Flynn.
00:01:42.160 I think most Americans are familiar with the horrific trial that the swamp put him through,
00:01:50.340 as well as the greatest mayor in New York City history, Rudy Giuliani.
00:01:54.720 It was a terrific conference, and I met many great patriots.
00:01:58.500 I'm still getting a lot of feedback from the riff I did last week regarding Steve Bannon.
00:02:05.340 Steve Bannon was, of course, fired from the Trump White House in 2017,
00:02:10.000 essentially for leaking self-serving stories.
00:02:13.280 I'll never forget when Steve Bannon's picture appeared on the cover of Time magazine with the headline,
00:02:18.620 Trump's brain.
00:02:20.540 This is ridiculous.
00:02:21.980 The man responsible for the election of Donald Trump, no matter how improbable, was Donald Trump himself.
00:02:29.100 He's not managed.
00:02:30.340 He's not packaged.
00:02:31.560 He's not scripted.
00:02:33.120 He is his own man.
00:02:34.820 And it was his own audacious strategy, his own decision to make illegal immigration a major national centerpiece issue of his campaign,
00:02:44.580 for example, that elected Donald Trump.
00:02:46.940 The truth is that when Paul Manafort left Donald Trump's campaign,
00:02:50.780 he left behind a complete and very detailed written campaign plan.
00:02:55.080 His successor, Steve Bannon, merely implemented that plan.
00:02:59.440 But people say to me, what's your beef with Bannon?
00:03:02.440 I mean, you and Steve are both Trump supporters.
00:03:05.500 You're both MAGA, right?
00:03:06.800 Well, my beef with him is really very simple.
00:03:09.640 Steve Bannon testified to the House Intelligence Committee in 2018,
00:03:14.260 around the same time that I did, under oath.
00:03:17.180 And he was asked by Congressman Adam Schiff whether he'd ever talked to Roger Stone about WikiLeaks,
00:03:23.880 Julian Assange, or the allegedly stolen emails.
00:03:28.120 He said, and I quote,
00:03:29.380 You can imagine how surprised I was when Steve Bannon showed up at my trial in Washington,
00:03:45.620 D.C. as a surprise witness for Robert Mueller.
00:03:49.340 Kind of swept to the witness stand, dressed all in black, kind of like a fat Johnny Cat.
00:03:55.680 Of course, wouldn't look me in the eye.
00:03:57.540 And when asked the exact same question,
00:04:00.140 Did you ever talk to Roger Stone about WikiLeaks, Julian Assange, or these allegedly stolen emails?
00:04:06.420 He said, yes, Stone brought it up in every conversation we had in 2016.
00:04:12.300 In fact, he went on to say,
00:04:14.340 I considered Stone to be our access point to WikiLeaks.
00:04:18.380 That is known as perjury, a lie.
00:04:20.760 Two sworn statements, which as Jonathan Turley pointed out,
00:04:24.880 or the George Washington University law professor pointed out for the New York Post,
00:04:28.900 were direct contradicting each other.
00:04:31.760 So that's the beginning of my problems with Stinky Steve.
00:04:34.960 My other problem, quite frankly, is his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
00:04:39.800 Bannon seeks Epstein out, according to the New York Post,
00:04:43.480 seen multiple times at Epstein's palatial New York home.
00:04:48.520 Also, according to other news outlets, flies to meet Epstein in Paris.
00:04:53.880 Why would anyone associate with a man who at that point had been convicted of sex crimes in Florida?
00:05:01.200 Former Bannon aide Sam Nunberg told me that Jeffrey Epstein had agreed to sponsor Steve Bannon's ongoing political activities.
00:05:12.840 And we know that Bannon filmed 15 hours of an interview with Jeffrey Epstein.
00:05:19.060 I believe the purpose of this planned documentary was to try to rehabilitate Epstein
00:05:26.940 after Epstein was prosecuted for minor sex crimes in Florida.
