00:06:21.000Hey guys, welcome to another huge episode of Triggered.
00:06:24.000I hope everyone's doing well this Thursday.
00:06:26.000Today, we'll be joined by Senator Jim Banks of Indiana, a Navy veteran who served in Afghanistan and a fighter on some of the biggest issues facing the country.
00:06:37.000Today, we're getting into the Citizenship Act of 2026 and the battle over birthright citizenship, the push for basically to keep illegal aliens from getting behind the wheel of massive trucks, and the alleged CCP linked influence.
00:06:52.000Moving major left wing nonprofit networks.
00:06:55.000So there's a lot we're going to talk about.
00:06:57.000Senator Banks has been on the front lines of all of it.
00:07:08.000Cell phone carriers use mobile locking to trap your phone on their network, keeping you stuck with high prices when switching could save you $1,000 a year.
00:07:43.000Guys, before we get into it, even though I just said let's get straight into it, I forgot to mention hey, make sure you're liking, sharing, subscribing, okay?
00:07:50.000Like so that we get the message out there.
00:08:00.000Subscribe so you never miss one of these major episodes.
00:08:02.000If you do miss the show here in Rumble, if your friends perhaps get their podcasts a different way, make sure to check us out on Apple, iTunes podcasts, Spotify podcasts.
00:09:07.000Obviously, you know, we didn't get the Save America Act through, unfortunately, but, you know, this is, you know, some of what you have to deal with in the Senate.
00:09:17.000You know, how do you assess sort of the most recent session?
00:09:21.000You know, what's your outlook heading into the fall when you guys get back to work?
00:09:25.000Well, we wrapped up early Saturday morning.
00:09:28.000So, our August recess just started a couple of days ago.
00:09:32.000What the things that we did get done, Don, we passed a CR out of the Senate.
00:09:36.000This is the earliest in the 10 years I've been in Washington, that we've got ahead of the game and passed a spending bill.
00:09:42.000And I think that's really significant because if we can avoid a government shutdown in October, then you take that off the table.
00:09:51.000I thought all along that Schumer would force a shutdown because that would keep Susan Collins and Dan Sullivan in Alaska, John Husted in Ohio, the senators who have really tough reelection bids, that would have kept them tied up in Washington over the October recess rather than campaigning.
00:10:11.000So, I thought Schumer's political play would be to force another government shutdown.
00:10:15.000But this spending bill that we passed Saturday morning, it now goes to the House, but it passed with enough support that I think will avoid a government shutdown.
00:10:25.000The bad news is we didn't get anywhere closer to passing the Save America Act.
00:10:30.000And when we get back after the August recess, we will have a vote on a reconciliation bill, which, as you know, means that it will only need 50 votes with the vice president's tiebreaking vote rather than 60 votes.
00:10:44.000Because of the ridiculous filibuster rules and the Senate traditions that prevent us from passing the Save America Act with a majority vote.
00:10:53.000But Majority Leader Thune has committed to it.
00:10:57.000So when we get back, we're going to vote on this reconciliation bill that has defense spending tied to the Save America Act.
00:11:05.000And I'm hopeful that we can finally move that forward.
00:11:08.000The House has passed the Save America Act five separate times over to the Senate, and the Senate has failed to move forward with even a light version.
00:11:18.000Of the Save America Act to send it to the president's desk.
00:11:20.000So that's my biggest disappointment at this point is that we're not closer to getting that done.
00:11:25.000But when we get back after August, we'll have a chance to vote on that reconciliation bill.
00:11:30.000I mean, you know, again, like the conventional polling literally across the entire country, like Democrat, Republican, white, black, Latino, everything.
00:11:38.000I mean, 83, 84% think like the Save America Act is actually common sense.
00:11:44.000How is it that even Republicans, I understand why Democrats don't want it, okay?
00:11:47.000You know, if you have actually fair elections in this country, they'd probably lose a lot of seats.
00:11:52.000But how is it that there's still holdout Republicans on this one?
00:11:55.000Well, I mean, really the holdout is less about Republicans supporting the Save America Act and more about what are you willing to do to pass it.
00:12:30.000But what they leave out is, what are you willing to do to pass it?
00:12:34.000And what it takes to pass it, to pass the full package, is to change the Senate rules and do away with the foolish Senate traditions that block us from moving it forward.
00:12:46.000And a couple of weeks ago, there was a story in New Jersey, of all places, that the new Democrat governor, who was a colleague, Of mine when I served in the House, she appeared before the media.
