00:01:12.060 Well, in breaking news, a federal judge dismissed the case against former FBI Director James Comey as well as New York Attorney General Letitia James.
00:01:24.740 The judge did so after determining that the appointment of U.S. Attorney Lindsay Halligan was unlawful.
00:01:31.080 Judge Cameron McGowan Curry, a Clinton appointee, is incorrect in her ruling.
00:01:36.980 This is called wrongly decided by lawyers, and this will clearly be appealed, or more precisely, the charges against both Comey and James will be refiled.
00:01:48.560 But I do want to point out the differences between my case and the case of FBI Director James Comey.
00:01:55.320 First of all, it's important to recognize we were charged with the exact same crimes, lying to Congress under oath.
00:02:03.660 In my case, no misstatement that I made to Congress was material.
00:02:08.680 In other words, I did say things that were incorrect.
00:02:11.940 Those mistakes were not willful.
00:02:13.360 And there was never any evidence or proof put forward by the government that I lied to cover any underlying crime.
00:02:21.560 Very different than the situation surrounding FBI Director Comey.
00:02:26.040 But in my case, 29 heavily armed FBI agents stormed my home in full SWAT gear,
00:02:34.120 wearing night goggles and brandishing fully automatic M4 assault weapons, terrorizing my wife and my dogs.
00:02:41.520 And of course, as most people know, there just happened coincidentally to be a CNN camera crew 25 feet from my front door.
00:02:51.800 James Comey, on the other hand, was allowed to leisurely turn himself in almost 10 days after charges against him were announced.
00:03:00.880 So what's with that?
00:03:03.460 And then secondarily, of course, a federal judge immediately gagged me.
00:03:08.060 So I was unable to defend myself on television, cable, radio, social media, the Internet.
00:03:15.260 Yet James Comey was been able to both he and his lawyer.
00:03:20.060 My lawyers were also gagged by the judge.
00:03:22.580 Both Comey and his lawyer, the incredibly incompetent Abby Lowell, were allowed to spin constantly in the wake of his indictment.

