00:00:00.160 Did you know that St. Luke's University Health Network, based in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania,

00:00:05.680 has been recognized by the U.S. government as the highest performing health system in the United States for quality?

00:00:12.140 You heard right.

00:00:13.320 St. Luke's number one recognition affirms our status as the top leader among the most respected health care providers in the nation,

00:00:20.400 including Houston Methodist and the Mayo Clinic.

00:00:23.120 To state it simply, if you want to receive the best care when you go to a hospital, come to St. Luke's.

00:00:30.420 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:37.640 Welcome. You are now entering the Stone Zone.

00:00:41.900 Well, in breaking news, New York Attorney General Letitia James has been indicted by a grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia

00:00:51.720 on charges including mortgage fraud, bank fraud, and lying to a financial institution.

00:01:00.000 I point out that all of these charges are more serious than the charges that James fabricated against President Donald Trump in the state of New York.

00:01:10.520 And this indictment, despite the very best effort of career prosecutors, read that as Democrats, who only yesterday leaked a story which said that career prosecutor and department head Elizabeth Yussi's own internal investigation determined that there was no probable cause to charge James.

00:01:36.480 That leak in itself turns out to be a crime

00:01:40.320 In other words, leaking the results of an ongoing investigation is a violation of 28 CFR 50.2

00:01:51.520 Unauthorized Disclosure of Pending Investigations based on the Department of Justice manual

00:01:57.620 If you read into this, it's actually a little worse than it sounds

00:02:01.260 You assume, perhaps wrongly, that this story that was leaked to NBC and the UK Daily Mail only yesterday to try to stop the criminal indictment of Letitia James didn't actually come from this woman, you see, but was leaked by two other DOJ employees.

00:02:22.160 So they violated the law.

00:02:23.640 The important thing to remember here is that obviously a grand jury of Letitia James' peers disagreed with the career Democrats, and this is another big win for Lindsey Halligan, the interim U.S. attorney put in place by President Donald Trump, when they learned that the previous U.S. attorney, who was supposedly investigating James Comey as well as Letitia James,

00:02:51.580 failed to disclose his stunning conflict of interest that his father-in-law, Eric Siebert,

00:02:58.620 the U.S. attorney's father-in-law, his wife's father, was the godfather to James Comey's daughter.

00:03:06.400 That means he should have recused himself from the Comey case, but instead of doing so,

00:03:11.420 he had prosecutors file a 51-page report advising against the charges of James Comey.

00:03:19.580 The president fired him, and the grand jury heard the evidence presented to them by Lindsey Halligan, and that's how James Comey was charged.

00:03:30.220 Now, Letitia James has been charged.

00:03:34.140 This is, of course, based originally on a referral from federal housing regulator Bill Pulte.

00:03:41.640 All of the records involved in the investigation are a matter of public record, meaning there were no proprietary government records used in this investigation.

00:03:53.920 Anyone with a laptop can see how and why Letitia James broke the law. 1.00

00:04:00.880 You see, no one is above the law.

00:04:04.120 In the meantime, President Donald Trump has returned the United States

00:04:10.020 to commemorating Christopher Columbus's arrival in America as a federal holiday.

00:04:18.580 Gone is Indigenous People's Day. 0.75

00:04:24.060 That woke and politically correct title replaced the holiday dedicated to the famous Italian explorer.

00:04:32.960 The first recorded celebration of Columbus's voyage to the United States actually came in 1792, so this is the 300th anniversary.

00:04:43.100 There were then events in New York and Baltimore.

00:04:45.700 This issue is very important to Italian-Americans across the country.

00:04:51.600 It became a federal holiday originally in 1937 under Franklin Roosevelt,

00:04:57.460 largely due to heavy lobbying by the Italian-American groups

00:05:01.500 and the Knights of Columbus, a very famous Catholic fraternal organization.

00:05:07.080 It was initially observed as a holiday on October 12th each year.

00:05:10.780 The holiday gained traction as a way to celebrate Italian-American pride and culture

00:05:14.960 and Columbus's role in connecting the old and new worlds.

