00:00:00.160 Did you know that St. Luke's University Health Network, based in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania,
00:00:05.680 has been recognized by the U.S. government as the highest performing health system in the United States for quality?
00:00:12.140 You heard right.
00:00:13.320 St. Luke's number one recognition affirms our status as the top leader among the most respected health care providers in the nation,
00:00:20.400 including Houston Methodist and the Mayo Clinic.
00:00:23.120 To state it simply, if you want to receive the best care when you go to a hospital, come to St. Luke's.
00:00:30.440 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:00:37.740 Welcome. You're about to dive into the deep end of the Stone Zone where we cover American politics.
00:00:45.100 You can get our incisive analysis based on 50 years in the arena.
00:00:50.640 This just in, former FBI Director James Comey,
00:00:55.720 confirms that he will challenge the legality of Donald Trump's appointment of Lindsey Halligan as the U.S. attorney.
00:01:03.900 Now, you have to remember the background on this.
00:01:05.980 Eric Siebert was appointed U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.
00:01:11.960 This is where the investigation into FBI Director Comey was situated.
00:01:16.880 Siebert was the interim U.S. attorney
00:01:21.020 But when it was learned, it was actually revealed right here in the Stone Zone
00:01:25.840 That Eric Siebert had a meaningful conflict of interest
00:01:29.900 That Siebert's father-in-law, that is to say his wife's father
00:01:34.540 Was James Comey's daughter's godfather
00:01:41.280 Has also represented Comey as an attorney
00:01:44.420 This is a material conflict of interest
00:01:46.860 President Trump also learned that Eric Sieber was quietly preparing a 51-page memo arguing against the prosecution of James Comey, who very clearly lied under oath before Congress, actually the exact same thing they charged me with.
00:02:05.840 So once Sieber was exposed and fired by the president, that undoubtedly made the office vacant again.
00:02:14.120 And even under a conservative reading of the law, the attorney general's 120-day appointment power was immediately reset.
00:02:23.840 That meant that Pam Bondi could appoint Lindsey Halligan as the interim U.S. attorney.
00:02:29.960 So, in sum, even under a conservative interpretation of Section 546, the law in question, Siebert's appointment by the Eastern District of Virginia judges reset when Attorney General's 120-day appointment power expired, and when Siebert was then fired, the office began vacant, which allowed the Attorney General, Pam Bondi, to appoint a new interim U.S. attorney for 120 days. 0.69
00:02:58.820 That is Lindsey Halligan. So this stratagem by James Comey will not work. Halligan will not be turned out. And the indictment against him remains very serious.
00:03:12.660 She also, as you know, at this point, indicted Letitia James for mortgage fraud.
00:03:20.500 James has complained that mortgage fraud is rarely prosecuted.
00:03:25.620 Others have argued that she's not guilty.
00:03:28.260 She's very clearly guilty, as we've demonstrated here in the Stone Zone,
00:03:32.200 when we had Sam Antar from whitecollarfraud.com outlining the various documents,
00:03:38.480 which are right there in black and white.
00:03:40.440 It turns out that Letitia James herself has prosecuted New Yorkers for the exact same act of mortgage fraud that she now argues is not prosecutable.
00:03:50.720 And then yesterday, shockingly, we learned that the home in Norfolk, Virginia, the home that she lied to get a mortgage for,
00:03:58.860 and specifically in the mortgage document, she says the home will be occupied by herself and her niece,
00:04:04.860 is occupied by her niece, Nakika Thompson, 0.99
00:04:10.020 who turns out to be a fugitive from justice 0.94
00:04:12.420 who's wanted on multiple criminal warrants
00:04:15.580 in the state of North Carolina.
00:04:17.640 So the head law enforcement officer
00:04:20.320 for the state of New York
00:04:21.440 is actually harboring a fugitive
00:04:23.760 in a property that she owns in Norfolk, Virginia.
00:04:26.980 You cannot make this stuff up.
