00:00:00.000 The Stone Zone with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit
00:00:11.960 Roger Stone. Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.
00:00:17.660 He is a New York Times bestselling author and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald
00:00:22.380 Trump. As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts,
00:00:27.280 spoken at countless venues, and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union
00:00:31.880 and the Cambridge Union Society. Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural
00:00:36.860 arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon. And now, here's your host, Roger Stone.
00:00:47.300 Welcome back, folks. I'm Roger Stone, and you are yet again in the Stone Zone.
00:00:53.200 Something happening in America. It is a seismic political shift when Donald Trump, a former
00:01:01.000 president, gets 100,000, roughly, people to a rally on the New Jersey shore. New Jersey,
00:01:09.420 a state which eluded Donald Trump in both 2016 and in 2020. There's a shift going on across
00:01:17.860 America among younger voters, among black voters, among Hispanic voters, among Asian voters, really
00:01:26.720 among all voters, because the strategy of lawfare against Donald Trump is backfiring very badly.
00:01:37.800 Here to help break this down is my co-host, Troy Smith, the editor-in-chief at Slingshot.news.
00:01:45.860 Roger, excited to be here today, and as always, it's an honor.
00:01:50.560 So I see this major shift going on in the urban areas of America, and that's why I thought to
00:01:57.540 invite my friend Derek Gibson. He is a black American, a strong and articulate supporter of
00:02:06.580 President Donald Trump. He is at ground zero right there at New York City, where this travesty of a trial
00:02:13.940 is taking place. So Derek Gibson joins us now in the Stone Zone.
00:02:20.880 Good morning, Roger, and to your co-host. I am honored to be here today.
00:02:26.240 I'm very, very pleased you could make this on short notice. When I was going through some graphics,
00:02:33.220 I noticed that there's a big, big rally coming up on the 18th in New York, where black patriots are going
00:02:42.920 to be gathering for Donald Trump. I noticed that you were one of the speakers, and that's exactly why
00:02:51.060 I wanted to have you on. So Derek, what's going on in black America? Why are more and more black
00:02:58.720 Americans, people of color, including Hispanics and all Americans, seem to be moving very quickly
00:03:06.440 towards Donald Trump?
00:03:09.020 Well, Roger, as you can see, and probably as you know, the country is being, I would say,
00:03:15.020 invaded by illegal aliens. I am not politically correct, so I won't say illegal immigrants.
00:03:20.660 They are illegal aliens. And the black community has woken up to that they are being replaced.
00:03:26.500 And who are there being replaced by? The illegal aliens coming here. And who is doing it? The
00:03:32.880 Democratic Party that blacks have been loyal to for 80 years, and they have been overlooked and never
00:03:39.880 had a chance at getting an opportunity to get a piece of the American dream. So this is why
00:03:45.020 our community is waking up and saying this is enough. I think the illegal alien open border that
00:03:52.840 the Democrat Party is running actually opened the eyes up for a lot of people in my community. And
00:03:57.880 it's a lot of talk going around how we've been being replaced by illegal aliens. They are coming
00:04:03.080 straight to our communities, and they are taking our tax dollars. As you know, we are taxpaying
00:04:09.180 citizens in America, also the black community.
00:04:12.720 Well, in New York City, the city is actually spending $53 million for preloaded credit cards for
00:04:20.380 illegals. Meanwhile, they're cutting services like law enforcement, like sanitation, like health care,
00:04:28.280 like education. In New York State, state law requires the state to provide social services for
00:04:35.300 people who are here illegally. A former U.S. senator, a Democrat, I might add, that I spoke to
00:04:41.840 yesterday made an excellent point in which he said there's a growing unhappiness in the black
00:04:48.840 community about the fact that the affordable housing that does exist is going to illegals. It
00:04:55.120 isn't going to American citizens. I think this is one of the great understated issues. Affordable
00:05:01.840 housing is a key issue in this next presidential campaign, and nowhere is the problem more acute
00:05:08.820 than in the black community. Troy, do you have a question for Derek?
00:05:13.200 Absolutely. So what is the difference that you see between things under President Barack Obama and
00:05:20.260 now under Joe Biden? Is it really just the contrast of the Trump administration that's in there? Or is
00:05:25.320 this a pattern of betrayal by the Democrats? I try and thank you for that, man, because, you know,
00:05:31.300 we have been pondering back and forth about Barack Obama's presidency and what actually did he do
00:05:37.520 tangible for the black men, which I saw absolutely nothing, which I knew he wasn't going to do anything
00:05:42.520 because he ran around America. Yes, we can. Yes, we can. Bullshit. And he never, ever tried to do
00:05:48.940 anything to uplift the black community in America. So Roger is correct. These people are coming here
00:05:54.820 taking housing and as black Americans, black veterans that have fought for America, not only black,
00:06:01.160 it's whites also, and other people that are here that are veterans, and they are being put to the back
00:06:06.280 of the line on housing and everything else. So our question, the Black Lives Matter painting
00:06:12.500 that is, was painted in front of Trump Tower. I was there when Aaron Sharpton and Bill de Blasio
00:06:18.640 was taking part in painting. So I questioned him and I say, this is nothing tangible. President Trump
00:06:25.320 has given us tangible things. He's not paying names on the street of Black Lives Matter, so forth and so
00:06:30.340 on. And we're the one actually that painted over that mess in front of Trump Tower there on Fifth
00:06:35.640 Avenue. We were having none of them. And I was like, we got, so this is a black guy's land right
00:06:40.100 there. He's homeless. And you're spending $15,000 pearl painting on a street. And when that money could
00:06:46.280 have went to this guy to help him get off of the street. So the thing, the difference between the
00:06:50.540 Democratic Party, Barack Obama administration on down is that President Trump came in with an open heart and
00:06:58.160 an open mind as a businessman. And he offered tangible things to our community. He also was trying to
00:07:03.840 correct the three-strike thing that incarcerated a lot of Blacks for selling drugs and gave them life
00:07:11.260 in prison. He took that from Obama, which Obama didn't run it through. And he started, first step
00:07:16.640 act, he started releasing, you know, most of the affected Black people from that. Then he came up with
00:07:21.880 Opportunity Zone, which was very heartfelt for the Black community, but white,
00:07:27.640 some whites got behind the Blacks. So I was approaching myself to do Opportunity Zones,
00:07:33.300 but it was going to benefit a white person. So it got hijacked and President Trump found out about
00:07:37.920 that. And this is why Opportunity Zone was canceled. Then he went to the Platinum Plan so we could
00:07:42.620 actually, you know, uplift the Black community. As a businessman, I hate to go so long, but as a
00:07:48.900 businessman, I benefited from President Trump policies. They were great. Black business increased
00:07:55.300 under President Trump 400 and about 50 percent while he was in office. So President Trump had
00:08:00.400 tangible things going on for Black Americans. And Barack Obama, back to him, this dude actually
00:08:07.420 did things for the big corporations, like when he bailed them out instead of bailing the American
00:08:12.940 people out. He did for the LGBT community, and he did absolutely nothing to uplift my Black community.
