00:10:17.120 until the U.S. Supreme Court stepped in and rejected its use.

00:10:51.980 over the estimated value of his assets, accusing him of tax frauds,

00:14:35.360 We're talking about the Democrats' effort to brand Donald Trump's drive to bring those involved in the seditious conspiracy to destroy his presidency to justice as revenge and retribution.
00:14:48.560 But I'm particularly focused on the exploits of Special Counsel Jack Smith.
00:14:54.500 As I said, Smith actually got a corrupt D.C. judge to order Trump's lawyer in the so-called documents case to testify against his client and also provide all of their legal documents.
00:15:06.960 This is a clear violation of the Sixth Amendment.
00:15:10.080 Smith also took the very rare step of presenting his evidence against Donald Trump in the so-called documents case to a D.C. grand jury where he knew he would have sway and then had the testimony read to a Florida grand jury in order to secure indictments in that state since that's where the raid at Mar-a-Lago took place.
00:15:27.860 See, the point of the raid was to get the documents that were recently declassified by Tulsi Gabbard that prove that there was a cabal and that they were desperate to get back the evidence that Donald Trump had quite legally held on to.
00:15:42.920 No lawyer I consulted said that this idea of reading the grand jury testimony of a D.C. grand jury to a Florida grand jury would pass muster.
00:15:52.240 Just another example of Jack Smith bending the rules in his mania to get Donald Trump.
00:15:57.860 In the Soviet-style show trial that I faced in Washington, D.C., the judge specifically prohibited my lawyers from arguing that I had been selectively prosecuted or that there were political motives in my indictment.
00:16:12.420 I was also gagged unconstitutionally because the judge said my public defense of myself might taint the jury pool.
00:16:19.680 She actually extended that unconstitutional gag to my wife and my entire family.
00:16:24.200 None of them were allowed to comment on my case.

Court of Appeals, which sat on it for eight months, only to reject it days before the trial, saying it was not right for decision because I had not yet asked the judge, Judge Amy Berman Jackson, who had placed the gag on me to begin with, to remove it, which, of course, she never would have done.
00:16:43.880 But in that eight months, I took sustained damage from the daily attacks of CNN and the Washington Post.
00:16:51.560 So I say yet again that we have a disparity here.

00:17:00.420 Are they going to bar him and his lawyers from arguing that he is the target of political retribution, that his prosecution is political in nature, that he's been selectively prosecuted?
00:17:12.640 Breaking news, we just heard that James Comey and his lawyers are going to question legality of the appointment of Lindsay Halligan, the incredibly attractive, independent, pardon me, temporary, or I should say interim U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia who's prosecuting Comey.
00:17:32.740 So will Comey be gagged? Will Comey be all limited in his defense, the way they limited me?
00:17:42.800 This remains to be seen.

00:17:47.820 It's very clear that James Comey now seeks to avoid trial by attempting to question the authority under which President Trump filled the vacancy created by firing the previous U.S. attorney, Eric Siebert,

00:18:42.120 Rubio, of course, famously ran against President Trump in 2016.

00:18:49.660 They really clashed on the debate stage.
00:18:52.400 But Marco Rubio was very smart.
00:18:54.220 He repaired his personal relationship with President Trump during Trump's four years as president.
00:18:59.400 They worked together very closely on fighting communism in this hemisphere.
00:19:04.860 Now, I supported Marco Rubio when he was the Florida House Speaker.
00:19:09.860 And he defeated one of the greatest political switch winners of all time, Governor Charlie Crist, then running for the Republican U.S.
00:19:17.400 Senate nomination in 2010 at the height of the Tea Party era.
00:19:21.960 In fact, Rubio ran such an effective campaign that Crist bailed out of the Republican primary, decided to run as an independent where he was ignominiously defeated.
00:19:34.100 It was only then that Charlie Crist, who'd been a successful Republican attorney general and Republican governor of Florida, switched parties, went from being a Ronald Reagan Republican to being a pro-Barack Obama Democrat.

00:29:26.860 She, of course, is a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, a combat veteran who served her country well in Iraq.

00:31:21.260 But to ignore Trump's record, ending hostilities between India and Pakistan, the ceasefire between Israel and Iran,

00:36:52.840 Now, keep in mind that the Israeli hostages were murdered, raped, and beaten savagely by their Hamas captors.