00:12:59.000This is really unbelievable that she would admit this, the Democrats would admit this.
00:13:02.000But she admitted that 6,600 non citizens were accidentally, she used that word because of a computer glitch, were added to the voter rolls in New Jersey and that hundreds of them voted in the 2023 and 2024 elections.
00:13:19.000Now, I thought the media said this never happens.
00:13:23.000No, Senator, you and I were told this literally never happens.
00:13:26.000It's literally, it would never happen.
00:13:30.000The Democrat governor in New Jersey admitted it.
00:13:32.000And if we're not going to do something about that after a story like that, and we know there are other cases than New Jersey, but if we're not willing to change the Senate rules to pass the Save America Act, then I don't think we're that serious.
00:13:48.000Yeah, I mean, listen, we always fall back on the rules and traditions and these kinds of things.
00:13:54.000The other side, if they get it in charge, they'll abolish it in two seconds to push through their agenda.
00:14:01.000You know, the vast majority of popular new nominees for the Democrat Party, the Democrat Socialists of America, are winning all these Democrat primaries.
00:14:08.000They want to abolish the Senate, the Supreme Court, and the presidency.
00:14:12.000I mean, that's literally in their mandate.
00:14:14.000So, you know, that we somehow believe that, oh, no, they're going to stick to, you know, the traditions of the past.
00:14:19.000No, they'll do whatever they can to grab power the second they have a chance to actually do that.
00:14:52.000Even some of the more moderate senators who say they're against the Save America Act voted for a voter ID bill, 52 votes.
00:15:00.000Now, they all knew that it wouldn't pass because it took 60 votes for cloture to move it forward to avoid the filibuster rules.
00:15:09.000So, But if you can get 52 votes with Republicans, and that's McConnell is the 53rd who's not there, didn't vote.
00:15:17.000So every Republican that showed up voted for this voter ID bill, then you know that if you change these Senate traditions to do something that's so fundamental to our system in America to protect our country, the voter ID laws and the Save America Act, if you can get 52 votes for that, you can change the rules and pass the Save America Act.
00:15:42.000We have a majority of senators who aren't willing to do that.
00:16:29.000If they can maintain power and have sort of the hegemony on politics in those states because, you know, their voters are obviously cheating and they want to continue that, do they just forget those grants or does it actually solve the problem on a national level?
00:16:43.000Is there enough meat in there to make them actually go forward with it?
00:16:46.000Yeah, I mean, you hit the nail on the head.
00:16:49.000I mean, it's grant funding to incentivize states to enact voter ID laws.
00:16:54.000But you and I both know that California, New York, blue states that have told us all along that it's racist to have voter ID laws, which is crazy, those states are going to go for it.
00:17:05.000So the only way to pass the Save America Act is to mandate in federal elections that states require voter ID.
00:17:14.000And because of the Senate, Because of the rules related to reconciliation, reconciliation can only be used for budgetary matters.
00:17:24.000You can't enact something like that within reconciliation.
00:17:27.000It can only be tied to funding, in this case, a grant fund.
00:17:31.000So the only way to pass the Save America Act is to change the Senate rules to get below 60 votes and to pass the full Save America Act to mandate it.
00:17:41.000That's not going to happen without 51 Republican senators coming to the table who are willing to do away with the.
00:17:48.000The ridiculous filibuster rules that prevent us from doing it.
00:17:51.000So, listen, obviously, we'd want to do this for November, but if not, there's a bunch of Senate seats up in November.
00:18:01.000If we win all of those, where would that put us numbers wise to be able to, again, maybe get a couple, make up for some of the people who are perpetually going to be, let's call them weak, rhinos, whatever you want to call them?
00:18:16.000Well, I'll admit this to you, but I've been a pessimist for a long time about this midterm election until last Tuesday when Michigan nominated the most extreme Senate candidate that we've ever seen in American history.
00:18:30.000And you see this happening around the country.0.91
00:18:31.000We have, of course, El Said, as I mentioned.0.93
00:18:34.000In Michigan, you see the crazy radical extremist socialist Democrats are being nominated around the country, and all of a sudden, you see a political picture.0.97
00:18:44.000We could not just keep the Senate majority, but we could grow it by a pickup.
00:18:49.000And, uh, first of all, in Michigan, we have uh opportunities, and in North Carolina and New Hampshire, North Carolina would be that we would be saving a Republican seat, and New Hampshire, we would be picking up a seat.
00:19:03.000So, you see, you see a road map here to growing.
