00:00:00.000 Megan Kelly, thank you so much for doing this.
00:00:06.400 I've experienced this story sort of in the periphery
00:00:09.660 and Kathy Hochul's involved and it's this big thing.
00:00:12.220 And I don't really know where to go
00:00:16.100 to get an objective and honest accounting
00:00:18.900 of the facts of it.
00:00:19.840 So I'm grateful that you're on to explain it.
00:00:22.900 What are the basic facts of the story?
00:00:25.840 uh the basic facts are that four men at cornell in a fraternity called hi-fi had a woman who's
00:00:35.520 going by jane doe over on october 19th into 20th 2024 and had sex with her it began with just one
00:00:44.760 man uh their names are everywhere so i'm saying their names now too because i'm one of the ones
00:00:50.200 offering facts that are in their plus column. So I'll say the names lest the narrative only be
00:00:57.560 the bad facts about the names. And I've been wrestling very much with whether I should say
00:01:02.700 her name too, which I also know I haven't yet. But in any event, Matt Ingalls is defendant number
00:01:08.780 one who was friends with Jane Doe, invited her over to the fraternity, had her in. They danced
00:01:13.440 for three to five minutes. And then he said, how about we do a threesome? And she had a crush on
00:01:19.400 him. They had clearly had sex before, and she agreed. So he tapped a fraternity brother named 0.99
00:01:26.560 John Newell on the back and said, want to do a threesome? Then John Newell said yes.
00:01:31.680 The three of them went upstairs and attempted to have a group sex situation, but Matt Ingalls kept
00:01:39.140 passing out. He was blitzed, obviously, on something out of his mind. She would later 0.66
00:01:45.040 allege that she showed up 10 drinks in and disclosed that. The men deny that. There's a
00:01:52.680 phone recording that's been released where she tried to get him to say something incriminating
00:01:56.400 where he said, you told me you were sober. But in her lawsuit now, civil lawsuit,
00:02:02.320 she's alleging she showed up 10 drinks in. Okay, in any event, they attempted to have an interlude
00:02:08.140 with Matt. It didn't work out because he kept falling asleep. With John, it did work out.
00:02:12.640 they had sex. Then a third man, member of the Chi-Fi fraternity house, came into the room.
00:02:21.160 His name is Jillio Lopes, and he would also wind up having sex with Jane Doe. All of the men say
00:02:27.820 it was totally consensual that actually at one point, the fourth man who came in named Winston
00:02:34.300 Lee specifically said, we don't have to do any of this, Jane, quote unquote Jane. And she said,
00:02:39.760 we're all consenting adults basically like chill out we're good you know i'm into it so julio was
00:02:47.020 the third man he went in they had sex and he left and then a group of men came in some small group
00:02:54.080 we believe it was maybe a total of three others and saw her and she alleges she hid underneath
00:03:01.420 the sheets but in any event one or two of them may have then snorted drugs ketamine off of her
00:03:08.380 naked body with her permission. And she alleges that she was given ketamine by Matt and John in
00:03:16.780 the first interlude. There's a dispute about whether that's true. But certainly in the second
00:03:21.980 interlude, which was between John Newell, Jane Doe, and now Jillio Lopes, she alleges that, 0.99
00:03:28.960 forgive me, it's graphic, John Newell asked her if she would snort ketamine off of his erect penis 0.99
00:03:35.980 and that she did it. 0.99
00:03:37.540 And she says she did it
00:03:39.860 because she'd already done it
00:03:41.520 once that night, ketamine.
00:03:43.180 And she just figured, why not?
00:03:45.480 You know, kind of in for a penny,
00:03:46.560 in for a pound.
00:03:47.180 That's my term.
00:03:49.260 That interlude concluded.
00:03:51.880 The men came in.
00:03:52.980 A couple of them asked
00:03:53.760 if they could snort ketamine 0.99
00:03:54.600 off of her body.
00:03:55.520 She says she allowed it.
00:03:57.380 They did it and left.
00:03:59.180 And then there is Winston Lee,
00:04:01.720 who you got to just, you know, 1.00
00:04:02.900 it's like this Asian guy
00:04:03.920 who's at Cornell,
00:04:04.580 who's like been shuffled into this room, who I think was probably scared shitless if I'm being
00:04:09.380 honest. And the next thing he knows, she's offering him sex. That's what he says happened. 0.98
00:04:14.320 She offered. And he was like, oh, I wasn't picturing it leading there. I just thought
00:04:19.300 I'd snort this ketamine off of you because I'm one of the guys. And she's like, no, let's do it.
00:04:23.360 That's his allegation. And she had sex with him. And Matt Ingalls came back to life, 0.96
00:04:30.060 The guy who'd passed out and who was her friend and who she danced with.
00:04:33.600 And he joined interlude number three.
00:04:36.220 And then she said, I'm tired and I want to go to sleep.
00:04:39.400 They said, no problem.
00:04:40.260 They all fell asleep.
00:04:41.180 And Matt Ingalls drove her home to her roommates and her room in the Tridelth house.
00:04:47.720 So that's, those are the basics.
00:04:50.320 What happened right after.
00:04:52.260 First, let me just say, Cornell, I guess, includes itself in the Ivy League.
00:04:57.440 I assume the value of an Ivy League degree is plummeted to zero at this point, if that's what it is, right?
00:05:03.400 These aren't like hashtag goals for any normal parent as they send their son or daughter off to school. 0.84
00:05:10.300 We do know that Jane Doe is from the South. 1.00
00:05:12.360 She's from the Deep South. 1.00
00:05:13.900 She is a redhead. 1.00
00:05:16.280 She is on the larger side, I'd say.
00:05:20.740 I'm not trying to be insulting.
00:05:21.880 I'm just trying to give you a visual, like beefy, big boned.
00:05:25.320 I don't know what, not obese, but like on the larger size.
00:05:28.520 And, you know, the men, the couple of more on the rugby team,
00:05:32.180 they look like your typical college dudes,
00:05:34.700 but they are all minorities, which is an interesting twist in this case.
00:05:40.020 Matt Ingalls, we just found out over the weekend, is from Dubai and is Muslim.
00:05:45.540 John Newell is, I think, black or at a minimum mixed race.
00:05:50.040 He has an Afro.
00:05:52.720 Gilio Lopes is Portuguese. 0.95
00:05:55.320 and Winston Lee is Asian. So it's a very interesting situation because the girl,
00:06:00.140 Jane Doe, is white and from a Southern family, and all of the young men are minorities,
00:06:06.580 which may be the only thing that saves them now that they are in the clutches of Letitia James.
00:06:13.260 So the event ends. In the days thereafter, there's a flurry of texting going on, all of which has
00:06:21.160 Jane Doe affirming that this was consensual. Jane Doe goes back to her tried out sorority house
00:06:26.160 and she speaks with her big sister and says, there's a rumor going around that I'm a slut. 0.98
00:06:31.500 And then according to the transcript, laughs. Unfortunately, it's true. This is Jane Doe, 0.99
00:06:36.840 the alleged gang rape victim that's become the heroine to all the activists left right now.
