00:01:27.080scott besson uh with a baseless story that tries to equate the mortgages he holds on two homes
00:01:35.860with the mortgage fraud uh that i believe both new york attorney general letitia james
00:01:42.120and federal reserve board member dr lisa crook i mean cook engaged in uh treasury secretary scott
00:01:51.980besson's 2007 mortgages for homes in upstate new york and massachusetts were issued under a customized
00:01:58.800private banking facility that identified the properties as secondary residents and did not price
00:02:05.700the loans on owner occupancy according to documents that i myself have now reviewed the materials that
00:02:12.780i saw completely undercut comparisons to the federal reserve governor lisa cook's mortgage controversy
00:02:19.600that were highlighted in a report by bloomberg news the documents describe a 21 million dollar financing
00:02:27.520package arranged by bank of america for besant when he was a hedge fund manager in a letter a bank of
00:02:35.340america managing director said the lender quote understood and agreed that the bedford new york and
00:02:41.940providence town massachusetts properties were secondary residences uh noting the bank and were well aware
00:02:49.480that his primary residence was in new york city according to uh mortgage documents that i myself have now
00:02:56.560reviewed an attorney who executed the mortgages on secretary besson's behalf wrote that the bank was quote
00:03:03.380fully aware that the provincetown massachusetts property was not a principal residence and waived any
00:03:10.040requirement that it be used as a principal resident adding that there was absolutely nothing improper
00:03:16.000about mr besant's loan applications with which he was minimally involved as he had delegated the
00:03:22.540authority to his attorney the allegations in this fake news report by bloomberg are entirely inaccurate
00:03:29.720this is a pathetic attempt to portray misrepresentations where there are none the white house put out a
00:03:36.320statement saying they had full faith and confidence in secretary besson almost immediately after the
00:03:41.960bloomberg report the loan loans were retained on bank of america's books rather than sold to investors or
00:03:48.820to government-sponsored enterprises according to information from the bank the bank also said that the interest
00:03:54.880rate does not vary based on utilization as a primary versus secondary residence a feature that can remove
00:04:02.680a typical incentive to miss state occupancy on conventional mortgages exactly what leticia james the
00:04:10.340new york attorney general has been caught doing regarding a property in virginia nearly 20 years ago
00:04:16.960mr besson's lawyers filled out all the property paperwork properly and the bank has confirmed that it was
00:04:23.660done properly and this nonsensical bloomberg article reaches the conclusion that it was all done
00:04:29.780properly alex spiro who was scott besson's personal attorney said in a statement to the hill attestations of
00:04:37.920owner occupancy and principal residency are standard in these kind of mortgage filings they can be waived
00:04:44.000for second homes by letter agreement between the bank and the homeowner application materials list
00:04:49.460besson's primary residence as one sutton place south which is a matter of public record consistent with
00:04:55.460the bank's letter while credit facility documents refer to his place in bedford hills new york and his
00:05:01.400place in provincetown massachusetts as quote secondary residences according to documents that i myself have
00:05:08.260reviewed in the public mortgage documents filed in connection with besson's properties the documents
00:05:13.860contain this has to station the power will occupy the property as its principal resident
00:05:19.040within 60 days and continue to use it as his principal residence for one year that same clause however
00:05:25.340makes it clear that this requirement can be waived with a letter of agreement with the letter which is
00:05:30.420exactly what happened in the case of the bank of america loans quote i will will not have to occupy
00:05:36.960the property and use the property as my principal residence within the time set forth if the lender agrees
00:05:42.900in writing that i do not have to do so the mortgage documents clearly delineate so
00:05:48.900bloomberg had cited public filings to suggest that there were similarities between besson's mortgages and
00:05:55.980those of federal reserve board governor lisa cook whose 2021 loan documents for different properties
00:06:03.480reflected primary primary residence attestations president donald trump said he was removing cook from
00:06:09.780the federal reserve board last week uh two weeks ago citing what he called potentially criminal conduct
00:06:15.760uh dr cook has denied wrongdoing is contesting her removal in court but her lawsuit
00:06:21.960in the district of columbia was referred by the dc clerk of courts uh angela cesar
00:06:29.000to a judge giacob a federal judge who is a member of the same black women's college sorority
00:06:38.040uh as dr cook which i think is a shocking stunning conflict of interest strangely the department of
00:06:46.860justice did not uh contest and asked that the judge recuse herself now why should you care here's why you
00:06:55.240should care because based on the inflation rate and the current unemployment rate it is time for a deep
00:07:02.940cut in interest rates on the american people that would affect the interest rate that you pay when
00:07:08.100you pay off your credit cards when you borrow money for personal or business reasons when you seek to buy
00:07:14.280a car or say buy a home yet the federal reserve this past week grudgingly voted to cut interest rates
00:07:22.440but a quarter of a point and dr cook was allowed to vote despite the fact that president trump had
00:07:30.660terminated her for cause i would note that at least three previous federal reserve board governors
00:07:39.080had resigned from the federal reserve when they were simply under investigation
00:07:44.180dr cook is clearly under investigation but she has refused to resign uh more recently the u.s district
00:07:54.640federal district court of appeals upheld uh that ruling by judge giacob but then that's not surprising
00:08:02.620this is the same appeals court that upheld the unconstitutional gag put on me by a federal judge
00:08:10.440when i stood trial in the soviet style show trial in connection with the russian collusion hoax
00:08:17.120i sadly must conclude that in the district of columbia
00:08:21.080no republican no republican no conservative uh no independent no free thinker no libertarian
00:08:28.300and most certainly no trump supporter will ever get a fair trial nor can you expect actual justice

