00:00:07.640 You are now entering the Stone Zone.
00:00:11.780 Well, Federal Reserve Board Governor Lisa Cook, fired for cause early this week after
00:00:18.400 mortgage fraud allegations surfaced, has filed her lawsuit against President Donald Trump,
00:00:25.100 Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell and the Board of Governors, claiming that she
00:00:30.560 is unfireable.
00:00:32.620 Why should you care?
00:00:34.000 Well, it's very simple.
00:00:35.460 Today, if there were a vote of the Federal Reserve, it would be five to four against cutting
00:00:42.000 interest rates on the American people.
00:00:44.000 Those are the interest rates you pay when you buy a car or buy a home or pay off your
00:00:49.740 mortgage or make a loan for your personal or business reasons.
00:00:55.220 In this particular case, Lisa Cook, the black woman who serves on the Federal Reserve, got
00:01:04.300 caught red-handed engaging in mortgage fraud.
00:01:08.060 Specifically, she claimed that her home in Ann Arbor, Michigan was her principal legal residence.
00:01:15.380 Therefore, she got a state tax break and a lower mortgage rate and a lower insurance rate.
00:01:22.780 And then, just two weeks later, she claimed that a home she owned outside of Atlanta, Georgia
00:01:29.340 was her principal legal residence.
00:01:33.100 And she also got another state tax break, a lower mortgage rate, and a lower insurance rate.
00:01:40.620 Now, one cannot have two principal legal residences.
00:01:45.380 The important thing to understand here is that the Federal Home Finance Agency
00:01:50.260 prosecutes average citizens every year, every week, every month around the clock.
00:01:57.340 You don't hear about it because they're not famous.
00:02:00.120 They're not prominent.
00:02:01.340 But this is a crime, a crime for which literally hundreds of thousands of people have been prosecuted.
00:02:07.940 Now, in this particular matter, Lisa Cook is being represented by former Hunter Biden attorney
00:02:14.820 Abby Lowell.
00:02:16.680 He's also representing New York Attorney General Letitia James, as she stands accused of committing
00:02:23.100 very similar acts of mortgage fraud.
00:02:26.360 I know Abby Lowell.
00:02:27.760 He didn't do a very good job for Hunter Biden.
00:02:30.080 He represented former New York State Majority Leader Joe Bruno when he was convicted.
00:02:35.500 His conviction being thrown out by the Supreme Court, and then him getting totally exonerated
00:02:41.540 when the federal government improbably retried him, but he fired Abby Lowell and got himself
00:02:47.640 a better lawyer.
00:02:49.520 Also, former Senator Bob Torricelli, forced to resign from the U.S. Senate, represented by Abby
00:02:57.380 Lowell.
00:02:57.820 The lawsuit filed in Washington, D.C., states a declaration that President Trump's August
00:03:03.340 25th, 2025 purported firing is unlawful and void, and that Governor Cook remains an active
00:03:10.600 member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve.
00:03:14.880 I spoke to Bradford Cohen today, a prominent member of the legal community here in Florida,
00:03:20.800 who tells me that, in his opinion, cause, as defined in the law, is really whatever the
00:03:27.260 president decides it is.
00:03:28.660 In fact, in the history of the Federal Reserve, three previous Federal Reserve governors have
00:03:37.080 resigned on those instances where they were under investigation, very much like Lisa Cook.
00:03:44.680 Eric Rosengen, Richard Clarinda, and Robert Kaplan were all federal board governors, and all
00:03:53.880 of them resigned under a cloud because they were under federal investigation.
00:03:59.600 That is defined as cause.
00:04:02.560 Cook is, of course, the first black woman ever appointed to the Federal Reserve, and I guess
00:04:08.040 she thinks due to DEI privilege that she is untouchable no matter how much corruption she
00:04:14.240 commits.
00:04:15.580 As the Secretary of the Treasury, Scott Besson, said so succinctly in an interview yesterday,
00:04:22.440 I have yet to see her deny doing it.
00:04:25.680 She doesn't deny doing it.
00:04:27.560 She says that she's being targeted, like it's some kind of an act of selective prosecution,
00:04:34.420 when in fact what she's really saying is that she's above the law.
00:04:38.140 She should be held to a different standard than everyone else.
00:04:41.760 When privilege is the typical entitled mindset of the DEI American, and everything has been
00:04:52.140 handed to because of your ethnicity or the cover of your skin or because of your gender,
00:04:58.660 true equality can seem like injustice.
00:05:01.940 Hopefully the courts dismiss this ridiculous lawsuit.