00:06:43.720 Then she interacts with the men via text and says directly,
00:06:48.940 I really enjoyed my time with you, John, and with Matt.
00:06:53.080 And at the end of the day, nothing we did was illegal.
00:06:55.840 None of it was illegal.
00:06:57.360 That's in writing.
00:06:58.280 I mean, if you're a young man worried about getting accused,
00:07:00.240 that's about as great a text as you can ever receive.
00:07:04.980 She is texting with Matt as well, like back and forth.
00:07:09.000 She says, here, I've got it in front of me.
00:07:11.180 she says everyone needs to grow up because sexuality and sex and effing is changing and
00:07:19.780 stuff like this is going to become more common i'm also really open-minded though and then to
00:07:24.820 her alleged gang rapist matt ingall she writes i love you king this is the woman who's now the
00:07:31.900 alleged gang rape victim this is what she wrote and then what happened at the end of october recall
00:07:37.040 the event was October 19th overnight to the 20th. Well, the Chi-Fi Halloween bash happens every year
00:07:44.400 and everyone wants an invite, including Jane Doe. And according to the reports, she was, quote,
00:07:50.020 eager, eager to go to that party with her gang rapists. She couldn't wait. She was thrilled to
00:07:56.160 go back with them in their presence. And the Chi-Fi house, because news of this event was all
00:08:02.520 over campus by this point. Some people were saying a girl was gang raped. She forwarded that to Matt
00:08:07.700 Ingalls with question marks saying, what's this? As if she had no idea what somebody was using that
00:08:12.220 word. And he said, this is outrageous. I'm going to report these people. And other people said
00:08:17.360 there was a slut. She was getting a reputation as a slut. One of her texts actually said to 1.00
00:08:22.700 Ingalls, my reputation is destroyed. I'm utterly ashamed. Well, yeah. So the dynamic was exploding
00:08:29.260 on campus. And the president of the fraternity ultimately decided Jane Doe should not come to
00:08:35.840 the Chi-Fi house on Halloween, that this would not be good for her or anyone, and made the 0.98
00:08:41.780 colossally stupid decision to disinvite her. And yeah, right? Wait, can I just ask you to pause 0.99
00:08:50.780 and just let our viewers know? That's when she turned, Tucker. That's when it turned from a
00:08:53.520 consensual event into an alleged rape. Go ahead. So the truth is you are going to die someday. So
00:08:58.540 am I. And that's okay. If we don't acknowledge our mortality, we will grow to think that we are
00:09:05.060 gods. And you're seeing that all around. I'm going to live forever because of AI. Well, no, you're
00:09:08.840 not. So with that in mind, Hallow is launching the first ever Memento Mori Challenge. Memento
00:09:16.260 Mori means remember that you will die. And that is the root of wisdom and of peace, amazingly.
00:09:22.080 Recognizing that creates focus on what's important. Phones and money worship are not
00:09:26.080 important. Believe it or not, this challenge uses C.S. Lewis' The Great Divorce. It's one of the
00:09:32.180 best reflections on heaven, eternity, and earthly choices ever written, and it asks us to consider
00:09:36.860 the things that we cling to that keep us from becoming who God is calling us to be. Throughout
00:09:42.060 the challenge, Hallow uses The Great Divorce as a starting point for prayer and reflection on life
00:09:47.780 and death and what happens after, which is eternity. Death is real, but it is not the end
00:09:53.440 life. Join Hallow beginning October 26th with a Memento Mori challenge for prayer and reflection.
00:09:59.580 It's not on any other app. Hallow is amazing. We mean that with total sincerity. Download it
00:10:04.420 and start praying today. Have you ever heard of the Pelosi stock tracker? Well, here's the stock
00:10:08.940 trading app behind it. Most of us don't have access to classified information, yet our politicians
00:10:14.340 seem to. For years, they've been publicly trading stocks with some being oddly timed around certain
00:10:20.460 legislation well this team said if you can't beat them join them and built autopilot it connects
00:10:27.200 directly to your brokerage account like a robin herda schwab and mimics nancy pelosi and other
00:10:32.180 politician stock trades automatically so instead of debating what stocks to buy you just trade
00:10:37.640 alongside them hands-free and the key thing here your money stays in your own account the app
00:10:43.700 already has 1.3 billion invested so far so if you wanted to check it out search autopilot in the
00:10:50.100 app store or go to joinautopilot.com. That's joinautopilot.com. Investing has risks like
00:10:57.080 the loss of principle. If you want a $3,000 a month payday for life, what would you feel free

00:11:28.680 You are recounting this from memory, which I just have always thought you're the single best
00:11:34.520 sort of synthesizer of news stories I've ever met in my life, having spent a life in the news
00:11:40.060 business. No, I have to say that because it's true. I don't know anyone who could do what you
00:11:43.280 just did. So, okay. They disinvite her from the Halloween party. I agree. That doesn't sound like
00:11:49.220 a smart move. What happens next? So now it's a rape. Now she writes to her friend for quote
00:11:56.720 unquote friend, Matt Ingalls. I knew, I knew it. I'm not, we're not friends. You know, the woman
00:12:03.040 always gets the short end. And we later find out that all along from the morning she got home on
00:12:10.000 10-20 to 10-3, which is when she officially declares herself a victim. The roommates and
00:12:16.680 the friends have been in her ear. This was a rape. This sounds like a rape. This wasn't consensual. 1.00
00:12:23.940 And they're in her ear, nattering along that she's a victim, which is a much better narrative 0.99
00:12:29.680 than a slut who willingly, by her own, I'm choosing her word. That's not my word. 0.99
00:12:36.160 So she changes it.
00:12:37.600 She now goes for a rape kit, but of course it's been weeks, so there's not going to be much there.
00:12:42.660 She now goes to Cornell campus police and wants to tell her story.
00:12:47.640 And what happens next is very interesting.
00:12:50.380 Pause there for one second because in the interim, she tries to get three of the guys on tape with these phone calls saying,
00:12:57.040 I remembered nothing and 90% of this was non-consensual.
00:13:02.100 The complete 180 from what she's been saying.
00:13:04.160 And of course, the guys are like, whoa, whoa, what?
00:13:07.120 What's the purpose of this call?
00:13:08.400 What's going on here?
00:13:09.160 They don't know they're being taped, but she's trying to set up her case, either civil or 0.99
00:13:13.940 criminal.
00:13:15.480 So she goes in and speaks with the Cornell police.
00:13:18.280 And what we will ultimately get as a result of that sit down, which I think happened over
00:13:23.080 two days, was a six-page, single-spaced, typewritten statement typed by the Cornell
00:13:27.840 policeman, but then reviewed by Jane Doe and signed under penalties of perjury.
