00:00:00.000 The Stone Zone, with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit, Roger Stone.
00:00:11.680 Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.
00:00:15.860 He is a New York Times bestselling author and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.
00:00:21.480 As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues,
00:00:26.920 and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.
00:00:32.520 Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.
00:00:37.860 And now, here's your host, Roger Stone.
00:00:45.340 Welcome. I'm Roger Stone, and we have this morning early bombshell news from the U.S. Supreme Court,
00:00:54.920 which ruled pretty much the way I thought that he would, which is to say that presidents of the United States do have immunity for official acts,
00:01:06.800 but now prosecutors will argue that Donald Trump's efforts on January 6th to see that the laws governing the election were,
00:01:17.320 were, quote, faithfully executed, consistent with his responsibilities as president, did not constitute official acts.
00:01:26.380 What this actually means is this will go back to the Court of Appeals to be fought out.
00:01:34.180 More importantly, what it means is there will be no federal trial of Donald Trump prior to the 2024 election.
00:01:43.440 You will remember that Special Counsel Jack Smith on this issue specifically tried to bypass the appeals court
00:01:53.260 and expedite the ruling that we got today.
00:01:57.220 That is a violation of Donald Trump's due process rights, and the courts did not allow it.
00:02:03.720 The left continues to complain that Trump has sought to delay these proceedings when, in fact, all Trump has done is to seek his regular, ordinary due process rights,
00:02:18.520 due and correct for every citizen.
00:02:23.340 Here to help break this and other political issues down is my usual and regular co-host, Troy Smith, the editor-in-chief of Slingshot.news.
00:02:35.860 Troy, welcome back into the zone.
00:02:39.320 Roger, as always, it's good to be here, and this is a huge ruling today.
00:02:43.800 I think that a lot of Americans are kind of surprised maybe that we even had three justices.
00:02:49.500 I mean, were you surprised at all of the fact that it was 6-3?
00:02:51.920 I mean, I thought it looked almost unanimous in the way it was being argued prior to this decision.
00:02:58.000 Well, very clearly, they're trying to spare Barack Obama, George W. Bush, and other past presidents who arguably violated the law in a number of ways.
00:03:09.940 The argument now is going to center around whether Donald Trump's actions on January 6th were within the scope of his responsibilities as president.
00:03:19.700 To see that the laws of the United States are faithfully executed is very specifically one of his responsibilities.
00:03:29.040 I'm not an attorney, but I would argue that ensuring that we have a fair election, that election laws specifically were fairly executed, does lie within the scope of his responsibilities.
00:03:45.380 That will now go back to the appeals court.
00:03:48.940 If it's the D.C. appeals court, the appeals court will rule against him.
00:03:52.760 It's very important to understand that in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, the Constitution, the facts, the evidence, the rules, these things are meaningless.
00:04:02.320 This is a completely politicized court where Donald Trump will never get a fair decision.
00:04:08.620 Presumably, then, it would go back to the Supreme Court.
00:04:12.260 The election will be over at this point.
00:04:16.040 So I think this is just my opinion.
00:04:20.040 It's interesting.
00:04:20.780 Anytime I offer my opinion, I'm accused of contacting or speaking to judges, completely irresponsible, defamatory, as some people will learn in an upcoming lawsuit.
00:04:32.460 But like every other American, Troy, I'm entitled to an opinion.
00:04:37.600 I read these filings.
00:04:39.680 I follow it very closely.
00:04:41.860 It is on that basis that I form my opinion.
00:04:45.380 Just because I render an opinion about what a court or a specific judge is going to do doesn't mean that I know the judge or that I'm in touch with the judge or that I have somehow corrupted the process.
00:04:58.300 To say otherwise, as I say, would be defamatory.
00:05:02.920 We continue to see the meltdown that is the result of Joe Biden's horrific debate performance.
00:05:12.940 You almost don't even know where to start.
00:05:15.600 I guess a good place to start is the fact that Democrats and their handmaidens in the media have been lying to us for well over three years when they kept insisting, no, no, he's fine.
00:05:29.240 He's great.
00:05:30.020 He's strong.
00:05:31.200 He's hale and hearty.
00:05:32.820 You should see him behind closed doors.
00:05:36.060 In other words, folks, don't believe what you see with your own eyes.
00:05:40.080 Believe what we tell you about what a strong, dynamic leader Joe Biden is.
00:05:47.040 You know, Troy, I think what we have going on in the country is very similar to the situation regarding President Woodrow Wilson.
00:05:55.500 Now, Wilson was elected in 1912 in a three-way election in which former President Theodore Roosevelt sought to challenge sitting President William Howard Taft, who he had handpicked as his successor, but who he had become disappointed in for the Republican nomination.
00:06:19.260 Although Theodore Roosevelt was wildly popular, Taft and the Republican regulars controlled the machinery of the convention, and Roosevelt was defeated in his effort to wrest the nomination from William Howard Taft.
00:06:37.860 Roosevelt then ran on a third party, was a progressive party, although because he was asked by a reporter how he felt, he said he felt as fit as a bull moose, became known as the bull moose party.
00:06:54.580 Here's the part people don't realize.
00:06:56.820 Woodrow Wilson, the arch segregationist from Virginia, former president of the University of Virginia, was first.
00:07:06.440 Theodore Roosevelt, the bull moose candidate, was second.
00:07:11.680 And William Howard Taft, the Republican nominee, actually ran third.
00:07:17.020 Then in 1919, Woodrow Wilson had a debilitating stroke.
00:07:24.260 He was mentally and physically completely incapacitated.
00:07:28.060 But because the role of the media was very different in those days, this was concealed from the American people.
00:07:35.880 His wife, Edith Galt Wilson, was the de facto president of the United States.
00:07:44.080 When it came to executing official documents, she would put the pen in his hand and move his hand for the signature.
00:07:51.720 She was aided and abetted in this cover-up by Colonel House, who was the White House chief of staff, and they got away with it.
00:08:04.080 Remember, the role of the media was quite different.
00:08:07.460 You have the exact same situation going on today.
