00:00:45.340 Welcome. I'm Roger Stone, and we have this morning early bombshell news from the U.S. Supreme Court,

00:00:54.920 which ruled pretty much the way I thought that he would, which is to say that presidents of the United States do have immunity for official acts,

00:01:06.800 but now prosecutors will argue that Donald Trump's efforts on January 6th to see that the laws governing the election were,

00:01:17.320 were, quote, faithfully executed, consistent with his responsibilities as president, did not constitute official acts.

00:01:26.380 What this actually means is this will go back to the Court of Appeals to be fought out.

00:01:34.180 More importantly, what it means is there will be no federal trial of Donald Trump prior to the 2024 election.

00:01:43.440 You will remember that Special Counsel Jack Smith on this issue specifically tried to bypass the appeals court

00:01:53.260 and expedite the ruling that we got today.

00:01:57.220 That is a violation of Donald Trump's due process rights, and the courts did not allow it.

00:02:03.720 The left continues to complain that Trump has sought to delay these proceedings when, in fact, all Trump has done is to seek his regular, ordinary due process rights,

00:02:43.800 I think that a lot of Americans are kind of surprised maybe that we even had three justices.

00:02:49.500 I mean, were you surprised at all of the fact that it was 6-3?

00:02:51.920 I mean, I thought it looked almost unanimous in the way it was being argued prior to this decision.

00:02:58.000 Well, very clearly, they're trying to spare Barack Obama, George W. Bush, and other past presidents who arguably violated the law in a number of ways.

00:03:09.940 The argument now is going to center around whether Donald Trump's actions on January 6th were within the scope of his responsibilities as president.

00:03:19.700 To see that the laws of the United States are faithfully executed is very specifically one of his responsibilities.

00:03:29.040 I'm not an attorney, but I would argue that ensuring that we have a fair election, that election laws specifically were fairly executed, does lie within the scope of his responsibilities.

00:03:45.380 That will now go back to the appeals court.

00:03:48.940 If it's the D.C. appeals court, the appeals court will rule against him.

00:03:52.760 It's very important to understand that in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, the Constitution, the facts, the evidence, the rules, these things are meaningless.

00:04:02.320 This is a completely politicized court where Donald Trump will never get a fair decision.

00:04:08.620 Presumably, then, it would go back to the Supreme Court.

00:04:12.260 The election will be over at this point.

00:05:02.920 We continue to see the meltdown that is the result of Joe Biden's horrific debate performance.

00:05:15.600 I guess a good place to start is the fact that Democrats and their handmaidens in the media have been lying to us for well over three years when they kept insisting, no, no, he's fine.

00:05:47.040 You know, Troy, I think what we have going on in the country is very similar to the situation regarding President Woodrow Wilson.

00:05:55.500 Now, Wilson was elected in 1912 in a three-way election in which former President Theodore Roosevelt sought to challenge sitting President William Howard Taft, who he had handpicked as his successor, but who he had become disappointed in for the Republican nomination.

00:06:19.260 Although Theodore Roosevelt was wildly popular, Taft and the Republican regulars controlled the machinery of the convention, and Roosevelt was defeated in his effort to wrest the nomination from William Howard Taft.

00:06:37.860 Roosevelt then ran on a third party, was a progressive party, although because he was asked by a reporter how he felt, he said he felt as fit as a bull moose, became known as the bull moose party.

00:06:54.580 Here's the part people don't realize.

00:06:56.820 Woodrow Wilson, the arch segregationist from Virginia, former president of the University of Virginia, was first.

00:07:06.440 Theodore Roosevelt, the bull moose candidate, was second.

00:07:11.680 And William Howard Taft, the Republican nominee, actually ran third.

00:07:17.020 Then in 1919, Woodrow Wilson had a debilitating stroke.

00:07:24.260 He was mentally and physically completely incapacitated.

00:07:28.060 But because the role of the media was very different in those days, this was concealed from the American people.

00:07:35.880 His wife, Edith Galt Wilson, was the de facto president of the United States.

00:07:44.080 When it came to executing official documents, she would put the pen in his hand and move his hand for the signature.

00:07:51.720 She was aided and abetted in this cover-up by Colonel House, who was the White House chief of staff, and they got away with it.

00:08:10.680 If you watched these cringeworthy post-debate remarks by Jill Biden, while her husband stands there literally drooling with an empty stare in his face, literally drooling.

00:08:31.680 The man who plays the role of Colonel House is a man named Anthony, I think it is, Bertrand or Berland.

