00:00:10.720 States for quality? You heard right. St. Luke's number one recognition affirms our status as the

00:00:16.400 top leader among the most respected healthcare providers in the nation, including Houston

00:00:21.200 Methodist and the Mayo Clinic. To state it simply, if you want to receive the best care when you go

00:00:26.480 Go to a hospital? Come to St. Luke's.

00:00:30.560 The Stone Zone.

00:00:32.520 Entertaining and informative.

00:00:34.660 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:37.680 Find this kind of straight talk and candor extremely refreshing.

00:00:42.280 Federalists will likely gain more national support

00:00:44.560 for calling out the excesses of a radicalized Democrat Party.

00:00:49.120 Meanwhile, California Governor Gavin Newsom,

00:00:51.800 the man who would be president,

00:00:53.520 is refusing to say whether he's running for president or not also claims that he hates

00:00:58.260 political liars he said during a recent appearance on meet the press nothing i dislike more than the

00:01:04.300 politicians it's there and lies to you we're all just gonna sit there rolling our eyes saying give

00:01:08.840 me a break i'm focusing on prop 50 i'm focusing on fair and free elections and to the extent the

00:01:14.500 future there's an alignment you have big enough why you have what and now the guy barely makes

00:01:19.800 sense. You need a moment and that moment presents itself in a year and a half. We'll see what

00:01:25.000 happens. I guess what he's saying is he's focusing on trying to get a favorable redistricting out of

00:01:31.660 California so that he can run for president. But better yet, let's listen to Governor Gavin

00:01:38.340 Newsom himself. You've said, as we've discussed, you are considering a run for president and you've

00:01:44.760 said you'll make a decision about whether to run for president after the midterms yeah i mean why

00:01:50.520 do you governor let me ask you why do you want to be president i don't i'm not suggesting i am i'm

00:01:55.740 saying i would response to someone talked about it and i hate when i nothing i dislike more than

00:02:02.860 the politician that is sits there and lies to you and we all just sit there rolling our eyes going

00:02:08.220 give me a break so as it relates to that that's right there's nothing on the right i'm focused

00:02:13.620 on prop 50 i'm focusing on fair and free elections and to the extent fate the future there's an

00:02:20.320 alignment you have a big enough why you have a what and a how you meet a moment and that moment

00:02:26.600 presents itself in a year year and a half uh we'll see what happens it's fitting that newsom would

00:02:33.140 say that he detests political liars that immediately go into a pretentious diatribe about

00:02:37.420 fate, future, who, what, when, where, why

00:02:40.160 of his running for office

00:02:41.960 Newsom's

00:02:43.880 faux authenticity isn't going to play

00:02:45.960 well with voters in my opinion

00:02:57.180 And we're back in the Stone

00:03:00.060 Zone, podcaster and

00:03:01.860 cartoonist, Dilbert creator

00:03:04.160 Scott Adams, now receiving

00:03:06.000 cancer treatment following the direct intervention of President Donald Trump himself after Adams

00:03:12.560 was being forced to languish and potentially die prematurely because of having to deal with

00:03:17.520 the health care bureaucracy in this country. Adams, who's been here in the Stone Zone a

00:03:22.920 number of times, wrote in an appeal on X to the president, as many of you know, I have

00:03:28.620 mesasticized prostate cancer. My health care provider, Kaiser of North California, has

00:03:34.500 approved my application to receive a newly fda approved drug called plus victo but unfortunately

00:03:41.700 they dropped the ball in scheduling the brief iv to be administered and i haven't been able to fix

00:03:48.280 that i am declining very fast adams publicly pleaded with president trump himself to help

00:03:54.720 pursue this therapy that would give him a quote fighting chance to stick around on this planet

00:03:59.540 just a little bit longer, adding that it is not a cure, but it does give good results for many

00:04:06.980 people. President Trump responded with a true social post saying that he is on it, and it was

00:04:13.300 reported that Adams started his experimental treatment today. Now, my wife is a survivor of

00:04:19.860 cancer, and hope and attitude are keys to beating this horrific illness. President Donald Trump has

00:04:27.440 stepped into a leadership position here getting involved to ensure that Scott Adams the cartoonist

00:04:33.980 received the cancer treatment he deserves once again shows what a compassionate side Donald

00:04:39.020 Trump has after all President Trump is a people's person he loves his fellow man he gets strength

00:04:45.080 from the American people unlike say oh I don't know Hillary Clinton when she was the first lady

00:04:51.020 I saw a memo that was circulated to the Clinton White House staff that said if you bump into the

