00:01:11.760 Well, the decision earlier this week by Judge Cameron McGowan Curry to dismiss the prosecutions of both former FBI Director James Comey
00:01:24.520 and New York Attorney General Letitia James proves yet again that when you're dealing with a left-wing activist partisan judge,
00:01:34.260 the Constitution, the law, the evidence, the rules, none of these things matter.
00:01:41.240 Judge Cameron McGowan Curry is not a judge.
00:01:44.520 She's a Democrat activist in a black robe.
00:01:48.640 Her decision, which was a technical one, that the appointment of Lindsay Halligan to serve as the interim U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia
00:01:59.720 was a violation of 28 U.S. Code 546, a section on vacancies, is completely and totally wrong.
00:02:09.420 I don't know any lawyer I respect who thinks that this was a proper and just decision.
00:02:15.500 But since I'm not a lawyer, let's go to this terrific exchange between Laura Ingram at Fox and David Schoen,
00:02:23.100 who is, in my opinion, probably the most brilliant criminal defense and constitutional lawyer in the country.
00:02:29.820 Some of the procedural stuff here is in question, but you say this was avoidable.
00:02:37.360 How so?
00:02:38.800 It was avoidable because, quite frankly, the Justice Department should have just put somebody in the room with Lindsay Halligan
00:02:45.220 and would have taken away all of the arguments for dismissal, quite frankly, based on all the decisions around the country.
00:02:50.740 I still don't think the decision is right, but it was avoidable in that sense.
00:02:54.220 I give Lindsay Halligan great credit, and she showed great courage here.
00:02:57.920 She looked at the facts and the evidence.
00:02:59.540 She saw that there was a wrong committed, and she got an indictment.
00:03:03.360 She was put in this position, and she should have had more support than she was given.
00:03:07.280 But it's not a major setback for the Trump administration or anything like that.
00:03:11.680 It was obviously going to happen, but I think they're wrong in the arguments for a couple of reasons.
00:03:16.840 There are some pretty esteemed scholars, Steve Calabrese, Paul Cassell, who have explained why the courts just have it wrong with this.
00:03:25.440 Professor Calabrese says this section of the law, 546, is unconstitutional.
00:03:30.640 It invades the executive power.
00:03:33.240 And he cites a couple of recent cases that talk about the exclusive executive power,
00:03:37.280 and here to appoint a representative of the executive branch.
00:03:40.660 Cassell says it's constitutional, but that the president has the right to appoint successive interim U.S. attorneys.
00:03:46.840 Or in this case, she could act as acting U.S. attorney.
00:03:49.320 We see in the case in California with Bilal Asaley that he continued to go on as first assistant.
00:03:55.480 So, again, I give great credit to Ms. Halligan.
00:03:58.100 But the other point I would make here is this.
00:04:00.260 These are public figures.
00:04:01.660 First of all, the hypocrisy of the argument now, given the position these folks took with Jack Smith.
00:04:07.240 But in any event, putting that aside, these are public figures.
00:04:10.060 Why not deal with these cases on the merits?
00:04:12.120 They're going to have to sooner or later because they will be reindicted.
00:04:15.180 And if you read Ms. James' indictment carefully, and, of course, everyone's entitled The Presumption of Innocence.
00:04:21.500 If you read it carefully, they have her coming and going if they can prove the allegations in the indictment.
00:04:27.360 First, she claimed a secondary home, which means she has to have certain personal use days, 14 days a year.
00:04:33.140 But in her tax schedule, according to the indictment at least, she said zero personal days in the home.
00:04:38.260 I would ask questions like, did she have an insurance policy?
00:04:41.060 What did she put on her application?
00:04:42.540 Did she make a claim?
00:04:43.420 What was her capacity there?
00:04:44.900 I think that case is going to be a slam dunk, quite frankly.
00:04:47.980 Yeah, I find the decision to dismiss the case against former FBI Director James Comey particularly vexing.
00:04:56.160 The reason I say that is because James Comey and I were charged with exactly the same crime.
00:05:02.420 I was charged with lying to Congress, despite the fact that no misstatement I made was material, meaning no misstatement I inadvertently made was either obviously willful, nor did it hide any underlying crime, meaning there was no Russian collusion.
00:05:21.320 There was no collaboration with WikiLeaks, and this all came to the public's eye only when a federal judge ordered the Justice Department to release Special Counsel Robert Mueller's full final report.
00:05:38.440 They had redacted the entire section about me.
00:05:41.680 They also refused to give that information.
00:05:44.000 Judge Amy Berman Jackson refused to give that exculpatory information to my defense attorneys at trial.
00:05:53.140 We wouldn't even know about it, but for a subsequent case in which BuzzFeed, of all people, sued the Justice Department, thinking that the final report would be embarrassing to me, when in fact all it really did was exonerate me.
00:06:07.540 The reason this is important, of course, is because we now know that the appointment of Robert Mueller was unconstitutional.
00:06:15.260 I say this because the appointment of Jack Smith, the special counsel, was found to be unconstitutional by Judge Eileen Cannon.
00:06:23.980 That's because Jack Smith, like Robert Mueller, was never confirmed by the U.S. Senate that there was no law establishing the position to which both of them were appointed,
00:06:36.340 and there was no funding to fund their massive multi-million dollar witch hunt.
00:06:45.140 So here is the two-tier justice system writ large.
00:06:48.940 My prosecution by Robert Mueller was unconstitutional because his appointment was unconstitutional,
00:06:55.660 and therefore he never even had the authority to indict me.
00:06:58.440 But now, in a case where, very clearly, the appointment of Lindsey Halligan, after the president found out that Eric Siebert,
00:07:08.300 the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, had a massive conflict of interest,
00:07:14.660 he had never revealed that his father-in-law, his wife's father, was the godfather to James Comey's children.
00:07:23.300 On that basis alone, candidly, he should have recused himself, and now, in all honesty, he should actually be disbarred.
00:07:32.220 This is a larger fight here, it is judicial tyranny, where the courts were loaded up with highly partisan and corrupt judges
00:07:41.300 under both Barack Obama and Joe Biden, and they attempt to continue to try to thwart the will of the American people in the last election.

