The Supreme Court rules that President Donald Trump is not immune from prosecution for his actions on January 6th, 2020. Now the case will go back to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals to be fought. Stone and Slingshot editor-in-chief Troy Smith react to the ruling and explain why they believe this is a victory for President Trump. They also discuss the impact of Joe Biden's disastrous debate performance on the Democratic Party and the impact it will have on the upcoming mid-term elections. And they discuss the implications for the 2020 mid-terms and the future of the 2020 campaign. Roger Stone is a conservative political strategist and political icon. 00:00:00.000The Stone Zone, with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit, Roger Stone.
00:00:11.680Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.
00:00:15.860He is a New York Times bestselling author and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.
00:00:21.480As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues,
00:00:26.920and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.
00:00:32.520Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.
00:00:37.860And now, here's your host, Roger Stone.
00:00:45.340Welcome. I'm Roger Stone, and we have this morning early bombshell news from the U.S. Supreme Court,
00:00:54.920which ruled pretty much the way I thought that he would, which is to say that presidents of the United States do have immunity for official acts,
00:01:06.800but now prosecutors will argue that Donald Trump's efforts on January 6th to see that the laws governing the election were,
00:01:17.320were, quote, faithfully executed, consistent with his responsibilities as president, did not constitute official acts.
00:01:26.380What this actually means is this will go back to the Court of Appeals to be fought out.
00:01:34.180More importantly, what it means is there will be no federal trial of Donald Trump prior to the 2024 election.
00:01:43.440You will remember that Special Counsel Jack Smith on this issue specifically tried to bypass the appeals court
00:01:53.260and expedite the ruling that we got today.
00:01:57.220That is a violation of Donald Trump's due process rights, and the courts did not allow it.
00:02:03.720The left continues to complain that Trump has sought to delay these proceedings when, in fact, all Trump has done is to seek his regular, ordinary due process rights,
00:02:23.340Here to help break this and other political issues down is my usual and regular co-host, Troy Smith, the editor-in-chief of Slingshot.news.
00:02:39.320Roger, as always, it's good to be here, and this is a huge ruling today.
00:02:43.800I think that a lot of Americans are kind of surprised maybe that we even had three justices.
00:02:49.500I mean, were you surprised at all of the fact that it was 6-3?
00:02:51.920I mean, I thought it looked almost unanimous in the way it was being argued prior to this decision.
00:02:58.000Well, very clearly, they're trying to spare Barack Obama, George W. Bush, and other past presidents who arguably violated the law in a number of ways.
00:03:09.940The argument now is going to center around whether Donald Trump's actions on January 6th were within the scope of his responsibilities as president.
00:03:19.700To see that the laws of the United States are faithfully executed is very specifically one of his responsibilities.
00:03:29.040I'm not an attorney, but I would argue that ensuring that we have a fair election, that election laws specifically were fairly executed, does lie within the scope of his responsibilities.
00:03:45.380That will now go back to the appeals court.
00:03:48.940If it's the D.C. appeals court, the appeals court will rule against him.
00:03:52.760It's very important to understand that in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, the Constitution, the facts, the evidence, the rules, these things are meaningless.
00:04:02.320This is a completely politicized court where Donald Trump will never get a fair decision.
00:04:08.620Presumably, then, it would go back to the Supreme Court.
00:04:12.260The election will be over at this point.
00:04:20.780Anytime I offer my opinion, I'm accused of contacting or speaking to judges, completely irresponsible, defamatory, as some people will learn in an upcoming lawsuit.
00:04:32.460But like every other American, Troy, I'm entitled to an opinion.
00:04:41.860It is on that basis that I form my opinion.
00:04:45.380Just because I render an opinion about what a court or a specific judge is going to do doesn't mean that I know the judge or that I'm in touch with the judge or that I have somehow corrupted the process.
00:04:58.300To say otherwise, as I say, would be defamatory.
00:05:02.920We continue to see the meltdown that is the result of Joe Biden's horrific debate performance.
00:05:12.940You almost don't even know where to start.
00:05:15.600I guess a good place to start is the fact that Democrats and their handmaidens in the media have been lying to us for well over three years when they kept insisting, no, no, he's fine.
