00:00:15.140 So you're pretty much the first person Trump chose after he got elected.

00:00:18.480 I think it was the end of that week, right?

00:00:20.320 Yeah, I believe I was.

00:00:24.140 Can you summarize in one sentence what you plan to do with the job?

00:00:27.060 Well, look, we had a discussion that night, and he gave me three rails, three things he wants me to do.

00:00:34.760 Number one, secure the border.

00:00:36.280 Yeah.

00:00:36.700 Shut the border down.

00:00:38.020 Number two, run the biggest deportation operation this country's ever seen.

00:00:43.780 And third, he wants me to lead an effort to find the over 300,000 missing children that were trafficked into this country,

00:00:52.680 and this administration cannot locate them.

00:00:57.060 Welcome to the Tucker Carlson Show.

00:01:07.960 We bring you stories that have not been showcased anywhere else,

00:01:12.140 and they're not censored, of course, because we're not gatekeepers.

00:01:15.380 We are honest brokers here to tell you what we think you need to know and do it honestly.

00:01:23.660 Here's the episode.

00:01:24.320 So, seal the border, deport the illegals, find the missing children, 300,000. 0.96

00:01:30.440 Yes.

00:01:30.860 Let's go in order.

00:01:32.680 Seal the border.

00:01:33.920 How, what has happened?

00:01:35.380 Do you have a sense now, over a month after Trump's victory, of just how big the invasion was under Biden?

00:01:42.560 Do we know?

00:01:43.020 Well, we know that we can document over 10 million encounters, 10.5, that we can document.

00:01:49.180 Then we can document over two million gotaways, right?

00:01:51.680 These are known gotaways.

00:01:52.960 What is a known gotaway?

00:01:54.120 These are people we capture an image on drone video.

00:01:59.580 Is that in addition to the 10?

00:02:01.160 Yeah.

00:02:01.400 So, at least 12 million people have been encountered at a border.

00:02:08.300 10.5 been encountered.

00:02:10.340 Over two, we got it.

00:02:11.340 We got it.

00:02:12.140 We know there are gotaways because there's a, we capture on drone traffic, video traffic, or sensor traffic.

00:02:17.900 And Borg chose over one that couldn't respond.

00:02:19.600 So, we know there's at least 12.5 million people at that border.

00:02:25.480 So, that's like, that's like New York plus Chicago.

00:02:31.020 It's a historic number, which is one of the reasons why I wake up pissed off every day, because we went from the most secure border in my lifetime.

00:02:38.760 I started in 1984 as a Borg trail agent, worked for six presidents.

00:02:42.640 Where did you start, by the way?

00:02:44.320 I was a Borg trail agent in Campo, California, San Diego sector.

00:02:47.460 Yep.

00:02:47.680 But to go from the most secure border in my lifetime under President Trump, based on data, right?

00:02:52.940 That's just my opinion.

00:02:53.840 That's data.

00:02:54.780 Go from the most secure border in my lifetime to historic illegal immigration in one administration, that's by design.

00:03:02.200 That's not mismanagement.

00:03:03.500 Yeah.

00:03:03.680 That's by design.

00:03:05.140 What do you think the goal was?

00:03:07.900 You know, I ask that a lot of you.

00:03:09.080 Why would anybody open the border up?

00:03:10.660 I think Joe Biden's the first president in American history who came in office and unsecured a border.

00:03:15.560 I work for, you know, six presidents.

00:03:17.880 Obama and Clinton took steps to secure the border, because they understood you possibly can't have—there's no way you can have strong national security.

00:03:24.380 If you're on border security, you need to know what's coming, who's coming, where it's coming, and why it's coming.

00:03:29.880 Joe Biden's first president came in office and unsecured a border.

00:03:32.980 And people ask me all the time why.

00:03:34.340 I think they see a future political benefit.

00:03:36.320 I think they think these people would be future Democratic voters, number one.

00:03:40.540 Two, but we don't even have to get there, right, Tucker?

00:03:43.060 I mean, when Biden signed over 90 executive orders, getting rid of everything we did, he also overturned a Trump census rule, where millions will be counted in all these sanctuary cities, which is going to result in more seats in the House for the Dems and the reproportionate seats in the House.

00:03:58.220 Can that be undone?

00:04:01.760 Oh, yeah.

00:04:02.120 I think President Trump, when he gets back in, when he needs to establish the other census rule, illegal analysts should not be counted in the census.

00:04:09.620 Well, yeah, because illegal foreign citizens, non-Americans, should not be able to determine how many members of Congress we have and where they sit. 0.96

00:04:18.020 Exactly.

00:04:18.420 I think President Trump will reinstitute the game-changing policies he had during the first administration so we can secure the border.

00:04:26.660 We did it before.

00:04:27.620 This time, we're going to finish the job.

00:04:29.880 How many came through Canada?

00:04:31.540 Do you know?

00:04:32.420 I don't have it off the top of my head, but I know the number, depending on what sector you look at, is 600 to 800% increase on the northern border, specifically in upstate New York, where I grew up.

00:04:43.660 And I still have a home up there, so I'm very familiar with that area, and I talk to border patrol chiefs up there all the time.

00:04:51.320 Northern New York has a huge problem.

00:04:54.180 And the problem with the northern border, a lot of SIAs come through the northern border.

00:04:59.520 They can afford to fly to Canada and cross the northern border, which is wide open because there's a lot of border and very few agents.

00:05:06.620 So a lot of Indians, a lot of Pakistanis, a lot of Turkish come through the northern border.

00:05:10.820 I mean, who organized this?

00:05:15.640 You say it was by design.

00:05:18.920 There are a lot of NGOs involved.

00:05:21.680 The United Nations is involved.

00:05:23.420 A bunch of religious charities, pretty evil religious charities, in my opinion, involved in this.

00:05:28.880 But they seem to be coordinating with one another.

00:05:31.480 Do we understand exactly what happened?

00:05:34.180 You know, we're still looking into it.

00:05:35.660 I think under the Trump administration, it needs to be an investigation on what happened, who was involved.

00:05:39.740 I know I've had numerous conversations with Mark Green, who's the chairman of Homeland Oversight.

00:05:45.720 He plans on having some oversight hearings on this, specifically when it relates to the NGOs.

00:05:50.740 You know, I think they were complicit in a lot of this illegal immigration.

00:05:54.040 And certainly the United Nations, we're south of our border, working on this global illegal immigration to the United States.

00:06:02.080 So I'm counting on the new Congress, which we now have control of both the House and the Senate, to conduct oversight hearings and hold people accountable.

00:06:10.420 There's no way.

00:06:11.200 Again, there's no way this is mismanagement or incompetence.

00:06:14.240 This is by design.

00:06:15.020 And do I think Joe Biden had the expertise to do it?

00:06:18.900 No.

00:06:19.200 I think someone's pulling his strings.

00:06:21.180 So this is something that needs to be fully investigated.

00:06:23.360 People need to be held accountable because—

00:06:25.680 Oh, they need to go wreck the country. 0.81

00:06:27.360 They need to go to prison.

00:06:28.380 They created the biggest national security vulnerability this nation has ever seen.

00:06:32.340 We've got a record number of people on terrorist losses being arrested.

00:06:35.320 We've got 2.2 million people.

00:06:36.840 And this is my biggest issue I brought up for the last two years.

00:06:39.520 It's just not about illegal immigration anymore.

00:06:41.320 You caused a crisis this big to overwhelm with the Border Patrol, where many times 70% of agents were pulled off the line dealing with this humanitarian crisis, right?

00:06:50.480 Changing diapers, making baby formula, making hospital runs, doing that humanitarian mission, leaving 30% of our Homeland Security officials left securing the border.

00:07:01.540 There was times in the last two years where 100%, 100% of border patients were pulled off the line, such as in El Paso.

00:07:08.540 Because when they got overcrowded, this administration said, wait, we can't have overcrowding.

00:07:13.320 That's a bad optic.

00:07:14.820 So let's pull every agent off the line.

00:07:16.640 Process as quick as possible.

00:07:18.140 Release as quick as possible.

00:07:20.100 Because if there's no overcrowding, there's nothing to see here.

00:07:22.840 The border's still secure.

00:07:24.440 So when you overrun the Border Patrol, that's one of the bad things that happened.

00:07:28.420 That's when we got 2.2 million gotaways, right?

00:07:30.760 That's when the fentanyl comes across to kill a quarter million Americans.

00:07:34.020 That's why sex trafficking of women and children is up 600%.

00:07:37.380 That's why the number of migrant deaths is at a historic high.

00:07:42.860 So this, what the people call this innocent illegal immigration crisis made a lot of bad things happen because the Border Patrol was strictly overwhelmed and couldn't do the national security.

00:07:53.360 Well, it changed the culture of the United States, which is worse than any of the things that you, and more permanent than any of the things you listed.

00:07:59.160 You can't run in and change people's ancient culture.

00:08:01.980 You've been here for 250 years.

00:08:03.040 You can't do that.

00:08:03.820 No, it's the worst crime ever committed against the U.S., worse than the Civil War, in my opinion.

00:08:10.200 So, but the question is, like, who did this and why?

00:08:13.680 So the United Nations, we pay the largest share of the U.N. budget.

00:08:18.420 You know, we should have some ability to control what the U.N. does, but they commit this act of war against us.

00:08:24.720 Do we know who did at the U.N. and why?

00:08:27.400 I do not, but it's something that's going to be, I believe it should be investigated.

00:08:31.620 I'm pushing people, I'm coming to the administration with it, we need to investigate it.

00:08:35.220 Again, I've talked to numerous representatives on the Hill that swear they're going to have hearings on this.

00:08:42.060 And we need to, American people need to know exactly what happened, who is responsible.

00:08:45.320 Do you think that the fentanyl traffickers, known as the cartels, I guess, I'm not exactly sure what that means.

00:08:59.120 I'd like to ask you, actually.

00:09:00.760 But you keep reading and hearing that they have control of parts of the southwestern United States.

00:09:07.340 First of all, what is a cartel?

00:09:08.800 Who are they?

00:09:09.260 Where are they from?

00:09:09.900 And do you think that's true?

00:09:10.960 Well, the criminal cartels in Mexico, they were born out of the narcotics smuggling industry in Mexico, and they're powerful.

00:09:18.680 Look, they're like a Fortune 500 company.

00:09:20.740 They're just not a gang anymore, right?

00:09:22.540 Jalisco cartels, they're in over 45 countries of the world, right?

00:09:27.760 And not only are they responsible for moving narcotics in this country, they're currently in every major city in the United States.

00:09:34.880 Because not only are they smuggling the drugs in the United States, they're taking over the distribution within the United States, right?

00:09:39.940 So, again, and I said this at the RNC, and President Trump agrees with me.

00:09:47.080 These criminal cartels have killed more Americans than every terrorist organization in the world combined, right?

00:09:52.840 And every war, more than the Second World War. 0.92

00:09:54.980 So that's why they need to be designated terrorist organizations and wiped off the face of the earth.

00:09:59.180 And it's going to take the United States to do it.

00:10:00.700 Mexico has failed to do it, even if they tried to do it. 0.91

00:10:03.240 But the bottom line is much of the Mexican military, much of the Mexican law enforcement, much of the Mexican government is corrupt. 0.80

00:10:10.440 That's just a fact.

00:10:11.180 Well, then why – okay, so I noticed that the incoming administration just basically toppled the prime minister of Canada.

00:10:17.740 It was a thoroughly evil person called Justin Trudeau.

00:10:20.780 And just by threatening tariffs, they kind of fixed the Canada problem.

00:10:24.720 Trump fixed it in about, I don't know, 20 minutes.

00:10:27.640 But how much more leverage do we have over Mexico?

00:10:30.240 I mean, we're the entire economy of Mexico.

00:10:32.340 Why don't we do that with Mexico? 1.00

00:10:33.340 Well, we are.

00:10:34.860 If President Trump has threatened tariffs and the president seems to say she's going to help, we'll see if her actions match her words.

