00:00:00.140 Did you know that St. Luke's University Health Network, based in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania,
00:00:05.700 has been recognized by the U.S. government as the highest performing health system in the United States for quality?
00:00:12.140 You heard right.
00:00:13.320 St. Luke's number one recognition affirms our status as the top leader among the most respected health care providers in the nation,
00:00:20.400 including Houston Methodist and the Mayo Clinic.
00:00:23.120 To state it simply, if you want to receive the best care when you go to a hospital, come to St. Luke's.
00:00:30.260 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:00:37.620 You are now entering the Stone Zone.
00:00:41.660 Well, the decision earlier this week by Judge Cameron McGowan Curry to dismiss the prosecutions
00:00:50.400 of both former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James proves
00:00:57.800 Yet again, that when you're dealing with a left wing activist, partisan judge, the Constitution, the law, the evidence, the rules, none of these things matter.
00:01:11.260 Judge Cameron McGowan Curry is not a judge. 0.99
00:01:13.840 She's a Democrat activist in a black robe.
00:01:17.460 Her decision, which was a technical one, that the appointment of Lindsey Halligan to serve as the interim U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia was a violation of 28 U.S. Code 546, a section on vacancies, is completely and totally wrong.
00:01:38.780 I don't know any lawyer I respect who thinks that this was a proper and just decision.
00:01:44.800 But since I'm not a lawyer, let's go to this terrific exchange between Laura Ingram at Fox and David Schoen,
00:01:52.440 who is, in my opinion, probably the most brilliant criminal defense and constitutional lawyer in the country.
00:01:59.760 Some of the procedural stuff here is in question, but you say this was avoidable. How so?
00:02:07.920 It was avoidable because, quite frankly, the Justice Department should have just put somebody in the room with Lindsey Halligan
00:02:14.580 and would have taken away all of the arguments for dismissal, quite frankly, based on all the decisions around the country.
00:02:20.260 I still don't think the decision is right, but it was avoidable in that sense.
00:02:23.320 I give Lindsey Halligan great credit, and she showed great courage here.
00:02:27.280 She looked at the facts and the evidence.
00:02:28.880 She saw that there was a wrong committed, and she got an indictment.
00:02:32.700 She was put in this position, and she should have had more support than she was given.
00:02:36.520 But it's not a major setback for the Trump administration or anything like that.
00:02:41.060 It was obviously it was going to happen.
00:02:43.760 But I think they're wrong in the arguments for a couple of reasons.
00:02:46.560 There are some pretty esteemed scholars, Steve Calabrese, Paul Cassell, who have explained why the courts just have it wrong with this.
00:02:54.800 Professor Calabrese says this section of the law, 546, is unconstitutional.
00:02:59.900 It invades the executive power.
00:03:02.300 And he cites a couple of recent cases that talk about the exclusive executive power.
00:03:06.520 and here to appoint a representative of the executive branch.
00:03:10.020 Cassell says it's constitutional, but that the president has the right to appoint successive interim U.S. attorneys,
00:03:16.240 or in this case, she could act as acting U.S. attorney.
00:03:18.680 We see in the case in California with Bilal Asali that he continued to go on as first assistant.
00:03:24.820 So, again, I give great credit to Ms. Halligan.
00:03:27.460 But the other point I would make here is this.
00:03:29.620 These are public figures.
00:03:31.020 First of all, the hypocrisy of the argument now, given the position these folks took with Jack Smith.
00:03:36.620 But in any event, putting that aside, these are public figures.
00:03:39.420 Why not deal with these cases on the merits?
00:03:41.480 They're going to have to sooner or later because they will be re-indicted.
00:03:44.540 And if you read the Ms. James indictment carefully, and of course, everyone's entitled to the presumption of innocence.
00:03:50.860 If you read it carefully, they have her coming and going if they can prove the allegations in the indictment.
00:03:56.720 First, she claimed a secondary home, which means she has to have certain personal use days, 14 days a year.