00:19:08.000Then, on top of that, you have some really good Republicans coming into states like Wyoming, Harriet Hageman, who's one of my favorite colleagues I served with in the House for no other reason than she's the one that beat Liz Cheney.0.99
00:19:23.000I did a lot for her in Wyoming when she was running because I was like, we just got to take out Liz Cheney.0.94
00:19:28.000And that was, let's call it a world class drubbing.
00:19:31.000So it's great to see she's still doing great.
00:19:34.000She's replacing Cynthia Lummis, who's a great Republican, but Harriet's going to be a fighter for.
00:20:19.000So I think you're going to see an upgrade after the midterm and maybe even grow our majority and give us a shot at doing what it's going to take to pass some of these important bills forward.
00:20:29.000Yeah, I think people just can't have that apathy.
00:20:32.000So, you know, I think giving them Save America Act before the midterms would probably boost a lot of that morale that, you know, a lot of people just don't feel because they're watching this happen.
00:20:43.000And, you know, I think people have to understand the consequences.
00:20:45.000So I think the DSA candidates all winning.
00:20:48.000Uh, is like an early Christmas present for the movement, really.
00:20:54.000And your dad makes this case to Republican senators all the time that if we fail to do what we're supposed to do, like pass the Save America Act, then our Trump voters, the MAGA voters, aren't motivated to show up and vote for our candidates in the midterm election.
00:21:11.000That's why we got when we get back in September, we got to be serious about this bill and pass it because I think he's right.
00:21:18.000I think a lot of voters sit back and say, I mean, when I come back home to Indiana, I'm at Fort Wayne right now.
00:21:22.000I come back home and go to the grocery store, go to church, even my own family, they're mad about it.
00:21:28.000Why aren't you guys doing something that's so simple?
00:21:32.000As you said, it's an 85, 90% issue in the country, not just with Republicans, but with everybody to pass the Save America Act.
00:22:03.000I mean, so my father just signed two new orders targeting birth tourism and basically narrowing categories, such as the alien enemies and foreign government employees.
00:22:14.000Where do those orders end and your bill begins?
00:22:19.000And what does Congress have to do to make the policy actually stick?
00:22:22.000Well, the Supreme Court, I think the ruling that struck down President Trump's executive order on birthright citizenship.
00:22:29.000Was the worst Supreme Court decision of my lifetime.
00:22:32.000I think it's going to go down in history as one of those decisions that was so bad and so wrong.
00:22:38.000Justice Kavanaugh, who was on the wrong side of the decision, wrote in his opinion, though, that if Congress or the president declares that these illegals are invaders, that's a specific word, 14th Amendment invaders into our country, then their babies aren't eligible for birthright citizenship.
00:22:57.000And so these new executive orders latch on to the advice.
00:23:03.000That Justice Kavanaugh wrote in his opinion that if we focus on that, babies of invaders are not eligible for birthright citizenship, then it would pass constitutional muster.
00:23:14.000So, yeah, when there's Chinese and other countries, they're coming over, you're having kids, then going back and living in their country and they're just a permanent citizen, no matter.
00:23:24.000Literally the definition of a Manchurian gangster.
00:23:25.000Unless we've declared pirates to be invaders, Nazi spies to be invaders, terrorists to be invaders.0.55
00:23:33.000And this, what the tens of millions of illegals that Biden and the Democrats let into our country, I mean, those other cases are a drop in the bucket compared to what we've seen happen to our country.
00:23:46.000My bill does what the new executive orders, what the president's executive orders seek to do.
00:23:52.000And it is simply the Citizenship Act just says that babies, that we declare the invasion an act of Congress, and these babies aren't eligible for citizenship.
00:24:02.000And per the 14th Amendment, by the way, every single Supreme Court justice, all nine of them, from the right to the left, They all agree that babies of invaders are not eligible, but Congress and the president have to declare the invasion.
00:24:15.000I think we're on the right side of history.
00:24:17.000It's so important to the future of our country.
00:24:20.000Brandon Gill in the House, who's a total rock star, up and comer in the House, introduced my bill in the House, and we have growing support.
00:24:28.000We need to codify what President Trump has done through the executive orders.
00:24:31.000So you've been on the front lines of protecting truckers and drivers.0.52
00:24:35.000I mean, you've watched hundreds of these illegal alien drivers.1.00
00:24:40.000They're Running over families, plowing through things.
00:24:43.000The Delilah Law, named for Delilah Coleman, who was five when she suffered life changing injuries in a six vehicle crash involving a semi truck.