00:05:33.520 Now, in 2019, it was the Trump administration that would come back and charge Jeffrey Epstein
00:05:40.240 with one count of child sex trafficking and a second count of conspiring to engage in child sex trafficking.
00:05:49.360 So my question is a simple one.
00:05:51.940 Why has Steve Bannon not released the 15 hours of video he has?
00:05:57.880 I think the answer is because it was designed to try to rehabilitate Epstein.
00:06:02.900 The idea of Steve Bannon running for president, which, of course, he leaked himself and then says he has no comment on the leak.
00:06:10.700 Well, that's a ludicrous joke.
00:06:13.560 Anyway, President Trump, of course, heading to Alaska on August 15th to meet with Vladimir Putin
00:06:20.040 and presumably President Zelensky of Ukraine.
00:06:24.880 Now, if I were Vladimir Putin right now, I would be carefully pouring over the art of the deal.
00:06:31.940 I know this about Donald Trump.
00:06:34.560 He's not holding a meeting unless he knows what the results of that meeting are likely to be.
00:06:39.440 So I'm going to assume, knowing him for 50 years, that he has the framework of a peace deal.
00:06:46.260 He has certainly been living up to the promise of being a pro-peace commander in chief,
00:06:51.520 seamlessly reversing decades of foreign policies that have only exacerbated conflicts throughout the world.
00:06:58.460 So Trump helped negotiate a ceasefire between Thailand and Cambodia, put together a peace deal between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo,
00:07:08.000 ended the violence between Pakistan and India.
00:07:11.580 This list goes on and on.
00:07:14.540 To me, it means that he well deserves the Nobel Peace Prize.
00:07:20.020 That, of course, is decided by a Norwegian-based globalist elitist committee.
00:07:25.640 I think it's unlikely that they will give him the prize.
00:07:30.840 But it seems to me the Russians have already kind of signaled what's going to happen this week.
00:07:37.440 They tentatively agreed to terms to stop the war in Ukraine, according to press reports.
00:07:43.040 That whole war is a folly.
00:07:44.700 It was created due to the aggressive NATO expansion by the Biden administration.
00:07:49.560 See, when the Russians agreed to the reunification of East and West Germany,
00:07:55.160 the United States agreed in the Budapest Memorandum signed by Secretary of State James A. Baker,
00:08:02.080 and later on in the Minsk Accords signed by the Bush administration,
00:08:05.760 not to push Ukraine into NATO, which really is defined as not mounting NATO missiles,
00:08:14.480 American missiles paid for by U.S. taxpayers, on the ground in Ukraine pointed at Russia.
00:08:20.880 Sorry, but I don't see this as different than the situation in America in 1962,
00:08:26.980 when the Russians mounted Russian ICBM missiles on the ground in Cuba 90 minutes from our shore.
00:08:36.540 And President Putin has made it clear from the beginning that that was his line in the sand.
00:08:44.380 So when President Trump ends the war between Russia and Ukraine,
00:08:47.700 there will be little doubt that he will be among the most successful presidents in American history
00:08:53.120 in terms of peacemaking.
00:08:55.160 He is writing a diplomatic playbook that other presidents will follow for generations to come.
00:09:01.620 A Nobel Peace Prize may not be enough for Trump.
00:09:04.160 Perhaps they should put a spot on Mount Rushmore for him.
00:09:07.060 I think that would be just as fitting.
00:09:09.400 But let's kind of go through this.
00:09:11.420 He gets a ceasefire between the radical Houthis and the U.S.
00:09:15.840 That's it in Yemen.
00:09:17.960 Back in May 6th of 2025, he declared an end.
00:09:21.600 The U.S. strikes on the Houthis announcing an immediate ceasefire brokered by Oman
00:09:27.180 that had halted the Red Sea shipping lanes.
00:09:31.180 Then, as I said, the declaration of principles in June of 2025
00:09:35.480 between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda,
00:09:40.380 this so-called Washington Accord ended one of the bloodiest conflicts in the history of the world.