00:05:21.160 Of course, the 1968 Uniform Holidays Act changed the date effective 1971 to create a consistent three-day holiday weekend for federal employees.

00:05:35.500 Over time, however, the holiday has faced criticism from woke lunatics who accused Columbus of colonization, violence, and exploitation of indigenous peoples.

00:05:46.080 And then, of course, it was replaced with Indigenous Peoples Day.

00:05:51.480 We're going back to calling it exactly what it is, Columbus Day.

00:05:55.640 It will remain a federal holiday, but the observance is different across the country.

00:06:01.160 Federal office is closed, but many states like California and Hawaii, largely woke states, have opted for alternative commemorations.

00:06:12.860 That would be the Indigenous Peoples Day.

00:06:17.460 So President Donald Trump made the announcement today.

00:06:20.360 Let's listen to the President.

00:06:21.940 In other words, we're calling it Columbus Day.

00:06:25.260 Yes.

00:06:31.380 That was the press that broke out in applause.

00:06:37.800 Can you believe that?

00:06:38.980 I've never seen that happen before.

00:06:40.480 So the press actually broke out in applause.

00:06:44.640 Good.

00:06:45.060 Columbus Day.

00:06:46.280 We're back. 0.95

00:06:46.960 Columbus Day, we're back, Italians.

00:06:49.820 We love the Italians.

00:06:51.780 Okay.

00:06:52.680 Italian-Americans and Catholic voters in general

00:06:55.960 have played an extraordinarily important part

00:06:58.660 in the new political coalition

00:07:00.540 that successfully elected Donald Trump.

00:07:04.660 Catholics and Italian-American Catholics particularly

00:07:07.620 used to be a reliably Democrat constituency in this country, although in the northeastern

00:07:14.300 United States, because the Irish arrived earlier than the Italians, the Democrat Party in states

00:07:21.200 like Massachusetts and Connecticut was the province of the Irish. Italian Americans who

00:07:28.960 came here later learned there was no place for them in the Democrat urban machines of the northeast.

00:07:34.920 many of them became Republicans. I was born in Norwalk, Connecticut, and the Republican Party

00:07:43.140 there had a very famous boss, Stanley Straffolino, who ran the Republican organization in, I think,

00:07:52.080 the fourth largest city in Connecticut, which repeatedly elected Italian-American mayors.

00:08:00.320 It's interesting that over time, beginning in 1952, when a larger number of Catholics

00:08:07.440 voted for Dwight Eisenhower, again in 1960, John Kennedy was a Catholic, and therefore

00:08:14.520 let's put that election aside.

00:08:15.860 In 1968, the percentage of Catholic Americans and Italian Americans voting for Richard Nixon

00:08:24.120 increased again.

00:08:25.620 Nixon actually came very close to putting the first Italian-American president in office because the finalists for vice president on Richard Nixon's 1968 ticket were Spiro T. Ted Agnew, a Greek who was, of course, the governor of Maryland, and John Volpe, an Italian-American who was the Republican governor of Massachusetts.

00:08:53.840 Nixon came very close to taking Volpe if that had happened, and Watergate transpired exactly as it went down, which we now know, of course, was not the version presented to us by the Washington Post, but a takedown.

00:09:09.040 According to classified documents, the CIA was well aware of the Watergate break-in plans, and they infiltrated the burglar team, and the rest, of course, is history.

00:09:20.980 Ultimately, Nixon went down not for approving or knowing about the Watergate break-in, but for allegedly trying to cover it up.

00:09:29.320 But had that happened, of course, John Volpe would have become your first Italian-American president.

00:09:34.760 We still have not had an Italian-American president, but Italian-American voters voted for the Trump Vance ticket in overwhelming numbers,

00:09:42.980 numbers, an important part of the realignment in which Republicans have now joined common

00:09:49.780 sense Democrats, independents, libertarians, free thinkers, anyone who isn't for endless

00:09:56.520 foreign war, anyone who supports free speech, anyone who wants to make America healthy again.

00:10:03.380 The move by President Trump to reassert that Columbus Day would continue to be observed

00:10:09.860 as a federal holiday, was hailed by the Italian American Civil Rights League,

00:10:15.660 the nonprofit organization that fights to preserve Italian American history and culture.