00:05:32.820You should see him behind closed doors.
00:05:36.060In other words, folks, don't believe what you see with your own eyes.
00:05:40.080Believe what we tell you about what a strong, dynamic leader Joe Biden is.
00:05:47.040You know, Troy, I think what we have going on in the country is very similar to the situation regarding President Woodrow Wilson.
00:05:55.500Now, Wilson was elected in 1912 in a three-way election in which former President Theodore Roosevelt sought to challenge sitting President William Howard Taft, who he had handpicked as his successor, but who he had become disappointed in for the Republican nomination.
00:06:19.260Although Theodore Roosevelt was wildly popular, Taft and the Republican regulars controlled the machinery of the convention, and Roosevelt was defeated in his effort to wrest the nomination from William Howard Taft.
00:06:37.860Roosevelt then ran on a third party, was a progressive party, although because he was asked by a reporter how he felt, he said he felt as fit as a bull moose, became known as the bull moose party.
00:06:56.820Woodrow Wilson, the arch segregationist from Virginia, former president of the University of Virginia, was first.
00:07:06.440Theodore Roosevelt, the bull moose candidate, was second.
00:07:11.680And William Howard Taft, the Republican nominee, actually ran third.
00:07:17.020Then in 1919, Woodrow Wilson had a debilitating stroke.
00:07:24.260He was mentally and physically completely incapacitated.
00:07:28.060But because the role of the media was very different in those days, this was concealed from the American people.
00:07:35.880His wife, Edith Galt Wilson, was the de facto president of the United States.
00:07:44.080When it came to executing official documents, she would put the pen in his hand and move his hand for the signature.
00:07:51.720She was aided and abetted in this cover-up by Colonel House, who was the White House chief of staff, and they got away with it.
00:08:04.080Remember, the role of the media was quite different.
00:08:07.460You have the exact same situation going on today.
00:08:10.680If you watched these cringeworthy post-debate remarks by Jill Biden, while her husband stands there literally drooling with an empty stare in his face, literally drooling.
00:08:27.900Joe, she says, you did such a great job.
00:08:31.680The man who plays the role of Colonel House is a man named Anthony, I think it is, Bertrand or Berland.
00:08:45.860He is described by Jill Biden as her work husband.
00:08:52.140There have been allegations of sexual harassment and assault against him, which appear to have been covered up.
00:09:02.140I would think that he is going to become more and more controversial.
00:09:07.120Now, in the meantime, the Bidens made much of the fact that they had a meeting at Camp David this weekend to decide what Joe should do.
00:09:18.920It's interesting that Barack Obama and Bill Clinton immediately put out statements in support of Joe Biden.
00:09:28.500But that, to me, does not reveal what they're doing behind the scenes.
00:09:33.200It only tells you what position they are taking in public.
00:09:37.240But this is going to be very interesting because it's not just a handful of disillusioned Democrats who are calling for Joe to take a dive.
00:10:08.060It's important to note that the one thing that Biden did do was make sure that the delegates to the convention who were elected as Biden delegates,
00:10:18.820and by the way, he got 94 percent of the vote of roughly 7,000 delegates, are Biden people.
00:10:27.700So he can't be removed unless he agrees to go.
00:10:34.480At this point, Jill, in particular Hunter, who is staring down the face of, you know, a prison sentence and desperately needs a pardon,
00:10:45.600probably will need a pardon for multiple convictions soon, want Joe to stay.
00:11:09.900But the pressure on him internally to quit the race, I think, may yet prove to be insurmountable.
00:11:18.060Well, and Roger, you know, we're looking at a situation where the media really came out of the closet over the debate.
00:11:27.320And it's like, you know, we've seen Biden time and time again.
00:11:30.260We saw his own Justice Department release a report in which they stated that he broke the law very clearly and flagrantly as vice president and senator when he kept classified documents in his garage.
00:11:42.640And in fact, gave top secret classified documents to his ghostwriter to write a biography about him or a fake autobiography.
00:11:51.480So you tell me, Roger, we're looking at a situation where over and over again, the Bidens have flagrantly violated the law.