00:10:44.540 But President Trump has a lot of power over Mexico.

00:10:47.120 Look, the tariffs alone, Mexico needs us more than we need them, right?

00:10:50.800 And look, I'm not saying every cop, every soldier, every politician in Mexico is corrupt, but many are.

00:10:55.560 That's just a fact.

00:10:56.420 When I was the ICE director, we had vetted units we worked with.

00:10:59.200 Law enforcement down there, we vetted them so we can work with them.

00:11:02.240 But we didn't even tell the vetted units everything we know because we just couldn't be sure, right?

00:11:07.580 But President Trump has a lot of leverage.

00:11:09.020 Remember, when I became boarded in 1984, one of my first assignments out of the academy was protecting a port of entry in Tecate, California.

00:11:17.100 Because we had a DEA agent that was tortured and murdered, Kiki Camerana.

00:11:21.240 I think you remember that.

00:11:21.740 I remember very well.

00:11:22.660 And they wouldn't help us to identify and turn over the people responsible.

00:11:27.160 Ronald Reagan shut down the port of entries.

00:11:30.020 And what, it'd take them two days?

00:11:31.160 All of a sudden, we know who committed a crime.

00:11:33.620 And so, President Trump can obviously do that.

00:11:36.220 He can end all the visas, end the tourist visas, the business visas.

00:11:41.560 There's a lot of power he has over Mexico.

00:11:43.540 And he needs, President Trump's willing to do whatever it takes to protect our sovereignty, to protect this country.

00:11:48.660 And he's ready to do it.

00:11:49.620 He proved it the first time, you know, when the Remain in Mexico program.

00:11:52.800 Mexico didn't want to do that. 0.99

00:11:53.880 30 safe country agreements.

00:11:55.060 Mexico didn't want to do that. 0.99

00:11:56.500 They didn't want to put 10,000 military on their border.

00:11:59.140 But President Trump threatened them with tariffs.

00:12:01.800 And they came to the table.

00:12:03.480 There are so many nice Mexican people.

00:12:06.020 I mean, most Mexican people I've met I really like.

00:12:08.880 That we forget that the government's very anti-American.

00:12:11.080 It's not our ally in any sense.

00:12:12.900 We spend all this energy being mad at Assad.

00:12:15.740 Whoever cares.

00:12:16.620 And we live next to this country that's helping to kill hundreds of thousands of Americans every year.

00:12:21.680 No one ever says anything about it.

00:12:23.380 Don't you think it would be worth shifting some of that emotional energy and military resources to, like, countries right next to us who are hurting us?

00:12:31.940 I'm 100% with you.

00:12:33.120 And that's why I've been pushing for Mexico to come to the table and be accountable. 0.86

00:12:37.840 It's against the law of Mexico to trafficking women and children. 0.90

00:12:41.540 But they don't do anything about it.

00:12:42.880 It's against the law of Mexico to transit to that country.

00:12:46.340 If you're from another country, well, a transit visa. 0.95

00:12:48.680 But they allow it.

00:12:49.900 I mean, look at the beast.

00:12:50.780 The big train that thousands of people came up every weekend.

00:12:53.700 They didn't do anything until President Trump got in office and had them put a stop to it.

00:12:57.840 I mean, but the good thing is a lot of countries are willing to come to the table right now.

00:13:02.000 Mexico says they're going to.

00:13:03.120 Let's see what they do.

00:13:04.080 I'll be deeply involved in those conversations.

00:13:06.360 Panama.

00:13:07.020 Panama wants to come to the table and help the United States secure our border by shutting down the Daring Gap.

00:13:12.440 This administration said they're going to do it.

00:13:14.460 Secretary Mayorkas said he was going to do it.

00:13:16.560 Panama never got any funding to do it.

00:13:17.980 They never got anything done with this administration.

00:13:20.560 They were coming to the table again.

00:13:21.900 We will shut down the Daring Gap, but please help us.

00:13:24.340 We will help them.

00:13:25.220 Daring Gap, shutting the Daring Gap down would be a huge game changer on illegal migration to this country.

00:13:32.420 But again, given the economic leverage the United States has, that shouldn't take more than a weekend, right?

00:13:40.600 It's going to be pretty quick.

00:13:42.160 I mean, we're going to come to the table what we need Mexico to do. 0.99

00:13:45.080 Remain in Mexico program, a game changer.

00:13:47.240 That needs to happen quickly.

00:13:48.780 That was a game changer.

00:13:50.080 Because after about two months, they stopped coming.

00:13:53.700 They stopped coming because they knew they weren't being released into the United States to not show up in court.

00:14:00.180 And even if they show up in court, no one's looking to remove them because on this administration, ICE can't arrest somebody for simply being illegally in the United States.

00:14:07.660 Secretary Mayorkas made that clear.

00:14:09.500 They got to have a criminal conviction before ICE can even look at them, even though they're illegally here. 0.61

00:14:13.600 So the Remain in Mexico was a game changer.

00:14:15.680 They stopped coming.

00:14:16.320 They stopped selling everything they had, giving the cartels every dollar they had to come to the United States to be released.

00:14:23.540 When the Remain in Mexico program came into place, they stopped coming.

00:14:28.300 When they stopped coming, look at the lives that were saved.

00:14:31.180 Look at the money that was saved.

00:14:32.240 If someone is really escaping fear and persecution from their homeland, from their government, home government, if they're really escaping fear and persecution, they're going to be willing to wait in Mexico for the hearing.

00:14:42.620 But most of them, no.

00:14:43.800 But why would the U.S. take anybody who's, I mean, why is it our job, given our appalling track record around the world of like trying to make things better, you make them worse because the world's super complicated.

00:14:55.300 Why do we have an obligation to take anybody from anywhere ever? 0.95

00:15:00.120 I don't really get where does that come from.

00:15:01.600 Well, that was the genius of the Remain in Mexico program, right?

00:15:04.440 Because President Trump, I remember sitting in the Oval Office one day, we were talking about this, and I was trying to explain to him, and he understood clearly what the whole situation on asylum is.

00:15:14.920 I told him that if you look at the data, immigration court data, about 9 out of 10 people who claim asylum at our border never get relief from the U.S. government.

00:15:25.300 Because they simply don't qualify, they don't show up in court.

00:15:28.260 Then you look at the Homeland Security Life Cycle Report, a report that's put up with Homeland Security.

00:15:34.360 For instance, family units, for those that were ordered removed, only 6% leave.

00:15:39.640 So when I explained to President Trump, 9 out of 10 don't even have a valid claim, but when that 9 out of 10 gets ordered removed, 6% leave.

00:15:47.300 He says, you know, he didn't take him long to say, why the hell are we doing this?

00:15:51.680 So let's not let him in, let's have a Remain in Mexico program. 0.65

00:15:54.000 If you really escape in front of persecution, you wait in Mexico. 0.77

00:15:56.940 If you win your case, which are very few, welcome to the United States.

00:16:00.380 But if you don't win your case, we don't have to go find you.

00:16:02.760 And we're not putting this message out of catch and release so people keep coming, knowing they're going to be released in the United States.

00:16:07.320 At the same time, knowing when they lose their case, no one's looking to remove them.

00:16:11.540 That whole dynamic's going to change.

00:16:13.160 Yes.

00:16:13.460 Right, because I've said, I've been real clear since the day President Trump appointed me, if you're in the country illegally, you've got a problem. 1.00

00:16:21.500 Right?

00:16:22.120 If we don't take the judge's order, immigration court, when you order, you're removed, and he gets a deportation officer, a deportation order.

00:16:29.600 If we don't execute those orders, then what the hell are we doing?

00:16:32.920 Shut down the immigration court.

00:16:34.280 Doesn't mean anything anymore.

00:16:35.980 Take the border, draw off the border, because there's no consequences for entering this country illegally. 0.93

00:16:40.040 We'll give you due process, but when your order is removed, you're going to be removed.

00:16:44.300 Or if we don't, we send the message to the whole world.

00:16:46.680 You can enter the country illegally, which is a crime. 0.99

00:16:48.900 You can see a judge or not see a judge, get an order removal.

00:16:51.920 No one's looking for you.

00:16:53.500 And that's what the Democrats are doing on this administration.

00:16:55.860 They have overwhelmed the system, released the millions of this country. 0.91

00:17:00.000 Immigration, the court docket has pushed back seven, maybe as much as nine years, like in New York.

00:17:04.740 By that time, when they get an order removal, they got two or three U.S.C. kids.

00:17:08.840 Then everybody's complaining, you can't remove that guy.

00:17:11.640 He's got three U.S.C. kids.

00:17:13.080 When I was the ICE director, I got calls from Republican senators.

00:17:15.800 Why'd you remove that person?

00:17:17.020 He has two U.S.C. children.

00:17:18.840 Well, he didn't have two U.S.C. children in inter-country legally.

00:17:21.760 He didn't have two U.S.C. children.

00:17:23.080 You got calls from Republican senators?

00:17:24.340 Oh, absolutely. 0.98

00:17:24.920 They're the worst.

00:17:25.680 And I said, I said, well, what's my option?

00:17:30.740 He had due process, a great taxpayer expense.

00:17:33.040 He was already removed by a federal judge.

00:17:34.740 The option is just let him stay, because if we're going to do that, how many more do you want to stay?

00:17:38.920 Then we've got to send a clear message.

00:17:40.420 We're in national laws.

00:17:41.200 You get order removed.

00:17:41.900 You're going to be removed.

00:17:42.860 If not, we send a message to the whole world.

00:17:45.920 Enter illegally.

00:17:46.860 Commit a crime.

00:17:48.700 Go have a U.S. citizen child. 0.99

00:17:50.700 And you're off the hook.

00:17:51.420 As an American, you ought to expect and demand freedom and privacy.

00:17:56.060 Those are your birthrights.

00:20:07.980 The credit card companies are ripping Americans off, and enough is enough.

00:20:12.620 This is Senator Roger Marshall of Kansas.

00:20:15.320 Our legislation, the Credit Card Competition Act, would help in the grip Visa and MasterCard have on us.

00:20:21.860 Every time you use your credit card, they charge you a hidden fee called a swipe fee,

00:20:27.080 and they've been raising it without even telling you.

00:20:30.080 This hurts consumers and every small business owner.

00:20:33.520 In fact, American families are paying $1,100 in hidden swipe fees each year.

00:20:39.400 The fees Visa and MasterCard charge Americans are the highest in the world,

00:20:44.360 double candidates and eight times more than Europe's.

00:20:46.840 That's why I've taken action, but I need your help to help get this passed.

00:20:51.780 I'm asking you to call your senator today and demand they pass the Credit Card Competition Act.

00:20:58.800 Paid for by the Merchants Payments Coalition.

00:21:00.440 Not authorized by any candidate or candidates committee.

00:21:02.720 www.merchantspaymentscoalition.com

00:21:05.640 So here's a question you shouldn't have to think about, but probably do.

00:21:08.920 What would you do if your family needed life-saving medication and you couldn't get any?

00:21:16.760 You'd hate to think you're going to face that.

00:21:18.960 We depend on our supply chains all the way from Asia to here, thousands of miles across the Pacific Ocean.

00:21:24.460 But let's be honest, that chain is fragile.

00:21:27.320 Just one weather event, one container ship accident, an unexpected crisis, a war on the brink of a couple,

00:21:32.700 and suddenly you can't get the medication that you need, that your family needs.

00:21:35.980 Now people are going to tell you, don't worry about it, calm down, everything is fine.

00:21:41.300 All right, but why not spend a little bit of money to make sure everything actually will be fine?

00:21:46.900 And that's where the Jace case comes in, J-A-S-E case. 0.91

00:21:52.060 It's not paranoid, it's planning.

00:21:54.360 The Jace case is a simple portable supply of emergency medications,

00:21:58.300 ones you actually will need, that you can keep at home so you're totally prepared.

00:22:02.040 It's better to be too early than too late, though at this point nobody thinks we're going to be too early with this.