00:04:57.300 first lady in the hallways or in the byways of the White House or the old executive office

00:05:03.600 building. You are to avert your eyes and never look at her directly. And under no circumstances

00:05:09.360 are you to speak to the first lady unless you are spoken to. I think that came across

00:05:15.540 in her candidacy. This is somebody who doesn't have time for the American people. Donald Trump, 0.64

00:05:20.100 on the other hand, sprung into action, not because he wanted a fancier house or a better

00:05:26.000 plane or international acclaim. He already had that as the leading capitalist and businessman

00:05:31.820 potentially in the entire world. He ran for president. He came down that golden escalator

00:05:38.000 to give hope to the beleaguered American people who, like him, were tired of watching their

00:05:43.380 country being ravaged by globalism. President Trump has similarly now stepped up to give hope

00:05:49.380 to Scott Adams, who, God willing, will be with us a little longer, all because of President Trump's

00:05:56.520 noble intervention to ensure he receives the cancer treatment that he desperately, desperately

00:06:02.500 needs. This is our president. I'm sure all of you join me in praying for Scott Adams, the cartoonist.

00:06:10.100 He has a great podcast. I follow him on X. I urge you to do the same. But above all, prayer has

00:06:17.060 power. I saw it in my own life. I saw it with my own wife's

00:06:21.060 struggle with cancer. So please join me in praying for our

00:06:25.000 friend, Scott Adams. This is Roger Stone. You're listening to The Stone Zone

00:06:28.900 right here on the Red Apple Audio Networks, and we'll be

00:06:32.920 right back.

00:06:37.620 The Stone Zone. Entertaining and

00:06:40.800 informative. On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:06:44.640 Welcome. You are re-entering the Stone Zone.

00:06:48.480 Well, it's a very familiar story. We call it judicial tyranny.

00:06:52.940 Once again, a federal judge has blocked the deployment of National Guard troops to the city of Portland by the Trump administration.

00:07:01.040 U.S. District Court Judge Karen J. Immergut, a Biden appointee, of course, issued a ruling on Sunday claiming President Trump has no authority to send the Guard into Portland,

00:07:11.940 extending a preliminary injunction against the Trump administration

00:07:15.820 after hearing three days of arguments in the state of Oregon versus Donald Trump.

00:07:21.420 This is, once again, government overreach by one branch of government.

00:07:25.340 I checked the Constitution this morning.

00:07:27.500 No place does it say that the executive authority to secure the safety of the American people

00:07:34.660 is vested entirely in the courts.

00:07:37.800 This is a classic case.

00:07:39.300 Once again, the same liberal judges who objected to Donald Trump arresting and deporting legals, the same federal judges who insisted he had no authority to negotiate new tariff deals for the United States.

00:07:55.740 This is the last line of defense because the president has a mandate voted for in the last election.

00:08:04.340 In this case, DOG attorneys have argued that the sustained violence from far left terror groups like Antifa against the ICE facility in Portland and that the presence of the Guard is also needed to secure the facility for ICE agents to be able to do their job and deport the illegals.

00:08:21.460 The courts, along with the local left-wing government and law enforcement of Portland, you can imagine how woke they are, are apparently sympathetic to Antifa and downplay the impact of violent agitators having in their efforts to impede law enforcement.

00:08:39.060 Law enforcement have essentially sat back and allowed Antifa to commit acts of terrorism against ICE, that is local law enforcement, with reports alleging that law enforcement are even helping to usher Antifa into safe houses that serve as bases for their terror attacks and plots against ICE agents who are merely doing their job.

00:09:02.680 I have written extensively that it may be time for President Trump to take a page out of one of his favorite president's book.

00:09:10.800 That would be Andrew Jackson.

00:09:12.700 Old Hickory circumvented the courts entirely.

00:09:16.480 In fact, all of the founding fathers had waited around for insulated, unelected, unaccountable, politically connected lawyers in robes to rubber stamp the revolution against the British.

00:09:27.300 We'd still be bowing to the crown.

00:09:30.240 President Trump needs to do whatever it takes, in my opinion, to restore order.

00:09:34.620 Antifa is not a figment of our imagination.

00:09:38.100 It is a violent terrorist group.

00:09:40.480 My question is quite simple.

00:09:42.860 If, like the former FBI director Christopher Wray, insists that they're not a group, who's paying for those pallets of bricks?

00:09:51.360 Who's paying for the flatbed trucks?

00:09:54.520 Who's paying for the buses bringing protesters to various locations?

