00:06:22.000 Hey guys, welcome to another huge episode of Triggered.
00:06:25.000 I hope you all had an incredible weekend.
00:06:28.000 Summer's winding down, so hopefully you got some good barbecue, pool time, whatever it may be with the kids.
00:06:33.000 Maybe you got outdoors.
00:06:34.000 Anyway, I hope it was a fun one.
00:06:37.000 You know, for years, we've been telling you that the Democrat Party was being taken over by actual communists, not like hypothetical communists, but actual communists.
00:06:47.000 And for years, the fact checkers told you that was a conspiracy theory.
00:06:53.000 It's a conspiracy that.
00:06:55.000 People acting like communists are possibly communists.
00:06:59.000 It was a scare tactic, a fringe of a fringe, you know, the usual nonsense that no serious person needed to worry about at all.
00:07:07.000 This was not really a real thing.
00:07:09.000 Well, last week, the fringe, you know, the people that were never going to get in there, the people that were never going to do these things, won yet another primary.
00:07:20.000 And meanwhile, a 6'10 former MBA center declared.
00:07:27.000 Eligibility for the WNBA draft this week.
00:07:31.000 And so far, nobody in that league can come up with a reason that he, I mean, she, is not eligible.
00:07:40.000 So we will explain in detail shortly.
00:07:43.000 And while the left was making the revolution official, your favorite president's administration was busy doing the boring stuff like, you know, securing the border, arresting criminals by the thousands, confirming an attorney general, and cracking down on fraud.
00:08:01.000 Two very different visions for this country.
00:08:04.000 And today, we're going to see both of them side by side.
00:08:08.000 So, guys, make sure you're liking, sharing, subscribing, okay?

00:09:02.000 Hey guys, Donald Trump Jr. here.
00:09:03.000 You've heard me talk about gold and silver for years now.
00:09:07.000 That's why I've renewed my partnership with the number one rated gold company, Goldco.
00:09:12.000 Goldco has helped tens of thousands of Americans place over $3 billion in gold and silver, and they've earned over 8,000 five star reviews for the exceptional white glove customer service that they offer.
00:09:26.000 So, like I always say, educate yourself and learn more.
00:09:30.000 And you can do that by requesting their free 2026 gold and silver kit at donjuniorgold.com.
00:09:38.000 Again, that's donjrgold.com.
00:09:41.000 D O N J R Gold.com. 0.99
00:09:44.000 Check it out.
00:09:45.000 Washington debates are complicated.
00:09:47.000 This one isn't.
00:09:49.000 Cell phone carriers use mobile locking to trap your phone on their network, keeping you stuck with high prices when switching could save you $1,000 a year.
00:09:57.000 Americans are fed up.
00:09:59.000 93% of voters say switching carriers should be easy and about as easy as keeping your number.
00:10:06.000 You should be able to take your phone without being locked.
00:10:09.000 Into the rules, okay.
00:10:11.000 If you agree, speak up.
00:10:13.000 Tell officials you want cell phone freedom, okay? 0.97
00:10:17.000 Cell phone freedom paid for by the Bull Moose Project. 0.92
00:10:20.000 Again, that's hashtag cell phone freedom. 0.90
00:10:24.000 Let's get into all of it.
00:10:26.000 And let's start in Michigan.
00:10:28.000 Last Tuesday, the Democrats of Michigan voted for their nominee for the United States Senate.
00:10:34.000 Not like a little seat in the middle of nowhere, for the United States Senate, one of two that Michigan obviously has, in a swing state, a state that literally decides presidencies.
00:10:47.000 The winner was Abdul Al Said.
00:10:51.000 The champion of the party's communist wing. 0.72
00:10:54.000 A guy who ran on the full progressive package and never apologized for an ounce of it because the only thing he apologizes for is America itself.
00:11:08.000 So when we say that the socialists and the communists are taking over the Democrat Party, I'm not reading tea leaves, I'm not making random predictions, I'm literally reading election results.
00:11:20.000 This is where the Democrat Party is today, this is how they are voting.
00:11:24.000 And now that ideology is on the ballot yet again in November.
00:11:30.000 In a state full of auto workers, full of farmers, full of factory towns, you have a communist running.
00:11:38.000 And Republican running against him is Mike Rogers.
00:11:42.000 He's an Army veteran and a former FBI agent.
00:11:45.000 You could literally not draw a cleaner contrast between the two people if you tried.
00:11:51.000 The Democrat establishment even spent all of that money trying to avoid this exact matchup.
00:11:57.000 And their own voters overruled them.
00:12:00.000 Over the weekend, the White House put out a full two and a half minute video about this race.
00:12:07.000 And let's just say they did not mince a single word.
00:12:12.000 And honestly, guys, it's worth watching in full.
00:12:14.000 Check this out.
00:12:15.000 I believe that we do need to defund the police.
00:12:18.000 I actually believe in court reform, right?
00:12:21.000 In Supreme Court reform.
00:12:22.000 Every president should get three appointments.
00:12:25.000 You can either use your appointment to give somebody who's on the court a second 10 year term and limit everybody's terms to 10 years.
00:12:32.000 Or you could include somebody else.
00:12:33.000 Would that expand the court?
00:12:35.000 Sure.
00:12:35.000 But there's nothing in the Constitution that says there have to be nine justices.
00:12:38.000 And like the things that I actually look at on Instagram, right?
00:12:41.000 Of course, we get served that on your For You page.