00:22:07.260 Check it out for yourself.

00:22:08.020 Go to Jace.com, J-A-S-E.com, and use the code Tucker for a discount.

00:22:13.040 That's Jace.com, promo code Tucker.

00:22:15.660 You should do it.

00:22:16.800 We have.

00:22:17.280 Is there any way to move millions of Haitians into rich white liberal neighborhoods? 0.84

00:22:27.660 I mean it.

00:22:28.780 I mean it. 0.75

00:22:29.500 The people who did this are rich white liberals in the United States who hate themselves and the country, 0.58

00:22:33.620 and to punish it, they invited all these people illegally from failed countries, 0.92

00:22:37.800 but they can't stand the idea of living near these people because they're racist.

00:22:42.240 So why wouldn't you move every Haitian to Bethesda and Brookline and Aspen and Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket like today? 1.00

00:22:48.800 Can we do that?

00:22:49.480 I will donate money if we can do that.

00:22:51.540 We absolutely could.

00:22:52.260 Look at what Martha's Vineyards did. 0.97

00:22:53.700 They put them on their kind of money.

00:22:55.200 You know, this whole thing.

00:22:56.040 They called the cops immediately because they're racist.

00:22:58.260 Governor Abbott done more secure this border than anybody in this administration.

00:23:01.920 Guy's great.

00:23:02.880 DeSantis is the same.

00:23:04.320 Do you know who first came up with the idea of busting people to sanctuary cities?

00:23:07.560 It was President Trump.

00:23:08.340 I remember sitting in the old office one time, and he said, why don't we do that?

00:23:11.960 So we started putting plans together, but the Remain in Mexico program was such a game changer, 0.76

00:23:17.340 we couldn't fill a bus up if we wanted to.

00:23:19.660 So we beat the problem before we actually got to that.

00:23:23.200 The problem, though, is that the people doing it didn't have a precise enough understanding of rich white liberal culture, but I do.

00:23:30.760 So they would bus them to New York, then they wind up in Midtown and Queens.

00:23:33.460 Okay, none of the people who are doing this were affected by it, but I could give you a list of zip codes where, like, Tony Blinken lives and stuff like that, because I know that world.

00:23:42.640 They need to be moved into the neighborhoods of the people who are calling you racist for wanting to have laws and borders.

00:23:49.960 Like, they need to feel the effects of their own destruction.

00:23:53.240 So just text me and I will send you the zip codes.

00:23:57.860 I mean it, too.

00:23:59.020 Because what happened is they opened the borders, and then all these people, like, moved to Jackson, Wyoming to the least diverse zip codes in the country.

00:24:05.800 They literally ran to the hills to get away from diversity.

00:24:09.780 I think we need to add to that, though, the senators and congressmen are pushing back an in-board border security.

00:24:15.820 One hundred percent.

00:24:17.160 You know, moving illegal aliens right outside of the vice president Kamala Harris' residence, that was a game changer, too. 0.61

00:24:23.480 So I think not only those who are well-financed, how about the politicians who are pushing back against any form of enforcement of our border laws?

00:24:31.980 Well, that's why Bernie Sanders needs a ton of Haitians in Vermont, because it's just, it's appallingly, it's blindingly white. 1.00

00:24:38.140 It needs to change.

00:24:39.000 I couldn't agree more.

00:24:41.260 So, but just back to the cartel question, I don't know that much about it, but I keep hearing, I think, informed people say, man, you know, parts of New Mexico, Arizona, California, even Florida, Texas, you know, there is real control by these cartels in the way that they control Mexico.

00:25:00.080 I mean, they're basically a state within a state with their own army and armored personnel carriers and tanks and like, well, you know.

00:25:06.940 Do you think that's real?

00:25:08.140 Do you think they have that kind of beachhead here?

00:25:11.420 Oh, absolutely.

00:25:12.200 As I said earlier, they're like a Fortune 500 company.

00:25:14.540 They're well-financed.

00:25:15.960 They're diversified in their funding.

00:25:17.980 And look, I've seen a lot of intelligence report.

00:25:21.380 They have access to military-grade weapons.

00:25:24.060 They'll take the Mexican military on, the Mexican law enforcement.

00:25:26.500 They do all the time.

00:25:27.360 And it's just not my opinion.

00:25:30.140 They have control, operational control, or southwest border.

00:25:33.860 And I've talked to chief patrol agents who will agree with me.

00:25:37.560 They've lost operational control on southwest border.

00:25:39.720 One chief patrol agent used the term broken arrow.

00:25:42.980 I was on the phone there one time.

00:25:44.140 He goes, Tom, I can't contain what's coming across.

00:25:46.000 I'm lucky I'm catching 10% of it.

00:25:47.480 But the criminal cartels, knowing this administration caused this huge humanitarian crisis and overwhelmed the border, which we discussed earlier, and whatever assets that's left on the border, left to patrol, the criminal cartels, you think 100 family units or 200 family units show up accidentally at the same place at a certain time?

00:26:06.740 No, the cartels control that. 0.74

00:26:07.920 They'll send a group to one area, knowing whatever left on the border was seized to that humanitarian crisis, right?

00:26:13.760 They have to go deal with that.

00:26:15.640 They create gaps in the system.

00:26:17.580 That's when they move the fentanyl that's killed a quarter million Americans.

00:26:20.260 That's why sex trafficking is up 600%.

00:26:22.080 The cartels, they create gaps in our system.

00:26:25.240 And that's where they operate. 0.99

00:26:26.600 And for the Democratic representatives up on the Hill saying, well, most fentanyl comes to the port of entry, that's just a bunch of garbage.

00:26:35.380 Most fentanyl is seized at a port of entry because every vehicle stopped.

00:26:39.080 And based on the CBP targeting system, which is law enforcement sensitive, and based on the responses to the questions, chances are they'll get secondary and they'll find some things.

00:26:51.980 Between the port of entry, we're maybe touching 10%.

00:26:55.820 So if I'm a criminal cartel, I'm going to use a route of least resistance.

00:26:59.580 I know my vehicle is going to be stopped at a port of entry.

00:27:01.840 Will it be secondary or not?

00:27:02.920 I don't know.

00:27:03.520 But between a port of entry with 70% of the agents off the line, that's where I'm going to move my product.

00:27:08.200 I mean, it's not rocket science.

00:27:09.220 Just right over the open border.

00:27:10.380 Absolutely.

00:27:12.700 So I know I'm jumping around, but I have too many questions for you.

00:27:15.900 I read in the last three days, it's hard to believe this could be true, that the Biden administration auctioned off portions of the unfinished border wall

00:27:24.780 at bargain basement prices.

00:27:26.200 Is that true?

00:27:27.060 Yes.

00:27:27.600 I actually had a conversation with Senator Lindsey Graham two days ago.

00:27:31.340 Someone needs to take some action because this is products that the taxpayers already paid for.

00:27:37.300 And they're going to auction off.

00:27:39.260 And now, you know, Texas talked about buying it back.

00:27:42.080 You shouldn't have to buy it back.

00:27:43.080 We bought it once before, right?

00:27:45.560 This administration's out.

00:27:47.080 They're out in a couple more weeks.

00:27:48.720 Why would they continue to set us up for failure?

00:27:52.500 That's what they're trying to do, right?

00:27:54.340 President Biden signing all these secular borders.

00:27:56.320 They want to sell the border product.

00:27:57.680 I thought the American people on election day gave this country a clear mandate.

00:28:01.020 They want to secure a border.

00:28:02.280 But this administration is going to stop at, they won't stop at anything to slow us down.

00:28:07.180 It's not going to slow us down.

00:28:08.400 We're going to get that border wall finished. 0.98

00:28:09.820 But the mere stupidity of selling the stuff on pennies on the dollar, every taxpayer should be accused of that. 0.98

00:28:17.960 What's an act of hate toward the country, of course? 0.99

00:28:20.440 Well, you know, I've said it many times.

00:28:22.060 They hate Trump more than they love the country.

00:28:23.880 For sure.

00:28:25.660 And I think they hate the country more than they hate Trump even.

00:28:27.760 He represents the country to them, the old country that they tried to change with immigration. 1.00

00:28:33.120 Do you know Mayorkas? 0.64

00:28:34.820 I know him.

00:28:36.180 How would you assess him?

00:28:37.800 I used to respect him.

00:28:38.840 Under President Obama, I got a presidential rank award under President Obama because I oversaw the removal of, you know, well over a million aliens during that three-year period.

00:28:56.540 Mayorkas actually accompanied me on operations in New York City, targeting criminal aliens and illegal aliens, both.

00:29:05.360 Jay Johnson approved the family operation.

00:29:10.600 You know, a lot of families were coming across during the Obama administration.

00:29:14.560 And I told Jay Johnson, look, nine out of ten of these families are going to be already removed.

00:29:18.280 Are we going to remove them?

00:29:19.820 He said, absolutely.

00:29:20.700 Jay Johnson stood by that.

00:29:23.100 Ali Mayorkas, Alejandro Mayorkas went on operation with us.

00:29:26.200 He backed me up on it a lot.

00:29:27.820 But the main thing we disagreed on is the transgender policy where he wanted special treatment for transgenders and ICE detention.

00:29:36.080 I was ordered to sign that policy.

00:29:37.600 What kind of special treatment?

00:29:40.160 Making sure they're identified as being a transgender, they're protected in our facilities and separated and get medical attention, whether it's hormone therapy or whatever it was.

00:29:51.700 Wait, so he wanted the U.S. government to pay for hormone therapy?

00:29:54.940 Yeah.

00:29:55.680 And we got in a huge argument over that.

00:29:57.660 And I was ordered to sign an amendment.

00:29:58.840 That's where kind of where it had fallen out.

00:30:01.100 Do you have any, why would he want, I mean, first of all, how many transsexual illegal aliens are there? 1.00

00:30:07.340 You'd be surprised how many we run across.

00:30:11.180 And they just, you know, they want a certain protection for them in our facilities.

00:30:14.440 Well, Alejandro Mayorkas went on operation with me.

00:30:19.800 He shook hands of officers who were enforcing the immigration law.

00:30:22.720 I remember we went to New York City on a huge operation, arrested a lot of illegal aliens.

00:30:27.660 And when he was nominated to be secretary, I thought, okay, we're in the middle of this crisis again, right?

00:30:32.940 He knows how we stopped it.

00:30:34.400 We stopped it by building detention facilities, including family residential centers, you know, the so-called cages, right?

00:30:40.720 He knew how we stopped it.

00:30:41.780 We stopped by building more detention facilities, detaining people, making them have a hearing.

00:30:45.380 Because if you're in detention, you have a hearing within, like, 35 days.

00:30:48.820 Nine out of ten lost.

00:30:49.940 We put him in an airplane, sent him home, and the border number's tanked.

00:30:52.600 So I'm thinking, okay, he knows how to fix it.

00:30:54.660 He might be able to do this job.

00:30:56.420 He got into the job.

00:30:57.580 He did a complete 180.

00:30:58.900 I don't recognize him anymore.

00:31:00.660 He's about not enforcing the law.

00:31:02.100 One of his first instructions to ICE is that being in the country illegally on its own is not enough for you to go make an arrest.

00:31:10.620 You got to wait till they're convicted of a serious criminal violation.

00:31:14.500 How can a federal administrator ignore federal law?

00:31:19.540 Isn't that unconstitutional?

00:31:20.680 Why can't he be arrested for that?

00:31:22.200 It's illegal.

00:31:22.740 I mean, the Fifth Circuit, a federal judge in the Fifth Circuit said not only are they ignoring the law, they're actually violating the law.

00:31:28.520 Now, again, that's when we need to hold these people accountable in the incoming administration.

00:31:34.100 I believe they violated the law.

00:31:36.100 The fact that Congress never did anything about that is really telling me.

00:31:39.240 Well, they went through the impeachment proceedings, and I said at the time, I think we had five or six Republican congressmen that didn't vote for impeachment.