00:08:20.360 When I say Black community, I'm speaking of the Black foundation of America, that ancestors of
00:08:26.720 slaves in this country, that has been trampled on and left out. And we're sick of it. We are tired of it.
00:08:33.480 So I'm glad things did happen, per se, like they have happened under Biden to expose the corruption
00:08:40.080 and how we have left Black Americans out.
00:08:42.620 Yeah, it was fairly shocking last week to see President Biden give the Congressional Medal of
00:08:50.820 Honor to James Clyburn, a veteran African-American congressman from South Carolina. Now, Clyburn very
00:08:58.020 famously bailed Biden out in the 2020 primary in South Carolina. So in a way, perhaps it was payback.
00:09:07.420 But my question is really simple. Could Congressman Clyburn be unaware of the fact that it was Joe Biden who
00:09:14.360 actually wrote the 1994 crime bill, which is the law that includes the harsh mandatory penalties for the
00:09:25.120 first-time nonviolent crime of possession of small amounts of drugs for personal use? And this law has been
00:09:33.860 used to unfairly incarcerate hundreds of thousands, if not millions at this point, of Black people and poor
00:09:41.440 people, people who belong in drug treatment programs, not in incarceration. But that same law has harsher
00:09:52.000 mandatory penalties if you're caught possessing rock cocaine than if you are caught possessing powdered
00:09:59.240 cocaine. How could that be? Well, could it be because rich white lawyers are the ones snorting
00:10:05.060 white cocaine and poor people, Black people, people with less economic means are the ones using rock
00:10:14.020 cocaine? That is a perfect example of the racism of Joe Biden. Or perhaps James Clyburn was unaware of the
00:10:22.460 fact that Joe Biden got elected to the Senate by opposing the integration of the Wilmington, Delaware
00:10:28.780 school system. He told the Wilmington Journal that if the schools were desegregated, they would be
00:10:35.900 quote, a jungle. And I don't want my daughter going to school in a jungle. It's a direct quote from the
00:10:42.440 Wilmington Journal. If that isn't the dog whistle, Derek, what is the dog whistle?
00:10:48.380 And you're correct. That is a dog whistle. James Clyburn is well aware of all the things that Joe Biden
00:10:54.180 have done and standing with the Klansman back in the day. I can't even think his name right now.
00:10:59.720 So much. But he heard. Right. Correct. Berg Berg standing with the Klansman. And yes,
00:11:04.920 he co-hosts Rick wrote the street strike law that incarcerated so many people of my people.
00:11:12.080 And you're right. There's soft powder. That was a no, no. But the rock cocaine that the Black community
00:11:17.340 was basically pushing. I don't support none of this with the drugs, period. Was pushing.
00:11:22.300 They looked at that. And this was a way to trap the Black community. This is a way to make you a
00:11:28.080 fellow so you can't take part in the political arena. So James Clyburn, along with the NAACP,
00:11:35.080 along with the so-called Black Caucus in D.C., is anything but a Black Caucus. They don't have
00:11:40.800 the agenda of the Black community behind them at all. They need to be disbanned and ran out of town,
00:11:45.900 as far as I'm concerned, because they have sold the Black community down the creek for decades.
00:11:50.940 And we are no longer listening. And I said to the old heads, I'm going to hold my damn self,
00:11:54.600 but I'm not old in the mind like they are. So Clyburn took that money from the DNC to come out and
00:12:02.520 support President Rice. I would say resident, like my friend in Chicago said, Jim Crow Joe. And I love
00:12:10.840 that name, Jim Crow Joe. So he was paid to do that. And he took that because he had no moral
00:12:16.600 standings at all, called himself a Christian. If he had moral standings, he would not have supported
00:12:22.120 Joe Biden for this. And I'm going to go ahead and just say this. Joe Biden was not legally elected
00:12:28.060 to the United States. That's why I called him a resident to the United States President's office.
00:12:32.540 This man was appointed and he was put there in office to get rid of President Trump.
00:12:37.880 And the Democrat Party has never, ever had the best interests of my community at heart. If they did,
00:12:44.020 they wouldn't dangle cheese like we hamsters in a cage every four years or every two years in the
00:12:49.560 election. They dangle their little cheese. They give our women apartments and said a man can't live
00:12:55.920 there. And that is purposefully to break the foundation. Without the dad in the home, the foundation
00:13:00.580 is broken. These are the things that they are doing while they are tricking my community. And
00:13:06.060 it takes away from our values. Our kids get trapped off into the system. They even fight and kill their
00:13:15.060 mothers. So it's a system that's set up to keep my community in poverty. And President Trump came along
00:13:23.180 and said, what you have to lose? And the black community got mad about a man telling the truth.
00:13:27.300 What the hell? You don't have a damn bank. You don't have any businesses. You barely have a home.
00:13:32.000 Nothing. So President Trump was relating to us in 2016. I said, this guy has no way of winning the
00:13:39.180 election because I say he's been set up appointed presidents forever. I was already on that page.
00:13:44.560 And Hillary Clinton was going to get it. But I think what happened is the system got overwhelmed
00:13:48.880 because they actually thought like me that he has no chance of winning. And they were shocked.