00:12:44.000 But then like every third video that scrolls on its own is going to be some OnlyFans model.
00:12:49.000 I think the foundational issue here is we need to start taxing billionaire wealth, right?
00:12:54.000 And when you tax billionaire wealth, you disincentivize the accumulation of wealth. 0.96
00:12:58.000 If you cannot stand for trans rights, do not be surprised when they come for your rights. 0.98
00:13:01.000 I look forward to pushing forward legislation. 0.92
00:13:04.000 That would preempt localities from participating with ICE.
00:13:06.000 We've also got to make sure that in this state, we are not discriminating by documentation status.
00:13:11.000 Right now, if you're undocumented, you don't get access to a driver's license.
00:13:15.000 So you're stuck.
00:13:15.000 You don't get access to a lot of the basic things the state offers everybody else.
00:13:19.000 And I think that's ridiculous.
00:13:20.000 And so we've got to stop discriminating that way. 0.65
00:13:23.000 There is no reforming.
00:13:25.000 There is no retraining.
00:13:26.000 There is only abolishing ICE. 1.00
00:13:29.000 Fuck ICE. 1.00
00:13:30.000 That you can't reform ICE. 1.00
00:13:31.000 You can't retrain ICE.
00:13:33.000 You have to abolish ICE.
00:13:34.000 It started, it was a bad experiment.
00:13:36.000 It's been weaponized to do the worst things.
00:13:38.000 I think we need to abolish it and start from scratch.
00:13:41.000 I think he should be impeached.
00:13:42.000 I do not think he should be president of the United States.
00:13:44.000 I think he, you know, he's done impeachable things.
00:13:46.000 Obviously, as a future senator, I'm not in a position to impeach.
00:13:49.000 But when they make the case about the impeachable things I have seen with my own eyes, I will vote accordingly.
00:13:55.000 So, do you think the Israeli government should be considered by the U.S. as a foreign terrorist organization? 0.63
00:14:02.000 It's certainly a rogue statement.
00:14:03.000 You're not going to play the gotcha game, but you're not going to say you think Israel has a right to be impeached.
00:14:07.000 Well, my question.
00:14:08.000 The truth of the matter is that these wildfires are happening more often.
00:14:11.000 Because it's drier and hotter than it has been in the past.
00:14:13.000 It's drier and hotter because we continue to rely on fossil fuels for our energy.
00:14:18.000 We need to get to 100% renewable energy.
00:14:20.000 Number one, put as much sand in the gears into what Donald Trump and his acolytes are doing.
00:14:24.000 And number two, build the conversation with the American public that gets us to the after Trump foundational.
00:14:30.000 What do you tell those people about whether or not this is a pie in the sky dream that you're going around Michigan talking about?
00:14:36.000 Well, clearly, I'm a different kind of Democrat.
00:14:43.000 This is bigger than one guy in one state.
00:14:46.000 There are two very different Americas on the ballot right now.
00:14:50.000 For the midterms.
00:14:52.000 So, if you want to know what the Democrats brand new nominee actually thinks, the brand new guy, what he actually thinks about the people he wants to represent, well, you don't have to take my word for it or anything else.
00:15:06.000 Just listen.
00:15:08.000 And this is what I always tell you guys you don't have to take my word.
00:15:13.000 I say it every time, right?
00:15:15.000 You don't have to take my word for it.
00:15:16.000 There's a clip going around of this lunatic telling a story about the truck drivers in what he calls the middle of nowhere, Michigan.
00:15:25.000 Just listen exactly to how he speaks. 0.72
00:15:28.000 Listen to the disdain that he has for the people he's supposed to be wanting to represent.
00:15:34.000 Check this out.
00:15:35.000 And he and I were, you know, in the middle of nowhere in Michigan.
00:15:39.000 I don't even remember where, what town we were in.
00:15:42.000 But we stopped at a rest stop.
00:15:46.000 And he went inside to go to the bathroom.
00:15:49.000 And I was outside, just sort of pacing, checking my phone.
00:15:52.000 And this guy starts walking up to me.
00:15:54.000 And, you know, big, burly guy is driving a truck.
00:16:00.000 And fit a certain stereotype.
00:16:03.000 And I'm like, oh God, where's my bodyguard?
00:16:05.000 The middle of nowhere.
00:16:08.000 He wants to be the senator from Michigan.
00:16:10.000 And he's frightened of the guy hauling freight at 2 in the morning, so shelves are stocked at 7 a.m.
00:16:19.000 That's what they think of the towns that grow this food, the machine that makes the parts, the people who keep the lights on.
00:16:29.000 Let me tell you a little secret about the middle of nowhere, guys.
00:16:33.000 It's where America lives.
00:16:35.000 It's where your breakfast came from. 0.61
00:16:38.000 It's where your house came from.
00:16:39.000 It's where the truck that delivered everything you own came from.
00:16:44.000 Every inch of this country that the coastal left elitists look down on, you know what?
00:16:51.000 Somebody down there is working a shift, coaching a little league team, paying taxes to fund the very people who sneer at them on a daily basis.
00:17:02.000 And the party that still tries to claim to be the party of the working man.
00:17:06.000 Just nominated a guy in Michigan, Michigan, who talks about working man's hometown like it's a punchline.
00:17:15.000 But here's the thing Michigan is not a one off, it's a pattern.
00:17:21.000 And the pattern is national.
00:17:23.000 So let's run through all of it.
00:17:25.000 Let's take AOC, for example.