00:31:48.240 I couldn't believe it.

00:31:49.720 And I thought they lost the right to be a congressman at that point.

00:31:52.420 I mean, if they can impeach President Trump for making a phone call, you can't impeach Alejandro Mayorkas for what he did to this border?

00:31:59.120 The biggest national security vulnerability this nation's ever seen?

00:32:02.620 Look, me and Christopher Wray, I'm not a friend of his.

00:32:04.760 I don't really respect the man much, but he agrees with me that the border has become the biggest vulnerability this nation's ever seen.

00:32:11.060 He sees more red flags than ever before, and they continue with the open border, even to this day after the election.

00:32:17.060 Now they're going to sell border wall material that we're going to need, and day one, we're getting in there.

00:32:21.360 The illegal behavior, the treasonous behavior from this administration has not stopped.

00:32:30.080 What do you think happened?

00:32:30.880 And it's so interesting.

00:32:32.160 I'm glad I asked you if you knew him.

00:32:33.380 I didn't know that you did.

00:32:35.120 But since you do, what do you think happened to Mayorkas?

00:32:38.200 You know, as an agent since 1984, I think we study people.

00:32:44.400 That's what we do.

00:32:45.940 Either he fooled me under the Obama administration that he actually believed in enforcement.

00:32:51.600 Either I was hoodwinked and just thought he was behind enforcement, or he always felt that way.

00:32:58.360 And just, he played the role under the Obama administration.

00:33:02.220 Then when he came back, he actually did what he always truly believed, in open borders.

00:33:07.840 I know the NGOs, and he has a very close relationship.

00:33:11.740 He worked with some NGOs when he was, before he came back.

00:33:14.100 So, I don't know what happened.

00:33:17.060 All I know is a man who I once respected, I have zero respect, and now because of what he's did.

00:33:22.420 Again, not because of incompetence.

00:33:24.100 This is by design.

00:33:24.840 They knew exactly what they were doing, because he's been there before.

00:33:27.620 He knows how we shut it down.

00:33:28.960 He knows how we secure the border at a high level.

00:33:31.960 Not as high as Trump.

00:33:32.760 We secure the border at a pretty good level.

00:33:34.280 So, he did everything he could to unsecure the border, which is a complete 180.

00:33:40.660 It's fascinating.

00:33:42.020 There's something, you watch when he talks, there's something strange, very, well, first of all, he's lying.

00:33:47.740 He's lying under oath, which is a felony, too.

00:33:49.760 If I lied under oath, you don't think they, they would love to prosecute me for lying under oath.

00:33:53.520 And they should.

00:33:54.060 You shouldn't be allowed to do that.

00:33:55.220 He's lied many times.

00:33:56.360 One of the biggest statements he made was, for those who don't immediately qualify for asylum, they'll be immediately removed. 0.88

00:34:04.280 Really?

00:34:05.300 You got the lowest numbers of removals in the history of ICE.

00:34:08.200 At the same time, you have historical immigration.

00:34:11.580 So, you know, you're supposed to have a hearing a couple weeks ago, and I asked a couple of congressmen to ask that question again.

00:34:17.200 Well, there's a lot of anti-Trump, anti-Holman rhetoric out there that we shouldn't have a mass deportation operation.

00:34:24.140 Do you stand by the statements you made numerous times that if they don't qualify, they need to be removed?

00:34:28.880 Because you can also help send a message to the American people, we're doing this deportation operation.

00:34:32.140 It has to be done.

00:34:33.060 And you said it.

00:34:35.000 Would you say that again?

00:34:35.960 Of course, him and Ray backed out the hearing, never had the hearing.

00:34:38.640 But for the American people, we don't, here's my biggest issue.

00:34:43.720 I read it every day.

00:34:45.800 Racist, inhumane, to have a mass deportation operation.

00:34:50.840 We just went through four years of historic illegal immigration.

00:34:53.840 Again, we're nine out of ten to get order removal.

00:34:56.440 We don't have a choice.

00:34:58.220 That's the way the law is set up.

00:34:59.300 They lose the case of going home.

00:35:01.140 I mean, we just ended African-American political power, by the way, because of the demographic changes.

00:35:07.720 Just basically made it, you know, both parties have paid, especially Democratic Party, a lot of attention to what black voters want because they're a huge part of the Democratic coalition.

00:35:17.340 And now that's not true.

00:35:19.120 And so it's not, you know, this is a complicated question.

00:35:24.840 Anyone who says, oh, it's just white racism is, what is your average black person in Chicago, native-born, family, been here 300 years?

00:35:31.000 What does he think of watching his city overwhelmed with illegal aliens? 1.00

00:35:34.060 That's exactly what they think.

00:35:35.660 I was up in Chicago last week.

00:35:37.340 I met with hundreds.

00:35:38.040 I met with black pastors. 0.98

00:35:39.000 Black pastors are upset. 0.98

00:35:40.680 Well, they should be upset. 0.97

00:35:41.940 Yeah, they feel like, you know, people who are not supposed to be here, enter the country illegally, which is a crime.

00:35:46.620 I'm going to keep talking about that.

00:35:47.980 Are getting massive amounts of care, right?

00:35:51.080 Free hotel room, three square meals a day, free medical care.

00:35:54.460 And the black community feels left behind because a lot of these people are, you know, they could use some of that tax money in Chicago to help them.

00:36:03.660 And they're taxpayers.

00:36:04.500 They should have their first chance to get some of that help.

00:36:08.620 But the mayor of Chicago, you know, he's ignoring his own community.

00:36:12.560 And I was up there just over a week ago, and I met with hundreds of people that were up there.

00:36:19.920 And they're suffering because of the decisions to take care of these illegal aliens. 1.00

00:36:23.700 I mean, I saw city transit buses parked running fuel.

00:36:28.960 There's warming buses.

00:36:31.920 How about taking care of the homeless people in that city?

00:36:34.000 Let them get on a warming bus. 0.51

00:36:36.220 But, you know, they'd rather put these illegal aliens in a hotel room at 500 bucks a night in the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City and give them three meals a day and give them free medical care rather than take care of their own people. 0.82

00:36:47.340 We've got homeless vets. 0.97

00:36:48.340 You've been to Washington, D.C. many times.

00:36:50.260 You know, less than a mile from the cab.

00:36:52.040 We've got homeless vets living in tents. 0.99

00:36:54.720 They don't have a free hotel room.

00:36:56.120 They don't get a hot shower.

00:36:57.220 They don't get three squares a day.

00:36:58.940 They don't get, you know, they don't have access to free medical care.

00:37:02.280 But you've got people who are in the country illegally get all that stuff.

00:37:05.360 Well, yeah.

00:37:07.840 And they also, you know, this is a democracy.

00:37:11.420 So we make decisions based on population size. 0.68

00:37:13.980 And if you dilute the population, you dilute the political power of the people who are born here, very much including black people.

00:37:18.780 So, really, it's a takeover of our government, of our democratic system. 0.97

00:37:25.080 And I just want to say for the third time, it completely disenfranchises black people. 0.80

00:37:29.300 And they're, you know, black leaders in Congress who supposedly speak for black people. 0.91

00:37:34.240 They sold them right out, actually, in fact.

00:37:36.160 And then the violence in these communities, and we're trying to address the violence.

00:37:40.060 Mayor Adams finally gets it, I think.

00:37:41.960 And we'll see what he actually does.

00:37:43.920 But you've got the mayor of Chicago.

00:37:46.080 Chicago, the crime rate is extremely high in Chicago, right?

00:37:48.420 We know the shootings are outrageous.

00:37:50.260 And what we're saying to them, President Trump and myself have been very clear.

00:37:54.500 We want to prioritize those illegally in the country that are public safety threats. 1.00

00:37:59.580 That's what we want to target first because they're the most dangerous to our community.

00:38:02.300 Public safety threats and that's security threats.

00:38:04.100 Why would any elected mayor of a city with a crime rate as high as they have not want public safety threats taken out of their communities, especially if they're here illegally?

00:38:15.540 There's no sense.

00:38:16.120 You know, you would think the mayor of Chicago's number one responsibility is the safety of his community.

00:38:22.560 Why not help me take those public safety threats out of the community?

00:38:25.740 ICE agents aren't allowed to take a step into Cook County Jail, one of the biggest county jails in the country,

00:38:30.360 where we used to get hundreds of illegal alien criminals out.

00:38:33.220 We can't even step foot in that.

00:38:35.060 They won't honor an ICE detainer.

00:38:37.040 They'd much rather release that public safety threat back in the community to re-offend.

00:38:40.840 And where is he likely to re-offend?

00:38:42.980 The immigrant community where he lives.

00:38:44.420 But I don't understand.

00:38:45.260 I mean, so when South Carolina tried this in 1861 at Fort Sumter, it kicked off a civil war.

00:38:51.440 When Central High School tried this in 1957 in Little Rock, Arkansas, Eisenhower sent the 101st Airborne.

00:38:58.840 You can't allow states to ignore federal law.

00:39:02.440 I'm trying not to use the F word here.

00:39:04.360 So how is that not an act of insurrection?

00:39:06.580 I don't understand.

00:39:07.680 If a mayor or a governor says, you know, we're going to ignore federal law and there's nothing you can't come into our facility,

00:39:14.980 how about you get a SEAL team and go to the facility?

00:39:17.040 I mean, like, how is that allowed?

00:39:18.320 That is insurrection.

00:39:19.900 Am I missing something?

00:39:20.920 I thought this is the way the system worked.

00:39:22.900 That's why I've been out there taking a lot of hate the last three weeks saying, okay, well.

00:39:26.380 You're taking hate from the insurrectionists?

00:39:28.860 Yeah.

00:39:29.800 Which I'll wear as a badge of honor.

00:39:31.420 I've been out there saying one thing to the mayor of Denver, right, to the mayor of Chicago, and to Governor Pritzker and the rest of them.

00:39:42.420 You cannot help.

00:39:44.300 You can choose not to help us.

00:39:46.480 Stand aside because we're going to do it.

00:39:50.320 However, there's a line you can't cross.

00:39:52.620 If you're going to impede what we're doing, that's a felony.

00:39:55.940 If you're going to annoyingly harbor and conceal an illegal alien from ICE agents, USC 1324, IIII, that's a felony.

00:40:05.160 And we will prosecute.

00:40:06.860 We're done playing the game.

00:40:08.420 There are federal statutes on the books written by Congress, enacted by Congress, signed by a president, said this is a felony to do these things.

00:40:16.360 And we're going to take that seriously.

00:40:17.540 And we've got a strong AG coming in Pam Bondi, I think, will back me up on this.

00:40:21.320 Because you can sit aside and watch us do your work for you.

00:40:26.220 Fine, you do it.

00:40:27.400 But here's the message.

00:40:28.840 No one's asking you to be immigration officers.

00:40:32.040 What we're asking is give us access to the taxpayer-funded jail where you already locked somebody in a jail cell because apparently they're a public safety threat.

00:40:41.500 When you're done with them, simply give them to us.

00:40:44.620 And we're removed not only from the community, from the country.

00:40:47.380 Because when you don't, and here's what they're going to get.

00:40:51.120 They're going to get exactly what they don't want by taking this stance.

00:40:54.360 You don't let me in a jail arrest a bad guy where one agent can arrest a bad guy in a safety and security of a county jail where we know he don't have access to weapons.

00:41:02.440 You're going to release them back in the community.

00:41:04.780 You're endangering the community, the immigrant community, because most likely to re-offend in that community. 0.99

00:41:08.940 You're endangering our officers, and you're endangering that alien because things could happen when you're making arrests in a public setting.

00:41:16.060 We have access to who knows what weapons, right?

00:41:18.760 So what's Tom Holman going to do?

00:41:20.800 We're going to send more agents to the community.

00:41:22.300 We're going to find a guy.

00:41:23.220 So that means I've got to send a whole team to the community to find him.

00:41:26.660 We send a team because of officer safety concerns.

00:41:29.640 I'm going to send a whole team to find him.

