00:00:26.480 Go to a hospital? Come to St. Luke's.

00:00:30.660 The Stone Zone.

00:00:32.620 Entertaining and informative.

00:00:34.660 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:48.060 This is The Stone Zone with Roger Stone.

00:00:51.780 People love him and respect him. Roger Stone.

00:00:54.180 Now, get in the zone. It's the Stone Zone. Here's Roger Stone.

00:01:03.340 Welcome into the Stone Zone. It has been an extraordinary week for justice, an extraordinary couple of weeks for justice.

00:01:13.160 I was online last night and I was looking at the online posts of a man named Jonathan Lemire.

00:01:20.520 I think he used to work for the Associated Press, now works for The Atlantic, which is the mouthpiece of the Democrat Party, the deep state and the fake news media.

00:01:30.580 And you know their spin.

00:01:31.760 Donald Trump is on a rampage of revenge and retaliation.

00:01:37.860 I think the way Peter Baker, another faker at The New York Times, says Mr. Trump's campaign to imprison fire otherwise punish his political foes and use government power to crack down on free speech.

00:01:50.260 she does not like, has broken norms that stood for generations.

00:01:54.380 Now, I'm sorry, Peter, those norms were broken in the greatest single abuse of power

00:02:01.500 and political dirty trick in American history.

00:02:05.320 The Democrats seem to think that we have amnesia,

00:02:08.420 and we completely forgot what happened over the last 12 years,

00:02:13.000 eight years under Barack Obama,

00:02:14.960 when they used the fictitious Russian collusion hoax

00:02:19.440 in an extra-legal attempt to destroy Donald Trump.

00:02:22.840 They illegally spied on his campaign.

00:02:25.780 They launched a counterintelligence investigation against him

00:02:30.140 with no rationale or evidence to do so.

00:02:33.840 And now that they have been caught,

00:02:36.640 and Donald Trump is talking about holding them accountable

00:02:39.500 and responsible for their serial violations of federal law

00:02:43.980 and the constitutions in their efforts to destroy him,

00:02:47.060 they whine that he is weaponizing the government against his enemies.

00:02:52.760 Please give me a break.

00:02:54.540 Remember, these are the criminals who fabricated evidence to impeach Donald Trump

00:02:59.240 when, in fact, we realize that what they were actually doing

00:03:03.260 was covering the crimes of Joe Biden in Ukraine.

00:03:06.160 Remember the Ukrainian impeachment?

00:03:07.800 Well, the CIA revealed this week, or it was revealed,

00:03:10.320 that the CIA had a report that said that Joe went to Ukraine to threaten to withhold $1 billion

00:03:16.720 to the Ukrainian government if they didn't fire the prosecutor who was conducting investigation

00:03:22.860 of his son and Burisma, and that Joe suppressed that information. So the Ukrainian impeachment

00:03:29.980 of Trump was both offensive and defensive. These are the people who ultimately launched 0.99

00:03:35.980 the counterintelligence operation with no basis to do so. They coordinated heavily with state

00:03:42.320 Democrat officials in Georgia and in Nevada and elsewhere. They invented this crimes against

00:03:51.700 Donald Trump over and over again, claiming, for example, that the forming of alternative

00:03:56.940 electorates pending the outcome of a disputed election is not a crime, but they made it into

00:04:03.480 one. They also spied on Donald Trump's campaign for president in 2016, using what they knew was

00:04:12.340 fabricated evidence, both the Steele dossier, completely discredited, paid for by Hillary

00:04:19.140 Clinton, and the fake claim that the Russians hacked the DNC, for which there is no evidence

00:04:25.600 whatsoever. The Democrats never let the FBI inspect their servers. A company called CrowdStrikes

00:04:32.880 did. CrowdStrike's report was kept from my attorneys at my trial because it said that

00:04:40.160 they had no proof whatsoever that the DNC was the target of an online hack by the Russians

00:04:45.760 or anyone else. The judge in my case would not allow us to call the leading counterintelligence

00:04:53.480 IT retired expert in the CIA who could have given both expert testimony and forensic evidence

00:04:59.400 proved there was no hack. But those were the twin pillars of the initial assault on Donald

00:05:06.120 Trump. The Russian collusion hoax, which failed their own special prosecutor, burned through

00:05:12.520 $30 million, had to admit that he had no evidence. They then shifted their focus to try to show that

00:05:19.360 Trump had obstructed their investigation when their investigation was never legitimately open

00:05:24.860 And because there was no Russian Alphabank connection, they tried that one, and the Steele dossier was a fraud.