00:13:33.500 She understood that it would be a felony to lie in this document, and she hand-wrote 20-plus notes on the sides of the typewritten statement.
00:13:44.160 So she reviewed it carefully, and she had three victims' rights advocates with her throughout this whole process, when she went in for the interview and when she reviewed the statement.
00:13:54.640 So she was well-represented, she reviewed the statement, and the statement basically exonerated the men.
00:14:02.720 So the campus police officer brings the statement to the local DA in Ithaca, New York, where Cornell
00:14:09.500 is, Tompkins County. He's a Democrat. He reviews it, and he concludes based on Jane Doe's own
00:14:15.560 words, which he credited absolutely, that no crime had been committed. And I'll walk you through why,
00:14:21.640 but let me just tell you this. The law in New York State is that if you become voluntarily
00:14:28.740 intoxicated, and by that I mean you chose to drink, you chose to do drugs, you were not slipped a
00:14:34.640 mickey when you weren't looking, and then you are intoxicated either by alcohol or drugs,
00:14:40.620 you cannot then turn around and say that you were raped because you were not capable of consenting.
00:14:48.360 The only way you can say I was incapable of giving consent because of drugs or alcohol
00:14:53.780 is if somebody else slipped them to you surreptitiously against your,
00:14:59.020 like you didn't know that it happened.
00:15:01.180 Not I handed you the beer and you drank it.
00:15:04.520 I, the man, that's not what the law encompasses.
00:15:07.380 It's I tricked you.
00:15:08.600 I took advantage of you by secretly drugging you.
00:15:12.540 That they will count as an intoxicated victim who's not able to consent.
00:15:17.560 The exception to the rule is if I voluntarily drink or do drugs
00:15:22.200 and I get to the point of quote, physical helplessness. If I'm physically helpless,
00:15:30.340 whether you intoxicated me or I intoxicated me, I can sue and I can bring charges,
00:15:36.680 criminal charges against you, which makes perfect sense, right? Like if I drink myself
00:15:41.180 to oblivion and I'm completely passed out and unable to communicate, they're not going to give
00:15:44.760 some guy a pass who got on top of me. So that's the standard. If you just drank to the point where
00:15:50.720 you know you're woozy and you're not yourself and you're really hammered or really high
00:15:55.220 and then you have sex new york state does not recognize a crime period unless you cross over
00:16:01.480 to physical helplessness that's where we are and knowing all that this da looked at her statements
00:16:07.520 which now now i'm i am going to look at a document because it's important you know her words her
00:16:13.460 words he hasn't released her six-page statement but he's released his own nine-page statement
00:16:19.380 which quotes liberally from her statement, the DA, who's been under such fire and has now had
00:16:25.520 the case taken away from him. And this is Jane Doe. I'm just going to read you a few things
00:16:30.500 describing how she got there. She and Matt Ingalls danced a little. He asked her how she'd feel
00:16:40.100 about having a threesome with two male partners, him and another guy. Jane Doe, quote, agreed.
00:16:44.900 I'm quoting her when I say quote, agreed due to how attracted she was to Ingalls on top of 0.84
00:16:51.680 her drunken curiousness is the word she used. She also quote, remembered being excited because she
00:16:59.420 thought that Ingalls and this guy Newell wanting to have a threesome meant that they were gay,
00:17:04.760 which for some reason excited this girl. So there is just no question that threesome number one 0.79
00:17:09.700 was consensual. She walks through how she made decisions. Matt Ingalls passed out.
00:17:17.840 John Newell was dry heaving. She was managing these two completely wasted guys. There was a
00:17:24.180 real question about whether they were capable of consenting. If the law is you get hammered and
00:17:29.060 you can't consent, it should apply to them too. I was just thinking that exact same thing.
00:17:33.780 Exactly. She wasn't passing out. She wasn't in and out of consciousness. She wasn't dry heaving.
00:17:38.280 they were. And yet she've proceeded forward. Then comes threesome number two. Okay. And in
00:17:45.320 threesome number two, she talks about how male number two, this is John Newell, reached for the
00:17:53.800 area near her vag several times. And each time he did, she would swat his hand away. She's recalling
00:17:59.780 saying, no, I don't want that. And this guy, John Newell obeying, he took a shot. She said, no,
00:18:06.440 she's in control. He's seeing what she's okay with and what she's not, and she's drawing the
00:18:10.840 line. In the middle of that interlude, old Matt Ingalls, the original friend who welcomed her
00:18:16.260 into the house, wakes up. And now he would like to get back in on the action. And according to her,
00:18:23.280 she says he asked whether he could make it a foursome and that she refused because according 1.00
00:18:30.500 to Jane Doe, she says, I knew that that would mean I'd have to have anal sex. And I did not 0.99
00:18:37.040 want that. So this is Jane Doe, who is nowhere near physical helplessness, according to her own 0.99
00:18:44.180 recitation of the facts. Then she gets the couple of guys who come in, according to them, she
00:18:49.780 invited them to snort the ketamine off of her body. And she did ketamine at least once or twice
00:18:55.760 with these guys. And according to her, she snorted it off of the man's unit because she says,
00:19:01.500 I'd already done it once, so there I go. We get to episode three, interlude three,
00:19:06.860 the third threesome. It involves man number one, Matt, and Walter, I'm sorry, Winston Lee,
00:19:14.300 who has testified that she invited him to have the threesome with her, Winston.
00:19:18.900 And during that interlude, Tucker, this is how she describes it, that she says,
00:19:24.200 stand by, that she remembers male number one, Matt saying, let's do more ketamine.
00:19:33.300 She remembers snorting more ketamine. She remembered feeling extremely high.
00:19:37.560 She remembered Matt saying he wanted to have sex again because he wanted redemption from
00:19:41.420 passing out earlier. She initially stated that she was tired. Just to be asking yourself whether
00:19:47.160 this is somebody who is physically helpless. She initially stated, we know this from her,
00:19:51.840 I'm reading from her statement. She was tired and she asked Matt, quote, this is sad, but she asked
00:19:58.460 him, what happened to just you and me? So this is a girl who wanted to date Matt and he was behaving
00:20:04.580 like a complete cad, conceited, absolutely conceited, but illegal is a different question. 0.98
00:20:10.600 Jane Doe could not remember how it started, but she then engaged in a threesome. She remembered
00:20:15.940 that with Matt and with Winston Lee involving oral sex and vaginal sex. Again, how do we know 0.99
00:20:22.200 that? From Jane Doe. She remembers how she had sex and with whom and where. She described her
00:20:28.140 level of intoxication as eight out of 10 at this point. How do we know that? Because she remembers
00:20:32.620 it. She was able to describe it. The threesome continued until some point around 545 when she
00:20:39.080 was tired and needed to turn in at that point both guys stopped the threesome with her and that was
00:20:46.240 the end of it until matt drove her home and then all the text messages after the fact this is not
00:20:52.080 a physically helpless person the law has defined what physically helpless means and it means passed 0.99
00:21:00.000 out it means unconscious which she wasn't which is what the da saw a woman who was in control 0.94
00:21:07.840 saying yes to some things and no to others, who was snorting ketamine, but was not forced
00:21:14.880 in any way. Her lawyer now alleges forced. Her own statement to police does not allege that.