00:41:30.900 When we find him, he's probably going to be with others.

00:41:34.240 Others are not necessarily an operational priority.

00:41:36.900 But guess what? ICE agents aren't going to be told to turn their back on any illegal alien.

00:41:41.140 So we're going to find the bad guy and anybody else around him.

00:41:43.960 So by your actions to not let me in that county jail means more agents in your neighborhood, a lot more agents in your neighborhood, and a lot more arrests, and many non-priority arrests.

00:41:54.040 You want to play the game, we're going to play the game.

00:41:55.700 That's the result you're going to get.

00:41:57.480 But I can't believe to this day that if any elected governor, Governor Pritzker says, you've got to come through me, okay?

00:42:03.440 No problem. We can do that.

00:42:04.740 Why would you not want to help remove public safety threats?

00:42:09.180 I mean, this should be no question.

00:42:10.840 You're going to have your opinion on illegal immigration.

00:42:12.640 We're talking about criminals.

00:42:15.300 Well, to the extent that he allows officers in his state to violate federal law, Pritzker's a criminal.

00:42:21.800 I mean, any governor who willingly flouts federal law, again, this is why we had a civil war in the United States in 1861, because South Carolina did this.

00:42:32.320 So I don't know why we would ever put up with that for one second from any governor, a Republican or Democrat.

00:42:36.620 The President Trump administration will not put up with that, and that's why I've been signing a warning shout-out.

00:42:41.160 This is not going to be tolerated.

00:42:42.700 We're going to take action.

00:42:44.940 American lives are at stake here.

00:42:46.720 And this president, I think, has been given a mandate by American people.

00:42:52.800 Well, apparently, the results of the election has no influence on many of these people.

00:42:56.820 Look, Mayor Adams reached out to me, and I actually went with Mayor Adams.

00:43:00.960 He understands it.

00:43:02.180 And I think he realizes that we're taking it seriously.

00:43:04.880 And Eric Adams from New York reached out to you.

00:43:07.040 Reached out to me.

00:43:07.760 Good for him.

00:43:08.280 I went and sat down and met with him.

00:43:10.280 He believes he should take public safety threats out of his communities, too.

00:43:14.160 He's offering to help us.

00:43:15.600 He's offering to let me in the Rikers Island Jail.

00:43:17.660 We've been kicked out of Rikers Island Jail for years.

00:43:19.840 Again, like, we used to arrest hundreds of illegal immigrants.

00:43:23.120 We're criminal convictions there.

00:43:25.000 Eric Adams says he's going to go as far as writing an executive order to get us back in Rikers Island

00:43:28.960 because he agrees with me that Mayor de Blasio did a lot of harm that affected the public safety in New York City.

00:43:35.520 So he's getting a lot of pushback from the city council.

00:43:38.780 I saw him the other day.

00:43:39.820 He says, you know, you can cancel me if you want, but this is the right thing to do for public safety in New Yorkers.

00:43:44.420 He also said he will assist me in finding over the 300,000 missing children, which many are going to be in New York City.

00:43:50.300 With Donald Trump returning to the White House, this country has a unique opportunity,

00:43:54.220 maybe our last opportunity, to save ourselves from the anti-American and anti-human left.

00:44:01.140 But our efforts may be stymied by the deep state.

00:44:06.000 That's what happened to the first Trump term.

00:44:08.360 Permanent Washington stands in the way of all efforts to approve the lives of ordinary Americans.

00:44:15.360 And right now they are scheming to do the same thing to the second Trump administration.

00:44:20.560 They are determined to keep their stranglehold on power, regardless of elections, anti-democratically.

00:44:26.760 That is a fact.

00:44:27.660 So what do you do to fight them?

00:44:31.260 How do you defeat the deep state?

00:44:33.140 Well, one way you can is by supporting the Heritage Foundation, which is in Washington and understands exactly how it works,

00:44:38.700 in such a way that they're a threat and they're under attack.

00:44:42.200 You know who's effective because they're the ones under attack.

00:44:45.180 Heritage has a comprehensive plan to dismantle permanent Washington and restore the country to its democratic foundations.

00:44:51.660 It's important.

00:44:54.200 Visit heritage.org slash Tucker to learn more and to support this critical effort.

00:45:00.360 And when you make a gift today, you get a free pocket constitution to make certain that you are equipped with the founding principles on your person at all times.

00:45:08.420 It's amazing to read it.

00:45:09.740 Again, that's heritage.org slash Tucker.

00:45:21.660 So let me ask you about Adams.

00:45:29.100 I talked to him the other day.

00:45:30.300 He seemed pretty reasonable to me.

00:45:32.340 I don't agree with him on, you know, a lot.

00:45:34.320 But on the other hand, he didn't seem crazy.

00:45:36.820 And my impression is that he was indicted on what seemed like pretty silly charges by the feds because he complained about immigration in New York.

00:45:48.020 I think that's what he thinks happened.

00:45:49.520 Do you think that's possible?

00:45:50.840 I absolutely do.

00:45:51.800 Yes.

00:45:52.460 And when I sat down with him, it was all about public safety.

00:45:55.620 Other stuff never came up.

00:45:57.100 The cop at him came out.

00:45:59.280 And look, I've been calling him out for two years saying he forgot what it's like to be a cop and became a politician.

00:46:05.080 He's not helping with this crisis.

00:46:06.440 I agree.

00:46:06.700 But when he reached out to me, I sat down with him.

00:46:09.340 I saw the first time ever, I saw the cop, the career cop come out with him.

00:46:12.860 Yeah.

00:46:13.000 I said, look, this shouldn't be controversial.

00:46:16.140 I want to work with you on this.

00:46:18.060 He goes, we're not going to be immigration officers.

00:46:20.460 I'm not going to help you round up illegal aliens in my city. 1.00

00:46:23.180 I said, I don't want you to be an immigration officer.

00:46:25.640 I want cops to work with cops to remove public safety threats.

00:46:28.520 He gets it.

00:46:29.080 And he says he's going to take some executive actions.

00:46:32.860 So I hope he does, because that's going to make New York City much safer, not only for the community, but for my officers.

00:46:38.860 Yeah.

00:46:38.920 My biggest threat is you're going to force us in the community to arrest bad guys when we could arrest them in a safety and security of a jail.

00:46:45.480 That puts our guys at grave risk.

00:46:47.720 So the same with the Border Patrol agents.

00:46:50.320 The criminal cartel is going to be put out of business by President Trump, which means the violence is going to rise on the southern border.

00:46:56.680 Well, that's right.

00:46:57.840 And it's also, if you think about it, and I know you have thought about it, I think it's safer for everyone to have your guys arresting illegals in the Sonoran Desert than in Times Square. 0.54

00:47:07.360 I mean, that's scary in a crowded city.

00:47:09.400 Right.

00:47:10.080 And these men and women, they're going to put their lives on line every day.

00:47:12.420 And, again, I can't believe any politician, left to right, middle, would want to put these officers at risk when there was a better way to do this.

00:47:22.360 When I first started in this game back in the 1980s, I never heard the word of Sanctuary City.

00:47:28.020 We got in every county.

00:47:29.020 Everybody worked.

00:47:29.680 I can't believe we're at the time now.

00:47:32.400 My father was a cop.

00:47:33.640 My grandfather was a cop.

00:47:34.900 Your grandfather was a cop?

00:47:36.160 Yep.

00:47:36.460 I knew I was going to be a cop.

00:47:38.960 Where were they cops?

00:47:40.200 In upstate New York.

00:47:41.840 So, in my day, cops were respected.

00:47:46.200 Police officers were respected.

00:47:47.300 Now, fast forward now, and these politicians, if you enforce the law, all of a sudden you become the bad guy.

00:47:54.400 And if you break the law, you're the victim.

00:47:57.060 That's truly the way it is in some of these cities.

00:47:59.120 It's weird that Republicans put up with that acts of insurrection.

00:48:03.920 I mean, they've been yammering about the insurrection of January 6th.

00:48:06.640 But a Sanctuary City is a bold, unequivocal move toward insurrection.

00:48:13.600 You're saying, I'm not obeying federal law.

00:48:16.900 And no one did anything about it.

00:48:18.600 They made fun of them on Fox News.

00:48:20.440 But they didn't send the 101st Airborne.

00:48:22.780 I don't understand why.

00:48:24.080 President Trump's going to take a hard stance.

00:48:25.760 I think he'll take one of the things, take their federal funding away.

00:48:29.120 I think that's going to bring a lot of people to the table because they need that money.

00:48:32.240 And plus, I think it gets down to if they MP, if they know any harbor, I think we need to prosecute members.

00:48:39.380 I said this when I was ICE director, that they ought to need to be held accountable, and DOJ needs to look at criminal prosecution.

00:48:47.100 Of course, the media went crazy.

00:48:48.260 Holman's calling to lock up politicians.

00:48:49.860 What I called for is DOJ if I'm not an attorney, but I, as an agent, many years ago, I have arrested United States citizens for annoyingly harboring, concealing, and illegal alien in their home.

00:49:03.140 I arrested a U.S. citizen for harboring, concealing, illegal alien in the place of business.

00:49:07.660 If I can arrest a U.S. citizen for violating those crimes, why can't I arrest a mayor or a governor who's given his staff explicit instructions to impede us and to hide from us?

00:49:18.920 I mean, the mayor of Adams came around the city.

00:49:21.260 He would have a police force at the city boundaries preventing us from coming in, right?

00:49:25.120 That was one of the comments he made.

00:49:26.400 Now, he's walked in back because he made a statement he's willing to go to jail, and I responded, well, I'm willing to put you in jail if that's what it comes to.

00:49:34.000 I'm not looking for a fight with these people, but I'm not going to run away from them either.

00:49:37.640 We're going to enforce this law.

00:49:38.900 We're going to do what the American people wants us to do.

00:49:41.200 We're going to enforce the law.

00:49:42.220 We're going to run this deportation operation.

00:49:44.220 Listen, if you don't want to help, get the hell out of the way, but if you impede us, then we need to prosecute these people and send a message.

00:49:53.240 This is no longer acceptable to anybody.

00:49:55.580 It should have never been acceptable, but under the Trump administration, we're not playing that game.

00:49:58.940 Yeah, because the country, it's not even about, on some level, immigration.

00:50:02.040 It's about holding the country together.

00:50:05.260 If parts of the country decide we're just not following the federal laws because we don't feel like it, then how is it a country?

00:50:10.600 Blake and Riley would be alive today if we had a better relationship in New York City.

00:50:14.920 She was arrested.

00:50:15.580 He was, a killer was arrested in New York City for injury to a child.

00:50:18.740 If we had the relationship we used to have, they would have turned him over to ICE.

00:50:24.200 ICE would have detained him and removed him.

00:50:26.180 Yeah. 0.95

00:50:26.580 But instead, he went to Georgia and killed him. 0.99

00:50:28.160 Murdered a girl. 0.76

00:50:28.880 And, you know, if Trump was president, he wouldn't even be in the United States.

00:50:34.680 He'd be in Mexico, and the Remain in Mexico program would have never been released into the United States. 0.77

00:50:38.880 It's given a free hotel, given a monthly stipend for food and expenses.

00:50:43.440 Free cell phone, airplane tickets.

00:50:45.520 It's just incredible where we're at today, but I got full confidence in myself and in President Trump,

00:50:50.900 and I'm working very close with Steve Miller, brilliant, the architect of the most successful border policy this country ever had.

00:50:57.220 What's his position going to be?

00:50:58.580 He's the deputy chief of staff.

00:51:00.460 Yep.

00:51:00.660 I'm a senior advisor to the president, term border czar.

00:51:06.060 Not my term, but that's what they nicknamed it.

00:51:08.680 But I can guarantee you, Tucker, and to your listeners, this border czar is going to do a hell of a lot better than the last border czar.

00:51:16.100 I've actually, I've already been to the border three times, and I'm not even in the office yet.