00:24:52.000What did her case expose about how someone in the country illegally could obtain a California's commercial driver's license and end up behind the wheel of like an 80,000 pound truck?
00:25:09.000In the last State of the Union address earlier this year, The president Trump recognized Delilah, who was sitting on her dad's lap up in the gallery.
00:25:38.000You've been to Indiana with me many times, Indiana is the crossroads of America, and we have like I think the third or fourth most freight that travels through Indiana because of where we are in the heartland of America.
00:25:53.000And we have semis going in every direction on our highways.
00:25:57.000And we keep having these cases happen.
00:25:59.000These are illegals who came into our country under Biden.
00:26:03.000In some cases, they were granted temporary protected status.
00:26:08.000And then they would go to states like California or New York.
00:26:12.000Pennsylvania is one of the worst states as well and go to fake CDL schools that grant them licenses, even though they cannot read English.
00:26:22.000I mean, this is unbelievable that somebody would be allowed to be behind the.
00:26:27.000The wheel of a semi truck who cannot even read our traffic signs.
00:26:31.000They don't know our customs on the road about how to drive.1.00
00:26:37.000And we've had way too many Americans killed because of these illegals who are on the road behind the wheel.1.00
00:26:44.000So the Delilah law says that you have to take that CDL test in English.1.00
00:26:51.000And then we would take away these CDL licenses from those who are here illegally or on a temporary status and not allow them to drive semi trucks.
00:27:01.000To begin with, and then crack down on these states like Pennsylvania, New York, and California that are just giving out these CDLs like candy and take away their highway funding and in any way make them feel the heat and the pressure for the deaths and the catastrophe that they've caused in states like Indiana.
00:27:21.000Yeah, I mean, you've warned about chameleon carriers.
00:27:23.000Can you maybe tell the audience what exactly that is?
00:27:27.000And obviously, the questionable truck driving schools, you touched on that a little bit, but your bill focuses mainly on drivers and state transportation funding.
00:27:34.000What could happen to the carriers and the schools that profit from putting clearly unqualified drivers on the road?
00:27:42.000Well, let me give some credit to Secretary Duffy because he's been cracking down on chameleon carriers and doing what he can at the administrative level to take away their licenses.
00:27:51.000But chameleon carriers are these companies that get set up just by issuing a new business license number, then they get in trouble, and then they immediately get set up under a different name.
00:28:16.000And unfortunately, in some states, it's way too easy to be a chameleon carrier.
00:28:20.000You pop up these businesses, you hire one truck driver who's cheap because he's illegal or a foreigner here on a temporary status and give them a semi to drive around the country.0.98
00:28:38.000Fortunately, Secretary Duffy and the Trump administration has cracked down on a lot of it, but it's going to take an act of Congress to really solve it.
00:28:46.000And that's what I'm focused on with the Delilah Law.
00:28:49.000So, Senator, can you also talk to us about this money trail you've uncovered with respect to Beijing and ultimately their funding of the activist machine here in America that is, I think anyone who's been watching this show or anyone who's been paying attention for the last few years understands it totally is inorganic.
00:29:07.000But I don't think the average American who hasn't been paying attention You know, realize just how intentional some of this stuff actually is.
00:29:17.000Last year, when I got to the Senate, I found this is a little bit different from when I was in the House, but in the Senate, I would get chased around the Senate office hallways by Code Pink.
00:29:30.000I mean, they would follow me everywhere I would go.
00:29:32.000And I always noticed it was the same woman who was, I think she's obviously being paid to be there.
00:29:37.000So I began to recognize her face, but there'd be two or three Code Pink.
00:29:41.000Protesters, they pull out their camera phone.
00:29:44.000I know this happens to you as well, and then follow me around the office buildings.
00:29:49.000And then the story came out that Code Pink is actually funded with Chinese Communist Party money.
00:29:53.000And I pointed that out in a committee hearing, and they immediately filed an ethics complaint against me for pointing out something that was true.
00:30:02.000The ethics complaint was quickly thrown out against me by Code Pink.
00:30:07.000But I say all of that because Neville Singham is a Chinese tech billionaire.
00:30:14.000He's an American, but he sold his tech business to the Chinese Communist Party, made billions of dollars.
00:30:32.000He's taken millions of dollars and set up shell companies and funneled money, not just to Code Pink, but to groups that support violence and left wing protest groups in the United States of America.
00:30:48.000It's all Chinese Communist Party money being funneled by a Chinese tech billionaire.0.94
00:30:52.000Who's an American, but he's a traitor to our country.0.81
00:30:55.000And finally, the FBI has taken notice.0.63
00:30:59.000They announced a few weeks ago they're investigating him.