00:09:07.120 Now, in the meantime, the Bidens made much of the fact that they had a meeting at Camp David this weekend to decide what Joe should do.

00:09:18.920 It's interesting that Barack Obama and Bill Clinton immediately put out statements in support of Joe Biden.

00:09:28.500 But that, to me, does not reveal what they're doing behind the scenes.

00:09:33.200 It only tells you what position they are taking in public.

00:09:37.240 But this is going to be very interesting because it's not just a handful of disillusioned Democrats who are calling for Joe to take a dive.

00:10:08.060 It's important to note that the one thing that Biden did do was make sure that the delegates to the convention who were elected as Biden delegates,

00:10:18.820 and by the way, he got 94 percent of the vote of roughly 7,000 delegates, are Biden people.

00:10:34.480 At this point, Jill, in particular Hunter, who is staring down the face of, you know, a prison sentence and desperately needs a pardon,

00:10:54.040 Of course, announcing that he's not re-electing, running for re-election, is not the same as resigning.

00:11:18.060 Well, and Roger, you know, we're looking at a situation where the media really came out of the closet over the debate.

00:11:30.260 We saw his own Justice Department release a report in which they stated that he broke the law very clearly and flagrantly as vice president and senator when he kept classified documents in his garage.

00:11:42.640 And in fact, gave top secret classified documents to his ghostwriter to write a biography about him or a fake autobiography.

00:11:51.480 So you tell me, Roger, we're looking at a situation where over and over again, the Bidens have flagrantly violated the law.

00:11:58.560 And in the specific case of the Hurt report, they determined that he was not prosecutable.

00:12:04.880 They said he's in such poor health.

00:12:06.920 We're not going to go after him because we wouldn't be able to get a conviction with a jury.

00:12:10.260 They didn't say he didn't break the law.

00:12:15.780 So to see the media now jumping on, I'm seeing everybody say, oh, well, the idea of replacing him.

00:12:20.780 And I'm seeing a lot of people highlighting, Roger, your prediction that you've been making since at least 2021, that Michelle Obama would be the nominee in 2024.

00:12:31.820 I wanted to ask you, Roger, you were really the first guy out of the gate.

00:12:35.320 I remember one of the early Stone Zone episodes with you and Joel Gilbert where you were talking about Michelle Obama and the possibility that she's going to run.

00:12:58.860 Well, there's two parts to my prediction.

00:13:01.800 First of all, I predict that Joe Biden will not be the nominee of the Democratic Party.

00:13:08.460 My second part of my prediction is that if thrown to an open convention where the delegates are released by Joe Biden and the convention works its will, then in that instance, I believe you would have a stampede for Michelle Obama.

00:13:26.880 Now, I never said that she would run.

00:13:30.380 I never said she wants to run.

00:13:33.200 But I do think there will still be a recognition that she is potentially the strongest candidate against Donald Trump.

00:13:43.160 And there's growing panic as Trump's position as the front runner solidifies.

00:13:49.480 The real fly in the ointment here, of course, is Kamala Harris. 0.89

00:13:55.240 And in any normal political scenario, she would be next in line for the nomination.

00:14:04.080 She's the sitting vice president.

00:14:06.200 But there is deep fear that she also cannot win.

00:14:10.200 Her performance as vice president has been less than spectacular, shall we say.

00:14:16.660 And if she were to become the presidential nominee, which, by the way, Biden, even if he's forced out the door by some backstage move, he could still probably dictate the nomination of Kamala Harris.

00:14:34.940 Remember, those delegates are Biden delegates.

00:14:38.580 It's the one thing his people have done right.

00:14:41.940 So how will this play out?

00:14:43.480 Well, Alex Jones asked me that last night on his Sunday night show.

00:14:49.380 And the real answer is we don't really know yet.

00:14:53.080 Several things are clear.

00:14:55.020 Joe and his family, first of all, they're blaming the staff.

00:14:59.280 By the way, when they found documents that he illegally retained in his garage and in his home in Wilmington, they blamed the staff.

00:15:07.820 Now, once again, they are blaming the staff.

00:15:11.100 Anita Dunn, veteran Democrat operative, Mike Donilon, yet another.

00:15:18.100 The problem here is not the staff.

00:15:20.640 The problem is Joe.

00:15:22.340 Joe is—there's nobody home.

00:15:28.400 Outrageous that they would blame the staff.

00:15:30.780 But clearly, the family wants him to stay in the race.