00:51:19.140 I cannot resist asking you, what are these drones in New Jersey?

00:51:26.860 I don't know.

00:51:27.800 I've talked to people in the intelligence community.

00:51:30.020 Some think it's, some are from an Iranian ship, but I haven't got access to intelligence reports.

00:51:40.420 I know one thing.

00:51:42.280 Maybe it's, maybe the news is right.

00:51:45.520 Maybe they're civilian drone.

00:51:46.800 Maybe they're all legal.

00:51:47.400 I just find it hard to believe.

00:51:49.400 I can't believe this administration has taken action on it.

00:51:51.840 I guarantee you, if President Trump was sitting in the Oval Office, everyone would have blown out the sky by now.

00:51:57.080 I don't know factually, because I don't see the intelligence reports.

00:52:00.580 I'm not in yet.

00:52:01.640 But I find it highly suspicious that the administration is saying they're all legal and lawful, and that they pose no harm to the communities.

00:52:11.200 I don't buy it.

00:52:11.900 Do you think that other members of the incoming Trump administration have been briefed on what the current administration thinks they are?

00:52:20.400 I do not know.

00:52:22.140 I'm hoping they have.

00:52:23.160 I mean, they should have, but I don't know.

00:52:25.060 I just saw one congressman from New Jersey.

00:52:26.840 He said he got information from Iranian, somewhere.

00:52:30.800 Yeah, I saw that.

00:52:31.740 And I've also talked to friends in the intelligence community that, off the record, taught the same thing.

00:52:38.560 But I have no direct knowledge of it.

00:52:41.440 That's bizarre.

00:52:42.960 I guarantee you, within a few days, the Trump get away at the White House, people will find out.

00:52:46.620 Yeah, I think that's, I believe that to be true.

00:52:52.180 So, of the, so you've described, I think, really well, the problem and how you plan to secure the border.

00:52:59.860 The deportations, that was the second goal that you had of three.

00:53:04.620 How many of those 12 million do you think are eligible, can be deported?

00:53:09.960 Well, we know there's, right now, we got over 1.7 million with final orders of removal, already been ordered, removed, that haven't been removed.

00:53:20.560 Okay, so that's just a gimme.

00:53:21.720 That's easy.

00:53:22.620 We got 700,000, 780,000 illegal aliens with criminal convictions.

00:53:28.140 They're going to be priority one.

00:53:31.260 Then we got, you know, like I said, we got criminals, national security threats, and fugitives.

00:53:35.160 These are the ones I thought at 1.7, I think the last number was, of people who had due process, a great taxpayer expense, were ordered removed.

00:53:42.740 They need to go.

00:53:43.400 We'll find them.

00:53:44.620 Then we take the rest.

00:53:46.120 I mean, everybody says, how many illegal aliens can you remove in a year?

00:53:49.360 I don't know.

00:53:51.180 I'll find out when I get into office, how many positions do I have?

00:53:54.720 What does my money look like?

00:53:55.940 How much money do I have to buy beds?

00:53:57.980 Because we need detention beds.

00:53:59.120 People don't understand, you don't arrest somebody and just deport them that day.

00:54:01.480 We have to detain them and work out arrangements for their home country to get travel documents.

00:54:06.180 They have to accept that, yeah, they're a national of ours, and there's a process we go through anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.

00:54:11.660 So we have to detain these people.

00:54:13.140 So how many beds can I afford to buy?

00:54:15.280 Because if I don't have beds, it's going to be hard to do this.

00:54:18.660 How much money do I have with transportation contracts, whether over the ground or in the air?

00:54:23.920 And can other agencies be involved?

00:54:26.200 I know I specifically have requested that DOD be involved.

00:54:32.640 They can do non-enforcement duty.

00:54:35.740 What that does is, so the officers wearing a badge and gun with Immigration Authority, they shouldn't be driving a bus.

00:54:42.220 They shouldn't be building infrastructure on the southwest border, south side of facilities.

00:54:46.820 They shouldn't be doing the intelligence.

00:54:48.520 They shouldn't be doing the targeting, right?

00:54:50.780 As much non-enforcement work as possible, contract that out, have DOD do a lot of it, and that releases those badges and guns to the street where they're really needed.

00:54:59.860 So what other agencies are involved?

00:55:01.740 Is DOD going to be a part of this, take off the non-enforcement duties off our shoulders?

00:55:06.040 So hopefully I'll find out really fast what we have.

00:55:09.060 I know right now, my sources at ICE, they're already $300 million in the hole.

00:55:16.180 So I'm hoping Congress will provide us with huge funding through the conciliation process.

00:55:24.720 That's my hopes.

00:55:25.680 And I know, I talked to Lindsey Graham yesterday.

00:55:27.780 Or deportation.

00:55:28.500 Yeah, Lindsey Graham yesterday said he's working on an astronomical bill.

00:55:32.780 It'll be more money than we've ever seen before.

00:55:34.300 I hope that's true. 0.51

00:55:35.000 I just don't want to be held up in this tax bill, because that's going to take six or eight months, and it gets watered down by the time we get it, and it's just ridiculous.

00:55:42.680 Have you, I mean, is there some legal way to designate Americans just for a temporary period as Ukrainians, and just tell the Congress that money's going to Ukrainians?

00:55:53.840 Wouldn't that be great?

00:55:54.780 That would expedite it, don't you think?

00:55:56.460 Here's $200 billion.

00:55:57.300 There's no spending money defending the Ukrainian border, but it would be nice if they give us just a piece of that action, because they've got a lot of money.

00:56:04.240 I'm hoping and praying that this is going to be different than the first Trump administration when he had the Senate in the House the first two years.

00:56:11.220 I'm hoping they come to the table and help this president succeed.

00:56:14.600 So funding is paramount.

00:56:16.920 We're only going to be as successful as the funding we're given to get this job done.

00:56:21.020 Well, I can, I'm no expert, but I know members of Congress, most of them, and I know that they only respond to pain, unfortunately, and you just have to threaten them, and you're going to lose your seat, and we're going to call you out by name and make you unpopular in your state, and your career will be over unless you obey immediately.

00:56:37.540 And normal people, you don't, you can reason with normal people, and love motivates people.

00:56:43.460 I mean, I doubt, like, in your house, you and your wife are threatening each other.

00:56:46.160 You probably love each other, saying nice things to each other.

00:56:48.240 But members of Congress are not normal people, and you really just have to, you know, grab them by the face and say, do this or suffer.

00:56:54.300 And they will respond to that.

00:56:55.800 So I hope you will do that.

00:56:57.040 Yeah, there's a lot of media outlets right now.

00:56:58.820 I think they're trying to shame us in how expensive this operation is going to be.

00:57:04.700 And it's just incredible.

00:57:06.320 More expensive than letting in 12 million people and giving them cell phones and food vouchers and free medical care.

00:57:10.980 And I explain.

00:57:11.500 Destroying our hospitals, yeah.

00:57:12.500 First of all, what price do you put on national security?

00:57:14.440 What price do you put on Lake and Riley's life and so many other little girls?

00:57:18.320 It's going to be a cost savings for American people.

00:57:20.280 Because right now we're spending billions of dollars on a free airline ticket, free hotel room, not even mentioning the cost of schools and trauma centers and hospitals and social services and perpetuity.

00:57:32.140 Yeah, it's going to be expensive.

00:57:33.060 Well, they've destroyed rural America. 0.77

00:57:34.460 I mean, just flat out.

00:57:35.460 I live there.

00:57:36.520 It'll be expensive.

00:57:37.240 We're out of the gate.

00:57:37.780 But in the long run, we're going to save American taxpayers billions of dollars by getting this country back to the rule of law.

00:57:43.420 What's the point of a government except to ensure safety and tranquility for its people?

00:57:48.380 I mean, what is the point other than to obviously kick out Assad and secure the borders of Ukraine, which are the top priorities, I think, listed in the Constitution?

00:57:56.720 But after that, you know, taking care of your own people seems to be important also.

00:58:01.500 Well, that's why President Trump won this election.

00:58:03.840 I know.

00:58:04.600 He's put America first.

00:58:06.460 That's why I came.

00:58:07.100 Look, this is the second time I came back from retirement to serve this president because, like I said, I've been doing this a long time.

00:58:15.080 I mean, I'm at the point now where I wake up every day pissed off.

00:58:17.700 The first day I woke up with a smile on my face was the day after the election because I knew we can fix this.

00:58:23.580 I knew by fixing it, you save lives.

00:58:25.480 Secure borders save lives.

00:58:27.080 Yes.

00:58:27.180 Even when you get 100% of the agents on the line doing their job rather than changing diapers, making baby forms, making hospital runs, more fentanyl seeds, which means less fentanyl deaths.

00:58:40.940 Less people, less gotaways, which means less sex traffic on women, children, less known expected terrorists.

00:58:46.420 Even the wall saves lives.

00:58:47.960 And people say, well, Trump's vanity wall.

00:58:49.900 No, that's America's wall, first of all.

00:58:51.700 Every place to build a border barrier, illegal immigration reduced, illegal drug flow reduced.

00:58:57.220 What people don't want to talk about is how many lives it saves.

00:59:00.420 The most vulnerable of those that come to the country, the women and children, can't get over that wall, which means they're going to a place where there's not a wall. 0.99

00:59:07.660 And what's waiting on them?

00:59:08.840 The men and women wearing that green uniform, the finest 1% this country has, who are going to take care of their medical needs first because they're in a lot of bad shape when they get there.

00:59:16.700 Men and women in the border, Joe, save thousands of lives every year.

00:59:19.520 Of course, the left wants to calm, you know, haters and stormtroopers and they want to, you know, slander the men in the horse patrol for what they did.

00:59:30.320 And still no policy to this day.

00:59:32.060 Men and women in the border patrol save a lot of lives.

00:59:34.340 Border wall saves lives.

00:59:36.300 And under the Trump administration, the number of deaths were very, very low, both Americans and illegal aliens.

00:59:43.660 Under Joe Biden, I think we're just short of 4,000 aliens have died crossing the border.

00:59:47.880 While you and I are talking right now, while you and I are having this discussion, women are being raped by members of the cartels as a part of the crossing through that border.

00:59:57.580 A child's going to die today. 0.87

00:59:59.620 Either drown in a river or be lost in the desert or abandoned by these cartels.

01:00:03.700 And I think the government's getting close to them.

01:00:05.520 They'll dump people and save their own skin and put these, look how many children have been abandoned at the border. 0.81

01:00:11.260 Border patrols found a lot of them.

01:00:12.580 I guarantee border patrols will find all of them.

01:00:14.920 There's some toddlers they're going to find someday.

01:00:16.540 So it's so evil.

01:00:19.780 I mean, I know that in El Salvador, when MS-13 ran the country before Bukele, there was a religious component of kind of voodoo witchcraft component to MS-13 where they were worshiping the devil. 0.99

01:00:32.520 I mean, openly.

01:00:34.840 It's a component of the cartels.

01:00:36.620 You see it in Mexico as well through Latin America.

01:00:39.100 Is that, have you come across that?

01:00:41.140 Yeah.

01:00:42.500 Yeah, they, they, they worship death.

01:00:46.460 Like formally worship it, though.

01:00:47.880 Yeah, yeah.

01:00:48.380 There's, there's, there's, I won't call them religious. 1.00

01:00:51.960 We, you know, some places that, even the Texas DPS have found some of these places where the cartels were operating.

01:00:59.080 They got, you know, statues, statute there and memorabilia, worshiping death as a consequence of not allowing them to do their business.

01:01:10.440 Right.

01:01:10.720 And these are from cultures that have practiced human sacrifice for thousands of years.

01:01:14.480 Look, I got a video on my phone showing a member of the cartel skinning a man alive, skinning him alive on video to send a message to anybody.

01:01:27.780 If you push back on the cartels, if you're snitching on the cartels, they're not going to just kill you.

01:01:32.480 They're going to make you suffer immensely.

01:01:35.140 I got sent this video by someone in the intelligence community, and, you know, I'm a pretty tough guy, but I can't watch the whole video.