00:04:30.440 Meanwhile, Barack Hussein Obama has reappeared.
00:04:34.860 For the final appearance on the left wing comedian Mark Marone's podcast, he had another other than the former president, Barack Obama, the former White House resident who's contributed more to racial division than perhaps anyone in the history of our country.
00:04:51.980 Obama went on a tone deaf bromide about the need for decency and civility in politics and how Americans are too caught up on materialism.
00:05:02.540 Let's listen to the former president.
00:05:05.580 The point is that we have blown through just in the last six months a whole range of of not not simply assumptions, but rules and laws and practices.
00:05:19.540 practices that were put in place to ensure that nobody is above the law and that we don't
00:05:34.520 use the federal government to simply reward our friends and punish our enemies.
00:05:42.460 And the same thing is obviously happening in the Justice Department.
00:05:44.780 So people are right to be concerned.
00:05:47.400 And the interesting thing, and what I've been trying to do when I've been speaking about this publicly, is just to remind folks, just as was true during the McCarthy era and has been true throughout our history, what's required in these situations is a few folks standing up and giving courage to other folks.
00:06:15.260 And then more people stand up and kind of go like, yeah, no, that's that's not who we are.
00:06:19.620 That's not that's not that's not our idea of America.
00:06:24.740 We don't want. 0.82
00:06:28.040 Masked, you know, folks with rifles and machine guns patrolling our streets.
00:06:38.300 This actually blows my mind for a couple of things. 1.00
00:06:40.800 First of all, this guy just really think we are stupid. 0.99
00:06:43.500 Under the eight years of Barack Obama and the second four years he got to be president when Joe Biden was the technical president, 0.99
00:06:51.320 but we all think we know that Barack Obama was pulling the strings,
00:06:55.460 they engaged in the greatest weaponization of the criminal justice system to go after Donald Trump and his supporters in American history.
00:07:04.780 They engaged in something that was no less than the greatest single dirty trick in American political history,
00:07:11.360 in which they used the full authority of the United States government
00:07:15.020 and the incredible capabilities of our intelligence agencies
00:07:18.000 to basically frame Donald Trump for Russian interference and assistance to his election.
00:07:25.800 That was fraudulent. There was never any basis for that.
00:07:29.380 They utilized two pieces of fabricated evidence, the famous Steele dossier.
00:07:35.160 That was actually paid for by Hillary Clinton, and she paid a fine, actually, to the Federal Election Commission for hiding that payment, masking it as legal fees.
00:07:48.380 And then the false claim that the Democrat National Committee had been the target of an online hack by Russian intelligence.
00:08:00.100 There was no truth to that either.
00:08:03.940 But they use both of those canards as the rationale to spy on Donald Trump's campaign.
00:08:11.420 They got FISA warrants in order to do so under false pretenses.
00:08:16.360 They then continued to weaponize that by the setup of the Mueller witch hunt.
00:08:25.640 It was really amazing. I watched an interview with Jack Smith, the now discredited former special counsel, and Andrew Weissman, perhaps the most corrupt prosecutor in U.S. history, talking extensively about how neither one of their probes was politically motivated.
00:08:46.360 I mean, Jack Smith actually made questioning the outcome of an election, which every American has a First Amendment right to do a crime.
00:08:59.480 He actually spied on eight individual Republican U.S. senators in this twisted manhunt.
00:09:07.840 He also convinced a judge in D.C. to order one of Donald Trump's own lawyers to testify against him and to turn over all of his work documents.
00:09:19.620 That lawyer's name was Evan Corcoran.
00:09:21.940 That is a blatant violation of the Sixth Amendment would never have held up in court.
00:09:26.740 The judge, Beryl Howell of D.C., ordered this on her way to retirement.
00:09:31.920 So the people who ran the greatest weaponized criminal justice system in history to go after their political enemies are now whining because they're being held accountable for their own crimes.