00:21:20.200 It alleges, she said, I'd already done it once, so why not? And even if the guys had said,
00:21:27.920 do it, Jane Doe, this still would not be a situation in which they would find her
00:21:34.260 involuntarily intoxicated by her own statements. She had 10 beers when she showed up. She at least
00:21:41.140 did the first round of ketamine on her own. That piece of this case is done. She is not going to
00:21:46.380 be able to prove she was molested because she was involuntarily intoxicated. And that is why
00:21:53.400 this case was not brought as a criminal matter. However, Jane Doe found herself a lawyer,
00:21:59.700 Tucker. And this lawyer decided to file a civil claim. First, they went through the university 0.85
00:22:06.540 kangaroo court, which everybody knows is a joke. And even that thing could only come to a decision
00:22:11.960 to expel Matt Ingalls and John Newell, the first two. By the way, she had written that that was
00:22:17.040 the interlude she really enjoyed. In any event, they got expelled. May I ask, on what grounds
00:22:21.860 did they expel the boys but not her? Well, they accused the boys of sexually exploiting her.
00:22:29.700 So they exploited her, but she didn't exploit them.
00:22:33.680 And Matt Ingalls was smart enough
00:22:36.400 during that Title IX kangaroo court to say,
00:22:38.780 she molested me.
00:22:40.980 The evidence that she's given
00:22:42.680 attests that I was in and out of consciousness.
00:22:45.960 Yes. 0.99
00:22:46.360 And she's attesting that she was performing oral sex. 0.98
00:22:49.500 Now, there wasn't an exact lineup 0.94
00:22:51.100 of those two events happening at the same time.
00:22:53.260 So it wasn't dead to rights
00:22:54.640 that she was doing that to him while he was asleep.
00:22:57.320 It was that they were attempting to do this
00:22:59.520 And he kept falling asleep.
00:23:01.040 So unclear, but still in more than she has about that interlude to prove an unwillingness
00:23:07.700 on one of the parts of the parties.
00:23:09.860 And they laughed him out of their kangaroo court.
00:23:13.120 It's an absurdity because the rules have to apply both ways.
00:23:17.080 Of course.
00:23:18.620 They were all voluntarily getting high, all voluntarily drinking and all voluntarily
00:23:23.160 having sex.
00:23:24.140 If she was too intoxicated to participate, so was he very clearly.
00:23:27.800 but Cornell wouldn't apply that rule. And so now her civil torts lawyer files a civil damages case
00:23:35.760 against the boys. Now it's seven, the Cornell seven, because the three, one of whom literally
00:23:40.900 just wandered in and wandered out, is now being alleged to be a gang rapist. And two others who
00:23:47.000 appear to have snorted ketamine off of her body with her consent. They've been lumped in. And
00:23:52.860 then the original four are all gang rapists now. And in that document, the lawyer reveals the
00:23:58.940 disgusting, vile, upsetting Snapchat discussion that went out on the fraternity's Snapchat
00:24:06.460 thread that had 57 participants in all, but most were asleep. This was happening at 140
00:24:13.340 to 540 in the morning. So query why all 57 members of this fraternity have been labeled
00:24:19.120 these enablers and complicit. You know, most guys are asleep at four in the morning,
00:24:23.720 even fraternity guys. But there were some, including Matt Ingalls and John Newell,
00:24:29.540 the first two who did get expelled, who wrote really vile things. John Newell tweeted out
00:24:33.640 free P word when he said it, wrote it. Upstairs, Matt Newell, who was supposed to be her friend,
00:24:39.940 texted or wrote, like, you can just walk in and whip it out. Then someone posted her picture,
00:24:49.680 I'm thinking it was Matt, and followed that up with a caption that read, boys, come whip it out.
00:24:55.480 Somebody else, not one of those two, but somebody else queried, shop still open? And somebody wrote,
00:25:00.840 yep. And multiple guys were writing, ki-fi, I love ki-fi, celebratory about the fact that there
00:25:08.380 was this woman up there. But there is nothing on there that speaks to her inebriation, incapacity,
00:25:14.240 or anything that would raise questions about consent in any way. So there's no fruitful
00:25:22.520 ground trying to defend the men's Snapchat conversation, none whatsoever. But that too 0.96
00:25:30.140 does not render this illegal or speak in any way to consent. It is very possible that, to use her
00:25:36.520 word again, a slut was upstairs giving it away and thought this was fun. Thought, as she wrote, 0.99
00:25:44.800 attitudes about sex and sexuality and effing are changing, but I'm just really open-minded. 0.99
00:25:50.220 Or thought, as she did, there's a rumor going around that I'm a slut. Unfortunately, it's true. 0.99
00:25:55.280 There is very much the possibility that that girl was upstairs and that men understanding
00:26:02.800 a crude woman like that was in their house responded with equal and equally ugly
00:26:10.560 crude behavior and talk. And they're using that messaging thread to tar them with rape, 1.00
00:26:19.620 to get to non-consensual rape by seven. Again, whereas only four actually had sex with her. 0.98
00:26:29.820 And now we're at a point where all their names are out there.
00:26:34.180 Her name is not, even though, Tucker, no criminal charges have been brought.
00:26:38.720 And she's filed a civil claim.
00:26:41.320 She's asking for money damages.
00:26:42.820 And we still are honoring the media tradition of not naming her.
00:26:48.180 And I, for one, have been very much wrestling with this because
00:26:51.200 it seems deeply wrong and immoral not to.
00:26:54.300 To me, it seems deeply wrong and immoral.
00:26:55.820 She is trying to have these guys locked up now in another proceeding because Letitia James has stepped in and reopened the criminal inquiry, wrested the case away from the Ithaca DA.
00:27:07.900 She wants these guys in jail for 20 years, and she wants to do all of this under the cover of anonymity, notwithstanding all of those facts as I've just recited them to you.
00:27:18.680 So Christianity began thousands of years ago in what we call the Holy Land.
00:27:22.820 But today, some people would like Christianity to die there.
00:27:26.980 We're talking about the Israeli settler movement, extremist, violent, dangerous, and very anti-Christian, 0.89
00:27:34.140 also supported at the highest levels of the U.S. and Israeli governments. 0.99
00:27:39.440 American taxpayers literally pay for Israeli settlers to murder Christians and Americans and attack them. 0.93
00:27:48.020 And the Senate, for example, 0.99
00:27:49.260 goes out of its way to pretend it's not happening.