00:10:00.780 Who's paying for the lawyers who immediately show up at the local jail in the rare occasion that these violent terrorists are arrested for their actions?

00:10:11.940 It is yet another example of judicial tyranny, but it's about delay.

00:10:16.560 You see, the left knows that once they get through a local left-wing trial court, and even if they get through a local appeals court, like the one in, say, D.C. or in New York, they ultimately will get to the U.S. Supreme Court.

00:10:34.020 And the Supreme Court have recognized the executive authority of Donald Trump to carry out the mandate of the last election.

00:10:43.020 Meanwhile, all eyes, of course, are on the New York City mayor's race.

00:10:47.940 This is a race which has caught the national imagination.

00:10:52.340 It is shocking, I think, for many people across the country to recognize that the old Democrat Party,

00:10:59.560 the party of Robert F. Kennedy, who was the U.S. senator from New York,

00:11:03.660 the party of his brother John F. Kennedy, who was a hard-line anti-communist,

00:11:08.340 communists, the party of Harry Truman, the president who is essentially the founder of the

00:11:13.340 state of Israel, has nominated a candidate who embraces a radical ideology that is not

00:11:22.260 simpatico with the history of New York. Put it another way, did you ever think that the once

00:11:28.200 great Democrat Party of New York City would select and endorse a candidate for mayor who

00:11:33.680 embraces the ideology of those who attacked the World Trade Center on 9-11.

00:11:40.360 The Democrats' candidate, Zoran Mamdami, very recently campaigned with one of the co-conspirators

00:11:48.540 in Iman, who was the head of a mosque, who was a co-conspirator, an indicted co-conspirator

00:11:55.660 in the bombings at the World Trade Center.

00:11:58.460 Now, Mamdami has campaigned with a transgendered rabbi that claims Mamdami is a fight for affordability and safety.

00:12:08.120 The ad was presented by Jews for racial and economic justice in some kind of attempt to make Mamdami seem more palatable to New York City.

00:12:19.180 This transgender rabbi, Abby Stein, who is rabidly anti-Israel and was even hauled out of a Biden White House event after protesting loudly against the state of Israel, was there appearing with Mamdami. 0.53

00:12:35.160 So this bizarre character is not representative of New York City Jews by any stretch of the imagination. 0.58

00:12:42.840 Meanwhile, Rabbi Angela Buchdahl, a major figure in the U.S. reform movement, expressed dismay in the rise of Mamdani and said it was a sign that New York City is becoming more hostile and unwelcoming to Jews.

00:12:57.180 Buchdahl specifically said, some fear that in the most Jewish city in the world, we're becoming strangers once again. 0.90

00:13:05.880 I share many of those fears.

00:13:07.800 Mayoral candidate Zoran Mamdani has contributed to the mainstreaming of some of the most abhorrent anti-Semitism, not only demonizing Israelis, but echoing age-old anti-Semitic tropes that Jews across the world are the root cause of all problems.

00:13:26.660 So it's true that Mandami wants to globalize the intifada, as he said, has said that Bibi Netanyahu, the leader of Israel, is a war criminal and has said he would support Netanyahu's arrest if he came to New York City, say for the United Nations.

00:13:46.380 He's expressed empathy towards the state of Israel, but none of these facts seem to cause the Jewish revolt among voters when it comes to Mamdami that you would expect.

00:13:58.900 It's really quite extraordinary.

00:14:01.380 Studying the polling, you see that Mamdami continues to win a plurality of Jewish voters in what was called the most Jewish city in the world.

00:14:12.620 I did get into a little tiff with Laura Loomer this week.

00:14:16.540 She's an old friend of mine.

00:14:18.540 Just because you disagree with her, particularly on matters at large, doesn't mean you're anti-Semitic.

00:14:25.940 To be very, very clear, I'm a strong supporter of the state of Israel.

00:14:29.960 I think the president made the right decision by launching the surgical strikes on the Iranians' nuclear weapons development program, as opposed to committing boots to the ground. 0.95

00:14:43.140 I do think the Muslim Brotherhood should be declared a violent, illegal terrorist organization and dismantled. 0.94

00:14:53.180 And I have extreme hostility to both Hamas and Hezbollah. 0.93

00:14:57.500 But I agree with President Richard Nixon, who said that an American president must always put America first.

00:15:05.720 Now, most of the time, as Nixon said, when you put America first, you are putting Israel first because our interests are so carefully aligned.

00:15:15.420 On the other hand, if you disagree with Ms. Loomer, well, that must mean you're an anti-Semite, which, of course, is categorically untrue.