00:17:27.000 She went on ABC and got asked questions about the Democrat Socialists of America, the actual organization, the one who's Platform calls for abolishing the Pentagon, abolishing the presidency, abolishing the Supreme Court.
00:17:42.000 I think they were abolishing the Senate too.
00:17:45.000 Not reforming them, abolishing them, just getting rid of it altogether.
00:17:49.000 So, what does the most famous Democrat in America have to say to that crowd?
00:17:54.000 Well, hear it for yourself.
00:17:57.000 By the way, just a quick definitional thing what in your mind is the difference between socialism and communism?
00:18:03.000 I think to me, the fundamental differences, I mean, there's many.
00:18:09.000 One, Prevailing one is democracy.
00:18:12.000 And I believe that democratic socialists are fundamentally pro-democracy.
00:18:19.000 And we believe in the ballot box.
00:18:21.000 We believe in respecting the outcomes of elections and governing democratically and ensuring that the ideas and policies that are implemented are won through popular vote and popular opinion.
00:18:37.000 And so I think that's why so much of what we focus on is also making sure that We are providing for the majority of Americans, guaranteeing health care, raising wages, strengthening the right to a union.
00:18:52.000 And I think that that's at its core what we're about.
00:18:56.000 Are you still a member of Democratic Socialists of America?
00:18:59.000 Of the New York City chapter.
00:19:00.000 The New York City chapter, not the national.
00:19:02.000 No.
00:19:03.000 Fundamentally pro democracy. 1.00
00:19:06.000 That's her verdict on the movement whose official platform wants to tear three branches of your government out by the roots.
00:19:14.000 To these people, democracy has nothing to do with elections or the Constitution.
00:19:19.000 Democracy means whatever hands them power.
00:19:22.000 And every institution standing in the way is just an obstacle that hasn't been demolished yet.
00:19:29.000 The founders built those institutions specifically to stop a temporary majority from steamrolling half the country, which is exactly why they want these people gone.
00:19:42.000 She's not freelancing.
00:19:45.000 Listen to a sitting Democrat congressman from Virginia explain out loud on purpose just how normal this has become inside their caucus.
00:19:55.000 Well, we are united more than people think.
00:19:58.000 In our caucus alone in Congress, we have DSA members and we have people who are very moderate or centrist, like blue dogs.
00:20:08.000 So, what we've done is talked about what our concerns are and what we plan to do and not just be against Donald Trump, but what we're for. 0.99
00:20:17.000 And we come up with some of the same issues.
00:20:20.000 And by the way, out in Wisconsin, where Democrats vote in their primary tomorrow, one of the candidates for governor is a sitting state legislator named Francesca Hong, who once wrote, and guys, this is a direct quote police exist to uphold white supremacy.
00:20:37.000 Defund, then abolish.
00:20:40.000 And she also thinks Thanksgiving is racist because, you know, everything's racist.
00:20:45.000 And of course she does.
00:20:46.000 So CBS asked Bernie Sanders point blank whether any Of what she supports was maybe, I don't know, and possibly a little too extreme for him.
00:20:59.000 And here's what he had to say about that.
00:21:01.000 But Democratic socialist Francesca Hong in Wisconsin is expected to win her Democratic primary. 1.00
00:21:09.000 There's been some attention to some of her social media posts recently, but she has this platform of free childcare, state run grocery stores, more healthcare subsidies. 1.00
00:21:18.000 She wants to raise income taxes on millionaires.
00:21:21.000 Some of this does seem to align with your platform.
00:21:24.000 So, I'm wondering, you know, why don't you support her?
00:21:28.000 Is some of what she supports too extreme for you?
00:21:33.000 No, raising taxes on the rich, making sure that everybody in Wisconsin or America has health care as a right, sounds quite reasonable to me.
00:21:44.000 No, it sounds quite reasonable to me.
00:21:46.000 Really?
00:21:47.000 Sounds quite reasonable?
00:21:49.000 Now, here's the punchline.
00:21:52.000 Days before that primary, Bernie also said he probably won't endorse her.
00:21:57.000 So, which one is it?
00:21:58.000 If it's reasonable, why isn't he endorsing her?
00:22:00.000 She's probably going to be the nominee there.
00:22:03.000 She's leading, I think.
00:22:05.000 Even Bernie Sanders, the man who honeymooned in the Soviet Union, looked at this campaign and I guess decided to maybe keep a little bit of a safe distance.
00:22:15.000 But then you ask him on national television if abolishing the police is too extreme, and the answer is no.
00:22:25.000 That's the state of the modern Democrat Party, guys.
00:22:29.000 And down in Texas, their Senate nominee, James Tellerico, the guy.
00:22:34.000 The media keeps telling us as a rising star, a fresh face, you know, sort of like they did with Beto, but you know, who knows?
00:22:41.000 This is Beto version number two.
00:22:42.000 You know, he's a fresh face.
00:22:45.000 He's a moderate who can win back the middle.
00:22:47.000 Well, a clip just resurfaced of him laughing about his church harboring illegal aliens who are about to be deported.
00:22:56.000 Check it out.
00:22:57.000 Our church was really active in LGBTQ rights in the 90s.
00:23:01.000 We caught some attention by letting an atheist join our church in the 2000s.
00:23:07.000 And then in the 2010s again stirred some controversy by housing an undocumented family, a mother and son who were close to being deported by ICE.
00:23:19.000 There's your moderate guys giggling about it.
00:23:22.000 Like defying federal immigration law is, you know, it's a merit badge.