00:11:58.560And in the specific case of the Hurt report, they determined that he was not prosecutable.
00:12:06.920We're not going to go after him because we wouldn't be able to get a conviction with a jury.
00:12:10.260They didn't say he didn't break the law.
00:12:12.580They said that he was not well enough to prosecute.
00:12:15.780So to see the media now jumping on, I'm seeing everybody say, oh, well, the idea of replacing him.
00:12:20.780And I'm seeing a lot of people highlighting, Roger, your prediction that you've been making since at least 2021, that Michelle Obama would be the nominee in 2024.
00:12:31.820I wanted to ask you, Roger, you were really the first guy out of the gate.
00:12:35.320I remember one of the early Stone Zone episodes with you and Joel Gilbert where you were talking about Michelle Obama and the possibility that she's going to run.
00:12:43.800I mean, Joel Gilbert released a movie on this.
00:13:08.460My second part of my prediction is that if thrown to an open convention where the delegates are released by Joe Biden and the convention works its will, then in that instance, I believe you would have a stampede for Michelle Obama.
00:14:06.200But there is deep fear that she also cannot win.
00:14:10.200Her performance as vice president has been less than spectacular, shall we say.
00:14:16.660And if she were to become the presidential nominee, which, by the way, Biden, even if he's forced out the door by some backstage move, he could still probably dictate the nomination of Kamala Harris.
00:14:34.940Remember, those delegates are Biden delegates.
00:14:38.580It's the one thing his people have done right.
00:15:28.400Outrageous that they would blame the staff.
00:15:30.780But clearly, the family wants him to stay in the race.
00:15:34.740Now, if things get dire enough, I still believe that Barack Obama has the ability to get a majority of the cabinet members, and, of course, Kamala Harris, who would be the greatest beneficiary, to go to Joe privately and say,
00:15:52.160look, we have what it takes to remove you entirely under the 25th Amendment.
00:16:01.000Under those circumstances, you will lose your ability to pardon yourself, your brother, your son, and other members of the Biden crime family,
00:16:11.960who have received more than $18 million in payments from various foreign entities.
00:16:19.640And I think that may be the straw that breaks the camel's back.
00:16:24.900We won't know any of this because, unlike Republicans, the Democrats do not air their dirty laundry in public.
00:18:00.200And, you know, I found it, I find it interesting as this, as soon as the debate hit, you know, we saw pieces on Michelle Obama, why she doesn't support Joe Biden's presidency.
00:18:10.040And his campaign, it had to do with something about Hunter Biden.
00:19:37.880We'll get into that in just a second here.
00:19:40.360But Gretchen Whitmer is popping up everywhere with these long profile pieces about how she became, you know, governor of Michigan.
00:19:46.840And we saw a headline this morning, Roger, I wanted to get your thoughts on.
00:19:49.780She's reportedly telling people in the Biden administration that Michigan is no longer winnable.
00:19:56.280Now, I wanted to ask you, do you think that this is due to the 100,000 Democrat voters?
00:20:02.340Or do you think that this is an exaggeration by the Whitmer people because they're trying to make a play like Hillary Clinton and others to get themselves on this ticket in 2024?
00:20:46.320One is Whitmer warning them that the solidly Muslim-American vote, which is significant in Michigan, can no longer be counted on.
00:20:58.240It also may be a recognition that the corruption in Michigan's last presidential election continues to slowly unravel.
00:21:06.780And then lastly, Whitmer is sending a sentence that if you want Michigan, if you need Michigan, the way to get Michigan is to put me on the ticket.
00:21:18.600It is interesting, there was a book, I don't recall who wrote it, but a Democrat insider, who said that Whitmer was Biden's original choice for vice president, that Biden does not like Kamala Harris.
00:21:35.200He's still sore at her for exposing him in one of the presidential debates in 2020, where she correctly called him out as a racist.
00:21:45.360What's interesting about that is Tulsi Gabbard then almost immediately called Kamala Harris out as a racist, all based on the prosecution of people for the first-time nonviolent crime of possession of small amounts of drugs for personal use.