00:04:02.160 But in her tax schedule, according to the indictment, at least, she said zero personal days in the home.
00:04:07.700 I would ask questions like, did she have an insurance policy?
00:04:10.480 What did she put on her application? 0.76
00:04:11.860 Did she make a claim? 0.99
00:04:13.040 What was her capacity there?
00:04:14.260 I think that case is going to be a slam dunk, quite frankly.
00:04:17.340 Yeah, I find the decision to dismiss the case against former FBI Director James Comey, particularly vexing.
00:04:25.140 The reason I say that is because James Comey and I were charged with exactly the same crime.
00:04:32.160 I was charged with lying to Congress under oath, despite the fact that no misstatement I made was material,
00:04:40.160 meaning no misstatement I inadvertently made was either obviously willful, nor did it hide any underlying crime,
00:04:48.340 meaning there was no Russian collusion, there was no collaboration with WikiLeaks,
00:04:53.440 And this all came to to the public's eye only when a federal judge ordered the Justice Department to release special counsel Robert Mueller's full final report.
00:05:07.940 They had redacted the entire section about me.
00:05:11.400 They also refused to give that information.
00:05:13.560 Judge Amy Berman Jackson refused to give that exculpatory information to my defense attorneys at trial.
00:05:22.000 We wouldn't even know about it, but for a subsequent case in which BuzzFeed, of all people, sued the Justice Department, thinking that the final report would be embarrassing to me, when in fact all it really did was exonerate me.
00:05:37.100 The reason this is important, of course, is because we now know that the appointment of Robert Mueller was unconstitutional.
00:05:44.620 I say this because the appointment of Jack Smith, the special counsel, was found to be unconstitutional by Judge Eileen Cannon.
00:05:53.340 That's because Jack Smith, like Robert Mueller, was never confirmed by the U.S. Senate that there was no law establishing the position to which both of them were appointed.
00:06:05.720 And there was no funding to fund their massive multi-million dollar witch hunt.
00:06:14.180 So here is the two-tier justice system writ large. My prosecution by Robert Mueller was unconstitutional because his appointment was unconstitutional, and therefore he never even had the authority to indict me.
00:06:27.800 But now, in a case where very clearly the appointment of Lindsey Halligan, after the president found out that Eric Sieber, the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, had a massive conflict of interest, he had never revealed that his father-in-law, his wife's father, was the godfather to James Comey's children.
00:06:52.660 him on that basis alone candidly he should have recused himself and now in all honesty he should
00:06:58.660 actually be disbarred this is a larger fight here is judicial tyranny where the courts were loaded
00:07:07.880 up with highly partisan and corrupt judges under both barack obama and joe biden and they attempt
00:07:14.680 to continue to try to thwart the will of the american people in the last election a terrific
00:07:21.740 interview there by david shown i should point out that the two law professors he quoted professors
00:07:27.200 calabrese and casal neither one of them are trump supporters or republicans or conservatives
00:07:33.100 but they are highly respected constitutional experts this is a story we will be covering but
00:07:39.900 for anyone to believe that new york attorney general leticia james is now in the clear you
00:07:46.100 are sadly mistaken i think the statute of limitations will run out i think this was
00:07:51.120 done purposely. I think Eric Sieber slow walked the investigation and the questions regarding
00:07:57.680 James Comey, knowing that statute of limitations for his lying to Congress about the Russian
00:08:03.080 collusion hoax, material matters, would run out in early January. But Letitia James can run,
00:08:10.220 but she cannot hide. She has a 43-year record of mortgage fraud. I can say with total confidence 1.00
00:08:17.380 that every single mortgage application or attestation regarding her mortgages
00:08:23.440 that she has filed in her entire adult career is riddled with fraud.
00:08:28.100 If you don't believe that, you can go to whitecollarfraud.com.
00:08:31.540 The other thing that's fake here is that Eric Swalwell,
00:08:35.380 yet another one of the Democrats caught in mortgage fraud,
00:08:40.060 is now suing the head of the Federal Housing Finance Administration, Bill Pulte.