00:13:53.620 And this is why you're dragging him off lawfare right now today.
00:13:57.460 All right, folks, if you're just tuning in, this is The Stone Zone with Roger Stone,
00:14:02.000 Troy Smith, my co-host, and Derek Gibson, our guest today. We're going to go to a quick
00:14:07.240 commercial message. Then we'll be right back with a bit more of Derek Gibson to tell us why
00:14:12.240 black America is turning more and more towards President Donald Trump.
00:14:16.400 Thank you.
00:14:23.620 A lot of people are having great success with a weight management program with Bella
00:14:28.260 Trip, but it's just a tool. In terms of ingredients, Chromex or chromium picolini improves the actions
00:14:35.260 of insulin. So you have better glucose management. And in addition, it promotes fat utilization.
00:14:41.740 Fat utilization or fat burning is also a feature of metabolite, which are two botanicals that
00:14:48.680 stimulate a switch called AMP kinase. And so you tend to burn fat, reduce belly fat or visceral fat.
00:14:55.920 Who doesn't want that?
00:14:57.860 Metamylate has the ability to stimulate satiety or reduce those cravings. That's really very,
00:15:03.820 very important. And it does that by raising GLP-1 levels. In addition, we've addressed the microbiome
00:15:10.880 by using prebiotics, healthier microbiome, better weight management.
00:15:18.680 We've learned through the pandemic, we can never be caught unprepared again. And so many Americans,
00:15:27.920 when COVID hit, they had nothing in the house. Stores were shut down and doctors' offices were shut
00:15:33.760 down. And even if doctors prescribed drugs, hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, pharmacists
00:15:38.840 wouldn't fill the prescriptions. That was a nightmare.
00:15:42.500 Now the situation is much worse. We have these horrible supply chain problems. In our emergency
00:15:49.440 medical kit at the wellness company, we have eight prescription drugs that are all potentially
00:15:56.600 life-saving. Most people have died with COVID. They died in the hospital because they didn't receive
00:16:02.000 early treatment. Every American family should have one of these.
00:16:06.140 I can tell you the wellness company kit is the answer.
00:16:17.820 Welcome back. If you're just tuning in, I'm Roger Stone and you are in the Stone Zone. You can see us

00:17:09.780 of Slingshot.News. Urge you to go there and subscribe for free as well. And with our special
00:17:16.980 guest, Derek Gibson, who is an outspoken African-American resident of New York and a very
00:17:24.720 articulate advocate for President Donald Trump. Derek, you hit on the economic issues. And I really
00:17:33.100 believe, based on the polling I've seen, that that, more than criminal justice reform, more than any
00:17:40.480 other issue, even more than the outrageous treatment of President Donald Trump by the criminal justice
00:17:47.680 system, something that Black people have seen for many years. But economics and economic opportunity
00:17:54.920 seems to be what's driving this. You made reference to the Platinum Plan, which was really based on
00:18:03.200 President Richard Nixon's original plan for Black capitalism. And I really hope that the president
00:18:10.720 will revive the Platinum Plan and talk about it in this campaign. What do you think?
00:18:16.060 Well, I know President Trump will revive that, and he will talk about it. It's just that he's
00:18:22.720 mingled all up in the courts right now. And a lot of people say, well, why President Trump not saying
00:18:26.620 this and that? Well, we his voice. We out here, we got to speak about it because it's part of his
00:18:31.800 platform. But we are the voice, and we have to get the messages out to our people why he's been
00:18:37.020 inundated with lawfare in these courts. And it's sad that in my state, in my city, it's doing him like
00:18:45.100 they're doing him because I looked at it with a fine-toothed comb. And I said, this guy that was
00:18:50.960 the lead prosecutor was the number three at the DOJ, which is an appointed position. And he left
00:18:57.380 that position after the DOJ said that there's no criminality there, and they refused to take that
00:19:02.460 case up. And guess where he ended up at? He ended up with my Attorney General, Letha Jane's office,
00:19:09.020 and prosecuted Trump in that case, going after the Silver case up there. When he left her office,
00:19:13.680 this guy just so happened to be at DA Bragg's office, my DA in Manhattan. So I'm like,
00:19:19.540 it's something flaky that is going on. So by being a black man and being the system has drug us the
00:19:29.040 same way. They are using the same lawfare that they held use against black men forever. It's
00:19:34.880 nothing new. It may be new to white people, but we have been complaining about the system,
00:19:39.720 the two-tiered justice system. And BLM, I agree with absolutely almost nothing that they said. But
00:19:45.640 one thing I agree with is the justice system is corrupt. Now, I came together with BLM on that. But
00:19:51.500 other things, it was... But the lawfare is being used, number one, to get rid of President Trump.
00:19:58.760 They don't want him to have time to campaign. Are they trying to get some pin on him so he'd be
00:20:03.000 ineligible to become president again? And that would totally affect my community because of the
00:20:08.320 things that he has in store for us. And right there, I want to go ahead and just put something
00:20:12.960 out there. I've never been a reparationist in my life. I've been pretty much a successful businessman.
00:20:18.880 And my partner brought to me in the construction business that we have, he says, Derek,
00:20:23.420 you and me and us, we might be doing good. But if you look back at our community,
00:20:29.480 they are not. And he was explaining to me about reparation and, you know, our descendants of
00:20:35.380 slave, which we are, our people fought and bled on this land. And it brought me around to the
00:20:41.040 reparation. And then a lot of people start unfollowing me. I was like, they said, Derek,
00:20:45.200 you've never been a slave. I said, yeah, them same, well, I can't say it on him, MFs that's
00:20:51.100 crossing that border, getting reparations, everything for free. If you want to waste some money,
00:20:56.560 and I'm a taxpayer, it's sort of wasted on my people by paying them reparations, because guess
00:21:01.100 what? It's going to be spent in America. It's not going to be sent overseas, nowhere else,
00:21:04.880 because this is our country, and it's going to help the economy out. So this is why I jumped on
00:21:09.020 that bandwagon after seeing billions going to other countries, billions being paid to illegal
00:21:14.780 aliens, billions going to the arts, going to Mexico and other places, instead of why a fish swim
00:21:20.580 upstream. The money is being wasted. That is our tax dollars the government have. So if we really want to
00:21:25.740 waste something, let's just waste it on our U.S. citizens in the form of reparations. So we've been
00:21:31.620 talking to people in the Trump campaign and around about reparations. So it's not a nasty thing. It's
00:21:38.800 actually an ode to black descendants of slavery. And I was told, well, how to bankrupt the country?
