00:00:20.520 This just in, former FBI Director James Comey, confirms that he will challenge the legality of Donald Trump's appointment of Lindsey Halligan as the U.S. attorney.
00:00:33.140 Now, you have to remember the background on this. Eric Siebert was appointed U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.
00:00:41.760 This is where the investigation into FBI Director Comey was situated.
00:00:46.760 Siebert was the interim U.S. attorney, but when it was learned, it was actually revealed right here in The Stone Zone,
00:00:56.440 that Eric Siebert had a meaningful conflict of interest, that Siebert's father-in-law, that is to say his wife's father,
00:01:05.080 was James Comey's daughter's grandfather, has also represented Comey as an attorney.
00:01:14.300 This is a material conflict of interest.
00:01:16.860 President Trump also learned that Eric Siebert was quietly preparing a 51-page memo arguing against the prosecution of James Comey,
00:01:27.740 who very clearly lied under oath before Congress, actually the exact same thing they charged me with.
00:01:35.720 So, once Siebert was exposed and fired by the President, that undoubtedly made the office vacant again.
00:01:44.000 And even under a conservative reading of the law, the Attorney General's 120-day appointment power was immediately reset.
00:01:53.840 That meant that Pam Bondi could appoint Lindsey Halligan as the interim U.S. attorney.
00:01:59.840 So, in sum, even under a conservative interpretation of Section 546, the law in question,
00:02:07.640 Siebert's appointment by the Eastern District of Virginia judges reset when Attorney General's 120-day appointment power expired.
00:02:19.280 And when Siebert was then fired, the office began vacant, which allowed the Attorney General, Pam Bondi,
00:02:24.300 to appoint a new interim U.S. attorney for 120 days.
00:02:28.780 That is Lindsey Halligan.
00:02:29.980 So, this stratagem by James Comey will not work.
00:02:35.020 Halligan will not be turned out.
00:02:38.040 And the indictment against him remains very serious.
00:02:42.980 She also, as you know, at this point, indicted Letitia James for mortgage fraud.
00:02:49.580 James has complained that mortgage fraud is rarely prosecuted.
00:02:55.480 Others have argued that she's not guilty.
00:02:58.140 She's very clearly guilty, as we've demonstrated here in the Stone Zone,
00:03:02.540 when we had Sam Antar from whitecollarfraud.com outlining the various documents,
00:03:08.260 which are right there in black and white.
00:03:10.300 It turns out that Letitia James herself has prosecuted New Yorkers for the exact same act of mortgage fraud
00:03:16.720 that she now argues is not prosecutable.
00:03:20.600 And then yesterday, shockingly, we learned that the home in Norfolk, Virginia,
00:03:25.420 the home that she lied to get a mortgage for,
00:03:28.780 and specifically in the mortgage documents, she says the home will be occupied by herself and her niece,
00:03:34.740 is occupied by her niece, Nikika Thompson, who turns out to be a fugitive from justice
00:03:42.320 who's wanted on multiple criminal warrants in the state of North Carolina.
00:03:47.520 So the head law enforcement officer for the state of New York is actually harboring a fugitive
00:03:53.640 in a property that she owns in Norfolk, Virginia.
00:03:56.980 You cannot make this stuff up.
00:03:59.680 Meanwhile, Barack Hussein Obama has reappeared for the final appearance on the left-wing comedian Mark Marone's podcast.
00:04:11.000 He had another other than the former president, Barack Obama,
00:04:14.960 the former White House resident who's contributed more to racial division
00:04:19.200 than perhaps anyone in the history of our country.
00:04:22.160 Obama went on a tone-deaf bromide about the need for decency and civility in politics
00:04:28.680 and how Americans are too caught up on materialism.