00:27:51.560 Senators just voted against disclosure
00:27:53.500 on the killings of nine Americans in the West Bank. 1.00
00:27:56.600 Probably the Senate represents you.
00:27:58.980 Talking about you, Rick Scott of Florida,
00:28:01.020 and many more like you.
00:28:03.080 Well, the Vulnerable People Project
00:28:04.480 is fighting to end these atrocities.
00:28:07.600 The Vulnerable People Project is a Christian movement,
00:28:10.580 sincerely a Christian movement,
00:28:12.580 nonviolent, Jesus-focused,
00:28:14.880 that seeks to build a safe home
00:28:16.520 for Christian children in the Holy Land,
00:28:18.980 a place where they will not get attacked 0.63
00:28:20.560 and murdered by Israeli terrorists
00:28:22.100 supported by the U.S. Senate. 0.99
00:28:24.360 The Catholic pastor in the last all-Christian town
00:28:27.520 in the West Bank has a very simple plan. 0.72
00:28:29.740 Create a children's center called Kids' Kingdom.
00:28:32.460 It's a place for kids to play, make friends,
00:28:34.860 learn the Bible, and grow in their Christian faith.
00:28:37.960 This shows listeners can make all of that happen.
00:28:40.700 So many appeals you see based on the Holy Land
00:28:43.960 are in fact scams that support anti-Christian violence, but this is not. Your support at
00:28:50.820 SaveWestBankChristians.com will help create a place where these children can thrive in the
00:28:55.860 birthplace of our faith. Visit SaveWestBankChristians.com, SaveWestBankChristians.com
00:29:05.000 to help build kids' kingdom. Give Christian children a future in the land where Christianity

00:29:40.940 So most people don't wake up in the morning and decide to feel horrible, exhausted, foggy,
00:29:45.480 disconnected from themselves. But it does happen, and it happens slowly. You're working hard,
00:29:50.660 you're showing up, and then your energy disappears by midday. Your focus is dull,
00:29:54.800 your weight won't move. A lot of people are told, that's just getting old. That's what it is. But
00:29:59.280 that's not actually true. For many men and women, these are not personal fears. They are signals
00:30:05.660 tied to your metabolism, your hormones,
00:30:08.620 and nutrient imbalances that go undetected for years.
00:30:11.360 You don't even know you're deficient.
00:30:13.560 And that's why we're happy to partner with Joy & Blokes,

00:31:08.300 If you're tired of being tired,
00:31:09.780 you don't have to accept defeat.
00:31:11.540 Much of what you're feeling
00:31:12.340 probably traces back to your hormones,
00:31:14.120 to low testosterone.
00:31:15.560 Between 1999 and 2016,
00:31:18.440 average testosterone among American men
00:31:20.660 ages 15 to 39 fell almost 25%.
00:31:24.520 That's never happened in all human history.
00:31:26.820 It actually did happen.
00:31:28.360 You can check it out.
00:31:29.160 It's totally real
00:31:29.920 and no one's doing anything about it, really.
00:31:32.800 But Joanne Blokes is trying and makes it simple.
00:31:34.920 You start with a blood test 0.78
00:31:36.000 so you actually know what your numbers are.
00:31:38.080 Then a licensed clinician reviews your labs

00:31:48.720 but the only way to know whether it's for you

00:32:15.440 So what, let me ask you about that press a little bit. So if you could imagine a story in which the
00:32:23.080 media says, we don't really know, it hasn't been adjudicated, so we're not really sure what the
00:32:26.580 truth is who are not going to impugn the reputation or destroy the life of anybody by naming him or
00:32:30.780 her. But that's not what you're seeing here. It's we'll name one side the accused, but not the
00:32:36.040 accuser. And then you have just on that basis alone, a perversion of justice because you have
00:32:41.300 a right in our system to face your accuser. And you also have an obligation as an accuser to
00:32:46.980 accuse publicly, not in a star chamber. So why would we play along with that?
00:32:51.420 this i've been asking myself this question every day since i did confirm her identity and you know
00:32:58.300 the internet has had it for days i i actually have it i mean i i know for sure what it is um from
00:33:05.480 actual sources and reporting but here's the thing the law itself is anachronistic and sexist the
00:33:14.020 One, the policy that allows alleged rape or sexual assault victims to file a claim in civil court or to come forward as a rape victim anonymously.
00:33:26.920 This is the only crime that we allow this for.
00:33:29.800 Forget children.
00:33:30.680 That's a different thing.
00:33:31.360 They should remain anonymous.
00:33:32.220 Of course.
00:33:32.620 But there are a lot of men who would be deeply humiliated to file an assault claim.
00:33:39.500 Exactly.
00:33:40.260 Admitting that they had been held up at gunpoint and hadn't fought for themselves, had given over the wallet willingly, and had been effectively humiliated or beaten up by a smaller guy, etc.
00:33:50.060 There are a lot of people who can be humiliated by crime, who are not afforded the blanket of anonymity upon going for a money grab.
00:33:58.320 That's civil court.
00:33:59.840 Well, I can say I've actually been there.
00:34:01.680 I got held up at gunpoint as a pizza delivery boy in college by two guys, and I was totally ashamed that I was held up.
00:34:08.940 and I never filed a police report
00:34:10.640 because I was embarrassed.
00:34:13.160 You know, which I don't think
00:34:14.500 would have done anything,
00:34:15.300 but I know that feeling.
00:34:16.940 Like it's shameful to be robbed.
00:34:20.460 So I don't understand
00:34:22.740 why it would only apply.
00:34:25.000 I mean, I don't think it's applied to anybody.
00:34:26.180 If you're using a public court,
00:34:28.320 then I think you have an obligation.
00:34:30.400 You know, if you can't stand behind
00:34:31.300 the accusation, don't make it.
00:34:33.000 Absolutely right, Tucker.
00:34:34.300 And that's the thing. 0.99
00:34:35.320 We treat women like, 0.98
00:34:37.020 Like, here's what's really upsetting about it, because it's like the rape advocates,
00:34:40.940 you know, the rape victim advocates that will come forward and say, like,
00:34:43.200 no rape victims are going to come forward if we change this rule.
00:34:46.720 But here's the thing. 0.86
00:34:49.260 That's because you keep telling them that it's incredibly shameful to be raped. 0.99
00:34:53.940 These policies telegraph to them, you have shame if you've been raped. 0.97
00:34:59.880 Therefore, you may file anonymously.
00:35:02.360 the messaging should be, of course, you're going to name who you are. You have to if you want to
00:35:08.980 get involved in the court proceedings. And absolutely, no one is going to shame you if
00:35:14.540 you turn out to be an actual victim, or we're all going to pile on them as any good society would.