00:22:03.740This is a law that has been disproportionately used against poor people and black people, and it remains a fact that in the 1994 crime bill, as written by Joe Biden and signed by Bill Clinton,
00:22:20.280the harsh mandatory penalties for possession of rock cocaine, the harsh mandatory penalties for possession of rock cocaine are much worse than the draconian mandatory sentences for those caught with powdered cocaine.
00:22:34.660That is very clearly designed at people, poorer people, and people on the bottom of the economic spectrum, and therefore has fought, fallen disproportionately on black people.
00:22:49.680So supposedly Joe Biden wanted Gretchen Whitmer as his running mate in 2020, and Kamala Harris was forced on him.
00:23:01.280A very interesting video I watched yesterday, we'll probably pull it up for tomorrow, in which Biden and Kamala are in a split screen talking about their arrangement, and Biden actually says,
00:23:19.060you know, if the point came where we had a serious policy disagreement, well, I would just claim that I had some illness and I would resign.
00:23:32.920Why would the president of the United States disagree, resign, if he disagreed with the vice president, to whom, of course, she's supposed to be subservient to him, unless, of course, she is Barack Obama's representative at the White House.
00:23:52.340And therefore, the policy disagreement that he speaks of is a policy disagreement with Barack Obama, not really with Kamala Harris.
00:24:02.920Well, Roger, and we know, you know, for those of us that have been in the know and have been watching, it's not even being in the know, it's just paying attention to what Biden has been.
00:24:13.880I think it's laughable that the media is now seizing upon this opportunity to say, oh, well, you know, we knew he was, you know, we've had problems all along.
00:24:24.020We're going to replace him. And I wanted to put this up because you were talking about this Woodrow Wilson.
00:24:29.400I think it's important to make that comparison. Jill Biden appeared in vogue in an issue that was released just today with a cover that says, we will decide our future.
00:24:40.540I don't know about you, Roger, but between the outfit and the way she's profiled there, that looks awful presidential to me, doesn't it?
00:24:47.960Well, who elected her? How was she elected? This is one of the most interesting flashpoints of the debate.
00:24:56.580When Joe Biden said specifically to Trump, you had an affair with a porn star, I'm sure Trump had to bite his tongue not to say, yes, and you had an affair with the babysitter before your first wife died.
00:25:11.160And now that babysitter is the de facto president of the United States.
00:25:16.780I think there's going to be more and more scrutiny of her role where she's clearly taking control and his growing incapacity.
00:25:27.680So what do you got for us here in the video department?
00:25:30.880Well, Roger, we have video that we wanted to play. You brought this up last time.
00:25:36.120We wanted to play this again. This is coming up more and more now that Nancy Pelosi is in the news again this weekend, really trashing President Trump and saying, oh, that it's not Biden that has dementia.
00:25:50.540My people are very much Biden, Kamala Harris. And this is an opportunity for Joe Biden to go out there and show he has the stamina and the rest.
00:26:01.360And by the way, while the press and for some reason they don't, there are health care professionals who think that that Trump has dementia, that his connection, his thoughts do not go together.
00:26:16.280So, Roger, what are your thoughts on that video?
00:26:18.140First of all, I don't want to say anything, but she looks to me like she's smashed.
00:26:23.160I mean, the way she's slurring her words, she looks to me like she's loaded, drunk as a skunk, blotto, blasted.
00:26:32.040She does not look great. It's kind of funny that she's the one accusing Trump of being incapacitated.
00:26:38.620She says that his ideas don't fit together. Weird.
00:26:42.220Donald Trump, I thought his performance was really extraordinary.
00:26:48.260First of all, he demonstrated enormous discipline.
00:26:52.040He managed to achieve his goals, which were to contrast his record on the economy and the border with Joe.
00:27:00.300He was able to talk about the weaponization of the Justice Department and our criminal justice system.
00:27:08.240And then the single smartest thing he did was to lay back and let Joe talk.
00:27:13.620Some of those exchanges were completely and totally incomprehensible, as you know.
00:27:19.680Well, and Roger, the real shocking news about Nancy Pelosi is that there's been footage leaked from her daughter on January 6th where she accepts responsibility.
00:27:31.920And despite the fact that this footage has been released and it's made its rounds, has millions of views across several social media platforms,
00:27:39.500Pelosi and the Democrats are still trying to run this election on January 6th.