00:05:04.840 I believe they will, but the bad news is the case has been assigned to U.S. District Court
00:05:11.740 Judge Gia Cobb.
00:05:14.800 Now, interestingly enough, I see a picture of Gia Cobb.
00:05:17.520 She looks amazingly like Lisa Cook, and she was appointed by Joe Biden.
00:05:22.620 Therefore, you can bet she is a left-wing activist jurist in D.C.
00:05:27.640 I've had first-hand experience in the D.C. courts.
00:05:31.500 I can tell you right now that this case, at least at the district court level, will be wrongly decided,
00:05:38.120 meaning I wouldn't be shocked to see Gia Cobb rule for Lisa Cook,
00:05:44.600 which means the U.S. District, the U.S. Supreme Court will ultimately get this case,
00:05:49.540 where once again, I believe President Trump will win a resounding victory.
00:05:54.320 Thank God for the Federal Housing and Finance Agency Administrator, Bill Pulte,
00:06:01.140 who is being roundly criticized at the Wall Street Journal, Politico, all the usual suspects.
00:06:07.860 By the way, if the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, MSNBC, CNN criticized you,
00:06:14.980 that means you're doing something right.
00:06:17.000 And in this case, what he's doing is enforcing the law evenly, the same way it's enforced for average citizens.
00:06:25.880 These elites seem to think that they're above the law.
00:06:29.160 Adam Schiff takes a different approach than Lisa Cook.
00:06:32.720 He got busted in the same way.
00:06:34.720 In his case, he claimed that his condominium in Burbank,
00:06:39.080 which clearly, by the way, is not suitable for a family of four,
00:06:43.740 which is what he claims to have, was his principal legal residence.
00:06:48.160 He got a state tax break.
00:06:49.880 He got a lower mortgage rate.
00:06:51.660 He got a lower insurance rate.
00:06:53.620 But then he claimed that his home in Potomac, Maryland,
00:06:56.440 which he refinanced four times, by the way, was his principal legal residence.
00:07:00.900 Once again, he got another state tax break, based on the basis that it was his principal legal residence,
00:07:09.280 a lower mortgage rate, and a lower insurance rate.
00:07:12.980 But in Adam Schiff's case, when he was on NBC this weekend,
00:07:17.840 rather than deny it, he just chose to lie.
00:07:20.360 He said, no, no, none of that's true.
00:07:21.880 That's made up.
00:07:23.560 Adam Schiff, made up?
00:07:24.760 You mean kind of like the Russian collusion hoax?
00:07:27.940 Completely made up.
00:07:29.340 If it's Schiff, flush it.
00:07:32.700 All right, this is very sad news.
00:07:35.380 Robin Westerman, the transgendered psychopath who committed a mass shooting on children
00:07:40.520 in a Catholic school in Minneapolis yesterday,
00:07:43.480 expressed a deep regret about pursuing his gender transition.
00:07:48.980 Westerman, who was born as a male named Robert,
00:07:51.560 wrote in his manifesto about what a mistake he made
00:07:54.080 joining the transgender cult and sacrificing his genitalia to Moloch.
00:08:00.320 Westerman said,
00:08:01.160 This is heart rendering.
00:08:25.760 Our hearts go out to those who were murdered in that mass shooting.
00:08:31.400 But let me point out yet again, Minnesota has among the most restrictive gun laws in the country.
00:08:38.040 But if guns are made criminal, only criminals will have guns.
00:08:42.620 The Nobel Peace Prize Committee has come out, no surprise here,
00:08:49.340 against a Nobel Peace Prize for President Donald Trump.
00:08:52.700 Even though President Trump has organized countless peace treaties and ceasefires,
00:08:57.180 has made diplomacy great again from a U.S. foreign policy perspective.
00:09:02.760 Influential members of the Norwegian, kind of tells you everything you need to know,
00:09:07.220 Nobel Peace Prize Committee are heaping criticism on President Trump,
00:09:11.780 making it less likely that he will win this award that, in my opinion, he so richly deserves.
00:09:17.720 The Nobel Committee chairman, Jorgen Watney Freedness,
00:09:22.680 has stated that Trump is responsible for, quote,
00:09:25.700 the erosion of freedom of expression even in democratic nations.
00:09:30.700 This is really strange because, of course, the people who were censoring folks on the Internet,
00:09:35.640 whether it was Facebook or Instagram or YouTube or Twitter,
00:09:41.640 that happened under Joe Biden and before him under Barack Obama.
00:09:46.940 Actually, Donald Trump is the one who is committed to free speech,
00:09:50.800 free speech in the United Kingdom, free speech in the United States, free speech in Europe.
00:09:56.140 Again, this is what's called Alinskyism.