00:35:20.220 But everyone understands if you are an actual rape victim, you have no shame.
00:35:25.720 This whole process, however, will have to be about whether you are or you aren't.
00:35:30.980 and you're entitled to no presumptions in that phase of this proceeding because
00:35:35.920 freedom and lives hang in the balance. No one gets a presumption. This is very wrong. We're
00:35:42.420 already weighing the scales in favor of the accuser and against the accused. And we know by
00:35:48.460 nearly 2027 America that that is a very dangerous thing to do. Trust me, as somebody who cut her
00:35:55.300 teeth on the fake Duke lacrosse raped case when I was a newbie at Fox, it's an extremely dangerous
00:36:02.500 thing to do. So what about the family? We as a media group need to change this because
00:36:09.620 like this one guy, this shit stirrer online, Michael Tracy, he published the name and he, 0.97
00:36:15.760 even this guy who loves upsetting people, he's irascible, he's not likable. He gets off on being 0.98
00:36:21.280 contrarian, just awful. All true. Even he then undid his tweet because of what rained down on
00:36:28.500 him for publishing it. So it's like, I really think we need to get a group of us and just
00:36:33.780 publish it and just say, we're doing it because it's what's right to do. The whole system needs
00:36:38.780 to be changed, at least the media, because the media doesn't have to participate in this court
00:36:42.860 anonymity thing. We do it as a courtesy. And this is not a courtesy. This is actually setting
00:36:48.380 women back by doing this. What about not naming the men? I guess it's too late. They've all been
00:36:54.820 named, but I mean, maybe. That's the problem. Right. So she named them. She and her vile lawyer
00:37:00.240 named the men in her civil suit. So she knew damn well what she was doing, which is another reason 1.00
00:37:07.120 why she should be named. She opened that can of worms. She could have named them anonymously, 1.00
00:37:13.000 males one through seven. She didn't. She put their names out there. And honestly,
00:37:19.000 when I've reported on this for the first couple of days, I was referring to them as male number
00:37:21.740 one, male number two. And then I realized I'm one of the only people in the public eye reporting
00:37:25.380 the facts that are actually good for them. I better name them because they should have the
00:37:30.320 good facts attached to their names too. Some of them actually like Jillian Lopes went back in 0.94
00:37:35.740 there after the events and said, whatever this is, we're shutting it down. Like everybody out.
00:37:40.720 They didn't actually wind up shutting it down,
00:37:42.960 but he tried, as did another guy
00:37:44.620 who's remained anonymous.
00:37:45.820 But this whole thing has turned into a witch hunt. 0.61
00:37:48.580 Now, Letitia James is out for blood. 1.00
00:37:51.000 Kathy Hochul stepped in to take it away 0.96
00:37:54.320 because the DA in Ithaca, under such pressure,
00:37:56.600 once those Snapchat messages came out,
00:37:58.660 said, okay, I'll take it to a grand jury.
00:38:00.820 I'll let a grand jury hear.
00:38:02.700 Hochul and Tish James said, hell no, 0.60
00:38:05.040 we're taking over.
00:38:05.960 You can't be trusted.
00:38:07.620 And Tish James, before that,
00:38:10.020 went public on Exum Facebook saying, I stand with survivors, including Jane Doe.
00:38:16.180 Well, her job as a prosecutor is to seek justice, period, no matter what that means,
00:38:22.240 including if it means no charges will be brought. You don't stand with anybody.
00:38:26.660 What if we have another Crystal Mangum here?
00:38:28.520 Exactly. 1.00
00:38:28.880 Who's basically making up all allegations of non-consensual behavior.
00:38:33.600 So their goose does appear to be cooked. Again, though, the only thing they have going for them,
00:38:38.780 Tucker, is that they're minorities, and at least one of them appears to be black or mixed race,
00:38:43.680 which is Tish James's language. That actually could appeal to her in some sick way. 0.99
00:38:49.180 Well, anyone who uses Cozy Earth will tell you the exact same thing. It's been a game changer.

00:39:41.020 If you're under 40, you might not know much about what the FBI describes as the deadliest act of domestic terror in our history.
00:39:48.440 Bombing at the federal building in Oklahoma City in 1995.
00:39:52.480 We felt this.
00:39:53.860 All the official stories are simple and they're all the same.
00:39:56.480 Timothy McVeigh, acting alone, bombed a federal building and in so doing killed 168 people, including almost 20 children.
00:40:03.260 What an emotional experience.
00:40:05.280 The government quickly declared the case solved.
00:40:07.800 But three decades later, many questions remained.
00:40:10.440 Did Timothy McVeigh really act alone?
00:40:12.380 There is a strong likelihood that other persons are involved.
00:40:16.100 Why were so many obvious warnings ignored?
00:40:18.500 It's pure chaos.
00:40:19.700 And who was he with?
00:40:20.820 A man called John Doe No. 2.
00:40:22.820 Who was John Doe 2 and where was he?
00:40:25.760 We spoke with survivors, investigators, law enforcement, even Timothy McVeigh's defense attorney.
00:40:30.040 The story that he was telling me, I did not feel was the truth.

00:40:53.920 so this is just like the opposite of what you had in alabama in 1940 so like the color of
00:41:02.760 your skin determines the treatment that you get i mean how is this an improvement in any way yeah
00:41:08.440 it's not um except we're still at this point that i thought we'd made it passed from even
00:41:15.960 the me too era where man hatred is just rampant forget we presume they're guilty and all what
00:41:24.440 what i'm seeing around this story and why people need to care whether they give a damn about the
00:41:28.540 cornell seven frankly it should be the cornell eight given the allegations against her
00:41:32.680 or not is the hatred for men yeah by the the media elected democrats the the female punditry 0.88
00:41:44.480 class that's all over TikTok and other social media apps is overwhelming. I mean, it's genuinely 0.51
00:41:51.800 scary to me as the mother of three children, two of whom are boys. And now they want to change the
00:42:00.120 law in New York as a result of this case so that you can, they call it a loophole that you can't
00:42:07.640 claim you didn't give consent if you were drunk. It's not a loophole. It's by design.
00:42:11.760 by design. Andrew Cuomo, sex pest Andrew Cuomo back in 2000, tried to change it to say,
00:42:17.420 let's let anybody who is drunk claim she's a victim of rape too. And the New York State 0.93
00:42:23.380 Assembly said, we're not doing that. Passed the New York State Senate, his change that would
00:42:27.440 create that very, very loose law that would encompass any man who has sex with a drunk woman.
00:42:32.480 And the Assembly held the line and said, we're not doing that. And for six years,
00:42:35.440 they've held the line, but now they're under enormous pressure. If this law changes in New
00:42:39.640 York to say any drunk woman can say she didn't consent because she was drunk when she had sex.