00:10:23.020 You can go to IACRL.org, IACRL.org.

00:10:29.060 That's the Italian American Civil Rights League if you're an Italian American

00:10:32.560 and you want to support the effort to keep American culture alive

00:10:38.020 and defeat those woke lunatics who want to remove the statues of Columbus

00:10:42.580 from all the major cities in the country, you can go there.

00:10:47.080 That is a not-for-profit organization.

00:10:50.200 I am a member, full disclosure.

00:10:53.200 Every penny that is raised is spent advocating for Italian culture,

00:10:58.360 that we have no overhead, no consultants, no fancy offices.

00:11:01.840 I think it is well worth your checking out if you're an Italian-American

00:11:04.880 and you're proud of your heritage, and you're tired of the radical left trying to erase us.

00:11:11.660 So I urge you to check that out.

00:11:13.060 Meanwhile, President Donald Trump has another historic first.

00:11:17.360 It is absolutely clear that the greatest single title that history can bestow is that of peacemaker.

00:11:26.280 And just as they said Donald Trump could not pull off the Abraham Accords,

00:11:31.160 the historic Mid-Eastern peace deal in his first term, which he did,

00:11:36.540 he has now announced that he has done the impossible, 0.74

00:11:39.640 bringing Israel and Hamas together for a brokered agreement

00:11:42.820 to stop the war in Gaza and free the remaining hostages.

00:11:47.000 Let's listen to the president.

00:11:49.520 The big thing is hostages are going to be released.

00:11:52.780 It's probably, our time would be probably Monday.

00:11:57.580 And, you know, it's they're terribly a terrible situation there.

00:12:02.660 They're deep. They're deep in the earth and they're being gotten.

00:12:06.880 And a lot of things are happening right now.

00:12:08.800 As we speak, so much is happening to get the hostages freed.

00:12:12.860 And we think they'll all be coming back on Monday.

00:12:17.480 So it looks like that's the thing.

00:12:19.660 And that'll include the bodies of the dead.

00:12:22.760 So that was President Donald Trump.

00:12:26.660 The deal was negotiated in Egypt with help from the governments of Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey.

00:12:33.200 President Trump credits Vice President J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio,

00:12:38.600 as well as Special Advisors Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner,

00:12:42.820 and many others for their role in negotiating what President Trump has called a strong, durable, and everlasting peace.

00:12:49.440 We all pray for that.

00:12:51.140 In response, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has invited President Trump to give a historic address to Israel's parliament, the Knesset.

00:13:01.240 The Islamic terror group Hamas even commended President Trump on his efforts to bring about a final end to the war.

00:13:08.960 President Trump is obviously one of the greatest diplomatic negotiators in the history of the country.

00:13:14.180 He has really moved our country away from the neoconservative belligerence and antagonism towards America first pragmatism and understanding.

00:13:24.540 President Trump has negotiated peace deals between India and Pakistan, Armenia and Azerbaijan, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda.

00:13:36.380 That was a particularly long and bloody conflict.

00:13:39.380 He brought an end to the war between Israel and Iran with a ceasefire.

00:13:44.180 He established economic normalization between Serbia and Kosovo.

00:13:48.740 And, of course, he signed the historic Abraham Accords, bringing Israel closer to their Arab neighbors in his first term.

00:13:57.420 This is all in addition to this peace deal announced yesterday.

00:14:02.020 It is absolutely clear to me now that the global elitists on the Nobel Peace Prize Committee should give Donald Trump the Nobel Peace Prize.

00:14:12.280 He has most definitely earned it.

00:14:14.180 They gave the Nobel Peace Prize to Barack Obama.

00:14:18.520 It's hard to understand what accomplishment they tie that to.

00:14:21.860 Barack Obama killed more people with drones than any president in U.S. history.

00:14:28.420 There was no historic list of peace deals like Donald Trump has posted.

00:14:34.120 And this is a huge, huge win for the president.

00:14:38.100 I'm Roger Stone.

00:14:38.980 You're listening to The Stone Zone, where I thank God that you tune in for incisive political analysis and coverage gleaned from my 50 years in the American political vineyards.