00:07:54.200 I should point out that the two law professors he quoted, Professors Calabrese and Casal,
00:07:59.800 neither one of them are Trump supporters or Republicans or conservatives,
00:08:04.080 but they are highly respected constitutional experts.
00:08:08.300 This is a story we will be covering, but for anyone to believe that New York Attorney General Letitia James is now in the clear,

00:08:22.740 I think Eric Sieber slow walked the investigation and the questions regarding James Comey,
00:08:29.480 knowing that statute of limitations for his lying to Congress about the Russian collusion hoax,

00:08:38.420 But Letitia James can run, but she cannot hide.
00:08:42.420 She has a 43-year record of mortgage fraud.
00:08:46.180 I can say with total confidence that every single mortgage application or attestation regarding her mortgages
00:08:54.080 that she has filed in her entire adult career is riddled with fraud.

00:09:02.180 The other thing that's fake here is that Eric Swalwell, yet another one of the Democrats caught in mortgage fraud,
00:09:10.700 is now suing the head of the Federal Housing Finance Administration, Bill Pote,
00:09:17.700 claiming that Pote accessed privileged records.
00:09:21.380 The problem with that, of course, is that all of the records pertaining to mortgage fraud by Letitia James
00:09:27.240 or Senator Adam Schiff or Congressman Eric Swalwell can be found online with anybody with a laptop and half a brain.
00:09:36.020 There are no government-protected documents here.
00:09:39.860 Bill Pote did the right thing.
00:09:41.440 He was sent online evidence of mortgage fraud,
00:09:45.500 and he referred it to the Justice Department for them to make a decision.