00:15:24.720 Some have suggested that she's paid by the Mossad or by Israel to take the position she takes.

00:15:30.500 I've made no such claim.

00:15:32.340 I do think there are certain people who are funding some of her expressions on social media,

00:15:38.260 but I was never speaking specifically as others have about the Jewish people or Israel.

00:15:44.400 That's kind of the best way to sum that up.

00:15:47.040 Meanwhile, the Trump administration will end up paying half of the SNAP benefits.

00:15:52.320 SNAP used to be called food stamps.

00:15:54.720 they changed the name several years ago, Trump has come to a determination regarding these benefits

00:16:01.480 with the government shut down, telling a Rhode Island judge that they will be facing half of

00:16:06.640 the regular amount of SNAP benefits to recipients amidst this ongoing shutdown. The Trump administration

00:16:13.680 told Judge Jack McConnell in a court filing that they would not be raiding four billion dollars

00:16:20.680 from the Child Nutrition Program in order to make the full SNAP food stamp payments through

00:16:27.180 the month of November. SNAP, which is short for Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program,

00:16:34.500 gives food stamps to some 42 million Americans, showing exactly how the welfare state has spiraled

00:16:41.200 out of control in the age of big government. Obviously, some of the people who receive this

00:16:47.380 assistance desperately needed are in a position where they're unable to work and provide for

00:16:52.300 themselves. But Elon Musk proved in his Doge investigation and analysis of federal spending

00:16:59.740 that there has been not millions, not billions, but trillions of dollars of waste, fraud and abuse

00:17:07.540 in our federal spending. Right now, of course, the whole shutdown is centered around the fact that

00:17:12.700 the democrats want to add 1.5 trillion more in new spending the republicans who are not exactly

00:17:20.580 bold are prepared to let the government go forward at the current levels of funding when what is

00:17:26.760 really needed are deep deep cuts in wasteful federal spending the trump administration plans

00:17:32.860 now use 4.65 billion from a contingency fund that was appropriated by congress for november benefits

00:17:40.400 that will be obligated to cover 50% of the eligible households under the SNAP program.

00:17:47.660 This actually follows a precedent of previous presidential administrations

00:17:51.680 using this emergency contingency fund to help keep the SNAP program afloat

00:17:57.880 during this period of government shutdown.

00:18:00.740 Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, who I think is among President Trump's very best appointees,

00:18:06.280 a libertarian, an outside-the-box thinker, a supporter of gold, a man who I think in his heart of hearts would like to repeal the 1913 Federal Income Tax Act,

00:18:19.600 said that the SNAP benefits should resume as soon as this coming Wednesday.

00:18:27.260 This is the Trump administration solving a problem, again, that was caused by Democrats.

00:18:32.460 The Democrats are keeping the government shut down as a way to gain leverage, cause chaos in the country, and try to create pressure to force President Trump into greater wasteful spending.

00:18:44.540 This is what's causing the food insecurity of millions of people, depending on these SNAP programs.

00:18:50.840 The Democrats are proving they're not the party for the poor or the working people.

00:18:55.160 They just see poor people as pawns who can be exploited for their inside the beltway games.

00:19:02.400 Unlike previous government shutdowns, the polling shows that most people understand that this shutdown belongs to Senator Chuck Schumer of New York and that the president is not a man to trifle with.

00:19:17.340 I think it's highly unlikely that he will be the first to fold.

00:19:21.600 Again, President Trump acting against the stereotype of moving very quickly to try to get half of the food stamp benefits to those who really, really need them.

00:19:34.440 In the meantime, I grow increasingly tired of watching Democrats insist that because he supports the prosecution of New York's epically corrupt New York Attorney General Letitia James, because he's pointed out that Senator Adam Schiff has claimed full-time legal residence in two different states, something one cannot actually do under the law.

00:20:00.020 And because he insists on the prosecution of former FBI director James Comey for lying under oath to Congress about material matters like the Russian collusion hoax.

00:20:12.940 Beyond that, James Comey is arguing that he can't be prosecuted because he questions the authority of the U.S. attorney, Lindsey Halligan, who brought indictments against both he and Letitia James.

00:20:26.900 In other words, he doesn't want to argue with the substance of his criminal indictment.

00:20:31.700 This isn't about justice and revenge or retribution, folks.

00:20:36.140 It's about accountability and justice.

00:20:38.900 I'm Roger Stone, and I'll be right back.