00:14:51.880 We'll be right back with more. Don't go away. We'll be here on the other side.

00:14:58.560 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:15:04.820 So to counter the woke display from the National Football League, Turning Point USA is introducing their own alternative all-American halftime show for the Super Bowl that will honor America rather than denigrating our country.

00:15:21.080 The TPUSA, this is the organization of the martyred Charlie Kirk, my good friend who was brutally assassinated only weeks ago, will be centered around faith, family, and freedom.

00:15:33.020 And they will announce details about performers in the coming days

00:15:37.780 This of course comes after the NFL announced that Bad Bunny would be their halftime act for the Super Bowl 0.88

00:15:45.080 Now Bad Bunny is a ghettoized Latino act popular in the slums of the third world 1.00

00:15:51.420 I believe Bad Bunny is a man who performs in women's clothes

00:15:56.980 I'm not very familiar with the performer or the genre

00:16:01.440 other than to say it certainly doesn't seem very family-oriented or traditional.

00:16:08.180 They're neglecting their core American audience, football fans.

00:16:12.760 These are supporters who made football great and made it extraordinarily profitable.

00:16:17.700 They seem to be trying to appeal to international markets as they host games around the country.

00:16:24.500 It's not incidental that Bad Bunny is also a notorious Trump hater who regularly appears in public, as I said, wearing dresses.

00:16:32.800 He can be seen in a recent edition of Saturday Night Live telling Americans they need to learn Spanish in preparation for understanding and appreciating his halftime show. 0.92

00:16:46.200 I mean, this talentless minstrel is a symbol for the replacement of Americans straight out of the cultural sewer. 0.79

00:16:52.860 The latest false idol propped up for the degradation and degeneration of our American society. 0.73

00:17:00.840 What the National Football League really needs to do is to fulfill the agreement, the settlement that they signed with their veteran players. 0.51

00:17:11.820 A number of their veteran players, who are, by the way, overwhelmingly African-Americans, reached a settlement with the National Football League decades ago to deal with their brain injuries and other resulting injuries from playing the sport in its early days when the equipment was not nearly as good.

00:17:33.380 But unfortunately, in that settlement, the millions of dollars, I think it was $236 million was the agreed to amount.

00:17:40.860 Most of that money has gone to lawyers and conservators, and very little of that money has flowed down to the average veteran NFL player.

00:17:53.120 Many of them actually Hall of Famers who became impoverished and were wracked with health issues and enormous legal bills that they could not pay.

00:18:03.580 So not only should the NFL, in my opinion, Roger Goodell, son of New York U.S. Senator Charles Goodell, who was defeated by Jim Buckley in the 1970 U.S. Senate race.

00:18:17.900 The Democrat in that race was Richard Ottinger, a Democrat from Westchester County.

00:18:24.640 In a historic upset, Roger Goodell, the current National Football League head, is former Senator Goodell's son.

00:18:35.420 Then you do right by their veteran players.

00:18:37.720 I'm Roger Stone. This is Stone Zone, and we'll be right back.

00:18:41.820 The Stone Zone. Entertaining and informative.

00:18:45.660 Welcome back into the Stone Zone, where five days a week we give you our incisive political analysis and we break news right here on the show. 0.86

00:19:00.840 I, of course, have predicted consistently that New York Attorney General Letitia James would be charged.

00:19:07.080 I did that because I followed whitecollarfraud.com and I read all of the attendant documents and it became very clear to me based on the great work of Sam Antar, the fraud investigator, and the actual documents which you can link to that she had violated the law.

00:19:25.980 And, well, no one is above the law.

00:19:28.760 Meanwhile, the federal government remains in shutdown mode.

00:19:32.200 I wonder how many of our listeners actually feel that their life has been affected by the shutdown.

00:19:39.360 Does anything feel better?

00:19:40.460 I mean, in these shutdowns, when the funding agreement runs out, the government provides for essential services.

00:19:49.920 So Social Security checks, for example, continue to go out.

00:19:53.920 But this fight is not difficult to understand.

00:19:57.820 The Republicans put forward what's called a continuing resolution, which is a temporary agreement in which both parties agree to continue to fund the government at current levels of spending.