00:05:30.700 So on what basis did they open this operation?

00:05:33.600 Well, it's because John Brennan, the CIA director, gave the Steele dossier credibility and shoved it into the Daily Intelligence Report for a waiting Barack Obama.

00:05:45.180 It is beyond belief.

00:05:47.440 These are the same people who charged Donald Trump in New York under a New York state law that has never been used in the history of the state in which they claim that he had inflated the value of his assets in order to secure real estate loans, which he paid back in full, making $40 million for the lenders.

00:06:08.480 The judge would not let any of the lenders testify at the trial.

00:06:13.600 they changed state law for just a brief period of time

00:06:18.460 to facilitate the prosecution of a sexual assault case 0.85

00:06:23.060 by a woman with no credibility and who appears quite crazy. 1.00

00:06:27.660 The only evidence she gives is her testimony.

00:06:31.160 Caught red-handed is claimed she was wearing a designer dress

00:06:33.720 the day she was assaulted when we determined that designer dress

00:06:36.660 had not yet been produced.

00:06:38.560 A woman who has a long history of accusing men of sexual assault

00:06:42.580 but who on CNN says she thought the notion of rape was, quote, sexy. 0.98

00:06:48.340 And then Letitia James prosecuted Donald Trump over his evaluation of his assets, 0.97

00:06:53.020 once again accusing him of mortgage fraud, which she herself is now charged with.

00:06:57.800 Then they convicted Donald Trump in the so-called hush money case,

00:07:01.300 a settlement case in which he made a legal settlement

00:07:03.660 when they could never show the underlying illegal act, which is required by federal law.

00:07:08.940 These are the same people who sought to keep Trump off the ballot in all 50 states, spied illegally on both his presidential campaign in 2016 through the phony FISA warrants, basing it solely on on the Steele dossier, which which John which James Comey denied in multiple interviews.

00:07:29.340 He said we have a rich mosaic of evidence tying the Trump campaign to Russian intelligence, when in fact they had none.

00:07:36.500 Don't get me started when it comes to Jim Comey

00:07:40.600 He and I were charged now with the exact same crimes

00:07:43.480 Essentially, lying under oath to Congress

00:07:46.480 And obstruction of an official proceeding

00:07:48.920 Why was he allowed to slip into the back door of the courthouse

00:07:52.100 Where he did not have to confront the media

00:07:54.740 And quietly surrender

00:07:56.620 And why was his home not charged at 6 o'clock in the morning

00:08:03.960 I mean, to be quite honest, within 24 hours of my framed indictment, or I should say indicted framing, 29 FBI agents famously stormed my house at 6 o'clock in the morning after the prosecutors in Mother's office, specifically Andrew Weissman, thoughtfully tipped off CNN, given exclusive rights to film my humiliation live.

00:08:31.080 This is one of the great outrages of all time.

00:08:34.520 They grabbed all my electronic devices, my phone, my laptop, my two computers.

00:08:41.260 James Comey was allowed to retain his.

00:08:44.300 They put a gag order on me based on this incredibly false claim that I threatened the judge in my case.

00:08:52.780 Any reasonable examination of the facts of that, you can go to my website, Stone Cold Truth, and see them.

00:08:58.900 It shows that that's a fraud.

00:09:00.500 These people really think that this idea that Donald Trump holding people accountable and having them prosecuted for actual crimes is going to be is some kind of revenge tour.

00:09:19.940 And that that's that's not going to work, whether it's Jonathan LeMire or or Peter Baker.

00:09:27.620 There's two arguments here that don't really work.

00:09:30.040 One is what Trump is doing. This is the greatest weaponization and threat to free speech.

00:09:35.300 The people who ran a campaign of where government coordinated with the social media giants to censor those and cancel those who were for Donald Trump or question the election results or the same people who said the Russians had interfered with our elections, which they did not.

00:09:52.280 The same people who said Hunter Biden's laptop was not was Russian intelligence.

00:09:58.000 These are the people today decrying the fact that Donald Trump is holding people accountable and prosecuting people for actual crimes.