00:20:42.320 And, of course, President Trump himself writing this past week on X, he says James Comey needs to be cuffed and perp-walked just as Roger Stone was.

00:20:52.640 Both Stone and Comey were indicted for making false statements to Congress.

00:20:55.980 And someone also had his house raided by armed SWAT team of FBI agents early in the morning while Comey was allowed to turn himself in at his leisure at a later date.

00:21:06.200 Equal justice.

00:21:07.440 Thank you, Mr. President, for recognizing the outrageousness of this moment.

00:21:12.120 It's interesting that the judge in my case said that I was not allowed to argue that I was selectively prosecuted or that the prosecution of me was politically motivated.

00:21:21.700 So will the judge in Letitia James' case in the Eastern District of Virginia reach such a ruling in her case as well?

00:21:32.100 Somehow, I rather doubt it.

00:21:34.620 See, there are different rules for Democrats.

00:21:40.500 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:21:47.680 Welcome back.

00:21:48.700 We're back in the Stone Zone.

00:21:50.120 Remember how they screamed when it was reported that President Richard Nixon had an enemies list?

00:21:55.360 It was actually John Dean, the White House counsel, who blurted that out on national television during the televised Watergate Committee hearings.

00:22:04.620 But it now appears that the Biden Justice Department had just such a list.

00:22:09.080 And yes, I was among those on it.

00:22:11.740 So where's the outrage from The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN, about the extra-constitutional DOJ operation called Arctic Frost?

00:22:22.020 There's no probable cause.

00:22:23.900 Americans were targeted for surveillance, harassment, and incarceration in a political operation designed to destroy the opposition to Joe Biden's administration.

00:22:36.700 Arctic Frost was not an investigation.

00:22:38.760 It was an atrocity disguised as law.

00:22:42.400 This was the conscious act of political terror and betrayal.

00:22:46.000 Imagine waking to the sound of 29 heavily armed FBI agents pounding on your door at 6 a.m.

00:22:52.800 Or your dog's terrified.

00:22:54.480 Your wife perp walked for CNN's camera crew.

00:22:58.180 Your privacy stripped away. 0.98

00:22:59.740 your good name obliterated by improperly motivated politicized hoodlums who have a fake indictment

00:23:08.180 indictment here imagine being illegally spied on bankrupted humiliated and vilified for standing

00:23:14.500 by your beliefs the entire investigation by special counsel jack smith was the greatest

00:23:22.380 single abuse of power since the russian collusion hoax itself the biden justice department kind of

00:23:29.360 true to form, just as they spied on President Trump's presidential campaign in 2016,

00:23:35.500 we played that earlier in the show,

00:23:37.820 has now been learned that they were spying on eight elected Republican U.S. senators.

00:23:43.780 This is a violation of the Separations of Power Act of the U.S. Constitution. 0.89

00:23:49.780 This is something you'd expect in Nazi Germany or Soviet Russia.

00:23:53.620 The governor actually admits that an excess oil is the polarity data

00:23:58.500 telling the FBI, the Justice Department, who to send these calls, when and for how long they take.

00:24:05.640 This is a monstrous violence for privacy and a direct result.

00:24:09.820 On the separation of powers, no warrants were filed to justify it.

00:24:13.940 There's no legitimate predicate to support it.

00:24:17.140 There was no probable cause.

00:24:19.080 This was a political hit job.

00:24:21.960 Nearly 100 Republicans or conservative linked groups, including myself,

00:24:26.300 General Michael Flynn, members of Congress like Congressman Scott Perry and others were targeted in this unbelievable operation.

00:24:37.160 The architects of Arc Cross deserve no sympathy.

00:24:40.240 They have no defense.

00:24:42.200 We should have known this was coming.

00:24:43.760 I remember seeing an interview with Joe Biden and they asked him how he felt about a rematch with Donald Trump.

00:24:49.420 This was shortly after Trump had announced that he was running again, but it was not clear that he would be the Republican nominee.

00:24:56.300 a nomination he won in a walk. Biden smiled broadly and said, we're not going to let him run.

00:25:04.860 That's precisely what they did. So Donald Trump had to overcome not only a re-election campaign,

00:25:10.880 a most improbable re-election campaign, but a tsunami of lawfare against him, which they tried

00:25:16.580 to destroy him financially, keep him off the ballot in 50 states, send him to prison, all in

00:25:24.880 the name of holding power.

00:25:27.380 Arctic Frost is the greatest

00:25:28.780 single scandal in American

00:25:30.880 history. It makes Watergate look

00:25:32.960 like a milk-fed puppy.