00:27:43.420I believe we have that tape of Pelosi taking full responsibility for what happened on January 6th.
00:27:59.700You're going to ask me in the middle of the thing when they've already breached the inaugural stuff that, should we call the Capitol Police?
00:28:25.020And I take responsibility for not having them just prepare for more.
00:28:29.920You know, we had hoped to have Kash Patel as our guest today.
00:28:34.860He was called in to an emergency meeting after the Supreme Court ruling.
00:28:39.900We hope to have him with us tomorrow because he can speak to this better than anyone else.
00:28:45.560It's interesting that Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats continue to lie about whether or not President Donald Trump offered the mayor of D.C.
00:28:56.020and therefore Nancy Pelosi 10,000 National Guard troops to keep order.
00:29:01.040It is all documented in a series of letters.
00:29:04.080It is indisputable unless, of course, you're on social media and then they continue to stick to this lie.
00:29:12.180There you have Nancy Pelosi admitting that she was responsible for the fact that the National Guard was not there.
00:29:19.540But the next day, of course, she denied everything.
00:29:23.280And the mainstream media doesn't hold Nancy Pelosi to the same rules or the same standard of conduct that we do us.
00:29:34.280The other thing that I think is really interesting here and worth discussing is the immediate lockstep talking points of the Democrats post-debate.
00:29:44.980First of all, you had one thread, which is that was a disaster.
00:29:54.200CNN, Politico, The New York Times and so on.
00:29:58.080But then the other one is that the big problem with the debate, and this was in Politico yesterday, according to Biden's top aides, was that Donald Trump was not fact-checked more aggressively by the moderators.
00:30:15.340Let's go through who was lying and who was not, shall we?
00:30:18.280So, first of all, Joe recycled this canard that Donald Trump, looking at the graves of veterans in France, referred to them as suckers and losers.
00:33:22.860I could go on and on and on, but the big liar last Thursday night was Joe Biden.
00:33:31.060Yet they continue this idea that, while the debate was a disaster because nobody fact-checked Trump, that's because they want Trump to admit, for example, that he's wholly responsible for the violence at the Capitol on January 6th, which he's not.
00:33:48.480So when he says that he's not, they say, oh, you see, he lied.
00:33:56.300But in this particular case, for Joe Biden to say no member of the military, no service personnel died on his watch, what planet is this guy really on?
00:34:06.760Well, Roger, and remember, it was Biden's press secretary who wrote a book who said he didn't check his watch during the dignified transfers of these people.
00:34:16.720So he – and not only that, but those families, those Gold Star families have come out and said he didn't call them.
00:34:22.020And there's several other veterans who have said, like, people without arms come up to shake Joe Biden's hand, and he puts his hand where there's no arm and disrespects these people.
00:34:34.200I mean, look, this guy is so out of it.
00:34:49.540And it's important to remember, you know, I went back and I watched one of the presidential debates that occurred between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama.
00:34:58.160And Mitt Romney, you know, I know I'm interested to hear your thoughts on this because I know you actually left the Republican Party because Mitt Romney was the nominee.
00:35:06.800But in Mitt Romney's capitulation, in his weakness, Barack Obama took him to task.
00:35:14.360And Barack Obama did the same thing with John McCain, who literally campaigned – I mean, John McCain went out there, Roger, and he campaigned for Barack Obama.
00:35:23.960Like, his own supporters would say, John, like, we really don't like this guy.
00:35:41.420And Mitt Romney was boring because he would say, oh, 4.8 million this or 3.2 percent.
00:35:47.540When the American people listen to politics and particularly the political debate, because most Americans are not engrossed in politics all the time, when they hear, you know, billion, trillion, million, I mean, it just – it's like a blur.
00:36:01.140And I'm not saying that people are dumb, but when you get into the really specifics of these policies and things like that, the American people, it just – they're not interested in that.
00:36:47.320They told you that in order to launch a war that killed millions of people.
00:36:51.260So they lie over and over again, and because Donald Trump speaks in the regular vernacular, he talks in a way that regular people can understand fully and to kind of grasp and take under their own.