00:31:02.000I will say that Fox News Digital uncovered a lot of the shady links and the shell companies that did incredible reporting on this.
00:31:11.000But we've been doing everything we can to expose the link between these left wing groups like Code Pink.
00:31:19.000There's another group that, I mean, all these groups oppose President Trump and oppose Republicans, but.
00:31:23.000But a lot of the money that's flowing from Neville Singham is going to groups that advance a lot of these left wing protests and a lot of the violence that you've seen happen in our country over the last several years.
00:31:38.000It's all tied back to the Chinese Communist Party.0.93
00:31:42.000It's sort of interesting when you're talking about the rest of our hemisphere.
00:31:45.000Once USAID lost all its funding, it's amazing.
00:31:48.000Elections in Latin America are going conservative.
00:31:50.000You mean, religious people who work hard, who believe in family, are actually conservatives?
00:31:56.000If you weren't getting a billion dollars in USEID for transgender marketing, it's amazing that people can actually change the way they vote with all of that.0.96
00:32:05.000But this is just another offshoot of all of that.0.99
00:32:08.000So I guess if they can't get it done one way with our own taxpayer dollars, they'll get it through a Chinese billionaire to do the same damage to America.0.98
00:32:15.000And we know what their intention is.0.99
00:32:16.000I mean, they want to disrupt our system.
00:32:20.000And your dad had a very important press conference a month ago about the election in 2020.0.99
00:32:29.000What the Chinese did to hack into our voter rolls and how dangerous all of that, all of that to say, to go back again to why it's important that we pass the Save America Act to secure and protect our elections.0.97
00:32:41.000But the Chinese Communist Party wants to disrupt our political system.0.94
00:32:45.000They're funneling money into our political system.0.97
00:32:48.000We should always fight back against that.
00:32:51.000And finally, the FBI is digging into this guy.
00:32:53.000He's an American citizen, but he lives in Beijing, married to the co founder of Code Pink.
00:32:58.000Funneling money into our political system to disrupt our system, and we shouldn't allow that to happen.
00:33:04.000No, it's sad that we ever let it get this far, but at least we're trying to do something about it now.
00:33:08.000So, Senator, as a member of the Senate Banking Committee, what specific accountability do you want from the DOJ, Treasury, the IRS, and the financial institutions that moved all of that money for these organizations?
00:33:26.000Well, the bank that was involved is voluntarily.
00:33:31.000Worked with the Department of Justice to uncover some of the shell accounts.
00:33:35.000And so that's good news, but there should be more accountability here.
00:33:38.000I mean, if it's that easy for our biggest adversary to set up shell companies and funnel money into our politics, then of course our banking institutions should be held accountable for not having tighter rules and allowing it to happen.
00:33:52.000So, this is something I think I serve on the banking committee with a lot of Senator Lummis and Senator Bernie Moreno, sits to my right, and a lot of us are digging into ways that we can provide more accountability when it comes to that.
00:34:28.000At first, it felt like it was the establishment Democrats pushing the more radical agenda, but they're actually winning these primaries and getting elected.
00:34:39.000What do you think happens next with all of this?
00:34:42.000Well, I remember back in 2018 when I won my second term in the House.
00:34:49.000That was the cycle that Alain Omar and AOC and the squad first got elected.
00:34:54.000At that point, there were five or six of them in the squad.
00:34:57.000I think the squad, the progressive caucus in the House of Representatives now makes up like half of the Democrats who are in the House.0.95
00:35:06.000So you think about the growth there, and then you see this cycle the LIC, L Said's of the Of the Democrat Party winning these primaries.0.63
00:35:17.000One case in point, Debbie Dingell, they call her a moderate Democrat.0.93
00:35:25.000As soon as El Said won, she endorsed him because she's afraid.
00:35:29.000These Democrats are afraid of the socialist wing of their party.
00:35:35.000They're afraid to stand up and speak out against it.
00:35:40.000Tom Swazi, a more moderate Democrat from New York, He and a couple of other Democrats put together a Democrat pledge, and the pledge said, We are capitalist.
00:36:06.000They're trying to, some of the more, some of the half sensible ones are saying, We can't let our party be taken over by socialists or we'll never win again.
00:36:14.000But the socialists are too strong in their party.
00:36:59.000I mean, obviously, the media is going to do him whatever they can.
00:37:04.000They're going to do whatever service they can for him to try to sell the American people in Michigan that, oh, no, he's a very moderate guy.