00:21:44.140 I said, what the hell you think we're doing now? Bankrupting the country by getting billions to other
00:21:47.440 countries? That's what we're doing. But actually, if you find the foundation of black Americans
00:21:52.440 in America, it's just a snippet of the money that needs to be given out, because every black person
00:21:58.100 in America is not a descendant of American slaves. I asked my white community to look at that and see
00:22:04.000 why we feel that way, because millions and billions are going to everybody. I think one or two billion
00:22:09.460 per year to take care of illegal aliens is being spent. And they haven't contributed a damn thing to
00:22:14.440 our society and our community. And we need mass deportation, like President Trump said.
00:22:21.080 All right, Troy, you have a question for our guest, Derek Gibson.
00:22:26.000 Absolutely, Mr. Gibson. What is your opinion on Letitia James running her entire campaign on
00:22:31.160 getting Trump? It would seem that that was the basis of her entire campaign to become attorney
00:22:36.540 general in the first place. Now she's actually doing it. What are your thoughts on that?
00:22:40.640 Well, you know, she played on the hatred in New York City of Trump. And that's how she got elected,
00:22:46.700 because a lot of people in New York City do not like President Trump. They do not like Republicans.
00:22:51.820 So she played on their emotions to get elected. And this is why she went after President Trump,
00:22:58.040 instead of going at all the criminality that is perpetrated throughout New York State,
00:23:03.000 to decide to go out there, sit in president. And it makes absolutely no sense. And this shouldn't
00:23:08.440 be allowed in our justice system at all. So by her campaigning on that, to get Trump thing,
00:23:14.420 to get elected, she shouldn't have been over that case at all. Because if you look back and you see
00:23:21.020 all the things she said and racist things she said against President Trump and about other white men,
00:23:27.280 that shouldn't be allowed in our society. I don't care who it is and what community it come from.
00:23:32.180 We shouldn't go backwards. We fought to get out of that particular thing, to hate white people,
00:23:38.120 to hate black people, to hate Mexican or whatever. We don't need to use that to fight back against
00:23:44.240 the so-called things that happened way in the past. So she's a disgrace to the black community. We do not
00:23:50.420 like her. And I think New York City is red, but the elections are stolen there. It's a lot of fraud.
00:23:59.040 I manned the polls on 8th Avenue in Manhattan, and I've seen a lot going on without checking ID.
00:24:04.560 And one guy came in to vote, and they handed him a ballot. He said, I'm not voting Democrat. I'm voting Republican.
00:24:09.260 I'm voting for President Trump and all Republicans. But they handed him a ballot that will spill out
00:24:14.140 already to put in the machine. And nothing, you know, I sent this stuff over to the district there,
00:24:19.740 the Southern District. Nothing ever becomes of this. And I went to Atlanta, Georgia doing the vote,
00:24:25.300 and I filmed people getting paid, homeless people $20, and they'll get their information
00:24:30.800 and feel the vote that she's out. So I don't give a damn what these people say. The election
00:24:35.140 was stolen, and I've seen it with my own eyes. So Letha Jane needs to go. My buddy, my friend,
00:24:40.920 Mike Henry, is running against her again when she challenged her the first time. And I'm 100% out
00:24:46.620 to help him get elected. And it's nothing to do with skin color. He's a white guy, Italian or whatever
00:24:51.320 you want to call him. But it's nothing to do with skin color. It's to do with patriotic Americans
00:24:56.420 getting in office and leading this country and turning it around. Just like when Roger Stone
00:25:01.960 got caught up in the crap that he got caught up in. I was like, this is ridiculous. General Flynn,
00:25:06.960 this is ridiculous. And it made absolutely no sense. But it was to get anybody that was supporting
00:25:12.020 President Trump, as you see, about January 6th. It was not an insurrection. Black Lives Matter
00:25:17.840 was an insurrection, and President Trump was going to declare that. But the backstabbing
00:25:22.560 advisors he had around him is why he didn't declare it. And that was a mistake on President
00:25:28.040 Trump's behalf. All right, Derek, one final question, and then we got to go. Mayor Eric Adams
00:25:36.000 and Police Commissioner Ed Caban insist that crime is down in New York City. And they crank out statistics
00:25:43.780 that seem to indicate that. Now, more learned people I know who have worked in the New York
00:25:50.540 Police Department and who understand the crime statistics better tell me that these are jiggered
00:25:55.620 numbers, that these are fixed numbers. From your vantage point in the community, in the streets,
00:26:04.320 do you think crime is really down in New York City?
00:26:07.120 Crime is nowhere near down. It has to elevate to the time before Rudy Julian
00:26:13.000 was mayor and coming to clean the city up. It's ridiculous. You can't... And when I go
00:26:18.060 outside, when my children go outside, I'm concerned and I'm worried because, first of all, we can't
00:26:23.240 carry weapons in New York City, which makes absolutely no sense because we got criminals
00:26:27.880 preying on us with weapons. So we have to be very vigilant. We have to be very concerned. We can no
00:26:32.740 longer... My kids used to ride the train to school, you know, elementary school to middle school,
00:26:39.120 whatever, by themselves. Now you cannot do that. So thank God my kids are out of school now.