00:08:46.520 claiming that Potey accessed privileged records.
00:08:50.860 The problem with that, of course, is that all of the records
00:08:53.520 pertaining to mortgage fraud by Letitia James
00:08:56.600 or Senator Adam Schiff or Congressman Eric Swalwell
00:09:00.560 can be found online with anybody with a laptop and half a brain.
00:09:05.000 There are no government-protected documents here.
00:09:09.220 Bill Potey did the right thing.
00:09:10.860 He was sent online evidence of mortgage fraud,
00:09:14.520 And he referred it to the Justice Department for them to make a decision.
00:09:19.780 We'll be following this story very closely.
00:09:22.860 There's now a growing push for a retrial or a pardon for Derek Chauvin.
00:09:28.640 He was the Minneapolis law enforcement officer who was convicted of murdering serial felon and drug addict, George Floyd, 0.53
00:09:36.240 causing the entire country to go up in flames as the racial vengeance movement, Black Lives Matter,
00:09:43.140 took our nation hostage for many months. 0.92
00:09:46.280 Fifty current or former police officers from the Minneapolis Police Department
00:09:50.880 have come forward to attest that the maneuver he used with Chauvin,
00:09:55.460 placing his knee on Chauvin's upper back, was part of proper police procedure
00:10:00.540 and had been part of the Minneapolis Police Department's training program.
00:10:04.620 This, of course, contradicts the sworn testimony given by Minneapolis Police Department Inspector Katie Blackwell during Chauvin's kangaroo court trial, where his guilty verdict was engineered from the start.
00:10:18.860 And then, of course, there is the autopsy.
00:10:21.020 The autopsy shows that George Floyd died from a drug overdose.
00:10:26.320 It does not show that he died from the maneuvers of Officer Chauvin.
00:10:31.020 Now, Elon Musk and also my good friend Jack Posobiec have both been outspoken advocates in recent months for Chauvin to receive a pardon or at a minimum a retrial.
00:10:43.400 Chauvin, the former police officer, was brutally stabbed 22 times behind bars by a man who was once or perhaps is still an FBI informant.
00:10:53.740 But miraculously, he has survived his time, in my view, for Derek Chauvin to be vindicated and a stake to be driven through the false narrative of George Floyd and the lies about him once and for all.
00:11:08.860 This case is paramount for restoring the rule of law against the deceptions of DEI and multiculturalism.
00:11:16.920 I also want to thank the many listeners here at the Stone Zone who heard our show about the 62nd anniversary of the brutal murder of President John F. Kennedy and told us how much they liked it.
00:11:31.500 The facts remain the same.
00:11:33.380 If Lee Harvey Oswald killed John F. Kennedy, why then does the test conducted by the Dallas Police Department show that he has no powder burns or nitrate on his hands, his arms or his chest?
00:11:45.820 Why did the Dallas Police Department not even test the alleged murder weapon to determine whether it had been shot that day?
00:11:54.540 Why was the Warren Commission given artists' renderings instead of the actual x-rays and autopsy photos?
00:12:04.960 Why is it that the FBI sent out a telex on November 17th warning all the FBI stations in the country
00:12:12.600 about a plot in Dallas to murder President John F. Kennedy, a telex that would conveniently disappear?
00:12:20.060 And then last but not least, we now know that J. Edgar Hoover, then the FBI director,
00:12:25.280 informed the new president, Lyndon Baines Johnson, that the KGB, the Russian intelligence agency,
00:12:31.240 had conducted their own investigation into the murder of JFK.
00:12:35.660 And they concluded that the murderer, the ringleader of the murder, was Lyndon Baines Johnson himself.
00:12:43.740 I wrote a New York Times bestseller about it, The Man Who Killed Kennedy, The Case Against LBJ.