00:37:12.000They always tell you they're moderates and then they go and do radical stuff.
00:37:14.000Just look at what happened in Virginia with the governor there.
00:37:18.000And you also have AOC, a member of the squad, definitely a part of that progressive movement, clearly a DSA type.
00:37:24.000She seems to be like leading the 2028 U.S. presidency race for the Democrats right now.
00:37:29.000So, you know, what does that say about the rest of the party?
00:37:33.000And is that just where their voters actually are at this point?
00:37:36.000Yeah, because it's that's kind of scary.
00:37:38.000I mean, this is not someone I trust to run much, but apparently the Democrats want it.
00:37:44.000Like I said, going into this midterm election, I was a year ago, I was pessimistic about it.
00:38:20.000That would be a big one, not the easiest thing.
00:38:23.000But what are the other things that rank top of your mind that we have to sort of deliver for the people between now and Election Day to create sort of maybe the enthusiasm that some would say would be a little bit lacking right now?
00:38:36.000Well, again, I think El Said helps with enthusiasm on the right.
00:38:39.000And we have to point out the differences between a socialist Democrat and their really, in many cases, their communist views and beliefs.
00:38:46.000This isn't any longer about differences of political opinions or political positions.
00:38:52.000I mean, between the Republicans and the socialist Democrats, this is a difference in political systems and what our country looks like.
00:38:59.000I mean, they, in many cases, they hate America, they hate our founding principles.
00:39:05.000And you've got this Piker guy, Hassan Piker, I think that's his name.
00:39:12.000He's a podcaster and he's a loud voice on the communist left.
00:39:16.000He said that America deserved 9 11.0.96
00:39:19.000And he's the guy who's campaigning with El Said.0.69
00:39:22.000In fact, on Meet the Press yesterday, she pressed him on it and said, Do you denounce these comments by Hassan Piker, who said that America deserved 9 11?
00:39:39.000Bernie Sanders came out quickly and said, This guy's nuts.
00:39:42.000I don't want anything to do with comments like that.
00:39:45.000But the candidates who are winning these primaries, these are the types of views and voices they surround themselves with.
00:39:52.000So we have to go out and tell the American people the difference between a Republican majority with President Trump in the White House and what socialist Democrats will do to ruin our country if we let them and we can't let them.
00:40:05.000But I think in the Senate, we got to stay focused on what the American people are focused on, and that's cost of living and gas prices and what President Trump has done to make America energy independent.
00:40:19.000And bring down the price of energy in our country.
00:40:24.000There's a big difference between us and when President Biden was in office, who had sky high gas prices that were permanent.
00:40:45.000That's what the American people care about.
00:40:47.000So we have to focus on that, focus on what we can do in Congress to help.
00:40:52.000Working class Americans, the big beautiful bill, working class tax cuts, cut taxes for families like my family, factory workers, police officers, plumbers, nurses, teachers.
00:41:04.000They're better off because of what Republicans have done for them.
00:41:07.000And Democrats voted against all of it.
00:41:09.000They wanted to raise taxes on the middle class by $5 trillion.
00:41:14.000And that's why they voted against the big beautiful bill.
00:41:17.000And I'll just add this and stop this point, Don.
00:41:21.000But why did Democrats vote against a $5 trillion tax?
00:41:26.000Cut on working class Americans, it's because they needed $5 trillion to pay for socialism.
00:41:32.000And now we know that that's what their party stands for.
00:42:29.000But, you know, after that, it drops off pretty quickly, you know, in the Senate and especially as it relates to leadership.
00:42:35.000You know, what do you think happens to the future of that?
00:42:37.000Do you, Can we make some adjustment there to sort of adapt to the times that we're facing, which is up against a really extreme Democrat party?
00:42:49.000Well, leadership reacts to a majority of their caucus.
00:42:53.000And that's why we need better senators elected in this midterm cycle.
00:42:57.000And we're going to get a lot of good ones.
00:42:59.000And then leadership will reflect upon that.
00:43:02.000So I think we have opportunities for that to improve the direction of the Republican led Senate and what we're fighting for.
00:43:32.000Nobody's running against him because we all agree he's going to do a great job at it.
00:43:36.000He's going to go out and recruit solid America First candidates in states that are up in the 2028 cycle.
00:43:45.000And so that's going to be a great opportunity, even looking ahead to what comes after this November, is what's going to happen in 2028 as well.
00:43:55.000Well, Senator Banks, thank you so much for joining us.
00:43:58.000Really appreciate your commentary on this.