00:10:06.020 Let's take an example of that.

00:10:08.900 The bottom line for levying criminal charges against those responsible is not about retribution.

00:10:14.380 As I say, it's about accountability and justice.

00:10:16.180 Let's take the recent threat of Hakeem Jeffries to use the criminal justice system against us.

00:10:22.280 if the Democrats return to power.

00:10:25.260 It ignores the fact that it has already been used against us.

00:10:29.780 What we're doing is to intend that it never happen again.

00:10:33.860 Hakeem Jeffries says,

00:10:35.340 Donald Trump continues to disgrace the presidency

00:10:37.800 and the Department of Justice.

00:10:39.320 Those psychophants who aid and abet the president's vengeful schemes

00:10:42.940 will not be able to hide from the serious legal consequences

00:10:45.860 of their behavior.

00:10:47.100 They will be held accountable.

00:10:48.080 That's a threat.

00:10:48.780 My friend, you are protecting people who engage in egregious crime and threatening us is not going to work.

00:10:56.580 Threatening to destroy us isn't going to work. You know why? Because you already tried to destroy us and you failed.

00:11:01.460 You tried to destroy Donald Trump and his family. You tried to destroy General Michael Flynn and his family.

00:11:06.240 You tried to destroy Paul Manafort and his family. You tried to destroy Roger Stone and his family.

00:11:11.280 You tried to destroy Carter Page and his family. You tried to destroy George Papadopoulos and his family.

00:11:18.780 You pulled off the greatest spy scaper, greatest constitutional violation in history.

00:11:25.540 You weaponized the full authority of the government to undo the results of the 2016 election.

00:11:30.680 And your prosecutors were vicious, particularly when it came to January 6th, where you manufactured an insurrection of people who came to the Capitol without guns.

00:11:40.180 The only person killed, the only two people killed that day was a decorated Air Force veteran, Ashley Babbitt, who was shot and killed without warning, menacing no one, carrying no weapon.

00:11:53.060 And Roseanne Boylan, who essentially was crushed to death by Capitol Hill police after being beaten with a baton by a Capitol Hill police officer.

00:12:04.540 So no one is buying this idea.

00:12:07.500 And there's further proof is the fact that now, based on what I've said in this show consistently,

00:12:11.840 New York Attorney General Letitia James has been indicted on mortgage fraud charges,

00:12:17.120 as well as bank fraud and making false statements to a financial institution regarding her residences

00:12:25.900 in order to receive favorable deals on mortgages.

00:12:29.040 Let me be very clear.

00:12:30.440 This is just the opening salvo.

00:12:32.480 I believe that there will be superseding charges filed in the same district that will be even more damning.

00:12:41.200 But the bottom line of it is that all those stories leaked by NBC and the Hill, not the Hill, pardon me, the UK Daily Mail,

00:12:52.400 that senior prosecutors in the office doubted that there was probable cause.

00:12:57.800 A jury of Letitia's peers decided differently.

00:13:01.480 differently. Lindsay Halligan, the temporary interim U.S. attorney for the East District of

00:13:06.660 Virginia, said this proves that no one is above the law. The charges as alleged in this case

00:13:11.460 represent intentional criminal acts and tremendous breaches of the public's trust. The facts of the

00:13:16.920 law in this case are clear, and we will continue to follow them to ensure that justice is served.

00:13:23.540 It is interesting, based on what I now understand, Lindsay Halligan took this to the grand jury

00:13:30.420 personally. She did not inform or get clearance from her superiors at the Department of Justice.

00:13:36.260 She followed the direct instructions of the President of the United States to charge a crime

00:13:41.380 if actual evidence of a crime was found. She consulted numerous legal experts, plus the

00:13:48.300 attorneys at FHFA, I understand, and she concluded a crime had been committed, and she moved

00:13:55.300 aggressively to prosecute it. More, more to come here, in my opinion. It's amazing and not

00:14:02.260 surprising that Kathy Hochul saluted James for her integrity, her independence, and her relentless

00:14:07.180 fight for justice. Look, she's got campaign finance fraud charges against him through her 0.99

00:14:12.560 epic abuse of Act Blue. She has, I think, additional charges against her for the cover-up

00:14:22.640 of a sex trafficking operation in the Bronx that she covered up.