00:08:10.680 If you watched these cringeworthy post-debate remarks by Jill Biden, while her husband stands there literally drooling with an empty stare in his face, literally drooling.
00:08:27.900 Joe, she says, you did such a great job.
00:08:30.200 You answered all the questions.
00:08:31.680 The man who plays the role of Colonel House is a man named Anthony, I think it is, Bertrand or Berland.
00:08:45.860 He is described by Jill Biden as her work husband.
00:08:52.140 There have been allegations of sexual harassment and assault against him, which appear to have been covered up.
00:09:02.140 I would think that he is going to become more and more controversial.
00:09:07.120 Now, in the meantime, the Bidens made much of the fact that they had a meeting at Camp David this weekend to decide what Joe should do.
00:09:18.920 It's interesting that Barack Obama and Bill Clinton immediately put out statements in support of Joe Biden.
00:09:28.500 But that, to me, does not reveal what they're doing behind the scenes.
00:09:33.200 It only tells you what position they are taking in public.
00:09:37.240 But this is going to be very interesting because it's not just a handful of disillusioned Democrats who are calling for Joe to take a dive.
00:09:48.940 It is the New York Times.
00:09:51.260 It is the Philadelphia Inquirer.
00:09:53.380 It is Politico.
00:09:54.580 It is all the voices of the controlled legacy media.
00:10:01.000 That is the voice of the establishment.
00:10:03.220 What we have here is a free-for-all.
00:10:08.060 It's important to note that the one thing that Biden did do was make sure that the delegates to the convention who were elected as Biden delegates,
00:10:18.820 and by the way, he got 94 percent of the vote of roughly 7,000 delegates, are Biden people.
00:10:27.700 So he can't be removed unless he agrees to go.
00:10:34.480 At this point, Jill, in particular Hunter, who is staring down the face of, you know, a prison sentence and desperately needs a pardon,
00:10:45.600 probably will need a pardon for multiple convictions soon, want Joe to stay.
00:10:52.180 They don't want him to give up power.
00:10:54.040 Of course, announcing that he's not re-electing, running for re-election, is not the same as resigning.
00:11:04.100 No one is suggesting that he is going to resign.
00:11:07.340 He is not going to resign.
00:11:09.900 But the pressure on him internally to quit the race, I think, may yet prove to be insurmountable.
00:11:18.060 Well, and Roger, you know, we're looking at a situation where the media really came out of the closet over the debate.
00:11:27.320 And it's like, you know, we've seen Biden time and time again.
00:11:30.260 We saw his own Justice Department release a report in which they stated that he broke the law very clearly and flagrantly as vice president and senator when he kept classified documents in his garage.
00:11:42.640 And in fact, gave top secret classified documents to his ghostwriter to write a biography about him or a fake autobiography.
00:11:51.480 So you tell me, Roger, we're looking at a situation where over and over again, the Bidens have flagrantly violated the law.
00:11:58.560 And in the specific case of the Hurt report, they determined that he was not prosecutable.
00:12:04.880 They said he's in such poor health.
00:12:06.920 We're not going to go after him because we wouldn't be able to get a conviction with a jury.
00:12:10.260 They didn't say he didn't break the law.
00:12:12.580 They said that he was not well enough to prosecute.
00:12:15.780 So to see the media now jumping on, I'm seeing everybody say, oh, well, the idea of replacing him.
00:12:20.780 And I'm seeing a lot of people highlighting, Roger, your prediction that you've been making since at least 2021, that Michelle Obama would be the nominee in 2024.
00:12:30.700 That's gaining traction.
00:12:31.820 I wanted to ask you, Roger, you were really the first guy out of the gate.
00:12:35.320 I remember one of the early Stone Zone episodes with you and Joel Gilbert where you were talking about Michelle Obama and the possibility that she's going to run.
00:12:43.800 I mean, Joel Gilbert released a movie on this.
00:12:46.780 I mean, it's amazing.
00:12:48.140 I think people should check it out.
00:12:50.120 But the I mean, what's that like for you?
00:12:53.280 I mean, you're seeing this all come true.
00:12:55.160 And I'm seeing a lot of people saying, well, Roger Stone was right.
00:12:57.700 That's got to be pretty cool for you.
00:12:58.860 Well, there's two parts to my prediction.
00:13:01.800 First of all, I predict that Joe Biden will not be the nominee of the Democratic Party.
00:13:06.660 I stand by that.
00:13:08.460 My second part of my prediction is that if thrown to an open convention where the delegates are released by Joe Biden and the convention works its will, then in that instance, I believe you would have a stampede for Michelle Obama.
00:13:26.880 Now, I never said that she would run.
00:13:30.380 I never said she wants to run.
00:13:33.200 But I do think there will still be a recognition that she is potentially the strongest candidate against Donald Trump.
00:13:43.160 And there's growing panic as Trump's position as the front runner solidifies.
00:13:49.480 The real fly in the ointment here, of course, is Kamala Harris.
00:13:55.240 And in any normal political scenario, she would be next in line for the nomination.
00:14:04.080 She's the sitting vice president.
00:14:06.200 But there is deep fear that she also cannot win.
00:14:10.200 Her performance as vice president has been less than spectacular, shall we say.
00:14:16.660 And if she were to become the presidential nominee, which, by the way, Biden, even if he's forced out the door by some backstage move, he could still probably dictate the nomination of Kamala Harris.
00:14:34.940 Remember, those delegates are Biden delegates.
00:14:38.580 It's the one thing his people have done right.
00:14:41.940 So how will this play out?
00:14:43.480 Well, Alex Jones asked me that last night on his Sunday night show.
00:14:49.380 And the real answer is we don't really know yet.
00:14:53.080 Several things are clear.
00:14:55.020 Joe and his family, first of all, they're blaming the staff.
00:14:59.280 By the way, when they found documents that he illegally retained in his garage and in his home in Wilmington, they blamed the staff.
00:15:07.820 Now, once again, they are blaming the staff.
00:15:11.100 Anita Dunn, veteran Democrat operative, Mike Donilon, yet another.