00:37:04.480I think Trump doesn't get a lot of credit for that.
00:37:07.340He's inspired more people to get involved in politics than probably anybody in the history of our country.
00:37:13.580So, Roger, just the idea that they want to say, oh, he's – when did we ever see this fact-checking BS before Donald Trump came along and figured out how to beat the liberals on TV and how to decimate the Democrat Party for what it is, an institution that has destroyed the lives of millions of people and continues to destroy their lives.
00:37:35.940I mean, we never heard about fact-checking before Trump.
00:38:01.660And I would not recommend this to the audience, but there's some stunning omissions in here, and one particular you brought up earlier that kind of wanted to broach the question here.
00:38:11.860Jamie Raskin, in the early days of Trump, created a bill that would essentially expedite the 25th Amendment process.
00:38:22.360And the 25th Amendment, in fact, was part of the second impeachment.
00:38:26.240They wanted to – the Democrats are weighing behind the scenes.
00:38:31.120Do we go high crimes and misdemeanors?
00:38:34.040And it's actually gone as far as – Jamie Raskin created this bill that would create a board of physicians and former presidents and senators and leaders politically that would judge basically whether a president was capable of executing his duties as the office of the president of the United States.
00:38:53.240And this bill was – this was talked about a lot during the Trump presidency.
00:39:02.480One, do you think that this same Jamie Raskin element, do you think that they'll bring this 25th Amendment thing back and try to use it to get rid of Biden?
00:39:11.000And two, what do you think it says about the Democrats that the entire time Trump was in the presidency, they were talking 25th Amendment, 25th Amendment.
00:39:19.400And then as soon as Biden got in, even though we all saw signs of the cognitive decline, there was – it just completely went away.
00:39:27.300I mean, is that not just hypocrisy at its finest?
00:39:31.200Look, Jamie Raskin, a man whose wife is a federal judge, she was deeply involved in the illegal unmasking of General Flynn and others, failed to report millions of dollars of gains from his insider trading as a member of the Congress.
00:39:48.200Yet he has room to question other people's ethics.
00:40:07.920Anybody who is short on toilet paper, I recommend Jamie Raskin's book.
00:40:13.900Otherwise, I wouldn't touch it with a 10-foot pole.
00:40:17.160I'm glad to see that you're going to do a deconstruction because, as you know, Raskin's father was a communist radical, and he is as well.
00:40:28.540The question you asked about a cognitive test or a board of doctors, that was aimed at Donald Trump.
00:40:35.960Now that they have a vegetable in the White House, they don't want, at least up until now.
00:40:43.140But yesterday, even Jamie Raskin was saying, well, regardless of who is the nominee, the party will remain united.
00:40:53.740That's pulling the rug out from under Joe.
00:40:57.860So watching all these people who have been telling us for months that Joe Biden was vital and he was strong and he was vibrant and he was in control are now forced to admit that they were lying the entire time.
00:41:45.960He's one of the top ranking Democrats.
00:41:47.640As you say, in the book, he brags about his family being involved with several labor worker parties, you know, communist stuff for many, many years.
00:41:56.340We're talking going back several generations.
00:41:57.880But I was really shocked to read it in this book.
00:42:00.520He actually says that the Capitol Police should have just opened fire on the January 6th protesters and that that Capitol Police were so brutal with Black Lives Matter protesters and they didn't do anything to the January 6th protesters.
00:42:17.560Meanwhile, we had the footage of them launching concussion grenades directly into the crowd.
00:42:23.640We have the evidence of them shooting smoke canisters and other things at people.
00:42:28.520And then again, it's just the same out and out lie that five people died on January 6th.
00:42:35.040It's just it's just completely they they have taken this thing, Roger, and you see how they've built it.
00:42:42.400You see how they've kind of constructed it with the January 6th committee hearings and all this.
00:42:46.320And I think, you know, at least we're looking at an American populace who really is done with January 6th.
00:42:53.480I think they see the narrative that's been concocted.
00:42:56.380I think they know that it's it was basically, I mean, orchestrated by the Democrats.
00:43:02.060If you look at the way that Bowser handled the situation, the way that Pelosi handled the situation, and now we have the video of her admitting accountability for this.