00:15:34.740 Now, if things get dire enough, I still believe that Barack Obama has the ability to get a majority of the cabinet members, and, of course, Kamala Harris, who would be the greatest beneficiary, to go to Joe privately and say,

00:15:52.160 look, we have what it takes to remove you entirely under the 25th Amendment.

00:15:58.100 If we have to do this, we will.

00:16:01.000 Under those circumstances, you will lose your ability to pardon yourself, your brother, your son, and other members of the Biden crime family,

00:16:11.960 who have received more than $18 million in payments from various foreign entities.

00:16:19.640 And I think that may be the straw that breaks the camel's back.

00:16:24.900 We won't know any of this because, unlike Republicans, the Democrats do not air their dirty laundry in public.

00:16:36.620 So I'm still betting that the first half of my prediction that Joe Biden will have to go, or will go, will hold true.

00:16:50.560 Kamala Harris will most definitely believe and think that she's next in line.

00:16:56.440 Many, including Barack Obama, will realize that she's an inherently weak presidential candidate. 1.00

00:18:15.940 As you said, Hillary Clinton's on the move.

00:18:17.540 She's making the rounds in the New York Times and doing, she was at the Tony Awards.

00:18:24.260 She's on MSNBC.

00:18:26.480 Everybody is kind of making a push.

00:18:29.320 And one of the people I see making a push is Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

00:18:34.400 And I wanted to ask you about this, Roger, because we've talked about this.

00:18:37.060 And we obviously covered the Democrat primaries here, as well as the Republican primaries.

00:18:41.660 And we talked an awful lot about the 100,000 Michigan Democrats who voted against President Joe Biden in the Democrat primaries.

00:18:50.420 Now, for people that don't remember, this was a vote that was primarily based on the president's handling of the Israel-Hamas conflict.

00:18:58.260 These were mostly Muslim voters who disagree with President Biden's policy towards Israel,

00:19:04.160 even though they're kind of having their cake and eating it, too, in that situation where they're giving money to Hamas,

00:19:10.120 they're giving money to Gaza, and they're also giving weapons and money to Israel.

00:19:14.120 So there was 100,000 voters, Roger, in Michigan who said, we're not voting for Biden in the primary.

00:19:19.640 And we openly questioned here on the Stone Zone, will these people sit out the election?

00:19:40.360 But Gretchen Whitmer is popping up everywhere with these long profile pieces about how she became, you know, governor of Michigan. 0.98

00:19:49.780 She's reportedly telling people in the Biden administration that Michigan is no longer winnable.

00:19:56.280 Now, I wanted to ask you, do you think that this is due to the 100,000 Democrat voters?

00:20:02.340 Or do you think that this is an exaggeration by the Whitmer people because they're trying to make a play like Hillary Clinton and others to get themselves on this ticket in 2024?

00:20:15.160 I mean, the Democratic Party has the deepest cleavage it's had since 1968 when the left split over the Vietnam War.

00:20:24.500 However, this is every bit as serious that if they have a real bricks and mortar convention in Chicago, which remains to be seen,

00:20:35.100 you're going to have the same kind of disruptive demonstrations we saw in Chicago in 1968 over the war.

00:20:46.320 One is Whitmer warning them that the solidly Muslim-American vote, which is significant in Michigan, can no longer be counted on.

00:20:58.240 It also may be a recognition that the corruption in Michigan's last presidential election continues to slowly unravel.

00:21:06.780 And then lastly, Whitmer is sending a sentence that if you want Michigan, if you need Michigan, the way to get Michigan is to put me on the ticket.

00:21:18.600 It is interesting, there was a book, I don't recall who wrote it, but a Democrat insider, who said that Whitmer was Biden's original choice for vice president, that Biden does not like Kamala Harris.

00:21:35.200 He's still sore at her for exposing him in one of the presidential debates in 2020, where she correctly called him out as a racist.

00:21:45.360 What's interesting about that is Tulsi Gabbard then almost immediately called Kamala Harris out as a racist, all based on the prosecution of people for the first-time nonviolent crime of possession of small amounts of drugs for personal use.

00:22:03.740 This is a law that has been disproportionately used against poor people and black people, and it remains a fact that in the 1994 crime bill, as written by Joe Biden and signed by Bill Clinton,

00:22:20.280 the harsh mandatory penalties for possession of rock cocaine, the harsh mandatory penalties for possession of rock cocaine are much worse than the draconian mandatory sentences for those caught with powdered cocaine.

00:22:34.660 That is very clearly designed at people, poorer people, and people on the bottom of the economic spectrum, and therefore has fought, fallen disproportionately on black people.