00:23:26.000 It's something you must do to be a powerful Democrat these days.
00:23:29.000 You got to just go against federal law.
00:23:32.000 So let's run through the board here.
00:23:35.000 New York City has already elected a Democrat Socialist of America mayor, a DSA mayor.
00:23:42.000 Michigan just nominated a DSA dude for Senate.
00:23:46.000 Texas nominated a guy who brags about shielding illegal aliens from deportation and about God being non binary.
00:23:55.000 Wisconsin might just tomorrow nominate the abolish the police for governor on Tuesday.
00:24:04.000 That's the person they might actually elect.
00:24:07.000 And sitting members of Congress and the Senate are openly Advertising the DSA members in their own caucus.
00:24:17.000 This is not a fringe anymore.
00:24:19.000 This is not a one off.
00:24:21.000 This is their starting lineup, folks.
00:24:23.000 And the bench?
00:24:25.000 Probably even worse.
00:24:27.000 This is who shows up in their primaries.
00:24:29.000 This is who wins their primaries.
00:24:31.000 And this is who they are asking America to put in charge of your money, your safety, your kids, and your future.
00:24:41.000 That's pretty damn scary.
00:24:43.000 Remember when they swore no one was coming for your police?
00:24:48.000 Nobody wanted open borders?
00:24:50.000 Nobody was actually a socialist.
00:24:52.000 They're doing it different this time.
00:24:54.000 And anyone who said otherwise was just paranoid.
00:24:56.000 Remember that?
00:24:57.000 Because I do.
00:24:59.000 Well, nobody edited those clips to make anybody look bad.
00:25:03.000 Now, if you're a reasonable person, they look bad, but it's what they believe, it's their own words.
00:25:08.000 Nobody took anything out of context.
00:25:11.000 That's not the attack ad, that's their sales pitch.
00:25:16.000 Which brings me to the other America, the one that actually does the work to improve your life.
00:25:22.000 Last week, hundreds of thousands of pounds of drugs pulled out of the water and out of the smuggling routes before they ever touched an American street corner.
00:25:33.000 That's poison that never made it to a high school parking lot, never made it into somebody's kid, never put another family through the worst phone call of their lives.
00:25:45.000 That was done by our federal law enforcement.
00:25:48.000 Air, sea, land, northern border, southern border, that's what a government looks like when it remembers who it works for.
00:25:56.000 And just days later, ICE wrapped up something called Operation Safe Community in Atlanta.
00:26:02.000 More than 1,200 illegal aliens arrested across Georgia in one operation.
00:26:08.000 And get this more than 700 of them had already been convicted or charged with crimes right here in the United States already.
00:26:17.000 Not just crimes for being illegal, actually, crimes they were committed while they were here.
00:26:23.000 On top of that, check this out.
00:26:27.000 Morning, Griff.
00:26:28.000 Thanks for having me on the show.
00:26:30.000 Look, as you said, we arrested over 1,200.
00:26:34.000 Aliens, illegal aliens out in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
00:26:39.000 More than half of those people had criminal histories. 0.83
00:26:43.000 And as you said, we're talking about sex crimes, assault and battery, some with DUI convictions, domestic violence. 0.79
00:26:51.000 These individuals needed to be taken off the street, not only because they're criminals, but because they're here illegally in the United States.
00:26:57.000 I'm very proud of the men and women of ICE, ERO, that are out there on the streets every day making these arrests and keeping our community safe.
00:27:06.000 It was a tremendous success out in the Georgia area.
00:27:09.000 The majority of these arrests were in the Atlanta suburbs and city, but these arrests were going on throughout the state.
00:27:19.000 And not just that, I mean, this one operation, as I said, was a great success.
00:27:23.000 However, every day the men and women of ICRO are out in the streets across the nation enforcing the immigration laws as set forth by Congress.
00:27:34.000 So we're keeping the community safe.
00:27:36.000 We're going to be traveling all over the United States doing the same thing.
00:27:41.000 Every single one of them off the streets of Georgia.
00:27:45.000 And somewhere right now, a Democrat consultant is workshopping a press release to call that cruelty.
00:27:53.000 And your favorite president isn't stopping at enforcement.
00:27:57.000 On Thursday, he signed two new executive orders taking on birthright citizenship.
00:28:02.000 You know, where like a Chinese person comes over here, eight and a half months pregnant, has their baby, now they're permanent citizens forever.
00:28:09.000 They can vote in future elections, they can perhaps even become president, whatever it may be.
00:28:14.000 One of them was aimed again at shutting down the birth tourism industry, and the second one narrowing who qualifies for automatic citizenship in the first place.
00:28:26.000 American citizenship is the most valuable thing on planet Earth, and for decades we handed it out like a parking validation, especially in places like California, which, by the way, brings me to the city of Oakland.
00:28:41.000 And this is a story not getting much attention or national coverage, but it should be.
00:28:46.000 Because federal prosecutors just pulled back the curtain on how a Democrat machine city actually runs.
00:28:54.000 And honestly, guys, it reads like a mob movie.
00:28:57.000 This is like a Martin Scorsese novel, okay?
00:28:59.000 This is how it plays out.
00:29:02.000 Now, you may not know the name Shen Tao.
00:29:06.000 She's the former Democrat mayor of Oakland who got recalled by her own voters and then indicted in a federal bribery and corruption case along with her boyfriend.