00:15:18.100 The problem here is not the staff.
00:15:20.640 The problem is Joe.
00:15:22.340 Joe is—there's nobody home.
00:15:25.000 Joe is around the bend.
00:15:28.400 Outrageous that they would blame the staff.
00:15:30.780 But clearly, the family wants him to stay in the race.
00:15:34.740 Now, if things get dire enough, I still believe that Barack Obama has the ability to get a majority of the cabinet members, and, of course, Kamala Harris, who would be the greatest beneficiary, to go to Joe privately and say,
00:15:52.160 look, we have what it takes to remove you entirely under the 25th Amendment.
00:15:58.100 If we have to do this, we will.
00:16:01.000 Under those circumstances, you will lose your ability to pardon yourself, your brother, your son, and other members of the Biden crime family,
00:16:11.960 who have received more than $18 million in payments from various foreign entities.
00:16:19.640 And I think that may be the straw that breaks the camel's back.
00:16:24.900 We won't know any of this because, unlike Republicans, the Democrats do not air their dirty laundry in public.
00:16:33.580 They don't do these things in public.
00:16:36.620 So I'm still betting that the first half of my prediction that Joe Biden will have to go, or will go, will hold true.
00:16:45.380 What happens then remains to be seen.
00:16:48.380 You have a number of factors.
00:16:50.560 Kamala Harris will most definitely believe and think that she's next in line.
00:16:56.440 Many, including Barack Obama, will realize that she's an inherently weak presidential candidate.
00:17:03.800 That also would leave a vacancy for the vice presidency.
00:17:08.640 That's a vacancy that Gavin Newsom may fancy.
00:17:15.700 You could, if you had a black woman or a woman of color at the head of the ticket, you could have a white male for vice president.
00:17:23.500 Or you could have a white female.
00:17:26.740 Hillary Clinton's on the move, folks.
00:17:28.720 Perhaps if you smell sulfur, that's why.
00:17:31.380 She has got a new book out, an amazing amount of airbrushing and photoshopping on that cover photo.
00:17:40.340 And she's undertaking a book tour to make her availability known.
00:17:46.660 Let me say this.
00:17:47.640 It doesn't matter who the presidential candidate is.
00:17:51.440 If Hillary Clinton were to become vice president, whoever was president would need a food taster.
00:17:58.920 Absolutely, Roger.
00:18:00.200 And, you know, I found it, I find it interesting as this, as soon as the debate hit, you know, we saw pieces on Michelle Obama, why she doesn't support Joe Biden's presidency.
00:18:10.040 And his campaign, it had to do with something about Hunter Biden.
00:18:13.380 We saw a leading up to this debate.
00:18:15.940 As you said, Hillary Clinton's on the move.
00:18:17.540 She's making the rounds in the New York Times and doing, she was at the Tony Awards.
00:18:22.200 She's releasing a book now.
00:18:24.260 She's on MSNBC.
00:18:26.480 Everybody is kind of making a push.
00:18:29.320 And one of the people I see making a push is Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
00:18:34.400 And I wanted to ask you about this, Roger, because we've talked about this.
00:18:37.060 And we obviously covered the Democrat primaries here, as well as the Republican primaries.
00:18:41.660 And we talked an awful lot about the 100,000 Michigan Democrats who voted against President Joe Biden in the Democrat primaries.
00:18:50.420 Now, for people that don't remember, this was a vote that was primarily based on the president's handling of the Israel-Hamas conflict.
00:18:58.260 These were mostly Muslim voters who disagree with President Biden's policy towards Israel,
00:19:04.160 even though they're kind of having their cake and eating it, too, in that situation where they're giving money to Hamas,
00:19:10.120 they're giving money to Gaza, and they're also giving weapons and money to Israel.
00:19:14.120 So there was 100,000 voters, Roger, in Michigan who said, we're not voting for Biden in the primary.
00:19:19.640 And we openly questioned here on the Stone Zone, will these people sit out the election?
00:19:24.300 Will they vote for RFK?
00:19:25.600 Will they vote for Trump?
00:19:26.880 What's going to happen here?
00:19:27.940 And we have news, you know, Gretchen Whitmer has released profiles in, I believe it was Time and Vogue,
00:19:35.820 also has done a Jill Biden piece.
00:19:37.880 We'll get into that in just a second here.
00:19:40.360 But Gretchen Whitmer is popping up everywhere with these long profile pieces about how she became, you know, governor of Michigan.
00:19:46.840 And we saw a headline this morning, Roger, I wanted to get your thoughts on.
00:19:49.780 She's reportedly telling people in the Biden administration that Michigan is no longer winnable.
00:19:56.280 Now, I wanted to ask you, do you think that this is due to the 100,000 Democrat voters?
00:20:02.340 Or do you think that this is an exaggeration by the Whitmer people because they're trying to make a play like Hillary Clinton and others to get themselves on this ticket in 2024?
00:20:12.600 I think it is both those things.
00:20:15.160 I mean, the Democratic Party has the deepest cleavage it's had since 1968 when the left split over the Vietnam War.
00:20:24.500 However, this is every bit as serious that if they have a real bricks and mortar convention in Chicago, which remains to be seen,
00:20:35.100 you're going to have the same kind of disruptive demonstrations we saw in Chicago in 1968 over the war.
00:20:43.820 I think this is twofold.
00:20:46.320 One is Whitmer warning them that the solidly Muslim-American vote, which is significant in Michigan, can no longer be counted on.
00:20:58.240 It also may be a recognition that the corruption in Michigan's last presidential election continues to slowly unravel.
00:21:06.780 And then lastly, Whitmer is sending a sentence that if you want Michigan, if you need Michigan, the way to get Michigan is to put me on the ticket.
00:21:18.100 God forbid.
00:21:18.600 It is interesting, there was a book, I don't recall who wrote it, but a Democrat insider, who said that Whitmer was Biden's original choice for vice president, that Biden does not like Kamala Harris.
00:21:35.200 He's still sore at her for exposing him in one of the presidential debates in 2020, where she correctly called him out as a racist.