00:12:49.260 I feel entirely vindicated as more information has come forward
00:12:54.060 based on the investigation conducted by Congresswoman Anna Polina Luna in the House Committee.
00:13:00.920 You're listening to The Stone Zone right here.
00:13:03.240 I'm Roger Stone.
00:13:04.260 We've got more hot politics for you just around the corner.
00:13:07.160 So whatever you do, don't touch that dial.
00:13:13.640 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:13:20.640 Welcome back into The Stone Zone.
00:13:24.200 I think every American, regardless of their politics, Republican, Democrat, Independent, or even those who are non-political, should be praying for peace this holiday season.
00:13:37.440 It appears now that Ukraine has agreed to a modified peace plan based on the framework proposed by President Trump ahead of Thursday's Thanksgiving deadline.
00:13:48.020 Ukraine, it is reported, has now agreed to a 19-point peace plan, scaled down from President Trump's initial 28-point peace plan that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had problems with.
00:14:02.040 The plan still contains some provisions forcing Ukraine to cede some land to Russia and to shrink down their armed forces.
00:14:10.460 Frankly, Americans are tired of paying for a war started by the Biden administration in violation of the Budapest memorandum in which we, the United States, promised in a sworn and signed agreement with the Russians not to push Ukraine, which abuts Russia, into NATO.
00:14:31.980 It is only the actions of Joe Biden that started this war.
00:14:36.540 It has been made very clear by Vladimir Putin that this was his line in the sand.
00:14:42.860 Now it looks like peace may be at hand.
00:14:45.720 Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Special Envoy Steve Witkoff met with Ukrainian officials in Geneva to help broker the peace agreement.
00:14:55.320 Additionally, the United States Army Secretary Dan Driscoll reportedly had some talks with Russians in the United Arab Emirates yesterday to make sure that they're on the same page.
00:15:08.220 The Trump administration remains hopeful that they can bring both sides together.
00:15:12.900 It appears that the region is closer to peace than at any time since Donald Trump has come to office.
00:15:19.340 With Zelensky now embroiled in a massive scandal after some of his own top political coronies were exposed for embezzling over $100 million from an energy company that was being subsidized by you and I, the U.S. taxpayers, public opinion in Ukraine is rapidly turning against him.
00:15:39.860 Perhaps this is why Zelensky has repeatedly canceled elections.
00:15:44.660 So don't tell me this war is about preserving democracy.
00:15:49.340 because there is no more democracy in Ukraine than there is in Russia.
00:15:55.100 For those of you who say, oh, Stone, you're just a Russian sympathizer,
00:15:59.660 let me remind you, my relatives were mowed down and killed
00:16:03.880 by Russian tanks in Budapest in 1956.
00:16:09.420 My entire interest in American politics is based on support for anti-communism,
00:16:16.140 which was first awakened in me when I read a book called Conscience of a Conservative by Senator Barry Goldwater.
00:16:25.240 The fact that my wife Nidia is a Cuban-American and that her family lost everything to the brutal Castro regime
00:16:34.680 only galvanized my opposition to communism.
00:16:38.820 So I have no great love for the Russians or the Russian system.
00:16:42.640 But what I hate even more is the senseless killing, the hundreds of thousands of both Russians and Ukrainians who have been fed into a meat grinder because of the globalist ambitions of Joe Biden and his friends in NATO.
00:17:00.220 This peace deal could be Zelensky's very last chance to salvage his legacy and avoid public reprisal from his enraged people.
00:17:08.660 He would be wise to cut the shenanigans and make a deal for peace now before Donald Trump loses his patience and cuts Ukraine off entirely.
00:17:17.800 You're listening to The Stone Zone.
00:17:19.360 Whatever you do, don't touch that dial because we'll be right back.
00:17:26.720 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:17:33.840 Welcome back.
00:17:35.020 I can't tell you how much I appreciate those kind comments from Vice President J.D. Vance.
00:17:41.640 Well, if you go back and look about it, I correctly predicted that Joe Biden,
00:17:47.000 even though he was actively running, would not be the Democrat nominee for president
00:17:51.900 in the last presidential election.