00:14:29.100 So there'll be a lot more about Letitia James, 1.00

00:14:32.020 but it is amazing that these leftists are now choking on accountability. 1.00

00:14:38.480 Let's remember, Letitia James charged Donald Trump under a law

00:14:42.440 that no one has ever been charged with,

00:14:44.940 and she very pompously said that she would prosecute mortgage fraud

00:14:48.940 because those who engaged in mortgage fraud hurt all New Yorkers.

00:14:53.360 Well, now she is being hoisted on her own petard.

00:14:56.600 I'm Roger Stone.

00:14:57.920 We're celebrating this just and rightful prosecution of Letitia James

00:15:02.720 right here in the Stone Zone, and we'll be right back.

00:15:05.760 This is the Stone Zone with Roger Stone.

00:15:09.480 That is a great, great person, Roger Stone.

00:15:13.340 The Stone Zone.

00:15:18.940 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative

00:15:29.000 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:15:41.320 This is The Stone Zone with Roger Stone.

00:15:45.040 Roger Stone, who's a very, very,

00:15:46.900 one of the smartest political minds

00:15:48.320 Roger Stone was persecuted. People forget he's actually a brilliant, brilliant political analyst.

00:15:53.260 Now, get him a zone. It's the Stone Zone. Here's Roger Stone.

00:16:01.900 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.

00:16:05.500 We were just talking about this ridiculous attempt by the Democrats to accuse Donald Trump of revenge and retribution,

00:16:13.540 accuse him of politicizing the Justice Department against his political enemies.

00:16:18.040 When what he's actually doing is holding actual criminals responsible for their crimes and holding them to account.

00:16:25.540 Let's be very clear.

00:16:26.520 Special Counsel Jack Smith convinced a federal judge who was an extreme Democrat leftist to order Donald Trump's attorney,

00:16:35.100 Everett Corcoran, to testify against their privilege conversations and to turn over all documents he shared with his legal client.

00:16:42.780 That is a violation of the Sixth Amendment.

00:16:45.180 It is one of the most outrageous extra legal activities I've ever seen.

00:16:49.980 Jack Smith, with no authorization from anyone, spied on eight Republican members of the U.S. Senate.

00:16:57.540 Jack Smith illegally coordinated with state prosecutors in Georgia, Nevada, and New York to frame Donald Trump for local crimes that he was not guilty of.

00:17:09.420 Jack Smith took the perfectly legal act of creating an alternative elector slate pending a dispute over the outcome of an election on a statewide basis and turned that into a crime, which it is not.

00:17:24.720 It was done in 1877 extensively in this country, and in 1960, John Kennedy disputed the Hawaii results, filed an alternative electorate, and after they counted all of the absentee ballots, JFK was right, and his alternative slate was ceded.

00:17:41.800 No one accused Jack Kennedy of a crime.

00:17:44.800 So this is the most egregious abuse of power.

00:17:50.240 It is one running conspiracy.

00:17:51.680 It may have begun in July of 2017.

00:17:54.200 in the White House, but it continued until the FBI agents were going through Melania

00:17:58.840 Trump's underwear draw in Mar-a-Lago, which is why this trial does not have to go to trial

00:18:06.160 in the District of Columbia, where I can tell you firsthand, the judges are epically biased 0.93

00:18:10.800 and corrupt. The Constitution, the law, the facts, the evidence, none of these things matter.

00:18:15.920 This case can go to trial in Fort Pierce, Florida, where you'll actually get an honest judge

00:18:21.020 in a fair trial.

00:18:23.300 The evidence of seditious conspiracy and treason

00:18:26.620 is so overwhelming, I think,

00:18:28.720 that they all will be convicted.

00:18:32.060 I'm Roger Stone.

00:18:33.620 I'm riding high here in the Stone Zone.

00:18:37.180 Thank you for tuning in every day

00:18:39.020 to listen to our incisive analysis of politics

00:18:41.860 based on 50 years in the swamps and the vineyards,

00:18:45.180 and we'll be right back.

00:18:46.580 the stone zone entertaining and informative on the red apple podcast network

00:19:05.820 this is the stone zone now get in the zone it's the stone zone a man who's gone through hell

00:19:14.060 But he's kept going, and he's smart, and he's strong, and people love him.

00:19:19.440 Not everybody, but people love him and respect him.

00:19:21.900 Roger Stone. Where's Roger Stone?