00:29:17.000 That trial is set for October, and the new court filings that just dropped are, let's just say, something else. 0.99
00:29:25.000 The disgraced mayor allegedly promised to use her official mayoral powers to steer lucrative city contracts to companies tied to a donor family.
00:29:35.000 In return, this family allegedly routed nearly $100,000 towards a fake, high paying, no show job at their company for the mayor's romantic partner.
00:29:47.000 But it gets much better.
00:29:48.000 Prosecutors say the family boss.
00:29:51.000 Andy Dong regularly took secret photos and videos of politicians in, let's just say it, compromising positions for potential use against them, presumably to have on file, if he ever lost the contracts.
00:30:06.000 Investigators found dozens of videos, photos, and recordings on his phone.
00:30:11.000 Think about that.
00:30:13.000 The city's garbage contractor allegedly keeping a private blackmail library on the Democrat leaders in Oakland while the politicians of Oakland steered contracts his way.
00:30:26.000 Well, the local ABC investigative team out there has been on this case for years.
00:30:33.000 Here's their report on the new filings.
00:30:37.000 Now, to bombshell court filings in the FBI bribery and corruption case against former Oakland Mayor Sheng Tao, her partner, and the owners of California Waste Solutions.
00:30:47.000 The government says defendant Andy Duong took secret photos and videos of politicians in compromising positions.
00:30:53.000 ABC 7 Eyewitness News reporter Dan Noyes has been going through the documents.
00:30:57.000 He joins us with the new details.
00:30:58.000 Dan.
00:30:59.000 Amma and Cameron, the trial is set in federal court for October.
00:31:03.000 Prosecutors and the defendants, including former Oakland Mayor Sheng Tao, are arguing over what evidence the jury should see.
00:31:10.000 The federal indictment alleges that the owners of California Waste Solutions, David and Andy DeWong, bribed then Oakland Mayor Sheng Tao in exchange for Tao's promise to use her office to help the DeWongs.
00:31:23.000 In the filings, prosecutors write that Andy DeWong regularly took surreptitious photos and videos of politicians in compromising positions for potential use against them.
00:31:33.000 Investigators say they found dozens of such videos, photos, and recordings on his phone.
00:31:38.000 Prosecutors also allege LaTao obtained a home lease by creating a fake $150,000 job for her partner, Andre Jones, at her sister's cannabis consulting business.
00:31:48.000 The filings include new details about a trade delegation to Vietnam in July 2023, funded by the Duong family and attended by some 50 people and Sheng Tao, including video recorded by Andy Duong that depicts Duong, San Leandro Council member Brian Azevedo, and others driving in a car.
00:32:07.000 Discussing sexual interactions from the previous evening at a massage parlor.
00:32:12.000 After the trip, the documents say Tao became furious when a reporter was questioning the suspected drug use and activity involving prostitutes.
00:32:20.000 Prosecutors alleged that DeWong paid $10,000 to an associate of the reporter to prevent the story from coming out.
00:32:27.000 Yeah, I know we got massages and we were at places there were women around, but that doesn't mean I did anything.
00:32:33.000 Azevedo told me in April of last year that the FBI questioned him about the Vietnam trip.
00:32:38.000 Yeah, we have, they're saying we had prostitutes, all this stuff.
00:32:41.000 Yeah, we got massages. 0.98
00:32:42.000 That doesn't mean they're prostitutes. 0.98
00:32:43.000 We had people serving drinks or whatever.
00:32:46.000 But no sex acts were exchanged.
00:32:49.000 Azevedo resigned as council member and is expected to testify for the prosecution. 0.64
00:32:54.000 The evidence also includes recorded phone conversations, including one in which then Mayor Shang Tao said she did not want to be seen in public with the DeWongs.
00:33:03.000 Prosecutors say she was trying to conceal what they were doing.
00:33:07.000 And the details just keep coming, guys.
00:33:10.000 Okay, according to the filings, this same family bankrolled a trade delegation trip to Vietnam back in 2023.
00:33:18.000 About 50 people went along, including the mayor, and the evidence from that trip includes a full car of Bay Area politicians comparing notes on the massage parlor from the night before.
00:33:32.000 And when I say comparing notes, I mean the notes are apparently very specific.
00:33:38.000 And this thing doesn't stop at Oakland City Hall, guys.
00:33:42.000 Rob Bonta.
00:33:44.000 The city attorney general of California.
00:33:46.000 Okay, this is a pretty big position.
00:33:48.000 The sitting attorney general of the largest state in the union, the man whose literal job description is supposed to be prosecuting corruption, has been questioned by FBI investigators in this case.
00:34:00.000 He spent roughly $500,000 of campaign money on legal fees dealing with the probe.
00:34:06.000 Now, Bonta has not yet been charged, and he's not been publicly identified as a suspect.
00:34:12.000 But back in May of 2024, a business associate wrapped in the scandal sent Bonta a letter warning him.
00:34:20.000 The same cast of characters with the alleged blackmail library on his phone had compromising videos of Bonta himself.
00:34:29.000 So just sit with that for a second.
00:34:31.000 Sit with that picture.
00:34:33.000 The top law enforcement officer of the biggest state in the union, a guy who, by the way, has TDS in arguably the worst possible way, is questioned by the FBI, burning through nearly half a million dollars in campaign cash on lawyers.
00:34:51.000 Over the same scandal that took down the mayor of Oakland.
00:34:55.000 And here's what you won't hear from the party that lectures you about, you know, threats to democracy.