00:09:47.800 More recently, a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
00:09:54.020 Trump hosted the Armenian prime minister and the president of Azerbaijan at the White House just last week,
00:10:00.140 where they signed a landmark peace declaration ending that conflict
00:10:05.120 and establishing a U.S.-controlled transit corridor called the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity, or TRIP.
00:10:14.800 That's one thing I love about Donald Trump.
00:10:17.340 He always puts his name on his accomplishments.
00:10:20.780 Then, of course, there is the ceasefire that he got between Thailand and Cambodia.
00:10:26.040 This took place in late 2025 after deadly border clashes.
00:10:31.200 Thailand and Cambodia, thanks to Donald Trump interceding, agreed on a ceasefire right after the president's intervention.
00:10:38.800 Although some sources note that official confirmation of the U.S. mediation is unverified,
00:10:45.720 multiple credible sources say it was Donald Trump who brokered the deal.
00:10:51.480 It is amazing to me that on top of all of this, the India-Pakistan ceasefire claim,
00:10:58.860 where Trump purposely actually stated that he had de-escalated detentions,
00:11:05.200 even though official sources from India have attempted to deny that.
00:11:10.260 I tend to believe President Donald Trump.
00:11:13.400 Then, of course, there is the Israel-Syria de-escalation.
00:11:17.720 This is reported by various statements from our own envoys,
00:11:21.860 Steve Witkoff and Tom Barrack, our ambassador to Turkey,
00:11:27.740 although there was no formal agreement by the parties involved.
00:11:32.080 And then, of course, he's got an Israel-Iran ceasefire,
00:11:36.400 which has so far held steady.
00:11:40.300 Again, I think extraordinarily fragile.
00:11:43.900 But there is no greater title that history can bestow than that of Peacemaker.
00:11:50.540 Trump ran as the peace candidate, and he is delivering in spades across the board.
00:11:58.160 Now, the war between Russia and Ukraine is not over yet,
00:12:02.040 and it won't be over until the ink is dry on the agreements.
00:12:06.480 But I know Donald Trump, I've known a long time.
00:12:09.480 I don't think he would be heading to Alaska unless he'd had the framework of a deal.
00:12:14.700 A Russian statesman specifically said the president had made a,
00:12:18.540 pardon me, the United States had made a proposal, which the Russians found acceptable.
00:12:24.700 So it may be premature to say that peace is at hand,
00:12:28.700 but it certainly sounds to me like Donald Trump is about to achieve his greatest breakthrough
00:12:33.500 when it comes to world peace.
00:12:37.500 The American people are a little shocked.
00:12:39.500 You see, we're not used to political figures actually delivering on the pledges
00:12:44.300 they make during their presidential campaigns, but Donald Trump is not a politician.
00:12:49.000 He will never be a politician.
00:12:51.360 He's the leader of a political reform movement,
00:12:54.080 and it is having its impact in our foreign policy,
00:12:58.160 as he, I think, predishes himself for the Nobel Peace Prize.
00:13:02.580 Even if they don't give it to him, the American people completely get it.

00:13:56.700 And we're back in the Stone Zone here on the Red Apple Audio Networks.
00:14:02.100 Last Friday, Attorney General Pam Bondi named Ed Martin, Deputy Attorney General,
00:14:09.160 as the special prosecutor to investigate mortgage fraud allegations regarding both
00:14:15.160 Senator Adam Schiff and New York Attorney General Letitia James.
00:14:20.820 James is being accused of falsely listing her Norfolk, Virginia-based home as her primary
00:14:27.640 legal residence in order to unlawfully receive a lower mortgage rate and a lower insurance rate.
00:14:35.980 Now, it's obviously a problem because under the New York state law and constitution,
00:14:43.220 if a Virginia residence is her principal legal residence, she would be ineligible to be New York Attorney General.