00:09:47.340 Obama is preaching to us about materialism. Barack Obama, who increased his net worth exponentially as president, he has a massive mansion in Martha's Vineyard. He's obviously not too worried about climate change.
00:10:01.440 He has a beach house. This is the same venue where his personal chef mysteriously died, drowning in a few inches of water.
00:10:10.660 None of that has been explained. Notice how quickly that dropped out of the news.
00:10:15.720 So he has his mansions. He has millions of dollars.
00:10:18.700 He's flown around throughout the world, wined and dined and worshipped like a golden calf.
00:10:23.860 But he has an audacity to lecture the American people about being too materialistic.
00:10:32.060 These people are struggling to put food on their plates every day due to the economic policies enacted by Obama and then by Biden.
00:10:39.380 These are the exact problems that President Trump is working at breakneck speed to reverse.
00:10:45.240 So in terms of civility, Obama notoriously attacked white Americans, saying that we were bitter clingers because we believed in Christ and the Bible and we support the Second Amendment. 0.73
00:10:57.240 This devious Marxist often used surrogates to espouse rhetoric fueling his divisive agenda so he could carry on his polite facade while breaking up and destroying the country to effectuate the dreams of his alcoholic, deadbeat, Kenyan griftous Marxist of a father.
00:11:17.380 What pains Obama now is his growing irrelevance, appearing on a podcast that is being shuttered, essentially due to lack of interest, as President Trump rises as the seminal figure of what was once believed to be Obama's era. 0.72
00:11:33.160 Then you look at the new podcast by his wife, Michelle Obama, which, based on the number of people downloaded, appears to me to be a gigantic flopperoo.
00:11:43.520 Now Obama has criminal investigations to look forward to over his role in fomenting the Russia gate conspiracy.
00:11:50.960 Truly, nobody deserves a more embarrassing perp walk or to be fitted in an orange jumpsuit more than the usurper Barack Obama himself.
00:12:01.440 You're listening to Roger Stone, and this is the Stone Zone, if you're just tuning in. 0.70
00:12:05.740 A new study from the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expressions shows that the percentage of young people identifying as transgender is decreasing rapidly as this fad appears to be wearing off.
00:12:19.160 In the survey of over 50,000 undergraduate students, the findings showed that only about 3.6 of young adults considered themselves non-binary or transgender.
00:12:32.660 That's a decline from 5.2% of the vote just a few years ago.
00:12:40.200 It is also interesting that it's a 6.8% drop just from last year.
00:12:47.420 This is really quite extraordinary
00:12:51.700 The report author Eric Kaufman said
00:12:53.760 The fall of trans and queer
00:12:56.000 Seems similar to the fadings of fashion or trend
00:12:59.740 It happened largely independently of shifts in political beliefs
00:13:03.080 And social media use
00:13:04.280 Although there seems to be improved mental health playing a role here
00:13:09.120 As Generation Z increasingly adopts conservative ideals
00:13:14.500 More traditional ideals 1.00
00:13:15.660 They're apparently growing out of adopting transgenderism as there is no more social clout that comes along with this depraved lifestyle choice. 1.00
00:13:25.220 However, thousands of children have already been drugged with puberty blockers and had their genitals mutilated in service to this weird transgender cult. 1.00
00:13:34.060 So many lives have been destroyed needlessly. 1.00
00:13:37.840 It is truly tragic.
00:13:40.100 The groomers responsible for this should be brought to justice so nothing like it can ever happen again.
00:13:47.080 Why the leadership of the Democratic Party seems to be held captive by 0.8% of the public that considers itself transgendered.
00:13:55.740 Well, that's a political question I just can't answer.
00:13:58.740 I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to The Stone Zone.
00:14:00.840 Don't go away because we'll be right back.
00:14:06.020 The Stone Zone. Entertaining and informative.
00:14:10.100 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:14:13.300 I really appreciate those kind words from Vice President J.D. Vance.