00:35:02.000 Oakland has been a one party city for decades.
00:35:06.000 No Republicans to blame, no MAGA boogeymen within 50 miles, just Democrats, their donors, and allegedly a phone full of blackmail tapes.
00:35:19.000 This is what unchecked machine politics looks like.
00:35:23.000 Every single time.
00:35:24.000 And you can already see what they're so afraid of because the fraud enforcement agenda is rolling on full speed ahead from coast to coast.
00:35:34.000 Just last week, the Justice Department expanded its healthcare fraud strike force into Philadelphia.
00:35:40.000 I imagine they're going to find a lot beyond what they've already found.
00:35:44.000 They charged 19 people home care company owners, employees, caregivers in schemes prosecutors say build Medicare and Medicaid.
00:35:54.000 For millions of dollars in fraudulent home care claims.
00:35:59.000 This is federal prosecutors, the state attorney general, the FBI, the health inspector general, and the DEA all pulling on the same rope in a city where, you know, I guess this kind of theft ran unbothered for years and decades.
00:36:18.000 Here's the thing about fraud, guys it's not a victimless paperwork crime.
00:36:23.000 Every fake claim is money stolen from a taxpayer who worked for it.
00:36:29.000 And from a sick or elderly American who actually needs the care.
00:36:34.000 Home care fraud might be the ugliest version of all because the whole scheme only works by using the most vulnerable people as props.
00:36:45.000 And by the way, if you want to understand why Americans stopped trusting their institutions in the first place, this morning handed us a perfect little case study.
00:36:56.000 The director of the National Institute of Health, Dr. J. Bhattacharya, Went on CBS this morning.
00:37:04.000 And the host tried the classic regime media move, teeing up the collapse of public trust and health agencies as somehow the Trump administration's fault.
00:37:15.000 It did, let's just say, not go the way she had planned.
00:37:19.000 Check this out.
00:37:21.000 On this issue, you were down in Atlanta this past week.
00:37:25.000 This is one year since that horrific shooting at CDC headquarters.
00:37:31.000 Officer David Rose was honored.
00:37:33.000 This past week, he was killed last year protecting CDC employees from a gunman.
00:37:38.000 And we should know he was a combat veteran, a United States Marine who had just graduated five months prior from the police academy, three kids left behind.
00:37:48.000 The shooter was motivated by misinformation about the COVID vaccine.
00:37:55.000 That is why he shot over 100 bullets into the windows of the CDC.
00:37:59.000 Is enough being done to counter this kind of misinformation?
00:38:04.000 I mean, I should start with I got to talk with Officer Rose's wife.
00:38:09.000 A few months back, one of the first things I did is to honor him and his sacrifice in protecting the people that work at the CDC, the amazing people who work at the CDC, was we renamed the street that leads into the CDC after him.
00:38:22.000 And it was a really nice event.
00:38:24.000 I'll tell you, the thing is, I want to focus my attention on Officer Rose because I think the shooter did was horrific.
00:38:31.000 And I think you could talk about why shooters do things, but really, fundamentally, his father said he was brainwashed about the COVID vaccine and thought it was.
00:38:39.000 Making him suicidal.
00:38:41.000 That's what I mean.
00:38:42.000 I mean, the thing is, it's like to talk about the shooter puts the emphasis on somebody who's, I mean, I think we shouldn't be putting our emphasis on this.
00:38:49.000 No, I am on misinformation about this.
00:38:51.000 This is a man who was blacklisted, canceled, smeared, buried for the crime of being right too early.
00:39:00.000 Okay, he was right way early and he said it.
00:39:04.000 A Stanford professor of medicine put on an actual blacklist by old Twitter.
00:39:12.000 Right, just totally canceled and silenced.
00:39:14.000 A blacklist he only found out about when Elon Musk bought the company and showed him the actual receipts.
00:39:21.000 His own government leaned on social media companies to bury him for questioning lockdown policies that we now know wrecked a generation of kids and businesses, etc. etc. etc.
00:39:35.000 And today he runs the NIH and the same media that cheered while it happened.
00:39:42.000 Wants to lecture him about restoring trust?
00:39:45.000 Give me a break.
00:39:46.000 Trust wasn't lost because Americans asked questions.
00:39:50.000 Trust was lost because the Fauci cabal punished the people who asked them and called it science.
00:39:57.000 Trust was lost because Fauci privately was warning that the vaccine wasn't working as advertised but lied in public about it so that he could keep pushing vaccine mandates.
00:40:08.000 You want trust back?
00:40:10.000 It's not complicated.
00:40:11.000 Free speech.
00:40:13.000 Open debates, transparency, no more enemies lists.
00:40:18.000 And, you know, frankly, while we're on the subject of institutions that can't answer a simple question, let me give you an even better story.
00:40:29.000 On Friday, a buddy of mine, actually, Ennis Cantor Freedom.
00:40:33.000 11 years in the NBA, the third pick in the draft.
00:40:39.000 6'10, 250 pounds.
00:40:43.000 Sat down in an WNBA sweatshirt and officially declared himself a prospect for the 2027 WNBA draft.
00:40:54.000 And honestly, guys, his logic was 100% airtight.
00:40:59.000 Check this out.
00:41:06.000 After careful consideration and reviewing the current eligibility guidelines, I am officially declaring myself a WNBA prospect.
00:41:13.000 If simply declaring who you are is all that's required, then I meet every single requirement necessary to compete in the WNBA.