00:09:59.320 It's named after Saul Alinsky.
00:10:01.600 He wrote a book called Rules for Radicals, Alinsky's Rules for Radicals.
00:10:06.800 Please, if you're listening to The Stone Zone regularly, keep this in mind.
00:10:11.360 They are always guilty of exactly what it is they accuse us of doing.
00:10:17.940 So when they say Donald Trump is a danger to democracy, no.
00:10:22.000 It was Barack Obama, Joe Biden, CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director James Comey,
00:10:30.580 National Security Advisor Susan Rice, the Director of National Intelligence General James Clapper.
00:10:37.440 They are the ones who are a danger to democracy.
00:10:41.260 They favor endless foreign war, above all censorship.
00:10:45.180 Don't question their wars.
00:10:46.540 Don't question the effectiveness or the efficiency or the safety of a COVID-19 vaccination.
00:10:53.660 Otherwise, we'll be forced to just silence you.
00:10:57.560 Another committee member of the Nobel Peace Prize Group of Elites,
00:11:01.520 Christian Clement, said that President Trump is well underway in dismantling American democracy
00:11:08.420 after his first 100 days of his current term.
00:11:12.380 I wonder what it is he hates so much about America.
00:11:14.680 Is it our booming economy?
00:11:17.020 Is it the fact that X now no longer allows censorship?
00:11:22.880 Or is it our refusal to commit to endless foreign war?
00:11:27.140 These people are truly, truly deranged.
00:11:30.180 Another member of the Norwegian Nobel Peace Prize Committee, Gray Larson, posted in 2017
00:11:37.880 that President Trump was putting millions of lives at risk by cutting foreign aid while wearing a cringe-inducing
00:11:45.780 make-human-rights-great-again hat.
00:11:49.240 These people are laughable jokes, folks, elites.
00:11:53.280 President Trump has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize by the nation of Pakistan,
00:11:57.880 as well as the chairman of the Tunica Biloxi tribe of Indians from Louisiana, Marshal Pirite.
00:12:04.040 President Trump acknowledged that there was a good chance that no matter what I do,
00:12:08.580 they'll never give it up and refuse to do any politicking or campaigning to actually receive the reward that he so richly deserves.
00:12:17.820 The truth is the Nobel Peace Prize Committee has always been a tool to promote globalist leftism
00:12:24.120 and undermine conservatism and nationalism.
00:12:26.880 They gave Barack Obama the Nobel Peace Prize.
00:12:30.760 What was his great accomplishment for peace?
00:12:34.240 He killed more people.
00:12:36.360 He fired more drones.
00:12:38.420 He fired more missiles than any president in American history.
00:12:43.160 He has no accomplishments for peace, unlike Donald Trump, who negotiated a ceasefire between Israel and Iran,
00:12:51.560 negotiated an end to the conflict between Iran and Pakistan,
00:12:56.000 ended the hostilities between Armenia and Azerbaijan,
00:12:59.240 ended the hostilities between Egypt and Ethiopia,
00:13:03.360 ended the war between Rwanda and the Democrat Republic of Congo.
00:13:08.480 Those are just some examples of why Donald Trump deserves this award.
00:13:13.900 But I agree with the president.
00:13:16.200 These elitist leftists who see everything backwards,
00:13:19.800 Trump is the danger to democracy,
00:13:22.160 not the people who stole the election,
00:13:24.160 not the people who want to censor free speech,
00:13:26.480 not those who want to make their vaccinations mandatory.
00:13:30.300 I'd say they're the danger to democracy.
00:13:32.840 Thanks for listening to us here in the Stone Zone.

00:14:13.120 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:14:20.060 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.
00:14:23.200 The Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.,
00:14:28.360 announced new FDA rules today which fulfill his promises to stop COVID vaccination mandates,
00:14:35.320 allowing people who want to take the vaccinations, the access to them,
00:14:39.900 mandating placebo-controlled clinical trials from Big Pharma,
00:14:43.840 and ending the emergency authorization to skirt normal authorization legalization protocols.
00:14:52.060 JF, pardon me, RFK Jr. announced in an ex-post that he has rescinded
00:14:56.740 emergency youth authorizations for COVID-19 vaccinations.
00:15:00.460 The FDA has also issued a marketing authorization for COVID vaccinations produced by Moderna at
00:15:07.940 ages 6 months and above, Pfizer at ages 5 and up, and Novavax at ages 12 years and up,
00:15:16.720 making them available for patients only after they consult with their doctors ahead of time,
00:15:21.280 and it is determined that there is an elevated risk of getting severely ill from COVID.