00:14:19.320 Well, ABC's late-night host Jimmy Kimmel's ratings have returned to the toilet
00:14:24.160 after he squandered a post-suspension bounce that temporarily rejuvenated interest in the show,
00:14:30.620 which is really actually flailing.
00:14:32.120 Last Wednesday, the Nielsen rating showed that Kimmel received only about 1.7 million viewers, down from an already dismal 1.77.
00:14:43.700 He averaged throughout the second quarter, 2025, in comparison.
00:14:47.920 Fox News' late-night alternative, Gutfeld, averaged about 3.2 million viewers throughout the same period, making Gutfeld the new king of late-night television.
00:14:59.260 And he gets those numbers on cable TV while being broadcast into far, far fewer homes than Kimmel, who was broadcast both on cable and on broadcast TV, which shows you what a great triumph that is for Gutfeld.
00:15:14.800 Recently, Stephen Colbert was canceled by CBS as his show was reportedly losing $50 million per year while he was being viewed by a mere 2.4 million people per night.
00:15:26.480 So, in other words, Colbert, who got canceled, was getting over twice the number of people that Kimmel is getting today.
00:15:34.400 So it begs the question, how much is ABC losing on Kimmel with even more woeful ratings than Colbert?
00:15:42.180 The answer has to be in the tens of millions, actually. 0.96
00:15:45.820 ABC was very stupid for not using the controversy over Kimmel's reprehensible comments about my friend Charlie Kirk being murdered to take him off the airways permanently. 0.95
00:15:55.760 You see, Disney caved in to left-wing pressure and boycotts that would have faded, frankly, within a week. 0.99
00:16:03.200 Now they will lose far more money being stuck with Kimmel for the near future,
00:16:07.280 as canceling him again will just reignite all the vitriol for the American left,
00:16:12.200 who will claim that Kimmel is being censored when he gets the inevitable acts.
00:16:17.140 Disney just can't let it sink in.
00:16:19.340 When you go woke, you surely go broke.
00:16:22.740 uh russ vote predicted that uh that there will be over 10 000 federal jobs will be ended on a
00:16:31.660 permanent basis during the current government shutdown uh russ vote the director of the office
00:16:38.840 management budget very good friend of mine said we want to be very aggressive where we can be in
00:16:43.700 shuttering the bureaucracy not just the funding we now have an opportunity to do that and that's
00:16:48.360 where we're going to be looking for our opportunities. So how about that? Republicans
00:16:52.220 who always talk about smaller, more efficient government and talk about cutting spending
00:16:58.060 will actually do so by the greatest president of my lifetime, President Donald Trump.
00:17:04.280 This shutdown is the Schumer shutdown, folks. Chuck Schumer, the Democrats, demanding over
00:17:09.920 a billion dollars in new spending to keep the government running, while the Republicans
00:17:13.780 are united to keep the government running at the current funding levels.
00:17:18.740 And that's before we begin the cutting.
00:17:21.060 I'm Roger Stone.
00:17:22.000 You're listening to The Stone Zone here on the Red Apple Audio Networks.
00:17:25.580 If you love politics, you're in the right place.
00:17:28.580 Don't touch that dial because folks, we'll be right back.
00:17:38.260 The Stone Zone.
00:17:40.240 Entertaining and informative.
00:17:42.020 You know, I don't know about you, but I love a good steak or a very high-quality hamburger.
00:17:51.680 But very, very soon, they could actually be hard to find and extremely expensive, even if you can find one.
00:17:58.740 That's right here in America, the land of planted beef may soon become nearly inaccessible.
00:18:04.500 In fall of 2025, Americans face a beef shortage not seen since before 1951.
00:18:12.020 when cattle numbers reached 82.8 million head compared to just 28.2 million head this year.
00:18:21.020 This decline has driven prices skyward, turning what was once a dietary staple into a luxury.
00:18:28.380 So ground beef, for example, was once about $3.50 per pound, now exceeds $6 in many areas,
00:18:36.160 with steaks and roasts posting double-digit price increases according to the latest U.S. Department
00:18:42.820 of Agriculture data. I've really been looking at this because, well, I love a good steak. I like it
00:18:49.140 Pittsburgh style, you know, kind of charred on the outside but virtually raw or rare on the inside.