00:26:43.360 But you can't do that anymore. Crime is at an all-time high. And it's because of sanctuary
00:26:48.300 set of policies that we have these people coming here and they have nothing to lose. And this is why
00:26:55.040 crime is so high because we have that bail reform that makes absolutely no sense when
00:27:02.680 it was being put into cue. They said it wouldn't be applied to violent criminals. That's the first
00:27:10.460 time I was allowed violent people. So I don't know what they got set up for. I think they want
00:27:14.060 crime to be high so they can usher in some type of agenda to control the people themselves. But yes,
00:27:20.940 crime is at an all-time high. If some of these leaders walk out there without their security
00:27:24.760 detail, they'll get mugged, hit cross the head and everything. It's just like everybody that's
00:27:28.300 getting punched in the face. So no, they are blatantly lying to the people to try to make
00:27:33.180 themselves look good. But as we the people that is actually out there in the public without any
00:27:38.580 weapon, we see what is going on. All right, Derek Gibson, let's put up the graphic again for this
00:27:45.500 incredible rally coming up on the 18th of May, the Black Patriots for Trump rally. That's at the
00:27:52.840 block of Simpson Street and Westchester Avenue in the Bronx. In the Bronx, once thought to be a
00:27:59.600 Democrat stronghold. But someplace, President Donald Trump is making real inroads. As you can see,
00:28:05.620 Derek is one of the speakers. We urge you folks to check it out. All right, Derek Gibson, a friend of
00:28:12.220 the Stone Zone show and a good man. Thank you for joining us on such short notice. This was a great,
00:28:18.580 great interview. Thank both of y'all great Patriots for having me. All right, folks, we're going to go
00:28:25.640 to a quick commercial break now. Please watch carefully our sponsors because, well, we need to
00:28:31.720 keep the lights on here and your support of our commercial advertisers is vitally important to
00:28:38.580 keeping Patriot.tv expanding and moving forward.
00:28:49.640 The world is about to shift. Banks are going cashless globally with the emergence of central
00:28:55.660 bank digital currency, which will bring with it programmable money and the ability to turn on or off
00:29:01.500 your purchasing power based on your digital social profile. It's like the equivalent of spyware in your
00:29:07.400 bank account. You need to get out of the system with the world's safest and most private assets,
00:29:12.980 silver and gold. Call Kirk Kelly at PhD at 877-547-5743. That's 877-Kirk-PhD.
00:29:20.940 I'm Ali. I'm Demi. I'm Brianna. I'm Michelle.
00:29:41.520 How is this going to work for me personally versus, okay, this is how it would help Tanya.
00:29:46.620 These are symptoms that she was experiencing, but yeah, but yeah, we synced up and, you know,
00:29:52.880 I look at people like Brianna and Alana, you know, you're still probably wanting to have children,
00:29:58.060 you know?
00:29:58.740 Yeah.
00:30:16.620 Welcome back, folks. If you're just tuning in, this is the Stone Zone. You're in it.
00:30:38.240 And I'm here with my co-host, Troy Smith of Slingshot.News. Troy, yesterday, Michael Cohen had
00:30:48.220 his long expected testimony in a Manhattan courtroom. And it's very hard, of course, because cameras are
00:30:58.120 not allowed in the courtroom. So you're not allowed to actually see his testimony. But strangely enough,
00:31:05.300 I read a terrific piece in the New York Post by Jonathan Turley, the professor of law at George
00:31:13.340 Washington University, certainly not a Trump supporter, not a conservative, not a Republican.
00:31:20.580 I think the most objective legal analyst out there, he said that Cohen really did not lay a finger on
00:31:29.560 Trump, that Cohen added nothing, provided no documentation or evidence that Trump himself
00:31:35.840 was involved in this scheme to reach an NDA with the adult movie actress Stormy Daniels.
00:31:46.160 Cohen said a number of interesting things. He said Trump did not want salacious lies published during
00:31:53.420 the election. That's not a crime. Cohen said that Trump's sole focus was getting elected. That's
00:32:02.340 not a crime, and it's obvious. Cohen said that Trump told him that women were more attracted to Trump
00:32:13.160 than they were to the Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. I think I spelled that right.
00:32:19.700 That's objectively true, but that's not a crime either. And we learned that the non-disclosure
00:32:26.480 agreement with Stormy Daniels was actually Michael Cohen's idea, not Donald Trump's idea. What was
00:32:36.200 your takeaway? Well, Roger, the main thing about Michael Cohen I think people need to understand is
00:32:41.520 here's a guy that's on TikTok streaming, accepting donations for handing out information about President
00:32:48.680 Trump. And it's something that I think we've highlighted here a lot. And we also highlighted
00:32:53.800 with the legend Bubba the Love Sponge, the questions about Keith Davidson and Stormy Daniels. So
00:33:00.400 to me, Roger, this looks like just a continuation of witnesses who really, you know, have no
00:33:07.020 credibility. And I'm interested to hear your thoughts on that as well, because it seems to me that the point
00:33:11.780 of this trial is not really to land a deadly punch as much as it is to create a media controversy that
00:33:19.380 can be used against the president in this election. What are your thoughts on that?
00:33:23.180 Well, you're absolutely right. On this show, Bubba Clem exposed the fact that Keith Davidson,
00:33:32.100 who was the lawyer for Stormy Daniels, who testified earlier in this Manhattan trial,
00:33:37.340 had actually been arrested by the FBI in a sting when they targeted a ring that was seeking to extort
00:33:48.320 Hulk Hogan over a sex tape. When the blackmailers approached Hogan, he went directly to the FBI.
00:33:56.220 They set up this elaborate sting and Keith Davidson was among those busted. Davidson, according to Clem,
00:34:04.000 then basically gave them all of his email with Michael Cohn, identified the transaction with Stormy
00:34:13.220 Daniels, and we believe agreed to testify in the Manhattan trial. Now, yesterday, Cohn testified that
00:34:21.720 he voluntarily took out a home equity line of credit to pay Stormy Daniels under the terms of the
00:34:30.080 non-disclosure agreement, that he did not consult with Trump or even his own wife about taking out
00:34:37.400 that line of credit, that he set up a company called Essentials Consulting LLC, again, without the
00:34:48.420 knowledge of Trump, in order to open a bank account to funnel these payments to who? Keith Davidson,
00:34:56.800 his co-conspirator. So it looks to me like Bragg indicted the wrong guy. That's how I look at it.
00:35:04.980 Well, it seems that we're getting to that truth. And I just wonder, you know, with the way that this
00:35:09.960 is set up, Roger, do you think that will matter in the end? Or do you think that at the end of the day,
00:35:14.620 this is just about damaging Trump politically? That's what it looks like to me.