00:19:24.200 Here's Roger Stone.

00:19:27.020 The Democrats expect us to forget the fact that they worked tirelessly to weaponize the justice system against President Trump,

00:19:35.940 doing everything they possibly could to keep him behind bars and to keep him off the ballot.

00:19:40.720 That backfired spectacularly and set the precedent for Democrats to be placed under the microscope.

00:19:46.740 This is not about retribution. It's about rejuggling, resetting the scales of justice.

00:19:53.400 Letitia James bragged openly while running for the Office of Attorney General that she would get Donald Trump prior to her having evidence of any crime. 1.00

00:20:03.000 Then she had to fabricate crimes as it was. 0.99

00:20:05.000 Now she's being forced to choke on her own words when she famously said, no one is above the law. 0.98

00:20:11.120 That includes you, Leticia.

00:20:13.900 And believe me, there will be superseding charges coming in that case as if those she is charged with are not serious enough as they are.

00:20:21.100 But the entire group, Shifty, Adam Schiff, Crooked James Comey, Lying James Clapper, the arch villain John Brennan, Susan Rice, Hillary Clinton, particularly Barack Obama, Joe Biden, they all have to be held responsible for their illegal acts.

00:20:41.380 We're not inventing crimes as they did.

00:20:43.480 We're not fabricating crimes as they did.

00:20:45.380 We now have, thanks to Tulsi Gabbard, absolute indisputable proof that this was an illegal coup.

00:20:54.600 This was an illicit effort to remove a duly elected president of the United States.

00:21:00.840 And the Democrats now whining constantly about Trump weaponizing the criminal justice system against his enemies and as well as the efforts to to hold those accountable at the state and federal level is almost laughable.

00:21:22.140 In the meantime, the fact that President Donald Trump is not going to be given the Nobel Peace Prize is outrageous.

00:21:31.140 If true, if I understand the Nobel Peace Prize is going to a Venezuelan freedom activist,

00:21:38.160 they've denied the award to President Trump, despite his incredible success in facilitating peace deals,

00:21:45.080 including the recent one between Israel and Hamas, which is incredible.

00:21:49.560 Remember, they said he couldn't do the famous Abraham Accords, the extensive peace agreement during his first term that brought Israel into a more peaceful relationship with their Arab natives.

00:22:00.420 But he did. 0.52

00:22:02.020 He, I think, has pulled off a deal between Hamas and Israel.

00:22:09.460 He got a ceasefire between Israel and Iran.

00:22:13.100 This record kind of goes on and on

00:22:18.240 Peace between Ethiopia and

00:22:21.960 Let's see if I can find this

00:22:26.120 It's a great list

00:22:26.920 So he negotiated peace between India and Pakistan

00:22:29.720 Armenia and Azerbaijan

00:22:31.580 The Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda

00:22:35.140 That was a particularly long and bloody conflict

00:22:37.620 He brought an end to the war as we say

00:22:39.980 It was a ceasefire between Israel and Iran

00:22:41.740 He established economic normalization between Serbia and Kosovo.

00:22:45.660 He signed the historic A.U.M. records.

00:22:48.480 This man deserves the title of peacemaker.

00:22:53.320 This is historic.

00:22:54.360 For the first time, instead of making war, the United States is known for making peace.

00:22:59.420 But unfortunately, based on my information, the Norwegian globalists have awarded the Nobel Peace Prize

00:23:07.620 to a historic resistor of communism in Venezuela, who probably deserves it. 0.96

00:23:12.540 Venezuela's opposition leader, Maria Carina Machado, known as the Iron Lady,

00:23:17.620 received the Nobel Prize after she was forced into hiding for 14 months

00:23:21.380 following sham elections that put communist dictator Nicolas Maduro back in power.

00:23:26.820 Machado decorated the award to President Trump and saluted his administration's support for the cause of freedom.

00:23:32.520 Well, I'm glad that the Venezuelan opposition recognizes the greatness of Donald Trump, but I think Donald Trump deserved this award.

00:23:41.400 After all, the Nobel Peace Prize Committee gave an award to Barack Obama, whose only accomplishment for peace was killing more human beings with drones than anyone in the history of the world.

00:23:55.040 In this particular case, I just think Trump's track record is beyond compare, beyond anyone, what anyone could have expected.