00:22:49.680 So supposedly Joe Biden wanted Gretchen Whitmer as his running mate in 2020, and Kamala Harris was forced on him.

00:23:01.280 A very interesting video I watched yesterday, we'll probably pull it up for tomorrow, in which Biden and Kamala are in a split screen talking about their arrangement, and Biden actually says,

00:23:19.060 you know, if the point came where we had a serious policy disagreement, well, I would just claim that I had some illness and I would resign.

00:23:31.280 This makes no sense to me.

00:23:32.920 Why would the president of the United States disagree, resign, if he disagreed with the vice president, to whom, of course, she's supposed to be subservient to him, unless, of course, she is Barack Obama's representative at the White House.

00:23:52.340 And therefore, the policy disagreement that he speaks of is a policy disagreement with Barack Obama, not really with Kamala Harris.

00:24:02.920 Well, Roger, and we know, you know, for those of us that have been in the know and have been watching, it's not even being in the know, it's just paying attention to what Biden has been.

00:24:13.880 I think it's laughable that the media is now seizing upon this opportunity to say, oh, well, you know, we knew he was, you know, we've had problems all along.

00:24:29.400 I think it's important to make that comparison. Jill Biden appeared in vogue in an issue that was released just today with a cover that says, we will decide our future.

00:24:47.960 Well, who elected her? How was she elected? This is one of the most interesting flashpoints of the debate.

00:24:56.580 When Joe Biden said specifically to Trump, you had an affair with a porn star, I'm sure Trump had to bite his tongue not to say, yes, and you had an affair with the babysitter before your first wife died.

00:25:16.780 I think there's going to be more and more scrutiny of her role where she's clearly taking control and his growing incapacity.

00:27:39.500 Pelosi and the Democrats are still trying to run this election on January 6th.

00:27:43.420 I believe we have that tape of Pelosi taking full responsibility for what happened on January 6th.

00:35:06.800 But in Mitt Romney's capitulation, in his weakness, Barack Obama took him to task.

00:35:14.360 And Barack Obama did the same thing with John McCain, who literally campaigned – I mean, John McCain went out there, Roger, and he campaigned for Barack Obama.

00:35:47.540 When the American people listen to politics and particularly the political debate, because most Americans are not engrossed in politics all the time, when they hear, you know, billion, trillion, million, I mean, it just – it's like a blur.

00:36:01.140 And I'm not saying that people are dumb, but when you get into the really specifics of these policies and things like that, the American people, it just – they're not interested in that.

00:36:11.040 They just want to understand what's going on.

00:36:15.940 And I think, really, in my opinion, you know, we didn't see fact-checking before Donald Trump.

00:36:28.300 They want us to self-moderate and to take away any part of our belief system that doesn't 100 percent agree with theirs.

00:38:11.860 Jamie Raskin, in the early days of Trump, created a bill that would essentially expedite the 25th Amendment process.

00:38:22.360 And the 25th Amendment, in fact, was part of the second impeachment.

00:38:26.240 They wanted to – the Democrats are weighing behind the scenes.

00:38:31.120 Do we go high crimes and misdemeanors?

00:38:34.040 And it's actually gone as far as – Jamie Raskin created this bill that would create a board of physicians and former presidents and senators and leaders politically that would judge basically whether a president was capable of executing his duties as the office of the president of the United States.

00:38:53.240 And this bill was – this was talked about a lot during the Trump presidency.

00:38:58.640 Oh, the 25th Amendment.

00:39:02.480 One, do you think that this same Jamie Raskin element, do you think that they'll bring this 25th Amendment thing back and try to use it to get rid of Biden?

00:39:11.000 And two, what do you think it says about the Democrats that the entire time Trump was in the presidency, they were talking 25th Amendment, 25th Amendment.

00:39:19.400 And then as soon as Biden got in, even though we all saw signs of the cognitive decline, there was – it just completely went away.

00:39:31.200 Look, Jamie Raskin, a man whose wife is a federal judge, she was deeply involved in the illegal unmasking of General Flynn and others, failed to report millions of dollars of gains from his insider trading as a member of the Congress.

00:39:52.260 I would go so far as to say that he's a communist.

00:39:55.260 In his book, he says that General Flynn was seeking to raise an army on January 6th.

00:40:57.860 So watching all these people who have been telling us for months that Joe Biden was vital and he was strong and he was vibrant and he was in control are now forced to admit that they were lying the entire time.