00:14:51.860 In those documents, she also said that her daughter would make it her principal residence,
00:14:57.360 but actually, thanks to the investigative journalism of Sam Antar and Joel Gilbert,
00:15:06.260 both of whom visited the Norfolk-based home, neither Letitia James nor her daughter are living there,
00:15:14.100 as required by law under the mortgage.
00:15:16.840 She also, on another occasion, in order to qualify for a certain lower interest federal mortgage
00:15:25.020 for investment properties, claimed that an apartment complex that she owned,
00:15:31.600 which was required to have under five units, specifically four units, had four units.
00:15:38.180 The problem is that, once again, it had five units.
00:15:41.380 These are crimes for which other people have been prosecuted and found guilty.
00:15:49.280 Adam Schiff allegedly pulled a similar scheme.
00:15:52.200 He claimed that his condo in Burbank, California, and his home in Potomac, Maryland,
00:16:00.060 were both his primary legal residence.
00:16:04.020 Therefore, he got a tax break in both states,
00:16:06.660 and he got lower mortgage rates and lower insurance rates.
00:16:12.200 It's interesting to note that former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara put out a statement
00:16:18.580 defending Adam Schiff, denying the charges, saying that they had been debunked.
00:16:23.960 They haven't been debunked.
00:16:25.560 And saying that this was somehow payback for the fact that Senator Adam Schiff
00:16:31.660 had opposed special counsel Ed Martin's appointment as U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia.
00:16:41.060 It's ironic that Preet Bharara is going to have the time to represent Adam Schiff
00:16:46.100 because my sources tell me that former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara is among those
00:16:50.700 who will be brought in front of a grand jury shortly to discuss their own role in the Russian collusion hoax.
00:16:58.480 It has been accurately reported that Attorney General Pam Bondi has already appointed a prosecutor
00:17:06.960 and a grand jury has been impaneled to begin hearing the evidence based on the disclosures
00:17:15.120 by the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard,
00:17:19.440 that have completely exposed Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, National Security Advisor Susan Rice,
00:17:29.920 Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, Attorney General, Acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein,
00:17:38.700 Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller, Hillary Clinton, Don Podesta, and many others.
00:17:47.300 My friends, I think justice is coming. Clearly, it is coming for Letitia James.
00:17:54.080 Remember her? She's the one who said no one is above the law.
00:17:57.000 I think she's going to find out very shortly that that includes her.
00:18:01.300 Listen to The Stone Zone. Whatever you do, don't go away because we'll be right back.
00:18:06.180 The Stone Zone. Entertaining and informative.
00:18:15.200 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:18:21.660 Welcome back in The Stone Zone. Here we talk politics, politics, and more politics.
00:18:28.040 I think unless you've been under a rock someplace, you're unaware of the fact that several weeks ago,
00:18:35.100 Elon Musk and Donald Trump had a public falling out.
00:18:40.400 Musk posted a couple of attacks on Trump that he later apologized for and withdrew.
00:18:47.260 I think it is time for the Make America Great movement and Elon Musk to mend fences for the greater good of saving the country and winning the midterm elections.
00:19:00.480 There is no question that Musk's assistance to Trump was of great value in the 2024 election.
00:19:07.600 It's also important to note that once Musk bought Twitter, changed it over to be called X,
00:19:15.180 but made the decision to release all of the proof that intelligence agents from the previous administration
00:19:23.980 were working hand in glove with executives at Twitter to censor people online who questioned the outcome of the 2020 election
00:19:35.520 or questioned the efficiency and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccination
00:19:41.040 or questioned whether Hunter Biden's shocking laptop contents were, in fact, Russian disinformation.
00:19:51.180 Once Elon Musk did that, of course, he painted a target on it.
00:19:56.460 Suddenly, Musk and his many companies were the target of nine federal investigations.