00:18:55.360 It's hard to get exactly right, but a combination of restrictive environmental regulations,
00:19:01.100 escalating production costs, elevated livestock feed prices, and a New World screw worm outbreak in Mexico,
00:19:10.180 where flesh-eating larvae-threatened livestock has actually badly disrupted our current U.S. beef supply chains.
00:19:18.760 Consumers are turning to cheaper cuts, raising concerns about how America's beef industry reached this crisis
00:19:25.280 and what steps can be done to restore affordability as well as abundance.
00:19:31.100 The roots of the beef shortage trace back to a series of bad policy decisions, economic pressures, and global events.
00:19:38.140 Back in 2015, the Clean Water Rule, passed under Barack Obama and later expanded under Joe Biden, tightened regulation on the waters of the United States, restricting access to grazing lands for ranchers.
00:19:54.360 climate-smart initiatives from the Inflation Reduction Act,
00:19:59.360 which, of course, did nothing to reduce inflation.
00:20:02.200 You ever notice how they named these bills to be the exact opposite of what they actually do?
00:20:08.100 This imposed these costly compliance measures,
00:20:11.320 such as methane reduction programs on an already strained beef industry here in the United States.
00:20:17.500 So these regulations are prioritizing environmental goals over food security,
00:20:22.820 essentially handcuffed ranchers, forcing some to sell off cattle rather than navigate the new financial burden of these strict regulations.
00:20:33.360 Concurrently, the Biden-Harris administration rolled out targeted financial programs,
00:20:39.740 including up to $4 billion in loan forgiveness for socially disadvantaged farmers.
00:20:45.820 Those are farmers who were black, Hispanic, Native American, Asian or Pacific Islanders.
00:20:52.820 Through the 2021 America Rescue Plan Act, which, of course, did nothing to rescue America, under Section 1005 of the America Rescue Plan of 2021, the U.S. Department of Agriculture was authorized to provide up to 120 percent forgiveness on eligible outstanding loan balances.
00:21:14.080 That's our tax money, by the way.
00:21:17.160 So aimed at addressing historical U.S. Department of Agriculture discrimination, the program faced legal challenges, partially blocked by for violating equal protection principles.
00:21:29.460 But while these efforts sought to promote equity and drought resilience, what they really did was to put even greater pressure on our domestic beef production.
00:21:40.360 Domestic and global economic factors have added to the crisis.
00:21:44.040 Feed prices for soybeans and corn have risen by 20 to 25 percent since 2021 due to global supply chain disruptions.
00:21:52.300 This has exacerbated costs for U.S. rangers, disruptions, and the war in Ukraine, of course, starting in 2022, spiked costs an additional 30 percent.
00:22:01.580 At the same time, fuel and labor costs were amplified by inflation, reaching a high of 8% in 2022.
00:22:10.900 These have also strained our agricultural operations.
00:22:14.880 Now, add on top of all that, high interest rates on loans have limited reinvestment in the herds,
00:22:20.960 all the while labor shortages in pandemic areas.
00:22:24.380 Spending and reduced farm productivity increased operational costs.
00:22:28.320 This has threatened the sustainability of small and mid-sized farms and ranches.
00:22:34.180 This resulted in a plummeting U.S. cattle inventory down to 28.2 million head in 2025, with a 10% drop just from 2019 alone.
00:22:45.260 So beef production is projected to fall, let me look to see, 26.4 billion pounds in 2021.
00:22:53.360 That's a 2% decline from last year, while overall food prices have risen over 3.4% this year, cooling from an 11% peak in 2022.
00:23:06.240 The beef industry, of course, isn't alone in its struggles.
00:23:10.060 Many other commodities have seen similar upheaval from coffee prices, which are up 54% due to Brazilian droughts.