00:41:29.780 So we get the specific quotes because it's really egregious the way that he lies about that in the book.

00:41:35.280 He makes several direct references saying that Flynn is raising an army.

00:41:40.420 And one of the most shocking parts, and I couldn't believe this, Roger, because here's a guy.

00:41:45.960 He's one of the top ranking Democrats.

00:41:47.640 As you say, in the book, he brags about his family being involved with several labor worker parties, you know, communist stuff for many, many years.

00:41:57.880 But I was really shocked to read it in this book.

00:42:00.520 He actually says that the Capitol Police should have just opened fire on the January 6th protesters and that that Capitol Police were so brutal with Black Lives Matter protesters and they didn't do anything to the January 6th protesters.

00:42:17.560 Meanwhile, we had the footage of them launching concussion grenades directly into the crowd.

00:42:23.640 We have the evidence of them shooting smoke canisters and other things at people.

00:42:28.520 And then again, it's just the same out and out lie that five people died on January 6th.

00:42:35.040 It's just it's just completely they they have taken this thing, Roger, and you see how they've built it.

00:42:42.400 You see how they've kind of constructed it with the January 6th committee hearings and all this.

00:42:46.320 And I think, you know, at least we're looking at an American populace who really is done with January 6th.

00:42:56.380 I think they know that it's it was basically, I mean, orchestrated by the Democrats.

00:43:02.060 If you look at the way that Bowser handled the situation, the way that Pelosi handled the situation, and now we have the video of her admitting accountability for this.

00:43:10.940 We're seeing, I think, in real time, the Democrat platform in this election kind of fall apart.

00:43:48.200 And I'm not so sure, barring some kind of health catastrophe here, that he is going to walk away, particularly when it comes to his wife and his son, who obviously love being the first family more than they love their father and their husband, Joe Biden.

00:44:41.000 There was an interesting exchange on X where I saw the committee chairman tell me his name of the January 6th committee, Democrat from Michigan, I think, saying, well, what laws did we break?

00:44:59.480 You suborn perjury because Cassidy Hutchison specifically lied about both me and General Flynn, saying under oath that President Trump instructed Mark Meadows, his chief of staff, to call Roger Stone and General Flynn on the afternoon or evening of the 5th to find out what would happen on the 6th.

00:50:09.480 Well, and exactly, and they are clamping down, Roger, and meanwhile, you have people, I think, you know, there's a coordinated effort to stop people who have been kind of uncensored.

00:50:23.180 And you look at the way that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has kind of navigated his campaign where he picks the wife of one of the chief censors of Google.

00:50:32.320 You know, censorship is becoming a backburner issue, and that's because we haven't been in the throes of an election cycle that's heating up.

00:50:42.760 And as we move forward, Roger, they're going to put the clamps on.

00:50:46.120 It's something that we experienced like never before in 2020, and I don't think there's any reason.

00:50:51.340 You know, much like the election fraud, Roger, I think we all look at this and say, okay, in a lot of places, particularly as it pertains to the election stuff, nothing's been changed.

00:51:03.420 We haven't seen the voter rolls cleaned up in some of the most important places.

00:51:06.960 So why would it change?

00:51:08.340 And I think people need to take the same attitude as it comes to Twitter.

00:51:17.220 I think that this is the result of hiring people and hiring people and hiring people and hiring people until there is not a cohesive message anymore.

00:51:25.560 And I'm hoping, I'm praying that Elon Musk will see this and he will, you know, work towards ending the censorship on Twitter because I truthfully believe, Roger, if we continue to see the numbers fall, we continue to see people like you have their reach limited, it's severely going to hurt revenue on the platform.

00:51:45.460 It's severely going to damage the reputation of the platform and the ability of the company to really grow going forward.

00:51:53.920 I think it could be a massive problem for X under Elon Musk.

00:54:39.320 So, there was a better part of a year that they were preparing for this day with constitutional arguments to try to get President Trump out of the White House.

00:54:47.640 And it's why it's important to study what these people talk about, because whether it was the timepiece that they put out in, I think, 2022, where they bragged about the 2020 election and what they did there, or the public books or statements written by these people, they think that they're above the law.

00:55:05.120 And the more that we can put it out there, their own words, their own actions, their own lies, and show the American people this is what the political system is, we get people off of the establishment, Roger, we get them to stop believing the lies put out by these people, we can try to regain some of the independence, some of the good things about America that we've seen fade away under the establishment rule of Bush and Obama and so many others that have destroyed this country.