00:21:45.360 What's interesting about that is Tulsi Gabbard then almost immediately called Kamala Harris out as a racist, all based on the prosecution of people for the first-time nonviolent crime of possession of small amounts of drugs for personal use.
00:22:03.740 This is a law that has been disproportionately used against poor people and black people, and it remains a fact that in the 1994 crime bill, as written by Joe Biden and signed by Bill Clinton,
00:22:20.280 the harsh mandatory penalties for possession of rock cocaine, the harsh mandatory penalties for possession of rock cocaine are much worse than the draconian mandatory sentences for those caught with powdered cocaine.
00:22:34.660 That is very clearly designed at people, poorer people, and people on the bottom of the economic spectrum, and therefore has fought, fallen disproportionately on black people.
00:22:49.680 So supposedly Joe Biden wanted Gretchen Whitmer as his running mate in 2020, and Kamala Harris was forced on him.
00:23:01.280 A very interesting video I watched yesterday, we'll probably pull it up for tomorrow, in which Biden and Kamala are in a split screen talking about their arrangement, and Biden actually says,
00:23:19.060 you know, if the point came where we had a serious policy disagreement, well, I would just claim that I had some illness and I would resign.
00:23:31.280 This makes no sense to me.
00:23:32.920 Why would the president of the United States disagree, resign, if he disagreed with the vice president, to whom, of course, she's supposed to be subservient to him, unless, of course, she is Barack Obama's representative at the White House.
00:23:52.340 And therefore, the policy disagreement that he speaks of is a policy disagreement with Barack Obama, not really with Kamala Harris.
00:24:02.920 Well, Roger, and we know, you know, for those of us that have been in the know and have been watching, it's not even being in the know, it's just paying attention to what Biden has been.
00:24:13.880 I think it's laughable that the media is now seizing upon this opportunity to say, oh, well, you know, we knew he was, you know, we've had problems all along.
00:24:24.020 We're going to replace him. And I wanted to put this up because you were talking about this Woodrow Wilson.
00:24:29.400 I think it's important to make that comparison. Jill Biden appeared in vogue in an issue that was released just today with a cover that says, we will decide our future.
00:24:40.540 I don't know about you, Roger, but between the outfit and the way she's profiled there, that looks awful presidential to me, doesn't it?
00:24:47.960 Well, who elected her? How was she elected? This is one of the most interesting flashpoints of the debate.
00:24:56.580 When Joe Biden said specifically to Trump, you had an affair with a porn star, I'm sure Trump had to bite his tongue not to say, yes, and you had an affair with the babysitter before your first wife died.
00:25:11.160 And now that babysitter is the de facto president of the United States.
00:25:16.780 I think there's going to be more and more scrutiny of her role where she's clearly taking control and his growing incapacity.
00:25:27.680 So what do you got for us here in the video department?
00:25:30.880 Well, Roger, we have video that we wanted to play. You brought this up last time.
00:25:36.120 We wanted to play this again. This is coming up more and more now that Nancy Pelosi is in the news again this weekend, really trashing President Trump and saying, oh, that it's not Biden that has dementia.
00:25:48.360 It's Trump that has dementia.
00:25:50.540 My people are very much Biden, Kamala Harris. And this is an opportunity for Joe Biden to go out there and show he has the stamina and the rest.
00:26:01.360 And by the way, while the press and for some reason they don't, there are health care professionals who think that that Trump has dementia, that his connection, his thoughts do not go together.
00:26:16.280 So, Roger, what are your thoughts on that video?
00:26:18.140 First of all, I don't want to say anything, but she looks to me like she's smashed.
00:26:23.160 I mean, the way she's slurring her words, she looks to me like she's loaded, drunk as a skunk, blotto, blasted.
00:26:32.040 She does not look great. It's kind of funny that she's the one accusing Trump of being incapacitated.
00:26:38.620 She says that his ideas don't fit together. Weird.
00:26:42.220 Donald Trump, I thought his performance was really extraordinary.
00:26:48.260 First of all, he demonstrated enormous discipline.
00:26:52.040 He managed to achieve his goals, which were to contrast his record on the economy and the border with Joe.
00:27:00.300 He was able to talk about the weaponization of the Justice Department and our criminal justice system.
00:27:08.240 And then the single smartest thing he did was to lay back and let Joe talk.
00:27:13.620 Some of those exchanges were completely and totally incomprehensible, as you know.
00:27:19.680 Well, and Roger, the real shocking news about Nancy Pelosi is that there's been footage leaked from her daughter on January 6th where she accepts responsibility.
00:27:31.920 And despite the fact that this footage has been released and it's made its rounds, has millions of views across several social media platforms,
00:27:39.500 Pelosi and the Democrats are still trying to run this election on January 6th.
00:27:43.420 I believe we have that tape of Pelosi taking full responsibility for what happened on January 6th.
00:27:48.420 We have responsibility, Terry.
00:27:51.320 We did not have any accountability for what was going on there.
00:27:55.960 And we should have.
00:27:57.560 This is ridiculous.
00:27:59.700 You're going to ask me in the middle of the thing when they've already breached the inaugural stuff that, should we call the Capitol Police?
00:28:10.960 I mean, the National Guard?
00:28:12.980 Why weren't the National Guard there to begin with?
00:28:15.460 They thought that they had sufficient resources.
00:28:19.480 No, there's not a question of how they had, but they don't know.
00:28:23.400 They clearly didn't know.
00:28:25.020 And I take responsibility for not having them just prepare for more.
00:28:29.920 You know, we had hoped to have Kash Patel as our guest today.
00:28:34.860 He was called in to an emergency meeting after the Supreme Court ruling.
00:28:39.900 We hope to have him with us tomorrow because he can speak to this better than anyone else.
00:28:45.560 It's interesting that Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats continue to lie about whether or not President Donald Trump offered the mayor of D.C.
00:28:56.020 and therefore Nancy Pelosi 10,000 National Guard troops to keep order.
00:29:01.040 It is all documented in a series of letters.
00:29:04.080 It is indisputable unless, of course, you're on social media and then they continue to stick to this lie.