00:42:46.500 No sane family can allow their son to go to college anywhere in New York. You absolutely
00:42:54.280 cannot do that. It would be the most irresponsible thing ever unless he's going to join the priesthood
00:43:00.180 and there's zero chance of him having any sort of sexual contact with a woman during the ages of 18
00:43:07.480 to 22. This is very dangerous what we're doing. And it's because there's a hatred for men out
00:43:14.700 there. It's the thing that got Trump elected. It's the same guys who feel betrayed by Trump
00:43:20.340 because he didn't fulfill so many of the promises to them. And not to mention what he's done on
00:43:25.780 Iran and so on. And I think so many of these guys just feel untethered now, Tucker, because
00:43:31.400 they have who do they have to to look to for help out of this agree more but i wonder where
00:43:38.100 that hatred i think is probably the biggest i mean we spend a lot of time on race hate which is real
00:43:44.320 and bad and religious hate same real and bad but there's no hate that defines american society
00:43:50.880 more than the hate of men particularly strong men and i think it really has like almost every
00:43:57.760 problem that big problems we face could be traced to that. And the question is, where does it come
00:44:03.120 from? And I always think that like women who are really angry at men probably pulled trains in some 0.91
00:44:08.080 fraternity house and women who behave like that are mistreated by men. There's no doubt. I mean, 0.56
00:44:14.580 slutty behavior brings out the very worst in men. I'm not blaming the woman. I'm blaming both sides. 0.99
00:44:19.800 Teach people how to treat you. It is a fact. That is a fact. I saw it in college, but maybe
00:44:24.880 there's some other reason but what do you think that's about because in a happy society women and
00:44:30.020 men need each other they love each other they respect each other they can't really live without
00:44:33.840 each other they're one another source of main source of strength like that's the model and
00:44:39.080 it's worked for well since the beginning of time why is it breaking down do you think 1.00
00:44:43.680 well i think it's a combination of modern feminism which has told generations of young
00:44:50.040 women that this is empowering, that to behave like an unbridled, testosterone-filled young male
00:44:57.140 is their birthright and will make them equal and more empowered somehow. And too many women fell 1.00
00:45:06.040 for that and learned the hard way that that's not at all the effect it will have on your life
00:45:11.360 at all. It's just the opposite. And no man is going to think more highly of you or want to be
00:45:17.220 with you more because you gave it up. And women will judge you. Women are tough about sluttiness. 1.00
00:45:23.040 I've always noticed that. Absolutely right. But now we are in the call her daddy era where you've 1.00
00:45:29.580 got the number four podcast in America being hosted by this woman who is literally encouraging 0.99
00:45:36.120 women to do anal on the first date. If that's what you want, girl, you go for it, which is 0.99
00:45:43.540 absolutely foul. And this woman will be nowhere, nowhere when young women like Jane Doe go down 1.00
00:45:51.660 that path and then wake up the next day having had sex with four different men and don't manage 1.00
00:45:59.020 to get away with the narrative that, ha, ha, ha, I'm a slut. Yeah. Because most normal people are 1.00
00:46:04.240 looking at them like they're disgusting. And she hates herself. She feels disgusting. She feels 0.99
00:46:09.640 dirty. She's misused her own body. I'm not judging. I'm sympathizing, but she feels
00:46:15.320 horrible about herself. I mean, that's true. Yes. I mean, Bridget Phetasy is very outspoken
00:46:22.000 about this. She used to write for Playboy. She's very open about men love boobs and here are my 0.99
00:46:27.220 boobs. She's just like this sort of racy gal in her rhetoric. But she's written a bunch about 1.00
00:46:33.660 this. And she came on my show a while ago talking about how she was what you'd call a slut and how 1.00
00:46:39.520 she's got deep regrets about it, deep regrets and urging people to reject this. But the second 1.00
00:46:45.320 prong is the absence of God. I mean, the move away from Christianity and the move away from 0.93
00:46:53.560 no sex before marriage, or at least when you're in love. If you're not married, at least try to 0.95
00:46:59.720 be in love, please. If those guys and that gal that night had followed either of those,
00:47:04.540 none of them would be in this trouble. And I think the more we've pushed religion out of the 0.98
00:47:09.540 public square and the private, people are left untethered with no moral foundation to understand
00:47:17.540 there is right and wrong. There's moral and immoral. And those choices matter. They will
00:47:22.720 define you. And there's real thing like as sin. And the last thing I want to say is
00:47:28.680 while the, you know, whatever wave feminism we're on now will tell you that equality means you can
00:47:36.420 act like a man and all that. They still have these paternalistic demands that they make of 0.99
00:47:42.580 the patriarchy that if you don't live up to, they're going to castrate you, right? Like the
00:47:48.160 anonymity of the accusers in court is one of them. That is, what is that? That's, that's there
00:47:53.320 because they want the patriarchy to protect the weak and vulnerable women. That's, that's not 1.00
00:47:57.460 equality. We don't like, that's not equal. Even some of the women now looking at the men and 0.69
00:48:03.520 saying, you had the obligation in that room to look out for her, which by the way, I totally
00:48:07.560 agree with. They did. They should have. The men I know, the decent men I'm friends with,
00:48:12.220 would never in a million years have allowed that to happen without stepping in there and saying,
00:48:16.420 get out of here. We're getting her home right now. Every man I know would have done that. 0.98
00:48:21.960 But these men didn't. And in their defense, they've been raised in this system,
00:48:26.220 which has told them, don't be paternalistic. 1.00
00:48:29.320 Don't open the door for a woman. 0.99
00:48:30.880 That's aggressive. 1.00
00:48:32.320 That's sexist. 1.00
00:48:34.160 You know, don't make a comment about her 0.99
00:48:36.340 or how she's attractive in any way, shape or form. 0.63
00:48:38.860 She looks nice today. 1.00
00:48:39.900 All of that is being a sexist pig. 1.00
00:48:42.380 The only thing that's not sexist or paternalistic 1.00
00:48:45.640 or part of the patriarchy is to treat her like a man,
00:48:49.040 which is kind of what they were doing.
00:48:51.760 Like she has agency.
00:48:53.020 She has full accountability.
00:48:54.720 We're here making our choices and she's here making hers.
00:48:58.720 So it's a very confusing time, I think, for these young men.
00:49:02.480 And that led to the toxic mix of that room inside Chi-Fi that evening.
00:49:07.760 So I wonder how much attention has been paid to the role of Cornell as a school.
00:49:13.620 So here you have a school that's created an environment that's so dark
00:49:17.120 that students famously kill themselves, throw themselves into the gorges at Cornell.
00:49:21.580 and women and men find themselves doing what you just described,
00:49:28.020 degrading themselves, taking drugs.
00:49:30.680 If this were a foster care, it would be shut down immediately by Child Protective Services.
00:49:36.140 Why does Cornell get federal funding when they're presiding over what you just described?