00:09:59.300 He was the Minneapolis law enforcement officer who was convicted of murdering serial felon and drug addict,
00:10:06.220 George Floyd, causing the entire country to go up in flames as the racial vengeance movement,
00:10:12.620 Black Lives Matter, took our nation hostage for many months.
00:10:16.300 50 current or former police officers from the Minneapolis Police Department have come forward to attest
00:10:23.600 that the maneuver he used with Chauvin, placing his knee on Chauvin's upper back,
00:10:28.620 was part of proper police procedure and had been part of the Minneapolis Police Department's training program.
00:10:35.260 This, of course, contradicts the sworn testimony given by Minneapolis Police Department Inspector Katie Blackwell
00:10:42.600 during Chauvin's kangaroo court trial, where his guilty verdict was engineered from the start.
00:10:49.500 And then, of course, there is the autopsy.
00:10:51.660 The autopsy shows that George Floyd died from a drug overdose.
00:10:56.960 It does not show that he died from the maneuvers of Officer Chauvin.
00:11:01.660 Now, Elon Musk and also my good friend Jack Posobiec have both been outspoken advocates in recent months
00:11:09.260 for Chauvin to receive a pardon or, at a minimum, a retrial.
00:11:13.980 Chauvin, the former police officer, was brutally stabbed 22 times behind bars by a man who was once,
00:11:21.660 or perhaps is still an FBI informant, but miraculously he has survived.
00:11:27.300 It's time, in my view, for Derek Chauvin to be vindicated and a stake to be driven through the false narrative of George Floyd
00:11:36.180 and the lies about him once and for all.
00:11:39.500 This case is paramount for restoring the rule of law against the deceptions of DEI and multiculturalism.

00:20:18.080 New reports indicate that AOC is gearing up a campaign for the presidency in 2028,
00:20:25.440 likely taking on challengers that could include former Vice President Kamala Harris,
00:20:31.620 California Governor Gavin Newsom, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer,
00:20:36.420 and the Bolshevik billionaire J.B. Pritzker of Illinois.
00:20:43.320 J.B. Pritzker, this guy is so fat he has his own zip code.
00:20:47.820 I mean, I met J.B. Pritzker on the corner of 31st, 32nd, and 33rd Street.
00:20:53.800 And as the old joke goes, when J.B. Pritzker sits around the house, well, he sits around the house.
00:21:00.980 I think Laura Ingraham of Fox is absolutely correct when she warns Republicans they should not take AOC lightly.

00:21:12.920 The Democrat Party of patriots like John F. Kennedy and Harry Truman is dead.

00:22:15.540 But Ingram is correct when she said that AOC is building
00:22:18.440 one of the most powerful political operations we've seen since Obama.
00:22:23.320 It's not hyperbole, and there's no doubt that AOC is actually formidable.
00:22:28.620 She's gone from being a punchline to a serious Democrat contender
00:22:33.060 in virtually no time, given the shift to the hard left within their party.
00:22:38.420 So if someone as extreme as Zoran Mamdani can win the mayoral race in New York City
00:22:44.640 over former Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo,
00:22:48.580 then I predict to you that AOC could quite conceivably win a national Democratic contest for the nomination
00:22:55.360 and then be a stronger general election candidate than some Republicans could ever fathom.
00:23:01.920 Meanwhile, Republican presidential contenders like Senator Ted Cruz of Texas,
00:23:07.700 President Trump correctly called him Lion Ted,
00:23:11.460 want to yank the Republican Party back to the bad old days of George W. Bush.
00:23:17.540 Those were the days when the Republican Party was the party of the financial elites,
00:23:21.860 the party of Wall Street, the party of the country club.
00:23:25.420 Those days, my friends, are over forever.
00:23:27.920 Donald Trump has upended the old narrative.
00:23:32.440 Actually, before Donald Trump, every president we had was either a senator,
00:23:36.800 a governor, a congressman, or a general.
00:23:39.620 We never had a business person as president.
00:23:43.200 The Republicans nominated Wendell Wilkie, a Wall Street utilities lawyer, for president in 1940.
00:23:49.440 And although he ran the best race of any of the four Republicans
00:23:53.560 who challenged Franklin Delano Roosevelt, he still lost.
00:23:57.980 But the idea of the party going back to be the party of endless foreign war,
00:24:03.340 the party of the deep state, as Senator Ted Cruz would prefer,
00:24:09.860 that would be an electoral disaster.
00:24:12.480 Republicans have no choice, in my opinion, but to double down on the America First agenda
00:24:18.160 and to offer a populist, anti-establishment vision for our country
00:24:23.080 if they want to remain relevant in 2028 and beyond.
00:24:27.320 Frankly, I think the public is sick and tired of traditional politics.
00:24:31.340 That doesn't mean they're socialists, but they will consider a socialist candidate
00:24:35.140 if they believe they're an outsider and will fight corruption in Washington, D.C.
00:24:39.680 My Republican friends need to understand that the term socialist,
00:24:44.080 which some might take as an epitaph,
00:24:46.660 doesn't carry the negative connotations among voters they think it does
00:24:50.860 if you look at unbiased polling, which is rather sad.
00:24:55.360 When younger voters think socialism is preferable to capitalism or democracy,
00:25:00.880 we see what our education system has done to the country.
00:25:06.120 In the meanwhile, those who support President Trump need to redouble their efforts.
00:25:13.660 I think there's a number of potential candidates,
00:25:16.940 but in our party, Vice President J.D. Vance would have a very substantial leg up.
00:25:23.320 We are the party of hegemony, the party of the natural order of things,
00:25:27.660 and we don't dump sitting vice presidents, and J.D. Vance has done an outstanding job.
00:25:33.640 I think he doesn't get a lot of the credit that he deserves,
00:25:37.600 because by design, vice presidents often are most effective behind the scenes.
00:25:45.040 Alternatives, of course, Secretary of State Marco Rubio,
00:25:48.800 who's gone from being a Ted Cruz and George Bush Republican
00:25:52.060 to being one of the stars of Donald Trump's cabinet,
00:25:55.440 a man who I think is on the cusp of forging peace between Ukraine and Russia,
00:26:01.000 and, of course, my own personal favorite,
00:26:03.560 the former Democrat Congresswoman and now Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.