00:23:18.580 Chocolate has risen 20% in cost due to West African crop failures, and egg prices have fluctuated wildly due to the avian flu.
00:23:29.180 The real issue persists as a unique case, driven by America's high consumption of 57 pounds per person last year, surpassed only by chicken.
00:23:39.580 You're going to need to watch this issue, folks, because the beef supply is very definitely, I think, in danger.
00:23:47.780 We'll see how the U.S. Department of Agriculture deals with this, but more beef.
00:23:53.960 That's the answer.
00:23:55.220 Meanwhile, Chinese Communist Party leader Xi Jinping believes that the United States will blink first in a prolonged trade war with China,
00:24:02.800 according to Chinese insiders who spoke to the Wall Street Journal this week.
00:24:07.200 China believes if they can participate in meltdown in the U.S. markets that they can get President Trump to lose his resolve.
00:24:15.880 This week, China sanctioned U.S. units of Hinawa-osha, a South Korean shipping company. 0.80
00:24:23.540 Last week, they restricted the export of rare earth elements, which resulted in President Trump threatening a 100 percent tariff on China unless the Chinese communists backed off.
00:24:35.760 The Chinese economy itself is heading dire straits.
00:24:40.420 Their housing market is collapsing.
00:24:42.700 deaths are skyrocketing, and consumer confidence is in the toilet in China.
00:24:49.080 Xi may not care about this, but ultimately, enough public anger will force the communist politburo to respond.
00:24:56.020 Ultimately, the market economy in the U.S., while not a full free market by any stretch of the imagination,
00:25:02.260 is far more dynamic than the planned economy of China that was bolstered by a corrupt U.S. political class
00:25:08.600 and allowed them to parasitically feed off the economic might for decades
00:25:13.780 without mounting any resistance.
00:25:16.260 Those days have come to a screeching end. 0.86
00:25:18.900 China has to stand on their own two feet,
00:25:20.840 and they believe they can stare down Donald Trump.
00:25:23.660 They have another thing coming because he is an iron man.
00:25:27.300 He will not blink in this fight. 1.00
00:25:30.560 And the Chinese would be wise to realize that
00:25:34.040 and to work out reasonable terms for trade.
00:25:37.720 Meanwhile, the New York Times has done a glowing profile on domestic terrorists who are targeting ICE enforcement agents.
00:25:46.760 The New York Times, once a great newspaper, today essentially a propaganda front for the radical left,
00:25:54.140 released a revolting profile painting domestic terrorists and their sympathizers in Chicago as heroes for impeding immigration enforcement by ICE officers.
00:26:05.000 They interviewed community organizers who are attempting to prevent ICE from enforcing the law, such as city council member Andrei Vasquez, who serves as chairman of Chicago's Committee on Immigrant and Refugee Rights.
00:26:19.860 Vasquez told The New York Times, Chicago has been doing just fine.
00:26:23.720 And then these guys showed up.
00:26:25.360 There's a big concern about what these undentified masked men are doing in this city without accountability.
00:26:31.840 Chicagoans are just trying to live their life.
00:26:33.960 We're not going to tolerate unconstitutional authoritarianism.
00:26:38.020 Well, the removal of dangerous illegal criminals who are in the country illegally is not unconstitutional.
00:26:47.540 The American people voted for it.
00:26:49.040 Therefore, it's also not authoritarian.
00:26:51.980 Outside of this one man's fantasy fantasy world, Chicago has not been doing just fine.
00:26:58.320 There are more horrific murders every week.
00:27:00.840 There are violent crime rates on par with the poorest third-rate nations throughout the world.
00:27:07.100 There is a criminal justice system that does not report those crimes
00:27:10.220 or gives a slap on the wrist to violent criminals who come through the system.
00:27:14.820 Innocent people are forced to live in fear in Chicago,
00:27:17.640 and they're regularly victimized while Democrat city officials like Mayor Brandon Johnson
00:27:23.140 cheer it on with militant rhetoric about starting a civil war.