00:29:12.180 There you have Nancy Pelosi admitting that she was responsible for the fact that the National Guard was not there.
00:29:19.540 But the next day, of course, she denied everything.
00:29:23.280 And the mainstream media doesn't hold Nancy Pelosi to the same rules or the same standard of conduct that we do us.
00:29:34.280 The other thing that I think is really interesting here and worth discussing is the immediate lockstep talking points of the Democrats post-debate.
00:29:44.980 First of all, you had one thread, which is that was a disaster.
00:29:49.400 Joe has to go.
00:29:50.800 And you saw that almost immediately.
00:29:54.200 CNN, Politico, The New York Times and so on.
00:29:58.080 But then the other one is that the big problem with the debate, and this was in Politico yesterday, according to Biden's top aides, was that Donald Trump was not fact-checked more aggressively by the moderators.
00:30:15.340 Let's go through who was lying and who was not, shall we?
00:30:18.280 So, first of all, Joe recycled this canard that Donald Trump, looking at the graves of veterans in France, referred to them as suckers and losers.
00:30:33.060 There were 20 people present.
00:30:35.620 Nineteen of them say this never happened.
00:30:38.220 But General John Kelly, who was ignominiously fired for his efforts to undermine the president, came up with this after he was fired.
00:30:47.540 So, there's his motive.
00:30:48.940 It's a lie.
00:30:50.080 General Kelly, why don't you take a lie detector test?
00:30:53.860 Why don't you take a polygraph and we'll settle this one?
00:30:57.040 That's a lie.
00:30:58.320 The president never said it.
00:31:00.720 Donald Trump, Biden quoted Trump as saying that Hitler did good things.
00:31:05.820 Trump never said anything of the kind.
00:31:08.620 Biden recycled the claim that Donald Trump said that everyone in Charlotte, or that there were very fine people on both sides.
00:31:18.840 Even Snopes, the left-wing fact-checker, has completely debunked that.
00:31:25.420 Joe said that he capped insulin at $15.
00:31:28.460 A lie.
00:31:29.860 It was Donald Trump who capped insulin.
00:31:32.580 He said he capped Medicaid drug expenses at $200.
00:31:35.720 Yet another lie.
00:31:38.900 He said Trump would be a dictator.
00:31:41.340 A distortion of what Trump said.
00:31:43.880 Here's my all-time favorite.
00:31:45.760 No American military service personnel died during his presidency.
00:31:51.260 Is he completely unaware of what happened in Afghanistan?
00:31:55.680 This guy is disgraceful.
00:31:59.100 Border crossings were much less under Biden than under Trump.
00:32:03.860 That's an absurdity.
00:32:07.320 Unemployment was 15% under Trump.
00:32:11.600 It was 6.3%.
00:32:13.860 Trump wants to extend the age for your Social Security payments to begin.
00:32:23.420 False.
00:32:24.000 Donald Trump wants to cut your Social Security benefits based on whether or not you have outside income beyond Social Security.
00:32:32.660 So-called means testing.
00:32:35.060 False.
00:32:36.460 Billionaires pay 8.2% in taxes.
00:32:40.740 False.
00:32:41.140 Trump said that Americans should inject bleach for the COVID-19 vaccination.
00:32:49.400 False.
00:32:50.140 The Border Patrol Union has endorsed Joe Biden.
00:32:54.760 They put out an immediate statement.
00:32:57.380 False.
00:32:58.380 There are 1,000 trillionaires in the country, and they're paying 1% in taxes.
00:33:05.820 False.
00:33:06.240 No woman has an abortion in the 8th or 9th month.
00:33:12.940 False.
00:33:14.060 We've run the video of Virginia Governor Ralph Northam talking about it.
00:33:20.760 He's also a physician.
00:33:22.860 I could go on and on and on, but the big liar last Thursday night was Joe Biden.
00:33:31.060 Yet they continue this idea that, while the debate was a disaster because nobody fact-checked Trump, that's because they want Trump to admit, for example, that he's wholly responsible for the violence at the Capitol on January 6th, which he's not.
00:33:48.480 So when he says that he's not, they say, oh, you see, he lied.
00:33:52.100 Well, that's a subjective question.
00:33:54.040 But I think he's innocent.
00:33:56.300 But in this particular case, for Joe Biden to say no member of the military, no service personnel died on his watch, what planet is this guy really on?
00:34:06.760 Well, Roger, and remember, it was Biden's press secretary who wrote a book who said he didn't check his watch during the dignified transfers of these people.
00:34:16.720 So he – and not only that, but those families, those Gold Star families have come out and said he didn't call them.
00:34:22.020 And there's several other veterans who have said, like, people without arms come up to shake Joe Biden's hand, and he puts his hand where there's no arm and disrespects these people.
00:34:34.200 I mean, look, this guy is so out of it.
00:34:36.720 And I love the idea, Roger.
00:34:38.240 This is something that I come across again and again.
00:34:40.640 Trump, it was attacked by liberals during this debate for using hyperbole.
00:34:44.980 And they say that an awful lot.
00:34:46.680 They say, oh, Trump uses hyperbole.
00:34:49.540 And it's important to remember, you know, I went back and I watched one of the presidential debates that occurred between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama.
00:34:58.160 And Mitt Romney, you know, I know I'm interested to hear your thoughts on this because I know you actually left the Republican Party because Mitt Romney was the nominee.
00:35:06.800 But in Mitt Romney's capitulation, in his weakness, Barack Obama took him to task.
00:35:14.360 And Barack Obama did the same thing with John McCain, who literally campaigned – I mean, John McCain went out there, Roger, and he campaigned for Barack Obama.
00:35:23.960 Like, his own supporters would say, John, like, we really don't like this guy.
00:35:27.180 We think he's a socialist.
00:35:28.200 And he would go, no, you know, he's a great guy.
00:35:30.240 It's like, what are you doing?
00:35:31.500 He's campaigning for Barack Obama.
00:35:33.140 But in that debate, that set up, structured Mitt Romney versus Barack Obama, Barack Obama took him to task.