01:01:40.500 No, of course not.

01:01:41.200 When they skin somebody alive and the pain that man went through, this is what they do.

01:01:45.420 This is why MS-13, they, they, they, they, they don't just shoot somebody.

01:01:48.520 They hack them up.

01:01:49.760 Me and President Trump, remember when we did Operation Matador in Long Island, we arrested just short of 500 gang members and a lot of MS-13.

01:01:56.880 During the press conference, President Trump referred to these people as animals. 0.88

01:02:01.280 And, of course, Nancy Pelosi arrested people as nuts. 1.00

01:02:03.220 These are people you refer to as animals. 0.99

01:02:04.680 She's an animal, actually.

01:02:06.160 Then they came to me and I said, I don't know what President Trump has against animals.

01:02:09.700 But animals kill to survive.

01:02:12.340 MS-13 kills for pleasure. 0.88

01:02:14.060 They're much worse than animals. 0.95

01:02:15.640 Well, it's witchcraft. 0.79

01:02:16.380 It's human sacrifice.

01:02:17.600 And they've, I mean, again, they're from cultures that have practiced it for, well, since the beginning of recorded history.

01:02:24.340 So, um...

01:02:25.920 But Trinity Agua and the rest of them, they're on notice.

01:02:29.920 There are days of, uh, coming over here and, and committing crimes and victimizing this country over.

01:02:37.140 And a lot of people are pushing back, say, well, you can't remove them to Venezuela.

01:02:40.740 They're going to be removed.

01:02:42.480 And if Venezuela don't take them, well, it's on someplace south, but they're not staying here.

01:02:45.560 So, uh, Trinity Agua has done a lot of harm in this country, as you know.

01:02:49.960 The rape, murder of little girls, and, and the theft, and the, and the organized crime they've instilled in major cities of this country.

01:02:58.500 And President Trump put them on notice.

01:03:00.920 Our gang is bigger than our gang.

01:03:03.220 I hope so.

01:03:04.080 Take them out of business.

01:03:05.300 When phone companies say they're selling something for free, they really mean see the fine print.

01:03:10.700 You're going to need thick glasses to read it.

01:03:13.000 Once you read it, you realize the product is not free at all.

01:03:16.140 Far from it.

01:03:17.200 To qualify for those programs, you'll need to check all kinds of predetermined boxes that are often expensive.

01:03:23.320 It's a scam.

01:03:24.340 Don't fall for it.

01:03:26.240 Pure Talk is a better option.

01:03:28.080 Get a brand new iPhone 14 plus unlimited talk, text, 15 gigs of data, and more for 50 bucks a month.

01:03:36.700 Free?

01:03:37.640 No.

01:03:38.740 Real?

01:03:39.520 Yes.

01:03:40.060 It's transparent, and the value is obvious.

01:03:44.020 So half the price of the big corporations, you get a new iPhone powered by America's most dependable 5G network.

01:03:51.160 Go to puretalk.com slash Tucker, and you save an additional 50% off on your first month.

01:03:57.900 Pure Talk, America's wireless company.

01:03:59.940 I remember in the first Trump administration, the U.S. military refused, flat-out refused, generals refused to secure the border.

01:04:22.180 What do you think of that?

01:04:25.280 It's a shame.

01:04:26.240 I mean, DOD's helped a lot of administrations.

01:04:28.880 They helped the Obama administration.

01:04:30.700 They helped the Klan administration. 0.89

01:04:31.580 What's the point of sending them a trillion and a half dollars every year?

01:04:34.520 Is there a reason that we do that?

01:04:36.020 Well, I think we've proven that the southwest border is a huge national security vulnerability.

01:04:42.440 I think it's the perfect place for the military to be.

01:04:44.220 Yeah, bigger than Syria, I would say. 0.99

01:04:46.220 It's more of a national security vulnerability than Ukraine or Syria or any place else.

01:04:49.840 And so I think President Trump's not going to take no for an answer.

01:04:52.660 He is the president of the United States.

01:04:54.540 He's going to make this work.

01:04:56.000 And DOD will be a part of this operation.

01:04:57.820 We need them.

01:04:58.980 We can make a bigger impact if they can do some of the things that don't require a badging gun for us.

01:05:04.060 And that puts more badging guns on the street than the rest of the bad guys.

01:05:07.560 They're an imperative part of this operation.

01:05:09.300 Other agencies.

01:05:10.760 We're going to need help from, you know, I'd like to see the U.S. Marshals be a part of that.

01:05:14.580 The FBI be a part of it.

01:05:15.780 And, you know, I've gotten, I've actually shut down my LinkedIn account because I've gotten thousands of accounts, thousands.

01:05:24.160 Retired Border Patrol agents, retired ICE agents, retired police officers, retired military, all want to come back and help this operation.

01:05:32.140 And I'm hoping we can rehire a lot of these people, rehire the new ones, put these, you know, especially the retired Border Patrol agents and ICE agents.

01:05:38.560 They know the Fourth Amendment.

01:05:39.840 They know what they can do and don't do.

01:05:41.080 A lot of them speak Spanish.

01:05:42.020 They know how to use the processing systems.

01:05:43.940 They know the game.

01:05:45.120 They're good at it.

01:05:46.100 So one of the first things I'm going to be working on is bring a lot of these retired agents back and let them help us do this job.

01:05:51.460 They're educated in immigration enforcement.

01:05:53.260 They hit the ground running.

01:05:55.840 I should have asked you this at the outset, but of the 12 million that you described, you came here illegally under Biden.

01:06:02.440 Where were they from, roughly?

01:06:04.760 181 different countries.

01:06:06.760 So how does, I won't ask you.

01:06:08.540 That's almost every country in the world.

01:06:09.860 Think about it.

01:06:10.400 It's, I think there were, what, 199, you know?

01:06:13.160 So there were none from Vanatu or Seychelles, but the rest came.

01:06:19.200 But how was the breakdown?

01:06:20.840 Like, you think of illegal immigration.

01:06:23.380 Well, when I was a kid, it was from Mexico.

01:06:24.920 I don't think it is anymore.

01:06:26.160 Then it was Central America.

01:06:27.320 Then it was South America.

01:06:29.140 Roughly, what was the breakdown?

01:06:32.100 Can you remember?

01:06:32.680 Mexican still lead.

01:06:34.020 National Mexico still lead.

01:06:36.040 Oh, really?

01:06:36.780 Yeah.

01:06:38.020 El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, close second.

01:06:41.620 I mean, those four countries make up a majority.

01:06:44.200 But what concerns me is the country that we never had much activity from.

01:06:49.720 Yes.

01:06:50.040 You know, 46,000 Chinese.

01:06:53.000 What's that?

01:06:55.180 It scares the hell out of me because a lot of our military-aged males.

01:06:58.780 46,000 military-aged males don't leave China without the coordination, approval of the Chinese government.

01:07:04.700 That just don't happen.

01:07:06.320 Russians, we got over, I think the last look I have is 27,000 Russians.

01:07:10.800 People from Turkey, Syria, Iran, Iraq.

01:07:15.360 Big Africa, too.

01:07:18.180 It's just.

01:07:19.080 How many from Africa do you think?

01:07:20.560 I don't have that on top of my head.

01:07:22.460 But special interest countries, numbers like we've never seen before.

01:07:28.980 And we can't properly vet them.

01:07:30.400 That's one thing I've been screaming about two years.

01:07:31.840 Secretary Menarcus gets up there and says, they're all properly vetted.

01:07:34.340 Vetted against what?

01:07:35.840 Because we don't have criminal data from El Salvador or Turkey or Syria.

01:07:38.880 Do you think China's going to give us any national security data on their people or Russia?

01:07:43.880 So you vet them against NCIC, which we have.

01:07:47.220 So unless you've been convicted or arrested in this country before and your fingerprints were taken,

01:07:52.300 you're going to come back clean because we don't have access to most countries' criminal data.

01:07:55.580 A lot of these countries don't have criminal data, right?

01:07:58.280 You think Haiti has an NCIC?

01:07:59.840 Absolutely don't.

01:08:00.980 So they say they vet them and they don't vet them properly.

01:08:03.320 And when it comes to terrorist vetting, beyond the criminal vetting, how about terrorist vetting?

01:08:07.880 You and I both know most terrorists in this world aren't in any database.

01:08:12.340 Unless they were part of a T3 operation or caught on chatter or encountered on a battlefield by a soldier and by a message we're taking,

01:08:21.880 we don't know who they are or where they're at.

01:08:24.560 And so even they say they vet them through these terrorist databases don't really mean a lot.

01:08:28.720 But here's one thing that hasn't been talked about a lot, and I've talked to several whistleblowers in the Border Patrol.

01:08:35.540 So they arrest somebody from one of these countries, they vet them through the Bureau.

01:08:39.880 But there's been such a push by this administration, process quick, release quick,

01:08:43.880 because there's nowhere we're crawling, there's nothing to see here, border secure.

01:08:47.760 They process and release so quickly, sometimes the vetting came back after they released, and they were hot.

01:08:52.620 At least two occasions this has happened.

01:08:54.800 ICE actually found one later on.

01:08:56.460 They're hot, meaning what, they've got.

01:08:58.020 They're a positive hit on the terrorist database, person of interest.

01:09:03.180 So that's going to change.

01:09:05.340 I mean, we have to detain these people.

01:09:07.540 The Trump administration won't end catch and release.

01:09:09.660 Either you're going to be sent back to Mexico or we detain you.

01:09:11.760 The only thing that I'm concerned with is the Zabadas Supreme Court ruling.

01:09:18.980 There's a ruling called Zabadas v. U.S.

01:09:20.800 It says you can only hold somebody up to six months for a significant likelihood of removal.

01:09:29.020 So if we have a country that absolutely will not take them back, at the end of six months, we've got a decision to make. 0.92

01:09:34.540 Either we move them to a cooperating third country or we have to release them, unless we can prove.

01:09:40.400 Why don't they send them to Mexico? 0.98

01:09:41.340 If they came through, why don't they Mexico deal with it? 1.00

01:09:43.280 Well, that's part of the plan.

01:09:43.780 Or the Claudia lady deal with it. 0.95

01:09:44.760 That's part of the plan.

01:09:45.680 And we're hoping to do that.

01:09:46.760 But the Zabadas ruling is terrible, and we're hoping that now we've got a better Supreme Court.

01:09:50.540 That needs to be relitigated.

01:09:52.020 To say we can only hold somebody for six months and they're a significant public safety threat,

01:09:57.600 just because this country says, no, we don't want them, there's got to be a better way.

01:10:03.220 I wonder if the 47,000 Chinese that you mentioned, that's kind of what Fidel Castro did in 1980 with the Mariel Boat lift,

01:10:11.700 just like empty the prisons and the mental hospitals.

01:10:13.840 Why wouldn't they do that?

01:10:16.240 Well, they have.

01:10:16.820 Venezuela has.

01:10:18.000 Venezuela has.

01:10:18.800 Yes.

01:10:19.740 But has China, do you think?

01:10:22.920 I don't think so.

01:10:24.260 I think China, these people came here for a purpose.

01:10:27.600 You know, as you know, you've done a lot of reporting on, they got land around military bases.

01:10:33.940 They're setting up a shadow business here.

01:10:37.180 I think China, between all these people they sent, plus continuing to create the precursors that make fentanyl, 0.93

01:10:43.880 they're trying to destroy this country.

01:10:45.180 That's my personal opinion.

01:10:45.860 Well, they're selling drugs all over the country.

01:10:47.500 They're selling drugs all over the state of Maine.

01:10:49.740 Maine.

01:10:51.160 Chinese nationals.

01:10:52.040 And what does the Biden administration do to China about creating these fentanyls that they sell to cartels in Mexico?

01:10:56.640 What have they done about the cartels?

01:10:58.860 Nothing.

01:10:59.320 President Trump's going through.