00:17:54.800 I also incorrectly predicted that the nominee would be Michelle Obama.
00:17:59.980 But I wasn't entirely incorrect.
00:18:02.220 If you look at the gap in time between Joe Biden dropping out, Vice President Kamala Harris declaring her candidacy, and Barack and Michelle Obama finally endorsing Kamala Harris only after the House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has done so, outgoing Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer.
00:18:26.960 His days are numbered. And other big time Democrats, including Bill and Hillary Clinton, that's because Barack Obama was trying to persuade Michelle she would be the Democrat Party's best chance to hold the White House.
00:18:43.460 Evidently, she was not persuaded, but that doesn't mean she's out of the picture for 2028.
00:18:50.360 But frankly, I'm going to come up now right this instant with a new prediction.
00:18:56.560 I actually think the Democrat Party nominee for president in 2028 will be New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York.
00:19:08.380 Yes, I think the former bartender from Brooklyn is probably from the Bronx is believes that her time is coming.
00:19:17.320 New reports indicate that AOC is gearing up a campaign for the presidency in 2028, likely taking on challengers that could include former Vice President Kamala Harris, California Governor Gavin Newsom, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, and the Bolshevik billionaire J.B. Pritzker of Illinois.
00:19:42.560 J.B. Pritzker, this guy is so fat he has his own zip code.
00:19:46.440 I mean, I met J.B. Pritzker on the corner of 31st, 32nd, and 33rd Street.
00:19:53.640 And as the old joke goes, when J.B. Pritzker sits around the house, well, he sits around the house.
00:20:00.140 I think Laura Ingraham of Fox is absolutely correct when she warns Republicans they should not take AOC lightly.
00:20:07.500 There is a strain now in control of the old Democrat Party.
00:20:11.820 The Democrat Party of patriots like John F. Kennedy and Harry Truman is dead.
00:20:17.280 The term moderate Democrat is now an oxymoron when House Speaker Nancy Piglosi rushing into retirement and Chuck Schumer's days are numbered because his radical left caucus actually believes he's too conservative to lead the party.
00:20:36.420 First of all, from a mass-based marketing point of view, AOC could easily raise the millions of dollars that it takes to run for president, particularly if ActBlue, the online Democrat payment processing company, which is under federal investigation, which illegally raised millions and millions of dollars for New York Attorney General Letitia James coming from donors who don't exist.
00:21:04.700 or who, when they're contacted independently, say that they never gave such donations.
00:21:11.240 You'll be hearing more about that right here in the Stone Zone.
00:21:14.320 But Ingram is correct when she said that AOC is building one of the most powerful political operations we've seen since Obama.
00:21:22.560 It's not hyperbole, and there's no doubt, that AOC is actually formidable.
00:21:27.860 She's gone from being a punchline to a serious Democrat contender in virtually no time, 0.82
00:21:33.800 given the shift to the hard left within their party.
00:21:37.680 So if someone as extreme as Zoran Mamdani can win the mayoral race in New York City
00:21:43.880 over former Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo,
00:21:47.800 then I predict to you that AOC could quite conceivably win a national Democratic contest for the nomination
00:21:54.600 and then be a stronger general election candidate than some Republicans could ever fathom.
00:22:01.160 Meanwhile, Republican presidential contenders like Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, President Trump correctly called him Lion Ted, want to yank the Republican Party back to the bad old days of George W. Bush.
00:22:16.780 Those are the days when the Republican Party was the party of the financial elites, the party of Wall Street, the party of the country club.
00:22:24.660 Those days, my friends, are over forever.
00:22:28.000 Donald Trump has upended the old narrative.
00:22:31.500 Actually, before Donald Trump, every president we had was either a senator, a governor, a congressman, or a general.
00:22:38.860 We never had a business person as president.
00:22:42.440 The Republicans nominated Wendell Wilkie, a Wall Street utilities lawyer, for president in 1940.