00:35:40.220 It wasn't even close.
00:35:41.420 And Mitt Romney was boring because he would say, oh, 4.8 million this or 3.2 percent.
00:35:47.540 When the American people listen to politics and particularly the political debate, because most Americans are not engrossed in politics all the time, when they hear, you know, billion, trillion, million, I mean, it just – it's like a blur.
00:36:01.140 And I'm not saying that people are dumb, but when you get into the really specifics of these policies and things like that, the American people, it just – they're not interested in that.
00:36:09.740 Most people have jobs.
00:36:11.040 They just want to understand what's going on.
00:36:12.720 And Trump talks like a regular person.
00:36:15.940 And I think, really, in my opinion, you know, we didn't see fact-checking before Donald Trump.
00:36:21.340 Probably these people saying, oh, the debate was wrong because Trump was not fact-checked.
00:36:26.220 That's – this is the reality that we live in.
00:36:28.300 They want us to self-moderate and to take away any part of our belief system that doesn't 100 percent agree with theirs.
00:36:37.480 And any time we stray from their path, the establishment path of, oh, this is right and this is wrong, there are WMDs in Iraq.
00:36:45.800 Remember, they told you that.
00:36:47.320 They told you that in order to launch a war that killed millions of people.
00:36:51.260 So they lie over and over again, and because Donald Trump speaks in the regular vernacular, he talks in a way that regular people can understand fully and to kind of grasp and take under their own.
00:37:04.480 I think Trump doesn't get a lot of credit for that.
00:37:06.100 He really should.
00:37:07.340 He's inspired more people to get involved in politics than probably anybody in the history of our country.
00:37:13.580 So, Roger, just the idea that they want to say, oh, he's – when did we ever see this fact-checking BS before Donald Trump came along and figured out how to beat the liberals on TV and how to decimate the Democrat Party for what it is, an institution that has destroyed the lives of millions of people and continues to destroy their lives.
00:37:35.940 I mean, we never heard about fact-checking before Trump.
00:37:39.480 Yeah, it is really extraordinary.
00:37:43.440 So, Troy, what do we got?
00:37:44.860 What do you got some video for us here?
00:37:46.400 Let's just see what we got.
00:37:48.280 Well, and, Roger, I wanted to bring this up.
00:37:50.780 I actually – it was a little bit of self-torture this weekend.
00:37:53.460 I decided to pick up Jamie Raskin's book because I'm doing kind of an extensive piece on him and his family, and I picked this up.
00:38:00.200 This is called Unthinkable.
00:38:01.660 And I would not recommend this to the audience, but there's some stunning omissions in here, and one particular you brought up earlier that kind of wanted to broach the question here.
00:38:11.860 Jamie Raskin, in the early days of Trump, created a bill that would essentially expedite the 25th Amendment process.
00:38:22.360 And the 25th Amendment, in fact, was part of the second impeachment.
00:38:26.240 They wanted to – the Democrats are weighing behind the scenes.
00:38:29.740 Do we go 25th Amendment?
00:38:31.120 Do we go high crimes and misdemeanors?
00:38:34.040 And it's actually gone as far as – Jamie Raskin created this bill that would create a board of physicians and former presidents and senators and leaders politically that would judge basically whether a president was capable of executing his duties as the office of the president of the United States.
00:38:53.240 And this bill was – this was talked about a lot during the Trump presidency.
00:38:58.640 Oh, the 25th Amendment.
00:39:00.040 Oh, the 25th Amendment.
00:39:01.480 A couple questions.
00:39:02.480 One, do you think that this same Jamie Raskin element, do you think that they'll bring this 25th Amendment thing back and try to use it to get rid of Biden?
00:39:11.000 And two, what do you think it says about the Democrats that the entire time Trump was in the presidency, they were talking 25th Amendment, 25th Amendment.
00:39:19.400 And then as soon as Biden got in, even though we all saw signs of the cognitive decline, there was – it just completely went away.
00:39:27.300 I mean, is that not just hypocrisy at its finest?
00:39:31.200 Look, Jamie Raskin, a man whose wife is a federal judge, she was deeply involved in the illegal unmasking of General Flynn and others, failed to report millions of dollars of gains from his insider trading as a member of the Congress.
00:39:48.200 Yet he has room to question other people's ethics.
00:39:51.380 He's a radical.
00:39:52.260 I would go so far as to say that he's a communist.
00:39:55.260 In his book, he says that General Flynn was seeking to raise an army on January 6th.
00:40:00.220 If I were General Flynn, I would sue him in a heartbeat because that's a lie.
00:40:05.040 No evidence of that whatsoever.
00:40:07.920 Anybody who is short on toilet paper, I recommend Jamie Raskin's book.
00:40:13.900 Otherwise, I wouldn't touch it with a 10-foot pole.
00:40:17.160 I'm glad to see that you're going to do a deconstruction because, as you know, Raskin's father was a communist radical, and he is as well.
00:40:28.540 The question you asked about a cognitive test or a board of doctors, that was aimed at Donald Trump.
00:40:35.960 Now that they have a vegetable in the White House, they don't want, at least up until now.
00:40:43.140 But yesterday, even Jamie Raskin was saying, well, regardless of who is the nominee, the party will remain united.
00:40:53.740 That's pulling the rug out from under Joe.
00:40:57.860 So watching all these people who have been telling us for months that Joe Biden was vital and he was strong and he was vibrant and he was in control are now forced to admit that they were lying the entire time.
00:41:12.580 It is kind of delightful to watch.
00:41:16.240 Well, and, you know, it goes a step further.
00:41:18.220 You know, Roger, you said that he actually he does.
00:41:20.680 He makes several pointed attacks on General Flynn.
00:41:22.780 But I think and, you know, I'm going to send actually these passages out to General Flynn and I'm going to put these things together.
00:41:28.320 And so we get the specific pages.
00:41:29.780 So we get the specific quotes because it's really egregious the way that he lies about that in the book.
00:41:35.280 He makes several direct references saying that Flynn is raising an army.