00:15:26.260 This is what we have always favored, free choice.
00:15:29.680 Let those who choose to take the vaccinations, take them.
00:15:33.040 Let those who choose not to, not to.
00:15:35.540 Seems to me the American way.
00:15:38.020 Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s critics who claim that he's anti-vaccination were lying all along.
00:15:43.840 He never wanted to take vaccinations away from the people.
00:15:47.600 He simply wanted people to be able to make informed choices without government coercion
00:15:52.200 about their personal health.
00:15:53.820 With one move after another, RFK Jr. is putting America back on the trajectory towards a
00:15:59.580 health care and medical system that puts patients, not big pharma, first.
00:16:04.580 This is what will make America healthy again.
00:16:08.100 This is very, very apropos from our upcoming guest.
00:16:12.180 Dr. Kirk Moore was wrongfully prosecuted for upholding his medical ethics during the COVID-19
00:16:20.140 vaccination mandates.
00:16:22.840 He was facing 35 years in prison until the Trump Justice Department did the right thing.
00:16:30.520 We're going to be right back with Dr. Kirk Moore to talk about that.
00:16:34.780 It's a chilling story, which you're not going to want to miss.
00:16:39.160 So far, I think Robert F. Kennedy is one of the absolute standouts of this cabinet,
00:16:44.220 and he is fulfilling his mandate to make America healthy again.
00:16:50.780 He's done so under withering criticism from big pharma and from their allies in the big media.
00:16:57.500 Now, considering how much of today's paid advertising is paid for by large pharmaceutical firms,
00:17:04.720 you can understand why Robert F. Kennedy has come in for specific criticism.
00:17:09.340 But yesterday took the cake when Robert Kennedy, in the tradition of his uncle, John F. Kennedy,
00:17:16.200 challenged America's to get fitter today and begin exercising,
00:17:19.980 and he and the Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, demonstrated by doing push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, and so on.
00:17:26.920 The New York Times actually had an editorial urging people not to exercise because they said it might be dangerous.
00:17:34.460 You can't make this stuff up, folks.
00:17:36.200 Stay with us right here in the Stone Zone.
00:17:38.320 We'll be back with Dr. Kirk Moore and his chilling story.
00:17:43.360 They wanted to throw him in jail for 35 years for upholding his own medical ethics.
00:17:49.340 We'll be right back.

00:18:35.820 She hates me.

00:19:30.580 Welcome back in the Stone Zone.
00:19:42.780 Joining me now is Dr. Kirk Moore.
00:19:45.520 Kirk Moore is a respected 59-year-old physician and former Navy flight surgeon from Utah.
00:19:51.560 He was facing up to 35 years in prison.
00:19:55.040 Not for harming his patients, but for honoring his oath to do no harm.
00:20:00.880 You see, with informed parental consent, Dr. Moore administered saline in the place of
00:20:06.920 COVID vaccinations to children and adults who were facing coercive mandates that threatened
00:20:12.440 their jobs, education, military service, and even life-threatening transplants.
00:20:17.940 Dr. Moore acted out of compassion and ethics, not criminal intent.
00:20:21.960 He treated patients for free during the COVID crisis.
00:20:26.000 He made house calls, and he stood by those whose medical autonomy was under attack.
00:20:31.040 Yet he was relentlessly prosecuted, jailed for 22 days, destroyed in the media, and stripped
00:20:37.820 of hospital privileges and board certification, all because he put his medical ethics and his
00:20:44.320 honor first, always prioritizing informed consent and patient safety.
00:20:49.780 This federal case was riddled with jurisdictional flaws, suppressed evidence, and procedural violations.
00:20:56.680 Boy, does that sound familiar.
00:20:58.240 Anyway, Dr. Moore, welcome to the Stone Zone.
00:21:01.480 Well, Roger, thanks for having me.
00:21:03.600 I certainly didn't go through what you went through from the standpoint of, you know, at
00:21:08.060 gunpoint and all that, but yeah, it was pretty hairy.
00:21:10.340 Well, I want to get into this because, and I want to give enormous credit to Attorney General
00:21:16.900 Pam Bondi and the Trump Justice Department for dismissing all charges against you.
00:21:22.800 That happened on July 12th, 2025.
00:21:26.980 The Attorney General publicly recognized the unjust nature of this prosecution.
00:21:31.640 Also, credit to my friend, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene and Senator Mike Lay of Utah for
00:21:39.100 their advocacy in helping secure this happy outcome.
00:21:43.900 This was more than just a legal win.
00:21:45.940 It was a stand for truth.
00:21:48.740 So let me ask you, you were prosecuted by the Biden regime.