00:22:48.240 And although he ran the best race of any of the four Republicans who challenged Franklin Delano Roosevelt, he still lost.
00:22:57.160 But the idea of the party going back to be the party of endless foreign war, the party of the deep state, as Senator Ted Cruz would prefer, that would be an electoral disaster.
00:23:11.380 Republicans have no choice, in my opinion, but to double down on the America First agenda and to offer a populist anti-establishment vision for our country if they want to remain relevant in 2028 and beyond.
00:23:26.560 Frankly, I think the public is sick and tired of traditional politics.
00:23:30.600 That doesn't mean they're socialists, but they will consider a socialist candidate if they believe they're an outsider and will fight corruption in Washington, D.C.
00:23:39.020 My Republican friends need to understand that the term socialist, which some might take as an epitaph, doesn't carry the negative connotations among voters they think it does if you look at unbiased polling.
00:23:52.540 Which is rather sad. When younger voters think socialism is preferable to capitalism or democracy, we see what our education system has done to the country.
00:24:05.900 In the meanwhile, those who support President Trump need to redouble their efforts.
00:24:12.340 I think there's a number of potential candidates, but in our party, Vice President J.D. Vance would have a very substantial leg up.
00:24:22.560 We are the party of hegemony, the party of the natural order of things, and we don't dump sitting vice presidents.
00:24:29.740 And J.D. Vance has done an outstanding job.
00:24:32.880 I think he doesn't get a lot of the credit that he deserves because, by design, vice presidents often are most effective behind the scenes.
00:24:44.240 Alternatives, of course, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who's gone from being a Ted Cruz and George Bush Republican to being one of the stars of Donald Trump's cabinet,
00:24:54.680 a man who I think is on the cusp of forging peace between Ukraine and Russia.
00:25:00.240 And, of course, my own personal favorite, the former Democrat, former Democrat congresswoman and now director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard.
00:25:09.880 So we have a heavy, heavy bench of potential presidential and vice presidential candidates. 0.99
00:25:17.300 Well, the Democrats have what I think are a flock of losers. 0.97
00:25:21.960 We shall see, but you can mark it now. 0.94
00:25:25.240 This was a day that Roger Stone predicted that AOC would be the Democrat candidate for president in 2028.
00:25:34.100 In the meantime, we hear that Doge, which was the highly effective operation run by Elon Musk, may not be dead after all.
00:25:46.600 It seems that the rumor of Doge's demise had been greatly exaggerated.
00:25:49.940 A recent report by Reuters, which is not really a news organization, but largely a propaganda front for liberal Democrats,
00:25:58.780 report that claims the Department of Government, officially Doge, a brainchild of Elon Musk,
00:26:05.840 that uncovered not millions, not billions, but literally trillions of dollars in waste, fraud and corruption,
00:26:14.540 and was shuttered eight months earlier, may be false.
00:26:19.160 Just this past week, Doge was hard at work eliminating 78 wasteful contracts for a total savings of $335 million to the U.S. taxpayers.
00:26:30.920 The fake news about Doge was often based on a misquote from Office of Personnel Management Director Scott Cooper in order to falsify an error of an attempt to brood dissent within the Trump movement.
00:26:45.340 Kubor made it clear that Doge may no longer have centralized leadership in Washington, D.C., but the Doge operation is now a permanent fixture within the entire federal bureaucratic apparatus.
00:26:57.800 I was pleased to see Elon Musk actually spending time with President Trump just the other day at the conference with the Saudis in Miami.
00:27:09.320 So the guiding principles of DOGE, deregulation, eliminating waste, fraud and abuse, reshaping the federal workforce and making efficiency a first class citizen must remain among the top priorities of this administration if they are to win the 2026 midterm elections and win the presidential election.
00:27:35.640 American people are tired of spending for waste, fraud, and corruption.
00:27:41.560 They're particularly tired of their tax dollars being weaponized against Americans
00:27:46.280 flowing through USAID for all kinds of political schemes.