00:41:40.420 And one of the most shocking parts, and I couldn't believe this, Roger, because here's a guy.
00:41:44.760 He's in Congress.
00:41:45.960 He's one of the top ranking Democrats.
00:41:47.640 As you say, in the book, he brags about his family being involved with several labor worker parties, you know, communist stuff for many, many years.
00:41:56.340 We're talking going back several generations.
00:41:57.880 But I was really shocked to read it in this book.
00:42:00.520 He actually says that the Capitol Police should have just opened fire on the January 6th protesters and that that Capitol Police were so brutal with Black Lives Matter protesters and they didn't do anything to the January 6th protesters.
00:42:17.560 Meanwhile, we had the footage of them launching concussion grenades directly into the crowd.
00:42:23.640 We have the evidence of them shooting smoke canisters and other things at people.
00:42:28.520 And then again, it's just the same out and out lie that five people died on January 6th.
00:42:35.040 It's just it's just completely they they have taken this thing, Roger, and you see how they've built it.
00:42:42.400 You see how they've kind of constructed it with the January 6th committee hearings and all this.
00:42:46.320 And I think, you know, at least we're looking at an American populace who really is done with January 6th.
00:42:53.480 I think they see the narrative that's been concocted.
00:42:56.380 I think they know that it's it was basically, I mean, orchestrated by the Democrats.
00:43:02.060 If you look at the way that Bowser handled the situation, the way that Pelosi handled the situation, and now we have the video of her admitting accountability for this.
00:43:10.940 We're seeing, I think, in real time, the Democrat platform in this election kind of fall apart.
00:43:17.560 And you're right.
00:43:18.500 It's exactly like 1968.
00:43:20.720 It's exactly like the Democrat Party has fallen apart in the past.
00:43:25.300 My question, I guess, is how going forward do you think that the Democrats will try to play this?
00:43:31.280 Because if they do run with Joe Biden, it would seem that that is kind of a failed effort.
00:43:38.200 It doesn't seem like there's going to be anything that they can do.
00:43:41.200 But as you stated earlier, Roger, they can't force Biden out unless he decides to walk away.
00:43:48.200 And I'm not so sure, barring some kind of health catastrophe here, that he is going to walk away, particularly when it comes to his wife and his son, who obviously love being the first family more than they love their father and their husband, Joe Biden.
00:44:04.240 Well, one of the other lies that Joe said was there.
00:44:08.960 We never saw any video of police officers ushering people, motioning people into the Capitol.
00:44:14.900 They really think people are stupid.
00:44:17.080 The evidence of malfeasance by Hillary Clinton, pardon me, by Nancy Pelosi, Capitol Hill Police, Department of Homeland Security is overwhelming.
00:44:30.280 The real question is, why hasn't Speaker Johnson appointed a committee to investigate the January 6th committee investigation?
00:44:38.940 That needs to be done.
00:44:41.000 There was an interesting exchange on X where I saw the committee chairman tell me his name of the January 6th committee, Democrat from Michigan, I think, saying, well, what laws did we break?
00:44:58.460 What laws did you break?
00:44:59.480 You suborn perjury because Cassidy Hutchison specifically lied about both me and General Flynn, saying under oath that President Trump instructed Mark Meadows, his chief of staff, to call Roger Stone and General Flynn on the afternoon or evening of the 5th to find out what would happen on the 6th.
00:45:20.700 That is a perjurous lie for which she should be prosecuted.
00:45:24.280 There never was any such call or any such communication.
00:45:27.480 She further says that she dissuaded Meadows from attending a meeting at a war room in the Willard, but that Meadows called Stone and Flynn later to be debriefed on the meeting.
00:45:42.720 There's her second perjurous lie.
00:45:44.700 If there was a war room at the Willard, I didn't know about it, and I was certainly never in it.
00:45:50.120 Neither was General Flynn, and there was no contact.
00:45:54.100 Second lie.
00:45:54.780 And then they manipulate videos.
00:45:56.940 Why is the video of me that they leaked to CNN has a completely different visual track than the one that they showed in the hearing?
00:46:06.500 That's because the whole thing is fabricated.
00:46:09.480 That's why.
00:46:10.480 And then, oh, by the way, we just destroyed all the evidence after our investigation to cover our tracks.
00:46:16.540 Now, the members of the committee engaged in illegal activity, and there should be a full investigation.
00:46:24.800 I'm hopeful that if Republicans get a more solid majority in the House and they get a speaker who has cojones,
00:46:33.320 they will finally look into the entire January 6th scam, because the evidence, if you go to revolver.news particularly, but many other outlets, we've seen the video.
00:46:48.580 The FBI director can't answer how many undercover FBI agents were in the crowd that day.
00:46:57.220 I agree with you, Troy.
00:46:58.380 People are fed up with this.
00:47:00.720 It breaks along partisan lines.
00:47:02.660 If you're a Democrat, you think there was an insurrection.
00:47:05.280 If you're a Republican, you figured out that this was a setup.
00:47:08.680 Where they're not doing well is by continuing to say there was no fraud in the 2020 election.
00:47:15.820 Overwhelmingly, in polling, Americans just don't believe that, because the evidence, sorry, John Carl with ABC, who only yesterday says to Steve Bannon, there's no evidence, no douchebag.
00:47:29.120 There's overwhelming evidence.
00:47:31.020 It is ubiquitous.
00:47:34.020 We should comment, I guess, on that.
00:47:36.460 Steve Bannon has to report to a federal work camp, a federal facility in Danbury, Connecticut today.
00:47:45.700 This is not a country club.
00:47:48.380 Despite my many differences with Steve Bannon, I do think in this particular case, he's being persecuted.
00:47:56.780 He could not testify for the January 6th committee, because President Donald Trump has sent him and his lawyers a letter invoking executive privilege.
00:48:06.460 Had Bannon testified, it would have been in violation of the law.
00:48:12.020 He made the decision not to testify on the basis of his lawyer's advice.
00:48:17.560 On those two points alone, he should be allowed to remain at liberty, free, on appeal.
00:48:23.820 But there's different rules, as I learned, for Trump supporters.