00:35:45.440 I had, from sources, the FAA manifest showing me exactly who had traveled on Epstein's plane.
00:35:53.600 I also had Epstein's little black book, which had been published in Europe, in which his butlers circled the names of those who had been involved in pedophilia.

00:36:09.740 The president who was closest to Jeffrey Epstein was Bill Clinton.
00:36:15.040 Bill Clinton visited Epstein's island on at least 13 occasions.

00:36:23.520 I know this because I read the sworn testimony of Virginia Roberts-Jufresne, one of Epstein's victims, who refused a multimillion-dollar settlement in order to continue her lawsuit with Epstein.
00:36:40.240 We're told that she committed suicide only weeks ago, having interviewed her for six hours for my 2015 book and two three-hour sessions.

00:36:53.520 Who are the other big-name politicos who visited Epstein's island?

00:36:59.100 He was Bill Clinton's Treasury Secretary.

00:37:07.060 Former U.S. Senator George Mitchell, the Democrat Majority Leader of the U.S. Senate.

00:37:14.240 Now we learn the Democrats are finally sobering up and realize that it's their party who will be most damaged by the revelations regarding Epstein.
00:37:22.660 We saw this in the example of Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett of the Virgin Islands, who was literally getting texted instructions from Jeffrey Epstein, who was in prison at the time,
00:37:34.820 on questions to ask disgraced former Trump attorney Michael Cohn during an investigative House hearing.
00:37:42.560 And then, of course, his House Minority Leader, Hakeem Jeffries, the son of a virulent anti-Semite, who was exposed for currying favor with Epstein,
00:37:52.400 whoring himself out for donations after Epstein was convicted of being a sex trafficker and a pedophile.
00:37:58.760 So most of Epstein's correspondence show definitively that he hated Donald Trump, could not stand the man in his final years and was severely undermining the Democrats' narrative that the two men were great friends and co-conspirators.
00:38:14.580 The new emails also expose Stinky Steve Bannon.
00:38:19.140 Steve Bannon had an extensive correspondence with Epstein, was actually giving Epstein public relations advice, coaching him on how to deal with the claims that he was a pedophile.
00:38:32.260 One particular exchange, he notes that I had attacked Epstein in a video in connection with his relationships with the Clintons,
00:38:41.800 and goes on to say that Epstein offered his close friend Steve Bannon use of his Palm Beach home or his island,
00:38:51.460 Lolita Express Destination Orgy Island, to which Bannon replied,
00:38:57.520 Thank you, brother. I ask you, who calls a convicted sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein, brother?
00:39:05.940 So don't expect a renewed push by Democrats regarding Epstein.
00:39:10.100 They actually ultimately will hope that this issue goes away, but unfortunately for them,
00:39:15.240 many, many more revelations regarding Jeffrey Epstein will be released in the months to come.
00:39:19.980 They will be held to account for their dealings with this child's sex predator.
00:39:23.340 But again, his closest friends, those who financed the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative,
00:39:34.140 were none other than Bill and Hillary Clinton.