00:27:52.380 The Office of Personal Management and the Office of the Management Budget
00:27:55.740 should now be tasked with overseeing the Doge Project throughout the government.
00:28:00.720 Doge remains a vigilant watchdog working for the taxpayers of the United States.
00:28:05.640 and it is time to bring Elon Musk back in the circle.
00:28:10.900 Meanwhile, President Donald Trump has unveiled the Genesis mission.
00:28:16.220 Donald Trump signed an executive order on Monday to create the Genesis mission,
00:28:20.680 which is a widespread initiative that is meant to facilitate scientific breakthroughs
00:28:25.860 using the power of artificial intelligence
00:28:28.080 and keep the United States at the forefront of these nascent technologies
00:28:33.020 competing against China, Russia, and other wannabe world superpowers.
00:28:38.840 Now, I think artificial intelligence is both very valuable and extraordinarily dangerous.
00:28:45.620 I can tell you that the January 6th committee showed videos of me saying things that I never said.
00:28:53.580 It only takes a simple AI detection software test.
00:28:57.620 We conducted three to show that these false videos and audios were created and sometimes merged.
00:29:06.480 I'd like to be able to prove that, but those on the January 6th committee destroyed all the records of their investigation before they lost power.
00:29:16.720 Speaking of the president's new initiative, Energy Secretary Chris Wright said with his pen today, President Trump signed a historic mission.
00:29:24.480 This is reminiscent of the Manhattan Project that brought World War II to an early and successful end, similar in scope to the Apollo Project that put a man on the moon in 1969.
00:29:35.740 It's an all-in national effort to take the powers of artificial intelligence and pair it with 40,000 outstanding scientists and engineers at U.S. national labs to use the world's largest supercomputers to advance innovation and science, to fix our rising energy costs, to give better economic opportunities for the average citizen, and to make longer and healthier lives possible.
00:30:01.240 So Donald Trump is going to harness the enormous power of artificial intelligence to the benefit of the American people.
00:30:10.660 AI is a powerful tool, and although there may be a bubble in the horizon in AI due to overinvestment in some of the markets,
00:30:18.620 there's no denying that its power to transfer the economy is very, very real.
00:30:23.940 Any government that is not investing in AI will quickly be left behind in the global marketplace.
00:30:30.600 President Trump's genesis mission could be the capstone of the America First agenda
00:30:35.620 that will prevent any other country from being able to surpass us.
00:30:40.500 There are exciting times ahead in this brave new world of technology,
00:30:44.320 but I do think very specific laws have to be passed to prevent the false identification of individuals.
00:30:54.180 They should not be able to make a video of Roger Stone or Barack Obama or Joe Biden or Donald Trump saying things that we never actually said.
00:31:04.240 So impersonation through the use of AI should, in my opinion, be very specifically against the wall.
00:31:10.980 As I predicted, the Epstein scandal has blown up in the face of Democrats spectacularly.
00:31:19.700 And now, after ranting and raving about full disclosure, after I met with President Donald Trump roughly 10 days ago, the president ordered the release of all of the Epstein materials.
00:31:33.020 Who's going to be embarrassed by this? No Republicans.
00:31:36.720 In fact, if anyone who's listening knows of any Republican who visited Epstein's Island, you can call me right now at 800-848-9222.
00:31:45.640 That's 800-848-9222 and tell me who that Republican is and cite your evidence.
00:31:52.240 I don't expect to hear my phone calling.
00:31:54.680 You're listening to Roger Stone right here in the Stone Zone and the Red Apple Audio Networks.
00:31:59.520 And if you love politics, whatever you do, don't touch that dial or leave us online because we'll be back with more.
00:32:10.400 The Stone Zone.
00:32:12.340 Entertaining and informative.
00:32:14.120 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:32:17.420 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.
00:32:20.400 For months, all Democrats could talk about
00:32:22.820 was the Epstein files.