00:20:03.040 This week, it was revealed that ex-CEO Elon Musk had given $15 million in late June
00:20:12.080 to entities supporting President Trump and the Republican Party,
00:20:16.200 including two $5 million donations to super PACs for the Republican House and Senate candidates,
00:20:23.640 as well as a $5 million donation to the pro-Trump super PAC, MAGA Inc.
00:20:30.100 This was after Musk publicly floated the idea of a centrist America party, a new third party,
00:20:39.260 that could potentially split the vote of voters with common sense in next year's midterm elections.
00:20:48.060 Now, as I noted, Musk made several offensive and petty public statements towards President Trump
00:20:53.360 after Musk publicly opposed the Big Beautiful Bill, President Trump's signature legislation
00:20:59.340 that included the greatest, largest single tax cut on the American people,
00:21:06.040 did away with the tax on tips, and ended the taxation of Social Security benefits
00:21:11.420 for 88% of Americans receiving Social Security.
00:21:16.760 Musk, as you may recall, stated without any proof that Trump was in the Epstein files.
00:21:23.280 That's not true.
00:21:24.740 We have so since learned the Epstein files were corrupted by the Biden-era officials,
00:21:31.300 and that Trump's administration has taken multiple measures to get accurate information
00:21:36.600 about Epstein into the public eye.
00:21:38.720 Despite the Democrats' public posturing, a Democrat judge in Florida has refused to make public
00:21:46.740 the grand jury proceedings against Jeffrey Epstein in Florida in the early 20s,
00:21:53.000 and a federal judge in New York has refused thus far to make the grand jury proceedings from 2019,
00:22:02.180 in which Epstein was charged with child sex trafficking and a second count of conspiring
00:22:08.980 to engage in child sex trafficking, public.
00:22:11.840 So, while the Democrats talk about their desire to fulfill disclosure and keep implying falsely
00:22:18.480 that there's something in the Epstein records embarrassing to Donald Trump, well, I know better.
00:22:24.620 I hope all this information does become public, because all you're going to learn is
00:22:28.480 how many times Bill Clinton went to Epstein's island.
00:22:32.320 That's at least three times, based on the sworn testimony of Virginia Roberts,
00:22:38.400 Jeffrey, and other plaintiffs who sued Epstein over his exploitation of them.
00:22:46.900 And then, of course, the 26 times that Bill Clinton was on Epstein's plane, the Lolita Express.
00:22:54.580 Anyway, over the past several weeks, Musk has stopped bashing President Trump,
00:23:01.140 and he's stopped talking about forming a new third party.
00:23:06.300 After one of Musk's top doge lieutenants, Edward Coristine, was attacked by a vicious mob of thugs
00:23:15.880 in Washington, D.C. over the weekend, Musk came out and formally supported President Trump's plan
00:23:22.480 to federalize our nation's capital to take over control of the police department
00:23:28.620 and to deploy the National Guard in order to restore law and order.
00:23:34.000 Quote,
00:23:34.680 If D.C. doesn't get its act together unquickly, we will have no choice but to take federal control of the city
00:23:41.160 and run this city the way it should be run, as well as putting criminals on notice
00:23:45.860 that they're not going to get away with it anymore.
00:23:48.540 That was what President Trump wrote in a Truth Social post.
00:23:53.580 A few days ago, Musk then wrote in response to Trump's post,
00:23:57.960 a gang of about a dozen young men tried to assault a woman in her car at night in D.C.
00:24:03.880 A Doge team member saw what was happening, ran to defend her, and was severely beaten to the point of concussion.
00:24:12.400 But he did save the woman's life.
00:24:14.720 It is time to federalize the District of Columbia.
00:24:18.440 So it's clear that Musk is coming to a sentence after his flame out earlier this year.
00:24:24.600 Now, I value Elon Musk and what he has done for free speech in this country.
00:24:30.340 I was very active on Twitter.
00:24:33.420 I had 980,000 followers until 2017 when, without explanation, I was banned on the website.