00:20:10.100 Not that we don't need to cut federal spending, because we do.

00:20:14.480 The Democrats refused to agree to that, wanting to add $1.4 billion in new spending,

00:20:20.880 the focal point of which, even though they deny it, was in fact free health care for illegal immigrants.

00:20:29.080 Chuck Schumer, and this is the Schumer shutdown, is either delusional or knows something that I don't

00:20:36.360 because he's celebrating the government shutdown, claiming that it gets better every day for Democrats in Congress.

00:20:43.720 Chuck Schumer said, every day gets better for us.

00:20:45.960 It's because we've thought about this long in advance,

00:20:48.360 and we knew that health care would be the focal point on September 30th,

00:20:52.100 and we were prepared for it.

00:20:54.320 Their whole theory was, threaten us, bamboozle us,

00:20:57.100 and we would submit in a day or two.

00:20:59.580 But then Senator Mike Lee of Utah released a video

00:21:02.440 proving that the shutdown is indeed caused by Chuck Schumer

00:21:06.960 and his allies in Congress,

00:21:08.980 insisting on free health care for illegal immigrants.

00:21:12.760 Schumer's statements, in my opinion, show that Democrats don't really care about the well-being of the people.

00:21:17.800 They're playing their games and shutting down the government with the intent to cause pain and panic amongst the public,

00:21:24.080 creating the chaos they desire to capitalize on for the midterm elections.

00:21:28.900 Now, in the past, Republicans have been blamed for several shutdowns.

00:21:34.120 But in this case, I think President Donald Trump and his advisers very definitely have the high ground.

00:21:40.860 and the Democrats have virtually an impossible position to defend. 0.86

00:21:47.520 The agenda of the Democrats is simply to flood our country with illegal immigrants, 0.98

00:21:52.400 warp the historic demographics of this country, 0.99

00:21:55.460 bribe the illegals with benefits paid for by hardworking taxpayers 0.66

00:21:59.120 so they eventually vote Democrat in perpetuity.

00:22:03.500 The Democrats are running a gangster operation against the U.S. Constitution, in my opinion.

00:22:07.780 They, meaning the entirety of the Democratic apparatus,

00:22:10.660 not just Antifa, ought to be treated like the criminal thugs that they are when they break the law.

00:22:17.880 I believe that this is also a historic opportunity for President Donald Trump

00:22:22.980 and his extraordinarily capable director of the Office in Management and Budget, Russ Vogt,

00:22:30.220 to slash federal programs in the hundreds of millions, if not billions,

00:22:36.860 from which no American taxpayer is benefiting,

00:22:41.080 as well as getting rid of some of these bureaucratic jobs

00:22:44.420 for high-paying and well-paying government employees

00:22:48.420 who don't even bother showing up to the office.

00:22:52.560 It is historic.

00:22:53.940 Republicans have always been good about talking about cutting spending.

00:22:58.500 We've always talked a good game about cutting spending,

00:23:01.280 but George W. Bush spent, I think it was John McCain who said,

00:23:06.720 If you said that George W. Bush spent like a drunken sailor, you'd be insulting drunken sailors.

00:23:12.760 It's one of the few times I agreed with John McCain.

00:23:16.160 Under both parties, the federal deficit has zored.

00:23:19.960 Federal spending has increased.

00:23:22.200 Donald Trump, I believe, is now serious about trying to implement a number of the Doge findings by Elon Musk,

00:23:31.700 where Musk uncovered not millions, not billions, but trillions of dollars of waste, fraud, and corruption.

00:23:40.500 And the most shocking thing, of course, that Elon Musk discovered was that millions and millions of dollars

00:23:48.600 were being funneled through USAID and was going out the back door to these enormous NGO,

00:23:55.800 No, these non-government, non-profit organizations where that money was being weaponized for political games to to finance those trying to tear down America.

00:24:08.500 And in some cases, even those who are advocating mayhem, violence and death.

00:24:15.760 So USAID will seek to be USAID was actually never passed by the Congress.

00:24:21.940 Interestingly enough, the USAID was first founded by President John F. Kennedy.