00:35:17.600 The trial has three purposes. One, to make Trump waste his time sitting in a cold, drafty
00:35:25.720 courthouse for these mind-numbing proceedings in which they essentially just tried to vilify him.
00:35:35.200 There was never any reason to bring Stormy Daniels, for example, as a witness. She is not central to
00:35:42.280 prosecutor Bragg's case. So she was brought there just for the salacious nature of it,
00:35:48.900 just because she could get into the intimate details of what she alleged took place. But then
00:35:55.720 yesterday, we saw a video with Bill Maher, a guy who's not funny without a platoon of comedy
00:36:03.540 writers working for him. But in the interview with Bill Maher, she specifically denied that she had
00:36:09.740 been coerced in any way. She claimed that she had had sex with Trump, but she said it was
00:36:15.680 consensual. So here she is caught up in another lie. So she has said in writing and under oath that
00:36:23.800 she'd never had any relationship with Trump. Other places, she said that she did, but it was consensual.
00:36:31.360 And then, of course, in the courtroom, she went into great graphic detail, so graphic that the judge
00:36:37.400 had to tell her to tone it down. So I don't think she helped the government's case an iota.
00:36:44.220 The second reason for this trial, in addition to sucking up Trump's time when he should be out
00:36:50.280 campaigning in swing states, is the money drain. He has to pay his lawyers huge amounts of money.
00:36:59.300 Yes, his super PAC is paying much, if not most of that. But then the Democratic National Committee
00:37:05.340 is paying Joe Biden's legal fees in the investigation of him by the special counsel.
00:37:12.220 And then lastly, of course, is the attempt, once again, to blacken Trump's name, to try to paint
00:37:20.020 a picture of him to sway the election. As you know, they really want desperately a conviction here,
00:37:29.780 even though they know the conviction is likely to be overturned on appeal. There are so many
00:37:36.520 appealable aspects of this case. Just the fact that the judge has a serious material conflict of
00:37:44.420 interest, not only in the contribution that he gave to Joe Biden in violation of the New York state
00:37:51.480 judicial canon of ethics, but also in the fact, as we have reported and has been reported widely
00:37:58.460 elsewhere, his adult daughter is a Democrat political consultant and fundraising expert who has raised
00:38:06.520 $95 million for the Biden-Harris campaign using this trial that her father is presiding over as the
00:38:17.520 focal point of that fundraising appeal. So that's a direct financial conflict of interest. One lawyer told me
00:38:25.440 it said that that that fact alone would be appealable. A number of other mistakes made by the prosecutors
00:38:33.520 here. But again, they don't care what happens after the election. They're desperate to get a phony conviction of
00:38:40.960 Donald Trump before the election. Their efforts to do so in Florida in the so-called documents case
00:38:49.300 does not appear that that case will come to trial before the election. We're waiting on the U.S. Supreme Court
00:38:56.160 to rule on the issue of President Trump's potential immunity. What he, I think, correctly claims is his
00:39:03.120 immunity from prosecution before we determine whether the D.C. case, which is an election interference case
00:39:11.040 rather than an insurrection case that Jack Smith is seeking to bring in D.C. where Trump and others
00:39:19.280 have been indicted. So I think that lays out what their strategy is. Troy, what else have you got for the
00:39:27.440 good of the order? Because in just a moment, we're going to bring Alex Stone on for a segment that we
00:39:33.680 call The Rolling Stones. But before you leave us, tell us what else you have on your mind.
00:39:40.880 Well, we have a video that we'll kind of leave you with, and I think it would be good for you to
00:39:45.120 discuss, Roger. It discusses an ongoing effort. I think we see in the trials right now that they're
00:39:52.000 really out in the open in attempts to bring down President Trump. And one of the ways that they're
00:39:56.220 doing this is a new spying ring, Roger. There's actually been allegations that there's going to be
00:40:01.260 a crossfire hurricane 2.0. This was discussed by Elise Stefanik in Congress just a few days ago. We want
00:40:07.140 to roll that clip and get your thoughts on it. In front of this very committee in an open session,
00:40:11.860 your predecessor, Jim Comey, testified that he did not follow the proper protocol regarding the
00:40:16.300 notification of Congress of the opening of the crossfire hurricane. That would be the
00:40:20.860 counterintelligence investigation into President Trump in 2016. To address this, illegal
00:40:26.100 abuse of power by the FBI, this committee included direction to the FBI in the IAA requiring
00:40:32.960 notification to congressional leadership of any counterintel investigation into a federal
00:40:37.660 candidate for office. Is there any counterintelligence investigation into either Joe Biden or Donald Trump?
00:40:43.640 I would just say I'll refer you to the special counsel has. It's not a question about the special counsel. That's a requirement in the IAA of the FBI. Is there a counterintelligence investigation into either Joe Biden or Donald Trump? There's no investigation that I could confirm here. No. Is there is there a counterintelligence investigation? Again, I'm not confirming any investigation into either candidate. Are you aware that you're required by the IAA to notify Congress of
00:41:20.500 We have been in compliance with the law? You believe we have you have been or has there been a notification to Congress of any
00:41:25.360 of any intelligence investigation of a federal candidate? I believe we have complied with the law. Has there been a counterintel assessment conducted on either President Biden or President Trump? Again, there's no assessment that I would confirm here in any way. I believe we have been in compliance with the law. How about on an immediate family member? And by that I mean spouses or
00:41:37.360 children of either President Biden or President Trump? Again, I'm not in the business of confirming, especially not an open hearings, assessments or anything like that. When it comes to counterintelligence matters. So you will confirm in the classified setting when we ask you this question of whether there's a counterintelligence.
00:41:57.100 especially not in open hearings, assessments, or anything like that when it comes to counterintelligence matters.
00:42:02.440 So you will confirm in the classified setting when we ask you this question of whether there's a counterintelligence investigation
00:42:08.100 because you are aware that according to the IAA, you are required by law to notify Congress of any counterintelligence investigation,
00:42:15.460 not just for presidential candidates, but any federal candidate.