00:21:52.280 You were facing up to 35 years because of your refusal to submit to COVID-19 protocols during
00:21:58.020 the pandemic.
00:21:58.620 Can you explain the particulars of how this unfolded and indignities that you were forced
00:22:04.960 to endure during this prior administration?
00:22:08.760 Well, you know, Roger, you know all about it.
00:22:10.960 The process is the punishment out of all this.
00:22:14.260 And they did everything they could to, you know, make an example out of me.
00:22:19.240 All I did was just do what was right and what I felt was right, what my patients, you know,
00:22:23.460 asked for.
00:22:24.060 All they were looking for is to have a choice.
00:22:28.340 And most people, almost everybody that we treated didn't have that choice.
00:22:33.160 You know, even my own judge in during one of our hearings said that, well, the worst they
00:22:39.720 could do is lose their job.
00:22:42.380 Yeah.
00:22:42.760 I mean, the callousness of that kind of a statement is is just, you know, is just the
00:22:47.880 way our system is kind of geared towards right now.
00:22:50.660 It's kind of like do what the government wants you to do or else you're done.
00:22:54.680 And you don't you know, you don't even you don't deserve to be alive.
00:22:57.540 You don't deserve to kind of contribute to society.
00:22:59.720 That's the way the attitude is these days.
00:23:01.840 It's kind of scary.
00:23:03.100 You know, the politicization of our judicial branch is something I really never really
00:23:07.760 imagined.
00:23:08.340 When I was falsely accused of covering up Russian collusion, which is, of course, an
00:23:13.940 actual impossibility, because one cannot cover up something that never actually happened.
00:23:19.140 So when they said you lied under oath, what would be my motive to lie?
00:23:22.280 What would I be covering up?
00:23:23.880 President Trump's involvement in exactly what?
00:23:26.940 Hakeem Jeffries, congressman from New York, now the the minority leader in the House, he
00:23:33.580 actually says in a tweet that Donald Trump pardoned Roger Stone and in return, Stone maintained
00:23:39.940 his silence about Trump's wrongdoing, I say yet again, congressman, waive your congressional
00:23:45.340 immunity and I'll sue you in a heartbeat because that's an egregious lie.
00:23:48.960 But you won't because, you know, you're lying.
00:23:52.440 And I actually was, I don't know, naive enough to thought when I was charged that, well, I'll
00:23:58.560 get a fair trial.
00:23:59.420 I'll be able to prove that there is no Russian collusion.
00:24:01.840 There was no collaboration with WikiLeaks.
00:24:05.020 A little did I know the judge would never allow me to enter any evidence on my own behalf.
00:24:10.420 It wouldn't she would allow me to call the witnesses I wanted to call.
00:24:14.000 It was a Soviet style show trial start to finish.
00:24:17.480 And I have little doubt that had you proceeded to trial, this is exactly what would have happened
00:24:23.000 to you.
00:24:23.540 Well, that's Roger.
00:24:24.800 That's exactly what they did to me.
00:24:26.340 Um, you know, I was precluded from bringing to evidence any patients, uh, that came to
00:24:32.900 me for the vaccine and for the saline shots or, you know, for the COVID cards, I couldn't
00:24:38.180 bring anybody in and have them testify as to their own reasoning.
00:24:41.540 I couldn't bring anybody that was vaccine injured and I couldn't bring any experts in
00:24:46.240 to talk about all of the downsides of the vaccine and the shots that people were given.
00:24:50.320 Um, so they were basically railroading me through, they didn't want to talk about the COVID vaccine
00:24:56.280 because they know all about the downsides of it.
00:24:58.980 Um, but yet, and they knew that they were going to lose if that was the case.
00:25:03.980 So they did everything that they could just like they did for you in terms of limiting our
00:25:09.360 ability to even defend myself.
00:25:11.500 I mean, ultimately they accused me of fraud and fraud requires intent and they're in for
00:25:17.320 intent should allow me to tell the jury, Hey, what was my intention?
00:25:22.840 What was I trying to achieve?
00:25:24.280 And the weeks before trial, they filed four more motions that basically were going to preclude
00:25:30.020 me from even talking about my own intent.
00:25:33.120 Um, and it, I mean, the whole process, again, the process is the punishment.
00:25:38.280 They do this to, you know, they have, I mean, they have unlimited budgets.
00:25:43.120 I'm totally broke.
00:25:45.240 Um, they bankrupt, nearly bankrupted me, um, ruined my business, ruined my livelihood.
00:25:51.660 Um, and that's their goal.
00:25:53.300 You know, that's what they're trying to do.