00:03:32.900 Why wasn't he gagged?
00:03:33.980 The judge, in my case, specifically prohibited my defense attorneys from raising the question of whether I had been selectively prosecuted or whether it was a political motivation in my prosecution.
00:03:47.260 But there was no such prohibition put on either Comey or Letitia James.
00:03:54.480 But what's even more interesting here is the fact that they knocked this case out, not based on the facts, not based on the evidence, not based on the charges, but based solely on a claim that Lindsay Halligan, who was appointed the interim U.S. attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia's appointment, was illegal.
00:04:17.480 Well, the problem with that is pretty simple.
00:04:20.220 Robert Mueller's appointment to be special counsel, we now know, was unconstitutional.
00:04:26.400 How do we know this?
00:04:27.420 Well, because the exact same fact pattern exists in the appointment of Jack Smith.
00:04:32.340 Federal court judge in Florida declared the appointment of Jack Smith unconstitutional because he was never confirmed by the United States Senate, because there was no law that established the special counsel's office to which he was appointed, and there was no appropriation for the funds to pay for his $30 million investigation.
00:04:55.160 That is, of course, that is, of course, identical to the facts surrounding the appointment of Robert Mueller.
00:05:00.760 Mueller was never confirmed by the U.S. Senate.
00:05:03.400 He was not a sitting U.S. attorney, just like Jack Smith.
00:05:06.880 There was no law in place that created the position to which he was appointed.
00:05:13.620 And, of course, there was no appropriation to pay for his witch hunt.
00:05:17.100 So, why do we throw out the case here against Comey and James, but the case against me was not thrown out?
00:05:28.020 We now know, based on the Smith decision, that Mueller's appointment was equally unconstitutional, even though an epically corrupt D.C. appeals court upheld the constitutionality of Robert Mueller's appointment.
00:05:40.400 That's the same court, by the way, when I appealed the unconstitutionality of the gag rule against me, because when you were charged with a crime, you don't lose your free speech rights.
00:05:51.260 It's a violation of your First Amendment right, which is very much intact, even if you are charged incorrectly or unfairly with a crime.
00:05:58.840 But the D.C. appeals court, which ruled very quickly when it came to the constitutionality of Smith's appointment, in my case, they sat on my appeal for eight months.
00:06:14.820 Eight months while The Washington Post and CNN pounded on me, calling me a Russian asset day in and day out.
00:06:21.600 Judge Amy Berman Jackson, every bit as corrupt and biased as Judge Cameron McGowan-Curry, insisted that I had to be gagged because my being allowed to defend myself in public could taint the jury pool.
00:06:40.820 If that's true, why did she keep the gag on me on place after I was convicted and before I was sentenced, and after I was sentenced, just before they were prepared to ship me to prison?
00:06:50.840 You see, we have a two-tiered justice system here, folks.
00:06:54.600 There's one set of rules for Bill Clinton and Barack Obama and Joe Biden and their appointees, and there are other rules for those who support Donald Trump.
00:07:05.980 So the truth is, this case, the case of Comey, is hard up against the statute of limitations, which runs out in January.
00:07:14.740 So whether a deputy in the Eastern District of Virginia could refile that case remains to be seen.
00:07:24.080 I think it's important to point out that the U.S. attorney who was in the Eastern District of Virginia,
00:07:32.000 and who was secretly preparing a 51-page memorandum to advocate for no charges being filed against Comey,
00:07:41.300 failed to disclose a shocking, stunning, and highly illegal conflict of interest, one that has only been reported here in the Stone Zone.
00:07:49.340 Let me get this straight.
00:07:50.200 U.S. attorney Eric Siebert, who was appointed by Donald Trump, but on the recommendation of liberal Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin,
00:08:00.460 who was approved by the two left-wing senators from Virginia, and ultimately confirmed, not by the U.S. Senate,
00:08:09.540 but by the federal judges of the district, that's how you know he's corrupt,
00:08:13.900 never disclosed that his father-in-law, his wife's father, was the godfather to James Comey's daughter.
00:08:23.240 Never disclosed that his father-in-law had worked for James Comey as a private attorney.
00:08:30.240 On that basis alone, frankly, Eric Siebert should be disbarred,
00:08:34.660 and I, among others, will file a formal complaint with the Bar Association in Virginia.
00:08:40.480 You see, when Trump learned of this outrageous conflict of interest,
00:08:45.980 and it became clear that Siebert was preparing to give his pal Comey a pass,
00:08:51.420 he replaced Siebert with Lindsey Halligan.
00:08:55.280 Lindsey Halligan was serving as the interim use attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia ever since.
00:09:00.200 Now, it is amazing to watch the media try to denigrate Lindsey Halligan.
00:09:08.500 She is extraordinarily attractive, but they keep calling her a beauty queen.
00:09:12.900 They keep calling her an insurance lawyer.
00:09:15.520 Actually, she graduated Kumasum Law Day from college.
00:09:20.300 She got her law degree at the age of 24, getting out of law school early.
00:09:24.700 She became a senior partner at a major Florida law firm where she headed their civil litigation practice,
00:09:34.180 and she's an expert very specifically on property and mortgage law.
00:09:39.540 Just because she's physically attractive, and trust me, she's a smoke show,
00:09:44.680 doesn't mean that she's either dumb or incompetent.
00:09:47.520 In fact, she's done an extraordinary job.
00:09:49.420 It doesn't really look like the Justice Department under Pam Bondi gave her very many resources.
00:09:56.920 So, what we have here was a political decision,
00:10:00.820 and the enemies of transparency have seized upon Halligan to try to help corrupt actors like James Comey
00:10:10.060 and Letitia James escape justice.

00:10:12.960 Today's ruling had nothing whatsoever to do with the facts or the evidence or the Constitution or the law.

00:10:33.240 She lied on every single mortgage document she signed in a 43-year period.

00:10:56.000 and she got a lower mortgage rate and insurance rate because she falsely claimed
00:11:01.200 that she would be a full-time resident in the Virginia property that she got a mortgage for.
00:11:06.820 That is the inescapable truth, but whether it's the Wall Street Journal or the Washington Post or the New York Times,
00:11:13.120 they don't want to look at the documents.
00:11:15.380 They just buy this argument that the prosecution of Letitia James is politically motivating.
00:11:23.220 It is a farce, and frankly, in all honesty, if I were a Republican member of Congress right now,
00:11:29.380 if I were a member of the House, I would get three or four of my colleagues,
00:11:32.680 and I would simply get this transcript, and I would file articles of impeachment against Judge Cameron McGowan Curry.
00:11:40.800 By the way, the judge referred to Lindsey Halligan, who is the interim U.S. attorney,
00:11:46.720 as a puppet from the bench the other day.

00:11:53.960 So I frankly think that we have co-equal branches of government in the country.

00:12:01.040 Nowhere does it say that the judicial branch is superior or higher than the legislative branch.