00:24:30.360 It was founded through executive order and morphed from its original, I think, noble purpose of being a bulk work against communism in this hemisphere, Central and South America, to being an ATM machine for the radical left.

00:24:50.120 So the fact that President Trump and Stephen Miller and Russ Vogt are working to shut down USAID is a great, great benefit.

00:25:01.400 The White House has just discovered more than $100 million in taxpayer funds going into the illegal Antifa network.

00:25:10.600 The White House discovered these funds funneled through various nonprofit groups into the coffers of Antifa and announced these findings yesterday.

00:25:19.380 They were presented to President Donald Trump during a recent press conference.

00:25:24.380 Some of these nonprofits include the Arabella Network, the Tides Network, and the Ford Foundation.

00:25:31.480 The administration is referring to these groups collectively as Riot, Inc.

00:25:36.280 The director of research at the Government Accountability Institute, Seamus Brunner, said,

00:25:41.640 We have identified dozens of radical left organizations, not just the decentralized Antifa organizations, but dozens of radical organizations have received more than $100 million from U.S. taxpayers.

00:25:57.160 We call this Operation Riot, Inc.

00:26:00.280 The recommendations to defeat left-wing terrorism, what we see going on today in Portland, in Seattle, in Chicago, in Washington, D.C.,

00:26:09.860 And if the left continues their intransience and their resistance to Donald Trump's efforts to fulfill the mandate that he was given in the last election, I predict we'll explain to other cities.

00:26:24.560 They include additional investigations now into these left networks.

00:26:29.220 They also include an end of government funding.

00:26:33.720 There'll be new rules on financial disclosures.

00:26:35.220 disclosures, there'll be a greater effort to review the non-profit status of these groups,

00:26:40.560 and there's going to be a strengthening of anti-fraud and anti-violence laws.

00:26:45.940 These recommendations, in my opinion, don't even go far enough. It's time to start charging and

00:26:50.860 arresting those individuals behind the terror network. This has nothing to do with free speech.

00:26:55.800 This has everything to do with those who are fomenting actual violence. These organizations

00:27:01.860 need to be declared as what they are, enemy combatants subject to indefinite detention under

00:27:08.360 the National Defense Authorization Act and then ship them to Gitmo. This is a war and this left

00:27:15.100 wing domestic enemy is more dangerous to America than ISIS could ever have been. President Donald

00:27:21.540 Trump, with help from Stephen Miller, is going to deconstruct this dangerous cabal that is

00:27:28.640 financing violence against the American people.

00:27:31.660 Meanwhile, there is a controversy over the policy of the Trump administration,

00:27:37.200 which has, in their ongoing fight against Marxism in this hemisphere,

00:27:45.200 bombed narco-trafficking boats connected to Venezuela.

00:27:51.580 I want to commend Secretary of State Marco Rubio for his hard line against Maduro in Venezuela, against the regime in Venezuela, against the regime in Cuba, and also an awareness of the growing regime in Honduras.

00:28:12.000 and a new poll shows that 71% of Americans,

00:28:16.340 including a majority of Democrats,

00:28:17.960 are in full support of the U.S. military 0.94

00:28:20.380 being used to blow up narco-trafficking boats 0.80

00:28:23.780 in South America.

00:28:25.160 This poll was conducted by the Harvard-Harris organization,

00:28:29.420 so this is not some right-wing operation,

00:28:32.060 showed that 89% of Republicans,

00:28:34.500 67% of independents,

00:28:36.120 and 56% of Democrats approve of this policy

00:28:40.060 by the Trump administration.

00:28:42.000 Chuck Schumer has moved in the Senate with others, including Richard Blumenthal, the Vietnam War hero who lied about his service in that conflict, to limit the president's ability to destroy these drug vehicles.

00:28:58.100 It's very clear that nation states like Venezuela, like Cuba, like Honduras, they give lip service to drug trafficking detection. 0.66

00:29:13.560 But the truth is, these are narco-Marxist states. 0.70

00:29:18.460 And President Donald Trump and the Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, know that.

00:29:22.880 So while the Democrats and others scream about civil liberties and executive power, President Trump is once and again delivering with his hardline anti-drug policies, which clearly, according to this poll, are supported by a broad majority of the public.