00:25:54.580 They did it to Mike Flynn.
00:25:55.660 They did it to you.
00:25:56.460 They're doing it to anybody that they can that pushes back against their narrative.
00:26:00.640 It's, it's asinine.
00:26:02.080 It's just so the lawfare is unbelievable.
00:26:05.240 That's how it works by the way.
00:26:06.560 They don't allow you to mount any reasonable legal defense.
00:26:09.920 In my case, for example, my whole case was based on the fact that the Russian intelligence
00:26:15.860 hacked the Democrat National Committee and that I lied about it.
00:26:20.460 Well, there never was any online hack of the Democrat National Committee by the Russians
00:26:26.320 or anyone else.
00:26:27.780 I wanted to bring expert testimony and forensic evidence from, uh, Bill, uh, Binney, who was
00:26:36.040 the leading CIA counterintelligence IT expert who could have proved to a jury of all Democrats
00:26:44.640 that there was no hack of the DNC.
00:26:47.680 When, uh, when at my trial, the FBI was forced to admit that they had never inspected the computer
00:26:55.300 servers of the Democrat National Committee, and therefore they were relying solely on the opinion
00:27:02.380 of a third-party IT firm called CrowdStrikes, the judge refused to give my defense attorneys
00:27:09.780 the CrowdStrikes report.
00:27:11.540 Now, you're supposed to be able to see the evidence against you, uh, as a fundamental,
00:27:18.300 uh, matter of law, but now, of course, we know why.
00:27:22.440 The head of CrowdStrikes testified before the House Intelligence Committee under oath,
00:27:27.100 as I did, and even he admitted there was no evidence whatsoever, uh, in, in his possession
00:27:33.660 or in the possession of the FBI that showed that the Democrat National Committee had been
00:27:38.920 the target of an online hack.
00:27:41.960 In fact, the forensic evidence was just the opposite.
00:27:45.860 It showed that based on the download times of the material that was purloined, that the
00:27:52.560 material had been downloaded to a portable drive of some kind and most likely taken out
00:27:57.720 the back door, but my lawyers were not allowed to, to have that witness called.
00:28:03.640 They were allowed to introduce that evidence.
00:28:07.260 So, uh, I've been exactly where you were and I'm, I'm grateful to the Attorney General and
00:28:13.880 to the Department of Justice for stepping in, uh, before this went horribly wrong.
00:28:19.240 In general, how would you say you feel about the whole COVID-19 pandemic era?
00:28:25.160 Well, look, um, I think the whole COVID, uh, thing is just a fraud, the whole thing from
00:28:31.620 beginning to end.
00:28:33.020 Um, and, uh, you know, I don't, I don't believe there ever was, uh, a pandemic.
00:28:38.220 Uh, I think the actual disease and the COVID narrative was invented in order to launch the
00:28:45.800 COVID vaccine.
00:28:47.300 Um, and, you know, you, you can just look at everything.
00:28:51.400 There were no excess deaths in 2020.
00:28:53.640 Excess deaths didn't start until the vaccine was deployed in January of 2021.
00:28:58.920 Uh, there were 700 deaths that were reported to VAERS by, um, the end of January.
00:29:04.360 There were 1,700 deaths reported to VAERS by the end of March.
00:29:08.820 Um, and now there's 40,000 deaths that have been reported to VAERS, um, you know, uh, since
00:29:15.960 the COVID vaccine was launched.
00:29:17.740 40,000 vaccine, I mean, they took the, um, swine flu vaccine off in 1975, 76 with, with
00:29:26.600 reported 25.
00:29:27.900 Some people say 25, some people say 50, but regardless, you know, double digit deaths.
00:29:33.260 Um, and we have 40,000 people that have reported they died, uh, that have been screened and approved
00:29:39.660 and, and, and, uh, documented on the VAERS database.
00:29:44.720 Um, we have a study that was done in 2010, I believe, a Harvard study that said that those
00:29:50.200 numbers only show anywhere from one to 10%.
00:29:52.780 So 40,000 deaths, that means that, you know, it's either 400,000 to 4 million deaths have
00:29:59.500 been, you know, caused by the vaccine.
00:30:01.400 Um, and it's just what, what's going on right now is absolutely, it's truly, um, it's, it's,
00:30:10.240 it's truly scary, uh, and, and what they're doing to physicians and what they're doing to
00:30:15.340 the population right now, um, is, is, is a mass genocide as a democide is my opinion.
00:30:22.240 Uh, I, I completely agree with you.