00:37:34.100 Loomer a couple weeks ago, and
00:37:35.820 she told me they are lost.
00:37:37.360 I don't believe that.
00:37:39.800 I think back to 1982, before
00:37:43.300 President Ronald Reagan's economic
00:37:45.540 plan brought us the greatest
00:37:46.840 growth in American history in the
00:37:49.060 last two years of his presidential
00:37:50.680 term, when many of the panicans
00:37:53.400 were freaking out about the
00:37:55.620 economy.
00:37:56.480 The point, of course, is that food
00:37:58.120 prices are down, but they're not
00:37:59.940 down enough.
00:38:01.940 In fact, food prices today are not
00:38:03.820 as low as they were the last year
00:38:06.080 that President Donald Trump left
00:38:08.380 office.
00:38:09.320 Gas prices are down, but they're not
00:38:11.300 down as low as they're going to go.

00:38:46.660 received a huge victory yesterday as the
00:38:49.440 U.S. Supreme Court issued a temporary
00:38:51.260 injunction that restores the congressional
00:38:54.000 maps passed earlier this year in Texas
00:38:56.720 that would give Republicans, based on
00:38:59.080 population, additional House seats.
00:39:01.220 Supreme Court Justice Sam Alito
00:39:02.740 granted a request by the state of
00:39:04.640 Texas to pause a court ruling that
00:39:07.080 would have restored the 2021
00:39:08.720 congressional lines pending a legal
00:39:11.520 challenge.
00:39:12.700 Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton,
00:39:14.560 who happens to be a friend of mine,
00:39:16.140 celebrated the victory and stated that
00:39:17.640 his office would look forward to
00:39:18.760 continue to press forward a case on the
00:39:21.300 merits.
00:39:21.660 President Trump is actually one who
00:39:23.720 called for Texas to withdraw its
00:39:25.160 congressional maps over the summer,
00:39:27.040 which, based on population changes,
00:39:29.180 would give Republicans five more seats,
00:39:31.400 but without using race as a basis for
00:39:34.680 redistricting.
00:39:35.980 California, under the leadership of
00:39:37.960 Gavin Newsom, rebutted with Proposition
00:39:41.200 50, which eliminates that state's
00:39:43.640 independent redistricting commission,
00:39:45.600 so lines could be drawn in a completely
00:39:47.520 partisan matter based on race, which passed
00:39:51.060 early this month, but Republican lawmakers
00:39:52.840 in that state are challenging that in
00:39:55.760 court.
00:39:56.580 Meanwhile, Republican lawmakers in states
00:39:58.300 like Indiana and Florida are talking
00:40:01.180 about redrawing their maps.
00:40:03.220 I believe Florida could gain as many as
00:40:05.840 three new states.
00:40:07.920 To the great ire of President Trump and
00:40:11.220 MAGA, Indiana Republicans seem to be
00:40:13.780 stalling on redistricting.
00:40:15.380 It shows the big difference between Trump-era
00:40:18.620 Republicans, who understand Stone's rules
00:40:21.180 that losers don't legislate, and are
00:40:23.680 willing to do, and others who are willing
00:40:25.580 to do what it takes to ensure that victory
00:40:27.000 and the old guard stand pat Republicans,
00:40:30.300 who are happy to lose and take crumbs with
00:40:33.200 honor, even if it means the Constitution is
00:40:35.440 destroyed by radical socialists, and those in
00:40:39.380 the Republican Party of Donald Trump, the
00:40:41.200 modern party that represents the working
00:40:43.480 people of America.
00:40:45.260 We must continue to push all of the states
00:40:48.640 who have had shifts in population to redo
00:40:51.460 their congressional redistricting to ensure
00:40:53.700 that Republicans get the fair number of
00:40:56.060 seats.
00:40:56.820 If you're thinking, well, the Democrats will
00:40:58.600 just do the same thing, sorry, they've already
00:41:00.440 done that long ago.
00:41:01.960 New York State has been districted on a
00:41:04.240 partisan basis, so has Illinois.
00:41:06.580 They're out of cards, folks, and if they have an
00:41:09.040 honest election, and the economy is as strong
00:41:12.080 as I believe will be in 2026, all of their
00:41:15.980 aspirations for revenge against Donald Trump,
00:41:19.420 because he's now suddenly holding people
00:41:22.460 accountable for their violations of the law
00:41:25.140 and the Constitution during the four years of
00:41:27.900 Joe Biden, in which they mounted the greatest
00:41:30.340 single assault on our Constitution, Operation
00:41:33.940 Arctic Frost, under the illegally appointed
00:41:37.320 special counsel, Jack Smith.
00:41:39.000 So it isn't about revenge or retaliation, it's
00:41:44.160 about accountability and justice.