00:24:43.780 I would subsequently be banned on Facebook, Instagram, as well as YouTube.
00:24:49.380 By the way, they never give you any reason why you're being banned.
00:24:52.800 You're being banned because they say so.
00:24:56.140 You're being banned because you expose uncomfortable truths or opinions that they're not comfortable with.
00:25:03.420 I never really thought that I would be restored on Twitter.
00:25:07.220 By then, it was X.
00:25:08.740 I simply went online and filled out a form requesting that I be reinstated.
00:25:14.480 I'm very grateful to Elon Musk for the fact that he restored my X account.
00:25:22.940 You can find me at Roger J. Stone Jr.
00:25:25.260 That's Roger J. Stone Jr.
00:25:27.760 I'm verified there.
00:25:29.540 By the way, there are dozens of Roger Stones on X, but there's only one real Roger Stone.
00:25:36.140 That's where you can find out every day who's going to be on the Stone Zone program that day.
00:25:42.640 I'm also continuing to be banned on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
00:25:47.700 In all honesty, I don't really miss it.
00:25:51.380 I think that trust in Musk's judgment is being restored and his importance in the next elections cannot really be understated.
00:26:04.240 Musk's acquisition of X stopped big tech from censoring Trump throughout the 2024 election cycle.
00:26:10.440 And then his infusion of hundreds of millions of dollars into Trump's campaign helped build a grassroots infrastructure that rivaled the Democrats for the first time in decades.
00:26:22.480 Even though the Democrat Party support is in the toilet and radicals like New York City mayor, Oriole candidate Zoran, the Ayatollah Mamdami are becoming the face of the party.
00:26:37.760 The 2026 midterms will not be a cakewalk for Republicans, regardless of how strong and vibrant our economy will be.
00:26:47.760 It's already strong. Think how much stronger it will be once President Trump finally gets an interest rate cut from the Federal Reserve.
00:26:58.300 Unfortunately, our current Federal Reserve chairman, Jerome Powell, refused to use the same metrics that he used the last four times the Federal Reserve cut rates.
00:27:10.740 Today, the rate of inflation and the rate of unemployment are either lower than or at the same level as the last four times that the Federal Reserve cut rates.
00:27:22.540 That's because the last two times they cut rates were to try to benefit first Joe Biden and then Kamala Harris.
00:27:29.400 Today, Powell insists that he can't cut rates because he's unsure of the impact of the new tariff deals that President Donald Trump has negotiated.
00:27:40.940 Well, we know the impact. They told us that inflation would zoar. Inflation remains low.
00:27:47.680 They said the dollar would be unstable. The dollar remains strong.
00:27:52.100 They said the stock market would crash. We have a record Dow.
00:27:55.980 Now, if there is any negative impact of our new tariff revenues, which is highly unlikely because in the month of June,
00:28:05.440 it was the first time in 15 years that the United States government actually ran a surplus,
00:28:12.820 meaning more money came in than the government was paying out.
00:28:16.540 Well, they could always adjust interest rates then.
00:28:19.140 No, I think Jerome Powell and those on the Federal Reserve continue to act politically in an obvious effort to stop the Trump economy from booming.
00:28:33.620 2026 is still going to be tough.
00:28:36.400 I was on Laura Loomer's program the other night on Rumble where she flatly predicted the Republicans would lose the House.
00:28:44.220 I mean, as a veteran of 50 years in American politics and a veteran of 13 national presidential campaigns,
00:28:52.040 I would point out that in politics, a week is a lifetime and that no one can predict today what will happen in the upcoming off year elections.
00:29:04.880 But this much is true without President Trump on the ballot helping pull the Republicans towards victory.
00:29:12.340 Republican candidates will have to stand on their own merits.
00:29:15.660 And oftentimes, in some places, those merits are not particularly exceptional.