00:30:24.860 Two things that interest me, uh, it's hard for me to understand how Dr. Anthony Fauci
00:30:29.660 and his wife, who was also a high level health official in our government, were allowed to
00:30:35.260 directly profit from the very vaccinations that they were trying to mandate.
00:30:41.020 I mean, that should be, that should be illegal.
00:30:44.120 The Bayh-Doll Act allows them to do that.
00:30:46.500 You know, something else that I found out about this, Roger, is pediatricians directly
00:30:50.640 profit from the number of vaccines that they give into their clinic.
00:30:53.740 And they get bonuses based upon the percentage of their clinic that is vaccinated.
00:30:59.380 Oncologists make money from the, from the, from the actual, uh, the, the actual chemotherapy
00:31:06.920 that they prescribe.
00:31:08.800 Um, they are directly reimbursed by the pharmaceutical companies based upon the, you know, the protocol
00:31:15.460 that they put their patients on.
00:31:17.420 Um, you know, we're not, as physicians, we're not even allowed to own a, you know, a surgical
00:31:22.000 center because they're worried about us self-referring to people.
00:31:26.020 How do pediatricians get paid?
00:31:27.900 I mean, it's not just pediatricians, anybody who takes care of kids.
00:31:30.700 So family practice docs, internists, um, you know, general practice physicians, pediatricians,
00:31:36.640 anybody who does vaccines, OBGYNs.
00:31:38.800 Um, you know, they get paid a, you know, a, a, a bonus based upon the number of people
00:31:44.500 that they vaccinate.
00:31:45.500 How, how is that allowed?
00:31:47.780 Uh, final question for you about the two minutes we have left.
00:31:51.480 There's a surprising spike in cancers among people in their twenties and thirties.
00:31:57.120 Uh, we had an excellent guest, Michael Caputo, the former assistant secretary of HHS the other
00:32:02.160 day commenting on that.
00:32:03.360 Your thoughts on that?
00:32:04.700 Oh, the, the number of cancer patients.
00:32:07.660 I mean, I, I talked to a guy the other day who said he saw a seven year old boy with
00:32:12.340 metastatic, metastatic pancreatic cancer.
00:32:16.480 I have a client, a friend of mine, who's actually a plastic surgeon, um, here locally, uh, who sees
00:32:23.940 breast cancer patients and she sees on a regular basis, uh, women in their twenties with breast
00:32:30.320 cancer, with advanced breast cancer that she's taking and doing reconstructions on.
00:32:34.520 She used to see one or two of those a year.
00:32:36.480 And now she's seeing two or three a week.
00:32:38.740 Um, it's the, the numbers are astronomically high.
00:32:42.660 Um, I just watched a podcast with Dr. Chris Shoemaker who said that, um, if kids age 10 to
00:32:50.560 14, this was in, this was national health service in England, England and Scotland and
00:32:56.360 Wales, um, that there, the increase in death in kids age 10 to 14 was 82 times higher with kids
00:33:05.880 that had had three COVID shots.
00:33:07.960 So 10 year olds to 10 to 14 year old kids that get three COVID shots are dying at a rate that's
00:33:14.280 82 times higher than kids that don't get vaccinated at all.
00:33:17.540 Um, so with the numbers are there, um, and we have to figure out how to stop this.
00:33:23.040 Um, and that's my goal.
00:33:24.540 Now I'm a free man.
00:33:26.020 I can speak freely.
00:33:27.200 Um, but my goal is to get these COVID shots off the market, um, and figure out how to try
00:33:33.620 to, you know, stop killing humanity.
00:33:35.600 All right.
00:33:36.340 Well, it has been our great honor to have you today in the stone zone.
00:33:39.280 I want to thank you.
00:33:39.960 And we are celebrating your freedom, my friend.
00:33:42.240 God bless you.
00:33:43.080 Dr. Kirk Moore.
00:33:44.540 Folks, don't go away.
00:33:45.680 We'll be right back with our final segment here in the stone zone.
00:33:51.900 The stone zone entertaining and informative on the red apple podcast network in America today.
00:34:00.080 No issue better demonstrates the yawning gulf between the will of the people and the
00:34:05.600 paralysis of their government, one of the, the policy towards cannabis, also known as
00:34:11.180 marijuana, overwhelming majorities of Americans believe cannabis should be legal in some form.
00:34:17.840 I've held this position for 30 years because when my own father was dying of cancer, he was
00:34:23.740 not only in horrific pain, but he completely lost his appetite.
00:34:27.660 A man who once weighed about 230 pounds was down to about 125 pounds.
00:34:34.600 That's when my sisters and I decided to get him some illegal marijuana, which both eased
00:34:40.280 his pain and restored his appetite, making his dying days far more comfortable.