01:11:00.520 No, because fentanyl's killed the exact Americans that Biden hates and is always attacking.

01:11:06.200 So, I mean, it's committed genocide against his enemies, so he doesn't seem against it at all.

01:11:12.560 It's all very dark.

01:11:13.580 I have to wonder, you said, you used the phrase military-age males.

01:11:18.880 Because this was so coordinated by these NGOs, Catholic charities, UN, and others,

01:11:29.880 you have to kind of wonder, like, is there some military purpose to this invasion?

01:11:36.580 Have you wondered that?

01:11:37.760 I've wondered every day.

01:11:38.580 I can't wait to get in power and start drilling down these files.

01:11:42.500 Who are these people who did you release?

01:11:43.880 What kind of vetting did you do?

01:11:45.120 Did you take biometric, biographic data?

01:11:47.220 Yeah, high testosterone foreigners? 1.00

01:11:49.060 Yeah, I don't know.

01:11:50.200 I mean, why have, I mean, I don't want to be paranoid, but.

01:11:54.240 But it's been very, you know, they don't talk about it.

01:11:57.060 And it's very, you know, but when we get in power, we're going to have to pull all those records.

01:12:01.760 You know, like that's over 300,000 missing children.

01:12:04.320 We've got to pull those records from HHS.

01:12:05.680 Okay, so what, I'm sorry, I've been told by whistleblowers.

01:12:08.280 What is that?

01:12:09.020 300,000 missing children.

01:12:10.620 That's something else I've read reference to.

01:12:12.000 Look, over half a million children have been trafficked into this country.

01:12:16.120 And they get turned over to custody of HHS, Office of Refugee Resettlement,

01:12:20.300 who find sponsors and release them to sponsors.

01:12:23.720 I've talked to several whistleblowers who say they weren't even fingerprinting the sponsors

01:12:26.580 on many occasions and not doing proper vetting.

01:12:28.940 We have a whistleblower who's testified in front of Congress now three times.

01:12:32.880 That a lot of these children seem to be victims of trafficking.

01:12:35.680 They're released to unvetted sponsors, and many children will be released to one sponsor.

01:12:41.060 The one whistleblower said there was 11 young girls released to one male, single male.

01:12:48.600 Maybe it's all innocent.

01:12:50.060 Maybe it's not.

01:12:50.720 There's nothing innocent.

01:12:51.460 That's sick.

01:12:51.980 And look, the CBP One app, they shut that down because of massive fraud.

01:12:57.200 One of the insiders in CBP told me, for example, one dead man sponsored over 1,600 people.

01:13:05.000 Been dead for years.

01:13:06.440 Massive fraud.

01:13:07.160 Massive trafficking involved.

01:13:08.100 And when they talk about opening CBP One app to do that, I said at the time, before they even implement it,

01:13:13.120 if you do this, it's going to create a huge trafficking network. 1.00

01:13:17.320 Or if you're from Cuba, Nicaragua, Haiti, Venezuela, you want to come to the United States under this CHNV program,

01:13:27.980 you just got to find a sponsor who want to take care of you. 0.92

01:13:29.720 How many sick pedophiles would be willing to sponsor anybody from one of those four countries to come and live in the United States? 0.70

01:13:35.300 And after they get here, you own them. 0.97

01:13:38.160 All you got to do is, you know, you, their official sponsor, without you, they can't stay. 0.55

01:13:42.140 And what are these, you know, sick sponsors, not all of them, but many of these are going to be predators and sick people.

01:13:47.980 What are they going to do to these people who are trying to stay in this country? 0.91

01:13:52.820 It's a huge human trafficking issue. 0.56

01:13:55.000 I guarantee you.

01:13:56.480 And by human trafficking, is it mostly for prostitution?

01:13:58.800 Yeah, prostitution or forced labor, mainly, those two things. 1.00

01:14:02.740 So if you go to any construction site in the United States, big construction site,

01:14:05.820 they're building a data center or a mall.

01:14:09.640 I know this because I know a guy in the business who just told me this. 0.98

01:14:13.680 Anyone in the United States, there will be child prostitutes there from Latin America, 1.00

01:14:19.820 brought in by the cartels for the guys on the cruise. 0.94

01:14:23.680 And I said, does everyone know this?

01:14:25.640 He said, well, everyone knows it.

01:14:26.720 I mean, it's just a fact.

01:14:27.720 Every big construction site in the United States.

01:14:29.800 Does anyone ever do anything about it?

01:14:30.980 No.

01:14:31.220 No one ever does anything about it.

01:14:32.860 Wait till January 21st.

01:14:34.060 I don't understand that, though.

01:14:35.860 If everyone in the building trades knows that, how can law enforcement ignore it?

01:14:43.360 We're not going to starting January 21st.

01:14:45.600 Good.

01:14:45.780 Well, I can tell you, look, of the over 300,000, this government lost track of, I guarantee you,

01:14:53.300 as I sit here today, we'll find many in forced labor.

01:14:58.620 We'll find many in forced sex trafficking.

01:15:01.240 That's a sad thing.

01:15:02.060 We're going to find them.

01:15:02.920 So that's why President Trump's saying, seriously, we got to save.

01:15:05.300 We got to save these women and children that are put in this position.

01:15:08.080 The immigration consequences will still come. 1.00

01:15:09.900 But first, we got to save them, get these kids.

01:15:12.040 As far as the kids, over 300,000, we got to save these kids.

01:15:15.360 A lot of them are living the life of hell every day.

01:15:17.840 And I guarantee you, we're going to find, well, ICE, HSI has already found some of these

01:15:22.000 children in meatpacking plants, cleaning up entrails on a midnight shift.

01:15:25.140 We're going to find some living with pedophiles. 0.92

01:15:28.280 We're going to find some are in sex slavery. 1.00

01:15:30.800 Some are going to be dead. 0.96

01:15:32.020 But we got to find these children.

01:15:33.500 And President Trump made that a third rail of priorities.

01:15:36.760 And it's something that needs to be done.

01:15:39.380 This administration stopped the DNA testing.

01:15:41.560 They stopped the proper vetting.

01:15:43.160 Under the Trump administration, we were having the same problem in the beginning.

01:15:46.220 We did DNA testing.

01:15:48.000 You weren't a family unless DNA testing showed you a family.

01:15:50.800 And we did vetting.

01:15:51.720 We didn't just vet the sponsor fully.

01:15:53.460 We vetted everybody in their household to make sure there wasn't a pedophile living

01:15:57.480 in the house, make sure there wasn't someone arrested with domestic violence in the house. 0.94

01:16:01.540 This administration stopped all that because Becerra, the secretary of HHS, he gets on stage

01:16:06.520 and brags.

01:16:07.820 And I saw him on stage bragging how quick we release these kids from government custody.

01:16:12.360 We got a machine here.

01:16:13.780 It's like the Ford plant.

01:16:16.460 We get them in and out of here.

01:16:17.600 Yeah, because you stopped the proper vetting.

01:16:19.760 You stopped DNA testing.

01:16:20.840 And God helped you for what you did to these children.

01:16:24.060 Because a lot of these children are living the life of hell every day.

01:16:26.040 So we got to find these kids.

01:16:27.400 It's unbelievable.

01:16:29.360 So last question.

01:16:31.000 I'm just interested in why you're doing this.

01:16:34.140 So you did it for 40 years.

01:16:37.280 Yeah, 1984, 40 years.

01:16:38.740 And then you go into the private sector and you're not retired, but you get to do kind

01:16:45.160 of what you want to do and make a real wage after working for the government all these

01:16:48.080 years.

01:16:49.620 And this problem is just so enormous.

01:16:52.800 And the bureaucracy is so complex and hard to fight.

01:16:58.740 And they always win in the end.

01:17:00.800 Why would you take this job?

01:17:04.520 Well, because I love my country, first of all.

01:17:08.720 We made more progress on the Southern Board than ever before in the first Trump administration.

01:17:13.540 I was vice director.

01:17:16.300 Look, I'm taking an 82% pay cut.

01:17:19.960 Oh, I bet.

01:17:20.440 And I'm going back to get my paycheck.

01:17:23.140 And thank God my wife supports me.

01:17:25.000 She said, if I don't take the job, she's going to divorce me. 0.91

01:17:27.900 Because she don't want to keep me waking up every day. 0.98

01:17:30.320 Mad at the world because I didn't come back.

01:17:32.100 So your wife's not a liberal? 0.99

01:17:34.780 No.

01:17:35.780 No, she's not.

01:17:39.180 You know, I say this many times because of the things I've seen in my career.

01:17:43.340 I mean, I stood in the back of a tractor trailer.

01:17:45.120 I grew up in a town with 2,500 people.

01:17:47.880 Either you're milk cows or you're a lager. 0.92

01:17:50.820 Or you worked at Fort Drum.

01:17:52.140 It's only three things you did where I grew up.

01:17:56.240 So I grew up in town with 2,500.

01:17:57.900 I fast forward.

01:17:58.720 I'm standing in the back of a tractor trailer with 19 dead people at my feet

01:18:03.300 that baked to death in the back of a tractor trailer,

01:18:05.820 including a five-year-old little boy who suffocated death.

01:18:10.120 And on top of it was his father who was trying to protect him.

01:18:13.160 During that investigation, they said that old boy begged his father not to let him die

01:18:17.320 because he wanted to see his mom again.

01:18:20.440 He begged over and over again.

01:18:23.020 You know, here's a five-year-old little boy who knew he was dying

01:18:25.420 and asked his dad for help.

01:18:29.940 And his dad, you know, his dad can't help him, right?

01:18:32.000 No. 0.51

01:18:32.280 I've talked to little girls as young as nine who were raped multiple times by members of the cartel.

01:18:38.440 Not once, numerous times.

01:18:40.700 Grown men crawled upon this little girl, took everything innocent and pure from her. 0.95

01:18:44.980 Her life would never be the same.

01:18:46.580 Look in her eyes.

01:18:47.600 There wasn't life in her eyes.

01:18:49.440 It's just little girls devastated for life.

01:18:51.940 And this happens every day.

01:18:55.240 When they unsecure the border on purpose, I wrote an op at Fox News.

01:19:00.520 And I says, if Joe Biden wins the presidency, we lose the border.

01:19:03.880 When you lose the border, trafficking or sex trafficking will skyrocket, child deaths will skyrocket, migrant deaths will skyrocket,

01:19:11.520 American deaths will skyrocket from drugs coming across that border.

01:19:15.460 I wake up already pissed off for four years.

01:19:18.020 So, and I've been on numerous networks complaining about it.

01:19:22.180 So, when President Trump calls me up, says, you've been complaining about it for four years.

01:19:27.600 You want to come fix it?

01:19:29.280 How do you say no?

01:19:30.620 First of all, you don't say no to the President of the United States.

01:19:32.540 And second of all, I won't say no to secure.

01:19:36.380 I love this country.

01:19:37.440 I want to save some lives, secure borders, save lives.

01:19:39.680 So, I'm going to come back and do what I can.

01:19:41.140 I guarantee you what we're going to do is it's going to save migrant lives.

01:19:44.660 It's going to save American lives.

01:19:46.920 It's going to protect our national security.

01:19:48.780 That's why I'm coming back.

01:19:50.640 Not for the pay.

01:19:51.360 I'll tell you that.

01:19:52.620 I'm coming back because after three and a half decades doing this job, do you understand it?

01:19:58.680 Do you understand the tragedies that happen around it?

01:20:01.200 The more secure that border is, the more lives we save.

01:20:04.320 So, when I'm retired for the third time, I can say, I did my part to save some lives.

01:20:10.360 And maybe less children are being exploited and women are being exploited by these cartels. 0.99

01:20:14.220 And my number one goal is seeing these cartels wipe off the face of the earth.

01:20:19.840 And I think President Trump's the guy to do it.

01:20:23.000 Of everyone appointed, I think you've got the best shot at winning because you know exactly what you want to do.

01:20:28.460 Tom, thank you very much.

01:20:29.840 Appreciate it.