00:29:21.600 Republicans will have to present candidates with dynamism necessary to captivate the voting public in order to win in 2026.
00:29:30.300 Now, this will be a difficult proposition because the Republican establishment has not yet learned the lessons of MAGA.
00:29:38.720 President Trump is still dogged by a fifth column of Republicans who want to put him in a box and limit his success.
00:29:45.980 This was seen very recently by the Republican Senate leadership's refusal to allow President Trump to put forward recess appointments,
00:29:54.780 halting the president's ability to put key appointees into key positions within the federal government.
00:30:03.200 The swamp realizes that personnel is policy and they will slow roll appointments and nominations as much as possible in order to grind President Trump down through the tedious process of Washington, D.C. rulemaking minutia.
00:30:19.680 Even today, Senator Chuck Schumer of New York refuses to acquiesce in the appointment of Jay Clayton,
00:30:27.880 the former head of the SEC, to serve as the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York.
00:30:35.540 No one can question Clayton's qualifications for this position, given his previous service, both as a private attorney
00:30:43.500 and as a public official, as the head of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
00:30:49.680 It's a perfect example of the deep state swamp politics that paralyze the appointments process.
00:30:57.880 Too many Republicans remain content to be out of power where they can talk a big game, raise millions of dollars for their reelection campaigns,
00:31:07.040 blame the Democrats at every turn, but shirk the responsibility of actually governing.
00:31:11.880 Despite his faults, Elon Musk is not one of those individuals.
00:31:18.480 As impetuous as he may be at times, Musk earnestly earns to take a sledgehammer to the reviled Washington D. status quo.
00:31:28.280 Theoretically, Musk is the perfect person to be the George Soros of the MAGA right,
00:31:34.520 a position that Musk once relished before his recent public falling out with Trump.
00:31:40.680 When fully activated, Musk can force the Republican funding and organizational apparatus to run a sleek,
00:31:48.140 modernized, data-driven operation in the midterms that the party would otherwise resist.
00:31:54.780 So I say it's time for MAGA to mend fences with Elon Musk for the greater good of saving the country and winning the midterm elections.
00:32:04.020 Democrats regularly put personal squabbles aside during election time for the betterment of pushing their radical agenda,
00:32:11.020 and Republicans must show the same level of unity with Elon Musk if they want to restore America's greatness.
00:32:18.920 Musk's drive, his competence, his vision can prevent the arrogant political hacks of the Republican establishment
00:32:27.180 from exercising the mismanagement that they are famous for.
00:32:31.520 You're listening to The Stone Zone.
00:32:33.100 I'm Roger Stone.
00:32:34.240 Don't go away, because we'll be right back.
00:32:37.920 The Stone Zone.
00:32:39.820 Entertaining and informative.
00:32:41.980 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:32:43.860 Welcome back into The Stone Zone, right here on the Red Apple Audio Networks.
00:32:53.100 Well, Vice President J.D. Vance confirmed in an interview on Monday that a lot of people will be indicted over the Russian collusion hoax.
00:33:02.880 That, of course, was the conspiracy by Obama's administration, later carried on under Joe Biden,
00:33:09.320 to frame President Donald Trump as a Russian agent in order to prevent him from winning the presidency,
00:33:15.600 and then after that failed to sabotage his presidency and then attempt to remove him from the presidency,
00:33:23.560 and then subsequently weaponized in an effort to bankrupt him, keep him off the ballot in all 50 states,
00:33:32.180 put him in jail, and I think, at least in two incidents, to actually shoot and kill him.
00:33:39.380 See, I see all of this as a continuing seditious conspiracy.
00:33:45.000 I think all of these events are related.
00:33:47.860 If you examine them, they were all executed and orchestrated by the exact same people.
00:33:55.380 We're talking about miscreants like Norm Eisen and the most corrupt federal prosecutor in U.S. history, Andrew Weissman.