00:04:34.760 The point is that we have blown through, just in the last six months,
00:04:40.840 a whole range of, not simply assumptions, but rules and laws and practices
00:04:50.000 that were put in place to ensure that nobody's above the law
00:05:02.620 and that we don't use the federal government to simply reward our friends and punish our enemies.
00:05:12.340 And the same thing's obviously happening in the Justice Department.
00:05:14.660 So people are right to be concerned.
00:05:18.580 The interesting thing, and what I've been trying to do when I've been speaking about this publicly,
00:05:26.420 is just to remind folks, you know, just as was true during the McCarthy era
00:05:32.380 and has been true throughout our history,
00:05:35.340 what's required in these situations is a few folks standing up and giving courage to other folks
00:05:45.140 and then more people stand up and kind of go like,
00:05:47.440 yeah, no, that's not who we are.
00:05:49.620 That's not our idea of America.
00:05:54.020 We don't want masked, you know, folks with rifles and machine guns patrolling our streets.
00:06:08.120 This actually blows my mind for a couple things.
00:06:10.680 First of all, this guy does really think we are stupid.
00:06:13.380 Under the eight years of Barack Obama and the second four years he got to be president
00:06:18.740 when Joe Biden was the technical president, but we all think we know that Barack Obama was pulling the strings.
00:06:25.340 They engaged in the greatest weaponization of the criminal justice system
00:06:29.440 to go after Donald Trump and his supporters in American history.
00:06:34.660 They engaged in something that was no less than the greatest single dirty trick in American political history
00:06:41.240 in which they used the full authority of the United States government
00:06:44.900 and the incredible capabilities of our intelligence agencies to basically frame Donald Trump
00:06:51.120 for Russian interference and assistance to his election.
00:06:56.000 That was fraudulent.
00:06:57.240 There was never any basis for that.
00:06:59.260 They utilized two pieces of fabricated evidence, the famous Steele dossier.
00:07:05.360 That was actually paid for by Hillary Clinton,
00:07:08.180 and she paid a fine, actually, to the Federal Election Commission
00:07:14.040 for hiding that payment, masking it as legal fees.
00:07:18.260 And then the false claim that the Democrat National Committee
00:07:22.380 had been the target of an online hack by Russian intelligence.
00:07:30.240 There was no truth to that either.
00:07:33.360 But they used both of those canards as the rationale to spy on Donald Trump's campaign.
00:07:41.320 They got FISA warrants in order to do so under false pretenses.
00:07:46.660 They then continued to weaponize that by the setup of the Mueller witch hunt.

00:07:56.880 I watched an interview with Jack Smith, the now discredited former special counsel,
00:08:02.660 and Andrew Weissman, perhaps the most corrupt prosecutor in U.S. history,
00:08:09.480 talking extensively about how neither one of their probes was politically motivated.
00:08:17.720 I mean, Jack Smith actually made questioning the outcome of an election,
00:08:23.800 which every American has a First Amendment right to do, a crime.
00:08:28.880 He actually spied on eight individual Republican U.S. senators in this twisted manhunt.
00:08:37.860 He also convinced a judge in D.C. to order one of Donald Trump's own lawyers to testify against him
00:08:47.260 and to turn over all of his work documents.
00:08:49.500 That lawyer's name was Evan Corcoran.
00:08:51.520 That is a blatant violation of the Sixth Amendment would never have held up in court.
00:08:56.620 Judge Beryl Howell of D.C. ordered this on her way to retirement.
00:09:02.620 So the people who ran the greatest weaponized criminal justice system in history to go after their political enemies
00:09:11.120 are now whining because they're being held accountable for their own crimes.

00:11:39.480 shows that the percentage of young people identifying as transgender is decreasing rapidly
00:11:45.140 as this fad appears to be wearing off.
00:11:49.000 In the survey of over 50,000 undergraduate students,
00:11:53.320 the findings showed that only about 3.6 of young adults considered themselves non-binary or transgender.
00:12:02.540 That's a decline from 5.2 percent of the vote just a few years ago.
00:12:09.160 It is also interesting that it's a 6.8 percent drop just from last year.
00:12:18.840 This is really quite extraordinary.
00:12:21.800 The report author Eric Kaufman said the fall of trans and queer seems similar to the fadings of fashion or trend.