00:42:18.240 We will comply with the law.
00:42:19.740 So you will answer this in the classified hearing later today?
00:42:22.360 We'll comply with the law.
00:42:23.900 And what's your understanding of the law?
00:42:27.580 There's a whole series of oversight requirements that we have related to counterintelligence matters.
00:42:31.940 I'm not going to try to go through all of them here.
00:42:33.020 But specifically the notification of Congress of a counterintelligence investigation onto a federal candidate,
00:42:38.060 how do you, what is your understanding of the law?
00:42:40.580 Again, I would want to refer to the lawyers to make sure that I'm appropriately complying with it,
00:42:44.520 but I can tell you we're going to comply with the law, and my understanding is we have been.
00:42:48.640 Is your assessment that you're required to notify Congress of any counterintelligence investigation into any federal candidate?
00:42:54.180 I would, again, I'm going to defer to the lawyers as to the precision of that.
00:42:57.800 You're the director of the FBI.
00:42:59.280 They report to you.
00:43:00.500 What is your understanding of the requirement in the IAA?
00:43:05.680 We're going to comply with the law, including whatever's in the IAA.
00:43:08.720 If you want to know why Elise Stefanik is on the short list to be vice president, you just saw it right there.
00:43:20.520 She is dogged.
00:43:21.240 She's actually been very, very aggressive in terms of filing formal complaints against a number of the federal judges and prosecutors who have been trying to abuse President Trump.
00:43:33.020 And that gives you, I think, a great taste of two things.
00:43:35.920 One, how evasive FBI Director Chris Wray is.
00:43:40.960 Remember, he was appointed with the strong recommendation of Governor Chris Christie.
00:43:45.820 And also, how dogged and determined Elise Stefanik is.
00:43:51.580 This is one tough woman.
00:43:54.200 And she's among several of the excellent choices that I think Donald Trump has for vice president.
00:44:00.860 I'm a big, big, big Elise Stefanik fan.
00:44:04.540 I've had her on my 77 WABC radio show.
00:44:08.900 I think she is amazing.
00:44:10.960 Folks, if you're just tuning in, we're not finished yet.

00:46:17.380 Noomi.com slash house one.
00:46:19.660 Sounds rolling.
00:46:20.680 All three cameras.
00:46:21.640 We're good.
00:46:22.360 And you're speaking.
00:46:25.460 Is there any regrets that you have in life?
00:46:28.180 I should sit here and say, yeah, I got a lot of regrets.
00:46:31.920 But when I look back on my life, and I understand the lives that were lost, I mean, I'm sitting here with them.
00:46:43.640 And I can tell my story.
00:46:46.180 Former Hatchell Security Advisor Lieutenant General Michael Flannock pleading guilty today for lying to the FBI.
00:46:51.560 He was one of the most respected generals in the military.
00:46:53.740 He was, by definition, the most dangerous possible person for Donald Trump to hire.
00:46:59.560 He's a brilliant military career, serving 33.
00:47:02.620 Why is he being so elusive?
00:47:04.080 Mike Flannock pulled the truth and faced life in prison.
00:47:06.880 Welcome back, folks.
00:47:33.100 This is The Stone Zone, and now we have a special segment we call The Rolling Stones.
00:47:39.260 That's because my adopted nephew, Alex Stone, joins us for this segment as we try to get a younger perspective on what's happening in America.
00:47:50.740 Alex, thanks for joining us today on The Stone Zone.
00:47:55.140 Roger, thank you so much for having me back on.
00:47:57.560 I'm fired up to be here today.
00:47:59.340 I've just recently started my show back up again, and I'm having a good time.
00:48:03.840 I just got off of an interview with Chad Caton from I'm Fired Up just yesterday.
00:48:08.860 I had an interview with another amazing human being, Chase Geyser, and I am glad to be doing what I do.
00:48:18.920 There's a lot going on.
00:48:19.860 Obviously, you and I both know that President Trump today was joined by Vivek Ramaswamy, Speaker Mike Johnson, Doug Burgum, Byron Donalds, Corey Mills, Eric Trump, and Laura Trump, and many others to go against this gag order that is unconstitutional.
00:48:39.040 And I'm really fired up about what this is going to do for the future of the United States of America and how it will impact people's view on what is actually going on.
00:48:50.180 Roger, I think people are waking up at a rate that has never been imagined before.
00:48:55.680 And I think it's beautiful the way that things are happening because people are beginning to realize what is actually going on, who is actually pulling the strings, and the fact that our government is against us, it's against Donald Trump, it's against we the people.
00:49:12.180 Something I just said on my show earlier is that America used to be the land of the free and the home of the brave, but rather it has become the land of the tyrant and the home of the coward.
00:49:26.680 I believe that that is changing once again, and we are going to return to that point where we are the land of the free and the home of the brave once again.
00:49:34.960 I agree with your assessment of the way the American people are reacting to this.
00:49:41.440 It's entirely counterintuitive.
00:49:46.200 What's particularly egregious, I think, is the so-called documents case in Florida, whereas the very courageous judge in that case, who now, of course, is under attack by the far left, insisting that she's incompetent, she's unqualified, she should recuse herself.
00:50:05.620 No, no, their objection to her is, she's honest, and she's going by the law.
00:50:11.040 Special counsel Jack Smith essentially wanted to try Donald Trump in secret.
00:50:16.120 By redacting all of the evidence, by having most of the evidence under seal or being continued to be classified, we have no idea what this case is really about.
00:50:29.140 In other words, they want to prosecute Donald Trump for holding on to documents that I believe he correctly argues that under the Presidential Records Act, he's entitled to have.
00:50:40.120 He's entitled to decide how to dispose of and what to do with, yet they bring an action under the Espionage Act.
00:50:50.880 There's no act of espionage here.
00:50:53.420 Donald Trump never took classified or top secret documents and shared them with any enemy of the United States.
00:51:00.260 There was that fake claim in the media, but it turned out to be like everything else the media says, fake.
00:51:07.300 So as the judge in that case has ordered the prosecutors to unredact more and more of their claims, it becomes abundantly clear that this whole thing in Florida was a setup.