00:32:25.360 They posed as crusaders for victims
00:32:28.160 and champions of transparency.
00:32:30.060 But now, after President Trump
00:32:32.200 called for passage of the discharge petition
00:32:34.780 that would release all of the Epstein files,
00:32:38.160 the Democrats have suddenly gone silent.
00:32:40.240 How can that be?
00:32:40.940 I can tell you because in 2015,
00:32:43.360 I wrote a book called The Clinton's War on Women.
00:32:46.460 I had, from sources, the FAA manifest showing me exactly who had traveled on Epstein's plane.
00:32:53.980 I also had Epstein's Little Black Book, which had been published in Europe,
00:32:59.840 in which his butler circled the names of those who had been involved in pedophilia.
00:33:06.600 There are no Republicans visiting Epstein's island.
00:33:10.020 The president who was closest to Jeffrey Epstein was Bill Clinton.
00:33:15.420 Bill Clinton visited Epstein's island on at least 13 occasions, was on his plane 26 times, according to the FAA records.
00:33:23.920 I know this because I read the sworn testimony of Virginia Roberts Dufresne, one of Epstein's victims, who refused a multimillion-dollar settlement in order to continue her lawsuit with Epstein.
00:33:40.620 We're told that she committed suicide only weeks ago, having interviewed her for six hours for my 2015 book and two three-hour sessions.
00:33:51.300 I don't think that's true.
00:33:53.920 Who are the other big-name politicos who visited Epstein's Island?
00:33:57.860 Well, there's Larry Summers.
00:33:59.480 He was Bill Clinton's Treasury Secretary.
00:34:02.840 He's been forced to step down as the head of Harvard.
00:34:07.440 Former U.S. Senator George Mitchell, the Democrat Majority Leader of the U.S. Senate,
00:34:12.780 he was on the island, too.
00:34:14.620 Now we learn the Democrats are finally sobering up and realize that it's their party
00:34:19.800 who will be most damaged by the revelations regarding Epstein.
00:34:23.040 We saw this in the example of Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett of the Virgin Islands, who was literally getting texted instructions from Jeffrey Epstein, who was in prison at the time, on questions to ask disgraced former Trump attorney Michael Cohn during an investigative House hearing.
00:34:42.940 And then, of course, his House Minority Leader, Hakeem Jeffries, the son of a virulent anti-Semite who was exposed for currying favor with Epstein, whoring himself out for donations after Epstein was convicted of being a sex trafficker and a pedophile.
00:34:59.140 So most of Epstein's correspondence show definitively that he hated Donald Trump, could not stand the man in his final years and was severely undermining the Democrats narrative that the two men were great friends and co-conspirators. 0.58
00:35:14.980 The new emails also expose a stinky Steve Bannon.
00:35:19.580 Steve Bannon had an extensive correspondence with Epstein, was actually giving Epstein public relations advice, coaching him on how to deal with the claims that he was a pedophile.
00:35:33.300 One particular exchange, he notes that I had attacked Epstein in a video in connection with his relationships with the Clintons.
00:35:41.540 and goes on to say that Epstein offered his close friend Steve Bannon use of his Palm Beach home
00:35:49.760 or his island, Lolita Express Destination Orgy Island, to which Bannon replied,
00:35:57.900 Thank you, brother. I ask you, who calls a convicted sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein brother?
00:36:06.420 So don't expect a renewed push by Democrats regarding Epstein.
00:36:09.940 they actually ultimately will hope that this issue goes away
00:36:14.080 but unfortunately for them
00:36:15.200 many many more revelations regarding Jeffrey Epstein
00:36:18.140 will be released in the months to come 0.89
00:36:19.900 they will be held to account for their dealings with this child sex predator 0.88
00:36:23.720 but again his closest friends 0.96
00:36:26.080 those who financed the Clinton Foundation
00:36:32.160 and the Clinton Global Initiative
00:36:33.920 were none other than Bill and Hillary Clinton