00:48:29.440 Yesterday, I had Natalie Winters, who is the co-host of Steve's show, The War Room, on my 77 WABC radio show.
00:48:40.000 In fact, we'll try to get her on the Stone Zone here to talk about this.
00:48:43.520 This is really about silencing the voices of Trump supporters going into the election.
00:48:52.120 They tried to silence Tucker Carlson.
00:48:56.120 It failed.
00:48:57.340 They tried to silence Alex Jones.
00:49:00.860 That's day to day.
00:49:02.900 Folks, the bankruptcy proceedings that could close InfoWars down are very, very real.
00:49:09.760 This is not some fundraising attempt on Jones's part.
00:49:15.180 That is outrageous.
00:49:16.420 He's living day to day.
00:49:17.760 He does not know what will happen to InfoWars.
00:49:20.840 And, of course, this recent Supreme Court decision is disgraceful, which basically says, yes, the government can work with private social media companies to abridge the First Amendment rights of Americans.
00:49:34.180 That is wrongly decided, to say the least, but it is a heads up as to what's going to happen in the next election.
00:49:43.100 I've already seen the throttling.
00:49:45.200 I've already seen the shadow banning.
00:49:47.340 I've already seen the trend where voices who are contrary to the official narrative on X are beginning to be censored, not so much canceled, but censored.
00:50:05.500 And I think that is the taste of what we're going to have going forward.
00:50:09.480 Well, and exactly, and they are clamping down, Roger, and meanwhile, you have people, I think, you know, there's a coordinated effort to stop people who have been kind of uncensored.
00:50:23.180 And you look at the way that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has kind of navigated his campaign where he picks the wife of one of the chief censors of Google.
00:50:32.320 You know, censorship is becoming a backburner issue, and that's because we haven't been in the throes of an election cycle that's heating up.
00:50:39.940 You know, it's heating up more and more now.
00:50:42.760 And as we move forward, Roger, they're going to put the clamps on.
00:50:46.120 It's something that we experienced like never before in 2020, and I don't think there's any reason.
00:50:51.340 You know, much like the election fraud, Roger, I think we all look at this and say, okay, in a lot of places, particularly as it pertains to the election stuff, nothing's been changed.
00:51:00.460 We haven't seen bills that are going to stop this.
00:51:03.420 We haven't seen the voter rolls cleaned up in some of the most important places.
00:51:06.960 So why would it change?
00:51:08.340 And I think people need to take the same attitude as it comes to Twitter.
00:51:12.060 And for Elon Musk, you know, I think that I'm not saying I don't think that this is his doing.
00:51:17.220 I think that this is the result of hiring people and hiring people and hiring people and hiring people until there is not a cohesive message anymore.
00:51:25.560 And I'm hoping, I'm praying that Elon Musk will see this and he will, you know, work towards ending the censorship on Twitter because I truthfully believe, Roger, if we continue to see the numbers fall, we continue to see people like you have their reach limited, it's severely going to hurt revenue on the platform.
00:51:45.460 It's severely going to damage the reputation of the platform and the ability of the company to really grow going forward.
00:51:53.920 I think it could be a massive problem for X under Elon Musk.
00:51:58.920 It is certainly a business mistake, to say the least.
00:52:03.300 Speaking of business, let me take a quick commercial break here because we have to.
00:52:07.920 Folks, you remember when the AT&T cell system went down recently, millions of people were unable to communicate with their loved ones, their business associates, or even call for emergency services.
00:52:21.540 That's because the cellular system is extraordinarily vulnerable, vulnerable to hackers, vulnerable to terrorists, vulnerable to inclement weather like hurricanes.
00:52:33.120 This is why I went out and got the Iridium 9555 phone and the Iridium satellite service.
00:52:43.420 That means that my phone is operating off of a proprietary satellite and both my phone messages and my text messages or my phone calls and my text messages are entirely encrypted and this system is very dependable.
00:53:02.540 So, for example, if the power grid went down and there was no internet, there was no cell service, there was no refrigeration for your food, there was no heat or air conditioning, any place you can see the sky, you'd still be able to make a phone call.
00:53:22.840 Now, you get the Iridium 9555 phone absolutely free when you sign up for a 24-month service contract to use the proprietary satellite.
00:53:38.560 And that is at the low cost of $95.95.
00:53:44.800 So, I would ask you for your own peace of mind to know that you will never be out of touch.
00:53:51.980 Go to sat123.com slash roger and explore the Iridium 9555 phone and the Iridium satellite phone service.
00:54:06.140 You'll be very glad you did.
00:54:09.420 Okay, Troy, we have about two minutes.
00:54:12.480 I'm going to let you wrap this up.
00:54:14.420 Well, Roger, I want to end with this Raskin book because it's kind of an important thing.
00:54:19.000 And I think one of the things that we have to remember going into this election is that the Democrats don't just do things to do things.
00:54:27.500 They actually plan things out.
00:54:29.520 And in this book, Roger, he admits that they knew that January 6th was going to be a flashpoint for the election going back into the spring.
00:54:37.740 That's right, the spring of 2020.
00:54:39.320 So, there was a better part of a year that they were preparing for this day with constitutional arguments to try to get President Trump out of the White House.
00:54:47.640 And it's why it's important to study what these people talk about, because whether it was the timepiece that they put out in, I think, 2022, where they bragged about the 2020 election and what they did there, or the public books or statements written by these people, they think that they're above the law.
00:55:05.120 And the more that we can put it out there, their own words, their own actions, their own lies, and show the American people this is what the political system is, we get people off of the establishment, Roger, we get them to stop believing the lies put out by these people, we can try to regain some of the independence, some of the good things about America that we've seen fade away under the establishment rule of Bush and Obama and so many others that have destroyed this country.
00:55:33.860 It's just about analyzing it and figuring out a way that we can combat these people, because truly, they are lawless criminals who have no regard for our Constitution and no regard for our country.
00:55:45.440 They hate us.
00:55:47.160 I could not agree with you more.
00:55:49.160 All right, that's it for today.