00:29:40.120 The Trump administration had ordered the destruction of at least four boats

00:29:46.080 Allegedly operated by South American cartels since early September

00:29:50.940 With over 20 drug traffickers being killed in those explosions

00:29:55.300 The Trump administration declared South American drug cartels as foreign terrorist organizations

00:30:01.020 And told Congress last week that the U.S. is now in a non-international armed conflict

00:30:08.380 with these drug terrorists. The administration is particularly concerned with the violent

00:30:14.000 Venezuelan gang, Tren de Agua, and their connections to the nation's communist dictator,

00:30:21.340 Nicolas Maduro. Maduro notoriously colludes with China to ship cocaine and fentanyl and other

00:30:28.160 dangerous drugs through Latin America up across the U.S. southern border. The Biden administration,

00:30:34.000 of course, turned a blind eye to this, actually supporting countries that were aligned with

00:30:38.540 Maduro in the region. Those days have come to a screeching halt. President Trump is putting

00:30:43.640 down the drug smuggling operations that have resulted in the deaths of millions of Americans.

00:30:49.660 He is committed to ending the scourge of fentanyl because we have a fentanyl epidemic in this

00:30:55.560 country. Drug dealers now know that their free pass is over. And if they continue to peddle

00:31:00.500 narcotics to the United States with President Trump in charge, there will be grave consequences.

00:31:05.840 I commend President Trump, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the Director of National Intelligence,

00:31:12.720 Tulsi Gabbard, in their hardline support for the removal of Maduro in this hemisphere, 0.92

00:31:20.280 and their recognition that Maduro is, in fact, a narco-terrorist and a dangerous Marxist thug. 0.95

00:31:28.400 You can't make this stuff up 0.93

00:31:30.620 The Brigadier General Alan Grunewald

00:31:33.600 Who is the Attenant General of the Oregon National Guard

00:31:37.940 Recently said that the Oregon National Guard

00:31:40.500 Will refuse to comply with President Trump's direct orders and mandates

00:31:45.800 Instead support the Antifa terrorists

00:31:49.420 Rising up against ICE agents in the streets of Portland

00:31:53.780 That's right, the National Guard in Oregon

00:31:56.060 will support the Antifa radicals and criminals when they're endangering law enforcement officers

00:32:04.120 serving in the greatest single peacetime deportation of violent and dangerous illegal criminals in

00:32:13.140 American history. It shows you that even the National Guard of a state like Oregon can go woke

00:32:20.540 and it is outrageous that this general refuses to carry out his orders.

00:32:26.280 In my opinion, he should be subject to a court-martial.

00:32:29.740 Thanks for tuning in to The Roger Stone Show,

00:32:32.260 The Stone Zone, as we call it,

00:32:34.300 right here on the Red Apple Audio Networks

00:32:36.760 and we'll be right back.

00:32:39.660 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative

00:32:43.400 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:32:47.980 Welcome back.

00:32:49.220 You're still in the Stone Zone.

00:32:52.000 If you're just tuning in, the breaking news today is a decision by the grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia

00:32:59.040 to indict New York Attorney General Letitia James for mortgage fraud, bank fraud,

00:33:07.060 and making misrepresentations to a financial institution.

00:33:12.060 I predicted that this indictment would come.

00:33:15.000 Many at NBC and others tried to discredit this investigation, but the facts are absolutely clear.

00:33:22.980 If you or I did what Letitia James did, we too would be charged.

00:33:26.840 People don't realize this, but thousands of people are charged and convicted of mortgaging fraud every single year.

00:33:34.700 The regulators at the Federal Housing Finance Administration regularly find irregularities and refer them to the U.S. Justice Department for prosecution.

00:33:47.160 The only reason you know about this is because Letitia James is famous.

00:33:52.000 But her lawyer, Abby Lowell, claiming that this was a simple typographical error, clerical error.

00:33:58.980 Obviously, the grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia thought otherwise.

00:34:06.060 Meanwhile, Senator Tommy Tuberville of Alabama, a legendary football coach before he was elected to the U.S. Senate, is now leading an effort to ban Sharia law nationwide.