00:27:27.700 The New York Times, its owners and supporters should be charged as accessories to left-wing domestic terrorism for producing their own propaganda.
00:27:38.420 Meanwhile, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has announced that they've received, quote, credible intelligence, close quote, that Mexican drug cartels are placing bounties on the heads of U.S. law enforcement officers and officials.
00:27:53.160 The Department of Homeland Security said in a statement these criminal networks have issued explicit instructions to U.S.-based sympathetics, including street gangs in Chicago, to monitor, harass, and assassinate federal agents.
00:28:09.700 They believe that the bounties are set for up to $50,000 for high-profile targets, including border czar Tom Holman himself.
00:28:18.300 Well, Holman recently stated that the death threats against him have increased exponentially, aided and egged on by Democrat rhetoric that increasingly encourages such violence.
00:28:29.740 My friend Holman said, I make sacrifices every day.
00:28:33.440 I got more death threats than anybody.
00:28:35.600 I have a security team around me, but guess what?
00:28:37.820 My kids don't.
00:28:38.660 My wife doesn't.
00:28:39.420 I mean, I haven't lived with my wife in months because I don't want her to be here right now with all of the threats.
00:28:45.760 Imagine that, a man who is doing his duty to his country cannot live with his family for fear that they might be threatened and harmed.
00:28:54.940 It's really quite extraordinary.
00:28:56.620 The Trump administration is making immense sacrifices to save the country right now.
00:29:01.860 And there are foreign and domestic enemies who are doing everything in their power to stop them.
00:29:07.240 They will not hesitate to commit murders to stop immigration enforcement.
00:29:11.180 That's becoming clear.
00:29:12.220 They want desperately to stop the Trump administration's investigation into left-wing domestic terror networks in particular.
00:29:20.280 This is where Vice President J.D. Vance, at the direction of the president,
00:29:24.260 is working closely with Stephen Miller and the head of the FBI, Kash Patel,
00:29:28.540 to cut off U.S. taxpayer dollars that are flowing to actual terrorist groups,
00:29:34.660 they call them NGOs, that are advocating mayhem and arranging for violence
00:29:41.340 and yes, death. The cartels and the Democrats work hand-in-hand with these non-profit organizations,
00:29:49.700 many of them funded by George Soros, on their efforts to destroy this country. Still, hundreds
00:29:55.320 of thousands of Americans are applying to join and go to work for ICE and get on the front lines in
00:30:01.400 the battle to save this country. To me, this is inspirational. There is a patriotic revival that's
00:30:09.360 going on in this country and you can see it every day except for the days of the founding era
00:30:14.740 revolutionaries this is the most consequential time to be in america and we must do everything
00:30:20.560 on our part to make sure our country is renewed and the maga agenda is successful we owe it to
00:30:27.180 our children and our grandchildren to stand up and fight right now i really feel personally that my
00:30:34.760 life was spared for a greater purpose. They very definitely intended for me to die in some federal
00:30:41.720 prison in Georgia, where I was told by prison officials there were no cases of COVID, where I
00:30:49.640 was sentenced to go for six to nine months at age 68 with a lifelong history of asthma. It is only
00:30:58.360 through my faith and my redemption in the cross and my belief that God would spare me
00:31:06.000 and protect me from my persecutors, that I'm with you today.
00:31:10.640 So I really believe, like Donald Trump's life was saved in Butler,
00:31:15.140 I believe my life was saved for some greater purpose.
00:31:18.060 But here's the thing.
00:31:19.300 God doesn't tell you his plan all at once.
00:31:21.920 He tells you his plan when he's ready for you to know it.
00:31:26.180 The famous Christian evangelist, Kim Clement, said that the nation would be saved and the giant would be taken down by a simple stone.
00:31:35.900 Remember that name, he said.
00:31:38.640 Now, I don't claim to be a saint, that's for sure, or to be anything other than a soldier in the army of God.