00:43:10.940We're seeing, I think, in real time, the Democrat platform in this election kind of fall apart.
00:43:20.720It's exactly like the Democrat Party has fallen apart in the past.
00:43:25.300My question, I guess, is how going forward do you think that the Democrats will try to play this?
00:43:31.280Because if they do run with Joe Biden, it would seem that that is kind of a failed effort.
00:43:38.200It doesn't seem like there's going to be anything that they can do.
00:43:41.200But as you stated earlier, Roger, they can't force Biden out unless he decides to walk away.
00:43:48.200And I'm not so sure, barring some kind of health catastrophe here, that he is going to walk away, particularly when it comes to his wife and his son, who obviously love being the first family more than they love their father and their husband, Joe Biden.
00:44:04.240Well, one of the other lies that Joe said was there.
00:44:08.960We never saw any video of police officers ushering people, motioning people into the Capitol.
00:44:17.080The evidence of malfeasance by Hillary Clinton, pardon me, by Nancy Pelosi, Capitol Hill Police, Department of Homeland Security is overwhelming.
00:44:30.280The real question is, why hasn't Speaker Johnson appointed a committee to investigate the January 6th committee investigation?
00:44:41.000There was an interesting exchange on X where I saw the committee chairman tell me his name of the January 6th committee, Democrat from Michigan, I think, saying, well, what laws did we break?
00:44:59.480You suborn perjury because Cassidy Hutchison specifically lied about both me and General Flynn, saying under oath that President Trump instructed Mark Meadows, his chief of staff, to call Roger Stone and General Flynn on the afternoon or evening of the 5th to find out what would happen on the 6th.
00:45:20.700That is a perjurous lie for which she should be prosecuted.
00:45:24.280There never was any such call or any such communication.
00:45:27.480She further says that she dissuaded Meadows from attending a meeting at a war room in the Willard, but that Meadows called Stone and Flynn later to be debriefed on the meeting.
00:46:10.480And then, oh, by the way, we just destroyed all the evidence after our investigation to cover our tracks.
00:46:16.540Now, the members of the committee engaged in illegal activity, and there should be a full investigation.
00:46:24.800I'm hopeful that if Republicans get a more solid majority in the House and they get a speaker who has cojones,
00:46:33.320they will finally look into the entire January 6th scam, because the evidence, if you go to revolver.news particularly, but many other outlets, we've seen the video.
00:46:48.580The FBI director can't answer how many undercover FBI agents were in the crowd that day.
00:47:02.660If you're a Democrat, you think there was an insurrection.
00:47:05.280If you're a Republican, you figured out that this was a setup.
00:47:08.680Where they're not doing well is by continuing to say there was no fraud in the 2020 election.
00:47:15.820Overwhelmingly, in polling, Americans just don't believe that, because the evidence, sorry, John Carl with ABC, who only yesterday says to Steve Bannon, there's no evidence, no douchebag.
00:47:48.380Despite my many differences with Steve Bannon, I do think in this particular case, he's being persecuted.
00:47:56.780He could not testify for the January 6th committee, because President Donald Trump has sent him and his lawyers a letter invoking executive privilege.
00:48:06.460Had Bannon testified, it would have been in violation of the law.
00:48:12.020He made the decision not to testify on the basis of his lawyer's advice.
00:48:17.560On those two points alone, he should be allowed to remain at liberty, free, on appeal.
00:48:23.820But there's different rules, as I learned, for Trump supporters.
00:48:29.440Yesterday, I had Natalie Winters, who is the co-host of Steve's show, The War Room, on my 77 WABC radio show.
00:48:40.000In fact, we'll try to get her on the Stone Zone here to talk about this.
00:48:43.520This is really about silencing the voices of Trump supporters going into the election.
00:49:17.760He does not know what will happen to InfoWars.
00:49:20.840And, of course, this recent Supreme Court decision is disgraceful, which basically says, yes, the government can work with private social media companies to abridge the First Amendment rights of Americans.
00:49:34.180That is wrongly decided, to say the least, but it is a heads up as to what's going to happen in the next election.