00:34:46.100 After all, alcohol is legal, far more damaging than marijuana.
00:34:51.060 Yet we legalize it, we regulate it, and we tax it.
00:34:56.060 At the federal level, Washington has dithered, stumbled, and flat out failed with one possible
00:35:01.620 exception.
00:35:02.620 That would be Donald J. Trump.
00:35:04.300 Since 2016, Donald Trump has taken the position that marijuana policy is a state's rights issue.
00:35:11.560 The federal government's dereliction that has forced states to go it alone is something
00:35:16.560 to behold.
00:35:17.400 Some have bravely enacted medical or adult use cannabis laws seeking to serve their citizens
00:35:23.300 while Washington will not.
00:35:25.160 Now, that doesn't mean you should be able to smoke it or consume it in public places.
00:35:29.340 After all, you cannot have an open container of alcohol.
00:35:33.140 And I dislike the fact that everywhere I go in Manhattan seems to, well, smell like pot.
00:35:38.460 There should be regulations on it, but that doesn't mean that it should not be legal.
00:35:43.280 The state reforms collide head on, of course, with federal policy, leaving consumers, patients,
00:35:48.660 and businesses in some kind of a legal limbo.
00:35:52.180 Imagine driving across state lines and discovering what you bought at a dispensary in one state,
00:35:57.300 even at a 7-Eleven in some places, could earn you a felony charge in the next jurisdiction.
00:36:02.820 That's not liberty.
00:36:04.100 That's not fairness.
00:36:05.420 And it's certainly not certainty.
00:36:07.380 When Trump signed the 2018 Farm Bill, he unleashed the hemp economy, creating jobs, investment,
00:36:13.720 and innovation nationwide.
00:36:15.700 Trump's action didn't just extend access to benign hemp products.
00:36:20.500 It jump-started an entire industry.
00:36:22.760 Hundreds of thousands of jobs and billions in investment now hang in the balance.
00:36:26.680 Yet the industry remains shellacked by uncertainty because Washington refuses to reconcile federal law with reality.
00:36:34.900 So now the question looms.
00:36:37.180 What will President Trump do next?
00:36:39.580 The chattering class insists that this is an either-or debate.
00:36:43.740 Either Trump reschedules cannabis, moving it from a Schedule I drug of the Controlled Substances Act,
00:36:50.680 where it's classified with heroin, absurdly, to a lower schedule, like, for example, Schedule 3,
00:36:58.340 or, this is what I would favor, he deschedules it entirely, removing cannabis from a Controlled Substances Act altogether
00:37:05.920 and letting the states decide how to regulate it.
00:37:09.680 That framing is false, unfortunately.
00:37:11.900 This is not an either-or debate.
00:37:13.680 This is about progress, about, well, what must be done next.
00:37:18.300 Rescheduling cannabis is not the endgame, but it is, in my opinion, a critical next step.
00:37:24.040 The move would do more than signal a new direction.
00:37:26.700 It would unlock immediate, measurable relief for patients, entrepreneurs, and state programs.
00:37:32.880 See, by moving cannabis to Schedule 3,
00:37:35.120 Today, businesses would finally escape the crushing burden of the IRS Code 280E,
00:37:40.920 which currently denies them ordinary tax deductions.
00:37:44.720 That single change would level the playing field,
00:37:47.620 allowing dispensaries and businesses and cultivators to be taxed like normal businesses,
00:37:52.680 rather than penalized like criminals.
00:37:55.480 Rescheduling would also open the door to banking.
00:37:57.740 Today, cannabis companies are forced to operate largely in cash
00:38:01.140 because banks fear federal money laundering penalties.
00:38:04.280 Schedule 3 would not only solve every obstacle,
00:38:07.200 but it would reduce the risk profile enough that many regional banks and credit unions
00:38:11.860 could finally provide accounts, loans, and payments processing
00:38:15.840 to those who are legally in the business.
00:38:18.120 With that one action,
00:38:19.520 Trump could dramatically reduce the public safety risks of cash-heavy businesses,
00:38:23.840 increase tax compliance, and unlock billions in private investment.
00:38:27.760 And then lastly, there's research.
00:38:29.520 You see, research would now flourish.
00:38:31.120 Universities and pharmaceutical firms could study cannabis without jumping through near-impossible DEA hoops.
00:38:38.700 Evidence would accumulate quickly, proving what I already know,
00:38:42.360 and what millions of Americans already know.
00:38:44.420 Both hemp is safe and useful,
00:38:46.860 CBD is benign and medically valuable,
00:38:49.960 and THC deserves further study as both medicinal and a regulated product.