00:24:41.680were 141 000 republicans that requested a mail-in ballot and never sent it back in 2024 when we
00:24:50.060actually did the chase pro we went and talked to these people that had a ballot we got that number
00:24:55.160down to 60 000 that's how donald trump won pennsylvania that's how we're going to continue to build the red
00:25:01.620wall and that's what this is about permanent infrastructure beat the democrats at their own
00:25:06.580game and the stone zone has my word that i will go out and raise the money i will hire the
00:25:12.480individuals i will deploy the door knocking team and we will knock the doors needed to make pa the red

00:27:11.900is that the american people are with us and so my advice is find a candidate you align with find an
00:27:18.640issue you want to fight for spend your time focusing on that that's how we make liberty win

00:33:43.220there in london all the pomp and ceremony of course i know he's now going to want his very own coach
00:33:48.680uh and carriage uh because that was pretty cool but uh i want to ask you about new jersey we got about
00:33:54.220three minutes left uh new jersey one of the but two states that has its gubernatorial election in the
00:34:01.240off years have the folks in new jersey been wise enough to utilize some of the lessons that you
00:34:08.000that you taught us in 2024 well one i'll give mike crispy credit uh mike crispy a great patriot but
00:34:16.580i got an outreach from mike and a bunch of other patriots in new jersey that said hey listen you know
00:34:21.920how do we get the pa chase to launch in new jersey so i'm happy to report here on your show here in the
00:34:28.000stone zone that we are involved with the new jersey chase we have committed to put people on the ground
00:34:34.620we launched in early august for jack cittarelli and we are committing to knock 500 000 doors
00:34:40.880to the new jersey chase program uh and honestly roger there's nothing special to say it's just
00:34:46.880taking the playbook that we used in pennsylvania and i was just in cape may yesterday meeting with
00:34:52.620some of our people that are investing strategists we are knocking 500 000 doors for jack cittarelli
00:34:58.700i'm honored to do it and i think it could be the difference maker to put him over the hump

00:35:08.680zone uh and i have to upgrade jack cittarelli's chances look this is tough territory i mean new
00:35:15.180jersey's a very very blue state but the high tax soft on crime policies that produce people like
00:35:20.940cory booker uh have i think run out of steam president trump ran a very strong race in the state and
00:35:28.060cittarelli is coming on strong in the public opinion polls i think victory is indeed possible
00:35:33.480and now frankly i'm encouraged by hearing that cliff maloney's technology his tactics his techniques
00:35:39.620and indeed his his uh his uh handbook shall we say is going to be used on the ground in the garden
00:35:46.280state so i'm upgrading the chances of cittarelli now as uh as a potential come from behind winner
00:35:53.440uh it's going to take this kind of herculean effort but cliff maloney and mike crispy that's
00:35:59.260an unbelievable combination uh when it comes to grassroots action uh and activism so i wish you