00:34:18.800 Sharia law is, of course, the Islamic custom that circumvents the U.S. Constitution

00:34:24.460 and involves Muslims resolving disputes and enforcing mandates 1.00

00:34:29.200 based upon their backward and barbaric teachings in the Koran 0.91

00:34:34.620 that don't respect the U.S. Constitution or U.S. law. 0.93

00:34:39.220 You won't hear from Democrats how radical Islamic terrorists

00:34:42.500 are currently carrying out the mass genocide of Christians in Nigeria.

00:34:47.340 In fact, just this year alone, more than 7,000 Nigerian Christians have been slaughtered based on their faith alone.

00:34:56.720 You can't turn on the TV without hearing about Israel's so-called mass genocide of Palestinians every day.

00:35:02.760 Yet when it comes to the 62,000 Christians being slaughtered by radical Muslims, it's pretty much complete radio silence.

00:35:12.680 This extreme ideology is straight from the pits of hell, and it has no place in American society, according to Senator Tuberville of Alabama. 0.51

00:35:22.380 Sharia law has, of course, been documented.

00:35:24.380 It's taking place in Muslim enclaves such as Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Dearborn, Michigan. 0.92

00:35:29.980 In Europe, it is even worse, where Muslim rapists in the U.K. now go free because the local authorities are too scared of being called racist to prosecute them. 0.95

00:35:40.060 In fact, what will get you arrested in England today is criticizing Muslims. 0.99

00:35:44.800 That's a more serious crime than rape, and that is a sad fact.

00:35:50.300 We really have to stop this. 1.00

00:35:53.600 Banning Sharia law here in the United States by an act of Congress signed into law by the president would be a great start. 1.00

00:36:01.220 But the total shutdown of immigration from the third world must accompany that ban, 1.00

00:36:06.320 because if the demographic shifts continue, we will be lorded over by the likes of Zoran Mamdami forevermore. 0.97

00:36:15.100 It is the demographic changes in the city of New York where the percentage of the Catholic and Protestant vote

00:36:24.560 and the percentage of white voters has diminished over time.

00:36:29.060 As the city became more ethically diverse, it has opened the door to a Marxist progressive ideology as well as a jihadist ideology that was able to dominate the recent Democrat primary for mayor of New York City.

00:36:48.440 Mamdami continues to pass as the agent for hope and change,

00:36:53.840 with voters not really focusing on the end result of the various radical policies that he puts forward.

00:37:02.260 When he says incarcerating criminals has no value other than making the victims feel good,

00:37:10.740 that kind of tells you where he's coming from.

00:37:12.380 This is a mayor who, no matter what he tells you now as he tries to backpedal from the radical message he used to win the primary, will defund the police, will continue this trend towards doing away with cash bail, and ultimately the streets of New York City will be even less safe than they are today.

00:37:35.700 I think the crime statistics that have been supplied by the Adams administration have been badly tampered with to give a false impression that crime is dropping.

00:37:46.380 Ask anybody who lives in New York City, they'll tell you that is not the case.

00:37:51.000 This upcoming race for mayor is the focus of national attention because if New York City elects a Marxist mayor from the radical progressive wing of that party, as exemplified by Bernie Sanders, AOC, Jasmine Crockett, and other radicals, New York, by the time we elect another president, will be a flaming wreck.

00:38:17.460 between their economic policies, increasing the tax burden on working people,

00:38:23.160 making it impossible to do business in the city, and these soft-on-crime policies,

00:38:29.500 it will be a showplace nationwide so voters can see the results of electing a Marxist mayor.

00:38:37.580 I feel sorry for my many friends in New York City because they will bear the brunt of this, 0.94

00:38:42.780 But I can tell you that real estate values and prices are going up sharply in South Florida as hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers are already planning their exit in the event that there is a Mamdami administration dedicated to this foreign ideology. 0.94

00:39:05.100 How ironic that years after the attack on 9-11, that the once great New York Democrat Party nominates a candidate for mayor who embraces that hateful ideology. 0.89

00:39:17.780 This is The Stone Zone with me, Roger Stone.