00:41:21.000 My team and I have carefully examined the WNBA's eligibility criteria and governing framework surrounding self identification and inclusion.
00:41:29.000 Based on the current guidelines, I can and am officially declaring my eligibility for the upcoming WNBA draft in May 2027.
00:41:36.000 I am definitely not here to mock, make fun of, or disrespect any community or personal choices.
00:41:42.000 I am simply asking that the current rules be applied equally to everyone.
00:41:46.000 The rules that represent the very values many WNBA players and coaches have publicly advocated for.
00:41:52.000 My team and I are prepared to ensure these guidelines are applied equally, consistently, and without exception.
00:41:58.000 And I look forward to the WNBA honoring its stated principles.
00:42:02.000 See you at training camp.
00:42:06.000 If simply declaring who you are is all that's required, then he meets every single requirement necessary to compete in the WNBA.
00:42:15.000 I have a feeling he could go on to be perhaps the highest scorer in the history of the WNBA in probably a few short games.
00:42:24.000 That's the current WNBA policy.
00:42:28.000 He's just playing by their rules.
00:42:30.000 Because the entire, I should say, she, she is just playing by their rules. 0.77
00:42:36.000 Progressive sports universe has spent a decade telling you womanhood is a self declared identity that nobody is allowed to question. 0.89
00:42:45.000 So, a guy, woman, whatever, with 11 years of NBA game film, took them at their word, politely, in writing, and asked the league to apply its own stated values equally, consistently, and without exception.
00:43:03.000 Now, the league could kill this story in one sentence. 0.94
00:43:09.000 A woman is an adult female. 0.98
00:43:12.000 Okay? 0.99
00:43:12.000 Do the chromosome check, whatever it is. 0.99
00:43:14.000 But they don't want to do that.
00:43:16.000 They refuse to do it.
00:43:18.000 Wonder why?
00:43:20.000 It could be done in seconds.
00:43:21.000 Everyone goes home.
00:43:23.000 Instead, the Players Union put out a statement about justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion and announced they will not be used as political pawns.
00:43:34.000 I guess they only use other people as political pawns.
00:43:37.000 And the commissioner?
00:43:39.000 I promise you, this is real.
00:43:42.000 The commissioner responded by sending out a league wide memo calling this a complex and nuanced topic and promising listening sessions.
00:43:52.000 You heard that right, guys.
00:43:53.000 Listening sessions. 1.00
00:43:55.000 The question is what is a woman? 1.00
00:43:58.000 And the WNBA needs a memo, a lawyer, and a semester of seminars.
00:44:05.000 And it's already spreading because Royce White, another former NBA first round pick, says he's declaring too.
00:44:13.000 He told Fox News he sometimes identifies as a woman for purposes of basketball, and that a player his size would be unstoppable in that league, which, you know, funny enough, is exactly what every common sense parent of a female athlete has been saying for decades.
00:44:32.000 Right before these leagues called them bigots for saying it out loud.
00:44:38.000 These are the same people who spent a decade lecturing this country.
00:44:41.000 Science is real, no debate is allowed, men can be women.
00:44:46.000 Yada, yada, yada.
00:44:46.000 It seems like there's never any women that become men in professional sports, but you know, minor details.
00:44:51.000 Listen to Fauci no matter what, and anyone who raised a hand got called a bigot and shown the door.
00:44:58.000 Or worse, one guy calls the bluff, and the whole thing collapses into memos and listening sessions because they know.
00:45:08.000 They know, guys.
00:45:09.000 Every coach knows, every player knows, every league on earth knows exactly what a woman is.
00:45:16.000 Everyone knows.
00:45:17.000 Right up until saying it out loud conflicts with their woke alternate reality.
00:45:24.000 Now, I told you at the top of the show that there are two Americas on display.
00:45:29.000 You've seen the one that can't define a woman and wants to abolish the police.
00:45:35.000 Let me show you the one that actually builds things.
00:45:38.000 The White House economic advisor was on the Sunday shows this weekend, and he dropped a number that tells the whole story about working and workers under Trump versus under Biden.
00:45:50.000 Check it out.
00:45:51.000 Well, I disagree with your number.
00:45:53.000 We'll have to follow up on email, but I just looked at the latest number.
00:45:56.000 It was that job creation under President Trump since January 20th is about 880,000 jobs, but we won't argue about 800 or 5,000.
00:46:05.000 500 factually out of show right now.
00:46:07.000 But the fact is that the thing that really jumps out at us is that those are really good jobs.
00:46:12.000 They're manufacturing jobs.
00:46:13.000 They're construction jobs.
00:46:15.000 The number of manufacturing jobs under Joe Biden dropped by 230,000.
00:46:19.000 And the reason that matters is the intuition that candidates of both parties understand that these blue-collar jobs in construction and manufacturing, they're really high-paying jobs.
00:46:27.000 And so the typical construction or manufacturing worker in the U.S. has seen an increase under President Trump of $3,000 or $4,000.
00:46:34.000 To salary.
00:46:35.000 And under Joe Biden, it was about negative that.
00:46:37.000 And it dropped about $3,000.
00:46:39.000 And the reason is that manufacturing was collapsing, and so the high paying jobs were going away.
00:46:43.000 And so I think that we'll take our record over his every day.
00:46:46.000 Under Biden, the NEC director points out the typical manufacturing worker watched his paycheck shrink while everything at the grocery store got more expensive because the people in charge thought the jobs were relics.
00:47:02.000 They didn't matter.