00:24:06.640 They told us in 2016 he would start a world war.

00:24:09.660 They told us the stock market would crash.

00:24:11.660 They told us we'd have a revolution.

00:24:14.420 And, of course, none of those things happened.

00:24:16.360 And now, in his second and unlikely term, we're on to a golden age in America.

00:24:23.960 This deal that the president has done in Gaza was negotiated in Egypt. 0.64

00:24:28.580 The president credited Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey for their assistance.

00:24:34.300 President Trump also gave credit to J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio,

00:24:39.400 and then advisors Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, all very able men.

00:24:46.340 Israel approved the deal.

00:24:48.920 They invited Trump to address the historic Knesset.

00:24:53.900 Even the Islamic terrorist group Hamas commended President Trump on his efforts to bring about a final end to the war.

00:25:00.820 So it is clear that he's one of the greatest diplomatic dealmakers in the history of the country.

00:25:05.880 He's moved away from the neocon belligerence and antagonism towards American first pragmatism and understanding.

00:25:13.700 Previous presidents went around the globe looking for endless foreign wars to interject ourselves in when we had no interest there.

00:25:22.280 They toppled a perfectly legally democratically elected regime in Ukraine to set off the conflict that goes on there today.

00:25:33.380 Donald Trump has brought this country and this world closer to peace.

00:25:38.440 And there is no greater title that history can bestow than that of a peacemaker.

00:25:45.520 In the meantime, Marco Rubio, I think, has taken a lead in not only his opposition to the vicious Maduro regime.

00:25:57.920 Maduro is very definitely a heavy drug trafficker, now trying to cloak himself with anti-drug trafficking policies that are press releases, but not reality.

00:26:10.740 Very worried that the U.S. is going to hit him with a drone.

00:26:14.760 We've made it very clear that the country's continuing to be a haven for the production of cocaine is unacceptable.

00:26:25.220 Marco Rubio, President Donald Trump, and the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard,

00:26:31.940 have stood tall with a hard line against Maduro and against the rise of communism in this hemisphere.

00:26:40.500 You have trouble festering in Honduras, where Gilmar Castro used drug money to obtain power and then freely allows planes to carry narcotics from Venezuela into her country.

00:26:57.000 She and her party basically plotted with the Biden administration to frame the previous pro-American president for drug crimes that he had no connection to.

00:27:13.720 They used paid informants and they convicted the ex-president based solely on the testimony of two drug dealers.

00:27:23.260 So you have a communist menace rising in Honduras as well

00:27:29.320 I don't think that Maduro can be negotiated with

00:27:33.940 The idea of letting him remain in power

00:27:37.540 If he promises to stop trafficking drugs and terrorism

00:27:41.240 And if he stops limiting the rights and oppressing his own people

00:27:47.500 Is not an acceptable outcome

00:27:49.620 Maduro has to go, and he has to be replaced by a truly democratic regime.

00:27:56.180 This administration has also continued their hardline policies when it comes to Cuba.

00:28:01.400 We cannot tolerate the fact that Cuba has become a major Chinese spying center on the United States.

00:28:10.600 This is something that happened under Joe Biden that Biden did nothing about.

00:28:13.680 There are missiles on the ground in Cuba, far more powerful than the missiles that were placed there in 1962.

00:28:19.620 Yes, it's true that today those missiles are defensive missiles, but I'm told with an hour technical computer change, they can be made offensive missiles.

00:28:29.640 So I appreciate Marco Rubio and the president standing tall against communism in this hemisphere.

00:28:36.900 I think it is vitally important.

00:28:39.540 Meanwhile, the president is considering a massive tariff for China over the rare earth restrictions.

00:28:45.540 One of the things that happened during the Biden and the Obama administration is that the Chinese very quietly moved around to corner the market in Africa and Asia and the Caribbean, literally everywhere on rare earth minerals that we vitally need to to produce some of our most important products.

00:29:05.940 In a social post, the president said some very strange things are happening in China.

00:29:10.200 They're becoming very hostile and sending letters to countries throughout the world that they want to oppose export controls to each and every element of production having to do with rare earth and virtually anything else they can think of if it's not manufactured in China.

00:29:23.200 There's no way that China should be allowed to hold the world captive. 0.70

00:29:26.000 Their plan has been some time to try to corner the control and get a monopoly of this market and use it for sinister and hostile purposes.