00:49:41.800 Well, let me tell you, because Cornell passed the most important magical test it can pass, 1.00
00:49:48.260 which is it's no accident those four guys were minorities right right that's what cornell
00:49:55.780 and a lot of these schools most of these colleges have become about of course how many diversity
00:50:00.640 admissions can we get excluding whites period yeah of course excluding whites that that is the
00:50:05.860 sole criterion that determines whether we are good or bad worthy or not and they've nailed it
00:50:12.200 they did a great job they must be really proud that four of their defendants are minorities 1.00
00:50:17.140 I like that's a win in their weird, weird circles, right? Like it's great that the victim was white 1.00
00:50:24.160 and the perpetrators are all minority. Like we've really done something special here. 0.77
00:50:29.300 I just think there's no accounting for anything else. And I'll just say this too, Tucker.
00:50:36.420 Cornell, yes, technically they're Ivy League. What do you have to do to get into Cornell or
00:50:41.160 any of these top colleges. You have to ruin your first 17 years. You have to do nothing other
00:50:49.240 than study mostly things that will be utterly useless to you in life that you do not need to
00:50:56.080 know anything about. And you have to play their games in writing your applications and your
00:51:02.360 essays and all that and say that you value the things that leftists do. And then find out that
00:51:07.920 at certain schools, like Princeton, there's literally not one professor there who's a
00:51:12.980 conservative or a Republican or even a right-leaning independent. That's what you get the privilege of
00:51:17.760 exposing yourself to once you get there after having played that game and given up your entire
00:51:21.160 childhood. And then you get there and you know what? You're probably very, very stressed out
00:51:26.740 and anxious and depressed. And a line of ketamine probably looks pretty good to you.
00:51:31.980 So that's how it happens.
00:51:34.280 So Cornell does have a role in all of it
00:51:36.900 because they foster it.
00:51:38.580 They encourage it.
00:51:39.260 That's exactly the kind of student they want.
00:51:42.020 So like, why are,
00:51:43.420 but it's not just tuition paying parents
00:51:46.440 who are floating this.
00:51:47.340 It's federal taxpayers who support Cornell.
00:51:49.800 It would collapse without our tax dollars.
00:51:51.920 So why would we continue to pay for something like that?
00:51:56.540 I mean, I think it's just our general fascination with,
00:52:01.980 how impressed we are with the Ivy Leagues,
00:52:06.480 the American college system.
00:52:08.680 You know, it doesn't work like this in Europe.
00:52:10.440 No.
00:52:10.960 You go through school
00:52:12.340 and if you wanna go to university, it's very easy.
00:52:14.180 You go off to university and you study some specialty
00:52:16.000 and you get your degree and then you get a job.
00:52:17.600 Only here do we have this like obsession
00:52:19.620 with these name brands,
00:52:21.320 which really wanna just make you a communist
00:52:23.360 and alienate you from your parents, most of them.
00:52:27.740 And it's just something that's ingrained
00:52:29.080 in the American society.
00:52:29.980 I think it'd be very tough to break us of this.
00:52:32.720 But having said that, I do want to make the point,
00:52:35.580 it is absurd to run with the narrative
00:52:38.040 that this kind of thing is rampant
00:52:39.520 on college campuses, Cornell or any place else.
00:52:42.560 Like the leftists now want you to believe 0.89
00:52:44.040 there's a 35% rape rate at Cornell.
00:52:47.500 More than one third of the student body
00:52:49.520 has been raped or sexually assaulted, 0.83
00:52:51.180 which is a lie. 0.98
00:52:53.820 If you look at the survey,
00:52:55.020 and I was doing these stories back in 2004 at Fox.
00:52:57.980 If you look at the surveys, they say, 0.80
00:52:59.980 have you been raped or sexually assaulted during your time at Cornell? And then you look at the 0.93
00:53:05.400 actual fine print and it's like an unwanted touching. Rape or sexually assaulted include 0.62
00:53:10.140 an unwanted touching of any kind. Someone groping against your will, someone rubbing against you, 0.76
00:53:15.960 against your will. Well, hell, that was every night of my life when I was a cocktail waitress
00:53:19.280 at Syracuse my sophomore year. I never considered myself a victim. It's a crowded bar where everyone
00:53:25.320 is having a good time. It was fine. So it's just absurd. And as Heather McDonald's been pointing
00:53:30.320 out, in Detroit, not so long ago, the entire crime rate, including murders and robberies,
00:53:37.700 was 2.4%. Exactly. So like, you want to tell me that Cornell has got a 35% rape rate? I don't
00:53:46.440 think so. We're just raising a generation of wannabe victims. Well, it's also our leadership 0.93
00:53:51.680 class, including in the media, is so focused
00:53:53.880 on Cornell, because that's
00:53:55.640 very much the heart of their world.
00:53:57.380 I got into Cornell. I'm now in the Ivy League.
00:54:00.160 And they got into the ag
00:54:01.620 school or whatever. But people
00:54:03.680 are raped on subway platforms
00:54:05.720 and in parks and in the
00:54:07.560 outer boroughs. And I don't think Letitia
00:54:09.700 James or Kathy Hoke will care at all.
00:54:13.240 At all.
00:54:13.760 Right, at all. So I don't
00:54:15.680 think that there's a special prosecutor
00:54:17.540 for the last subway platform rape in
00:54:19.640 the Bronx, somehow.
00:54:21.680 Oh, I mean, talk to some of the lawyers who represented some of Harvey Weinstein's
00:54:28.140 alleged victims about their experience with Letitia James's office and her personally.
00:54:34.580 I know a lot of these lawyers, they have nothing but negative things to say about Chish James. 1.00
00:54:39.340 She will only do what she thinks advances her own career. And she doesn't give two 1.00
00:54:45.640 dams about any of these alleged victims. Are you going to be a stepping stool toward her race to 0.90
00:54:52.120 the governorship or aren't you? Kathy Hochul, she's too dumb to really ascribe bad motives to. 1.00
00:54:58.580 I think that's true. Let's be honest. The woman walked around for three years with a gold 1.00
00:55:05.320 necklace that read, Vax Tucker, in extra large font, like she was a member of the Bloods. 0.99
00:55:12.880 Well, she was. 0.87
00:55:16.660 That's right.
00:55:18.260 No, you're so right.
00:55:20.420 You can't lump her in.
00:55:21.020 You're so right.
00:55:21.560 I don't, again, I just don't,
00:55:22.860 I've never met anybody in 35 years in the news business
00:55:26.120 who can summarize and analyze a news story cold like you can.
00:55:29.880 I just think it's amazing.
00:55:30.860 And I'm grateful you did
00:55:32.040 because now I feel like I actually understood
00:55:33.840 what happened in that story.
00:55:35.500 So thank you very much, Megan Kelly.
00:55:38.380 You're welcome.
00:55:38.840 It's great to see you.