00:34:06.520 That guy got his start covering up mob murders in Brooklyn,
00:34:10.360 moved to destroy the Enron Corporation that he prosecuted for corruption that did not exist.
00:34:17.340 His convictions in that case, which he keeps pointing to as a gold standard,
00:34:22.140 were reversed by the U.S. Supreme Court, nine to zero.
00:34:27.100 Then, of course, he destroyed Arthur Anderson, their accounting firm,
00:34:32.820 costing hundreds of people their jobs and sending people to jail only to have them released when their convictions were reversed.
00:34:44.300 Weissman was the de facto head of the Mueller investigation.
00:34:48.380 Mueller himself, as we now know, was non-composmentous.
00:34:52.760 He proved that in his nearly incoherent testimony before Congress.
00:34:58.220 That's because after the release of Mueller's final report,
00:35:02.420 which Attorney General Bill Barr, one of the few good things he did,
00:35:06.800 declared there was no evidence of Russian collusion or WikiLeaks collaboration,
00:35:12.120 Weissman sent Mueller to testify before the Congress,
00:35:16.860 which was meant to breathe life back into the Mueller investigation conclusions,
00:35:22.180 but backfired tragically when Mueller was virtually incoherent.
00:35:28.560 Now, it is publicly reported that Mueller is institutionalized in a home
00:35:33.580 because of his mental deterioration,
00:35:37.880 which tells me that he'll probably use an insanity defense when he's charged with seditious conspiracy and treason.
00:35:47.220 Vice President Vance probably said it best when he said,
00:35:50.380 if you look at what Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence,
00:35:54.460 and Kash Patel, the FBI director, have revealed in the last couple of weeks,
00:35:59.380 I don't know how anybody can look at that and say there was not an aggressive violation of the law.
00:36:05.640 I absolutely think they broke the law,
00:36:07.980 and you're going to see a lot of people get indicted for that.
00:36:11.480 Vance is, of course, correct.
00:36:13.300 Even before the Trump administration started declassifying and releasing Russiagate documents,
00:36:19.120 it was already obvious that individuals like former CIA director John Brennan,
00:36:24.140 who has, by the way, reportedly fled the country,
00:36:28.460 is holed up in Austria,
00:36:30.120 where MSNBC, I'm told, has put together a makeshift studio for him
00:36:35.560 so it can appear that he's still in the country.
00:36:39.100 Former FBI director James Comey and former national security advisor Susan Rice
00:36:44.580 were guilty of capital offenses.
00:36:48.160 What is the certified punishment for treason again?
00:36:52.800 But now that the full scope of the seditious conspiracies understood,
00:36:57.840 because of the disclosures by both Gabbard and Patel,
00:37:03.060 it's clear that this was ordered from the very top,
00:37:06.380 that the entire operation was approved by Hillary Rodham Clinton.
00:37:10.900 We have absolute proof of that in an email between her top aides,
00:37:15.300 but was also hatched in the Oval Office by President Barack Hussein Obama himself.
00:37:22.900 It can no longer be denied.
00:37:25.560 It is now time for these people to see justice.
00:37:30.660 Either we have a justice system in which there is one standard,
00:37:35.440 or we still have a two-tiered justice system.
00:37:38.640 I was subjected to completely bogus charges in an effort to pressure me
00:37:44.020 to testify falsely against President Donald Trump,
00:37:46.680 which I resolutely refuse to do.
00:37:49.820 In this case, however, Comey, Brennan, Rice, Clapper, Hillary Clinton,
00:37:56.540 John Podesta, Robbie Mook, Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissman,
00:38:01.940 and many others actively engaged in treasonous activity.
00:38:06.920 They were involved in a seditious conspiracy.
00:38:11.080 And frankly, I can't wait until 29 heavily armed FBI agents
00:38:16.740 in full SWAT gear and brandishing fully automatic M4 assault weapons
00:38:22.240 storm their homes at 6 o'clock in the morning.
00:38:25.800 I'm Roger Stone.