00:29:35.940 The president has enabled a rare earth mineral task group where we are going to make sure that around the globe, the U.S. has access to rare earth mineral production at the highest possible levels. 0.74

00:29:49.320 But we're playing catch up ball because the Chinese have been quietly buying up these rights on an ongoing basis.

00:29:57.100 Right now, the second largest depository of rare earth minerals in the country is in Vietnam, theoretically a conservative country, but not necessarily prepared to turn those rights over to their communist neighbors, Red China, someplace that the United States should be making a move.

00:30:16.100 You see, the administration has been taking positions in some rare earth mining companies. 0.69

00:30:21.900 I think this is a very wise move. 0.98

00:30:25.560 China is going to continue to be our single greatest threat.

00:30:32.380 In the meantime, it is kind of enjoyable to watch Congressman Jerry Nadler, who's finally

00:30:40.100 retiring at the end of this year, humiliate himself against by calling Robert F. Kennedy

00:30:45.360 anti-Semitic over the HHS Secretary's comments on autism and circumcision rates.

00:30:51.300 RFK noted that circumcised children have twice the rate of autism, likely due to the fact

00:30:56.560 that they receive Tylenol or some over-the-country painkillers who deal with the pain.

00:31:01.920 Nathar remarked in a tweet that that was anti-Semitic.

00:31:05.260 I call on my colleagues to hold both sides of the aisle to clearly denounce it.

00:31:08.880 By the way, Robert F. Kennedy is probably the strongest single supporter of Israel in the Jewish people. 0.91

00:31:15.560 His father was murdered by a Palestinian radical.

00:31:19.400 Has people forgotten that?

00:31:21.100 Community Notes on X noted that 65 to 80 percent of all males in the U.S. are circumcised,

00:31:27.380 while Jewish people are only about 2 percent of the U.S. population, 1.00

00:31:31.220 which highlights the complete stupidity of Jerry Nadler's comments. 0.99

00:31:37.700 Nadler got ratioed very heavy on social medias, 1.00

00:31:40.660 was pilloried by hundreds of ex-users poking fun of him.

00:31:44.660 Look, it is over for this guy. 0.95

00:31:47.640 He is a hack.

00:31:49.020 As a member of the judicial community,

00:31:51.060 he fell asleep often in public hearings.

00:31:53.600 He was one to always give lip service to the Russian collusion hoax

00:31:57.600 and the Ukrainian collusion hoax.

00:31:59.680 And he was front and center in both impeachment charades.

00:32:05.300 There's a joke.

00:32:06.320 They say that Jerry Nadler left his mark on hors d'oeuvre trays across Washington. 1.00

00:32:13.280 Good riddance to this Tammany relic. 0.99

00:32:17.040 It's a shame that it's not a competitive district. 0.90

00:32:20.640 When he got paired with a fellow Democrat, he went to his union pals to get him one more term.

00:32:26.540 It is definitely time for Jerry to hang it up.

00:32:29.580 But God forbid we get somebody like Dan Goldman, the trust fund baby who accused the FBI director of bribing out-of-work FBI agents who had been suspended by raising money to support their families.

00:32:44.540 That Dan Goldman.

00:32:47.080 Another aficionado of the Hunter Biden's laptop is Russian intelligence.

00:32:52.320 That charade. 0.63

00:32:53.440 January 6th was an insurrection designed to seize control of the power.

00:33:01.040 God forbid we get another one of those.

00:33:03.340 You know the type. 0.88

00:33:04.440 Adam Schiff, crazy Jamie Raskin.

00:33:06.860 You ever notice it's the eyes? 0.86

00:33:08.100 They all have these pop eyes.

00:33:10.040 Katie Porter, Adam Schiff, AOC.

00:33:14.680 They all have these crazy pop eyes.

00:33:17.280 It's part of the radical left look I get. 0.98

00:33:21.000 The crazier they are, the more they have these weird, big, weird eyes.

00:33:26.700 Maybe I'm just the only one who observes this, but you can hit me at Ask Stone at StoneZone.com if you want to comment on any of this.