00:15:09.840 averaged about 3.2 million viewers throughout the same period,

00:15:22.480 far fewer homes than Kimmel,
00:15:24.480 who was broadcast both on cable and on broadcast TV,

00:19:09.100 you know, kind of charred on the outside,
00:19:10.900 but virtually raw or rare on the inside.
00:19:14.240 It's hard to get exactly right,
00:19:16.780 but a combination of restrictive
00:19:18.520 environmental regulations,
00:19:20.140 escalating production costs,
00:19:22.260 elevated livestock feed prices,
00:19:24.920 and a New World screw worm outbreak in Mexico,
00:19:29.020 where flesh-eating larvae
00:19:31.120 threatened livestock,
00:19:32.560 has actually badly disrupted
00:19:34.240 our current U.S. beef supply chains.
00:19:37.620 Consumers are turning to cheaper cuts,
00:19:40.240 raising concerns about how America's beef industry
00:19:42.800 reached this crisis,
00:19:44.300 and what steps can be done
00:19:45.540 to restore affordability,
00:19:47.760 as well as abundance.
00:19:49.980 The roots of the beef shortage
00:19:51.620 trace back to a series of bad policy decisions,
00:19:54.980 economic pressures, and global events.
00:19:57.160 You see, back in 2015,
00:19:59.660 the Clean Water Rule,
00:20:01.220 passed under Barack Obama,
00:20:03.500 and later expanded under Joe Biden,
00:20:06.460 tightened regulation on the waters
00:20:08.560 of the United States,
00:20:10.140 restricting access to grazing lands for ranchers,
00:20:13.960 climate-smart initiatives
00:20:15.620 from the Inflation Reduction Act,
00:20:18.220 which, of course,
00:20:19.100 did nothing to reduce inflation.
00:20:21.480 You ever notice how they named these bills
00:20:23.560 to be the exact opposite
00:20:25.000 of what they actually do?
00:20:26.960 This imposed these costly compliance measures,
00:20:30.420 such as methane reduction programs
00:20:32.560 on an already strained beef industry
00:20:35.400 here in the United States.
00:20:36.360 So, these regulations
00:20:37.780 are prioritizing environmental goals
00:20:40.200 over food security,
00:20:42.120 essentially handcuffed ranchers,
00:20:44.640 forcing some to sell off cattle
00:20:46.320 rather than navigate
00:20:47.940 the new financial burden
00:20:49.780 of these strict regulations.
00:20:52.220 Concurrently,
00:20:53.880 the Biden-Harris administration
00:20:55.700 rolled out targeted financial programs,
00:20:58.480 including up to $4 billion
00:21:00.420 in loan forgiveness
00:21:01.700 for socially disadvantaged farmers.
00:21:05.380 Those are farmers
00:21:06.560 who were Black, Hispanic,
00:21:08.800 Native American, Asian,
00:21:10.100 or Pacific Islanders
00:21:11.480 through the 2021
00:21:13.260 America Rescue Plan Act,
00:21:16.380 which, of course,
00:21:16.860 did nothing to rescue America.
00:21:19.400 Under Section 1005
00:21:21.700 of the America Rescue Plan of 2021,
00:21:24.800 the U.S. Department of Agriculture
00:21:26.060 was authorized to provide
00:21:28.100 up to 120% forgiveness
00:21:30.200 on eligible outstanding loan balances.
00:21:33.140 That's our tax money, by the way.
00:21:35.900 So, aimed at addressing
00:21:37.220 historical U.S. Department
00:21:39.300 of Agriculture discrimination,
00:21:42.480 the program faced legal challenges
00:21:44.320 partially blocked by
00:21:45.600 for violating equal protection principles,
00:21:48.300 but while these efforts
00:21:49.120 sought to promote equity
00:21:50.340 and drought resilience,
00:21:51.840 what they really did
00:21:52.640 was to put even greater pressure
00:21:55.060 on our domestic beef production.
00:21:59.280 Domestic and global economic factors
00:22:01.380 have added to the crisis.

00:22:08.340 due to global supply chain disruptions.

00:22:17.980 spiked costs an additional 30%.

00:22:23.700 were amplified by inflation,
00:22:25.780 reaching a high of 8% in 2022.

00:22:31.360 our agricultural operations.
00:22:33.740 Now, add on top of all that,

00:22:36.860 have limited reinvestment

00:23:55.560 surpassed only by chicken.