00:49:47.340I've already seen the trend where voices who are contrary to the official narrative on X are beginning to be censored, not so much canceled, but censored.
00:50:05.500And I think that is the taste of what we're going to have going forward.
00:50:09.480Well, and exactly, and they are clamping down, Roger, and meanwhile, you have people, I think, you know, there's a coordinated effort to stop people who have been kind of uncensored.
00:50:23.180And you look at the way that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has kind of navigated his campaign where he picks the wife of one of the chief censors of Google.
00:50:32.320You know, censorship is becoming a backburner issue, and that's because we haven't been in the throes of an election cycle that's heating up.
00:50:39.940You know, it's heating up more and more now.
00:50:42.760And as we move forward, Roger, they're going to put the clamps on.
00:50:46.120It's something that we experienced like never before in 2020, and I don't think there's any reason.
00:50:51.340You know, much like the election fraud, Roger, I think we all look at this and say, okay, in a lot of places, particularly as it pertains to the election stuff, nothing's been changed.
00:51:00.460We haven't seen bills that are going to stop this.
00:51:03.420We haven't seen the voter rolls cleaned up in some of the most important places.
00:51:08.340And I think people need to take the same attitude as it comes to Twitter.
00:51:12.060And for Elon Musk, you know, I think that I'm not saying I don't think that this is his doing.
00:51:17.220I think that this is the result of hiring people and hiring people and hiring people and hiring people until there is not a cohesive message anymore.
00:51:25.560And I'm hoping, I'm praying that Elon Musk will see this and he will, you know, work towards ending the censorship on Twitter because I truthfully believe, Roger, if we continue to see the numbers fall, we continue to see people like you have their reach limited, it's severely going to hurt revenue on the platform.
00:51:45.460It's severely going to damage the reputation of the platform and the ability of the company to really grow going forward.
00:51:53.920I think it could be a massive problem for X under Elon Musk.
00:51:58.920It is certainly a business mistake, to say the least.
00:52:03.300Speaking of business, let me take a quick commercial break here because we have to.
00:52:07.920Folks, you remember when the AT&T cell system went down recently, millions of people were unable to communicate with their loved ones, their business associates, or even call for emergency services.
00:52:21.540That's because the cellular system is extraordinarily vulnerable, vulnerable to hackers, vulnerable to terrorists, vulnerable to inclement weather like hurricanes.
00:52:33.120This is why I went out and got the Iridium 9555 phone and the Iridium satellite service.
00:52:43.420That means that my phone is operating off of a proprietary satellite and both my phone messages and my text messages or my phone calls and my text messages are entirely encrypted and this system is very dependable.
00:53:02.540So, for example, if the power grid went down and there was no internet, there was no cell service, there was no refrigeration for your food, there was no heat or air conditioning, any place you can see the sky, you'd still be able to make a phone call.
00:53:22.840Now, you get the Iridium 9555 phone absolutely free when you sign up for a 24-month service contract to use the proprietary satellite.
00:53:38.560And that is at the low cost of $95.95.
00:53:44.800So, I would ask you for your own peace of mind to know that you will never be out of touch.
00:53:51.980Go to sat123.com slash roger and explore the Iridium 9555 phone and the Iridium satellite phone service.
00:54:29.520And in this book, Roger, he admits that they knew that January 6th was going to be a flashpoint for the election going back into the spring.
00:54:39.320So, there was a better part of a year that they were preparing for this day with constitutional arguments to try to get President Trump out of the White House.
00:54:47.640And it's why it's important to study what these people talk about, because whether it was the timepiece that they put out in, I think, 2022, where they bragged about the 2020 election and what they did there, or the public books or statements written by these people, they think that they're above the law.
00:55:05.120And the more that we can put it out there, their own words, their own actions, their own lies, and show the American people this is what the political system is, we get people off of the establishment, Roger, we get them to stop believing the lies put out by these people, we can try to regain some of the independence, some of the good things about America that we've seen fade away under the establishment rule of Bush and Obama and so many others that have destroyed this country.
00:55:33.860It's just about analyzing it and figuring out a way that we can combat these people, because truly, they are lawless criminals who have no regard for our Constitution and no regard for our country.