00:34:36.620 political minds roger stone was persecuted people forget he's actually a brilliant brilliant

00:34:41.400 political analyst now get him his own it's the stone zone here's roger stone i really appreciate

00:34:50.180 those kind words from Vice President J.D. Vance. I'm still celebrating what I think is a righteous

00:35:00.120 outcome, the criminal indictment for Letitia James. Letitia James actually posted on X,

00:35:08.060 when powerful people cheat to get better loans, it comes at the expense of hardworking people.

00:35:13.340 Everyday Americans cannot lie to a bank to get a mortgage, and if they did,

00:35:16.640 our government would throw the book at them. They simply cannot be different rules for different

00:35:21.200 people. Precisely. And that's why when Letitia James obtained a mortgage in Virginia, telling

00:35:27.200 the bank that it would be her principal residence, when being her principal residence, would have

00:35:33.620 made her constitutionally ineligible to be New York Attorney General. Is mortgage fraud pure

00:35:39.760 and simple? No, it wasn't a simple telegraphical or clerical error. There's a 43-year record.

00:35:46.640 She scammed to get her first mortgage, claiming her father was her husband to use his balance

00:35:52.540 sheet to qualify for the mortgage.

00:35:55.420 There were instances when she was seeking mortgages and they were denied for financial

00:36:01.260 reasons that she reached out to New York University to get a quick consulting gig to reflect on

00:36:08.100 her financials and qualify for a mortgage.

00:36:10.840 What's that all about?

00:36:12.740 So they're right. We cannot hold different people to different standards.

00:36:19.380 Hakeem Jeffries is somebody I've watched for a long time.

00:36:22.880 Back after President Trump recognized that I was being pressured to testify falsely against him, that there was no real crime on my part.

00:36:34.260 In other words, if I made misstatements to the House Intelligence Committee, they were not material because there was no Russian collusion or WikiLeaks.

00:36:44.640 There was nothing to lie about, and there certainly was no knowledge of Donald Trump to lie about.

00:36:51.480 The media immediately insisted, Hillary Clinton, Adam Schiff, the aforementioned Jerry Nadler, that President Trump pardoned me in return for a vow of silence regarding Trump's, I guess, inappropriate acts.

00:37:08.700 The problem is there were no inappropriate acts.

00:37:11.720 I had no motive to lie.

00:37:13.660 It was a very clever frame job, but it was really about pressuring me to testify falsely

00:37:19.260 and claim that Trump had in some way been in touch with the Russians, which I refused

00:37:23.640 to do.

00:37:24.080 But at the time, Hakeem Jeffries posted the following.

00:37:27.860 Roger Stone lied to cover up for Trump. 0.80

00:37:30.980 The corrupt president just paid him back.

00:37:33.600 They can all be indicted on January 21st.

00:37:37.560 That sounds to me like revenge and retribution, but it's also based on a falsehood.

00:37:42.980 I didn't lie to cover up anything for Donald Trump because there was nothing to cover up.

00:37:47.960 And I never had any promise from President Trump or his attorneys of clemency in my case.

00:37:54.220 They crucified me.

00:37:55.660 Believe me, it got his attention when 29 agents assaulted my home.

00:38:00.620 At my trial, very specifically, the judge would not allow my defense attorneys to raise the question of selective prosecution or argue that I had been politically targeted for prosecution.

00:38:13.040 Will the judge in Letitia James case make the same ruling?

00:38:17.160 Will the judge in James Comey's case make the same ruling?

00:38:21.740 The judge withheld exculpatory evidence from me that proved that there had been no hack of the DNC.

00:38:30.620 and that Mueller's investigators knew that,

00:38:32.880 they'd found no evidence of communications with the Russians or WikiLeaks

00:38:37.920 or anyone else beyond which was already on the public record.

00:38:43.040 So this idea that Trump is now weaponizing the criminal justice system is truly laughable.

00:38:50.640 This trend will continue through the weekend, folks, but just stay tuned for more.

00:38:55.720 I hear the name John Bolton may be next on the list to be brought to justice for inappropriate and illegal use of classified information that he was not entitled to have.

00:39:09.860 Did he sell some of it to a foreign nation?

00:39:12.360 I guess we're going to find that out.

00:39:13.980 But just in case anybody's not clear, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Rice, Biden, Weissman, Mueller himself, Rod Rosenstein, this entire criminal cabal, these people who engaged in a complex, seditious conspiracy, abusing their government authority to do so, need to be held accountable.

00:39:40.720 I'm Roger Stone.