00:51:22.860 That the National Archives, run by a left-wing activist and partisan, met with the Biden White House counsel and folks at the DOJ to lay out an elaborate trap to try to entrap Donald Trump.
00:51:39.580 The famous pictures we've seen with the top secret classified markings on top of documents strewn across the floor.
00:51:48.620 We now know that whole thing was staged.
00:51:50.920 We know that the evidence, the documents themselves, were tampered with, I guess, to make a better picture.
00:51:58.500 And we know that the National Archives sent a pallet of boxes of documents to Trump that he didn't ask for.
00:52:09.160 But once it became clear to them that he had them, then they went and filed a complaint with the DOJ that Trump was in possession of documents that they claimed he wasn't entitled to have.
00:52:20.440 That sure smells like a set-up to me.
00:52:25.680 As you talk to people, Alex, how are people perceiving all of this?
00:52:32.020 I don't mean within our circle of pro-Trump friends and activists, but just regular people, normal people, average people.
00:52:40.380 What do they think is going on here?
00:52:42.040 Well, as you said, first of all, it is a set-up, and he's been set up for a very long time since before he ran for president of the United States.
00:52:52.480 And I've had many conversations with people in my age range.
00:52:56.200 I am a 20-year-old, and I go to college.
00:52:59.000 And granted, it is a Christian university.
00:53:04.020 However, most of the people there, they are beginning to realize and understand the importance of this election especially.
00:53:13.700 And the reason why is because they realize that Joe Biden cannot handle four more years.
00:53:19.740 And that President Trump, under President Trump, we had a great economy, people weren't worrying about anything, people weren't struggling with what they're going to do with their life, because President Trump was a stable man and knew what he was doing.
00:53:33.620 People are beginning to realize that, especially in my age range.
00:53:37.740 There are many people that I went to high school with that hated Donald Trump that are beginning to realize, oh, President Trump is actually the only choice for this election.
00:53:48.400 Many people that I talked to have, like I said, woken up, and they will be voting for President Trump in 2024.
00:53:57.000 Alex, you've spoken about this in the past, but you tell me that you were greatly affected and really enjoyed my great book, Stone's Rules.
00:54:08.580 This is a book that I recommend for any young person.
00:54:12.940 It doesn't matter whether you're in tech or retail or agriculture.
00:54:17.500 Maybe you're still in college.
00:54:18.980 It doesn't matter what your area is.
00:54:20.800 These are the things that I have learned in a 45-year career in the arena, in the public arena, so that you don't even have to be a conservative or a Republican or a Trump supporter.
00:54:33.660 You don't even have to be terribly political.
00:54:36.300 To get this book, you go to stonesrulesbook.com, stonesrulesbook.com, and you can get an autographed copy of it.
00:54:46.600 Yes, I'm very grateful for the foreword and introduction written by my good friend Tucker Carlson.
00:54:54.220 So tell us just briefly your experience with Stone's Rules.
00:54:59.840 Well, I have it right in front of me.
00:55:01.480 It's one of the books that I keep in front of me at all times.
00:55:03.760 The other one is The Bible, and the other one is The Man Who Killed Kennedy, also written by yourself.
00:55:09.340 Two great books.
00:55:10.220 But when I got this book, I called you, and I said, Roger, I need advice.
00:55:15.840 I need wisdom.
00:55:16.980 What do you recommend?
00:55:18.380 How do I get to be the best version of me as possible?
00:55:21.660 And you said, buy the book, Stone's Rules.
00:55:23.840 Well, I did, and it has impacted me greatly, especially when it comes to fashion.
00:55:29.440 Obviously, I'm not dressed up in my suit.
00:55:31.660 I am dealing with a back issue right now and didn't want to deal with putting that on.
00:55:36.660 So I put on my 1776 Forever T-shirt.
00:55:38.940 But when I go to events, I am no longer dressed in flannel.
00:55:42.740 I am dressed in a nice suit and tie.
00:55:45.920 I have learned what to wear through this book and how to be more respected when it comes to my demeanor
00:55:52.920 and how I deal with different things and how to gain respect through those things.
00:55:58.920 So it's a great book.
00:55:59.840 I recommend it to anyone and everyone.
00:56:03.880 I very much appreciate that plug.
00:56:06.400 Again, folks, if you want to get a copy of Stone's Rules, you can go to stonesrulesbook.com, stonesrulesbook.com.
00:56:16.480 This is kind of like Sun Tzu's Art of War or Niccolo Machiavelli's The Prince.
00:56:30.240 These are the things that I've learned in a 45-year career in the American political arena,
00:56:37.480 although many of these rules have nothing whatsoever to do with politics.
00:56:41.180 So I urge you to check it out.
00:56:43.920 We are glad to have you with us here on The Stone Zone here with my adopted nephew, Alex Stone.
00:56:52.660 Just to remind you, you can see The Stone Zone every day at 4 o'clock Central, 5 o'clock Eastern at Patriot.TV, Patriot.TV.

00:57:49.520 Let me thank my guest, Alex Stone.
00:57:52.780 Alex, we have about two minutes for your final comment.
00:57:55.880 I'm going to let you close the show.
00:57:59.160 Well, Roger, thank you once again for having me on.
00:58:01.780 Like I said, I'm fired up to be here, and I appreciate every time I'm able to come on.
00:58:07.480 Really, my last comment is this country needs to turn back to God.
00:58:12.840 I believe that President Trump is protected by God, which is why he hasn't been found guilty for any of these things.
00:58:18.780 But I believe that we need to turn back to God.
00:58:22.160 As Roger has given his life to Christ, as I've given my life to Christ, so many of us, we need to give our life to Christ to change this nation once and for all.
00:58:31.520 And if we do not, like Roger says in many of his speeches, America will go into a thousand years of darkness, and none of us want that.
00:58:38.940 So turn to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
00:58:41.920 With that being said, also, please go find me on my show, The Alex Stone Show, formerly a Stonewalls Perspective, but then Roger recommended that I change the title of my show.
00:58:52.780 I finally did.

00:58:56.940 Please find me there.
00:58:58.220 Then also follow me on XStoneJAlex.