00:47:04.000 Now, the typical construction worker or manufacturing worker is up.
00:47:08.000 Three to four thousand dollars under this administration because somebody finally decided the people who build things deserve a government that builds with them.
00:47:18.000 Real work, real raises, real stuff getting made in real towns in America.
00:47:25.000 And it's about to get busier because on Friday, the administration announced it's putting three billion dollars into American critical minerals and battery projects, the stuff that goes into missiles, munitions, right?
00:47:38.000 Batteries, the guts of every serious piece of military hardware that we make.
00:47:44.000 And here's my favorite story of the week because it ties this whole night together.
00:47:49.000 The administration rolled out something called Freedom Haulers, a nationwide push to get military veterans behind the wheel of America's trucks.
00:47:57.000 And the White House put out a new video this morning with the veterans and the trucking industry backing it up.
00:48:05.000 So we're here to celebrate with the president the Freedom Haulers Initiative, and we're appreciative to the Trump administration.
00:48:11.000 For this initiative that will make it easier for veterans to transition out of military service and into the trucking industry.
00:48:17.000 I've been working for UPS for 35 years.
00:48:20.000 I served in the Maryland Army National Guard for six years.
00:48:23.000 Truck driving is a great industry to go to, especially coming out of the military.
00:48:27.000 If you can drive the big rigs in the military, you can do it out here.
00:48:30.000 I thank you, President Trump, for helping veterans like me.
00:48:33.000 This really addresses two critical issues in trucking.
00:48:37.000 One, of course, is the employability of our veterans.
00:48:40.000 Secondly, this is really another step.
00:48:42.000 That the Trump administration has been taking in securing the safety of our roadways.
00:48:46.000 We are seeing this active involvement of the administration in taking bad actors off the road and now replacing them with our phenomenal veterans.
00:48:56.000 When I served in the Army, I actually served as an 88 Mike truck driver.
00:49:00.000 So it's really encouraging for me today to see the administration making a clearer and easier pathway for veterans to be able to get high paying jobs in the trucking industries.
00:49:09.000 Veterans and trucking are a great fit.
00:49:11.000 Veterans tend to be mission minded.
00:49:13.000 Focused on the team, focused on the safety of others.
00:49:16.000 I spent 10 and a half years in the Marine Corps.
00:49:18.000 I've been truck driving for 29 years now.
00:49:21.000 I'd like to thank the President and everything he's doing for veterans.
00:49:24.000 It's really made a difference.
00:49:26.000 Thank you, President Trump, for giving us the opportunity and having this program, giving the veterans the opportunity to be able to transition from off the battlefield.
00:49:35.000 If I can drive a truck like this, then I should be able to drive a truck for FedEx.
00:49:39.000 I would like to say thank you very much, Mr. President, for inviting me here today in order to celebrate such a historic event.
00:49:48.000 I said, Mr. President, what do you want me to do?
00:49:49.000 He said, just take care of my veterans.
00:49:51.000 So every day now, since the last year and a half, veterans at the VA are first and only in what we do.
00:50:04.000 Think about that. 0.51
00:50:05.000 Rather than having illegal aliens that are running over people because they can't read signs or just because they're criminals and probably doing other bad things, we may actually create jobs for veterans rather than illegals.
00:50:18.000 Amazing. 0.56
00:50:19.000 Hard to believe no one thought of this before.
00:50:22.000 The eligibility window after service got doubled.
00:50:25.000 The GI Bill can cover the training, and the industry is lining up.
00:50:30.000 One carrier alone says it's planning to hire 1,400 veterans and veteran spouses. 0.98
00:50:36.000 And it comes at the exact moment the administration is cracking down on, as I mentioned earlier, the unqualified and illegal alien drivers behind the wheel. 0.76
00:50:46.000 So the picture is pretty simple, guys. 0.99
00:50:48.000 End unqualified illegals driving trucks and put more American vets behind the wheel. 1.00
00:50:54.000 That's common sense. 1.00
00:50:56.000 Let's do this.
00:50:58.000 So follow the contrast because it's perfect.
00:51:01.000 One party Senate nominee looks at a truck driver in rural Michigan and sees the middle of nowhere.
00:51:07.000 This administration looks at that same highway.
00:51:10.000 And sees a job for a veteran, a raise for a welder, and a future for a town the experts wrote off 30 years ago.
00:51:20.000 They see flyover country.
00:51:21.000 We see the country.
00:51:23.000 They do not believe in people who build things.
00:51:25.000 They believe in committees that would regulate them.
00:51:29.000 They do not trust the citizen with a truck, a business, or a ballot.
00:51:33.000 They trust the government with all three.
00:51:36.000 And when their ideas fail, they don't ask for forgiveness.
00:51:40.000 They ask for more power to keep doing. 1.00
00:51:43.000 The same crap. 0.99
00:51:45.000 That, perhaps more than any single clip today, is the choice in front of the country this November. 0.99
00:51:52.000 The socialists keep their committees, their theories, and their contempt.
00:51:57.000 We'll take the truckers and the welders and the border patrol agents and common sense Americans who deserve to be safe on their own front lawns.
00:52:07.000 And every single American, the elites wrote off as nowhere.
00:52:12.000 Because the middle of nowhere built this country.
00:52:15.000 And we want to ensure that they keep building it.
00:52:19.000 That's the bet your favorite president made 10 years ago.
00:52:22.000 It's the bet this administration makes every single day.
00:52:25.000 And it's still the best bet in the world.