00:31:45.880 But when it comes to doing my part to save this country, count me in.
00:31:50.640 Listening to The Stone Zone, I'm Roger Stone.
00:31:52.800 Don't touch that dial, because we'll be right back.
00:31:58.560 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:32:05.460 Welcome back to The Stone Zone.
00:32:07.580 I appreciate those kind words from Vice President J.D. Vance.
00:32:11.900 Well, yesterday, the U.K. Daily Mail reported that the North Carolina Department of Adult Corrections
00:32:18.300 is actively searching for Nakia Monique Thompson, who is the fugitive niece of New York Attorney General Letitia James.
00:32:29.400 It is actually true that this story was originally reported by Joel Gilbert for the Gateway Pundit well over a month ago.
00:32:39.780 Thompson, who is living in the home in Norfolk, Virginia, that Lechisha James lied in order to secure a mortgage for, is wanted on multiple criminal charges.
00:32:56.000 It is amazing, therefore, to me that the leading law enforcement officer for the state of New York is harboring a criminal.
00:33:09.040 So the actual convictions are for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, abuse of a child, possession of burglary tools, third degree larceny, assault and battery, trespassing, shoplifting, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license and even malicious conduct while she was incarcerated.
00:33:36.260 So this woman's persistent criminal activity underscores the seriousness of James' role in providing Thompson with a hideout, which is what she actually did when she's on the run from North Carolina authorities.
00:33:51.300 How close are Attorney General Letitia James and her niece, Nakia Monique Thompson?
00:33:58.740 Well, on Thompson's LinkedIn page, she writes that she's been working with Ms. James for years, from council member to public advocate to attorney general.
00:34:09.660 She even listed her employment with the elect Letitia James for attorney general campaign during the 2018 campaign and work with the Brooklyn Board of Elections between 2013 and 2016.
00:34:23.240 So it begs the question, what payroll is Nakia Monique Thompson on now as she hole out in the Norfolk home that Letitia James very definitely lied in order to get a mortgage for? 0.98
00:34:40.740 This was not some fill-in-the-blank where they checked the wrong box.
00:34:44.460 This was a drafted document that the attorney general signed in 12 different places, all witnessed by another lawyer in the New York attorney general's office.
00:34:56.180 And she specifically said, in order to secure the mortgage, that she and her niece would inhabit this location.
00:35:05.500 And, of course, if this was her principal residence, which she claimed in that document, she would be uneligible, ineligible to be the attorney general for the state of New York.
00:35:19.240 Now, of course, she and her lawyers try to say it's all a typographical error, just a simple clerical mistake.
00:35:25.220 No, it's actually a 43-year crime spree in securing her first mortgage.
00:35:30.600 She claimed that her father was her husband in order to use his balance sheet to secure the mortgage.
00:35:36.600 She would ultimately have an additional mortgage on this Norfolk property we're talking about that isn't even reflected in her state disclosure form.
00:35:46.080 So she has between $250,000 and $400,000 worth of mortgages on a property that appraises for between $100,000 and $150,000.
00:35:56.120 How is that possible?
00:35:58.620 Not in any current lending scenario would such a thing be approvable unless, of course, you lied and you concealed one of those mortgages. 1.00
00:36:08.480 Letitia James is busted.
00:36:10.640 Her prosecution is going to go forward.
00:36:13.040 I'm going to go out of a limb here and predict that she's going to be convicted.
00:36:16.400 I say that only based on the fact that I've reviewed all of the evidence, which you can do yourself by going to whitecollarfraud.com.
00:36:24.860 But the idea that this is weaponization and that Letitia James has done nothing wrong, this is a far, far more serious crime than the one she prosecuted Donald Trump for.
00:36:36.620 Remember, she claimed that he inflated the value of his assets in order to secure real estate loans that he paid back in full and on time, getting $40 million in interest from his lenders,
00:36:49.460 None of whom were allowed to testify at his trial because had they testified, they would have all said they would lend him the money again tomorrow.
